A great place for breakfast! The portion sizes were very large and left me feeling extremely satisfied. I love that they serve a full menu all day with so many options to choose from. The servers were friendly and helped us out with ordering. The food arrived hot and everything came out delicious!

Had supper here & it was great! I had the shrimp Alfredo w/ mixed vegetables & the taco salad. Cool 50's decor. We're back again! We each had a Chef's Salad, yes it was awesome!

Cute dinning restaurant with excellent burgers! My husband ate the Juicy Suzy and I ate the breaded chicken sandwich. Staff was very friendly and I will definitely will be back.

Small diner and serves was great, food was great, and loved being there. I got the corned beef hash and eggs and boyfriend got eggs Benedict. Corned beef was real hash and potatoes. The eggs were fluffy and delicious. 10/10 would recommend

I've never had a bad meal here. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. I had the Minnesota Rancher today and my wife had the Honeymooner. Everything was excellent. My go to is usually the Meaty Cheesy Burger, but we were too early this morning.

We went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy. It looked like a very quiet afternoon at Ze's. This was my first time at Ze's. The restaurant had a retro 60's diner vibe, which is interesting and different. We were greeted immediately and we were able to select where we would like to sit, we selected a booth. The restaurant was very clean and some nice music was playing in the background. Our drink order was taken right away and brought out to us shortly after. We ordered the Chicken Fingers platter and a Denver Omelet. The food came out pretty quick and it was hot. Our meals were ok and they looked ok. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was good and our beverages were filled. The service here was great.

I have loved Davanni's for decades and apprecite their consistency in quality. We ordered pickup and we were told 25-30 minutes. When I went to pick it up, it was not ready, but everyone was working hard. I waited an additional 10 minutes, but again, they were very busy and there wasn't a single employee standing still. When they brought out the pizza they apologized, a part of the pizza had gotten torn off from the edge. It happens, but what I did not expect was for them to give me an additional solo pizza to make up for the imperfection! Great customer service! I tried something different tonight and got the thin crust as well as the traditional. We always order traditional, but I do love a thin crust. Have to say the thin crust is just not worth it. I'll stick to my usual going forward and keep it traditional. UPDATE 5/22 Tonight, we ordered a large, traditional cheese, but this time with extra sauce. The extra sauce was the best call we've made. Highly recommend!

Food is great but definitely more expensive than some other pizza places. I do think the quality is better but ordering take out can make the garlic bread a little soggy. Especially when they stack them on top of each other and the cheese sticks to the top layer. But taste is great and always greeted with a smile..

Ordered 2 large deep dish pizzas and a turkey hoagie. Total was $72.01. Unfortunately, one pizza was really burnt and the other pizza borderline burnt. Bread on hoagie was also burnt. See photos attached. Super disappointed in the quality of the food at this Eagan location. Davanni's is usually pretty good elsewhere. Contacted the store and sent in the pictures of the burnt food and they only offered me a voucher for 2 medium pizzas. I would be more satisfied if they offered to replace my actual order. Not loving the customer service as they apologized and said the food quality should not have been like this, but their action was to give me a voucher for less than what I had paid for. Paid extra for deep dish, too. I had my order to go and I felt bad feeding my family burnt food when we got home. Definitely disappointed in the food quality and overall experience.

The pizza tasted really good and was done well before they told us it would be ready.

I love davanni's. It's my go to Pizza in Minnesota. I had a bad experience with the quality of food tonight. I don't leave a bad review, but this time I have too. The quality of the food I received tonight was nothing less than garbage. I called and explained my issue and they tried to fix it. The only problem was that whoever made my first order made the second. The bread on my hoagie was f old and stale, both times. I feel so bad for the nice lady who tried to make it right! I guess Tuesday night at davanni's is give no shitz night. It's game 6 of the Stanley cup finals so I would hope a Minnesota pizza joint would have it together. I guess I should quit hoping. I'll be driving all the way to Burnsville next time to avoid getting a sandwich made from two day old bread and workers who just don't care what they put out. If you don't want to do your job right, quit... For all of our sakes 👉👈 I just got a response from davanni's in Eagan. I will not be calling them. I will not respond. They crossed me twice in one night. Fool me once I understand. Fool me twice and there is no third chance. I love davanni's but refuse to go back to this one. I'm sure you know who I am at this point. I give solid reviews. The fact that I gave you this review speaks volumes. I want zero compensation. I tried that and you delivered to me the same garbage as was delivered the first time. There's no third chance. Feel free to call me. I know you have my number. Also, I still have the last two orders as they were delivered. Garbage.. Feel free to come and pick these orders up and train your employees on how not to make food. Again, I love davanni's, but you killed the experience. I'm doing you a favor by not posting pictures of this order.

My favorite restaurant in MN, their ingredients are all super fresh and the workers are always polite and quick with you orders, even if you come in a group. I've never seen the slightest mess. I'm going to miss this place the most now that I'm in a new state.

The pizza and hoagies are delicious in my opinion. The menu is vast and they do offer many things for individual tastes. Employees are hard working, and are pleasant to deal with in my opinion here. Prices are modest for the area. With that said. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good pizza or hoagie.

The service at the Eagan location has gone down since Covid. It used to be a favorite place to come. Food and atmosphere is still great, but the service is not friendly, efficient, helpful. I asked for a shake at the order counter and they yell for shake order to the person working at the cashier. The cashier used to yell back, so that everyone knows that the order was heard. I haven't seen them do that system in several years. So, when it was obvious that the cashier didn't hear the order, I told the order taker and he didn't do anything about it. I went ahead of the line to tell them about my shake order. He got to making it right away. The shake was ready by the time my sandwich was ready. Back to the sandwich order. The topping worker asked what I wanted on my BLTA, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado sandwich. I read the list of free toppings and told him. Then, he asked if I wanted Avocado? Yes, it comes with the BLTA sandwich, right? Why ask. I made no further comment. I get to the cashier and there is no sticker on my bag, so he asks what sandwich I ordered. I told him, but didn't clarify the size (there are 3 sizes). It didn't occur to me to say skinny. I was charged the original. How many times have I been eating a skinny and charged for a larger size. Bad service.

I've been to this location MANY times over the years. After a brief hiatus, I went back. Something has drastically changed. In the past three months, I've been in twice. Each of these times I was met with a visible haze, cloud of smoke, that had engulfed the entire restaurant. Upon the realization there is no actual fire, I choke down the smoke to stand in line for take-out. Upon getting home, as I sit down to eat my sandwich, it tastes like smoke, to the point where it is not edible. I can see something like that happening once, but twice now, in a row. Either clean out the conveyor belt system so that crumbs or oil is not burning, or get maintenance on the system as that is not right. Either way, I'm back on hiatus from this place.

I want to preface that this review is so low solely because of the service. Workers are kind of judgemental and confusing. He was staring at me like I was crazy, but at least the food was good despite not being exactly what I wanted. I’ll probably come back some time, just with the hopes of a new worker being there. Update: I ordered a mediterranean sandwich and they didn’t give me half the toppings that actually come with the sandwich. Could’ve been a misunderstanding because the dude was so soft spoken, but why would I order a mediterranean sandwich ONLY to get chicken and feta, when it normally comes with avocado, red peppers, etc.

Placed an order using DoorDash at 6pm and it was to be delivered at 6:47. At 6:45 I started getting texts that the delivery was delayed. I then called Pot Belly at 7 and was informed the order had been ready for pick up for sometime. Then I called DoorDash to find out what the problem was with the delivery. I then canceled the order at 7:15. The order arrived at 7:30 and I informed the DoorDash driver the order had been cancelled. The shakes were melted by then and the food would have sat out for over an hour. Wasn’t going to risk food poisoning. Pot Belly had already charged my card and when I called about the refund, I was told it would be several days before a refund would be processed.

The staff was very friendly the service was very fast they also had a guy in there that was playing Blues he also had a harmonica is playing a guitar I would definitely go back to this location it was my first time at Potbelly's and I'm satisfied.

Nigel is awesome! People like that make me want to come back. After trying the Wreck, it became my new favorite sandwich. I will be back for more of this goodness! It's life changing.

Ordered a kids meal, didn’t receive the cookie, applesauce or water! Ordered extra pickles on a sandwich, ended up with no pickles at all. My bad for not checking the bag before I left but for how much I paid, expected to receive all/correct items.

My first experience with Smashburger. Ordered at a kiosk. Took over 15 min to get food. Burgers were delicious with customizations done correctly. Smash fries were seasoned nicely. Regular tots could use some salt or pepper.

If you're up burger junkie like me, then you probably need to stop here. This is a great burger place. Right about on par with five guys, maybe a little better even. Ordering from a kiosk is fast and straightforward, and that's great. However the prep time could be better. Now, I know that any smashburger employee would say that it takes time to hand pat and cook a burger. Fine. But we live in the modern age here, and airports are a high traffic location. I think they could do better. Also none of the employees were in much of a hurry. I know, I know.... I can hear it now.... What am I? Some type of slave driver? No, I'm just a customer. And if your employees don't work quickly enough, then you probably need to hire some new ones with more energy. All in all, I'm glad I stopped there. And I had a delicious Burger. Therefore, I recommend it.

It was a good burger but the line to wait was a little ridiculous. Quality food and a good quick fix. I'd stop again and eat it when flying.

Sadly overpriced, as is a lot of places at the airport, but here it's quite egregious. Normally a double all american smash is $6.99 anywhere else. Here, it's over $10. Pretty much a 50% price increase for nothing different, I guess the "convenience" fee with eating at the airport. So while good burgers, but not worth the asking price. Also, this particular location, from times I've been, doesn't participate in any of Smashburgers deals or specials, sometimes not even getting new menu items.

I understand that the airport is a busy and chaotic place with different times of the day that have a higher influx of people. However, having a 25-30 minute wait no matter if you just order fries or a meal is a bit outrageous. Either they need to have more people scheduled or have a better system for people. Also, if they expect a 25-30 minute wait and not tell people this until after they have ordered/paid at the kiosks then they need a better way to refund money rather than saying they will pay them later and they can’t get a refund on the spot. I also understand it is a stressful job to have but having the employees constantly yelling is quite overwhelming.

Some people are wearing slippers & some are wearing suits yet we are all here eating a Smashburger in the middle of nowhere on a Friday at 6pm. 🚻 Service: The woman working didn’t want to take our orders so told us to use the kiosks, which is fine because I don’t like talking to people anyways. If you were paying with cash she would talk to you though. ♿️ Accessibility: The seating area here was not wheelchair friendly. The seats were high and there wasn’t enough for turn radius. 👶🏽 Child-friendly: Definitely could find something for little ones here. ❓Recommend: It was my first time having a Smashburger (I had chicken though. I don’t eat beef) and I highly recommend! Their special sauce was delicious.

I put in a mobile order with 6 bowls for my father’s birthday. When opening the bowls each and ever one of them were very little almost nothing! My father’s bowl had the most littlest and he’s the reason we got them. Don’t buy from here because it wasn’t just one bowl it was all of them!

This hunk of…meat(?)… took up half my bowl. I was so disturbed by it that I couldn’t get myself to eat more. Unfortunately, I couldn’t request a refund on the app because I already got one for the missing queso, stale/cardboard-like chips, and incorrect guac size. I rarely write reviews, but management needs to be aware of the quality, or lack thereof, of food that is being served. So disappointing.

If I could rate this place less than one star, I would do that. Made an online order through their website. Got it delivered and it was horribly wrong. They gave me a bowl I couldn't eat because of major allergies. When you call the store you can't talk to a real person so you have to attempt to talk to their AI Assistant, which is absolutely horribly taught. I finally got through to the store one time, and they literally hung up on me. Not on accident, on purpose. Then we had to leave a message at their customer service line instead of speaking to a real person. We finally got a hold of the actual restaurant a second time and they pretended they couldn't hear us. I will never be going to any Chipotle ever again due to their absolutely abhorrent customer service. If you want to eat Chipotle, I won't judge you, but DO NOT BOTHER with this location.

Chipotle is fast. It is a no-nonsense quality food chain. You get what you point at, and the price is always very reasonable. The industrial feel and all-hard-surface restaurant does not exactly invite warm and lengthy dinner conversations. However, the point of Chipotle is fast, good quality, and satisfying food. They get that right everything! The only problem I have ever faced at a Chipotle is the varying serving sizes. A bowl can at the best of times be a two meal affair, and if you are unlucky... not quite a full meal.

This place consistently never has your online order ready on time. It is always a half hour+ late. Not to mention the portions are terribly small. I keep thinking maybe things have improved since the last year, but maybe I'm the idiot for always getting my hopes up. Go to a different location if you can.

Asked for chicken and I was told they were out and waiting for more. I followed up by asking how long until it’s ready. They responded it’s out… so I asked what can I have instead, I ended up with steak. The steak wasn’t great either as it was chewy. I asked since I was force to have steak can I at least pay the cost for chicken instead of the steak cost up. They said no. Overall disappointed and won’t go to this location again. It was dead in there (around 7:30pm) and I was willing to wait for chicken if given the option.

The food is excellent, but the employees make it a tough experience. Everyone who walked in seemed to be treated like an inconvenience, with attitudes to match. The kitchen music was blasting so loud it overpowered the dining area. If you can overlook the staff’s energy, the food itself is absolutely worth it.

I ordered a bowl through the app.. this is not the first time I've had issues with my past orders. I think its time to write a review. This place is disappointing. I ordered a double steak bowl. With about only 10 cubes of steak. They filled the sides of my bowl with a bunch of cheese to make it look "full". The rice is in clumps which makes it look like there is rice there it's not. It's all clumpy which makes the bowl seem like it's full. I paid $22 for a bowl, a drink and a side of Guacamole.. this is beyond baffling. The place is always dirty. Do better. I gave it an extra star just because the girl that gave me my order was actually nice and ready to help out a customer behind me. (I don't know why it's not letting me post pictures for proof, but it's horrible).

I have ordered from here several times and they get it wrong almost every time. I give them the benefit of the doubt and usually roll with it because I get they are busy. This time, it is too ridiculous not to say anything. What a disaster. I posted pics of the burrito I got. I should’ve gotten the kids meal. It was the same size as the Tobassco bottle I have as well as the same size as my hand. I’m not a big dude. Anyway, not worth $13 for sure. What a poorly run place with staff that is clearly dejected and simply do not care. Do not order online or DoorDash. You gotta watch these people or they won’t give you what you ordered.

Put in an order for 2 build your own bowl deals and this location cancelled my order. I put the order in again and this location cancelled it again. Got charged both times though, $273.03 total. Now I have no food or money. I'm beyond angry and will scream this situation from the rooftops. You got 1 star by default, should have been zero stars.

Food is ok. The staff at this location seems to have a lot of turnover and almost no one smiles. The portions seem to get less and less while the prices aren't cheap. Overall it's ok but for the price, I wish it was a better experience. My son is picky and only likes a chicken, rice and guacamole burrito. There was barely any rice added...not even a full scoop.

Always slow. They only have one worker on line during dinner rush. I've seen 3 workers come out the back then slowly go back into the back while one guy waits on a min. Of 6 people all w multiple orders. The food is fair for chipotle. There is dirt and grime everywhere floor to ceiling. Ivehad one good experience and that was for pick up. I've been her multiple times where they make everyone wait for meat to finish. Only reason to come is convenience.

Great food but they put a small portion of meat on the bowls. Atmosphere and service could have been better. Staff seemed very unpersonable, impatient and not a very friendly enviroment. Tables were messy and floor needed swept and clean. Definetely will not be back.

Perfect for a quick snack. Stopped in for ice cream. The cashew sundae is delightful. Butter burgers are a hit with my teen. Just wish service was a bit faster, even the ice cream takes awhile to prepare. Plenty of parking while you wait and servers are friendly.

Took my 4 grandkids for dinner on the 23rd. Place was empty less than 10 costumers.dining. Clerk was rude and impatient when the kids were ordering. Cost was high for food ordered. No value. Food was poor and considering the lack of customers I thought it would be good. My burger was soggy Will not return .

Update: May 11, 2025 (Mother's Day). Well, I finally made it to Culver's! First time EVER in a Culver's restaurant. The employees were great even tipped 2 of them (one a $20 bill and $5 for the other who helped take food to my car). I ordered three very customized dinners for my Mom, wife, and myself that cost $101 with a 10% military discount that came out to $91 and change. With that said. The atmosphere of this place is interesting as I thought Culver's was a "sit down" restaurant with waitresses/waiters taking orders. To my surprise this isn't the case you order your food at a counter, pay for it, and they give you a number to take to a sit down table, which a server will bring your dinner to ya. The only issue I had was the overhead menu which is too cluttered with items to figure out what you want. The one employee who I gave a $20 tip gave me a simple menu to order from which helped greatly!! The menu they have doesn't match the DoorDash app. I found items that Culver's offers not available on DoorDash?!? Weird. The total time from ordering to leaving Culver's was about 30 mins, but I wasn't in a hurry. Wanted to make sure the orders were correct and properly bagged. Even told the employees to take orders from other folks that were in a hurry first. Overall, the atmosphere and service was excellent in my opinion. Lastly, their shrimp is better than Applebee's offering. The Cod fish is superb, and my Mom and wife loved it!!!! -------------------------------------------- Can't rate their service or atmosphere as my order was through DoorDash. I never have been to the restaurant itself, but will one day. With that said. I ordered their 2 piece fried Cod with mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw. The fish was delicious and huge, but the mashed potatoes needed more salt though in my opinion. The Cole slaw was good. Would recommend for those that love seafood.

There new walleye fillet taste good. But very disappointed that my to go order was missing a sauce that was paid .50 cent more. Who so ever was working on my order did a mispick!

Came here with all the grandkids and my daughter and wife. Staff was super helpful and friendly took good care of us place was clean. Food was as expected. We were very happy to have eaten there.

My fiancé and I ordered something as a treat since he had a long day, and they forgot over half our order, and barely gave us any cheesecurds. Not to mention the sandwich & burger were sloppily made, and fell apart almost immediately. So not only did he have to drive all the way back for the other half of the order. Our food was cold, soggy and just not well put together. We don't live far and ordered and picked it up within 10 minutes but it's clear that their staff just don't care about online orders nearly enough to somehow forget well over half the meal and provude poor service on top of that. We're paying a lot of money just for our order to be screwed up 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ we shouldn't have to come back to get the rest of our order.

Culver's used to be awesome. They have So Gone downhill. The food used to be so delicious their portion is so big and now their food is barely a bit Above McDonald's.

Every other bowl of Buffalo Chicken Mac I get hardly has any Buffalo in it. Would like to see more consistency with the food. 09/16/2024 I ordered Buffalo chicken mac today 09/16 and no Buffalo in it. It did have the shredded cheese but hardly any cheese sauce. STOP being stingy on sauces. Just annoying that this even happens. I shouldn't have to order extra sauce to make my mac the way it should be. Figure it out please. 10/12/2024 Ordered food here again. This time one item was forgotten. Ordered three items and the Mac and Cheese with chicken wasn't in the bag. Justgets worse the more you go.

Good day, I'm very pleased with the service, price, value & taste of the meal. I purchased the small shrimp pad Thai, very tasty with a little kick to it. Would enjoy a little more shrimp in the bowl but im sure the larger would have given a larger portion. The rice crispy bar is larger than my hand. Looks to be a large triangle. I also chose a coke bottle from Mexico. In all it cost me 16.98. Im very pleased with it all.

We got two meals from this location and we ordered 2 large drinks that we never received, selected silverware and napkins in the bag and they weren’t there, and our food was truly terrible. My boyfriend could handle his but I made him try my buttered noodles and we both agreed that it wasn’t even worth touching.

I'm enjoying the impossible chicken in the pasta fresca. Perfect spot for a non-meat option. That choice with the orange chicken just doesn't have enough combos of flavors to cover up the fact that it's not meat. This location is our favorite to go to even though we don't live there. They have their stuff together.

Lets start by saying noodles and/or mac and cheese doesn't take 30 minutes to make, learn how to do the job. The two workers barely spoke any English, which also didn't help to speed up a already gathering line. After waiting 25 Minutes or so in line to even place a order, I waited another 30 minutes before I got my food. Once I received my order, it was incorrect as a result, I am truly relieved that I don't have any food allergies as it would have been a bad day. The quantity of my order was also incorrect, I would probably recommend, this day and age that workers speak English so you communicate with customers. This is very rude, annoying and unprofessional which greatly reflects your quality of service & company.

A quick place to get cheap food. The Thai Green Curry was tasty and I liked that the noodles were cooked but not mushy. The sauce was a little sweet and a slight amount of heat (I like very spicy food). The Mac and Cheese was very good but I would have liked the cheese mixed in and not piled on top. The tables were a bit dirty but not enough to make me leave. The staff was friendly and the food was brought to the table without much of a wait.

My work ordered food for us from here on Friday. It was my first time having noodles and company. I ordered Chicken parm- alfredo with mushrooms and spinach. It was great! The portions were large enough that I ate it twice. I will be coming back.

Not sure what the delay was...but my sandwich looked like it was sitting under a headlamp for 35+ minutes and was mushy and nuked by a heat lamp. Management either didn't schedule enough people to work, or something is wrong with the equipment(I think the fryer was slow or something?) Two weeks ago they gave me the wrong food. I won't be back.

I came here cuz I had a coupon for a free whopper with the purchase of a small drink and fry. I know stuff is more expensive but almost $7 for a small drink and small fry. Local chains can do a 1/3 fresh burger on a brioche bun with good fries, a sauce and a beer for $10. $7 for this measly amount is a bit much, HOWEVER.. Dillon at drive through though was super polite and was actually my reason to write this review.. because I was disappointed in the value, but I will return to this location because of good staff like Dillon. I work in hospitality and have worked in restaurants for 20+ years and you can’t fake being genuinely hospitable and kind to people. That’s not a skill corporations can teach and if they can, not everyone can master it. Awesome attitude. This isn’t someone I know and this isn’t something I do when I write reviews, but I did ask him his name at the end because he was awesome and I wanted to pass this along. That’s a good employee 👍🏼

Who doesn't love a whopper? Burger King consistently delivers a satisfying fast food experience. The flame-grilled burgers have a distinct smoky flavor, and their variety of sides, including crispy fries and onion rings, never disappoint.

We’ve gone to to place for years and this is our last straw with them, after countless time of them not giving us all of our order and terrible service with people that obviously hate doing there job, my family got cold fries soggy fries which everyone knows are horrible, our burgers didn’t have anything taken off and my brother has a onion allergy and that’s why we asked for no onion and lucky we caught it in time before he took a bite, they really being like McDonald’s with the broken ice cream machine, I’ve worked in the food industry and when something isn’t available we gave a refund and a complementary side but the lady at the drive threw was very rude about it and said their ice cream machine and said it’s refunded. I’m just done with this bs after all these years. Don’t go you will be let down every time, take it from a 5-6 year customer. I know people don’t check the reviews on fast food places but I hope the manager isn’t a lazy bum and chooses to do something about this.

I usually only eat breakfast at Burger King so I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but their breakfast sandwiches usually never disappoint. I used to frequently go to this location, but it feels like for the last few years they've largely given up on their customer service. The last straw for me was this morning when I needed a quick bite to eat on the way into work. I checked their hours listed on their Google page and it showed they were open at 6am, confirmed by the business just 3 weeks ago. I pulled into the drive through at 6:25am, sat there for a handful of minutes with nobody responding on their drive through intercom, and then I hear some random voice shout "we're not open yet" off in the distance. I gave up and just grabbed a breakfast sandwich from a gas station instead. At least gas station food is more reliable than this location. That'll likely be the last time I try to get any food from this location as this one of a handful of issues I've had with their service.

Every time I go to this burger king I am disappointed. A lot of times their burger buns are dry, but today I went there and ordered 2 whopper jrs which is on the 2 for $5 special. I always get it with cheese. I usually go to the one at town center. I always get them with cheese. There is always comes out to $6.49. so to my surprise this burger king was trying to charge me 8.69 (I might have the change wrong). When I questioned the price difference, the worker said I had to ask for the special or it was regular price. I don't know if it was the worker or the manager/owner of this franchise, but I like I said I'm always dissatisfied going to this location. If you are craving burger King it is worth driving over to the town center location. I promise you the food will not only taste better but they won't try to rip you off on their own deal.

I just called this location 4/23/2025 2:43pm and spoke to a guy who didn’t provide a name. I explained to him I found a grayish black hair in one of the nuggets box that I bought for my children. I explained that I am currently at work and can’t come back. He then says are you sure it’s a hair and not something else. I said yes it’s a hair, he proceeded to say no one there has hair that color. I told him neither do we. It’s literally in their food. He said he doesn’t know what to tell me that it’s not any of the team members hair. This is the SAME GUY who does NOT take accountability nor apologizes for their error… Naomi is the only one there that takes what is being said and apologizes fixes the error.

The staff was patient and tolerant, she even recommended a 3rd party and extra bacon for my baconator burger. We have stopped here before and had a good experience previously as well. We will return again in the future.

I called 38 times, when my order was complety missing 2 items, and I tip them every time and get a hot cookie. They know my order, if they pay attention to costumers that matter. This time, no good service and the food besides missing items was nasty. Sorry but answer your phone, so we can talk about it before I have to waste my time for you wasting my time. Bad deal....

Had a larger order. Tried to order a son of baconator meal. They rang up a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Corrected them and they rang in the same thing again. Then got a attitude about the sauce with the chicken nuggets. Thank God my kid loves nuggets so I just dealt with it and ordered the rest of my order getting something I particularly didn't want. Fry's were cold when I received them also. All in all could have been better

Meh, continuously screw up the window order. Don't worry, they rarely offer a receipt. So, Corporate just assumes you're lying. Would it help if I had pigtails? Probably not...

My wife went to order 7 breakfast biscuits (we have 7 kids) they said we cannot. They can only let us order 5. After some back and forth they said they can let us order 5 and 2 other sandwiches. This is unacceptable. Whoever is working or whatever policy that says we can only get 5 is down right gross. Also semantics, if a promo deal says 5 per person and we have 7 kids plus my wife, that is 40 sandwiches... I also tried calling for 30 minutes straight to talk with a manager with no answer

Got my drive thru order wrong TWICE. And cold soggy fries. No apology. Very disappointed

Came in and ordered pizzas and wings. My pizza was wrong. When I brought it they were closed but website said they were open. When pulled up employee was outside and I got out and explained what happened. Than I talked to a manager to see of I could get a new one made for tomorrow since they were closed. He said he would give me 10.00 credit. I paid 22.00 only ate 1 peice and I noticed it had peppers and onions on it. Worst experice. Being a manager of a restaurant I would of replaced it when they were open not make me pay for half of it. When they made it wrong.

We ordered 28 pizzas for a 85 staff appreciation at a Middle School in Eagan during conferences. Pizzaman manager and staff were great to work with! They were flexible & returned calls timely. We got positive feedback from the teachers and staff about how great the pizzas were. We will be ordering from Pizzaman again for the next conference meal.

I placed an order for delivery to a customer and can't say enough good things about this Pizza Man location and their awesome staff. They provided amazing service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered as requested and on time. Their pizza is so delicious as well. Can't wait for the next time I'm in town to enjoy their pizza again!!

The eatery is inside a convenience store. 3.5 stars feels about right. Had a $10 Denver breakfast burrito. It was pretty big, but nothing special. Only one restroom.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved and earned. The quality of the food is good but the service is outstanding. Felicia went out of her way to make my stop amazing. She’s educated in the business and food she helps serve, quick to give her favorites & maintains an amazing standard of how you should be/act at a business like this. How you should treat your guests. I will for sure be back.

I live for beefy saucy burgers and this place delivers. It’s strange to order and pay in a gas station but the atmosphere of the kitchen and eating area makes up for that. Top notch taste. I would like to see more options on the self-serve order system to add sauces on the side instead of on the burger or to add a glass of ice water. Good work team.

Check my reviews on my profile. I rarely very rarely leave a bad or mediocre review. I give two stars only because the cheese curds were pretty good. I got the Al Pastor Chicken bowl. And I’m a be very honest here. It tasted like toilet water. Would I eat here again. Maybe, but I’ll have to try a different item. Not sure if I came on a wrong day. But it seemed like the ingredients within that bowl, was OLD. I was so excited to have my food delivered to me, I’m a truck driver over the road btw so sometimes it’s a little difficult getting a nice hot delicious meal. I was pretty disappointed, now I have to figure out what I’m going to eat all over again.

Local to me, tried for the first time. Opted for take out. Order was ready on time, fries delicious. Smoke house wrap was delicious, hot, juicy. Only thing I would change is adding coleslaw instead of lettuce, but that's a personal preference on how I like my bbq handhelds!

TEXAS BBQ? Sort of ......... Everything here is Ok. Not great. Not terrible. Ribs: They were not fall off the bone tender. Wrestling was required for The 3 bones I got. The bones themselves had small amounts of meat on them and the rub on them is so-so. Brisket: The beef brisket was halfway between tender & dry. The "Chef" refused to slice from the point so I had to accept the flat. It was Ok. I did like the smokiness flavor to the brisket & ribs. Pulled Pork: The pulled pork was dry. That is all I have to say about this. French Fries: Meh. I've had better. Mashed Potatoes & Gravy: Very good. I liked this quite a bit. Bottom line. This place is good if you live in the area and want decent BBQ quickly. It's NOT WORTH DRIVING 30 MINUTES ACROSS TOWN FOR. There are plenty of other solid choices the Twin Cities. I would have given this place 4 stars but I could not believe the "Chef" wouldn't cut me some brisket from the point. That's not very customer friendly. Sorry dude.

The food was awesome. I ordered quite a few things and they were all really good. I'll definitely be eating here meny more times. This unassuming joint is shared with the shell gas station, but don't let that deter you from dressing to the 9s and inviting your favorite person. Maybe just bring allong aprons or bibs too if you opt into the BBQ.

I went through the drive-through, and ordered a number one on sliced wheat bread, and there was barely any mayonnaise on it and the bread was all crinkled up like it had been mushed up in the bag, I know it all goes down in the same place, but you like your meal to look fairly decent, I mean it, barely covered up the meat. It just didn’t taste right at all and I was there last week and it was really really good so I don’t know who it was tonight that did it but they flew through it really quick.

Two nights ago, we ordered two regular sandwiches and one giant. When we first got the food, they gave us three regular sandwiches, as if we never ordered a giant. It was okay considering they made us another sandwich after we told them about it. However, my mother got food poisoning from whatever was in the Italian Nightclub.

I ordered a tuna sandwich right at 845 closing time and picked up during my work lunch. Opened it and there was barely any Tuna or mayo. It was a holiday and waited Monday to call. They were rude and said why I waited until now to call. The lady who gave me the sandwich probably was the manager. When I called to ask for.the manager and she said she was the manager. When I told her what happened, she gave the phone to her manager. He told me they usually pit a scoop. That was no scoop. I ordered before and I know there weren't much Tuna. I remembered when she handed me the sandwich, it was poorly wrap.

I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for several years, but lately, my experiences have been disappointing at the Eagan location. Over the past few visits, there’s consistently been something missing—whether it’s the cheese I paid extra for, a bag of chips, or the side of Kickin’ Ranch. I never filed a complaint because each issue has been spaced out and felt too minor to make a fuss over. But now it’s becoming a pattern, and it’s frustrating that attention to detail seems to be slipping. There have also been times I’ve gone through the drive-thru and was handed just a wrapped sandwich—no bag, no napkins, no offer to include them. It feels strange not to even be asked, especially for a takeout order. What pushed me over the edge was my most recent visit. The woman at the drive-thru was kind, but when I went to pay with my credit card, she asked if I wanted to add a tip. That genuinely made me angry. I didn't say anything to her besides "No, thank you." Tipping in America was intended to support servers earning less than minimum wage—not for drive-thru transactions where no additional service is being provided beyond handing over a sandwich. To have a cash tip jar hanging out the window and be asked "would you like to add a tip to your total" is too much. The tipping culture has gotten out of control, and this reflects poorly on Jimmy John’s as a brand because they must not be paying their workers a liveable wage. Please do better. Double check orders before handing them out the window. "Freaky Fast" is great, but not when the orders aren't correct. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about missing items or being guilted into tipping for a basic takeout transaction.

It was great, but I'm now realizing that Jimmy John's Subs are not the greatest for people with blood sugar problems or diabetic.

Came in to buy the new caprese sandwich and was excited as I work at another sub shop and we don’t carry this one. I bought the biggest size just for one of the main ingredients the mozzarella to be missing and the balsamic glaze which quite literally makes the sandwich what it is. When I called and asked for a refund I got attitude because I wouldn’t take store credit, and I could hear the guy talking foul about me to his co workers. Some staff you got working there.

I eat at McD several times a month. I find their fish sandwiches and fries can be very tasty if they are fresh. This time I ordered fish and fries via drive thru. I asked for the fish to be fresh. The order taker confirmed it would be made to order. It was early evening, but I got the order without much wait. I checked it in the parking lot, where I took this photo. What I got was a not hot shriveled piece of fish that was NOT fresh. The fries were kinda warm...definitely not hot...and tasted like cardboard. They also were not fresh, and definitely not enjoyable. I was just home from a very long drive, and normally probably would have asked for a replacement order, but mostly just wanting to get home, so I didn't. I ate the sub-par made-to-order fish and threw the fries out.

Paid for 2 large caramel macchiato got small because i said no ice. Lady at Window is very rude asking what else we are waiting on, when they hadn't given us or food.

I left McDonald’s because of the price, but this is the 1st morning of Monopoly! It’s back after the great Big Scandal from the last Monopoly. Gotta wait a few weeks till the chains use old containers without stickers. This is a poor misrepresentation of the McDonald’s name. It has me turned off from McDonald’s. It’s now the local scam. Still overpriced. Workers here have no patience! Like what is so pressing to have my order in ASAP by someone with six hours left to stand and take orders? Everything was exactly as ordered and surprisingly hot!

What is even the point of using the McDonald’s mobile app when the staff can’t manage a basic order? Today, at the second window, I was asked what I ordered—despite clearly placing it through the app ahead of time. There were only three items. The woman at the window in the green shirt handed me the folded paper bag like everything was in order. It wasn't. One item was completely missing. I called afterward thinking the app would allow for a quick refund. But no—the only option was to drive back to the location. That’s an absurd requirement for a mobile order gone wrong. The app is supposed to make things easier, not add another errand to my morning. Your process is outdated, and the staff showed a shocking lack of attentiveness and professionalism. This morning was totally ruined because of these errors. McDonald how hard is it to include refund on the app—and allows its location to see the order and issue it as well, not a name in the book. How old.

I bought a snack wrap from a McDonald's Apple Valley location or nearby. It was warm and the chicken had a little crisp. I fell in love.. Bought one yesterday at this Eagan location and fell out of love. I was so disappointed. It was cold and didn't have the same crisp. Never again! I would've taken it back if I hadn't just finished working 14 hours. I ordered inside thinking the drive thru might not get me a good experience. So disappointed!

You have to wait for someone at the register to fill a brand new cup every time you want a refill. I waited 4-5 min for someone to realize I wanted a refill. I won't be going back to this McDonald's any time soon.

Normally the foods pretty good I don’t know what it’s been for the past couple weeks so I get extra chili extra cheese in my burritos and then I don’t get them. And then tonight I ordered two steak quesadillas and a number four combo. I get one steak quesadilla And then that. Who is making the food lately? Normally, you guys do much better than this.

We came in around 6:30 on a wednesday evening! The drive thru was packed and flowing fast! We went into lobby. My order tends to be slightly difficult for the order stands so we went to the front register. The gentleman was SO fast to smile, greet and take our order. We come from a town that that is very uncommon. He did amazing with our order with no mistakes. Our food came out FAST. It was fresh and probably the best tacobell I have had in a LONG time. This location is being ran well and the team is amazing. Thank you for making the end of our mother daughter’s day perfect with some hot and fresh burritos!

Honestly worst manager I’ve ever experienced in my life. If she can manage to treat me like that in the drive thru I can’t imagine how she treats employees. Haven’t been back in 6 months. I hope she’s gone now and maybe I’ll try going back and deleting this review if she is gone. I reached out to corporate and got no response. I’m sure they have several managers so I'm sure some are fine and I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s career who was not part of the situation. But it’s really unfortunate because I’ve been driving 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes to go to Taco Bell almost every day.

I've really been enjoying Taco Bell a lot in the past couple years. It seems like they're starting to find their bearings and have been on the up and up. Food is always fresh and good even if it's mystery meat.

Service non-existent, taste an atmosphere fair although the burrito I received had a joke amount of meat like 2 chopped up rubber bands. Will probably be a decade before even considering trying again.

This one is usually good, but service has dropped significantly. Had to wait 15 minutes at the second window for decaf as my food got cold. Manager argued with me and then offered only a refund for the decaf. Make this right McDonald's. You're not special.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION!!! The staff was mostly Spanish workers that had a hard time understanding English. They had to get a manager who was able to tell them what my order was. I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with sausage, cheese and egg. One mcmuffin was missing the egg, the other missing the cheese. Unfortunately I did not find this out until I got home. I made the mistake of thinking that for how much these workers get paid by the hour, that they were intelligent enough to follow simple instructions. Or maybe they don't just give a damn. Regardless, I will NEVER go back to that location again.

Kids ordered Hello Kitty x Ninja Turtles Happy Meals, which were advertised and shown with options. Instead, they got different toys. An apple slices pack was already open in one of the Happy Meals. Burgers had a different amount of cucumbers. Small things, but you expect them to get it right, especially for kids' orders. From the positive things, the place looks clean.

This McDonalds is absolutely horrible. Orders are never right, the wait time is atrocious and everyone who works there was either hired at an amber alert or at the immigration office. Have called numerous times and was either hung up on or told I was talking to a manager but then was later informed that the individual was a regular shift worker. Management, the franchise is owned by Tom Butler, either doesn't care or is to busy counting his McDonalds dollars to be bothered. I wish more people would just boycott such places until something is fixed but as a society we just HOPE they get it right and move on. We all work too hard and to not receive what we asked for and then be treated like we're the ones at fault is wrong. Mr. Butler if you're reading this, bwtween your deposits at the bank and manicures....people have other choices. Train your people and bring back personal service. You owe us that much.

I've never had a problem with this location until today. The lady at the window gave me the wrong sandwich, and I didn't notice until I got home and after breakfast ended. I ordered a spicy sausage McMuffin with egg. The grill slip I received said "Sausage Egg McMuffin without sausage". Super frustrating to not receive the meat since these sandwiches are not cheap!

Food was fine. This is the one location where we actually get our requested sauces and ketchup etc. They get it right each time versus other locations....it's missing or wrong. Cookies weren't very fresh. It just feels like the portions get smaller and the prices go up.

Idk, maybe it's been awhile since I've been in a McDonald's, or maybe it's just that I went into a McDonald's in Minnesota for the first time, but I thought it was weird that there was only 1 dispenser of napkins, and a tray of salt & pepper, but nothing else like ketchup for example available. Was no drink dispensers either. Maybe it's time to just give up on McDonald's altogether? The fries weren't hot at this location and about half full, and the sandwiches were pretty meh on flavor, but truly, I did enjoy the cookies.

I stopped at KFC on Saturday. I was pretty sick (super bad cold) and I wanted some food to munch on for a few days. No white meat chicken so I ordered 5 pieces of dark meat with Mac & cheese on the side. I only received 4 pieces of chicken and the Mac and cheese was inedible. I got home to eat my chicken. I was very disappointed. Usually when I go it’s juicy and falls apart. Makes my mouth water. This time the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to pull hard to get the meat off the bone. It didn’t taste right. To much black pepper. It didn’t have very much coating. This is the thigh I tried to eat.

Love this place brings back SO MANY memories but ever since I tried there cinnamon rolls I cannot forgive what happened... ralph

Extremely fast!! Amazing food and nice service. I arrived one minute after open. I was immediately greeted by the woman who took my order. She was kind, though I barely got my order out before she asked "For here or to go?" Still, she didnt come off as rude. I understand she's at work and doesn't have all the time in the world. My order was ready literally in about one minute! Hot, fresh, perfect!! A+++ $5 VERY well spent. I'm in Eagan 2x a week and I think I just found my new lunch spot :)

Nice they are open later than other choices in the area. Plus there is indoor dining. Something not do common for other restaurants in the area. Not very busy that evening as well. The chicken was good as usual!

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was completely unprofessional — rude, inattentive, and clearly not interested in doing their jobs. Our food was thrown together with zero care. Everything looked and tasted disgusting: cold fries, sloppy burgers, and wrong size drink. When we pointed out that our order was wrong, they acted like it was our fault and refused to fix it. No apology, no effort to make it right. If you’re looking for fast food done right, I suggest you skip this location altogether. Total disappointment.

If I could give negative stars I would. Seriously guys it’s not rocket science! Absolutely atrocious order handeling from your team. I ordered a Cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget fries and a MCchicken and a Diet Coke. I did not receive the nuggets at all. Fries were cold and old. My Cheeseburger did not have CHEESE. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The latina manager here is so rude she will definitely be working here for the rest of her life. I tried telling her that someone had switched the coke and the diet coke syrup (very politely) because someone literally did!!! and she just goes “no” but I went back and got a diet coke 2 times for it just to be a regular coke that I can’t even drink… She doesn’t care. Anytime I call there they just hang up on me. I literally don’t care what her situation is, she needs to treat people nicer. That’s just disgusting. Everyone here is so so sweet. I DO NOT KNOW HOW SHE GOT THE MANAGER POSITION!!!! Most crew members there would do so much of a better job

Fries were not fully cooked, chicken. Tenders were questionable on doneness or not. I ordered a big Mac and the cheese slice didnt make it on top of the salad that should have been a burger. So I got the lettuce down to a reasonable level, reassembled the sandwich and discovered there was sauce all over the bun too, so I couldn't hold it very well either. Just very sloppy and not great. My wife ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it was DRIPPING with grease as if it had been sitting in water. Grease dripped all over her shirt which is now ruined.

Went to this location. In the past service was great. Today, however it was not. One of my group did a modified burger. They did the modifications, BUT they also took off the bacon. Which was to left ON the burger. Didn't realize until we got home. It also didn't print up a receipt which he needed. The other person to order had NO changes and we have to wait a good chunk of time to get his order. So got the receipt, we were STILL waiting for the second order. There were 2 women that wanted refills the cup was taken, and wasn't brought back to her she had to asked for it. They were there, BEFORE my party arrived. When they did get the drink Diet Coke it was very light in color. The the lady mentioned this there was 3 lady that comment that the drink was weak. They fixed it. So, after getting home and discovered the missing bacon, tried to call the location and it went to VM. It will be a while before I try that location again in the future.

This is one of the most disappointing McDonald's I've been to. The location seems set up to focus on drive through service. The interior is cramped and poorly designed. The staff seem disinterested in actually helping customers and actively lie when you just ask honest questions about happy meal toys. It's McDonald's food, so you know what you're getting, but I'd go to any other location in any area over this one ever again

I don't always stop here, but when I do, I will always get parked. I don't mind it too much, but dang it the last time and this time I'm missing an item. I just don't get it, the order receipt is literally sticker on the bag! It's not my job to check my bag for my items, it's their's. Fast, but their accuracy sucks big time.

Cheessteak sandwich was horrible. A sloppy "cheese dip with small chunks of "meat" on a bun. Not as pictured on tv ad or menu at all. Sloppy gray colored, cheap canned flavorless "cheese".Not grilled with peppers and onions. Employee,a millennial, stated "That's what we are given to serve" and slammed the drive up window. Crinkle fries were cold, stale and tasteless. Never will order anything from Arby's again!

Not the best experience at this Arby’s location. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru—middle-aged and noticeably unfocused—didn’t seem to be paying attention at all. I only ordered 2 jalapeño sliders, a pack of potato cakes, and a classic roast beef with sides of ketchup and ranch. We were the only car in the drive-thru, so there was no excuse for being busy or multitasking with other customers. I had to fully repeat the order three times, which was honestly baffling. I have several years of experience working in the fast food industry, so I have a solid understanding of how drive-thru operations work. At one point, I even wondered if she might have been under the influence of something—her behavior was that out of it. To top it off, the roast beef looked off in color and didn’t taste like it usually does. It's definitely not the Arby’s quality I’ve come to expect. Really disappointing visit overall.

I have to say their food is good their food is better than McDonald's I'm sorry to upset McDonald's but I can see the service is good and the atmosphere is good too but I really appreciate if they can bring back the three pepper packets again

*10am 7/27/22* Slow service. Worker said he was the only person there working. Clearly saw 3 others sitting around. Ordered #5 meal didn't even get the chicken that came with the sandwich. Sandwich was completely cold. They "don't have the meats"

I was so excited to have the Reuben sandwich from Arby's and was so disappointed when I opened up the wrapping and it was just the corned beef, cheese, saurkraut and dressing on rye bread but not grilled. When I called to tell them that is not a Reuben it is just a corned beef sandwich the manager on duty continued to contradict me. I am a caterer and I am correct and if you look it up anywhere they are always grilled. Please inform your staff of this for future reference. Thank you so much.

VERY disappointed in my southwest salad. Most of the salad appeared to be cabbage I assume. I’m not sure what it is but it’s not salad & no it’s not cheese, even though it looks like it. I’ve NEVER received a salad from chic fil A that looked like this! Update: came back for a refund & was given a hard time. Apparently this location doesn’t give refunds “due to policy”. Manager on duty Megan was dismissive & seemed as though she just wanted to be over the situation. I ended up contacting customer support and everything worked out. This is my 2nd time here within a 2yr spand and received terrible food & service once again. Will not be coming back to this location & wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If a problem arises I would suggest contacting customer support for this location.

Food service atmosphere great! I regularly come here for the chicken. I love the chicken nuggets. Chicken wrap and chicken sandwich. I enjoy that I can upgrade the drink to a milkshake with out anyone giving me any problems unlike McDonald's. I also enjoy getting the waffle fries. Sometimes I get those upgraded to large waffle fries. They are great for dipping in the ice cream. Fantastic food, I don't have to worry about greasy or messy. They are open most days of the week. Very good! My meals usually cost around 16 or 17 dollars.

This location has friendly staff and consistently good food. However, there has been stuff either missing or messed up in my order the last four times I went there. Remember to check your bag before leaving to ensure that everything is there!

This was a bit unexpected for us. Every Chick-fil-A we have been to has been very positive. This location in Eagan was not as clean as I would expect. I usually see employees out cleaning tables but instead they all seem to be screwing around in the kitchen. We forgot to add a piece of cheese to one of our sandwiches, my wife went to ask if they could add for us. They were willing. Service was quick but the shift lead who brought our food spilled the drink on several items on our tray. I helped him right the cup as he was about to loose it more. He didn't say anything about it. Instead he just asked us to come to the counter to pay 30 cents for the cheese. That's fair as it's not a free upgrade though good customer service would dictate just fixing that. The chicken was a bit over cooked compared to what I'm used to but was still good. Overall I'm really surprised as I expected the Eagan location to be as good or better than West St Paul. But I was wrong. WSP has always provided a perfect experience.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. As soon as we walked in, not a single table was clean or sanitized to sit at. Every trash bin was full, and the staff taking orders did not seem pleased to be there. I had placed my order online, and it wasn’t even complete when I picked it up. We ended up having to clean our own table just to sit down. During the entire time we were there, we did not see a single employee attempt to clean tables or empty trash. Very disappointing experience for a location that carries the Chick-fil-A name.

Great place for some friendly family eating. I usually stuff my handsome face there often enough to be a consistent patron.

I received the wrong meal and called customer care. I was told the location manager would call me, but I haven’t received any follow-up. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A location. If I were you, I’d drive a bit further to the Apple Valley Burnsville location instead.

4 hours for my delivery? Freaky SLOW! Missing items, and when I go too the hotel lobby, the bag of food was just laying on a table, ripped open, with chips, potato salad, and sauce laying on the floor. Just terrible. I called and was told the manager was too busy to talk to me, but they could refund me for the missing items or deliver them. I told them I wanted them. It's now been over 4 hours from my order, and they aren't even answering the phone.

Jimmy John’s is always a solid go-to when you want something quick, fresh, and consistent. Their sandwiches are simple but packed with flavor, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. Service is usually lightning fast, living up to their “Freaky Fast” reputation, which is perfect when you’re on a lunch break or in a rush. Prices are fair for the quality and speed, and overall it’s a reliable option when you want a sandwich without the wait.

Over 45 minutes and my food still hasn’t arrived… freaky fast my a**! Will not be ordering from this location anymore. After an hour of waiting I had to finally call and cancel my order. When youre paying $25 for a sandwich to be delivered it should be delivered in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst location in the US. Employees have a nasty attitude and even when your sandwich has literally 3 ingredients, they will still get it wrong. It’s shocking that these people can manage to even dress themselves in the morning.

If you walk into the store and order in person, they’ll make you wait behind 300 online orders and the drive thru.

Per Jimmy John's standards my order was made fast and tasted delicious. I ordered the #16 Club Lulu, add cheese, no tomatoes, extra mayo, and sauce. Made it a meal with a drink and the Salt and Vinegar chips–best S&V chips I've ever had. Jimmy's is my favorite sandwich chain. That said, the place was clean but the restrooms needed some attention. And despite it being a sunny day, the shade umbrellas were closed so I had to open one myself. 4/5 stars for a good experience that could have been better with some extra attention to detail by the employees.
