We went in with high hopes, and not all of them were met. It's great to be able to get breakfast at any time, but I was not as thrilled with it as I thought I would be. My wife also had the seafood sampler, baked. Crab cake was watery, the scallops and shrimp did not look very good and tasted just okay. The house muffin was delicious. The crowd definitely skews older, and the server was pleasant but may have been a bit overworked as it did take a while for her to show up on occasion. I think I might want to try their meatloaf in the future.

Visiting family in Dover DE for the weekend and decided to try Countrie Eatery for Saturday breakfast and found the food was good, not great. I ordered a short stack of pancakes and did enjoy them with butter and syrup. My partner tried the hash browns with a toasted English muffin finding the potatoes had a strange taste to them, thinking it might have been paprika, not sure, he was not happy with the flavors. Our sister ordered Eggs Benedict, and seemed to enjoy the fish. Overall, average food with very good service.

I recently had the Continental breakfast at The Countrie Eatery. While the food was good, it wasn’t anything extraordinary—comparable to what you might find at IHOP or Waffle House. That said, the overall experience was elevated by the ambience. The restaurant is located right next to Silver Lake, and in the morning, the sunlight pours in, giving the place a bright and inviting feel. It’s a lovely spot to start the day with a peaceful view. Definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere!

The Countrie Eatery lives up to its moniker. It feels like a 30 Big Mamas came together to make you breakfast wrapped in a hug with a sprinkle of love. On Sunday’s the lines can be long, but the service was delightful and the food was pretty good.

Visited here while on vacation and staying at the Dover Hotel and Casino. Because of where we were staying, it was nice to have a little change of pace for one evening with a nice quiet little dinner here at The Countrie Eatery. The food was good comfort country style food and was at just the right size portion to fill you up. The service was good. The waitress was nice but was maybe handling too many tables, not her fault, but didn't go unnoticed. There is not a big selection for dessert, but the pie was good and definitely tasted homemade. Overall, this restaurant experience deserves the 4 stars that I rated it at, and you should give it a try. If I'm ever in town again, I would go back.

We visited this restaurant for the first time today for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and the food was great! I had the Farm House Omelet and hubby had the Eggs Benedict. The food was so good and the home fries were delicious! I also had the House Muffin with my meal and it was fabulous! We definitely will be back.

For being a "country kitchen" they can't even make a proper country gravy. It looked like a bowl of grease with ants floating in it. The home fries were flavorless and glazed in grease, I am guessing they were poorly done in a fryer. My omelet was also flavorless. The server was awesome however!

First breakfast burrito has some sort of burnt or mold inside of it second burrito has no bacon what so ever do not recommend this item

Sat in the drive through line for OVER 40 min. If the establishment can’t handle a dual lane drive through they both shouldn’t be open. Chick fil a is known for their quick service and this was anything but.

They did an amazing job of walking around and checking up on tables. Asking if we needed anything and making sure the food was up to par. Which it must definitely was!👌🏻

Drew was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Greeted us, super friendly, and offered a refill of my drink on the way out. Restaurant is super clean, food was delicious, and service was a 10!!

Ordered the chicken soup for my girlfriend and I and we were literally given broth only.. this was ordered through door dash so the manager basically said nothing they can do about it and said if DoorDash can’t do anything you are out of luck. She was super condescending and basically dismissive of the whole thing. Said she’d alert the kitchen, which is great for the next person but does nothing to help us.

The employees were very kind and helpful. But the only problem is that, when you go to drive-thu they don’t give you a menu. Which is something you should have for the costumers to order. Overall it’s good and nice. But just give a menu for a drive-thru.

No matter what time of day or season, Chick-fil-A has perfected customer service in the fast food world.** Whether the line is long inside the store or in the drive-thru, they always manage to serve guests promptly. My son and I usually get a pretty basic food order, but the food always comes out hot and ready as expected. We particularly enjoy their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, making it a great place to dine. If I ever did have a problem at Chick-fil-A, I know they would be more than happy to ensure I remain a satisfied customer.

Finding Chinese restaurants is very fun in America especially here more fast food restaurants. I think my taste buds are very suitable to eat here... the food is delicious, moreover there is an all you can eat. thank you

Food was good. It was my daughter's birthday and they made her grape bunnies around a piece of cake and an umbrella. She loved it.

Due to the pandemic, this was my first visit in almost two years, and the charm is exactly the same as before. The staff is very friendly (especially to the children), the atmosphere is welcoming and the various food options such are extremely delicious. They offer sushi, Chinese cuisine, American cuisine like pizza and Mac and cheese for picky eaters, a salad bar, fruits, and desserts including ice cream. I look forward to returning to my favorite restaurant in the near future!

This is my grandson's (he's 10) favorite place to eat and for the life of me i don't know why lol. Everytime we go (at his request usually as his birthday meal) he has the time of his life when I struggle to find at least three things that I like. Most of what I come across is bland and or greasy or oily. Fried rice is all that stays remotely consistent and it's ok. Plenty to choose from just not what I'd choose to eat. If you prefer quantity over quality go for it. Receipt shows total for 3 adults two children 10 and 12. All adults had water.

The food was great! The pricing was great! It was clean and yummy! Will definitely come again when in Dover.

Ordered Door Dash from here a couple of times and the food is always good. Sushi was fresh and the lo mein had plenty of shrimp. Well worth the price as well. Also have gone for the lunch buffet and never have a complaint. Can’t go wrong with the mussels, sushi and seafood delight. Will definitely be back for the buffet or order delivery again.

The wait staff was amazing and very cordial. The Sushi Chef Jeff was amazing! He made fresh sushi rolls to order that wasn't on the menu, and the sushi was perfect. He made deep fried tempura rolls, spicy crab rolls with eel sauce. Me and my wife were so happy to find a place so upbeat during this ongoing pandemic. You must stop in. Its a great time and great food!

Great food and friendly staff. I have had them cater for over 100 people, heavy appetizers. They did a fantastic job and I received lots of compliments. Anita is great to work with and plan for your function!

Found this bakery while looking for somewhere to get a little treat for my partner's birthday and I'm so glad I did! He loves pecans and they happened to have pecan cinnamon cupcakes and they were absolutely incredible! The icing was soft and light and tasted amazing. I also got a pistachio croissant because I love anything pistachio and it did not disappoint. Definitely will be back here!

Croissant muffins are really tasty and filled with whipped cream. Bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches are made to order fresh and good portion of eggs and bacon. I always get extra croissants to take home and eat the next day.

I took one star off from atmosphere just because of the parking. Otherwise this place is great. They always have seasonal dishes, their Christmas pastries around the holidays are also great. I love the macaroons, the muffins, and the danishes.

Came here with the frat boys and we r from the UD college and we were looking for a nice small bakery. Our chef at the house puts laundry detergent in our bread so we wanted fresh bread. I tasted the bread our chef made and it tasted like SNYER-KLEEN detergent by diamond chemical it was disgusting. This place had some of the best baked goods we could ever ask for and some of the freshest doughnuts 🍩 as well. We all love a good doughnut 🍩. Me, Matt, Kyle and Chad will most definitely be returning here soon and making the half hour trek down here to avoid our chefs terrible baking skills . Theirs also some outdoor seating so me and the boys can eat shirtless like we do at the frat house all the time.

Stopped in tonight to try their new vegan options. The Italian sausage on flat bread with the peppers and onions was very tasty. Super glad to see a local establishment now offering vegan options. They've added even more to their new vegan menu, and the Gyro was amazing!

Service was amazing, our waiter was ontop of everything and quick, they made me a crab cake eggs Benny. U guys rock! Thanks for an amazing brunch 💖

Me and my family love this place. Despite the inconsistency. Sometimes you can go in and the place is empty and sometimes you go and its packed. Same with the food. Its a hit and miss. Sometimes good sometimes....well you know. My first time ordering the Delmonico Steak. I ordered medium and got rare. It was extremely tough and tasted old. I was disappointed and felt disrespected for $12.95. Most of the staff are pretty amazing and theres the few that should just let it go. Very home some. Minus the flies and deep fried sausage. Proper prepping would yield deep frying the sausage. Thats pure laziness. If they come to work and care everyday I honestly believe this place is a true gem. Consistency is key and good staff.

The food was truly and authentically farm/garden fresh. One of the best garden omelets I've had in years. My wife had the sausage gravy, and it was also delicious! Our server Samantha (Sam) was an absolute joy and delight! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really brightened up our morning. A must try! We're definitely coming back.

I think that place is okay the prices are really good. But some of the workers need to clean up. You should not be coughing when you're taking someone order. Now I understand they're going to be moving, and I hope that they deal with teaching some of their waitresses to be a little nicer and to come to the table and ask if you need anything else and not make you wait so long.

It was full of people so we thought it would be good. Maybe they just don't have taste buds in Delaware because the potatoes were hardly cooked and the eggs were old looking. My friend had a hair in her food which they were nice to re make it but overall the food was poor quality. Also, the tables are so tightly packed and it was not well ventilated. I took a couple bites and left because it was so hot and uncomfortable.

I went here a few years ago and rated it 3 stars. The food was simple the service was average I really didn't think it was special. I went back and WOW have they changed. First they have a VEGAN menu. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but I love the option for meatless meals. I really wanted to try the vegan gyro 🥙. They also have beyond burgers. We ended up getting a kid's burger and fries, a Ruben and open faced turkey. The main dishes came with soup or salad and 2 sides. The whole meal came to under $30. My daughter loved the burger, the Ruben was good and the open faced turkey was good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the Mac and cheese side was ice cold in the middle. They took it back and came out with a new on that was hot but dry ( too long in the microwave??) Beside that we had a great experience and will be back again.

I never write any reviews but I feel like this is the reasonable time to write one because what I came into when I ordered at this Chipotle was pure garbage. I came here around 8:00 pm on Friday, Feb 31st, 2025 and the kitchen looked disgusting. Food on the ground due to carelessness and also all over the counter where they served the food. I can understand small bits and pieces but it looked like these people are genuinely careless when cooking the food. They also ran out of Pico De Gallo at 8pm (this place closes at 11pm), I can expect this near closing, but this place was nowhere near closing and it shows how unprepared this restaurant was on probably the most busiest nights of the week for them. You cannot tell me that this is how any other Chipotle is ran like this because the establishments near where I live have never been as disgusting as this one.

Another location falls to ridiculous skimping. I stopped going to the Camden location and started coming up to Dover to get my burrito fix, because Camden kept doing this. And because I have waited a while both times this week to receive my order, I’ve watched them make normal-sized burritos for everybody in line before receiving Mike to go order and realizing once I’m out at the car that I’ve gotten something half sized. That’s intentional, and treating your customers differently based on how likely/able they are to complain is awful. I thought corporate cracked down on this nonsense? I paid 11.80 for this? Hilariously, pepper the chat bot no longer even offers a free drink. It’s just sorry about your luck and we’ll talk to the leadership team. Infuriating.

Me and my boyfriend had ordered burrito bowls online, went through the drive through to pick them up and we checked them before we left the parking lot. They were literally less than half way full. We went inside to get them remade and we were told that’s the serving size they give you when you order online. Huh? 🫠 Paid $18 per bowl for not even a meal. Customer service was ok.

Entire staff was EXTREMELY rude. Workers preparing the food rolled their eyes and raised their voices at us while we were trying to order. Cashier literally threw my cup at me. Floors were disgusting and sticky. Had some kind of substance dripped the entire length of the floor and out the front door. I have never had such a terrible dining experience before. Will definitely never go to this location again.

Extremely rude! Not a second given to give your order. The Chipotle hiring practices will eventually ruin the business for the Dover DE area. Prior to another Mexican takeout opening on Rt. 8 (which is amazing btw) I resolved that I don’t need to patronize such a rude, dirty Chipotle establishment even if I wanted Mexican… no way!

Worst customer service ever!! First, ordered a bowl with white rice, brown rice chicken and cheese for my fiancé. I ordered a bowl with extra white rice and some toppings. Our bowls were $9.10 each. He goes in to grab our bowls. I check them to make sure our order is right (as we have left many times with toppings we did not order). His bowl comes out with barely anything on it (as shown in image 1). I go back inside 2 minutes later with my receipt and his bowl. I told the lady (very nicely as I am not one for confrontation) that there is not a lot of rice and since I paid $9 I would like more. The lady I was not talking to rolled her eyes and tells the lady I am speaking to that she needs to give me a side of rice (as shown in picture 2). I told her I got half and Half brown and white so I would like brown too. The lady (that I was not speaking to again) said she did not see the problem with my bowl and tries to charge me as “double rice is more”. However, as I stated above, both of our bowls were $9.10 and I got extra rice which did not cost. All I’m saying is I know if it was their bowl that costs over $9 they would want it full.

The last two times I've ordered the steak bowl everything was fresh the rice was cooked prefectly big difference from the last time before these last two times.

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND. We found this place by chance while walking away from Safelite. We were car-less and hungry and this place brought immediate relief. Staff is friendly, food is good for a good price (we had two breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast bowl), and best of all they are wall to wall with a collection of classic album covers. If you are looking for good food and willing to support a place that respects the classics, give the Glasgow a go!

I've have eaten here several times in the past. The food has always been good. Today I decided to get the fried Bologna sandwich. I hadn't had one of these in quite a while and I like raw onions and barbecue sauce on them. They put two thick slices of bologna on my sandwich. It was delicious! My wife got a bologna ham and salami sandwich and she loved it. The french fries are also excellent.

I ordered the Hoagie Tray for a Team Building meeting. The food arrived about 15 minutes early. The delivery driver was pleasant. The food was presented very well, as you eat with your eyes first! The hoagies were very delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were crispy and seasoned well. The meat was tasty. My only gripe is the amount of meat on the sandwich. It was SO good, I wish it had more of the meat and cheese. I will definitely order again, and I have told all of my co workers, the next time they have an event to order from here!!!

Great Hoagies! If you think Jersey Mikes is the best, then try here. Lots of meats, and the right kinds, too. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered a steak from Dover. Steak was $20.29. I gave them a tip also. Got home almost NO meat on sandwich. Called asked to speak to manager. Manager Holly got on phone and said if I don’t like it call Corporate and then hang up on me. My wife is calling Corporate now

Inside is a bit rustic and old as this place has been here for years... I really didn't mind as we were taking it to go anyway. Good thing too, as the bathrooms are closed to employees only. I proudly give this place 4 stars because the Steak & Cheese sub my daughter (Kenzie) and I split was pretty Darn Good. My family eats here almost every time we come to visit from FL and I will say for the last 20 couple years they have been very solid in that department. Each and every time the food is always good. This is a great place to snag a sub, go home with that special someone and enjoy the evening with a sub done right.

Big Mistake!!!Chose to go to this sandwich shop vs Jersey Mikes! I called in my order asked for extra mayo & paid for extra cheese. The sandwich looked very small for a half of italian cold cut. Noticed the girl making the sandwiched around 5:00 pm was very chatty with co worker that explained why she wasn’t paying attention. The next time I’ll follow my instinct & just go to Jersey Mikes for a much better sandwich with adequate meat & any extras i ask to be added.

I ordered Subs for myself and my husband online. They were disgusting! I have ordered from here many times before! This is the first time that I have ever had this experience with them! There was hardly any meat on the sandwiches and they are very small now. The taste was totally off. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I will not be buying anything from them again!

Ordered mini Italian, one slice peppered ham , one slice of salami and a slice of cheese. Lots of lettuce and tasteless tomatoes. One plus rolls were fresh. Chips came with combo but Only had salt and vinegar, sour cream and jalapeño chips! Staff member was friendly. Floor was dirty and sitting area dark!

My husband went in to get my order so I didn't see the inside. I got a club sub w/o the bacon. It was a sub but I couldn't taste any of the dressings I asked for like mayo, lettuce, cheese, oil n vinegar, or oregano.

Came here with my boyfriend about a week ago and the service we pretty good the staff was friendly, the food was good, I got what I usually get which is the All Star meal and the waffle was great and perfectly made and the eggs were also just right too.

My first time in a Waffle House. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. My wife had breakfast and me, lunch. The food was really good. The atmosphere was casual and the customer service was great. Deztiny attended to us. She was excellent at her job. She was friendly, polite and made us settle in comfortably. In all, it was a good experience.

This was the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to! It was NOT clean! I ordered, bacon, a waffle and hash browns with onions, cheese and mushrooms, cooked extra crispy and hard and water! The bottom of my hash browns were not crispy or brown, the mushrooms and onions were definitely not heated at all and the cheese was not even melted. All 4 of the items I ordered were brought out separately at different times. The bacon was completely forgotten, I had to ask the server where my bacon was. Last but not least…she also forgot to bring me the water…I got that AFTER she brought out the bacon! I do not recommend this place.

You should never have high expectations when it comes to Waffle House, I never do, but this spot was so sub-par that I had to make a review. We sat down at a dirty counter spot, had to get our own menus, and we weren't even acknowledged for 10 mins. When we were actually acknowledged, the server just said they would be with us shortly. After being in there for 30 min, we didn't even have our drink orders taken, and we decided to leave. While we were there, we noticed dine in and take out customers having items missing from the orders and waiting forever to be checked out...

Everyone was so nice! We were greeted immediately and they helped us get seated with our 4 young children in the middle of a long road trip. Our server, Amanda, was super friendly and hospitable. She was so quick to get us what we needed there were times I didn’t even see her put it on the table. This location is on a route we will be taking a few times a year going forward so we will definitely be back! The food was great, better than iHop or Cracker Barrel! Clean, quick and friendly service. What else could you want?

Omg my son cut into his waffle and there was a green hair bead in it. I have 3 boys and we do not have any beads in our house so nothing fell out of his hair. This is disgusting!!! When I tried calling the restaurant it just said place orders online. Needless to say the Waffle House in Dover on 13 will never get our business again. Thank God he looked down or he could have swallowed it.

I visited this establishment on 4/14/24 I live in Philadelphia and we don’t have any Waffle House locations. So I had passed this store on a few occasions and was looking forward to stopping in. On this particular day my sister who lives in MD and I entered the restaurant and waited about 15 minutes to be seated as there were no clean tables. After not even being acknowledged I asked if we could get a table cleaned and the response I got from ATIRIA was “NOT MY PROBLEM!!” I probably should have just left but I really had my mind set on having breakfast here . Needless to say I was so very disappointed I’ll never go there again.

My first visit to the Bavarian Bakery yesterday morning looking for a very special cake for a birthday. The staff was amazing & friendly, very helpful. The cake I picked was so pretty I knew we just had to try it. We were not disappointed!! The cake was not only attractive to look at, but the flavor and texture was pure perfection. Everyone at the party raved about with the first bite. I will be returning in the future.

I had a medical procedure requiring 48 hours of fasting, and chose Bavarian Bakery for my much anticipated sweet treats. We were second in line and trying to make our choices. I think the lady waiting on us was the owner. She acted like we could keep picking things out while she looked away. I said did you get that, and she responded yes. We ended up being short two peanut butter cookies!!! Then she made a big deal about the military discount(ended up being $1.00 off of a $21.00 order). She only wanted my ID(not my husband’s, who served our country). The lady ahead of us said she has been coming there for years and did not know about the military discount. The staff member said “not today” since she had already paid. Wow they are really knit picky over a buck. Do not mind being rude about it either! If it means that much, they can have their $1.00 back!

Can't wait to visit here again! We stopped on a whim and ended up picking up a cheesecake and some pastries. Everything we tried was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and informative when we asked questions.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, a Rueben and a chicken salad. Both were amazing. I also got a few black and white cookies (buttons) and they were also very good. I will definitely go back to Bavarian Bakery.

This place is amazing. Croissants bigger than Starbucks but cheaper and way better. Not to mention the cake variety and other pastries. I also got an egg and cheese sandwich on a Croissant and it was soooo good.

I recently stopped by this little bakery and had a fantastic Bavarian crème donut. It was so light and creamy—definitely one of the best I've had! My kids also enjoyed their cinnamon buns; they could hardly finish them because they were so big and delicious. I also loved the traditional German decor in the shop. It made the whole experience feel cozy and authentic. Overall, a great spot for some tasty treats!

Used love this place, but the last two or three stops were my last! Service is the worst I’ve ever seen for what they do for the customer. Don’t ever change your mind on an order, even before they start the sandwich and you get the dirtiest looks. The worst is attitude came directly from the owner. You’re sandwiches aren’t even that good. I’ll rather drive another mile to the Wawa, there’s aren’t that great either but they’re better than this places cheaper too and the customer is treated 100% better.

I have been ordering from here for years. Their food is always fresh and delicious. I just tried the roast beef and fresh deli turkey for the 1st time. As always, very happy!! Had to share photos. I absolutely recommend Simaron’s any day. Mmmm.

“It’s just to catch the flies!” That’s what I overheard a worker say, and it pretty much set the tone for the experience. The place felt downright filthy. I honestly don’t understand how it has so many good reviews. The fryer oil looked old and dirty, grime covered the grill, and the bathrooms—are you kidding me? The entire place is in desperate need of a deep clean and a serious upgrade. Parking was another issue—at first. There’s actually plenty of parking, but you have to drive around the corner and park sort of behind the building. There is a sign pointing it out, but if you’re not familiar with the area, it’s confusing. The entrance to the lot closest to the building was blocked off, making it look like the lot was closed. We almost left and went somewhere else because of it. Inside, I counted seven cameras just in the customer area. Why so many? It felt a little excessive and added to the weird vibe. The wait was frustrating. No one else was there, but the phones were ringing nonstop, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than making food. I waited about five minutes before I even confirmed my order was being prepared, then another 15 before they started cutting the meat. I saw one burger on the grill, but my sub took forever—especially considering there were three people working. Now for the upside: the sandwich was really good. Surprisingly good. The mayo, in particular, was excellent—creamy, flavorful, and clearly a step above the usual. Bottom line: filthy place, slow service, confusing parking—but once you get through all that, the sandwich might just make it worth it. Maybe? Kinda sort of… doubt I’ll be back.

Everything I've got from Simaron has been really good! The menu has a great variety you normally don't find around Dover. Portions are great also.

Arrived after a 24 hour, 3 flight trip and room hadn't been cleaned. Bed looked like it had been slept in and bathroom was dirty. They receptionist offered to change the room but it was well after midnight and I decided to go home and asked for a refund.

Absolutely disgusting. These soggy, cold fries went straight into the trash. The slice of cheese placed on top of the fries wasn’t even fully melted. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves- serving such low quality food. The cheese steak was soggy and gross too. Maybe that’s their theme? #neveragain

This place never disappoints! We've been getting our cheese steak fix here on and off for the past 7 years. Have tried a couple of other places but nothing compares. We split the sandwich and our craving is satisfied. Parking is limited - there used to be a free lot next to the building but now it is roped/chained off so you have to rely on street parking. Still worth it!

I drive 13 hours just to get here and twice its been specifically for Sarahs food!! She is so nice and chill and makes my experience worth it and my food is always top tier!!! The young female staff was so friendly and welcoming! She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient while I decided on flavors. Her cheerful attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back—not just for the delicious ice cream but for her excellent service.

The girl that answered the phone on 10/3/25 @8:51PM was rude as crap. I had an issue with a DoorDash order that was taken by a dasher. I was refunded and ordered a second time. The lady told the second dasher it was picked up. I called the store to explain that I placed a second order and she went back and forth trying to say she couldn’t remake the order again. Why?? I just paid for the second order. Then she proceeded to get smart saying, well, what did you order and when I told her what I ordered, she hung up the phone on me. I called the store back 2 times and no one answered the phone. But I guess she realized that it was a second order because the DoorDash is on the way with the order now. No wonder y’all have a 3.3 rating maybe you should think about getting some new people to work for you.

Ordered a cake for my sister in law’s birthday and when I came to pick it up, they had not reserved it at all and had sold out that type of cake, except for one that was falling apart, with the frosting all crushed and graham crackers falling all over the place. It’s also tilted. The website offered the option to add a message on the cake but once at the store, they told us they didn’t do that. Employees were unhelpful teenagers who had zero customer service experience and said they couldn’t help because “the cake people had already left” (mid day), so they only knew how to scoop ice cream. Had no option but to take it like that and fix the cake myself, add whipped cream and strawberries to hide the mess and try to make the best of the day.

Do not eat at cold or get ice cream its a total rip off. They falsely advertise beatiful cold stone ice cream creations for a certain price, then at check out they charge u 3 extra dollars for the type of cone 8 dollar apple pie small cone turned into 1300 dollars at check out my son got one tiny scope of vanilla ice cream in s small cup znd they charged 7.50 for one scoop. Meanwhile all the pricing on the board was flashing 0.00 dollars on everything. U want good icr cream go to diary queen at least they dont rip you off there.

The ice cream tasted ok but the waffle cones weren’t sized to the cups they were meant for. They barely held any ice cream. I ended up dumping everything into another bowl. I ordered ice cream sandwiches as well. They were good but way overpriced. Not much value for your money at Cold Stone.

Ordered via Doordash a medium (love it!) size cup of cake batter ganache ice cream with Reeses peanut butter sauce. The pictures are exactly as it appeared when I took it out of the bag. Chocolate ice cream with Reeses peanut butter cup pieces. Exactly 9 teaspoons worth. Does this look like $10.50 worth of ice cream? Thats $1.16 per teaspoon. This is pathetic. I got my money back from Doordash but that's not the point. Trained monkeys could do a better job. Actually, UNtrained monkeys could do a better job. Well, it won't happen again because I'm cutting my losses and never ordering anything from Cold Stone Creamery in Dover, Delaware again.

Horrible experience. Tried refunding my order over the phone and they refused and hung up. Contacted corporate and will be waiting for a response soon.

This is the most raw, undercooked tasteless bagel I have ever eaten. The only flavor involved was the terrible, unfiltered delaware water that must’ve been involved in making the bread. I ordered an “everything” bagel that had at most, a third of the acceptable amount of seasoning required to properly flavor an everything bagel. The only redeeming element of the entire facility was its willingness to supply Taylor Ham pork roll.

The bagels were a little overcooked & hard. The presentation was okay. The shop itself though, could use more touching up, as it didn't smell very nice upon entering. Then right after experiencing that, to see the racks where the bagels were kept, have not been lined on the bottom, was very concerning. It's a nice shop: nice concept, and great location. Service is quite slow, so if you're in a hurry, you might not be happy. Quite sad that the shop's the way it is, because it can be so much better. There's just so much potential. It just needs more upkeep of the shop, in order for first time customers to want to come again, and want to recommend it to anyone. Giving it a three because of the staff's friendliness, and generous size of the drink container.

Pleasant people working at the counter, the sandwiches are pretty good. They are by no means as good as a New York bagel, and some of the bagel sizing and shape is a little inconsistent. Two bagel egg cheese and meat sandwiches with 15% tip worked out to be $16.

First time visiting today, hours were wrong on google as it said they closed at 3 but it was actually closing at 2. Got there 20 mins before closing & got side eyes from employees when ordering my food. The fountain soda machine was out of order & even though they just mopped a large area on the floor looked dirty! My bagel was very bland so I added salt, pepper & mayo. I ordered an onion bagel sandwich with bacon egg & American cheese. I like that they had the bacon in the egg, the decor was cute & rustic. I let them know it was my first time, no one suggested anything nor offered to guide me through ordering anything so customer service I would say is mediocre. I will try it again someday since it’s close to my work & I want to try the French toast bagel & maybe one of their homemade cream cheeses!

I just left this establishment, I ordered a plain bagel with butter and egg and cheese now I’m use to bagel shops frying them on a grill and then add the cheese. NO NOT THIS PLACE THE YOUNG LADY MICROWAVED MY EGG AND THE PUT A SLICE OF CHEESE ON TOP. So I will never go there again!!!!!!!

I try and come here once a week. I got lucky and got here twice this week. Best bagels around. Beats surf bagel anyday of the week, and you don't have to fight traffic! So delicious!

Decent. Never seen a Chinese place put the gravy on the egg too young, usually on the side . And always seen the wonton soup full of won’t tons . , these are potstickers not fried dumplings ! I really wanted dumplings 🥟

Busy establishment. If you are new to the area, don't assume; ask questions for clarification. Fried chicken wings are great. Also enjoyed sweet & sour selections, sauce on the side. Egg rolls didn't meet expectations. Ask for vegetable fried rice! You'll thank me.

Great Wall has really gone down in the taste of their food. I ordered fried rice, and they just gave me yellow rice with No flavor. Their Egg Foo Young was also completely lacking in flavor, and it used to be my favorite item from them. I won't be going back.

The best chicken wings I have ever had!!! SO juicy, meaty and perfectly seasoned. Don’t think I’ll ever have that stale oily stuff from KFC ever again. This is a small, family run Chinese takeout restaurant that serves made to order Chinese American style takeout food. The staff here is very friendly and really goes out of their way to serve the Dover community. Support local small businesses like this one and make sure to stop by if you get a chance !

I ordered broccoli with brown sauce. All I got was grease the worst food ever.

Ordered the shredded beef with hot peppers thinking it would be shredded beef with long hot peppers, but it was beef with just carrots. No peppers at all and not spicy at all. Kind of disappointing for $15.50. The rest of the food (General Tso’s chicken, pork lo mein, egg roll) was pretty good, but the beef with peppers was really disappointing.

It was.... Okay. I asked for extra sauce on Hawaiian and maybe there was regular sauce. 6 of 10 for taste. 8 of 10 for white pizza. Crust is not thin, so if you expect NY pizza, think again . It was all cooked well enough. Iffy on return... Maybe with coupon or to try cheesesteak.

ROMA Pizza’! Chef’s kiss. There’s not enough stars on the rating option to give them the stars they deserve. They have earned their amazing reputation for all these years. Same or new employee’s - still get treated with excellent customer service. If ya’ll could even imagine - the delivery drivers have went out of their way to drive back and deliver us a side of ranch or a 2 Lt. Soda, side of honey mustard etc. You get the point that is something very small. So small that I almost forgot I ordered it. I never even called to ask them to send it back. They just did it! Hopefully Nike reads this one lol. They simply just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. 5 minutes to close - the driver comes back to deliver us a side of ranch dressing. Bless his heart. May God bless the Roma Pizza employee’s all of them. Cause the whole staff is always friendly and just genuine. They also cook their food with love.

Okay I dunno what to say about this. We ordered a calzone, which was barely cooked it seemed. And what WAS cooked seemed to be bad. The cheese was sour! The fries were cooked in what tasted like old oil and completely unsalted, and they asked for a tip before they even told us the total. Wouldn't even reccomend, we will NOT be ordering here again. Even with a coupon is was almost $70

My husband thinks this place has one of the best cheese steaks around. He would rate it 4 stars. I am giving 3 because of how gross the french fries are. Ugh! They are small crinkle cut & did not seem cooked enough or even fresh. Never again with these fries. Also they messed our order up & gave us (3) orders of these horrible fries instead of (1). What the heck! So disappointing.

We ordered a half eggplant, half meatball. It was hot and delicious. The sauce, the crust,. The toppings and cheese were great! I highly recommend.

This is the best pizza in Dover! Roma’s pizza is perfect every time! They have excellent customer service! They got my order mixed up and made good on it! I have been a fan for over 20 years! Thank you for feeding us and making the world taste better!

Just do it. One of the few places that deliver on base and man it was good!!! Food was nice and hot. We got the philly cheese steaks and they were BOMB, you also get a TON of fries! We will be a repeat customer!

I don't know who taught them how to make an Italian Hoagie but they should find a new recipe. I have never before had an Italian with smoked baked ham, cooked salami and tiny rounds of pepperoni. The provolone was very mild and the smoky flavor of the ham overpowered everything. The roll was very soggy, I'm guessing from the watery chopped tomatoes, onions and lettuce. This was our 2nd pizza from Four Seasons. We tried the square pie last time, it was doughy but the flavor was good. I ordered the round thinking it would be thinner but it was still doughy, again the flavor was good and I can crisp it up but the point was not to cook.

Honestly I’m not even this type of person to leave a review but just look at this. Where’s the pepperoni? Barely any. Pizza crust is giving a half baked feeling, super doughy. And I ordered a medium but it’s basically the size of a personal pie. Don’t worry! Won’t be back again! You have to be serious about the customers you serve! This shows that you are not!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Meryem’s Four Seasons Pizza for years, but this has become an ongoing frustration. Every time I order boneless wings, I end up getting bone-in instead. It’s happened multiple times, so it’s clearly not just a one-time mistake. I understand food waste, so we’ve still taken the order each time, but this points to a real disconnect between the website, the kitchen, and management. Also, what happened to the celery and carrots that used to come with wing orders? That small touch made the meal better and showed attention to detail — now it feels like that care is gone. The food itself can be good, but the consistency and customer service have really slipped. I’ve supported this place for years, but after tonight, my patience has run out. I really hope management listens and makes some improvements because this used to be one of my favorite spots

I ordered a fish filet sandwich bc that is how it is described on their menu. Needless to say, I was disappointed and annoyed to pay $10 for Gordon's fish fillet and a handful of fries. But I do believe Gordon's fish is thicker. I am at work, had no breakfast, and had a taste for fish. I called to discuss my dissatisfaction and was only offered a 15% discount on the next order w/no apology. I don't think so...I will say their pizza is really good. That should be their focus. Now the fish sandwich I am used to is from Candied Yams in Salisbury, MD. They actually use a fillet as advertised. (pictured below)

Customer service is horrible, The 'manager' hung up on me when I called to rectify the problem. Was rude and condescending. Shame as the previous experience was excellent. But now, reccomend going elsewhere for you pizza fix.

The staff is always friendly and the orders are usually made very fast. Their fries are really good. Sometimes the orders aren’t exactly correct though.

I ordered a small crab fried rice, a small lobster fried rice and egg rolls. ALL THE ITEMS WERE DISGUSTING. To start, both the rice were under cooked. The egg rolls weren't done at all. When I returned it, the lady tried to debate me and sway my decision.

I rated them so high because they are awesome. They always have business but never packed that you have to wait in a long line. The food is good 👍🏾. They offer lemonade and pink lemonade as well as the tea. And they deliver.

I use to go here and really in enjoy the guys. Then, those people returned to China. I didn't care due the people that took over. But, I've really been craving Chinese food, so I decided to give it another try. Either it's new management again (I think so) or new cook, something. The pieces of chicken are normal size again, the did was the best Chinese I've had in years. I had shrimp lo mein and Sesame chicken. They were both amazing! I hope to these people stay a long time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food is always pretty good quality however today I ordered a lunch special today and the menu price is $8.50 and I was charged $10.50 the price of the combo platter, which comes with an eggroll. I didn't order that or receive that so I was over charged $2.00

Honestly the food here is okay. If you're really used to eating any type of Asian food, you'll agree. It's good to eat and satisfy a craving but nothing impressive. If you aren't as familiar you might really enjoy this place and it's definitely worth trying out. Service here was great and friendly and the vibe was nice! I'd come here again if I was in the area and wanted something quick.

This is a nice place if you want Pho in Dover. Not much parking in the front but the back has the space. When ordering, the pho came out really quickly as did the appetizers though the other main dishes took about double the time to arrive. The appetizers were so good I couldn't get a picture. We did find it odd though, the dishes pictured are the same, one ordered with rice while the other with noodles, yet one came with an spring roll. I thought it was a nice touch. The be careful with the Brown Suger Milk tea drink, it's so sweet you might end up ordering more.

The staff were very sweet and kind. The food was highly unsatisfying and disappointing. We got seafood pho and it has the most rubbery and bland tasting fish balls, 3 shrimp and the fake crab meat sticks as crab. The broth tastes like it has sugar and cardamom seasoning but thin and bland. After a small half bowl of pho the 6 year old said it tasted so bad she wanted to throw up and wouldn’t eat anymore. She complained about being hungry on the way home. The egg sandwich had such a tiny amount of filling, 90% white bread and 10% filling. What you see is a $18 noodle bowl and a $13 sandwich. The floor, baby seats, and the table all felt so sticky and grimy.

Cute little Pho shop in Dover. We had crispy pork egg rolls for an app, they were delicious a d came with a sweet chili sauce. My wife ordered chicken pho and I ordered beef flank steak and brisket pho, both were very good. Come hungry, portions are large. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu options, very good!

I’m sick, the kids are sick and we needed some savory food and broth. I ordered beef broth, Pho Flank Steak & Brisket, Banh Mi Teriyaki Chicken, and I got a Milky Brown Sugar tea and it was all amazing. The packaging was great and saved one of the broths from spilling everywhere, presentation was wonderful and the extras on the side were great. Everything was flavorful, the kids and I loved it all.

Was staying nearby and drove pass this place a few times so I decided to stop in and give it a try. It wasn't bad at all. The staff were nice and attentive. The Pho was fairly decent. The Thai tea was good but the boba consistency was a little hard. Over all though I would return for some Pho again.

I usually get my food to go from this spot because it is a small restaurant, but the atmosphere is nice if you choose to eat in. Parking in front is terrible, but there's a fairly big parking lot in the back - you just have to walk around to the front to enter. Food is amazing, 10/10. My go-to is the curry chicken platter with rice noodles. It comes with so many beautiful fresh veggies, mango, and a delicious pork egg roll. That dish is just as much comfort food as it is healthy so it's a win-win! My husband loves the pho and says it is the best around. I have tried some of their sweet drinks, but they have too much sugar for my taste. The flavors were good though - if you have a sweet tooth. One last thing I must say is that we have been going for years and the quality is consistent, which I think is one of the most important things a restaurant can offer; without consistency, a review means nothing.

I bought a Frisco combo meal for breakfast last week. Ashley J. took my order and helped me at the drive-thru. She was so friendly and quick! The food was hot, too. My experiences at this Hardees is consistently good: food is hot and tastes good, service is friendly and fast. The team at this location is really good at what they do; thank you so much!

Very very good! I've never eaten at Hardee's because their aren't too many up near Pennsylvania. We ordered a number 2 and an number 11. They threw in 2 apple 🍎🍏 pies because they have our order away to someone else.😂😂😂 The burger was very fresh, the roll was soft, the 🍅 had a nice crispy crunchy to it. The lettuce was fresh as well along with the the chicken sandwich we order. The sandwich had just the right amount of mayo and ketchup. The chicken sandwich was savory. The 🍟 are so so, they need a little more flavor/salt. The restroom were pretty clean 7/10 The actual cleanliness of the restaurant 9/10 Food quality 9/10 Soda machine 10/10 diet Dr. Pepper

Not for me tried this with my wife for the first time..... well needless to say we won't ever eat it again. Just not good at all only thing she enjoyed was the fries. Burgers were greasy and gross.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Took 15 minutes to get the food and when I got it tasted horrible won't return and I dont encourage anyone else to go

The drive thru cashier had an issue - while ordering, asked for small ice water and ice in addition to over $30 worth of food/shakes (2 meals, an extra sandwich, and upgrades to shakes from soft drinks) and received an attitude, plus the onion, mustard, and pickles were put on the hot ham and cheese instead of on the side as requested - never an issue before. The trigger was we asked for ice and ice water on a very hot day. They did throw in an extra sandwich because we had to wait, but it was pretty over cooked which was probably why. Overall good location, with multiple visits, and only once had an issue.

I’m in town from Massachusetts. You don’t have a Hardee’s up there lol behold I’m in Dover, DE and I I see one when I go in the services elite Logan and his team are super professional. They serving my food at my table. These guys are five star.

I was running late for breakfast but Amber at Dover Hardee’s took care of me. The sausage gravy and biscuits with a cup of coffee is a great way to start your day.

Had their garlic shrimp with rice and beans. It was delicious.

This has been a go-to place for my family for a few years now. We tend to order different things on the menu each time we go and every time we are thoroughly pleased. Whether it's the burrito, enchilada, pupusa, or the breakfast offerings you can expect an excellent meal. We go in often enough that the staff recognize us and have a general idea of what we're likely to order for the night for drinks and food. With family living only a couple blocks behind this restaurant it is a shame that we did not discover this place any sooner than we did.

Ok, El Pipil Restaurant (pronounced Pee-Peel)(I know, funny, right!? I bet you will always remember it that way...lol) anyways, it is not visible from the main road but if you are near Lowe's Dover search "latino food" and it should pop out on the first 5 searches. The food was very good as it looks in the pictures, lots of flavors and spicy if you wanted it spicy. Since we went late at night there was almost no wait time. The tables are lovely decorated with beautiful carvings resembling typical scenarios of latin culture and don Freddy is wonderful host (as long as he is not busy :) but he'll always try to please you)

This was a highly disappointing place. There was a burrito pipil that was nothing but chicken wrapped in a tortilla. The cheese quesadilla tasted like pre-packaged, pre-shredded plastic cheese. One of the biggest crimes was the fact that the tacos were incredibly boring. Tostados were okay, but they tasted like they were seasoned after cooking, not before. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Excellent food and love the environment. My family lives right up the street and I don't know how I've driven past for so many years without stopping. It's a weekly visit for my girlfriend and I now.

This place is absolutely wonderful! First of all, the atmosphere was extremely homely. We sat down and it genuinely felt like i was sitting in the kitchen at my grandmothers house we absolutely loved it. the two owners were super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and more. the food itself was amazing, we only had the mediterranean food but it genuinely tasted homemade and full of love! we both got thai lattes and they were delicious (and not too sweet!). they played classical music quietly and overall it was such a good experience we will absolutely be back soon!! if i could give cobblestone more stars i absolutely would. side note: there is no parking lot so make sure you get street parking!

The food was amazing. It was like getting food from your mom. Some of the items were like one of the most basic things you can imagine, but it was just so flavorful and perfectly put together. It was exactly what I needed after a really horrible hectic night with a breakdown of our car. Such a cute little spot the restaurant itself has all kinds of personal touches and I just really loved the owner. She was expected. Sweet and kind and will definitely be going again.

This is my absolute #1 comfort spot!! Shima is an absolute joy and does a wonderful job of running this business! When Nora is able to come in, she is wonderful as well. The food is always delicious and it's the only place where I never feel rushed or unwanted. I tell people it's like sitting in your grandma's kitchen.

This tiny hidden gem 💎 that you would never know was as incredible as it is if you didn't make an effort to seek it out. I always attempt to find local coffee ☕️ shops when I am in a new town and got some time to spare. Boy am I glad I did this past Friday! I could have went to DD right across the street (literally across the st) from a local tattoo shop I was visiting while my son was getting his first tattoo. I had a few to choose from but randomly choose here, again super glad I did. I found parking right away and walked not even far at all to the shop. I go in and there was people sitting and having a chat and the older Turkish woman was behind the counter busy rushing around to gather their food. It reminded as if I stepped into her actual home. A local patron came in and greeted her and it instantly dawned on me I made the right choice of coffee shops. I was disappointed as I saw it didnt have a huge selection of coffee item's as a typical coffee house would. But to my complete surprise it was one of the best cups I have ever had. I never had Turkish coffee ☕️ so I asked for some and noticed like Italian espresso its on yay big. I saw there was a special, a cup of coffee with a piece of Turkish delight. I never had either and politely asked to have that special along with a breakfast burrito 🌯 with meat (she asks if u do or do not want it because its sausage) and a breakfast stuffed croissant. Seeing how big the coffee was i added an iced coffee to the order. She was the only worker and like any grandma she whipped it up so fast and fresh. She told me how to eat the candy with the drink of coffee n to not drink it quickly as it had the fresh grounds in the bottom. I was floored at how good both the iced coffee and plain 2 shot Turkish black coffee was, and how incredibly bold and strong 💪 😍 it was!!! WhichBTW, i love and always seek in my coffee choices. The food was sooooooooo good!!!! I never had a croissant that was that long and buttered n golden it was like a movie with how well that was baked. The cheese was gooey and the egg was perfect and you could tell by the kick to the sausage that it was quality sausage!!!! My son tore his burrito up!!! We tried to go back on Saturday for another round when he was getting his haircut literally right up the block!! But she wasn't open for some reason. Whenever I can I would absolutely 💯 visit again!!!

I swear to you they NEVER disappoint with their subs! The bread is soft even next day. It’s so fresh! It smells like heaven when you walk in! I promise you, you do NOT wanna miss out on the subs!!!!

Staff is amazing and friendly. The Establishment has amazing history.. the sandwiches are out of this world. I have had sandwiches all around this country and by far these are the best sandwiches. The Italian is by far the best Italian you'll ever get. you'll never find one better than this. And the meatballs are the best meatballs I've ever had homemade meatballs and sauce between the two I can't decide which one's better. they both are amazing. I bought two sandwiches and I was hoping to have leftovers unfortunately I ate them both in one sitting because they were that good. So I won't make that mistake again by getting the large I'll get the extra large and buy 3. And hope I have leftovers because they're that good.. I want to personally say thank you to the staff you guys are awesome and so is your food.

I really enjoyed the food that I got from here. We got an Italian sub and a cheesesteak. I am really glad that I tried this place because the food is so good. I wish I could have found it sooner. The prices are fair and the people working were friendly. I will definitely be back!

It was fast. I got a medium turkey sub for 950. It had real meat not too processed. Nice soft bread wasn’t dry. Only took like six minutes.

Disappointed. Steak, egg, and cheese on toast... pretty flavorless, no seasoning. Small Italian sub.... maybe 3 slices of meat and one or two slices of cheese, mostly veggies which were okay, but for that amount of money I expect some actual meat and cheese.

It's a small corner store but they sell subs and they're tasty. I had the chicken salad sub and can recommend. Wide variety of snacks and other sandwiches that can be ordered. If you're nearby in Dover and haven't been you should check it out! Prices are definitely reasonable. I'd be happy to go again.

Went to Dover yesterday which was a Saturday to drop my girl off at HomeGoods and since she's on a new diet, she told me to go get myself some lunch while she's shopping. I quickly remembered The Grocery Basket at the corner of Mary and Bradford Streets. I wasn't sure what I was going to order but I had stopped in back in January briefly and I remember how busy it was in the kitchen and regulars were there ordering food. It smelled good in there and everyone seemed to know whoever walked in the door, like friends stopping in to say hello and ordering lunch. So I looked at the menu and then I asked for something that I didn't even see and that's a turkey melt. I asked if they could make it for me and they had no problem with my request. A couple orders before mine were some cheesesteaks and some other sandwiches, the people that came in for their lunches were the same as the last time, very friendly and short conversations about their day. And just a few minutes my turkey melt was up, then I grabbed a Lipton Georgia peach sweet iced tea, paid for my food and was pleasantly thanked for stopping in. Very nice staff working there and the two working in the clean kitchen moved like clockwork. By the way everyone wore masks I walked outside and took a picture of my sandwich and iced tea on a red, plastic crate, as soon as I picked up my still hot off of the grill turkey melt, it smelled delicious. I immediately took that first bite and it was wonderful, maybe the best turkey melt I've ever had and I had this one with a slice of tomato which I asked for and the tomato was perfectly ripe. The next time I come to Dover, I won't need to look at Google Maps or anywhere else, I'll know exactly where to go. The Grocery Basket.

This is prob my 2nd time visiting since new owners- they don’t miss! I love when a new owner keeps things pretty much the same. This sandwich is HITTIN!! The guys in there are cool af, store nice and clean n stocked. If you are complaining about the employees or service maybe u need to check your own vibe. Can’t wait to try their rice platters. The new Grocery Basket is bringing The BX to Dover and I’m excited. A friend posted there food so of course I had to try it out. I ordered lamb and chicken over rice with the white sauce. My wife got the chicken. One word DELICIOUS❗️ the lamb was not on the rolling pin but it was good. We also got the cheesesteak with cheese fries. My kids enjoyed that. The new look is refreshing. Wishing they get the fountain soda machine back. Also begin accepting ebt again. I feel this store/restaurant is gonna be a true upcoming. Offering a little bit of everything. A must try THERE ARE ACCEPTING EBT AGAIN

The best kept secret jewel in Dover! I absolutely love stopping here any time I'm in town. From breakfast to dinner yippy won't be disappointed. It's definitely a staple in the community. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I have attached a picture - half my turkey club sandwich. It was absolutely positively perfect! It's worth the stop. A little location but everything is made fresh to order so be prepared to wait a few but it's well worth it. ❤

Food amount for prices was high, $10. 79 for fish "platter" small coleslaw and not alot of fries, service was slow, banana split was liquid ice cream.

The clam chowder was good, not overwhelming. The tunamelt was cold and the toasted bread was dry. A disappointment. I drove to Dover with the sole intention of experiencing local culture. I was not impressed. I have had far better "New England" clam chowder in California!

Great ice cream. But short staffed so even though the server provided good service it took a while to get to us because that are understaffed. But the ice cream was worth the wait.

I had the turkey dinner. It was delicious. My husband and grandaughter has hamburgers. They were juicy and no pink, just as ordered. The Sundays were terrific. The service was great. And we noticed the managers kindness to a difficult customer! It was a great experience.

Well I had to give a 3 star because, the food was good. But we did a take out for our ice cream and the young man that took our order wasn't all that nice. Actually in my opinion he behaved as though he didn't want to serve us. Maybe it's because of our Ethnic skin. When he got my order wrong and I pointed it out to him, he actually rolled his eyes. The only reason they got a 3 star is because the manager was very pleasant and so was the other staff members. Everyone else greeted us and bid us a great day. Maybe he was having a bad day. But I was visiting from out of town. I've always wanted to eat at Friendly's, well he left a not sure if I will visit again thought in my head. I do recommend this place. But get the manager to take your order. She will treat with great respect.

I go here every now and again for one of my fave treats. It's vanilla ice cream with pound cake cubes, whipped cream and a cherry on top. So simple but delicious. My daughter only eats chocolate ice cream. But she loves their blackberry flavored ice cream with brownies on top. She loves it

when I order from Jersey Mike's, I order a regular cheesesteak on wheat bread, x meat, x cheese, light fried onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, and dill pickles. On Friday 8/8/2025 I called in my order and had them read it back to me. When I got there the worker was preparing it. I thought that I saw peppers on my sub. when I asked he told me no, when I got home and unwrapped it, the sub had green and red peppers on it that I told them that I did not want.This is the second time that I had to go through this with the Dover branch. The first time I caught it and had them remake it. On 8/9/2025 I will be returning the sub to either get my money back or have my sub remade. I could see if it was a mistake, but I get the same thing every time I go there. This is poor service! They should hire people who care about what the customer orders and not what the employee want to put on the order. Please address this issue because I am a paying customer and deserves proper service. I have pictures.

This was my very first time visiting a Jersey Mike’s, and I walked into the Dover, DE location not knowing what to expect or even where to go. The moment I stepped in, all four staff members went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible. Right away, they welcomed me with smiles and playful energy. I was jokingly told I had to choose which of the four should make my sandwich. Nicollette proudly claimed she was ranked 5th in the company, so she was clearly the top pick. Zayir, Vaughn, and Jacob jumped in with fun banter, all claiming to be the best sandwich makers around. When asked who I wanted to make my sub, I said, “Well, I’ve got to stick with the lady, girl code!” Let me tell you this team didn’t just offer great customer service; they made me feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated. And that sandwich? Absolutely off-the-hook AMAZING. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Fred, who was just as awesome and clearly leads a fantastic team. If you’re in Dover, Delaware, and want a fresh, delicious sandwich with a side of laughter and great vibes Jersey Mike’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back! I had a Turkey and Provolone Sub...and if I can also add...WAY BETTER THAN SUBWAY!

I never thought I would be writing a review about a place like this, but my experience today definitely warrants the time. The weather was nasty and I had a lot going on at work. It was going to spend the next 5 hours standing outside, freezing, in the snow and wasn’t looking forward to it. When I walked in Sean asked me how I was doing. I didn’t respond with something positive and he noticed. He turned his full attention to me, explained how the menu works and had a GREAT attitude in the face of my poor one. It was the small things…his friendly smile, professional demeanor, and attentiveness to his customer. How can you keep being aggravated when someone is being so nice? Then he sent me over the edge, just because I was having a crappy day, he bought my lunch! This is customer service! This is professionalism! This is how you want every manager and employee to act. Thanks Sean- you turned the day around.

Ordered two tuna subs to go. They were over stuffed with tuna, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Very slopy-so-good. I'll be back. 👍🏼👍🏼

I'm unsure if every Jersey Mike's is the same way, but these guys are amazing. Whoever manages this place, Jersey Mike's can't afford to lose them. You're sure to be greeted with a smile; each staff member is happy to help and hard at work. The store is always clean, food is great, fresh and fast. I didn't know they cut all the meats fresh to order, but man, it fresh and good. Definitely beats out Capriottis, subway and any other sub shop around. It's rare to find a place ran like these guys anymore.

This was my first experience at Jersey Mike's. I ordered take away a Turkey sub, it was amazing! They offer vegan options, as well as gluten free products. This store is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. This store was packed, however the lines were orderly and moved quickly. I am a loyal Capriotti's Gurl, this was a delightful culinary experience.

I'm staying in the hotel in the parking lot. The restaurant is so convenient that I ate there 4 days in a row. Everything I was served there was over cooked. The Fries, the burgers and most of all the chicken. I could have lived with all of that but here in Delaware they make you use paper straws for the environment and I can live with that. But sadly someone in the restaurant doesn't care about that, or their job. I say that because they put 12 packets of ketchup in my bag for 1 order of fries. What a waste. I didn't ask for any and don't use it on my fries. This just demonstrates that they don't care about the place for whatever reason and they are serving food to people. This makes me question what they do to the food and poor performance explains why everything is over cooked. Thankfully I am heading back to North Carolina tomorrow. The person at the money window was very nice each time. Pick up window? Not so much.

The food was usual mcdonalds food, but they dont usually slam their burgers like every other place (lol) however the customer service & the workers are extremely rude and I have a hard time believing they'll get far in life. At least the two I met while at the drive through over the speaker. Asked for my code and I questioned if the name on the order was good or if they needed me to look at the app (I've never ordered drivethrough on mobile prior) and they answered "what do you think??" I dont know.. thats probably why im asking you. I kept a nice tone when I gave her the code and said thank you, pulled away, and before I even left the speaker the lady at the speaker forgot to turn her mic off I guess — and mocked my words (even mocking me saying thank you??). Perhaps some of (not all) your workers deserve the disrespect they give to their customers! Its NOT that hard to be nice when spoken to politely. Besides that a nice location and the managers they usually have seem quite friendly.

Visiting the area and came here for morning coffee. Came to the drive through, placed my order, and was told to proceed. The next window had no one there, looked very empty so I continued to the next window. Normally, I have been told to just continue to the next window. I told the cashier at the pickup window I still needed to pay and tried to explain. She was rude and said “people don’t know how to follow instructions”. There are certain ways and words to use to communicate with customers. I apologized and explain no one was at the window once again.

I occasionally stop for breakfast on my way to work. My order has been correct ~70% of the time and the drive through is inefficient. Instead of consistently alternating the 2nd lane for ordering is frequently skipped. You may find more positive responses from your customers if you address as this can be frustrating for people with limited time to stop on their way to their destinations.

Management needs to tell homeless people to leave restaurant! 3 in here sleeping at separate tables. There are families in here. The last 2 times I have come here it hasn’t been good. I will try 1 more time and then I will find another one!! Dining room dirty!

I've been here 6 times now and not a SINGLE time did they ever get my order right. Almost always giving me pickles when i ask for none. Sometimes forgetting items altogether. Service is not friendly either. Triple check your order before you leave or avoid it altogether.

Try ANYWHERE else besides here. People standing in the back goofing off, rude interactions with staff. Stopped in for a quick vanilla cone with the kids. 40 minutes later, they messed up the order and tried to tell me I was wrong until I showed them my receipt. I left.

To the owner, For what you charge and for what's advertised, this location by the DAFB has been very inconsistent with the way you make your sandwiches, but consistently disappointing. Called your store when I got home, and explained to your employee how there was more bread than meat on the sandwiches. Other Capriotti's offer much more product for the high cost of your food. You didn't bother to pick up the phone or call back. Purchased a pastrami and a grilled italian sandwich. The sandwiches are nothing as advertised. I asked they were prepared by portion, the employee said no, we weigh the meat for the sandwiches first. When I wanted more of an explanation, he offered to find you for further assistance, but it seems your customers are no longer important once they pay. Your explanation would be greatly appreciated

To the Owner, I did in fact leave 1 star and frankly, if I could give zero I would. I order the 5 inch often like I told you over the phone and never had this happen before. It was missing a significant amount of meat, certainly not the four pieces it's supposed to come with .  Regardless of whether it was the manager, or the owner, mistakes happen, and clearly one did here. What's even more concerning is the dismissive and passive-aggressive response I received. As the owner, I'm sure you've seen similar complaints in your reviews, which should be a clear indicator that this is not an isolated issue. Professionalism and customer service are lacking, and the way I was spoken to was rude. I hope you take this as an opportunity to address both the quality control and the attitude with which your customers are treated.

Was excited to try Capriotti's today with my son. Very disappointed to say the least. I am not one to write reviews One of the screens was unreadable, not a problem I grabbed a menu The girl taking my order was ok. No pleasantries, just there working( I get it, it's work) Ordered a large Cheesesteak to slit and a few sodas. Told her I was eating in. After waiting 15 min and others eating and finishing their food I walked up to see what was taking so long. My sandwich was and had been sitting on the counter behind the register. Opened the wrapper and honestly hardly any meat. Literally you could not even nicely fill a 6" roll with the amount of meat. I wish I took a pic before I scraped it all into the roll at the end to show how little there was. I asked the staff and showed them if this was normal and she say yes. She and another worker proceeded to laugh as they looked at me I'm all for paying $ for good food and service, and like I said never write reviews but I would higher recommend if you are hunger and or appreciate a little meat on your cheesesteak then definitely look for another place.

I have ordered from this location for several years. This review isn’t so much about the food as it is about customer service and their “rewards”. This once again happened yesterday and I doubt I will be back. I had a $10 discount and when I called to place the order I told the girl I had a code from the app for $10 off but it was only good for 15 min. She said just give it to me when you get here.( She said the order wouldn’t be ready for 10-15 min) when we got there and waited to be checked out the code had expired and she wouldn’t honor it! Well it wasn’t expired when I called and tried to give it to you! The order was $75 so not like I just had a sandwich… very disappointing! If you don’t honor the rewards then don’t offer them!

I have been purchasing suvs/steak sandwiches from Capriotti’s for decades. Have had your subs/steak sandwiches from numerous Capriotti’s shops. This is the absolutely worst cheesesteak sandwich I have purchased. It had grizzle, the taste did not even taste like a normal cheesesteak. I am very disappointed and will not return. There are plenty of other cheesesteak sandwich shops all over Dover, so as far as I’m concerned…..you just lost a customer. I expect more from a shop if your caliber.

The sub on the platters are now 2”…. I remember 4” so now we still pay $8 for a 2” sub, they really should tell you they are 2”, plus scanty on the meat…. never getting a tray from here again!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Firstly, I would like to say tht I’ve been fasting all day long and decided to come to Popeyes to break my fast. My order was taken and I was told to move up and wait for my food. After 15mins of waiting for my food. My food was brought out cold and stale. I went back to ask if they could give me a refund or give me hot food and the woman who was heavy set, curly hair, brown skin, and a Jamaican accent went back and forth with me to ask me what I wanted her to do about my order because the store was about to close. I explained to her that I wanted my food fresh and hot how it should’ve been to begin with. She says “well were about to close idk what you want me to do” an India guy who stood next to her with a blue shirt on tried diffusing the conversation between us both and I explained to him that I wanted a refund. He said no it’s fine I’ll remake your food, Just move up, and wait it’ll be right out. I gave them another chance being as though this man was very pleasant about helping me. Or atleast I thought... As I waited another 15mins, I hear loud footsteps creaking from the Popeyes store. I turn around to see the heavy set woman who argued me down about my food being cold bringing me my food out. (3rd red flag) after she gave me my food, of course I examined it. When she brought my food out the sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. They put no sauce on my sandwich in which I asked for spicy sauce. The Fries were disgusting. Overall this entire meal/ interaction was a complete joke. I wouldn’t feed my dog this food. I would’ve been relieved if Ashton Kutcher his self would’ve came from out the bushes and told me he was pranking me. An absolute joke. & I will be furthering my complaint higher up if this situation isn’t resolved and I don’t get my money back. Don’t order from this location. Very tasteless and disappointing to what Popeyes represents. Do better!

We delivered balloon decor for an event to this location. The delivery went smooth the area is clear and easy to get to. The bathrooms were clean and the venue was wiped down prior to the event. The owner was nice and had some great things going on in the building. This is not a restaurant , it is an event space. A very nice space to have indoor and outdoor events.

Ordered through the mobile app and went inside to get another meal while picking up. They said my mobile order wasn’t ready yet but gave my other order to me. As my husband and I sat at the table waiting for our ordered for at least 10 minutes or so we seen others getting food and leaving so we went up and asked about ours. I’m assuming the manager said oh it’s right here it’s fresh . The bag had been sitting there the whole time and he seemed as if he had an attitude and didn’t want to hear anything we had to say about our ordered. Very disappointed and got our refund and took our business somewhere else.

The food is old. My red beans and rice smelled like it had been sitting in the warm up station longer than it should have. My food never tastes fresh. The strawberry lemonade had an after taste. The food is horrible, drinks horrible. They don't have consistent service for good food. Workers are nice food is horrible!!!!!!!!!! You can tell they cut corners to save money and it shows in their food. I get all the way home and this good is so disgusting, I am so upset.

Roll of the dice, you order spicy you get reg chicken, cold mash potatoes not hot. It's kind of the service you already expect from fast food. No one is surprised.

Terrible service, fountain sodas with only carbonated water, sides not even filled up all the way and all for a whopping $33 for two meals. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I hadn’t had Popeyes chicken in a while, went to go get some for Mother’s Day, ghost pepper wings, and they barely taste like ghost pepper if I didn’t know better I swear THEY put classic chicken in the box!! but I didn’t complain because my son took the only money he had just to make a Mother’s Day for me, which was nice, so THANKS a lot Popeyes fir screwing up my MEAL!!

On Thursday, March, 13th, 2025, at 6:07:42 PM (As it states on my receipt.), I went through the drive-thru, and I ordered a mushroom & swiss cheese burger and a large fry, and got an original burger without lettuce, cheese, or tomato on it, and a small fry as my side instead. My order was completely messed up. This is unacceptable. I paid $3.69 for a large fry, and got a small fry instead. I paid $7.19 for a mushroom and swiss cheese burger, and got an incomplete original burger that didn't even have lettuce, cheese, or tomato on it. I was still hungry after I ate what I got in the bag when I got home. I will most likely never eat here again, or at least not for a very long time. ****************UPDATE***************** Since, posting this review to complain, I've had Hardee's guest relations reach out to me to more than compenate for my messed up order with two $10 virtual coupons on the hardees app and both times that I went to that Hardee's afterwards, I got exactly what I ordered and the food was delicious. They definitely made it right for me.

I will be reporting you to corporate right after I send this review. Got a cold brew coffee on July 6th. The coffee tasted like plastic/chemicals. Nastiest coffee Ive ever had and will not return. Not sure what type of health hazard boundaries this crossed but please check your products.

I’ve been to this particular location a handful of times as I travel for work and this location is convenient on my way to one of my stops. Every time I have ordered I have received a lukewarm sandwich, bread not toasted, and cheese not even melted. The coffee is hit or miss; either really good or just tastes terrible. One cashier knew that the coffee tasted burnt and still served it to me. She admitted it was burnt after I told her I couldn’t drink it because of the bitterness. This last time I called customer service and was told I would be receiving a phone call from the manager in regards to my experiences. Of course - no phone call. Won’t be back here again. I’ll just drive another 10 minutes up the road to the next location.

The inside was clean , wiped down, I didn't see any trash, the worker was very patient and friendly! She did an amazing job! She welcomed me & She made sure she got my order done correctly as well as working her drive thru order I only saw her by herself ! My bacon I feel like could've been done more but my create your own wrap was still delicious!

The food and the service were both good, but the atmosphere is where they lose stars from me. There were 3 kids there, the manager gave them some free fries, I am not 100% sure why but I think it was because he might have thought they had not had anything to eat that day, because of the way they talked about being hungry. Either way I believe he was trying to do a good thing. Unfortunately the kids took advantage of his generosity. They were talking and playing around in the dinning room so bad they made it impossible for me to enjoy my dinner. And the employees did nothing at, first to make them at least quiet them down.

This place is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. They didn’t have any napkins. Gave the wrong dipping sauces and made the entire order wrong. the fries were barley cooked still raw potatoes.

Ordered delivery. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no American cheese and a big Mac meal. The double burger was missing so I paid $17 for a milkshake and fries. When I called the store the girl she told me to come and get it. The purpose of getting it delivered was I DON'T HAVE A CAR!!!!! NEVER GOT THE SANDWICH OR MONEY REFUNDED

Sorry McDonalds. We visited this one and they pretty much messed up everything. They served a drink that was partially spilled all over the counter. Served coffee luke warm that tasted bad. Forgot 2 parts of our meal. Best yet, seemed like they didn't even care about the issues. No sorry, no apologies. Do your job right the first time and make your customers happy. Not that tough, is it?

Waited 10 minutes for my order finally someone talked to me was told fillet of fish will take a additional 25 minutes later my food came out cold and I missed out on more then half my lunch break. Can’t even consider this fast food anymore. How long does it take to make a fish sandwich? Unacceptable sit down resteraunt are quicker then this location.

Took 18 minutes to recieve meal after ordered and the person was snarky when i was polite even though i didnt want to be. Ordered a large fry and it was only half full. The only people they care about here are drive thru. McDonald's has lost my business they are way friendlier at burger king.

Every single time I go here my food is messed up. I’m missing my sauces. My food is cold. My soda is flat. I get a McChicken or McNuggets every time I come here every time I come my McChicken looks like somebody slapped a whole bowl of mayonnaise on it and I don’t ever have pickles on it

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two bowls that came with NO LIDS, and it was a complete disaster. The 6 pieces of steak I did receive were dry, overcooked, and tasted like cardboard. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, and the beans were a bland, mushy mess. Both bowls lacked any real flavor or seasoning, making it a chore to eat. Even the toppings were disappointing – the guacamole was brown and tasted off, and the salsa was watery and tasteless. To top it all off, they included items such as raw yellow onions that aren’t even on the menu. The chips? I couldn’t comfortably offer these to my dog, as they were so loaded with salt it would have killed him. Avoid this place at all costs.

TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW I go to this location often so I want to give an honest review about this experience. I cannot stand to walk into a food establishment and see the staff looking like they at the park waiting for next in a basketball game. Staff on their phones and playing around in the kitchen area while the food looks like it has been out since last year. Disgusting unprofessional behavior and not to mention that they were low on all the food. The service girl looked like she could not pick up the spoon. To serve due to pain or her nails just getting done. This was the first time I've seen this bunch in this location so I'll check again. The staff in there today need to act like adults and more professional. Check the pictures.

Decent eats. Very hearty meal. Ordered the habanero lime flavor steak, wasn't much spice to. The chile crema was a great addition but i feel it overpowered the other flavors. Looking for a quick meal that will fill you up this the establishment.

Had an awesome experience at QDOBA! The lady working there was so nice and made me feel really welcome. She had great energy and was super helpful with my order. The food was fresh and hit the spot too. Definitely one of the better QDOBA locations I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure!

First time customer and was rudely spoken to when I didn’t immediately know the order in which they make the food. When a new person patrons your establishment why would you not politely explain how your system works instead of deliberately belittling them for not knowing? I will never go back and I hope the woman who spoke so poorly to me sees this and fixes her attitude.

My service was amazing! The cashier and Mia are great. I never have any issues when I come. Qdoba will always be my favorite 100/10 :)

Just stopped and got the 8 pc mixed special. I asked before I ordered was it fresh... It's old and dry. The wings and legs are extremely dry.

They sold me soup that was a month old! I took home a container of broccoli and cheddar soup and immediately noticed an off, bitter taste. I look at the lid and it was prepared on June 1st at 11:37 AM -- which is a serious problem when I bought it on June 29th. They even helpfully labelled that it was supposed to be used or thrown out by June 8th at 11:37 AM! When I went into the store to show them, the manager, Adam, was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes at my girlfriend (who had also eaten the soup), told me he wouldn't have a manager call me back, and even told me to come here and write a review if I had a complaint! Well, Adam, here you go. I did eventually talk to the store manager, who was genuinely apologetic and helpful, but by that point I'd already paid for rotten soup and been given a hard time about it like it was my fault.

Got a $20. 12 piece today and it was all old and dried out. Like chewing old shoe leather! Worst chicken I've ever had from Royal Farms!

Every morning I come in the chicken and the fries are not fresh I’m pregnant and I can’t keep eating old food that makes me throw up every time I ask the young man that be in the deli he dark skin and have a short hair cut he always tell me the food was mad a hour or two ago so why are you selling the food the photo I added was a photos from today and I watch him give those fries out like how nasty can you be I will be calling cooperate

Employees are the sweetest people and have great customer service. I love this location in Dover DE. They are always there for me if I need anything and always have the items I need. Best location hands down. They ALL DESERVE A BONUS AND A RAISE!!

Went to this location to get gas and cash in on some rewards points for some chicken. I went to the checkout and scanned my receipt and went on to scan my rewards redemption, then the self checkout machine froze up. No big deal, I’ll have an employee help, right? Wrong. She went on to attempt to fix the machine while swearing profusely at it and seeming to have a nervous breakdown. She said she could call her manager but didn’t want to, but that sounds like a whole lot of workplace drama or just improper training practices that are being swept under the rug. Anyways, she went on to spend the next 20 minutes helping other customers while ignoring me and even going as far as yelling at a customer to say “you want cigarettes? We sell cigarettes. What do you want?”. After 20 minutes the other employee comes over and tells me to ring up another order so they can scan the receipt again, which was the first suggestion I had offered 20 minutes prior. Finally after 25 minutes I was properly checked out with my rewards points redeemed and cold chicken in hand. An offer for some extra food or a discount as compensation for wasting my time would have been nice. This place definitely needs some better employee training. Worst experience I’ve ever had while purchasing food.

Ten people were standing around and none of them offer to take orders. I asked the manager for help and she told me she was off.

Consistent Wendys food but this location is a bit rough. I am not sure if they are or were remodeling or repairing the building. The AC drips almost everywhere in the dining area. The service was ok.

This store is filthy! Employees standing right outside of the door smoking. I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside. Counter in floors are sticky. Employees in the back, not wearing gloves while handling food. Witness a gentleman taking chicken patty's out of the freezer with no gloves and putting in the deep fryer. This store really needs to be cleaned up. Cannot get inside of the store during early hours. Must wait and drive through to get order. I do not recommend eating from this restaurant. It really needs to be cleaned up. If you don't mind getting food poisoning, this is the place for you. If you Prefer not getting sick. Don't eat here!

Just left and purchased a frosty key chain with my order. There was a Caucasian lady with black hair at the window that told me I could not get a frosty with my 1st purchase which is a complete lie and I don't appreciate being lied to.

This was actually the worst Wendy’s I ever been too and I travel ALOT. We came at night a hour before closing and was told the frosty machine was down for closing. We asked for fries with no salt and received cold fries with salt. I got a crispy chicken sandwhich which was cold and hard. I will be going to the other location next time. This was extremely sad. You would think the nearest Wendy’s from a great tourist attraction (Ballys) would be nice and fresh.

It was dirty in the entrance and sticky as you go to the counter. When we sat dosh the table was dirty and the walls had ketchup on them.

Everytime my husband and I go to this place we never know what will be missing! On top of the suuuuuuppppppppeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr long wait time. We figure the food is good so we can wait. But, to constantly have our orders messed up? I just waited in drive through for 35 minutes just to get home and realize there isn’t any lettuce on my jr bacon or bacon for that matter? My fries are obviously recooked, “ I’ve worked fast food” so I know when the fries have been double dipped in grease! The worst part is I normally deal with it because the food taste good. But at this point the Wendy’s here in Dover on DuPont highway that’s connected to the gas station, I wouldn’t ever recommend going to unless you want mess up food, long wait times, or worker who are mad because they half to do their job! Enough is enough, we will not be getting food from Wendy’s EVER AGAIN!

Worst burger king ever. Wait times are awful and they never get it right. I ordered online and got nothing near what i ordered. Food ice cold. No cheese or purple bun on my adams bundle meal? Spent $25 for cold food. Just awful.

Carry out order arrived home only half of the order was there. Had to drive all the way back by that time all food was cold. Don't recommend and will never return.

The floors were slippery and not from the cleaning. The onion rings were like bricks, the fries were cold, the whopper Juniors were cold, the texas double whoppers dry and the mustard was ridiculously over abundant, the employees had an attitude problem. Poor service and management.

I pulled up to order a chicken fries man that was staying at me on the menu… that I ordered a few days before…. BUT the drivethru person said “we don’t sell those or that meal” I said okay why is it on the menu and was told I was wrong they don’t sell it so I left. This place should not even be open! Just like every terribly run restaurant they have young kids running the entire place. No consistency it's just a party all the time joking, cussing at each other, playing loud music. I went through the drive thru pulled up the speaker is so raggity I wasn't even sure if it worked and no menu to look at, sat there for a few minutes before I said hello and a girl said I'll be with you in a minute there was one car at the window waiting for their food I ordered the new Brisket Whopper when she was finally ready. Got to the window paid $8 and some change for just the burger gave the girl my money she gave me change and I asked for salt she said salt ok so I know she heard me. Got the burger finally no salt in the bag she I told her I needed salt please rolls her eyes tells the other girl and she gets it and hands it out the window to me. Started down the road got the burger out took the top off I see absolutely no brisket I went back in. Told the girl there was no brisket she said it's under the cheese I moved the cheese there was literally a half a teaspoon or "Brisket" looked like pulled pork at best. Without pushing the melted cheese away you would have never seen it. She had another one made and said put more brisket on this one. The new burger had almost a whole teaspoon of "brisket" this time. I should have followed my instinct and not go here because they are obviously never busy for a reason. The inside is nasty tables not whipped off soda station was disgusting. SKIP THIS RESTAURANT Wendy's nextdoor is always busy for a reason!

Today I had 30 minutes for my lunch so stopped into burger king next to Rodney Village in Dover DE. Stood at the counter between 5-10 minutes and couldn't get no one to atleast greet me. But there was a lot of talking going on especially the kitchen staff calling eachothwr racist names and arguing all loud and disrespectful for the whole dining room to hear. I left. Taking my butt to McDonald's. Never again!

I thought Burger King was supposed to be have it your way! But when I ordered two Whoppers with cheese large fry and two cokes I received two Whoppers with no cheese one order of fries and one diet Coke, They had a long line at the drive-thru so I didn't bother to go back in and fix the order.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered an online pick. Went to pick it up. Waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes with only 3 cars a head of me. I paid extra for bbq to dip onto my fries. They didn't give it to me. They didn't even fill the fry containers with the fries all the way. Came home and my whole order was cold. And the lady that served up seemed completely oblivious to everything. I am not sure if it was her first day but a drive through is not for her. I used to work fast food and never was that slow with everything. Not even on my first day of work. I am not even sure if it was her first day or not but assuming it is because of how confused she was. You need to do better Wendy's plus I ordered a JBC sandwich and they gave me a chicken sandwich.

Went to the drive through at noon Monday, they were fast, polite and my salad was great.

Food has gone downhill at this Wendy's, and more often then not your food is literally thrown together with little consideration to presentation. Consistently poor service attitude. Do not ask questions as your are more than likely going to get irritation from the drive-thru staff. Atmosphere is typical for a fast food restaurant in poor urban areas.

Placed a mobile order to make things quicker. Got here and it took 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Another 10 from the speaker to the window and then askwd to pull up to the gate because my order wasn't ready. They finally come out after "making it fresh" but we were still missing an item and it's been almost 10 more minutes since. My food will be cold before we leave. Never coming back again. The sloths from Zootopia were faster.

They are much quicker than during Covid when they would take at least an hour to wait on you. Sometimes their nuggets are burnt but luckily I have not had this experience in about a month or so. Employees seem to be much nicer than before as well.

They don't even deserve one star. But I had to use it to post. Simply put. They gave my kids, and father FOOD POISONING. Within 30 min of eating the food, they felt extremely sick. When I called the store the manager the staff and manager were very rude, not apologetic, and didn't ask if anyone was okay or offered to assist in any way. I spent hours in the emergency room with my kids. They are in EXCRUCIATING pain. NAUSEA, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND BARELY ABLE TO STAND. This place is serving bad food that's been sitting for hours, or not practicing good hygiene when it comes to food handling. There is no way around it. And they need to be held accountable for their lack of consideration toward others' overall health. They don't care and are very rude. PLEASE if you can for the sake of your health AVOID this particular location and find something else to eat. My kids love Wendy's and, sadly, this one has failed them. I am very understanding that at times accidents can occur with food handling. But in my best judgment, this appears to be NEGLIGENCE

Typical fast food joint. Service was good, food was okay. They need a floor person to keep the tables clean, and the drink machine clean. Floors are not clean, especially by the drink machine. The owner needs to reassess this store.

EXTREMELY disappointed. This was my firat, and last, experience with MOD Pizza. Due to recent food allergies, I haven't been able to eat pizza in about 6 months. I was excited to learn that MOD had vegan & dairy free cheese options as choices. Ordered pickup, so we didn't eat there, although the atmosphere was pleasant during pickup. Pizza was "ready" on arrival. The person behind the counter was nice... until I had to request a missing item. I added my freebie "no name cake" for joining their rewards (I was THAT excited to get to eat pizza again), but it wasn't with my order. At this point, he became a little rude and said "It’s over there," point to nothing in particular, just in a general direction. Once I found them, the "cake" is not nothing more than a wrapped up oversized cupcake. Oh well, it still should have been with my order. When I got home, the first thing I noticed was that the pizza was burnt. Not a little, a lot. However, as we pulled the pizza from the box, the entire center was stuck to the paper, causing the slices to rip in half. It was hard to pull the torn pieces off, too, because it was actually very doughy and undercooked. So most of the pizza was burnt, but the center wasn't even cooked. I'm not even sure how that's possible unless the dough was frozen. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially when I miss pizza so much. I'll keep looking for other options.

Please tell me in what world is this considered a pizza worth 12.47. There are practically NO toppings on it, it was barely even cooked all the way in the brick oven, and the toppings even taste of poor quality. It is a joke that this company charges 12.47 (well above a regular pizza place) for this bull excrement. I am so sick and tired of companies like this charging prices they know they aren’t even worth, and since this is the third time this has happened I can only assume this is how MOD does business. You lost a consumer due to this haphazard assembly of what looks like toppings picked off and discarded from someone else’s pizza. DO BETTER MOD.

Love this place! You can choose any toppings you like and they make it fast! Thin crust and delicious! You have to get one of their no name cakes also. Mad Dog is my favorite with added bacon.

The pizza was amazing!! Although, the workers did not change their gloves in between customers which was disappointing. For instance, the worker taking care of us did not change gloves in between doing a payment with a customer and making our pizza and grabbing the ingredients. This must definitely be in violation of health codes! This is especially concerning for cross contamination for those with allergies. The location makes good pizza but their sanitary practices are not good.

The pizza was OK. I didn't enjoy the selections that were available. I'm not sure if all the locations have the same selections. The server seemed rushed and was wearing a hoodie while helping us. The tables and floor were extremely dirty. I had to use water and a napkin from the soda machine to wipe down the table and clean our area of the floor. There was a group of people across from us who spilled a drink and didn't receive any help.

Great specialty pizza! I eat pizza with lots of veggies, vegan cheese and gluten-free bread while my husband eats his with cheese and pepperoni. A great place for someone who doesn't want to eat a "typical" pizza as well as some who does! Finally a place we can both enjoy at a decent price. Best pizza option in dover for people who like to have it all!

Ordered three orders of the small pizza muffins. I looked at the muffins and two of the three orders were messed up. The manager came out and asked if something was wrong. He saw the mistakes and said sometimes they get messed up. Poor service and food quality. The small muffins were burnt and no sauce. Go to another store.

Little Ceasars is consistently the best chain takeout pizza in Dover. My pizza has been made quickly and accurately every time. I'm not the biggest fan of the pizza locker thing, but they are doing everything else right.

Placed an order over the phone for pickup. When I arrived the place was crowded, but they got me taken care of quickly. Everything was ready and waiting. The place was very clean and organized. They have an online order pickup station to make pickups easier and quicker. Located right on Dupont Hwy at the lower part of Dover.

The location is easy to get to. It's right off of 113 on the right after the split. We went Sunday evening to get a little snack a pepperoni stuffed crust, pepperoni puffs and garlic Parm wings. Everything was so good . This was the first time I had the puffs and I was pleased. I heard about them on social media. My wings Parm sauce was sooo good. The food was right on time per the app.

We really get good service at most stores but this one in Dover has very poor service and the employee's just don't seem to care whether you are there and if you order through the portal it's not ready.

It's amazingly bad. Like super disappointing. The pizza was old and didn't have any sauce! If that wasn't specifically requested, why would you even make a pizza without sauce? And how long do you let them sit around? If I wasn't in a hurry I would have taken it back. If this is how they usually operate you should probably try somewhere else. Seriously, hiw do you mess up a little Ceasars pizza? All the stuff comes off the tryck ready for assembly. Smh.

Decided to finally give them a try, in place of our normal pizza spot. There's better options locally for pizza and wings. The pizza was "just okay". The pepperoni pizza reminded me of something from a gas station. The Delaware pizza was a great concept but it needed more flavor. More toppings maybe. It tastes like garlic bread only. Garlic Parm wings didn't have any flavor or seasoning. They tasted like plain chicken in butter. Don't know if we will be eating pizza from their again.

Randomly found this little gem on the side of rt 13 and I fell in love!! The meat lovers pizza was delicious! BUT the garlic parmesan boneless wings…. TO. DIE. FOR!!! Juicy and perfectly seasoned… did you like Chic-fil-a grilled chicken nuggets? These are even better!! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!!

How have I not heard about this pizza joint. My first time here too.I literally am so impressed by how delicious the pizza is. It's been 2 years trying different pizza places. Ended up buying red baron pizza for a while cuz I didn't like anywhere else. This place makes authentic delicious pizza. Employees are nice and I see them working hard. This the best pizza place in Woodside an they have excellent customer service an they are always on time when they deliver an their very nice an friendly their pizza is definitely the best I have had an I order their a lot they treat you like family they go above and beyond to make your visit an experience the best I do recommend them to all my family an friends

It is a pizza shop not really a dine-in place. But I just ordered a sub from there for the first time. They just don't serve this quality of meats around this area! Pizzas are always slamming. Look forward to try one of their dinner soon!

Food was as expected from a McDonald’s, cheap and quick with no salt and stingy with the sauces. Place was clean and recently remodeled on the inside, with less seating, no more self serve drink machines, so you have to wait to get a refill. It looks nice for a McDonald’s but I’m honestly not a fan of the new interior and the seats were even more uncomfortable than what they had before.

Went through the drive thru and our experience was alright. Pleasant enough person that took the order and, while we did need to pull up to slot #1 to wait for our food to finish cooking, we weren't there but, 2 minutes... MAX, before a gentleman brought everything out to us. Overall, a most pleasant experience!!

Don’t usually leave a review but I was just handed the grossest burger I’ve ever gotten from McDonald’s. It was cold the bread was stale and the meat was dry! How old could it have been?! I asked for extra pickles. One would assume they’d make a new one. Instead it seems like they grabbed the oldest one from the lot and threw it in the bag not even fully wrapped. The girl with pink hair at the register was the only redeeming quality of this site.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I ordered breakfast at 10:28 am. They still let me order breakfast so figured there was no problem. I was told to wait for my order as they were making hash browns, so I waited. I waited for my order and didn’t get it until 10:46 am. They brought out my order and I confirmed with the person that was bringing order out that I got a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I got a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I went back in thinking they would be able to make a McGriddle but I was wrong. They told me “if you want a burger, fries, or something” and they couldn’t make it anymore. Even though it wasn’t my mistake. You think if I wanted a burger or something I would’ve ordered it?

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Did an order for curbside and waited more than 30 minutes for one plain burger and fries. They got an attitude when I called after 20 minutes just to ask the status since the app said order completed and on the way outside 10 minutes prior. Then, the person who brought had even more of an attitude because I called. Don't take your incompetence out on me. Any normal person would wonder what's going on after more than 20 minutes. This location is clearly run poorly. There wasn't even a line in the drive thru to be backed up that badly. Feel bad for the person parked next to me as they didn't bring there's and they got there at the same time I did. It wasn't even hot. Ordered at 6:28 and got it right at 7pm.

Decidedly, I would not do McDonald's new crispy chicken sandwich again! McDonald's employees don't take any pride in their work! A picture says 1000 words!!! The person in the drive-through was nasty from the beginning. My husband has been collecting the McDonaldland postcards. I tried to order him one and asked to switch the milkshake for water. The person in drive-through was nasty and said na you can’t. I explained that’s I did want the milk shake and would still pay for it I just would weather have water. She was again would saying no. I pull up to receive my food and the gentleman handing me my food tells me the milkshake machine was down and they couldn’t make the milkshake. I told them that was fine water would be perfect. I also order my daughter a happy meal. When I went to hand her the apple slices I noticed they were already open with food in them. I asked for another bag. He said ya but you need to pull up because it’s going to be a while because of the apples. By this time I was frustrated when they brought the rest of the food I didn’t even think to check the bag and they didn’t have my husband’s fries or postcards for the meal. Also I was the only person there

You got to watch out for those receipts.. they make you go inside to get the receipts that's what I was told when I was handed my coffee the coffee she had it HOT and was filled up to the top.. she's lucky to not burn me. Needless to say I will go 10 miles down the road before I go back to that Dunkin' donuts. You should train your people to be nice to the consumers we are the ones keep you in business!!

I don’t normally wright reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. We came to your Dunkin Donuts about 1hour ago. I was getting coffee through the car line, and wanted to pay for my sister as well; because it was her birthday and she was the car behind me. I paid $7 and some change. My sister calls me after getter her order and said they made her pay $4 and some change. Mind you none of us can stop and go in because it has been a busy day and we have tired 2 year olds in the back. My sister told me her order was not even 7. I am really annoyed that these people had us pay for I assume their meals. That was meant to be a birthday gift for my sister. We will not be coming back if our money is used for your food.

I ordered a chai latte with sweet foam on top, and it did not come with sweet foam. On top of that it tasted slimy and disgusting and when I poured it out, It was chunky meaning whatever they put in it was spoiled. This is absolutely disgusting and appalling that they are giving costumers spoiled ingredients. I could have gotten sick from this !

I ordered a 5 dollar meal which comes with an option of ice or hot coffee and 2 wake up sandwiches , the chill guy at the register gave me a ice coffee as i requested so wait for my wake up breakfast sandwiches to arrive then as 25 minutes have passed i asked the guy about the sandwiches he asked me did i order anything else or have i missed anything then i answered about my sandwiches he said its should be at another counter. I check it and its not there then they are telling me that i didnt say anything even though i did like a minute ago. This happened last month so i just wanted to point this out and i forgot to put a review on this place

Another terrible service here. I'm not sure what it is with the impatience with the people at Dunkin' Donuts these days. I can understand it's hard to serve someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. But it should be a opportunity to explain available options for the customer, an opportunity to make them a reoccurring customer. Instead they blow you off like you're bothering them. How dare me ask questions or not know which doughnut I want for the kids. Just a horrible experience. Then the girl in the photo here started talking to the guy behind me Instead of completing my order. She even scoffed when I asked her to change one of the doughnuts she added without me asking for it. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because I didnt just walk away. She provided a service (although a horrifying one) and the kids wanted the doughnuts. I suggest training staff on basic customer service should help. But I guess they dont care. We'll see in a month when I revisit. I will be heading somewhere else for the coffee.

Made a quick stop to grab sandwiches & coffee. Can’t go wrong with Dunkin, right? Wrong! Sandwiches were cold, didn’t even get put through the warmer. Plastic cheese wasn’t even warm, still cold! Had to check our order three times before we left the drive through window. Coffee wasn’t made correctly either. Worst service we’ve had, almost ever! Will drive more North to Starbs or just make my own next time!

When we walked in an employee gave us the impression they were closing. She said drive thru is open and lobby is closing. She also said bathrooms do not work. I have a mom with bladder problems and 3 little girls and a public place cannot have ALL BATHROOMS NOT WORKING. We still went to the bathroom to wash hands and used the toilet and it flushed 😳!! So bathrooms do work...it was honestly just a young girl working that was not wanting customers inside! How inappropriate...disrespectful to the customers and right down rude!!! The young male was a much better server and acted like he wanted to be there and actually have customers. What a shame! One person with a sour attitude turning people away and putting a bad taste in their mouths!!!

Went there with my kids and mother to get lunch. The gentleman working with the glasses was rude instantly as we were trying to decide what we wanted to eat. He rushed us. Then became upset because the total was more the what the menu prices together. He said it was a 3% charge fee because we wanted to use card. So I told my mother I’d pay cash instead. So the gentleman working decided to snatch the papers talking with his hands saying well what are you paying with as if I didn’t just explain it to him. He had zero patience, a terrible and nasty attitude. He was just overall bad for business. I’ve been coming to pizza time since I was 10 with my mother. 3 generations was there today and we had the worst experience yet. The owner would have been disappointed in the way his staff was treating his customers that’s been supporting for so long. I’ve never received this kind of treatment from this establishment as long as I’ve been eating there. I refuse to eat in any establishment where the staff is disrespectful like that. I will not be eating here anymore. && it’s sad all because the guy I was having a bad day!

Was not even greeted when I went in to get my order. The food was okay but my cheese steak had little meat.

Always get delivery with these guys. At least 3 times a week for a few weeks now. 90 % of the time I get i believe him name is Noah he delivers my food. He’s very nice chill guy I remember our first interaction he complimented my freckles. They never get my order wrong. Food is always fresh and correct! I AM OBSESSED! Very fair prices! Alwayss on time! Thanks guys yall are theeee best!

Extremely good pizza, Very Tasty. I drove 173 miles from Pa to Dover Delaware to try this, and it was 100% worth it. Tasty cheese , crispy crust and flavorful sauce. It says New York style pizza on the menu, buuuut I think it's better then New York style. Is Delaware the new state to go to for Pizza ? I would say take the trip and find out for yourself.

Absolutely Great! Ordered from there tonight for the 1st time! Pizza was good but the Lemon Pepper Wings were great!!! Not everyone does wings right! They were the perfect crispness and 😋😋😋😋 Not to mention the delivery was supposed to be here in 45 minutes and arrived in like 20! 🙌🏾 Thank You

🍕 Pizza was thin and crispy, sauce needed more spices and had tomato pieces in it (personally I don't like that). Not enough cheese, but pizza was fair overall. The value was very good, small could be split; service and ambience was great.

Stopped in today on our way home from our honeymoon and have to say this was a great way to lift our spirits that we have to go back to work now 😅 the garlic knots are some of the best we’ve ever had and The Grey pizza was amazing. The staff are so kind and we definitely wish this was closer to us because we would 100% be regulars here! Highly recommend!

The most delicious, organic, gourmet pizza I have ever tasted. I am not a pizza fan. But I eat clean. This joint made me choose the most healthiest toppings on a very flat crust. I had roasted garlic, black olives, roasted chicken, mushrooms and peppers. We chose a small size (just to sample the recipe). It tasted like heaven. Our server was professional, polite and attentive. We will be back!!

Pizza was amazing! They have a garlic cream sauce that I am a big fan of. I got the Maddie and added chicken cutlets. I’m into tomato sauce on my pizza so this was a great alternative. My boyfriend got pepperoni pizza and said that this was the best pizza he’s ever had!

My husband and I stopped in Dover on a road trip and being people who travel a lot this is the best pizza we’ve ever had. 5 stars is absolutely not enough. The topping ratio, the prize for the size and all around taste was impeccable. We got the Wynn and will definitely have to come back for Veronica’s.

I would give this place 5,000 stars if I could!!! I was driving around looking for a new place to try, decided to stop here and I’m so glad I did! The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. It was super clean! The pizza had high quality tasting ingredients. Best sausage and pepperoni I’ve ever had on a pizza. They definitely earned a new customer. I highly recommend their Barts pizza! Love it love it love it!!!!!!

I ordered at 8:12 PM (contactless delivery). At 9:20 PM, a driver showed up and rang the doorbell (for non contactless delivery) with the wrong order. I pointed out that the address on the box was not my address. He went back to his car and drove away without saying anything. I then called the store and spoke with Jay. He assured me that my order was with a different driver and that it would be there in 10-15 minutes, and to call him back if not. I waited 20 minutes and then called back. Jay asked me to look outside and see if it got dropped off (I knew it hadn’t because I had been continually checking, but I looked anyway). He then told me that he is just a shift supervisor and couldn’t do anything. I asked if he could at least remake the order and send it. He said ok but it won’t be contactless. I told him that it doesn’t really matter anymore because the first order was supposed to be contactless and the guy rang the doorbell and waited anyway. He said ok and hung up. An hour and a half later I called back again asking what is going on with my now 3 hour old order. He said that the original driver assured him it got dropped off, that his driver wouldn’t lie, and that I was wrong. I told him that I am positive that I do not have pizza and obviously the driver dropped off my order at the other house first or else he would have come back from his car with my order. I did not get any pizza tonight. I can only leave a minimum of 1 star but not having any food at all and being accused of lying really deserves less than 1 star. This may be the worse service I have ever experienced.

Take out or DoorDashing. Anytime I go in with a certain woman there, she seem mad and I get uncomfortable. I was DoorDashing and she was pissed. Slamming her fingers on the keyboard and screen and snappy at another delivery person. I ended up canceling the pick up cause it wasn't started and she was raging. I don't recommend to go there when she is there. Food still good. Just not her. Edit: Why is she still working there after all the bad reviews? Bad hygiene, doesn't wash hands, no hair net, bad attitude. People not receiving their orders and if they do, it's not fully cooked or the ingredients looks spoiled. This pizza shop is a health hazard and I am surprised it's not shut down!

The first time I ordered from them during covid, I understood. It was a delivery order that took over an hour to finally get to me. So I gave them a second chance. I was crunched on time and had to feed 4 people(2 kids, 2 adults). Foolish me for not looking at reviews and greedy me for them not knowing what 1.5 extra inches or what a pizza looks like. Moral of the story. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS!

Went to pick up my order, saw the manager making pizza with no gloves, nails looked dirty and hair hanging down long with no hair net on. I left the order right there, just nasty. The manager said they’re not required to wear gloves, when I mentioned about the hair, the manager said whatever. Everything about the Manager looked dirty. I went to the store on 12 July 2025 approximately 4:30 pm.

Waited over a hr then called just to see if my order left yet to be told the ovens down, I asked well don’t you think you should have called the boy just sat there with nothing to say!! I asked well what about my money I paid with my card he replies with I can give you store credit!?! I ended up speaking to a manager that was no more help and was told I couldn’t get a refund, called customer service was told I have to wait for a call back from someone higher up this place is a joke…. Oh 2 hrs later a burn cold pizza shows up at my door that I threw away and ordered somewhere else.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I could. I placed an order for delivery and one of the slices appeared to be switched out with a slice from a smaller pizza. I brought the pizza AND the wrong flavored breadsticks back to the store. The worker told me my pizza looks like that because the driver likes to take sharp turns. Laughable, but I'm sure that's far from the truth... I can't make this up. What a horrible experience! 😡

This used to be a decent store and Papa John's has always been my go to. But recently this store has gone way down. I order pizza one to two times a week and the last three from here have helped me to decide to never eat here again. Two orders looked like the boxes has been sat on. And the last came with the cooking pan still in the box. This pan is supposed to be mesh. It had so much gunk on it I thought it was a hard pan. It was just disgusting. The manager offered to have me bring him the pan back to his store and he would give me an order of bread sticks. I will just trash the pan and eat somewhere else. There is no way I would ever let my family eat of off filth like that.

Delicious pizza!!! I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it was so good! Although they were busy, I was greeted immediately and walking out with my pizza in less than 3 minutes.

Avoid this location like the plague. I hope the Camden location is better than this. I ordered my pizza's to pick up and the app said I just had to type in the word HERE and put my flashers on to let them know I was outside. A delivery man came out and told me that I had to push some other button like when you are waiting to get in to see the doctor. That never came up with my order. I waited and they didn't come out so I went inside to get the pizza. The man inside was rude and almost didn't give me my pizza's because of this additional thing I was supposed to press that didn't come up with the link they send you on your messenger. Between the halfway house crowd outside and the rudeness I will not be back to this place. If Camden isn't any better I'm done with Domino's. This is why these restaurants are closing all over the country. It's not the customers. It's the employees.

Too bad there's not a price star system . They're running a coupon scam now. 2 pizzas for 6.99. DON'T BELIEVE IT! You click that coupon link and the system opens the pizzas available. I ordered a pizza and omitted onions . Then I added extra spinach, which wasn't applied to the 1st pizza. Then I ordered a second pizza as is. Both pizzas were requested not to have the seasoning applied to the crusts after they come out of the oven. Final price @ 6.99 each? $23.94! Their coupon offer is A LIE I will never go there again. They basically charged me 9.00 for extra spinach they didn't put on the pizza 🍕.

absolutely terrible. took an hour and some change for my food to be delivered when i’m only like 6 minutes away. food came COLD! the pizza did not look like it had been cooked enough or not enough cheese added you tell me. after reading multiple reviews of the same things i’ve experienced this place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! i called 6 times to ask a member about my order NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANSWERED! absolutely terrible!

App doesn't work, they won't honor online coupons over the phone and there is an opportunity for customer service skills.

EDIT: The original review was 2yrs ago, and there has been a huge improvement. Thank you for hearing our concerns and rectifying things. Online ordering doesn't work, tells you to call the store to place order, but store can't honor online pricing. Nice job, Dominos! Way too many pizza places around for that. Bad customer service.
