The 15 best cheap eats in the Apple Valley

I used to be so happy that canes didn’t over salt their fries but now they have started to be just like McDonald’s and the fries are almost inedible because of so much salt! Your fries are good without it! Stop oversalting the fries!

This used to be the spot to go if you wanted your order fresh and correct every time. Unfortunately, the last 3 times, my order has been incorrect- items have been missing. Today, we waited a significant amount of time, which would've been fine if the food was fresh, but it wasn't and the items I paid extra for were on the receipt but not in my order. Almost $50 on fast food every time.... my order should be correct.

Came here for lunch having never been to a Raising Cane's before. Service was very friendly and personable at the order counter, and the restaurant was very clean and looked nice. The food was ready quickly, and I rather liked it. The sandwich was three chicken fingers instead of one chicken patty, and while I would hace preferred the single piece for ease of eating, the fingers did taste great. Lightly breaded and the chicken wasn't dry at all. Not quite enough Cane's sauce to really get that taste, though. The fries were good, but very ordinary. Would come again!

Update from my last poor review. I really don't like making poor reviews when I like the place. The 1st time I tried to pick up canes for dinner since my last disappointing experience. Again they just can't get it right I ordered a Caniac my usually and got home and only 1 sauce. Not nearly enough for a 6 piece chicken strip meal even if the strips are half the size they used to be. Canes tried contacting me and I didn't reply cause maybe it was a fluke. But now the 2nd mistake in 2 visits. I'll surely talk with them this time.

Apple Valley Raising Cane's Chicken was a hit today!! The service was Top notch. The wait time was 2 minutes. The food fresh hot & delicious. The restaurant clean and clean restrooms 🚻. Table's cleaned immediately after each use. All restaurant's need to have a staff available for the eating area Table's, just like this one does! 👌 Great experience. See pic's....

Been going to this location for years. Great service, some of the servers even know my order. Very friendly, fast, and highest quality fast food you could ask for.

Fast and friendly service. Best chicken you can get in at a fastfood restaurant. The simple menu of only chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and toast makes a difference I think. The food is always hot when I get it. If you want chicken you can't go wrong here. This is also one one of the few places to get good sweet tea round here. BTW if there is a line don't worry they are always fast getting people through asap.

Good food with great prices! Always my go-to when we want a qucik bite to eat. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always hot n fresh, and the service is always quick and friendly. I haven't had a thing i haven't liked yet.

As someone who had never been to a Culver’s before I had high hopes for this considering it is in the Midwest. I wouldn’t say it lives up to the outrageous hype I hear everyone talking about but the food was fresh and the prices are fair. The lucky charms mixer and it was by far the highlight of the meal.

Culver's is one of my favorite fast food places, and for this location in particular the fries were amazing, and i thought i would try the pub burger this time- so me and my family took to-go tonight and opened our food when we got home. I did not see the paper initially and ended up accidentally eating it- plus when i opened the box it was soaked in oil and mayo... I'm disgusted. Edit: we called and they offered a free basket, were good now- I just won't be going back to this location

If I could do it for a big fat ZERO I would!!! All young kids no customer service skills. I had to ask after card payment if we're all good to go she stood there and said NOTHING!!! Food came out and the fries were double fried in the deep fryer along with dirty oil in fryer and that also ruined the fish.. yuck!!! And the dinner rolls were dry and hard as hockey pucks... yuck yuck 🤮 no customers and trash all over thee floors

There were 12 young employees standing around laughing, whipping their hair around above and around the food, no gloves as they would touch everything including their face then touch shake lids on people's drinks. The drive thru line was backed up around the building, inside was not too bad but more workers standing around talking and giggling than getting drinks or orders. We waited for 1 drink a very long time.

Great location, as expected with Culvers. Not once have I had a bad experience and the streak still remains strong. Very clean restaurant, nice employees, overall 10/10.

Salad was delicious, but I was a bit surprised to be served an egg in my Cobb Salad with shells on it. Obviously not intentional, but when I pointed it out to an employee nothing was said or done about it.

I went there for lunch and used the drive thru. After pulling away from the window, I had to go back into the store twice for missing items. I suppose it's my fault for not thoroughly checking. But I also like to assume my order is right to not hold up the lunch line behind me while I check. Each time I went into the store and explained items were missing, the cashiers took care of it. But the manager was standing right there and said nothing. The young people were pleasant. But the manager could have at least acknowledged me. It's especially inconvenient going into the store when the reason you used the drive through is because you have a car full of kids. The food was fine, but I wasn't appreciative of the service on this particular day.

I don’t get what all the hype is about. The food is mediocre at best. It definitely doesn’t outweigh the ridiculous 18 minute average wait times and why are the waffle fries ALWAYS undercooked, unseasoned, and limp?? Not Impressed. At all. Not open on Sundays always confused me. Maybe if they were open on Sundays the lines would go down on the other days and the employees would have the opportunity to work more hours in order to be faster? There is better food out there. Not a fan of this quirky little fad chicken joint.

I used the fast food delivery service Uber, when I received it, the food was still intact, the seal was intact, however my son, after opening the seal, completely exclaimed: "Mom, someone has eat my food", chicken nugget, strips, was bitten by someone and left teeth marks. I called them, they know how to please customers, they are willing to send me back the same food, upon confirmation from Uber, but waiting for confirmation from uber delivery takes more than a few hours. Later. We decided not to eat that food anymore, left it and got our money back the next day.

I ordered sandwiches with buffalo sauce and they gave me barbecue. Not so bad if I didn't just drive 20 minutes to get home. Check your orders before you leave the store.

I come here to pick-up doordash orders, when I am dashing. It is extremely hard to get any employees attention for the food I am picking up for my customer. I am also a customer by picking up an order as well. The lack of acknowledgement, getting looked at and still not getting acknowledged is literally top-notch at this location, every time I stop in to grab a doordash order. My fiancé has had to stop in to go to the bathroom, and on the same occasion, I have had employees barge past me and him without a care in the world. Worst customer service experience by far. Today was an example, where I stopped in and I believe a woman manager, looked right at me with a dirty look on her face and then proceeded to turn around and act as if I didnt exist when picking up a doordash order. Just bad customer service.

I'm so mad usually I gt to the Rochester Chick-fil-A but it just so happens my daughter is a senior this year and we decided to cater the girls in Burnsville after there tournament. We decided on the Apple Valley chick-fil-A seriously the catering director lady was so RUDE. Rochester always gave me the catering bag to keep the sandwiches warm. We would have had the bag back by 0930am but she would even listen. Seriously when you spend that much money the lady should have been a little nicer!!!!! I hope the sandwiches are still warm when they are done. Shame on Apple Valley chick-fil-A!!!

Good value for the money. Lots of choices. Great artisan buns. We had the truffle mushroom burger and the turkey burger. Both were very tasty. Hot fresh fries were a plus. The smash fries are tossed in olive oil, garlic and rosemary. The seasoning is just right. Will definitely go back. Many more choices to try!

I guess no Mayo means let's cover it in Mayo. And they didn't add the pickles we asked for. So check the ticket AND the food before you leave. The cashier was very nice. Thats the only reason I'm putting 4 stars.

Great place to go for a bite to eat the staff were very nice and helpful also the food is quite great there burgers are amazing and very tasty and the french fries are also pretty tasty and it wasn't to expensive and its near the main road so its not out of the way if you are looking to go grab a bite to eat.

Avocado with bacon Double smash burger is amazing, that sweet potato fries as well. Chocolate shake is good too. My first time here but had amazing meal! That sweet potato fries will be my favorite now compare to potato/french fries!

Good choice for a high end fast food burger joint. Very efficient service! We placed our order and the first burger was ready by the time we sat down. Smash fries are really good! Burgers are not greasy and are packed with flavor. You must have a homemade Haagen Daaz shake to round out the experience!

Possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had! The sin city burger plus smash tots were amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We even got our picture with the chef! So fun!

Ordered about an hour ahead of time to pick up. waited 15 minutes after pickup time, no food, workers locked people out of the restaurant. Restaurant was filthy. Workers were throwing garbage directly onto the floor. dirty dishes piled everywhere. No communication if order was received, when it would be ready or anything. waited 15 more minutes and left. this unfortunately seems consistent with other Chipotle restaurants.

The people behind the counter were being trained in so the service was slow, but that isn't w why I gave 4 stars on service. A worker that seemed more experienced messed up our order by putting the wrong sauce on by accident. When I asked if it was the right sauce he didn't respond. When we took our first few bites, it was far too spicy for us.

Had went and ordered 1 burrito and 2 bowls and when ordering I told them what I wanted . Well the other employee trying to rush me , mind you no one was behind me had put stuff in my bowls and mixing it all up . I told them to do one at time so there wouldn’t be confusion and he just kept going . Also why is the quality soo bad like why does my bowl have a big price of the bottom of the lettuce .

Lettuce wasn’t washed throughly. It would be great if the kitchen could pay a bit more attention to washing fresh produce.

Great food made fresh. The dining area could use some attention, but given that it was a busy time of day, it is understandable. I usually get chicken but tried the beef and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Would order the beef again the next time I visit. Recommend coming at a less busy time for a shorter wait.

I've never seen this before, every single table. I mean that every single table was very dirty as if it was the new normal. The customer service was decent I appreciate those young men and their hospitality. They unfortunately were the only upside to the visit. The food tasted very overcooked.

Staff was dismissive and unprofessional. Even tho store was nearly empty and no line, i waited several minutes standing alone in line waiting to place my order before anyone even acknowledged me. Also disappointing store had many dirty counter and table tops only 20 minutes after open and no customers. As always ingredients and flavor were good, otherwise i would never return to such a negative, unwelcoming, and unsanitary atmosphere to eat.

Food is pretty good. Feels and tastes fresh. I've come her for my burger cravings. Wait isn't generally too long since you're getting everything basically cooked fresh. As far as the interior goes, its ok. Sometimes its a bit dirty from previous customers.

Came in for takeout, your burgers and fries have become a favorite at our house. We decided to try the shakes tonight and they didn't disappoint. Nice little place and cool that you offer a water cup to people waiting for their food. We'll be back. PSA: if you're looking for a single burger patty, order the little burger option... the regular comes with two patties.

Came in hungry for a big burger and I got what I wanted and some more, they never let me down. Milkshake is my favorite. Thanks guys. See you soon.

Worst Give Guys in the country. After 2 tries to get a hamburger and small fries, the order was still not correct. No apology, but was looked at as if I was unreasonable for expecting what was ordered. Place was not busy and was filthy. Not a clean table in sight. Absolutely horrible and very disappointing.

This is a 10 out of 10!! A for sure must!!! We were lucky enough to stumble across this place and we will becoming regulars for sure!! The food is amazing and cost and portions are great! I cannot speak highly enough of the service! You have to try it!!

Every time we go here something from our order is missing. The food is so good we return but after tonight I am not sure we will. Per usual the extra queso we ordered was missing. The nachos had no beans, very little cheese and very little meat. It was pretty much chips. The quesadilla we ordered had less meat than usual and two people had ordered double rice and it was barely a single rice. It was a very disappointing visit and is making me question if we will return. I will say everytime we come in the staff is always friendly.

I regularly go to this location and every. single. time. the staff is on point and the food is always fresh. We went last night and they were super busy both in front and with the drive thru but all employees kept their composure, didn’t rush to the point the food would turn out poorly, and still had smiles on their faces. 10/10

Moved to the area from Iowa but am originally from Utah. I was ecstatic to discover a location in the twin cities area! The food is great, especially anything with the sweet pork and tomatillo ranch dressing.

My first thoughts; similar to Chipotle. Clean place. Skeptical of the service from a bunch of high schoolers.. Thoughts during and after ordering; wonderful customer service. They allowed me to sample the sweet pork (which is phenomenal) and made sure I was pleased with my toppings before moving to the next one. It's different from Chipotle. They offer refried beans as an option which I loved and they had dessert options! Costa's food is more flavorful in my opinion. I got the sweet pork nachos and would absolutely come here again.

Oh oh oh! The food! So delicious! The service! So excellent! The atmosphere! Feels like a warm hug! It is a joy coming here and I will come back again. Their raspberry chipotle chicken is so good! The sweetness and tanginess combine brings so much flavor when it comes into my mouth. So wonderful, such great food and a amazing place!

We tried this place out after watching a TikTok from JD Hovland. While this place feels like a Chipotle or Qdoba in concept, it's actually more comfortable on the inside, and the smothered burrito really changes things up. The portion sizes are huge! My hubby and I split a burrito, chips and queso and were both very well fed. We chose the sweet pork protein, which was super tasty and tender, and the roasted green Chile sauce was excellent! It has a very bright, inviting, and casual decor. The service was excellent and down-the-line like Chipotle or Subway. Their hot sauce selection is singularly strong, and I loved the Horchata was perfection. The workers seemed happy, and the dining area (and what we could see behind the counter) was very clean and well-kept. This is a unique and good quality restaurant, and I would definitely return!

If I could I would give zero stars but it won't let me!! This was the most disgusting and disappointing food I think I have got! The onions were so old they were chewy brown almost black, and stuck to our teeth. The meat was cold and wasn't fresh!! The cheese was a little melted only because of the heat on my floorboard vent. If I wouldn't have drove all the way home to Eagan before I figured this out I would have went back. Ordered a sack of 20 and 4 got ate!! Total waste of $26.00!! I will be making a call to corporate as well I truly expect a refund!

White Castle made the list of restaurants closing locations soon, so when we had a chance to stop for lunch, we decided to pop into this location. Service was excellent, friendly employees. Food came out in a decent amount of time, all piping hot. The dining area wasn't the cleanest, but I wasn't grossed out or anything. The sliders had fun little stories on their containers that were entertaining to read.

Service at this White Castle is always sub par. Today the even topped that. How about you open when you say you will be open. If you want to eat at this location call ahead! Sat in the drive thru as the only customer. I left with no food as this location does not and has not in any other visit me feel appreciated as a customer never wrote a review is well it white castle after. Food in a bag. Sunday no food no bag just a waste of time driving to this location.

Rachel is the best! I messed up and ended up getting to the drive thru window really late... due to an app issue. She was so kind and understanding and remade my food so it would be hot. My husband and I had the absolutely pleasure of ordering from this location tonight. We had called around to see if any still had the impossible sliders, and this one did. The lady who answered the phone was so kind, asked us how many we wanted, and said she’d get them ready since they take a while to prepare. When we got there, the gentleman at the window was so nice and already knew that we had called. Overall just a great experience and the food was DELICIOUS!!!!!! They made my last impossible slider experience at White Castle memorable. Big props to those two working tonight!!!!!!

We had two of the double sliders, one with cheddar cheese, one with American cheese. The American cheese one was much better but very tasty. French fries were wonderful. The only problem I had with that store is when I would get my pink lemonade it would squirt straight out from the machine at me just that one. My wife got a diet Coke and was not an issue with her. It's just the pink lemonade but good overall. Very delicious sandwich

Just got home from AV White Castle. Service was bad 15 minute wait. When I complained the manager came over and told me to quite complaining then another member came over to just escalated the situation. The fries were cold and soggy and warm burgers at best. Guess I don’t have to go back for more of that kind of service!

I am not one to post any reviews, especially if it's a negative one. However, I feel that I need to express my views on this one. I just ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken. As you can see from the picture the salad was less than desirable. I thought no problem; they probably didn't know that they were serving old, rotten salad greens. I decided to make the decision to tell them with the intention of warning them so that they don't serve other customers with the bad salad greens. I showed one of the workers and her response was to the effect that she knew and that was how the salad greens came from the bag. No apologies, just that they knew. Now, that is totally unexpectable. They intentionally knew that they were serving me rotten salad and did not give me any options. Management needs to train their employees better. Instead of serving rotten salad, they should have told me prior to serving so that I would have other options to choose from. Better yet, they could have looked out for their customers (me) by picking out the bad greens, or they could have given me the option of replacing the greens with cucumbers or more tomatoes. But they didn't do any of the above. This whole incident signifies that they didn't care about my health and quality of their food. I been in the restaurant business for over 25 years; Noodles and Company management please train your employees better. The notion of treating your customers the way you wanted to be treated is a simple but good measure to assure customer service.

Just ordered a to go and my mac was cold. Maybe warm if that. My noodles also were not re cooked long enough low key a little hard. Also why it took 8min to make my mac when there was no one else. It should take 5min max.

Japanese pan noodles. The noodles are too big. All this extra chewing ruined it. The flavor was good price was good atmosphere is fine. I would like to say that I used to come more often. I used to get the Pina Rosa until I almost choked on the noodles. They change the noodles and got fat and chewy so I tried Japanese noodles. They're too big also. Can't figure out what to order next time I come back. If I come back

EDIT: the parking construction is done however there was a sign on the door today that says due to short staffing you cannot order in person, it has to be done online.. however, I walked in (there were zero people inside and they were standing around) and was told to order online, another gentleman walked in and was told to order online, then a lady with two kids walked in and he took their order no problem up front, then a group of teenagers he told to order online. I get the staff are doing the best they can but cmon. I truly wish this wasn’t the closest noodles to me. The parking lot is an absolute mess because of construction. They offer curbside pickup but there are no curbside parking spaces… ? I had to call once I was there for them to bring it out which they did fairy promptly. The chicken was less than stellar. The potstickers were decent. I requested no cheese on my online order and they correctly made it without cheese which I was happy about. Overall I wouldn’t say this is the best location.

Waiting in front of the register for 20 (Yes 20 as I was keeping track) minutes for any sort of acknowledgement. They were working on some online orders. I am aware they noticed me as they glanced up and walked by to put to-go orders in the window. I am forgiving to some of the waiting but with zero acknowledgement, it was an embarrassing to hopefully a manager to have that in your store.

At the Apple Valley restaurant, The food overall was pretty good however, some of the extras we ordered were not included, even though we paid for them. When I went to pick up the order, the young girl with piercings in her nose and face was rude. I simply asked if our order was ready and she said in a very dismissive way, as she turned her back to me, if it's not on the shelf it's not ready. Regardless of her attitude and not fully completing our order, the food was still pretty good.

I don't know how you mess up a salad. I said NO avocado, NO feta cheese. EXTRA cucumbers. YOU DIDNT EVEN PUT THE TOMATO that's DEFAULT in the salad. Pathetic. WILL NOT be going back to this location and I WILL tell every single person I every talk to, to avoid this location.

I love sub sandwiches. Firehouse subs was my number one. I went into this spot, not knowing what it was tasted. Their subs and was blown away. Good sense is my now number one subplace to go. They're the only one in the state of Minnesota, so if you find yourself around Apple Valley, or even if you're not around Apple Valley, you gotta go. I am in love with these sub. Sandwiches, your meat is cut right in front of you and put right on your subs.

We ordered catering for a Party 5 days in advance. When we showed up to get the order it hadn't started. Staff was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care. Order totaled $170. When we opened the Trays to serve, there was 1 mayo bottle and very few veggies. No response from customer service.

I can not say enough about how much I love this sub joint! I have been here more times than I can count (at least twice a week for lunch) and I gotta say, this sandwich shop is the best sandwich I have ever eaten! They have the best daily special 8 inch turkey sandwiches for only $4! Can’t beat that price. My go to sandwich is: turkey and ham on 8 inch garlic pepper bread with extra lettuce, onions, provolone cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, and a little bit of mayo. The meat is freshly sliced for each sandwich as you order. The bread is the fluffiest and softest bread ever! The bread actually makes this sandwich so awesome. The only bad thing is that this is the only location in Minnesota. ☹️ But do yourself a favor and go get a yummy sandwich from Goodcents. You can thank me later! 😁 (Update: They no longer have the daily special, it’s a one time promotion deal, and the garlic pepper bread is no longer available as it was only available for a limited time, but still great sandwiches.)

If soft bread is your thing, this place is for you. I didn't think bread could be this soft from a sub sandwich shop. It's like fresh marshmallow soft! The meats are freshly cut to order and all the other ingredients are just as fresh, and delicious. This place is like 3 other sub sandwich shops I've been to all rolled into one. A couple stand outs are the garlic pepper bread, which isn't over powering, and the fresh made each day cookies. We got the peanut butter cookie and it was next level. Highly recommend if your in the area and craving a sandwich like no other.

Tried them for the first time today. My husband and I were both impressed. The bread was very soft and the quality of meats and ingredients were great. We will be back. Why aren't there more locations in Minnesota?

Was craving a cotton candy blizzard, haven’t been to a DQ in YEARS. This place ruined it. The cotton candy blizzard had chunks of melted candy as if they didn’t clean the container the SPRINKLES were stored in. I worked at DQ when this blizzard came out and THERES NO WAY I SHOULD BE GETTING CHUNKS. According to the reviews, yes the kid in the lobby is still there when I visited so it must be an everyday thing.

I normally don't do bad reviews but we waited over 50 mins for just 2 bannana splits and then find out they didn't even have bananas. The staff was helping 5 dri thru customers then one lobby person. Under staff and under trained. Have given so many chances to this DQ but would rather see it turn into a popeyes chicken. Going to Rosemount DQ from now on.

Horrible horrible service! Sat in line for over 25 minutes to get two blizzards. The employees talked and laughed as they took their time making orders. One person pulled out of line after they ordered because it took too long. When I said something to them they simply laughed.

Tried calling them to let them know that I have a moldy bun burger. It goes right to a message letting me know they don't have a voicemail. Waited almost twenty minutes in line for this

Not sure what was going on here, it was closed for a while but now reopened. The wait isn't too bad when you know that the staff is all new and trying their best. I'm sure soon they will be back at full speed soon. So far the kids I've seen at the window have been great. Keep it up guys!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Inside closed after they claim it opened. Cake purchase refused refund and told me they spelled it correctly. Some girl named mariah claimed to be the manager. But insisted i was in the wrong. See picture of cake spelling with no flowers

The service here is very poor. Our first experience at the drive-thru was just before closing. I've worked in fast food too growing up, and I get how frustrating it is when customers keep showing up, and you want to go home, but having an attitude giving us our ice cream is uncalled for. We tried to go through the drive-thru this past weekend, and ended up leaving since the line didn't move for 20 minutes. Management needs to make serious changes with employees and do more trainings. I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business. Won't be back.

Went through drive thru. At tacobell made it order went to the windows. Wasn't sure what meet i had on my burrito. I did order extra everything on it. I ask the guy at the window to see what kind of meet was in it. I'd they didn't make it yet can the change. Rude guy making the burritos came at the window and said I made it with extra everything. Which it was a chicken burrito. He said you gonna change it now when I made it already. With a angry look which I thought that was rude. What he didn't hear was I said to the first guy that its okay if they made it already if not can they change to beef instead. So rude I almost said just cancel me order but, I was nice enough to let it go. Never going to that tacobell again. Date: 08-19-25 around 11pm

Gave me the wrong order (there was literally only me and another guy in the drive thru how do you mess that up) which I only noticed once I got home. The food (not my order) gave me a terrible stomach ache that lasted a couple days, had to use the restroom every 3 hours. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience with this tacobell, Many times my wife has come here and they have shoved her food to her. They threw my bag of food at the table to me today… Don’t recommended! stay away from this horrible tacobell! Management better step up their game and fix these issues because these people here are pushing people away…. Horrible customer service and the people at the drive through. They make u wait 3 minute before u can order at 9 am… they don’t appreciate you…. Please go to the other Taco Bell nearby way better customer service.

Well I thought I would treat myself to one of my favorites from TB, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch! Well I took my first bite into it and to my surprise, no spicy ranch sauce! I paid over $5 for one taco and the main ingredient was MISSING!

Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants and this Apple Valley location is spectacular. We were greeted with a friendly staff that made the drive thru feel like home. Plus, they were incredibly fast. We were in and out in minutes and now have more time to enjoy this delicious feast. I ordered the nacho bel grande, a beef chalupa, a crunchwrap supreme, and a soft shell taco. It seriously was the best, and I mean THE BEST, dinner I’ve had all month. I will be returning. Pro tip: order extras just in case if your kitty wants some. My kitty loves the nacho bel grande as much as I do 😹.

Taste so Gross 🤢. Burnt so bad the cheese left my steak quesadilla 🥺. I attempted to take a bite but had to spit it out. I’m not happy I loved there steak quesadillas. I’m really disappointed. They also don’t know how to pack their food. We got a lot of food and it was jammed into 2 bags, and before we got home the bag broke. Not to happy😡

Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app… you will still wait 20 minutes. This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. Multiple trips where I’ve waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. I’ve tried ordering ahead and also in store after I watched them make everyone waiting in lines sandwiches before mine even though my order was placed 20 minutes earlier.

Jimmy johns in apple valley is one of my favorite locations . The employees always give warm welcomes . My sandwich is always ready before I finish paying! Let’s talk about freaky fast service. Completely wrong sandwiches. They started one Veggie sandwich with mayo, guacamole, and also started a second Vito sandwich with meat, cheese - apparently got distracted - then proceeded to finish the customized Veggie as a Vito and finish the Vito as the Veggie. Inedible and gross. You had one job....Can I at least get a refund and my tip back?

I feel like there's meat missing. I've ordered here before and this is lacking, a lot.

On God Jimmy Johns will never get a tip from me again. You should be ashamed to charge over $6 as a delivery fee on 1 sandwich. My tipping is 100% done.

Placed an order at the counter as they were closing up for the night and they gave me the wrong one. When I mentioned it was wrong they quickly apologized and made the right one no question asked. They’re really close to my house so I’ll be here more often!

Stopped at this location for dinner the other night and received a moldy sandwich. Reached out to the restaurant and the manager on duty offered to remake the food. Won’t do any good if I lost my appetite! I gave the restaurant a couple days to reach out after using the feedback system on their receipt and haven’t heard anything else. EIDT: The comment form that they linked in the response (4 days after the initial issue,) is the same one that I used to give the feedback initially. I think something like this should illicit something better than another automated response. EDIT 2: Finally got the initial apology in the mail (letter dated Aug 16, postmarked Aug 20th.) It took 9 days from the initial issue/filling out the form to write the letter, and 13 to get it postmarked. I won’t fault Arby’s for USPS taking their time, but am still appalled at how long it took for so little response.

Super nice location! Staff seemed somewhat friendly, but took a while to make our food. The price was great for what we ordered and we were very pleased with the inside and how big this place is, which you would never guess from using the drive-through or seeing it from outside I recommend stopping in if you haven’t and trying out the food. It’s not bad and we were satisfied with our visit. Our food was made fresh.

Was asked to pull up to the second window so they could make fresh fries. Waited there for around 20 minutes, which was almost my entire lunch break, as every car that pulled up to the first window was served immediately. Unfortunately the fries I was waiting on were not fresh, so I'm unsure what the actual delay was.

Ordered the King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich meal with Jalapeño Poppers online. I wanted ice tea, but they didn't have it available. I decided to get Lite Minute Maid Lemonade, but then they said they were out but no out of order sticker on the fountain. I don't drink soda any longer and didn't want anything too sugary. The team member gave me fresh lemonade, which was OK. I had to wait for the meal since the Jalapeño Poppers and Crinkle Fries were ready. I get to my table to eat, and the fries were not fresh but cold, the fish portion was not even warm and probably past holding time. The cheese couldn't even melt on the fish. This was not what I expected for my lunch today. Guess I should have traveled to my preferred Arby's in Rosemount where they know me and always make sure my food is fresh and hot.

This location is genuinely the worst one I have ever been too. Every single time I go, they take a very long time getting the food out and there aren’t even many cars when this happens, 2-5 most. I just recently went and I was the only person who went through the drive through, a couples cars came after me and they had me pull up to the second window to wait. As I was waiting, they managed to finish serving and handing out the food to three of the cars that came after me. I will mention they were nice about it after apologizing for the wait and actually gave me an extra drink as they forgot they already gave one to me, it’s just the fact that there wait time is always extremely long and this time was ridiculous.

I am an Arby's fan. This one has been reliable and the service is friendly and quick. I haven't gone into one for a while as I usually do the drive through.

Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is terrific. I love the jalapeño poppers almost as much as I love my wife. The beef and cheddars are also delightful and delicious. Most of the roast beef, cheese, and signature sauce somehow never make it between the buns, but it’s still tasty as can be. If they keep practicing and one day actually achieve getting the sandwich ingredients inside of the sandwich where they belong, then this will be a five star establishment. Pro tip: even though you should be asking to join their payroll because you’ll end up making your own dinner when you eat here, be sure to always ask for a fork. And remember, the wonderful Arby’s taste is worth it every time, even if it is just separate ingredients smeared all over a tinfoil wrapper.

Everyone is always kind and doing their best to get our sandwiches made quickly. The food is consistent and yummy. I get the Narmar with bacon and jalapeño chips. I have a 4 out of 5 for atmosphere just because I feel there can be improvements to the aesthetic but the music is always bumpin’ which I love.

Ordered the #24 Chipoltle Avacado bacon ranch. Most bland and dissapointing sandwhich I've had, maybe ever. I'm not sick and I don't have coovid. I left sad and dissapointed.

First they came for the Erupter. Then they came for the Quatro. And then they came for me! Seriously though, my included photos are from when they still offered the Quatro. They also got rid of the brisket. Wonderfully original sandwiches like the Quatro and Erupter or that delicious brisket mac n cheese is what truly made Erbert’s and Gerbert’s special, not the dumb stuff on the walls. Oh well, at least they still give you that extra bread piece, which is exciting.

Missing items. Not the first time. Advise you check your bag before leaving.

If you need something quick, there are many other restaurants to chose a decent lunch. Mine was anything but. The soup was lukewarm and horribly tasteless. I had the broccoli cheese. My sandwich was deplorable. My recommendation is definitely to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

Think someone was getting trained in but everything was awesome.
