Warm ambiance, ample seating. Relaxed vibes, people chatting working and whatnot. Had a cappuccino which was a bit too foamy for me but good stuff nonetheless. They have food too (bagel pastries etc) but didnt try any.

Coffee shop for breakfast/lunch. Has about a half dozen different bagel sandwiches available. Full selection of coffee and tea options made hot or cold. I had a latte which was excellent and the hard boiled bagel sandwich. From what I saw this is the best place to grab a morning coffee in that area. Indoor and outdoor seating.

My favorite is the sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese, cucumber and sprouts. So good. They also have gluten free bagels, which are small in size and need some salt. The coffee options are great as well, and there is lots of available seating, clean and inviting.

stopped in to grab a quick breakfast and it was wonderful. the cafe is very large and spacious. other than typical cafe offerings, they have a pretty big selection of bagel sandwiches. customers have a choice of bagel when they order the bagel sandwiches. we got the following to try: -punky chicken (on everything bagel): i added tomatoes, cucumber, and alfafa sprouts. the chicken salad was very tasty and veggies were fresh, juicy, and crunchy. this was really good and felt healthy to me lol. -semi-healthy (on plain bagel): looked very tasty too and bf enjoyed it. -english toffee latte: tasted ok, english toffee flavor was fairly subtle. -hazelnut latte: love hazelnut lattes and this was pretty good. quick service, delicious and healthy food, reasonably-priced, this was a really good choice!

Probably the only good coffeeshop in this town. Spaceous, friendly stuff, progressive (disposable straws, metal straws available to buy for $3, drinks to stay served in actual glass cups). Come here and don't forget to tip, they're awesome!

Very cute and eclectic space on the main street of Newburgh. My friends that moved to the area recommended this place to us for a breakfast spot to visit before we hit the road on our road trip and the food was really tasty. For my vegan and vegetarian friends, lots to choose from to order here. And as any good café would have, they have milk substitutions for folx whoa re lactose intolerant. My fiancé and I ordered two bagel sandwiches and they hit the spot before we left. We also had a pumpkin brickle latte and the maple mocha cold brew and they were tasty. The mocha is good for folx who like drinks not too sweet. And the pumpkin brickle was sweet, just the way I like it. If we had more time, we would have pitched our laptops and tablets and did an illustration session right then and there. Highly recommend.

I travel the country looking for the best hole in the wall places to eat... If you're ever in the Hudson Valley area for the weekend... this is a must stop place for chicken and waffles. They're made to order, but 100% worth the wait! As a matter of fact the French toast is delicious and thick, so just order that while you wait for the chicken!

I didn't realize this place is only open three days a week. It was rather run down like it's surrounding neighborhood. The booth seats were shedding. They had a coffee roaster sitting near the front windows and it would be great to get fresh roasted coffee some day but I fear this is just a pipe dream. Our breakfast was fine but nothing spectacular. I ordered a single pancake and it was very small. This place certainly doesn't warrant a 4.8 rating on Google Maps.

We stopped in here for the first time for breakfast last week. The food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and hospitable. I had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was so good. The chicken was crispy and juicy. My wife had a waffle with eggs and sausage that was also delicious. We both had cappuccino which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back again!

Hidden gem of Newburgh. The menu is solid and the flavors are on point. The staff is attentive and friendly. They accommodate BYO for a fun weekend brunch and I just adore this business in general.

I had an awesome experience at BVC Café. The service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Their BVC sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was insanely good. The atmosphere was chill and had great vibes all around. The best part? When I went up to grab a second coffee, they gave it to me for free as a congratulations for checking out colleges. That really made my day. Big thanks to the team at BVC Café — definitely my new go-to spot when I’m in the area!!!

We love this spot in the middle of Newburgh! Food is amazing - taste great and awesome presentations! The workers are beyond pleasant - always with a smile - very considerate - and the barista guy makes amazing coffee drinks! You must visit this Newburgh gem!!

I enjoyed my meal here the tacos definitely didn’t disappoint! Each bite was flavorful and satisfying. The highlight of the visit was the bartender Holly , whose amazing bubbly personality really added to the experience. With great food and friendly service, this spot has become my to go for lunch breaks. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The only downside for this place is that they don't take reservations, and wait time on busy days can be fairly long, especially when the outdoor seating option (which usually has a shorter wait time) is starting to be too cold on some occasions. Now for what you're actually looking to hear - The food here is AMAZING! Yes, those are not authentic Mexican street tacos, but that is also not the vibe they are trying to achieve - they have the biggest taco selection I've seen, and I wanted to try all of them! Unfortunately I only got to try 6 different ones but I do plan on coming back for the rest, and then again for the ones I liked, and then again... You get the point. Every single taco we had was ON-POINT. The flavor of the main ingredient did not suffer from over complications of add-ons, the presentation was inviting, it was easy to identify what's what, the portions are good, and the price was very fair. Yes, I recommend that you go there, at least once, wait for a table if it's busy, and try as many tacos as you can! I'm a little over an hour away and I'm definitely coming back. Oh, they have other things on the menu as well. From what we tried - they were good. Especially the corn on the cob. Check out their menu but honestly - you go there for the tacos. Add it to your list of MUST TRY and stop there when you have a chance.

This place hands-down is the best taco place in New York State 100% they have the most unbelievable selection of tacos you will ever seen in your life. The tacos are about 2 to 3 bites per taco and they are absolutely phenomenal. The view from your seat is absolutely crazy. It is right on the water overlooking a beautiful bridge and water scenery. The guacamole is delicious and every taco I had was great. The dessert is very delicious as well. The drinks are a must try. They make absolutely great drinks.!!! if you are on the road and you are hungry this is a must stop detour!!! I

The food was absolutely delicious. Service was also amazing. Food comes out fast. We weren’t rushed either we were able to enjoy our drinks and order at our leisure. I travel upstate go for a hike and then treat myself to their delicious food. If your not too sure which tacos to order, I highly recommend there chicken tacos and there cola pork

A beautiful restaurant with a spectacular view of the Hudson River. The service was also incredible - our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with a large guacamole which was yummy but what really wowed us was the empanada. It was very crispy and the filling was absolutely delicious. Our favorite taco of the night was definitely the Baja fish - also crispy and delicious. We also enjoyed the filet mignon and deadliest catch tacos. Some of the other tacos we ate were good but didn’t necessarily stand out. We did love the unique variety and Asian inspired options though. The cocktails are also equally as tasty - our favorite being the blood orange ginger margarita. Would definitely recommend!

Great Vibes! Excelent service! Delicious food! Love: the classic margarita You can taste the tequila and limes. Not too strong, not too sweet Just Right! The Baja Fish Tacos are to die for!! Always fresh and perfectly balance with slaw. We usually get the "not taco special" as we come often and it's always fun to try their beautiful plated creations. The staff is always nice, accommodating and very attentive.

A true local gem with flavor that stands the test of time! Pete’s Hotdogs has been around for over 30 years, and now I see why! My husband has always talked about this place with such nostalgia, and I finally had the chance to try it for myself and wow! The hotdogs were some of the best I’ve ever tasted simple, flavorful, and just done right. There’s something special about a place that can keep that kind of consistency and quality for decades. Friendly service, great food, and a hometown feel. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

Great dogs with great snap to them. Bun was soft and also perfect. I had the kraut n mustard on 1 and meat chili on the other and pretty classic flavor and definitely will go back every time I am in the area. Also glad they were open in the morning!! Nothing like a few dogs to get you going 10am.

Best Old School Hot Dogs. Red Onions, Chili, Sauerkraut. All great, hot dogs have a good snap.

Classic joint with great quality dogs (with a casing). Chili dog is a winner—sauce is thin but very flavorful. Plenty of other topping options and meal specials. My colleague’s son described Pete’s as “the most amazing place in the world” and for the price I won’t argue. Service is also lightning fast, just know there aren’t vegetarian hotdog options, so only go if you’re an omnivore.

Pete's was there when my grandfather took me in the 70's, and been going there ever since. Very little has changed there over the years, besides some of the faces behind the counter, and that's why they're so beloved.

After a 2 hour hike, we headed to Billy Joe’s Ribworks for a well-deserved lunch. The restaurant sits on the Hudson River with a cowboy western feel that perfectly matches its amazing BBQ. For appetizers, we grab the Shrimp Basket and Calamari. They both came out fast, hot, and fresh. My friend got the Brisket RubenSsandwich which was so delicious. I got BBQ Chicken and Ribs off of the Happy Hour menu with a side of Baked Beans. The beans were sweet with small pieces of pork which I loved. The Chicken and Ribs were perfect and the waitress brought us extra BBQ sauce without being asked. Which I took advantage of to put more on my food. This was a great way to end my day.

This is my first time at this restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious! The brisket tasted so good and so did the Pulled pork. We also had a side of nachos, which was huge and tasted great. We also had the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce that they make there. The restaurant was huge and it was nice that it sits right alongside the Hudson river. I like looking out and seeing the river and the view. The staff is very kind and friendly, and her food was out in a timely manner.

Our evening was made even better by our amazing waiter who was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing truly top-notch service. ​For the main event, I ordered the brisket, and it was absolutely phenomenal. It was cooked to perfection—tender, smoky, and melting in my mouth. A must-try dish if you're a BBQ purist. ​However, the real showstopper and the biggest surprise of the night was the Goat Spice Margarita. I genuinely didn't expect much, but I was completely blown away! It was truly amazing, perfectly balanced with a fantastic, unexpected kick of spice. It's a creative cocktail that you simply have to try. ​Go for the great vibes, the perfect brisket, and the stunning river view, but stay for that unforgettable margarita! We will definitely be back soon.

Went this past weekend, I ordered the mini burgers appetizer, ribeye MEDIUM with fries and Mac and cheese for my sides. They forgot to bring out our appetizer and I was given it when I was already halfway done with my entree. I ordered a MEDIUM steak and they served me well-done, it was so tough. It seems they may have forgot about our food and us. It was a nice day and they didn’t rush us to leave but forgotten app and overcooked food makes me never want to come back.

Love this place. The drive up is beautiful. The restaurant has indoor and out door seating. Love sitting by the water and enjoying the view. The service is amazing. Very attentive and caring. The food is amazing! I had the St.Louie half rack bbq ribs with collard greens and mash potatoes. The ribs were seasoned so good. Meat fell right off the bone. It’s so good and juicy. They make by far the best collard greens I’ve had in a long time. And the mash and gravy is good! My husband had the dinosaur half rack of ribs with the yams and mac and cheese. When I tell who ever the chef is…. Chef’s kiss! Amazing! To drink my husband had an IPA and I had the Georgia on my Mind. So refreshing!

We were on a mini road trip and saw this place just as we were about to head to McDonald's. We were seated quickly, our order was taken promptly and water was served with our drinks without needing to ask. The waitress was very nice and the food was out to us fairly quickly. My friend and I decided to share a sampler; she ordered a side of mac n cheese with bacon, and I, a side of waffle fries with cheese. I was offered a selection of cheeses, and I chose American. When the food came out I was a little surprised to see the cheese was just sliced American cheese just slapped on top and a little over-broiled. I'm not one to complain about small things, and I did say American cheese...what was I really expecting?!👀 The mac n cheese was much more than a side order but again, why complain?! The mac had little to no flavor and the sauce was a little chunky. The sampler comes with zucchini fries, which were gross and soggy, we left those. The chicken tenders were like something from a school lunch. When we were ready to go, we had to flag down our waitress, who was chatting it up with a family in our section for way too long. Not worth the $54.

Totally worth the prices! We had generous portions off the extensive menu, lots of delicious coffee, and service with a smile. It's apparent that the employees are happy. The desserts look amazing. Easy on and off of I-84.

Where do I begin! I’m picky about diners. This place was FANTASTIC. First of all, the place is very very clean. Even the glass/mirrors on the walls. The service was wonderful. Michelle was so sweet. She went a step further to make sure I got my corn beef hash exactly as I was hoping for. And the cherry on top, who I presume to be the owner was so observant to our interests in the dessert selection and realizing we had a hard time choosing what to pick, shows up with a full plate of different flavored cheesecakes and other desserts. My husband and I along with our friends are very very happy with this place. We will come back the next time we are in town 🤗 Thank you!!!

Neat place. Gives a small town old school diner feel. Seems clean and taken care of. Food came out quick. Menu is pretty good except they don’t notate there’s ham in one of the paninis I chose. So I had to send it back but no problem was given. Waitress was really kind and sweet. Fair prices with generous servings. Plenty of parking available and has ramp for wheel chair accessible.

Food was meh and overpriced. My dessert was very good but wasn't what I expected. I ordered tiramisu and it tasted like almonds instead of coffee liquor. Wouldn't go back again.

The location is nice and service is great but the food was awful. I ordered seared scallops and they came out mushy and water logged. They had an interesting flavor but rather than send them back (which I should have done) I ate them and regretted it. I got a bad stomach from them. Would not recommend this place

The food and the service were fantastic. Incredible selection of seafood and it was all delicious. We had the Lazy Man’s Lobster, the hot lobster rolls, fresh oysters & jumbo shrimp appetizers, the New England clam chowder and the lobster bisque. Lobster was cooked perfectly. Probably the best fries we’ve ever had. The NE clam chowder was hearty and full of clams. They have a creative cocktail menu and everything was well-made and generously poured. BlackBerry bourbon was particularly good. The service team works together to make sure everyone has everything they need. They’re around when you need something, but not in your face all the time. It’s SUPER loud inside. We were there on a busy Friday night so it was pretty packed, and it was hard to hear conversations at the table. Next time we’ll sit outside to check out the river view and hopefully have less background noise. Definitely make a reservation. The food was worth it, though! We’ll definitely go back.

Fabulous dinner with the Mrs. to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary! Mussels Fra Diavlo was excellent as was the lobster roll! And Sam our server was fab too!

We went on a Thursday at lunch and it was PACKED. We grabbed 2 seats at the bar. The bartender was amazing and did 10 jobs at once while being nice and attentive. The food was good. I had a seafood wrap special and it was DELICIOUS. I added old bay and it was perfectly juicy and spicy. The seafood was all cooked perfectly. My husband had the swordfish special and the flavors of the sauce on top were good. Seems to be a spot for locals and travelers alike. I wish we were able to get a table outside. It looked beautiful. Get a reservation if you can.

Food was delicious! Surprised with all the 1 stars. Had grouper with asparagus and potatoes was very good and the desert was amazing. In house bourbon pecan pie, will be returning!

Samantha was our waitress today. She is possibly the most friendly, efficient and thoughtful waitress I’ve ever encountered. The disappointment is that every dressing and sauce on the menu contains mustard. Chef needs to be a bit more creative. Some of us are allergic or don’t like mustard

We booked the Newburgh Brewing Company for a day after wedding party and couldn't have been happier with our decision to do so. That's how we met Derrick, the manager who was more then amazing and accommodating. While we experienced a small hiccupnwith our reservation and food, he seamlessly handled it with the utmost professionalism. Now for the details: The event space is large, open, bright and was perfect for our celebration. The food was fantastic, a mix of chicken and hamburger sliders. Buffalo wings and fries which seems to disappear before our eyes. Our guests loved them. The beer was amazing, they have an amazing assortment of homebrewed tasty beers and ciders. If youre in the area and looking for some great brews, definitely stop by and enjoy.

My family and I went in for live music and it was a lot of fun. The only downside is that it was oppressively hot inside. I was told they don't have air conditioning.

Went to the brewery for trivia night at 7 on Wednesday. Our experience was extremely disappointing: the space was HOT! (we were informed that the air conditioning did not work, the windows were closed and it was easily over 90 degrees), there was a single waitress for the entire dining room, the beer was warm and the food tasted off. Not sure how a restaurant is allowed to be open when is was so disgustingly unbelievably hot (I felt horrible for the bartender and waitress!)

Really awesome place. You see it from the outside and don't expect it to look the way it does on the inside. Great environment and awesome music. The beer was great, and the food was equally as good. Honestly, I don't expect this quality of food from a brewery...but I'd actually come back here just for the food... It was that good! I had the grilled cheese, and my wife had the other pics. Would definitely recommend... And if we are in the area, we will definitely be back!

Went here with 6 friends after hiking nearby. Doesn't look like much on the outside but is very nice inside. Large selection of beers and food at reasonable prices. Burger was very good. 1 critique would be the odd way of seating people. After we sat somewhere they asked us to move because it was reserved, so we moved to a seat they chose. Then they told us to move again. Then after we got our food they said we can't stay to long because someone reserved that table also. Kind of strange. Over all good vibe would recommend.

My mom and I were driving from White Plains up to Gardiner for a family reunion. I did a quick search for vegan options and this place popped up. I saw they had a few options and I figured a veggie burger was better than nothing. When we got there I asked if they still had vegan options and they surprised me by bringing me a WHOLE separate veggie/vegan menu! There were options for all types of cuisine too. Burgers, stir fries, bowls, nachos, etc. I wanted to it all! I settled on the vegan BLT and it was SO delicious! I contemplated getting one to go to eat the next day. A lovely treat!

I got leftovers from my sister of your guys pulled pork mac n cheese or whatever. It was so flavorless I felt the need to leave a review even though it was free. I don’t know how you guys managed to get it to look like theres a lot going on and it be mushy bland noodles. That’s almost impressive in itself.

Neat decor, good food, hipster vibe but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The rice bowl portions are large, took the rest of mine to-go. The burgers are good and they have a lot of vegan options as well as beer and wine. Dessert menu looked good but I didn't partake as I was already full from my meal.

A unique find we stumbled upon. Their fun decor and varied menu was unexpected for its location. Such a diverse and expansive food selection. The salmon-not salmon was a delicious choice for the vegan in the bunch and the tofu bowl wowed even the carnivores. Wish we could have been there on a day they had music. Next time!

Great food and service! Beautiful views along the river and train track. Kids loved watching the cargo trains go by while enjoying their pizza. Galicia knots and Meatster Pizza were delicious!

Servings are huge... The pizza was delicious. I was tempted to order an entre (starter) but glad I didn't because the meatball sliders were a meal in themselves and as it was I took half my medium (smallest available) pizza away with me. Don't get me wrong, I am not really complaining about the portion size, however if they were smaller, I would have loved to have tried other items on the menu and I guess spent more money. My server was nice and the right level of attentive. I am not going to mark down my rating for this, but worth mentioning... I treated rudely by a staff member on the way out and when I mentioned it, the manager/staff were very indifferent and dismissive.

This place has awesome pizza, killer garlic knots! They always have fresh cookies and baked goods to top off your already delicious meal. They also carve ice cream, but not any ice cream, Jane’s Ice cream! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor vie is nice, indoor is small but is just fine. I 100% recommend the pizza!

Over the past year, I’ve spent hundreds—if not thousands—of dollars at this restaurant, consistently ordering and recommending it to others. Unfortunately, that ends today. My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two vodka penne dishes with grilled chicken, which included an $11 upcharge, yet the chicken was missing entirely. The sauce was unusually oily and lacked the quality and consistency I’ve come to expect from this establishment. Worse still, the peanut butter pie—which has been a regular favorite in our household—arrived moldy on our previous order. When we called to address this serious food safety issue, the response was dismissive. Because we had ordered through a third-party platform, we were told there was essentially nothing they could do. Rather than taking responsibility for the product served under their name, the issue was brushed off. As a long-time loyal customer, I’m truly disappointed by both the decline in food quality and the lack of accountability. This experience has made it clear that it’s time to move on. I won’t be returning.

Firstly... what is this place? I can't quite say but it felt like a home for hipsters created by upstate NY transplanted Italians who've never actually hung with hipsters. Even more confusing is the shared space usage with this place and the Hudson Taco. After walking in and being seated while watching the waitstaff walk by with trays of tacos... I literally wondered where I was. The relationship with Cosimos is ambiguoius but if it works it works. I guess its like Dollar Tree proudly presenting Family Dollar. Anyway, the atmosphere here is quite pleasant, with a lovely view overlooking the Hudson, making it an ideal spot for drinks and casual conversations. However, if you're expecting the dining experience to match the ambiance, you might be in for a surprise. The pizza is okay—relatively flavorful but a bit greasy, with a crust that's nothing special. Don't expect NYC-quality pizza this far up the Hudson or the wood fire flavor you may associate with Cosimos's pies. The real disappointment, though, was the fried chicken wings. They were flavorless, tasting like they came straight from the poultry aisle into the fryer without any seasoning. Despite their relatively good crunch, the lack of flavor made them quite disappointing. I noticed more people ordering tacos from Hudson Taco than pizzas from this place, which made me wonder if I’d made the wrong choice. I might give this place another shot, but I’ll definitely be skipping the wings next time.

Had the pleasure of eating here today with my kids. It was my 3rd time but had been awhile since my last visit. It was still as fantastic as I remembered! Location is great. Lots of parking nearby. The vibe is awesome and the views are incredible. The staff was friendly and attentive. But the food…. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how great it was!! We ordered rice balls, meatball sliders, Square margarita pizza, chicken francese, baked rigatoni & rigatoni a la vodka. We all loved everything. Portions are big but not too big. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and was cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!

I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a friend’s birthday with a group of 14 people. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated, with a cute and cozy atmosphere. Plus, its riverside location makes it even more charming. Food & Drinks When it was time to order drinks, I asked for a vodka on the rocks, but the server told me they weren’t serving alcohol yet, which was frustrating. However, they did have a great selection of wines, which was a nice alternative. As for the food, most of my friends ordered veal, which was delicious and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, my experience was different. I ordered a Margherita pizza, and honestly, it was terrible—dry and flavorless. My husband had the fish, which was bland, tasteless, and the portion was very small. Final Thoughts 📍 A nice spot for a date, thanks to its great ambiance and location, but the food didn’t impress me. 💰 Expensive: A dinner for two can cost between $120 and $150. ✅ Outstanding service, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not sure if I would return, but if you’re looking for a restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great service, it might be worth a try.

The best way to describe this restaurant is that it’s like a warm hug. The owners Jose and Giselle have mastered the combination of great food and the best hospitality you can imagine. The menu is a beautiful combination of different types of dishes and they have a perfect wine and beer menu to match. Do not leave without ordering their gelato. This is a perfect spot to have lunch or dinner and enjoy their cozy interior.

Beautiful place... front river view is amazing. Quiet and peaceful... Atmosphere is like a beautiful sunset. The Wood oven just makes food different and special. I came to this place 6 years ago. And now it had improved a ton . Gise, the waiter gave us an amazing experience super friendly with us, had a good attitude, and just gave a good vibe Highly recommend the Cafe Pitti one of the best.

I took the Pride of the Hudson cruise close to the restaurant. We had a cheese pizza as an appetizer, it was really good! I had gnocchi with lobster it was incredible! I had the chocolate lava cake with Gelato it was unbelievable ! It was a wonderful experience with very nice and attentive staff.

Went to another restaurant, next door, which was crowded and had a long wait. The hostess of that restaurant recommended this restaurant and said it was every bit as good as theirs. Arrived with two friends and we wanted to have a conversation while we had our lunch. The chef came to my table to verify the waitress' recommendation for my diet, as it is a very complicated diet that I normally speak with the chef by telephone when choosing the restaurant. Reading menus on the Internet is not enough to be sure I am complying with my diet. I had fish, one friend who has dental problems had their ravioli, and my other friend had their meatballs. Also, one of my friends a frozen dessert that is made in the restaurant. The ambience in the restaurant is outright beautiful and romantic. The waitstaff service was excellent. The restroom is immaculate and beautiful. I can not recommend this restaurant enough!

We came to this place after a good walk for some affogato and it was delightful and the view was breathtaking and beautiful!!! We enjoy our coffee and cheesecake!!! You have to come for yours

This was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant in my entire life. The waitress forgot to put our order in, and we sat for over an hour before they realized, then brought out the wrong food. When informed of her mistake, the waitress got super defensive and rude and blamed all of her errors on us. She continued to fight us for about 10 minutes on what time we came in, when we put our order in, her mishearing the pasta dish we ordered, etc., instead of taking accountability and just apologizing. As a disabled person, I cannot sit on a metal and wood-slatted chair for over two hours, and there was no compassion or apology for that either—nor did she comp us a single item for our awful experience. She did, however, steal or throw out the sweater I accidentally left there and went back for the next day, only to be greeted by a male employee or manager who was just as rude and dismissive as the waitress. Please do not waste your money here on subpar Italian food and horrendous attitudes and treatment. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Quiet and very private feeling restaurant over looking the Hudson. Food was phenomenal, and drinks were well crafted and refreshing. The steamed clams came with sausage and jalapeños, the prosciutto wrapped fresh melon cut the heat perfectly. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, large, and delicious. And the steak sandwich and steak fries were over the top. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful hidden gem on the Hudson River! Away from the hustle and bustle on the strip . Came here with family and friends to celebrate my mother’s 50th birthday last night. Brittany our server was absolutely amazing and attentive!! For a party of 8 she handled us with smiles and grace and gave us great food recommendations even though everything we ate here tonight was absolutely phenomenal! Live music gave a perfect aura with the view of the water. The food?! Nothing short of amazing. You can tell everything was cooked to order and fresh. I’m sure the chefs were working hard with our table as we ordered so much food however they kept up with it and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal and came out to help serve Brittany with a smile . Thank you jadie and the executive chef whom came out to make sure we enjoyed our food at the end of the night . The duck breast, chicken Diane, and the filet mignons I would definitely recommend and all of their appetizers were amazing!! To top it off my mother ended up getting engaged at the restaurant and a fellow restauranteur video taped it privately for us without anyone knowing! An angel from above. A perfect night at the perfect restaurant. Never knew about this place until a few weeks ago and now all I want to do is rave about the service, food and atmosphere. In March my family gave a bridal shower for my daughter and daughter-in-law at Pamela's. Pamela and her crew did an AMAZING job. Pamela was a pleasure to work with as we planned the shower. She sat with us in the beautiful sitting area and was open to our ideas. She also had great suggestions. Any changes we had to make along the way were greeted with ease. The actual day was beautiful. The staff went out of their way to help us decorate and to help us make the area our own. The food was absolutely delicious. From the delicious shrimp cocktail to delicious entrees, the food was delicious! The room looked beautiful. The views of the river were a perfect complement. We received so many compliments on the food and service and we couldn't have been happier. Thanks to Pam and her staff for making our daughters' shower so special!!!

Our good friend hosted a surprise birthday party for his wife at Pamela's. My wife and I arrived extra early, sat at the bar, and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The bartender was magnificent and very friendly. After finishing our drinks, we moved to join the rest of the attendees. The servers were attentive; I never had to search for their attention. They were always courteous, coming and going from our table. I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and it did not disappoint. We even had a visit from Pamela herself, who joined us for a selfie! Pamela's on the Hudson is a hidden gem, and we're glad to have discovered it!

My wife and I dined here an a Saturday night. The location is tucked away on the west side of the Hudson and is fun to drive to. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There wasn’t a large amount of customers at the restaurant. We each had a cucumber martini which was really good. We also had calamari as the appetizer…Highly recommend it if you dine here. We also had an order of oysters Rockefeller which wasn’t great…topped with soggy overcooked spinach and we didn’t taste the oysters . My wife had an order of French onion soup that she enjoyed while I had grilled fish tacos which had little taste and were overly greasy. Will we go back???? Not really.

We were driving from Boston, MA to York, PA and needed to stop and fuel our bellies. We were driving through Newburgh, NY and found this gem of a restaurant. It is such a great place, and the food is really delicious! They have a pretty back patio space but we sat in the main dining area near the bar. We all enjoyed the house made complimentary bread (wish I could get that recipe!). The plates were a good portion size and there was a nice variety of dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the special shrimp wrap; a bowl of Stracciatella soup; fried chicken tenders; and the beet and goat cheese salad with grill with added shrimp. So good!! I appreciate that they were attentive to my food allergy requests, too. It would be such a lovely spot for a girls night out or to get a drink at the bar (wish we lived closer!). Glad we found it and will definitely go back if we're ever in the area again!

We come here a few sundays a month and Carolina takes care of us perfectly, every time. The food quality for a Hudson Valley restaurant like this at such an affordable price point is unmatched. The region has a lot of mediocre establishments that are frankly overpriced, but this one is a true gem. It’s rare you find a place where anything you try on their menu is phenomenal. If you only have time for one meal around here, I highly recommend it be at this one.

The brisket hash is AMAZING!!!!! Large portions, chill atmosphere and attentive service. Carolina was just the right balance of helpfulness without upselling us. Their hot sauce is the bomb! It’s hard to find actual HOT around here, but they really bring it. Absolutely 100% recommend this place!

I came here with my mom. We were supposed to meet my sister who lives in the area, but she was unable to come last minute. The food was delicious. I got the pearly bowl with couscous with tofu, and my mom got the beet and goat cheese salad with tofu. The service wasn’t the friendliest and was very slow. I hope that would improve.

I have to say that on our last visit, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I would say a absolute improvement from what we have seen in the past. We started with wings, which were really quite good, perfectly cooked with an adequate supply of carrots and celery to satisfy three people. I am burger was phenomenal, it was huge, and I really had a difficult time finishing it, but it was delicious and the fries were cooked quite well. The fried calamari was excellent also as was the pad Thai. Claire and Newburgh are looking for a place to eat, this is the place to go.

I am extremely sick and really wanted a soup. I have never ordered from them before but their soups looked really good although pricey. They advertised saying they are open from 9am-9pm and when I called at 3pm to place an order I was told the kitchen is closed and that was the end of the conversation. Not that they open in an hour and if you could give us a call back at that time. I ordered online since they could care less about telling me that they opened later. My ONE order of soup was scheduled to be ready at 4:45 which soup doesn’t take 45 minutes to reheat already prepared soup… the cherry on top is they charge you $15 dollars to not even fill the whole container and it was cold! Never ordering from here again.

I have ordered from them multiple times and they are fantastic. They give great portions and are always consistent in flavor. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good home cooked meal for a reasonable price !

We are from Indiana visiting to purchase a van so we had never been here. It's not much to look at but the food is good, the waitress was very friendly and the price was exceptionally good. It's a little cafe style place with a bar and bar stools and 4 or 5 tables. Two of us ate and left full for only $11. Can't beat that price. We didn't get drinks but didn't need them. Since we are going to have to stay an extra night we will probably come back again tomorrow.

The waitress there was absolutely welcoming and wonderful she wonderful she took care of all of our needs my husband and I went out on a lovely lunch date and the hot dogs are exquisite perfectly reminds me of my childhood memories and their friend tries were so crispy and the cheese just added that a scrumptious flavor that you want from cheese fries and everybody was so kind and welcoming the great atmosphere especially if you have that old school esthetic you're looking for I would definitely say go there and enjoy yourself enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy the people there as well

Got a dawg with sauce and the Tom Tom melt. Both excellent but the Tom Tom will def be my go to from now on. People were super friendly. This is a nice spot for a great cheap bite in Newburgh.

I was at a friend's place and tasted Butter Chicken they had ordered from Bliss. It was out of this world. Super delicious. Highly recommend, and Neha Ji is very knowledgeable about the Indian food.

Fantastic Indian food for vegans / vegetarians (I'm sure meat-eaters won't miss the meat with all the flavor they pack into their veggies). Samosas and vegetable biryani are amazing - in fact, everything I've tried here tastes wonderful. Definitely a favorite to visit after hiking in Black Forest.

I've been a loyal customer of Bliss Kitchen in Newburgh, NY for years, and their vegetarian cuisine never disappoints. The food is consistently clean and not overly oily, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. When I had them cater my engagement party over the summer, our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious spread. Bliss Kitchen truly lives up to its name.

I came here because I am a vegetarian and there aren't many places in the area with a large selection of vegetarian options. (And rarely are there vegetarian protein options) Man oh man was this food so delicious. You can get an extremely tasty, flavorful, healthy, well-balanced meal for under $20 bucks. I left so pleased and satisfied. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stop by again (and again).

If you teast of India? Go there. They have really good food. I do recommend this store!!

The food was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and you can tell everything was prepared on-site. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very warm and welcoming experience. The food is very special it's not many other Indian restaurants. Its more nourishing yet less disruptive to the belly. You feel satisfied and energized after eating eat here unlike some places where you leave feeling bloated and upset maybe even heartburn. Easy to say that I'm happy and I will come back many times. Also this is a vegan friendly restaurant when I went there it was a buffet and everything on the buffet was vegan. There was nothing I couldn't eat I absolutely love that

The food is taking sooooo long while the restaurant only has a few tables of customers. But the food is good. We love the patio seating it’s comfortable and chill.

I had previously only been to Primo in colder weather and for a cocktail only, and I finally made it back on a beautiful day to enjoy their gorgeous outdoor area and Miami Beach vibes. Our service was incredible- good menu guidance and suggestions, attentive, sweet and personable. The food knocked our socks off. Portions are almost TOO generous. Our shared appetizer, salad and entree could have fed four easily but I’m secretly thrilled to be able to stab it again later tonight. Not pictured is the sweet sausage gnocchi, which was so rich and filling that we have half of it waiting in the fridge. I would struggle to pick a highlight of this meal because each dish was incredible, but do NOT miss the mussels. The broth is out of this world. We almost made a different choice due to weak Yelp stars, but the gorgeous weather and the swanky ambience drew us in. Great decision. This restaurant and its chef and staff deserve 5 stars across the board. It is by far the superior waterfront experience in Newburgh. I wholly recommend dining here and look forward to returning soon!

i paid $14 for “salted caramel gelato” it was vanilla ice cream with salt and caramel on it. It was 2 scoops. At stewart’s 2 scoops of vanilla is cream is no more than $3. Scam? I think so. I got the gnocchi and it was great but dessert was a fail. My mother got the pumpkin swirl cheesecake and it was fresh out of the freezer. Terrible honestly. Service was slow and non attentive. Wasn’t even busy. Our brussels sprouts came out after we got done eating. I don’t know how that makes sense but whatever. Overall for it to be this pricy i better be getting better food and service. I was going to go to hudson taco but their wait was too long. I walked over here and there was no wait. I get why. We sat outside and it was beautiful i will be honest. That was the best part. Happy Birthday to me!

Upon arriving, I was kindly greeted by the hostess and escorted to my patio table. My friend arrived shortly after me and we then reviewed our menus. Nick was our server and he was great!! Very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. He also accommodated us by lighting/adjusting the heater near our table. We enjoyed the price-fixed Restaurant Week Menu. Overall, the service was great and ambiance/views were spectacular. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I recently ate here and were delighted with the entire experience. A beautiful early fall evening along the Hudson River was made more memorable by the food and service of this restaurant. It's a shame that it's closing. Hopefully the new owners can recreate this wonderful restaurant.

It was a beautiful restaurant. We came with 2 dogs so we must find a pet friendly restaurant. We sat outdoor on a Saturday night and it was 45’F. The server was very nice by lighting up 2 patio heaters. We ordered seafood tower, crudo trio, squid ink tagliolini. Everything was pretty good, I personally love the side dish of acorn squash a lot. We had a great time and enjoyed the dinner.

Stopped here with my sister and niece for a late lunch while we were out and about. Overall, good experience. Had the Oxtail and rice and peas, with beans and gravy. I ordered sweet plantains with mine, but it must have been the last bit, because it looked like 1 large one cut up or maybe two very small ones, so I just feel like there should have been more. Other than that, chances are I'll visit again because the food was good.

The food was great! I was thinking about getting the lunch special and loved the food. I wanted to eat at the restaurant and didn't think about letting the server know. I was just hungry and didn't think to ask. It was a bit pricey at $19 (cash) for the lunch special with a drink ($21 with credit card). I was just taking a pitstop and thought to try it out. I am not sure if I would come again, but I think that the portions were great even for takeout.

Ordered the stew chicken with rice and beans - 4 of them for takeout. I questioned the amount. The girl charged me seemed very overpriced from past experiences. When I got home, my family and I smelled a strong fish odor and when we tasted the food, it tasted fishy as well! Obviously, something was wrong with the food when I tried to call of course no one spoke English When I said no Habla Español. I know for a fact they speak English there. I will be going in tomorrow morning and asking for my money back. Especially since my granddaughter is extremely allergic to seafood and I have no idea why that whole order smelled and tasted like fish. Just disgusting.

I purchase mix rice with pigeon peas & a whole chicken from this restaurant. I was very disappointed because I read the reviews & they're positive. However, the chicken is so dry that I needed several glasses of water to be able to swallow the it. The rice was also very dry, it tasted as if the cook didn't use oil or anything to moisten it up & hardly any beans. They need a different cook. Beware! They charge extra if you use a credit or debit card. 🤦🏻‍♀️😡

If you're looking for authentic Spanish food this isn't the place for you. The food is stale, no flavor and cold when served. I remember when Danny's used to have the best Spanish food in newburgh 20 years ago. I dont know if the owner has changed but this place is horrible now. The workers also look miserable. If you know NOTHING about Spanish good then Danny's is going to be delicious and great.

Great place for authentic food. The prices are very good. $3.50 per pupusa but they are big. Comes with the cabbage slaw and salsa. For pupusa I recommend the queso and loroco, chipillin or chicharrón one, they also have calabaza (pumpkin). So a lot of vegetarian friendly options. My friends got the platter with rice and beans and steak, lots of food, can share it. For drinks I had tamarindo juice and friends got Pepsi and Sprite. I recommend you try Marañón juice. It's the cashew fruit, creamy and delicious! The service was a little slow but there was only one person doing orders. Lots of orders going out for delivery. Support local businesses.

Small cozy place food was good. if you ask me I definetly would come back even though i drive more then 45 minutes to get there... Update review: I am still coming to this place. The pupusas are yummy and also the yuca with chicharron, and don't forget the horchata. Also try the churrasco, it is very delicious 100% recommended salvadorian restaurant. Peaceful place. Loved the Spanish Gospel music. Ordered pupusa with chicharron and cheese. You couldn't really taste the crunchy chicharron.

This is a local gem. When you want a satisfying meal, come here! We always order the grilled steaks with yellow rice and peas, beans, avocado, and sweet plantain. We love the grilled steak with shrimp and tostones. The passion fruit drink is a great choice, and the Tres Leches cake is amazing. I had the pork chop meal with rice and beans. The pork choos were great. I just wish I would have gotten the white rice instead. My daughter had the chicken and white rice, which was excellent. I would recommend their reataurant.

Great, fresh authentic Colombian food. We got small bandeja paisa and it was the perfect serving size. Everything was flavorful and the service was very kind, makes you feel right at home. We got the empanadas which are a little small but very good.

Food is very good, prices are affordable. Cards are not accepted, only cash which in 2023 is surprising I never carry cash anymore. Also very little room so mostly take-out.

I went with my family to Chadwick lake and we’re nearby. We are from Blooming Grove and we craved Colombian food. We don’t have one near us. The food was amazing and the cholado (fruit up) was to die for. We will be making the trip here more often. It was worth the ride! Staff is very friendly and the place is neat/clean.

Love Columbian food so I drive here from Poughkeepsie. Small little shop and it's authentic tasting Columbian food. The owner is friendly and the food is always delicious. Its in the middle of a residential neighborhood so at first glance you think you turned down a wrong road or are at someones house but that's what makes it great. Support your local mom n pop restaurants.

Went on a Saturday when they were very busy. I've been to the bar area before and had great experiences. Not so on this night. Despite the crowd we were seated quickly and initially I was very impressed. That passed quickly, while we waited over 20 minutes just to have a waiter ask if we wanted water. I said yes and he seemed annoyed when I didn't opt for an expensive bottled water option. Another 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered and had to send 3 of the four drinks back two times, after waiting another 30 minutes, because they were horrible (white and red sangria). They explained that they had waiters making drinks because the single bartender couldn't keep up with the demand. Seems that they could certainly afford another bartender on Sat. nights based on the volume and prices on the menu. We waited another 20 minutes before they took our order. Happily our food arrived, after about another 45 minutes of waiting and in all honesty all our meals were excellent! If the service was up to snuff this place would easily be a 5 star, 2 is the most I can offer if you intend on going when it's busy. We will try again though I'd be reluctant to try anything beyond lunch or a very early dinner.

Food was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great views right on the river. A little pricey for me. The selection of appetizers at the bar seemed more enticing than those on the dinner menu. I have to say the Chilean Sea Bass was delicious though.

We were a party of 5 on 8/27/2014 Our server was awesome ,and knew all the specials as if she made them herself. There were quite a lot to remember. the service was next to perfect, the dishes arrived at the table in a comfortable fashion. and was delicious. I would have to say that the owners did a great job unlike their counterpart sap ore steak house which was a great disappointment

What a shame as the atmosphere is nice. Sat down 7:30 ordered a bottle of wine and placed dinner order. 8:15 appetizers came. Shrimp cocktail had issues (I’m nice won’t disclose) and sent back - next one came moments later and was fine. Watched other tables come after us received appetizers before us and finished dinner before ours came out. When we flagged down server he said kitchen overwhelmed and only his 3 tables were waiting so long. Watching everyone else eating in a timely manner and leaving before us tells me mistakes happened on his tables. Kitchen was not overwhelmed. We received our dinner at 9 pm. Apologies only came when we raised questions. They said they planned on making it up with dessert. Their volume is high and we certainly felt our business meant nothing to them.

I am from the area, but currently live down South. When I come up for a visit, the waterfront is a go-to spot to grab dinner with my pops. We have been here twice before. We returned as a result of the great food and pleasant service. Tonight's visit left me with a bad taste in my mouth- not from the food, but from the rude and impatient "gentleman" waiting our table. His visible discomfort, flickering of lights, and obnoxious skipping of music was not what I expected. Especially since we had ordered desert with an hour from close. I'm so disappointed 😔

This place is good. Something different for the area and food is okie. This food reminds someone of homemade meal and I was expecting a little more. The backyard is good however do wear long sleeves.

A dear older women cooks the food. Very good and tasty. Portions very small and pricey. Still looking for a Korean place that services decent portions at a reasonable price. Inside the building now it’s very hot. We sat outside. There was no one in the restaurant. Service was very fast. Good was nice and hot. Wouldn’t go again. But it was good for going once.

Absolutely amazing food. The kitchen dumplings were so good I couldn't get a picture of them they were gone that fast. My wife got the beef bimibap and to be honest it was the best bimibap we have had. The medium pork Ramen that I got was out of this world. The lady behind the counter was very nice and VERY efficient with her cooking. She told us it will be a bit of wait do to other before us but we still got our food pretty fast. The location is very small and has a small town family owned restaurant feel. Not alot of tables and the menu is simple. The quality is Top Tier.

The portions are pretty modest, but the food is so good. Homemade kimchi and dumplings were amazing. Feels like yours dining as someone’s house.

Cool to see a Korean place in town but 42.50 for lunch and literally 2 slices of pork, and a tiny bit of beef in my bibimbap....I mean a mouthful lol. It was almost comical. Definitely authentic and owner was charming, but left hungry 😑 inflation is real. I'm kind of being generous with 3 stars because she was very kind. 😔 I hate leaving ratings like this but the value just isn't there, not by a long shot. Maybe dinner portions are much larger but I wouldn't go back.

Nice setting, but this is not a traditional Korean restaurant, despite the authentic Korean woman preparing every dish. It may be more akin to your aunt making a simple dish from whatever is found from the refrigerator than a restaurant with banchan (side dishes like kimchi). And it's way over priced for what it is.

Such an awesome experience dining here! Everything is fresh, authentic, and made with tons of well seasoned love. So glad to find such an amazing Korean restaurant in my backyard. Will definitely be coming back as the menu is delicious and ever growing! PS. Just wait until she feeds you 😁😁

Celebrated our 17th Anniversary here on a Friday evening. Owner was super-attentive, food was great (braised short ribs, YUM!) The setting was beautiful, and the apple pie with caramel drizzle...amazeballs.

Such a nice surprise exploring the park for the first time and coming across this beautiful little cafe. They have a full menu of coffee beverages, and gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pond and an outside ice cream cart. It was too late in the day for coffee and I was too full from lunch to try the ice cream but I can’t wait to come down and enjoy both!

This place could be amazing if management properly trained the waitstaff. Although sweet, my waitress was oblivious to the daily selections of the day (quiche,soup,cheeses). Had to check with someone inside whenever I asked about something on the menu. Didnt know the wines, didnt know what a Pour Over was when I ordered one. I can go on and on. Even when asked for fresh pepper and salt for my salad, she said she had to ask. Very odd experience. Food was okay.. I was disappointed.

Hopefully they do realize that no matter how special they may feel or act, "ain't where you're from it's where you're at". You're a couple of blocks away from the same chicken sandwich and fries plus a soda for $5.

I had a great time at Beso’s. I went a little after they opened on a weekday so it wasn’t busy at all. The staff was very friendly and the food came out super fast. The business model is definitely a variation of Hudson Taco but it’s a completely different atmosphere and I enjoy their take on Mexican flavors. Everything I tasted was delicious! The fish taco, gas. The pina colada creme brulee?? Insane. I would for sure come back especially on a beautiful day by the water.

Been here twice and love it, Perfect place for quick bite and very well made drinks…. I have seen the $1 tacos they’re tiny but very flavorful not my best but will do for a buck anyways the view is amazing specially sunset into evening. Visited the establishment with my wife & 2 other couples. Let’s get the good stuff in first. Drinks were very good. They were presented well & very tasty. The view was very nice. The food was served fresh & it was flavorful & served hot. The front end host was very nice. Our waitress was friendly. Ok now for the not so nice. You ordered your food and it would come out at different times. When it arrived the food runner had no idea what it was or who it belonged to. Different people at the table ordered the same tacos and they would have all the tacos on the same plate. I don’t want to share a plate with anyone. The waitress was not very good at ensuring our food arrived. We actually never received 2 items we ordered. The manager walked around the restaurant and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Never smiled or greeted anyone while we were there. He clearly knew we had issues at our table and he never stopped by to say hello to check on us. To be honest he never checked on any tables while we were there. Very bad experience. 3 couples who live local & love to eat on the waterfront. I would not recommend this place.

Great tasting food, just that the portions are bite size small! The street corn was different! It was almost like deep fried!? I liked it. The fish taco was crisped to perfection! The Al pastor was scrumptious! The lamb and duck were tasty.. something different..! The octopus was charred nicely over a bed of cucumbers, tomatoes and avocados… the margaritas were great! The view is wonderful.. Right on the waterfront! 😍

Oh, the Ferry is back! Chique and sexy, tasty cocktails, sensual lighting and even the beats of the DJ. It has that speakeasy feel, especially with a small lounge area, but this place isn't a secret as you sidestep to get to the bar. Awesome vibes this weekend...it will be a highlight for this summer. If you are in Newburgh, definitely check it out!

Such a great spot on the waterfront, there’s nothing like enjoying ice cream right on the Hudson River. The flavors are delicious, and you can really taste the high-quality ingredients. A super fun treat in a beautiful location!

The gave very generous servings and frankly, ice cream is hard to mess up. It's a nice location, at the corner of a not-so-busy street and an ally/driveway that rolls right into a small pier. Very nice to have dinner at the waterfront and finish off with an ice cream on the pier. Staff seemed friendly too.

Delicious and unique flavors. They rotate their flavors throughout the seasons. A good post dinner treat or take home, parking is limited and there is no outdoor seating. But we haven't been to their cafe with the boozy floats yet, so that may be better if you want to sit down.

We took a stroll down toward the water front one early afternoon, while we had extra time - And we came across this amazing ice cream shop! What a gem! And the staff is fun and informative! We definitely recommend going! The La Bomba was magnificent!!!

Very disappointing experience. First, our total for 7 people ended in $.01. Since there is a fee to use credit cards we were paying cash. At first the cashier said the penny didn’t matter & she would give us dollar bills in change instead of counting out 99 cents. But then she held our money hostage & said we had to find the penny. Fortunately one person among our group of 7 had a penny. Then when we received our order, one item was incorrect. She had repeated back to us the correct item, but picked something different on her screen. Since the item that had been ordered was more expensive than the one we were charged for we just had to accept what we were given. But then another item was out of stock, so it was substituted with a lower priced item, but we were not refunded the difference. It’s too bad I didn’t pay with a credit card, at least then I could dispute the charge, but since we paid cash we’re just out the money. The ice cream is very delicious, but the service was absolutely terrible.

The ice cream is out of this world good and it’s a great experience to get out of your car, walk along the riverfront, and grab a scoop. I’m a big fan of their Chocolate and their Churro-Chata flavor.

Food was absolutely excellent!! My only complaint was that the appetizers, salad and main course all came out at once. Way too fast! Felt rushed. Other than that, it was very delicious! I will absolutely be back and hopefully be able to relax in between courses.

Friend and I enjoyed the Early Bird Special at Toni Rigatoni, 50 Front St., Newburgh, NY. A little out of the 518 area code but worth the ride. It opens at 4, we sat at the outside bar and the barmaid gave us water while we waited for a table for a few minutes. She was cheerful, and easily handled bar crowd. Our waitress, Jenna, was fantastic. She was friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and her timing to check on our table was perfect. Our drinks, appetizer, and dinner choices were made perfectly. Even the view of the river was enjoyable. The restaurant manager was so nice. She took the time to talk with us and has a nice sense of humor. Definitely a restaurant that I’d recommend.

Very pretty place, beautiful view on the water...nice people for sure, but If you have ANY Italian in you, you will not like the the food, but if you don't, you may find this food ok.i have to say the meatballs were very good, but the sauce was bland and undercooked. The white clam sauce had no garlic at all and everything needed seasoning.

We went for the first time on Saturday. The dough of the pizza had such good flavor and it was a great size. Some other people got bolagnese, and it was yummy. You combine the great food with a gorgeous view of the Hudson and we will definitely be back! My price per person includes an alcoholic drink each.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is both quick and welcoming. The hibiscus margarita is truly excellent. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant ever. I’ve eaten at this establishment many times in the past and it’s gone down hill. From the moment we were seated, the service was discourteous and unwelcoming. Our server did not introduce herself or offer a greeting. Instead, she began the interaction with a curt, “What do you want to drink?” This set the tone for the rest of the visit, which only worsened as our meal progressed. The food we received was far from the quality we expected. My bacon was burnt, the eggs were bland, and the waffles tasted like generic store-bought Belgian waffles. My boyfriend ordered pancakes that tasted as if they were made the day before. To make matters worse, our plates appeared dirty and worn, and the table had not been properly cleaned before we were seated. What was especially disappointing was that after our meals were served, the server never returned to check on us or ensure that everything was satisfactory. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and care made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Denny's is a hometown family great place at least it used to be be careful about ordering onion rings from there I onion rings and got four or five. Guess it's best to go with the fries

Never tried this place before. It was a choice between panara bread wing stop or five guys. So they got my business. I though the experience was really good and the food was Tasty. I would definitely return.

This is a give guys same as all the others which is good when you have consistency. This one is a bit better because of the people working there. The tated young lady took my order, was very pleasant, and uphold me on a shake like she should. The order was fast and food was on point.

Very good location and tasty burger in the area, but when you get your burger with toppings, bread gets very fluffy so it's not comfortable to eat, unless you hungry and don't care how messy it gets 😊. The place has gone way down hill since it first opened. The burgers take 20 minutes to cook now...and that's for one burger. They are way over cooked much thinner and flavorless. Now a good experience anymore.

My wife and I dropped by for a couple of little bacon cheeseburger and some fries. On the positive side the cheeseburgers were good, the fries were hot and the meal came out quickly. On the downside the person taking our order could not appear less interested. The quantity of fries was poor (usually something Five Guys does well) and the eating area was awful. There wasn't a clean table in the entire area and you could tell why when an employee came to give each timetable a single disinterested swipe with a dry rag. Men's room was also dirty.

I don't like that no one wears a mask anymore. It's been proven when people talk small particles float out of our mouths. No hair nets either. Fries were over cooked.

I was immediately impressed by the service when they greeted us with the menus in hand when we stepped into the restaurant. As an Asian, I always asked for lukewarm water hoping it’s actually warm. Most of the time, I would get cold water with no ice in other places. This was the first time we actually get warm water. We ordered hibachi shrimp and pancakes. They were delicious and gone before I realized I should have taken some.

We had the friendliest waitress (forgot her name 🥲) Food was great for what it is, we all enjoyed it but truly this review is for their outstanding service!

Had a really nice time here today. The food was great and our server, Bobbie sue was super nice and very professional. She made sure that all of our needs were taken care of, even thinking one step ahead of us. I would give the rating a 10 out of 10 for the food and great customer service.

We were there for lunch today 9/12. Nobody greeted us as we waited there to be seated. The lady in the front desk just ignored us. The food was ok. Waitress was fine. Surprisingly, customers there seems very nice. Overall, it isn't worth a second visit.

Bobbie Sue is very, very nice. She welcomes us like we just arrived to her house. The food is good and if you add her service is a great place to take the family.

I have given this place a few chances and consistently end up waiting 2 hours or more for the food which ends up being cold. The wings were soggy and gross the fried ravioli was burnt and soggy from sitting in the car for 50 mins. The pizza was gross. Never again.

Not sure why this place doesn’t have 5.0 stars already. What a hidden gem, good tastes great, great staff, very clean. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love this place! My kids and I hit it up when we are the area for their gluten free pizza and it’s incredible! Actual house-made crust at a very affordable price. So many pizza joints will serve a 9-inch Udi’s frozen crust and charge $25 before toppings. Here they have a nice fluffy house made crust 12 inch pizza, got two pies with a couple of toppings each and 3 sodas and paid $39. Such a good deal! The sauce is great, delicious pizza. Staff is incredibly friendly. A true pleasure to stop in when we can!

It’s been over 20years since I’ve been here and the pizza was on point! My father use to take me here as a kid. besides the Penn state memorabilia not there I found out the original owner is still there. Better than most pizza I get in the state of Florida where I currently live. Highly recommend !

Joe’s makes the best Veggie Sub on the planet. I’m not typically a veggie sandwich kind of gal, but someone raved about it to me and it is the only menu I item have tried..and I’ve been about 5 times now. So while I can’t speak to their whole menu, it’s clear they use fresh ingredients and it’s made with love.

The quality of the food at my location, New Windsor, NY, is extremely inconsistent. The premium chicken sandwich was so hard around the edge that 2 inch diameter in the center was barely edible. I gave it another chance, but this time, it was so dark that I mistook it for my hamburger and put ketchup on it... Yuck! I tried the tots several times. The first time, they were cold, and the second time, I almost broke a tooth they were so hard. I also gave the fried mozzarella a second chance because the first time, they were leaking oil everywhere. The second time, they were barely room temperature and not melted at all. Plus, they didn't give me my marinara sauce. The $1.99 chicken sandwiches were perfect, so I reordered them. This time, they were both cold. Same thing with the chicken tenders. The first time, they were amazing, so I decided to get them again... buy one entre get one free. I could hardly finish the first order because they were hard and cold. Once again, I didn't get the dipping sauce I ordered. The bottom line here is I've lost my taste for anything Sonic, which is a shame because when it's good, it's on point, but I've grown weary of playing Russian roulette.

The lady taking the order was rude and had an attitude taking our order. The burger was pretty good. The Chicago dog had 2 big tomatoes on it which I’ve never had one with it so that was different. The jalapeño peppers were horrible, tasted old and dried up. The French fries tasted good and crispy. The pretzel was good too.

Visited this establishment on 5.20.2025. I was visiting from out out of town. I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes and onion. It's good I didn't want mayonnaise because the burger was refrigerator cold. I don't know if it was because of my race or they just didn't CARE.. From now on, I'll know just to get a cold beverage. Horrible!

Went through the drive thru and the woman helping me was really nasty and didn't seem to care. She actually said she didn't care. I put in a complaint on burger kings website. I'll never visit that burger king again! And to top it off I think she was a Manager! I only ordered onion rings but it was the principle of the matter. Always a traffic jam in this parking lot because they do not serve drive thru customers in the drive thru. Instead they ask them to park and walk the food out to them. Why? This makes no sense.

I always stop during day before work everything is great I only occasionally stop after work at 430 am on 9l27l25 I stopped for a new reward apple pie apparently my rewards weren't working right it came up a 20 pc nugget the woman manager had me pull to the window before I could order my coffee to go with an apple pie so I figured I would order at window I know when your busy it could be annoying if the app isn't working right . I showed her the app and she said so you don't want the nuggets I said no I would prefer the reward apple pie she said so you don't want to buy anything just the pie.i said I will pay for the pie she gave it to me said you can go now I offered the money cause I didn't want her to void nuggets I felt bad then she said you can you can go I went to tell her I would like to get a coffee and she cut me off talking said I don't want your money you can go and shut the window .I sat for moment at that point I was aggravated and went to the gas station for my coffee .I will still return to your McDonald's during day hours but I will never go back after work during overnights .I worked customer service all my life and was very upset about how I was treated .I called this afternoon and reported this transaction to a male manager on the phone not to complain but to make sure the customer service is addressed accordingly.i didn't expect this treatment from part of the management team.

I ordered two chicken Big Macs with extra pickle through the mobile app and when I got there I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to be ready then when I get them they don't have extra pickle so I have to go back in and the manager said they have to remake them, so I had to wait longer then they made one chicken Big Mac and one regular Big Mac but I ordered two chicken Big Macs, so I had to go back again and wait even longer for them to get it right. So disappointed!

The sign on the doors says dinning room closes at 11pm. Occasionally the mangers lock the doors earlier depending on the manger.. They really should change the times they are open to of they are locking the doors at 10:30pm. I've came in at 10:30pm seeing the doors locked and mangers pushing people away before close. Very rude about it too.

Charles, the manager on duty was extremely rude. He spoke inappropriately to me. I am calling corporate to file my complaint as well. I received my food, but no drinks. I walked inside to ask for my drink and he cursed me. How unprofessional! He doesn't deserve his position. He also yelled at a young man that was nice and trying to assist. Honestly... how dare he behave this way?!

Bad service. At the window. Don't bother to make sure the lids are closed all the way on their very hot beverage, just hands it to you watches while it explodes all the hot beverage all over you and you car inside and out. Don't bother to help you clean it all up just get burned and go wash the sticky crap off no ones bothers to see if you are alright or need help. Very bad customer service.

Anna's has always been the premier dining spot in downtown Newburgh. The food and portion sizes are exceptional, the service is par excellence, and everything will keep you coming back. I have included here a picture of their Spanish Omelette, which is my hands down favorite. Whatever you choose to have, I can assure you that you won't be sorry. You'll be leaving there already planning your next return. 🩷

Perfect portions first of all. Second it’s obvious that nothing leaves the kitchen that has not been tasted. The food may be simple but it’s always perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. Going here is like going to your grandmothers house. Prices can’t be beat either.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger. Had to look twice to make sure there was cheese on it. One paper thin slice of white American cheese. It really needs 2 slices of cheese, and yellow is always the better choice. It's a little better, and it's not just the color. And maybe use thicker slices? It was very dry. Food is not as good as it used to be. Maybe time for a kitchen change.

We were on a road trip and heading home and found Anna‘s through Google. They had better reviews than all of the chain restaurants and we decided to give it a try. The spanakopita was simply amazing!!! One of my favorites in many times restaurants take shortcuts, but this was delicious. The server was very attentive and friendly, which made our whole experience a perfect pitstop.

The place feels like home, the food is so good you can hardly stop eating it even after being full. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Will def go back over and over again.

I've been coming here since before I can remember! Anna's is my favorite Greek restaurant EVER and a Newburgh staple. Food and service is fabulous.

I wanted to love this little diner. I miss old America and the old style, local diners. Sadly, this diner failed in several ways-but they can all be corrected with staff changes. The interior is old and dated, as one would expect-however, it could be cleaner. While the menu is large and very inexpensive-and food smells and taste great-it’s served with grumpy staff. The older lady waiting tables seems very unhappy, she is unpleasant, and not welcoming. Had she offered the old style charm one would expect from an old time diner and someone of her age, the place would have been a great step-back into time and a great experience. Sadly her attitude and gruff ruined the experience for me.

The chicken Francaise was different than any other I’ve ever had, I’m pretty sure it was made wrong or he made a different dish. The bread we were given was completely hard and uneatable. The fried calamari was very overcooked,almost to the point it was burnt. The pizza was pretty good.

We recently ordered a 20" pizza from this restaurant. When we got home, we noticed it looked smaller than expected, so we measured it — and sure enough, it was only 18", not 20" as advertised. Yet, right on their pizza box, it says "Home of the 20'' pie"! To be fair, the pizza itself was very good — no complaints about the taste! However, the garlic knots were disappointing. Instead of traditional knots, they were more like small buns (see the attached photo). Unfortunately, the worst part of our experience was the customer service. When we called to politely ask if we might have received the wrong size pizza, the first person we spoke to said they would check. A second person came on the line, and when we explained that the pizza was only 18", their response was, "Well, our boxes don't fit a 20" pizza, so it usually hangs over the edges." (Take a look at the photo — does it look like it's hanging over?) To make matters worse, when my husband mentioned that we would be leaving a negative review based on our experience, the employee replied, "If you have nothing better to do with your life, go ahead," and then hung up on us. Good food, but terrible service. Unfortunately, that kind of attitude ensures we won't be returning.

10/11/2025 I called in and picked up a pizza pie from this place. The staff was friendly when I went in to grab it. The food itself is good quality—definitely a solid pizza. Based on a quick look at the space, the dining area doesn't seem very big; I got the impression they lean more into takeout than sit-down dining. For what it’s worth, my sister mentioned it’s a local favorite, which makes sense given the quality of the food. It's a reliable spot for a quick pie.

I don't write a lot of these but the mild wings are the best sometimes they're over cooked but rarely so, the pizza is fantastic best in town. Not as big as advertised. The delivery guy is fantastic.

Really good pizza and staff. The manager really cares about her workers. They look happy. Even though they have to deal w some disrespectful people. I love grandma pies and theres is by far the best grandma pie ive had yet. Thank you

Me and my family ordered delivery from here. We got salad, wings, and a pizza. It took about an hour and 10 minutes , for a Saturday night is understandable. But the food was really bad. The salad came hot, and the wings not one of us found edible. Here they are pictured in the trash. They tasted like general tso chinese food sauce, and they were inexplicably hard. The pizza wasn’t great either. I’m extremely disappointed, and I’ll never order from here again.

We ordered pizza and wings at 5:30 pm for delivery and was told the order came to about $38 and we have the delivery driver $50 didn’t want change back. Then at 10:15PM they had the nerve to call back saying that they gave us the wrong amount and the total should have been $60 and the delivery driver could come back this late at night to pick up the remaining money or to take a credit card. It was a very rude lady on the phone and she had the nerve to say they were going to take the money out of the delivery drivers pocket because the RESTAURANT made the mistake. She was even nastier when asked why they would do that to the driver and proceeded to say “well I’m leaving so what are you going to do ?!”

One of, if not the most inefficient and poorly run drive-through windows I’ve ever been to. This particular franchise really needs to have someone from corporate train these folks on how to take and prep orders in a more timely manner. It often takes upwards of 15 minutes or more to make it to the window, and once you do, they only have half of your order ready (coffee and a donut). They are always pleasant when I go, which is the only reason this store didn’t receive a 1-star.

I generally do not get an order that’s wrong. But, today I paid almost $16 for an order that was missing two items, my order was for a total of 5 items, my coffee, and 4 food items…it’s exasperating and makes for a bad day.

Clean. Nice place. They dven have a small conference room that you can reserve. Always love their coffee. Use it at home. Highly recommend.

Spent almost $20 to have a creep in the window test me on who I am, if I'm the person who ordered and they couldn't even make the drinks correctly, just read the order. Disappointed again

They get everything wrong. I don't understand what's so hard about a plain bagel, cut in half. Every time I go there they give me the wrong order completely, and then give attitude when I point it out. Don't recommend. Also, dirty cup. Really?

I've reached out to customer service and still have not received a call. Because of that, I now give 1 star and delete my review from 2 years ago. Also the number for the store no one picks up. I'm really displeased right now. Look at that baked potato who would eat this!

This has to be the worst service in the fast food industry no matter how many chances I give this place they never seem to get it right. Service is super slow. Why should I have to leave the drive thru because no one is there to receive my order. So pull around to the front and order inside and it’s even worst. Takes 25 mins for my order of a kids meal 4 piece nugget to get to me. Never ever will I come back here. Maybe it doesn’t matter to the owners and if that is so they shouldn’t own this location. They need to train all the employees starting with the managers. It trickles down from the top to the bottom.

They have messed up my orders a lot of times and when i asked for a two sauces they gave me one like that.

Worst fast food place in the area, Super slow! Waited 40 mins for a mobile order thru the drive thru. This place is an embarrassment. This is not a one time deal either, last 3-4 times have all been the same and this is the evening shift, can’t say anything about the day shift. And yes that is a piece of paper inside my sandwhich…. This place is awful!

I waited 30 minutes for just a cup just to find out that there was no ice, all of the soda from the machine was warm and not carbonated. This was the worst experience I have had at wendy’s.

I only do the drive thru and it depends who's working and or if theres a manager there. Some of the girls can be pretty nasty! If you don't like your job then find something else.

Prices keep getting higher and food keeps getting worse. Probably my last time at what used to be my favorite fast food restaurant.

I don't know why you treat customers like this. I ordered 16pc chicken wings and found that I simply padded my car with tin foil. When I found it was too late to get it. My hands are full of oil, too. Is it difficult to provide a box? Or is the owner of this store simply unwilling to buy boxes for guests to use?

I haven’t been here in probably a year! But I was craving it tonight…bad idea! Ordered a regular pizza, and it looks and taste like NY style. The crust is so thin. I’ve never had my crust this thin from here before! My pizza was nasty, and the garlic sauce was already opened! I called, and the guy who made the pie answered. I’m tired of writing this review, so I’ll stop there! lol This place doesn’t taste the same at all! I won’t be back!

I don't know what the person was thinking when they packed and sent me my food. This was so disgusting and un edible that it went right in the trash. I am requesting a refund and still have no response.

I hAVE ALWAYS LOVED PAPA JOHNS. The garlic sauce taste different then it used to.. still.. So freaking good. The guy was the only guy too he was working like a machine. I’ll stop again at this location if I’m in the area. 10/10

First the most part parking is slim there depending in time of day. There are no signs pointing people in the right direction to drive. The experience inside is clean and bright. The staff could be more attentive to customers. Stood there for over 10 mins just to have a helper come over and tell me to wait longer. The plain cheese pizza just had a dish washer smell. Never again.

While back in the day, Papa John's was top of my list for chain pizza places, they, as many other chain restaurants, have suffered from the shrinkflation and necessity to streamline their product, no longer do they hand toss their pizzas, but instead use a pizza press, which In turn eliminates the fluffy crust they used to have, as well as using less toppings. While still a decent taste, the actual product is no longer as great as it used to be. As well as the prices have raised significantly, 2 small pizzas and an order of bread sticks somehow coat me in the ballpark of over 40$.

Need to turn their door dash off at a certain time. Inconvenient and not considerate to DD customers. Most places leave a buffer between last orders and closing time. Wasted not only my time but three door washers. I could have ordered elsewhere.

Just awful food! FishKill is way way better! Newburgh location is not fresh and when you order a large side of Mash and Mac it now cost $5.69 and at Newburgh location was old and not filled fully and that’s wrong! I reached out to customer service they offered me $9 which is wrong! I have pics and they owe me a free meal! Being a DM I know we handle our clients top notch and we don’t make nearly as much as KFC! Just wow! Mac and cheese all old and burnt up! We did the new tenders bucket with 10 and new mashed poppers and fries! I ordered outside and went in 5 min later and drive home 8 min away so there is no way it was that awful and cold so come on now! KFC do better! Just drive up a little further guys and go to FishKill KFC !!!!!!!

When I arrived, someone snapped at me because I was looking for the pick up shelf. There is no pick up shelf to pick up your food. Then, I was told that they had not even started cooking the chicken for my order. So, I stood at the counter waiting. All the while, three of the employees gave me side eye and mumbled under their breath about me. I am still waiting for my order, and I have taken the time to make sure that my review is grammatically correct. I am still waiting....

Try to be lenient and give the benefit of the doubt to give this place a chance. Everything about this place is just terrible. Employees can’t even get simple orders correctly. Ordered BBQ SAUCED wings and they’re barely sauced on top of that soggy. I thought maybe I caught them on an off day but this is every day! Will never return here again.

This is my second time coming here just to be treated poorly, customer service is non existent. I went there is evening 8/20/25 the girl taking my order was rude as ever and once again telling me there is 20 min wait on the chicken when I asked to confirm she goes “ yeah something like that” the place looks portly taken care of, I will not be ever returning and I’m calling corporate!!!! What made it worse they started laughing like something funny, better part of me kept it moving cause I could of definitely escalated the situation

The place was disgusting. The food was horrible. Behind the counter, the floor was filthy and there was food underneath the fryers. Looks like it was there for some time. Staff or lack of staff, were with the attitude of "who cares, place uour order and move on. Totally unprofessional of the manager. The seating area was just horrible, lacking cleaning. Very unsanitary. Don't get me started on the bathroom! That was a health and safety concern. Why isn't corporate checking on these sites? And what about the Orange County Board of Health??? I will place a call to OCNOH. The best location is Fishkill. Hands down!

Was sitting in the driveway for a good minute and no one said anything. I said “hello?” And someone answered back with attitude “Give me a minute.” I sat there for another three minutes and no one said anything So I went in the store. Huge mess dirty store waited forever get a sandwich the whole time I’m sitting here thinking why did I even come? Lol probably won’t come back.

It was our 2nd time my group went there on a Tuesday. We planned on it so there was no going anywhere else. We had a 40 minute wait! Its a fast food place, 40 minutes! Not sure how much staff is needed but maybe not enough staff. My feet were sticking to the floor. When I leaned up against the wall it too felt sticky.

I ordered through door dash and I asked for extra caramel drizzle on my frappe and I ordered an ice caramel macchiato, and the caramel wasn’t even stirred. It was in the bottom, and I also ordered an iced mocha with extra chocolate drizzle. They didn’t even put the extra chocolate drizzle or the whipped cream they had the syrup of the chocolate in the bottom And for A mocha frappe extra whipped cream they didn’t put extra whipped cream and I ordered 13 cookies in the box wasn’t even open all the way the cookies were squished up altogether I don’t recommend to come to this McDonald’s

They gave me an attitude for bringing my food back twice because they handed me someone else's order the first time then gave me my order completely incorrect! I asked for my food to be plain I got the biggest attitude over it because my receipt didn't say plain when I asked for it to be. Then waited over 20min to be given the correct food without any apologies or consideration for my 6 year old waiting for food she ordered herself. I wanted to give them a second chance after the last time but this is it I'm done!

I asked for no lettuce on my mcchicken and it literally said the same thing in the mcchicken but they still added lettuce to it

They have big tall ice creams. The young man was very nice with big smile on the drive though cashier station at 5:50 pm 10/11/20👍🏻. He made my whole family happy😃

I ordered doordash, and they didn't give me the fries I ordered and asked for 2 cokes and got Sprite.

Well I'm not sure what happened to this place but for starters the service is horrible. The last 2 times that I stopped in to order have not gone well. Both times it was a short black male standing at the register (sorry but I don't know his name) and he just stands there staring at his screen and from time to time he shakes his head. He doesn't acknowledge me what so ever. You can stand there 5 minutes and he says nothing! Lol Weirdest thing! This guy needs a new job somewhere else.....somewhere away from people. You can yell that he's just miserable! Now the young ladies that work there are very nice and take your order right away. Yes.....the wings are becoming too small these days as well. Don't get me wrong......I actually like the small wings but they're tiny now. I'm very disappointed .

First time visiting this establishment and i thought that the wings were going to be good judging on the price of the wings. I paid $25 for my full order which was 15 wings and i made it a combo and got a side of the mango habanero sauce. Once I reached my home i was very much anticipating the meal from the smell of Cajun seasoning coming from the bag. I opened the container and much to my dismay and shock i found my boneless wings swimming in grease and so was the container of ranch and the celery. The wings were also burnt and since they were partially submerged in the unnecessary pool of cooking oil, the breading was soggy and falling off the wings leaving the bottom of the of the container looking breaded mud. The side of mango habanero was also a disappointment. It was just sweet with no heat and no flavor, definitely not worth the price of the side of sauce maybe if it was half the price it would be slightly worth. The curly fries were below sub par and tasted of how long it must have been lingering in the bag in the back of the freezer because there was no crisp or bite to it and were very bland. They were so stale it felt like i was eating fry jerky if it were a thing. Over all experience on just the food alone felt like if i had been swindled of my $25. Everything was absolutely dreadful.

They can now get the award for worlds smallest chicken wings! They're like ½ the size of wings anywhere else. I wish I could post the Pic. They were pitifull.

Found a hugeee insect in my salad when I was almost done eating. Called and spoke with the manager who did not even apologize. All he said was to call the main office. I order from there all the time but never again. I’m disgusted that I already ate most of the salad before noticing and the way he was unfazed and unapologetic made the situation even worse.

Ask for lemon pepper wings they gave hot wings I think no told them there is a difference so to left there hot wing and to right is lemon pepper wings I hope this helps them

Some of the items are a bit more expensive: But; they have the BEST salad I've ever eaten in my life, and it's $6. Janet ordered the regular salad with no meat for both of us. The ingredients were fresh, clean, well plated,and thoughtful. It had corn, fried corn strips, carrots, radishes ,cucumbers, avocado, tomato, greens, and I can't remember what else, because I'm tired from working so much. I had the balsamic house dressing; it was very sweet and tart. So many good things on there; and the dressing was delicious! The atmosphere is comforting. And then I had what is it called oh yeah an aloe pulp drink with it. The drink was $3. We asked for an extra cup; and me and Janet split the drink. Water with lime is gratis. The salad was large, and satiating. The young man who ran the kitchen had a pleasant smile on his face and was very pleased that we enjoyed our food. Thank you Janet. Pizza is good wings are trash… poured almost the entire bottle of sauce in the container which caused my car to stain and all the sauce to fall everywhere

I'm sure you all heard the joke that the only problem with the food at a Jewish deli is three days later you are hungry again. Well, this place is the same. Breakfast was excellent with fresh avocado, maduro plantains, huevos rancheros and other sides and it really was enough for the day. Looking forward to getting back up to Broadway again.

Worst place ever. 45 min to get a bill, 20 min for them to take your order another 30 min to get food then the order was brought out wrong. When told the order was wrong got told we would never be served again. The waitress was all over the place and being nitpicky with who she wanted to serve. I went from being a reg to never wanting to go again.

Leslie is one of the most understanding and kindest managers I’ve come across. I stopped by last night with a concern from a previous online order where they forgot my fries, au ju, and my side orders of cheese. I showed her what I received that day and she automatically knew what order it was right away. She listened, and apologized due to the fact that most of her staff is new and they just began online ordering. She quickly resolved my issue and exceeded my expectations with no negative attitude whatsoever. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly cares about their customers. The store is always kept clean and have great customer service as well. Thanks to Leslie my issue was resolved quick and efficiently, I will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect. I’ve never been to an Arby’s cleaner than this, with personalities as nice as the ones that served me here. I felt compelled to eat in, beautiful women serving. Bravo, you all deserve way more than 5 stars! 💫

I went to Arby's because I haven't been for over 3 years. I wanted to see if they still had the Market Fresh sandwiches. They still offer them😋, so I got a meal with a Turkey and Swiss sandwich with all the add-ons. Plus, curly fries and a coke. It's still as good as it ever was 🥲

Most People that travel keep a look out for Cracker Barrel and that's all fine and well, but my radar is only for Arby's,no Arby's we don't travel there it's satisfying to get the service, the food and the atmosphere no matter where they are located, keep up the great work, thank you very much one and all.

Cashier refused to sell me a 2 piece chicken tenders from the snack menu because she claimed it was a kid’s meal and I am an adult. Anyone should be able to order a kids meal.

dood is great as usual however register employee could not add and got my change incorrect said i gave her 20.43 for a 8.43 bill ans gave me changa for a 20 and that's after she used a calculato to figure it out. Sometimes you just have to walk away. I paid 86 cent extra for the sandwich

I ordered through the drive through for myself and family. The woman could not comprehend the order and it took multiples times to get it correct to get to the window and have her go over it again and she still could not get it rite. Finally, thinking the order is correct for the adult chicken fries combo and kids chicken nugget meal she asked what sauce we told her honey mustard and did not get it. I asked for Dr Pepper. I was given root beer. So, we asked for the honey mustard and she nastily handed me one sauce for two combos. I asked for my drink to be switched for Dr Pepper since that is what I ordered. I was given flat soda with no syrup as if they were out of Dr. Pepper. If they were out, a bit of honesty saying we are out etc. would have been appreciated instead of paying for a disgusting flat non syrup soda.

Burger king should close for GOOD and it won’t be miss at all. Their burger were the best you could ever find,thick and juicy but now they selling MINI PAPER THIN burgers. Someone in upper management made a terrible decision to save money and well,we can see the consequences. When was the last time you had to wait behind 2 damn customers?? (Let’s exclude the mall and tourist place) You don’t have a lot of choices. Food is cold 85% of time. How did Mcdonalds jump right over these guys the way they did???

Came in at 9:30pm no one inside 2 cars at drive up 5 workers Can not tell who is a manager they are all dressed the same with BK T shirts no name tags, First I stood at the counter for like 8 minutes. Workers just walk past me doesn't acknowledge me what may have been the manager walk past didn't say a work didn't great me nothing Workers just walk past me from behind the counter even the cooks walk past still no one said a word. The. Finely after 8 minutes someone asks if I am being helped. So by now everyone that is working there has walked past me and everyone in the cook area has looked at me but no word. I think the biggest problem is every worker that has walked past me from coming from outside either from the side door or back door by the cooks. The place reeks of marijuana I know it is legal in this state but the workers smelled of it and the dining area had the smell of skunk weed. Yes your workers were smoking maybe even in the bathroom that's how bad the dining area smelled

Very clean but employees could let the people who got simple things like 2 boxes apple pies go first and not wait.

I'm a vegetarian, I ordered a Whopper with no meat. The little print out receipt says no mic for no meat and yet I get home and meats on my Whopper . This is careless, that ruined my appetite and was traumatizing. Now I have to go out of my way and drive 15 minutes back to this location and get my money back .

Order 2 double cheeseburgers and they gave me 2 luke warm bacon cheeseburgers.

Everything was fine. I found it strange how 'open' the floor plan is at this Burger King. I didn't like how the bathrooms could be locked from inside - why was there only 1 urinal?
