I almost never post a review of anything I buy. But, I've been ordering carryout from Volcano's Easy Shopping Center, off and on, for the better part of 30 years. Occasionally I've ordered from Poplar Court. The food has always been fantastic. Not once has any of the locations let me down. In my opinion, Volcano's is the best pizza and Italian subs in the entire Michiana area. Great job!

I called and ordered a large pizza. The person taking my order was very professional and easy to place my order with. They estimated about a 40 minute delivery time and it was delivered well before which was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was hot and the delivery driver was kind and patient. Would recommend them!

What a delicious little hole in the wall!! Great food at a pretty reasonable price along with awesome service! So happy to have stumbled upon them!!

I love Volcano! Every time I come to town, getting a stromboli sandwich is at the top of my list. This visit I took a pizza and 3 strombolis back to Nebraska with me. 😁

Good pizza, good crust. Cheese tasted great. Didn’t like the way they cut it b/c it’s floppy. Sausage could be improved but overall really good. Little greasy

The dining experience was exceptional, with the exception of the service. While the order was inaccurate, the quality of the food remained outstanding. However, staff attentiveness could be improved. Personnel a little stuck up.

Recently hosted a business lunch for about 25. Everything about he experience was superior. The food, the staff and the extra accomodation made for our group was all top notch. The owner even created custom menus just for the occasion! The staff mad a huge effort to learn evenone by name over the course of the event. The food was outstanding, and their chef even came out to say hi and make sure everyone was satisfied even with most orders being sandwhiches and salads. 100% recommend, and we will be back soon.

A business associate and I had lunch at The Vine today and we both had one of their salads. Neither one of us had any complaints about the food, the service, seating availability or pricing. The food was just wonderful from the presentation as well as the taste. We loved being there and our waitress came back often to see if we needed anything else and to fill our water glasses. We were very well pleased with the service, but the cherry on top with little sprinkles was the owner coming over to our table to see how we enjoyed our experience was and if we had any comments. I highly recommend The Vine.

We dined on the patio with our dog, it was an excellent experience. The Lobster cocktail was fantastic. Quality food, quality pricing.(Fair for what you get) This place is a must try. It's not a rush in and out place, take the time to enjoy it. Pics on my next visit, I was too busy enjoying the meal on this trip.

We love The Vine! We have become regulars, the staff remember our drink/food orders and always take such good care of us. Plus the food is always delicious :)

So glad we found this place on our travels through Indiana. We felt like we got the red carpet rolled out for our pup for a perfect summer dinner on the patio. Wow! Our waitress, Holly, was super sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. We took her suggestions and had an absolutely delicious blackened Norwegian Salmon with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. My husband also got a pizza with veggies, sausage and pepperoni - he was impressed. He’s a pizza snob from Boston. We had a great time and will definitely return if we are in a he Elkhart area of Indiana again.

This place is my go to Mexican food.The Jalapeños poppers are crazy amazing.The fajita burrito is amazing.The Salsa is so good.The service is so amazing love the staff here.

Update on Review 2023: We have been going here for years and it is always a good spot for lunch or dinner. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is wonderful! We went yesterday and the Enchiladas Verdes was a bit on the spicy side this time and the taste was great! We still get the same things as they are just so good. We have had numerous people go with us who try different things and everyone has always liked the food. Highly Recommend! Good food and service, don't bother with Hacienda if you are looking for real Mexican food. Mexican Tacos, Nachos, and Enchiladas Verdes are among the favorites. Everything we have tried has been great...hot salsa on request!

Food was Amazing! We have been here almost everyday the past weeks and the service has always been great! Feels like Family, the staff is amazing!

We went at 2pm but be forewarned there is no “lunch menu” so we paid dinner $$ for lunch portions. Waitstaff was polite. Ordered Carnitas. I expected Carnitas to be roasted/broiled but La Esperanza’s meat had the consistency of boiled/baked which leaves the fat gelatinous and disgusting. And there was just too much fat-to-meat ratio. Ate three bites and took the rest home but my husband didn’t really want to navigate the fat. Sadly the rice had the dry sticky consistency of leftover rice and neither rice or beans had flavor. I was hoping for that certain authentic refried bean taste but it’s not here! Really wanted to like La Esperanza given the location but it didn’t happen.

My Husband and I both really enjoyed our meal here! After traveling all day it was nice to sit down and enjoy a meal in this very cute restaurant. I love the way it is decorated! The prices aren't bad and the staff is very nice and helpful! I believe it was also the owner we spoke with and she was such a nice lady and seems to genuinely care about people!

Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and steak, come home and there's no chicken. I also didn't want rice or beans, but you loaded it up anyway. Charged me extra for something I didn't order. On top of all that, the steak quality is absolutely terrible. Tastes like dog food. 0/5

We stopped by the lonchera parked at the Marathon gas station on Ireland Rd in Southbend. Very disappointing we order 2 pastor burritos and a chicken quesadilla. They had zero drinks and when we got home we had 2 asada burritos that had no flavor no onions no cilantro it was more AMERICAN STYLE and it was watery for some reason and the chicken quesadilla was watery and had a weird Taste to top it off all the food was cold. Not the best Burrito in town like their logo says definitly not going back and not recommending either.

Not sure what all the hype is about this place. But it's actually pretty basic, and the food is only average. Nothing unique about this place or their food. This place is extremely small, very limited seating. It's clear most of their business is carryout. Which I personally don't understand why, especially when authentic Mexican tacos taste best when they're eaten right away.. but that's just my opinion I guess. I personally won't return, mostly because I know there are better tacos elsewhere at places that have adequate seating and actually bring chips and salsa to the table.

Very small place on the inside but very good food. Definitely consider going here if you want to eat your food outside or take it back home. You'll definitely be surprised with the quality relative to how good the prices are!

Ricky's staff never disappoints. Great, hot, fresh food that tastes amazing 👏 Well made, healthy food. I've been eating at events and now at the physical location. The good stuff. 😉

I was pretty disappointed by my experience here. I’ve been here in the past and have really enjoyed their food so when the hankering for some quick Mexican food came I immediately thought of Ricky’s. We ordered a chicken burrito, tacos and a torta. My chicken burrito was just ok. It has barely any toppings like cheese and avocado, both of which are supposed to come with the burrito. My first 3/4 of the burrito was just straight chicken. I under at and that’s what some people may like but I wanted more toppings throughout. Additionally, the chicken was juicy but bland. The torta was soggy but that’s to be expected for takeout I think. The tacos were OK but again not great. They were fairly dry and you had to add salsa or lime for any real flavor. With a bill totaling almost $50 the food was just not superb enough to justify it. Plus, they forgot our guacamole which wasn’t a huge deal but marred the experience. For the record they did issue a refund immediately when we told them. Overall I likely won’t be back for awhile as I search for better food around. Los Primos in Goshen comes to mind.

On a date and we heard this place had good food but when we got here we had an unpleasant experience. First, the servers did not greet us. So we sat ourselves and after the server got our order and served our food The chips were stale, and my tacos were cold and no flavor and my boyfriend ordered a milensa plate which was cold and burnt. And to top it off the server did not check on us. Unfortunately, this place is not what we expected. Wasted money on nasty food.

If you're considering giving this place a shot, you should. Biscuits and gravy were exceptional, as was the French toast. Very well priced. Will be back! Had various snacks and pies, as well as some jalapeño jams and pumpkin butter. Everything was excellent!

Unapologetic! I wasn’t impressed. We have like 10 of these breakfast/brunch/lunch options in Elkhart county. First visit, menu looked interesting, but the food was basic, and I was expecting that “mmmhhhmm with the head nod up & down!” But it was a glance at my table, and we instantly started saying this place is like other restaurants. I’m huge on my food being hot in temperature, paying for lukewarm warm biscuits and gravy, paying for lukewarm French toast, not what I expected. The only food that was hot were my 2 year old grandson’s eggs, when he should’ve had lukewarm in temp, because he’s a child. This place was busy, but I’m still trying to figure out how? It was so basic, I’m looking for “wow!” eateries! It’s no different from the other breakfast spots. I recommend if you like basic! But for me & mines, no repeating this one!

Have eaten here twice this year while visiting family. The food is very good home made meals. The staff is very out going and personable. Wish I had one in my town. Great place to stop and pick up pre-made meals and desserts. We have had breakfast and lunch there and found everyone's meals were good, no complaints.

My family and I dine here very often. We enjoy the delicious variety of cuisine. The staff is always very courteous, helpful and accommodating. They are all very knowledgeable of the ingredients and the processes involved in preparing all of their products. They also offer excellent catering which we have enjoyed on multiple occasions. I cannot give this place the highest recommendation if you enjoy homestyle cooking and a very casual pleasant atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend!

This is the 1st time I have been here. The food was good, atmosphere was very cozy. For service, you order at the counter, pick it up yourself, fill your own drinks. When finish you put your dirty dishes in a plastic tub.

Lovely place for a quick bite to eat! My friends had the burger (unsure the name) with chips and I had the eggclusive club with the parmesan fries. The club was yummy though my friends burger was a bit basic, they could tell it was a frozen patty and at the prices charged it should have been priced better. The parmesan fries were decent but it felt, again, it was a bit basic then what I have had here before. The menu is HUGE, so take your time to review and see but it is definitely a cute place to hit in downtown Elkhart.

Quite literally the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had in my life. The garlic waffle fries were good too but the Reuben was amazing. I’ll be back soon.

This place really should be busier! Food was excellent! They are not afraid of seasoning. The potatoes were really awesome and the pancakes were worth ordering. Affordable and good food always is on my to-do list. If I was from Elkhart, this would be my weekly breakfast spot!

I took my husband here for Father's Day dinner. We showed up at 7pm, and they were closing at 8pm but seated us and said we had plenty of time. We ordered their daily special, which was a full rack of ribs, a side , soup or salad for 23$, approximately. The drinks and salad came out right away. We then waited 40 mins for the dinner to be brought to the table. We decided to just eat the fries and take the ribs home because it was close to closing. As we are packing up the food, we each decided to have a rib to try it, and guess what, THEY WERE COLD. I mentioned it to the waitress as she handed us our check. She felt terrible, but it was not her fault. She was wonderful, she even gave us our drinks free because of it. We will go back and give this place one more chance because I feel there is a good chance it was just a simple mistake. Will update after second visit, not sure when that will be, though.

Everything is homemade from scratch, and DELICIOUS! my husband is in love with the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs on top. My personal pick is the BLT club, it comes with a soup (no substitutions and trust me you wouldn't want to miss out on the soup) and another side of a selection. I get a salad. But I also love the all meat omelette with pancakes... I promise this food all but makes you want to cry when you eat it.

I've never written a review before, but this one was much needed. My Mom took my brother and I out to dinner here and our waitress, Kristi, was easily the BEST waitress I have ever had in all 16 and a half years of my life. The food was good too, but that's not important. This is about Kristi. I don't even know how to begin to describe just how amazing she was. I will 100% be coming back for as long as she works there.

Our server, Cynthia was very attentive, professional and efficient. Food was really good. I had the senior spagetti; yummy. Large portions. Reasonable prices. And ice cream or rice pudding is included. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the restaurant; however, I felt uncomfortable there. I am not sure why. It's not that we didn't feel safe, but more like we walked in 10 minutes before closing and placed a big order. Our waitress was funny, kept the drinks coming, and was friendly. As was everyone we interacted with.

On vacation, home visiting my parents. The family wanted to have some breakfast for dinner, so what better place than an old school dinner. Very casual experience and comfortable. The place has been around for many years. Food was good and quite tasty. I got the country skillet with hash browns, sausage, and country gravy along with sunny side up eggs. To my surprise it came with four eggs, this was great since I enjoy eggs and I was only expecting two. It was harty and very filling. I would eat it again. The service was great! Our server did a great job and was helpful and patient with us.

Wonderful place, I absolutely loved the chicken noodle soup as it was as if Mom had made it! The pork chops my husband had was super delicious! Next time we are crossing the country again it will be a definite stop for us!!

I love this cafe. There is a great selection of brunch food. I tried the pigs in a blanket (pancakes with sausage) it was quite good. My brother had the shrimp basket (at 11AM???) he said it was good. It definitely felt friendly inside, the staff were very nice. Everything was a good price, I think the stack of 3 pancakes was like 5 bucks. Parking was easy even at a peak hour, though the parking lot is dirt. Easily accessible from most of Elkhart.

We were in search of trying a new breakfast place and found this location. We ordered a Mexican skillet and the 1 egg sandwich. This tasted very good and was quick to serve the food. The atmosphere was very local, feeling more welcoming. Our total was $16.00 at a very reasonable price. It was a good breakfast and I definitely recommend it's budget friendly and tastes good!

Went here today for the first time and it was very busy—always a good sign! I got the Eggs, Bacon, home fries and toast and my husband got a mushroom Swiss burger. Everything was delicious and hot, and the service was great! It does get a little loud, but that’s to be expected with a diner. Prices are reasonable too, we’ll definitely be back!

Small mom-pop operation which is what we love to find. There's truck parking and the food was very tasty. I liked the gravy, as it wasn't your normal gravy. The staff worked together and was very friendly.

Stopped here for a Sunday brunch. Although everything tasted good, my Meatlovers omelet had less meat than we would put into a regular omelet at home. The service was fast, but... Not super friendly. Good thing we've had better experiences in the past, or we might not return.

By far one of the best cafes we've been to in northern Indiana. The portions are hefty, and delicious! And the pricing is affordable by far. Nice place to have a quick Sunday breakfast. The food came out very quick and was hot and fresh. Good portions and prices. I have enjoyed the creamy chicken and rice soup since I was a kid so of course had to grab some to go!

Tad bit pricey but the mild and spicier green sauce is pretty good. The chips were also decent. I had ordered the briris quesadilla tacos. They were pretty tasty. Definitely not the best Mexican food I've ever had but if you're looking for good Mexican food off of the turnpike it's worth checking out.

Ordered food for lunch with my family. Upon getting our plates we started eating and noticed something didn’t smell right. We tried our rice and noticed the rice tasted absolutely horrible. And we then smelled the rice and it SMELLED ROTTEN! We brought this issue up with the waitress and she said she would speak to her manager. She came back and told us the manager was going to come and speak to us. We waited and after about 15 mins the waitress came back and said that the manager couldn’t take the rice off but they took some stuff off and discounted our food. We got our receipt and they took off $3… that’s it. $3! I wasn’t going to tip but I figured it wasn’t her fault. Fast forward to 7 hours later and now we all have food poisoning… this is ridiculous. You gave us a lousy $3 discount and we got food poisoning.

What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't include chips with their orders?! Overpriced and not very satisfying...gross. Went back for a refund from the Mgr Chris and he mocked me in front of his staff and made sarcastic remarks about me requesting a refund. Absolutely rude! Been to hacienda a million times it seems, but tonight was probably some of the worst service I've had anywhere in a long time. First got their and was told a 25 min wait. No big deal that's always seemed the norm. So wife and I went to the bar for quick drink. Service was great. Wasn't two minutes and we were being waited on. 30 minutes pass and we get called to our table. Was seated and then no one for 20 minutes. My wife approached the staff and where told they would be right with us.. they brought out chips and salsa. Then no service again. Their where tow tables seated in the section. Waitress waited on other table but not us. Another 15 min of nor service, drinks or order horable service or lack their of.

My sister in law came in to the elkhart hacienda and ordered an arriba margarita, the last pour had a bug in it. The manager came to the table and told her she would discount the food and take the drinks off. They got the bill and it wasnt discounted for any of the food. They also waited over an hour for the food and 30 mins before they had any service. Come on hacienda, you can do better.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I’ve been coming here for years, used to work at this location, and I came back to town and had THE WORST experience ever here. I wish I could say that I was surprised, but this has been a long time coming ad their standards have fallen every time I return. It took 10 minutes to be greeted (we sat in the bar seating area section), server walked by our table multiple times after telling us she’d bring more chips to collect checks and count her tips, and the food and service was not up to standard. After my parents food was likely ready to be brought out (wet burritos), the server came back to tell me and my friend that the kitchen was out of steak (in both of our orders) and so we had to find something else to order. 5 minutes after we order new meals, my parents food comes out, plates barely warm to the touch still (why we believe they were done when she came to tell us they were out of steak). By the time they have finished eating, the new food comes out. They had to comp my food truck tacos that I got all chicken (yet they gave me every variety of sauce as if I had all the different tacos) because they were dry - the chicken, the tacos, and i had to pull the shells off of the taco rack they had warmed onto. And then the manager obviously did not care that the entire experience was bad for us beyond the wait on the food. As soon as we started to express discontent, she shut down and could not handle hearing the criticism of the restaurant as a whole and wanted to blame it just on the restaurant “testing out a new steak” that they didn’t have enough of (on a Friday night??)

Absolutely love the food. Very tasty and served in a reasonable amount of time. The environment is family friendly, beautifully decorated, fun background music, lots of smiling staff, clean restaurant, attentive waitress Carly and especially appreciate the big greeting smiles from manager Clarissa and GM Mel. They both have went above and beyond to make sure my family dinner experience was fenomenal.

Tables were full. I did get my drink "timely" but to place my order took a while. Getting my food took even longer. When getting my food, the fries were cold. The bacon cheeseburger wasn't too bad. Maybe I went on a bad day, but I won't be back unfortunately.

Stopped in solely for the breaded pork tenderloin. It's a good cut of meat! No factory fritter stuff there. It's a nice pork loin, butterflied, tenderized, breaded and fried. About as simple (and delicious) as you can get! $9 out the door with chips and a cup of water. Bartender was sweet and friendly. Service was quick. Looks like a great local joint!

Great little spot. Small, but inviting. They were very busy, so service was a little slow, and our server forgot a couple of items, but we were not in a hurry, and we knew she was super busy. This is an old place, with a lot of history and has never been updated. It will take you back in time and the average customer is definitely on social security! But the food is all made there and it really was excellent. Prices are low and the service is pretty good. I will go back.

The last 4 times we've gotten food from here my bacon has been undercooked. It's like they're instructed to keep it pink. Which is unfortunate used to really like this place.

Menus online are old and the prices aren't the same in the store. I ordered two grilled ham and cheeses with fries, to which I only got maybe 12 fries with each sandwhich. Menu online says it that the grilled ham and cheese was $6.50 and to add fries it would be an extra $1.25. When I went in and paid they charged me $9.75 per meal. Which would've been fine if it wasn't for the fact I got 12 fries and 2 pieces of ham on the grilled ham and cheese.

They food was good the service was ok, I only had to wait on coffee once but that’s a huge pet peeve of mine, for the cost of a cup of coffee you shouldn’t have to sit with none. But the real draw is the cost. This place has super cheap food. If you want a cheap hot meal this is your place. On a weekend morning, you probably won’t be able to park in their parking lot. It’s a small lot that fills fast and stays full, it’s worth it to park across the street or down the block and walking though. It’s an upbeat place with good lighting and nice wood work detailing. There’s lots of windows too for good sun light.

Good unpretentious food. Service is friendly. Noise level is high. Not a great place to go if you want to sit and have a quiet conversation with a 93 year old.

I have a feeling my rating would be higher if my first visit had not been on a Saturday at 11 AM, the place was packed. We arrived at 11:09, the wait was short but they had a very hard time keeping coffee cups filled and our food did not arrive until nearly noon, it was good and the prices were good but I am not sure it was good enough to wait that long. Bad timing I guess

Excellent authentic food. Adding menu for easier ordering. Would be nice if they offered a choice of flour or corn tortillas when ordering over the phone. Provided salsa would be considered spicy for most so a more mild choice like a pico de gallo

I took my father to this restaurant as an early Father’s Day meal. This was my first time eating at here. The food was GREAT and so was the service. Your restaurant was very clean and friendly. Thank you so much for operating such a fantastic little place. I enjoyed the music as well. 😁

Best authentic Mexican food around

Small restaurant with small parking lot it was very crowded ,one waitress serving 9 tables ...but she did an amazing job 👏, very average Mexican food ,not my cup of tea not going back again

We stopped in for a little afternoon pick-me-up. A small nitro cold brew, peanut butter bar, and blueberry oatmeal bar. The lady serving us asked if I wanted a specific piece(middle, corner, etc), and that was very thoughtful. I took a corner piece of the blueberry oatmeal, and it was her choice on the PB bar. The bar had a nice peanut butter flavor, not overly sweet, but a tad dry. It still didn't stop us from eating the whole thing. Now, the blueberry oatmeal bar was a different story. It was not pleasant. I took two bites, and the rest got thrown away. This was so bizarre...it was very chewy, despite the blueberries a bit dry and even though it was clearly cooked, it tasted raw. I really can't explain it, but it was not for me. And I swear their point of service system is hooked to speakers. Every time an order went through, an extremely loud flourishing sound echoed through the whole place. It was so loud we left faster than we were planning on. We just had to get out of there. But, the service was top notch, and the cold brew was tasty.

Delicious beverages and perfect location. I hate to bring up old memories, but I wish this shop had a little of the Daily Grind's old character and charm.

I loved the Nitro Cold Brew!!! Cute little place. Friendly service. My boyfriend asked if they had cheesecake though and they said no but after we ordered and paid I looked down and in the class case, there were cheesecake bars, so it was a lost opportunity. We already paid, not going to add on. There are some good sugar free options for coffee flavors.

Sweet store. Good coffee. Nice staff. Hard seats....need to get some comfy chairs and little tables for quaint seating and sell of the hard chairs and restaurant tables. Coffee is a culture and should not be rushed.

This place is great. The coffee is great and they have some really tasty items. I would recommend to try the chocolate chip cookies and bagels. They run out so you'll have to go a bit early.

There was a long line. So we thought that was good sign. Staff was very friendly! We ordered Vanilla Latte with Oat Mocha with Oat Pistachio Matcha with Macadamia Milk Iced Tea 3S Burrito Egg and cheese on GF bun Keto Bowl Ham and Swiss Panini We all enjoyed our food! The burrito was very small. But still tasty. Everything was great! If we lived local, we'd be regulars.

Most prices were reasonable. Arnold palmer was $3 for a pretty large drink - matcha was $6 for a pretty small drink but it was super good matcha so. Cashier seemed a little offput - she was slamming a lot of the items down, I ordered coffee cake and she slammed it on the counter in a to-go box. I wouldve said for here if she asked. She did ask the white girl behind me very sweetly if she wanted it for here or to go. Not trying to make it about race, but this was a very obvious thing. I was very polite and tipped though. The coffee cake was dry and cold, I wish it would’ve been at least offered to be warmed up. The cashier I had was a larger woman with dark hair and glasses, she just did not seem happy to be there.

I got there at 9:38 pm. They close at 10:00 pm. Excellent Customer Service. My food was brought out Hot and Fresh. Which means Excellent Food. Price was reasonable for the amount of servings and being hot and fresh at closing time. They also let me eat my meal and my custard cream cone inside. The best walleye I have had from Any Culver's. I will be back and I do recommend. Great Job!!!...

While this location was really busy our order was made fresh and was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and it only took about 15 minutes from the drive to receding our order which is fast considering it’s all made to order. We got two burger meals, two piece chicken tender and two kids meals and it came to $40

We love the variety of food choices. Linda our hostess greeted us with such cheerfulness. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I wish we would get Culver's in Pennsylvania. Hint hint 😉

We stopped here for lunch on our road trip across the country. This was our first experience with Culver's. We got a cheese curd burger, the limited-time special burger that came with onions on a pretzel bun (I believe it was called the pub burger), cheese curds, a soft drink, and a salted caramel cookie dough concrete. Overall, the food was good, but not exceptional for the price we paid. It was over $30 for 2 people, and we only got 1 side. The pretzel bun burger was good, but it was dripping with whatever garlic butter/ oil was used. The service at this Culver's was good; the ladies running the registers were very welcoming, and the food was delivered promptly to the table. The restaurant was fairly crowded, but it seemed like a local hangout spot, with quite a few people still there to talk and play games long after they had finished eating. This location was a good experience, but due to the pricing, I'm not sure we will go back to a Culver's anytime soon.

Always love Culver's, their food has never disappointed and always has a special place in my heart as this was the last place my mom ate out anywhere before losing her life a month later. Both my mom and dad loved Culver's. Their hamburgers are fresh and delicious.

The food is very good, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant very clean. The service is like nothing else. We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and drink separately and another similar thing as a combo, then paid and sat down. After a few minutes a staff member came over, told us they should have run up the first three items as a combo - even though we did not say that - and handed us a small refund for the difference. We did not ask for this, they just did it. Wow. Just. Wow.

We got 2 pumpkin shakes and they where phenomenal. We also tried the new jalapeño cheese curds also phenomenal. Both items where way better then we had expected. The service was fast and where where home before we new it.

Drive thru was pretty quick. Our ordered came out correct. The staff was a little quiet but friendly enough!

We ordered our lunch using their mobile app. I went to pick up our order and they told me they didn't have our order. I called my wife and according to the app the order was paid for and in progress, but no one could locate our order. Then one of the employees indicated that the phone used to place the order had to be at the store to get the order. ???? So I drove back to our hotel and got my wife who is in a cast due to a broken leg and having issues walking. I didn't want to take her, but she thought it would be better if she was there due to her placing the order. When we arrived back at the store they still couldn't find our order. However, some of the other people there told me they called our order after I left to get my wife. Finally, the manager came out of hiding and found our order. The receipt on the bag indicated that the order was prepared 21 minutes before we received it. Clearly the employees at this location don't know how to proceed a mobile order. We won't go back.

I have had 3 times I a row where this store is absolutely disgusting when it comes to the way they treat their customers. I went the other day to stand in the lobby at the register and never be served, been told their systems are down at midnight, one two and three, and now place a mobile order to be told theyr systems are “down” and they aren’t accepting orders, seeing my order get checked in as complete and charged to me and then be told that I need to just cancel it in the app they aren’t open, just to watch then serve the next person in less than 5 minutes. This is all in a week, different days and times of day. It is insane that they continue to run this way with no regard to their customers. I’m an emergency service worker that can’t even eat dinner tonight because instead of issuing refund like their suppose to according to the app he then told me on the speaker “I canceled it, it’ll be 2-3 days” and then proceed to play it off like it’s not a problem. This store needs serious oversight for several other reasons as well. If you come here prepare to either be shoved premade fast tossed together food in a rush or be treated like an annoyance to the people who you’re paying for the service.

No ice in the drinks. Pop was flat.... no receipts at the machines and workers call out numbers and if you ask them what's in that bag they get frustrated that they have to tell you. And lastly fries were just thrown in the bag upside down. Wait time is 20 min for a burger fries and coke. Fast food has gone to slow, bad and more expensive. Simply need to go back to how fast food was ment to be.

The food and service were good today . The outside of the restaurant has a little to be desired. Be sure to check your bags before leaving because many times they forget items .

Well.You guys already know.. The fact everything is getting more expensive and the order is still usually totally wrong 😑 you can tell has been sitting under the heat laps or in the fryer (can anyone guess what’s coming next ?!) or one of the very machines you want a frozen drink or some form of cold substances is??? Stopped here on our way home from a cookout around midnight today on (August 31 going into Sept 1) and wanted to add a fry and drink at the windows and the girl at the window said “naw, I can’t do that. You need to go back around and get in line again.” I worked at McDonald’s all thru high school and college for 7 years and this is not accurate. You click modify order and add the two items very easy. The overnight manager came to the window and said “that’s why I asked you WAS THAT ALL when you ordered.” How do you talk to your customers like that???? They need reprimanded and FIRED. Hire people who actually want to work

Went inside to grab food. Place was not very clean. Service was not very friendly. Stood at counter for quite a few minutes before being acknowledged. Young adults were more interested in talking and being on their phones than costumer service.

One of the most conflicting experiences I've had with a McDonald's as the employees seem nice but I unfortunately have never received what I paid for from this McDonald's. I ordered through mobile three times here and each time they failed to deliver everything I paid for. Just today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with shake and fries. Received a quarter pounder with a single patty and no fries. Going to go the McDonald's further down the road from now on.

TERRIBLE FOOD!!! Fries weren't done and super soggy, burger thrown together, and cold. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

For years this place has been providing subpar service. Incorrect orders, missing items, items substituted without asking. Today my wife placed an order and yet again the Main Street crew showed up in style and messed our order up yet again. Ask for only ketchup, they throw everything on there including onions between the burger patties. Then they replaced a frozen coke with a disgusting frozen blue raspberry drink she didn't ask for. We visit this location (sometimes by accident or necessity) about once a year and how this place hasn't gotten better crew or management over the years baffles me, I mean the 2.8 average review rating can't be for no reason.

Truly didn't even earn one star. This was the second total failure. Food was cold, door dash driver never indicated the order arrived so it sat outside my door for 30 mins, no straws or condiments, food was obviously cold when it arrived and just got colder. No worries there are plenty of restaurants to order from in the area but my kids like McDonalds ...:/

The employees in the morning always make me feel welcomed. Clean environment and Robert in the drive thru always has outstanding customer service and patience with all customers. God bless this McDonald's 🙏

This location never uses their drive-thru right they make you pull around to a window to order your food even if all you have is a drive-thru code to give them for a pickup order. I don't know why I keep checking back every 6 months to see if they get better because I've been coming here on and off for 5 years and they have never figured out how to use the drive-thru correctly. Honestly McDonald should tell the franchise owner to shut this location down because it gives them a bad name.

We typically do not order from this location, and we won't again. Our pizza didn't have cheese to the edge. The quality is better at their Easy Street and Poplar locations.

Ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and a stromboli. This is the second time we've tried this location. Pizza: I do not like the sausage at all. There were very few pepperoni slices on it and the cheese was not out to the edges and kept getting pulled off when you took a bite. In general, this was the saddest pizza I've eaten in awhile. Stromboli: My wife seems to like it well enough, but she wishes there were some veggies on it, like mushrooms and onions. Average, at best. All in all, I feel there's better pizza places near me and I doubt I'll try Volcano's for a third time.

Site says dine in and shows pictures of tables with seats. Drove over an hour to get a friend's who loves their pizza. Got there and was told there hasn't been seating since covid. Change your ad please. Completely disappointed.

Volcanoes I've been around for years and they have the best hot ham and cheese subs they're so good I got to eat one right now as a matter of fact I think I'm going to order one.

We placed an online order for curbside pick-up, to start. I pulled in my spot and called the number as told on the sign for curbside pick-up and I was directed to come in the store and pick my order up, that was on a shelf through the front doors. That wasn't curbside pick-up... Well. We ordered the Two Pastas with 8 breadsticks deal for 17.00 and the bread sticks were raw and all smashed together. The pasta was great for the Spaghetti 🍝 and the Alfredo but husband said the Meat Sauce had a bite to it. I loved ♥ the roasted chicken but didn't get but a half a tub of th Alfredo Sauce and ordered a Family Order 👪 . I won't be returning to this restaurant again in the future

Not only did I have cold food..but the breadsticks were in a ball. Door dash charged $40 for two cold pieces of pizza with a ball of sloppy uncooked breadsticks

Went there for my daughter's free spaghetti meal for school the new employee did wonderful was friendly seems they have a very positive staff and clean store good job management 👍

We took our 5 kids here because it's something we did as kids ourselves and it didn't disappoint. The service was wonderful and the girl who was working was just the sweetest. I think people often forget how customer service is so important. Our kids gave it a 10/10 except one who said 9/10 because she didn't have enough ranch 🤣

This is exactly why I never go to Burger King. You’ve officially completely lost me and my family‘s business. I ordered a veggie burger and you told me it would be at least five minutes to make it and I said fine. I’ll wait. Because I have not eaten all day and I get to the window and you said good news. They had a veggie burger ready and you handed me the bag. I leave to find I got a beef whopper. Cardboard fries. Just disgusting. Avoid this Burger King and every Burger King. And yes, I will be sending a message to your manager and corporate.

I was in the drive thru on Wednesday, April 18th about 9:10pm. Lady came on but voice was too low. I told her I couldn't hear her, could she repeat? Some "ghetto trash" then screamed in the mic. I heard them laughing about it and I drove off. Is this what you want working at your franchise, driving away customers??

Whoever is working between 8 to 9 pm needs to be fired, food was not cooked properly , I ordered an impossible whopper and it came soggy and pink , I just hope these people aren’t making the actual meat like that. On top of that fries tasted like they were made yesterday def done w this restaurant hope the managers take the right action to get them out of there. $10 for a disgusting whopper is just outrageous

Just went through the drive through and was blessed with stacey!!! She was so polite and positive! She just turned my horrible day around! She made sure the babies got a crown. This woman needs a raise! It's few and far between that you get great customer service here! Thank you Stacey!!

If you frequent this location then you already know that the wonderful lady who is usually at the drive thru window is a true staple to the company. She is the face and voice we all hear and love - one of the biggest reasons we will always choose this location. Especially for their breakfast. The teamwork is always on point regardless of how hard the staff have to hussle and they consistently deliver a hot delicious meal. Dare I say, best location in elkhart 🙂

They made my mocha ice coffee super plain and was disappointed.

Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. 37 minutes for 10$ worth of food for my daughter's. No ice the last time I was here. Be prepared to be amazed.... They poured my coke out of a flat 2 liter bottle. Then told me they have only 1 person working... No working ice machine... No working pop machine... How the he'll can they be ok with That? The guy told me there corporate office told them to use 2 liters. To make things even worse I ordered a orange Fanta and Oreo Shake.. The shake was ready before I paid and then had to wait 22 more minutes for the food. Oh and guess what by that time they couldn't find a 2 liter to pour my daughter's orange Fanta. So after the 37 min wait I got to here my daughter cry because she didn't get her pop and by the way I didn't get my money back for the disappearing Orange Fanta.. The more troubling thing is this store has a 2 star Google rating with numerous people complaining about everything this store has broke or missing. So it's not just a one time thing it's a huge problem and Burger King has done absolutely nothing to address all these issues. So I say Burger King you should be absolutely ashamed for allowing a franchisee to continue to operate like this. Not only that but your customer promises are not being fulfilled and your promise of excellence is being grossly defied. I understand one store shouldn't represent your business as a whole but it does because your allowing it to continue choosing profit over Your commitment and dedication to serving your customers with quality service.

The manager herself served us.... 20 minutes before closing... fresh cooked delicious food for 5, a smile, a sense if humor, and a warm heart. We even had a great laugh about how awesome fish are.

LJS has been a favorite for eons. What's not to like.... fried fish and those yummy hush puppies!! I think they changed the tartar sauce, and it's even better now. We went late last night. They were closing but still took our order. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our food, (Which we didn't complain about because they had a lot of stuff cleaned up already.) and the girl was soooo apologetic and very sweet! Sorry I didn't get her name, but that's the proper way to handle a situation!! I'm so tired of crappy attitudes of people in so-called customer service at many other places, but this girl at LJS offered an apology and a smile.... she did everything right!!

Haven't been here in years and won't come back after today. Waiting for my one piece of fish that my platter was missing while watching other customers come and go who ordered after us. Definitely feeling like my skin had something to do with waiting this long when they could have told me from the beginning that I would have a 20 minute wait for one piece of fish.

Ordered the two fish six shrimp platters drove all the way across town. When I got home and openedthem up. My platter. Had four shrimp and The other platter only had three shrimp I had to wait for them to be cooked so I was shorted five shrimp. They took my name, but I am not going back to get them because they’re fish was so dried out from being under the heat lamp with those hard waffle fries that were also under the heat lamp. I don’t want anything from this place.

Food was hot & fresh. Their drive thru speaker was having issues making it hard to hear the worker & the worker having a hard time hearing me. Our order did have a mistake but it wasn't the end of the world. I'll be back for sure. It's one of the last remaining LJS in the area.

Just terrible service. It’s hit or miss if the food will be fresh or not and regardless of what you order you have to ask for sauce. I would think that target or cocktail comes complimentary with fish or shrimp

Called in a carry out order drive to pick up get it home and it has no meat. 30 mins of driving for a turkey sandwich w no meat. Follow up: Manager called to make it right.

I used to enjoy coming here. Kept this place as a treat to myself. Went there today and I ordered my normal Italian night club and it was horrible. The meat has a strong smoky salty taste and the sub was in edible. I don't know what happened it it tasted horrible. Will be going to the Goshen store from now on.

Needs to be more efficient in employee cleanliness when preparing food...I had 2 hairs in my perfectly made sandwich. I couldn't take another bite!!

I wanted to share that the cashier that had his hair pulled back in a bun with a nose piercing went above and beyond while having my food prepared. I have a gluten sensitivity and I really appreciate him having the lady make my sandwich change her gloves. He also checked to see if a sauce on one of the wraps had gluten in it. Exceptional service!

Takes them 20 minutes to make a sandwich... um, why am I still waiting in the drive through not moving for 20 minutes?!

Loved this visit. I got the #7 on the menu...darn! That is the best sub ever! I think at least! I haven't had a Jimmy John's sub in ages, having this sub was pure bliss! Hands down the best subs ever! If you get anything on the menu you won't be disappointed....seriously these are such good, tasty, satisfying subs!

Since DQ has changed owners this place has went down hill fast.. We have went a few times and NO MORE! Not spending that kinda of money to always have your order wrong. Blizzards that I should have just got a cone because about after you get about 2" down it was just vanilla ice cream, have ordered shakes and have got Sundays, have ordered cones and they were already melting from sitting there to long before getting to the window, chicken baskets missing items, employees chatting & standing around while you wait to get service etc... Save your time and money and keep driving by.

We've been avoiding DQ for awhile. We were visiting from out of town so we thought we would stop. This was a great experience. Service was polite and friendly. All employees working together. They we very busy and ran like a machine. Thank you!

Overall not a pleasant experience at this location. Site said dine in. Nope!! I was the only one of us to stick around and try the drive-thru. 9 minutes I spent in line. Cashier at the window was very talkative and informative. He gets his own star. Of course there's no help available out there. And if you want to exit South out of the drive-thru forget it. Had to end up going back North and doing a U turn. My sandwich was very tasty. But ran to the small side. Fries were good and hot

I went to DQ on CR 17 today. Got a small heath blizzard (in the drive thru) I ordered extra heath candy pieces and was charged for them. half way home, eating my blizzard realizing there are next to NO PIECES IN MY ICE CREAM AT ALL. If you are going to charge customers for 'extra pieces' you should at least give them. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Won't be going back there any time soon

The servings were huge, and the food was excellent, I would give it fives stars but the wait for the food was pretty long.

This location is horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and never even made it to the “speaker “ where they take your order. This is a repeat occurrence. If you can’t go better than this, shut it down.

Drive thru has been very disappointing. The wait time 15-20 minutes and some of the staff are just standing around and some on their phones.

I don't go there very often.. Love their sauce though and their toppings are cut bigger which I love. The way I like my pizza, that they don't do, is put sauce and toppings as close to the edge as possible. I don't like dry crust, but that is just me.

Last minute dinner idea, I called Marco's ( website said "online ordering closed, please call to place your order." I called and asked to place an order for delivery, please and was "greeted" with "WE DO NOT DO DELIVERY HERE SO YOU'LL HAVE TO ORDER ELSEWHERE!" Even if this was the last pizza place in Elkhart, I would never order anything or try ever again. I told him kindly that online it does state they deliver, and his customer service could also use some work and then hung up. I don't care how poorly staffed these places are, customer service is where your money comes in... think about that next time you greet a customer with an unwilling attitude.

First it wasn’t that bad. they don’t clean. They were super rude and we sat there for over 30 minutes for 2 items. They were not busy at all. A dude who was waiting before us was there for almost an hour without getting his food. OVER 40 CARS went through the drive while we all sat in the lobby waiting for our food. And the lovely female dog in pink hair was rude for no reason. The guy that has there for so long said something and wasn’t rude at all and the pink hair girl had a whole attitude blaming it on scheduling and how there’s nothing she can do about it. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell ever!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!

This particular Taco Bell is SKIMPY on their meat or expensive ingredients. I live close to this one, it's the only one I can deliver from. I go to other Taco Bells when I have the chance and they even add more meat. I tried stirring this taco up to make the meat last longer and I realized it is by far the worst one I've got from here. Just sucks this is the only Taco Bell I have access to, when I've Taco Bell has been my favorite.

Service was adequate I never complained, so my only metric is they served my food in a reasonable time. I don’t really ever want to go to fast food, and my experience today is exactly why. I never expect to be happy, but this was impressively bad. Out of 7 soft taco supremes, the average amount of meat per taco was about 1 tablespoon.

When I say Im never going back to this Taco Bell ….service was SLOW after waiting forever they handed me someone else’s order mind you Im a vegetarian and ordered a veggie bowl which I customize no black beans sub refried beans no lettuce cabbage or pico well it had ALL that it went in the trash …..

They were not prepared for the after crowd from the Zach Bryan concert but all staff was professional and did a great job getting orders out as fast as they could. Was there an hour and half and cars lined up in the road to pull into the drive. Management complimented everyone in the lobby with free taco coupons for the wait. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism even with a few irate customers!

According to the manager Jamie, you ARE NOT allowed replacement food even with a receipt after 48 hours. I called as soon as I got home and explained the problem (food had been sitting a while) and asked if I could get a replacement next week sometime. I was then told by Jamie that if I didn't get it in the next 48hrs, I could not get it at all. Again, I HAVE A RECEIPT Update. A district Manager got involved after I emailed, quickly apologized and remedied the situation. Offically changing my review from 2 stars to 3 stars.Great customer service from district manager Jasmine👏👏

We ordered steak taco supremes. As we ate them, the questioned whether they were supremes until we got towards the end of our tacos. Finally we found all of the sour cream that was supposed to be spread throughout the taco.

So the store has been redone and looks really nice and it is really clean and I was ready to sit down and eat my food because I was really hungry. So there were so many toppings on their big bacon cheeseburger that I really didn’t see that my meat was pink on the inside and it was half cooked and I’m not a fan of raw meat. The girl told me that’s just how it looks when you cook it and I said no beef turns brown when you cook it fully. But she did offer to remake my sandwich and now it’s happy with that so I hope it didn’t upset the workers but for the price I paid for this burger in his small as as I would at least like it cooked fully.

The people working the counter were so nice and friendly. The place was clean and the music was fun. The burgers are a 9 out of 10. Better than even BK.

We stood in line for a VERY long time. We were patient.. finally once the order was taken the girls with blonde hair and blue ends SLAMS the cabinet shut she needed to get change from bc she can't keep up. And then I was shorted a dollar in my change.. and she had the nerve to say she will just put it back in the drawer if it's short. If you counted right the first time there wouldn't be a problem. You accuse me of stealing and dollar, seriously. The customer service was HORRIBLE! Busy or not, you don't have to be rude. Do better.

Been looking forward to trying the new steak bites. Walked in. Not busy at all. No drive thru. No lobby. Just me. Stood at the counter around 2:30 today and read the entire menu for a few minutes. No one even acknowledged my existence. Ridiculous. Literally at Taco Bell across the drive eating a steak burrito pissed off but hey at least Taco Bell understands howrestaurants work. I walked in to this Arby's and not a soul greeted me and not a soul gave a damn when I walked out. I'd be supremely embarrassed of this team working. Oh they saw me too.

They appeared to be understaffed so my review of food and service is directly aimed at Arby's management, not the 2 kids who seemed to be trying their best.

Stopped by on our way out of town a bit pressed for time. I don’t mind pulling up for fresh food but to be served a very old sandwich after waiting ten minutes was frustrating. Due to the time constraints I tried to call (I just threw it out as it truly wasn’t edible), but couldn’t get through as the phone was busy and then not answered at all.

I read all these reviews and saw quite a few photos of how decently priced this place was, and how great their pizza was ... I am disgusted. I will NEVER ever give this place a chance again - the pizza I ordered was: MOD size Regular crust (not gluten free or cauliflower) Mozzarella cheese Tomato sauce Grilled chicken Black olives And I chose Extra Crispy over the ONLY other option of Light Bake... The pizza is LITERALLY orange; flatter and thinner than what 20 pieces of standard printer paper would be if stacked on top of one another; and I had to ask for the No Name Cake that NEWLY registered customers get for making an account - which is fine... Except for the girl working there asked me for proof through the app on my phone. First off, I just ran in...left my car running and my phone in the car... I had ordered through their website, NOT the MOD pizza app, and I certainly didn't care enough a tiny faux-hostess thing, wrapped in aluminum foil, to go out to the car and get my phone. In my opinion, if I specifically SELECTED the option to REDEEM an OFFER, YOUUUU should have record of that! I should never be asked to show "proof" of redemption for some stupid little item the business can afford to give away for FREE. Honestly, that wouldn't even have bothered me ... but after seeing what they tried to pass off as an EDIBLE pizza -- it weighs much more heavily. It truly completes the whole experience - I will not be returning here. I feel as though they are completely unaware of their competitors, and I don't expect to see them around very long. For LESS money, I can eat a pizza that's 3-4 times the thickness/weight, is NOT funky colors, FILLS me up, and I can also get the VERY best side order of garlic knots which are dripping in AMAZING buttery garlic sauce.... And I can earn rewards for every dollar I spend. Why would I ever spend another $20 on something I'm way too concerned about to even consider tasting ..? I regret eating the 1 piece of garlic cheese bread that I did. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh - but this is a BUSINESS that is LEGALLY required to hold a set of standards that MINIMIZES the possibility of anyone getting sick. It's an absolute requirement to hold that standard with every single employee. Each worker really should be educated about the legalities of operating in the food service industry. The customer ALWAYS has other options - it really should be treated like an HONOR that they have chosen whatever business to give their HARD-EARNED money to. When I feel like this exchange (trading my money for a service/product) is disrespected/dishonored, it really doesn't sit well with me. The money I invested into this business, and can never get back, took me over an hour to earn... I chose to invest with this business, having the expectation that at the very least, even if I didn't end up liking the food, the service would have originated from an honest place - that the money I spent would be equally valued to that of every other dollar a customer has chosen to invest here... What I am trying to say is this: it's blatantly apparent to me that either an employee was upset, was tired maybe, or maybe they were brand new to the job... I don't know. But regardless, it's not even the employee's fault who 'made' the pizza - it is the responsibility of the business to ensure proper training, to properly and adequately 'vet' the individuals they choose to hire (understanding how they perform in a variety of situations, learning when their employees work at their best, and also what situations or environments may pressure an employee to perform at a level far below their potential), then using this experience and understanding to efficiently optimize the potential of the business, therefore providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Integrity. This felt like an extremely imbalanced exchange - something I could have ignored, or at the least, not felt taken advantage of, had I gotten the EXACT same food and experience from a business I only gave $5 to.

Always love bringing my kids here. They love making their own pizza. Came in at 8PM though and the girl behind the counter really didn’t seem thrilled we walked in. They had already started turning over chairs. Sorry, but thanks!

Inner of pizza was good. Got the cauliflower crust and was very burnt. Beverage dispenser wasn't cold, but was told it was in process of maintenance. Customizing was interesting, but not enough pizza for the price. Novelty. Staff was considerate and helpful.

The food was awesome but staff didn't get my order done all at once. Got the pizza and sat down as the lady said they still had to make the cheesey garlic bread so waited and ate the pizza and still nothing. Went back up once done eating the pizza and they said oh we didn't know she got that. They finally made it and took it to go. Looks good but going home to try it. The seating area was clean and inviting to stay and relax in.

Order from there 3 times actually only twice the First time I was there the employees had the door locked An hour Before closing and Then Completely ignored me like I wasn't standing there Outside their door. So I contacted their Corporate office. They were understanding And offered me a free pizza for my troubles. The pizza is pretty good the second time I ordered from there I go into the store and they had given my order to a doordash person who delivered it across town and and the lady who got my pizza called My phone And I ended up taking that lady her pizza and Getting mine from Her. I haven't had very good Experiences with their employees or their service. But the pizza is good.

I've actually waited to leave a review after I visited this location a few times. The food and service is great!! The employees gave me a breakdown of the menu and how to order and it was smooth from there. The location was clean and everyone was friendly and very helpful! The toppings are endless and the food is fresh!! I'll definitely keep going here!

Went here the first 2 times within 2 weeks time just recently. They make a pizza at your direction given the crust be it thin or gluten free cauliflower. The cauliflower crust is pretty good but is an extra $2. The prices are decent since you can put on as many toppings as you want for the same price thus creating your personal favorite. Although you are looking at close to $40 for a party of 4 getting mod size pizzas when you can feed 4 for less with other pizza places just not with each person getting a custom pizza.

Put in an online order, came in and they hadn’t even started it yet. There was only 1 other customer at checkout. Older lady was on her phone most of the time right in the front of the store, not even helping the younger lady.

Worst sandwich I've ever bought from this place. Was a new guy that had no idea how to even make a sandwich and the skinny chick who has been working there for awhile just left this guy hanging. Train your employees correctly!! Heck, how about training them period! Will never go back to place again.

I had a Philly steak and cheese, ice cold and never heated. Unfortunately I ordered through Uber Eats so couldn't take it back. The worst sub I've ever had and I travel for a living and get Subway often. Will never come back to this location.

Disgusting Subway Ever!! Staff was rude!! They were running the store with broken oven?? I never had Subway without toasting. It was so unhygienic that we couldn't finish eating the food, refer images. I smiled and said hi to the staff member as I entered and he sulked!! What welcome is that haha. As soon as I paid for the sub they shut off all the lights because it was near closing time(almost one hour before closing time) and they didn't want anyone to come in. This store needs change, you cannot treat any customer like that.

I have been patient with the staff that works after 5 pm. They are rude, don't acknowledge you unless they have to wait on you. I have been going there for months, not anymore after tonight's horrible lack of service! Awful! Don't go there!

Friendly service, albeit slower than usual. Food as expected.

I don’t go to Concord Mall often as I used to, but when I do I stop in to have lunch at Enzos Pizza. It’s been here for years, and the owner and a worker know my face whenever I stop by to eat. It’s nice pizza to say for the mall and maybe many find it the best, the slices are getting smaller and the prices have went up! The pizza sauce is good to me, I prefer it over the nacho cheese dip and overall they used to charge for refills, I noticed they didn’t charge me last time I was in! I went in to get a pedicure at another business located inside and they like the pizza too! The guys that work there are handsome and gentlemen, so I definitely recommend stopping by and getting an oven baked slice! Yum!

Outstanding customer service, positive clean environment. The pizza itself is where there could be some improvement. That includes more sauce and spices and less grease, but don't let that discourage you from trying this pizza. The crust was delicious, the pizza is still worth eating and the customer service was very helpful, prompt, and polite.

Best Pizza ever!!! The customer service was Excellent and the Staffing manager and Associates gets High praise from me. If I could I would eat there Everyday. I have to Watch My Diet. The next time I Stop in I'm going to Have a Large Salad with Two or more Topping. Best place of a great, fast, reasonably priced pizza. Has amazing people working there that are really friendly. Has the most amazing pizzas and bread sticks with or without pepperoni and cheese instead. I've been going there for a while and it's always been great. Plus they speak English and Spanish

Ordered three large pizzas and three orders of bread sticks two days in advance for a birthday party. They forgot to make one of the pizzas. So I waited for it, which now had us late for our kids party. Then they didn't have a box for it. We finally got to the party and the two pizzas that were previously baked we're almost burnt. I've always loved Enzo Pizza, but this experience could deter me from making large orders here in the future. I really wish I could leave a positive review for them. But just can't this time.

This location is inside of the Wal-Mart, so you won't have problems parking. There are a couple of tables and a small bar area for seating. The food was to be expected from Ben's, their pretzel's are soft, but sweet. This location also features the sandwich pockets, which I love, especially the ham and cheese. On our last visit, we got 2 regular pretzels and 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels to share between two adults and two kids and it was more than enough. We will likely come back to this location again.

I got some pretzel bites with cinnamon. I ate a few and they just didn't taste right so I didn't eat the rest. About time I got to work (went there on my break) my throat was hurting and hasn't stopped.

I had the opportunity to try Ben’s pretzels at a track meet recently. They had traveled to Bloomington from Goshen. It was laughable because the line was at least 100 feet long, and none of the other food kiosks had any line at all. I went to the end of the line and asked somebody if it was worth the wait. The woman I spoke to was from Goshen and she said it was definitely worth it. I waited for a half an hour, but I was happy I did!

They are always yummy and too good!!! The people that work here are very professional. Some young adults were disrespectful to my husband because he is disabled and cut in line in front of us. The employees here saw this happen and when we got up to the counter, ordered our food, and went to pay for it, they gave us our entire order for free.

Always cold, older food for sale. Never fresh & if asked it’s a 15 minute wait for one pretzel.

I had a pretzel snack attack and the only thing that would stop it was stopping at Ben's. There is no nutritional value but it sure slides down the throat easy......lol.

Came for lunch today 6/8/24 ordered 2 for 6 classic roast beef’s, was asked if I had the coupon, I told the order taker yes. Pull around to the window get charged $7.49 so I ask why they didn’t honor my coupon or even ask for it and then charge me full price I was told to hold on and by the time the manager came to the window I decided to just ask for sauce and leave it’s $1 whatever. I get home open my sandwiches the beef is thick not wafer thin like it’s supposed to be and advertised to be and within my sandwich are little disgusting hard crunchy bits of old beef that was dried up from the heat lamp clumped into the middle of my sandwich. I’ll leave pictures. Why would anyone put that in someone’s sandwich? This location clearly needs to educate their cooks on proper beef slicing and sandwich making, and need to better train the order takers to honor coupons and ensure they’re not over charging customers. Thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit and feel disgusted that I was just charged $7.50 for essentially inedible food.

Very good food. tried the French Dip and the new cheesesteak. both were fantastic. The cheesesteak was full of well seasoned meat and lots of cheese. We will definitely return!

Tried out the limited time crispy fish sandwiches (delicious tartar sauce) with some hot french fries and lemme tell you, they really should add this to the regular menu 🤤 get it while you can!

Spent $64 through their app ordering delivery and they were missing items but there is no option to report missing items. So I can’t get my money back and I didn’t get my food either. Will not be ordering again.

Nice restaurant since remodeled, clean and friendly staff. Didn't care for the new Philly steak sandwich but the fries and orange cream shake was yummy

I go here for lunch at least once a week. Orders are always correct and pretty fast. Always good service and nice employees here.

I ordered two super Walleys and this is what I got two pieces of dried burger I left them there after I drove back and ask them if this is what a super Wally looked like I will be eating at different establishments from now on this place has gone downhill, especially since they went to Smashburger’s.. I can get a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise for three dollars far superior to what I am showing This is after I told management that the people running the grill needs supervision and training

Good food at a decent price. Service may be slow at time but the quality has been consistent.

The employees are pretty friendly, and the food is great! If you have to wait, it's only because food is made to order for the most part. That said, the bathroom is quite horrible no matter when you go there, including no good way to dry your hands after washing if they have soap. Hopefully all of that gets resolved soon, especially since this is the only Penguin Point still open in Elkhart now! Oh, and no shakes until they replace or fix the ice cream machine.

Was really disappointed. I usually love penguin point. The fries were the only thing that was warm. The tenderloin was cold!!! The grill was down so they only offered fried food. Won't be returning to this one. The PP up north on Bristol Street is really good and the foods hot not cold

Hands down the best fast food joint in all of Northern Indiana. Has the best service you could ever ask for. Food is always served fresh and hot and takes no time at all to be served. The staff is filled with wonderful people who always help my bad days at work go so much better after breaks. 5 stars is not enough recognition for how awesome of a place Penguin Point is.

This place is a time capsule. I have been coming here since I was a kid, and nothing ever changes. The food, while a bit greasy, is good. The tenderloin sandwich has always been my favorite. The service is always good, and they try to make sure those dining are satisfied!

Promised myself we'd never go back after a few years ago when we pulled up 8 minutes before closing, pushed the button to order and they shut off the lights. This time the food was so-so, as expected. The prices are a little high for what you get. We had coupons or we wouldn't have gone there. Not a recommendation from this family.

I try to avoid this subway in particular because they always have issues making the order even when the order is in front of them. Extra Black Olives and Parmesan Cheese, where?

The food we got was good. The Pepsi I got was horrible. It tasted very watered down with No Pepsi taste at all. I would like the managers to drink a small Pepsi and tell me it tasted very watered the way it should. It is horrible. This is the second time I got one. I will not my a Pepsi again until it taste like Pepsi.

Do not get delivery from here I ordered a steak and cheese just for them to not even heat up the meat, the quality was poor, and I’m very disappointed with the little to no effort put into the sandwich. Again, this is only for delivery. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Wonderful worker there tonight on 2/5/23 around 5pm. She was absolutely sweet. I have a big family and order 7 subs. Normally we get some kind of grunt or attitude when saying how many subs. She was cheerful and said we would get through it together. She made everything perfect, with no attitude and a smile on her face. Didn't get her name but big kudos to her for being so pleasant.

A worker was eating food near the sandwiches and talking with her mouth full. If you ever worked in a food industry you would know this is very unsanitary and bits of food can get into the customers food which is disgusting. She even touched out sandwiches with Dorito dust. Despite the sandwiches being in a bag when she touched them it’s still gross.

Yesterday the day after Thanksgiving well in Elkhart Indiana I figured I would stop buy a Subway to pick up a sandwich. I chose the wrong Subway there is a bicycle outside two people who I thought were customers both were children and both were sitting down as I got closer and inside the building it turns out that one of the kids was an employee and the other kid decided to start ordering. Conversation between the sandwich maker and the "customer" continued not about the sandwich but about someone else. Granted I was greeted by the sandwich maker but it seemed like the sandwich maker in the customer were more involved in the conversation not about a sandwich. My curiosity meet me pretend to play on my phone so I can hear exactly what the conversation about. Apparently it was plans about Christmas and how they're going to get the two families together. I'm sorry but the hello from the sandwich maker was not enough for me to stay. Good luck with that franchise

Came here during my lunch break. Very busy location from what I saw while I was there. The staff I would say could seem a little more happy or greet their guests, and smile a little more, 2 of the 3 that took care of me were def. more on the grumpy side, or maybe just not caring to show emotion. I hadn't seen the one guy put my cookies in the bag and when I asked him about them, he was in some sort of funk and was like "they in the bag". Friendlier service is mostly what I would recommend, the food was good, everything looked clean except the few tables that had been sat at.

Family and I planned on dinning in but contrary to what is posted on the net for this location, there is a sign on the door saying only drive thru. If some sites can be open they ALL should be. Service was really good though.

Sign said $1 off hamburger 🍔 meals. This drew me into drive up with 2 grandchildren just picked up from school. The two drive up push button order stations didn't work. I drove up to the window to order. Apologies were made for not having does not work signs on ordering stations. No grill working, and only two employees to handle lobby and window. So deep fried foods only. I ordered the chicken and fries 🍟. This was large adult meals, not grade school kid meals. This cost $16. The employee did give me the $1 off price. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Food price high, not enough employees, slow service, but employee they did have was excellent.

Sadly, I won’t plan to come back here. We waited about 45 minutes for our drive thru order (with only one car ahead of us). We ordered two meals with sides of cheese curds and onion rings. Instead of telling us you cant get those as sides, they just decided instead to give us fries and completely leave out what we asked for. The food we got was not worth the wait, and the service left a lot to be desired

Penguin Point is a perhaps overlooked great spot in Elkhart. While the building is older, the inside is well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which I feel like is a rare find at restaurants today in general. The food was fresh and tasty. Staff was kind and service was good.

The people in here were super nice and the service was great. I had to wait a little bit for the french fries, but they gave me a bigger order for waiting. I ordered a barbecue pork sandwich, which was very tasty and not messy at all. The portions were good-sized for a medium order. The restaurant sits right on the street so it's very visible. The only problem with the parking lot is the restaurant is at a busy corner, where traffic backs up.

Waited 24 minutes after ordering to get food, when we got the food it was not all in the bag but when we let the employee know she said we had to drive around and get back in line. There were 6 cars in line so we weren't waiting any longer. They gave us our money back and let us keep what we had been given. That food was amazing though! Will try again, was probably just a bad day there...

Quality of food was good, and chicky strips were decent size; but, only 8 fries? Really? Had to laugh at how big the box was compared to the double cheeseburger inside it. Not worth the money spent.
