Sad... I used to really enjoy the food here. today, my gyro was gross. the sauce tasted rancid, and the meat was so very greasy. the bag was even oily. The frys were stale, and the beef and cheader had less than a tablespoon of cheese. we waited almost 10 min and paid almost 20.00 for nasty food. lost my business for sure.

Potato cakes are back, but they aren't the same. I was disappointed. 😞 Food was hot and fresh, but just average. The turnover was good. Too bad they didn't have the flavor I ordered.

Took a while to carefully study the menu, finally finding what i came for... Tasty turkey club sandwich. Then the real wait began. (as others have noted) Cooking time was very slow. I could have gone shopping and come back. So, bring some patience to Arby's, because i do enjoy this sandwich

I went to the front door of the restaurant so that I could buy a to-go order for dinner, and the door was locked! Their hours open for dining-in (basically entering the store) said until 10 pm, just like their drive-thru, but obviously not!

First, I haven't been to Arby's for a few years for anything other than a shake.I walked in to an empty restaurant. I ordered potato cakes and a French dip and swiss. I waited for about 3 minutes to get my order placed, really no big deal. What got me was that I waited over 18 minutes for my food (to go) my shake was already over half gone. I watched as my food sat there and my potato cakes sat over by the fryer for a good 5 minutes before they were put in the container. I get home not even 6 minutes away to find there is no cheese or anything else on my sandwich the first is cold and the potato cakes are soggy and cold. Maybe they wouldn't have been so bad had they at least been cooked. Now I know exactly why I hadn't been there in years!

1/2 pound smoked brisket is awesome. Both times I ordered it.

Food was good, however the service was awful. Whatever happened to service with a smile? Not once did either girl smile. They acted as if they were super annoyed that we were even there. And not much seemed to get resolved after speaking with the owner either. Sad, very sad. Never been treated like that at any other Pita Pit. If you don't enjoy your job "serving" then perhaps you are doing the wrong job. Will not be returning.

Fast, friendly and really great variety of proteins and ingredients. Perfect for those with dietary restrictions. They list all their myriad of sauces with a key to tell you whether it’s vegan, gluten free and/or dairy free.

Gluten free options available. Delicious food, great staff, get a pita card so worth it. Very healthy. Parking is hard in the area. But food is worth it. Can call ahead orders or use a drive thru.

Good food. Service was a little weird though, The owner (I think) had to yell into the back for the cashier girl. I had been waiting a while. It's Oak Harbor though, I'm sure good help is hard to come by. It's worth it if you're looking for a healthy meal.

Had pretty unacceptable service today. I placed an order online and it was said to be delivered in about half an hour. After that half an hour was up I got a phone call saying that they were going to be an extra 45 minutes, or I could come pick it up. I had already paid for delivery and tipped the driver, I was not going to come pick it up. It ended up taking almost two hours to receive my food. Was NOT impressed.

The service and food are fantastic. Salads, pita sandwiches, and gluten-free wraps are available. LARGE selection of great ingredients. The restaurant and seating area is utilitarian. EASY to eat healthy here!!!

I have never felt like such a burden ordering a sandwich. Both employees stood silently waiting for us to order without a greeting or smile. I apologized multiple times for 'taking so long' to decide, not a single response. The meal was the worst I've had from a pita pit experience, everything was skimped on, so my flimsy all-pita 'sandwich' was not worth the money spent. Bummer.

Whoever's working the drive-through headset today apparently can't figure out how to listen and comprehend a customer's order. Conveniently, on the receipt the employee is just named "DT Order Taker", so pretty hard to keep them accountable. Mixed up my nephew's caramel blizzard with a caramel sundae somehow, completely missed my fry substitution, and literally asked me if I was ordering anything else after I said we had more to order, and to hold on. At least the person at the window was nice, and my nephew ended up with the sundae for free.

Used to go here when I worked closer by and the food and speed of their service is always phenomenal. Went again recently and that’s still true, perfect place for ice cream during the summertime. Got a chicken strip basket and a blizzard, chicken tasted great and the blizzard tasted phenomenal. Will be coming back for sure, the place was also clean even when they were busy.

Service was great. Friendly workers, but the supply chain for the chicken strips.... the strips aren't much bigger than a chicken nugget. What a shame.

Got Uber eats from here, not only did they leave my order for a whole hour sitting, they refused to remake it upon the drivers request. Driver cancelled my order, had to reorder, got my food 2 hours after I initially ordered it, just for the food to be wrong. Short on tenders, they weren't buffalo, food was soggy, and no extra toast even though I paid for it. Order total was up to $30 just for me not to get my money's worth of food. Highly suggest not ordering from here, and me personally I'm not eating here again ever.

I bought an Oreo Blizzard and my granddaughter a small strawberry shake. We had gone through the drive-thru and we didn't make it out of the parking lot! She had to have grandma pull over so she could drink her shake. (She's under the age of 2) She absolutely loved it! Dairy Queen 👑 is the best!!

The workers are polite and apologetic but seemed pretty unorganized and somehow ended up with a fully raw chicken strip in my child's chicken strip basket. Not sure how an uncooked strip ended up with other cooked ones but hopefully they reevaluate their production practices to keep raw chicken separate from the cooked.

How can these people mess up the orders so bad, i just ordered tru doordash 2 kids meals with everything inside, with a side of fries, ice cream and milk, they only sent me 2 bags with 2 plain burgers with no sauce, cheese, pickles, no milk, no ice cream, and no fries of course. Shame on this place which is obviously poorly supervise. I’ll never order from them it’s not the first time it happens. I Ordered on june 12-2025 around 7 pm.

I got Crunchwrap today and it was the saddest Crunchwrap I have ever gotten, it was so thin basically no meat, sauce or any of the other condiments that go along with it. Pretty sad and staff all have poor attitudes, rolled their eyes at us.

I never do reviews, but my entire order I got was wrong. Got a supreme box and the taco was suppose to be a soft taco supreme and it was a hard taco supreme. Got a Crunchwrap and it was suppose to have no lettuce. It had lettuce. Lastly I had ordered a wild strawberry fz and I got an empty cup and a straw placed in my bag……..I could understand one small thing being wrong, but how do you place an empty cup in a bag and just call it good?

When ready to approach the counter, I did. Waited 5 minutes for any recognition that I was standing there, even though eye contact was made with at least four people. Finally someone came up to the register to only direct me to a kiosk to my left to place my order. The time it took for that, they could have taken my order right there. The kiosk was not obvious, medium to small size and nothing on the screen said to order on it. Only thing on the screen I had read was all about their points system, signing up for membership. Again, nothing about ordering there. That is just rude and impersonal. Food was very good. Atmosphere was a bit loud. Restroom was clean. Parking available was appropriate to the max capacity inside.

Worst Taco Bell ever I usually order a chicken quesadilla with no sauce, but they always give me sauce and never cut the quesadilla and it’s always cold I also got a grilled cheese steak burrito and They’re supposed to melt the cheese on the burrito, but Instead, they just throw it in the wrapper and call it a day 10/10 do not recommend

Usually pretty quick but I don't know if they have ever gotten an order correct for the 15 times I've been there or order doordash from there. The receipt is usually correct but the food isn't. Also the food seems to never be hot.

Disappointing every time. Consistently ask for no sour cream or tomatoes, confirm it on the screen, and guess what? THEY PUT BOTH IN ANYWAY. I don't get why that's so hard to understand; I don't want sour cream so don't put any sour cream in there! I ordered two cravings boxes today and said no sour cream on any of it. Guy confirms it and even displays it on screen so I'm in the clear right? Nope, sour cream on everything. Taco and burrito are chock full of it. Chalupa didn't have any because it doesn't come with sour cream in the first place. I'll try to attach photos below since this is fairly recent. Anyway, why does this consistently happen? Probably because either one: your order at the drive thru blares over a speaker and the workers get to work on it immediately regardless of any alterations you want; or two: any alterations aside from the standard recipe causes the workers' brains to blue-screen and reboot in "make standard recipe" mode. Either way, incrediblely frustrating when people can't follow simple instructions. My suggestion when ordering; be very very very clear and direct with what you want or you'll just be ignored. Won't be back for a while.

Got the bacon double smash burger! I can't get to a Jack in the Box too often so ya gotta go big! The fries were sad, wilty and not fresh so I didn't finish them.. I mean c'mon what can you expect? Love the soda machine. So many choices! Get the Minute Made peach drink. Really good for a change. Burger was yummy. Worth the stop. #roadfood

Staff is courteous, if a bit too focused on the drive through at the expense of the walk-in customer. I refuse to use that stupid kiosk. Don't bother with the iced coffee; I was wondering why it always seems to go fast, today I saw they fill the cup all the way to the top with ice. Considering how much an iced coffee there costs, that's a huge ripoff. Just glad they do 24 hour breakfast, otherwise I wouldn't even eat Jack in the Box.

My Dad is 95 years old, he went inside with a coupon to order, thinking it would be easier for him that the DT. He had to use the kiosk and was very unsure how to use it, he asked the girl working there for help and she refused to help him. He was very flustered and won’t return, obviously. zero customer service!

They have the staff so short staffed that you can only order from a kiosk, forget the human interaction and when we ran into issues with the order we were told it's all part of maturing and they have a very easy system. Won't be going back when I can go to Wendy's and actually interact with a real person. Too bad because I like the food

Took my family here for a treat. Food was good, ordered $40 of ultimate breakfast sandwiches and Oreo shakes. Value could be better but everywhere is going up. Very cold in dining room, I would bet 50 degrees, We tried to see if we could see our breath. We dropped a spoon on accident and when my wife went up to the counter, she was looked at several times but not acknowledged. I went to take her place and same thing, so we left. No one was rude outright, but no one enjoyed their jobs. A blonde haired kid with glasses was the only polite one, apologizing for the wait and bringing us our shakes to the table. This store needs a high energy team leader and maybe some team building skills. I will be back but not sure I will take my family with. Turn on the heat in dining room a little please, and have staff smile more. Cheers!

pretty basic JIB. The employees are usually pretty awesome. I usually go late night,very early morning so they'll hook it up with sauces, extra ice tea, way too many fries, etc. but if ya catch em on a not so great night, they'll give ya 1 ranch for 5 meals. Lol

I walked in to the Wendy’s and first thing I saw was a training session 😡😡but didn’t think too much of it the people at the counter was nice my food did take a little long and they gave my cousin cheese on his plan burger but it was made fresh 👍then I went to sit done but the place I wanted to sit was token by a loud manager doing a training session so I had to sit in the two feet tall wobbly table section. It was kind of hard to eat because of the loud manager. Everyone in the Wendy’s is Practically a employee because she was so loud. My brother made a fat joke to my cousin and the wobbly table made the Kecthup accidentally fell on the ground. My cousin went to go clean it up and got yelled at by the manager to go clean up the mess so we left don’t come here

The food wasn't too bad. Service was pleasant. However they didn't have a single napkin in the building. A little bit difficult to eat a hamburger and fries without a single napkin. Especially for kids. The service person said someone forgot to order them. There was a Safeway right next door, and the manager could have used a little initiative and gone over there himself and bought some to get by as a courtesy to his customers until he corrected his oversight.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team at the Wendy's in Oak Harbor. I'm a regular, coming here at least twice a week for my go-to order: two honey butter chicken biscuits and a large Mello Yello. What really sets this place apart is the amazing service. The workers are so attentive that they often know my order as soon as I drive up to the speaker, and many times, they have it ready before I even get a chance to ask. It feels like I'm part of the family! The staff is always so friendly, and even though I have a tendency to chitchat and overshare a bit at the drive-thru, they are always incredibly efficient and get my food to me right away. Their ability to balance genuine warmth with speedy service is what keeps me coming back. This team consistently goes above and beyond, and they deserve all the praise.

Hi this Wendy’s food was very tasty the problem I had today was diffrent then the food. Today I just got back from the beach and I was hungry so when I walk in Wendy’s I order a plain hamburger the people at the front we’re very nice then I to get a seat but the place were I wanted to sit had a training session that was really irritating and now I know every single secret about Wendy’s then I get my food and the seat that we sit at was very wobbly and I couldn’t stand up Or I’d hit my head the other seats were token and some random person was and the couch laying down like it was there home after we eat or tried cause of the loud and obnoxious training thing my cousin mad a funny joke about me and the table wobbled and knocked me ketchup off the table and the manger that was doing the trading rudely told me you better clean up very mean after grandma told me too do not come here this Wendy’s is very horrible and a disgrace.😡

The chicken sandwich was a glorified chicken nugget on a bun. It would be comical if it hadn't cost money.

Today I went to the beach with my family but then we got hungry so we went to Wendy’s and when we got there the service was good but they were having a meeting where I was going to sit and so I had to sit in a tiny area that I could not stand up on and when we finally got our food my cousin ordered a burger with nothing on it and they gave him a chess whit it and he is lactose intolerant and I made a fat joke to my cousin Bryden Spivey and he laughed to hard the wobbly table fell over and all his ketchup fell all over the ground so he was picking it up and the manager that was doing the meeting told him to pick it up or I will make you pick it up very rudely DONT COME HERE😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This store used to be great. I liked it because young kids got to work there and get experience for the future. I used to love getting their salads. I picked up this salad last week on a sunday. The lettuce was soggy. There were olives in it, but it was supposed to be a Caesar. I tried calling before the closed but no one answered. I left a message didn't get a call back .

I used the very easy and intuitive web site to place 2 orders. The website allowed easy, customizable options. My orders were completed on time, the staff were knowledgeable and courteous, and the pizzas were easy to bake and tasted great!

Boy was it a busy evening with SO many orders, but the team was well composed and was able to complete my order exactly how I wanted it. Thank you for following customer instructions so well. It's much appreciated. Can't say that for many places these days.

I've never had a bad experience at Papa Murphys. Pizza always freshly cooked at home on our grill. Flavor is outstanding and consistent.

Called in order. Arrived 15-20 min later and was told the pizza wasn't ready. I was asked to "park in back." 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I then walked in and my pizza was sitting at the drive thru window. Service and quality has not been the same since the ownership changed. I will not go back.

Pizza is great service questionable. To the young woman with the glasses who is short and training the young man who is taller than her the way you spoke to him, was absolutely condescending and put a Bad taste in my mouth.

You could tell it was the lunch rush. So not much hi, have a good day but I get it. I feel like sometimes the quality varies day to day. But for inexpensive pizza it’s our go to place. And the bread sticks are addicting when not over cooked. Happy we have one close by.

Pizza was good. Much better then other chains. I love that pizza is never touched after baking. Taste is great because it's not salty like others and has very little tomato sauce (just like in Italy). Very cheesy 👍

The portal pick up was an amazing feature i loved that my email or the website said your order will be ready at 908pm we showed up to the store at 900pm exactly waiting in the car until 908pm went in and got our pizzas and cheese bread one of the pizza was so doughy and badly under cooked. The other pizza and cheesey bread was so hard old and shriveled up it was ridiculous it was as if the pizza was 3 or 4 hours old so i called in and talked with a David Prescott who was very rude and needs more training in customer service he wanted to know if the pizza had had a bite eaten out of it yet otherwise he couldnt replace it ... we live out of town and i packed up 4 children at 9pm to go get pizza then came home and called to be told they couldnt do anything because of a bite of the pizza being gone no offer of a refund or just to simply replace the pizza at another time furthermore david went on to say that i was the cause of the problem because i left tje pizza in the portal pick up for too long which made it the way it was which was impossible as i described the timeline above.... it was very disappointing as we were hosting a sleep over and our guests were grossed out by the pizza and ultimately we ordered because little caesars is everyones favorite to be completely let down and $22 to be spent on pizza and cheese bread that was inedible .

Always thought highly of caesars until you have a complaint they right off the bat think you want a new pizza and dont take constructive criticism very well busy or not busy i"ve never had a pizza litrarly completly stuck to the bottom of the box thin crust or thick crust. With the managers that are on duty there additudes alone will keep me from little caesars

4.49 for a regular size McFlurry and 2.69 for a mini size. You get approximately the same amount of McFlurry for almost double the price. Save yourself a couple of bucks and just get the mini. I did ask and show the person in the drive through about it and she said that’s how it’s suppose to be and that they can only fill it to the “fill line”. These pictures were taken about 5 minutes after receiving my order.

I ordered 4 sausage McMuffin with eggs, they told me that they were out of egg for the 4 one and said that they could replace the 4th with a bacon, cheese, and English muffin sandwich and this is what they gave me

So I wanted to take time out of my day to really give a great shout-out for one of the staff members this morning. I had the incredible pleasure of being served by Zayn. They were great, i told them my allergy and they went out of their way to ensure the staff complied with that allergy and double-checked my order. I really appreciated that so much. It was 1st time receiving that kind of care before from a McDonald's. We just moved here and its been difficult to venture out this made it all the more worth while.

Everything’s great but they need to learn what proper cutoff times are. I don’t care if it’s 3 minutes until you stop serving dinner. I placed my order and made it in time. Second time they’ve done this.

Just went thru the drive thru. Our double quarter pounde had no bottom bun. Ordered the Big Mac no onions cause allergic. Full of onions tried to call no answer. Live too far away to go back. Worst service ever had there.

i usually really like burger king but when i got the the cheeseburger and it was bubbly and gross looking i suddenly didn’t want to eat there as often.. i like the chicken fries and their onion rings but that burger looked so disgusting i didn’t even want to put it near my mouth.

Always have a problem with the late shift this time food was not hot and the buns for everything i ordered that gad a bun was not toasted. Employees wearing gloves touch things besides food and then going back and handing food again and reusing gloves that they had already removed from their hands

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the order to be incorrect. The replacement was much faster but the inconvenience ruined my opinion of them

Yelled at my friend after we ate there we were getting some drinks from 711 and we dumped our BK and some small amount of trash into the bin and a employee yelled at us despite the fact I held up the BK bag. We won't be back.

I received a poorly cut pizza, and they said it would be replaced. After the second one (the picture) showed up looking just as bad, I stopped the driver and showed them. Their response was "it's just the cut, it's not a big deal". They then went on to tell me how they are the "granddaughter of the owner", and that they'd been working there for a long time. Shockingly it didn't fix the pizza looking like it was cut with a blind 5 year old.

We ordered at a very busy time tonight (friday). It took awhile to get order delivered, but the gentleman who delivered our order was awesome and very polite. Do not remember his name, but again he was very nice.

I feel like it can be a hit or miss with this location...a few months ago I ordered 1 medium pizza with BBQ sauce, salami, garlic, and Spinach. It didn't have salami or garlic on it at all and had so much BBQ sauce you couldn't taste anything else I asked for extra cheese and there wasn't even enough to cover the pizza of course I still ate a slice and the middle of the pizza wasn't cooked the little bit of cheese wasn't melted the dough was gooey. However, lately (past month or so) things have seemed to improve there has been an appropriate amount of sauces on the pizzas, they've taken things off the menu and they don't have, the staff has been friendly the times I do encounter them. I hope they continue to strive to be better.

Never had the thin crust before, never will again. It was completely flavorless for pepperoni & bacon. Kinda tasted like the box. I enjoyed the cheese filled breadsticks much more, even tho marinara would've went well with them.

Burnt. Called and the guys says that there is no guarantee that it won’t be burnt again. Disappointing really. How is this acceptable?

I usually love Dominos but my pizzas were delivered like this. I know the weather isn't too good but I was told when I called the store that this was because it was icy. This doesn't really look like it got shocked a little from a drive. Not only was I unpleased about this but one of my pizzas was completely covered in onions when I requested no onions.

My family LOVES Dominos Pizza! Back before COVID became a problem, my girls (wife and daughter) would order Dominos if not EVERY payday, then atleast once every other payday, or every month that is….. 😊. Their desserts are most definitely worth it, without a doubt…. For sure!!!
