Beautiful little bakery with the most delectable desserts. We were just passing through on our way to Savannah and noticed this cute little shop. We selected a lemon bar and were not disappointed. It was the best lemon bar I've had the opportunity to enjoy. Thank you so much for this delicious treat and outstanding service.

We had a wonderful experience with Incredible Edibles Bakery for our wedding cake. From the first tasting to the seamless delivery on our wedding day, Nancy and her staff were amazing to work with. The flavors were absolutely incredible and the design was beautiful. It was the perfect dessert for our special day. I ordered a cake for a baby shower, the ladies there were very helpful in helping me design the cake that I wanted, it was two tier with wildflowers. It was absolutely gorgeous and mouthwatering delicious!! I highly recommend this bakery for any of your bakery needs! You pay for what you get and the cake was worth every penny! Nancy was so helpful in designing and making our cupcakes for a “baby in bloom” shower! Picked them up Tuesday. They were wrapped well for travel. Kept them refrigerated until event day Saturday and they were perfect!! Everyone commented how beautiful they were and tasted like a wedding cake!! Highly recommend.

We ordered a custom cake for a private engagement event and could not have been more delighted with the outcome! Nancy was so easy to work with and went to great lengths to bring my idea to life! Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful, with intricate design that took expert technique, the flavor and texture of the cake were beyond delicious!!! I would definitely recommend them for special orders when you are looking for attention to detail. The daily offered treats in the bakery are also perfect to pair with a cup of coffee or a surprise for coworkers. Give them a try!

Hubby and I try to find a new tea/coffee place weekly for our Saturday date and yesterday we tried here. I had a cinnamon bun and it was amazing! Hubby loved his too (I forget what he ordered!). They even had decent tea and I’m picky about my tea. I also loved the decor. The colors were so pretty and soothing and the place reminded me of England; quaint but modern too. Definitely will be back!

This is an incredible bakery. We went in saying that our 5 year old granddaughter wanted a chocolate cake with flowers all over the cake. It was so beautiful! Just seeing her face when she saw it was priceless! Thank you so much for making a little girl’s birthday so special!

My husband and I have eaten breakfast here 3 times this week! Everything we have tried has been delicious! The biscuits are huge and so soft, it’s really good!! The restaurant is clean, service is friendly! The coffee is delicious too! I enjoy picking a mug and filling it with fresh, hot coffee with creamer!

Bev and I were heading home from the doctor’s office and we spotted the Millstone Biscuit co breakfast and lunch spot. They open at 7 am and close at 2 pm. Lots of time to get yourself some delicious food. Parking was so easy. We got a spot right out front of the restaurant. Bev and I walked Inside and the cool air felt so wonderful on a hot day. We did have the option to sit outdoor under an umbrella. Several tables were set up. When we walked in right away the wonderful aromas of home made biscuits surrounded us. Monique welcomed us immediately with a warm kind smile. I looked around and noticed how clean and bright everything was. This was our first time here so we took our time looking over the variety of meals offered here. Bev ordered the chicken, cheese and ham biscuit with honey mustards and I decided on the house salad with boiled egg, cucumber, cheese, croutons, onions and a homemade mouth watering ranch dressing. You must try this. Chef Joe created two masterpieces for our chosen meals. Bevs sandwich was so big she used a knife and fork to eat it with. My salad was so huge, bright , fresh , crispy and colorful and scrumptious. Candy is the manager there. Her professionalism and knowledge of running a restaurant is evident the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is light , friendly and stress free. The owner Scott has a fantastic place here. Located in Pawleys Island next to Fresh Market in the adjacent parking lot. Monique’s helped me a few times as it is hard for me to get up and down. This place is handicap friendly. Monique is the perfect person to run the front of the store. Check this place out for yourself. The price for both of us was under $40.00

I drove to Pawley’s Island for a Hardee’s biscuit breakfast, only to find they no longer exist. Google led me to the Millstone Breakfast Co. The steak, egg, and cheese biscuit was nearly twice the size of Hardee’s. The biscuit was large and fluffy and the steak was excellent. Atmosphere was very welcoming. It was a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying a little extra for really good food and this was. I’ll be back.

Thanks a lot!!!!!! What a joke!!!!! I’m In the restaurant industry, I would never throw something in a to go box like that wow!!!! And no honey drizzle? I know it was 2:00 closing time …..you didn’t have to make it at all obviously someone didn’t want to!

Hands down one of the top five biscuits I have ever had in 46 years. Very good coffee friendly service stopped by on the way home from the Shriners convention. Most definitely will be telling my brothers about this place, highly recommend this to everyone 10 out of 10.

I happened upon the Millstone Biscuit Co in Murrell’s Inlet three years ago, and left a 5 star review. This rating is no different for the Pawley’s Island location. They truly offer up delicious food, especially their biscuits. This time I ordered the Greek Yogurt bowl and was pleased with it. Well….truth be told, I was sad because my tummy’s desire would have been a chicken biscuit, but, dietary restrictions encouraged me to go with a healthier option. No worries, though! Everyone else in our party ordered a variety of their famous biscuit sandwiches, and not one bad review in the crowd. Everyone was pleased! I did sneak a bite of my sister’s chicken biscuit and vow to be in better dietary condition the next time we visit, as to indulge in the fluffy biscuit deliciousness!! Great, friendly staff and a good amount of tables give this place a great beach town vibe!

We ordered breakfast take-out on our last morning at Pawley's and it was a great meal to end a great trip! All told, our group ordered the sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit, egg/bacon/cheese biscuit, egg/sausage/cheese biscuit, and 2 granola/fruit/yogurt bowls (for the 2 healthy eaters). Not one complaint from anyone - everything was delicious! I had the chicken biscuit and, I know this might sound sacrilegious to many, but it was better than the Chick fil-a chicken biscuit (which is what I always order when I have breakfast there, so please don't hate on me)! ;) The biscuits are quite large, buttery, tender and just the right level of flakiness that the sandwich did not fall apart while you were eating. The chicken breast perfectly matched the size of the biscuit, was lightly breaded, and cooked to perfection. Even though we did not eat there, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the cafe was delightful. Everyone in our party agreed we'd go back there in a heartbeat!

Good local place with a surprisingly sizable menu. We had a simple meal. Chili, with cheddar, onion and jalapenos, paired with a grilled cheese with bacon. An egg sandwich on a bagel. Add some coffee for a total of $28. We'll be back when we're down the South side. A good sign was a full parking lot at 11am on a Wednesday.

We have driven by the Litchfield Restaurant for years ,and today we decided to stop ,and give it a try . We ordered chicken salad sandwiches and a side of macaroni salad. It wasn’t anything to write home about . Our fault for not asking if it was homemade. Always ask if the food you’re ordering is made from scratch or store bought . Their prices were steep as a chicken salad sandwich was $ 11.00 and came with no sides ! We ordered macaroni salad to go along with the sandwiches, however we didn’t realize that it was a up charge for the side and our waitress failed to mention that to us . So buyer be ware . The bread was very tasty ! If you should find yourself near the Litchfield Restaurant I would recommend that you try a hot item cooked fresh for you , and you probably will fair way better than we did . We were asked if we thought they were the best place we had ever eaten at when paying, and we said absolutely no . They didn’t ask why . FYI Wayne

The best breakfast in Pawleys!! Everything on the menu is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Our server Christine did an excellent job taking care of us and she did it all with a smile!!

This was my first visit to Litchfield Restaurant however, it will not be my last. My wife and I are way looking for good home style food within a friendly and inviting environment. The staff could not have been better. I was greeted immediately, with a warm smile and and promptly directed to seating of my choice. The food was prepared well and served quickly and hot. Our dinner was wonderful, so delicious. The Wednesday dinner special is Beef Stroganoff. The best part of our visit was Laura-Lee, our server. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive (she knew what we wanted before we did). We will be back!!

Sad experience today. This used to be my favorite breakfast place in the area. Today I ordered build your own omelette with buttered grilled toast. The omelette was to have provolone, cheddar, onions and green peppers. The server delivered the food and the toast was dry and toasted not grilled. He took it back to have it redone and I asked the cheddar be remove from our bill because there was only provolone in the omelette. I was kind and in no way short or mean in either conversation. The owner returns with the grilled toast … slams it on our table and yells at me if I am ever rude to his server I will ask you to leave. I was in shock and other patrons around me were as well. The lady across from us said that she heard nothing rude in what was said. We paid the bill and left. We eat there probably 10 to 12 times a year but no more!

Great little diner, everyone was very friendly, service was great. I had the breakfast tacos and they were great, hubby had the chicken and waffle, he said it was great also. Had passed this place many times, but this was our first visit, want to go back again.

The pizza is one of our favorites but we had issues this time. They said 45-60 minutes for delivery and it took 110+ minutes. They never called to let us know it would be that late and offered no discount. Needless to say the pizza was luke warm at best. Additionally, the two Greek salads (one with chicken) were basically lettuce only. Not even one olive in either salad! The antipasto salad was decent. I also had a coupon and the driver didn’t take it off the order but said “that will be my tip”! They are sending out new salads but it will be a while. Maybe this time it will have an olive.

Went to this place because website said they were open until 9pm. When we walked in at 8, you order from the counter and were promptly advised that they were out of 60-70% of the menu. All we wanted was pizza and salad. Salad could not have been more basic and uninteresting. Menu described it as having black olives which were missing. Pizza delivered on a rectangular baking tray and tasted like that was how it was cooked. No sign of pizza stone char on the crust. Toppings applied were far from generous. Asked for side plates so we didn't have to eat straight from serving tray. Eventually had to get up and retrieve them ourselves. Service needs serious training/coaching. In the dining room (we were the last ones there) one young woman was openly whining to her supervisor about her assigned duties. We could also hear loud conversation between a manager(?) and an unhappy customer over his charges. Conversation then continued loudly amongst the staff. Very uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Not likely to return.

Omgosh!!! Absolute BEST restaurant in Pawleys Island for lunch!!!!!!!! You guys really came thru after a crazy morning! Everything’s delicious!!!

DeRomas is two hours from our home but no local pizza compares! We are happy to make the drive. They par-bake the pizza so we can finish it at home and it is phenomenal. It is a crowd pleaser, everyone loves it! Not one complaint. Crust is perfect, sauce is delish, cheese mix is the best! We are DeRomas devotees! (Also, the price is unbelievable. An X-Large is less than $25 and feeds 6 easy! That’s with hungry kids and adults!) *the photos attached are par-baked so we can finish when we get home! In the restaurant they’re cooked til perfectly golden and bubbly!

We had a Greek salad and a small pizza with roasted red peppers and green olives for two people. It was wonderful! The olives were the large (often stuffed) kind instead of the smaller salad olives with pimentos. Perfect! We had half the pizza left over and wished we had one near home. We would be regulars.

We love Deromas. We just spent a week at the beach and made the mistake of going to La Famiglia early in the week. We had an extremely disappointing experience there but got Deromas later in the week. Next time it will be Deromas twice.

Wow what an amazing spot! Get the pretzel. It made my day. Fantastic vibe. Great music but not too loud. Super hungry and couldn't finish. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and could barely eat 25%. My kiddo destroyed my fries. She ordered the buffalo chicken calzone, didn't like the blue cheese crumbles so we reordered without the blue cheese, she loved it. Excellent all around. Empty picture was the pretzel.

We have been vacationing in Murrells Inlet for 10 years and can’t believe we’ve never stopped here before. We both got calzones and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had! No exaggeration! This is a small local joint with such a cool vibe and friendliest staff. We will be definitely be back.

They have a Chicken Parmesan Sub, they have spaghetti and they have salad. The girls solution was to order 2 Chicken Parmesan subs minus the bread, 2 Side Salads & 2 Spaghetti Dinners for $57.94. When I inquired could they just give us each a half of one spaghetti dinner because we just wanted it as a side she said no because they don't sell a side of spaghetti. It just seemed too complicated, problematic, and messy. I am actually thankful though because we discovered Rosie's. We got 2 Chicken Parmesan dinners for $35.90 and it was the very best Chicken Parmesan I have had in over 30 years.

The pizza was outstanding - hot, fresh, and delicious!! And Janet was the best server ever!! We honestly thought she might be the owner since she was so invested in making sure we were having a good experience, enjoyed our food, and that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!!

Our first night in Pawley's Island got off to a great start with dinner at R'Way! The staff was so accommodating to our group of 7; they made sure we had the space and help we needed. There was something on the menu for everyone in our party. We felt very welcome; the staff joked with everyone like they were family. We tried a few kinds of pizza, the pretzels, and appetizer sampler. Everything was delicious-- even as leftovers! No matter if you're a regular or in town for vacation, we highly recommend visiting here for a tasty and fun meal!

I go here every time I am on vacation. It is the only place I will order a Philly cheesesteak. The pizza is also amazing along with the mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and burgers. Basically you can’t go wrong with your order. The owners and staff are so friendly. I would show pictures of my delicious and delicate meal but I ate it.

Order this delicious pizza! We grabbed it two separate days during our one week vacation @ Pawleys! ( Large Double pepperoni.) The adults & kiddos were excited to see how huge the slices were! *HAPPYFACES* I will miss you R’Way, until we meet again.

Maybe we came on a bad day, but we didn't enjoy eating here at all. The diner seems poorly kept up, and there were flies. The cashier overcharged us (we put our order in online after to check, since $20 for 1 burger w/ fries + a shake seemed really high and the price was lower online) and they didn't really look at us while we ordered or talked with them. The fries were very overcooked, and the shake was runny. We liked the burger well enough, but we wouldn't recommend eating here

Mel and miss T are great owners/management. Very personable and hospitable toward customers. Haley is probably my favorite waitress, she's super sweet and the cooks all seem like they're glad to be at work. I legit love this place 10/10 if you come to Pawleys you gotta stop in.. Miss T somehow knows which coffee mug I need 🥰

The owner was super sweet & attentive, the food got out quick, & the burgers & fries were fantastic then while you're eating you can enjoy the local art on the walls & support the local artists by buying some of their pieces!

Slow service, average food, weird smell. Friendly folk and my son's burger was good. Awkward tip-at-the-register set up, before you've been served. Guy added drinks inside order to the tab. Clearly the locals like it, so maybe this was an off day...

Not good. We chose Beach Burgers and BBQ because it had high ratings, but our food was bad. Fries were very old, onions rings looked like they had been fried in black oil and the “pulled pork” was more like pork mush. Not at all what we expected. Very unhappy.

Simple & fresh burgers served in an old school environment. Every burger comes with bacon 🥓. We got the wings too… yummy 😋.

Had the Texas sausage, egg, & cheese sandwich with hash browns w/ ham added. Only had a half piece of sausage on sandwich and the ham had a sour taste (spoiled). Didn't eat the hash browns!. Asked for refill on coffee, was told a new pot was brewing, and it would be about 2 minutes. Never got any more coffee! The floor was super nasty with empty bread wrappers, dirty napkins, and gunk caked on the floor. Half way thru the meal an employee started the juke box and it was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation within the same booth. We've been coming to this location since it opened and it was always a favorite of ours until today. Will be cautious coming back...

Stop by there for lunch. There was only one other table that had a customer, and they already had their food sat in the table right by the register. Five people walked around, never greeted us. Only thing we could tell is they were complaining that there wasn’t enough help on the weekends. The kitchen area behind the counter was nasty. So my wife and I got up and walked out no one ever said a word.

Customer service from the manager is insane. Her name is Riley, very disrespectful towards staff in front of customers. I heard customers talking about her asking if she is racist. Very crazy to see that manner come from a manager and so early in the morning. Please re train your managers, she is the reason you will lose costumers

6 o'clock Saturday morning before a great day of golf. Coffee tasted like it had been on burner since midnight. Thick, burnt bitter coffee 100 spoons of sugar couldn't sweeten. The hashbrowns had gray pieces that had obviously gone bad. Eggs , toast and waffle ok Ate at bar grill area pretty dirty. Employee dumped soapy water on floor and started cleaning it which coincides with the arrival of manager. The mopped trash and food was mopped to a grate in floor which was too small for most of waste and so we had to eat rest of meal staring s a nasty pile of grunge on the floor. Yum!

Shoutout to Mea 🤍 She’s super sweet and a hard worker, I really appreciate the effort she puts into taking care of the customers and creating an inviting atmosphere. All the workers I’ve met this morning were very sweet. I highly recommend coming to this location ☺️

We were the only people in there, had to search for a clean table. Dirtiest restaurant I believe I've ever seen. 4 employees behind counter laughing it up , one was unit manager. Management walks in and sits at end of counter immediately! Place was disgusting! I ordered crispy bacon and she gave me limp bacon ask for it crispy and she rolled her eyes!! Lazy and Dirty crew!!

waited in the drive in for a good 30 minutes after placing our order because they forgot about us. we then waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up. very disappointed.

We waited and waited on our food and never got it, so we left. The people working inside were too busy doing closing duties then getting food delivered. There we drinks and food bagged on the shelf with no one delivering them.

Good but I ordered a choc chip cookie dough milkshake and got an Oreo one. My dad told me to just have it so I did but I complained. I complained for the rest of the day until he got so mad and disowned me and now I'm living on the streets just because they didn't give me what I ordered

Train wreck. Slow, multiple errors on order and grumpy delivery employee. There is great potential for this restaurant…but it needs a lot. Usually, when a restaurant is dysfunctional, there is a manager problem.

LOVED coming here yesterday. me and my sister went and they were out of the french cruellers she loves luckily they were baking some at the time but the cashier was so COOL he joked around and overall made it a fun experience he was super sweet as well

I come here all the time bc it’s the only one in the area and I keep being deeply disappointed. I’m not even the type to write reviews but this has happened so many times over the past year it’s ridiculous. I understand Dunkin is a chain, and their food is fine. It’s the problem with the orders being correct. %90 of the time I go I get my order wrong. And the manager there is rude as hell whenever I try to correct it. Today for example I got a BACON EGG AND CHEESE on a plain bagel. They charged me for a bacon egg and cheese.. (like $6) but gave me a plain bagel? Nothing on it? Like the fact the workers there are ignorant enough to think that I’d pay $6 for a plain bagel woth nothing on it is crazy. The receipt literally says bacon egg and cheese? This has happened not once or twice but about every other time I go to Dunkin. When I walked in there one time to get my side of cream cheese that I paid for the manager would not talk to me, the sweet girl at the cash register kept trying to tell her I already payed for the cream cheese and the manager just went on and on about how I can’t have free cream cheese? Basically yelling at the cashier as if I wasn’t standing right there with my receipt. It took five minuets for her to understand I already paid for it. That however was months ago. Now I just check it twice. Just I’m so done with this like look at my receipt and what I got. I just don’t understand why they have people who can’t read a receipt correctly working there. AGAIN THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME I WOULDNT CARE IF IT WAS A THING THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

Worst service ever. Stopped by to get an unsweetened ice tea and it took forever. Went inside for restroom break. Person at register ignored me as was taking drive through orders. When he finally decided to take my simple drink order it took forever to get the iced tea. He made 4 other complicated drinks before he finally poured my tea. He never looked up. Rude. Never experienced worse service than this for a cup on iced tea and i was the only person in the store! Unbelievable

Dunkin is my place to go hands down, and I can tell when something is off with the taste, and today I got Blueberry glazed munchkins to take with me on my ride back home ( 4hrs drive) about 40 min in drive I go to get one and they were so nasty no glaze very soft stale tasting I couldn't drive back but I am learning to check out my food before I leave parking lot from now on.

This Dunkin never fails to disappoint. The food quality is lacking in terms of freshness, the drinks are never consistent, the service is slow, my order never seems to be correct. I've given this establishment multiple chances over multiple years and they just can't seem to get it together. Officially giving up.

This is my first time ever leaving a review and you wonder why. I ordered from this place with a woman on the phone who I can barely understand. A phone call that should have taken 2-5 minutes to order took 14 minutes and 36 seconds. The women said the order would take 10 minutes to get here in confidence. Well as I’m typing this it’s 86 minutes later. I’ve tried calling three times and I’m on a que for 30 minutes. Save yourself the time and patience and go pick up pizza or order elsewhere.

Order took more than 50 minutes to complete (Carryout order), so after visiting the store twice I picked it up and should have checked it before leaving! A pepperoni mushroom pizza was 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni when I arrived home. And I called the store immediately to let them know -- Have been on hold 20:44 minutes and still on hold!! And at 10:30 pm, no desire to go back out./ They did finally answer and delivered the correct pizza at 11 pm.

Delivery was fast after ordering and pizzas were nice and hot! As were the brownies. The delivery driver was very friendly. Will definitely order again the next time we're in Pawley's Island.

I never leave bad reviews as I know from being in food service before that everyone can have bad days. But today when I ordered my sub in a bowl for pickup, and got back home to eat it, I discovered my bowl only consisted of some meat and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no blue cheese. Nothing else that comes with this sub in a bowl. The first person I spoke with told me they did add lettuce to the order, which was a complete lie. When I finally got to the manager they told me with online orders you have to type in the comments exactly what you want in the bowl, which is another lie as I went back in online and all the ingredients are defaulted as included in the bowl. My receipt also shows all the ingredients that should have been in my sub/bowl. I paid nearly $15 for a fountain drink, chips, and about 1/4 of a bowl with meat and cheese. I have ordered previously from here with ingredients missing and having little to no substance in the meal being provided but this one set me over the edge a bit.

Fast service! Delicious subs and you can order in advance and they will have it ready. Perfect to eat at the beach.

I've been going there for years and I love the place. But there was an issue today that I found disturbing. The individual use that spatula to clean off the counter and then used that same spatula without cleaning it off to cut up my cold cuts tomatoes and onions for my box. That has to be against health code.

The sandwich's are great and seem to have a lot more meat than other places. All the people that work there are very nice and helpful. They knew their stuff, and made some good recommendations. They keep the place spotless. You could eat off the floor. Just a great experience all the way around. I highly recommend this place.

Food was good, establishment was clean and the guy doing final prep & checkout was very nice. However, the guy taking the orders and doing meat prep could use some guidance. He wasn’t rude but very unfriendly. Very demanding in his words and tone. The other young man was finishing another order so the Soup Nazi handed me my Philly. I thanked him and he looked at me as if what I said highly irritated him. I’m local and tend to go eat at the sub place next door because of the drive through convenience. Now I know their staff is much better trained and far more courteous. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but I will if this happens, again.

Most unwelcoming Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. No greeting when you walk in. Every employee mumbles and have a huge attitude problem. You are an inconvenience to be there.

The two ladies working were knocking out orders service was good. The sub sandwich was on point. The place was clean. They are worth a try.

so im kinda scared. tell me why a multimillion dollar fast food company gave me a ketchupp packet CUT OPEN (like a slit open) and taped back with duct tape? someone slit open the packet and took the time to TAPE it back together. Im genuinely concerned because of the way it looks purposefully cut and then the fact its taped back when McDonalds as we know has baskets full of sauces. There was no need for that and makes me questions what could've been put in the packet 😂(idk call me crazy for being hyper aware) like i hate to leave a bad review but someone working there needs to be fired because of how unsanitary and unsafe this is. as far as I know someone slipped something in my damn ketchup packet lol. this was literally just now also. heres the pics lmao. be careful of everything even your every day local mcdonalds because this is weird

We had to wait a while for our food, but they were really busy. Our food was hot and fresh. This was the best steak egg and cheese bagel I've had since they returned. The hashbrowns were hot and crispy and didn't taste like old oil. One guy got fired while we were there and stormed out. He didn't want to do what the manager said, so she sent him home. The crew picked up the slack and carried on. Great team effort! 👏

The employee Tada (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling) was absolutely stellar! He got our food quickly and precisely, fixed any issues, and you can tell he took his job very seriously. He brought incredible vibes, he was kind and smiling at everyone, provided the type of service you just don’t see much anymore. He deserves a lot of recognition!

Lots of discrimination going on at this location and has for a while!!!!! Ronald @ the drive thru portrayed to be the manager then Tia, when I called back thought it was cute to be so very rude….Im positive it’s simply because I’m white! I’ve heard sooooo many people complain about this same thing. And they certainly do NOT hire white people either!!!!!! So sad what this world is coming too! All I wanted was my snack wrap they left outta my bag last week ….that I paid for!!!!!! But it was an act of congress and STILL didn’t get my wrap! Unbelievable, as much money that I’ve spent there!!! Going to hell in a handbasket!!

The store is not supposed to be closed until 11pm on a week day, and yet the staff decide to close all of the registers at 10pm. I was able to place a mobile order through the app and only found out they were closed 60 minutes before the posted closing time once I had arrived at the drive-thru. I had to cancel the order myself through the app, and now I've got to wait up to 5 business days for a refund. Incredibly irritating.

I swear this is the last money I'm going to spend at this McDonald's!! I live at pawleys and I have no problem driving to the inlet location!! Both of the burgers was sooo sloopy and slack...fries was sooo old and hard...and the tea outta all things was horrible!!! I just CAN NOT spend another penny there!!! I just don't understand how this happens so often?. I never usually complain but I'm sick of this shit!!!

Sat at front counter trying to get their attention. They were 10 feet away and couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t have product finally came out to tell me

Tried to eat here and when we walked in the girl who looked to be on break made an audible sigh, started getting up and walking to the counter. She never put her phone down or looked up at us. Also the other girl was sweeping with her shoes of only in socks. She also never spoke. We decided to leave before getting a sandwich thrown together by someone who obviously doesn't want to be at work...

I don't go to Subway often but I went today and im glad I did. Although I went in to grab a few cookies, I was provided some amazing customer service by Mary Jane. She was a breath of fresh air as I consider how customer service is falling by the way side for many now adays. She was friendly, warm, & genuine. You should be lucky to have her. Thanks again Mary

They don’t acknowledge you when walking in. Acted like he didn’t want to take our order. Barely said anything at all. No customer service. Sub was ok at best.

The food at Subway is always good.. the service at the one in Pawleys Island is absolutely horrible. I'm not sure how you walk into a place and the person that is making your sandwich never speaks a word the entire time. But it seems to be the way that this place works all the time. Multiple times I have walked in and the customer service is absolutely horrible. It doesn't take that much to speak or smile to someone. I don't usually comment on things like this but I am so tired of going to Subway and being treated like dirt. You can speak to your customers and you can smile it's okay

We walked in and the guy with the mustache and bandana didn’t say a word to us. After a few minutes we asked about salads and he whispered the answer then went back to making sandwiches. He put the sandwiches on the rack and still didn’t even look up. Thankfully mine was one of the mobile orders but my mom went next door to Sone because it was so uncomfortable. I’ll do the same next time.

Worst experience ever. Order a footlong , not toasted. They toasted it so asked if I could have a sandwich not toasted. Lady making sandwiches tossed the bread to the garbage and threw the meat onto another loaf of bread. I then asked if there was anyway I could get the sandwich without the melted cheese. She said she was going to throw more cheese on it. I like cold sandwiches, not warm meat and melted cheese. She wasn't going to make me a sandwich the way I asked so I had to leave without a sandwich after waiting 25 minutes in line. I understand they were busy but this was totally unacceptable customer service. All I asked for was the sandwich I ordered.

Very clean establishment. Food was good and staff was friendly and didn’t wast anytime making subs. Men’s bathroom also clean.
