Great local eatery! We just went to the ice cream room, which has stairs leading up to it from the sidewalk; there may be an accessible entrance elsewhere from the actual restaurant. Free parking on the street and free parking lot next to the building, however this is a popular place, so I imagine it fills quickly. The ice cream was delicious and they had lots of flavors to choose from. Waffle cones were delicious. Two dairy free options available. Highly recommend

What a wonderful stop! While we did not eat from their dinner menu, we enjoyed delicious hard scooped, house made ice cream with fresh waffle cones! It was a stellar shop and I will totally come again. The prices are $4.50 for a junior (my picture), $5.50 for one scoop, $6.50 for a two scoop. Tax is included in the price. They also had gluten free and dairy free options available.

This was a perfect stop on my road trip around Lake Michigan. The atmosphere was super fun, food was delicious, service was great. I ate too much lunch and didn’t save room for the ice cream flight that I really wanted to order. But there is a separate entrance if all you want is ice cream, so I’ll admit that we went back and got a scoop later on. This place is perfect for all ages and the prices aren’t bad at all. Do yourself a favor and stop at House of Flavors!

Best place to dine in Ludington. For a meal try the turkey or get a fresh turkey wrap. Don’t miss the ice cream, have some for dessert and again after taking in a sunset at the city beach. Check out the flavors, and be sure to try the black cherry. A perfect family tradition.

Absolutely the most fun place to go! I only had breakfast but it was great, the staff were fun and friendly, the vibe is tremendous--oldies playing over the sound system, 45's hanging all over the place, the famous straw wrappers stick to the ceiling, the best and most flavors of on-site -made ice cream!!😲. They also sell fun items and their famous strawberry jam. I only wish this place were close enough to visit weekly! I will be back and bring everyone I know.

Can’t wait to go back to try the ice cream! This was a great diner spot with a pretty affordable menu and all of the standard breakfast options but also a lot of creative takes on traditional dishes. The staff was nice and it had a fun ambiance.

Nostalgia all the way! First time having breakfast here and it was delicious. Locals are lined up at opening and awesome seeing the staff get their their 'regular' items without needing to be asked. Tells you that its a loved establishment. This booth has been sat in by my family for generations and it was awesome to see it still there!

Took a quick drive to Ludington and had a great sushi dinner. Delicious sushi and Jesse M provided terrific service. Best restaurant in Ludington. The spicy seaweed salad is definitely spicy but really good.

Out for a girls’ weekend, we had passed by this place earlier during the day and noticed it was packed. We all know that’s a good sign, right? So, we decided to stop in rather late that night for dinner and drinks. Luckily, the kitchen was still open! The bartender and our server (the sweetest girl ever visiting from Romania) were wonderful. The Blueberry mules were delicious! Our late night dinners consisted of some pretty amazing birria tacos and Colorado Nachos. We also couldn’t resist dessert to go and let me tell you…don’t pass up on that cheesecake flight!

This was the worst food I have ever had. The salsa was literally tomato paste. The quesadilla was only a big pile of greasy burger with no cheese or veggies. I couldn’t eat any of it. Worst food and worst service. So disappointed.

Would rate this place zero stars if I could. We had a semi-large party and they sat us at two separate tables. Our table's sushi was served to the other table and they expected us to get up everytime we wanted the sushi that WE ordered. The owner did not offer to fix it and bring our food to OUR table. He brought us a spatula from the kitchen to transport our food. All of the toppings were falling off and not good at all. Absolutely ridiculous. The owner does not care about the customers or the quality of his food.

Owner is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Our party took up two tables and all of our sushi was served on one plate. Instead of taking the tray back and taking accountability, we were handed plates, spatulas, and tongs to plate our food ourselves from the other table. All of our food came out at different times leaving our party waiting for each other to finish eating. -100/10 recommend.

The food and service here was very good, we both got the Sockeye Salmon Burger and it was GREAT. The atmosphere and music was very pleasing too!

This restaurant is extremely weird. It really doesn't have an identity. The menu has five different styles of cuisine and then they have a full bar that takes up half of the restaurant. I mean, if you have a group of people who really want Mexican, sushi, pasta, barbecue and American food then this is the place. The wings were pretty good but the sauce wasn't house made, the grilled chicken wrap was mediocre but the ranch was bad. I also think the prices are just a bit steep. Which wouldn't be bad if the food was good but it's not. Then to top it all off, my wife's wrap came out of the kitchen about 20 minutes after everything else. They did apologize and gave us $1.80 (10%) off....

Absolutely fabulous experience. Courtney at the bar is amazing! Best Martini ever!!! We had the duck and shrimp and grits, both were 10/10. If you’re in town… definitely check this place out. And honestly, get a bar seat! Courtney made us feel so welcome and had great conversation, great asset to Table 14

We live in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and have dined internationally. This is a fabulous restaurant which could hold its own in Chicago, NYC, or any major city. Charming ambiance, excellent food and wine. Our server Jason was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The crab cakes and pecan coated trout were sublime and the homemade lemon pie to die for. Highly recommended!

We ordered the she-crab soup (very good) and crabcake (good but small) as our appetizer. Entree’s were shrimp & grits and fried chicken. The shrimp & grits were ok but I wouldn’t order again. The grits were almost in a soupy texture and not a lot of flavor unfortunately. The fried chicken entree was delicious. The gravy was perfect and the green beans had a great smoked flavor to them. We ordered extra gravy for an additional cost but worth it. Service was really good as well. We will be back!

Fantastic service by Jason. All of the staff was very nice! Food was delicious! So glad we chose to have our date night here. We will definitely be back!

Table 14 is a 5 star experience from beginning to end. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated at our favorite spot-the bar. Courtney does a fantastic job as both bartender and server and all around expert at all things culinary. We have dined here many times and never had anything but a perfect meal. The only thing that matches the elevated food experience is the service. We are always greeted warmly by the owner Laura and her husband the chef. If you ever find your way to this lovely town please do yourself the favor of visiting Table 14. You will NOT be disappointed!

We were beyond disappointed. Two of us ordered the crab cake, pork belly, scallops and shrimp & grits. The seafood ingredients are good quality, fresh and good size and generous portions. But for a supposedly top notch eatery, the sauces lacked flavor and complexity. The pork belly, while well seared, tasted bland and bristly. The shrimp and grits came in a heavy tomato based sauce that tasted dull and salty. Of the 4 dishes we ordered, 3 came with grits. I like grits but I didn't come to a fancy eatery to fill up on heavy carbs. The final straw was how overpriced the menu is. Two of us with 2 appetizers, 2 mains and 1 glass of wine, no dessert and no coffee, paid almost $150.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary (not our first time eating here). It was my first time out in 5 months after having our daughter. We both ordered the filet medium well. Both came out encased with an incredibly thick hard black char. You could barely cut through it and it tasted like you were licking an old grill grate. When the waitress came over she saw that they were not done properly and immediately talked to the manager/owner without us even bringing it up. The person in charge then preceded to come over and ask what was wrong and made a huge scene. It was ridiculous, uncalled for and horrible.

Good place for big servings of comfort food with a side of local history. And friendly service, too. The Hot Meatloaf Sandwich was all you hoped for, and as much as grandma tried to make you eat! And the homemade bread could have come directly out of her oven - impressive!

First time there was an amazing experience. It’s a very relaxed place to dine. The food was amazing and if you want to learn about a restaurants food quality check out their salad bar. I have never encountered a salad bar that was this fresh ever. The waitress that served us was pleasant and a delightful young lady. When I unrolled my silverware from my napkin there wasn’t a single water spot anywhere. This says a lot as they pay attention to small details. They have homemade bread and pies and we are looking forward to dining here when in Ludington.

Very nice place to go. They offer a lot of different options. We went early in the morning and the staff were very attentive. Honestly a bit pricey for the food you got, but over all we had nice time! Definitely recommend the cinnamon roll!

Local diner with options for everyone. Free parking out front and lot in the back. Overall the food was pretty good with massive portions. The staff was kind and service was good. They offer breakfast all day, which is a win in my book! Gluten free options. Wheelchair accessable from the back (I didn't use the front door, so I can't speak on that front). Note that the door doesn't have an accessable button, so opening the door in a chair may be more difficult. I did think it smelled kinda funky when I first walked in, but didn't notice it after a while.

What a nice meal! I brought the whole family here 45 min before closing on a Monday, and was welcomed with open arms. The food was excellent (I had fried perch which was cooked to perfection), but the prices were even better. All of us ate full meals, and we even got a bottle of Michigan wine, and the total was $78. Extra special thanks to Marsha, the owner, who helped me retrieve my drivers license that I accidentally left on the SS Badger! I have eaten in countless restaurants all over America, and this will go down as one of my favorites.

Atmosphere could use some updating, but otherwise was pleasant. The food was delicious; I got the wet burrito 🌯, the red sauce was a bit overpowering. The service was friendly.

We stopped in mid afternoon for a light lunch. This was the first time we had been here. Service and waitress very friendly. Atmosphere was great! We were seated by a painting from 1937. Impressive! Now..on to the food and beverages. We ordered Draft beers that were fairly priced and..nice and cold!!!! We ordered Vegetable soup, Sampler platter and Saganaki ( flaming cheese ) . Soup tasted great! Sampler platter which had chicken strips, potato skins with bacon, mozzarella sticks , deep fried mushrooms and onion rings (missing in photo due to my love of onion rings) and dipping sauces. One word Fantastic!!! Everything was delicious. I had to order another cold draft it was so good and cold! lol It was high 80s outside. Also, It went with the Saganaki that was like desert. We recommend the Old Hamlin Restaurant with enthusiasm!! OPA!!!!!

The space is nice for indoor and outdoor seating. There is a large menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the spinach & artichoke dip and the brussel sprouts, however we were very disappointed with the loaded fries - it had no taste. The meat in pork tacos was extremely dry. The pizza was very average. They seemed short staffed. It was hard to get a server’s attention. We tried for several hours to call for a reservation and no one answered the phone. It was our first visit to this restaurant and overall we would not come here again.

Very good food! Their fries were amazing and their beer selection did not disappoint. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Their cheese for their Mac and cheese is house made and some of their menu items are locally sourced. The plates are large portions and run about $14-$20 a meal. They have a patio that is dog friendly and our service was prompt.

Excellent beer and food. Be sure to sample the Coconut Brown ale - wow! It’s the best sipping beer around. Start with the awesome pretzels. Salads are fresh with a variety of greens. Burgers are top level. The servers are friendly and helpful in selecting beers, and the service is great, even when it’s busy. The outside patio and covered dining area is clean and quieter than the inside tables. Enjoy a walk through town afterwards. And get some fresh brews to take home.

We experienced a significant delay in receiving our meal. Upon its arrival, the quality of the food was not up to par. Specifically, the wagyu steak, which I requested to be cooked medium, was served rare. Due to my hunger and the server's infrequent presence, I chose to consume it as is. Had the service been more efficient and the food prepared as requested, I would have gladly offered a four-star review.

Stopped in for food and beer. Everything thing was amazing. Michigan Cherry Salad add chicken with the house made honey vinaigrette - so delicious! Husband had the Philly Cheesesteak- excellent - generous amount of shaved ribeye. He was very happy. Beer cheese with the pretzels is also made in house - very good. We did 2 - 5 pour flights. Very impressed with the beer. Our server was very attentive and offered good recommendations. We sat on the patio with our dog. Excellent environment - tables are well spaced which I think is great so the dogs don’t get too crowded.

Crab Rangoon pizza is a must get here. The brussel sprouts with bacon and Michigan cherries are also a tangy and sweet treat. Highly recommended?

Went with group of six on a Saturday night in November. They have a great selection of beer and solid food choices. All enjoyed their meals. We split a pizza. It was the perfect size for two plus had a couple pieces left for hungry boys. Service was friendly and relatively quick for having a mix of burgers and pizza. As with most brewery dining rooms, it can be a little tough to hear people at your table because the sound is very live.

This place is a must-stop if you are in the Ludington MI area. The food was fantastic. We had a good mix of items and all were delicious. My teenager raved about the Mac and cheese and I had a pork belly burnt ends baked potato bowl that was the best I’ve had. The restaurant itself was clean, had great seating and I enjoyed the art on the walls (all available for sale, done by local artists). I had a great time and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I love the option to purchase meals for a “pay it forward” system. I left with a full heart from that and a full belly with the food. Can’t wait to go back on our next trip.

The Q Smokehouse catered a birthday party for my family over the weekend and they went above and beyond! The food was absolutely delicious, prices are very reasonable and Dave is a pleasure to work with. I had people text me this morning raving about the food! Highly recommend for your next gathering!

We had the best catering experience for our wedding with Q ! They showed up on time with delicious hot food that exceeded our expectations! The guests raved about the food ( mac and cheese and pulled chicken was the biggest hit)and all the sauces. Thank you all so much!

We had heard good things about Qs. However, we were a bit nervous when we walked in at 5pm on a Friday to a completely empty restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, and we ordered ribs, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese, beans, corn bread, and a pulled pork sandwich. With a few Faygos to wash it down. Wanted to basically try all the smoked meats. We sat out back, and the staff brought out our meal quickly. We popped open the containers, and my first impression was that it looked a bit dry. We dove in and pigged out 🐖 🐷 The smoked meats were delicious, the ribs and burnt ends that looked dry were moist and full of flavor. The brisket bark was absolutely delicious. The mac n cheese was like mom used to make. The only criticism I would have is that the cornbread was dry, and the beans were just not my liking. I have tried BBQ all over the country, and this was a standout

Food was bland no fountain drinks very limited drinks in cooler. Way too many political options posted on windows. So close to walking away since owners support everyone except America not sure why I supported an American small business. Employees were very friendly, only positive.

We live in town and have tried this place 3 times. I wish we could give it a better review. The food is just so expensive for what you get. They always seem to be out of things like brisket and their sides are just ok. They do have some good queso and homemade chips but again, it’s really expensive for such a small portion. On a side note, they can’t seem to decide if they are a restaurant or a political mouthpiece. While we were eating outside, we watched several people walk up, read the political posters on the front door, and walk away. But they seem to do well, so they must have a good following.

Looks nothing like the photo online. They forgot the peanuts and hardly put any vegetables, green onion and cilantro. First time ordering this spicy sweet noodle bowl. Very disappointed, it was a to go order. Staff were nice and the place was clean.

This place is awesome. Amazing food, friendly staff and nice welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to trying every dish on the menu. It is a refreshing to find healthier options at a restaurant. Pictured the Baja Chicken Omelet and Homemade hash breakfast. They served the toast with homemade strawberry jam 😋 I only wish they were open later. Being farmers we often don't get finished until later in the day and miss out on having lunch or early supper here.

Food was amazing. The Southwest breakfast burrito was killer. I hate tomatoes. They came in the black bean salsa, but I devoured it. We asked for well done hash browns and they were super crispy. Our server was awesome, and our food came really fast after ordering.

This spot is great! The atmosphere is quaint and intimate. Seating options both inside and outside and a breakfast menu that meets everyone's wants. Ordered the Corned beef and eggs meal, which was amazing and my wife ordered the country benedict which the homemade biscuits added another level to the dish. Our food came out very quick, even with the restaurant being a tad busy, which is testament to the cooks. Our server Kaitlyn was amazing, she was super nice and fun to talk to. I definitely recommend this place.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place, first time we had eaten here and we go to Ludington quite a bit. The prices were a tad high for what I was hoping for, but we really enjoyed our food. When I first got my sandwich my thought was "a little stingy on the chips" but the taste of the sandwich made up for it, and frankly, my gut tells me I don't really need that many chips. All in all a good experience. I'd like to come back here and try the breakfast!

On every adventure, we go to a local coffee shop and Res Rooster did not disappoint. Firstly, everything is fair trade and organic AND fantastic quality! Truly, the coffee was rich and aromatic and they have a very wide selection. One of best tasting coffee shops we’ve gone to recently for certain. Secondly, their syrup selections are all made in house and it SHOWS. My frappe had a rich and decadent flavor without all the additives in other store bought syrups. Third, they have free WiFi, their bathrooms were clean, and they have lots of places to sit. I really enjoyed my drink and would recommend them easily to anyone. Last, I did notice some complaining about the sizes, but I think that the prices are very comparable to Biggby and Starbucks (some menu items being much cheaper).

I always hunt out local coffee shops rather than buying from a chain. Red Rooster has good cold brew but I would have like to have a larger size? For what I pay, it feels like the serving is a bit small. Regardless, the atmosphere, employees, and WiFi are top notch. Today I listened to one of the baristas take the time to have a lengthy conversation with an obvious long time customer and I thought it was great! Keep up the good work!

Great coffee and atmosphere! They have fresh baked bread and delicious pour over coffee. I had the whole wheat bread with cashew butter and the decaf pour over with almond milk. I was in town for Labor Day weekend and wanted to come here to get some work done and check out the place. Would definitely recommend!

This is summer favorite for us when we visit Ludington. It has a great selection with creative and delicious offerings. I love the local connections to the menu with homemade syrups and honey from the local vendors. The atmosphere is clean, trendy and so friendly. A must stop if you are in the area and need your caffeine hit!

We stopped in here for a quick coffee and were impressed with the amount of space inside. It definitely seemed like a great spot to stop and have a coffee, maybe a small bite to eat with friends or to get some work done in the mornings. The coffee was good and the staff was kind and friendly.

It was our first time exploring the Manistee & Ludington areas. I searched for a local coffee shop for 2 days and nothing caught my attention until I came across Red Rooster. It was everything I was looking for. Family owned & simple yet very attractive & welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly. Syrups for lattes are house made which is something I always look for. My iced oat milk miel was made with local honey and it was delicious. I highly recommend. They also had a nice assortment of organic baked goodies including sliced sourdough with any spread you could want. We will make sure to stop here any time we are back in the area

We were on a vacation when we visited and I wish we could have spent more time here. Nice and calm atmosphere and coffee was good ☕️ Friendly people. We will be back when we are in town again!

Both of our steaks were not cooked properly. Waitress was very nice about it. She talked with her manager and our meals were discounted. The beer battered cauliflower was AMAZING and was the highlight of our meal! Beautiful place inside and the view of the marina was great.

We feel at home at Crown and Cork! The food is amazing and they're always adding drinks and new tastes to the menu. We frequent whenever we are in town! The owner, Lynda is present and engaged. The wait staff are friendly and remember us when we come.

Rib eye was good. The porkchops were disappointing. $26 for a little 3.5 oz. Chop Seriously I have never seen a pork chop presented like this. Oh I repeated the dessert .

Previously P.M. Steamers, this restaurant has had a facelift that almost makes it unrecognizable lol. But really, the atmosphere was classy (minus the broke down piano set-up, sitting in plain site which we agreed could be better hidden until in use) Possibility for great potential. I realize this is newly opened, but the wait times were beyond that as the reason. We were told by the hostess that everything is made from scratch, and that it would be a longer dining experience. Ok, but apps and burgers for lunch really shouldn't be a 2 1/2 hour "experience". Atmosphere was 8/10, food was 7/10, wait time was 3/10. Would be willing to return for dinner in a couple months. I hope it becomes a regular spot for drinks and dinner!

I can honestly say I’m surprised there are even negative reviews about this restaurant, not only was the atmosphere warm and inviting, the food did not disappoint. As a mom visiting from far out of town with her three kids frantically looking for a place to sit down and eat dinner I couldn’t be more grateful my sights landed on Crown and Cork. Immediately pulling into the parking lot you are met with the most incredible view and the inside of the restaurant is decorated so beautifully that the environment falls nothing short of exciting and welcoming! They have the BEST play area for children I have EVER seen anywhere. The restaurant was clean and the staff was so attentive and kind it felt like connecting with old friends. I had the Luxury of meeting the owner (whom herself was also absolutely stunning and so so kind) and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to tell her how much we enjoyed our evening! This place falls nothing short of perfection and I can’t wait to celebrate every birthday and anniversary to come, and yes, it is absolutely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for me.

Fine dining with the best food I have found in the area. Nice view of the marina across the street. Outdoor area. More of a traditional upscale restaurant. If you are looking for a quick inexpensive meal then I would go to one of the many other great restaurants in the area.

Fantastic resturant!! I had the Cajun Shrimp dish and it was fantastic!! It had just enough spice and flavor that it made me feel like I was eating down in New Orleans! The drinks there are pretty great aswell! I sat at the windows which face the marina and got to watch the large Badger ship take off while eating. The owner also stopped by to check in on me and the rest of my group, there is alot of passion and hospitality in this place! I can't wait to travel up again!

Was a little confused if I needed to go to the bar to order or if waitresses came by. After that was solved everything was excellent. Great beer selection. Pizza was amazing. Was devastated when the raccoons stole our "to go" pizza back at the campground.

We stopped here on our way home after reading so many great reviews. This is definitely not a "judge a book by its cover" kind of place. Once inside, the staff is helpful and friendly and checks on you often. And the food was delicious! I had the fried perch, and the batter was SO amazing. The serving size is more than enough. The hubs had the wet burrito, and it was huge and also really tasty. We will visit again when in the area.

This place was amazing! I came here on my last night of being in Ludington and this was jam packed. Homecoming and regulars and tourists. The staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. Great teamwork from what I witnessed. The food was great and the speed was just as good. I sat at the bar, got ID’d, and was able to place my order. I ended up getting the blueberry Moscow mule, water, and the fajita salad. Which was good. The veggies were really salty though so it was a bit rough to eat them. I would say it you have a large party, this place can handle it all. Pick this as your next big destination if you are coming in a large pack or a small group.

Great place for out-of-towners to visit. Everyone very polite and friendly. Nice craft beer selection, food menu ok. They have a stage and live music on occasion. You can walk into the restaurant next door and get a wider array of food options. I love the place. They stay open later than mentioned here.

Dedra told us they were overbooked and we walked out with sad faces. As we got in the car to go somewhere else, she came out and said they had two cancels for the wait list!!!! We came back in out of the rain and enjoyed a Philly cheesesteak and battered pollock. Fabulous place, down to earth. NOTE: maps has the place across the street, which is a real estate office. Look across the road!!!

My family used to love this place 30 years ago. We couldn't get enough of it. So I decided to try it again since I was in town. It didn't live up to memory. I got a BLT that was scrawny (how hard it is to make a good BLT?) and my daughter had a burger that wasn't much to crow about. The only good things served at our table looked to be the wet burritos, but even those, I'm told, were only okay.

I had the fried White fish tackle box. Everything was good. I debated between blackened and fried. I hoped to possibly get half and half or buy a small side but it didn't see anything on the menu indicating either option was available. So I end up with fried and it was a hardy portion of fish. I thought the coleslaw was kind of plain with fruit added to it. Hush puppies very good, standard ok fries.

Tiny little space (off the main street through Ludington) where you go in, order, go back outside where there’s an outdoor area built by the town for hanging out. Even a fireplace structure in the center! They buzz you to come back to pickup window and get your food. A mix of non-alcoholic and alcohol drinks to choose from in two coolers. Michigan Cherry slaw or fries are side choices with about 10 different fish sandwich options. Yummy and fast!

Ordered the blackened grouper tackle box. The fries and coleslaw were good, the fish had good flavor but it was super dense and dry like they are pressing it or using a meat weight on it. I was hoping for light and flaky unfortunately thats not what i received. Maybe try it grilled or fried instead. Place was super clean, staff was friendly, good selection of canned cocktails.

Great place for fish. Light breading, excellent perch. You get about 7 pieces, fries, couple hush puppies, coleslaw fire about 19 bucks. More than enough. We split one dinner. Outside dining only but great sitting area just outside at legacy plaza. Our go to fish whenever in town.

Fast and friendly service. Good variety of perfectly prepared fish and sides. I had the smelt with hush puppies, fries, and coleslaw, and everything was delicious. There is no indoor seating, but there are a number of tables right out front in a foot-traffic only area that has ample parking close by.

Grilled shrimp was fantastic! I would love it more if they served it with a small bed/cup of rice , otherwise it tasted amazing and the employees were killing it today! 👌 😋

Frys and hush puppy and coleslaw were good. Fish was cooked well but extremely fish tasting. I knew i was in trouble as soon as I grab the bag. Maybe grouper is like that but way to fish for me. I'll stick to my fish at home. I did choke it down because it did cost me 27 dollars. Would have mich rather had a cracker barrel cod dinner.

Great experience minus the hostess. Didn't realize we needed a reservation. She was kinda rude about it and snubbed us to the side for people who had reservations. Asked of we could sit at the bar she said yes. The bartender and staff were great. Food was on point.

I cam here from Manistee and really loved this place. They had just opened their lunch menu 4 days ago and my wife and in-laws were eating here. Our guy Brad was phenomenal at helping us navigate choices, giving us history of the place and the new construction happening. The owner went above and beyond by offering to cook a dinner item in lieu of the options on the lunch menu. It was one of the tastiest New York strips you could ask for. My two cents for recommendations are that they increase the portions a little with possible extra veggies or rice, but overall my family and I enjoyed the food greatly, the experience was phenomenal and we will certainly be back again!!

Make sure you have a reservation. Wasnt impressed with the hostess because we had no idea you should make a reservation. She was not very welcoming. More expensive than what I thought it would be but the food was well worth it. We sat at the bar, the bar staff was amazing and very welcoming.

My wife and I came here for dinner with high hopes BUT it didn’t not turn out well. First I did reservations online and when we got to the hostess stand and started such she rolled her eyes but still seated us. We both ordered Shrimp cocktail. They were a combination of frozen or extremely dry. We were told that they would be removed from the bill, but only $3 was taken off. I ordered Ribeye medium and my wife ordered Prime Rib medium. The ribeye was the thinnest, most sorry piece of meat I have had. It was 3/8” at its thickest and cooked to well done. My wife’s Prime came out rare but otherwise was average taste. The sides (roasted redskins and squash) were good. The service was average and the atmosphere was average. Definitely not worth the $200 bill though.

My girlfriend and I ate here Saturday night and I was pleasantly surprised by just about every aspect. We had a reservation at 6:30 and we showed up a little bit over 20 minutes early and they got us right in and even remembered my special request from when I made the reservation. The wait staff was very good and our food was absolutely terrific. The menu prices were very reasonable especially for the quality. I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family or anyone in the area.

You’ll get better service an an applebees. servers are given too many tables to manage. prices and atmosphere are setting a high bar and the service does not match at all. I would recommend Timbers bar and grill down the street everytime. Got the chicken alfredo. was not worth the price.

Reading some of the reviews I was uncertain. If I should try this place or not. Most of the reviews are pretty accurate. I made a reservation based off some of the reviews saying that it would be required to get a table. When I arrived there were only two other tables sat in the entire restaurant so I'm unsure why I needed a reservation. After we got sat, waitress quickly took our drink order but that was the only thing that was quick about the service. With it being that slow I would assume the waitress would constantly be checking on us or around but that wasn't the case. The food itself was pretty mediocre at best which was kind of disappointing. I ordered a steak assuming being a steakhouse it was going to be good but it was just a letdown. They were also out of a lot of things on their menu. If you are considering going here, don't set your expectation is very high and enjoy it if you can.

I had an issue waited 45 minutes bring home. The pizza and the whole bottom was very burnt manager wasn't in when I called waited the next day I called manager wasn't in and I left my name and number again within 15 minutes she called Me back I appreciate that very much. She made good. She asked if I could come down and that they would make me another pizza today which I came down. She was good on her word the pizza was great thank you ! When you try and go above and beyond, making a customer happy I will be coming back. They did right by me. Please don't give up the people that gave a bad review give them another chance. Thank you. 7 adults for supper on a Tuesday evening. Seated immediately. Lovely atmosphere with friendly service. The pizza and sandwiches are top quality with a plethora of topping choices. One of our family favorites when on vacation in Ludington. Well worth a stop, and we will return!

This place is amazing! Unfortunately I was here while a very impatient grown man was complaining that their food was taking over an hour in a half when only three people were working. They had over 8 people at their table… his solution to this was that they should stop hiring?? Not sure how that would solve anything. The manager took it very well and was patient with him. She mentioned that a lot of her employees are still in school and can’t work over certain hours because it’s the LAW. Pizza is FRESH and the crust is just amazing. Please remember to be good humans. If the food industry was easy everyone would be doing it.

I rarely give a bad review but if this store wants to be like the Chuckwagon it was the new owners need to go back to every little bit of what exactly was done before, regardless if it doesn't save time or money. I'm willing to wait longer for this pizza like we did with the previous owners, I bet others are too.. This is not the "chuckwagon" of years gone by. We visit this store yearly on vacation way back to the 1990's (going out of our way to get there) and wow, every year there was never a disappointment until this year. Something has drastically changed. Starters, the crust was hard, dry, and bland definitely not hand tossed anymore and where it burned was hard as a rock compared to just crunchy like in the past. Pizza sauce, the little there was also not tasty. Topping helpings don't even compare to the days gone by, definitely different meats and the cheese was not appealing either. The employees were very friendly. The store has been updated and that's okay, it looks very nice. Sometimes things can use a refresh but not the actual pizzas. As of now we will go to the pizzeria in Pentwater until we hear rumors that Chuckwagon has remedied their current growing pains. Blessings.

Once the pride of Michigan, the Chuck Wagon served pizza so fine it could lift a soldier’s spirits after the darkest march. But upon my return after years away, I found it fallen into ruin. The crust, once tender, now chews like hard tack. The pie was burnt, the toppings meager, and the joy long gone. What was once a feast is now but a rationed disgrace—not fit for man nor mule.

This place is definitely not what it used to be under the previous owners. The inside is nice but small with limited seating which is fine considering anyone deciding to eat in will be there a very long time. The wait staff was very slow, forgetful, and seemed rather lost. They didn’t seem to want to check on their customers at all. They got orders wrong and took almost two hours to complete our order. It seems the owner or manager is also the only one making pizza which is not conducive to ensuring efficiency and quality of service. Some of the food was good, some looked like it had been pulled out of long term storage. Overall it seemed the dine in customers were treated as an afterthought while the staff focused on the takeout customers. Would not recommend.

A solid 1, considering all the other available pizza options you’d think a local pizza place would standout but unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The pizza sauce was alright but the crust was lacking and the bread sticks were more like cheese on a piece of cardboard. The toppings were plentiful but the quality of the toppings were not fresh. It seems like I missed the heyday of chuck wagon, now it seems like a lot of corners are cut.

Food was terrible. I've seen the owners respond to others bad reviews but I counted 7 bad reviews in 3 weeks so obviously I'm not the only one. Clam chowder was inedible and tasted incredibly fishy. My French onion looked like gruel. Drink was never refilled sitting on the side of the table. Meat was bland and not cooked to order. Lobster was also not good. Twice baked potato looked made yesterday. We tipped our waitress because it's not her fault the food is terrible. Good luck!

The food is ok for that in the area and the price. Takes awhile for any meal. Not much if you are Gluten-free. Friendly staff. If you like fish meals, this is the place for it. I had all you can eat shrimp but that was a regular size and then when I asked for more they gave me 8 more but said they usually give you 4 more at a time. They are peel and eat shrimp and not that big. Plus the additional cost if using credit card they tell you at the end. If you have time and like fish and friend fish meals or shrimp this is the local place to go.

My lobster was over cooked. My steak was flavorless and raw. I ordered med/rare this came out something different. Not even a sear, just raw. Waiter was nice. Thats all ican say..

I would just like to start this review off with saying. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE FOOD, AND SERVICE. I came to get one of my favorite dishes, broiled white fish, I noticed they had it on the menu and was brave enough to try it.. BIG mistake. I have no been to this restaurant before but I did not expect this bad of service! My fish came out completely raw! It was flopping on the floor! I called out the owner and after a good 15 minutes of excuses he finally gave me his name. Then the owner (Kyle) proceeded to tell me the fish was in fact not raw and thought it would be a good idea to slap me across the face with the fish! My kids were traumatized. We will in fact never be coming here again.

Just wanna start of by saying this is our goto restaurant for dinner and it is always a great experience the food was so good that we started with 2 appetizers of the onion rings the sauce is amazing and the lobster tails were so good and presentation was great 10/10 recommend

Fish fry was excellent! Fries had good flavor, nice sweet tartar sauce, and good crisp coleslaw. I tried some of each fish with the all-you-can-eat special, and the cod was the best. Has a very thin, light batter. Lake perch dinner was also very good, lightly dusted with flour then fried.

A good sports bar in Ludington. We came in on a Saturday night for dinner and drinks after a movie. One of the reasons was because they were one of the only places open past 10 ON A SATURDAY IN THE SUMMER. I don't know why after COVID places haven't gone back to normal hours but I'm glad his place has. The service was good. The host, bartender, and our server were all very nice. The menu is a good size, not too big, not too small. The beer selection was OK, not great. However, they did have custom cocktails which was cool. The food came out really fast which was good. It was also pretty good. The wings were good and definitely felt their own. We had the garlic Parmesan and Asian flavor, both were good and unique. The bacon Mac was also very creamy and good. The place is a nice sports bar, food themes, not tacky, and supports their local teams as well as the big Michigan ones. Recommended.

We come to Ludington for our yearly vacation and we decided to stop in and check this place out this year. Atmosphere was great. The depth of the restaurant makes it feel bigger than it probably is inside. We had fried pickles, onion rings, and pretzel bites for appetizers. All were fantastic, especially the onion rings, definitely get those! Now to the pizza... Oh man. I would be lying if I didn't tell you this was one of the best tavern style pizzas I've ever eaten. Simple sausage and pepperoni had us feeling some kind of way. My wife and mother in law got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and had the same thoughts. The only thing I could find wrong (personal taste) is the amount of garlic. I really like garlic and the pizza had maybe a touch too much. The server was great, could have used some more frequent stops, but it was Friday night and it was full in there, so kind of understandable. All in all, this will be a repeat stop for us every year and I'll tell anyone to stop in.

Food was good, I got the loaded burger, which all those toppings are right in my wheel house for favorites. My wife got the chicken tenders and she really enjoyed those. Prices were reasonable and service was very good as well. Atmosphere was very relaxed and plenty of TVs with sports on. Highly recommend.

First week of October and all decorated for Halloween, what fun! And oh is the food good!!! My husband had the best bacon cheese burger of our entire trip here, and I had a big bowl of quacamole mac and cheese, and yes, it's better than it sounds. Even the coffee is good here! Our server was friendly and fast. Definitely will come back!

Good was really good, but we had to wait almost 40 minutes just for our appetizer, then our food came only 10 minutes after that. My server really liked to run her yap at the bar, instead of focusing on the people who weren’t at the bar. We even had a different bartender ask us if we needed anything which she shouldn’t have had to do. She also would constantly walk by our table without asking if we needed refills or how it was going or anything hence why she did not get a tip.

I recently returned to this restaurant for a family dinner after not visiting for quite some time. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. We ordered a variety of items, including sandwiches, a burger, and a chicken strip basket. Upon arrival, it became apparent that our server was also tending bar, which understandably divided her attention. As a result, service throughout the evening was inconsistent and less attentive than expected. When our meals were brought to the table, the server had difficulty finding space to place the plates due to leftover menus and appetizer dishes that had not yet been cleared. In the process of juggling the food, two of the four meals were accidentally dropped, spilling a large amount of sauce—some of which ended up on our legs and feet. The meals that did make it to the table were also disappointing, with sandwiches served on noticeably burnt bread. Adding to the frustration, my husband's replacement meal didn’t arrive until well after the rest of us had finished eating, preventing us from enjoying dinner together. There was no immediate effort to rectify the situation, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Finally, it took quite some time to receive our check and a to-go box, and during the meal we were never offered drink refills—something we would typically expect as part of basic service. While I understand that restaurants can have off nights, this visit did not meet expectations in terms of food quality, service, or overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving future guest experiences.

Don’t Bother!! I’ve never left a restaurant review before but felt this one was necessary. Our party of three walked in and gave our name to Jerry Thomas, who was hosting tonight. Jerry told us there would be a 15-35 minute wait and that he would call when a table was available. We just had time to walk across the street - less than 5 minutes - when my husband got a phone call from an unknown number listed as “Wolverine, Michigan.” Assuming it was a junk call, he did not pick up. Jerry, the host was calling from his personal cell and left a message saying that because we did not pick up, he gave away our table. We hurried back across the street and into the restaurant where he approached us. We explained the situation, and he said there was nothing he could do. He admitted that he told us 15-35 minutes but said it’s not really his job to gauge table turnover time. He also admitted that he called from his personal cell phone and not from a restaurant line and that, yes, it is not a Ludington number. When I asked what he could do, he said that he could put our name back on the waiting list, but at the bottom below parties that had come in after us. Truly, I can’t recall ever receiving such poor treatment from a hospitality establishment. This young man does not belong in customer service, and the restaurant does not deserve patrons if it supports such an unprofessional policy.

This is a store that combines four stores in one space. It is a fun space where you can enjoy beautiful art pieces, experience spaces, delicious drinks, warm tea, and sweet cakes, and even make your own works of art.

Such a cute, airy, cozy spot!! I had the kombucha flight (the Namaste was my favorite but all were delish; this would be super fun to share with a friend or two) and the chocolate pu-erh latte, iced, with almond milk - HIGHLY recommend, it was sweetened just enough to taste like a fancy grown-up version of chocolate milk 😋 Only thing is I wish they had some more outlets for sitting and working. But the seating they did have was lovely and comfortable, and I'd recommend chilling here with a book or a similar offline task any day. I will be back whenever I come through Ludington!

Got the Sipping Chocolate and Pumpkin Chai Latte. Both were delicious. A great selection of fun teas too with a sample wall so you can smell them which is fun. Neat space inside with different games at all the tables (chess, checkers, connect four, etc.)

Came here with two friends to escape from the cold outside. Abby greeted us at the counter, very friendly and knowledgeable of the teas. Abby was able to make recommendations to help guide our tea experience. She really knows her teas. Major plus for this location is no up-charge for dairy subtitutes in our drinks. Another plus is a portion of the proceeds goes toward stopping human trafficking. Location is inside with three other businesses, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy yourself. Pictured is April Showers tea, tasting like Fruit Loops, and Maple Chaga Chicory tea, made of mushrooms but tasting like smokey maple coffee.

Ordered a couple of boba teas from one truck and the service left us feeling meh. Pizza from the other food truck was tasty! The hot dogs are always good! More helpful staff with better tips and suggestions so that no one feels rushed or out of the loop would make things perfect at the The 10 Spot! :)

Trash. The wings were a grease pond and were pretty much inedible. The pizza was obviously made with canned ingredients, which makes me question the rest of their recipe since they have a pretty high price per pizza. Delivery took about an hour and a half. I’ll never order again. It’s honestly the only time in my life I’ve rejected food I’ve ordered.

The atmosphere is a basic pizza place setting. Nothing fancy but appears to be clean. Our food was good. Two personal pizzas and a meatball sub were ordered. The food was hot and very good. The service seemed to be a little on the grouchy side when we placed our order. Maybe it was just an off day but she just seemed like she was not wanting to be there.

I was pleased with the sides and sandwiches, but both times I ordered, my pizza was not good. The first time it had so many raw onions under the cheese that it was inedible. I did give them another chance and while the pizza was better, it was still overcooked and borderline burnt.

I had a steak sub (full not half) French fries my wife had 1/2 of a sub we both had medium soft drinks. My sub was very dry my wife liked her sub. The fries tasted like they were done in an air fryer. My bill was $46.95. Outrageous pricing +3% for using a credit card. It won’t happen again.

I had an awesome experience last weekend. I ordered online and picked up our food, but the woman there was SO nice. She was super awesome to both my kids and it was something we talked about for the rest of the weekend.

Stopped in for lunch today. I got the 18" chicken Grinder, and my wife got an 8" BLT. Both were great! The staff was friendly too. We had a Mancino's in Waterford years ago, but they closed due to unfortunate circumstances. Really miss having one local. We have property less than 1/2 hr from Ludington, so we plan on stopping in here more often.

So i was really wanting to eat kfc today i got there ordered the 4 pc chicken tenders and daaaamn did i get a surprise when i got the box and started to eat, should be advertised as tender bites same as the bisquit 🤣 you can see the size of the tenders comoared to the sauce they are tiny and the bisquit was not much bigger than the sauce i get inflation and prices going up but at leaaast keep portions at a good size.

Very salty. Just as much breading as chicken. Mac-n-cheese used to be delicious. Now it doesn't take like much. Coleslaw is best thing there. Then potatoes and biscuits. Pot pies are good too. Coupons are good to get in the mail. A better deal when buying for the whole family. French fries were awful... like having a reheated fry in the microwave.

I think i is the last time I’ll order in kfc, I ordered 4pcs chicken but the two chicken size are just like 1 chicken. The size of their chicken should be rejected but still they serve it. I’m craving for kfc chicken coz Im pregnant but when I saw it I got disappointed. Look at the drumstick and the wings 😩😔😤😭

Walked in to order, the self ordering kiosk was not making my selection. Turned to have an employee ring me up the old fashioned way and got ignored. Two employees walked right in front of me without acknowledging my presence. "I'll be right there" would have worked, something. Don't ignore a passing customer waiting to give you money, otherwise you won't get it, you aren't that in demand, plenty of places that do what you do and cheaper.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this KFC and it has improved! Has the $7 fill up. Plenty of food, excellent presentation, and the food was very good. Chicken was crispy outside and firm and juicy inside. Biscuits were warm and soft, mashed potatoes were excellent as always. The surprise was the little dessert pies. The inside has been remodeled and now you can self serve your soda pop. The only negative is they focus so much on drive they & online / uber eats that walk in customers get the short stick. It didn’t take long and the staff was pleasant.

I have never had chicken tenders as bad as these, they were so tough. I feel they were either in the warmer for several hours(we were there around 1:45 pm) or they were cooked twice. We also ordered a small order cherry bites, and they were not good. They were not that busy, when we pulled up to the drive thru, one truck in front of us, then when we moved we could see one truck at the window. Will not go there again..

Ordered a pick up order of extra crispy chicken. Was given a pick up time- sent my son in to get it and they told him it would be an extra 30 minutes. They should have contacted me.

For the last month every weekend I get this, and it's like they purposefully made it this way every dang time. How can you do this on accident even? I'm getting it to go through the drive thru So obviously i'm trying to eat it in my car.. now i've got hollandaise sauce all over me and ive gotta go to the grocery store 🥴

The staff ignored not just me, but several other people waiting over 20 minutes for orders. They refused to take my order, even when I politely tried to get their attention after standing there waiting for 5 minutes. I was literally told my the young lady with dyed bright red hair that "we can't take your order right now." She was, of course, standing there basically doing nothing, and she stopped responding to me when I asked for assistance. Another woman who had the slight appearance of a manager (not sure if she was or not, because there didn't appear to be anyone in charge) ignored the exchange. Various workers looked in our direction several times and never made any attempt to even say anything as simple as, "We're busy and will be with you in a minute." There are about 7 or 8 cars in the drive thru, which isn't many, but it's clear they are ignoring customers in the store, all of which openly stated that the staff was ignoring them. Time of (attempted) service: 12:45pm EDT Sunday Sep 21. This is easily. A sub-standard McDonald's operation. By any reasonable account, a normal lunch period on a Sunday. All staff present were ignoring customers.

Don't ever come here if you expect to get your food in a timely manner. Literally sat at curbside for 26 minutes. Walked in to see if I could get my food. No one comes to the front even when you call out. I was late back to work and received no food! Absolutely horrible

Very poorly managed. They dont care about the people inside trying to order. They completely ignore you and focus ONLY on drive thru. The people in front of me left and also the people behind me left when the manager said we can leave if we dont want to wait. Thats ridiculous that a manager would say something like that and it shows the kind of customer service you get there. When i finally got my food, i had food missing and instead of waiting another 25 minutes for them to get it right, i ended up leaving. Beware!! DO NOT DINE IN FOR BREAKFAST THERE!!

I placed an order for breakfast before 10:30 on the app and I was on the way there and they cancelled the order right as I pulled in by 10:31. It’s ridiculous that they can’t prepare the order ahead of time if I placed it on the app more than 10 minutes beforehand. Never seen such type of service. Afterwards I just ordered a large coffee and had to wait over 10 minutes for it to be delivered to me…like they can’t even get coffee made fast enough?

Very slow service today, ut a little busy. Fries arrived cold and they quickly replaced them. Getting a drink refill is hard, since there is no self-service and no one behind the counter most of the time. Sorry. To say, but Burger King and Wendy's, both with in view, have face to face ordering and a self service drink machine. While we like McDonald's, we are more likely to patronize these other businesses. 🫤

Friendly service! Waited way too long for a fast food joint. Atmosphere is more for little kid place. Kinda of like Chucky Cheese and their pizza being like cardboard

I don't understand how they can charge so much for something that tastes like cardboard. The crust was tough and chewy, even though the top of my pizza had a lot of liquid on it. The cheese is definitely not real for how thick and compacted it is none of the toppings even stuck to it. The crust had a great flavor but unfortunately I couldn't chew it. Out of all of the hungry Howie's I have been to in Michigan this may be the worst.

Well first of all I don't really come here for the atmosphere, I'm generally just breezing in to pick up a pizza to take home. I have had delivery a number of times and they've always done a good job. I love their flavored flavored crust pizza and the wife and I both love their Asian Wings very good!

My wife and I got a pizza from Hungry Howie's in Ludington, because locals and the numerous signs along US-31 advertised the flavored crust feature. I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and asked for cheesy garlic crust flavor. We received no crust flavor which was beyond disappointing and the pizza itself was very subpar, like the pizza didnt sit in the oven long enough. As a traveler, I do not recommend, you can find much better hand made pizza in downtown Ludington. 0/10 would visit again.

This is vending machine pizza. It's cheap and not so much different than Cesar's pizzzas . Boneless wings are basically chicken nuggets.

Last two times I was in the service was great! Didn't get the first ladies name but she was awesome! We came in to get a replacement meal from mess up before and she was more than accommodating, she even upgraded our drink which was a really nice gesture because our food did get mess up the time before but we all have forgotten about that because of how cool she was just taking care of the issue. This last time Ariyana took our order and was so nice! When my daughter ordered a shake she offered a cup for water which was great because my daughter is always stealing my pop. Again very accommodating and great food! On our way out, she even said thank you and to have a great nice night! I love Ludington Arby's you guys rock!

I love the food but the service isn’t the best. Today I ordered a #2 classic size, sandwich only along with a classic size #1 sandwich only (beef and cheddar) but apparently got two #2? This is definitely not the first time. It seems they don’t care enough to actually pay attention to what you order. Will not be back!

The fries were good, but the beef and cheddar sandwich was very dry. There was only meat on one side of the bun, it was like the meat that was supposed to be on the other side, had fallen out and not been replaced. The meat was also salty. I don't think I've ever tasted salt on an Arby's sandwich before, but I sure could on this one.

This has to do with a delivery order that I made on Saturday afternoon on the 12th of September 2025 . I am a loyal customer, and usually, I can give their food top marks. Their Classic French Dip sandwich is my goto... However, my last order was subpar of the three sandwiches I ordered none of them were even close to the thinly sliced roast beef goodness that I was expecting. Instead, it was thick slices, most likely the end part of the meat that was like leather to eat and they put toppings on two sandwiches instead of one as requested. The roastbeef sliders were also subpar with the roast beef sliced thick not thin. Hopefully, fingers crossed that this was a one off, or maybe a new employee in training that is learning that station because I truly do love their food.

It's Arby's. Nothing spectacular. This location has high turnover and is often understaffed. Causing a chain reaction of unhappy employees, making food for unhappy customers. It's unfortunate and not fair to the people that DO a good job. They have a few long time employees. If you get there and they are working- your order will be fresh and accurate. It's hit and miss.

I ordered on the app. Excellent service. Fast, friendly, efficient, exactly as ordered. Lindsey did an awesome job, as did the other lady at the window. Lindsey has an awesome personality. Please pat her back, give her a raise or something to show what a valuable employee she is to your company.

Ordered the 2 for $7 with 10pc spicy nuggets and spicy chicken. Added a Dave's double and 2 large fries. Got back to room to eat and noticed towards the end of the sandwich, that a long stringy piece of hair was in my burger. I was so disgusted that threw up. I would NEVER eat at that Wendy's again if im ever in Ludington. The only reason why it gets 2 stars was because the front counter lady was nice and courteous.

Went to wendys last night for dinner at 6:48 pm. I ordered the classic chicken combo, a Dave's double combo and a double stack biggie bag and asked for the chicken to be fresh they said yes. However, when i got my order the chicken was hard dry and old. The chicken nuggets were cold. They don't even fill their pops all the way. The sandwiches and nuggets were crammed into a tiny bag.

I hate to even leave a review like this because I know food service is tough and things happen, but this was just way too much. I used mobile ordering to save time, and it still took over 30 minutes to get my food. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was told to pull aside, then watched the car behind me get their order first. My food was even almost handed to the wrong car—thankfully the worker caught it. What makes it worse is it feels like asking customers to pull aside is just a way to keep the system from tracking how long the wait really is. Honestly, I’d rather sit in line and know the time is being recorded than feel like I was just moved out of the way so the numbers look better. And lately it seems to be getting worse—you get poor service, a long wait, and then nothing to make it right. Not even something small like a free Frosty. At the end, the worker did apologize for the wait, and I appreciate that, but honestly what does that really do? At the end of the day, it’s still my time wasted and a really frustrating experience.

To go along with the spooky theme, there were crows that appeared to be paid actors at this location in the parking lot 😉. (I know this wasn't intentional but made the atmosphere an A+) Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly.

We had an issue with the cashier not getting are order right, we wanted the 2 jbc cheese burger meal, she put the jbc biggy bag. We asked her if that was the meal with 2 sandwiches she said yes. We did get one other biggy bag. When the food came out it was 2 biggy bags, only 2 sandwiches we asked were the 3rd sandwiches were and the workers were rude/ disrespectful. We were never given the correct meal and the manger or who ever was training the girl at the register was very rude to not only us, but the girls that were being trained.

Just me in the line and I got told to go to a parking spot and wait..? Is all you guys hire is meth heads? Nobody even has teeth working here. My breakfast tastes like it was cooked an hour ago. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but some places you gotta.

Drive-through only will do one order per vehicle at a time and the lobby is closed because they do not hire enough people to work there. Definitely the most slowest fast food restaurant in our country

Very rude staff!!!!! So my 4 year old son he had to go #2 so we stopped here. Like not even a minute or 2 in there there is someone banging on the door. Not just a simple knock but banging. So I say hold on. But it continues. We were only in there for like 5 or 6 minutes. But when he got done and we were about to leave and there is another banging on the door and someone said there's a line out here. I open the door right away to see it was an employee who banged on the door and said that. And only ONE!!!!! Person waiting. Just very rude. My son barley had time to wash his hands. I guess they don't want to go #2 in their bathroom. Just very very rude. I'd rather go down the street to the other wesco. I have always had trouble with rude staff here but this just really made me mad. Oh and this just happened like 20 to 30 minutes ago. To sum this up just go to the other wesco. It's bigger nicer and more friendly staff!!!!

Me and my mom got stranded with our car at this Wesco, and while we were trying to figure out what we were going to do the staff was amazing. Huge shout out to Paige who consistently checked on us to see if we were okay, and helped us navigate in a town we didn’t know.

The bakery items have changed. Whole reason to stop at Wesco on trips to Ludington. 30+ years of buying smiling face cookies and bear claws, has come to an end

My husband brought me home a pack of cigarettes and they were not menthol, I took them into exchange them and they said once they leave the store they cannot exchange them. They are not even opened. I hate that you have to pay for gas at the pump and you can't even get rewards anymore with gas so therefore I will never go to another one of their stores again

Rude cashiers, I had to open a bag of sugar to use in my coffee because they had none in the coffee area, but four bags on a shelf. Bad management this place often has no condiments.

I love coming here. The prices are reasonable. The wesco fuel rewards helps me save money when it comes to filling up with gas. Plus the staff very friendly.

I asked for a pack of cigarettes, 100s, and she gave me shorts without asking me if i wanted to switch the type of cigarettes, and wouldnt let me exchange without the chance of getting refunded back on my card.

Under the old owners, this place was actually good. We had been regular customers for many years. The staff and service were exceptional, and the pizza was always much better than you'd expect from a chain. Now, the pizza is never right, either soaking wet (like through the box), uncut, or with the wrong toppings. It's also more bland than it used to be. Management is rude, arguing and making sarcastic remarks when the messed up orders are brought to their attention, intentionally not giving the pizza you asked for (to prove a point), and blaming the customer for repeatedly bad pizzas. We aren't going there anymore. It's sad, really, how quickly a restaurant can go downhill with poor, immature management. Instead of going here, consider visiting any other local pizza place, as it's hard to go wrong, and Ludington has no shortage of pizza spots. Check my reviews...I almost never give a bad review. This place isn't worth the stop.

Be ready to wait for a hot n ready, food is tasty for price, but dang did they fall off recently on having enough hot n ready pizzas available at high meal times.

Been a busy day so i placed an order close to close on doordash and well they clearly didn’t like that because the pizza was literally dripping with what I assume is grease through the box literally fell out of my hands bringing it in the house because it was so greasy which is my fault but either way not edible even before it hit my floor. I also ordered a thing of breadsticks which was also not edible because they literally doused it in the garlic butter sauce they use to coat it usually its a light dusting but nope literally dripping out of the bag covered to the point of who the hell would eat it so now both are in the trash and I have no dinner besides the 2 liter of mountain dew i ordered which is the only thing they couldn’t ruin. I am so sorry i ordered last minute and forced you to do your job a little longer. I will not be returning clearly you have some staff that do not want to be there and do things properly. I did get my money back through doordash but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I give this about 3.5 rating the employees act like they don't give a crap about you. Good is good service is decent if you can handle them being kinda rude. Maybe it was just an off day but felt awkward there.

Good fast pizza, always hot. We pickup pizzas for the kids on our gymnastics team as a fun treat now and then. Their new pickup center where you get your own code looks cool. Didn't use it today, but they have it ready for anyone who uses the app!

The last 3 times in a row I've either door dashed or got drive through from this BK they get the order wrong. 2 times they screwed up the door dash order and the door dash receipt reflects it. Then today I ordered a bacon king as the receipt confirmed and I ended up with some sort of whopper that definitely didn't have bacon. Used to be a great place to go but the last couple weeks this location has gone to hell.

This place is horrible I went here to get a whopper meal and we found a hair in our sandwich and the lady that replaced the sandwich was rude. I was almost home and I asked if we could get like an ice cream or a pie for her wasting my time and she says hold on and comes back to the window and says there’s a fry for you, mind you the fry was so little only 4 in a kiddy bag. how rude of a customer service representative. she needs to be fired. Crappy service ordered some food online just to drive there for the manager lady to tell me they don't serve what I ordered an acted like she didn't care to even try and make it right without the trouble on customer service on top of that I get ahold of support through the app just for them to try and offer me a couple for less then what I even part for my food this place and app is a joke

Been standing in line so long I decided to write a essay on why this establishment is awful. Everyone's in the back messing around. Takes 3 people to put ketchup on a burger apparently. Lines growing longer. Been here 30 minutes at this point. The crowd has started booing

Our Whoppers tasted fine but were very flat. Nothing like pictured on theie menu. Our fries were hot and drinks were cold.

1st. Time in a while I received HOT food. I did ask for it to be extra hot. This place actually listened. I've given reviews on other B.K.s did no good. Generally even asking for extra hot, comes out lukewarm. Cooking too much ahead???.

Jessica was so friendly and happy! I watched her interact with some of the customers and you can tell she likes her customers! The restaurant was super clean, too! A great lunch experience for my husband and me!

They do a pretty good job here it's reasonably inexpensive in the quality is always consistent. The restaurant is clean and well run. Of course these fast food jockeys are always going at warp speed but they do a good job of making the food and the drive-thru is very quick.

Took 40 minutes to make 4 soft shell tacos. By time they did finally arrive they were ice cold and was missing a taco. Already had low expectations when i ordered but damn 0/10

Was happy with my fast Mexican food. Service was amazing the young kid at the drive thru told me 'God bless' which I'm not religious but I still appreciate the thought. I told him 'you too'. He was very courteous & kind. I wish I would have caught his name because I ordered off the mobile app I don't have a receipt with his name on it. Otherwise I'd give him a shout-out!

I am and have been an active user of the rewards program. Today I went through and decided I wouldn’t order through the app, and that I would order in person and just input them manually. I spent 20$. When I went to enter the receipt it says someone already scaned it. Only people who touched the receipt was me and the people at tacobell. Why would you feel the need to steal my rewards for yourself?! That would have given me just about enough rewards for a free item. ~ to the managers at tacobell, make sure they aren’t stealing your money if they’re willing to steal from customers.. this is so messed up

I have now waited 50 minutes for my order… cars keep going through the drive through. I asked about my order and they said they skipped mine. That was 20 minutes ago.

Third strike you're out. My husband and I have been here 3 times. This was our final visit. The first visit resulted in child food. The second the beans were dry and the burrito was ripped all the way down the side. Now this visit we ordered and 8 orders after ours was filled and delivered before my husband went up and asked how much longer for ours. I don't normally complain and everybody gets a three strike rule.

The restaurant was clean and we got our food n a timely manner. The food was typical Taco Bell, just okay.

We’re from out of town, but was really happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms. The staff was very friendly and patient with our 3 young children, while they decided on their order. The food tasted fresh and you could just tell they cared.

Great location to eat at! The night time workers are splendid, talkative and very respectful towards the customers and each other. The wait time during lunch rush and dinner rush can push to 5 to 10 mins+ depends on how many subs you order. Overall Great place, clean bathrooms, front lobby is clean and decorated per holiday.

I placed the order. It was good food, but I meant to cancel it. Called them three times on my way to the store. No one answered and only one car was there when I pulled up, make sure you know what you want and make sure everything is correct before you place the order because if you want to cancel it, you cannot

I wish I saw the name of the girl that took our order but she was absolutely terrible and a miserable human being. We walked in politely with smiles and she talked to us like we were stupid when we asked a question or did not hear something she said. Please do better.

When I walked in, I asked to get the 699 deal of the day. It was the hot honey salami. The sandwich artist informed me that this meat was discontinued and that there was no deal of the day. I asked if I could get regular salami and still get the deal, he said I don’t think so, which is a soft no. I ended up going with a childhood favorite: the sweet chicken teriyaki. I have never seen someone so stingy in terms of adding vegetables to a sandwich. cucumbers? He added two. banana peppers? He added three, as if we were in some sort of a vegetable ration. All in all, not a great return to the sandwhich shop. Subway, you need to up your game. Two stars.

Ordered two sandwich one being a meal on the app. And when my husband picked it up and got home to find that they never set my chips or drink my my sandwich and when I was eating my sandwich I found that they put green peppers on it and I didn’t prefer them. I hate them.

My go to spot for ice cream every year when we go to Ludington for a perfect beach vacation. ESPECIALLY their soft serve. Excellent, friendly service. Prices are fair. Doesn't get any better that!

Place never adheres to their hours of operation listed online, some days they're open others they're not. And if they are open, count on them closing well before the 9pm.closing time. We don't even try to go there anymore, clearly they are not interested in doing business.

The worst chocolate shake I've had in a long time. Not enough chocolate syrup and too much milk, and very poorly blended. In addition the young man taking the orders was too busy to take my order because he was fiddling with his phone. It was rather obvious he knew I was there but was not responsive until he chose to be.

Average ice cream shop. There's better places in town, but, if you're out by the state park and need an ice cream fix, then this is the place to go.

I stopped to get a malt after spending some time at the lake on a very hot day. I didn't know that they don't take debit cards. (Oops!) I only had a few dollars with me so I changed my order to a small sundae. I was still short some change but the young man working there said "Don't worry about the change, just come back and visit us another time." I certainly will! Great customer service, delicious sundae really hit the spot! And they serve Pup Cups, so I can bring my fur babies with me!

The hours listed are hit and miss, best to call to make sure they are open. Ice cream it's soft, almost melting so plan to eat quick or get in the freezer. CASH ONLY!
