If you're anywhere near Salinas, do yourself a favor and stop by Salinas City Barbecue. The food is absolutely amazing smoky, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The brisket was perfectly tender, the ribs fell off the bone, and the sides like mac and cheese and cornbread were just as impressive. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during a busy lunch hour. You can tell this place takes pride in what they serve. Highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic BBQ with great atmosphere!

5 out of 5, my new favorite bbq place food is fire. Not only do the meats come raging or regular. Everything i tried was amazing. They have a good selection of beer on tap and canned go place to stop along the way can wait to go back. And the service was excellent

Had a 3 meat combo, brisket, chicken and tri tip. All were excellent. Spicy BBQ sauce is yummy. Cole slaw is good but could be better.

Meh. I honestly didn't taste any smoke in the meats. And the brisket was dry. Tri tip was not too bad. BBQ sauce was nothing to write home about. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone came and there was no one even eating in there. Maybe it's good BBQ for Salinas, CA but stacked up against real BBQ, it's very sub par. Beans and Mac and cheese were also meh. Plus I ordered key lime pie (actually did enjoy the flavor) which apparently came with ice cream and by the time I got to it ( it was served all at once), it turned to soup. Not impressed

We had ribs, brisket, Mac n cheese, beans, and berry cobbler everything was delicious the bread on the brisket sandwich was fresh and soft on the inside. The service for to go order was excellent and friendly. The food was packed and sealed. The inside seating looked comfortable and clean with a nice atmosphere and picnic tables are set up outside Highly recommended for a delicious meal. Thank you ❤️

Seriously...... INSANELY DELICIOUS! We loved the entire experience at Salina City BBQ. We came at a weird hour (around 2:30pm) and the restaurant was pretty busy - I think that speaks volumes by itself. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a BBQ restaurant - casual and comfortable. All the staff was friendly. The brisket was perfection and their BBQ sauces were so tasty! Loved the cornbread, macaroni & cheese, and the homemade pickles. First time we tried Salinas City BBQ and certainly won't be our last!

Incredible dining experience with the most personable waitress you’ll ever meet. She makes you feel like she’s been waiting for you all day and is happy you’ve finally arrived. Even without hovering, she’s there when you need her. (Tip her well—she’ll earn it!)

Overall this restaurant is awesome, everything we ordered tasted great , it was hard to decide due to everyone on their menu looked great. The Food took a while to get to our table but worth the wait. I will be back to try other eats on their menu, and remember to save room for dessert we got the peach pie 👌🏽. 💥

We came to celebrate father's day. The server was very attentive, always checking on our table. The food was a lil cold but still good. Bread pudding is amazing!!!!

Easy, delicious breakfast. Our server was lovely and kind and we have absolutely zero complaints. Our meals arrived very quickly and our toddler loved his eggs, fruit and orange juice. We were passing through town and wanted something local and easy and they delivered. Would definitely stop in again if passing through town.

Haven't been here in a month after last horrible experience. First, the food was above average (great improvement), the service was chaotic. Two servers (with smiles) doing their best to keep up with the whole restaurant, while two other young people just stood in the aisle or close to the bakery case chatting. Ice machine being cleaned, no ice, no flavored creamer(non dairy), food arrived and we had to get up to search out utensils which eventually came (food was by then luke warm). Hard to justify a $100 breakfast (for three) when there are such other great choices in town. BTW the large pancakes were not even half the size of the plate ($17.95). Sad to see a well known eatery struggling, with that said, it will be awhile before we try again.

First time here. It was okay. They did mess up half of my order but they did fix it and the manager also came to apologize. Another dish was also cold but we didn't complain we ate it anyways. We ordered pancakes, roast beef French dip, chilaquiles, and two other combo plates.

Wonderful historic house and restaurant! The food was very ample and reasonably priced with tips donated to the preservation. Servers are very friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. We split their Turkey Wrap as well as the salad that came with it. Only down check was the noise level during lunch. Be sure to check out the gift shop, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here and recommend it as a "must experience" when you are in the area!

This is a delightful experience. The servers are volunteers who go out of their way to make you savor the beauty of this historic place. The food was as healthy and delicious. Marly recommended their creamy lettuce soup, which surprisingly was the best part of my incredibly tantalizing quinoa squash meal. Their "Best Celler" gift shop, below , was the perfect dessert, especially Colette, who shared stories about how this part of the mansion was converted into a fun bookstore/gift shop that included a scaled dollhouse version of John Stienbeck's childhood home.

The service is so wonderful. They are volunteers who works at the restaurant and they provide you so much great info and history beyond the house. The food was also very good. Highly recommended! Will definitely come visit again!

I love this place! John Steinbeck is my favorite author of all time and this restaurant preserves the rich history of this house where he was born and raised! Got the opportunity to enjoy their 50th anniversary and the free hors d'oeuvres were delicious! The volunteers that make up the staff are amazing people and made the entire experience very memorable! I can’t wait to come back for lunch!

Stunning Victorian home of John Steinbeck turned into a restaurant. Excellent food, well presented and competitively priced. I cannot say enough about the wonderful women who work here. Their service is a labor of love...truly, for they are not paid. They are proud to volunteer and work in an authentic, designer decorated Victorian mansion, which was the home of John Steinbeck and maintained as a credit to his memory. These fabulous women donate their tips to the upkeep of the mansion. Their knowledge of Salinas, John Steinbeck and the Monterey Bay area; their service skills and genuine warmth of hospitality was palpable. All deserve a shout out! Carol, your warmth and charm we so enjoyed! Thank you! Picked up gifts from the shop downstairs by local artists.

Wonderful historic restaurant and home for a delicious and filling lunch. Who would expect such great flavors and warm service. You really get a feel of the place. There's also a fantastic gift shop downstairs, take a look and you'll go home with a memory! Open only certain days of the week. Parking in back.

Quick stop before going down to cal poly. To be honest, I feel I can’t fully write a review because I got confused. I have been learning Spanish for most my life but mixed up some of the Spanish words and ordered a burrito with the wrong meat. This is totally on me. I wanted to order chorizo but accidentally ordered something else. Feel like a chorizo burrito would have been amazing from this place. The tortillas are freshly made but I thought they tasted a bit funny. Like they were soft and mailable but it just tasted a bit different than other places. It was thicker. The burrito was small but good in flavor. Overall, alright burritos. My Beli gave it a pretty low score but also I think this is due to my ordering error. So I gave it four stars but actually it’s prob like two or three. Decent spot.

Fresh, Thin, Perfect flour tortillas that don’t get soggy and drip. 10/10 Bfast burritos. Will go here every single time I pass through. Better than most Bfast burritos in LA.

SO GOOD!! You can tell the food is made with so much care. Tortillas are fresh and handmade. They’re light, airy, and perfect. The barbacoa is incredible! All the salsa are amazing too. Don’t miss this place, and be nice to all the lovely people who work there!

El Charrito has my favorite tortillas! They are always busy but the line moves quickly. My favorites are the chile rilleno burritos and the carnitas burritos. My boyfriend really likes the chile verde and the rice. The people are always nice and the food is always hot and fresh. The price is very reasonable.

Tortillas are always delicious, but the carnitas, and chile relleno were not good. The rice and beans had no flavor and gave us a gut ache. This place used to be amazing--maybe just an off day? Update-I got a bit sick. 🤢

Quick service, no frills. Delicious Mexican food. Burritos are reasonably priced, but not large. Employees are efficient and friendly. No tables inside - only 2 or 3 tables on the patio. This is mainly a take out place.

Great authentic style Mexican food at a super affordable price. I had their beef Taquito and beef Burrito with a Jamaica drink to go along with it. My first time was a blast and will definitely try it again next time I'm in Salinas for the airshow. Only two bench tables outside for seating though. Most people are here to pick up the food and take it home.

Okay, so wow—just moved to the area and stumbled on this cozy little Italian joint, and let me tell you… total gem. I had the short rib tortellini (legit melted in my mouth), and my partner got the chicken parm, which was crispy, saucy perfection. Our waitress Kayleigh? Absolute angel. Chill, sweet, and super on it without hovering—10/10 vibes. It felt like the kind of place you instantly wanna become a regular at. Food was fire, the service was amazing, and the whole experience was just chef’s kiss. We’ll 100% be back. Probably way too often.

Very good food and wine menu. We enjoyed the chicken piccata and gnocchi and dessert. And great bread! All our food taste great, with lovely presentation and the ambience is nice, and the staff is friendly. Our waiter, Ezra, was such a nice guy and knew the menu well. We will come back.

Eating at Mangia is like eating in your family’s kitchen. The food, the atmosphere and the people are all so warm and greeting. If you are looking for great food, great atmosphere and great people Mangia is the perfect place!

Really good ambiance, very friendly staff, very clean, and a cute romantic spot for a date, or just a relaxing datenight with your significant other. I was kind of bummed they didn't have Lasagna in the menu, but I was still very happy with my order. Definitely worth visiting again.

Came here on while on vacation and our server Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and able to help with my dietary restrictions. Excellent food and service! Menue labels vegetarian options and some can be made vegan.

I'm so happy I found this spot! Fresh juices and great smoothies. They also have fresh fruit available for purchase, as well as acai bowls, sandwiches, and supplements. The ladies behind the counter were nice and answered the questions I had and were accommodating when I asked for no celery in my juice. I'll definitely be returning. My juice had a good amount of ginger and was nice and spicy.

I prefer to order the acai bowls online so they have time to melt, if you order straight from the place it will be frozen.Overall it’s mid.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at BKM Healthy Foods. When I went to order, the short brunette who took my order had the most annoyed look on her face, making me feel completely unwelcome. I clearly ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, and she confirmed both. Despite this, she only gave me one and acted annoyed when I pointed out the mistake. She claimed she only charged me for half of the order, so that's all I got. I told her I still wanted the other sandwich and drink. She charged me again but only gave me the sandwich without the drink. The final straw was finding a hair in my sandwich. If the staff hates their job so much, they should leave. I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of grief when I'm paying for a meal. Nancy if you still manage this place here's your solutions. 1.Train your staff better to ask questions if they're unsure about an order. 2.Lower the music volume so people can have a better conversation. 3. Get rid of the plastic screen at the register, this also impedes hearing 4.Hairnets, the food is great. Hair in my food is not.

I stopped going because the ladies were always very rude for no reason. Never felt welcomed. Decided to give it a try after about 2 years because I really wanted a fresh juice but was told that the juicer had been washed already so they couldn’t make my order.

Horrible service. Served white watermelon and hard mango. When we asked for it to be switched with something ripe (twice) they said no. 2/3 was thrown away while we ate in the shop.

I was just exploring around and found this place. Protein shakes caught my attention which I went ahead and proceed to buy one with banana, strawberry, oats, almond milk, and Whey vanilla protein powder. I gotta say I was impressed on the quality and flavor it had as well as the freshness of ingredients. I will definitely come by again and trying out your other items!

Excellent service I got seated right away. I got helped right away and they made sure to pay close attention and give me anything I needed whenever I wanted it. I ordered the oatmeal with vegetarian sausage patties and it’s probably the best vegetarian sausage patties I’ve ever had in my life. The oatmeal was five stars for sure came with raisins and brown sugar and milk, which I didn’t use. I also had a cup of coffee and water and both of them were premium sometimes coffee makes my stomach hurt, but not at this place. The oatmeal was so good It didn’t need milk, plus people don’t realize how disgusting milk actually taste. The only reason why it taste good is because they load it with so much sugar. It’s more sugar than soda. I prefer oat milk for that reason it has a lot less sugar in it so much less you could drink chocolate oat milk and it still has half the sugar at regular cow milk has. However, plant-based milk is not an option here yet. Didn’t bother me a bit.

This is WAY better than the First Awakenings in Monterey! If you're looking for a nice breakfast spot, with well-kept rustic furniture bringing you back to the time when the city first came to prominence in the 1800s, this is a nice spot! Staff was professional, food came out quick, and it tasted great!

We arrived shortly after opening and seated right away, waited on promptly. Some of the other patrons spoke quite loudly so it was difficult to hear each other at our small table. No fault of the restaurant, just for other customers... know how loud you speak. Large portions of food and tasty. I ordered an omelet and was full of veggies. The potatoes did not taste good, way too oily. He ordered 2 eggs and meat. He too did not like the potatoes. Which was fine, luckily portions were so good we were still quite full without eating the potatoes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.

This is the best traditional American breakfast you will find in town! I don’t need to say much because the food truly speaks for itself. The skillets (the classic onion and bacon one) are my favorite and so is the wheat pancake. The pancakes and waffles are huge! Perfect to share.

Cinnamon French toast, amazing. Belgian waffle really only fantastic because of the grapefruit on top. The chicken, fried steak and gravy was delicious. Get a reservation if you can. Seems to be busy during the weekends.

We had the banana French toast special, orange juice, coffee and a banana wheat germ pancake. One scrambled egg for each of us as well. Huge portions, was afraid a single pancake wouldn't be enough, but it certainly was. The banana wheat germ pancake was not incredibly flavorful but the fluffiness and texture was fantastic. Would probably recommend ordering the pancake with the additional whipped cream and fruit. They also put a whole carafe of coffee right on the table which I definitely appreciated. Prices were fair and the servers were all very nice. Editing this review because we actually ate at this restaurant four days in a row while we were staying in Salinas. Had a great meal every time. In addition to our first meals we also tried the eggs Benedict with carnitas, eggs Benedict with ham and avocado, blueberry wheat germ pancakes, raspberry coconut and granola pancakes and apple cinnamon oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes. Each meal was fantastic and each time the servers were friendly. I do recommend getting the strawberries and whip cream on any of the pancakes. The wheat germ pancakes taste the best, but the blueberry pancakes have more flavor than the banana pancakes and come with a blueberry syrup while the banana wheat germ is a bit bland in comparison.

My husband and I stopped at this breakfast spot along our road trip, and we loved it. Everyone from the hosts and wait staff were extremely friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant was decorated everywhere with Halloween-themed decor, it was a super cute vibe. We got the portobello mushroom and blue cheese omelette, and the portion was a nice size. Would definitely come here again.

In the are doing some work and after we decided to get some good food. Top rating was Gino’s so we pulled up. Started off with the garlic bread and I must say it was awesomeness for sure buttery garlicky soft bread. You are given the option to add cheese but it isn’t necessary. Next up was the soup and the choice were clam chowder, artichoke bisque, and spumoni. I chose the artichoke bisque and was not disappointed. Entree: Steak & Scampi: the NY steak was very tender and the shrimp were ok. I was expecting bigger prawns as it said jumbo but they weren’t bad. Mashed potatoes were creamy and good as well. For desert I went with the bread pudding. Overall Gino’s understands the assignment so that you can’t be mad at. If you’re in town check ‘em out.

Haven't been to this place in a couple of years because the last two times....this place sucked. Well, we still had a gift card from a 2 years ago Christmas and decided we might as well use it. I wasn't expecting much and was I wrong! Started with calamari strips...very good. Next was artichoke bisque.....tasty! Entree 1 was the Gino's Trio which had lasagna, chicken parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. A lot of food for a reasonable price. Loved it but u will say it didn't taste like authentic freshly made pasta. But it was good. Entree 2 was steak tri tip pasta. It was good but a little light on the bits of steak. Emilia was a very gracious and professional wait staff and made a killer apple martini. Very good experience. 2 drinks, 1 bottle of wine, 1 app and two entrees under 150. Not bad. Definitely worth another visit.

Great seating areas. Beautiful ‘outdoor dining room’ food is palatable would have expected great taste from the hype been here several times, recently didn’t have a bad experience, food wait time is as expected highly recommend blackened chicken alfredo with broccoli and mushrooms

I had the pleasure of dining at Gino's, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We made reservations in advance, and upon our arrival, we were seated promptly. The service was truly excellent, with a staff that was not only friendly but also highly attentive. The food was not only delectable but also wonderfully presented. It was evident that a great deal of care went into the preparation of each dish. We were celebrating a birthday, and the fact that we could secure reservations for a party of four on the same day was a pleasant surprise. If you haven't yet had the opportunity to dine at Gino's, I would highly recommend giving this spot a try. The welcoming atmosphere, outstanding service, and delicious food make it a dining experience.

Gino's is an amazing icon of a bygone era in the area. Delicious Italian cuisine, superb service, and delightful atmosphere. It has long been a favorite restaurant of ours and I am sure they will continue to deliver wonderful cuisine for years to come.

Nice ambience in this family owned Italian Restaurant. Tasty fresh bread and the cooler is refillable. Bruschetta, Castroville Chicken Alfredo and Roasted King Salmon Filet were spot on. Entree portions are huge which isn’t usual in Italian Fine Dining. Friendly staff helped me surprise my wife with the dessert and a candle to celebrate our anniversary. yes dessert was yummy too. Definitely visit if you are on Hwy 1 and it’s time for some delicious food. Note: There is a separate to-go window and it’s easy to get parking even though it’s considerably small parking lot.

Ordered to go today Valentine’s Day! Ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and side of Fruit, unfortunately My fruit contained a slice of onion which ruined the taste of sweet fruit 🥴 fruit didn’t contain any strawberries 🍓 and only came with like two grapes, mostly contained the melons. and my chicken and waffles were burnt 🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn’t want to send my husband back to the restaurant it was just an inconvenience to have to drive all the way back 🤦🏻‍♀️ Would probably never order to go again 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately not a good experience. It took 30 minutes to be seated which was fine but it took another 10 just to order drinks. The plates and silverware were dirty. The server didn’t come back to check on us and even after seeing we were done hadn’t brought us the check. We had to wait and then ask for the check. The sandwich I ordered was a chicken avocado club and it had one tiny piece of chicken. Not what you would expect if it was featured in the name. Depressing and disappointing. Not worth the our time to stop here. I do not recommend.

Awesome service. My waitress was very fast an efficient.I ordered the parmesan sourdough cheeseburger with french fries along with a diet Pepsi. Everything was delicious.

My, wife suggested that we go there for dinner. We usually have dinner on the way home after appointments. That day she wanted a breakfast meal even though it was late in the day. We ordered a big breakfast that included eggs, pancakes, red potatoes, bacon, sausage, and toast for me. What a meal, it looked great to me, looks were where it ended. The eggs were okay, the toast was okay, and the pancakes were okay. The potatoes were undercooked, and the meats tasted like they had been kept warm for a long while. The bacon was lifeless, dark, and brittle. The sausage suffered many of the same symptoms. We talked about the food, and we felt that the meat was not freshly cooked and the potatoes were not cooked enough, they were too hard. We love the bear, and love to play and listen to my favorite music. Don't lose my patronage over freshly cooked food.

This is an amazing place. The service you get is like family. Professional and friendly. Very clean and very original, it's beary 🤣much fun to enjoy a meal here. The menu is extensive and everything I tried was superb. I will go back every time I am in the area. Plenty plaza parking. 🙌👍❤ Kudos, keep it up!

First time visiting this location as a big Black Bear Diner fan. I usually go to the Gilroy location. I honestly do not know what was going on today. We arrived after the breakfast rush at 11:20 am and were told it would be a 35 minute wait. It ended up taking a full hour. The online waitlist system showed we were next for almost 30 minutes, yet it was clear the servers were waiting on food from the kitchen. If we had known the actual wait would be an hour, we would have gone somewhere else. That is where transparency matters. The food was excellent, just as it always is, but communication at this location needs to be improved. Clear and honest updates would make the experience much better for customers who love the diners.

Surprised at the low quality of this food given some of the better reviews that gave me some hope. I ordered the vegetable chow mein, which barely had vegetables in it and was very bland. The vegetables were not fresh by any means and each had their own odd aftertaste. I also ordered the sweet and sour tofu, which was also bland and poorly presented. Lastly, was disappointed I didn't even get chopsticks in my utensil set, which was oddly in a Ziploc baggie. I cannot believe that these two items cost $40 together when ordered for pickup through Seamless. When I entered the restaurant I was also dismayed at the outdated, florescent dining area. Wanted to like this place based on others recommendations for vegan options, but there is no chance I'll be eating here again. Spend your money better elsewhere. How this location has a 4.3 star average at this time, I am entirely unsure.

Super tasty Chinese takeout in Salinas! There are lots of fried/fast food in the area, and we wanted a meal with more vegetables. Eagle is a great place for that with large menu with many vegetable, noodle, rice, and meat options. The noodles have the desired flavor that only comes from a really hot wok. Highly recommend the broccoli with double mushroom for all the mushroom lovers. 🍄 The order was called in at the beginning of dinner time and took 20 minutes to prepare. Pros: large menu selection, friendly staff, great Chinese takeout (currently no dine-in due to covid-19) Cons: surrounding area is under construction (as of Sept 2020)

There once was a boy who had choices. Twenty dollars in hand for lunch. One hour. He heard a heavenly choir of voices... We've been there many times for an hour. Poetic Sam, and his brother make the BEST Black Bean Chicken this side of Alisal. Bar none. The lunch special is the menu; however I like to ask for the specials and their suggestions. That's how I found their Black Bean sauce so fine. Other wonderful plates are thea Mandarin Chicken, the medium grain slightly sticky rice is devine. Oh yes!!

So Portobello's I haven't been to in a long time and they've come a long way. I came because somebody was singing live music and I can honestly say Portobello's is fantastic. I ordered the money Burger which was recommended by Ronnie who was our wonderful server thank you Ronnie you're fabulous. Our table also ordered and I have a picture of the salmon sandwich and I think the Cuban and they were all fabulous thank you so much again Ronnie you you are fabulous

My 3 star is solely based off food. I ordered the 222, eggs scrambled soft, bacon and French toast. Now it's very possible I missed it on the description, but I had ZERO idea they made their French toast with raisin bread or I would never have ordered it. Having to pick at my food for every bite was not the business. Eggs were not soft and my bacon way too hard. Other than the French toast, the rest isn't enough to keep me from trying something else on the menu. I love the atmosphere, music was overpowering, they have a full bar and it's a great location right on Main

Had dinner with friends after track day at Laguna. There is no parking, so need to find parking on the street, which is not easy on a Friday night. Food was delicious and there was a gentleman who serenades the customers periodically. Restaurant has a homey decor and food is reasonably priced and delicious.

My law firm hosted a work 30th anniversary for a co-worker here on April 6th, and we had a wonderful experience. Maynard, the manager, was so great. We discussed the menu ahead of time, and he and his team were very on top of refilling appetizers and drinks for the 22 people at our table. I would absolutely host another event there, and working with Maynard was seamless. Thank you again for helping us host the event and allowing the us to have fun and enjoy ourselves instead of having to worry about all the semantics.

Stopped in for a quick bite bc it was a beautiful day here in Salinas CA, So we opted to sit outside. The staff was very friendly. One of the Chefs stopped at our table on his way out and recommended the quesadilla. I dont eat cheese but I sure was tempted. I had side of coleslaw and a piece of baked chicken, with a lemon wedge and iced tea. Prices were decent.

The place itself is really nice to walk around downtown area of Salinas but the best part was to eat... First, fried calamari and the a GREAT cheesecake for dessert. I also liked the welcome environment and smiles that made me feel at home. So, yes, I'll be back to try the chocolate truffle cake (with no flour?!)

Nice people. Good food. Understaffed for a Friday night. Service was slow but one old guy who was nice. DoorDash were waiting though. Food was pretty good. Especially the Tika masala. So glad to have found Indian food in Salinas. We will be back.

We arrived right when it opened and dinned in for lunch. They do not have a buffet. I ordered the Tandoori mixed grill that had an assortment of chicken, sausage and spicy fish. It took about 20 minutes to get our food, but when we got it, it was hot and tasty, the Naan bread was fresh also. The server was an older guy who was very pleasant, we will Be back soon, I do Not see much authentic Indian restaurants or food in Salinas, ca.

The food here is fairly average — it’s the kind of place where it feels like something is better than nothing. What made the experience less enjoyable was a senior staff member who seemed more focused on airing personal political opinions, rather than attending to customers. Conversations like these can be off-putting, especially when they overshadow the service. It would be great to see more attentive and professional staffing in the future; otherwise, the customer experience may continue to suffer.

Best selection of Indian food in Salinas! There’s a bit of a language barrier but the services is welcoming. The curry dishes I got were savory and delicious. The restaurant style is very casual. Lots of mobile orders being processed while we were there. Very authentic food. Modest wine and beer selection. Family style food. Vegetarian selections. Coming back soon to try other selections.

My dinner started off well (after some difficulty ordering due to language problem) with samosas and a beer. Naan and main came next served in a timely manner and was very good. The problem came when I went up to pay and found the charge for the beer was $10, not $6 as stated on the menu. I at first tried to explain nicely the menu only showed $6 ( there was no $10 beer listed) and all of a sudden the older man who ran the place became combative and argued that was the only beer he had so that’s what he will charge. This was never mentioned when I made my order. So… make sure you are getting exactly what you ordered and check the price when you get your bill! The man finally called his son who was able to understand the mix up and resolved the problem.

Food was decent and quantity was good as well. Reason for lower rating is the service time. Took time to get us a table (we were a big group of 10), took time to take the order, then took time to get the food. We spent around 1.5 hours here. Thankfully, food did not disappoint and we enjoyed our meal at the end.

My friend picked me up a taco salad and the ground beef was undercooked. I was told over the phone that is what happens with this beef when you over cook it. They said they would replace it. I live close by and I understand that it was close to closing, they gave me cash and said they had no more taco salads. Didn’t offer any other option or solutions at all.

I don’t recommend coming to eat here at Rico’s tacos their service is horrible they yell at you as a customer and make you feel invalid for ordering their garbage food. I would never step foot into this establishment not even to use the bathroom. Save your time and money for hard working waiters and waitresses. My condolences if you actually support this fast food store.

I stumbled upon this by accident, this is my first time at Tico's. While I was reading the menu, I heard she ladies talk about how good their Chile relleno was, so I went for that and the asada enchilada, that with a small drink I paid about $15-16. The food was much better than expected. The relleno was so cheesy and perfectly sauced. The meat in the enchilada was tender. They also have an incredible salsa bar with I want to say 8 options, if which I tried 4.

So nostalgic being here!! The last time I ate at a TICO'S TACOS was before the SJ location burned down! Being here was like stepping through a time portal! The beef taquitos and green sauce were just as I remembered! Delicious and made fresh! Great friendly staff. Fast service. Fresh salsa bar. Seating wasn't "plus-sized" friendly but they had an extra chairs along the back wall that I was able to use to sit outside the booth. Bathroom was clean but didn't have a baby changing station. Otherwise, it was q perfect and memorable experience!

So not the same as I remember from San Jose years ago. I came once before Covid... once during covid and today, March 21, 2020. Once again the lady cashiers were rude and they rushed me to order eventhough no one was in line. The food food was just ok... the chile verde plate and the chile verde burrito was filled with so much fat on every piece of pork meat! Yuck! Taquito plate was ok with lots of watered down avocado sauce. The expensive quesadilla that I could have made at home for my baby was ok, but my 15 month old baby didn't even like it! The Nachos were the only thing that was worth the $10 price tag, only because I did like the chicken meat. I also did not like the ladies to get mad and grab my cup for a water refill and an iced tea refill. Wow, those ladies need customer service skills or they should not be working in the front counter. There was no greeting... no "niceness" at all and I have NOTHING GOOD to say about them. Needless to say, probably will not be back for a while if at all.

Sandwich was great, both my partner and I ordered the Tri-tip. The menu does not state that it has Mayo(or similar sauce) on it. “Smoked tri-tip with hand crafted dry rub on an herb cheese roll” no mention of anything else. Came with a tasty barbecue sauce on the side. It has a restroom but was not accessible to the public, they had a table blocking the front door with a register on it.

Been here twice got the same thing both times (Belair). Just wow. Perfection delicious. Not sure why its not busy 100% of the time. First time I went theres were like 3 or 4 other customers. Today it was just me but I saw what looked like some to go bags for likely other customers. If you're looking for a delicious sandwich don't look any further. I wanted to take pics of my whole sandwich but I finished half of it before i got back to work lol. So fresh n tasty/satisfying.

I had the catered sandwiches from this deli a few years ago and was fantastic. Today however, was terrible. I took my mom here who is a vegetarian, her sandwich consisted mostly of carrots and sprouts. Anything else in it like apple, tomato were sliced so thin I thought the apple was a piece of cheese.

my boyfriend was parked in their parking while me and my mom went to get coffee and the woman who worked there told us we had to move and then told my boyfriend he had to move while he was sitting in the car waiting, then once he got told he then left their parking lot the woman then got in her car and followed my boyfriend all around town until she noticed that he was going to pick us up she sped past him watching us and went back to work, she is very unprofessional and that was uncalled for !!!

Great place to pick up lunch (they are take out only these days)! They are fast and their sandwiches are delicious (I love the combos which come with a drink and a cookie or chips). They only have 3 parking spots, but there's street parking and a nearby free lot. A heads up they are off a one way street.

Great little hole in the wall and I do mean little, but the food is great. We got here and wanted some chip while we waited, but the lady that took out orders said they didn't offer chips. But when we got our food we understood why, it was a lot of food. We got the Ranchero plate and would definitely recommend it. Will definitely come back again! The only downside is that the wait is pretty long but worth the wait.

Hadn’t been here for the longest and I was very disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian huarrache and I got about a pound of bell peppers with no taste. The huarrache was thin like paper and soggy. Their salsas were not good like before. I hate that it’s cash only. They need their old cooks back.

I like the chilaquiles only thing i’ve had from here. hours are posted like they open at 8 but they really open at 9 and they don’t seem happy or as nice if you show up before. i ordered through doordash thinking they opened at 8 they do not

Hidden little gem. The Molcajete was amazing, a mixture of carne asada, grilled chicken, chorizo, and shrimp are delicious. It also includes hand made tortillas, guacamole, rice, beans, nopales, queso freco and salsas to complete the meal. The dish will easily feed 2-3 people. The restaurant is small and with a strong smell/smoke from the food being cook but if you're doing take out this is not the case. The waiting time can rage from 20-40 mins but the food makes it worth it. Parking is very limited.

The food is Delicious! The portions are really good and they are cheaper than most Mexican restaurants. Restaurant is small enough sitting for around 12 people. They do take orders over the phone for pickup. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice atmosphere, very pleasant, roomy coffee shop. The staff were attentive and made a delicious extra dry cappuccino.

Bearded Man Coffee has a cool, bar-like vibe that sets it apart from your average coffee shop. The coffee itself was pretty good—nothing to complain about there—and the service was solid. That said, the bathroom was a definite downside. It felt dingy, dirty, and pretty run-down. Needing a code to access it added a tacky touch. Personally, a dirty bathroom always raises red flags for me about the rest of the place. We only ordered two iced coffees, so I can’t speak to the food or other offerings. Overall, it’s a decent spot with good coffee and service, but the bathroom situation knocked it down to 4 stars.

I want to give this place 5 stars. Mostly because they open at 6am, and i refuse to give my business to Starbucks. BUT, I almost walked away when i found the main door locked at 6:30am. The cappuccino is great, but i had to insist on a mug instead ofa paper cup. The pastry is meh. The barista needs people skills. And, the place is dingy. It smells less than fresh... like a hamper on laundry day.

Awesome fresh coffee alevery day. New super tasty drinks always being featured... like the honey and lavender latte 😍. The dulce latte is so perfect to start the day. Not too sweet but the perfect caffeine pick me up! The cranberry orange scones are to die for... and the morning crew is always friendly and FAST to whip out your drink!

TBB is the best coffee I've ever had in the United States! There are all kinds of fancy espresso for you. Five stars satisfied!

Great place for a quick pitstop in downtown Salinas. Friendly personal with the great morning brews suggestions makes you feel homey. Open during the pandemic with outside seating. The only caveat is the restrooms are closed as per CDC orders. Enjoyed and will be back for more pleasant experience. Thank you.

Cool cafe with beer, teas and coffee alongside pastries. There’s a stage for open mics and live concerts. It’s a bit warm inside and would be nice if they turned on the air conditioner.

My recent visit to In-N-Out was a letdown. While the food was okay and the flavors were consistent with what you’d expect, the execution left much to be desired. I ordered a 4x4 burger, but they only included 3 patties instead of the 4 I paid for. Mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when attention to detail is missing, especially at a place known for its customization. The staff was polite, but the issue wasn’t resolved on-site, which added to the disappointment. I hope for better accuracy next time.

I've never been to an In-N-Out burger that I was so disappointed in. The fries were cold, and I had to send them back. Animal style ones were congealed and cold. And on top of it, the burgers' buns were toasted way too long, and they were hard. The only thing that was good was the shakes. I've never been to an In-N-Out Burger that has a security guard either. What's going on in Salinas?

Can't go wrong at in n out even though it's always a long line but they're super fast so it's no biggie, the ones taking the order and giving the orders at the window are very nice, energetic lol

Worst customer service and staff. They don’t know how to do their job correctly. How hard is it to ask for two double burgers one with cheese and one without it? We got one burger that had three patties and the burger never showed up. We asked for jalapeños and they forgot to add that. The manager said we will bring the foods to your table for this inconvenience and they never brought it. This less than zero stars experience.

My family is visiting from the East Coast, so I don’t know if this location is always this busy or if it was because of the Salinas Rodeo, but the drive-thru line was wrapped out to the road! We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went, and at the superb service and amazingly low price. We received our correct order and it was delicious! Will be back again before we leave!

The staff are very efficient and accommodating at this location. Have been coming here for more than a couple decades and service, food quality and experience is always on point. There is never a dull moment here be it early brunch time or midnight cravings, the satisfaction is guaranteed. Very strategically off the 101 freeway even to accommodate the hungry passers-by. Young energetic staff are always a pleasure to interact with.

It's one of my favorite places to go for an amazing milkshake. It doesn't need a bunch of bells and whistles, just great! This last time we went, the employees were super nice! Their veggie options for their toppings are overlooked. I love the grilled cheese with a bunch of veggies.

It has been 4 to 6 years going back to five guys. Just tried the spot in Salinas. The service was amazing. The food was amazing as well. The burger was super juicy. Look like it was me to medium. The way I like it. The place was very clean including the bathroom. The employees were amazing as well 10 out of 10 service. They all need to get promoted. Food is 10/10. I will be coming back when I am back in the area.

Everyone complains about how expensive 5 guys is and the facts they don't offer any combo meals....but the burger is very JUICY to say the least and they give me so many fries that I could not finish them.....7/10 🍔🍟🍔🍟🍔

At lunchtime, I was one of the only people there. I ordered only a burger that had a semi stale bun, and such watery tomatoes that I took them off. The ground beef was also pretty tasteless. I've eaten at Five Guys several times over the years but found this visit disappointing.

we were planning on going to in n out but decided on five guys instead. we came and realized that they close at 9, and we were standing right at the door at 9:00. one of the employees opened the door for us and let us in to order. i felt so bad but the service was amazing same guy gave us a lot of fries because we were the last customers of the night i assume. thank you guys so much for serving us!!! definitely coming back again

Great burger joint. Casual. Amazing tasting burgers with every add on option known to man. Fries aren't special but very few places have amazing fries. Sodas are well carbonated and delicious. Didn't try the ice cream but I saw someone else's and it looked great. I would highly recommend this place if you are hungry for meat. Most meals including fri and drink are about $10-13. Also, the staff are very kind and provided great service.

These burgers are amazing and the selection is enormous. If you want chili fries I recommend you share them because it comes in a big plate or we had a to-go box but the whole box was full with chili and cheese on the fries so awesome. I had the bacon cheeseburger with avocado and everything was just so fresh it was absolutely delicious and I would go there more often if I wasn't trying to make sure I watched my figure LOL

Best burgers in Salinas! Tremendous selection and a variety of choices. Cheeseburger is awesome, prepared after you order it, bun toasted on the grill, fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onions, simply delicious!

The burgers are fresh, high quality, and beyond delicious. The Bacon is not fakin'; it is thick cut and crispy. The customer service is friendly and quick. Red's burger joint has wide selection of sandwiches. One of my favorite sandwiches is the BLAT. It is a sandwich made of two slices of Sourdough bread, thick cut bacon (plenty of it), avocado, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes--amazing! You not only have ketchup as a sauce, but there are a variety of hot sauces that one can use for one's burger--Sriracha Ketchup, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Tapatio, and many others. The Coca Cola is amazing and does not taste like tap water. This is a location you will not regret going to. You will want to visit this place again and again.

This used to be a fantastic place. Maybe I hit them on an off note. Good decent burger but the onion rings had not been peeled and we're hard to chew. I had to remove the peel myself!

I have yet to get past the BLT. Nice big crunchy bacon with all the fixins. Fries are nice and crisp and not greasy. I may try a burger one day. I already know I won't be disappointed.

I'm a local, so I've to all restaurants in Salinas. when I want a filling tasteful out of ordinary burger I come here. choices like south of boarder burger with 1/2lb patty with ortaga chilly with melted pepper jack cheese with the lettuce tomato pickles jalapenos. too much to name what on the burger. the have grilled chicken burgers too. pastrami, philly cheese steak sandwich. calamari rings. its almost like muti restaurants in one. I'm about go there now. nice way to get good protein with fresh good they serve.

Old school diner meets fast food joint! Great for a quick sweet treat, especially their dipped cones! Plenty of parking and drive-thru as well. A little on the pricier side for fast food but nostalgic spot.

This review isn't about the food I have always liked the food here. This was one of my favorites the foster sauce reminds me of home. What this is about is the crazy inflated prices!!!! For a small very small banana shake and a small fry was 12 dallors!!! How? How do you possibly justify that price! Its the same price as getting a full meal from McDonald's. The food isn't good enough for that price nor is the amount of food they give you for it. I won't be coming here anymore 😪 its sad because I really liked this place. Unless they start lowering the price I cant justify going there.

Just ordered and paid for 4 DOUBLE old fashion meals and a small caramel cold brew. Lets start I received 2 single and 2 double meals. $5 dollar loss there. 2 Dr.Peppers that were carbonated water. Another $5 dollar loss there. Our burgers were made with bottom buns that were smashed and burnt in a failed attempt to hide screw ups. The fries were just not so good. Their special sauce is off not like it used to be. Felt like we were eating a meal from a delapitated restaurant. The coffee taste burnt amd some odd caramel taste. The upside the 2 large sprites taste good if you want to spend $84.02.

Im never EVER making a stop in o purchase anything from here. My orders for my last two times have been wrong, so this last time i stopped for ice cream for my son, I asked, why my $ than other times as I always get the same amount exact thing and I wanted to make sure my order was correct therefor I requested a receipt. Long story short. Lack of customer service In all aspects. I left w no ice cream and a very bad taste of the customer service. Im very disappointed tbh This is the place closest to home Now I have to commute to S Salinas for a ice cream Sadly

I don't often leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. I visited the establishment today at 6 PM and ordered two hand-mixed shakes. Unfortunately, when I tried to enjoy them, I found they were spoiled. I attempted to call the restaurant directly but was unable to reach anyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would leave zero stars if possible.

Food and drinks were delicious. Customer service is so poor. Customer service needs help. Lizbeth at the drive through windows needs help or retraining. It’s not hard to be polite/nice too people.

They wouldn't let us substitute fries with a combo meal. They insisted we had to get the tots because that's what it came with. I had to end up ordering everything separately which was much more expensive. Would not recommend this sonic. They don't seem to know what they're doing.

I was terribly disappointed. Perhaps my expectations were raised due to their terrific commercials, or it may have been the pictures of their food on the menu. Regardless, the food was greasy, typical fast food. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their menu. Yours won’t look anything like theirs. They do have really good shakes though. I’d recommend ordering only a shake and then go somewhere else to get your food.

Absolutely love Sonic for their happy hour are there ice creams, shakes, slushies and limeade, but if they're not on happy hour the price is little much I mean for my taste I believe ice cream she never be that much or should I say with some flavoring mixed with it should never be that much I mean the slushies. What things cost so I get it the line in the Drive-Thru is always really really long and takes a long time, but I know it takes a while for things to be cooked or made and sometimes they're short-staffed so it's understandable. The employees are staff I pretty much respectable depending on I hope you and how their day is going that's anybody right, oh and when they have half price wings those are really good you should try them

Nothing healthy on the menu except for the applesauce. I got my dog the corn dog, tater tots and french fries. No I'm not a bad dog mom... It was his last lunch ever, today. I should have got him two corn dogs because he loved his corn dog and wouldn't touch the tots or fries. My sister and I got the chicken club sandwich and I had onion rings which were perfect. Which had iced coffee which was pretty weak lots of milk not too much coffee. This experience was good. My very first experience at this location was a Saturday night in the summer time I was in the drive-thru line for over an hour it was ridiculous and the food wasn't that good at all. They have a big menu, that is always available, so some of the writing on the menu can hardly be read because there's just so much information there, some of the print had to be really small.

The Carl’s Jr. staff here is amazing! The restaurant was clean and the employees were incredibly friendly. I am so happy I decided to dine-in today. Thank you guys for your hospitality and excellent customer service!

The service was excellent. Went around 10:15 pm asked the cashier what she recommended and the cashier Diana said the spicy western burger was good. I tried it and it was really good. Diana was very polite and super fast 5 stars for her

One of their workers, I think his name was Jesus, really helped me out as it was my first time ordering in Carl's Jr and I had a great experience with him as well as the food. It tasted fresh and honestly one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Amazing customer service, this location is my go-to, they’re always quick with the food, neat, clean/well-kept area, and kind/friendly workers especially Cindy! This is a laid back Mountain Mike's place. We went here on our way back home at about 8 in the evening. A couple of tables were taken and we got a place to sit right away. We ordered Mt. Veggiemore, Garlic Not-Knots and their Garlic Cheese Bread. You can't go wrong with these and this place made sure of that. This place also has a gaming arcade that kids can enjoy.

I got pizza on a Sunday morning through door dash 40 min delivery, normal. The pizza was cold, the crust had obsorbed the oil and the chese was hard. They sold me a pizza from the night before 🤢🤮. Then when I talked to the owner he lied about it, but offered to make a new one. NO THANKS, not ordering here anymore. The owner is cheap and cutting corners. I took a picture to show you guys. This sucks Mountain Mikes is my fav pizza but I'm done with the one on E. Alisal.

I have been eating here for several years! I look forward to ordering my pizza from this restaurant usually. I trusted them to feed my family on New Year's Eve, a day that should be happy and exciting! ended in vomiting and feeling sick going into the new year! The last time I ordered pizza there was fake eyelashes in it! I called the restaurant and no one answered. I sent a request online for a follow up. Never got one. Never got an email response! I called the store three times asking for the manager, who was not at the time. I was finally able to reach someone who said that the manager would call me back! Never got a call back! So I am taking it up with my bank to get my money back at this point. I will never go back at this pizza place again! I'm attaching the photo of the fake eyelashes I found in my pizza! I am actively looking into reporting this to the local health authority as well! I don't understand how you could allow someone to wear fake eyelashes while they're hovering over someone's pizza! What on earth did you think was going to happen? I ended up severely sick from the site of this! I threw up! My family was completely disgusted and had stomach aches going into the early a.m. of the new year! So disgusting and so disappointing. I allowed two weeks for follow up and have not gotten a response. And before your damage control comes up here responding to my message! None of us wear fake eyelashes! So there's only one place at these came from obviously. Who knows what else we swallowed before we found this!

We ordered dinner from Mountain Mike’s while we were staying at the Hampton Inn. After a long day of travel we were beat so ordered delivery. The driver not only brought delicious food, but plates, utensils and everything we needed to have a peaceful dinner in our room. We had salads and sandwiches. The sandwiches were excellent but the side salads were the best I’ve ever seen from a pizza place. Really fresh with lots of different veggies, hard boiled eggs and black olives. We really enjoyed our meal - totally recommend.

Great pizza and classic wings everything had flavor that was excellent. I looked at many choices in the area and I'm so glad I chose Mountain Mike's Pizza!

FOOD POISONING ON SUNDAY AUGUST 31ST 2025. I CAME HERE AROUND 4:00 PM THROUGH THEIR DRIVE-THRU. AROUND 5 AM NEXT DAY I HAD VICIOUS CRAMPS, LINGERING HEADACHE, CONSTANT VOMITING, DIARRHEA & NAUSEA. STAY AWAY!!! I ORDERED WAFFLE FRIES & A BURGER. MY FAMILY THINKS I HAVE COVID OR THE FLU. THATS HOW BAD MY SYMPTOMS HAVE BEEN AND AND STILL ARE! THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

night shift on point with orders i went yesterday at night a nice guy by the name of Luis and his crew was awesome ,wait was a little long but it was busy perfect service and friendly I totally recommend everyone to visit since its right next to the freeway I could easily go and grab food he is always there and the food is always fresh and ready to go I will be back!!!

I don't know why. But the Carl's Jr in Seaside taste so much better than all the other Carls jr.

Terrible. Took so long I asked for a refund. This was 10:30am and I only ordered a biscuit and hashbrowns.

Manager is a horrible man, if you want to eat in your car he comes out and screams there will call the police

Good customer service the place was clean. Everybody was friendly.

Clean and modern Carl’s. Service was above average for fast food place. However, there was an abundance of homeless milling around. The parking lot had several, and inside there was someone using the bathroom as their daily wash room. I don’t know if there is something that a restaurant can do to combat this problem. It’s too bad because it was otherwise a very clean Carl’s.

Go to for a simple all veggie pizza; spicy red sauce, cherry tomatoes, extra black olives, broccoli if it’s available, pineapple on occasion, mushrooms, extra mushrooms roasted garlic or even minced garlic is a a wise choice extra sail extra on the spinach, and sea salt/oregano to send her off to the oven. (******Pro tip to try is spicy red sauce mixed with garlic pesto sauce!)eager to try margarita pizza style. Wait time varies but line moves fast sometimes, pizza has a standard cook time I believe about 7-10 minutes not completely sure but it’s usually a fast cook time. Not a big fan of the service as much as before. Used to love the spicy red sauce but lately it has definitely been slacking on flavors and variety. They used to have these garlic pesto knots with a side of their selection pf sauces which were an amazing pairing, too bad! Would love to come again one day but unfortunately will hold off and try something new pr perhaps a different location.

The pizza might have been good if it wasn't incorrect. The girl making the pizza didn't have a pie making attitude so shouldn't be surprised.

First things first the service was great. I placed an online order and i had no issues receiving my pizzas. Everything was done correctly and none of the pizzas were missing anything. A young lady named Liz was super helpful in walking me through the mobile pick up process. The willingness to help with a smile made me feel more comfortable and is worth a 5 star rating. On top of everything the food was delightful. Thank you Blaze Pizza!

It wasn't too busy at 2pm. The staff was great. Although it wasn't busy at the time they looked like they were trying to catch up on stuff like making more lemonade. The girl that helped me was super nice but she looked like she was trying to get 20 things done.

I’m a manager within the mall of this location and customer service should always be #1 even if you aren’t having a good day. The energy in the restaurant was very odd, there was two employees arguing behind the cash wrap. None of them rang us out we got the pizzas before we paid and had to remind the person making the pizzas that they didn’t charge us. There was one great guy there trying to do everything with no help and he apologized for the environment as well.

Best Build Your Own Pizza place for an unbeatable price. Even though they were short staffed me and my two friends were able to get our pizzas just in time before our lunch break ended. The staff was attentive and friendly but overall very accurate with our orders. Again, even though they were only three crew members helping a line of about 10 people they managed to get us our food in a fast manner. Kudos to Salinas Blaze Pizza

I opted for this location instead of my usual subway because the drive-thru experience provided a much-needed reprieve following a challenging few days. The staff confirmed my order, which I found to be splendid. The quality of the food met my expectations. However, while waiting at the window, I noticed that the conversation among the staff was somewhat unexpected. While it was not offensive, it did feel slightly out of place for the setting. In summary, my overall experience was satisfactory.

Went to get a sandwich and had a whole problem and a half… Daniel was making my sandwich and in between cutting the bread and adding the cheese he smashed my bread down 3 times… I asked him to get some new bread and not smash it he had an attitude but grabbed new bread and threw the one he was using back in the pile… then I asked for a LITTLE bit of mustard and he proceeded to put a significant amount of mustard on the bread, covering it… I asked him to scrape it off but it just spread everywhere so I asked again if he could remake it… he protested saying he was scraping it off then started talking mess to me eventually saying “why are you being so delicate?” I was baffled cuz it was unnecessary to say when all I wanted was my sandwich made right… the supervisor tried to defend him but again he kept messing up on my sandwich and now he was being rude… it wasn’t until I started recording the interaction that he decided to make my sandwich right and stop being rude until he went to the back and started talking mess again out loud… definitely won’t be back service as awful and ol boy need to be taught some manners

Came to this subway 1020pm. They close at 11pm. But they have to many on line orders to fill so they refused to make any sandwiches. Then since it was a drive through I was stuck behind a car for 15min while he waited to pick up his online order. So no food and then being stuck in there drive through with a car I front and behind me. Unbelievable. I will call corporate in the morning.

The sandwiches are good for a quick stop however the prices seem to be getting higher and the portions smaller. A turkey sandwich now costs $10+ depending on what you put in it and that doesn't include a meal, that is extra. yoiu have more bread than you have ingredients. I was not completely content.

I went to the car service and ordered a whole Baja Chipotle. I never found the chicken or the chipotle sauce. It was just bread and jalapeños. It was terrible and the service was very bad.

Tonight after 8p.m. the clerk taking my order was too fast and not paying attention. My sandwich was missing cheese and ham. The bacon was almost raw. This was a definite fail.

You go to Subway on South Main Street. And they got to sing on TV about. Buy one and get 1 for set. I think for one for free. At nation, they're saying well. We don't know anything about it. When you ask me to help you with app. They said they don't know anything about that either. So that's why. I don't like the restaurant that Subway on South Main Street. Because their service is really poor and they ought to have more better ethics and have more respect for the customers

I want everyone to know they put up signs around the mall advertising a free pretzel on “free pretzel day” but refused to honor it and refused to provide information on it. They’re given the promotion material to advertise and they display it but just give excuses and don’t give out a free pretzel on free pretzel day. If you don’t want to give out free pretzels don’t put signs up saying get a free pretzel. I’m contacting the customer service trying to see about them not giving you signs to advertise free pretzel day because you refuse to cooperate. This is only a review because how rude and frustrating the experience was. And yes I know when free pretzel day is. Don’t let this location advertise free pretzel day anymore.

The best pretzel around are these. My personal favorite are the Sinful Cinnamon and Sugar. They are always fresh and taste wonderful!

johnny was definitely the highlight of my visit as well as his co worker! they gave phenomenal customer service and they also have the best lemonade! I would 100% recommend
