The 40 best cheap eats in Kennewick

I travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the Top 10 restaurants that I’ve been to in the United States so far. Went here for lunch, I sat at the bar. The staff was great the only issue is that one of the bartenders kept trying to take my plate before I was finished, and sometimes it was hard to find her because she was working the bar and floor. Plus she wasn’t as friendly as some of the other staff, other than that, I had a great experience! One other small thing is, I wish you could add better items on the happy hour menu.

A Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (2.5/5) We visited Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar for lunch and left with mixed feelings. While a couple of items stood out for decent flavor, the overall experience, especially the service and value, didn’t quite meet expectations for a mid-range bistro. 🍽️ What We Ordered: 1. Fried Calamari – Lightly crispy and seasoned well enough, but the portion was small for the ~$20 price tag. The artichokes and pickled onions on the side were a nice touch and helped round out the dish. 2. Avocado Toast – Served as four half-slices of toast with a thin spread of avocado—decent, but underwhelming. The scrambled eggs were passable but felt commercial. The arugula salad on the side was overdressed and heavy on cheese, likely gorgonzola. 3. Steak Salad – The steak cubes were overcooked and arrived cold, which was the biggest disappointment. Though the salad greens were fresh and plentiful, the dish was heavy on cashews, and the cheese flavor was intense. 4. Breakfast Burrito with Fries – I didn’t try this personally, but our friend said it was not memorable. The fries looked average—crispy but nothing special. 💁‍♀️ Service: Service was polite but lacked attentiveness. After being seated, we waited about 10–15 minutes to receive a drink order. Only two glasses were brought out for three people, and when our appetizer arrived, no utensils were provided. We had to request basics that should have been automatically offered. We did appreciate the server accommodating our request to change tables for better sun however. 🎨 Ambience: The interior had a retro-upscale family restaurant vibe—maybe reminiscent of a 1990s aesthetic. Some might find the design nostalgic, though it felt a little dated to us. The lighting fixtures were interesting and varied in design, which added a little flair. Pricing falls into the $30–40 range per person with an appetizer, so expectations were naturally higher. 📝 Final Thoughts: Twigs Bistro has potential, but inconsistencies in food quality, small portions for the price, and inattentive service made the visit less than ideal. While we enjoyed some elements like the calamari and fresh greens, it’s not a place we’d prioritize returning to—especially given the number of great dining options in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised to stumble across this fine establishment on our way through town! An absolute delight after driving hundreds of miles and being challenged by “road food” and rest stop survival rations! Instead of ordering the most expensive dishes, we went for comfort food so as to not shock our systems. The wife got Shrimp Street Tacos and I got the BLT. If a place can’t make a decent BLT, it’s a safe bet they probably suck at everything else too! The drinks were delightful! Our meals, both exceptional! Looking forward to stopping in again, soon!

I had such a lovely experience at Twigs Bistro, thanks to my wonderful server, Cameron. The bacon burger sliders and fries with Gorgonzola cheese were absolutely delicious—comforting and full of flavor. But what truly made the evening special was Cameron’s warm and thoughtful service. Dining out alone can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but Cameron’s kindness made the meal feel welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for a great dinner and even better hospitality!

My wife and I love this restaurant for date night. They have a lot of great food and drink choices. We have enjoyed everything we have had here. I highly recommend the pork belly yakisoba and the mandarin mango mojito! The service has always been top notch and the staff is very friendly.

Twigs Bistro: Where even the zucchini shows off I’ve been to Twigs more times than I care to admit, and it’s always a win. Last time I had the Colette steak and it was downright glorious—juicy, perfectly cooked, and clearly made by someone who respects a good cut of meat. But the real surprise? The zucchini. I don’t usually get excited about vegetables, but this zucchini had its life together. Tender, flavorful, not a soggy mess—honestly, it was the overachiever of the plate. The drinks are also consistently great—always with some fun twist that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret on the menu. One sip and suddenly you’re contemplating if you should’ve gone to mixology school. It’s got great vibes, killer food, and the kind of drinks that make you forget you were “just getting one.” Highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Delicious Experience! My daughter and I recently had dinner at Twigs, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We were fortunate to have Jeanna as our waitress, and she truly made the evening special. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared with great attention to flavor and presentation. Our drinks were equally impressive, crafted with care and creativity. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Jeanna was attentive without being intrusive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed every moment. A definite 10/10 service experience. We’ll absolutely be back and we’ll be asking for Jeanna again!

Stopped in for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Really neat atmosphere. All the wait staff were cool :) The food is amazing! Elvis French toast was delicious. I had the stack with the country fried steak. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely warrants a return visit!

Very unique and delicious breakfast spot. When you walk inside, there are so many signs and decorations to look at. Only downside was the wait to be seated and the wait for our food. It was a busy Sunday though, so completely understand.

Had a great breakfast here with my son. The Red crab Benedict was amazing. My son was very happy with his French toast. My advice is to get half portions because the amount of food here is generous.

Great food. It is kind of a smaller place, wouldn't be ideal for groups over 4 people but could probably arrange it. It was quite busy when I went. Hard to find parking. The server was a bit salty, but that is just kind of the vibe of the place. It has a biker kind of don't care vibe. But the food is amazing and it is good portions. Also there's some unique stuff I have never seen before. The churro french toast is out of bounds as Guy would say. I don't live up in Kennewick, but I will be back each time I visit. And I will try other things because I doubt they have anything there that isn't top notch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sage Port is a true gem! We ordered the California Eggs Benedict, the Crab Eggs Benedict, and a plate of perfectly scrambled eggs with bacon and French toast on the side. Every bite was outstanding—rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The mimosas were bright and bubbly, and the Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced and super good. The atmosphere is wonderfully eclectic, filled with playful signage that’s a blast to read while you dine. Service was warm and attentive—highly recommend Sage Port for a breakfast or brunch that really stands out!

Went on a Tuesday morning. It was packed and we had about a 20 minute wait, but we had fun looking at all of the fantastic decorations. After we were seated, we ordered and service was prompt and exactly as requested. The food was AWESOME! If you like omelets they are tasty and huge! The only draw back was a large table was sat near us and it was very loud. So, if you have auditory sensitivities you may want to plan to visit outside of the rush.

Hands down this is fantastic food at a VERY reasonable price. Back home we would’ve paid double for this. Made a reservation and I’m glad I did as by the time we were served there was a line out the door fun setting casual atmosphere great service delicious food amazing prices. It doesn’t get much better than this.

This place is actually mad busting! Basically if you want a burrito or other Mexican food that just slaps then this is the place to go. Sometimes I've been heartbroken a couple times cuz I go on Saturdays and forget they're closed but they are a awesome little family run food place thats the best at being awesome

Stopped by yesterday from Yakima. Friend told me to try it out. The burrito I tried was so amazing and fresh. I have tried a lot of taco trucks and Spanish restaurants and this hands down was delicious. I also tried two different small tacos, one had mango 🥭 on it. Best tasting taco ever! Great experience will be back. Prices were very reasonable. The lady at the front window was so helpful.

The servings are huge, you could easily share a burrito with someone else (and still have leftovers) Selection is great The Habayaki burrito is absolutely delicious, great flavor

Delicious food. Great service. Variety of house made hot sauces. Meats are tender and well seasoned. Quick service. They have a reduced price student menu for the nearby high school, which is just really cool of them to do.

This is an amazing place. My wife and I went there 3 days in a row. 😆 The food is amazing. I have mainly chosen the Habayaki Burrito, which is amazing. But if you sub out the cold slaw for the Jalapeño cold slaw... you will want to thank me later. Add a little red sauce, and you are set for an amazing meal. I am in town working, so I only wish we had a place like this back home.

I can't even begin to explain how awesome this establishment is. The burrito I ordered was so big it would have fed my wife and myself. I got the pineapple salsa and it was amazing. I could barely finish the burrito by myself. Super value and excellent quality food. Two thumbs up 👍 2nd visit on 11/20 was awesome. I will always come here when I'm in town. Can't beat it. Well what else can I say. This establishment doesn't disappoint. Great food every time. I've tried to correct Google navigation as to the correct entrance of this location. No such luck. It's worth the hunt to find this location.

Beautiful view of the Columbia River. The food is phenomenal. Two things that go well together. Their menu items change often. We need to come here more often. The eggs benefit ham was thick and you need a steak knife to cut through it. I had a cinnamon waffle with candied pecans and fresh strawberries. Just delicious. The coffee was bold yet smooth.

Food was absolutely delicious! Our server was Ashley and she was so kind and helpful. We loved her. I had an amazing old fashioned and ravioli! My boyfriend had steak and loved it. We also had the honey drizzled feta and focaccia and it was outstanding. We will be back 🖤

Fun and diverse menu. People are attentive. Great patio seating and easy to get a space. Spinach and strawberry salad was delicious and added blackened chicken was cooked surprisingly well. Wife loved her salmon dish but wished the potatoes were softer or came with some kind of sauce or butter.

Let me share an experience. We thought we scheduled a dinner reservation at Lulu's. By mistake we had scheduled it for the next day. The hostess and manager worked to open up space for us, placed us in a quiet room, and served us the most wonderful food. All because we messed up the reservation. Our large group had and amazing experience and I am so pleased to see that Old Fashioned Customer Service still exists in the world. We will definitely be returning customers.... PS. The Pig Candy is to die for delicious 😋.

I had a magnificent dining experience today. The food looks like it was something from the magazine! It definitely tastes as good! Alicia was the best! Girl, that sundae made my day!

Not sure what was better the amazing service from our server Franklin or the perfectly crispy fries and burger I had! My wife also had a great experience and she enjoyed her cheesecake for desert. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here 🍾🥂🥳

All I can say is we won't be back. My almond chicken was like eating chicken jerky, dry and very little gravy on it with a sprinkle of a chopped almonds on top. It took at least an hour and a half to eat there and that was for lunch. The server forgot to put our order in and we sat there looking around for 35 minutes before he asked if we were ready to order. We told him we were waiting for our food then he asked what we ordered again then about 15 minutes later we got our food. The reason I gave the food a 2 star was because the hot and sour soup and tea were good. Nuff' said.

First time here and was looking forward to some tasty Chinese food only to be highly disappointed. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken from the lunch menu. I had to ask the server what soup they offered, otherwise he would have just given me egg flower. The hot and sour soup was ok but no crackers. Also had to ask if there were different levels of heat I could order on the Kung Pao. Our soup came about 10 minutes after we ordered. Over a half hour later our food had still not arrived. Finally our server asked if we had ordered and what we ordered. Should have just left at this point but we waited another 10 minutes and our food arrived. The veggies in the Kung Pao were on the soft side and the flavor was meh at best. The only positive is their portion sizes for the lunch price. They also charge 3% to use a card. We won't be back.

Decent prices, smallish dining room with slightly dated decor. But cozy and decent atmosphere. The service was prompt. Prices are average, food was delicious. Started with egg flower soup, pretty plain but then had an appetizer plate, forgot to take a picture prior to eating, crab puffs were good, egg roll was unique but one of the best I have ever had almost a cream cheese flavor mixed in, BBQ pork was super soft and tender, fried shrimp were hot and fresh. For my meal I ordered a number 7 with pork fried rice, fried shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and beef and vegetables. All of which were quite good. Will definitely be coming back to eat here in the future.

I have been too many different Asian cuisines and I was happily surprised of the portions, quality and taste of the meal. From the soup to the egg rolls the size portions was very filling. I had to take a box home! The service and food was excellent. I know when I'm back in town this is a must stop!

Wife ordered shrimp fried rice and I ordered chicken rice. I have a shellfish allergy and got a reaction when eating my food. They definitely cross contaminated the food. Also got a booth with a view into the kitchen and seen the owner eating food off of plates (no ppe). Definitely won't be coming back.

Best BBQ pork in town. Like really really, it comes warm and in thicker slices but don't let that fool you. It's juicy and tender with a little chew. Super super delicious. Their sweet n sour chicken is pretty dang good too.

We just had some of the best house special chicken chowmien I think I've had!!! The rich taste of the beef, shrimp, broccoli and the noodles worked oerfectly together for that mouthful of comfort!!!! Mmmmmm... 😋 Restaurant was ultra clean, and the portion size was incredible, if you look at the picture with the Pepsi in it, you can kinda get an idea of how big the container actually was!! The amount of beef when you first open the container was incredible, as again you can see in the pictures!!!. Really awesome food, and just the nicest people, who always have your order spot on perfect, rates this restaurant A++++ 😋👍👍👍

Cool spot in Richland! The restaurant was nice and spacious, good decor, clean restrooms, and all of the staff was really nice - shout out to our server Matthew. Excellent customer service! Starting off with the appetizers, our food was really good. We got the crusty bread and epic pretzel & cheese. Both were apps were simple, but extremely tasty. We wished we’d ordered more of the bread. We were really excited for the entrees because of how good the apps were, but both could’ve been a better. We got the 12oz top sirloin (with rice pilaf instead of fries) and vodka penne. The steak was cooked well, but somewhat flavorless, even with the herb butter on top. Maybe that’s intentional so customers can salt to taste (we had to pile it on), but I feel like adding just bit wouldn’t hurt during the cook. The penne vodka had a lot of tomatoes and seemed fresh, but I couldn’t find much sausage in the sauce, and it was also lacking a lot of salt. Nothing that can’t be solved with the salt shaker, but would expect a bit more for the price. Also, some of my noodles were lukewarm. We wrapped it up with the lemon brûlée cheesecake, with was a perfect dessert. All the ingredients paired so well with each other. Definitely did not regret getting it, even though we were full! Overall, not a bad place, just needed a little more tweaking on the entrees. One other thing - there were a couple flies swarming our table and the one infront of us. A bit hard to enjoy eating when you’re focused on swatting flies away - so maybe they can get a mesh screen for the door or something (they have patio seating, so I’m assuming they flew in when people were going in & out)? Might’ve been an off day, but I’d definitely go back if in the area.

Amazing place! I went on a dinner date with my boyfriend and the food was super good. The atmosphere was great, we were able to talk no noise at all. I loved the food. Steak bites were my favorite, but the drinks are good too; They have cute drinks for special occasions. Dania was our server she was friendly and attentive. She was recommending us drinks and food she’s the best very patient person. Great costumer service ! 10/10

Loved the menu but lots to be desired. Out of the wine we ordered, limited beer selection, burger over cooked, tortellini had ham instead of prosciutto, fries were luke warm, and tiger cake dessert tasted like freezer burn. Also, we ordered the artichoke dip appetizer which came with 6 small slices of toasted tostini. The amount of artichoke dip clearly needed more bread and when I was able to hunt someone down for more, they charged $3 for it. Portions should be close to what is needed to eat the dish. Just a incredibly disappointing dining experience and would not recommend it for the food. Sirloin steak was cooked medium rare and had a good seasoning. And the mixed drinks were both really good. But Did you die and the wellers old fashioned we very good.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and amazing service were fantastic! Our waitresses, Megan, made the experience all the more enjoyable with her easy going nature and impeccable attention to detail. My wife and I will definitely be returning on our next child free night! P.S. The fried rice bowl with the steak exceeds expectations!

Love this place! Always ago-to in town, they have outdoor music with a nice crowd; super friendly atmosphere, we bring our children here and they devour the food! Dania our server is always super friendly and never misses!

We love coming here. You can’t go wrong with any food item. Wish my pasta would be a bit hotter. Warm pasta is not my thing. But otherwise, very delicious.

Had a great time with the most attentive bartender Dania. She recommended the lettuce wraps which is all I can think about now and made the best lemon drop I’ve ever tried. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly, definitely will come back.

My partner and I decided to visit this restaurant after seeing the reviews. I’m glad to say that the positive reviews do this place justice. The chips and salsa are great! Additionally, our main dishes were delicious and hot. They did a great job of cooking the food and keeping it authentic. The staff were kind and helpful. The wait time was a bit long, but the foods taste made up for the wait. I would recommend and I would visit again.

I came here with my kids and mom for dinner, as an “out of towner”. This was some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time, and will definitely be on my list of restaurants to return to. I had the steak fajitas, and even tho a couple pieces of steak were a little tough, they were so flavorful! The rice and beans were delicious, and the tortillas were soft and so tasty. My son had a cheese quesadilla, and it was delicious! My daughter and her friend split the enchiladas, and it was so nice to have 4 different fillings and sauces. 10/10 will definitely come back when I’m in town again!

Stopped in for a late lunch and had the pork Tacos and they were really good but just a little bit too spicy for me. The chips and salsa are absolutely delicious.. I would definitely be back if I'm in the area and would recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself sometime.

We were in the area for the water follies and stopped in for dinner, Miguel greeted us and we were seated right away, the atmosphere was very laid back Miguel was spot on as our server, my drink was delivered very quickly, as was our food., the food and service nothing but top notch, hats off to Miguel & the cooks.

Pleasently surprised by this somewhat hard to find restaurant. My aquachiles was perfectly done with just enough Maggi seasoning. The tomatillo salsa has a nice kick. Definitely want to go back and walk through the menu.

We’re from Spokane and came down for a medical appointment, so we thought we’d check this restaurant out. The service wasn’t bad and the inside of the restaurant was beautiful. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t the best Mexican food we’ve had. Overall, it was somewhat bland, with most of the flavor just coming from the sautéed seasoning. Another odd thing was when we tried paying with a $100 bill — they didn’t have change, which we thought was unusual for a restaurant

I usually have a good experience but this time it was just bad. Guy taking my order was rude and the cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. This is what $9 gets you I guess

Great bread (a bit expensive though at over $8 a loaf) and pastries (especially the cinnamon roll, I love that it is glazed rather than drowning in frosting and had a really nice pronounced cinnamon flavor). Also decent sandwiches and soups, though very limited variety compared to other bakery sandwich shops I've been to. Only a few vegetarian sandwich options: the "veggie pecan" (which was better than expected and I would have again), grilled cheese, & PB&J. My dogs also enjoy the dog biscuits from here. The restaurant seemed clean, but has limited seating available when it is busy. Also, pretty slow lines for ordering and wait times for food.

Disappointed by the Decline at Great Harvest I used to love coming to Great Harvest for their fresh ingredients, hearty sandwiches, and the friendly, welcoming service that always made the visit feel like a treat. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me both disappointed and frustrated. I was genuinely excited to stop in, expecting the same quality and warmth I remembered. But right away, the atmosphere felt off. The staff, especially the young women behind the counter, seemed disinterested and unapproachable. When I asked a couple of simple questions about the sandwich options, I was met with short, clipped responses and worse, I overheard them making snide remarks and laughing about me afterward. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. As for the sandwich itself, it didn’t live up to Great Harvest’s usual standards. The bread was fine, but the ingredients lacked the fresh, vibrant quality I used to count on. It felt more like something hastily thrown together than a carefully made meal. It's disappointing to see such a great local spot lose the charm and care that once made it special. I hope this was just an off day, but sadly, I left feeling unwelcome and let down, something I never expected to say about Great Harvest.

I ate here with my son, after not being able to get a table at Graze, and I'm so glad we did! It turned out to be just as good, if not better than the other place, which is where I normally go when visiting Kennewick. When we arrived, we were given a sample of their new version of Monkey Bread, which was delicious. When ordering our sandwiches, the guy working was very helpful in making recommendations. My Turkey Pesto sandwich was delicious, and was great leftover 2 days later! This will be my new spot when visiting.

I walked in and took a look around at all the mis-marked and high-priced items and turned around and left. This place is so cramped I would not want to eat in here. Their prices are way too high!! Not coming back.

I ordered a kids grilled cheese yesterday, my 4-year-old's favorite, and it's BURNT. I don't understand how someone can think this is acceptable to serve to someone. I understand mistakes happen, but this isn't the first or second time. (With other sandwiches) Isn't it simple to prepare another one if you burnt it? Very disappointing.

So deliciously fresh!!! The bread is soft and chewy, the avocado texture and taste is perfect, the lettuce crisp and the tomato juicy. Absolute perfection!

Wow what a place. The steak sandwich (hot) was excellent. Might be the best sandwich I've had including eat in dining. If you haven't went yet you better give it a try Huge sandwich moderate pricing And tastes amazing = huge win.

I ordered the Vegan Chickpea with wheat and lightly toasted. I love a good sandwich, but... this. sandwich. was. delicious. Incredibly refreshing on a 100°+ day. Great flavors that flow well together and the right amount of everything. I couldn't have imagined a better sandwich for today. I had to drive back over from where I had parked (in the shade 🥵) to let the crew know how amazing it was. I took a photo, but it doesn't do it justice so I'm not going to post it. 10/10

So so so good! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bacon and it was amazing! All of the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The basil mayo was the star of the show. It pulled all of the ingredients together perfectly! It's reasonably priced and pretty quick!

Hooked on the grilled cheese and tomato soup from graze. It is delicious. The customer service is always fast and friendly here!

My family and I celebrated Father’s Day at Foodies on the River, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection—everyone at our table loved their meal. Special shoutout to Dustin, whose service was top-notch from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. We sat outside, and the riverside seating made the experience even more memorable. The view, paired with the beautiful weather, created the perfect backdrop for our lunch. Highly recommend this place for great food, great service, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

We came for lunch. The scenery is beautiful and so peaceful over here. The bone in wings were cooked to perfection: crispy and very flavorful. The burger was loaded and super yummy with onion rings on the side that were crunchy and exactly to my liking. Staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!!

We just did drinks and apps for happy hour and had a great time. If we had done a full meal I'd be more inclined to go 5 stars but we will go back and I'll update then. We got Ain't your momma's margaritas, peachy keens, guacamole dip, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was great and the service was also great.

Chicken Street Tacos and the Fish Tacos are amazing! Kids loved the Fish & Chips and the Chicken Strips. Best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Service is very kind, and I have never had issues with them. This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to!

We went here to Golf and decided to try their food, and Soooo glad we did!!! They were pretty busy and a wait but mostly for outside. So we sat inside. Their food was Homemade, delicious and very unique! The beer battered cod tacos were the best thing I’ve ever had! Fresh cod & Homeade guacamole and salsa. The salsa was a sweet and Savory flavor explosion! Best customer service and everyone was so hard working, we were very impressed! Our new favorite place for golf and food:)))

We went to Foodies for a professional lunch meeting. Dustin was our server and provided excellent service. The drinks were always full. The order was perfect and the food came quickly and was delicious. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed the outdoor seating near the river and the driving range.

Super fun experience but it could use a "face lift". Excellent service. The food is good but very expensive. It's the perfect place for a special occasion but I wouldn't go for a dinner out. I recommend making reservations, especially for groups of 4+. The Veal Marsala was 5 stars whereas the Chicken Parmesan was closer to 3 stars and the Alfredo somewhere in between.

I try to visit Monterosso's everytime I'm in the tri cities for work. Tonight I had a glass of La Quercia Montepulciano – Abruzzo – 2021 Monterosso’s Bruschetta for an appetizer on thier molasses bread, absolutely delicious. Dinner I had the chicken Parm with thier Romano white sauce over Angel hair pasta.

Very nice and authentic cuisine. Staff was perfectly on point. Would recommend.

Have wanted to try this place for a while now and finally had the opportunity. I love the train car experience it’s a cute place. No standing room inside people right next to you as they wait for their table. This didn’t bother us just so you are aware. Small place so it was quite loud, had some ladies deep in wine who were very loud. Once they left the noise level was okay. Overall the atmosphere was very unique and enjoyable. Kids loved seeing the kitchen at the end of the train car. The food was just okay. The bread starter was very dry, the roll was better just not much flavor even with the basil oil they provide. I had the black and white braised pork pasta dish. I can’t find the name of it anywhere online and didn’t take picture of the menu, but for the price there was very little on the plate. Noodles were home made and yummy but falling apart. Pork meat had very little flavor and just wasn’t a good cut. I think the sauce had separated. Just wasn’t great. My daughter enjoyed her fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and her friend liked the Mac and cheese kids meal. Both their food looked good, and most of the pictures I see on reviews look wonderful. I would like to give something else a chance when and if we make it in again. We had great service, and sat down at opening on a Friday night for 3 with no reservation but they filled up quick.

A unique and charming spot set inside a stationary train cart. The setting is cute and romantic which makes it perfect for celebrating an anniversary or a special evening out. It is a popular place so making a reservation is the best way to go from what I recall. A memorable experience that stands out in the area.

My family came here after my sister got married & the server was attentive & friendly. The food took awhile, but was freshly made & tasted good. They provided 3 small pieces of random breads with olive oil & balsamic, but you had the purchase soup/salad separately. The ambience of the train setting is beautiful & romantic. We were lucky to get in without a reservation, so I’d recommend making one before visiting.

The beer was great! But, the wings texture was as if they had been boiled in water instead of fried in oil. The flats were so undercooked you couldn't do the "twist and pull" to get the bones out. My daughter said her kid's fish was too small and over cooked. Her fries were so undercooked they had the texture of a semi raw potato. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, they weren't even busy. Just absolutely unacceptable to be serving such low quality food.

Great pizza! Chicken Bacon Ranch and a bowl of potato chowder soup. Such a great finish to a long week!

I liked the food and fun atmosphere. Tuesday night they do trivia. Service was a bit slow, likely due to the trivia night. The flavor of the food was quite good, but I wish there had been more meat on the Prine Rib Dip. My husband had the southwestern spuds which were really good, just the right amount of jalapeño.

Ordered “ that one chicken sandwich “ , it is phenomenal! Crispy bacon with a juicy chicken cutlet, lettuce , tomato and swiss. Also a wonderful honey mustard. The fries are always good too. Possibly needs a little seasoning on the chicken itself but im not complaining 😋 sooo happy I ordered this🥰

Lots of great beers, excellent food and awesome staff. Nice place to relax and they do a very good job making beer. The flavors were great and I would recommend giving everything a try. But brown ale and the tropika were my favorites!

First off, the “Pig” pizza was stellar (pepperoni, sausage, ham). Delicious, perfectly cooked. Service though left plenty to be desired. We waited almost 40 mins for our 12” pizzas to come. We were there on a Friday evening around 5:45 pm, but it wasn’t full - several empty tables. We assumed they must really cater to online/pickup orders. And that’s what we’d recommend - don’t bother going in-person and have to wait that long. Salad was fine. Overall food was quite expensive. I’m not a fan of dropping $25 for a 12” pizza that takes a long time to come. But when it arrived, it was definitely tasty.

Honestly just an undercooked greasy mess, first and last time coming to this establishment. Had to ask 3 different times for my drink. And the pizza was extremely undercooked and inedible.

Went with friends the other night. The service was good. The food was hood for the most part. Pasta was undercooked. This may be because we were told they had run out of pasta and had to go get more, so maybe they rushed the dish? The pizza was exactly as ordered. Sandwich and meatballs were delicious! Bread was good, but the soup we ordered never made it to the table. My wife didn't even realize until after we had left because she was eating her salad and flatbread, and we were chatting with friends.

My precise rating is 3.5 stars, but I have to round it one way or the other. First, food is definitely the sole highlight here. Sandwich was great - fresh ingredients and tasted good. Meatball soup had a good assortment of ingredients and was tasty. My four point pizza review of the Colonel Mustard: Crust: 5/5 - Good consistent thickness, just the right texture, and awesome charred flavor. Sauce: 5/5 - I don't believe I've ever had mustard on a pizza before, nor would I have considered it, but it works very well with this combination. Described as 'honey mustard' it was more mustard than sweetness. Toppings: 4/5 - Good freshness and distribution of ingredients. There was considerably less cabbage than I expected from the menu description. Preparation: 4/5 - Well cooked, and again I will emphasize the fire charring was most excellent. The cabbage was dry and not tossed in a BBQ aioli, so one of the ingredients was totally missing. So overall the food was really great, but service left much to be desired. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, but most of the staff appeared visibly stressed. It took only 15 minutes to receive our food, but we never saw our server again after that, and after waiting for a box and the check after we were done eating, another server finally picked up on my staring and realized we were ready. No one ever asked how our meal was. FOH organization was lacking, and everyone was trying to do everything which was actually counterproductive. My takeaway is to order their excellent food to go in the future and skip the dining room.

I really enjoyed the pizza here. Their dough recipe is delicious- airy & chewy with the perfect amount of char from the wood stove. They also have unique pizza options to try which I appreciate, as well as a vegan pizza menu. If you like mushrooms I highly recommend the funghi pizza with red pepper flakes liberally sprinkled on it (the Dijon cream sauce is wonderful and pairs so good with the mushrooms and caramelized onions) . The only food item I didn't completely enjoy was the salad. It was a great combo of items, but the dressing was very bland. Had there been a more flavorful dressing with proper seasoning the salad could have been top notch. The restaurant also has a great vibe decor wise (love the pizza art prints), but the chairs are super uncomfortable. In warmer weather they have outdoor seating with string lights which gives a nice date night ambiance.

I’ve always highly recommended this place even though it’s very pricey. Unfortunately, I have recently changed my mind. I ordered a Togo order for my son and I and it took an hour to be ready, not the 30 min as we were told. But the biggest disappointment was the order/food itself. We always get a large Caesar salad and split it between the three of us but they’ve seriously skimped on their serving sizes or they gave us a small. Which is insane considering the salad at 20 plus!!. We had 1.5 small portions from the large. In addition, we get the garlic aioli and it was runny like water and nothing like what we have had before. The pizza wasn’t cooked long enough. For 70 dollars it just isn’t worth it anymore.

I ordered the Stone Soup Club sandwich along with the tomato soup and a beverage, with the total coming to $23. The tomato soup was excellent—rich in flavor and very satisfying. While the sandwich bread was slightly under-toasted and a bit dry, the overall taste was still very enjoyable. The portion sizes are generous and well-suited for a brunch meal, and the pricing feels reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend it.

Great food,great service, excellent prices. I just found this place and I’ll recommend it to everyone. They made accommodations for my dietary restrictions without making a big deal about it. Their broccoli cheddar soup was delicious, tasted like something I would cook and I love to cook soups.

Soups, salads and sandwiches to choose from. Cheddar broccoli soup was a little on the thick/chunky side. Haystack taco salad was just okay. Daughter enjoyed her blt sandwich but the bread was crumbly and a little hard to eat. If we go again will try something else. Great service. Food came out quick.

Stone Soup is hands-down a favorite for me and my team! The staff is always warm and welcoming, even during the lunch rush, and the service never skips a beat. Their ham and cheese is so good I could honestly eat it every single day. I also love that this place brings such a cozy, local charm right in the heart of Richland. A true gem we’re lucky to have!

I've waited for about half an hour for my food. Employee finally calls my name and apologizes to me and then proceeds to tell me that I should have gone up to say something. I shouldn't have to come up to say anything because this was not a busy day, it's not my job to ask if my food is ready since they call out people's names. The employee also acknowledged that I waited a long time. People were getting there food before me even though they had gotten there after I had. My food was just sitting on top of the counter for quite a while. Wasn't sure it was mine after I was called.

I used to go the them when I was little in walla walla but grew up and forgot about them not moved to Kennewick and went to to the Richland location and boy let me tell you this is some of the bomb sandwiches and soups and service! Never had an issue such great food and choices and reasonable priced! I order once a week from them and will continue to do so thanks stone soup

If you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, this is the one to try. The variety of meats was incredible—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The gauchos come around nonstop with different cuts, and everything from the picanha to the lamb chops was cooked to perfection. We had a great special occasion dinner. Brandon our server was polite and attentive, keeping up his pleasant banter. The head chef Kali walked with a variety of meats asking what we were waiting for and putting in orders. Then she sliced sausages, steaks, chicken and pineapple tableside. The side dishes were varied and well seasoned, including soups and salads, as well as cheeses and fruit. Lady the mixologist was expertly crafting excellent adult beverages while giving a bubbly smile. Overall experience transported us to the faraway lands while staycation dining at the lavender and juniper landscaped property.

After bringing my wife for a 15 year anniversary, followed by our children (2nd visit), in-laws (3rd visit), another dine in with my wife and most recently a double date with our friends for their first experience. Chef Kali at our location (tri-cities) anticipated & took care of every need for our table. She kept the servings coming back to back. My wife and I will continue to give praise for this place and with our friends who recently enjoyed it, I have no doubt that not only will they go again to share the experience with their kids... I'm sure they will also recommend it to others. The food, service, and layout has always been AMAZING.

We had an experience at Boiada. Our server Omar was polite, on top of serving us and fun to talk to. Our gaucho Cali asked us how we liked our meat cooked a brought it it to us that way, the meat and food overall were delicious. We also tried the Brazilian limeade and mocktails which were the best we’ve had. Compard to other Brazilian steakhouse boiada was definitely top notch. We’ll be going back and I recommend anyone to try it out!

Our server made our date night amazing. Gwen was super sweet and welcoming!! She was very attentive and made our experience worth it. The food was delicious!! Shoutout to Omar who was bringing out our meats well cooked. Will definitely be back.

My coworkers and I had an amazing time at Boida thanks to our hilarious and talented server Gwen /Gwendolyn. She had us dying of laughter the entire night with her witty commentary and spot-on timing. Between jokes, she somehow kept the service flawless food perfect, and everything right on cue. You could tell she genuinely loved what she was doing, and that energy was contagious. The whole table couldn’t stop smiling. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. If you go to Boida, ask for her — she’ll make your night!

Absolutely wonderful in every way!!! Best service in town from our server, Omar. The table side service from the chef Flavio was incredible. We came on my 70th birthday and I felt celebrated and very special thanks to both of them. If you haven't been, make a reservation and go! But go hungry….food is delicious, many choices that were new and so tasty. Something for everyone. Thank you for the best birthday meal I have ever had in my 70 years!

Great seafood selection, and tasty selection of flavors. Had the crazy feast for two with the cajun garlic, with an extra 1lb of shrimp and 1/2lb of octopus with the crazy mix flavor. Mild on both. Both flavors were great, crazy mix was definitely better. Crab legs were decent, big potatoes perfectly cooked, shrimp and sausage quite good and corn was great. The extra lb of shrimp was delicious, along with the octopus. Had some garlic bread as well, that was pretty standard. Rice was great as well. Had the mangoneada and a moscow. Both were great. Moscow mule was surprisingly tasty. Lots of seating, relaxing environment, and background music. Service was good too, very helpful.

DELICIOUS, and great service. The building is a little hidden, but when you find it you will have treated yourself to some of the best in Tri-Cities. I tried the Shrimp Tacos and the Shrimp Quacamole +Chips, and it was AMAZING. Everyone that works at the restaurant was very nice from the host at the door to the servers. Seems like everyone enjoys working there. I'm already referring other people to try this restaurant, and I can't wait to go back.

This 5 star review is based the fact this place is in the PNW and not down south. If this is the only place to get catfish and crawfish around me then I will be returning again and again. Good atmosphere and great service. Menu is a little spendy but that to be expected as this kind of restaurant is rare for the PNW.

This is the spot! Best seafood boil on the west coast. Excellent flavor at a good price. We've tried seafood boils at Santa Monica, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle and nothing comes close to this. Our favorite place to eat seafood at, will always be coming back.

Service from manager was bad. The manager with glasses did not acknowledge my concerns nor make effort to remediate. When you’re paying $3+ for oysters and only ordering 6, why would I be charged $2 for sauce. Policy is one thing, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and doesn’t follow basic customer service principles. Food was normal

First time here, and absolutely loved it, we got here 10 minutes after they opened, and our food was brought to us super fresh and the wait wasn't to long. We ordered a shrimp taco, the crazy feast for one, Cajun seasoned fries, and everything tasted amazing! The Crab legs were the best, so tender and well seasoned (and thank you Julia for teaching us how to use the Crab Cracker tool). In the crazy feast the potatoes were not the best honestly, but the corn was bomb! And so was everything else! The 4.99$ Cajun seasoned fries were my favorite in the whole meal lol!! The shrimp taco had the perfect amount of spice🔥 loved the experience, would definitely come here again to try everything else!! Recommend! * also they include tons of napkins and bibs, but its still a very messy process lol, please wear nothing white, or with long sleeves! They do include a very convenient sink by the desk counter. :)

First time coming to this place. I had Menudo and I asked for hominy on the side. Delicious flavor. They bring the dishes out to you but we have to wait for them to come back with the silverware and sometimes it’s not within the time frame of the food. They should give the silverware when you pay, otherwise, it’s waiting on their time. Lesson learned. I would like to come back and try some other dishes. A bit noisy but it’s a popular place to eat on a Friday.

This place was AWESOME! TEN STARS! All 3 sauces were bomb. Theres a happy hour, even in the drive through. My tacos were amazing, and my husband was elated that they has taquitos! The sodas were also good. And the service was really outstanding and nice. Also, fast service! Huge menu too.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but first off the fresh cucumber agua Fresca de pepina blew me away - I ordered three tacos carnitas with salsa verde and they gave me an array of salsas to try - one was a dark green one that was unique that I LOVED - the tacos were loaded, the ingredients were quality and had a fresh flavor - one bite and I was in taco heaven and frankly quite surprised at the delightful flavor because usually it’s the smaller taco trucks that I frequent. This is now my new taco spot. Prices were good, service was with a smile, and the food was worth the wait. I don’t have a photo to share because I devoured it too fast.

Disappointed with my experience at the El Sazón at this location. 🙄 I had a frustrating experience here. One of the staff members stood outside and kept asking me what my order was, even though I told her clearly multiple times. She kept responding with a condescending “sure, sure,” like she didn’t believe me. When I showed her my receipt, she said, “Oh, so you did order that,” as if I had been lying. When she finally handed me my food, the bag was on its side, the beans, rice, and tacos had all flipped and spilled. It made a mess in the bag, and now my car smells like food because everything leaked. Really disappointing service and handling overall.

I thought it was just my tastebuds until my sister said the same thing as me, The food has no flavor nor does it have any spice in it. Got the “Camarones a la Diabla” yet ketchup honestly spicier. Also Its called “El Sazon” as in “the seasoning” yet the food tastes like they just put it on the grill and didnt even get a grain of salt in it. Only thing I recommend that was pretty good was the Quesabirrias.

Despite some negative reviews, I wanted to share my positive experience. As someone who reads and writes reviews, I was very pleased with the lengua tacos I ordered. The Jamaica, grilled vegetables, and slightly oiled tortillas made them the best I've had in town. This location is conveniently open late and is popular after club hours, which is understandable given the great food. It's also a good option for a quick and authentic lunch during the workday. The interior has ample booth seating, though there is some echoing. While phone conversations might be difficult inside, this won't deter me from returning. Although there are other locations, this one is my favorite.

I ordred food from door dash and messed up on my order called to fix it and they where so nice and professional about it, and helped me fix the problem. the employee i forgot her name i think it starts with a a, but manager Yolanda was so amazing enough to help change that order. Also FOOD was BOMB! 10/10

Not a clean table in the room. The staff is busy assembling food. There are no cashiers apparently. No one even glanced at the front counter. Only two customer ordering stations. The system was difficult to navigate. Yes, I know to tap taco to order one, when I tried to order sauce it refused my request. ( I was dining in and apparently the system will not acknowledge a sauce choice unless you pay for the specialty sauces The background was young and hip and gave me a headache. Two customers took over 5 minutes to navigate the menu. The third customer turned and walked out, tired of watching. The second couple took an additional 5 minutes to order and was obviously unable to find what they wanted.

yeah so absolutely not, tried to order a water was gonna get charged $3. then i went to order a cheese quesadilla with no sauce add beans and the person taking my order couldn’t hide their disgust. then i was given a steak quesadilla with extra sauce. and when i went back through and really nicely told them it was the wrong quesadilla they were really annoyed and when i double checked there was no sauce was harshly told it was what i wanted. also it was crumpled at the bottom of bag both times

It can’t be that hard to read an order. We got 1 of 2 chips n cheese. No dipping sauce for chicken instead gave us half a cup of cheese ??? No hot sauce when we asked for 16. Sour cream on the things I said NO sour cream on. Hello? Please stop hiring children who can’t read yet.

I wish I could give a negative 5 stars.. The bigger lady at the window named Maria G was a complete JERK to me and my family in the drive through. She should be talked to by management. As I understand she may have been having a bad day, but you never know what others are going through and shouldn’t take it out on customers. I hope nobody else hets the displeasure of being helped by her.

Was hoping to get in and out efficiently but the bathrooms are locked and you have to wait for an employee to let you in. Ironic that they have added touch screens to replace humans but then force their staff to let people into the bathroom every 5 minutes. Also extremely unsanitary.

This Taco Bell is double the price of others in tri cities!!! This is normally $6.99 and when it updated the location to here the price doubled!!! $1 more is fine but an extra $5 for a regular degular taco bell experience is insane!!

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered a half-dozen tamales and got my bag with salsa covering the bottom and no napkins inside to help with the awesome mess that was dropped into my lap. The tamales taste alright but there really isn’t much for meat in there. Probably a 70/30 ratio of maize to meat in a tamale that’s smaller than most dumps I take. At nearly $3 per tamale, you’re better off getting the 30 pack at Costco. One good thing to note is that their tomatillo salsa is some of the best I’ve ever had.

I was hooked with the first tamale! The food is delicious, owner and staff are exceptional and work hard to gain and maintain their customers. Always quick and friendly service. My only critique is that the filling is a little less than original. Still I am, and always will be a loyal customer and they will always be my go-to for tamales and the other authentic Mexican food & beverages they offer.

Hot Tamales is amazing! Best tamales in town! The tamales are always so good and the different options are perfect. (And not a bad price at all) The staff is always so friendly and very professional. Hot tamales is one of the most amazing places I’ve been too in a long time. I heard from a friend to check it out and it was nothing but outstanding. The community and environment is amazing and the food is just so good. 11/10 for sure !! They even have vegetarian and gluten free options. Lots of options along with great employees.

I had the green tamales. They were good but super tiny, I figured $30 for a dozen we would get a little bigger than a small skinny tamale and salsa in little cups on the side. Kinda disappointed. (Picture for reference) Gave 3 stars only because they were pretty good taste wise.

Where to start I was so excited to eat Costa Vida food because I Love eating here but not today today I was so disappointed. I ordered the quesadillas with rice and beans with the sweet pork option. The rice and beans were fine. That’s not the problem. The problem was my quesadilla. It was so big because they didn’t even bother to cut it up into four pieces. I could barely hold it with both my hands the pork meat and the cheese were not evenly distributed I literally had chunks of just cheese in sections and nothing nowhere else! It was extremely greasy as well. It was so bulky because of all the pork which OK that’s fine, but could you please cut my quesadilla into sections how it’s advertised, how it’s supposed to come! It was literally just this big blob. There was no thought or care in my dinner. Also, just the way that they wrapped it in the aluminum foil…ugh! It’s like they folded it into sections and just shoved pieces of the quesadilla in there and called it a day. Basically it was just a hot mess and of course I was not at home to cut it myself, by then it had gone cold and I was over it. Needless to say this is the last time I’ll be coming to this Costa Vida location. And if you don’t take my word for it the picture says it all. Oh and fyi that tear at the top was me trying to cut this ginormous mess!

Spouse picked up the order. Large grilled chicken salad. The salad was decent. Not much chicken but overall a good. I generally order double rice and no beans then pour a half of a can of my own black beans that are rinsed when I get home. UPDATE 2/06/25 We did curbside pickup last night. The process was pretty simple and handled well by Costa Vida employees. I got a large salad with a flour shell and sweet pork. Did the containers get smaller or did the shells get bigger? (See pic) That aside this salad was excellent. Sweet pork was delicious and the salad had a reasonable amount. I give this salad a 5. The spouse had a sweet pork enchilada. I’ve been going here for years, and have always loved the food. Luckily the food itself hasn’t changed, but the portions have. Every other location I visit here in the tri seems to be on top of giving you the correct amount of food you pay for, except this location. Last time I went, I got the large chips and queso and the queso cup was only half way full. My family is upset about this and never wants to go because of how much they’ve cut down on proportions. I have worked food for 3 years so I can understand having to be a bit more stingy, but the people should get what they’re paying for!! I love the food, employees, and I always get treated so nicely. Just looking to get what a girl payed for :)

Ordered a small salad with double pork for pick up. When I arrived, I asked to confirm that it had double pork and they said yes, it definitely did. Turns out I got half the normal pork and paid $4 extra. Tried to call and let them know about the error and got put on hold for 15 min before giving up. Food was good but service was pretty shit.

Eventhough I’ve been disappointed in the past with the Kennewick location I was in the area and wanted to give them a third try and yes, I did regret it once again. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The 2 star review was due to the portion sizes. Because I have ordered a chicken salad many times before from other locations, I know exactly what comes with it. The server gave me half a scoop of pico, cheese, lettuce, and tried giving me half a scoop of guacamole but I brought that to his attention and he agreed it wasn’t a full scoop. The cilantro lime dressing wasn’t filled up all the way either. At the register, they were trying to charge me another $1 for guacamole. Again I brought it to their attention that guacamole came with the salad. I definitely did not leave a tip and will not be going to Kennewick location again. I’m not sure if they were told by management to decrease the serving size but it’s not fair when the salads are not cheap.

I love this place! The tortillas are made fresh, the horchata is delicious, and they have lots if good options. Tonight i had the sweet pork salad with the cilantro lime vinaigrette. I think I like the tomatillo rich dressing better, but it was worth a try!

My family went here, and we all ordered the burritos. I enjoyed the sweet pork with tomatillo cilantro sauce. I had the lettuce and Pico added as well as sour cream and guacamole. I could only eat half! It was delicious! We also tried the key lime dessert. It was creamy and had the perfect amount of tangy lime. I like it to taste like lime! It was way too much for just me! I finished maybe a third of it. We also ordered the tres leche dessert. That was not my favorite. In fact, I could only take one bite. I didn't know what to expect, as it was my first time trying it, but I would not get it again. My favorite part was the staff! They were friendly, and they actually seemed to be enjoying their job! The restaurant itself is clean and has a good atmosphere for any age. Be sure to download the app! I got free food with one visit!

Wife recently starting coming here for shakes. Tried the strawberry one and was on on point. Recently tried their chili cheese fries and dbl cheeseburger with a peanut butter shake and was very pleased. They have a big menu in which I plan to try more. So far, no complaints, just compliments. Thank you Burger Ranch.

Old fashioned burger place feel with delicious food! The pickle fries are amazing and the onion rings are dare I say, the best in town. I haven't found anything I don't like at this place.

I can say this place is so good. The food is so good and the options are endless. The customer service is awesome and the shakes are delicious. My family and I have been here so many times before football games and they are always so friendly and the food never disappoints. 10/10

Absolutely love Burger Ranch! Everything on the menu just tastes real and delicious and simply lacks that overly greasy feeling a lot of fast food brings to the table. The staff are very kind and the wait times are quick; perfect for eat in or drive through!

BUG in food 7:10pm- 730 Kid called the store manager said they could only refund two burgers after they threw the rest of our food in the trash! They wanted us to pay for food THEY threw away! Not to mention they didn’t even get the order right it was missing items. They wouldn’t replace the food even though we were told by staff “there hasn’t been a bug in kitchen in the last two years”. So why can’t you refund us or give us the food!?!?? No refund and no food! Left empty handed.. made two trips down to the restaurant already- $50 dinner for couple bites of nothing! Now

I came near closing of the dining room, these days that is around 7pm. The employees were nice and helpful, the food was ok. The fries here are awesome when fresh. My family loves the ranch burgers, and get the nostalgic feel from them. I personally do not like the beef patties, so I always try other sandwiches. I had the steak and cheese sandwich, which was very filling, but greasy. The bread also had a dry taste to it. I used to get the club sandwich here but I have not been in a while and wanted to try something new. I will probably not order this steak and cheese again. This meal fed 5 and was just over $30, which is a good value compared to zips down the road. I personally prefer that hamburger. My other family members prefer these.

Easy simple good food. Not as busy as they use to be. Looks a little worn down, but it is clean. The employees are great. Food is a good value, but the taco salad was better when it came in a taco shell bowl.

Man, it’s 2025… can’t we figure out how to get an order right? Literally every time I go to this location, there are a few things missing or messed up! I’d say it’s hit or miss but, it’s pretty much just miss every single time! Been this way for quite awhile, the only difference is now I pay a lot more for the items I don’t get! Tonight all the fries 🍟 were only half full? C’mon! Ronald 🤡 would not be happy about this level of service!

I don't think I have ever complained about portion size but this time was too far even for me. I paid for two large combos but this restaurant keeps giving us at best a medium portion of fries inside large cartons. You don't get what you are paying for and I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation that the carton be filled. The service at this restaurant has also been extremely slow on each of our last 3 visits.

The McDonald’s in Kennewick is super convenient when you’re in a rush or just need a quick meal. The food isn’t anything fancy — it’s decent, sometimes a little hit-or-miss — but it does the job when you’re hungry and on the go. What really makes a difference is the staff; they’re usually friendly and make the experience a little more pleasant, even if the food itself isn’t great. It’s not a place I crave, but it’s nice to know it’s there when I need something fast.

McDonalds totally messed up my order. I placed an order for two double quarter pounders, but only received one regular quarter pounder. Of course I was charged for the two double quarter pounders even though I didn't receive them. By the time the failure was noticed, I was not where I could have it corrected. Thank you so much McDonalds.

Terrible. Idk if they were just in a rush or what but there was nobody inside the restaurant and only 1 car behind me in the drive-thru so they definitely weren't busy. 🤷‍♀️ We ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeño tots, belly buster with reg. tots, chicken strip basket, corn dog. I took 1 bite into my bacon burger and my son took a bite next to mine so this picture isn't even in the middle of the burger it's all the way around raw. But BOTH mine and my husband's burgers were RAW, not pink, but RAW, the only brown it had on it was the top layer and these are not thick hb patties whatsoever so theres no excuse! 🤢 I absolutely HATE red/pink meat however my husband likes his meat med. rare and he wouldn't even eat it, and he eats anything! So I knew I wasn't overreacting. His tots also were disgusting they were drenched in soaked up old oil and soft, so again undercooked. 🤦‍♀️ The chicken strip basket is a joke. Do not order it they are thin tiny strips of 3 and french fries that were again not cooked soggy and sitting in a pile of grease. Gross. We paid $56 for entire meals we couldn't eat and went into the trash😠 I hadn't eaten a thing yet that day and it was around 7ish p.m so that just added to the disappointment and frustration. I am sick to my stomach with the service. I won't go there again except to get a refund!

This is a 15 dollar burger meal I just picked up from Zips Kennewick…taste like a chard grill and basically has no condiments when I asked for everything… if that’s everything, I’ll keep my 15 bucks, floss the burnt char out of my teeth and will never return here again. Small fry that burger and a small drink… I’ll lay 15 bucks everyday.. it’s not the price it’s the disgusting burger that I paid good money for and it is gross

Man this place has gone down hill in the current years. We ordered a bacon cheese burger($10.38), chicken sandwich($11.38) and a small combo($5.26) which now includes a 8 ounce watered down soda and some burnt fry’s that taste like the oil they cooked in hasn't been cleaned in 6 months. When asked if a chicken sandwich really cost $11.38 the guy behind the window said I don’t know prices nor would take the initiative to go find out. For a grand total of $29.34 with taxes, I’d recommend you go anywhere but here and not waste your time nor money with this garbage.

I haven't gone in in a very long time, but I'm sorry that ever since the new owners came in, it's all changed for the worse. Their prices are crazy high, and they cut the food in half. Also, I've noticed they got rid of the bags that said Zips on them. So that tells you a lot right there. Their all about the money. I'm sorry, I don't like to make reviews like this, but man, REALLY! Zips has been here forever, and we used to love it, but everyone I talk to says the same thing. So please put it back to how it was. Hey, here's an idea make it like the richland one. That ones perfect, you even get free refills and sauce when you dine-in. Let's make it Zips again!!

It's nothing like it was when I was younger. Food is gross, sometimes raw burgers even when they aren't busy? Staff isn't very friendly. They clearly just want you to get your food and leave. The prices are insane! My grabs would roll over in her grave if she heard how much her favorite burger is now.

I went there yesterday at 7pm and been before this New management the food was awful. The prices were awful, but the food was awful. They had a fish and chips. It was Fish sticks, smaller than my pinky and the fries now are so thin they’re worse than McDonald’s. McDonald’s is a whole lot better so is Burger King now the zips in Richland both of them are fantastic. You want some really bad food go to zips by the cable bridge

I only rated a little higher because there are a few nicer people there. Most of them seem annoyed . They're also out of everything or just don't sell a lot of things specifically at this location. No lemonade , milk, fry sauce , etc . Really sad used to be one of my favorites disappointed I ruined that memory by trying to come back

This is by far the WORST location of DQs! The kids that work here act like you’re inconveniencing them just to do their job! Aside from that, this is the crap I just got for $5.19!! For real?? You can’t tell me this is due to “inflation” or you get what you pay for because all their other locations are WAY better. Whoever owns this location definitely should be reevaluating their “help”

Great food, drive through always slow but sometimes it is completely packed, no one seems to be happy to be there but they are always friendly enough, atmosphere is nothing to shout about. I wish it felt more like an upbeat happy place as apposed to just get your food and go kinda place but maybe I just go on the wrong nights or times. The food is always hot and good.

We were in line waiting for about 10 minutes and when it was our turn to order, the person taking the order apparently couldn't hear us and made us go to the window. There we waited another 5 minutes for our turn at the window and when we started to order, the girl at the window just looked at us and laughed, saying she didn't understand us. Since we saw that she looked Hispanic, we tried to speak to her in Spanish, she laughed again and told us she didn't understand us. The service we received was terrible. We were the only ones who didn't get served while we were waiting. What a disappointment because we couldn't buy some simple ice cream they have on their menu.

Had written a negative review a few months back for poor food quality and decided to go back tonight to give them Another shot and same disappointment. Fast and friendly service yes but $6.89 for a small royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard with only 3 pieces of cheesecake in it is ridiculous. Yes, 3 pieces. What’s up with that??? What a rip off!

This is the second time I’ve received something contaminated with nuts from DQ, and it’s completely unacceptable. If you have a nut allergy, do not trust them with your order. A vanilla shake should not secretly contain Butterfinger pieces—that’s dangerous negligence, not just a mistake. My partner is allergic, so this isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a health risk. The fact that something so simple was cross-contaminated shows a complete lack of care for customer safety.

the food here is always so yummy, everything was fresh. the workers were very kind and laughing talking with each other. it’s so refreshing to see people in fast food like their job and not seem like they hate everything 24/7. i will come back!

I used to love DQ but for some reason this location 9/10 times there's something wrong with my order and it's such an inconvenience to go back to get it fixed. Sadly I will no longer bother giving them another opportunity to ruin an outing with my family.

Ordered the chicken BLT, a chicken sandwich, a chili dog and a blue raspberry slushie, waited about 20 minutes outside in the heat before asking where my food was and finally someone came out, I had checked in on the app when I arrived, and it came up on the screen, but cleared and went back to the main screen after a minute or two. it was pretty busy, but their food is good and the prices are affordable. Especially the half priced slushies. But every time I have ordered on the app I always click add onions on my chili dog and I have never once gotten them. Personally I think they should add the prices on their app, instead of finding the cost of things when you go all the way to checkout, if I'm adding something that costs extra I'd like to know, I know that's not this stores fault though. Basically, you get what you pay for, and if your ordering on the app, don't be in a hurry to get there, especially in the heat. Pics of prices below.

Waited 50 minutes to be served and order was incorrect, quite disappointing and was presentation was lackluster. The popcorn chicken order for $9+ was delivered in a small sack that fries were delivered in. Tbh the popcorn chicken was 3/4 fried and 1/4 mystery meat. They forgot one of our drinks, gave us the wrong burger and split one order of "jumbo" popcorn chicken and delivered it in 2 small fry sacks. First and last Sonic experience as we won't be back.

Inconsistent with accuracy of orders. Today 9/16/18 there was a 30+ minute wait. No explanation as to why such a long wait. We left and came back and went through the drive-thru. Still a long wait (no estimate given at drive-thru) and an hour had past since we had left and came back.

Food is well priced, however always takes a very long time. Last time we went, we used the drive through and waited around 15 minutes and they forgot three of our items. Used the stall to let them know and we waited another roughly 30 minutes for our three corn dogs that had been forgotten. Surely you’d prioritize people that have been already waiting and had their order messed up? Had to go to the counter to ask what was up, where they told me it was ready and had been sitting on the counter. This experience is not exactly abnormal for this location either. Food is typically fresh and good tasting however, and whenever we come for just drinks it’s much better service.

Servers are super sweet, however it took them 20 minutes to get our milkshakes out to us, after waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to answer our stall. Both times we have gone, they bring my husband's shake out, but forget mine. They are always trying to give us someone else's food. There needs to be proper training, and maybe a management change.

It took me 40 minutes to get my food from the drive through part. There was only 1 other person in the drive through, and all they ordered was a one bag of food and 2 drinks. The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because the food was under $30. I’m never EVER going back to that sonic EVER again. The food is good though.

The good reviews must be paid people 😂 I pulled in to order and heard at least 4 people have messed up or super late orders. Mine was late too. One lady waited over 30minutes. Big yikes. Food is decent usual fast food quality. My other visits here have always taken forever. Go to McDonalds down the street- it’s much much faster and tastes better.

I recently visited this location, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the supervisor. Not only were they rude, but they also displayed a lack of competence and unwillingness to help resolve the issue I was facing. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and a willingness to assist, but this was far from what I experienced. This kind of service reflects poorly on the restaurant and makes me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. I hope management takes note and provides better training to their staff to ensure other customers don’t face the same treatment.

Kaelee was attentive, greeted us as we approached the counter with a smile on her face. Patiently waited for us to decide what we wanted. We sat & waited, brought our order promptly to us. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, fried zucchini , jalapeño pops, & the diablo burger. The restaurant was clean. The food was on point still Hot & great with presentation, taste, quality & quantity. For a birthday treat boys got shakes. They were good. Deff our go to spot when we are in tri-cities for fast food.

Spent $6 on a milkshake that wasn’t even full. It was runny too. The fries tasted like the oil was old and needed to be changed. It’s a shame because the last time I went here the food was good. I included photos of the milkshake. Really really disappointing.

Honestly, Cecila was awesome!!! When you work long hours and your mind is blah... well, she was very patient and helpful. Food was very good!! I recommend in stopping here!!

Great customer service at the window only. The person was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The bun was hard and the lettuce old and brown. It's very disappointing they would allow this food to be given to paying customers. I regret not going to KFC. Unfortunately, after 5 hours of driving and back to the hotel, I was too tired to go back and get a refund. I called and talked to Sierra, the manager, to make her aware that the food is going out like that. She argued with me and said the food goes out fresh, made to order and when the lettuce sits a long time it will wilt. It literally sat 5 minutes. I don't think it takes a trained chef to see the lettuce in the pic is not good. It's an interesting parallel that the manager had an attitude & the food is bad. Tip to all, if you get food to go, check it before you drive off. Better tip, go somewhere else until they can get proper food out to paying customers.

This place sucks so bad!!! Went last night cost 65$ for more then half the food to be wrong or missing. The pizzas stuck to the lid, steak chalupa with 5 pieces of steak on the whole thing… Then I call to talk to them and they pick up and and ask for a manager they laugh and hang up. Keep calling back for them to pick up laugh more hang up then put the busy signal after that. Worse service and food ever!!!

Visited on a Friday afternoon, I was honestly impressed by how much they’ve improved. Looks like they recently remodeled so the building looks fresh. For some reason they don’t deliver with door dash so my orders always come way over from south ridge. They finally got the grilled cheese burrito right 👌. I usually unwrap it to find all the cheese stuck on the paper so this was oddly satisfying. Got plenty of sauce, service was fast and the employee was polite. I hope the quality stays at the average and doesn’t drop back to how it was earlier in the year.

Ordered 3 tacos at the drive through, pulled up to the window and while paying I asked for some mild sauce the guy just gave me a strange look, then asked if I could pull around to #1 spot out front. After waiting for 3 little tacos I opened the bag and there was no mild sauce or napkins. I had to get out of my car and go get my own from inside. What good is a drive through if they don't listen and you still have to go inside yourself.

It’s very bad service , the supervisor in the night when I order my meal she was to bad I wish I could know her name . She seemed having bad day and best it to customer . My meal was missing the nacho fries and sauce and tissue . I am paying u girl if u have a bad day go home don’t work . I am not that cheap to drive back and ask u to do ur job better. ONLY COME HERE ON WEEKDAYS. Miserable food and service. The young lady at the drive-thru was distracted being flirted with by another employee (likely the manager) and didn't give us sauces or a receipt. The chicken was wildly overcooked, the quesadilla was burned and the Supreme taco was half filled with sour cream. You cannot trust this restaurant on the weekends!

I know everyone in here is working hard, but every time I’ve come something in my order is messed up or missing. I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at a jimmy John’s so I know the deal. This staff needs an overhaul. Stopped in for 4 sandwiches and 20 min later they got 3/4 of the orders correct. After getting the lady who ordered after us our sandwiches. After dropping someone’s order on the floor. After making 30 sandwiches for a catering order before dealing with customers in store. There were 4 employees working front of house and they this still took place. It was great dealing with my 8 year old who didn’t have bacon on her sandwich when I paid for them to ADD BACON. What happened to freaky fast? More like a freaking joke.

The sandwiches are great, but it took over 40 minutes to get our food. The store was not busy, just one or two people waiting other than us, and the staff were moving as slow as possible, mostly talking and messing around, with no one making the sandwiches consistently. The sandwich line was empty most of the time, even with 5+ employees standing around.

Clearwater Store. Friday 10/24/25 @5pm. Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to take order, while2-3 cars came up behind me. Ordered a Tuna Sub. Pulled up to window and waited another 15 minutes, as well as the cars behind me. Watched the 2 boys making sandwiches, throwing across room like foot balls. I yelled that I only ordered 1 sandwich throw the window. One of them heard me and handed me (what I thought to be) my tuna sub. Get home, open my sub and it was an Italian sub. It was actually very delicious. I would have rather had tomatoes than the onions on it tho. I’m sure whoever gets my tuna is not going to be as happy as I was.

This place is know for hot sandwiches. today i ask if i could have my bacon heated up by itself not the sub.and i was told sorry cant heat the cold bacon only sub i was like seriously. The long hair guy in there is completely lazy and disrespectful. the sandwich is already over priced like come on heat the bacon redickusle

"By Health Code Standards you can eat this lettuce and it not make you sick, it's perfectly fine by the Board of Health standards" This was the statement I had received from the Jimmy John's employee, when I called after the delivery was made to report that our lettuce on both of our sandwiches were rotted. I told him that that was unacceptable and that we were not going to eat or pay for rotted lettuce. Again, I was told by the employee that it was perfectly fine to eat and that it would not make us sick. He seemed to be more concerned with making sure that I knew that by health code standards it was acceptable to eat rather than my concern of why I am paying for lettuce that should have been thrown out rather than served to the public. We ended up having to throw our entire meal away and go out for a second meal. To the Employee's Credit he did refund our total for our meal. However there was no apologies made for our inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager or have the manager give me a call back regarding this matter and I still have not received his phone call.

This Jimmy John's is the worst in Tri-Cities! Multiple times I've ordered my food 15-20 minutes in advance online before picking it up and every time I get there it's never ready and I have to wait. They even start orders being taken by the cashier before mine and I ordered ahead of time! The experience is the same even when the lobby and drive thru are empty. I asked why my sandwich took so long and why all 5 employees were standing around laughing and talking instead of being on the line making sandwiches and the young lady told me they were doing "training'. good food though

BEWARE!!! My husband picked up sandwiches for us. I took 1 bite of mine and noticed something weird in my mouth. I took it out. It was a 5 to 6 inch piece of dental floss!! I immediately spit it out and threw it in the garbage! I should be a LAWSUIT. BUT. HOW DO I PROVE THIS? I CAN'T. Even a pic of the floss, I had it in my mouth and spit it out in a napkin to see what it was. I did not take a pic of it. Because that's gross! I JUST DON'T WANT TO FIGHT IN COURT. BUT!! I HAD A 5 OR 6 INCH PIECE OF DENTAL FLOSS IN MY JIMMY JOHNS VEGGIE LETTUCE WRAP!! I called the manager and told him. He said "THANK YOU". I will never eat there again.

Went and ordered breakfast at the CLEARWATER location. The food for the amount of money that we pay was the portion size of a toddler. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito number 27 and Received no eggs in the burrito. Their food is not very good and I think this is the last time We will ever go there. It’s very disappointing to go to an establishment like Jack in the box and not only get attitude from the employees who give off the vibe of not wanting to be there but getting small portions. We’re not toddlers. We are adult.

girl said she can't take orders again but now because her cook isn't there at 3AM? The cook was outside, talking to someone in a car. i thought this was 24hrs? Not a social work environment. i'd like food when I get off of work can we please get new staff because she has said this multiple times on different occasions.

If I could, I would give them an even lower score. The store was dirty, and I had to clean off the table and chair before I could even sit down. My brother is diabetic and came in after me. They treated me just fine, but the employees were so rude to my brother, who is also mentally delayed. UNEXCUSABLE!!! If I had seen them treat anyone the way they treated him, mentally delayed or not, I would've defended that person. Had he not already taken his insulin and meds, I would've taken him to a different restaurant. We'd been to this Jack in the Box before and didn't like it but my brother wanted to go there so we went, I thought maybe they'd changed Management and gotten better...I WAS WRONG and, sadly, we will never go there again, not even if they were the last Jack in the Box in the world!!!

We ordered delivery thru thw JITB app and they sent the door dasher away saying they didnt deliver thru the app....called up there to ask about it and they told us it was sitting up there but they dont deliver so we could come get it...arrive to get food almost an hour and a half later and asked the workers about the delivery fee refund and what not and she stated "i got you food thats best i can do...ita been paid for..." nah crap it was paid for my me...you can't refund our delivery fee?!?! Not to mention the hour in a half of waiting after it was cancelled!

I remember why I never go here. They didn’t have half the things we wanted to order. The facility was gross. Wet puddle floors that no one was cleaning up. Just yellow signs set everywhere, literally all over the place. I think I saw four scattered throughout instead of just cleaning it up. They charged more than the prices on the board. No one was dining inside yet half the tables still had garbage and needed wiped down. Way too expensive for a very poor experience.

Holy smokes. Incredible food at amazing prices. Got the Bahn mi with spicy pork and it's so good. Was $8, which is a great price for lunch. 10x better flavor than fast food. Not pictured was the Philly sandwich. Had great charred flavor! You could tell it was all freshly made, nothing reheated. Cannot recommend enough to try!

Good little place. I had the spicy pork burrito. Tremendous. Great sweet taste. Nice fusion twist in the foods here. Also pretty quick service. My food was hot and ready within fifteen minutes. Also they have fast WiFi available here.

This is a unique restaurant that is a game changer when it comes to fusion. For starters the prices are extremely reasonable. The nori fries were cooked to perfection with being crisp on the outside but moist on the inside. I got the burrito with pineapple pork as the protein and it didn't disappoint. They give you a beeper so you can wait outside for your order. They have 2 picnic tables outside to sit at.

The fusion tastes are great, the presentation is great, and the price is great! So surprised to find something really new in the Tri-Cities. We had tacos and bulgogi nachos: with a drink that's about $16. There were so many other interesting things to try, we'll have to go back.

First time at the restaurant ! I got the fusion tacos with teriyaki chicken and coleslaw with Asian flair. They were delicious. Looking forward to back and trying other menu items .

It was good, clean, and nice staff. My daughter and I were the only one's there but yet it took over 30 minutes to get are food so that was a little crazy but at least the food was really hot once we got.

update today they decide to close their lobby even though they have posted hours it's open there's no sign on the door. Then you get into the drive-thru and they make each individual order as you show up that means you're sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 plus minutes.For being a fast food place the evening gals do not put a lot of effort in making a meal. Bathrooms are very clean!

Fast food, obviously, so atmosphere is garbage. But I got what I ordered, and while slower most fast food this was woerh the wait for the accuracy. Large orders for large families ALWAYS get messed up. It didn't here.

I had a pretty good experience the lobby was a little full but the line moved quickly I ordered the two for six chicken cheddar Ranch and my buddy got four beef and cheddars the only photos I have is a photo of the building

I like this place alot , they have a new soda fountain here and altho busy the food is always great here, I've never had a problem , I have been going here for 16 years or more so that's kind of Testament to how good it is .

Meat, meat and more meat!! When I get a craving for good, fast and meaty, Arby's doesn't disappoint! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean place.

Has proven to be consistently the worst burger king I've experienced. Poor quality food for years. Soggy discolored lettuce. Flat burgers that look nothing like the picture. The drive through guy didn't even say a word to me this time, he just handed me the bag and closed the window. Avoid unless you have no other choice.

Decent burgers and fries. I've had better shakes elsewhere. Prices are, in my opinion, to high for fast food unless you have a coupon or order through the app. I typically order through the app as it is simple, less expensive, and more likely to get the order correct. There is a play place that I have used before but don't often. It seems clean enough as well as safe for young children.

3rd visit in a row where burger customizations were not honored incl condiments and veggies. Each time they pocket the add cheese or add bacon then give you cold burger patties. Drinks taste like typical Coke remix garbage. Drive thru is closed for construction and the inside just sounds like non-stop sawing. Not the worst BK I’ve ever been to, but congrats for earning Runner-Up!

We stood there for 20 minutes before I had to walk up and ask if they were even making our order, it was ready the whole time as we stood right at the counter and they didn’t even acknowledge us. When I told the guy we put in an order and he asked our name, the very rude girl heard me and snatched up a bag and basically slammed it towards us. The attitude was just horrible and I said we have been standing here the whole time, and she replied back with well maybe you should ask next time.. not one person in there had a smile on their face. What a horrible experience. It was not even busy… oh and of course I had to ask for sauce that was on my order.. hire better

First hours advertised for dine in don’t match what the store practices. So do t stop if a bathroom break is o y your din er agenda. Locked up tight an hour before dine in closed. Today’s drive thru time took me 17 minutes start to finish. It’s always at least 10 minutes. The consistency of long waits is increasing. Keep getting told it’s food cooking and only having fresh food half the time is irritating. Or my food has been sitting in a bag I the queue getting soggy or not fresh. This isnt new and is what made me write this review. STAFF MORE PEOPLE.

The manager Robbin was raising her voice at the cashier in front of the customers telling her to do her job while she was finishing a side task. I used to work fast food and it just looks wrong and is extremely unprofessional yelling at an employee in front of a customer while the cashier was being extremely polite.

Worst fast food service experienced. We made our order and paid right away. Waited at the first window for about 6 minutes after we paid. Then they told us to go to the next window and waited another 5 minutes still nothing. As we see the other people behind us getting their food before us, my wife and I decided to cancel or our order. Never in my life we have experienced unprofessionalism through fast food service. They threw the idea of, "first come, first serve," right out the window. I won't be back to this burger king and the manager should be fired.

Combos $12-$15! No cashier for five minutes while I waited. Some annoying music while you are trying to eat. Fake butter is pathetic. Fake honey no longer provided with your meal. You have to ask for it.

Picking up an Uber Eats order the manager on duty was very rude and grabbed the phone from my hand as I was checking the order, then proceeded to tell me “ do my job then “ (approve the order) and I informed him that I know my job and he had no right to touch my phone or tell me my job. Then he proceeded to rate my service unsatisfactory which lowered my score and will cost me trips… $ money $

ABUSIVE GENERAL MANAGEMENT - YOU NEED TO GET TRAINING! Besides the luke-warm fries and this burned, rubberized Coney Dog, the General Manager at this location is incredibly rude. He also REFUSED A REFUND after telling me to bring the food back! I called to complain, he laughed, pushed the phone buttons so he couldn't hear me, lectured me on why he was rude and rushing us in the drive-thru (they were not busy) and hung up on me! His only response was that I could bring the food back for a refund. Which is what we attempted....but he refused to refund us and told us to leave his store, because we were harassing him!? I feel harassed by him! His behavior was worse than a toddler and the food was something that NOBODY should eat....was it even a hotdog?? AVOID THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT RUBBERIZED FOOD AND POOR, ABUSIVE TREATEMENT!

Hamburger tastes like they took a fish burger apart and put a Hamburger meat in it only on one of the two I ordered were that way OMG. What a great way to keep food costs down and steer customers away. AND the MANAGER dint care!!!!!

A@W papa burger, ahhh so good, and if you go the right day, it's two for $11.00 😋. Double meat cheese, and all the rest of scrumptious!! if this burger isn't on your burger must have list for the month, it should be!! That first bite is such a mouth explosion of flavor, of burger goodness that takes you back to the day, when it was one burger on the flat top, and the cook had time to make it such a great burger 😋😋. I thought a&w would satisfy my hunger... I looked over and McDonald's was packed and I was the only customer at a&w on Kennewick avenue in Kennewick at 1:30 p.m. on July 1st '23. Approximately 1 minute after I place the order at the drive-thru I received the sack with the food in it.... It was very disappointing...cold,old in poorly wrapped..! I think that's why McDonald's was packed in this particular AW was very very very slow....

AVOID THIS BURGER KING, FULL STOP. Clearly not managing their employees well. Dude had a TERRIBLE attitude in the drive thru between 7:10-7:20p today 9/27 and he was extremely rude. Example? When I asked if there was a second bag, he literally closed the window on me. So I checked my bag. This employee, kind of a bigger guy with dark hair, proceeds to open the window again and ask extremely condescendingly, “what are you still doing here? The food IS ALL IN THE BAG!” I felt weirdly pressured to leave (even though the drive thru was empty) so I left! Get home and I’m missing a double bacon cheeseburger. If we wanted 4 burgers, I would have paid for 4 burgers, NOT FIVE. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this particular BK either. I just got off shift of a customer facing job, I deal with customers every day. This is not how you interact with them. Forgetting an item is one thing but messing up the basics such as simple respect is an entirely different one. If he can’t be professional he shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Alright, so today was good ish. The Crew took my order, and they did good. It's the General Manager that walked in without washing his hands and started touching monitors, etc. It's called cross contamination, not micro management 🙄. Worst service at the drive through today at 3:25 p.m. The lady taking our order was extremely rude,we ordered a frosted coke with ice cream and she replied they do not put ice cream in those (mind you we have ordered them many times before). Once.we got the order the sauces were missing. The lack of manners and customer service will keep us from being returning customers. We did drive to Pasco and stopped at their Burger King on Road 68 and shockingly they had no issue putting ice cream. In the frozen coke.

Everything about this location seems to be just, okay. The pretzel crust isn't even real it looks like it's sprayed on. Both times I ordered this pizza with cheese sauce it was wrong, and both times I did order this pizza I was entertaining teenagers at my house. It's hard to return a pizza for it to be fixed when so many people have already started eating before I could discover the mistake. This has prompted me to be more cautious of my orders being correct at this location. The overall experience is like I said, just okay.

Only gave it a 1 because that's the lowest rating. Ordered online, got there to pick up my pizza, entered the code, and it was empty. They then tried to give me an order that wasn't mine (name was similar) then was accused by the owner of lying (he had sent my order with a door dash driver) and had 2 argue for 20 min before he decided to remake my order, and admitted something similar happened a couple days ago, and I never even got an apology.

Just had some of the best pizza I've had for a while. Delivered, quick, fresh, and hot!! As you can see by the pictures, pizza wasn't lacking any toppings!! The Supreme had everything, a very good tasting crust, along with all the tasty toppings 😋. If you haven't tried Cesar's you've missed out!! Went in late to pick up an order. Watched ISSAIAH DENISE cleaning the kitchen and WITHOUT washing his hands start to prepare our pizza to be served WHILE using his phone at the same time. When I asked to complain and where I could on their end to be sent to management I was asked IF I KNOW WHAT GOOGLE WAS. Hello Issaiah I know what Google is!! The awful night manager EMILIA who would no provide a last name and had to be asked 3 TIMES to rewrite her name since it wasn’t legible on the note I was given. Since all Emilia knew how to do when a customer complains is to just nod and shrug. All I was told when I asked for it be fixed was to just come talk to her store manager. So essentially at night THEY HAVE NO REAL MANAGER!!!! I will be going in to follow up with the store manager and possibly corporate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I was in there at noon on a Friday, I ordered on line before getting to the store. It was busy but I got me order on time. As for the food the kids crushed the pizza and crazy bread and I enjoyed the deep dish supreme.

The drive though guy was friendly and the wait wasn't bad, but the food was kinda diapointing i got a 9-combo, the tator rounds were inconistently seasoned, some were a bit too salty, some didnt taste salted and some tasted like onion rings (they might need to clean the fryer). The dr. Pepper i got tasted like the sofa syrup was wattered down. The actual "stuffed taco" didnt have enough seasoning but wasn't bad.

This a childhood indulgences being from the Midwest. The staff is very friendly and grateful to patient customers. Please note that this location is close to a school and receives a lot of orders around the lunch time period. Try the bean burrito don't forget to order some extra mild sauce on the side.

I went there for the first time this evening. I wasn't super hungry, so I just got the steak Taco Bravo. It was quite good! The beans make it filling and it had a smoky flavor which I enjoyed. They gave me extra mild sauce packets and the workers were genuinely nice. I will be back later for sure.

I love the people, the atmosphere, the food. Great local place. Workers are always nice and they really get to know the usuals. I go here a lot for my lunch break, and they have really good 1, 2, and 3$ dollar menu items. Got their app not too long ago and the rewards and deals are actually useful. 10/10

These guys working their were nice actually the only reason I would go back is because of how hard they were trying .They didn't even no each other name the cashier kept hollering hey to him when we had question They did do fast service and as annoying as my order was he didn't get mad but you could tell he hated his job. The company is obvious so poor to the employees they refuse to get them an ac or proper air ventilation. It's closing. I understand not having certain foods. However I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave me a cheese . Wyck didn't have much cheese and so was basically a tortilla with very little cheese that I could of made at home with a slice of kraft cheese single and a tortilla. I see why they are closing.

Been comming here all my life, not so much in recent years because I moved across town. The power went out tonight and we drove down there to get dinner and the cashier saw us and ducked away, and wouldn't take our order. When we drove away we saw the employees in the back hiding. It was about 9pm the hours posted said they closed at 10pm. Drove all the way down there for nothing, my toddler was upset the whole way home. Hire better reliable employees. I will never be back after that.

I don't usually complain or praise much on here, but when it is warranted I do! If all fast food places were run like this Taco John's the whole world would be a better place. Tiffany who was manager that day ran a very positive vibe in the entire restaurant. She went out of her way to make sure all customers were satisfied and happy. I only wished I lived here so I can give them my patronage more often. Great job!

I've been eating here since birth. My mother ate here while she was pregnant with me. It's my favorite fast food place in the world. Taco John's for life. Bring back the choco tacos and the gumball machine.

This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they mess up my order several times, but when I politely asked for it to be remade, the drive-through worker was rude, cursed at me, and then refused to even hand me my meal. I sat there in shock because I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I left empty-handed, embarrassed, and honestly furious that a paying customer could be treated with such hostility. No one deserves that kind of treatment, and I will never be coming back to this Popeyes.

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes in Kennewick. My order was messed up several times, and when I asked for help, the drive-through worker insulted me, cussed at me, and refused to fix the problem. When I asked to speak with the manager and requested their name, they refused to give it. Instead of resolving the situation, they had me trespassed from the property. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should be disrespected or insulted for simply asking for their order to be made correctly. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope Popeyes corporate takes action to improve the management and customer service here.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order was messed up multiple times, and when I asked for help, the drive-through worker cursed at me, insulted me, and even used racial slurs. Instead of making things right, they escalated the situation and treated me with total disrespect. No customer should ever be spoken to this way. Unbelievable that they are allowed to stay open. While paying in the drive through we could see how dirty the kitchen looked (should have been our sign to leave). Then we get asked to park and wait, which I’m more than happy to do, especially for fresh food. Unfortunately once we got to where we were going we found that all of the tenders were not only oddly thin, but rock hard like jerky. Once I cracked one open it didn’t even look like chicken. Must have been re-cooked several times and left out. We live about 15 minutes from Popeyes and bought $95 worth of food so it only makes it more disappointing that the one time we go the food is completely inedible. Called twice and they don’t answer. Contacted support online so we’ll see if something is done to make this right.

The most terrible service and wait times of any "fast" food place I've even been to. Sitting in the drive thru and the person in front of me had to have their passenger go into the restaurant to tell them there's people at the outside menu waiting to order. I was blocked in so all I could do was wait. Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane for an online order. Half the food was cold, didn't give me the sauces I asked for, sweet tea was not good. They ran out bone in wings but the app let me order and pay for them. But the chicken sandwich was decent even if it was barely room temp.

It took me 25 minutes and 40 dollars to receive my 8 piece. Once I received my order, they gave me 4 wings in lieu of the 2 missing drumsticks. I went in to exchange my order, but they had nothing but wings. It took 40 minutes for my corrected order. The dude behind the counter hooked it up, which was awesome, but after working a 13-hour shift, I just wanted the food I ordered in a timely manner.

Food was way over cooked. It was very dry and the spicy chicken had no spicy at all. The cook was too busy talking on the phone.

Took 23 min to get food in drive thru. Waited on a Cajun chicken sandwich and it is inedible chicken is full of grissel and I can't even bite through it. No apology for wait. Totally not worth the 10 dollars for a sandwich I can't even eat. Should gave gone to Taco bell!

When we arrived it was busy and that was fine. But then after we had already waited a long time due to the business, a worker (who seemed to be in charge since people were calling her ma’am) walked right passed my boyfriend and I to the two orders behind us and started inquiring about their orders and promised they’d prioritize it right away, then walked back passed us again without saying anything as if we are invisible. Then while waiting some more, we saw them start to put some of our food in a bag, then four people gathered, pointing at the screen looking in the bags confused. Then another 7-10 minutes later they put the rest of the food in and say it’s finally ready. So of course we count the items, but we see something we’ve never seen, some chicken crisp item instead of the spicy mchicken we ordered. So we then had to wait longer for them to make another item. It took about 35-40 minutes to get a 10-15 minute wait fast food meal. On top of all of that frustration, we get home and go to eat the fries first since we saw them put that in the bag first, and one box is half empty. Ridiculously empty. Not a Large meal we paid for. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any food place. Also when confronting them about the mchicken the younger female worker was extremely rude and wouldn’t stop walking or look at us in the face when talking to us. Every single thing about our trip here was awful. If it was a few things, fine. But it was every single thing. And not just with us, we saw three other customers and two door dash drivers go to the counter for problems as well.

It was close to the end of breakfast, and they were pretty busy. We opted for the drive-thru, assuming it would be quicker than going inside. It was moving slower than I anticipated, and I was starting to worry about missing breakfast. Once we reached the speaker, it became clear why the delay was. The lady handling our order had a bit of a rough time, repeatedly entering it incorrectly and needing to start over, even asking questions we’d already answered. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit time-consuming. Despite the hiccups, everyone was super nice and polite, especially the woman who delivered our coffees. She seemed a bit overwhelmed but was in great spirits, smiling and friendly throughout.

Placed a mobile order. Parked curbside and waited for 10 minutes. Then a woman brought out an order and it wasn't even mine. Proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes and finally got my order. Opened the bag and 2 items were missing. I went in and let them know and the woman said, "I swear I put those items in there. Are you sure?" First, you can't even bring out there right order. Second, I waited 20 minutes for an order and can clearly look at the receipt, my app, and what's inside the bag, and can see not all of my food is there...of course I'm sure. "Are you sure?" is a very odd question, especially when I brought the bag in as proof. I'm thankful there are more McDonald's in Tri-Cities because that was the worst experience at this Kennewick Ave location.

There’s no doors on the restroom stalls. Otherwise a place to get food. No counter service. Have to use the kiosks which are always full. Got a homeless dude camping on the corner.

They over charged me and tried to tell me that the prices had gone up! It was a lie. I contacted the manager and all he was going to give me was the difference in price. I had ordered 3 cookies which should have been $2.17 I was charged $2.91. For me the cost of gas waiting in line was more than the 65 cent difference that he was willing to grant me plus my time was worth more than that!!!

We went through the drive thru for a Sunday and milkshake the Sunday the top of the peak verily reached the rim of the cup why put the extra cap? The milkshake was half vanilla on the bottom and we ordered strawberry

Theres a young girl with red hair who often works the drive-thru window. She always closes the window very fast after handing me my order and tends to always have an attitude when asked for anything additional. It would be appreciated if customer interactions could be a bit more courteous.

So last night one 1/11/24 I ordered a double quarter pounder cheese and ketchup and had Uber deliver it below. I will attach the pictures of what I was delivered when I got this I called the Uber driver back He said he was gonna come back while I was waiting for him. I called the restaurant. A male answered the phone stating he was the shift manager in charge which this morning 1/12/24 I have found out from the actual store manager that he had no mail managers on duty last night, and proceeded to question me three times over if I was calling the correct store When in fact, I stated twice before, which store I was doing with I also mentioned that I had call log, Needless to say, the manager this morning, did nothing about it So I ended up calling corporate office and telling them I did tell them I could provide the pictures as well. This has been a consistent. Last Friday I pulled in there, ordered the same thing double quarter pounder cheese, and catchup only large size And had I not looked at my receipt it would’ve been wrong. Look at the pictures below. By the way, the Uber Driver never showed back up and this never got resolved. This particular location is extremely bad.

They are really cheap with the food and bad service. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, they poured very little fudge in there. When I asked for more they just took the sundae inside and brought me.back the same sundae without adding anymore fudge in it. They think the customers are stupid to not notice that.

Had a mobile order for curb side, 0 spots open so we switched to drive thru and got completely forgotten. I had to go inside and our food was just sitting there, will not be returning.

Everytime I come here they always get my order wrong and/or forgot things. Lazy employees that are always chatting.Stop hiring these inefficient teens. One of the easiest jobs but they always seem to get it wrong.

My son loves happy meals. Its great when you get the points and can get them for free.

I did go there about once a month, but will not be back after they made the worst tasting pizza I ever had. I asked for the manager's special, where you choose 3 ingredients. I chose pineapple, Canadian bacon, and extra cheese. They don't carry Canadian bacon, so they substitute bacon. Extra cheese was extra and they added Parmesan cheese, instead of Mozarella cheese. There was not enough bacon or pineapple on the pizza to taste. And there was a strong peppery taste. I ate part of the pizza, threw some away and brought the rest back and asked for a reduced price for a replacement. They wanted full price for a replacement. I left and will be never be back

I ordered a pizza and got exactly what I wanted. There wasn’t a deal on the pizza I’ve wanted and that’s fine. That’s usual. I was told that it’s gonna be about 45 minutes and I was like that’s fine. I kept waiting. I kept waiting. I kept waiting and listening for a knock on the door or anything. I paid over the phone. It’s cool at a certain point. I walked out and just like open the door like pizza was just sitting there so I checked my cameras. It has sat there for about 30 minutes and knock on the door. This isn’t the first time I don’t order a lot of pizza but it’s been months. Literally wasn’t even in the pizza case shoved it on my door left it and walked off so my front patio for about 30 minutes no knock on the door anything call Domino’s don’t wanna refund or want anything. Ask them their policy like they should’ve knocked on the door. Maybe you didn’t hear me. I checked the cameras. Literally the pizza wasn’t even in the sleep, threw it on my front patio left Piece was good 30 minutes after it sat on my patio maybe train your driver’s better.

I ordered a 40+ purchase with 20% tip on credit card. I asked them to knock on hotel room door. Nothing, no one came and no food was left. Got a message on app it was delivered but no knock and no food.

The best dominos in tri cities, BAR NONE. I've hosted so many parties ranging from 6-11 pm and while sometimes there might be a hiccup due to business. These guys always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have never received such glowing service from any pizzeria even in house ones. I highly recommend the philly steak pizza on stuffed crust absolute favorite for me since I get heartburn. Tri-Cities best.

We ordered some brownies from this location and on my way out i noticed the dough had not one but 2 flies. The guy standing there is seeing it and totally not bothered by it. Management should train this workers better.

Best Domino's location we have ordered from in a while. Order was delivered super quick by awesome Tina and was all made perfectly by Samantha!

Couldn't believe the rude employee who took payment for my pizzas! He got right in my face, nose touching, and said "oh yeah?" Looking like he wanted to fight me after explaining I didn't get double mushrooms on my pizza! I called the store and asked for a manager, instead the person who answered the phone just said "what do you want?" I explained my situation and I asked for a free pizza. The person over the phone just said no! I couldn't believe it! I said I would leave a review and he encouraged me to do so.
