Meet family here for breakfast. We had a great time. Our server Zizi was great. My brother loves the salmon cakes and my husband really liked his waffle. Everyone loved their fried potatoes (yum)

05Sep22. Maybe because of staffing issues; maybe because of the time of day....This really wasn't what I expected. My bacon was too hard. My wife's bacon was too soft. We didn't get water or soda refilled. My wife didn't get her pancake until, basically, after the meal was over. Service was slow. I only gave a 3 because of the history of the Diner.

The greatest diner in The Washington area. Awesome diner food, friendly service and great atmosphere. This place attracts all kinds of people, all times of day, looking for good food. The coffee is delicious too! Very popular with families.

My fiancé and I ate here for breakfast last Saturday morning and we enjoyed it. I haven’t been here in years, but the food is still good and the servers are great! I had a “build-your-own” omelette, hash and biscuits. My fiancé and the pancakes and 2 eggs. This is a great neighborhood diner to go for a inexpensive, yet delicious meal. They’re operating with a limited menu due to Covid, but they will have a lot of options. They are also only seating the indoor dining area up to 25%, so you can feel safe eating indoors. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. The food is delicious and I always appreciate spots serving breakfast all day. Service is very fast and friendly. They are taking every precaution during Covid-19.

Brought someone to the area and was looking for a breakfast spot before heading back down the road. Food was good and I would go there again. My waitress was outstanding. I would say her name but I know I'd butcher it. She made it above average...

Really good diner food. Everything was pretty basic for a diner, but I love diners so this hot the spot for me. Biscuits were a bit toasty, but they still tasted really good.

Fairly small location this restaurant has been here for years. Food here is fresh and they have great specials on kebabs, wings and pork dishes. Very easy to find parking with the 3 garages close by.

Staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious! Best fries and gyros in DTSS. Also love their $7 Wednesday Gyro deal! Something to look forward to during the week after work :)

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled on this place and decided to come because of my and my husband's love of Greek food. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Portions are out of control, and everything was so fresh and good. Could not finish it all because there was enough to eat off our plates for three meals! No exaggeration. We ate at the high table facing the windows, and we had a great time people watching on a busy Friday night. Will definitely return when in the DC area. Can't wait to devour my leftovers!

Probably one of the best place to get some gyros, especially on Wednesdays when the gyro are $6 each (only applies to the lamb gyro, not other options). We’ve tried their other menu items ranging from fries to their baklavas and they’re all delicious. Basically you can’t really go wrong with this place and you’ll be satisfied with any entree you select.

There was a live beetle in our salad. Also they failed to include a side of fries we ordered. Food was delicious otherwise.

Customer services was really good although the food menu is a bit organized and all over the place. Ended up finding the Nikos fried and ordered a side of yogurt sauce. Fries were very crispy and they were loaded with toppings and gyro meat. The sauce is a bit overwhelming but finishes off smooth. They were a bit salty as well but would give them a try again!

Hole in the wall store with some of the best Greek food ever. There is something about their soft but slightly crispy pita bread that hits the spot . Every Wednesday they have $5 gyro specials! I'm not the biggest fan of gyros but I would say this is one of my favorite gyro joints. Additionally their eggplant lasagna type dish with a side of green beans was pretty tasty as well. If you're wanting their pita sampler is a great appetizer to split with friends. Their fries with feta cheese and sauce are so fresh and tasty. It's a shame we don't have on eon the West coast.

We ordered two Lasagnas and Chicken Alfredo with three sodas. Working hours until 11 p.m. during work week. We ordered for take out because they were closing. Prices were around 20$ per person including soda. Meal size is good, worker was polite and nice. Neighbourhood is sketchy during the night, but maybe it’s just us because we are not from around here. We found it using google maps search for italian restaurant. Family owned and operated. Street parking down the street and in front of the restaurant. Solid 8 / 10 overall rating.

Bruschetta starter is banging good! The Chicken Parmmocer pasta was insanely good! For a primarily a take out place, the in house presentation and service was impeccable. Still it is a take out place! Food awesome, ambiance not so much! Will I eat here again? ABSOLUTELY! Cheers!

The Italian Kitchen in DC is a true gem! This family-owned business is absolutely amazing, and they have a unique way of making you feel like you're part of their family from the moment you walk in. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying their food for a small catered birthday dinner, and I was blown away by their service and the quality of their food. absolutely incredible service! we were looking for somewhere to eat after a concert, and the first three places we went were closed, and we were all kinda at the end of our patience. we were welcomed in so warmly by the staff here, they helped us with our wheelchairs and were overall just so lovely i wish i lived in DC so i could go back!! food was excellent as well. thank you so much!!! they’re open until 4am on fridays and saturdays too, and not too far of a walk from the howard theater.

As always, Tony and his Italian Kitchen team took great care of me and my company. Yesterday, I placed a very large office lunch order with Italian Kitchen—and not only was everything delivered in a timely manner, but it was also absolutely delicious. On top of that, I realized I had forgotten a few items from my original order. I reached out and called Tony (the store’s owner), and he personally made sure those missing items were prioritized and delivered within half an hour. We love ordering lunch from here and would highly recommend for any office lunch!

They serve my favorite slice on U Street. But the problem is, this place is never open. I work nearby and usually head out for lunch between 1 and 3 PM, 1 out of 3 times they're closed. When I leave work they’re closed. It's super frustrating because I’d go all the time if they just kept more consistent (or at least posted) hours. I went in today, door open, “we’re closed”. Dulccini’s is open! Bolis is open!

I came here with a group on a Thursday night. I couldn't get parking, so I had to park at the next block and walk here. The place was full, and it was trivia night. Live music seemed to have stopped just before we were seated. Subtle dimmed lights with stained glass décor, just like the name says, are throughout the pub. It was a lively place with a lot of people enjoying themselves. How was my burger? I was hungry, and it was a good, filling meal, but flavor-wise, it's mid to low-mid. Let's not miss the point, though. It's a pub. People come here to drink and talk. We did that and enjoyed ourselves. Tasty food would have elevated the experience, but we also don't want to be spending too much on that. So, I'd say don't focus on the food. It'll fill you up. That's it. Enjoy your company.

Stained Glass Pub in Glenmont has a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The wings and pizza are flavorful, and the drinks are always cold and served quickly. It’s a great place to watch a game and relax with friends.

Great Pizza and wings. Plenty of long tables for the whole family. Parking lot pretty full on Fridays and Saturdays of course, that's too be expected. Get there a bit early and if it's a night off w/the spouse and/or friends, get there, when you get there because at the end of the night, y'all get thrown out at the same time. One reccomendation, maybe a theme night one or twice a month(ie 60's 70s,80's 90's, rock, hair/glam- rock, country, sports nights,or even celebrate the Patron Saint of Ireland 🇮🇪 just for fun.) Always enjoyed the food and times I was there.

Great pub and great food. Also, one of the best pizzas in town. I try to eat here when visiting family at leisure world. It's not fancy gourmet, but great solid fresh food. I've not had anything on the menu I didn't like.

Burger is a burger is a burger. It’s what I need it to be! Food and drink and friends. This is a great local place to bring your loved ones. Edit - My one qualm is that one time, my partner ordered a burger and while two of our burgers came out, he had to wait nearly 45 minutes for his. I’m still going to come back, but that was a bit surprising and disappointing and I hope that doesn’t happen again! I really like the atmosphere!

Burger was good, pulled pork was good. Fries need to be reworked. Very lackluster and bland simple fries. Though the server did a great job, they needed additional servers to handle Saturday crowd. I think there was only 2 and it seemed like a lot for 2 to handle. The place was nice and I wish I had something like this in clarksburg.

Decent personalized pizza at reasonable price. You pick the size and the topping. You can have as many toppings for the same base price. The atmosphere is casual and the service is friendly. 6" kids pizza for $6.67, 11" pizza $8.67, 11" gluten-friendly cauliflower crust $10.67 There is some classic pizza too

My friend and I enjoyed a quick pizza lunch here. We ordered and the food was ready inside 5 minutes. We ate in a clean comfortable booth. His made to order pepperoni on asiago and mozzarella pizza was served hot and tasty. My mini chicken and mushroom pizza with mini Canadian bacon garnished green salad made a quick and balanced meal. Will return soon.

As many MODS as I’ve come across, I’ve never been. Think it’s cool to see em making the pizza in front of ya … Why this place can’t get 5 stars? Customer service. I’m not singling anyone out … but if i say “Hello Good Day” a stare with the look of “U gon order or nah” isn’t a decent response. i kno it’s been a long day … i ain’t do it to u sis 💪🏾

These guys are absolut bomb! It was a lot of fun ordering. We never been to this place before but will definitely go again. The food is delicious! Customer service is amazing! It’s clean! Waiting time is really low. Thanks to this team!

This place has been open for a while and we finally visited yesterday. It's great! One set price for size and then you add all your toppings kind of like Chipotle. Ours was made quickly and it was delicious! Lots of seating available inside and easy to share a pizza with a friend.

Awesome service here at MOD. The woman who greeted me was warm and patient as she described how everything worked. The place was clean and inviting. The best part of MOD is that they have VEGAN CHEESE! I am so excited I stumbled upon this new restaurant. I definitely will be visiting again soon.

I wasn't really impressed. They took forever at this location. We had five pizzas total and they all came out at different times. Maybe it would have been better hot but this location doesn't have many seats to eat as they were all being used.

If you're looking for a good burger and something to drink at a reasonable price this is the place for you. As an alternative, they offer Beyond burgers and chicken tenders. They have a large section of sodas, make milkshakes and have beer on tap. To top it off they have great customer service. The only reason why I couldn't give them a 5 is because I like my burgers medium, and they didn't offer that; otherwise, it's a great place to eat.

I like their burgers and atmosphere in and outside the restaurant that have patio seating available. The service was good and quick. I have tried burgers from them a few time, and everything was fine. It might not the best but for me it tastes as good as a quality burger that is supposed to be.

Great food! Delicious onion rings! The burger was so good! Mario and Oscar gave excellent customer service! And we felt like home, the atmosphere was so relaxing! Will definitely come back!

BurgerFi is a chain that I was not acquainted with until a recent stay in Silver Spring. Always in the pursuit of a delicious burger, my partner and I decided to try it one night. Overall, it’s a decent burger, smash burger style, fries were thick and tasty. It’s a little on the pricey side, but this is one of those fast food meets fast casual dining establishments that serves beer, so the higher sticker price is understandable. Venue sort of reminded me of a Shake Shack, but with a slightly more “take your time” vibe. Service was OK, the employee we dealt with wasn’t very polite or friendly, but did bring our food to our table. Regardless, it’s a decent burger that’s worth a try.

So disappointed! We ordered BurgerFi for the first time after a long day. I paid extra for grilled onions on my burger, and they didn’t add them. We paid extra for truffle fries and cajun fries, and we got regular, cold fries. The food was decent but there are plenty of great burger restaurants out there that will actually read your order. Will not be ordering again

My ladies and I had a brief moment to grab a bit to eat. We do not eat beef and figured they may have turkey as an option but that was a fail. So we placed two separate orders for a reg no specialty and larger truffle fries. Upon getting to our car and driving away we noticed that neither of our fries were fried thoroughly. I had to call the manager to inform him of our experience and he assured a refund but did say that the normal frying time for the fries is 2:30 seconds. I would recommend they increase their frying time because this is not eatable. Least not to our standards.

I’ve gone here for a while, I ordered online for pickup. They forgot to give me 1 of my 3 bowls, and gave me two brown guacamoles. When I opened the two bowls they did give me, they had skimped on everything but rice. They basically just gave me rice. If you order online, check what you get.

I went yesterday to this place and I had very poor experience. I couldn't recommend this naughty place. I bought two butting bowls, one chicken with guacamole and one with steak and guacamole too. And I bought 1 Bottle Coca-Cola Zero. I asked the cashier for a cap for Ice to share my soda with my friend, and I explained to her I don't going to grab soda from the machine. Because I bought a bottle of soda and she was so rude saying they don't give a cup for ice. While I was asking. The supervisor came out. And that lady doesn't have any customer service at all. She had a bad attitude and said she could not give me any cup for ice. I asked to speak with someone in a higher position, like the area manager or district manager, and she refuses to give me information. Because I didn't want to place a review. And told her then I have no choice. I will post a review, and she didn't care about it. She just looked at me and said OK. Do it. That's the kind of manager this company has. People's who don't care about customers' services. Honestly, I am so disappointed with this place. Because I spent $33.26 and you don't care about your customers. There is when you realize those types of managers don't know how to handle a restaurant. if you don't want to get your day mestap, please do not go to this place because they are going to ruin your day. I will never go back to this nasty place.

I wasn't happy with my food, the staff were taking too long and messed up other orders. I told this lady to give me pork, she gave me a little amount, i asked if she could give me a little bit more because I never tried pork & i was hungry, wanted to try it. She said "extra?' i said no, a little bit because it wasn't enough for same portion as rice and beans. She gave me a lot after I said a little bit. Completely ignored. Get better staff/service. Who treat us like 'customers.' Also it was disgusting overall, the pork was burned. Ruined my whole appetite.

Visited this location a week ago and the rice looked dry and hard. I asked for fresh rice, which was a reasonable request. They lied and said they didn’t have any and less than five minutes later, I watched them pull out a new pan. What was even more disheartening was how rude and dismissive the staff was. A gentleman that presented as the manager said that I ‘have to eat what they have’. I have never experienced such poor service at a Chipotle restaurant and obviously staff needs to be retrained. You don’t tell a customer spending their money that they have to eat what you give them….I won’t be spending my money here again and encouraging others not to either.

As a returning customer, I’ve visited this Chipotle at 907 Ellsworth Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20910 multiple times, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing—enough to compel me to walk away mid-order. Upon approaching the counter, I immediately noticed how unsanitary the area looked. The spaces beneath the food containers were dirty and appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It was genuinely off-putting and far below what I expect from any food establishment, let alone a national chain like Chipotle. While I stood there, I overheard a customer asking for water, and to my shock, the staff member informed him that a cup of water would cost $3.75. That price point—especially for water—is unreasonable and felt exploitative. Between the unclean environment and the absurd water charge, I decided to leave without completing my order. What surprised me most was that none of the staff members asked why I was leaving, let alone expressed concern. In fact, they seemed indifferent—if not relieved. Chipotle’s service quality at this location has been declining over time, but today’s experience pushed it beyond tolerable. If this trend continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location—or the company itself—faces serious repercussions.

I didn't like the experience, the first chipotle in a long time since I eat in these restaurants that don't give a glass FOR WATER! Can you believe that? According to the workers, the 'supervisor' does not let them give water glasses to customers. That's so bad! FIRST chipotle that I visit and they do something like this! Bad, bad, bad

When I go to chipotle it’s always just in and out. Nothing special. However at this location Julia and Micheal were simply AMAZING, great customer service, enthusiastic energy and made me feel welcomed. Great experience. I’m glad they finally had white rice.

Potbelly, we need to talk. I traveled all the way from LA to my hometown just to get your cookies—something I’ve been looking forward to—and y’all served me stale ones. When I called to let you know, the lady on the phone refused to replace them because I didn’t have the receipt. I threw away the receipt because I wasn’t thinking about returning them. As a matter of fact, I don’t even think I asked for a receipt—I didn’t care, I was so happy to get the goddamn cookies. And now I’m sitting here with stale cookies that I paid for, but I can’t get reimbursed or get fresh ones because of your mistake? This is not the experience I was expecting, and I’m seriously disappointed. Do better, Potbelly. I expected more from a place I’ve always loved!

The people at Potbelly are wonderful. HOWEVER, Door Dash handles the deliveries, and they are horrible. It's entirely possible for them to be 1-2 hours past their delivery time. I received a text from Door Dash saying my delivery was running late and would be at 8:33. The text timestamp was at 9:02. It's not an isolated case, and the driver didn't actually arrive until 9:20. I had already cancelled the order, no idea what they did with the food. They marked the order as delivered.

My favorite of all is the wreck sandwich! Clean location and super nice staff. I as asked if I need a bag and he even took time to pack the stuff for me, I appreciate the extra care and help. Location is easy to access but sometimes you need to allow more time to find parking in garage.

My family and I stumbled upon this place today. Since I've never eaten there before, I grabbed a menu and tried to figure out how to order. I let the girl at the counter know it was my first time. She along with the rest of the staff was so patient and welcoming. The best part was the food. My family loved it, and the prices were reasonable. I also love the quirky decor

I ordered a Biggie Chicken Salad on Multigrain with lettuce and onion from GrubHub. I received a sandwich with nothing but lettuce and onions after waiting over an hour. Terrible.

I ordered a sandwich and a drink for delivery. They didn't have the drink I paid for. Instead of contacting me to see how they could make it right. They shoved their cheapest bottled water in my bag. Wrote that they were out of my drink on the receipt and that was that. When I tried calling them several times to discuss the issue no one answered the phone. As a former manager of a sandwich shop similar to this one. I am appalled this is not how you do business. My name & number was on the receipt. You call your customers to ask how they would like to proceed. Either offer another drink of equal value or offer to refund the cost of the item. You do not substitute it with a product that costs a dollar less. Really upsets me, as I order from here fairly regularly.

I have always enjoyed a real original style burger from Five Guys. I always get a Bacon Cheeseburger with all the works and fries and a milkshake. I always enjoy the wait snacking on peanuts 🥜. The employees are always very nice and courteous when I have forgotten to ask for all the works at the cash register and they add or remake the burger.

Burgers are great fries to but dam near 50.00 for two burgers n fries plus drink is a lot my lady n I only go when we do over time if prices were a little lower or they had combo meals they take mickey ds out I'm sure

Placed an order with UBER EATS, food was delivered and we discovered that our bag of fries was torn. We went to the restaurant immediately once the food was delivered and showed Katie the manager. We did not want our money back we kindly asked to provide another order of fries she refused and said to contact UBER EATS.

Best burger I’ve had in years ❤️. That’s the importance of giving a second chance to everything. I didn’t have a good experience in another five guys location but this one rocks. Thank you so much Guys. So friendly, clean and organized.

Good but could be great if they fix the national website order process. I tried to order online but it didn't work. Clean place. Great burger. I recommend getting a double patty 'all the way' and what I call the elvis shake: bacon, peanut butter, banana and malt. Delish and all add ins are free!!!

I think it's pretty messed up that the employees who worked tonight decided to talk crap about my husband while he was waiting on our food. Not the customer service experience I would want. I will take my money to another location where the employees don't talk crap about their customers. Total disrespectful!!!!

Ordered online it’s easy and quick , however on the phone app you can’t add extras . Everything was freshly made, servers were friendly with great attitude.

Son usually loves chic filA... not this time! His tenders are well done!, too crispy n didn't like the Mac n Cheese 🥺 he ate his chicken sandwich though. There was no chic filA sauces or Mayo like requested. This location has a hard time getting orders right. For me at least. There's always 1 thing missing! Double check your items before leaving. 😔

The Service here is Spectacular! The Restaurant is extremely CLEAN! The staff members are super professional, kind, & ***knowledgeable (about the products). Everyone is so ready/willing to serve & super enthusiastic. Upon entering this place, I love hearing the "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" greeting. I really DO feel welcomed. These are some fun & Awesome individuals. Oh yes, not to mention the uniformity in this place is absolutely Terrific! In mere observation staff members seem to all Love where they work as well as what they do & it shows by how they treat each & everyone of their guests. I also Love the overall diversity of the staff. Lisa, the manager, runs a very nice store. *Shout out to staff members Clare (Cashier) & Marie (Dining Host) who did an Outstanding job in service* You can see that each staff member really cares about their jobs & are overseen by a Manager as well as a Management Team which cares about staff members & the customers alike. It's rare to come across such a healthy balance in the Downtown, Silver Spring area. Congratulations on executing Excellence overall 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 The only thing I'd recommend is adding VEGAN CHICKEN to the Menu so that I don't have to only come here for the fries & drinks but I do understand that request may be a corporate thing. The food was delicious, the inside was clean and the associates were kind and very quick.

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rudest chik fil a manager. An order was placed and when I noted that more than half of the order was missing, the manager said that the cameras would have to be checked. I personally feel as though the situation should have been handled entirely differently and am truly disappointed with this experience especially after having placed a catering order meant for first responders.

While visiting the DC area from California, I stopped into this location for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and a special shoutout to Myla who assisted me with superior service! She was friendly, helpful, and even gave me a few recommendations for things to do in the area. Very nice experience!

Staff needs training. They were polite but I used the mobile app & scanned the barcode at the table, which said they would bring it out to us. Always do this at home just fine. Instead the employee that brought out my shake started calling my name wandering around the store. Thought it may just be a new employee but then the same thing happened with our food. I looked at the receipts and both clearly stated zone 9, which is where we were.

I came here just a few times, as we don't eat fast food too often - but Chick-fil-A is an exception! The only thing I didn't like about visiting this location is how noisy and crowded it is outside the store. There are different groups shouting into a mic or singing songs outside. The food and the service is pleasant as always though. It is a crowded location. They are temporarily closed but the sign says they will reopen again.

Avoid - I went there a couple of days ago to buy bagels. When I got in my car and looked in the bag, half of them were baked very unevenly - almost burnt on the bottom and raw on top. When they're undercooked the texture is very unpleasant - like eating bread dough. I went back in to ask them to replace the badly baked bagels. The old guy at the counter looked at the bagels and said they were fine and he would not replace them. I will not go back - for the cost of 6 bagels, Goldbergs has lost a customer. What a terrible way to run a business.

Went in for a quick bagel on the way to work. Have been here a few times and it’s usually ok, service always was lacking. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I opened it up at my desk it is covered in some unknown pink substance. When I ordered the man at the front was rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing him. I recommend going elsewhere especially when paying over 6 dollars for a bagel I’d at least expect clean kitchen and not some nasty pink stuff. Had to throw it out because I couldn’t get an answer on what it was. I will not be going back.

I’m not Jewish, but I really admire Goldberg’s Deli’s dedication to maintaining a fully kosher environment. The presence of prayer cards and a washing cup are thoughtful and respectful touches that make the space feel intentional and welcoming. Since it’s a dairy restaurant, I appreciated that they offer vegan meat options; it’s a nice way to expand choices while staying kosher. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the spot. The bagel was dense and lacked the fluffy or doughy texture I usually enjoy. The cream cheese also seemed dense and store-bought, which didn’t help. I also got an iced coffee and I did not enjoy. The staff were friendly enough and the restaurant itself was clean, which made for a pleasant visit. However, the shopping center it’s located in wasn’t very nice, which took away a bit from the overall experience.

Bagels are great. Service is meh. I'm not sure if they don't pay their employees sufficiently or what, but every time I have been here, staff has been brusque, short-tempered, irritable, and seemed really irritated that I was there. It's a shame because the bagels are super good. Morale just seems to be low. If you go, make sure to smile at the guy behind the counter. I think he needs the love.

Extremely rude service. They treat customers poorly. Ordered a bialy with cream cheese and they charged me for both a bagel and a bialy. When I asked why, they said if you order a bialy with cream cheese they have to charge you for both items even though I just received the bialy. It cost almost 8 dollars when it should have cost much less. I then ordered a separate bagel which they refused to slice…at a bagel shop. Don't come here unless you want to have a frustrating morning. Plenty of other good bagel shops in the area.

The audacity of calling yourself a New York bagel shop and not serving meat is absolutely bonkers. Place looks like it has potential to be good, but really, they should call themselves something else. Maybe Goldbergs Vegetarian Nonsense would be a better fit. This New Yorker does NOT approve.

We love Holy Chow's Chinese food, but this review is about their new smoothie bar. We decided we couldn't choose just one, so we gathered some friends and sampled all 7 smoothies. Each one was a hit, but Strawberry Shore was the clear winner. The banana fans were in the minority, but they loved Banana Bay Breeze and Tiki Tropical Twist. We had an amazing time with our group taste test. 10/10 recommend! 😊

I got chicken Singapore noodles, it had something in it I couldn't identify as chicken. The food was way over priced for what you get. My large looked like a medium compared to what I'm use to having a Chinese carryout. Speaking of being and advertising as the Best Chinese food in the DMV, there wasn't a Chinese in sight. The food taste like Indian version of curry.

I love Holy Chow!!! Great Kosher food usually. But this trip was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We asked for extra sauce. I wonder if they thought we said extra salt. Hope next time is better. Please. Sorry for this review. I usually give 10.

Holy Chow – A Trip Favorite! Planning meals for our student group was a breeze with Holy Chow. Their team made ordering simple, delivery was smooth and on time, and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered two delivery dinners, and both were a huge hit — in fact, many students said their Holy Chow meals were their favorite part of the trip. Great service, great food, and a stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

My first and last time there tonight... there was a chunk of ginger about the size of a sugar cube in the Kung Pow Chicken I ordered. The "cooks" have no pride, obviously. It's a miracle this dump has good ratings, or it's a scam. Plus my flavorless meal (with the sole exception of the ginger) was over $19??? I'm not looking forward to leftovers tomorrow.

Ordered food. Was told it would be ready in twenty mins. Upon finishing the order the time changed to 30 mins. I showed up 45 mins later to pick it up and they had literally not started making it. And the store kept going on and on about how busy they were so whoops they just didnt do it. Zero effort to remedy the situation.

This is a very good chinese takeout place with solid choices but sometimes the food takes long to get. I would reccomend it

I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Bacon wrapped with Lettuce. I called the restaurant due to the lettuce being bad with white liquid under it & on it, no bacon or Polynesian sauce although I ordered 4 of them. I asked to be given a refund due the fact that I cannot eat it due to the quality and the manager lied to my face saying she could only issue a reward and claims she didn’t know why the app said I could so I’d have to call back when the store owner comes to the store. Mind you, the app and website said that I can be given a refund as long as I call the restaurant I was serviced by. (My boyfriend also worked at chick fil a, so I know I can be given a refund. They’re just trying to avoid refund rates increasing or something.) Also, the fries were overly salty and gave me heart burn so I couldn’t even eat them either!!! I just finished fasting and I just wanted to have some food I’ve been craving but no, chick fil a said otherwise. (Fasting for personal health) I personally think it’s very unprofessional & greedy to lying to a customer’s face. I wish I got the manager’s name. I called back and now all the calls are going to voicemail as well.

I found a fly in my Cobb salad and reported it to the manager. They promised someone would follow up on my phone, but no one did. I also asked for a lime after the incident and was ignored. Very disappointing experience with both food safety and customer service.

The first ever Chic Fil A in my life to deny sauce. I ordered a 12count and asked for 5 sauces. Rosa was extremely rude and unfriendly and even when I offered to pay for the extras, she and the manager rolled their eyes. Never experienced this at any other location.

A lovely Chick-fil-A! Every time I come here, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They constantly clean the tables and bathroom. I usually don't order sauce, but when I do, I get a bunch loads of it. The food is always hot and amazing. I love the spicy chicken sandwich, and it's one of my favorite foods to get here. The interior of the building is very nice. There are tons of tables and places where you can get some wet wipes. Trash cans have very easy access as well. The only complaint I have is that parking is the worst thing here, although not to the fault of the Chick-fil-A. It's very crowded, cramped, and almost no convenient spaces to park.

Glad they're finally reopened after a prolonged closure for remodel. Always preferred this location over others in the area. The remodel really cleaned and opened the place up for more seating and added a separate counter for mobile/delivery orders to reduce the clutter of people at the main dine in/carryout counter. It's a lot cleaner in here and the staff (while some are obviously new) was friendly and on top of cleaning when I visited opening weekend.

The lady who rung me up overcharged me by adding on additional food that I did not ask for. NEXT, she forgot to add extra pickles for my sandwich, in which I paid for. Once I realized that I was overcharged and received food that I did NOT ask for, I tried to take it back and she had an issue with it. LAST, but not least I asked for a refill since I am a dine-in customer and I’m entitled to it. She told me that she can not refill my cup because I had a sunjoy. She can only give me sweet tea. If I want lemonade added I have to pay FULL PRICE. I then asked her if the fountain drinks were free just to see what she would say because she was firm and not suggesting anything. She stated yes, the fountain drinks are free. So, help me understand…. lemonade is not free, but fountain drinks are?!?!?!?! I’ve NEVER encountered an issue like this at ANY Chick Fil A. I would say if you want Mcdonalds customer service, come to this location, but Mcdonald's don’t even act like this. Definitely won’t be returning! #customerLOST!

Amazing food and just great staff that were willing to help. The location is very upperclass. I wish they had condiments in the lobby area, but overall it was a great experience.

The problem with this place is the staff. The chain is great, has good well flavored food and combinations of burgers. Their fries are delicious (when they are fresh) and their milkshakes are flavorful. The staff.... They aren't friendly when you're ordering, not very helpful with the menu. No one is ever smiling, the food is not made to be presentable but thrown together. The restaurant isn't always kept cleanest. Also, this isn't the restaurants fault, but don't order this to be delivered. It takes too long. For some reason a driver doesn't get assigned to pick up your food fast enough and the restaurant doesn't keep it warm.

Their burgers are good , fries OK, costumers services pretty bad. Fuddruckers is good when you are really really hungry, but the employees don't really care much about their costumers. They have slow service and a lot of the time the employees have to make everyone wait an extra 10 mins when they get a costumer's order wrong. They also do this thing were you have to buy something from their if you want to use the bathroom. That caused problems for me when I was waiting in a long line to order food. This place isn't the worst though.

Somehow it has been declining. Food not as good as before. Maybe it's the bread, maybe its the patty, sometimes the veggies at the bar are not fresh, with limited selections at times. Cheese sauce not available is the biggest failure, you gotta make sure you have that all the time otherwise people who find that good like myself will be very disappointed. Also the dining area felt kinda dirty last time I visited. Need some work.

Major decrease in quality. My mother and I loved eating at this place. We hadn't been for a while, and stopped by today. The customer service was nice: but the food quality was bad. The fries are now awful nothing like the delicious fries they served before.Even the beverage selection has decreased. When I asked what caused all of the changes they stated they had a new manager. Won't be returning to location again.

Horrible service, mediocre food. Give this place a miss! was 30 minutes before our "fast" food even _started_ to appear. And then our five-person order dribbled out one or two items at a time whenever we asked (including one kid's burger that only appeared after we had inquired about it, but not the other - which was only starting to cook several minutes later). The burgers and salad were just adequate, fries were terrible, ice tea was so watery that it was undrinkable. Both catsup dispensers were empty and never refilled. Given all of the negative reviews (which obviously we should have read before going in the dark door), the only reason that this place stays in business must be the location. Truly awful! UPDATE 9/18: All reports since our terrible experience have been negative. Fuddruckers central office never replied to my emailed feedback, not even a pro forma “thank you for your comments.” How does such a poorly managed chain stay in business?

The place needs an update. It's very small and the food was mediocre to leave it nice. There is 1 drink dispensary and most of the fixings looked unappealing. The crew just didn't seem to tend to the lobby area at all. The cheeses was dried out,the tomatoes weren't ripe and the pick looked old like it had been there for a while.

We had a school fundraiser here and it was great! We raised a lot, kids and families from our diverse school having dinner together and strengthening our community!! Brenda, the owner/operator, was so awesome and she was genuinely excited to help support our community, too! The food was hot, fresh and delicious!!

About a month ago, my friend and I visited Kook Kai’s for dinner around 6:45 PM (not busy) on a very cold and windy evening. While the welcoming hostess and prompt seating started the experience on a positive note, things quickly went downhill. The server brought us two small glasses filled with a bright orange drink and ice. The drink was overly sweet and too cold for the weather. No vegetarian soups. Then the dishes came. My friend ordered the Drunken noodles. He said the noodles were overcooked and the dish was too oily. He said his stomach was hurting later in the evening. I chose Pad Thai with Shrimp. I also found it too sweet: the sweetness overpowered everything except the shrimp which tasted frozen. My friend also had a ginger tea which he also said was too sweet. The food was inedible and neither of us ate even half of the food. And at $40, that’s awful. I think they definitely need to cut down on the sugar/sweetness. The service was not great. The server was nice but appeared overwhelmed. And it was not busy. I asked for no scallions and I got scallions. To make matters worse, there were flies in the dining area, and one landed on my food. I couldn’t help but wonder why there are flies in the cold winter?? Additionally, the tables were cleaned with what smelled like PineSol, which made it unappetizing to eat with the strong odor lingering in the air. Overall, while the initial greeting was pleasant, the overly sweet food, poor service, and unsanitary environment made this an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. Repeat customer. That, theoretically, should be enough recommendation. But, to elaborate, the food at Kook-Kai's is ever reliable. I've been a few times over the past several years, since pre-pandemic, and they've always been, consistently been, satisfying. MAIN: The food is good: hot, popular, delicious. I've gotten the Drunken Noodles before (reliably hot 🥵😋) and this night I got the Basil Fried Rice (beef, spicy 🥵) and it was very satiating. It was just a touch too salty this time, but not enough to ruin the dish. It was still amazing and has been when I've ordered it in the past. DRINK: The Thai Iced Tea (no ice, $1 extra) is better than the default with ice, imo (nothing to water it down). Saving it for the very end, too, makes it sooo much more satisfying 🤤 DESSERT: The Taro Ball dessert is also yummy. Essentially, it's tiny diced chunks of taro in a hot coconut cream/sauce. It's lightly sweet and very tasty. (Extra): They also kindly surprised everyone with a delightful little Hibiscus Tea (pic 7) that was yummy. No complaints! The service is friendly and their Google page advertises a women-owned, LGBTQIA-friendly establishment. I vouch for that; they're very fast and hospitable 🤗 🚻 There is one tiny little any-gender restroom in the back (past the cooks in the kitchen) that is available for customers. As a transwoman, I felt very welcomed. NOTE: I try to mark gender neutral bathrooms in restaurants I try. You can find some of via the hashtag on IG: #genderneutralbathroomsindc 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 🅿️ There is paid street parking out front or a couple of paid (except Sundays) parking garages a short walking distance away. Nearest metro station is Silver Spring on the 🟥 red line (but it'll be 15 mins or so of an extra walk past shops and the main road). Overall, I enjoy this Thai restaurant when I visit Downtown Silver Spring. Also, I vaguely remember them having fried ice cream once and have been dreaming of them having it again one day. Please bring it back!! 🥲 4.5/5 stars ✨️

I am Thai and this place is authentic! The good amount of spicy and generous portion of fresh ingredients had stopped me from homesickness. I ordered their new menu “duck noodle soup”. The load of flavorful duck meats just like what i had in my home country. Boat noodles are also hit my standard. Highly recommended if you are in the area. (Another recommend is Mussaman curry!)

Solid thai place! Especially liked their eggplant and their mango sticky rice! Eggplant was so beautifully velvety and was such a perfect vessel for the savory sauce and thai basil. And I’m a dessert fiend, so the juicy mango and salty-sweet coconut sticky rice was just what I was craving. Good stuff! Also, they had this hibiscus tea on the house! It was tangy, cold, and fruity. We got catering from them for my sendoff party and they took care of every detail so beautifully. All of the sauces and garnishes were so beautifully and thoughtfully packed, and the portions were MASSIVE. We’ve been eating pad thai for a week now but I’m not complaining. The owners are so incredibly sweet!

Tom yum noodles soup it was amazing. It is like I ate in Thailand. Mango sticky rice is so good. I recommend the the noodles soup if you a big fan of noodle soup. Now is my favorite Thai restaurant and owner do kind and friendly 🥰🙏🏽

Food and service was amazing. The inside was hot but they have outdoor seating plus they offer mosquito lotion which was fantastic. The food was outstanding - we got drunken noodles with duck, pad bean sprouts with tofu, and chicken basil fried rice. Super late in posting - but I had my birthday dinner here and the service along with the food made it most memorable! The manager and waitress were super helpful and kept my birthday cake in the fridge (given earlier by a family member) and took it out with candles and singing for dessert - it was a great surprise! As for the food.... Exceptional! We had a variety of dishes, I managed taking pics of the first few before I gave up and just dug in. Everything was delicious and not one dish has a similar taste to another. Will def be coming again!

Its a pizza shop. Best kosher pizza in the area and it may beat NY places too. Atmosphere is what you expect in a family friendly pizza store. Staff know what they are doing, new pizza oven early August 25 means faster pizzas more evenly baked. Do note they close at 7 with pickup window open until 8 and outside seating will be available. I still think that's too early for a restaurant to close, but this is the suburbs not NYC...

Great food. Was amazing to be able to stop for kosher food on a long drive.

Update 8/29/24: went in for lunch special of 2 slices and a coke. Good price, fresh, good pizza, very good service. ---- Prevuous: I had an issue with a previous order, the manager took care of it with no problem. Easy order, quick pickup, friendly service, and kosher which is all good. I prefer buying whole pie over the pizza by-the-slice to make sure it is fresh.

Has a pretty decent variety of flavors. Employees were very helpful, the store itself is rather small but it could be due to it being inside of a pretty decent sized mall. I highly recommend coming here especially if you are a ben and Jerry’s lover like myself.

This location is the absolute worst! Buyer beware. I have been a long time loyal customer of B&J and frequented this location. Over the years of this location has deteriorated. Such unreliable, poor customer service and poor cleanliness. Today is the straw that broke the camel’s back. I ordered a $60 birthday cake for my son’s birthday three days in advance for 12 PM pick up. I went to pick it up at 1 PM and they let me know it’s going to be an additional 30 minutes and the cake wasn’t ready. I had to scramble to go back to pick it up and still meet the time for my son‘s birthday party. I go to pick it up at 2 pm and they tell me that it needs more time in the freezer or will fall apart. Causing me to have to change my plans so that the cake doesn’t fall apart before the party. I open the cake and they spell half of his name on it (not misspelled… they decided to spell just half of it. Made no sense). Never again will I give this place my money.

The employee who took and prepared my order didn’t wear gloves. She even dropped one of my ice cream cups on its side right on the counter in front of me, just said “Oops,” and handed it to me without offering to remake it, even though the scoop had clearly touched the counter. On top of that, $18 for two “large” cups that were really just two small scoops each is ridiculous, especially when you can buy a whole Ben & Jerry’s tub at the store for $6. Really disappointed with the experience. Never going back.

Staff who serve ice cream should wear hair caps. When bending down to scoop, hair was hanging over the ice cream, which looked unsanitary and gross. Please take some action to solve this issue.

I swear, this Chipotle is the most consistent spot ever. No matter how packed, the food is always soo good. The line might be out the door, but the food is always fresh, the portions are solid, and the crew keeps things moving without skipping a beat. I don’t get the hate in some of these reviews—people must just love to complain. Every single time I’ve gone, my bowl is loaded, the ingredients are on point, and the staff is cool even when they’re slammed. Shoutout to the team here for holding it down day after day. You guys make it look easy, even when it’s clearly not. This is why I keep coming back. I understand how it is to work in the service industry and many of these people don't... they all deserve a raise :)))

I ordered a bowl and a chicken quesadilla and I think I got half of a bowl and I got a huge tortilla with a few cubes of chicken as a quesadilla. Awful. Extremely disappointed in chipotle.

I typically eat at chipotle and usually enjoy it. However when I came to this chipotle it was very bad food. The portions were tiny and the chicken was very badly cooked. I will refrain from eating chipotle as much. I would avoid this location if possible.

The food is usually good and the staff is friendly and mostly competent, but something really needs to be done about the acoustics in this place. I always end up YELLING my order because they can't seem to hear me. Today, I walked up and said "I'd like a bowl with brown rice and no beans." She proceeded to give me white rice and black beans. I didn't notice the white rice, but repeated that I wanted NO beans. She asked what type of meat I wanted. I proceeded to practically scream at her that I wanted no beans. She finally understood. Then, when I got to the end of the line, I said, louder than I usually would, that I would like a side of guacamole. The lady just smiled, nodded and handed me my bag. I asked again for guacamole and eventually got it. As I said, they're friendly enough, but maybe confirm what you hear (or don't hear, as the case may be).

Terrible experience. I was near the shopping center when I decided to go there, oh what a bad choice I made, first of all the line was too long, and it took 20 minutes to finally order which was only one thing. My burrito was wide open for a good 5 minutes! I don't know if they were short staff but there was only one person taking the order and another at the register. There was no utensils, napkins etc, the service line was dirty. Definitely bad management, I'm not coming back to this location.

08/08/2023, 3:0pm Very bad experience with the food, crew and management. I asked the worker and manager if they had fresh lettuce? Answer was this is from today 🤮. I love lettuce but this time they have an old lettuce probably from 2 days ago.

We made a random stop on the way home from VA and found this place. It was a surprise - fresh ingredients and delicious food! My husband and his friends had so much fun with the whole wall of spicy sauces. The only down side was they were under renovation and the whole environment was not pleasant to dine in.

Can NEVER get an accurate order. There's always something missing from the items, or ingredients I didn't order--and usually that I'm allergic/intolerant to. Today is no exception. The sour cream I requested on the side wasn't in the bag. Which, thankfully, is an easy fix--and BETTER THAN it being in/on the food--since I could see the item was missing at a glance; and, I simply requested it from the staff. (Kudos to the team member who quickly and courteously accommodated the request with no issue.) Unfortunately, the other issues wouldn't be noticeable until I got all the way to my destination with the food. The fresh spinach I requested in one bowl was no where to be found. Though, for some reason, that bowl did have green onions. Green onions aren't bad but also weren't the flavor combination I was interested in for today's meal...and given the other toppings I'd selected. Tacos were a mess and one was missing the guacamole I ordered. Which is annoying, at the very least, given guacamole COSTS EXTRA. Personally, I choose my ingredients/toppings for a specific taste. So, that means EVERY TIME I get food from here and the ingredients aren't as requested, the meal falls flat and disappoints. The positive is, the ingredients seem fresh enough and food overall is good quality. If it weren't for the CONSTANT inaccuracies, this California Tortilla could be a winner.

Perhaps my standards are a little too high but I was unimpressed With these Korean BBQ Tacos 🌮 from a California Tortilla chain I tried but it was edible and the employees were kind. Like I said it's probably just me being boujee 🤷 I suppose if you're standards are Chipotle like you may like. 🤔

Lived in this area for years, always going out trying new restaurants and new dishes. Always passing this place and think to myself that I have never been there. Put it on my list to go there the first chance I got. Boy was I disappointed. Went online, food looks good. Could not even decide. Finally ordered two burritos…they were awful. Was expecting it to be better than Taco Bell but it was really not. They gave flour tortilla, with a bunch of rice and bean. There was hardly any meat. It got soggy by the time I could get home which is less than 4mins drive. The place itself is jot horrible in terms of atmosphere, because they have indoor and outdoor patio dining. I was really hoping for more though, but I really don’t think I will be spending my money here again.

Manager rings in the wrong items and has the nerve to have an attitude at me, even other customers heard what I ordered… She speaks spanish and if she misunderstood that was all she had to say! Not have a nasty attitude….. Not to mention the bathroom has been out of order for months at a dine in restaurant, which is completely a violation in Montgomery County…..

The place was empty at lunch time, not a good sign. I ordered a beef fajita bowl and whatever they gave me wasn't beef at all. It kinda looked like grounded beef but it was a fluffy, light, tasteless thing that reminded me of soy based "beef". Matter of fact I'm quite convinced it was soy protein. I asked the cashier if it was real beef and obviously she replied that indeed it was. Everything else in the bowl was good , including the guacamole. Nice ladies helping you out.

Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The inside wasn’t very clean and it was dark and unwelcoming. I ordered a specialty quesadilla and it was horrible! The chicken was so overcooked making it incredibly tough to eat. There was also an outrageous amount of beans inside, more than chicken cheese or any other ingredient. I took two bites and threw the whole thing away. Go to other California locations if you want a decent experience, this location will not deliver on that.

Ask for the pizza to be well done and it was not. Soft bottom crust. Used the app and place the order an hour before pick up. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant.

Love Ledos! Their pizza, chicken wings and salad were great. We ordered food to be picked up. Online ordering is convenient. Staff at register are great.

9/13/2025 We had a get together for my grandmother 89th birthday. The restaurant was clean, restroom was clean, had plenty of seating, food was good. The server was amazing, he did such a great job! Definitely recommend this Ledo.

Just left very disappointment and appalled. It was the first and LAST time we visit this location. It's definitely not friendly nor family oriented. I placed an order online for pickup. It was $79 worth of Ledo food and gave $12 tip. Our plan was to pick it up and take it home but my girls and I were out all morning running errands in this hot summer day and we were starving. My little one was starving and asked to eat there. I saw no problem so we sat down to have a bite. We werent going to eat everything we ordered just a couple of slices. The store manager walked over to us and told me next time to not eat inside when we have carryout that I am taking from their waitress' tip. I said I understood but my daughter was starving and plus I did tip when I placed the order. Mind you there were only 3 people eating so it was EMPTY and saw no waitress. So when I said I tipped she said oh the online tip goes only to the kitchen not the waitress. She, the manager, kept pushing back and insisting I don't eat there when I order online. So my question is - do they make you tip the waitress and the kitchen when you order to dine in? This is Leisure World, I hope they treat our elderly better. Btw when you tip online this is the message the customer sees: Tip – 100% goes to the restaurant staff Ps. After reading other reviews it sounds like they ordered to go but decided to eat there and there was no problem they were even given plates and napkins. Makes me wonder was it something about us that we didnt deserved to be treated fair.

We got the Tuesday canzone special. They are huge! Saved half for the next day. And they're delicious! Love the pizza, too.

We pick up pizza or calzones from Ledo's at Leisure World regularly and love, love, love the smount of toppings that they put on their pizzas and in their calzones. Thank you for not skimping!

Have been getting takeout here for a while (and enjoying it!) Recently, I accidentally ordered from here online when I meant a different Silver Spring location: payment went through. Showed up here later that same day, and explained my situation/showed them the order details. By that point my stuff had been sitting out for a while. They very kindly offered to make a new order. I already appreciated their food and service, and this event makes me appreciate them even more!

I ordered from this location and while eating plantains along with my chicken bowl, I almost swallowed a metal wire. At first I thought it was a bone, but when I pulled it out, it was a sharp piece of wire that was IN the plantain. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable.

This is the BEST CRISP AND JUICY hand down!!!! The staff is always so welcoming and food is always fresh, hot and delicious.

I never an issue with their food until my last two visits. About 2 weeks ago, I ordered food and they forgot to mention they didn't have flan. The other day, I ordered a half chicken and other sides for me and my relative. The chicken was pink and not well cooked. I also ordered medium green sauce with my meal, which I noticed was missing when I got home. I had to travel to the store and ask for it. The worker didn't even apologize for the mistake. I will find another Peruvian place with better food and customer service.

Chicken especially the dark meat is solid. Sweet Potatoes are bomb. Chicken fried rice is good. Rest of the sides leave a lot to be desired for me. Service is very fast and efficient. It's our go to for quick decent chicken.

Our food was unfortunately taken by someone else, but the owners made it right by refunding providing us a meal in return! Not many businesses would care about their provide to their customers like that. They even labeled our receipt as a VIP customer! Excellent customer service! Shout out to crisp and juicy for making things right! The food is just as delicious as it always has been too! Is my go to spot for the area.

This spot is a bit of a hidden gem, if you look closely between Starbucks and District Taco off of east west highway, its right there. Better than Sardis in every way, and serviced late at night by one guy who is a true professional and knows exactly what he is doing. Huge fan of the food and service and will definitely come back for a late night chicken Ceasar salad and flan.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a caramel iced coffee and for some reason it tastes sour and is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I also ordered fries and they were clod and have an odd taste and texture as well definitely not hot and crispy. Unfortunately did not get to eat anything I got such a waste of time and money. No customer service from beginning to end. The girl taking your order sounded rude. Then when you're getting your food they dont even say anything they just stare at you.

There's always some sort of issue, if not with the incorrectness of the food prepared then it's the state of the inside of the restaurant. I placed an order through GrubHub for lunch, ordering a triple cheeseburger(note the word cheese in the item description), with extra mustard, extra pickles, and no salt, and what I get is a triple hamburger with salt, no pickles, and a miniscule amount of mustard. I'm paying not only for this incorrect item, but delivery fees. Please make sure the line workers are checking their tickets while making the orders before wrapping and sending them down the hlz.

Very bad experience! Gave my food to someone else, and while going to check on my order I was told that it had already been given out, the manager was refusing to make my order. There were others by the counter so I stood in the back waiting for my number to be called. I live near by but I will never be going over to this specific McDonald’s. Worst service ever!! Starting from the manager!! Can’t give proper training when she should be trained herself! After fighting for about 20 mins. I asked for a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and tomatoes, onions and lettuce. They made my second order and still gave it to me wrong!!

The new remodel is so depressing. It made me not want to buy food there. The ridiculous prices don't come close to matching the dismal atmosphere. Repulsive user experience. Negative -5 stars

Update as of 7/09/2024 Rats running from store door and all around the parking lot. Huge rats and families of them. Be safe and eat somewhere else. Had to screenshot pictures because it won’t let me upload the video showing over 10 rats in 3 minutes. If the managers cannot manage. They need to be retrained. No way I should have sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes listening to a manger tell me my order is one thing. When my mobile app and receipt show my actual order. Was so bad even the other employees were laughing at the manager and one employee because I had to literally spell out biscuit on my receipt via phone and paper receipt so I could stop being told I ordered McGriddles. How do you argue with your own printed out receipt.

You place an order and it just gets ignored. The staff just isn't paid enough to care.

I like to give places grace and benefit of the doubt… I understand fast food places to be short staffed, but this is my 5th time in a row getting my order wrong. Save your time and drive 5 mins to the location on a Cherry Hill, it’s rare that they mess up your order (At least that’s my experience). My baby just likes bread and cheese, I try to be as clear as possible to what I’m ordering. Check before you leave (I peeked to check I had everything, but I wasn’t about to open the sandwich)!

We had Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti, and a Hawaiian pizza. The food was absolutely delicious, and I had forgotten how generous the portions are! We'll have leftovers this week!

This place is solid! I’ve tried the pizza, cheesesteak, wings, tenders, and the gyro—all of it has been really good. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. I recommend calling ahead to place your order. Parking can be a bit tight at times, but they’ve got a smooth and efficient phone system that takes your order right away—no waiting around for someone to pick up. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I haven't even gotten the food yet. After attempting six times on my phone to order it would not let me do it. After four temps on my computer it would not let me order. Had to call into the location. However the most puzzling part is every time I try to do an order online or by phone I would get different prices. Their AI is horrible. It kept asking to send a text to get my payment info but it would never send the text.

Manny doesn't play. This pizza is amazing and only about $7 for two large pepperoni slices, you can't go wrong. I've only ever done pick-up so I can't comment on delivery, but believe me as a pizza aficionado give them a shot. Not a nice location (you have to wade through loiterers just to get in).

Really impressed! Pizza crust is spectacular. Greek fries were good.

Edit May 21st 2025: Oh how the mighty have fallen. If they don’t deliver your order within ten minutes of the promise time, make sure to call the restaurant and follow up with the manager. They have a penchant for simply losing track of orders. Tonight was the second time this happened. Two hours past the promise time is the pizza delivery equivalent of a war crime. Someone call the Hague.

I decided to give this place a try since I was starving on my way back home. I had brisket $17 plus fries and a bottle of water $7 for a total of $24 that at the moment seemed too pricey for me. The brisket was , and I have to agree with other reviewers here, overcooked, dry, and it smelled like "going bad" was just around the corner. I'm a Mission BBQ guy and this experience was day and night in comparison. I feel I overpaid $10 for this meal. Go somewhere else. You're welcome.

I could give them cero! Ordered 1/2 chicken and is undercooked! How is this possible? Literally you just pulled out when you saw brown on the crust but the inside was not cooked! Of course it won’t cook because chicken tight and drumsticks are together you need to cut them in pieces! It wont fried such a big piece. Same for the breast part. Is attached to the wings! Ugh! So annoyed! Waste of money! Go to Popeyes. At least you wont get sick for undercooked chicken.

Wow! I have driven past Fryer’s Roadside for so many years and finally decided to stop in. I can’t wait to go back! The spicy chicken sandwich and fries were so good. How do they keep the fries so crispy in a takeout container?? And the chicken was juicy and crispy at the same time. It will be hard not to order what I just ate, but I’m looking forward to trying their other offerings. Thank you for a great meal.

BBQ is subjective to the pallet. Our family has sampled the wings, biscuits, Mac and Cheese, fries and fish sandwich. Thus far, only the fish sandwich is a hit along with the biscuits. We’d drive out of our way for the homemade buttery biscuit. Popeyes and Red lobster ain’t got nothing on these! The atmosphere is light and playful. The staff is amicable and responsive. Payment is cashless so be prepared with your credit card or Apple Pay.

Decided to try this place despite the reviews. Welp te reviews were correct the food is not good. I had a brisket sandwich that was more like a coleslaw sandwich with very little brisket and had absolutely no flavor. The meat was tender with little flavor because of the bbq sauce and pickle only. No sauce, no flavor. The wedges didn't have any flavor and they look like there supposed to be seasoned. The milkshake was runny and watered down if, your looking for a thick milkshake this is not the place. It was a flavorless visit and waste of money unfortunately.

The Whiting was fried to perfection. The coleslaw garnish was delicious and just the right amount of heat on this spicy version. Friday afternoon perfection! The outudoor patio was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. This will be my new fish sandwich spot in Montgomery County, MD.

Last time I reviewed here it was a Chicken Shack enjoyed. No I think a couple months later they revamped it and started doing more meats. WOW. So I ordered Potato Wedges (kinda sad the regular fries aren’t there) But it makes sense perfectly cook with a nice season of old bay Hawaiian Rolls nice a soft Sliced Texas Brisket this was the first time order Brisket in general and I really enjoyed it. (I can’t compare it to anything else) not two chew nice a seasoned great color as well Carolina Pulled Pork I had other PP that makes me feel heavy after but this made me feel GREAT all around great taste This. Last time I tried the Mac and Cheese (when it was solely a chicken place, also old owner I think). it was disgusting no flavor pretty much out a box from the shape of the elbows (small) BUT THIS. You can tell they actually cared about it, it taste like my aunts Mac and Cheese when they come over for christmas. nice and creamy but not too creamy fully cooked Pasta And it looks like they used a higher quality ones with nice bread crumbs. and the BBQ sauce I used was Kansas City BBQ Im not a huge fan of BBQ cause at times its too over powering but this was nice( also I asked for it on the side) Parking is great, clean space inside, you cant eat inside but I think around the side they have. Jimmy John's, consistent fresh food served ridiculously fast and remarkably accurately. Five plus years this location has been literally serving this Gaithersburg community. Plus the fringe areas of 20878 with their freakishly fast delivery service. Last I checked it is a locally owned and operated establishment and I try to honor that with bi-monthly visits. View with your dollar! Peace!

This store is so unreliable, it does the rest of the JJ's chain a disservice. They rarely have enough delivery drivers, and when they do, orders consistently take over an hour to arrive and are missing elements. Don't bother giving me the link feedback form - every time I fill it out, I don't hear anything back from the customer service team or store ownership. It's clear they don't care.

And I had just given these guys 5 stars. (for a pick up order) Delivery has gotten so slow that we will never order delivery again. I places my order at 12:57 and now it is 2:34 and we are still waiting with no time update. Lady picks up and says food is on the way and he has alot of deliveries. Maybe hire more drivers? I had called the first time and she stated that the bread is coming out of the oven and its still too hot to use. I mean I admire the freshness but it took up 40 mins alone to bake bread? What if I was a walk in customer? The student base used to work at this location but not anymore I suppose. Ill go back to Jersey Mikes from now on. Yall are lucky this is a CC order and not a cash order. I would seriously let you guys come all the way just to say take it back. Yes we are all hungry and very frustrated.

I placed an online order on 5/18/2022 and order was confirmed via email. Once I arrived to pick-up my order (College Park, MD location), the doors were locked. I called the store and there is no answer and the message says the phone has been disconnected. I called back on 5/19/2022 and no response, same issue. Ordered ahead, and when we got there about 20 mins later our order hadn't even been started (there was only one other customer in the store so it wasn't busy). But the main reason for 1 star is that the only employee working (who is also the store manager) refused to wear his mask while preparing food or interacting with the public, and when I asked him nicely to change his gloves after handling money and before making our sandwiches, he rolled his eyes and started yelling at me that I should be grateful he's even working during the pandemic so I can get a sandwich. I'd rather support local businesses who are doing their best to keep employees and guests safe, and honestly the sandwiches aren't great either.

Place is consistent with other locations in food quality and quick service. I ordered the Italian night club and the Vito. Vegetables tasted fresh, meat didn't taste refrigerated and bread was soft. I haven't been here in years, but I'm happy to see they maintain a steady stream of customers. I saw their delivery guys in and out every 30 minutes. If you want quality come here . Yes you pay a little more than Subway across the street, but its worth it. Theres plenty of metered parking in the back.

I normally order the bootlegger or hunter's club and have never been dissatisfied. Food is always what you expect it fresh and tasty, especially the bread! O also they are really fast like 30 sec - 1 min max from order completion to food.

I'm so happy they opened a branch near us, now i won't have to drive too far whenever I get a craving for Greek food. I love their grilled lamb chops and always pair it with roast Greek potatoes and rice pilaf; gyro pita and French fries are also a favorite.

Hands down some of the best greek pitas and gyros we have had in a while! The greek fries were super crisp and tasty as well!

Oh I just love Falafal especially done right!!!! I didn't even pull into this plaza for this but once I saw it, I had to have it! And it was great!!!!!! So great infact I didn't have time to stop eating to take a picture of it lol... GO GET YOU SOME!!! P.S very clean restroom! Very important 🙂
