Very friendly staff at this eclectic designed establishment. The food was really good and the server was as sweet as could be. The fish and pasta and everything we ordered was great. Not really any parking unless you jack a couple spots at the church or park across the street.

The smash burger is one patty with cheese. Jacks Pecan does not put the cheese between thin patties. That is the only criticism and it’s really just an observation. I had side salad. Super fresh. Next time ordering those delicious string fries!! Stole lots from my lunch companion.

We went to Virginia for a special anniversary lunch at Peppermill only to find out they were closed and a For Sale sign in front. Google had not been updated!! We ended up at Jack's 128 Pecan. This little holenthewall was so very good. The men had the manly steak sandwich, cousin had blackened chicken tacos and I had the shrimp tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meals and my dessert was cremè brulee. Highly recommend this place!! Friendly professional service.

Phenomenal flavors and friendly service! 128 Pecan is amazing. The cheeseburger egg rolls are unique and delicious. The Cuban sandwich is authentic which is hard to find in VA. Caesar salad was crisp and the dressing was just right. The salmon special was cooked perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes, a light lemon basil sauce, and steamed tender broccoli. The service was spot on as well. We could not have had a better experience!

We had the blackened fish tacos which were delicious. Our sever was very friendly and helpful with the menu.

Delicious menu options and friendly service! Cracker-covered trout with redskins potatoes and the Cuban samdwich with fries were exceptional. Apple cobbler with a scoop of vanilla for dessert. We were SO full and happy.

What a nice find! A mom 'n pop restaurant in a small, quaint town (Abingdon VA) in a large, beautiful, red brick, neoclassical house with period furniture. Food was homemade, fresh, and very tasty. Prices were reasonable. Just a couple of miles off of U.S. Route 81. (It is not easy to spot from the street. Sign is small.)

My sister and I had a wonderful lunch on the porch here. It was a little hard to find, as the sign is perpendicular to main Street. There is a great parking lot directly across the street, and that is fortunate. Josh was a considerate waiter and attentive to our requests. I enjoyed a shrimp po'boy and ended up eating shrimp without bread, as it was a generous sandwich.

I love this place. Been here a few times and the service and food are always amazing! They welcomed my puppy on the porch and were so kind and friendly. I got the martini flight and it didn’t disappoint! The club sandwich is one of the best I’ve had. All the food was so fresh and delicious. Will absolutely be returning again. Special shoutout to my server from Boone NC. I can’t remember his name but he was amazing. Plus it’s in a super cute area of abjngdon and there is plenty of parking available.

This was a pleasant surprise when we stopped in Abingdon, Virginia. The old house was charming and the food very tasty! For the most part all was good except our server never asked if we wanted something to drink. He just poured us some water in cups already on the tables, so we just went with that and didn't say anything. I ordered a Philly style steak sandwich which came on small hoagie roll. I didn't understand why I only had what looked like half a sandwich. Especially for $16.00! My husband ordered the Club P sandwich and that had two huge halves with three meats and lots of toppings on sourdough bread for $15.00. Both came with fresh cut fries. So if you want a bigger sandwich, make note of that so you're not as surprised as I was with such a small yet pricey sandwich! I'd definitely go back and try something else!

If you've ever been to Abingdon, VA, you'll know that there aren't many upper class restaurants to have business meetings for lunch. The Peppermill just happens to be one of the few in the eclectic and historic neighborhood. To that point, the restaurant is a converted 2 story house. The dinning rooms upstairs are literally the guest rooms. Hardwood floors throughout, it looks like a house right out of a movie - great atmosphere. I happened to have the Blue Cheese French Onion soup - VERY UNIQUE. I've honestly never had this combination before, but it works! Now be warned, the strong blue cheese and french onion may not work for everyone, but I happen to love blue cheese, and I love french onion soup, so it works for me. I had the Caesar salad. you had the pick of protein and i picked the steak medallions medium rare. Truly delectable, juicy, and very tender cut. it's the perfect balance of trying to eat healthy and indulging in steak for lunch at the same time. When you first arrive, the hostess will ask you if you are going to see a "show" also. the restaurant is associated with the very small movie theater and they may prioritize your service based on your showtime. Good option for entertainment if you're in town for "dinner and a show". I was here on biz for lunch, so no show for us.

The Jack Daniels French onion soup was divine. Husband loved the stir fry. We ate in the bar area, but the whole house is beautiful, Victorian details everywhere. Lovely atmosphere, great food. Highly recommend.

The salted caramel cheesecake was so good! We also liked the ginger lime salmon and the Margherita shrimp. Also, good local beer on draft. Restaurant is in an old house. Outdoor seating. Only negatives were that our water glasses were small and didn't get filled as soon as we would have liked, and they were only accepting cash as their credit/debit was down. Otherwise, great!

What truly made the experience stand out was the southern hospitality. Sydney and Rachel are an incredible team—welcoming, attentive, and full of good energy. Sydney especially went out of her way to help us plan our itinerary for the rest of the day, which made a big difference in how our trip played out. It felt like getting insider tips from a friend. They even brought over a beautiful wooden tea box with a variety of options, which was such a nice, personal touch. We were lucky to visit on a Thursday since they’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays—definitely plan around their hours if you’re in town.

White Birch is a cute little place - perfect for grabbing a high-quality, tasty refreshment or just enjoying a simple coffee break. There’s seating both inside and outside, making it a great stop in any weather. We were welcomed with smiles and a genuinely good attitude, and the service was quick. Stopped by here on a Monday morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, happy to see me, and grateful for my business. Food was good, dining room was neat, and restrooms were clean. Great place to stop and eat. Also have a full bar if you’re looking for a cocktail.

We loved it! We were in town taking care of some business and stopped because we love little mom and pop diners and such! We were not disappointed in the least. The food and coffee were fantastic, and our server was fast and very friendly! She was quick to point out her favorites when we asked, and it's always a good sign when they are quick to share a favorite, as well as tell us what she liked about the other offerings! Just had the best chicken salad of my life! The workers are so sweet and made us feel like home. The drinks are unique, my other half loved his Asian tacos too. The veggies as a side were perfect and flavorful. I don’t give reviews often but this place really impressed me!

My husband and I came here earlier this summer as a fun detour on our way home and I am SO glad we did! While I don’t have pics of our AMAZING meal, what I do have are memories: I had the birch power bowl with steak and he had the breakfast bowl with steak. My husband ordered the BEST Bloody Mary I’ve ever tasted, it was fully loaded but not overwhelming, so we shared it before our meal. We drank a mimosa each while dining and had coffees to go. Absolutely everything was so delicious, had balanced flavors, and they were great portions. I’m addition to this, and the reason I wanted to write this review, is because of our server Katlyn. She was not only knowledgeable of the menu, but she guided our palette to ensure that we had a delicious and satisfying meal. She recommended the mimosas, the Bloody Mary, and the steak add-on to our bowls - all great choices; we had such a wonderful time. She was very attentive, welcoming, and generous! (Thank you so much for being awesome!!!) While we do not live close, this place is definitely worth making the detour if you’re in the area!!!

This was our first time here as a family and it was amazing! The juices were super fresh and Delicious. The food was amazing and very flavorful. Our waitress was super nice and cheerful. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

Great stop in Abingdon! We came here a few years ago when we did the Creeper Trail and when our detour took us this way, we had to stop! The food is fresh. Gyros and salads are wonderful. The dressing with the balsamic pear and blood orange olive oils are on point. Our only wish was that they have the Nutella milkshake that we got on our last trip. The young man said they stopped having those 3-4 years ago. But a lady overheard and said they make them at there sister store next door. 🙌🏻 So she made our day and we went next door for our milkshake and left happy for the rest of our 4.5 hours on the road. Would highly recommend.

We stopped in Abington to grab a bite. The portions were generous, and the eggplant in tomato stew was amazing! Wish they had some Greek-style drinks though.

Best food I had while in Abingdon, both quality and quantity wise. Order was up quickly and everything in it tasted great. A refreshing oasis in a southern fried and fast food landscape. Would definitely eat here again.

My family loves the food here. Perks that they have a drive-thru window. Greek breakfast omlettes are a gourmet experience, croissants are the best I have had in tri-cities. For lunch we get the family platter. Greek salad with beets is flavorful, accompanied with the rice, pita and gyro meat we have more than enough food. They give hearty amounts of hummus and dips with appetizers too. My child loves the boba drinks and macarons. So happy they came to Johnson City. If you want quality food, go to Greekos. You can even order online in advance too!

Unique little spot for food and drinks. Coffee was a nice temperature, and the latte had a beautiful design. The cheese grits were thick and delicious and made with blue corn. It had a great texture as well. Will definitely be back to eat a full meal again!

We ordered daily soup, breakfast bowl, bluegrass biscuit and a cup of mocha. The tomato soup was a bit too sour for us. The breakfast bowl was delicious. The bluegrass biscuit was also nice, but it’s a bit too big & would be better to share by two people. Mocha was really nice with very nice chocolate flavors, and it doesn’t seem to use those common commercial syrup, which was a big plus for me. The vibe was really nice with a lot of beautiful art works / decor. Really enjoyed our lunch here!

A unique treat when you're passing by Abingdon, VA. Southern atmosphere with a modern twist, but in a subtle, charming kind of way. The atmosphere is clean, quaint, but cozy; has that 100 year old rustic air with snapping, creaky floors, seeming like a glimpse the backdrop to someone's nostalgic childhood. The food is fantastic and the coffee is robust. We've ever only done breakfast, but it's been more than worth it each time. Service is spot-on and polite; never had an issue with improper orders or needing anything at all. Do expect (and respect) that they can be busy — this place fills up fast! — so give them a measure of patience (and a good tip!). Only drawback at all is, to those with very sensitive hearing, be prepared for some tight acoustics and occasionally loud cafe noise ambiance (the customers, not the establishment). Sound bounces heavily in here. But don't even remotely let it deter you, just be mindful to have some earplugs or ear covering. The visit is WELL worth the trouble. Definitely treat yourself here! Breakfast bowls and biscuits phenomenal!

We are trying a new place in Abington (we love Abington). It is a wonderful breakfast, brunch and lunch place. Great atmosphere and service! My chicken salad was delicious! My husband loved their reuben sandwich and hopes to duplicate this when we return home. We certainly recommend this delightful place!

Awesome breakfast spot in Abingdon! When you walk in, it feels very homey and cozy. The restaurant is very well decorated with multiple rooms to sit, an alcohol bar in one corner and a coffee bar in the other. All baked goods are homemade and you have to give them a try! We got the zucchini muffin (sounds weird but roll with it) and the carrot cake muffin. Both were excellent. You could tell they were fresh, very spongy in the middle. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit and the biscuit was incredible. Super buttery and filling. My wife got the flat white coffee and she said it was one of the better coffees and got at a coffee shop (usually she hates coffee from coffee shops). Overall, this was a super impressive restaurant that is a must hit when in town!

I'm not from the South but I had to try thr grits! The menu items were creative and delicious. The biscuits were probably the best I've ever had. Flaky, tender and fresh, perfect with the homemade jam.

Honestly, I can’t believe how good it is!! I got the Cuban biscuit and my wife got the Nashville hot chicken biscuit with pimento Mac and cheese on it but without the hot sauce. The place is clean, beautiful, and charming! Highly recommend!!

The outside looks like a typical small town diner, but the inside is comfy and fun. Will def make this place a regular stop when I come thru. Chicken Little is a small diner that has foods with big taste. I hadn't been to Chicken Little since I was a freshman in college. After they reopened, I have been counting down the days until I could try them again. Today was that day. The phone was cooked excellently. Everything was delicious. Everything was well seasoned. And it had one of the crispiest fried green tomatoes I've ever had in my life. The small building may not seem like much on the outside, but there's a whole lot of treasure waiting for you on the inside. Also the fried green tomato is not pictured because I ate it

My wife and I were super excited to try this place after a show at Barter. We made reservations and, when we arrived, we were the only patrons in the restaurant other than one customer at the bar. Our expectations were high, we love kimchi, Korean, Japanese food etc, and we had researched the menu before we arrived. The vibes and atmosphere were immaculate, gorgeous and eclectic in the best way. We got the spam bao bun as an appetizer ($6) to split, and I wish we had just ordered 3 each of those to eat as our meals because it was delicious! The flavor was on point! The spam was buttery, and the bao bun had the perfect texture! Very flavorful! My wife got one of the offered soju ($12) and said it was good as well. However, both of our entrees were totally flavorless without the kimchi in them. I got the tonkatsu Ramen ($25) and my wife got the Kimchi fried rice and added chicken ($25, $19 on the menu +$6 to add the chicken). The tonkatsu Ramen broth tasted like nothing, no umami. I'm not sure it even had salt. The noodles were a good texture but the pork belly was tough, even trying to chew repeatedly to get a bit size piece didn't work so I left it to the wayside. It had little flavor itself anyway. The kimchi was very good, as was the soy sauce soaked egg inside. I just wish the broth had tasted like anything. To get a flavorful bite I had to have either the kimchi or egg in it, otherwise it was just the bone broth with no seasonings and noodles. The Kimchi fried rice suffered the same. If the kimchi had been added to the rice while cooking it may have tasted like more but it was just added on the side. It was confusing how little flavor the dish had without the kimchi in the same bite. Not like any Kimchi fried ride I've ever tasted, and we had it at our wedding. We got the crepe cake ($10) for dessert and it was delicious! Very light and airy, flavor was good and I loved the sauces on the side of the plate to create a different experience for each bite! It was so disappointing to have the entrees so lacking in flavor when the appetizer and dessert were so lovely. We also spent a long time waiting for the check. We were there for over an hour when we ordered pretty immediately and, until the last 20 minutes of our stay, were the only customers. We didn't see much of our server at the end. Overall very disappointing showing for the pice point. We were very excited for a good meal after a wonderful show. If we do go back, it will be for the delicious bao and dessert. I won't be dropping $25 per for flavorless main dishes again. For a $91 bill for two people to eat, I would have expected a better showing. I will also say, I got a soda and have no idea how much I was charged for it but it must have been one expensive soda to up our total of $78 before tax for the items I know the cost of to be $91 after tax. I suppose I should have asked, but it must have been an $8 single glass of soda to get to $91 after tax. I wasn't given a copy of the bill to check after. Overall disappointing, go for the boa and the vibes, but I wouldn't spend my money on the entrees again.

Amazing food and drinks. To start, we ordered the fried goat cheese balls with cranberries, papaya and dill. They were really flavorful and simply amazing. The bacon cheerwine old fashioned and rosemary cosmo were unique and great. For the main course we had the cheerwine glazed meatloaf with onion jam that came with creamy smashed potatoes and broccolini. The flavors were awesome and the portions sizable. The other main course was the halibut with beans and roasted tomatoes. Again the flavors and texture were spot on and the fish was cooked perfectly. The bar is well stocked with great selections of wines, liquor, and some amazing sake. The atmosphere is quite, friendly, unique, and modern. The owners and staff cordial and inviting. This is a great gem and we highly recommend. We will be back!

This was our second visit to Foresta and we had an incredible experience. Daisy was fantastic, very helpful and attentive. All the food was fresh and tasty with good portions. I highly recommend the tteok-bokki. The special scotch drink (Last Train?) was a revelation. The ambiance is super nice, and about as unique as you can get around here. Definitely has become a local favorite of ours. We look forward to going back!

I’ve been living in Southwest Virginia for almost 12 years and I can say that Foresta is the best restaurant I have eaten here. The bone in pork chop was full of flavor and pairs well with my Benton’s bacon fat old fashion. My wife ordered the meatloaf which was a real great tasteful surprise with the cheerwine glaze. Great atmosphere and great staff. Will definitely be visiting again.

First time to visit. Great location and walkable from our AirBnB. Two of us had the Halibut which was amazing. The third member of our party had the fried chicken legs. They looked great on the plate but lacked flavor and the breading was bland. Server could use some training but she was doing a good job overall. I’d return and suggest others give it a try.

We came here based on the reviews. As bad as this sounds, they should offer more "normal" bbq options for people because the majority are fruit based and not good. I got the original and poured it all over my sandwich before REALLY trying it. That was a mistake, it had a rotten beer taste to it. The fried pickles are just OK. Their ranch is amazing, thus why we even ate the pickles because we could smother them. My friends ordered the chopped brisket sandwiches and theirs was great so guess I should of went with that option. Our server was great as well. Answered any questions I had and was attentive. The interior is as others described, so don't wear a cute dress like me or you'll just be judged by other patrons. All in all, worth the try but I wouldn't choose it again just because a BBQ place needs good bbq.

Was looking for a restaurant close to abingdon and remembered eating here before covid broke out. Now offering dine in option, this place was wonderful, I forgot how good the cornbread fritters were along with their barbecue. Staff was wonderful, restaurant was clean and the prices were fair. Plus Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. Definitely will be back soon. It was delicious.

Very, very good bar-b-que. My wife said her bar-b-que chicken sandwich was the best she'd ever had. I tried The Hog specialty sandwich which was very good. Both of our sandwiches came with house-made potato chips which were good. The restaurant is inside an old hardware store and is nicely decorated on the inside. Good atmosphere. There's a small sign in a front window (they need a bigger, better sign).

Food and service was phenomenal! Best brisket and ribs around! You have to try the corn bread fritters. Collard greens where cooked to a perfect (not mushy) texture and had a more sweet savory flavor. Potato salad had a great smoked flavor and was nothing like I had ever had before. The brisket Philly sandwich with Gouda cheese, peppers, and onions literally melted in my mouth! Get a side of their bbq sauce - you will put it in everything. Service was great and we got our food without a huge wait. We will be back to try more of their menu selection!

This place is fantastic! The brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious! The service as fast and very friendly! We sat next to the open window and enjoyed the view and fresh air. The BBQ sauce is served on the side allowing the true smokey flavor of the meat to not be covered up or masked. This is the way good BBQ is intended to be eaten! The corn fritters are in a class by themselves. I am so glad I took her advice and tried them. Their home fried potato chips are also done to perfection. Can't wait to come back for more.

Thought it was the old Hardware company. We quickly learned, it was not. So disappointed!!! We arrived and we were one of two couples in the place. The table next to us was filthy and tip still on table, where it stayed the entire visit. I ordered bbq with salad on side. Hubby ordered sandwich and fries. It took over 30 min for water and coke in a bottle. After 40 min and no sign of waitress, no food, and the dog eating off the filthy table, we left. If I could give a negative number as review, I would.

Okay…everything we had was delicious and devoured!! From the spicy jalapeño wings coming out juicy, crispy and with a slight sweetness…to the catfish dinner with great granny’s pinto beans recipe as a side …all the way to the Milky Way cake. Fantastic meal!!! Great service as well.

This place has a very nice atmosphere. Staff is very nice and service is good! I came here because it was so popular. I got the pizza and wasn’t impressed. It was very bland, not much flavor at all. I will say the veggie pizza it’s toppings you could tell was fresh but overall the pizza in my opinion , wasn’t good. I wouldn’t get the pizza again. I might try this place again and get a sub.

Around 7:15 PM my loving wife of 45+ years, I and our daughter ventured out to this place of business in hopes of an achievement of great food and uplifting shared memories and moments. However, after ordering we sat for over an hour waiting for the food. My ankles and feet began to be numb outside of an hour waiting. I rate this restaurant at the poorest rate because of lack of productivity. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you

This place is the worst to deal with when trying to place an order. They hang up on you, it’s obvious. And when you do reach someone, it’s like it’s a nuisance to speak to you to take your order. Guy was upset I asked for extra cheese and he had to redo my order. The cheese sticks are very plain and no flavor at all. He was rude when I was paying. I do not see the hype about this place. Customer service sucks and the food is mediocre.

This place was amazing. The pizza the wings and the cheese bread was so amazing just the taste of everything was on point. This was the first time we had ever tryed this place and let me tell you this will not be the last either. We will definitely be stopping back by there again and hopefully enjoying the same quality and taste of food and service we received when we stopped the first time.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had- the crust was different but absolutely excellent. I’ve never had anything like it before. Unfortunately I was visiting from Ohio- but if I was local I would eat here often!

Thought we’d try a local place. Waited to be seated, hostess pointed to table and said be right over. 10 minutes go by with no acknowledgment. In fact another couple came in, were seated and served drinks before we were even spoken to. 2 waitresses for 11 people in the whole place should have been enough. A couple tips for Luke the owner. The food was pretty good. We had the Cajun chicken fettuccini and the mahi mahi. The presentation on the mahi was lacking. Came in a bowl with gravy on top, no garnishments. My side a baked potato came 10 min later after almost done with dish. Not sure why a place that charges $40 a plate serves you foam cups for your drinks when they have china plates. Waitress offered no bread, crackers nor did she recommend any appetizers etc. during our long wait. For the prices this place is asking, you need to do much better on the service side. 1 new waitress running around apologizing to everyone and 1 old one who didn’t seem to care about anyone doesn’t cut it. This place could be a great find but not without some small changes. Greet customers, people are ok waiting for good food but not if they feel ignored. Offer some small hold over foods, bread or pita slices will keep people busy while their food is being prepped. Standardize the plate-ware. If you want to charge $40+ a plate, maybe have some glassware. Good luck in your endeavors.

This is a really cool little restaurant. We were passing thru on i81 and I’m glad we stopped here. Amazing burger. Great service and I love the atmosphere. You may have to wait a little but as the restaurant is very small but trust me. It is well worth the wait. The wait staff here is super friendly as well. Five stars.

Wonderful food, wonderful service. If you’re driving through or even if you’re local this place is definition southern hospitality. The staff is friendly and treats you like they know you, and the food is all fresh and homemade. The fish tacos are a MUST TRY, and the truffle fries are incredible.

This place never disappoints me. It is amazing each and every time I come here! The atmosphere is unique and fun, I highly recommend visiting this place. Luke's Classic Burger is the way to go, at least for me. It's delicious and juicy every time. Thank you Luke's for bringing joy to my life!

Highly recommend! The food is definitely chef quality and well above any large chain restaurants here locally. Its fresh and full of flavor all the way through. The waitress staff is super friendly, helpful and full of smiles. Love the large variety of choices so there’s something for everyone.

At first it seems a little funky walking in. Listening to the music though is soothing. Good newer alternative is playing. Lots of things on the wall are eye catching while you wait for your order. I went with the crab cake sandwich and it was so flavorful. I had a bite of the fish tacos and those were extremely good as well. Fried fish with the fried tortilla was nice. Will be making future stops.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food & dessert delicious always. And I've always felt comfortable with the atmosphere and staff, never have I felt it's overpriced either.

Very small restaurant with a family-owned atmosphere. Food was great - it actually had a different flavor than I'm used to, and that made it fun and delicious! Server was super friendly and attentive. I was looking for a "non-chain" restaurant and this was perfect.

Driving home we looked for good eats. Mama Mia did not disappoint! Our meal: two pizzas: Mama Mia & Supreme—great crust with fresh toppings, two salads 🥗 (not pictured) and Stromboli—ALL delicious. The service was friendly & great. Thanks Google reviews that led us to Mama Mia on our road trip!

Just an amazing experience. The Mamma Mia pizza is a wonderful take on a margherita. The owner shared great stories and wow! A three time world champ for his pizza crust. Yummmmnmmm

I came to mamma Mia about a week ago, not sure what to expect. A guy from work told me about how good the pizza was. He was wrong. It wasn’t good, it was perfection. I’ve eaten pizza all my life, growing up in nyc, traveling all over the USA and other countries. I’ve tried a lot. When my pizza arrived at my table, the aroma of flavors, blew me away. I had a steak pizza. Perfectly marinated steak, not just grabbed from a box and thrown on the pizza, like everyone else. The crust was light and airy. Tasted like they grind down the flour in the store. The sauce, was like stepping back into your grandmother’s kitchen for a Sunday dinner. Cheese, was so fresh. The pizza is the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. I won’t go anywhere else. If you’re passing through, or not sure where to get amazing food. Mamma Mia is not New York style, not Chicago deep dish. It’s perfection!

Phenomenal pizza! You don’t necessarily expect to find such good pizza in the region but here we go. Strong garlic butter presence on the edges of the pizza, which makes it even more appealing for me. Service is top notch; I was the last customer at the end of a long business day and the chef/owner? still came to ask about my experience. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed in the restaurant. Went to order a vegetarian burrito and asked to swap out bell pepper for zucchini and they were gonna charge me $2.50 for that and up charge just to swap and you cannot swap there food. And the restaurant is very verysad when you cannot get what you want without an up charge. Ordered the vegetarian burrito and that’s all that came for 10 bucks. Wouldn’t come back here again.

I had a nice lunch. It was late in the afternoon so the place wasn't very busy. The service was prompt. One waiter covered the whole place. I liked that the music wasn't blaring loudly like it so often is in other such restaurants! The place appeared nice and clean, as did the men's room. I wasn't in any big hurry and I took my time eating my meal. My #3 was tasty, and I ate every bit! I'll be back! 😉👌

Tacos toredos were just fantastic! Anaheim peppers, cheese and steak in corn tortilla were meant to be together. You’ll need a to-go box for 3 of these unless you’re really hungry. Fast and efficient service, topped with great food and prices. Two taco salads were great and pineapple ACP enjoyed as well. Very clean and nice. We’ll all return as soon as possible.

Offers both soft serve and hand dipped. We tried the hand dipped carrot cake and amaretto cherry flavors. The scoops were a little on the small side, but the ice cream was pretty good. There is no indoor seating, but a small area outside.

Good Variety of choices, free samples, cups, cones, shakes, banana splits, bottled beverages, etc. Not a sandwich place, just ice cream, they do one thing and they do it right! Audrey's ice cream I think is the name of the product that they serve. It tastes like home made. Outdoor seating is just ok (pic nic tables under a shelter)but limited facilities fortunately there is parking next door at the old bakery otherwise ten cars is about the maximum capacity due to a circle-arounjd drive through lane. An Abingdon icon. They offer a second location on West Main Street that offers ample parking, indoor seating, and modern clean restrooms. But that's a different location altogether.

This cute little ice cream stop is the best, they've got all kinda of delicious flavors and they even rotate some of them, like recently they brought back the cheese cake flavors again! If you go try the Amaretto Cherry, that ones my favorite.

Fabulous ice cream and atmosphere! We were traveling and happy to find this shop with Ashby's Ice cream which we'd never tried. Whoa did it hit the spot! I had RUSH HOUR, which was coffee ice cream with chocolate chips and caramel swirls. Perfect. The family enjoyed O O Oreo and the Lemon Crunch. And, it's in an old service station -- a must try!

I have to say I'm not very happy with the flavor of their ice cream anymore, they're hard ice cream is overly sweet it's not as good as say Hershey's at all. The service is wonderful it's just the flavor of the ice cream.

ALWAYS appreciate a place that offers REAL DISHWARE and friendly folks behind the counter! I did NOT appreciate that my cold brew was covered with a stick-on plastic cover--if you don't want one , let them know! A delicious selection of sweets and a good amount of seating both inside and out.

We had a great experience at this café! The breakfast crepe was fantastic, my daughter loved it. While the vegan options were limited, I had a bagel with peanut butter, which was fresh and tasty. The fresh juices were incredibly refreshing, and the Lavazza coffee was. Rolled ice cream’s are good as well. A cozy spot with good flavors all around! I just wish they had more vegan food options.

It's a nice cafe with warm, welcoming people working behind the counter. We got coffees and a chocolate strawberry crepe. Everything was good. The service was really impressive, the guy even came to our table just to make sure everything was okay.

Had a great experience at Rendezvous International Café! I ordered the Caramel Frappe with an extra shot—sweet, smooth, and just the right caffeine kick. The Greek omelet was flavorful, and the Lemon Blueberry Compote with white chocolate mousse was a perfect sweet finish. My brother had a crêpe and the oatmeal with apples, and both were a hit. The café itself is cozy with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they offer a nice selection of gluten-free options too. Great coffee, great food, and great people. Definitely worth a visit!

I’m seriously addicted to the Rendezvous juice! It’s carrot, apple orange and ginger and is freshly juiced when you order it. Their baked goods are made by Anthony, and he’s seriously talented! So far I’ve had the peanut butter bear and I’m currently in my way for more! Their salads are also incredible - and super filling.

This spot is too cute. The staff was kind, and the coffee was perfect. They have some really yummy deserts that are worth the price! This was our first introduction into Abington and it didn’t disappoint! 10/10.

Friendly staff but meal was lacking. Ordered a green tea latte and it was very bitter. I have them often and also make my own; reminds me of inferior quality powder. Spouse ordered a latte. Both expensive for the quality and quantity. Egg (omelet) was over done with lots of browning. Omelet came with a croissant. Croissant was good. The breakfast crepe was delicious. However, the crepe came with a bag of potato chips on top which seemed unusual. Meals were served on disposable dinnerware. Meal totaled more than $40. There's room for improvement.

I’ve always loved to come here and eat but today the gravy biscuit tasted metallic. The other stuff was great and the service was great, but I don’t know what was wrong with the gravy biscuit. I thought I should put it out there in case something was up.

Doesn't understand what light ice means. If my cup is more than 3/4 full of ice with very little drink that is not light ice. You're charging for ice basically. Ridiculous. And people act like Pals is supposed to be the best around.

When they say “SUDDEN” they’re not exaggerating! I pulled in and there were literally cars wrapped around the building. But I had placed my order, received it and pulling out of the lot less than 4 minutes later. Food was a welcome diversion from other fast food and absolutely delicious. High marks for the chili burger and ham and cheese. Fries are a little different as well. Mildly spiced. Overall a definite 5 stars in all categories.

Too much mayo..... And one burger didn't even have a patty. Lucky we got bacon, turned it into a BLT. Because with as long as the drive through line was on a Saturday, who wants to wait another 20 minutes just to get what I ordered and paid for the first time. You want a real fast burger when you're traveling along the interstate? Drive into pals sudden Service. Drive up the first window and tell her what you want circle the building and grab it and growl. Hamburgers are good and the french fries are really good. Easy in and out.

Food is always good here. We always stop at least once when we are in the area. Service is consistently great. Burgers are so good. French Fries are also really good. So much better than other fast food burger joints.

I ordered the Bermuda bowl. It was heavenly. The ladies are welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I definitely will be visiting here again soon.

I visited today. The girls there were so nice! We had the pink ribbon bowl and loved it. The store was clean. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was fun, and we were happy to be there. Highly recommend if you're in the area and love smoothies or bowls.

My wife and I visited this afternoon on April 29th. The young ladies who waited on his were exceptionally friendly & professional. We are relatively new to smoothies etc and had several questions and they were very nice and took time to answer each question. We both had a peanut butter chocolate smoothie with as little sugar as possible. Thanks to those young ladies for helping us OLDER folks!! The drinks were delicious.

My bowl was fantastic, however the noice was not. Constant beating, banging, and scraping the whole time. I came into eat with my friends and talk, and I could barely hear them and they were sitting right across from me. Looked like they were cleaning out a freezer of some sort. Noise was so bad. We were in there for a good 30 minutes and the noise didn’t stop.

These ladies are always friendly and working hard. I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I got the Berry Independent Bowl.

The little girls who work there always close 30 minutes earlier than they’re supposed to. It says that their time to close at 6 PM and they are always shut down way before that. It is as if they decide when they want to go home and stop working. It’s annoying when I want to bring my Family lunch of something light refreshing and healthy but I can’t because these young people don’t want to work to the time they are supposed to. It’s a disappointment and a shame

If I could give it a zero I would. Food is average and really over priced. Service was sub par. The owner is probably the worst man I've ever met though. He will let you park in the parking lot while you eat there but after that you have to move. Even if you just want to walk around downtown. Not only that, but he is suing a nonprofit food pantry in town for "their kind" being near his restaurant. He is probably the devil incarnate.

You have everything to be a great place, but your failing! The last time I ate there I ordered prime rib, they sent out a grilled ribeye. I told them this is not prime rib. They took it back and then came out and told me it was the way the way the chef did his prime rib! OMG! Figure it out, I have never been back. Might read current reviews and try it again.

Prices are ridiculous. As new residents to the Abingdon area everyone urged us to go there. My burger was dry , cheese was nasty on it , my sons chicken tenders we're from the grocery store frozen foods section and service takes a while. Walk 20 feet down the road to Bone Fire BBQ and enjoy a quality meal. Only "decent" thing about it was they still had a soda jerk making mixed pop. Never returning.

Our sandwiches (my daughter got a Cajun chicken po'boy type and I got a classic Reuben) were served quickly and were hot and tasty. Nice retro diner atmosphere. However for $16+ for two lunch sandwiches was a tad pricey. Not horribly bad but I think it would go a long way to have a small side other than just a pickle included with the sandwich.

Very reasonably priced food with a local feel. When you walk in it seems like this is where everyone knows each other. Food is alright, service has been stellar each time I've been here. I've never tried any of the pastry/doughnuts they offer but the sweets look great.

Used to be my favorite place for breakfast. The quality certainly has dropped, or I have just been spoiled in the years I've been gone. They really need to step up their coffee game, also I'd suggest getting coffee mugs instead of serving with a styrofoam cup. What happened to the doughnuts?

Ver good prices, if you know this is a bakery/deli not a restaurant you will realize the quality. Very generous portion of chicken salat and the donuts wow so juicy ! They're the REAL stuff, you can taste the difference from junk.

Moon dog has really gone downhill. It used to be our favorite pizza. We’d drive from Bristol just to get it. The lettuce in our salads had gone bad. There was barely anything in the $7 side salad—and the ham was left out of the Julianne salad. The cheese sticks were burnt and pizza did not taste fresh. It’s so disappointing.

Love the brick oven pizzas made here. So NOT greasy. We very much enjoyed our dinner here!

Their Philly Cheesesteak was like grabbing a beef sandwhich in high school. They need some training with the owner at Mamma Mia. Couldn't get sandwhich at Mamma Mia due to their limited menu while doing renovation. So I figured I give Moon Dog a chance. Welp.... bad luck.

Really loved the crust on the brick oven pizza! Great beers too! A wonderful find on the road from Knoxville to Roanoke Virginia. Not too far off I-81 and so worth it! I'll make a point to stop again.

The food I thought used to be much better the pizza wasn't cooked all the way either. And the spaghetti was not good at all I usually do not give bad reviews but honesty is what I do thrive to give. I don't like writing reviews like this at all. But I wasn't the only one that was disappointed for 100 bucks we sure didn't get the quality that we deserved and paid for. 3 of us and all 3 were very unhappy to say the least.

Me and my fiance eating here The food was horrible they messed up the order completely. The salad have bad lettuce and The food sticks together and when it's not supposed to. Bathrooms was not clean. Leaky air conditioning unit water on the floor somebody could have fallen slip. Didn't have wet floor signs post up. The tea tastes old. Only one good thing about the place was the bread . It's not worth the money. We are not going back no matter what

This was by far the WORST Dairy Queen I've had the misfortune to visit. The woman working the register was not friendly, but the main issue was the food. The burgers were literally inedible. I took a few bites of mine & threw it away. A coworker who was with me smelled the burger, pulled off the meat patty & ate a lunch of bread, pickles & ketchup. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Can someone explain to me why I constantly have to wait 20+ minutes on food when doing a mobile order here? Order...park, people through drive through get food first. Meanwhile I sit there and its some form of excuse constantly. Does management care? Clearly not. Can I get the sauces I ordered too or is that too much to ask for? I'll start going to the one on the other end of town.

Went through the drive thru for lunch took about 15 minutes or so to get through the line to the window. Food was good with the exception of 1 onion ring (tough skin). Not a place to visit if you're in a hurry or on a time schedule

I have stopped here many times and have always had good service, but tonight I decided to go in to order because the drive thru was packed, at the time when I walked in,I was the only one in the restaurant, I stood at the front register for a couple of minutes and then I met "Todd" the most unenthused person I have ever met. He came to the register without greeting looking down while slowly taking his gloves off, then just looked up with no response. After ordering my last item which was a drink he slung his arms around asking "small medium or large, you have to tell me". At this point I was holding myself back from blowing up. I know these times are frustrating and lack of help and dealing with restrictions can cause allot of stress, but customers are very important and one bad employee can drive them away forever. I thought maybe it was just me, but while filling my drink a another customer was talking about how rude and arrogant he was.

So this is by FAR the WORST DQ we have in the area. Any of you out of towners driving through, don’t even waste your time. Go to the other one up the street if you HAVE TO. That one’s not good either, but it’s better than this one. I ordered one thing. A medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard with 5 FIVE extra scoops of cheesecake bc they don’t ever put any in it, paid 70 some cents for each scoop. Almost $11 for it. When I get it, there’s no cheesecake in it at all. NOT ONE BITE OF IT. I thought maybe they forgot, so I asked the MANAGER & immediately she gave me an attitude. My cousin was with me, so she was a witness to it. She told me she put NINE SCOOPS in it, which is a total lie. She told me, they were at the bottom. When I showed her they weren’t she said, “they probably got ground up”. Makes no sense bc why would you give me ground up soup? If I’m ordering it for the cheesecake, u can see there’s none in it. It didn’t grind up however, bc that’s not possible. They’re whole pieces of cubed cheese cake. 😂😂😂 It wasn’t ground to death, it just wasn’t in there. Her solution was to just eat it, & it was crystal clear she wasn’t doing a damn thing about it. I go to sit down to just deal with it bc I didn’t want to start anything, & the tables are FILTHY. Not wiped at all, sticky, food on the floors, etc. My cousin got food, a burger, fries, and chicken tenders. She said all of it tasted horrible. I just wanted to leave this here to say I will NEVER be going back to this nasty place again, & neither should anyone else as long as that woman is manager. Do better at holding your stores to a higher standard DQ. You have enough $$$$ to do so. I have a video, but it will only let me do photos.

Summed up they messed up our order. didnt even give us a bun on the 1st hamburger they messed and the bun for the 2nd well you can see. The guy who was at the window was acting like he was losing his mind just cause we said he got our order wrong. Absolutely awful, waste of money.

Place USED to be good. Workers acted like we were even a burden to be there. I can say I heard “I really don’t even care” 3 times from a certain employee, in my 20 min that I was there. Then when I stood there waiting on my ice cream, I get a “do you need something?” With a very rude look… pitiful.

Yeoooo. I haven't had Captain D's in SO LONG. Them fried oysters are INSANE... goodness. Staff was super nice and made great suggestions as the menu has def grown since I've been in VA. Keep up the elite eats!!!

Not much to say. Shame that ordering a family meal and adding a 3rd extra side you get charged a family meal price for the additional side but receive a single serving side . Food was below par for even a fast food chain which in and of itself is sad. The fries were okay and the only part of the meal that was "decent". Hard to believe people love the food. Taste buds from their rectum I imagine. Same people who think Banquets TV dinner meat is delicious.

Best Captain D's around! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I only saw 2 employees while I was there, but they got the job done! We just moved here from Colorado and had to drive 90 minutes to eat at Captain D's. That store was not as good a good one!! We will definitely come back to this location! The good was great! I got the big fish sandwich and was so happy with the amount of tartar that was on it. Most times, when I get a fish sandwich, it has very little tartar on it. This one had the perfect amount! Great job, ladies!

If you know, you know! Been getting Philly steak subs here for decades and they are exactly the same EVERY time. Just awesome! The pizzas and stromboli are great too, but I can never bring myself to stray away from the steak and cheese subs. If you are passing through, stop and get the steak and cheese (all the way). You won't regret it.

I’ve enjoyed there food for over 25-30 years now..any other time I’d definitely give them 5 stars, but idk what happened today other than someone was slacking in the meat department!!! I ordered 2-16” Philly steak n cheese subs and 1-16” Italian sub and there was barely anything in it!! To say my family was disappointed I’d an understatement, as we had been looking forward to this all day only to end up with pretty much just bread with just enough meat on it to add some extra flavor!!! Maybe this just happened because it was close to closing time or something.. I pray that’s all it is because I’d hate to think of us never eating there again..with the way things are right now with gas prices and food prices going up, the last thing a customer wants to feel after driving almost 45 minutes, is ripped off!!

Lyons den has always been my favorite place for many years to get pizza and for the money you get more than a family of four can eat almost.

We were just driving through, and ordered the biggest pizza they had. It tasted amazing and fed our family of 5 twice! It was busy but they were super friendly.

I came to the Wendy's restaurant at exit 17 in Abingdon va and purchased a couple Baconators and they only had three small pieces of bacon on it and a Taco Salad and didn't get chips, salsa or sour cream with it. When I called to address it the woman I spoke with said I'll talk to the crew about it and that the Taco Salad doesn't come with anything but chili now. I think that if that is the way they are going to treat their customers they should replace their management staff because they are very RUDE.

Literally the worst bacon and cheese baked potatoe. Also the person taking my order was rude a can be! Do not recommend!!!

Was quick and food was good, but when I asked worker in drive-thru if the dipping sauces on the promotional Wednesday meals were spicy, he said he 'had no idea, they weren't told'. Hint: They are spicy. All 4 of them.

Whomever owns this specific Wendy's please help our town we love Wendy's but, the service here is absolutely terrible. The lady running the drive thru (lunchtime)window basically throws your order at you and it's always wrong which she never believes us and we have to prove our case and then drive up and wait for the correct order. Two chicken sandwiches and two drinks really isn't that hard of an order. Never fails we get the wrong food and rude service. Wendy's os better than this. Today as the lady was figuring out our wrong order I watched her lie to someone who was impatiently (rightfully so) waiting for someone to take their order she told them the computer system was completely down after already telling the same customer "we are very backed up in here". The system was not down everyone was just given the wrong orders AGAIN. Please please fix this.

We went through the drive thru, the person taking our order had no matters, acted entitled and didn’t even had the courtesy to ask what salad dressing we would like. Over paid for lettuce and old chicken. Terrible! I would not go back!

In my opinion, Wendy's has the best cheeseburger. Especially this store, they do a great job!

The owner (Todd) of the exit 19 DQ is said to also own the exits 14 5 DQs as well. He lives near the exit 19 DQ and is there almost every day. He’s a super nice guy and goes out of his way to do as much for the community that eats there as he can. If you go in in the mornings you’ll notice the senior club and church groups, and police and all sorts of groups and he’s usually in there with them mingling. The exit 19 Lowe’s is across the street from the DQ—due to its proximity, he has developed a relationship with the Lowe’s workers and they regularly meet there as well. Legend

Absolutely kind employee hat was a war veteran that was very kind, and he was very observant and made sure we were taken care of. The chicken tenders meal was delicious, and was a good value for what you paid for. You get tenders, fries, drink, amd a sundae of choice. The manager was very attentive to the customers, and she came by to ask if we were okay. I think that was very nice/meaningful.

Ordered an ice cream cone. I was second in line in the drive thru. I waited 25 minutes for one ice cream cone. This is not what I expected from a nationwide chain. I about got out of my car to go inside. Customer service needs improvement.

Good food and very affordable you can get a cheese burger fries a drink and ice cream for 7.00 plus tax

Just went through the drive-through AGAIN getting a Oreo blizzard and I get so damn sick of getting nothing but ice cream when I order a Oreo blizzard I would like to have some Oreo pieces in it so this time I get two little chunks and that’s it And this is every time I go they don’t know what they’re doing. I guess I’ll end up going somewhere else from now on.

My order was not correct, and the food was old and messy. The amount charged for 2 tiny hotdogs and a small onion ring is unbelievable. The D.T. worker was polite though...

Decent all around but service was very slow, waited about 5 minutes for pretzel sticks, I think they forgot about them and was like why are they still sitting there before realizing they have completed my order.

This store use to be great now I've been multiple times where the food is stale and literally nothing on your taco but a mostly empty shell, when asked to remake the manager wouldn't and said she's been cutting down on the portions.. with an attitude.. I will not be back as I have wasted money the last 3 times in a row I've been there. The current leadership lacks experience, empathy, and integrity. It's a shame to see how far this store in abingdon has fallen...

Ordered 2 12pc party packs. They handed them out the window, we told them these are cold, two women talking at the window called another woman who after we told her they are cold said, they feel warm to me, the lettuce is cold. Very unprofessional, should have made sure they were hot., but did not even offer to warm them.

Worst experience ever! No one wanted to help us. All they wanted us to do was use the digital order. Yes, I get it, you are busy, but as someone who has worked in customer service for years, YOU SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THAT!! And stop using the bathroom as your “secret” break station!

I will NEVER be coming back to this establishment. My beef and cheese soft shell delectable tacos were supposed to be filled with beef meat from the cow. But instead I was greeted with something far more sinister. Rat shit. Yes folks you heard it there was rat doo doo droppings in my tacos. Yes. My tacos. Covered in cheesy goodness it was pure rat pellets. I took a strong first bite of this taco only to experience pain and despair of a rat dropping taco.

This Taco Bell absolutely sucks would not recommend going here, the service sucks.

Do this was one of the best twco bells I had ever been to...i ordered from drive thru but the lady at the register was kind and I ordered a boat load of food and it was ready very quickly and it was pretty hefty and didn't only give me 1 or 2 sauces like it came out of their pay check..I only gave a 3 from atmosphere cuz it was perfectly average from the outside

Y'all ran out of potatoes on 4/28, got them back by 5/01, and still don't have them available for mobile orders by today, 5/17. Please fix this, I would like a luxe box

If I could leave ZERO stars i would have. I should have read the reviews first. All our food was COLD!!! It is my own fault for not checking; all my special orders we done wrong. Do not go here even if you are STARVING! Called manager for a refund only ti be lied to about a drawer change and giving the food back once they saw we were outta state.

Mediocre trip to Burger King on a quick stop while passing through. Fries were cold and so was the burger.. not sure how that was possible. Atleast with enough ketchup and mayo anything is edible. Stopped in on a Monday evening at like 8pm.

Probably worst experience I've encountered in customer service, crazy part was it was the manager on duty. He didn't have a name tag or I'd say his name. I had ordered my food online, 15 minutes later I show up to give them time, due to past experience pretty slow. I told a lady I had an order online she try to tell the manager and he waves her on, why? He just tried to give my order to someone else so I was 100% sure my order was finished. When he decided to give me my order I see him throw my burger in the microwave to warm it up. My food wasn't good, I still ate it cause I was hungry and didn't want to wait longer of food. He stressed so hard when he wasn't making food at all, pure lazy, unreliable, unfocused and lacks responsibility. Do better

This was the worst burger king I have ever been to. They took forever to get my order down and had to restart 4 times. We got up to the window and received our food and then sat in front of the window for at least 10 minutes trying to ask for sauce. The lady looked at us multiple times and ignored us. A manager then came and gave us our sauces and slammed the window in our face. Must have some pretty low requirements to work there. WORST BK EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Everyone was just sanding around, and I still had to wait for someone to come over to the front counter. On top of that, my Wapper was cold and dry, which means the meat it had been in the Steamer Ben too long, and they did not per heat the burger in the microwave before adding everything else. I did not say anything because I know it was just going to turn off bad, so I just trash it. I was there on Friday 22, 2024 @ 11:45 am. for lunch.

I have been to plenty of Burger Kings and this is the worst one that I have ever experienced. I have been here plenty of times wanting to give them a chance because I keep thinking “maybe it’s just an off night”. No, every night is an “off night” for this place. Employees don’t care and managers care even less. People want $20 an hour to work at an establishment like Burger King but they can’t accurately read a screen to make an order correctly. Within 10 visits my burger has been wrong 8 times. All I request is no mayo and no tomato. Simple. Not that difficult of a request. And it has come with mayo and tomato 8 out of 10 times. And the food is always cold. Even if you wait. Makes absolutely no sense. My last time eating there was last night. With the $17 I spent I could have gone to Puerto Nuevo and gotten a full meal and a large beer. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered through drive thru on thr way home after a very tiring, long day. We brought it home for dinner, should have checked everything before leaving, but trusted it was right. Everything was made wrong and things left out. Contacted customer service and even though I requested a refund, they only issued a $10 coupon to use at Burger King. Burger Kings customer service is deplorable.

Traveling back home from Hershey, family & I stopped in for takeout. They were out of several fixings do to the huge Bristol race group. UNDERSTANDABLE! The older gentleman working was as helpful as possible. Plus it was perhaps an hr b4 closing. Food was just 🔥 enough & taste good enough!

Fast service on a Monday morning at 9:15. Unfortunately this was not the quality of food we have experienced at other Bojangles. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuit was flat like it had been wrapped up for a while and kept warm under a heat lamp. We specifically stopped here because we expected hot, juicy chicken …. If chicken is your specialty, you should strive to live up to customer expectations!

The food always slaps it’s the service that always brings down the score! Just be nicer, don’t interrupt when taking an order, don’t walk away during the middle of the order to tell another coworker what to do, focus on your customers first!

I placed an order online for pickup. It came out shortly after I called to let them know I had arrived. I ordered the family meal with the 12 supreme tenders, 2 orders of fries, 4 biscuits, and a half gallon of sweet tea. When we got it home and opened the box, the tenders were so hard and dry they hurt our mouths to try and eat them. The fries had way too much seasoning on them and the biscuits were falling apart and didn't have much flavor to them. My husband and daughter enjoyed the tea.

I came here with my mom the other day to eat out, and it was really nice. They even bring the food to your table. The cashier and other girl who brought the food were both friendly. Store was clean and the food was good. Surprised at how good the grilled chicken sandwich was. The Boberry biscuits were especially good too. Thanks

We love Bojangles and were excited to eat lunch here. Unfortunately, this Bojangles is not like any other Bojangles I've been to. The fries were barely seasoned. The mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a box. I thought all Bojangles were the same, but please only go to this one if you usually don't like Bojangles because it has too much flavor for you.

Food tastes great, but couldn't help but notice a guy in the back wiping counters with a rag. My problem was when the rag fell on the floor and continued using same rag to keep wiping away. Watch your security cameras and you'll see other things I won't mention...

Are all the employees here high? Ordered online, went in to pick up my order, tell the girl at the front and she just looks at me and turns back around like she didnt hear me. Everyone is moving at a snail's pace, guy in green Oregon hoodie's pants are hanging half off his rear. I ordered ahead, 10 minutes from time of order till I got to the store, another 10 minutes to get my food. Fries were not only halfway full but cold and oddly slimy? Did management just quit the place or something?

Food was good, though they seemed to have gotten our order ready while waiting for chicken sandwich to cook. This made the fries and sandwiches only luke warm. Though still tasty.

We went today and tried the new Angus cheesesteak. What a disappointment. 2 meals and an order of jalapeño bites almost $38.00 But the sandwiches were all bun and sauce and very little meat. Then we realized something else it had no peppers or onions on the sandwich. I questioned the girl at the counter she said she didn't know why they didn't have them. Another woman overheard and said "Oh we are out of peppers and onions" well shouldn't this be told before you order? The girl who took our order said she had just came on shift and no one had told her. We passed up a steak restaurant cause these limited sandwiches looked delicious and we wanted to try them. What a disappointment. The sandwich portrayed in the pics is false advertising we only received flat buns covered in sauce and 10x less meat than shown. I don't normally complain because I used to work in a restaurant but this was ridiculous!

I've been through the drive thru twice in the last month. Both times I've ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu combo and each time I've gotten home and it's just a regular roast beef sandwich. At least give me the bigger roast beef sandwich if you're going to screw up the meal. Arby's costs too much for the lower quality food and service i'm getting. I can go to the local BBQ place and get better food and service for not much more.

I just went here and if I could give this place a a zero I would just placed a $20 order and was told that I can only get four Arby's sauces I asked could I pay for them I was told no that I could get six of them and that was the most she could give me I'm sorry but if I'm paying for a meal and you're only allowed to give me four but then when I asked to pay you're allowed to give me six I think I could get a few more if I paid for them

Probably the worst $56 I spent on our family meal. Everything from the drink being watered down to the fries being soggy, even the sandwiches were terrible.

My family and I had breakfast here this morning on the way to one of my son's appointments. My son is special needs. While we were eating a worker that was suppose to cleaning literally was standing overtop of us. My son dropped his cup and it spilt. The guy fussed at him for spilling his cup. (Mind you my child has profound autism.) My fiance was the one to actually mop up the spill and the employee stood over top of him. The employee literally handed us the mop!!!! If that wasn't bad enough the dude watched my mother walk into the women's bathroom and he followed her in! My fiance and I told him someone was in the restroom and he needed to way. He stood for a few seconds with the door open and said "oh someone is in there!" He was going in with only a rag!!!!! He came out and stood over top of me until my mom came out of the bathroom. We called and spoke to a manager and she said that employee is suppose to have a job coach that was suppose to be watching him!!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life!!!! The job coach wasn't doing his job.

This McDonald's was typical of other McDonald's. My only minor issue is that there is no drink fountain accessible for refills. Each time I wanted a refill, I had to return to the counter.

Listen if you want cold food and messed up orders than this is the place for you! I stopped by after calling about an issue with my order and I was told I could get it replaced, but the two women at the front counter were extremely rude, ignored me for 5 minutes while loudly complaining about other customers and when I finally got helped she tells me sorry I can't find your order in the system? While I'm showing you my bank statement that has the time and amount and on it, apparently that's not legit enough!!?? Absolutely disgusted how every time I stop there they mess something up so bad, and then treat people like trash?

Got some fresh fries. My dog loves helping eat McDonalds. Juicy burgers. They were decorated so pretty for Christmas.

The building itself was clean, but wow - absolutely the worst quality food I have ever received from a fast food location. We spent $32 on a kid’s meal, a chicken finger combo, and a burger combo. Despite a decent wait for the food (it was not busy and there were at least 4 staff members there), every single thing except for the fries was cold. Like, COLD. They didn’t even attempt to flash fry the chicken, it was so soggy and cold that I am afraid to eat it because it seems to have been sitting out for a long time. The kid’s meal was also cold, AND the wrong order. Ironically, the apple sauce pouch was warm…? We’re on a roadtrip and fast food is a treat for our kiddos. I’m bummed that we just wasted over $30 to eat some fries and soda. Do not recommend.

There’s a reason it’s not busy. The burgers were the worst we have ever had! Everything was over cooked and dried up. Fries were thrown back in the fryer to warm up. It took them forever to make the food even though it wasn’t busy. Avoid this place.

Just placed an online order. Specifically stated NO Mayo and NO Tomato on one of the Frisco burgers. Paid over $30 for dinner and Hardees can't even get a WRITTEN order prepared correctly. Both Frisco burgers that I ordered had all the fixings on them, when I called to find out why, they kept hanging the phone up and would NOT answer. So I come online to write this review and I see that their live status shows they aren't busy, they weren't busy when I arrived for my order... so this leaves me to believe they simply can't read plain English and put an order together properly. Disappointed in this Hardees in Abingdon, Va.

After driving for 5.5 hours. My exit I needed to take to continue on my journey for another 6 hours offered Hardee's. I pulled in and noticed that there was no cars in the parking lot at 12:15. This should have been my first sign that something was not going to be right. As I went into the restaurant I was greeted by this guy named George who seemed less than thrilled that I was there. He asked me what my order was and I told him. I had not ate at Hardee's in years so I thought I would try the Frisco burger combo I remember having years ago. I asked for an unsweet tea and was given a sweet tea. I Head to ask for to be corrected and it seemed like it upset him. I l left with my food got back on the highway and then realized about a mile down that I was given a ham and cheese. Instead of the burger that I had ordered. I decided to turn around and go get the right food and when I walked in without saying I'm sorry without apologizing for the bad service he just put the food into a bag and hand it to me across the counter. Of course I was shocked that I didn't get an apology.. I open the sandwich and realized that they had put about 5 tablespoon of mayonnaise on it. The sandwich was disgusting. Needless to say I lost $12 for lunch. And I will never return to that Hardee's when I'm traveling back through. Between the non-caring manager and employee and terrible food. It's a no wonder there was nobody else in that restaurant at 12:15 during the lunch hour.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst fastfood experience I've ever had. Ever. From the customer service to the food, everything was a disaster. We were "greeted" by a lady who clearly did not want to be at work today. Her words were "what do you want". Not hi, not hey, not even a grunt. She stood at the computer at a separate work station and not at the front counter. It may have been the drive thru, I'm not sure. I am trying to be kind at this point because I don't know what happened to this lady to cause her apparent unhappiness. I ordered my burger, fries and I stated a small for the combo. My husband ordered his food and tried to pay at the register we were in front of, but was promptly told that the register was closed. Not kindly, but rudely. I walked away so I didn't say anything rude. Our food came out, and when I went to get my drink, I realized she didn't ring the combo in, only the two sandwiches and the fries. I don't care at this point because it was clearly one disaster after another with this lady! I opened my burger only to find the bread was burned. Blackened without the spice. Not even edible. My daughter's order was equally disappointing. Her bread was also burned. The children's meals were horrible. I went to the register at this point because this was the final straw. I was greeted by a man, I didn't catch his name, but he asked what was wrong. I explained the entire situation to him, and he was truly apologetic. He went to find the lady to let her know there was an issue and she needed to correct the issue. When she came to the counter this time, she was only slightly friendly. I explained to her what was wrong, and told her honestly they should have never sent that out, but she said their toasting machine is not working properly and they still have to serve the sandwiches even if they're burned. She refunded the order and I proceeded to remind her that if she's unhappy she should have stayed at home. If she's not happy in that job, go find one that you are happy in. Life's too short to stay where you're unhappy. There are 18 other restaurants you can work at if the one you're working for isn't right for you! Know your own value! I don't like to slam businesses, but I'd avoid this establishment at all costs.

Honestly, I should've called the cops. The ONLY reason I didn't was because I didn't feel like waiting for the police. They LOCKED my 10 & 11 yr old neice & nephew in the store!!! We stopped to use the bathroom, and they let my niece & nephew go inside to use it. When I got to the door to go inside with them, the door was locked. My nephew tried to unlock the door but couldn't, so we both went around to go to another door. I had to bang on that door to get the employees' attention (which took a while because she originally ignored both my nephew who was inside the restaurant & me who was outside the restaurant) she then unlocked that door and when I asked to use the bathroom she said the bathroom was broken (a lie cuz my niece AND nephew just used it so both the bathrooms were usable) and the lobby is closed & BEEN closed. Which i would've accepted if they didn't already let my niece & nephew in and then ignored them when they asked for help My neice & nephew are introverts & my nephew is nurodivegentfor them. Just asking for help once is already hard, AND SHE IGNORED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. She even ignored me when I first knocked, then banged on the door. I am furious as I type this and honestly wonder what would've happened if I had arrived any later. I've already seen the other reviews when I went to write this, and I already know that bad behavior is normal for these two. Personally, I think they should be fired or suspended. Legally, this falls under the category of kidnapping (which is why I was originally going to call the cops). Don't hire people who dont know the law AND also are notorious for bad service

You need to stop making food if you’re not gonna make it like you advertise what I received today is embarrassing. I ordered three crazy puffs and they don’t even look like half the size of what you guys advertise. Won’t be coming back to this location, complete embarrassment, and you guys are horrible with your service. Honestly, you should be ashamed by the quality of food that you put out there for your customers. I wouldn’t even recommend this food to the poor plus, you should also feel ashamed that someone left you a tip now regardless of the size of the tip you should still be thankful that somebody’s willing to give you something that you didn’t even have to serve or wait on them. Such a horrible place.

Horrible quality of food always old nasty and cold they get mad when requested fresh! More like a highschool party for them especially weekends or nights! Little Caesars is only good because of the price! When the price goes up quality goes down nope not wasting my money papa John's is right next door with the app it's only a $1.50 more to get 1 large 1 topping at Papa John's I won't be eating at little Caesars anymore especially this one

What is the point of advertising Hot-N-Ready if they are never hot and ready. Used to be able to walk in and grab a pizza and some crazy bread. Always a wait, might as well phone in better pizza.

The pretzel pizza was ok. It is just a pepperoni cheese pizza without sauce and pretzel salt stuck to the crust with butter. But was it a huge fail getting the crazy bread ordered 2 and both under cooked and mashed.

Absolutely disgusting, food looks like it’s set in an oven for 4 hours. Nothing like whey is advertised. Drink fridge is 50% stocked and the employees are smoking out front at one of the only tables. Not even sure the employees washed their hands when they went back in the store.

All associates in the back preparing food barehanded no gloves putting their hands wherever and however they could on everything other than the food and then attempted to go ahead and prepare your food yet again no gloves talk to management in regards to it and told me that corporate will no longer allow them to purchase gloves they were too expensive by then immediately asked for a refund I will not eat food that has been prepared with snotty dirty fingers or maybe not snotty but definitely dirty and the pure disregard from corporate not allowing their associates of which prepare food to wear gloves in accordance to the health guidelines put into place by our state trust me health department will be called

Paid extra for the Extra Most Bestest cheese and got home to Bristol with it to realize it barely had any cheese or sauce on it. This location is so hit or miss it’s not even worth dealing with anymore.

My husband went there and ordered something and had it made special with a coupon. He felt bad cause he had to be on a certain diet and made the order a little complicated but left a really good tip. The second he walked in a women employee looked at him and said "Oh, it's you." In front other customers and was getting snipy with him the whole time. My husband was so embarrassed. Not to mention they sent him an email saying his food was ready when it really wasnt so he had to wait for 15 more minutes after ordering it through the app. We will NEVER eat there again. As someone who has worked in the food industry for 5 years kindness goes a long way and my husband didn't deserve to be treated the way he did especially by an employee. I would give 0 stars if I could.

My boyfriend and I had stopped here for dinner on the way home. Not only did we wait over 40 minutes, our food was wrong. Instead of the staff listening to what we wanted they instead spoke to each other and to “old co workers” that were four people behind us. This is by far the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Whoever made my Sandwich did a horrible job. The sweet onion sauce was so thick and they put so much. The mayonnaise was everywhere. And why was the sauce not on the bread but in the middle of everything...

July 6th around 230 pm I made a order never got my food and after speaking to managers supervisors and corporate no one is willing to make it right and refund my money after 20$ because the employees are completely incompetent its been 10 days and they are still refusing to make it right after multiple calls emails and complaints
