There’s a reason Sonic can never compete with this place! Always classic amazing food and speedy service. Never had an order wrong either and have been a loyal customer for years and years. Friendly staff and freshly made food.

The service was fine! All the servers were nice and friendly but the food was awful. I ordered a chili cheese dog for myself and grand daughter and a cheese dog for both my 2 younger granddaughters. And we ordered a cheese fry to share. The "chili sauce" was pulled pork and there was no cheese sauce just some shredded cheese thrown on. They were gross. The "cheese fries" were some fries with a cup of nacho cheese to dip. They tasted ok I guess but the cheese dip had something black in it. I can't get over the "chili dogs" though. I come from a town with an iconic B&K hot dog stand and it was so disappointing going to this place especially compared to our hometown hot dog stand. At least we tried it and now we know!!!

My dad took us here for the first time and we loved it. Food was yummy and fast. When I'm back in the area I'm hitting this place up no doubt. Love the old school vibes and will tell everyone I know to come try it out. Cheese coney dog 5⭐ Rootbeer float ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to eat. Drive-in or sit down at picnic tables under shelter. Brings back great memories of times before. Food is priced well compared to other places. If your interested in nostalgic place to eat, look no further.

Well, I do love a good hotdog. Where did I go on National Hotdog Day!!! Dog n Suds, of course!! Where I grew up, I haven't seen a Dog n Suds since I was a kid. So I had to make a stop. That first bit, it took me back in time. The server was awesome. From the window of my truck, I could see inside where everything is made. Staff doing their job like a well-oiled machine. I was glad I stopped by. I am probably going to stop there again soon. Keep up the great job!

Excellent hot dogs, hamburgers, and pork tenderloins. Best fries in town - crisp outside, tender inside; never limp and soggy. Their diet root beer is every bit as good as their regular. You dine in your own vehicle, so "Atmosphere" is only as good as you make it. Service is snappy.

Growing up not too far from Lafayette, I was excited to take my kids while we were down that way. The food didn’t disappoint. It was just like I remember. We had good service as well. What did disappoint was no dipping sauce with my fried mushrooms. I didn’t know I had to ask for it. My daughter needed another sauce for her tenders. It came with one but she needed another. 2 ranch dipping sauces came to $2.35. That’s just crazy to me. As a restaurant owner, we don’t charge for condiments. Especially when it’s within the norm to have a side of dipping sauce with something like mushrooms.

“Treated Like a Nuisance After Years of Loyalty” I used to come here 2–3 times a week for over two years, always paid full price, never asked for extras or special treatment, and always tipped well. Despite that, the staff consistently acted like we were in the way—not welcome, not appreciated. One day I came in, sat down (there’s no assigned seating), and the waitresses yelled at me, saying I couldn’t sit there. They tried to seat me by the restroom, and when I politely said no, they got visibly angry and refused to let me sit anywhere. I was stunned. After years of quiet loyalty, I never expected to be treated like a problem. It’s disappointing and hurtful. Supporting a local business shouldn’t feel like begging to be tolerated.

This is an amazing place to eat. Great home cooked food and amazing service. I can't recommend this location more. The prices are more than fair and the atmosphere is pleasant with good music. If you have the time, forget fast food. Come sit down and eat for the same price (Cheaper than Taco Bell). We need more places like this.

Was concerned given disparity of recent reviews of this would be hit or miss. Definitely a hit. Salad and sandwiches, all good and extremely fast. Service was great and attentive to our needs and feedback. We didn't have time for pies which looked wonderful but picked up cinnamon rolls and muffins for the next day. Surprised by small bill put the icing on the cake. Positive experience through and through.

Would love to love this place, but both booths and tables are falling apart. We were sat in a booth that had layers upon layers of tape trying to hold the seat together. Didn’t work too well because I had vinyl cutting into my legs. My husbands omelet tasted like there was sour cream in it? Turns out it was something spoiled. He spent the next couple days with an upset stomach. And if it’s even remotely hot outside…. the restaurant is uncomfortably warm. The service is always top notch though!

Enjoy going here for breakfast often. Food and service is always good. Get the cinnamon roll! The chorizo burrito is good and the salsa is a must with it. Really hungry get the country fried steak breakfast. The fried biscuits with gravy are delicious!

Good food at a reasonable price. It's all pretty plane-Jane breakfast foods, but they do them well. I had the Spicy Poblano & Beef Omelet and the Corned Beef Hash Breakfast. I would recommend either one. The coffee is watery, but they did a great job keeping it coming. I prefer Southside to their sister restaurant, the Westside diner. The food is similar, but the service is better on the Southside.

I don't understand how this place has such a high star level. The food a joke. I ordered a bacon omelet and it was paper thin like they used a half of a egg to make it The service was terrible. I was treated like I was bothering them by walking in. Way better places to eat in this city avoid this dumpster 🔥

I'm coming back many times over. I just had the steak quesadilla. I wasn't THAT impressed with it until I dipped it in the salsa Verde, which is homemade according to Sam. She was very sweet and helpful. I gave her my name and number because I wanted to talk to the owner about this sauce. Hopefully I'll here back from this "must-try-place"

I ordered a small pizza shortly before closing time and when I got it back to the apartment two blocks away, I found that the person who made my pizza had forgotten the pizza sauce. I called as soon as I realized it, but they had already closed for the day. I called the following day and they offered to give me another pizza, but I have not been back since.

We were really happy with the price and quality of the food. We both did the build your own calzones for $7.99 each and they were great! You may want to consider bringing cash with you, as there is a 4% charge for card. They were only carrying bottled sodas when we went, but tap water is available if you ask! Check-ins: just visited again and still just as great! Quick and friendly service too! Went again today and things are still great! Owner was the only one working and still did a great job :)

We love Azzip every time we come! Their monthly selections are always phenomenal, with the March Crabness being my favorite. Super kid friendly and just overall a quick, delicious, and affordable stop.

Ordered in my car down the street, drive up service. They brought my order out when I got there, so fast service. My first time eating here, passing through the area. 20-25 bucks got garlic cheese bread, pizza, and like 4 cookies. It was like small personal pan pizza size. It was all SUPER FIRE! This place was awesome! The staff were some of the most professional and helpful young restaurant workers I’ve encountered in a while! They were happy to answer my questions and offered helpful feedback for a first timer like myself. The pizza was tasty and creative. Restaurant was clean all around and provided a good sit down environment to enjoy pizza. Would have given 5 stars if the cookie was a little bigger. The best part about this entire restaurant is the Ski soda they have on the fountain.

My son and I went to Azzip Pizza to try their lobster roll pizza. We had to wait in line a bit because they were making pizzas for delivery orders. Too bad they aren't set up to have a separate area for making delivery orders so people who are actually eating at the restaurant get faster service. The lobster roll pizza was worth the wait! It's so good! I will definitely go back and get that again. As for atmosphere, it's not that kind of place. They do have a nice area where you can eat outside, so that's what we did.

Amazing!!! When an almost pizza-hater like me loves a pizza, it's got to extraordinary! And this one was. They generously loaded it with veggies and sauces. The cauliflower crust was great, so was the vegan sausage. Fantastic place for vegans and vegetarians. Perhaps the only time i didn't feel bloated after eating a pizza. Their ingredients are really good and fresh. Don't think twice! Just go!

As a kid growing up in Lafayette it was great revisiting my childhood as I journeyed back home. Same great ice cream and service. My favorite (then as a kid and now) is the vanilla cone with twinkle coat. Thanks Budgees!

I stumbled upon Budges Drive In and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment nearby and wasn't familiar with the area, so I brought up Google Maps and searched for restaurants. I liked the look of Budges and their menu. When I got there I noticed it wasn't what I expected for someplace with "Drive In" in their name. There were just a handful of parking spaces and I noticed a small patio with picnic tables. I'm assuming it was a full blown drive in at some point. I perused the menu. I was wanting food, not ice cream. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with their famous fries and a vanilla coke with house made vanilla syrup. I ordered a medium size for the fries and drink and my total was just over $9. I ordered at one window and waited at the other for my food. The staff were very kind and friendly. It didn't take long for my meal to be ready, maybe 5 minutes at most. I'm not much of a french fry person. I'm pretty picky about them. I opted to order them as my side because the menu said they were famous for their seasoned fries. They are the best french fries I've ever had in my life. I'm going to have to return many times for those. The seasoning was perfect and I loved how crispy they were. The menu said the burger patties were seasoned and then cooked. The burger was a great size and I loved the bun. It was definitely a greasy burger, but delicious. There wasn't much grease dripping off. I had lettuce and mayonnaise on my burger. With my first bite I could taste the seasoning on the patty. It was unique...the only taste I recognized was seasoning salt. It was a very good burger. I can't wait to eat there again.

The prices are fair, not exactly a steal but I'm not mad at it. Portions on food are good and it always tastes great. Portions on ice cream are obscenely generous, to the point I'd exclusively recommend a small ice cream. This is not a complaint! The shakes are bomb too.

Lovely ice cream shop. There was a line when we went but it wasn't too long of a wait. The service was great and the employees were friendly. The banana split was yummy! I'll definitely head back here!

My wife and I keep coming back for their awesomely delicious ice cream cones! Highly recommended, do bring Wet-Naps for cleanup (the ice cream does drip on hot days!)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The ice cream was amazing and so where the burgers. The food came out fast the slowest was the burger because they had to grill it but otherwise I would highly recommend.

Arni's pizza is one of the best pizza I've ever had, the taste is just out of this world. Their topping are great and for the price of the pizza the 14" will last year two days, so it's way better than your neighborhood dominos or pizza hut. Fully recommend as a place to stop for good pizza.

We came here to eat after spending the morning at the waterpark. The menu online was not accurate. The pizza was ok and the chicken sandwich was good. Everyone got their food at different times. 2 of our family members were completely done eating by the time I received my food.

I live in Michigan and came back to Lafayette for a visit. I always would get Arni's salad growing up. Its been almost 20 years since I've had one and it did not disappoint. Tasted just like I remembered. My son was able to taste what I had growing up and he loved it too. The staff was so friendly. Was a great experience.

I would give no stars if I could! Came in town for a concert tonight, attempted to order my grandson a meal (who was sitting down with my husband) to which the young kids doing the orders told me, I’m sorry it’s for under a as certain age. I said, so the kid sitting down with my husband don’t count?!? To which he replies that he’s sorry. I stated I was too and left! Probably not a good place to eat anyway, the restraunt smelt like sewage! Worse place ever!!!!!

For a triple I believe the burgers should have been the sake size as the bun. It was good though. Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. But it's understandable. I still enjoy going this Dennys.

We have been dining at Deny’s for years now, We have had the pleasure of always having the same server Patricia, amazing service and always making sure we are doing okay! She remembers us and it had been awhile since we had gone in. We love eating there the food is always delicious and we can take our time with out the fear of getting told if we want the check. Instead we get asked if we want more coffee or a refill!!

Stopped on our way home from a trip easy to get to from the highway. It was crowded walked in got seated right away waitress came right over for our drink order. Took order right away very nice kept checking on us food was fresh and good. Over all a very pleasant experience

Wonderful experience today’ Patricia took care of us and she went above and beyond for us. My mother has a nut allergy and she was very quick to make sure nothing was contaminated and also got our food and drinks out very fast! Love her and will be coming again!

Three of us had breakfast for dinner. The pancakes and hash browns tasted musty, like a weird maybe sat all day weird. The bacon and sausage were probably from the morning breakfast. Was not good at all, meal was terrible. Plus we got there around 6:30 pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The employees were outside in front smoking. I will say the waitress was very pleasant. Won’t ever go back.

ordered a grilled chicken breakfast bowl with no cheese no eggs(food allergy!!!) and instead of being a kind person and putting extras of the things I could have I received probably 4 bites of food. VERY disappointed.. maybe consider something on the menu for breakfast that is allergen friendly and would be good portions! Left hungry and unhappy.

I am so happy I came to Chick-fil-A today despite the long line I was in and out the drive-through in one minute and they also gave me a complimentary ice cream. They are always so kind. I’ve been coming to this location several years.♥️♥️♥️

I was a little nervous when I saw the amount of people there, but they took our order while we’re in line. It was not a long wait and we got our food promptly. There was a good vibe inside the restaurant, and despite the fact that it was pouring rain outside, one of the workers offered to walk us to our car under his umbrella.

I am personally not a fan of Chick Filet, but my wife and son love the place. This particular location is well kept and it has pretty good service in my opinion. I do try to avoid rush hours, so can’t speak to when they’re busy. On this visit I took advantage of their curbside pickup. They gave me a 5-9 minute time estimate and they were right on time.

This happened on Saturday, October 25, 2025, so this review is hot off the press. Our experience was the worst - the 20+min wait time, the items were not what was ordered, the food was undercooked and slimy like perhaps someone SPIT in the sandwiches, the disinterest on behalf of anyone, let alone the manager, in correcting their errors (which they were well aware of), etc., etc. It was so awful that other customers watching the little children that run this location began to literally speak up and get involved - you know it's bad when other people make the choice to jump into the fray. In the end, the manager just threw some gift cards in the bag and shrugged her shoulders. Pathetic. Call to action = in a world of endless alternative options, I suggest making the choice to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This Chick-fil-A is horrible. Long lines, slow service, inept staff. If you have the choice, go to the one over by Menards. It’s way better even though it pretty much sucks as well. It’s far better than this lousy store

I was in town for 3 weeks the first two weeks I stayed on the east side of the town this is my first time staying over on the left side of the town the bartender at the Holiday inn recommended sunrise for breakfast and it was amazing I ate there every morning. There was a server and then the cook whom I think owns the place I didn't ask, food is amazing it's quick the locals that were sitting there I saw the same people every day which reminds me of Home in a small town atmosphere that I'm a kin to! The food was excellent 👍

I was hoping for a pleasant surprise here, but there was none. The biscuits were flat and the gravy was disappointing. The pork tenderloin was NOT flat like it should be. Fries came from frozen, and the ketchup bottle on the table had turned vinegary. Not to mention the bottle itself was greasy as can be. It was gross to touch. The food here is fairly cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for. Not worth another try.

Walking up to the Sunrise Diner, there is a notice on the door that the diner is short-staffed. Expecting it to be slow, service was actually fairly prompt. I ordered a cheese omelet and a serving of French toast. The food was decent though not particularly special, but my order was basic so take my opinion with a grain of salt. However, one of the front of house staff member was… Very blatantly struggling to remain patient with both coworkers and customers. I quickly grew to regret sitting near the kitchen, as the employee’s attitude was uncomfortable to witness. They were short with coworkers and told a customer (seemed like a regular) not to talk to them. I don’t blame the employee for feeling stressed as it was likely a busy shift and being short-staffed would increase the stress. That said, I ended up trying to eat quickly so I could escape. The other employees seemed more positive or were at least better at maintaining their customer service personas. Other customers further from the kitchen seemed to have had good experiences.

So this small place takes cash or debit and the server was wonderful and offered to pay for the remaining when I ran out of cash. The world is a good place.. and has good people. The place has a very traditional look and feel . Biscuit and gravy with hash brown amazing

So far my favorite place in the city. Very kind prices for being able to pick a lot of items individually. Delicious hot food. Pretty sure my server took care of the whole place. Very well done and beautiful decor too with the vintage cameras. Can't wait to be back

This little place downtown serves up some tasty breakfast at great prices. We came during a Farmer's Market day and parking downtown was a bit hard to find. I tried the Western Omelette and it was great. The Coney Tenderloin, however, was rather flavorless and kind of a disappointment. I'd recommend sticking to breakfast. Our only complaint was that service is super spotty. The first time our server must have been having a bad day, as she did not seem like she wanted to be there. We all have those days. Came back a second time and service was awesome! The third time it took almost 2 hours to get out of there. If you're an IU grad, be sure to check out their IU room!

Always smells good walking in. This location is a bit off the path from the freeway, but worth it. Great food. New spicy crispy chicken sandwich too. Onion rings are great. Custard... choose your favorite.

Please read all: My husband and I went through drive through. The person taking our order was nice and put in everything correctly. We wait for our food. They didn't put in the extra cup of cheese we ordered so we had to go inside to grab it. Get home and come to find out they didn't put bacon on my husband's sandwich even though it was on the receipt. That stinks because it costs extra. The WORST part, is that my husband and I both got sudden GI tract discomfort and urgent diarrhea a little while after eating. Close to the same time. Seeing as how neither of us ate the same thing for 2 days prior, it had to be Culver's. Today both of our stomachs are slightly irritated and gurgling. I love Culver's, but now I don't trust you for anything. Update: it has been a week since I contacted the company directly. I specifically requested they contact me. I have not received any contact from them. Either they have A LOT of complaints or they just don't care that they gave my husband and me food poisoning. Their reply to my review is worthless. Do NOT go to this Culver's Update 2: I was contacted by some sort of manager. She basically said since she hasn’t had any other complaints, too bad so sad. Wasn’t expecting to be treated like a liar. You just lost a loyal customer.

Love it!! Especially the concrete mixer. We visit often. The service is always quick, and they usually are busy both dining in and drive- thru. I was very impressed how quickly the line moved. The manager on duty, Gracie, was very helpful. She displayed a positive attitude with her team members and, most importantly, the customers. Great service!! Great team work!! We will visit again!

This is the worst Culver’s we’ve ever been to. We ordered food for just 5 people and we were missing one ladies salad, a cheese sauce, and we got no straws with our drinks (we ordered curbside). When I walked back into the restaurant I waited for 10 minutes until someone could help me. I showed the receipt and told all the things we were missing, she handed me the “garden fresco salad” and instead got the cashew salad. The lady who ordered the salad was allergic to tree nuts so the salad was inedible. This place is a JOKE!

Food is delicious as always. Limited time Mac and cheese is to die for. Ashley helped us and went out of her way to serve our family. Excellent customer service!

Do better. Dirtiest one I've EVER been to. Toilet paper rolls just sitting on the floor, none in the dispenser. on a road trip and we were starving. First visit to a McDonald's in years. It's all self serve except for the delivery of your meal. Not the rapid service of yesteryear but the food is about as McDonald's as it always has been. Like the retro look of the building though.

I mean this 100% when I say this location has some of the rudest people. No manners whatsoever , not even a slight smile , slow service and mediocre food most times. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by even stopping by and just ordering a drink sometimes . There are maybe 2 nice people but that’s it. This whole team needs to be retrained on customer service skills, or fired and start fresh . I have worked years in customer service before with some of the worst customers while having a TERRIBLE day and never once did I treat them like how they act over here. Not to mention the simple task of them getting my order right any time I go is impossible for them. Do better Edit: after reading other people’s reviews I’ve noticed the manager seems to be equally as part of the problem as everyone else and probably won’t glance twice at my review. So all I can do is warn future customers who might be going here.

This location is good most of the time. Though sometimes it's very frustrating. Orders get forgotten about, sometimes the orders are messed up, and a lot of the time, smaller orders aren't prioritized to get them out of the way. Stay focused. If a burger says "no onions" DON'T put onions on it. I shouldn't have to wait thirty minutes for a singular coffee while the restaurant is barely busy because someone else ordered 5 burgers first. Your screens have the ability to serve off specific orders for a reason. Get the small orders done first while you wait on the kitchen to finish making the food.

Worst customer service out of all the Lafayette locations. Very rude employees. Orders just sit and employees do nothing. Manager doesn’t care…he’s the one on the phone in the back.

Ordered a simple ice coffee with extra cream and espresso and light ice. Waited at counter for someone to take order for 10 minutes. No one said a word to me. I completed order on kiosk for first time with no one available for questions. While waiting another 10 min for my coffee, 3 employees went outside, food timers and drive through beep was continuously alarming in the restaurant while people tried to eat. An employee came back in from outside, grabbed my coffee spilled a 1/4 on the floor, (and i paid extra cost for the extras) didnt refill, put cover on and set it on counter, shouted my number and walked away. She did not clean up the coffee she spilled either. I the had to use the restroom and it was horrible! Liquid and garbage on floor, garbage full, and the smell was terrible. I was told that the men's room had feces all over the toilet and stall by my brother in law. The worst experience I have ever had at a mcdonalds.

Been here 2x on my way to work and both times left without getting any food.. Today I waited and waited at the drive through and no one ever took my order. They're listed as being open 24hrs a day and there were people and employees inside so I guess they must have been to busy doing something other than working.

I had the Philly Roast Beef and my wife had breakfast skillet. Both meals were delicious. The service was also fast and friendly. They were cash only, luckily I had some cash today.

Biggest little gem of a diner on 52 near the mall. Had 1/2 biscuit 1/2 home fries w/ sausage gravy (Yummy and only $5.25). Hubby had standard eggs/toast but w/grits (that he inhaled). Enjoyed great coffee while we watched 10 to go orders picked up in the 30 minutes we were there. Clean, fast, delicious and affordable. We will be back. Heads up: cash only.

Good food at great prices. I've had a couple of the omelets and the haystack and everything has been great. The breakfast offerings are permutations of the typical American breakfast ingredients. They kept us topped off on coffee so we had the energy to tackle the day. Keep in mind that they are cash only. That keeps the prices down, but you just have to be ready for it.

B&N Diner is a throwback to better times. A classic diner feel with great friendly service. Most customers are regulars who are greeted by their first name when they come in. It's cash ONLY here and I love that! Don't worry tho there's an ATM inside if you come in cashless. Oh, did I mention anything about their food? It's EXCELLENT!! Easily the best Tenderloin sandwich around! The jumbo Tenderloin sandwich is the best. Fries are kind of meh...But they also have great pies! Be aware that this is a cash-only joint...they do not take debit or credit cards so have cash handy before going.

The diner itself was undeniably charming, but the food that arrived was a disappointment. The initial, cheerful ambiance quickly soured when the fried mushrooms were found to be cold to the touch, and even worse, refrigerator cold when bitten into. Our order was initially wrong, and though it was eventually corrected, both the crinkle-cut fries and the curly fries that accompanied our meals were also served regrettably cold, leaving a thoroughly unappetizing impression despite the cute surroundings.

Nice and clean inside with friendly, polite service. Stopped in to get some original sliders to make Thanksgiving stuffing with. Saw they have sloppy joe sliders now, so I tried one, not bad.

It's exactly what you expect. Standard fast food interior. Marginal service when inside with most all tables dirty and taking several minutes to be acknowledged for an order to be taken. Eeyore was noticed eventually and his order taken (nearly walked out through since was not sure the order process would happen). As for the slider with cheese, it's as it always has been. It's what you come here for over the last few decades. The 1921 slider is much preferred though, as it's actually a decent tiny burger. Add some mayo and horseradish mustard for the perfect compliment. The chicken rings, not worthy of a repeat as they gone flat over the years (literally). The fries are standard crinkle fries, dip them in some zesty sauce or stick to straight up ketchup. Overall. It's what it always has been. A unique fast food crave for most and it works. And if it's been awhile, I suggest the 1921 Slider. It's what made Eeyore most cheery.

They are NOT open 24hrs, if so then the Night time Employees are in the back SLEEPING! Doors were locked! Was at Drive through window 01:45am & there was No one there. No one came to window for 15min. Are brunch next day (today) & is there breakfast sliders are surprisingly good! Young lady @counter taking the orders in the morning is really helpful. People preparing the food we're busy and working hard. Everything was delicious the cheesy tots were nice and hot!

First off I wanna think Tim for his awesome and amazing customer service this morning. Tim by far has been the friendliest employee I have encountered at this location. And also whoever prepared my breakfast thank you so much. It was hot fresh and delicious.

What's not to love about white castle? It's greasy and deep-fried perfection. There are new menu items that look delicious. Nothing beats their chicken rings. This location had a good bit of employees. The food didn't take too long to come out. The employee manning the grill did have to ask one of the other 3 that were in conversation to please take our order. Understandable, though, sometimes life is hard, and you just need to vent. The floors and tables were clean enough but sticky. It's a white castle. We'll be back in a couple months when that hankering hits again.

Took ten minutes once I stepped up to order for someone to acknowledge me. Took about 20 minutes more for the food to be ready. I ordered 3 chicken sliders. The pictures show they come with cheese, they put no cheese on there. I ordered 10 cheese sticks, they gave no marinara. Everybody looked like they hated their job. Waste of my time.

This White Castle location had a good size dining area. The restrooms were one stall. The restrooms were clean and sanitary. The drinking station had all the flavors you could desire in a self-service soda station. The cheese sliders and combo meal purchased for our family hit the spot. The fries were fresh and hot. The sliders were delicious!

Little disappointed. I ordered online and picked up my bowl and this is how much was put into it and I even payed $5 for double meat. I eat at chipotle often as it is great food but it is funny to me that people complain about portions and they only filled half the bowl. I see why people complain when you pay $15 and get this.

The food was good. The staff was generous and didn't seem stressed out like some locations I have been too. It was packed and the noise level was off the charts however. Bathrooms were clean and it was super easy on and off the express so that was a plus.

I visited this establishment on 8/19 around 6 pm. I have worked in foodservice for nearly 30 years. I am a Certified Food Protection Manager, as well as a ServSafe instructor. I have never seen a food service area more disgusting. There was food all over the serving line and grill area. The employees were sliding bowls across the soiled counters, smearing the food as they went. All of the ingredients were mixed together. Not a great impression. Honestly, the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Food was very good. Staff was friendly, but the dining area was a bit messy. Similar to most Chipotle's I visit. They need to send people out to clean more often.

Genuinely surprised at the food quality. It was just a short visit. I had "fast food/taco bell" in my mind when I came in, and it was so much more. Haven't been to a Chipotle in many years, so it was a great surprise. No more drive-thru, but meh, that's ok.

This location is awful. We've ordered carry out 3-4 times over the last few weeks and they mess up the order almost every time. Would not recommend.

I just got off work and ordered extra extra crispy. They said that was crispy. And the pool of liquid greese is because they aren’t cooking it all the way. I’m at home and the pizza is already cold and the cheese as you can see isn’t even melted on the pizza lol. They have a bunch of 14 year olds running that place!! Time to do better…no flavor either…that’s because if you cook it as long as it’s supposed to, the flavors come out. Not just a pool of grease on top. Plus the cheese would melt. Whoever owns the place needs to reevaluate being nice to Lippy 14 year olds that do not make pizza well!!

I've been eating pizza king ever since I was a teenager. It's been many many years of being a customer. Never disappointed in the food or service. It's all awesome,and my orders are always right unlike every other place in Tippecanoe countiy, lol. I promise you will be very satisfied with your choice of pizza king!!!!

Pizza King was a great restaurant, loved the garlic bread and pizza. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The trim delivery the drinks was a hit. If you’re in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Breadsticks were over cooked and flavorless, pizza had so much grease it was dripping and the middle was inedible. We had to ask on 3 separate occasions for our drinks before we finally got them after we had already gotten the breadsticks and pizza. Very disappointing and not worth the $55.

Pizza is good, but the train delivering drinks is what makes it awesome. Disappointed that only one location in Lafayette has the train, we initially were going to one closer to our hotel before realizing it was the wrong one.

Ordered extra sausage because the last few times we've ordered the topping were very skimpy. I think they put even less on this time. At least they only charged for one topping.

We ordered chicken tender meal, hot dog meal, burger meal, and mozzarella sticks, and we ended up throwing it all away and going somewhere else. It was so disgusting, tasted like microwavable food from the store. But worse. I don’t know what happened to the quality but it went down hill. Oh and they forgot the bbq sauce for the tenders (that I had to pay for) even though I ordered tenders. It should just come with it. And they forgot our marinara sauce. mmMmMmmm I love dry mozzarella sticks. I want my tip back.

We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of us. By the time we received our drinks the ice has already melted. The individual at the register was rude and audibly huffed at me when I paid with cash. Got the price and quality of what we received, I'll definitely take my cash elsewhere next time.

Wow what a train wreck of a drive through that was. The guy at the menu didn't seem to know where he was and eventually got my order or so I thought. Wasn't a hard one either. 3 burgers all the same and 3 drinks. Then the girl at the window hands me the wrong sizes and the wrong drinks all together several times and just gave up. Only got 2 of the drinks and they weren't even the correct ones and no receipts. We just cut our losses and left. Also this burger looks like 6 left arms Jimmy the right handed made this food.

The absolute worst service. Every single time the wait is ridiculous. I was in line with two cars ahead of me and waited 35 minutes. One car left and the car in front of me only got a large drink. This is also not a one time occurrence. I was hoping for better service after it reopened but I think it’s actually worse. Also, my milkshake was completely melted by the time I got to the window and it was pure liquid. The lid wasn’t even on and when she went to hand it to me, she squeezed it and it went all over the inside of my car and down my leg. Then she acted like she was so put off that I asked for them to remake it.

This was the first time ever, eating at a Sonic. We pulled up to the Kiosk, ordered. Waited a bit, they brought out our food. It was hot and very tasty! We will be going there again!

I've nvr really had their food. I tried it today and it was really good and very filling. I tried there double cheeseburger meal w a shake. Very fair pricing as well. The service was great too. It was rainy so I understood the fast exchange...will be coming back!!

Well first of all, I am just going through back home in Minnesota from Ohio & got super hungry. Never had sonic ever in my life so hey let’s try it. Never been there, we got confused at the drive up things you go to & push a button to make your order. We had a problem as it wasn’t accepting both cards so luckily we had cash so the lady didn’t have to take out card & go in. She said we weren’t the only having that problem. But boy as we pulled away & parked & dug out our food… we started drooling. It was so delicious!!! I will be finding another sonic closer to home when possible.

I have to give them an over a 5. We’ve had pizza, salads and wedges. They give you good quality ingredients and plenty of it. Staff is polite and nice and you get your food when they say you will. I definitely recommend them!!

Small dine in area, near the Tesla Supercharger. Super Friendly staff! The young man and woman running the shop were polite and fast. The TASTY pizza could be best described as high end “frozen”. Not actually frozen, but thinner and drier crust (not a bad thing) It’s like the pizza of my childhood. It is perfectly reasonable, tasty, inexpensive pizza, and perfect stop on your supercharger journey. My son loved it. They should lean into the Fox mascot and make this a more kid focused spot! Cool logo.

Took the family out for pizza and wanted to try something new. We drive by this place all the time so decided to give it a try. Boy are we glad we did. The wait time was a little too long, but the food was good enough to offset it and rate 5 stars. Fresh ingredients, balanced topping portions, and proper topping to dough ratio make Fox's Pizza Den a good pizza joint.

Walked in to order and the one lady working was sitting out front watching TV and eating. She seemed very annoyed that she had to stop and help me order. So minus 2 stars for poor customer service. The food was ok priced so plus one star and the pizza I ordered was the Hawaiian and tasted very good. So plus 2 more stars for a total review of 3 stars.

I ordered the Doritos locos taco SURPREME. No lettuce, replace beef with potatoes as im vegetarian. The dude in the drive thru sighed when I asked for my special accommodations. Then they still out lettuce on it. No sour cream despite I asked for SURPREME. The sour cream in the picture is from my sour cream at home;( this is what I got. Then I ate the remake (still no sour cream.) it was disgusting. Ima spend my money at another location

I placed an online order to be picked up in the drive through. When I arrived there were four cars in line. Despite that small number, we waited in line for at least 35 minutes. Even once we got to the window it was seven minutes before the worker acknowledged us. I shouldn't have been surprised when we got home and the food was cold, stale, and nearly inedible. Definitely removing this taco bell from the places I'm willing to order from.

service is always terrible when we go. it doesn’t matter what time we go, we are always in the drive through for 45+ minutes. went last night and we pulled up at 9:35 and finally got our food at 10:30. even after the wait, they put the wrong items in the bag and forgot things. you will get better service and faster drive through times literally any other location. do better tacobell.

This was the worse service. Lack of employees. 35 minutes to get my food. Also Mexican pizze was bad. And I had throw it away after one bite the meat was bad. Also my cantina chicken was also bad. The nacho belle grande was soggy as hell. And my food was thrown in the bag. I hope I and daughter don't get food poisoning.

It's always slow cause they dont hire well for there staff and it needs better management. Corporate needs to do something about this location as it has always been bad. Tell me why EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this wretched establishment I get the wrong taco. I order a Doritos Loco Taco Supreme every time, and WITHOUT FAIL they give me a regular Doritos Loco Taco. I PAID FOR THE SUPREME I WANT THE SUPREME. ITS THAT SIMPLE. WHY DO SUCH DUNCES WORK HERE. WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO THROW SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES ON A TACO. Don’t come here expecting fast food. One car at the drive up window, one car in front of me. I could hear their orders no more than three items each. I have now been sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes. How was this fast food???? and it’s a quarter till 12 it’s not even a lunch rush. This happened to me about a month ago, and I thought it was a fluke, now it’s clear that it is a very poorly run store. And I can say that because I managed to Taco Bell for two years in Fort Wayne. Speed of service at the drive-through was always top priority. But from what I can tell, they make the drive-through the last priority and take care of the people who walk in first. Horrible, horrible Service And when I finally got to the window, I said you must be short staffed. I’ve never had to wait this long.. And he smiled and said no. Clearly, this is a privately owned and not a corporate because corporate would never let Taco Bell get this bad. Once I got my order and paid Three dollars and Nine cents for a taco supreme I don’t even see sour cream on it. Pathetic job Taco Bell train your people better and tell him it’s fast food!

We stopped at this Fazoli's as we were headed back home from Chicago. I haven't gotten to eat at one in years because there's not any near me. The food was amazing and came out so quick! All of my kids loved the food. The 2 ladies that were working behind the counter were so sweet and great.

Visited Fazoli’s on St Rd 26 in Lafayette, IN on 12/17/23. FILTHY! Floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a VERY long time. Trash piled high at the waste can counter. We were told their sub sandwiches aren’t available on the weekends. Girl came around with breadsticks (once) but we were told we couldn’t have any because our food hadn’t came yet. Terrible experience for my family! Too bad, this place with its location could really do a good business if it wasn’t so poorly managed. Won’t be back!

We ate well. The store was under staffed by 1 or 2. The staff took really good care of my family and I. The music was great from the ceiling. We sang along as we ate. Family karaoke was fun. Sometimes we hear the crew singing also. Great that they love their work. We will be back.

I ALWAYS have a good experience at this store on my lunch breaks. The people there are warm and friendly and the food is reasonably priced for what you get. I love the gluten free option as I can’t eat pasta otherwise. Thanks!

One star the food was good and hot , but I was looking for discounts. Paying 50 dollars for four people is too expensive. And the girl who took my order didn't care if I was saving money or not . She told me that I was not a senior ok you don't know my age and I was looking to save money. I will not be returning anytime soon .

Attempting to eat in this evening after a 20 minute drive, I walk in the door they look at me and basically refuse service(20 minutes before they take any inside orders) because there is only 3 people working (two people on break in lobby during dinner rush.)Apparently if you order food online to go through doordash or something instead of driving into town and wasting gas you will be happy with this because they will serve you first. Won't be coming to spend my money with my large family again anytime soon. Their loss on a good chunk of change and likely would have tipped too. Oh and stopped into bathroom to wash hands before I left to drive somewhere else that would serve my family and the bathroom smells like backed up sewer water.

The bread sticks were so good! For the last few years when we've gone to Fazoli's (in general, not this particular store) the bread sticks were hard and dry. The ones we had this visit were soft and just like they used to be. They also accommodated my dietary restrictions without hesitation.

This is a medium that was about $6 with strawberries and sprinkles. I wonder how tiny the small is. Ordered it in the app for pickup.

I ordered a royal blizzard and asked for it to be changed from Reese’s to cookie dough, which was correct but it also tasted like it had mint chocolate chip and peanut butter in it. (Hate mint) The man taking my order seemed very annoyed that I wanted to customize my blizzard. Which honestly was a waste of time because it still tasted like peanut butter and mint. Also the marshmallow fluff was just blended into the blizzard. I just hope you guys can get it together.

Gave me the blizzard first, then had to wait for the food I ordered. By the time food was handed to me, blizzard was melting. Just a little common sense. No lid given, one paper thin napkin given with the food. I had a mess to clean up by the time I got home.

This specific store always gives us our ice cream where it’s really melted and I have asked on two separate occasions to have it remade and they did politely say they would, but each time we got the new order it was the same or worse. Not going to this one again! And don’t get their banana split, they let it melt and then barely put any whipped cream on it as if they didn’t have much and they just didn’t want to go to the back fridge to open another can. I can’t make this up! This was my first job as a teenager so it’s disappointing seeing the carelessness especially when people choose to spend their money there. Won’t be going back. Walked up to an empty lobby and an employee(picture) sitting at a bar top on the customer side at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Lobby was disgusting. Every table was dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. Floor was really sticky like everything else. The man that took our order shouldn’t be working in this role. He just stared with his mouth open during most of our interaction. We ate in the parking lot because of the mess. Ian Brokaw, clean this place up. Appeared to be a small female manager in the back. We won’t be back. There are too many options.

Yes, I took a bite out of it because I drove to this place. I chose this Arby’s for lunch but I’m so unsatisfied and this is why I don’t usually choose Arby’s first, but I decided to chance it and I should’ve took my $8.55 somewhere else This is supposed to be a brisket sandwich and it looks nothing like the photo on the menu of course, but It could have at least had more meat on it. It barely had any of the onions on it. It’s unacceptable. I’m sorry.

Everything was average until my wife noticed a hair in my sandwich. When we showed them the hair and they confronted Ashley, she started insinuating the hair belonged to my wife. The hair was a lighter colored hair and short and my wife's hair is black so...anyways be careful eating from here.

First time and last time at this Arby’s! Ordered a French dip with double meat and a large crinkle cup fry extra au jus. Got it back to the motel, opened it up only half a cup of Au jus. The sandwich was smashed, and the bread was hard. Their fries were cold. Probably the worst Arby’s in the state! Definitely never going here again and would not recommend anybody go there.

I gave it a very low score because when I went didn't have half the materials I ordered the pulled pork sandwich they didn't have the right barbecue sauce my sandwich was very wet from the pulled pork it was like he didn't drain the rest of the juice off and I had some barbecue sauce but he did put a lot on it and was some bbq sauce they had there. The floor was very sticky all over the bathroom was nasty but I did discover until I finished my food but the floor walking in the restaurant was very sticky other customers will work up cleaning about it. And then I wanted the steak sandwich at first but you guys didn't have a bread so I had to settle for something else and when I got that it wasn't right either so you guys have to do better.

The guy working drive thru was legit doing his best. He prewarned there would be a wait on chicken. I was fine with that. Order was taken at 9:27pm. I saw him and another woman (Mgr I think) working hard to get orders out. I was at window and pulled forward to wait for order. I see this girl with blonde and pink hair taking out trash. And cars start wrapping around drive. She is just slowly moving back inside and starts mopping the lobby. I am positive that they needed her help. She glanced back at them a could times but tried to stay hidden. I saw her on her phone repeatedly. In her extremely long attempt at mopping. At one point someone must have asked something of her. She came to counter never washed her hands-that at this point have taken trash closed dumpster lid, touched door handle, mop, phone and in her hair. She took my food and another customers from the counter rolling her eyes. I saw her listening to someone. And she just shrugged as if saying "oh well" Then she puts one of the bags under her armpit as she opens the door with one hand and holds the other bag and her phone in the other. She calls out chicken fingers. It was for the other car. Hands it to them and they asked what time they closed. She said "10pm,why?" They just left. She comes to me. And tosses in order. I ask her to wait. She was either ignoring me or her headphones were too loud. She walks away. I had no napkins no sauce. And my fries were the broken pieces from the bottom of the bin. Time is not 943pm. I walk inside, and stops her mopping to look annoyed that I'm walking on her floor. I had to ask the poor mgr to stop what she was doing to get me sauce. She did and she was very nice and helpful. The girl who was pretending to mop playing on her phone and who has no customer service skills at all. And is down right unsanitary- is making me consider calling the health dept. I paid $20 for my food. Arby's isn't cheap. I came here for good quality and cleanliness. It normally is on point. This hot mess of an employee is making u look bad.

We stopped in yesterday and WOW!!! Hats off to the staff. The drive thru was around the building, long line inside, and clearly not enough workers. Even so the counter team was quick, friendly, patient, and corrected all mistakes with a smile. Food was good too.

We are in from out of town and came across Arni's. We forgot to bring plates and napkins. My wife added a note to our order that asked for them (if they were available) and we were surprised with a bag full of them. That meant a lot to us! I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza. We ordered pepperoni and sausage. There was no grease or oil! The bottom of the crust was drier than a meat pizza usually is. The pizza was thin, softer and tasty. It was full of toppings. Thank you for a first great experience.

Always good food! Think crust, crispy pizza. Fresh toppings. Original BBQ pizza is my favorite. Texas BBQ sandwich and Hot Ham & Cheese sandwich are delicious. Arni's Jr Salad is the best! Their garlic bread is awesome. Always have great service.

Arni's is a pizza place that those that grew up in the area seem to love. The pizza is okay as is their subs, but it's not my typical go-to place. Prices are in line for what you get, I just don't have the love for Arni's that some do (probably because I didn't grow up around here). All-in-all, it's a fairly good place to grab a quick bite.

Always a treat to eat here with so many delicious items on the menu. I almost got a stromboli, one of my fave sandwiches of theirs, until I spotted the Windsor (ham & turkey on Texas toast topped with cheddar cheese sauce and chopped green onions) so I got that instead and wasn't disappointed at all. It had been years since I had one and forgot how good it is. A cup of chicken dumplings soup and an Arni's Jr rounded out the meal. Staff is always friendly and the kid friendly seating area has a lot to look at with old and current pics of Lafayette and West Lafayette on the walls. Very accommodating to large groups as well! Medium pricing, but you also get your money's worth.

Had this at Taste of Tippecanoe. Took one bite and threw it out. Anyone that thinks this is "good" pizza has never HAD good pizza. The only reason to grind the sausage and pepperoni into the cheese is because you use far less of the meat. It tasted like mealy cheese on cardboard. Avoid if you have ever had pizza in Chicago or New York... Or any decent sized city. Hell, I've had better pizza in Lowell, Indiana.

Best known for their delicious pizza and salads, but with an excellent variety of great food at reasonable prices. Arni's is a local icon with the appropriate slogan: "Meet you at Arni's!" Popular for meetings, celebrations, and family get-togethers. One of those places former residents must visit when they're in town.

Our Recreation Association at work called for delivery of approx 125 pizzas to be delivered for all 3 shifts at our place of business. Josh was so helpful in setting up the 3 different deliveries we needed. The pizza all came within 5 min of our lunch hours. The delivery people were awesome. Everyone was extremely happy with the quality of pizza. we ordered 80 pizza to be delivered at 11:15-11:25am. the pizzas were still hot and delivery was exactly at 11:15 we will be using mad mushroom again in the fall I would like to thank Josh 1 more time to make this so easy.

I ordered the buffalo chicken, with banana peppers and jalapenos on top and it arrived tiny bit over an hour later. I thought it was good but it didn't come with the hot sauce or ranch drizzles which I was looking forward to! :( Also, the garlic sauce that came with tastes so bad (It tastes like the container it's in)

When I'm at work these are the go to guys to order pizza from. They always get my order right and always bring the pizza hot and in a timely manner. They are very friendly and the drivers are great! Make sure to try the spicy pepperoni, it's way better than regular pepperoni. I come see these guys at underwood usually once a week. Today they made my daughter a special pizza for her 18th birthday. It's her favorite pizza place!

I grabbed some pizza for a wrestling show at the Northend Community this past Saturday. I love the atmosphere just a small, but powerful place. The pizza is really good, the service was fantastic I was early. Thank you again Mad Mushroom.

Best pizza place in Lafayette. Their salads are amazing, fresh and fully packed with toppings. The pizza always has lots of cheese and delicious toppings. Delivery drivers are always kind and courteous. Seriously, The Best pizza place I have found since moving here.

Got our order to the car and had the wrong bucket of chicken. My husband took it in and they apologized, pulled up our order to confirm and took the old chicken back and replaced with the strips we ordered. Mistakes happen. Opened up our fries and didn't want to go back in yet again (should have checked it all before going in...) I paid $2.99 plus tax for 8 french fries.... I thought maybe they fell out and were in the bag.... Nope. Food was good and hot,

Spending about $30+ on the food. Order the smashed potatoes bowl with nuggets which I paid more for the nuggets, it came without it. It is my fault that I did not check the food before I left. So, I called to ask about it, they told me to hold while they were going to ask the manager, but ended up with they hung up on me. Also, the chicken tenders are so tiny for the price I paid. Very disappointed.

Pick up order, walk in and im told they are waiting on the chicken. Thats fine with me. Whats not fine is telling the other pick up customers you are waiting, then MAKING their orders first. I watched 6 pick up orders get made and handed out first. I had to wait 25 minutes AFTER I was told to wait. That is just unacceptable customer service

Tried to go through the empty drive thru couldn't get help from an employee. Asked multiple times if they were open. No one would respond. It's currently 8:30 pm with employees in the store doing everything but their job.

I ordered online 2 Philly Cheesesteak subs. I picked from the written menu, no pictures, the toppings we wanted. Got home, unwrapped the subs & thought I'd received someone else's order. The sandwiches were nothing like we used to receive. While the sub tasted ok... it was NOT the same sub I had gotten in years past. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! SPENT abt $55 for 2 sub-par subs. A big waste of money and time

I had the chicken teriyaki monthly special with a side of fries and a drink, food was very hot and fresh, I thought the bread tasted a little bit dry but beyond that it was pretty good, the entire restaurant is very clean and well maintained, the bathroom is also very well maintained, definitely worth coming back for, however I think it was a little bit overpriced, but I wouldn't expect anything less for a college town, the staff is very friendly and the manager was doing his due diligence too train a new person while helping customers

The only Wendy’s in town to constantly get my order wrong. Last time I went, I got a crispy chicken sandwich only mustard and onion. I instead still received the lettuce and mayo as well as my mustard and onion. I still ate it and it was fine. Now tonight I come and I order it the same way again, expecting to get it right this time. Nope. Onion, mustard, bacon, and cheese. It’s not even on my receipt I made sure it was ordered right on the screen and this sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese or bacon normally so.. how does this even happen? I don’t get it but it’s alright I’ll just go to another location that gets my order correct and have competency until this location can go through the current set of employees.

I went through the drive thru which was slow. The workers didn’t seem to be paying much attention to the windows. All I ordered was a baconator sandwich and a frosty. I received the frosty but got a plain chicken sandwich. Just chicken and bread. Unacceptable

Brought my special needs client here for a bite to eat. The service was prompt and our meals came out quick, super quick might I add! He ALWAYS eats his chicken sandwiches no matter where they're from but he took one bite then put his head down . He wouldn't eat anymore. I took a look at my sandwich and immediately seen why he refused to consume the rest of his. The "chicken" wasn't fully cooked. One part on mine was cooked and you can tell but the rest wasn't. It was raw and slimy ish. Let's hope we don't get food poisoning from this undercooked meat. Will probably just stick to the cookie batter frosty when visiting a Wendy's.

Went there at 11:50 and I know that’s late but we just simply wanted two frostys. I pull up to the window and the guy tells me they’re closed, i say “i thought you guys closed at 12” he then says go ahead with your order. so i go ahead and ask if their machine was on and go figure its not on. I thought hours they were open meant anyone could come at any time and order anything. guess not.

Ordered online, restaurant stated they didn't receive the order although I had an order number, a confirmation number and a paid receipt, they refused to make the order. Told my daughter she was rude and had a bad attitude. I sent an email to the manager that night and I have yet to receive a callback or answering email.

I know that the trend is to point out the negative but I want to recognize the positive. I've been to this location twice in the last couple weeks and waited a LONG time for my food. I am not going to dwell on that though because both times I was annoyed and was completely disarmed by the lady (my receipt says Lisa) that helped me. She was so humble and kind that my irritation went away immediately. Both times I thanked her for her professional and kind attitude. She couldn't have an impact on staffing (she doesn't hire) but she impacted what she could by not allowing herself to show how stressed she had to have been, staying polite and putting forth a positive image that I have not seen in fast food for a long time! She is what is right about this location and I hope that she gets recognized for this and that she knows what an amazing difference she makes by her amazing customer service. If she is not a manager then you should really consider making her one because this is what keeps people coming back and waiting ridiculously long for their food. Paid for coffee, they were out of coffee. So they did charge me for coffee, but did not give me any coffee. And they charge for condiments (even though I spent money on their mediocre food). No wonder CFA is thriving and BK is dying. Would not be surprised to see this BK location fail and close.

Man there breakfast staff & Management are super rude, made me feel uncomfortable and like they didn't want my business. The food was good, but the service definitely had me questioning if they spit in it or not. Even when short stafed the servers were friendly and very considerate. A car broke down in the drive through and the Manager on Duty went out to help them with their car. They care about the people not just the food.

Usually go here 5 times a week cause I work late. They have constantly messed up my order about 2 times a week. Even when the receipt shows what I should get. I live 12 miles. When called they say there is nothing they can do. The same lady has messed my order up 2 times this week. Going to find a better place. This one sucks!

Establishment is run well enough but I'll say I am not impressed with the food here these days. Y'all really gonna give wings that look like they came from a school cafeteria? The boneless is pathetically lacking in sauce and size. The pizza was poorly put together as well with much of the sides being nothing but bread. It used to be better.

Okay pizza and okay service basically sum up my experience at this Pizza Hut. I placed an online order for a carryout hand tossed pizza. The price was right, after I applied a promotional coupon. The pickup process at the window took forever. Not sure why the delay, but I waited about five minutes before the person ahead of me finally received their pizza. I received mine quickly, but the window attendant seemed terse. No "thank you" or "have a nice day"; they just slung a pizza out the window. After getting home, it looked like the pizza was packed with less than average care, as it was sprawled out in the box. The pizza itself was very greasy and quite salty, which reminded me why I prefer other pizza chains. Overall, it wasn't a bad deal. I probably won't be back unless Pizza Hut continues their carryout deal. I can get better pizza for the same price or cheaper - even without coupons.

Cody and the rest of the staff was super helpful, and friendly while ordering, as well as putting together the order with all our needs. Pizzas were great and pickup was on-time. Well, I never went here, but it was delivered, it's always delivered. I don't drive anymore. But, I have been eating Pizza Hut since I was a young boy. I'm 60 now, and it's great pizza, don't get me wrong, but 50-55 years ago, the taste was different. A lot different making it better than today's. See, I said; don't get me wrong. Haha, the atmosphere, um, right on time, my hut! It was all good! 👍

South st location is the worst one in the city. They will forget at least 2 items per order 100% of the time. Don’t bother getting delivery because you have to stand there and watch them make it like they’re a 4 year old. Jimmy johns has finally fell off and there’s no saving it. Update: even after literally speaking to the owner nothing has changed. They will never send you what you order. Multiple times i didn’t even get the actual sandwich… like it’s actually funny at this point. Do not give money to this store. They cannot even muster the brain cells it takes to read a ticket and understand that “items in order=items that go into bag”. Plus I’ve found beard hairs in my sandwich and now i can’t even order from here at all. Now the BBB gets a report that they’re violating health codes.

I don’t know his name but the guy who frequently works the drive thru around noon - 2pm is one of the nicest people ever. He deserves a raise or something, always nice and gets my order right 100% of the time.

I got the Beach Club. It was delicious. HOWEVER, Jimmy John's lived up to their reputation of good food and not so good service. People were rolling sandwiches without gloves. My friend ordered a SANDwich and got an UNwich (lettuce wrap). He gave it back and asked for a sandwich. The guy remade it and my friend got an unwich again... So it took three times to get his sandwich right. My friends ordered a cookie with their sandwiches, and weren't given the cookie initially. When they asked for it the employee rolled her eyes at them and then gave it to them. I was overall very disappointed.

I like Jimmy John’s for their quality and speed of service. However, my last couple experiences while ordering through the app left much to be desired. When contacting the corporate office customer service, I have been left out in the cold. After requesting to be contacted three times, not once has somebody reached out from the franchise or corporate offices. This is why they get a four star rather than five star review.

Today my daughter and her friend decided to visit this location after leaving school. She got food from subway and her friend bought food from Burger King. My daughter was asked to leave because she had a subway bag in her hand( unopened). I do realize the conflict of interest but the level of disrespect was unwarranted and absolutely disgusting. My kid is 16 years old and should never be addressed with any form of disrespect because she chose food from another brand. We all frequent different brands and this lady stated she was a GM and I have too been a GM for 13 plus years and have never disrespected a soul. Your job is to service the customer with a servants heart not to pick on kids and loose customers.

Y'all suck! Go find another job if you're not going to do the job right. My order was completely obliterated. Its was like the cook was making whatever they wanted. This isn't the first, second, or third time I've tired to give this location a chance. Close down and re-train. I'll eat spam straight out the can before I give this place another dollar.

I ordered a chicken sandwich which was severely undercooked. After one bite, I saw it and felt ill. This is a problem because this chicken comes raw and not pre-cooked, which can get you sick. I would not recommend anyone eat here due to lack of quality control.

I get home open my burger and there is no cheese when I asked and paid for cheese and tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes. No answer when I called. Stopped at this location on my way home in west Lafayette. No way I was traveling all the way back without speaking to someone.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY if you want your sandwich within the hour! Even if you order after peak hours, they only staff one driver so it's impossible for 'freaky fast delivery'. Sucks for their employees that they're set up to fail.

We love Jimmy Johns and order it a lot as delivery for lunchbreaks at work. Every time we order it takes over an hour to get our food. This last time it took an hour and a half. When I call they always say "I know our delivery driver is out with it now." It still takes 30 plus minutes after the call. The food is great, but it is NOT freaky fast.

The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches are always made to order freaky fast. The store is clean and bright. We enjoy coming to this location. Also this location has a drive thru - I've never seen that at a Jimmy John's before. Keep it up!

We went at 7:30, the sign said 8 . We could not get in door dinning . We did nit spend any money, they would not let us in. We went to Freddy's across the street, we had wonderful service.

This is the absolute SLOWEST JJs. It took them an HOUR just to even make my sandwich. An hour! And that's not even the delivery time on top of that. I could have driven there, ordered it, eaten, and gone back to work in half that time. The last order from here took nearly an hour to arrive, too. Save yourself the trouble and call a different store to order by phone if the JJs website places your order with this store.

We placed a mobile order on August 18, 2024. We arrived at the store on State Road 38 next to Anvil apartments and there was a woman leaning against the counter playing on her phone. She completely ignored the fact that we were there and after a minute she moved to the back corner of the store. We could hear someone else doing dishes behind the wall but then proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes. I finally decided to call the store to get someone’s attention. The whole time we were in full view of the woman that was still just leaning on a counter playing on her phone. It wasn’t until I called that the guy that was doing dishes came around and helped us. When we got home three of our four sandwiches weren’t cut, one of them was missing cheese, and the one that was supposed to be toasted was not. We will not be going back to that location again due to service and food quality.

Tried to get my Subway club entered two separate days and had no record of me. I literally signed up twice. Disappointing as this is otherwise a good Subway store.

I went through the drive through and ordered a 6in blt meal. When I checked I didn't receive my cookies. I went in the store and asked about getting them and the price difference between the meal and the drink and sandwich alone, At that point with my card in hand to then purchase the cookies, she basically threw the bag at me without the cookies and told me to just go. I again asked to purchase cookies and was completely ignored in front of other customers. How do you work in customer service and refuse to sell me cookies at a food/ fast food place. I will NEVER again go to this store. It's unprofessional and I am beyond embarrassed when I couldn't have the completed meal for my 16yr old daughter while she is going to work. I have NEVER in my 38 years EVER been denied a purchase anywhere, let alone a food establishment. I really hope that nobody else has to deal with what I just did. You should definitely pay closer attention to who you hire to represent your business as you just lost a customer that came in quite frequently.

Food is amazing but they seriously need more workers there was a line to the door and stood in line forever while there was one working just standing in the back on there phone and the one worker in the front just ignored the line for a good 20 minutes yes she had a to go order to do but taking care of the line to the door shouldn't been important instead of people having to stand for 20 minutes waiting waiting while being ignored get more workers subway or schedule more people or make the workers you have not ignore customers people have even walked out and I'm about to if I still get ignored longer shouldn't have to stand in line almost half an hour so unprofessional and rude to the customers and also I asked about a job application and they said idk when if they don't know they shouldn't said I can go find out for you the 2 people working seem clueless like they don't know how to do there job

Disclaimer: employees there were great and did the best they could. I have nothing against them. Look, I have nothing against the new employees working tonight. They are kind and tried to help with what they could. What I am angry about is that the owner put new employees with no experience or ability to solve different issues, and no knowledgeable manager over them to guide and help them... Outright foolishness. I am inclined to think the manager didn't offer good training, making sure their employees are well-equipped. It was literally the stupidest restaurant-related experience I think I have had. Ordered mobile order to use the 2 FL for 1299 code. It went through, wife and I arrived and sat for 10 min to give them time. Walked in and they don't have the order. Opened my phone up and the app went white, saying there was an error (though I already received the screen that shows the phases of your order being made). Closed app, opened it, and of course: order has disappeared. I tried the order again (25 minutes after arriving at this point). Made sure all was good, made sure it made it and it said "building" (kept screen on this time)... and what do you freaking know: though the code was good and gave the green, I see the full price as what I paid. No one knows how I can cancel the order. No one knows how to correct the price from the app stupidity. No one knows of a phone number to call to speak with a higher up. 35 minutes now, and I have been googling a number, a way... anything to cancel the order or speak to customer service or anything. Sure, there's a FREAKING FORM to fill out, but you are just SOL until the verdict is given to you, waiting for it for however much time passes until they get around to it on the website. I'm out the money until then. 40 min. Mark and I came in, hoping at least the order is almost done. (This part I think was a fault of mine, not theirs, for I wasn't clear while I was confused and frustrated that the order can continue) the guy didn't know the order was still there and to be completed. Again, probably a fault of mine because I had been asking how to cancel it, how to order it again or change price, and walked outside trying to call subway corporate, but kinda left him hanging. SIXTY MINUTES, and a full price order layer, people had been coming in to order (and walking out with their food), accepting their completed mobile orders, and the 2 poor newer employees have a supervisor/manager that doesn't seem to care enough to thoroughly equip them before having them by themselves. If you, manager or owner, are so short-staffed, then FREAKING OFFER MORE MONEY TO GET SOMEBODY HIRED TO MAKE SURE THINGS GO SMOOTHLY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you need to pay somebody a bit more so you can serve your customers properly, then do it. You don't seem to care about the employees OR the customers. If you can't do what needs to be done to run your business right at all times, don't attempt to own it. Same goes for the subway company itself. So, my wife and I lost 1 hr and 10 minutes, and had no choice but to pay 26 bucks for something that should have been 14-15. More than an hour. You have got to be kidding me... for 2 freaking sandwiches that the app forces you to go through with, whether you want it or not.

This is the cutest little stand on the edge of a parking lot adjacent to Igloo Frozen Custard. All the shaved ice standards are available. Only $2 for the small which is plenty. Very refreshing! Walking distance from Columbian Park and Loeb Stadium. There is no seating here.

The lady that helped my family was great, all of our flavors tasted different, and moat definitely weren't even close to being the same colors. Perfectly located!

Most the workers look insanely stressed out and tired, I've ordered from here 2 times now and I probably won't again The first time the portal was broken and I waited for like 15 minutes just to talk to some one about getting the order I placed in advance. There's TONS of hand written signs every where. Food last time I didn't have any issues. This time 7/19 my breadsticks in the middle ( about 3 of them ) were a little bit thicker than a pencil and hard as a rock, half of them were burnt and really dry, the Piccadilly I ordered was a deep dish 3 meat and they gave me a deep dish pepperoni which is like 3 or 4 dollar price difference and NOT what I ordered. They almost forgot to give me my crazy sauce but I noticed before I went out the door. I didn't. Check the pizza until I arrived at home because the box said the right pizza.. I should've checked. The bottom was lightly crisp which was great. Sides and toppings were good, my only issue was the dough underneath the toppings was slightly undercooked and doughy/chewy and you could tell it wasn't finished and needed another minute in the oven. I'll try another store in the future maybe.

Little Ceasers messed up my pizza order twice most of it being my fault. They were able to push back the time on a last minute 5 pizza order for a party which was on me. I should have communicated more clearly about the milk allergy over to phone too after riding online in the car. They put Parmesan on the crust of the pizza we ordered without cheese, then used butter on the crust on the second one after I brought back the pizza, explaining the milk allergy to the staff. They gave us a free pizza and drink for the miscommunication. Better info on the website and staff training would be appreciated as neither could confirm if the garlic sauce was milk or other allergen free.

I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza and was told I wasn’t allowed to add toppings because it was a promotional item. I live in Anderson and our little ceaser lets you add toppings so I was confused and there is no Parmesan cheese packets for my daughter to o eat on her pizza. I’m really disappointed as I waited all day to come and get this pizza. I almost just cancelled the order.

I have been consistently having issues with this little ceasars when I do go there. Last time, my food was in the pizza portal, but I didn't have my sauces. I said something to the guy with tattoos. He apologized and said they ran out sauce so he had to make some more, but he came out with sauces ready, so it just seemed like it was an excuse to pacify me. This was yesterday. Today, I ordered more food and the app said my food was ready at the counter. I go in and my food is not ready. I'm standing at the pizza portal for 5 or 6 minutes, there is a line piling up, no one is assisting customers, one customer walks out... finally the guy working there asks what the name on my order is. I tell him, and he said he just had to pack up the bread. I asked him why they would say the food is ready and it's not. He gave some excuse that they ran out of bread and had to make some more. I said if that's the case then why did they say it was ready. He ignored me and asked for the next customer. I'm done with this little ceasars.

We had a Christmas party catered by the Qdoba on 26.. spent almost $2,000 to feed 120 ppl or close to it. Ordered several days in advance. Steak tasted like beef jerky, chicken was cold and tough. We didn't receive ANY of our cold products, sauces, sides, or warmers. ( which were several containers) We had to go purchase separately. Talked to 2 different managers and asked for a partial refund for the said product not received.. THE HEAD CATERING MANAGER SAID THERE'S NO WAY WE CAN REFUND THAT ORDER. We should have driven back to get what was missing or had it delivered. Mind you, the drive was over 45 minutes ONE WAY and out of their delivery range, i even google mapped it for them. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. So i'm hoping the food in the restaurant is better than the experience we had. Never again will we order from there. No response after the last massage sent in early January..

My first time at this brand restaurant. It was ok, but I feel that 13.00 is a bit much for 3 tacos and a drink. No chips and salsa either. I like having a side.

I made my own bowl, and got an order of chips & guac, via door dash. However, the guac was NOT fresh. It had a lot of brownness in it, bc of oxidation obviously. After eating some of it, my stomach started to feel weird so I stopped eating it. The bowl I got was better. I had the Cholula chicken & steak. The steak was very burnt, and the chicken definitely had some weird texture to it. Everything else was great. Oh, and the guac that was in my bowl, looked very good & proper. Coloring & flavor was spot on. Definitely was not the same guac I got with my chips. I am typically a very avid lover of Qdoba, so I was very upset due to the quality of my meal.

Ordered the grilled cheese quesadilla. It’s supposed to be crusted over with cheese. I asked for it extra grilled. Cheese was not crusted on top and was undercooked in the middle. Second time here second time NO FLAVOR. Second time here second time disappointed. Two different items I should add

Ordered a blt and only received bacon on the sandwich. Called to inform management and was told that I had to specify that I wanted lettuce and tomato on my sandwich!

We had a frustrating and utterly disgusting experience at this Subway today. The employee (the manager) making our sandwich refused to add extra onions, despite our request and willingness to forgo other toppings. His refusal was delivered in a dismissive manner. We've been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years and have never encountered such poor service. The Subway manager (server) offered no apology for his dismissive behavior. He seemed to be a complete racist! We request that the store owner investigate this incident thoroughly to prevent other loyal Subway customers from experiencing similar negative service.

I was at the West Lafayette store at about 5:50pm Sunday June 1 2025 at 2827 us 52 and there was one gentleman working and he say a word to me and I stood there for 5 minutes. That’s not how you treat customers especially when there was only one other customer in the drive thru

After picking up my online order Im a few bites in and feel something between my teeth. Mind you i dont have any fillings, cavities, or caps. Its a piece of what looks like a knife was in my sandwich. Really needed the extra iron

The nicest, cleanest subway I’ve ever step foot in in my entire life. Could see the back kitchen and dish area and everything was just spotless. One guy working there, he was nice, did his job and made it fast food. Great experience.

Beware and cross-check prices. They will charge you more if you are not careful. We ordered a Chicken rotisserie but they charged us 12.19 for a Garlic sandwich which we did not order. When we complained about them they said that the prices on the board are wrong. As a customer, I can vouch and say that this practice is wrong. If you have advertised a price that's what a customer should pay. We have pictures to prove.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Gave my two boys( 2&4) upset bellies from the hash browns. Within 5-10 minutes of them eating some they both got sick all over their car seats and themselves. After a week of trying to clean the one seat it still smells like throw up. So now I have to replace it! All the times I’ve been hopeful and gave them another chance the breakfast sandwich always has a hint of cleaner taste to it! Stay clear of this location, coffee is always bland too. I’ll probably never return to another Dunkin due to this last experience.

I had an iced latte and it was basically milk... I mean you taste no coffee no espresso.... It's gross. They messed it up the first time I came here and I thought maybe it's a 1 off ... I ordered it a second time and apparently they basically put so much milk that you only taste that. It's gross.

Mentioned I was allergic to regular milk so needed oat milk. Watched her use regular milk and then rinse that out but use the same cup. Had to request for a new cup. Allergies should be taken more serious. Ordered snackin bacon. It was chewy and cold. When I asked about it, she said it was from when they OPENED this morning.

I went thru the Drive thru at approximately 2:44pm today. Ordered the bacon snack and a small sweet tea. As I was leaving I took a sip of the sweet tea and immediately pulled over and spit it out. It smelled like rank toilet water. I pulled back up to the drive thru and told the young guy to smell it and he recoiled. I ask if their water smelled like that. He called “ the manager” up to the window. She refused to smell it. I said, “is that what your water smells like and she said, this is a sweet tea. “ What the heck lady!!! Then she just proceeded to look at me. No, I’m sorry, No, let me get you a new one, No, I’ll give you back your money. Just stared. I asked who I could speak to, Nothing, just stares. I would like to report this I just have no idea to whom.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Best coffee!

Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened.

Server was great and polite. She even swapped a drink my daughter bought and did not like.

I decided to try Milestone with a friend for lunch. I ordered the southwest specialty pizza and a drink. It included grilled chicken chunks, jalapeños, roasted red peppers, cilantro, and BBQ sauce. The only notable part of the meal was the extreme amount of salt hidden in one of the ingredients and the rubbery texture of the pre-cooked chicken cubes that most assuredly came out of a bag. The total was more than $10, which is extreme for the quality of this pizza. There are way too many other fast pizza places - like Blaze, Azzip, or Lotsa - with which to compete. You really have to be providing something unique to start one of these pizza shops. That wasn't the case here. Honestly, large pizza chains have better pizza for less than $7. While I was glad to try it, I don't think I'll be returning.

Placed an online order for “ASAP pickup” at 1:15pm, arrived at store at 1:23, waited until 1:28 at the register before anyone even said anything to me or approached me. Didn’t get the pizza until 1:36. No apology for the wait. Pizza is good, Service is absolutely horrible

I went there to compare it to two different pizza places with similar set ups that I had frequented in Indianapolis, Evansville, and, Bakersfield and the pizza was not bad at all but the prices were a little over kill. $8.00 for one size pizza? Despite being not busy it also took a good six minutes, is that normal timing? I do love pizza so I may come back but would not recommend based on last weeks visit.

Finally! Someone in Lafayette knows what a fresh tasting pizza should be! Quick service, yummy, fresh ingredients. This type of pizza place is a staple in every big city and now we have one. Its a welcome change from the pizza places that try to cram as much bacon and cheese into the crusts as they can. Keep it up!

I have been in the pizza business for 23 years, and I always love going to try out what everyone else is doing. Pizza was great, service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend, and I will be a return customer. Thanks Milestone!

Similar format to a Pie Five restaurant, but the dough is pressed in front of you. Every time I went into a Pie Five they already had the dough disks premade. For $7.99, you get an unlimited choice of toppings, and the pizza is done within 10 minute. Ingredients are in front of you across a display glass similar to Pie Five or a Subway, and you just go down the case and tell them what to throw on. Great place for lunch, and not very busy (should be busier). Pleasant staff, but a location rather hidden from the road. It is by the Payless to the southeast of the mall. And for the multitasking crowd, the booths have electric outlets for laptops.
