Located in Ketchum, Pioneer Saloon offers a genuine cowboy experience in the heart of town. The dimly lit, Western-themed setting is adorned with intriguing artifacts from Ketchum's past. While reservations are not available, the prime rib and filets served with sides make it a must-visit spot for dinner in the Sun Valley area. Despite potential seating challenges, the restaurant's authentic atmosphere and delicious steaks and ribs are worth the visit.
This is an amazing must do restaurant in Ketchum/Sun Valley. The steaks, potatoes and local fish were outstanding. The service was on point and friendly. Drinks were generous. Prices were SO reasonable! The history of the place and the museum pieces alone make it worthy of visiting. Thank you for a great time at this restaurant!

What a great, fun, and stimulating restaurant / bar to visit with friends, workmates or that special someone. The atmosphere was electric, and the food was delicious, beware: really large portions! I had the shrimp and steak medallions and many at my table ordered the ribeye steak with Idaho potatoes, of course! There was so much to see in the wall and hanging off the ceiling, even a full sized canoe! There was a large room downstairs but it was closed.
Verena A — Google review
Great experience with excellent service. had the prime rib and the sour dough bread they brought out was amazing. asked for an end cut prime rib but the largest cut. they grilled up a cut to make it resemble and end cut, which really wasn't what I was going for. but it was still tasty. they had a margherita called 'besr margherita in the universe' and it was most certainly not. but still a great atmosphere and experience. would go back .

My husband and I visited Pioneer Saloon on a Monday (September 22) evening after a great week hiking in the Sawtooth. The atmosphere is great and we enjoyed the Old West decor. The food was good. We both had a filet, and of course, we got a Idaho baked potato. Both the cocktail list and wine list were great. The highlight was our server, Kaiya. She was really cool and we enjoyed chatting with her. She told us about the trophy room downstairs and we went after dinner. This is a really cool place, and if you're into Old West memorabilia and great vibes, it's worth checking out.
Mallary K — Google review
Super fun bar with amazing vibe and decor. Cocktail list was excellent. Execution on cocktails was not great. We both ordered their famous margarita, which was very watery and lacked flavor. Thankfully, they took it back and we ordered two other cocktails which were very good. We ordered another round of the same cocktails, and they were not the same as before. One was good the other not. 🤔. Wonder what happened? We weren't quite ready for dinner so we ordered the artichoke which was good. This is clearly a popular bar and known amongst locals, as well as tourists. We recommend this place, but hoping that you have a better experience with the cocktails.
Virginia H — Google review
Atmosphere was great. This is such a cool spot. Service and food weren’t great. I ordered a margarita to start. It was fine, but definitely tasted like lime juice and not sour mix. That’s a preference but it’s not mine. I ordered a burger for dinner, I was asked temp ordered medium. The burger I got was about as well done as it could be, and quite dry. I mentioned this to the bartender and was met with a shrug that said “what do you want me to do about it” So, I ate my dry burger and left. Kind of a shame that such a cool spot doesn’t actually deliver as a restaurant.
Alexander M — Google review
Me, Dad, and Mom, stopped here tonight for dinner while staying at the Sun Valley Lodge. The block was under construction. The walk through the construction was definitely worth it. The atmosphere was dimmly lit and felt personal. Dad had the beef kabobs, mom had a shrimp cocktail, and I had the prime rib and grilled shrimp. Everything was absolutely delightful. Restaurant was busy and timeliness was still perfect. My prime rib was superb and my grilled shrimp were huge, delightful, and butterflied perfectly. Moms shrimp cocktail was also top notch. Highly recommend a visit to this fine establishment.

Nestled in Ketchum, The Kneadery is a popular breakfast and lunch spot known for its hearty, homestyle fare and cozy Western decor. Whether you're fueling up before exploring the valley or heading out of town, this charming eatery offers classic mountain breakfasts featuring fluffy pancakes, French toast, sizzling bacon, scrambles, and protein-packed omelets. The intimate outdoor patio and mountain-themed interior add to the inviting atmosphere.
This has to be one of the best breakfast places in the country. When you walk into this wilderness lodge, you feel like you've gone back in time to the pioneer days. The staff are extremely friendly and there to make sure your experience is perfect. The coffee, what tastes like freshly squeezed OJ, are excellent. There are great choices on menu everywhere, but you have to be curious or a local to know that two of the best items are off the menu. First, biscuits and gravy. I have traveled the country and I would give the Kneadery a strong second in the country. The biscuit is perfect, crusty golden outside, light and fluffy in the middle. The sausage gravy is excellent it's everything you want it to be. Why second, well Josie's in Kentucky has a special kick. The dishes we had were all great. The scrambled eggs were like little pillows. The sausage and bacon were excellent. If you're in Hailey, Kitchum, or Sun Valley, this breakfast isn't to be missed. We went back a second day.
JASON R — Google review
The granola was excellent, crystalized sugar on oats, raisins, and nuts. They also had almond milk as an option. The fruit cup was fresh, with strawberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, and banana. The pancakes are large (10"), real maple syrup was extra, but about 2oz which was plenty. The hash browns were nice and crispy. The proportions were on point. I disliked the mounted animal heads covering the back wall.
Kevin C — Google review
I had the French toast and fresh fruit. The French toast was a little soggy. I added cottage cheese to get some protein. My wife had the avocado toast and cottage cheese. Their wheat/ multigrain bread was very flavorful. The wait staff were great. Full coffee and frequent checks.

Went here a couple times during my stay in Ketchum, and it's such a charming, rustic little joint! The staff is super friendly, it feels very homey in there. I got the French toast first and then their classic Benedict. Both were very tasty. Fruit was super fresh and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The OJ is absolutely delicious as well.

I sat outside the Kneadery, which has a lovely shaded patio with eight tables and a working fountain in the middle. Today, September 15, was perfect weather for enjoying it. I ordered the special chicken fried steak, which was huge and flavorful. I also had a cup of fruit I was taking home because it was too much food. The total was $30.50, including coffee and orange juice. The service was prompt and excellent. I got coffee right away. The Kneadery serves American food with lots of bread and large plates; I recommend it. Dogs are welcome to the patio.

A charming, rustic, "kitchy" Western Cafe with excellent homestyle grub. Servers are young men and women in shape who obviously love the slopes, and our server, Duncan, was no exception. He recommended the Huevos tortilla breakfast for me - a large mound of spicy salsa, jalapenos, and eggs cooked your way, topped with avocado and sour cream and a side of crispy bacon. Scrumptious and definitely enough to share. My husband got a half order of Idaho Rocky Mountain Benedict with rainbow trout and a side of crispy hash browns - delicious and the perfect size for one. Service was great and fast, so you can hit the slopes or wander the town. The Western decor showcased a large buffalo head, a very large moose head, an upside down canoe hanging from the ceiling and a large standing bear to greet you at the door. Prices were very reasonable for this area. Highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable breakfast this morning with Deanna as our server. She was personable and friendly--in fact all the employees who interacted with us were equally as friendly and attentive (e.g. the gentleman who served us our drinks and filled our water). Everyone in our group thought the food was delicious, and prices were great. We recommend the huckleberry muffin. Management, please consider giving Deanna a raise, she was wonderful and made our dining experience even better!
Rodelyn M — Google review
Little bit of a wait on a busy weekend. But so worth it. Great atmosphere! This place was hopping! My husband got the Cowboy platter and I got the Kneadery 2/2/2… 2 French toast, 2 eggs and 2 bacon. My husband loved his dish- steak and egg combo with hash browns (I learned if you want your hash browns crispy- you have to ask for them to be well done). My French toast was a little dry. I kind of had high expectations and it was meh. I wish I would have tried the pancakes instead or asked for one of each. But it was a fun place and we enjoyed being there! Would recommend!

Enoteca is a charming family-owned restaurant situated in the historic Lane Mercantile Building. Opened in 2012 by Scott and Anne Mason, it offers a stylish space to savor locally sourced, housemade dishes. The name "Enoteca," Italian for "wine library," reflects its emphasis on fine wines. The menu features Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked over applewood, alongside classic Italian fare like lasagne al forno and pork osso buco.
A very cozy and calm place with a warm atmosphere. The service is top notch—the staff is very attentive to your every need. We had the Lamb Chops, Nonna’s Mac and Cheese, and also the daily Halibut special. We followed up with their affogato as a dessert (which is a must-have, by the way). The food was all delicious and cooked to perfection. I believe anyone that may be visiting Sun Valley needs to treat themselves to Enoteca. You know the spot is good when you have local regulars coming through.

Excellent! Best porkchop and Brussels I've had at a restaurant. Trout didn't have a ton of flavor, but the panko crust was good.

Excellent meal. Cozy atmosphere. I've been here 4 or 5 times and it's always great. Plus local beer selection made in Ketchum.

Skip cookbook or Fiamma. Enoteca was amazing food wise, service wise, everything. Had a less than pleasant dinner at Cookbook for 350$ and cried tears of joy at how tasty Enoteca was. Definitely a redemption meal of Ketchum. Was highly recommended by locals, and did not disappoint.
Emalee B — Google review
We had a great meal at Enoteca during our trip to Ketchum. We got there a few minutes before they opened at 5pm and there were already a few people lined up outside. We got in and sat at the bar, which was great. We ordered the autumn salad, lamb bolognese, and pork chop with white beans and kale. It was all delicious! They also have a great wine selection. We would definitely go back to try more of what the menu has to offer.
Emily F — Google review
We had the mama's salad, wine auction pizza and a black cod special. My wife loves black cod but didn't feel like the preparation was very interesting or flavorful. The pizza and salad were great. Service and atmosphere was also wonderful. My only suggestion is the spruce up the outside of the building. It's a very plain facade and hard to tell if it's even open. Maybe this is intentional, but it's very nondiscript.
Brent M — Google review
Had a fantastic night out with the family. The atmosphere and overall ambiance of this cute mountain town restaurant hit the spot. I had one of there daily special pizzas, it was amazing, my wife had the pork chop, tried hers out it was flavored to perfection. The in laws had lamb and New York steak both look good as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Sun Valley.

Outstanding pizza and fantastic wine list. It's a small, nicely decorated environment. The staff is cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. Recommend making a reservation, especially if you want a table during peak times 6:00 to 7:30.

Absolutely in love with this magical cafe! I will forever go to this gorgeous place anytime I am in town. Delicious pastries, beautiful looking dishes, and incredible ambiance that is both cozy and upscale. Great selection of food to order and dine-in as well as to-go. Also, great coffee and coffee specials! I ordered their coffee and a huckleberry scone 🤌

I’m happy we stopped here before leaving beautiful Sun Valley. We only had pastry and coffee but it is easy to see why this place does well. Everything they serve looks so appetizing and the whole setting is so comfortable. I love the feel of this place and I would definitely return to try a few items on the menu next time in Sun Valley. Parking is also easy.

Everyone was so sweet and kind. Our server helped us in making a delicious choice for lunch, but honestly, everything looked delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. My mother had the veggie omelette and I had the avocado toast. The balsamic vinegar on the avocado toast was -chef’s kiss-. We also enjoyed a latte.

Konditorei is such a cozy and welcoming spot! I often come here for both lunch and coffee, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Maria and Dominik in particular make amazing coffee every time. The pastries are not only beautiful but also delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Definitely one of my favorite places in Sun Valley!

Recently visited Twin Falls and made the drive up to Sun Valley and I’m glad I did. I had the most delicious Crepes! Atmosphere was great and the staff was well attentive.

Konditorei is the best a 100% the best place to have an amazing coffee and breakfast. The baristas are extremely helpful and friendly, well trained. David is making the best latte arts and coffees overall, but however all of them are amazing Teodora, Dominik, Maria and Brandy. We were eating the Pork schnitzel sandwich, Austrian schnitzel waffle and the lemon mascarpone coffee, everything 10/10. We had an amazing service starting from the hostess Kristina, very adorable young lady, then our server probably the best in house Carolina and the rest of the stuff. All things considered, Konditorei is a place that will stay in your memories forever. ❤️

Cozy restaurant with friendly service. Absolutely recommend. The pastry selection is gorgeous. Hard to choose. I ordered my favorite. Tiramisu. It was heavenly! The coffee was perfectly brewed. Hubby ordered soup. It was very good. Counter service with seats by the window or fireplace is nice. Regular restaurant service is available too.

If you want to feel like ypu in an alpine village this place definitely delivers. It has amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Try anything from the bakery counter and if you enjoy a little kick in the coffee the cayenne in the fireside coffee is great.

Rickshaw is a cozy spot in Ketchum that offers Southeast Asian street fare in a lively atmosphere. The restaurant serves small plates inspired by Asian street food, featuring dishes like Thai green papaya salad, pearl balls (steamed chicken dumplings in sticky rice), and plump pork potstickers. The menu also includes papadums with cucumber raita and mango chutney for starters.
Absolutely amazing. My group and I are from Ogden Utah and we were so happy we stopped here for dinner. The food was incredible. Everything was so delicious and beyond flavorful. I have never had a Floating Market soup before and it was beyond amazing. Our waitress was so friendly and everyone loved what they got. 15/10 stars

Delectable, healthy, and divine! The best meal I’ve had in Ketchum. If you are a foodie, this place is for you. If you are not, this place is for you. Small plates to share, balancing fresh herbs, sweet, sour and unami with a little heat. Vegetable forward in a way that makes your Microbiome jump for joy. The drink menu was an incredible assortment of teas and nonalcoholic drinks, and they also have beer and wine. I had a nonalcoholic sumac and chili seltzer that was fantastic. Show up 30 minutes before you want to eat, put your name on the sign in board with your phone number, select either inside or outside. Ask the wait time and go get a cocktail someplace. We chose the rooftop at Warfield for some Prosecco. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and it’s a good sign when the kitchen is almost as big as the interior dining space. We sat outside and had green papaya salad, watermelon and shrimp, sautéed greens, and a noodle dish with beef and other things that was really scrumptious. We forgot to order the clams, but we were already full sharing four plates, but others might want five. Everything we ate was so balanced and delicious with incredible sauces and the perfect garnishes. Experience it for yourself and pick your favorite.
Jane N — Google review
INCREDIBLE!! is what I have to say! If you have the opportunity to try out this restaurant, put your name on that waitlist and wait for this one because you won't regret it! There are some other bar/restaurants within walking distance where you can grab a drink at while you wait, so it made waiting go by even quicker. I came here with a group of friends and we were able to grab a table outside which was great! The weather was perfect and the outdoor seating area was very welcoming. Our server was on top of things which made the experience all the better, because we ordered so much off of the menu! The menu is comprised of so many delightful, shareable dishes! We ordered the following: Green Papaya Salad: Such a fresh and delicious dish! The lemongrass and cilantro really brighten up the flavor of the dish, and it comes with a side spoon full hot Thai chilies for those who want to add a kick to their bite! Hoisin Cashew-Shrimp: One of our favorite dishes; so much so that we ended up getting a second order! The sauce was so full of flavor and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Samui Squid: The batter on this was just the right amount to add a soft crunch. The dipping sauce was light, yet complex, and had a nice acidity to it. K.F.C. (Korean Fried Chicken): I could rave about how exceptional this chicken was until I reached the ends of the earth. This was a second dish that we got a second order of after polishing the first order. They have absolutely perfected the crispiness on this chicken and the flavor had the perfect level of spice to it. This is a MUST ORDER item. Chili-Oil Noodles: Upon first look, you may notice that the noodles are hard to find under the piling of various toppings. Give it a stir and buckle in for some of the best udon noodles you’ve ever had. The different toppings provide such a nice crunch that pair with the noodles while the chili oil still prevails as a prominent flavor in the dish. Andreas' pot-stickers: I didn’t partake in this dish, but it looked very well made! They had a great wrapper-to-filling ratio and had a beautiful golden brown cook to them! Sake: They only offer cold sake on the menu, which is a plus for me as I prefer cold sake to hot. We ordered a few different bottles including the Joto Yuzu, the Joto Junmai Nigori, and one other bottle (name escapes me). All were delicious, but I will caution to only order the Yuzu one if you do like that very citrus forward flavor. We anticipated that the flavor would be lightly flavored with the yuzu, but the citrus was not hiding anywhere here. I will think about this meal for a long time and I hope to return very soon to try even more outstanding dishes!

This was an unexpected surprise!! The food is delicious…I had the spicy chicken curry (and yes, it’s spicy!) the potstickers and tried the KFC chicken. Every single bite was delicious. The service was great…friendly, attentive, and engaging. Thank you for such a lovely meal! I’ll be back every time I’m in the area!!
Michele S — Google review
This is one of the most delicious Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. I went with two of my foodie friends, and we all were very pleased. My favorite dishes were the samui squid (basically deep-fried breaded calamari with a delicious sauce), Vietnamese caramel pork ribs, followed closely by the Thai shrimp and watermelon salad. Everything else sounded delicious too, but I can only eat gluten-free foods so my options were plentiful, but somewhat limited. Be prepared for a wait as this place looks like it’s always crowded, but they do have outdoor seating in good weather.
David S — Google review
Had the Taiwanese eggplant, watermelon shrimp salad, Balinese cucumbers and Korean fried chicken. I would reorder the watermelon shrimp salad and the chicken. In fact, I already recreated the watermelon salad at home it was so good. Prices vs portion size seem a bit high, but it's Ketchum so to be expected. We sat at the bar so the atmosphere was just okay. A bit cramped. Would be good to get there early for an outside table, which looked very inviting. Service was fine. The food will come out as the dishes are prepared vs all at once. At least when they are busy.
Brent M — Google review
My finance and I had the best experience here. We got engaged about three hours before getting takeout and the gentleman that helped us was so nice asking where we were from and why we were there, we then told him we just got engaged a few hours prior and he gave us a bottle of champagne and he told the staff. They came up and congratulated us, as we were there 20 minutes before closing. Not to mention I lived in Thailand for over a year and their Chiang Mai noodles made the day that I thought couldn’t get any better, even better. I couldn’t thank them enough. Their food is AMAZING as well as the people.

This is the best restaurant in Idaho. I’ve travelled to 116 countries so far - and this place has better & more complex flavors than restaurants serving similar food in Asia - or anywhere, for that matter. How do they get the ingredients so fresh in Ketchum?—that question has always confounded me. Praying they open a location in Boise 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Warfield Distillery & Brewery is a high-end brewpub located in downtown Ketchum, spanning half a city block. It's an ideal spot for large groups and offers a variety of locally sourced dishes such as crispy fried cauliflower and sweet potato poutine. The establishment also serves larger plates like fish and chips, pork chop, and prime flank steak. In addition to its dining options, Warfield features a rooftop bar with stunning views in the summer and hosts special events during winter snowfalls.
Warfield Brewery has it all, great food, wonderful ambiance, and excellent service! The dining on the roof top is the way to go! Their Shrimp and Grits is incredible; unique and very savory with caramelized onions! Altogether a very enjoyable dining experience!

We randomly selected this restaurant while touring Sun Valley Idaho. Ketchum is where the shopping and restaurants are. Most were closed so this was close and open. We ordered their burger and fries-nothing unusual, and it was the best I’ve ever had. The bacon was smoky, the burger was thick and juicy. The seasoned fries were to die for. We commented to the manager how good everything was. The place makes its own bourbon, gin, vodka and beer. The huge copper stills are pure artwork. If we ever get to this area again, we will be back. It’s apparently owned in part by a Michelin Starred chef. I highly recommend!

The classic overbranded under deliver restaurant! The drinks are good The food is small and overpriced. Maybe it suffered from an overdesign budget that had to make it up on food pricing. But $18 for six wings or $24 for a burger make place in Seattle or LA look inexpensive. The bright side is the drinks which are moderately priced and the do have their own distillery/brewery which gives it some cred for sure. Again just my opinion try at your own risk!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy an inviting, but most of all, the manager, Steve, made us feel welcome like old friends. We were only in town for one night but I wish we were residents of Sun Valley because we would come here every week!

Really nice place to eat. The views from the patio are wonderful and the service was fast and very good quality. The food was all very good, only thing I would say is that instead of pickles they put cucumbers on the burgers, that was the only negative. Everything else was great, cucumber salad, Burger, and fish and chips. Even had the cheesecake for dessert. Will come here again.

Stopped in for lunch while taking a ski break. Nice selection of draft beers and cocktails. We had the burger and wedge salad. Both were excellent. The burger was flavorful and fresh toppings. Fries were crispy and hot. The wedge salad was fresh and crisp with nice presentation.

The Ram is a renowned fine dining restaurant located in Sun Valley Village, serving customers since 1937. It offers a historic and classic menu with options like dry aged duck and wagyu Ribeye. The venue has been recently renovated, featuring an exhibition kitchen and preserving its historic decor of antler chandeliers and rustic booths. The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion, while the luxurious lounge and deck offer handcrafted cocktails and light appetizers.
This place was wonderful they told us the history of the town and the ski resort. They had a wonderful live pianist, who is so kind, really made the atmosphere so amazing. and the food was very delicious.

A timeless Sun Valley classic. The Ram delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening or special occasion. Highly recommend the Idaho Rack of Lamb and the Japanese Wagyu Hot Rock, both were absolutely phenomenal.

Our meal at The Ram was hands down the best of our week-long trip around the state. The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely, and the live piano player was such a nice touch. Service was very quick and attentive. The daily special was Zwiebelrostbraten which was incredible—so well-seasoned and unbelievably tender meat. The Iberico Pork Schnitzel was also excellent.

The atmosphere was good. Service was not. Food was meh. Regret going there. Sun Valley is a great place to visit with much better options especially when it comes to service. Our waiter was not helpful, left us sitting for a very long time, and we had to ask someone else for the check to finally leave. Left hungry and won’t go back!
Natasha W — Google review
Food was good but the entire experience is focused on the quality of appearance above all else. Of course it’s Sun Valley so the pricing is about twice what it should be. The garlic and onion soup is a great example, great taste but $18 for a bowl of liquids. No substance at all. It was all extremely underwhelming.

Absolutely fantastic!! Our server Micah was superb! The manager Mr. Peterson was also great and extremely helpful and hard working. The food...well you couldn't find a better beef tenderloin, truly fabulous! We had the fondue for an appetizer which was also delicious! We highly recommend eating here...we look forward to coming back.

Dinner in the bar. Piano player. Toffee sticky pudding was superb. Filet very tasty and the pork schnitzel was cooked perfectly.
Pam S — Google review
Made reservations to have dinner at the Ram, and I'm glad we did. This was really the only time we spent at the resort, and the feel of the Ram definitely gave you glimpses into the history of the place. Staff was exceptional and had great information about the menu options. I got the special of the night (pork schnitzel with a cranberry relish, potatoes and an amazing pickled cabbage) while my wife had trout. Both dishes were expertly prepared and really delicious. Moreover, the portions were rather generous. There was a great ambiance with the piano music, views into the kitchen, and just the wonderful charm of the room. Yes, it isn't cheap, but it is worth it to experience the Sun Valley Resort in all its Glory!

Wonderful food and service. We had the shrimp specials, flat iron steak and a Caesar ahi tuna salad. They had a nice selection of beers and they Smithwicks on tap! Brittany the waitress was terrific!!!

My husband and I came here for dinner and a few drinks on a Wednesday night in June. We ordered the steak salad and special of the day, which was chicken pesto- not food you would expect at a PUB. It was very good food; the special could have been a little bigger portion and I maybe could’ve used more dressing but the flavors and quality were great. Our server was really friendly and helpful. Saw a couple large groups and one with kids, so they’re allowed here. Atmosphere was “sporty historic Cellar- lol”- clean, relaxed and comfortable, and we felt the prices were very reasonable for this town. Come take a visit if you enjoy a strong drink and food different than your typical fried bar fare!

Cocktails are pricey for what they offer, nothing crafted or special or top shelf for the $14 - $16 price tag. There food on the other hand is very reasonably priced for the area! Definitely worth a look if in town.

Our new favorite secret in Ketchum. We're gatekeeping this from our extended family, so it remains cool. Loved the food, loved the atmosphere, loved the overall vibe. We showed up earlier in the day with our big group and they were able to accommodate all of us, no problem. I'm super impressed with how fast all the meals were made and they came out so fast for our big group. Amazing food. Loved the poor man's surf and turf. The fish and chips rivaled ones I've had in PEI. Mashed potatoes and gravy will make you cry, in a good way. This is what pub food is supposed to be like. Very kid friendly earlier in the day too. Staff was amazing and friendly. Love this place. Go for the food, vibe and to unwind. 10/10 love it and you will too.

We had a great time. Bartenders were exceptionally friendly, and the pours were stiff. And plenty of Musty Nuts available if you're hungry.

Love, love, LOVE everything about this place! Stumbled in here on a rec and met Amanda and Brennan our first night. They are so easy to talk to and make fabulous drinks. The food is excellent. Don’t sleep on the steak salad, trust me! Also loved the lamb slider & fish and chips. We probably have come here weekly during our month long stay. Thanks for having us and such a cool spot Kitten!

The Sawtooth Club is a charming rustic restaurant located on Main Street in Ketchum. It offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for various occasions, from special celebrations to casual gatherings. Known for its mesquite-grilled steaks, seafood, and legendary Chicken Senegalese, this vintage-style American eatery also serves handcrafted cocktails and steakhouse-inspired meals. The menu features a variety of options including salads, seafood, burgers, ribs, and meatloaf.
I've been coming up to Ketchum for most of my life, but somehow only made it to the Sawtooth Club this year. FANTASTIC food! I wish I'd visited sooner, and that I had more time. Literally everything on the menu looked great, but I ended up getting the flat iron steak. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Another person in my group got the ribeye special with morel mushrooms, which was also really good. We also got a bunch of desserts to share. They were all delicious, but the brownie with ice cream was the favorite of the night. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. They also had this cool-looking wood carving/sculpture hanging from the ceiling, which we learned was made from a single piece of wood. Prices were about what I expected - it was a little bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it.
Emily S — Google review
The restaurant itself is fun and has a nice atmosphere. Sadly, my food was dangerously bad. Found pieces of metal in my Ahi Tuna appetizer and my trout was incredibly raw inside. Our waitress didn't check back until my husband was completely finished and then offered to have the kitchen cook it for longer. At this point with two bad dishes, I just gave up and had her take it away. ** read their reply. The waitress even saw the metal piece. It was not a bone. The waitress even agreed the fish was raw in the middle. We were there with others at 2 different tables and they agreed trout should be cooked all the way through. There was also no way we miss took the piece of metal for a bone. Nice try to discredit my review.

This restaurant has friendly staff and a good atmosphere. We were not so amazed by the tuna starter, which didn't taste much like tuna. All the mains however were well prepared and had a good taste, also the vegetarian option. The restaurant has a broad selection of wine and beers. We did encounter some issues with paying, all but one of all our creditcards were declined. No paying by phone was possible.

Fantastic spot in Ketchum. We sat on the deck and enjoyed halibut and a ribeye. Our server Marley did a phenomenal job, and one of our favorite meals here.
Jon S — Google review
I’m surprised this restaurant is rated so highly. 6 of us for dinner. Great lively atmosphere. Sandy, our waitress was great. Food was “meh”. Tough steak; fries cooked in 30 day old oil, ribs had been sitting in the kitchen all day- dry as the bones they were on. 2 salads swimming in dressing; 2 with almost none. This restaurant is beyond its expiration date.
Peter S — Google review
We just spent 90 minutes at this restaurant and while the food was really amazing, in that entire time we saw our server exactly three times. Once to order food and drinks (which someone else brought), once to bring our food, and once to bring our check after we'd asked for it from another server. I had an empty drink for an hour. We would have had several drinks plus dessert tonight. Our compliments to the chef, the quail and the steak were really amazing.

Grumpy's in Ketchum is a unique spot that feels like a drinking culture museum, adorned with old beer cans, ski run signs, and bumper stickers. The menu offers simple lunch options like burgers and fries, with some vegan and gluten-free choices available. Their $3.50 corndog is a popular lunch deal, and you can get a 32-ounce schooner of beer for $7.
Stopped here for food before finishing a long drive home. I thought the burger was solid! Obviously you’re not at a high end restaurant so with the lower reviews on the food/service… idk what you expected. The guys working there were nice and helpful! The food came out fast and hot, the burger was good and the fries were fries! When I come back to ski in the winter, I will definitely make this a pit stop (probably more than once). The environment of the spot was also super cool, I literally couldn’t stop staring at the walls with all of the art/stickers/cans posted everywhere. I think this is a great place to visit and grab a bite!
Elizabeth G — Google review
Not bad, but not the best burger either. They grill the burgers on flame, so the patties have a bit of a flame grilled taste. But they are not as juicy as I had hoped. The wings and fries are average too. The people here are really really nice and the atmosphere is really fun too.

Sawtooth Brewery Public House is a popular spot in Ketchum, offering a laid-back atmosphere and a diverse menu. Visitors can enjoy the cozy indoor dining area or catch a game on the big screen TVs while savoring their drinks and meals.
We were happy to try this place because of their menu that had good options for a larger group. We were happy we could eat outside. We tried the fish and chips, the gyro, the Cobb salad, the brisket sliders and the ginger chicken sliders. The frots (fries and tater tots) were very crispy and delicious with the fry sauce. My husband loved the fish and chips (one of his favorite choices and orders often). The Cobb salad was enormous and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. The service was excellent! Also I forgot to mention this is a brewery with lots of tasty beers on tap!

Great spot to grab a bite in town after skiing at Sun Valley. Staff was very friendly and food was great. I had the elk burger with "frots" (half fries/half tots) and their house made root beer and it was great. Portions are large! Atmosphere was also nice. Not to loud and a good amount of seating. The pretzel was also very soft and tasty. Their house made stone ground mustard it is served with is amazing!
Adam L — Google review
Solid spot in the center of town. Easy going vibe with a broad menu that covers mostly everything you would expect from a pub-style place. Food was good, although a number of dishes were heavy handed with the salt. Loved the number of non-alcoholic beers on offer.

This place has really grown over time. They serve some of the best gourmet food, and you can tell the ingredients are always fresh. I had the mushroom soup, and it was delicious—clearly made from scratch, unlike some places that just use canned soup! The beer selection is fantastic, offering a great variety. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, perfect for enjoying a good meal. It's hands down the best spot to watch football and enjoy great food at the same time!
Nikki J — Google review
Wasn't very impressed with the food. Got the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich. Took 35 minutes to get the food (and there were 2 other tables). It wasn't crispy. My girlfriend got the elk burger which was good but wouldn't say great. We both got beers and the total was over $70. Really wanted to like it but very over priced for what you get.

The restaurant also boasts an extensive selection of expressive wines and craft beers exclusive to the area.
Great food, including a nice pasta section. The clam starters were great. The octopus we liked a little bit less. For mains, the wagyu bavette was so good, though it didn't come with any sides, just a little bit of sweet potato puree. The eggplant was delicious, my favorite dish. Lots of fun cocktails and mocktails as well. Overall, great spot for dinner

The two servers for the 10 tables or more were distant and alien feeling. It took 30 minutes to order food and appetizers and another 20 to get my appetizer. I was charged $25 for raw scallops. Once my food arrived. I received bland Wagyu steak of about 6 ounces For $50 please see attached picture this plate was 50+ dollars. and the wife’s pasta had no other taste other than lemon when it was a brisket pasta. If you like trendy places and want to use your money to be seen, please go here, but if you value your money and want value for your money, you’re better off going to the store and cooking for yourself.

The food was phenomenal. This is not a quick restaurant however. Every drink took about 30 minutes, there was only one bar tender but they were helping everyone who sat at the bar and in this setting that's a lot of the volume. From appetizer to meal we were there almost 3 hours. The server was new, 2nd day so wasn't sure on a lot but nice guy.
Brittany — Google review
Customer service and hospitality is excellent. We walked in and were told a 10-15 minute wait for two bar seats. We sat out near the fire while we waited and the hostess came and got our drink order so by the time our seats were ready our cocktails were being handed to us. The menu is interesting and almost has an Asian flare in the appetizers, followed by several pasta dishes and then entrees that were more classic including chicken thigh, trout, and some waygu options (there is a vegetarian option too). We ordered the cauliflower, pork belly, lemony pasta and wagyu Bavette. Cauliflower is a big portion - flavors are great but we felt the cauliflower was a little over cooked. The pork belly felt like a take on Thai papaya salad - it’s cooked perfectly and served in fish sauce with mint. This was probably my favorite thing we ordered. The pasta I would say you could pass on - while it was cooked to perfection, we just feel there are better places in town to get pasta. The wagyu was delicious and would order it again. This place is definitely worth coming to but be prepared for a pricey tab and nyc priced cocktails (martini was $20 Negroni was $20 but to be honest - they were delicious and worth it)

So disappointed. I’m a part-time resident in Sun Valley and this used to be a favorite restaurant of mine but we won’t be back. The food could be inconsistent but the staff was a pleasure. We had such a lovely relationship with a number of servers and the bartender, they made us feel like regulars, even though we were only able to visit every couple of months. It was nice to see familiar faces, so we were bummed to find that all our “friends” had walked out and took the vibe of our favorite restaurant with them. Cole, an excellent bartender and always a delight. Riley, the old manager, always made sure to wait on us when we came in, so knowledgeable and always remembered our favorites and dietary restrictions. Her sweet sister, who’s name I’m ashamed I can’t remember, was such a welcoming presence at the door and their chemistry made the restaurant feel like a family affair. Caroline took care of us a few times when Riley wasn’t in - all smiles and so kind. We loved The Covey but the food is too expensive and isn’t good enough without the positive atmosphere to back it up. Too bad.

Cookbook Restaurant is a cozy spot in Ketchum, started by former Enoteca employees who transformed their experience into a unique dining experience. Housed in a former church, the restaurant features a rotating menu with locally and globally inspired dishes paired with a carefully selected group of 22 wines. The small, stylish space has just seven butcher-block tables and is adorned with color-coded cookbooks on the walls. Menu staples include Petes Pasta and spaghetti squash with house-ground bolognese.
We fell upon this place 3 years ago as we were visiting Sun Valley to celebrate my 40th birthday. I'm vegetarian and my husband wanted to find a place where I would have good meatless options. AND, I love books so he was excited to find Cookbook. We were BOTH super excited at our first Cookbook experience! Delicious cuisine - high-end feel, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We have literally gone back EVERY YEAR SINCE on my birthday weekend. We even set reminders to book in advance as we know this place is amazing, well-liked and attended, so we want to ensure we get our spot. Highly recommend - and if you're a vegetarian, don't worry, you're sure to enjoy the veggie options, too!
D'Arcy V — Google review
Cookbook came highly recommended, and it was great incredibly disappointing. The Peet’s Pasta sauce was more like a soup than a sauce, and lacked flavor. I added chicken, and it definitely was not freshly grilled chicken . It was chewy and tasted processed, like something you’d get in a premade salad. The server told us the vodka pasta could not be made without pancetta, which would have been fine, but my friend ordered it anyway and couldn’t see or taste any pancetta in it. The other entrees we ordered were fine, but not worth the $30-40 price range. On top of the disappointing food, the service was terrible. The busser dramatically more attentive than our waiter, who apologized to us… and every other table around us for “not being very attentive.” There are only 15 or so total tables in the restaurant, so if 5 of us didn’t receive much of your attention, where was it going to? This restaurant has TikTok’s and Instagram reels, and it’s honestly incredibly overhyped. The distillery was a much better dining experience.

What a quaint little hideaway in Ketchum, Idaho. When paying it a visit during the summer, Cookbook provides an endearingly cozy outdoor dining oasis. Fresh, delicious dishes and attentive service make it an easy go-to for me, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for anything from a light salad, to a rich pasta dish. We ordered the Caprese Salad, Watermelon Gazpacho, Roasted Chicken (Nightly Special), and the KG Bowl. The Caprese salad had a wonderful balance of all ingredients. There’s nothing worse than running out of all the burrata before finishing the heirlooms, before finishing the bread, etc etc. reverse order and apply. The gazpacho was very unique. It was a little on the sweet side for my palate, but I still appreciated the uniqueness of the flavor blend they were going for. I’d say the mint needed to be a bit more pronounced, and the consistency would benefit from having a less syrupy texture. It was fun to try but I wouldn’t order it again. Something about the sweet tomato fruit flavor reminded me of leftover cold pineapple pizza (which I love btw, this isn’t an insult, just a flavor reference). Chicken was great. A little on the dry side and wasn’t served entirely warm, but had a pleasant flavor. The bed of kale salad complimented the protein nicely. KG bowl was fantastic and great ethnic vegetarian option. Overall, the beauty of this place comes from the thought/creativity behind the dishes, the ambience, and the pleasant service atmosphere. I’d come back to try some of their other items!

What a lovely dinner! The sleigh ride there and back was magical. Angel was the perfect server, and we very much appreciated his recommendations. Highly recommend this experience!

We hosted our wedding at Sun Valley Resort and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, seamless, and memorable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the food was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, the team at Sun Valley made us feel supported and cared for. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and warm hospitality helped create a truly magical day. So many of our guests told us it was the most stunning wedding venue they had ever been to—and we completely agree! If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, top-notch service, and an unforgettable atmosphere, Sun Valley Resort is truly exceptional. We’re so grateful for the role they played in making our day so special.

Food was mediocre for what you are paying for. Sleigh ride was nice but for 320$ a person you think you wouldn’t be charged for the hot chocolate before the ride. The carolers were great and fun. We did not get offered anything else to drink but water. The mushroom soup and bread was not good. We got the beef short ribs and steak medallions and it seemed like they were trying too hard to make unique flavors but it fell short. However the deserts were good.

Beautiful restaurant built from and onto a historic local cabin along a creek. Popular wedding and event venue.

Taking the sleigh out in the winter is a fun memorable evening if a little spendy. Sleigh rides vary by the night and time but they can be very enjoyable. The food is much better than it was seven, eight years ago. Trout was good. The opening Butternut Soup was was the table wide favorite. The beet and apple salad is a fun adventure. The Date Cake is fun and pairs well with the crackling fire.

We kind of had a Hemmiingway themed wedding, wed at his memorial, stayed in the Hemingway room at the lodge, my wedding dress was a dress that belonged to a friend of Hemingway, so of course our reception was at the Trail Creek Cabin, since he hung out there too. All this was quite by accident, it’s just that Hemingway has such great taste in locations. What a perfect place to have our Wedding Reception, completely unforgettable!!!

Breakfast restaurant
Cafe
Java On Fourth is a small chain coffee shop located on Ketchum's Fourth Street. It was originally opened in 1991 as a neighborhood hangout and has since become known for its relaxed atmosphere, specialty drinks, and American fare served at breakfast and lunch. The cafe's founder, Todd Rippo, infused his love for motorcycles, skateboarding, and punk culture into the space with touches like framed motorcycle art on the walls and band photos as table markers.
I went here twice while visiting Sun Valley and was not disappointed! Good coffee, especially oat milk cappuccinos and great pastries, including gluten free items from Three Peas GF bakery. The holiday muffin was cranberry orange and so freaking delicious. I also had the breakfast sandwich on a nice buttery croissant that was pretty good!

Delicious iced Thai coffee (latte with a bit of sweetened condensed milk). So good I came back the next day and had the same thing. Great atmosphere and very fast service!
Gabby A — Google review
Obviously popular amongst the rich folks. Coffee was good but food was less than desirable. They did not get one of our names right on coffee or food. We did not get our food made correctly and when one of our party went to ask about getting it made correctly he ended up walking into the kitchen for the adjustment. Cute space for coffee and chat but not a lot of space inside or out for a big party.

Hi there, I grew up in Boise and have always been a loyal supporter of Java. Since moving to Ketchum about nine years ago, I’ve continued to visit your location here, but I wanted to share some constructive feedback based on my recent experiences. Each time I’ve visited the Ketchum location, it has taken over 20 minutes to receive my drink, even when the shop wasn’t busy. This morning was a similar experience — the person who took my order didn’t seem familiar with a Bowl of Soul, and the interaction felt a bit rushed and unfriendly. I also noticed that several customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. It seemed that some of the staff behind the counter weren’t staying engaged with drink preparation or customer service, even though there were orders waiting to be filled. I left a tip and paid nearly $7 for my coffee, so I just wanted to offer this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the overall service and consistency that Java is known for. Thank you for taking the time to read this — I truly appreciate the brand and hope to see the Ketchum location shine as much as the Boise stores do.

Want to like this place. Location is great. The coffee is fine. But the food is minimal effort… those are NOT Huevos Rancheros.

This place is really struggling. Went here with my wife and was not at all impressed by the food or coffee. My cap was drip coffee with a tiny bit of milky foam on top. Very unimpressive for the price, I imagine there are much better options in town.

Cute place, great food. I wish we lived here. On our recent drive through the Sun Valley area, we came here two mornings in a row. Lots of delicious food options, and the Bowl of Soul is not to be missed.

Italian restaurant
Village Station is a charming restaurant located in the heart of Sun Valley Village, just a short walk from the newly renovated Sun Valley Lodge. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a blend of Italian and American dishes, including specialty pizzas and gourmet burgers. With indoor and outdoor seating available, as well as curbside pickup, it's a great spot for families to gather or to catch a game while enjoying delicious food and seasonal cocktails.
Incredible happy hour! We had the margs ($7), and shared the burger ($13) with truffle fries and Buffalo wings (8 of them). Zero complaints! Some apps are 50% off during HH from 3-5 pm daily, along with some other beverage specials. The folks next to us had a pepperoni pizza of sorts that had us envious!

After a long day of skiing, almost anything tastes good, but this place has some hits and misses. The beef stroganoff was solid—comforting, hearty, and just what you need after the slopes. However, the gluten-free pizza? Let’s just say it kept me up all night, and not in a good way. The atmosphere is cozy, and it’s the kind of spot that feels perfect for après-ski vibes. Still, I’d probably skip the gluten-free options next time and stick to the classics. Overall, not a bad stop if you’re hungry and coming off the mountain!

Excellent restaurant, great food . Very clean and modern. If youe ever in Sun valley area you must stop here. Only $109 for 2 people what a deal these days for amazing food. that includes a drink and appetizers plus main course

We come here every year on our family trip to sun valley, they are always kind and accommodate our big group. We have had Francine as our server the past 2 years and she is wonderful, kind, and super sweet to our little ones. Everyone enjoyed their food, my boyfriend did have a small compliant about his food and she made it right immediately. I got the half Caesar/ half pasta and it was the perfect amount of food for me. Great spot in a great little area!

Our family loved the food, service, and atmosphere of this restaurant! The mushroom pizza and chicken fettuccine were very flavorful. It was interesting reading information about the first chairlift at Sun Valley on the walls.

I was quite impressed with Village Station. We were visiting from out of town and decided to try a new place, happy to say we weren’t disappointed! We were seated quickly. Constantly had beverages refilled. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was inviting and casual but refined. Could dress up or dress down, up to you! The food was absolutely delicious! Ordered the flatbread, meatball sub, and chicken picatta…each dish was bursting with flavor and we’d definitely order them again! Plus the prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Encourage everyone to eat here!

If you want a less traditional and more modern Sun Valley experience, the Village Station will be right for you. We sat outside. Loved the Idaho outdoors. The food hit the spot. Highly recommend for any family.

Fantastic food with big portions, friendly staff, and a perfect place to eat after a fun day of skiing. It's located right next to the Sun Valley Inn. Has a full bar and good wine. I recommend their garlic cheese bread, and the chicken parmigiana with a glass of red wine. Our server Gabby was fantastic!

LOVE this place. It has not changed since opening in the 1970’s. I remember coming here as a teenager. Grab a dog, and sit at the picnic tables basking on the sun after a morning of skiing, What’s not to love? SunValley is not as over stated as other western reports with instagram snappers everywhere, but the lodges are fancy, and this little hole in the wall is a relief when compared to the fois gras everything in the valley (I exaggerate- it is beautiful here, and well worth a visit) have the original dog with the works for a delicious afternoon snack or light lunch. Comes with chips! Don’t miss the cookies- they are delicious too

Average hot dogs at a high price. If you are going to get something make sure that it is a polish sausage with the toppings you're interested in.

Cheaper than eating on the hill. The hotdog stand is located at the base of the hill, across the street. They serve very typical hotdog offerings, purchased from costco, assembled at the stand. Dont expect magic, but they do offer a decent product at a decent price.

This place is so cool!! Iced latte was great. The lemon something muffin was delicious, and very lemony. The woman that waited on me was very pleasant and went right to work on the latte and there is a bit of seating outside where I was able to sit in the shade and the cool breeze and just relax. Rude staff, passive aggressive attitude towards customers who are paying their bills and they force their political garbage on you. The Grill at Knob Hill is an upscale eatery located on the ground floor of the Knob Hill Inn, offering a Northwest-inspired New American menu. The large dining room makes it ideal for groups, and reservations are recommended. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a more intimate experience at the bar with seating for about fifteen. The menu features seasonal rotations and starts every meal with delicious popovers served with honey butter.
I was staying at the hotel and decided to try the restaurant. It was really, really good! I had the walleye with sauteed spinach and seasonal vegetables. I started with the fall salad with vinaigrette dressing. I had a popover with a honey butter sauce that was so delicious. The service was great. He offered really great suggestions. The manager came by and checked on me. Everything was perfect!

Our experience here was truly exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with obvious skill and passion. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly . It's clear he puts his heart and soul into this place.

10 Star Review! We hosted a private dinner for 11 people at The Grill at Knob Hill. Will, the manager was so great to work with. Will, and the chef curated a beautiful Autumn Idaho Dinner. Our guests were from Boston and New Hampshire so we wanted to present the best from Idaho. We started with a Fall Moscow Mule for cocktail, then a beautiful nut, dried fruit, cheese, honey, roasted garlic baguette plates for each guest, then a savory butternut squash soup with basil olive oil drizzle, the Autumn salad with shaved cheese, nut, pomegranate was awesome, the main entree was Idaho trout with an herb butter and wagu steak, rice pilaf, the famous popovers, and finished with Fall home made stone fruit cobbler. The wine choices by Will were awesome. Autumn in Sun Valley - Ketchum, the beautiful golden aspen trees, and a fantastic dinner and amazing staff at the Grill at Knob Hill was the perfect evening.

We celebrated our 32nd anniversary here & we couldn't think of a finer place. Menu included all of our parents' & any foodie's classic favorites, like escargot, lamb lollipops, filet mignon & prime rib, rack of lamb, proper Wienerschnitzel with the perfect balance of sweet (lingonberries) to savory (spaetzle), mud pie... Oh & piping hot, crusty, buttery pillow-soft popovers, our first!!! So addictive. Service was warm & friendly. But we should've asked for steak knives for our roast chicken & schnitzel, & mud pie...

Appetizer: calamari - was shaped like French fries which reduced all the chewiness - amazing - hint of spice Dinner: (special) scallops with avocado, wild rice and jalapeño butter - 2nd dinner pretzel encrusted walleye - both were amazing - scallop dish had a lot more lemon/acid and the walleye dish was a lot more subtle We would return and get both again

We sat in the garden outside. It was unbelievably lovely... I felt like I was at a garden party in England. The tables sit on a soft, green lawn, beautiful flowers and shrubs all around the perimeterof the lawn. At night it gets dark and all you have is moonlight, candle lit tables and some string lights. I was perfectly delighted by the ambiance. I had the shrimp for an appetizer and the Idaho Trout. Shrimp came out in the shell and was a bit of a pain to peel, but the trout was perfect. It was a huge portion (but I couldn't... I ate the whole thing).

Excellent service and unbelievable filet mignon! We sat in the bar area during the dinner rush to be in a quieter place and loved that we still got a private table. Gretchen's, located in the Sun Valley Lodge in Ketchum, offers a classy and modern dining experience with a menu that changes seasonally. The restaurant provides all-day New American cuisine with options like frittatas and short rib goulash.
Met my son here for a nice birthday lunch before the Symphony and the service was most excellent. I ordered the Poke Bowl made so fresh with watermelon and the desserts were incredible made from scratch we had to get TWO!! I can't wait to go back and try dinner menu!

Our food tasted great. I ordered the Curry Chicken and Apple Croissant (organic chicken breast, house curry, currants, $20.00) and it was phenomenal. The curry was well seasoned. The croissant was wonderfully buttery. It truly is a delicious recipe! My one complaint is that it’s rather messy. I couldn’t take a bite without half the inner goods spilling out. The coleslaw was mildly sweet and paired well with the croissant. My husband dined in the Rachel (black pepper roasted turkey breast, swiss, coleslaw, thousand island, sourdough, $21.00) and thought the bread was a little too greasy for his liking. He also found the sandwich difficult to eat without it falling apart. Nonetheless, it’s a great sandwich with plenty of fresh ingredients and yummy tastes. The side of chips he chose were addicting! Our bartender and waiter were super friendly, patient and informative. The drinks came out fast and full every time. We visited around 2:00-3:30 so the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. The seats at the tables were very comfortable.

Cute place, I was excited to try the wagyu ribeye steak. I was surprised when it arrived maybe 3/8” thick smothered in a dark brown gravy. Very tough and grisly, I would not recommend it. My wife had a sea bass special which she enjoyed.

Mara from Croatia was a spectacular server here. Very repondant to refills and checking the quality of out experience. Justin delivered our delicious chili & Salad meals promptly and steaming hot. Thank you for the excellent lunch in the snow covered village. Plus the lavender gin drop was on point and perfect cocktail to warm me up!

Not good. Hostess. Told us all the tables were filled up with people who had reservations. They said this was the case even though they were visibly very many tables open on the patio. We looked online. They still had reservations available. Made a reservation and came back 15 minutes later, you were then seated, the wait staff was overworked and visibly stressed. Our server was good. But because we were seated outside and they had too much space to walk between the kitchen and all the different tables which delayed service. The food for dinner the large burger was very dry and did not have enough sauce. Gluten-free bun was fine. For the prices. It was not a premium experience. Nice outdoor seating area. Would recommend eating somewhere else. I really did not want to tip at this place because the service was not very good, however I did will still leave some tip out of courtesy.

Our server, Diego did an excellent job! He made our experience fun and special. Loved this place! We got three appetizers and they were all delicious. Then got two pasta plates and the noodles were wonderful as well as the sauces. Our 2-year old ate a portion of all the different plates and loved it. They don’t have high chairs FYI but our little boy just sat in a normal chair and was fine!

Loved this dinner! We don't eat out very often simply because I'm often disappointed in the food. I hate spending money on dinner that is just so-so. Well this food is not so-so, absolutely delightful, and made with love. We had appetizers, salad, entrees, desserts and they were all outstanding. Nothing I wouldn't recommend. We will definitely be coming back when we want to go out to dinner. Oh and the service was equally wonderful.

Not really sure how they get such good seafood out here but this easily one of my favorite restaurants for it. We ate some swordfish that had the best consistency and mouth feel I've ever had, it was like a steak from the ocean, in a good way. The scallops were as big as my fist and cooked perfectly. The duck linguine was my least favorite part, and it was amazing so that should tell you something about the quality of food here.

Great tapas and wine. If you like ginger beer be sure to try out their locally made ginger beer, it's awesome. Definitely make reservations though. We tried to walk in a few nights later and they were unable to accommodate walk-ins due to staffing and they don't do takeout.

Not sure how we’ve missed this gem. Great service, super delicious food, and really good portions. We like to eat healthy and we like to splurge and felt that we had multiple options on both sides over two visits. Amazing specials and some good static items. I recently came across a video from a visitor to Sun Valley who shared their experience with the restaurant. According to her, a waitress made an offensive comment about a fellow employee’s inability to read or speak English. As someone from an immigrant family, this was incredibly disappointing to hear, especially in a community I’ve called home my whole life. I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and ensures that all employees are treated with the respect they deserve. The people working hard behind the scenes are the backbone of any business, and they should be valued, not criticized.

A true gem in the heart of Ketchum. This was our third visit to Raspberry’s. We have not had a bad meal yet. All their food are made to order from scratch. You can taste the freshness of all their ingredients Service was friendly and sincere. Even during our last visit, when their service staff was clearly very busy, they were patient, helpful, and kind. I had the Green Goddess soup to start…the quality of the ingredients clearly shone through. I then followed with two half sandwiches, the Vege with Hummus and a French Dip Brisket. Literally best I’ve had. The. Vege was savory and extremely well flavored. The brisket was unbelievably tender with the jus that was out of this work. Can’t remember the last time I had such good sandwiches. Do not miss out on Rasberrys….or maybe do…so I don’t have to wait in line the next time we visit.

Was brought in by a local and I’m seriously sad there aren’t more Rasberrys around the nation. EVERYTHING was tasty! I ordered the meatloaf, street tacos (veggie tacos were the best in my opinion), soup, tuna potato fried balls, and a whole slew of pastries! The olive cake is to die for. My personal favorite was the oatmeal raisin cookie! I could eat my weight in them!

Very reasonably priced for such a lovely hotel! Diego was our server and he was great.

3 stars for food 4 stars for service 5 stars for atmosphere Food is average. Price is high. Vibe is also high. Don’t get it twisted, you’re there for the nice cozy vibes and good service. The food comes second. We recommend the truffle fires and the tempura green beans. The rest of the stuff is hit or miss.

Had an amazing dinner at the bar, and thanks Brandon for the tasty drinks. Anna however is a powerhouse and she must’ve been making drinks for the whole resort! Lovely 🥰

Great relaxed vibe. Service was good. Loved the tomato bisque soup & guacamole/chips (which was large).

Waited long time to order lunch. Bartender was not that friendly. Tempura green beans lacked flavor. Curry Chicken croissant sandwich was horrible. I ate about a quarter of the sandwich, gave feedback when asked, and they did nothing. I was very disappointed in the experience.

Oh my gosh food is great! Every Friday night I would order delicious Ahi Tuna Poke, King Salmon & kale bowl, and key lime pie. The key lime pie was so fluffy and not cheesy, perfect 🥰!!! On top of a great live piano jazz music.

Met friends for cocktails & nibbles to celebrate my first return to Sun Valley in a year. Our server, Lisa, did a great job. I need to hydrate & she served our drinks in a timely manner & kept my water glass full. We had the shrimp wontons. They appeared a bit crispy, but the filling was both ample & tasty. I wouldn't choose the honey based dipping sauce, but that's a personal thing. My favorite Sun Valley pianist, Joe Fos, delivered as always. His music can't be beat!

Grabbed drinks at the bar on a Friday night. It's everything you envision Sun Valley to be, wrapped up in a classy package and it appears to be recently renovated. Good ambiance and comfy seating, where you'll find a nice mix of international travelers, wealthy types, skiiers, and even locals. Some great live music too. Not inexpensive, but no surprise there.

Sandwich shop
Nestled in the heart of Ketchum, Idaho, Johnny G's Sub Shack has been delighting locals and visitors alike since its establishment in 1998. This charming family-owned eatery is a true reflection of the Sun Valley lifestyle, adorned with local memorabilia that tells the story of this vibrant community. With unique patio booths crafted from old skis and displays honoring pro-skier Karl Fostvedt’s achievements, it offers an inviting atmosphere for all.
We go here every time we come into town. The sandwiches have toasted bread, but cold insides, and it makes for a really yummy sandwich. The bread is not too thick. My favorite is the meatless masterpiece, but then adding ham. Ha. We also LOVE the chocolate chips cookies. They make every sandwich to perfection so it is not super fast but not slow either. Worth the wait!!!
Kristen G — Google review
Cool atmosphere for a sandwich shop. I like all the pictures, nice to kill time and look at them when you're waiting for food. Service was good too, people were friendly. I got the gyro special and it was pretty flavorless. I've had way better gyros/sandwiches. I'll try it again, but as of now, the food isn't that great.
AF — Google review
I recently tried the sandwiches at Johnny G's Sub Shack, and unfortunately, they fell a bit flat. While the ingredients were fresh, the flavor combinations just didn't do it for me—everything tasted a bit bland and uninspired. For a quick bite, they might satisfy your hunger, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them. Overall, just mediocre at best.
Reba F — Google review
Johnny G's is amazing! Great food, service, and just a really cool little shack with tons of memorabilia plastered all over the wall. There is definitely a lot of history at the little place. The food is fantastic! As a first-time goer, I ordered their first sub off the top of their menu, the Delbello, and the house special soup, tomato bisque. After a very short wait and good interactions with their service team I was first brought the tomato bisque, which for a good sized cup only cost me $4, and let me tell you, that is quite possibly the best money I've ever spent on soup. Absolutely fantastic! It's just a creamy and delightful, warm, and fulfilling soup with just the right amount of acidic bite. It's definitely the best bisque I've ever had. Then, after finishing my soup, they brought me my 12" Delbello sub, which cost me $14. Overall, I ended up spending just over $20 with tax, which is not bad at all for Ketchum. I then brought my sub back home with me, and even after 30 mins of sitting in the car, it had to be one of the best subs I've ever had. Great job, Johnny G's! You will always have my recommendation! 👏
Arie S — Google review
The sandwiches here are very mediocre. I've been 3 times within the past year and each sandwich I've had has been very flavorless. The bread is good and they're toasted nicely, but I will probably not come back. Service was pretty good though, and it is decorated in a fun way.

I believe that this is the only good thing we found in Ketchum.. I had the #1 and my husband had the #7 and they were amazing! The service here was great, very friendly and patient even though it was very busy. We would come back if we ever had to pass through.

Leroy's Ice Cream is a charming little spot located in the heart of Ketchum's Town Square. This cozy shack offers a delightful selection of locally made CloverLeaf Ice Cream, refreshing milkshakes, flavorful sorbets, and freshly squeezed lemonade until 10 pm. While the prices may be slightly higher due to its resort town location, the quality and taste of their ice cream are definitely worth it.
Best ice cream ever! Very friendly kids that work there. Love that they donate profits to schools. Only place to come on a summer night.
Phil C — Google review
LeRoy’s Ice Cream is a cute little shack in the town square center in Ketchum. I’ve been here several times. The ice cream is actually good quality from a local dairy. The staff is really nice and helpful. The cones they offer are fresh and you can’t go wrong with a waffle cone. The prices are higher, but that’s expected from a resort town. The selection or choice of ice cream are minimal, however what they do have are solid choices to choose from. I would stop here and get ice cream again, especially on a hot day. Lots of fun.
Nathan H — Google review
Great place to grab ice cream in the heart of Ketchum. Varied selection of some classic and new flavors - ice cream and sorbets. Every flavor we ordered tasted great. My kids rated this the best ice cream they had in Ketchum. Would recommend!
Kris S — Google review
Lovely ice cream! We loved it! The servers were very kind. Only one chocolate option though. Delish!!
Madi L — Google review
Honestly, the ice cream was just okay. Pralines and Cream lacked the pralines and the cream. Waffle cone could have been fresher. But I'll bump from 3 to 4 stars since Leroy seems like a good guy who donates to children.

Taco restaurant
Barrio 75, located at Hotel Ketchum, is a vibrant taco haven that brings the flavors of Mexico right to your doorstep. This lively eatery offers a fresh twist on traditional tacos, featuring unique creations like the French Onion Barbacoa and The Reuben taco. For those seeking vegetarian options, the Griddled Cheese taco with pressed cotija and guacamole is a must-try!
The tacos were delicious, service was great considering they are short staffed, the drinks were really good, and I'm a very picky drinker, the rice and beans were okay, and the salad we got as a starter was delicious.
Stephanie B — Google review
tacos are certainly not worth $9-$10. These specialty tacos were really expensive tacos and I can’t even say I liked the taste of any. Some tasted quite horrible. I want to know who came up with steak burger taco? Tasted like a cheap meal you put together when you run out of ingredients in your fridge. I didn’t try any of their street tacos to be fair, maybe they were good? I won’t be back to find out It felt like they’re trying too hard to fit into the mold of an upscale taco joint. Paid way too much and left unhappy.
Hesam — Google review
It’s not bad at all. We were there off season so it wasn’t packed. Guacamole was good. Not a fan of their salsa. The tacos were pretty good.
Tucker B — Google review
Wanted to love this place. We brought our son for his 15th bday while on vacation here. We ordered guacomole, multiple kinds of tacos and the wings. The beef taco was unseasoned and burned. It was inedible. The Barbacoa was the best taco and I highly recommend it. Flavorful and well done. Unfortunately, the cojita taco taste was marred by the strong onions. Also ordered the ginger margarita and it was harsh so we ordered ginger beer to give it some balance but our second round of drinks never arrived. Cool atmosphere with potential and the snow globes are fun.
Laura S — Google review
Unbelievably disappointed with the food here. A year ago the tacos were delicious, this time we got a “pork belly” taco that had two sad pieces of bacon. The street corn that is described as “char-grilled corn” is definitely just canned corn dressed up in some spices and Mayo in a fancy serving bowl. If you’re not going to get fresh corn because it’s out of season, make it a seasonal dish. There was rubbery craft cheese on the carne asada steak burger taco, and the steak was overdone. On top of the poor quality, each tiny taco is $4 or $5. If you want good tacos go to KB’s, don’t waste your money here. If you’re not looking for food other than chips and guac, the margaritas and tequila options here are fantastic.
Kate J — Google review
We did the bubble tent dining during Taco Tuesday. Pro: -barbacoa taco was great -cocktails not overly sweet -minimal contact with online ordering and the wait staff passing the food through the tent door -very fast service Con: -Elote appetizer was mostly frozen (must be pre-made and refrigerated?) -very small portions (1 taco = about 4 bites) -the full price tacos didn’t have everything on them as listed (no fried jalapeños on the $6.75 mahi taco, no pico on any taco) -they don’t air out the bubble tents at all between guests, so you better hope the group before you doesn’t have COVID -the heat in the tent all rises to the top, so we both had totally numb/frozen toes by the end of the meal -the inside of the bubble tents get a ton of condensation on them since there’s no ventilation, which is pretty gross to walk into a tent coated in the last party’s exhaled breath. -all the other tacos besides the barbacoa I found quite bland (maybe because of the missing toppings?)
Nell — Google review
They kinda do everything right here. The I recommend starting with the Guatemala and salsas add the queso to the mix. Try a flight of tequila or if you like things Smokey try mezcal. Definitely will come back soon PS don’t skip the dulce de leche curros
Amanda H — Google review
First of all, I'm a local. I've been to many local restaurants, so I have a reasonably good lay of the land. Barrio75 was a total surprise to me, and that is really saying something. My sweetie and I enjoyed our date night on the deck, overlooking baldy. We sipped on very delicious passion fruit daiquiris. We also enjoyed the most amazing nachos and churros. Dinner was adequate, but we also stuck to less adventurous choices. Our drinks, appetizer, and dessert were absolutely five stars. Next time we will be bolder in our entree selections.

Village Market is a convenient grocery store located in the heart of a ski town, offering a wide range of products from fresh produce and vegetables to snacks, toiletries, and wines. The deli is particularly outstanding, with friendly staff who can craft mouth-watering sandwiches using bread from other parts of the store. Customers have praised the market for its good Latin food selection and high-quality ingredients for cooking.
If you're staying at a condo, this is the first place to stop. They have lots of fresh creations as well as a full stock of vegetables even in the winter and everything you can imagine in a grocery store. Be prepared to pay a premium because you're in a ski town, but based on other ski towns it could be a lot worse.

The Village Market is amazing! They have so many yummy and organic foods for sale. The down side is the customer service is non existant. It seems that most of the up front staff would rather be doing something else. I did not feel appreciate or even seen. It was very sad.
Tothetrailsandbeyond — Google review
My wife and I stopped by here to get lunch before heading out for a hike in the mountains. Prices are okay for the area and the place is clean, but the deli is truly the outstanding feature of this store, at least in our experience. Korina in the deli was especially friendly and helpful. She put the sandwich on bread we picked out from another part of the store. Then she proceeded to make the most mouth-watering sandwich while we continued to shop. The sandwich quality was very high and the price very reasonable. If I ever return to Ketchum again this will be my first stop.

If you find yourself in Ketchum, make sure to stop by A Taste of Thai for a delightful culinary experience. This charming eatery offers an impressive lunch menu that won't break the bank—around $18 gets you two generous dishes! With a focus on vegan and vegetarian options, there's something for everyone. Recently under new ownership, A Taste of Thai has elevated its offerings with mouthwatering dishes like sweet and sour chicken and pineapple fried rice that practically melts in your mouth.
**Better than before!!** We have been to Taste of Thai many times before, under previous ownership. If you revisit, you will be pleasantly surprised. The moment we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the new owner. We ordered fresh spring rolls, (to die for) spicy fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken. Our meal was amazingly flavorful and delicious. We could taste a hint of mint in our spring rolls, which was a welcome addition. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Our table service was perfect, as was my enormous glass of Chardonnay. Our toddler enjoyed his rice and chicken and played happily during dinner. We will definitely return sooner than later!

SO GOOD! The best Thai food I’ve ever had. I usually don’t write reviews but had to after eating their food. The pineapple fried rice is so good. It melts in your mouth. Also, the shrimp spring rolls are also so good... so fresh. The new owner is also so sweet. Big thumbs up for this place!!! If you’re in town, for SURE worth the time to check out!!!

Excellent Thai food in Ketchum Idaho! You can tell that the owner has put a lot of heart and soul into making this an authentic Thai dining experience. The fresh rolls, and sauces that come with them were flavorful and fresh! The shrimp and pork dumplings were to die for! I loved the green curry. The shrimp hot pot was outstanding and unique from the classic Thai I usually have. The owner is a really cool down to earth guy.

A Taste of Thai in Ketchum changed ownership a few months ago. The food is absolutely delicious. We could eat there every day. It has always been one of my wife and my favorite restaurants, but it's even better under the new ownership. The sweet and sour chicken is incredible, as is the spicy rice. The new owner is extremely invested in the restaurant and has been there every time we have visited. He takes great pride in the restaurant. I highly recommend A Taste of Thai in Ketchum!!!

The Thai food here is fantastic! The service was good too. We tried two noodle dishes; pad thai and one other and both were great! If you need to satiate your Thai tastebudes in Sun Valley this is the place to do it.
John A — Google review
Very good / authentic Thai food! My son's Chicken Fried Rice tasted exactly like the Fried Rice from my time in Thailand many years ago. The Panang Curry was SPICY and so good. The one bite of Massaman Curry my wife surrendered to me was delish. We went twice during our stay in the Ketchum area, with Taste of Thai being the only restaurant that we 'double dipped.'
Ryan W — Google review
Do not give this place your money. I worked as a chef here for 4 months and tried to fix the place, but the kitchen is disgusting beyond repair. The owners are racist toward Americans and will not hesitate to serve dangerously old food because they have deep-seated hate toward Americans. The server is rude to all Americans who bring their kids in to eat. The curry, and the filling for the fried spring rolls is used beyond when it turns rotten, among other things. They also offered me a room and board deal in the basement which is leaking water from the kitchen, has no hot water in the shower, black mold, the temperature reaches 40 degrees in the basement at night. They forced me to work while I was very sick for a whole week and laughed at my legitimate ailments.

I had the best food at Ramen Cowboy! To start, the vibes inside are awesome! Such cute decor. For the food, I ordered the tofu bites, cucumber, and the mushroom ramen. They were all so good and full of flavor! They have vegan and gluten free options which is amazing! I will come back.

Easily the best Ramen I have had in Idaho so far. Ive had a few places in my local area of Idaho Falls and Pocatello, but this location in Ketchum beats all of them. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it was very good. The broth was rich, the shoyu egg was marinated and cooked to the perfect yolk consistency for Ramen, the pork chashu was flavorful and had perfect texture, and the noodles were just how I like them. Highly recommend!
Tanuj G — Google review
This ramen place stood out due to its unique recipe and fusion. Dry ramens were flavorful and really good, even incorporated Idaho potatoes. Got to know that the owner traveled to Japan quietly a bit and got some inspiration there. Will definitely come back

Hands down the best mushroom Ramen I’ve ever had. The perfect balance of umami broth, noodles cooked to perfection and creamy egg. Thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping my immune system strong!
Chef C — Google review
I ordered the Short Rib Ramen with black garlic. The meat was so burnt that the entire bowl was black. It tasted like the dirty BBQ grill. I took it back to the restaurant and explained that the soup was not edible. However, i was told that it was supposed to taste that way due to the black garlic and the blackened meat. I have cooked with black garlic and it's really lovely and nice. I've also eaten at restaurants that blacken their food, and it doesn't taste like a dirty barbecue grill. As a result, I have a stomach ache 😫. Stay clear of this restaurant.
Sherrey C — Google review
Why is there not a line out the door at Cowboy Ramen? This is top-of-the-line ramen, with a subtle outdoorsy twist, right here in the middle of nowhere Idaho! I kept it fairly straightforward with the miso ramen, but a little chili kick kept my palette buzzing with layers of flavor and warmth. The noodles are excellent, with an authentic bite of density. They could use being de-starched a little before being added to the bowl as they were clumpy, but a few stirs and all was good. My only complaint on atmosphere was the really loud "background" music. It really was too in your face for me, and if I would have been there with friends, made conversation challenging. But, small quibble and easily fixable. The main attraction, the ramen, is truly excellent.
Graham P — Google review
I ordered the Tantanmen and was quite disappointed with the quality of the dish. The soup was extremely spicy but lacked depth of flavor, and despite being very hungry, I was unable to finish the ramen. Additionally, the dish was served with soba noodles rather than traditional ramen noodles, which was unexpected. On a positive note, the service and atmosphere were good. However, based on this experience, I would rate the ramen 1 out of 10.
Yukie H — Google review
I normally do not like tofu but their tofu bites are delicious. The BBQ sauce they put on them was amazing. I ordered their short rib ramen it was also really good. I do think maybe 2 slices of short rib would be better considering the price of the ramen. All in all I had a great experience the staff was considerate and efficient. Will be back again and it’s definitely worth a try while in Ketchum.

Finding this organic café while traveling was like discovering a little oasis of conscious nourishment. As a vegan, gluten-free couple on the road, we're often challenged to find places that truly understand our dietary needs—but this gem exceeded our expectations in every way. The commitment to organic ingredients is evident in every sip and bite. Their cold-pressed juices have that vibrant, alive quality that only comes from truly fresh, chemical-free produce. The açaí bowls were beautifully crafted with thoughtful toppings that complemented rather than masked the superfood's natural earthiness. What touched us most was the genuine kindness of everyone we encountered. From the person taking our order to the team preparing our food, there was a warmth and care that made us feel welcomed rather than accommodated. It's clear this isn't just about serving food—it's about nourishing people with intention and heart. The fact that they were open during our visit felt like a small miracle. When you're maintaining specific dietary choices while traveling, having access to truly clean, plant-based options can make the difference between feeling energized and supported versus compromised and depleted. This is exactly the kind of establishment our communities need more of—places that understand food as medicine and treat every customer with genuine care. Five stars for nourishment that feeds mind | body | spirit!

With its cozy ambiance and friendly service, it's a go-to destination for those seeking exceptional wine selections and delectable food.
Pretty legit wine bar, and I don’t say that lightly. The menu has almost everything available by the glass. The food ranges from cheese and charcuterie to small salads and soups. You could definitely make a full meal for yourself here with a friend to share a few plates. In addition to wines, they also have a few spritzes and non alcoholic options. Something for everyone. Based on the finishing touches and wine list, it’s fair to say these people know what they’re doing.

This place is an absolute Gem! I love the food, wine and ALL the fabulous people who make Scout one of the most impressive restaurants in Ketchum. It’s the go-to for incredible wine selections, food and charcuterie boards. Sometimes they even have special wine pairing dinners so ask about those for a beautiful experience sure to keep you coming back for more!

Very disappointing experience, especially since a friend spoke well of Scout W&C. My friend and I each ordered salads and wine. I received the wrong salad, brought it to the attention of the server. His response was to bring the ticket to me and show me what was recorded as my order. I explained that I did not order a club salad because I don't eat the things that are in it. So, he asked me if I would like to purchase another salad. My friend and I were also surprised at the complete lack of presentation, the salads served in small bowls - $25 each, including $8 chicken add-on that looked like it came from a frozen nuggets bag. I did eat the salad because I was hungry and it tasted ok - like leftover salad from yesterday's picnic. For a place where you order/pay at the register and for the high prices, I would have expected more effort in service and presentation. I tipped 22% in advance expecting to be pleased. I recognized one of the staff there who has managed other restaurants, and am surprised that he would associate himself with Scout. The wine was good.

Was really excited about trying this place out for my birthday. I love cheese and was super bummed by the charcuterie board cheese selections on it, didn't like a single one which is super rare. Customer service was non existent except for the girl who was trying her hardest on her first day. We felt very ignored and left after one glass because of vibes. Maybe we didn't look like we had enough money, I duno.

We heard about the recent re-opening of this restaurant and checked out the new menu/format today for lunch. It was a lovely meal. The salad was excellent - really fresh greens, asparagus, peas, and avocado mint dressing. How nice to have locally procured morels in a few menu items. We had the morel mushroom tartine w/ ricotta and an arugula side. And to round things out, the fries with aioli were very good. All paired with a nice white wine and an Aperol Spritz. It was an overall good experience and we'll definitely go back.

Scout has new ownership and it made such a huge difference. I especially love the tapas options- the wine list is not the same old boring Napa name brand selection but wines carefully selected that most of us have never heard off. I love Saturdays DJ night - can’t wait for what’s to come.

Excellent food, (love the chopped salad). Good selection of wine by the bottle or the glass. Limited but good selection of cheeses. The patio is a wonderful place to sit, weather permitting. The only problem can be getting your order in. The procedure is to order at the register as you enter and then take a seat. Usually there is only one register active. If there is a line, I don’t go in. Inevitably people have menu questions, in groups it takes a long time for the group to order.

Nice little farmer's market. Several veggie and fruit stands. Bakery items, crafts, and food.

Love the new location in Ketchum and thankful to see repeat vendors, Squash Blossom, Hangar Bread and King Organics. The music was a nice touch.

What a great farmers market! Some of the booths had crazy long lines. Found homemade potato chips, apple pie and caramel corn. And lots of dogs to pet.

Coffee shop
Hailey Coffee Co (Hangout) is a must-visit spot in Hailey, offering a unique blend of a bike shop, bar and grill. The place features locally sourced organic food and provides a sunny patio where visitors can relax and enjoy their meals. In Ketchum, there are several dining options such as Grumpys known for its post-ride burgers and beer, Rickshaw serving Asian-inspired small plates, and Wiseguy Pizza offering unconventional pizza varieties like the White Trash Guy.
If the girl at the register would get off her phone she’d know what to do. Never greeted me. Literally standing three feet from me staring at her phone. Left me there to pay after ringing me up, Never gave my change back, when I asked for it. She gave me a random amount not associated with my transaction. The coffee is surprisingly delicious. But the interaction left a lot to be desired.

Pizza restaurant
Italian restaurant
Wiseguy Pizza Pie is a local chain that offers creative pizzas, calzones, and wings in a casual setting. Located in the heart of Ketchum, this small and casual restaurant is a favorite among locals. They take pride in using local and fresh ingredients to make New York style hand-tossed pizzas topped with whole-milk mozzarella. The pizza dough is made daily with grains primarily sourced from Northern Idaho farmers and baked to perfection in stone deck ovens.
Very good! Fresh and not greasy at all. Thin but good quality dough. 10/10 would recommend. I got the White Trash Guy, the potato chips on top were an excellent crunch. 👌🏼

Friendly helpful service and they cooked my pizza lightly baked like I requested. Nice little pizza shop. The pizza I ordered - Metro Guy- didn't taste as good as I hoped- hence 4 stars instead of 5- but it was OK. I think it needed a bit more salt or seasoning- the chicken was said to be spicy marinated chicken, but couldn't tell it was spicy at all or what marinade they used which was the main thing I didn't like. I couldn't tell what seasoning it was. I probably should have stuck with a more traditional option and would go back and do so when I'm in the area again.

One of my last stops in Ketchum was Wiseguy Pizza Pie and I'm so glad we got to try it out! It was one of those evenings where the only thing I wanted was to enjoy a nice down-to-earth meal in a relaxed setting. While there is some indoor seating, the restaurant offers some seating outside that appears to be shared with the KB's Ketchum Burrito place. With that said, there's plenty of places to sit outside and once you place your order inside, they will bring your food out to you! One major remark I have about this place is the heavy pour of wine they had to offer! In addition to beer on tap, they also offer a small selection of wine on tap and you will receive a large serving! NO complaints from me on that, haha! It was a good quality Rosé too! For food, we ordered the following: Garlic Knots - these were delicious! They pull apart really easily and weren't too garlicky. I really enjoyed the marinara too as it didn't taste like it was from a jar or can, even if it was! Buffalo Wings - the buffalo wings were cooked well and had a slight crisp to them which was nice! They could have stood to have a bit more buffalo sauce on them, but were cooked well otherwise! Margarita Guy Pizza (add jalapenos) and Pepperoni Pizza - both pizzas we order were great quality! The dough wasn't too thick or too thin and wasn't burnt at all. In fact, the consistency was spot on for how I like my pizza! Golden brown with a bit of crisp and without being overwhelmingly crunchy. Great spot for great quality pizza in a small town!

Incredible service!!! This place had the best late-night pizza and awesome service. My new go-to for my Sun Valley trips!! Loved this place ❤️🙌🏼

The pizza was good and made fresh. It wasn’t overly greasy, although the crust was a little bit too thin the one time. It was still really good pizza. It was kinda loud, but it was during their dinner time rush so I don’t fault them for that at all. I would recommend ordering ahead of time for take out because they do make it fresh and it takes time. All around amazing place to eat at.

This place is all pizza and atmosphere reminiscent of a college pizza joint. It is small, cozy warm and the staff is pleasant and efficient. There was a lot of take out orders which kept the cashier busy and was good for business. The space is limited so the tables are small but fit 4 just fine. I am still astounded by the tip request of 30% in the area.

The pizza was pretty good but I had it delivered and this is how it showed up, for context I spent around $50 total on one pizza
Rien G — Google review
Love the '70s-'80s rock, casual vibes, friendly staff & cheesy char on the pizza. A variety of choices or make your own combo. Cheesy pull, nice crisp crunch, tomato sauce could be a tad less sweet & the dough a little more umami, but overall a decent pizza. Meatball sub is nice. Soft meatball, chewy bread
