Well, the restaurant is highly recommended by a good friend. I’m not sure if they don’t have much choice, but it seems like they have really good restaurants in Bellevue so I was kind of surprised when they highly recommended it. I mean, I was surprised after dinner. Dinner was just OK, a little better than average. Not great. We had many of the starters, including the Dungeness crab salad. (it first came without the crab and we had to send it back.), Christine’s with cheese, focaccia (not warm or fresh tasting), baked spinach(very good) , chickpea salad (very good), carpaccio (OK but wouldn’t order again) We went on two pasta dishes, the boor (which was recommended, but too heavy for my taste), and the tagliarini with spot prawns (good taste, but way too few prawns) We finished with dessert of the crostata de pere (delicious pear, delicacy with a hard crust), and the ricotta pistachio cake. (which was also really amazing.) Also had halibut en papillote, and pea soup appetizer (soup was excellent, fish was overcooked) So on the Whole, service was a bit slow, but good, appetizers and entrées were overrated, and dessert was underrated. I can see why people like it, the setting is just gorgeous, overlooking a marina on a lake. Windows are open and you get the fresh breeze the whole time you’re there. Fantastic location! Food was incredible! We had the burrata appetizer, the truffle butter pasta and a sausage risotto. So good! The views were beautiful, breeze inside was nice. The service was slow, relaxed atmosphere, but also not super fast to offer drink refills or to check on table (just 2 of us), though very friendly. Parking is validated for 2 hours and we had to pay a little extra because we were over the time, felt like a longer dinner than we anticipated. Total bill with 1 appetizer, 2 pastas, bread and a soda (no other drinks) was about $120 with tip.

A nice, beautiful, comfortable, cozy restaurant with a simple menu. It's a bit noisy, but for such a level of establishment it's normal and even has some charm of its own.We had a reservation for 8:00, we sat down somewhere around 8:15-820, ordered food, they brought it to us somewhere around 8:45, that is, you don’t have to wait very long, the waiters are all quite courteous and polite. I was with my wife celebrating a birthday, we ordered fried vegetables and steak and also prosek and tiramisu and all this cost us 200 dollars including tips, which I think is pretty good. As for the food, the food was really tasty, I haven't eaten such tasty vegetables for a long time, the steak was a very good piece, it's worth it.I think that in summer the weather is good considering that they have a veranda, this is a super nice option for a dinner.

COMO is another example of how Seattle’s dining scene is lacking as it offers an average experience therefore it’s always extremely packed. The food is a bit of a hit or miss, it lacks consistency. I had incredible things that were honestly to die for (like the Short Ribs, just amazing) and others that I didn’t even want to finish (the butter truffle ravioli was just not tasty and the ricotta and pistachio cake were too sweet without the proper texture. As a lot of people point out, service can be slow and food can take a while, our waiter was super friendly though. The atmosphere is incredible, the light, furniture, the view, that is worth it. We spent $130 with 1 glass of wine, 1 drink, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 dessert. Would I go again? Maybe. Not the best Italian, not the worst. It’s just Seattle being Seattle.

This is a nice beautiful place to spend time. But the food is not that perfect. Especially for Italian menu. Atmosphere is great and also the view with the vibe. The food can be better. The truffle pizza was delicious but fried squash blossoms were so oily and tasteless. Little disappointed. And the service little slow. We had 3 times missed and brought incorrect food and drink. Overall it’s ok place but I think it’s little overrated.

came here for lunch and it was pretty filling. Such an exquisite view of the lake too! 🏞⚓️. The food was better than I expected and I was already half full after the appetizer haha. The only con is that it can get crowded and loud and the tables and balcony are not on a first come first serve basis.

I was a guest of the hotel and ventured to Como for dinner on a rainy Sunday. I asked to be seated at the bar. The bar has 12 seats. The bar was not packed. 2 other patrons who were together. After being ignored for 5 min by the bartender. He finally ambled over to take a drink order. I ordered a Hugo Spritz. i watched him make the drink. It was a watered down disaster with brown mint and no flavor. i asked for recommendations on the menu which he couldn't really articulate what was good. i ordered the gem salad and bucatini amatriciana. The salad is huge with tasteless dressing, dates, prosciutto and gorgonzola. 3 small pieces of prosciutto, old dates and no gorgonzola. The bucatini arrived. The pasta was overcooked with a tomato paste sauce. No guacinale or calabrian chilis as mentioned. I requested the wine list 3 times to order a glass of red to go with the pasta. The bartender Antonio was too busy bragging about managing Barolo a restsuarant in Seattle. I have dined at Barolo and it is a great restaurant but he obviously was let go for poor service and why he is the bartender at “the spaghetti factory of the Eastside.” Como do better. Hire better.

A vibrant and friendly host is the best part of the visit. This young gal is the best addition at this location compared to the past personnel I interacted with before. Our Waitress just want to get her job done and move on. Ok. So be it… Overall, the food is tasty but always on the high sodium side. We requested for no salt chips. The answer is NO. This location is one block from Lake WA with outdoor seating. It’s sure a popular place. Street or paid parking lot

Came for an early dinner on a Sunday. The host was super friendly and let us pick whichever outdoor seat we wanted since there were options. Our waitress came not long after and she asked if we want chips, salsa, and guacamole for the table (only later to find out on the bill that it costs $11.) We ordered house fajita with skirt steak and chimayo enchilada. Both dishes were mediocre for us, we had better elsewhere and at home tbh. The location of the restaurant is convenient and nicely tucked away where you can see cars driving by and people walking past. The atmosphere inside also seems nice, restroom was clean so that's a plus. All in all, good experience thanks to the friendliness of the host and the waitress but we will try elsewhere for Mexican food. The sign did say along the lines of "We are not authentic, but we are Cactus."

I chose to sit outdoors, which was beautiful — the perfect spot to enjoy the lively atmosphere and great music. My server, Sara, was wonderful. I ordered both of her recommendations — the squash blossoms and the Sonoran Spa Chicken — and they were absolutely delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I could tell the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service, the atmosphere, and the food were all top-notch. Highly recommend Cactus in Kirkland — I can’t wait to come back!

If you're looking for great Mexican food that has an original twist, combined with phenomenal handmade corn tortillas...Cactus is for you. This specific location is enchanting and lively for get-togethers for food and drink.

Excellent location with great service and a lovely ambiance. While the food was good, it felt a bit bland compared to their SLU location. We enjoyed the guacamole with chips and salsa, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the flan which was rich, smooth, and perfectly executed.

Deru Market is a gem! We came for Sunday brunch and left really impressed. Food: Beet Lemon Muddle (3/5): Refreshing, tart, with a hint of sweetness, sort of like lemonade with a beet twist. Not my favorite, but interesting. Blueberry Brioche (4/5): Light, fluffy, and fresh. Just sweet enough without being heavy. Toast with Butter & Jam (5/5): Thick-cut bread, generously buttered, with plenty of flavorful jam. Comfort food perfection. Farm Scramble (5/5): Outstanding. The eggs were cooked beautifully, the veggies fresh, and the broccoli was crispy and perfectly seasoned. Easily the star of the meal. Service: Friendly and efficient, though nothing over-the-top. Ambiance: Both indoor and outdoor seating are inviting. Great for families or a casual date. Even on a busy Sunday brunch, it felt lively but never overcrowded. Overall, an excellent spot worth visiting. Delicious food, generous portions, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Finally made it to DERU and it did not disappoint. The place has a fun atmosphere with a cozy patio that’s perfect for hanging out. Our servers were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The yam fries and garlic knots were instant favorites, and the pizzas tasted fresh with great ingredients. The mushroom pizza leaned a bit heavy on garlic, I personally would’ve loved a little more goat cheese to balance it out. And the cake… wow. The slice was huge and absolutely decadent. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back to explore more from the menu.

The brioche came out cold and hard as a rock — it must’ve been overbaked and left sitting out too long. The Benedict was cold too, and oddly, only one half had greens while the other had none. I’m not sure if that’s intentional or if the chef just forgot. The only thing that tasted decent was the potatoes. After waiting in line for so long, it was really disappointing to end up with food like this.

Used to be a good deal but not anymore since portion got a lot smaller. First pic is Sept 2025. Second pic is from Feb 2025. The other side salad served at the same time for other tables also seems to be more than mine so maybe it’s discrimination or bad luck. Spoke to the manager and was just told all the salad weight the same and they changed the mix. Nothing was done about it and my salad is definitely smaller than what others had gotten in the restaurant.

Honestly disappointed. Noodles had an odd aftertaste. Hard to get servers attention for missed items we ordered. The drink, salad, and lemon curd cheesecake was delicious. I’d go again to see if it was an off day, but didn’t find this visit to match its reviews.

We drove from far south based on recommendation from a friend. Malabar parota was very nice .ordered Kasargod Chemeen curry, Tilapia fry and paripu Vada. Chemmeen curry was more sour / too much tamarind for me. Overall it was ok

As someone from South India, I’m often on the lookout for authentic flavors that bring back memories of home, and your food truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the genuine hospitality of your staff. The menu offered such a fantastic range of classic South Indian dishes, and each dish I tried was simply outstanding. The spices, flavors, and presentation captured the essence of home in every bite. I like this place because it has unique Indian food ( from Kerala). Unlike most of the Indian places the menu is fairly unique. It was good and we enjoyed it a lot.

Favorite place to eat uniquely different Indian cuisine…. They have a mean Kerala Meen Curry…. That’s fish curry (tilapia) for the uninitiated. You can try extra and ask for extra spicy sauce base. Lovely and cozy ambiance. Lots of parking but it’s often full on peak hours

I stopped by for lunch and ordered dosa, appam, and mutton, and I was thoroughly impressed with the food. Each dish was flavorful and delicious, with authentic spices and fresh ingredients that made the meal memorable. The dosa was perfectly crispy, the appam soft and light, and the mutton tender and well-seasoned. The flavors really stood out, making this a great spot for anyone craving quality Indian food. I enjoyed the meal so much that I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Free parking on the side. Feel like we were in a rust. They had us wait for 30 minutes for the table, when our table ready they asked us to order before being seated. Which is fine as they said food will come out faster. We ordered our food, then got seated, waited for another 40 minutes for our food to come out. They were missing our order when I asked they argued, and then brought our order out without apologizing for it. Seating was really tight. There are barely rooms to move around without touching others customers. In the end they did say sorry for the mistake. However I personally wouldn’t come back.

Location is great—especially for brunch on a warm summer day! We sat indoors but still got to enjoy a steady, fresh breeze. We tried the watercress salad, which was just okay. The banana pancakes were delicious, and the tinga de pollo tacos were great too. I got the bottomless mimosa and was told that I had to pick just one flavor and stick with it. I also asked if they could make it with fresh orange juice (which was on the menu), but was told they only use packaged juices —kind of a bummer. On the plus side, the red sangria was really nice.

I went to this restaurant with some friends and we had a great time. It was a Friday night, even though I could make a reservation that same day which is a plus! We got there and the restaurant was very busy so there was some waiting time but they brought us some dessert to compensate for the time. The food is always delicious but be prepared because the portions are not big, comparing to some other Mexican restaurants these portions are smaller and don’t come with the usual sides. The views from the restaurant were amazing, definitely we’re be coming back!

The food was good, upscale Mexican cooked and seasoned well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. At our table of 6 a water glass was never empty and it wasn’t hard to flag a staff member down if we wanted something, though our server was very attentive and prompt. Lovely location as well with close and easy parking or valet.

Made a reservation 2 days before, and got seated right away. Staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the carne asada, short rib tacos, and corn guac appetizer. All very good, cocktails were delicious as well! We wanted to order the pork dish (that’s listed at the bottom of the menu) but when we asked and they said it’s no longer an option…why not just take it off the menu? Weird this rating is so low, we had a great time, food was delicious, and beautiful views and parking validated!! We will be back!

We had dinner at El Encanto for our anniversary, and my husband had made reservations weeks in advance. That worked out nicely, as we were seated quickly despite how busy it was for a Thursday evening. The atmosphere was lovely, with live music adding a nice touch, and all of the staff we interacted with were welcoming. Our particular server was cordial, but not especially warm or inviting. Considering the advance reservation and the occasion, we were hoping for a little extra acknowledgment or a special touch to make the evening feel more personalized, but that didn’t happen. It ended up feeling more like a regular dinner out rather than an anniversary celebration. As for the food, the drinks and cocktails were enjoyable, and the Chicharrón Gorditas appetizer was our favorite. The Carne Asada entrée was delicious, but the rice and beans were just okay. The Chile Relleno leaned a bit too Americanized in its sauce for our taste, though we did really enjoy the churro ice cream sandwich for dessert. Overall, the view was spectacular and the experience itself was pleasant. Still, while we appreciated the setting, the food and service didn’t quite stand out enough for us to plan a return visit.

My incredible server, Hayley, recommended the Churro Ice Cream Cake. Folks, I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the most amazing dessert I’ve ever tasted in my life. My daughter and I went to breakfast here and wanted to return for lunch and wow! The Beach House Grill did not disappoint. We had baby back ribs that were fall-off-the-bone good. We tried a few different things since it was our first time for lunch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and nice atmosphere. We can’t wait to get back and try to poke bowl and salads!

As the name suggests, located right on the lake shore, Beach House bar and Grill offers a truly breathtaking view, especially during sunset. The panoramic views of the water, with the golden hues of the fading sun reflecting off the surface, make this spot ideal for a relaxed evening out. The open-air seating, gentle breeze, and soothing sounds of the waves create an unbeatable ambience—perfect for romantic dates or casual gatherings with friends. While the food is nothing extraordinary (think standard bar fare—burgers, fried apps, and grilled seafood that lack standout flavor), the cocktails are Well-crafted and reasonably priced, they pair perfectly with the serene surroundings.

The service is OK, the scenery is great, you can sit outside and watch the sunset while eating. I like it very much and will come back. It is very suitable for gatherings with friends and dates. It is just difficult to park.

Unfortunately we checked out the menu on their website before coming and decided on items they didn’t have on the menu in the restaurant. You think you’re safe when you go directly to the site vs. Google/ Yelp pics haha not in this case. This is the only reason for 4 stars. Hope this inspires the owners to keep up with these things that may “not matter” I know this makes it harder for the servers. Food was good! We only got a few apps because the items we went out of our way for were no longer available. Service was great! We went right they opened and everyone was very sweet and attentive. Atmosphere was great as well! I love this type of decor and felt super comfy. It was very cold for us (from Hawaii :p) and where we sat they had a door open to the lake. The bathrooms are up a set of stairs and I’m not 100% sure if there is an accessible friendly option but! Check them out, so cute!

Food : the food was great! I went with my grandma and we ordered almost every item from their happy hour menu and shared it. The food came out really fast. It was hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Service : the server was ok. Fast which is great but not interaction unless you flagged him down. Atmosphere: the water view is great. Do make sure to book a reservation in advance. It fills up fast. Also, parking is very limited.

Never disappoints. The view is amazing. Our server (who rocks short bangs) is always perfect! Burger was great and perfectly cooked and the turkey sandwich was also great! We parked the boat and walked up for lunch and it was a great part of the day!

Traditional Italian restaurant with seemingly authentic Italian food selections although admittedly I'm not an expert on it. I had lasagna which I thought was good but the proportion of meat to cheese seemed off with way too much cheese relative to the meat. But perhaps people like that. Seemed a bit pricey for what it was. But nice fine dining experience. Just not really the value option for us personally given what we got for the price. Service was good. And enjoyed the atmosphere.

This restaurant is in a great location right in beautiful downtown Kirkland. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the option of patio seating, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit. The menu offered a wide variety of selections, and the portion sizes were just right. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken limone with roasted potatoes and vegetables, which was flavorful and delicious. My dining companions each had salads—one a Caesar, the other a beet—and both were equally enjoyed. We all loved our meals, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. Prices were reasonable, and the quality was excellent. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. Highly recommended!

Centrally located in downtown Kirkland, Ristorante Paradiso offers very good food at reasonable prices. I ordered the lasagna, which was delicious and topped with a lot of cheese. My two friends wanted the Cioppino del Capitano and the Linguine Tutto Mare, respectively. These items are only the dinner menu. However, our waiter was kind enough to offer it for lunch, and they were both excellently prepared by the kitchen. My next visit will be for dinner and I'll order a bottle of wine!

Very lovely Italian restaurant with reasonable price. Available outdoor seating during summer (first come first serve) which is a good option for pet owners. Ordered the special - halibut and linguine tutto mare with a bottle of Italian white wine (didn’t take picture). Would highly recommend this Italian place. Excellent service.

Overall a very good place to have a nice dinner. We were been there on Mother’s Day. It was a pleasant experience.

We had a craving for pasta. A quick search later and we ended up at Paradiso. The service was great. Our server knew the menu very well and made well informed recommendations. She was attentive, friendly, warm, and overall just great. Given the warm sunny day we asked for outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. Pasta was prepared well and sauces very flavourful. Overall a great meal on a beautiful day.

I like many things on the restaurant menu here. If you love a creamy smooth tomato soup they have a great one. I also think their salmon piccata is some of the best most flavorful I’ve had. This place, of course is better in Resturant than having it delivered, but still great to order if you don’t wanna cook.

For absolutely amazing sushi at a good price, you have to try Oto Sushi!! We have gone as a family many times and my youngest daughter doesn't like sushi but they have lots of good options for those that don't. The rest of the family LOVES good sushi and it's hard to find a place that serves really good, quality food at a price most people can afford. The presentation is always nice. They spend time thinking about how to display the food in an eye appealing way but also fun. The service is top notch. They pride themselves in making sure the customer is happy and satisfied. We have been there numerous times and the service is always fantastic. It's a relatively small place so it might be worth it to call ahead if you have anybody in a wheelchair or walker. The restaurant is on the street level so there are no stairs but the entry way includes some tight turns but you won't have a problem getting in but there isn't a lot of space between tables so calling in ahead for those with mobility needs is worth it. With the tables being relatively close together, there isn't any real privacy but the noise level isn't bad and people there are pleasant and it doesn't feel awkward. I would say that it would be nice to be in a bigger space that is more spread out, but they're limited with the space they have. The menu is quite extensive with a lot of options. It is fun to go multiple times and try new rolls or dinner platters. The rainbow dinner is fun as that is served on a boat like platter with a dry ice / steam bowl that covers the food. The firecracker roll and mexican roll are great options if you like a little spice. Overall, this is a great place and I highly recommend it.

Oto Sushi is my new go-to in Kirkland! It's conveniently near Juanita Park with easy parking. They do lunch and dinner, offering everything from sushi to comfort grub like rice bowls. Inside, it's chill with plenty of seats – never had to wait, even during peak times. The service rocks; they bring out drinks and edamame right away, a cool touch. Lunch is our vibe for the wallet, but dinner has more choices. Fish isn't super fancy, but it beats conveyor belt joints or places in the same price zone. The salmon passes our taste test. Love that they don't overload the nigiri with rice, letting the fish shine. Soy sauce isn't crazy salty, and the free miso soup has a sweet kick. Rolls come in different price ranges, and they're worth it. Our top pick is the King Salmon roll. They're quick with the food – no long waits. We usually drop around $20 per person for lunch. Overall, Oto Sushi nails it with a sweet location, reasonable prices, a mix of options, and tasty bites. Perfect for a laid-back sushi fix!

Their happy hour menu is surprisingly large, with great choices like the dragon roll and eel roll—both delicious. I also ordered the Philadelphia roll from the regular menu. They serve edamame, but I’d recommend adding green tea and miso soup to round out the experience. Enough space on a Wednesday around lunch time.

This place is great! The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. And the sushi was delicious. And they give you a good amount of wasabi and ginger. I loved the volcano roll. If you like things that have a little kick to them I would highly recommend. Place seems kid friendly and a large group could fit in depending on the time you come.

Delicious! Got the Omakase and was not disappointed. Really fresh fish, prepared exceptionally well. I've tried Shrimp Sashimi before, but this was the first time I liked it.

We love the Oto Sushi in Redmond and we’ve been going there quite often. This time we were in the area and decide to eat here, thinking it would have similar quality. But it was disappointing. The chicken karaage was dry, the batter tasted like dust. The ikura nigiri was quite fresh but somehow bland. The spicy tuna roll was just bland, no flavor compared to what we have at the Redmond branch; the sushi rice was dry, not stick together. It’s really not a good sign that we had food left over and didn’t want to box it to go.

Very nice and cozy dinning room with a sushi bar. Service was flawless. Menu was nice and all the rolls we ordered came out quick and looked BEAUTIFUL. My only complaint is the dishes lacked that umami flavor I really enjoy with Sushi and other Japanese dishes. Maybe I'm being picky, but there was a brown sauce that was poured on 4 of the 5 rolls we ordered that was extremely sweet. (I want to say it was Unagi but it was so sweet I wasn't sure) My favorite roll is typically "the Dragon roll" or Eel with Unagi and fish, I typically get one almost every time I go for sushi. I was shocked at how sweet it was, almost like they had used Oysters sauce in place of the Unagi. The first few bites were delicious but the sweetness kept building and eventually made the rolls sort of a chore to finish. I typically like more Salty, bold, Umami "yummy" flavored rolls so I was disappointed with these as I had to supplement every bite with left over gyoza sauce and the table soy sauce. My pallet is obviously not the final say in flavor but I would only recommend the Sushi Rolls if you like them in the sweeter side. We ordered Gyoza (phenomenal filling and the sauce was perfect) Fire starter roll (the best one that tastes the most like clean fish sushi) Dragon roll (way to sweet) Crunchy roll (way to sweet) Salmon king roll (2nd best of the list) Spider roll (extremely bland unfortunately) Mizo soup was also very tasty. Over all it was still a delicious lunch, just a little to sweet for my preference.

What a great find for wood fired pizza. Saw it as a recommendation and enjoyed everything I tried. The tomato sauce is great and they have grana padano cheese featured on several of the pizzas. The bianco pizza was wonderful with nice sweetness from the onions and roasted garlic.

Pretty good pizza here! Tried the margherita pizza and the one with fig and prosciutto. Pizza was a little floppy, but the taste was good. Many different flavor options for their pizzas. Wonderful wood fired pizza The place has ample parking and it was great to try them on a frosty night! They have a great selection of vegetarian items on their menu We tried the vegetarian and Margarita pizza and they both were delish! The vegetarian pizza was filled with yummy toppings. The pizza's were thin, chewy and had a wonderful charred taste. It was so good! The portion size was good- we took 2 small for a group of 3. I saw large on a few tables and it was definitely LARGE! We also tried the Caesar salad and Tiramisu- it was okay. Having read the great reviews for the dessert, I was expecting it to be amazing but it was meh! Great pizza place !! I definitely want to try other vegetarian options on the menu

Pizzaiolo is hidden away in a Kirkland strip mall, but don't be fooled by its size, the pizza has huge flavor, tastes great, and is reasonably priced. Skip the national chains and give this local pizza joint a chance.

I’ve been sitting on this review for long enough. Almost daily I think about this pizza I had a few weeks ago, the Margherita Di Bufala. I was sitting at home, looking at a friends story from New York of some amazing slice of Neapolitan style Pizza and I said “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” . I got on my phone and found the closest spot I could and sure enough stumbled upon this gem. I drive past it everyday for work and didn’t even realize. I looked at the photos online and decided I’d go for this exact style of pizza. I was greeted with a smile, kindly helped, and no less than 10 minutes later I had my pizza. I couldn’t hold my excitement 5 minutes. I got to my car, lifted the lid, and was met with the scent of fresh tomato sauce, beautifully thin crispy crust, and the mozzarella from my dreams. This is pizza was simply incredible. If you live in Kirkland or anywhere near all I can do is recommend you treat yourself to a slice of heaven.

I drove 40 minutes to try these guys out after getting a craving for real pizza. It is a small business (literally and figuratively) connected to a few other establishments, and their sign isn't lit up, so you could easily miss it if you're not from the area. Inside, there is room for about 16-20 people comfortably. We went on a Friday around 6:30pm and it wasn't crazy busy. A lot of food delivery people were going in and out, and about 10 people dining in. We were able to place our order pretty quickly and were seated with a big glass container of water and 2 glasses. It only took about 20-25 minutes to get our pies. I got the Margherita, and my daughter got the Pepperoni. They were whole 12" wood-fired pizzas and cost about $19 each. I had very high expectations, but my initial reaction was that it was just better than average. But, after the 2nd and 3rd slice, I realized this was great pizza and probably the best I've had in Washington. The crust has a nice crisp to it, great color, and is delicious. The sauce is slightly sweet, and the mozzarella was perfect, not rubbery at all. The pepperoni on my daughter's pizza tasted fresh and wasn't greasy. Each pie had 6 slices. We each ate 3 of our own, and one of the other's. You can tell food is good and fresh ingredients are used when you are full, but don't feel weighed-down and gross. We wanted to eat more but decided to take the rest home for left-overs. We both had our other 2 slices within 15 minutes of getting back. They are a little more expensive than chain-pizza places, and they are a bit far from us, so this might be a once-in-a-while treat, but they are VERY good and definitely worth it.

Very authentic Mediterranean food! I think in terms of authenticity, it is the closet you can get in the Greater Seattle area to the Lebanese kitchen. They bake their bread on demand inside the kitchen. The Manakesh smell was amazing! The staff were extremely nice and kind, happy to help and explain everything. We went there during the Eid and it was filled with families having good time with good vibes. We liked the Falafel and Kabab and the Mankoshe was nice too. They also have Arabic songs playing on the background, it was nice and we felt nostalgic.

Fast! Very fast! I placed an order three bus stops away and it was ready on arrival. I was in a hurry, so I just ordered the araya, but it was hot and tasty. The chef/cook recommended it with hot sauce and lemon and that recommendation was perfect. I will definitely be making the trip back up from downtown just to try more of this place! I think they have a unique menu. The atmosphere was really cute, the entire establishment was clean, they have a cute patio out front, and everyone was very friendly.

Cash only establishment, but they have an ATM inside for your convenience. Food was fresh and well spiced, would definitely come back again. They also have a middle eastern market with lots of goodies to browse and buy.

Quiet little Middle Eastern restaurant with fast, friendly service and excellent tasting food. We ordered the chicken shawarma wraps and the garlic sauce really kicked up the flavor. The fries were hot and crispy, and really paired with the sandwiches. Limited street parking so I parked in the “lower” parking area by Goodies Mediterranean Market (the market is directly under the restaurant).

Lovely and unique middle eastern place, not your typical shawarma or sandwich or Kabab place. This is SO MUCH MORE! they have a lot of the authentic varieties you can't get anywhere else in Seattle area. A definite go to for authentic middles eastern and especially Lebanese/Syrian based dishes.

Awesome Servers and Tuesdays special of 5 pizzas and a bottle of wine. Got the tomatoes soup to dip the crust in and it's amazing. Patrick is our favorite server. But we like everyone who works there. Been there every Tuesday in the past 5 weeks except one.

One of my fave pizza(?) places! The menu is limited but all of the pies are so unique and delicious. My friend and I shared the potato rosemary one and we both loved it! Very very cheesy. We had this more as a snack, so if you come here for dinner I suggest 2 pizzas to share between 2 people, or at least geg a starter! We completely missed the drink menu somehow and I only realized as we were leaving so I’m totally mourning that. Went around 4:40pm on a Sunday and there was tons of space, got to pick our table out. Outdoor seating is limited but it wasn’t full when we were there. The staff were super friendly and didn’t rush us at all.

Serious Pie at Totem Lake (Kirkland) is an artisanal pizzeria by Tom Douglas, featuring wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas and a creative range of starters, salads, and sweets. During my recent lunch visit, the initial service was slow, it took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged our arrival. While the staff became attentive once we were seated, the hygiene standards could use improvement. I noticed some crew members preparing pizzas without wearing gloves, and one of the plates we received had gum stuck to it, which I’m sure was unintentional. Our Fresh Mozzarella Pizza and Mushroom Pizza were delicious, with a perfectly cooked crust. The wood-fired oven adds a rustic depth to the flavor, and the toppings are thoughtfully balanced. The cheese pizza was Ok, though it leaned a bit salty for our taste. The Roman Artichoke and Kale salads were another highlight, fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, making them more than just a side dish. Other local favorites include Yukon Gold Potato, Fennel Sausage pizzas, and the Biscuit Brunch.

I recently visited Serious Pie at Totem Lake and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a cozy exterior and friendly staff. The menu offered a wide variety of pizzas, catering to both traditional and adventurous tastes. I opted for the classic mozzarella and the fennel sausage pizzas. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a deliciously chewy texture. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive. They made sure our drinks were refilled and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our meal.

Good place for artisan pizzas. The daily special pizza had too many flavors going on but all the pizzas had nice crispy bottoms and ingredients. I would just choose which pizza to order carefully.

If you’re not ready for a pizza that unapologetically drips with personality (and oil), then keep walking. This pie showed up glistening like it had been blessed by the culinary gods themselves, oily, yes, but in the kind of way that makes you whisper damn, that’s good before you even take a bite. The cheese wasn’t just melted; it was draped across the pepperoni with the elegance of a royal robe. Each slice of pepperoni felt less like a topping and more like a co-star in a Shakespearean play, bold, dramatic, and a little greasy (but in the best possible way). And then there’s the bread. Holy hell. This crust was baked with such precision that even God himself would have to pause mid-commandment and say, “Ah, so that’s what ‘breaking bread’ was supposed to mean.” It’s perfection, crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside, and carrying the whole damn performance like a veteran lead actor. Bottom line? This wasn’t just pizza, it was an edible mic drop. Oily, cheesy, pepperoni-packed perfection. Damn good food.

Luckily!! There is a big parking garage nearby, or you can sometimes find street parking. Makes it easier to plan a visit here to Serious Pie. This time, we tried several pizzas and loved each one, with the nectarine special being the fave. The crust is light, crisp, almost pastry-like. Very flavorful yet somehow delicate and yet sturdy enough to handle real toppings. Wait staff are genuine people with personalities that can be interesting to experience, generally in a really good way. It's refreshing not to have perfunctory service for a change. We are thrilled with the easy location, good menu variety, fun drinks, and iced tea. Did I mention their restrooms are clean? They are! This is a good date spot or family and friends spot too. Yay!!

I’ve always looked forward to stopping here for Sangak bread, which used to be fresh, delicious, and consistent in quality. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was shocked by how much the quality had declined. The bread was poorly made and nothing like what I had come to expect. It seems the owner is no longer overseeing the baking process as closely as before, and it shows. I was truly disappointed. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to pay closer attention to quality control and ensure that standards are maintained. This bakery has potential—please don't let it slip away.

As far as I know this is the only Persian bakery in the Seattle area. And we are lucky to have Aria because they bake flat bread there in the custom oven that sits in the middle of the store so lots of fresh bread every day!! Also you can get pasteries like cream puffs and napoleon and also sandwiches and pizza. This place has so many choices and its all very fresh from the oven! I will be coming in again and again for good food.

Never had bread as good as this. And they are right out of the oven, fresh warm and aroma to die for! Sign outside look rundown but don't let that fool you. Also inside do not have jazzy sparkles but I liked it as is, made you feel as though you stepped into that part of the world kind of feeling... Loved all the breads and deserts!

I honestly can’t wrap my head around how a bakery can fail so spectacularly at everything it makes. It’s like they held a contest to see which item could be the worst — and somehow, every single one tied for first place. We ordered Halim, cream puffs, barbari naan, and pizza. The pizza was so bad we couldn’t even get through two slices before tossing it in the trash. The bread was stale and joyless, and the cream puffs? Filled with sour, spoiled cream that should have been in the bin days ago. Every item was a new low. This place isn’t just bad for business — it’s a crime against baked goods.

ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. I got an assorted box of cookies and pastries and every single one is to die for. I live 30+ mins away but I'll gladly make the drive regularly for these sublime sweets. Warm, friendly service too!

Would give 10/5 stars if I could. My aunt took me here after she swore it was the best grinder she ever had. She started eating there in the 70s and it’s still owned and run by the same family. The grinder was definitely the best, by far. And prices are very reasonable. But the service was also above standard. The waitress helped me figure out what I could order safely with a diary allergy (which there was endless options) but everyone in there was attentive and supportive while we ate. Making sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back ! Love the cozy family atmosphere and the fact that its family operated is a huge plus. Lovely people & amazing food.

Acropolis Pizza in Kirkland is a total gem, and their grinders are out of this world. My absolute favorite is the salami grinder — perfectly toasted bread, stacked with flavorful salami, melty cheese, and just the right touch of seasoning. It’s the kind of sandwich you crave again the minute you finish it. George, the owner, is awesome. Super friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in everything he serves. You can tell this place is built on quality and community. If you haven’t tried their grinders yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll be hooked.

The staff is so friendly & nice to her (my kid), me, and my wife. ⭐️ I’ve been coming here for about 2-ish years, and it has never disappointed! I recommend the garlic cheese bread & lasagna. Although sometimes some people judge you (customers), it’s very rare and has only happened to me once. I ordered from here off of Uber Eats, and man, I’ll definitely be a return customer! The pad Thai was amazing, just the right amount of sauce and veggies. The fresh rolls were packaged perfectly, none of the rice roll ripped. If you’re looking for a solid Thai place, this is it!

After visiting thailand, I finally found a restaurant that reminds me of the awesome food there. The red curry is so flavorful and kapow gai is just like the ones on the streets of Bangkok. Authentic. Really flavorful. The mango sticky rice and thai tea are also so so good.

We ordered pad Thai with beef for take out. The food was prepared quickly, it was pretty tasty and it had a good amount of meat in it. Good amount of food for one person and ok to share for two if not too hungry. The noodles were a little smaller than I’m used to when ordering pad Thai but I still liked them.

Very cozy restaurant, food is good and the portions are very large. I would highly recommend the noodle or rice dishes. We ordered the massaman curry which didn't taste good and came with dry rice. Other than that, the service was good. I would definitely come back again

- small cozy restaurant - We came here on Thursday night around 6pm, and it has one small table for the two of us. The rest of the tables (6 of them) were taken. The waitress greeted us and we sat down, got water and ordered within 5 minutes. The ambiance is quite nice, they play piano music in the background, and people weren't particularly loud. It gives a cozy vibe, which is nice. Hubby ordered green curry and I ordered the yum woon sen salad. Hubby's green curry comes with rice, and it was pretty standard. I enjoyed my salad, it's a bit sour just the way I like it. The bill came out to be around $35 before tip. Even though hubby said this place isn't as good as the two other Thai places in the area, I still had a good time dining in this cozy place.

First time trying as the other Thai restaurant was closing earlier. Had chicken Pad Kee Mao and Hanuman Typhoon (comes with jasmine rice). Both with 5 level spiciness but it felt like it was only 1 level. I like spicy food and I was expecting spicy but unfortunately they are not. The Hanuman Typhoon is flavorful! The Pad Kee Mao was so so. The interior lacks identity, but the service was quick. All in all, it was not bad.

I love the food at this place, we come out here every time we go on our boat in Kirkland. The only reason why I am giving a negative review is that the waitress was so rude, I would never go back. I kept saying thank you, she would not even once respond. She would set our food like it was an inconvenience to her. The man who normally serves is so polite and pleasant, he represented the place well. This lady was just plain rude and mean.

Food is good………but given the high prices, I can’t justify more than 2 stars. $7 for fries, $7 milkshake (which was very good slightly watery and not very big for $7). $12 for a cheeseburger………… 😶‍🌫️ Fries weren’t as crispy as I would prefer but to each his own.

Neither veggie cheese sandwich we ordered had any cheese in it. Both of them were overflowing with soggy onions and mushrooms, despite us saying no mushrooms for one and no onions for the other. Five Guys used to be good, but the quality seems to have gone way downhill over the years.

Got scammed from Uber eats here. The driver who I believe had my order looked nothing like the picture (and was female instead of male). Drove off immediately after walking closer to their car. Wrong license plate as well, but I know it matched because of the picture they took of the inside of their car. Please ensure that delivery drivers match the name of the person who takes the delivery....

Five Guys is always delicious! Their burgers and fries are fresh and on point! The Cajun fries especially!! Though, I would recommend dining in as the hamburgers can get soggy in their wrapping.

I think overpriced for what you get. The burger was ok not anything too special and my medium fry which was nealy $5 bucks was just greasy potato strips with very little flavor. The service was decent and restaurant clean. Overall rate as ok.

It's not worth it for drivers to wait 10 min for fries to get than drive 15 to 20 minutes to customers just to make 6$ hoping it's a higher hidden pay or more than 2$ base pay. Put the fries on as soon as the driver gets there. Other restaurants don't make us wait that long 30 min for 6$

The place opens sharp at 11. The place is neat and the staff are awesome. I got the bacon cheeseburger 🍔 . The burger is yumm but is on the expensive side. About$10.50. I got the regular fries and they loaded half the box with it. I think this is going to be my favourite fries from now on. And of course, I went there to get the free peanuts 🤣

Absolutely the most ridiculous price to pay for ice cream! $5. 79 for the tiniest cup (probably 4 oz) at the Kirkland, WA store last night. You could buy a pint for that in the grocery store. I was looking forward to a small ice cream treat and was so disappointed by the price. Really obscene. Will not go there again. Yes, the ice cream is good, but Ben & Jerry sold out to the corporate system and the consumers lost. (Plus there was a young probably underpaid girl at the counter looking very stressed trying to keep up on a busy Friday night with no help but was very friendly and helpful and fast. I'm sure it will inspire her to go to school and get an education hopefully not in the corporate world.

Ben and Jerry's has been a favorite of mine since I first went to the USA on a trip 16 years ago. I love you can come here and get a cone or a bowl with so many flavors to choose from Buuuuut. BRING BACK THE GOBFATHER 😭 the best flavor. I can't find it anywhere

I order both a chicken Shwarma plate which says they include a drink on the menu and when I pick up my order to go, I mention I got 2 plates so which sodas can I pick. The person there says it doesnt come with it. He proceeds to show me the screen to show the menu items he picked to charge me and it ends up being around $21.25 for chicken without a drink and 27.50 for the beef shwarama without a drink. First off when I'm ordering food im looking at the menu above not the cash register so why would I know whats behind the counter screen... I was not informed that the prices are not the same and when i tried to get my drinks as advertised on the menu, they push back and are not willing to give me what costs $2 to them even though i paid over set menu price for these items. I come from a world that if you gave something incorrect on your menu, you honor the price of what you showed me. I left upset enough to spend my time writing this review. I am not even sure this is legal. Bait and switching your customers to get and extra few dollars from both more expensive pricing and uninformed pricing. The fries are only unique-ish thing about this place, the portions are huge so if you want that go for it. I only recommend you look at your receipt and check prices on menu over what they charged you.. They may be charging Uber eats prices to everyone but again if theres no food delivery upcharge when you go in locally why am I getting chaged so. Was recommend this place so was excited to try but seeing this trickery pissed me off

I got the chicken and lamb protein bowl. It was divine! I added the garlic sauce and it was even more delicious! Great job! I also got the lentil soup. Very good!

The food and the portion was great! We had the beef bowl and Maniac Fries. The beef is juicy and soft and the fries is crispy outside and soft inside with feta cheese topping. The garlic sauce is stronk! Be careful if you don't really like garlic.

I’ve been eating food from here for nearly 6 years and my rave review is so overdue. Their plates are heaven (lasting about three meals for me), the wraps are unbelievable (about two meals each) and every side I’ve had is just to die for. I work in Ballard and can confidently say that this eastside spot is an incredible spot, easily the best Mediterranean in greater Seattle. 10/10 recommend you give it a try!

First time eating Mediterranean food and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the lamb plate and fried cauliflower. Everything was seasoned perfectly with huge portions. The establishment was clean and the staff were very friendly. The place was somewhat busy but the wait time was very minimal. Definitely will be coming back.

What a great place!! Unfortunately at the time I came it was not so pleasant experience. I assume there was a turn over because I had to wait at least 15 minutes to be served when there were no one else around to be served. Sam from what I was told at the time was the manager and Natalia happen to be the server. The line was extremely messy which I hold the waiting to my fault. I wasn't about to be served with the line being so disgustingly represented. I'm not to sure if the servers aren't as mindful of other particles being placed in the wrong bin and with food allergies one would think they would be a lot more mindful of the line being cleaned at all times. I did allow three other people to go ahead of me, but I demanded the line be cleaned. I guess if everyone else don't mind then the standards would never be raised. Maybe me standing there making the atmosphere dry, charge them to represent such an awesome place that not only allow you to see your food but has a good selection of healthy food choices. To the Owner thanks you-to the employees please keep the line clean.

Slackers. Ordered 20 mins ahead. Got to the restaurant on time. Now, 20 mins later, the chicken hit the grill. Meanwhile lots of phones and discussion by the guys working the grill. Restaurant is full of people waiting for food they also ordered online.

Ordered the Da Vito Primo/ Parma Primo and it was really good. The sausage they used was very tasty. Their tomato sauce along with the roasted tomatoes were very tangy which helps cut through the richness of the cheese. The crust was crunchy and chewy. Will come back again. Recommended!!

Such a great place to get pizza! It's like a nice in between from a fast food pizza place and a mom and pop shop. Friendly workers and tasty pizza. You can order by the slice or get a whole pizza - which is what we did. Plus, great artwork on the pizza boxes and bags! Such a unique pizza place.

We’re locals, and Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in Washington. We always get a margarita pizza and the pagliaccio salad. I HIGHLY recommend. This Kirkland location was awesome today. The pizza was sooo good. So perfect. They just went through a remodel and I had to get photos of everything because they did such a great job with the remodel. It looked amazing.

I'm from Europe and I know how pizza should tastes. It's not even close to this. And it was burnt, and " burnt" taste as well. They have only original thick crust. Staff was friendly and nice. Nice and clean interior.

Got myself a beer and a couple slices of pepperoni pizza. Nothing fancy, but then again pizza doesn't need to be. Their pizza is always on point. The restaurant was clean and a relaxed environment.

Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn’t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don’t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Or maybe they were just having an off day. Edit: Pagliacci reached out about this and made it right. Definitely the way to do business and keep me coming back. Thanks Pizza Pals!

Ordered 2 slices of the Italiano , (Spinach, roasted garlic, mozzarella, fontina and parmesan over a crushed Italian tomato base finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.) dough was thin and crispy similar to Woodfire pizza and the pizza flavor was all around good but could have been better . If you have ever tried the pizza chain Pizza my heart , this place is similar to that. They also offer gluten-free options , which is great and customer service was superb.

I needed a solid sandwich to fuel a long hike and this place came through big time! I grabbed the Italian sub and it was loaded with fresh ingredients and tons of meat -- super flavorful and held up perfectly all the way to the top of the mountain. Nothing better than a great sandwich with a view (highly recommend tryng this!) The staff was also incredibly nice and accommodating to my needs, making sure everything was just right for a to-go order. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The interior has THE atmosphere. It’s a bit warm which was nice cover from the rainy Washington spring weather. The choices were limited to cold subs, hot subs, and speciality subs. Looks like they took off a couple things off their menu. We ordered the 12inch sarducci sub with all the vegetables and many condiments. The bread was delicious. It was crusty and tasted great. It’s a good sub. They were kind and split the 12 inch into two 6 inches for us. Definitely making this my go to sub place if I’m craving one. Parking is abundant and you order off a kiosk so there’s no rush. You can also order ahead of time and pick it up. We came in on Easter Sunday so the bar seat and single outdoor seat was available.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and this is hands down one of the best sandwich shops I’ve ever been to. Bread and ingredients are fresh. I typically do the turkey bacon and I’ve never been disappointed. 5 stars every time

Ordered a creamy pastrami from a delivery service and ended up getting a hot pastrami. I legit had to throw everything away except one slice of meat. Hardly any saurekraut and only two thin slices of the pastrami. Waaayy too much lettuce. It's as if they were trying to hide the taste of everything. I tried calling 3 times afterward and no one picked up. It was just an automated message.

Amazing subs! I had the chicken club speciality sub and it was heavenly. The portion size (6") is perfect for one.

Tasty subs, fresh veggies, great bread, but NOT enough meat! I order from here weekly through my work and every time the meat layer is paper thin. my curent sub is the club, one slice of turkey, paper thin slice of ham and a TINY piece of roast beef (about 1/5 the size of the sandwich) I will keep ordering since its covered by my company, but because of the lack of meat i won't go here on my own dime.

Delicious, the bread was so good! Everything tasted very fresh and the price was really reasonable.

Walked in and was not greeted, no other customers in the dining room. Waited 1 minute for someone to take our order. Employees standing around, one on their phone. Very unenthusiastic employees when I asked how their day was. Floor is dirty. Bathroom is dirty and toilet rocks side to side. I think they forgot to bring our food because we didn't order a lot and it took a long time. It's 11am, not busy at all. Food was good but we won't be back.

I mean Kirkland‘s all right I mean, I guess the food came out fast. It was just not quality as I see at taco time. Normally, I would highly recommend the Woodinville one. It’s been my day one, but I mean the crisp burritos were a little soggy like they’ve been sitting out. It’s a cool atmosphere though.

Beautiful and smart remodel of this Taco Time location. Gas fireplace, a sink near soda fountain, and touch pad ordering at front of the restaurant. Tons of seating.

Consistently great food made with local-ish ingredients. More expensive than some drive-through places, but quality and fresh ingredients are worth it.

Good food but is a bit pricey, of course, you get what you pay for and it is really good so when I can afford to I love coming to Taco Time ❤️

I’m from out of state so idk what I was expecting but this food belongs in the garbage can. NOTHING was edible. The tots tasted like fish, the churros smelled like a dirty dish towel, the nachos taste like dog food, and I didn’t even try the rest. I need my money back immediately

I was actually not at this Jimmy John's for food today although I have been before and found the food to be good. Today, I was just driving by the store when one of the delivery drivers cut me off and then proceeded to flip me off. (Perhaps one should drive more carefully and be more courteous when one is in a marked SUV?) I called the store and a nice young man answered the phone. I asked to speak to the store manager as a complaint against an employee should be addressed at a managerial level. I heard the young man say "He would like to talk to you." I could hear a somewhat muffled dismissal as a response. The young gentleman asked me what this was regarding and I told him about the incident and he said that he would pass along the information to the manager. I reiterated that I wanted to speak to the manager to which he offered a sheepish "She is busy right now." I thought the role of a manager was to handle personnel, operations, and customer expectations. Perhaps there is some new thinking in managerial studies - "We don't need good customer service as long as we are meeting revenue and store goals?" Since it was clear that I was not going to get an apology and assurances that another member of the public was not going to be subjected to hazardous driving and inappropriate gestures, I decided to call the corporate customer service line. It appears that the customer-last philosophy is being set at the top. The customer service line goes directly to voicemail as a perky voice prompts the user to leave a message with a contact number and "We will get back to you." It is clear that no apology will be offered. I can only offer advice to the the young man that answered the phone. Jimmy John's is too good for you. Your manager should not have put you in the position to handle a customer complaint and DO HER JOB FOR HER. Clearly, there is a corporate culture of treating both employees and customers poorly. Young man, I do hope you find another job that respects you and appreciates your skills.

I ordered from Jimmy John’s at 7:27 and didn’t get my food until 8:40. When I called, the store admitted they didn’t have a driver and were scrambling to find a third-party service, meaning my order just sat around for over an hour. The whole “Freaky Fast” promise is a complete joke. Extremely disappointing experience, won’t be ordering from here again.

This is probably the best Jimmy John's in the whole area. I've been to several in the Bellevue/Kirkland area and this one has consistently the highest quality and friendliest service. I love a good JJ sandwich and this place never disappoints.

Can’t trust a place with dirty restrooms! Food was meh… assuming I won’t get sick

We frequent this location at least every other week, if not more, so I get really excited when I buy so much Jimmy John’s that I get a reward! Yay…but not quite the experience I had today. Today, I used a bday reward and $3.99 off an original on 2 separate orders on the same day. I couldn’t stack both, no problem- I did separate orders. No where on the mobile app does it say you can only use one reward per day. I completed my orders to pick up later. Great, super excited about lunch! I got out of my meeting early so I called to see if I could come now as opposed to later. Sure, no problem. The person I spoke to on the phone was great. He politely said, for next time please only use one reward a day. I said no problem, I will do that going forward. I honestly didn’t think it was a problem- otherwise wouldn’t they build that function into the app? Or have a disclaimer? Here’s where the story takes a turn and sadly my opinion of this location drops. Upon picking up my subs a different person loudly exclaims that I am not allowed to use more than one reward a day. Got it I said, someone already spoke to me. I won’t going forward. This same person then continues to talk about it and very loudly and publicly shames me. I just awkwardly stood there. My extra $4 off really must have upset this person. Now in all honestly, I will continue to come to this location because it’s in my neighborhood but can someone share with the staff -please remember to be kind, it costs nothing.

December 9, 2023: Big surprise, after being directed to a feedback form where I was allowed to air my complaints, and being told I would hear back from the company in 24 hours, I have heard nothing. It's really sad to see a company I have adored the last 15 years go to complete garbage. This franchise owner should just close his doors and save the other stores some grief by not being associated with it. November 29, 2023: First time ordering since the first review. Unfortunately, this place still cannot get their stuff together. Once again- no knock! WTH is keeping them from knocking on my door? I requested they leave it at my door. You would think a knock would be standard so my food doesn't die on my doorstep. They also forgot the bacon on my sandwich. Happens a lot at this location. Glad I was able to donate another $4 to this location. Throw on the 30% tip and I basically just threw away $10. Gonna stick to Jersey Mikes from here on out. You should too! Original from January 2023: Always something with this location. Thankfully it was correct this time. Took over an hour and the driver couldn’t even knock or ring the doorbell. Such a disappointing location. I’m done. Edit: couldn’t even eat it because the bread was so soggy. Not to mention the ice had clearly melted and soda was flat. I’m guessing this was prepared and sitting in someone’s car for an hour. Awful.

Simply Delicious. Fresh crispy, crunchy veggies. Yummy sauces. I was expecting low quality food because they are a truck. I was blown away when I got the food. It was superior quality, big huge portion. Tasty flavorful meat., fresh crispy, tasty salad.. Then talk about the potato fries. They were so fresh . They can't get any fresher than this..Crispy on the outside with nice exotic color,and soft on the inside. And they were yummy. Enjoyable to the last 🍟 fries. All these served with a very nice smile, and a good greeting from the nice friendly server. Nice clean place. Lots of open space to enjoy this Delicious food. Prices are really reasonable. Also they have good selection of drinks, and juices, and Soda If you are in the area , and you like Gyros, make sure you check them out. You will be happy with your food Big parking lot, and also a gas station, with a mini mart. Also there is a coffee Barista in her cute hut, serve nice hot coffee.

Had the super gyro and the gryo salad. I like the garlic sauce they sell separately. Both the super and salad are done fantastic and loaded with feta cheese and meat. I will definitely be back again. If you haven't tried this food truck it is a must try. Thank you Super Gyro.

This is my first time trying this gyro truck. The sandwich was loaded with meat but hardly any sauce so the overall taste was ok and this is the reason I did not give five stars. The fries was good. The staff and service were good too. I am hoping they will do A better job on the sauce. I will go back to try it again.

This gyro place has the best salad I've ever tried in my life and it's also one of the best dishes I have ever tried in my life. That is the chicken shawarma salad and it DOES NOT. disappoint. I recommend every item on the menu too, easily the BEST Mediterranean spot I have ever been to, and I've tried a lot here in Washington state.

Exploring this gyro truck was a new experience for me. The fries left something to be desired in terms of flavor. The staff and service, on the other hand, were commendable. I opted for the chicken shawarma and lamb gyro plate, and I found the pita bread and the interplay of flavors to be delightful. Regrettably, my order was a bit mixed up, resulting in just the chicken shawarma and a lamb gyro instead of the full plate. It's hard to beat this place in the area considering the price. It's become one of my preferred choices nearby.

We like to get the grilled nuggets. Always consistent. 1/2 sweet tea as well. I've tried the ice cream once before and still didn't like it today but it was hot out and so it served it's purpose. I love they have the AC in the play area and games on this counter to play with friends or family! They have a new trash can system which is just a tiny bit annoying if there's lots of people trying to throw their trash away at once. 😂 No biggie. Everything was nicely stocked, except I didn't see the customary hand wipes or mints they usually have everywhere. Bathroom was cleaned and stocked.

My husband had a spicy deluxe burger and chicken nuggets. He liked both of them with Chick-fil-A sauce. Rating - 4/5 And I had a strawberry milkshake. It lacked a distinct strawberry flavor. It seemed to be primarily vanilla ice cream with only a minimal amount of strawberry syrup added. Rating - 2/5

They have lot of dining seats. The parking is good. The drive-in is super crowded. I find the serving staff very helpful. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was served quickly and it tasted great. Here is a chain that make sandwich with chunky tomatoes, pickles and good sized Chicken fillets . If you are in the area you should definitely give it a try.

Every time I visit Chick-fil-A, I'm happy with the consistently great service and food. The staff is always friendly, polite, and quick to serve even during busy hours. My order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious. Genuinely welcoming atmosphere definitely one of my favorite spot!

This place is the best!!! I eat here a couple times a week, and whether it's the middle of the dinner rush, or first thing in the morning, seconds after opening you are on point!! It so refreshing to see a fast food restaurant that operates so well. The drive-thru is great; they even include a trash can in the drive-thru lane to accommodate your new drinks, which I think is a lovely touch. The only drawback is that they don't offer grilled options; I didn't see them on the app.

Always fresh, fast, and tasty. The management here has trained all team members very well and it shows! Food is always well executed, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean.

FREAKING TERRIBLE 😡😡😡 As an ex manager at a downtown JJs I’m furious at how bad this store is. No tuna was made, so I had to get the vegetarian, my bf ordered our TWO sandwiches, I was at home with a subluxed shoulder in a ton of pain, I’m so angry right now. All I wanted was a dang tuna sandwich that had LIGHT peppers, cut in half, all freebies. THEY DID NONE OF THAT! NONE! It’s almost impressive how much this guy ignored literally everything that was asked. My bf was the ONLY one in line, 2 sandwiches. He ordered a bacon bourbon with NO tomatoes- they didn’t even do that right 😡 If my bf was allergic to tomatoes, I guess we’d be using an $800 epi pen right now? I’m having to one armed make my sandwich myself with my dominate one in a sling, having to add oregano, pickles, vinegar and balsamic to make up for NO freebies. Had to add a pinch of soy sauce to tuna I had to try to make jimmy tuna at home (yes that’s the secret ingredient) I’m just furious. Not the day I could handle getting food wrong while in ridiculous pain. They didn’t get ONE sandwich right with NO one else in line. I’m furious my bf tipped them even 😡 Ps this isn’t LIGHT peppers either! I know because I worked at 6 locations even one out of state and was a store manager at Pikes place.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a sandwich to go, when I got home I noticed it was missing meat and cheese. I called the store to ask them if I could get a new sandwich. After waiting 10 minutes on hold the manager did not apologize and accused me of lying. After I told him I’d bring the whole sandwich back in he offered to make a new one for me. I drove all the way back to pick it up and when I did the manager still did not apologize for the issue and just handed me the sandwich rudely and walked away. I’d recommend going to a different location if you have the choice. See the picture below of the sandwich with no meat. This guy acts like I had something to gain by complaining. What a joke…

This is a good Jimmy John’s location. I stopped in for a quick stack, and the two young men working that morning were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities in the restaurant are extremely clean, and I was very pleased with my overall visit.

Ordered the Italian night club sandwich - they wrapped it up nicely, but included no meat… thank god I checked the sandwiches before driving away. I’d be so upset if I got all the way home before noticing. Worker apologized and corrected the order, but offered no freebies or discounts.

I tend to order lunch from your location quite frequently. Just a few recommendations. 1) When toasting a sandwich, maybe toast the meat and cheese, and then add stuff like lettuce, avocado, cucumbers, and other common stuff. I got my sandwich today and the cucumbers were dry and rubbery, the avocado was brown, and the tomatoes were rubbery too. I had to scrape all of this stuff off so it could be somewhat edible. 2) Your delivery guys are always so polite but kind of suck at reading instructions. My note always states to knock on the office door because it is often locked for safety reasons. Today, your driver almost left because "the door was locked". Totally polite and apologetic but I would've been upset if my food wasn't delivered due to someone not reading a note. 3) This doesn't apply to today's order but in past orders, when i order a fountain drink, it always has such minimal ice. I finally just stopped ordering drinks from you but it would be nice to get a fountain drink that's actually cold and has ice in the cup.

I’ve ordered here multiple times in the last year, and every single time my order is wrong lol. I guess the joke is on me because I keep giving them another chance. My sandwich is always missing either oil and vinegar or onions or something else or they add mayo to the sandwich even though it doesn’t come with mayo. It’s incredibly frustrating not being able to get the sandwich you want after multiple attempts trying to order the same thing. Do not go here, just go to Jersey Mike’s or someplace else entirely.

I arrived at 8:13 and waited for five minutes while the staff member, who was busy texting, finally approached me to take my order. After I placed my order, he informed me they only had one bun left for sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. This was my first time here—and definitely my last.

Staff iis not trained. Gave me the wrong product and now won't refund back. Asked me to come 30 miles back to the store to get a refund. Ashley the manager is not trained properly either. I gave her the receipt and she cannot void the transaction. I need the refund. Call me asap.

The food is good here. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but it's fast food, what can you expect. The atmosphere is typical of taco bell. It's cleaner than most taco bells in the lobby. I wish they would stop asking about sour cream and extra meat every 2 seconds. Y'all already raised the prices, don't ask for things that cost more money.

This is my go-to Taco Bell! It’s easy to tell that everyone here is working hard and staying positive. It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together. And, our orders always come out right and in a good amount of time. The interior is also nice to hang out in, the big windows bring in a lot of life to the place.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this location was upsetting enough that I felt the need to share. From the beginning, the service was poor. The team member who took my order sounded rushed and was noticeably rude. I ordered two Nacho Fries, but when I got to the window and checked my order, I noticed I only received one. I politely informed them of the mistake, explaining that I ordered two, but they had only charged me for one. Instead of correcting the issue, they told me I would need to go around the drive-thru again to reorder. This wasn’t my mistake it was theirs and I shouldn’t have been inconvenienced because of it. Reluctantly, I drove around and reordered the missing item. When I returned to the window, I asked to speak with the manager. The young woman at the window told me he was busy. I asked for his name, and she said she didn’t know because she was new. That in itself was unprofessional, but what happened next was beyond unacceptable. The man who had taken my order made a degrading comment in Spanish, calling me a “stupid woman” and telling his co-worker that I “needed to go.” What he didn’t realize is that I speak and understand Spanish. That level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a business owner myself, I can say with confidence that I would never treat my customers this way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on basic professionalism and respect. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

This Taco Bell feels like it was designed by someone who hates comfort. The self-serve kiosks replace people but add confusion, and the layout makes it clear: order fast, eat faster, and please leave. Booths are boxed in by massive glass walls, so you get to enjoy your tacos while strangers in line at the drive-through stare at you . The whole vibe screams “you’re not supposed to stay here.” Great for grabbing food. Terrible for being a human.

im a big taco bell fan so even im a bit surprised im giving this review. my issue isnt with the food (i was given a slice of pepperoni on my doritos locos taco though which was odd but actually didnt taste too bad) it was the overly excessive messaging on the walls. like i get it, im mexican too but i just dont care to constantly be told im at a taco bell like yeah i know man thats why i walked in the door. i also havent experienced the drive through cus my license is suspended but im sure its better than inside the restaurant. the employee who took my order called me "cracker" the last time i went but i feel like it was in an endearing way. could be a great location but sadly they have to slap it in my face that im at a taco bell.

Despite the food being cheap(as all fast food should be), it was actually insane how little meat was in the burrito and crunch wrap we ordered. My burrito is LITERALLY called the Beefy Melt burrito!! But there wasn’t even a scoop of it! It wasn’t worth the money. The only redeeming quality were the fries.

I know we're not supposed to like fast food anymore ... but Jack in the Box is just fun. They are daring you to not want fast food tacos.... and they won! I did. And I loved them. I was absolutely stuffed after I had the Loaded Tiny Tacos. It's legit, a box of tiny tacos with sauce and lettuce and cheese, served in a Chinese food style box. 🤌🏻 Perfection. Eat it with a fork. Have it with a coke. Guilty pleasures never seemed so fun.

My family does not eat fast food much. Its over priced usually cold not great service. Rather pay slightly more because of tip for all around better. Well tonight we went to this Jack in the Box. First time in probably 2yrs. And we got what we thought we would get. Explosive food smaller burgers cold fries not friendly service. Not rude but nothing to write home about. We ordered our son's burger with no cheese it had cheese. So we has to turn. Back and they made us a new burger. The only saving grace was how fast they made a new one. So $50 3 people 3 combos cold fries , medses up burger, bellow par service.

Came inside to get the Starlight munchie meal, which I thought was good value for money. Staff were nice, food was hot, although my burger was a bit dry - almost papery. The curly fries are great though!

I really like the convenience of this location. However I am always sick within three hours of eating here . Not an isolated incident after 4 consecutive visits here I get severe gastrointestinal distress. Can not find a reason to go back .

Told him which sauces we wanted.. didn't get any of them. Told him I would like the receipt so I could add my points.. didn't get one. Food was old, crunchy and disgusting. So $37 worth of food that was barely edible, with no sauce to help it any and no points to show for it. **i appreciate the fast reply on here. I will reach out as advised and possibly edit my views and my review after I find out if they mean what they say about wanting it to be made right.

They make the best smashburger for a fast food joint... it's really good.

I went through the drive-through line, ordered the impossible whopper of cheese, asked for some extra mayonnaise packets. Got home and went to put some mayonnaise on the burger, and I got this runny yellow liquid with white chunks coming out of the package onto my burger before I could even realize the mistake! I would normally call and let them know that somebody left their mayonnaise next to a hot oven or some other hot surface because it’s completely separated and disgusting - But they have their number disconnected, and they haven’t reconnected that number for at least three months, if not longer. Extremely frustrating! This is definitely gonna happen to other people and there’s nothing I can do to inform them at this point. The mayonnaise smells rancid and now I have nothing to eat. The guy running the drive-through was really nice though so props to them for that.

Either the owner of this location is super cheap, or the cashiers here are incompetent. Every time I want to redeem my FREE items earned from their rewards program, all the staff (no matter what day) says I can't claim it unless I pay for something. I've been able to redeem my free rewards at the Aurora and 130th location multiple times and even got a response from Burger King that says there should be no charge when redeeming rewards. When I order online for pickup, there's no charge at all when using my rewards. I should have been doing that to begin with. The cashiers here are also way less friendly than the ones at the other Burger King I go to. The chicken nuggets are super tiny, thin, and dry. McDonald's nuggets are much better. I don't know what to call the area with the soda machine, but it's bare besides the soda machine and lids, so you have to ask for everything if you want anything.

Don’t just read mine, go check all the other 1-3 star reviews and you will see the truth. 4-5 star reviews are workers or friends/family of the workers. Pathetic will not cook food, and will complain about an order for DoorDash that is too far away.😂😂 bring back $7.25/hr wages they do no deserve $17-20/hr Cancelled a $120 order saying it was too far away for BK to cook food for a DoorDash order. (6.6 miles away) You have been reported to Corporate Office and the BBB, hopefully that doesn’t ruin your franchise. Next time adhere to your Advertising and don’t falsely advertise saying you have no maximum delivery radius (as does DoorDash) This is just a lazy set of workers do yourself a favor and order something else.

Placed an order for my wife and I and they messed up my wife's order 2 times. My wife ordered mayo only and they could not get it right. Once the ladies got the order correct the ladies commented that they should have put jalapeños into my wife's order in spanish. Then they both laughed after me and my wife were sitting in the booth. We both understood what she said in Spanish and that's not right. The food was good, and the wait time was short aside from the disrespectful behavior.

When I was ordering through the drive thru the person was so quiet that I could barely understand them, I ordered my food and when I got up there, it wasn't even exactly what I wanted, I had asked for a drink and she instead gave me fries. I don't know how she misunderstood me, I didn't even ask for a sprite. I had a long day so I decided not even to argue and just gave up and got a drink somewhere else. When I ate my food it was already cold after 5-10 minutes as well.

Placed mobile order for drive thru. Arrive 45 minutes before close to pick up but drive thru is blocked and doors to inside locked. Thankfully got a refund through the app but not cool being able to place mobile orders if not actually open

Went through the drive through. The worker didn't hear us and instead of correcting our order and just understanding that it could have been miscommunication and argued with us about our order. This behavior would be acceptable if it was a teenager working but this was a grown man in his 40's.

Great service! The restaurant itself is pretty clean and tidy. The food was cooked perfectly. I even talked to the older lady, she was in great spirits and talked with me. Came here to pick up some yummy Teriyaki and Gyoza. 😋😃 I reccomend this place highly. You will get plenty of meat and rice with your plates... order wisely, there is a lot of stuff on the menu but each is unique, so dont be afraid to try something new each time. Enjoy guys! JC One liner review: Just go try their spicy chicken and yakisoba. Best teriyaki in town! I stumbled upon this teriyaki place after spending some time at the Hyundai dealership nearby. Buying a car takes a lot of commitment and time so we got hungry and needed food. Then.. the best spicy chicken teriyaki ever! I understand many teriyaki places offer the spicy chicken teriyaki and most places just put some sriracha sauce while stirring. Trust me, this place is different. The spicy sauce is different. It will not be the same one you’ve had in many other teriyaki restaurants. After that, we had chicken yakisoba. I know, I know, it is a very boring typical choice but yet the yakisoba was amazing. There are mushroom pieces in it for the price of $9. You cannot find a better deal elsewhere. Ambiance: typical teriyaki asian restaurant Service: as expected, fast and professional Pricing: very cheap considering we’re in 2021 now Tip: Get a coupon; after you spend $120, you get a $5 discount.

Coldest salad I’ve ever had, love that they put the salads in a separate bag than the hot food. I ordered extra meat and they filled up an entire container with meat, which made the extra $$ feel super worth it! Spent ~$40 with tip for practically four meals.

This place was packed at lunch, but they got my order out quickly and efficiently. I ordered the tofu yakisoba. It was a huge portion with lots of noodles, but a little light in the veggies. The establishment was clean but somewhat dated in decor.

The BEST Teriyaki on the EAST SIDE I’ve ever met. Delicious Food for reasonable prices. It can be pretty busy on lunch times, as you can see on the photo. People already know how good it is.

They don't use a vacuum to clean the floor, just a broom and they use it while customers are in the store. The dirt flies up into the air while they are sweeping. Why not just use a vacuum and mop lile normal?

Older Gentleman gave us attitude after we order multiple things, said and I quote "Calm down man the foods still gonna be here". Most definitely never coming back here. Food was eh, doesnt help that we weren't treated the best.

Standard subway, but failed on the veggies. Very limited amounts of veggies on the sandwich. Would have given more stars if more veggies. Then ask for a tip on something that you are paid to do, don't get it.

They forced me to purchase my sandwich before allowing me to use the restroom. I find this to be rude. I understand that sometimes homeless people can be a problem, but I neither appear homeless, nor should one assume that I have bad intentions even if I did appear homeless.

Having previously owned a Subway franchise, I recognize a well run Subway when I see one (there are quite a few that aren't). This is one of those. My wife is incredibly picky as well, with the establishment and the food. She won't go anywhere else. Well run, clean and an extremely well trained and friendly staff, best in the area. As for those who complain about the limited coupon acceptance ( there is a list of sandwiches that thay will accept coupons for), Subway forces these coupons on the franchisees and they get no compensation for them. Many Subways won't accept them either. Many that do accept them cut back on the ingredients, or up the prices to make up some of the difference. Not this one.

I love that it is clean, so I don't feel I need to worry extra about getting food poisoning. I have some disabilities and they are always very accommodating. The staff have all been very friendly. I generally get the same sandwich, and theirs are the best I have had. I'd imagine that's because they are clean and seem as sanitary as this kind of place can be. I will definitely be going back. The older guy that works here seems to have a hard time taking orders. Heavens forbid you ask for your sandwich as advertised and ask to leave the tomatoes off. Twice he has gotten an attitude with me for saying no tomatoes.

Visited Metropolitan Market for the first time and noticed it had two separate entrances, but only one had working checkout stands. The other entrance had a register area that was blocked off. It left me wondering if it’ll be opened in the future. Inside, the store had a wide variety of selections, including fresh seafood and a hot food section with a self-serve buffet bar. The layout was clean and inviting, and there were employees available throughout the store, which made the experience smoother. Parking, however, was a bit chaotic. The plaza was packed due to several nearby businesses, and the busy intersection didn’t help. Despite the parking situation, the store itself was impressive and worth the stop. JY review

Always something seasonal to enjoy in the produce section. The local strawberries were worth the half paycheck it cost. So good though. The deli and hot food cold food bar are great for a weekend meal. The sandwiches, sushi, prime rib meal and bake/coffee shop have great variety of offerings for every taste palate. My family and I love going to met market for vittles. Weekly coupons are good and sale items are reasonably priced. We really enjoy the cheese section as well. Going to the met market is like a special treat for us

Great store with everything you need for produce, fresh fruit, great deli, and bakery, and a comfortable shaded patio seating area to enjoy snacks and drinks right out the door! The great management leadership here produces helpful and friendly team to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible. It doesn't get better than this - 5-stars

The rotisserie chicken is extremely dry… I could hardly poke it through my fork. The skin is dry and hard enough to smash a rock. The worst rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had in my life. You got a lot of space to improve.

I ordered flowers for an anniversary. They sent droopy flowers almost withered and looking quite old. Such an embarrassment that the store is giving old stock as gifts . See pictures of what was ordered and what arrived. Very disappointed

Overrated, EXPENSIVE , limited selection. This store is a social upscale place bring your ego and lots of money. I will admit the deli and premade food for a quick lunch is different and yummy. Most of items are local which elevates the price. ( I don’t understand why it’s more expensive if it’s local because it’s not frozen or shipped so it should be cheaper but NO WAY. Snobby rich socialites will be here so come join them…

Good food at a very decent price. The dumplings and noodles are well-made, and the location is convenient. It’s a great spot for a casual meal. Customer service would've been better overall.

Food was still delicious, but if you seat at the corner of the restaurant, the server can't see you.

Customer Service: Customer service was not the best. The female waiter kept on talking to her co-workers and stayed in the kitchen without checking on us. We had to wait for 20 minutes just to ask for more napkins. Food: Some of the dishes we ordered like Dan Dan noodle and crepe were way too salty.

I had mostly dismissed this place as a chain restaurant. Which it is, but very well done! It’s in a good location, food is affordable and the service is prompt. I’m not an expert at the cuisine, but loved what we ordered. The kale salad was simple and delicious. The crab meat xiaolongbaos were the bomb.

Always love dough zone. They have tasty dumplings and great tea drinks! Love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere also. We got a seat right away and Food was served quickly. I recommend the pickled cucumbers, the dan dan noodles, and the soup dumplings! Must try! But all their food is tasty!

Always enjoy it when I'm able to go to Dough Zone. Everything tends to be good and tastes fresh. I really enjoyed the spicy beef pancake roll and the sweet spicy garlic sauce that comes with the wontons. Dough Zone is a great spot because just about everyone can find something they will like on the menu.

Pork soup dumplings were delicious. Pumpkin dessert dumplings were interesting. Happy they had steamed broccoli. Plum juice a bit too sweet, probably won't get that again.
