Lots of potential here but some of the decisions regarding the menu make it hard to recommend. They make it very clear that no substitutions are possible, which is fine in general, but makes things challenging when considering the eclectic menu on offer. For us it was quite limited and many of our group had a hard time finding something that worked. I had the burger, which was great, but anyone viewing their old menus online will be surprised that reliable options are now gone (e.g. meatballs and spaghetti). The quality was generally very good, but providing a few more options would have made the whole experience for our group much more enjoyable.

Definitely 10 stars. Great live music, great food. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

This place is pretty good. Be aware, it's incredibly expensive you don't get a lot . I had the Oar burger. It was tasty. Cooked very well. But it was $19 for the burger alone and there was no fries or anything with it. The restaurant is nice inside and our server was good. But like I said, OOF , so expensive for not much food.

What a lovely petit restaurant, just 8 min away from the Gull lake rotary park! Though it felt like over 30 degrees, we chose to dine in the beautiful patio. We love the feature fish with seasonal salad. The pizza is a little sweet and a little surprise. Finish with a mango sorbet is a kiss of summer !

Cute and unpretentious but the food just blows you away. Amazing. This place is a gem I am glad to have found during my travels. Live music when I went as well, loved it.

The Oar is a delightful restaurant with great ambience, wonderful fare & exceptional service! Ev was truly wonderful as our server. Polite, personable & professional. Our dinner was superb. Wife/I had the soup, calamari, pork belly/scallops & rainbow trout. Delicious! We had the Earl Grey Creme Brulee for dessert which just capped off great meal! Highly recommend The Oar if you’re in town! Excellent in every manner. Thank you Ev! 💯

Warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, especially the steak and the fish and chips. We highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!

We came here for high tea while visiting the area, based on the many positive reviews — unfortunately, we were very disappointed. There were six of us, and the bill came to over $300. The restaurant charges per person, even for an 8-year-old child who didn’t eat any sweets. While that policy is understandable (though a bit unreasonable), what really let us down was the food quality. The savory options were very limited — the only meat was a tiny piece of bacon inside a mini burger. The desserts tasted like they came from a supermarket in bulk, not freshly made at all. But the most unacceptable part was the fruit. It was clearly not fresh — visibly dull, with browning edges. When we asked about it, the server insisted that it was “very fresh,” “just bought,” and “just cut,” and even told us that all the other guests were enjoying the food and only we had complaints. Please see the photos — I’ve never seen such “fresh” fruit before. Taste can be subjective, and we don’t usually comment on service. But food quality — especially freshness — is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the price, and we would not return. Latest review： I do not accept the explanation about the watermelon not being fresh, because it was very clear that the fruit was not fresh. The pineapple and melon skins were already turning dark, and the strawberries were dry and discolored. These fruits had not even come into contact with any cream, and the photos clearly show their condition. I didn’t feel any sincerity from the owner in addressing our concerns. I was told that there were 80 guests that day and we were the only ones who complained. However, during the meal, I overheard guests at the next table quietly expressing similar dissatisfaction about the food — they just didn’t bring it up to the staff, perhaps because they were more polite. Maybe I’m a more particular or even “mean” guest, but after paying this price, I simply cannot accept being served food that is so clearly not fresh. While I understand that businesses want to defend their reputation, dismissing customer feedback instead of taking it constructively is not the best look. I sincerely hope you take this as a chance to improve, not deflect.

We were hoping for a quick snack ahead of our cruise, not appreciating the sitting times for high tea. The owner was lovely and so accommodating setting us up with a wee tea between sittings. The drinks were refreshing, and the variety, taste, and freshness of the food was top tier. We loved the decor and lots of options for takeaway and British products.

$100 for 2 people for a 3-level set. Quite enjoyable but too much to finish and therefore too expensive. I would come back for the nice ambiance and view but only have the 2-level set. I'd also request to change a few items. The brie tasted of nothing and the cranberry spread was way too sweet. The egg tarts didn't taste of much either. The scones were good but deserve much more clotted cream. The teas all were very good.

We were at the docks in Gravenhurst looking at the steamship's and we came across this cute little tea shop..We went in and were blown away by how cute this tea shop is. There were so many different tea cups and tea pots on shelves for. There were table and chairs set up with teacups and saucers on the table. Everything is in a baby blue colour theme. At the back is teas, jams and other stuff for sale.We bought 2 scones $7 and they were delicious. And a jar of ginger jam $10.50. The lady working there was very friendly. Along the hallway is more cups and saucers on shelves for sale and the hallway is has lighting along the top of the ceiling.This place has high tea which I would love to try one day.

Our group of 3 enjoyed our tea time. Great service. Delish tea options and many many nostalgic things to shop for. Recommended for a girls getaway destination. Not recommended for families. It’s very tight space with many things for kids to touch (or break)

Gravenhurst is a truly lovely community and stop if you are travelling to or from the Cottage Country. (between Sudbury & Toronto). The Blue Willow Tea Shop is located in the impressive Cockburn Square, where you are sure to find something of interest on this picturesque waterfront and creatively designed park area complete with gazebos, picnic areas, unique stores, washroom facilities, ample parking and amazing views. The Blue Willow Tea Shop is a diamond amongst the many gems to choose from. It is a wonderful treat amongst beautiful surroundings. Whether you are looking for a traditional English ‘cuppa’ & wonderful treats on a 3-tiered cake stand or just wanted to shop for a TRULY WIDE & WONDERFUL assortment of AMAZING jams, jellies and unique gifts etc direct from England, this is the place to take your favourite Aunt, Grandma, visitor or loved one. They will love you for it and remember it forever. I had my relatives over from Wales and the UK and they adored it. Unfortunately, I also had my ‘man’s best friend’ with us so were unable to indulge in all there was to offer but I did pick up a Mrs Darlington Blackberry & Apple Jam & a Wilkin & Sons Damson Conserve for delicious treats on our cross country road trip.

One of the nicest spots to eat in Gravenhurst. Patio is located right above the water, with the most stunning view you can imagine. We were delighted to be sited outside. Be ware, for dining over the weekend, especially on the patio, make sure to make a reservation ahead of the time. Place have some interesting items on the menu, which makes it to stand out of the comparable eateries in the region. We enjoyed the food, but the highlight of our visit was chef’s desserts! Highly recommending to try them, they are both aesthetically pleasing and tasty, which is rare combination nowadays.

The atmosphere is great, I think most people would enjoy the patio but I’m more an inside person so we sat inside. We had the 8oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and the shrimp and scallop pasta. The pasta has to be one of the better ones I’ve had in recent years in Canada. It’s so flavourful, and the scallops are pretty big. The steak was cooked to the temperature I preferred and the mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. For dessert we had the blueberry cherry cake, it’s the special cake for today, and it was so moist, the combo of blueberries and sour cherries worked so well. Can really tell it’s made from scratch and a lot of care. If I come back to the wharf I’d eat here again lunch and dinner.

You know, I really struggle with "high end" restaurants at times. When you read an elaborate description of a dish followed by steep pricing, you expect a certain base level of delivery. The two meals we ordered sounded delicious. Pork chop on the bone with rhubarb BBQ sauce, and shrimp and scallops pasta with goat cheese and rose sauce. What was delivered *looked* visually pleasing, but taste really fell flat. The baked potato- wildly undercooked. Side vegetables, seemingly steamed momentarily with the warm breath of the chef- completely lacking any butter or seasoning. The pasta, completely lacking any salt. It would have been nice if the shrimp and scallops had some sort of sear on them, but generally seemed flaccid and boiled within the sauce. With both meals within the $40 range, these basic oversights really seemed like they should be the lowest level of expectations. The view is incredible, patio is lovely, but the food left quite a lot to be desired. We went home and reheated Indian take out from a great spot in town called Essence of Spice.

It’s in a prime location, right by Muskoka Lake, feels like a classic family-owned restaurant. The food was okay. The Caesar Salad with a Twist was great, the air-dried prosciutto was super thin and crispy, with cornbread croutons and fried capers, definitely a nice “twist.” The fish taco was good too. The Open Face Prime Rib was a bit disappointing. The beef was dry and had a strange smell. It’s not that the beef itself was bad, just that it didn’t seem to have been cleaned or prepared properly. Service was great. We had to change tables twice, and they were very accommodating. The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, and the view of the lake is breathtaking. The owners, Kay and her husband, along with their entire family, are fantastic. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming—truly wonderful people. It feels like a second home to me. I’ve been coming here since 2012, and we absolutely love it. Thank you, Kay!

Located right beside the dock with stunning view of the bay, the restaurant can be busy during the weekend. We arrived at 5:30 on Sunday and got our names on the waitlist. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait for now to get seating out at the patio. Our server was Hailey. The service is top notch, she came to check on us multiple times to make sure all are to our likings. We ordered grilled octopus, which is so tender and fresh. The butter squash soup and bruschetta are tasty too. The shrimp and scallop pasta with rose tomato source was perfect. We love the deco and the soft music as well. We will definitely come back to try the other items on the menu if we visit here again in the near future.

Dock of the Bay — The pork belly bao with fries was tasty, and while the overly-breaded shrimp po’ boy and tomato soup were on the mild side, everything was fresh and nicely presented. The lakeside view really made the meal enjoyable!

Pizza One Muskoka never disappoints! I absolutely love their samosas and spring rolls – always fresh and tasty. The chicken bruschetta pizza is loaded with flavor, and their wings are some of the best I’ve had. Great food, great quality, and definitely my go-to spot in town!

Excellent food, pre order is good option, as waiting time is approx 20-25 min.

A quaint little local joint that makes good customizable pizza. I stumbled into it and got curious about what they made and, I won’t lie. They were worth the trip.

I visited Pizza One today and had some delicious Pizza. It’s a must visit place when you are visiting Gravenhurst. Freshly made and must try. The owners are very friendly and great customer service.

Their pizza is so delicious. If you’re tired of consuming these popular pizza franchises like pizza pizza n etc., this place is the best to break that casual pizza taste and eat something fresh. I’d definitely recommend going there and trying it out. Only thing is, they’re a bit dry with their service & hospitality, especially the man. I’d like for him to put a smile on his face for his customers so we can cheer up and feel welcomed in their place.

Delicious pizza! The dough is very different from the ones which we are used to in Europe, which makes it curiosity and the result is altogether both original and tasty. The staff is incredibly nice too, we were warmly welcomed just before closing. We ate veggie pizza with tomatoes topping, that was great for dinner for 2. Just wish we had come earlier to make the most of the terrace. Mayne another time.

Best fish and chip ever had. Thin crisp batter almost tampura like on thick chunky haddock. Fries are fresh and not greasy. Also had hamburger and wings which were tasty and generous. Friendly and fast service on a busy evening. A selection of beer for every taste bud maybe overwhelming for some.

Driven by many times and never been in before but daughters" raves had finally taken hold...and glad I did. A phenomenal selection of on-site brews and although I am a traditional and basic lager / pilsner person I had a small taste of their RED ROCKET STOUT...and WOW!!!!! A dynamic burst of espresso/dark chocolate opens on the palette to be followed by a totally unexpected CHILI hit on the backside on the way down. I am totally on board and bought four cans for home!!!! Next time I will make it a food stop as their poutine and burgers looked highly delectable LUCKY LOCALS and Muskoka cottagers !!!!.

I really love this place! My favorite is Everyday Magic, and my dad prefer Twin Pines. The fish and chips are great, with super crispy fish skin. The house dry rub wings are a must-try! But what I love the most is that dogs are welcome inside!

Beer is delicious! We went mid-afternoon and sat on the patio, which was nice. Wish there was music! We ordered food and were very underwhelmed with the portion size.. you get 3 spring rolls with dip for 15 dollars and the presentation is hilarious.. see picture I’d go again for a beer but wouldn’t order food!

Sawdust City Brewing Co., or Sagermiller Stadt in Gravenhurst, located just meters away from the birthplace of famed Canadian, Dr. Bethune who is still revered in China for the lives he saved there in the 1930s during the brutal occupation of Manchuria by the Japanese Imperial Army, has a lot to live up to. And it does so with ease. Peavey Hook, the Helles lager is a frisky little beast, dancing and twirling at the end of its leash. It is full of body and flavour. Ol' Woody the Altbier is a dark, ruddy ale, serious of mien and purpose with a touch of the bitterness of regret. Mocha Crunch is an exuberant chocolate stout that balances sweet chocolate with bitter coffee.

LOVE this micro ... fantastic food, huge (!!) assortment of taps and flavours: something for everyone. Revisited this weekend and the place was hopping - amazing outside patio + live music was a great addition. The smash bruger - redefines smash burgers ... wanted to try the cheeseburger spring rolls but sadly - sold out. Great service. AMAZING swag - clothing, accessories, and (of course) we snagged some cans to bring home - many flavours not on the tap menu. In the area - you must go here !

I like the place. Small family run business. It is bussy during lunch so expect to wait before you get your order. The burgers were normal. We had fries and potien. Both were ok. The food is what you would expect. If I would go again I will go for the fries and potien and skip the burgers. The portions are very generous. You would be full with less that 10$.

This Chipwagon was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My husband & I are here in Gravenhurst for Canada Day weekend & upon doing some research I came to the conclusion this place was a MUST TRY. It did not disappoint. The fries were crispy, the cheese was squeaky, the gravy was divine & the portion size was to die for!! The Oktoberfest is my husbands fav & I loved my hotdog as well! Two yeses! You’re going to Hollywood!! We had ham and cheese omelet. The taste and the freshness were great! We also had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful! The Nutella banana pancakes were the fluffiest we ever had! The hot chocolate easily beat the one from Starbucks! Our waitress was attentive and friendly. If you’re near Gravenhurst, in need of a comforting breakfast, you must stop here.

Got the Classic Breakfast, Mushroom & Cheese Omelette and Wild Blueberry Pancakes. Food portions were big and we were very full afterwards. Drip coffee was good. We got the pancakes to go. They were huge, fluffy and beautiful but sadly all I could taste was the metallic taste of baking powder/baking soda and my tongue and throat felt chalky. I don’t recommend the pancakes. Service was friendly but slow. But the two waitresses were working hard.

Old Mill is our go to in Gravenhurst for the past 3 years. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and one thing is consistent in all our visits - the food is great! I dream about their delicious banquet burger and our kids who are experts in fish n chips certify Old Mill as top notch. We have had dinner there several times and the meat loaf is homey and delicious. Freshly made mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables cooked bite tender. The food is minimally processed and fresh. The restaurant is always impeccably clean and the owner is always cheery and attentive What a gem!

We had lunch there and it was a great experience. Food was absolutely delicious, none of us were able to finish as portions were huge. The waitress was super welcoming and caring. The atmosphere was very rustic, old school, in woods. All very clean and welcoming. We absolutely recommend this place.

The environment is actually more than comfortable than it’s looking from outside. And it’s only 2~3 minutes walk from Bathune museum. So just walked to this place after visiting the museum. The food quality is good considering the price point and the staff here are really nice and proactive.

Good spot for healthy brunch, very vegetarian friendly. I got 3 items from the deli (make your own platter): the tofu, quinoa with edamame and roasted veggies. The tofu was amazing, seasoning on point. Veggies were fresh, quinoa nice and juicy. One thing that threw me off was that all food was super cold. I guess I expected at least the roasted veggies to be warmed up. Food was really filling and they have generous portion size, got a bag to finish it later. I also got the super latte. Tasted mostly like regular latte, maybe a bit creamier and not very strong coffee taste. The ambience is great, very lively, there’s health items to shop too. Service was fast and everyone was very polite and welcoming, despite how busy it got. Overall, great place to grab healthy food, would come again!

We were looking for a nice place to grab a lunch before going back home from our cottage trip and found this place. The staff were awesome and warm, and very helpful with food choices. The food was really good too. Definitely a revisit the next time we're in town.

A really nice cafe with lots of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and small bites like samosas and spanakopitas, Relish is a place where I can see local vegetarians stopping regularly. They also have a small foodstuff storefront with more niche products and groceries, and perusing through the selection made it seem like there was practically no wait for our ordered food. Definitely recommend popping by here for a lighter fare lunch that'll still be satisfying in flavour and size.

Cute little cafe in a cute little town. Servers were nice. Drinks were mixed feeling. Wild blueberry was good. But the Tommy latte was a bit too sweet. But inside the vibes were nice, there was a small market with post cards, health supplements etc!

This is a really cool spot, it’s bright clean and cheerful, the staff are delightful. The food is great and all healthy options. great for gluten-free and reduced sugar options too. There is a small area with natural product to choose from. Along with a community board. Love coming here

They had the best patio and the service is even better! We ordered their lunch offerings and they were delicious. We had issues either our fountain drinks but their staff remedied the situation promptly. I can’t emphasize enough how well and gracious their staff dealt with our concerns respectfully and professionally. Kudos to this team at this location of Boston Pizza! Everything was great!!!

We went on a day trip to see falls colours and booked this pizza shop for dinner. We arrived around 7pm and the place was crowded. Of course, they had our reservation, staff were cordial and inviting. Place was decorated for the fall season/ Halloween. It took more than 30-40 minutes to get the order and to bring the drinks. Food was tasty. I will recommend if you have enough time and not in a hurry.

This Place has the best patio! .. and it has docks for boat parking. I can't believe we were able to pull up in our boat, have dinner on a patio with a great view and head back to the cottage in the boat. Food was good, service was good.. but 5 stars for the patio and boat "parking'.

We’ve been to this Boston Pizza many times over the years as cottagers who like to support local businesses, but unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing and has made us reconsider returning. When we arrived, we were told we’d have to wait in line for the patio, but there was no waitlist available. Strangely, the people behind us were able to put their name down on a list, which was frustrating and unfair. It then took over ten minutes before anyone came to our table. When we finally ordered drinks, the fishbowl Bellinis had no alcohol in them at all. We had to ask about our food because it was taking so long, and when it finally came, everything arrived at once — apps with mains — and it was all cold. We specifically ordered extra crispy, extra well-done chicken tenders, but what we got looked like something from a convenience store. The Parmesan fries were bland and cold, and the quesadillas were tiny and underwhelming. To make things worse, no one checked in on our table during the meal, while we watched servers tending to other tables around us. When we did tell our server about the poor experience, nothing was done to make it right. We were told it was busy, but half the restaurant was empty. Then, when we asked for the bill, our server went off to tend to other customers and take their orders instead of bringing it to us. After waiting about 20 minutes, we eventually had to go inside to pay ourselves. We’ve always made a point of coming here, but after this visit, it doesn’t seem like we’ll be returning.

I had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza! The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and loaded with toppings — I ordered indian style pizza totally hit the spot. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Loved the cozy vibe of the place too. Definitely coming back!

We arrived after a long drive, really looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my pasta, which was disappointing. That said, the staff were understanding and offered a complimentary meal to make up for it. I appreciate their effort, but I hope they take steps to improve food hygiene.

This place was hopping on a Wednesday night. Walked up front Marriott Residence. About 2.5km up hill. Call a cab. Heather was awesome as we're all the staff. Friendly and all smiling.This is a popular spot for locals.and tourists. Had the burger and beef dip, delicious. Had a bingo this night that we played for hour( no luck) called cab to return to hotel, only 10 dollars. All in with drinks, dinner tax and tip. 80.00 dollars.

Do not let the look of the building keep you from eating here. It looks rough around the edges but the food and service is great. We went because they allow digs on the patio and our guests have a small dog. I had Frosty's Signature Double Bacon Burger and it was great! Messy, tasty and big enough for the largest appetite! The accompanying fries were hot and crispy. The rest of our party thoroughly enjoyed their selections. Our server was polite and attentive. There was even live music on the deck and it was a great backdrop to a wonderful afternoon. Stop and enjoy! We will be back.

We stopped last year for some burgers and sat outside. This year was hot and we had a senior with us. She found it difficult to get up the stairs. There was no ramp for disabled. The meal was excellent . The butter chicken was very good a bit more spicy than some might like but not too hot. The senior with us loved their perogies nice small bite size. ( I returned the next night to get a takeout order for her.) The staff were excellent and very helpful

My group and I had a fantastic time this past Saturday! We had booked a reservation as part of my sister's Bachelorette celebration. Our server was a super kind guy, who was an incredibly hard worker! He was running around like crazy helping all these tables, and had such a positive attitude! If I'm in the area, I will 100% come back just to visit him!

I've seen this place from the road a few times but this was our first time actually going in to eat. The service was great and the food was good. Much better than several other local options. The beer selection was decent too. The food took a while to cook for a early Sunday evening but what came out was fresh and tasty. The fries are a real plus.

Food was great! My wings were perfect the side of carrot and celery was huge, potato skins loaded! Sever was attentive, accommodating & friendly. Baseball game on the TV, drinks were cold and refilled immediately. Will return!!!

Spent 85 dollars on Trash. Worst Chinese food we have ever experienced. The honey garlic spare ribs were disgusting and raw. The chicken balls tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a year. The rice was so dry, not even soya sauce could rescue it. Ordered calamari which was so over cooked we couldn’t chew it.

Well priced Chiness restaurant. Hard working staff. My wife liked the food, but I beg to differ. The waitress in a bid to be friendly made some rude comments. I ignored those but I won't be going there again in a hurry. Good location we could easily find parking on the street.

This is a great place to eat, the portion sizes here are very generous, we definitely didn't leave hungry! The food here is always fresh and delicious! The prices are very reasonable. I really enjoyed every dish I tried — great quality and value. Highly recommend this place if you love good Chinese food!

This Chinese restaurant in Gravenhust, ON, is legendary in this small town and in Muskoka cottage country in general. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and the portion sizes have not changed despite shrinkflation everywhere else. Food is fresh and delicious. These two plates were only $16 each (including two egg rolls we ate too fast). I think take out must be the majority of their business as the dining area is in desperate need of some tlc. I recommend take out if possible.

My family and I stopped in Gravenhurst to spend the night in a local motel. We ordered from this restaurant because it was nearby and had good reviews. We got the meal for 4 plus an order of steamed pork buns. I highly recommend this place. The food was very tasty, even better then the Chinese food in Toronto that I’ve had. And the menu is quite large so there’s something for everyone. My only complaint is that we didn’t receive cutlery for the food, but then again we didn’t ask. P.S. the chicken balls are massive and are filled very well with chicken!

My husband and I have been craving Chinese food as our town hasn’t got any so we decided to stop in at the Rickshaw yesterday. The interior is a bit dated and tired but is clean. Once seated, we placed our order and were brought waters. The server was wonderful and within 10 minutes, we were served the hugest portions of food that was cooked perfectly and was hot and fresh tasting. We couldn’t begin to eat it all so the server kindly brought us to go containers without even being asked. Friendly fast service and excellent food will have us visit again and again! Don’t hesitate to eat here!

Very generous with the toppings. Unfortunately even after asking for well done it was just warm. But one pizza fed me lunch and dinner for 2 days because it was so big with so many toppings. I'd go here if I wanted a huge meal but I think there's better pizza in town. Sorry to say as the staff are very friendly.

Price per pound the price point is very good for the pizza's! Service is very good and friendly! Toppings are plentiful! Good drink selection but could use an upgrade. They have plates which is a nice touch and there strong ones as well! Lots of parking which is a good thing during this pandemic!

Fantastic pizza! We're from out of town and this was the recommended place to go. We debated about buying two to bring home. The crust was cooked perfectly, crispy and delicious. Cant say enough good things, they even snuck in our order after they closed! Really great place.

the food is super delicious and always hot when it gets to the door. for sure one of the best pizza places here in town. my only suggestion would be to keep the dips out of the pizza boxes when delivering because it can make the dips get really warm and become a bit more viscous but other than that super food. the bacon crumble is actually real bacon and its really good.

Five stars. Can’t give it anything less for what it was. Sadly, this wonderful establishment has been permanently closed since June. I don’t see any mention of that here so I thought I’d give a heads up for anyone not in the know looking for great pizza.

I've given this Tim Hortons location multiple chances, but they consistently disappoint. They often mess up our order, and when it does come out, the food isn’t fresh. On top of that, the staff seems indifferent, as if serving customers is an inconvenience. It’s a real letdown for what should be a simple, reliable coffee and snack stop.

I have worked as a Tim Hortons supervisor in the past, and in my experience, this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited when it comes to quality, taste, and cleanliness. I ordered two items, and both were a complete disappointment. It felt like they were not following the authentic Tim Hortons recipes or standards. Instead, it seemed like they were using their own methods and ignoring proper steps. The food quality was very poor, and there was no attention given to freshness, timing, or overall customer experience. Extremely disappointing visit.

There is no powdered timbits way to many plain and glazed cause I'm not the biggest fan of them and I know others who aren't everything else is fine but PLEASE STOCK THE POWDER TIMBITS

So far the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Two young crew were flirting with each other, the other 2 older women didn’t care. I ordered mobile and had to inform them that I ordered. After checking the reviews, my experience is super valid.

I was on the fence about coming here based off all of the negative reviews however I was just wanting a large double double and a bathroom stop. It isn’t the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in but it wasn’t horrible. Service was friendly and very quick. Glad I made the stop.

I don't know what happened today. However, I went into this location and mind you I was the only person at the counter. There were two people sitting having coffee and a conversation but that was it. There was one person in the Drive-Thru just to set the scene. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes. Not a single person came out. There was people talking in the back multiple times. I said hello. Reasonably loudly. I said are you guys closed early or something and not once did I get a response. Then about six employees finally decided to shuffle out of the back and one person went to the counter saying I can help who's next. Not a oh sorry about that. I hope you weren't waiting long or any acknowledgment whatsoever. Also never mind the fact that it looked like a tornado had just hit the store. The bar was set so low today that it was buried underground. I genuinely hope that the owner sees this as this isn't going to do there business any favors if it continues to be ran like this

I literally just walked out after standing in line alone for roughly 10 minutes when an older couple stood in front of me walked up to the counter to order before me. And the guy at the counter who knew I was standing there first actually began punching in this guy's order. The cashier looks angry and not smiling at all, no5 communicating just hokding up a drink and staring around at the customers waiting for someone to claim the drink he just had to slave for.. I had to point out to him that no it wasn't mine and the lady is sitting onto the side. All I wanted was a coffee for my long ride home after working all day. The cashier couldn't interrupt the older man to say that I was in line waiting to order first. Slow service. Unhappy workers complaining in the back making the sandwiches.

I love this pizza pizza branch! If you guys are in town, you should definitely try it. They have a lot of options for everything and they don’t sell just pizzas. The staff is very friendly as well and they have a nice atmosphere in the resturant. Very affordable lots of great deals

Update: they are losing a couple more stars. Friendly store manager, I thought... At the till he asked me how my family was... except he wasn't talking to me. He was talking on his cell phone while taking my payment. And kept talking. I felt like i was an intrusion to interrupt him asking for a different pop. So I've given this a few days to settle down as this is my pet peeve usually it's a taxi or uber. But this was rude. Anyway thr pizza tasted fine and was Hot or they would only get 1 star. Old review:Well. I arrived to an empty store and it was full of smoke. Someone finally came back in. The pizza is great and the person friendly. But they should keep an eye on the front door...see video.

**If I could give this place zero stars, I would.** Sushi by the Water was a complete disappointment. The employees were rude from the moment I walked in, and they even charged me for bottled water without mentioning it upfront. The sushi was old, tasted disgusting, and felt like it had been sitting out for hours. To make things worse, my stomach hurt so bad after, and I ended up getting sick. This place is definitely not authentic, despite what they might want you to believe. Don’t come here unless you want to risk getting sick—there are way better sushi spots out there. The best thing I had here was the coke.

This is a gorgeous spot on the water with tasty, reasonably priced sushi. I sat outside for lunch and it was lovely soaking up the sunshine and enjoying my delicious maki rolls while taking in the water view. The staff are lovely, and overall this was a great place to eat. I wish I was staying in Muskoka longer so I can visit again!

I did not expect to find a sushi restaurant out here but wow I’m glad I did and I’m glad I tried it! It’s so yummy, great quality and dish a unique experience. I’m use to only having sushi in the city not in a rural area haha! All the employees were very friendly helpful and welcoming I definitely recommend any that’s around here to try this spot! I cannot wait to come back in the summer!

My husband, our baby, and I had such a lovely time here. We visited during the off-season and chose a quieter time to be mindful of other guests, and the staff made sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, and everything we ordered was delicious. Our server was so kind and took the time to explain the dishes, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Even though we stayed a bit later, we never felt rushed. Thank you for the warm and thoughtful service. We’re really glad we came!

Sushi with a view. Great service, great sushi. The restaurant is however cash only, while there is an ATM on site there is an additional withdrawal fee ($3). Indoor and outdoor seating areas depending on your preference. The owner also came out to ask us how we were enjoying our meal which was a nice touch.

Friendly as Canadian can be. Stopped there on my trip further north, they made some great subs! I've ate subs for over 35 years and I was very impressed. Also, I left a bag there, they kept for me, intact and untouched. They were very helpful and very kind, especially to my children, who may or may not have made a big chocolate milk mess (they definitely did). Had another round of subs on our way home. Best Mr. Sub I've been to in a very long time.Kudos!

The service was excellent the sandwich was awesome did I mention the service was excellent? People in the service industry rarely smile or make you feel welcome the people here are very happy you came in and seem very appreciative of you patronage. Has always been 100% Have never fond a Mr Sub that continues to strive for customer service and satisfaction on every level. If you are looking for a great sub pay them a visit!! I heard from a mutual friend that the Mr Sub in Gravenhurst is awesome so I decided to check it out for myself. The ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the employee was friendly. Most importantly, the employee made our sandwiches with love and carefully followed instructions. It’s nice to see that the employee cares about making quality sandwiches for his customers. Definitely better than other sub shops I’ve been to!

We love coming to Mr. Sub in Gravenhurst! The best food and smiles around! Always delicious and fresh and totally Canadian! It’s definitely our top choice for a healthy option here!!!

Service was excellent and very friendly but ordered a foot long tuna sub and only got 2 very tiny scoops of tuna spread out throughout my whole sandwich and the tuna was 50% mayonnaise so very little tuna at all. I am a fan of Mr. Sub, and have never been given so little tuna in a full size sandwich. I usually get 4 full scoops of tuna in downtown Toronto where I’m sure the overhead is likely twice what it is at this store. Disappointed and will stop elsewhere on my way up north next time.

I don’t know why I came back here, after pretty terrible service here two summers ago I thought I’d never be back. However my 10 year old really wanted a sub as a treat so we went. We each ordered a foot long and after they were made I very specifically asked them to NOT cut either sub as I had just watch them make 10 before ours and not clean the very dirty knife between cutting subs. They didn’t cut the one but while I wasn’t paying attention while I paid they ended up cutting the second. When I made a comment the woman grabbed the insides of the sub in one fist while the other staff back there grabbed a new sub. I told them the reason I didn’t want it cut was because of the dirty knife which had already cut through the sub anyway. Regretfully I took it anyways, as the line was long and frankly I was pretty unhappy, but upon opening when we got home there was a big dirty hair in it!!!! Ugh. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! And now I’ll for sure never be back.

Asked for fresh lettuce as the lettuce that was out looked wilted. The guy behind the counter opened a new bag of lettuce and poured it over the old lettuce that was already in the bin. Yuck. The tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Therefore, I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and skipped the tomato on my sub. Will not be going back again.

Menu is hard to read, staff does not pronounce very well and after speaking loud and clearly still made me a different sub then I had asked for. Definetly not great service for being the only customers in the store.

Well first thing the staff is so nice and cooperative, secondly, the way of making subs is hygienic as well as delicious. Being a vegetarian I like the way they prepare my own sub.

Ridiculous wait time, just 1 staff and had to wait over 15mins just to place my order. Subway is known for low staffing. Its not the fault of the 1 person staff, for obvious reasons he cannot be everywhere.

careful about food freshness. OnJune 1st, I ordered a bourbon bbq steak beef sub at lunchtime. But despite the sandwich made to order, got sick about 12 hours later. Difficult to pinpoint from what ingredient exactly, since I added several toppings. I was the only family member who ordered from Subway.

Poutine was mid. Good amount of food for the price, but the quality wasn’t there. Fries should’ve been salted, gravy and cheese were okay, pulled pork looked like it was from a can (do they even have canned pulled pork?). The veal sandwich was good though! I’d be willing to try again some time if they made some changes

Grabbed a quick lunch and everything was super tasty! Loved the grilled cheese sandwich and the hotdogs. The poutine was great quality and the large was a good portion. This place also has all the Kawarthas ice cream flavors which are a must try as well!

Interesting place to come across. This was a popular and good spot for kawartha ice cream and the prices were decent. The food wasn't spectacular, although our family sized pulled pork poutine was pretty awesome. The chicken parm was alright, close to being on the drier side. Food wise it was alright for a snack-pit stop if you like simple fast Food, but I may prefer the fast food chains if I wanted a nice meal. They don't have all the ice cream flavours, but quite an extensive list still. I'd stop again for the ice cream, possibly the poutine, but I'd probably pass on anything else. One co-ed washroom that is to be locked when in use wasn't ideal either.

Stopped here for a break out riding with our girls! Social distancing and protocols are fantastic here! Staff is friendly and the ice cream is plentiful!! They even let you choose two flavors for a "single" (which is GIGANTIC!!) Great prices, fresh cones and the poutine is amazing as well! A must stop! We'll be back!

If I lived in the area I’d be here daily. The moment I walked in the smell was heavenly. The apple fritter is perfect. This is what a fritter is supposed to be. There’s crunchy bits and the inside is fluffy fresh goodness. Can’t wait to come back

Food is good and fresh was recommended by a local friend. It was my son’s birthday so we decided to stop for some pastries on the way back. Lady was not friendly or helpful at all. If you have this many pastries i suggest you label them so clients can name their order. I ordered the cinnamon twist she corrected me this is not a twist its a stick. I wouldn’t visit again. You want more tourist or people drive by visit your bakery it needs to be a bit more welcoming.

Great bakery with multiple variations of a cinnamon bun: loafs, rounds, minis, sticks, twists, with and without nuts, frosting. The cinnamon sugar donut twist was my favourite. Interesting donut flavours that other family members loved but I’m all about cinnamon!!!!

A line out the door an hour after opening is usually an indication that any establishment has a dedicated clientele, and The Bakery is no different. While service is a bit on the slower side with the staff often climbing over one another trying to serve customers and restock the display cases at the same time in very cramped store, the donuts and pastries are absolutely delicious. Unlike some other stores that sell freshly baked goods, they also don't upcharge or have a 'tourist tax', which is very appreciated. I'd definitely recommend visiting this bakery if you've got a sweet tooth, and maybe call to order ahead if you'll have a large order.

My wife and I came in here on a whim to find some butter tarts which were very good but it was their Lemon Meringue Pie that stole the show. Just $15.50. Amazing value. Great flavour. From scratch. Very tart. Nice Cloud on top. Flaky Crust. 10/10. My wife is dairy free and she had a date square that she really enjoyed too!

Stopped in for some donuts and they were amazing tasting!! However, the service was less than one star. The lady in there was very rude and not helpful at all. Was annoyed I had to do more than one order. If you’re going to have a business, I think a key part to that is being friendly with customers. The food was great but the customer service and rude attitude made me not want to support this business again.

This place has been a MUSKOKA iconic institution and stopping place since I was a kid visiting coming to my aunt's cottage in Port Carling. Kudos to the Rebelein Family for staying strong all these years and especially surviving the COVID years!!!! Anyone new MUST get here early if you want to get anything. Such a small front servery presents magnificent amounts of pies, Chelsea buns, weighty doughnuts and MASSIVE apple fritters.

Wow! Best wings EVER. They are not lying… biggest and best wings. We had a quick stop in on the way home. The food came quick, the server was kind and the Irish pub theme was cute. We will be coming back again for sure next time we’re this way. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice spot for dinner. Also they have Ceaser Saturday! Yum.

Excellent wings, the best in Muskoka! They're huge! 😃 Good deal for the size of these wings! This pub needs to be supported by anyone who likes excellent wings!. Tell your friends & keep this place on your radar whenever passing through Gravenhurst like I do. The decor of the pub is so/so, but the food is incredibly good, excellent portions. We travel up to Huntsville on occasion & always stop in on the way up & on the way home. I wish they were in Barrie where I live.

Nice little dive bar. The food is pretty good. Crispy wings are quite large. Traditional poutine is quite nice. The gravy is a bit salty but not everyone is sensitive to salt. Not a bad Chardonnay either.

We had the Bison Burger, Yorkie Pudding and some wings. They were all fantastic and the portion sizes were very large. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Friendly service. This is your average local pub. Menu is limited, quite overpriced for all the items. Came here for the Wednesday wings deal, the wings were tasty, tender and crispy. There is an up charge if you want 2 flavours in your set of wings which they don’t tell you. Coming from dining out in Toronto, this menu is really pricey in my opinion for a small town like Gravenhurst. Most likely will not come back.

We ordered the Deep Fried Brie, Fish and Chips (Cod), Yorkie Bowl and Chicken Wings (Dry Maple Bacon & Mango Habanero). A place to visit for unique homemade food experience! The service was great and we are excited to return!

Don’t get confused with the website pictures and the real place. Located in a weird area, the restaurant is not very welcoming. The food is bland and tasteless. Overpriced for the food quality. chicken souvlaki was more potato souvlaki. And the calamari had no seasoning. All bland. Not recommended.

Amazing night out. Lucked in to one of the last open tables for supper (Definitely suggest reserving prior). The Greek salad was perfect and the Greek Pizza was so flavorful I can't even explain. Will without a doubt come again and soon

The very definition of a 'Family Restaurant'. Friendly staff, and a very personal and comfortable eating environment. I ordered a good old fashioned burger and fries. I'd be hard pressed to believe the burger wasn't homemade, moist, and done perfectly on the grill. The fries are more likely from a supplier, but were great! Friendly service, and a very short wait. In short, if you want a great meal with a comfy environment. Come to Rombos!

Perfect lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Went to the Gull Lake to watch the boat racing and found this lovely family restaurant across. They had the Chicken Pesto Pizza on the day’s specials. I chose the mushrooms for the extra topping. Perfectly done. A quaint dine in experience after a long time. 🥰

A very homestyle delicious sandwich/ salad and soup place at Hotchkiss street.Hot soups are available from Oct each year. Big sandwich,great taste. Perfect for takeout picnic at the nearby gravenhurst wharf ( maybe). Sweet staff. Lovely watery with few chairs and tables set outside the store beneath an awning .

Popped in here for a quick bite on my way North. I was craving Egg Salad and I am so happy to have found this place! They made an amazing sandwich with a great ratio of toppings and the marble rye bread was delicious. They even added tomato for no extra charge. Everything tasted fresh - my only complaint is that the egg salad didnt have much flavour. I would have liked some salt & pepper, maybe paprika and onion. Great place for a healthy meal on the go.

a cute little place with excellent service. staff are friendly and very helpful. a decent selection of food options and it is tasty and fresh. there are several salad options available, as well as some gluten free bread options. They will use different utensils and cutting boards for siliac. very accommodating

We tried the chicken salad sandwich, reuben sandwich, and fried chicken sandwich. All of them were soooo delicious!! I am not usually a sandwich person and I highly recommend this spot. We sat outside on the little tables and ate the sandwiches. I am not sure about the reviews saying they are closed on Saturday. They should update their hours on google to avoid confusion for future customers.

Delicious sandwiches! High quality ingredients, with everything super fresh. They get all the details and the balance done right. Best BLT I've had in a long time. Pastrami was flavorful yet not fatty. Egg salad was creamy, with the right amount of texture, and not mushy. Craveable chicken salad. Sliced turkey was clearly fresh breast, not processed. Love this place!

My friend and I stopped here on our way out for a hike this weekend. The young man serving us was very warm and welcoming. He brought our food out to us in a reasonable amount of time. I got the crunchy chicken on a bun which was so delightful that I crave another one right now as I write this. Will definitely be returning anytime I'm in the area.

This place is amazing. My friend and I both got the Reuben and it was some of the best we've ever had. The sourdough bread is really great, highly recommend grabbing a sando here for your hikes!

The reviews were right. Not impressed. Food was lacking flavour and quantity. Covered in grease. The person who wrote about the peanut butter was right. They claim people steal it. Why can't they put it in a little dish out of a bigger container? Seemed like a cheap excuse. Too bad this place went so downhill.

This is my second attempt at eating the eggs Benedict here. It was awful both times for different reasons. The sauce was lumpy and tasteless. The whites of the eggs were snotty and the hash browns were greasy and tasted like the pan they were cooked in. The English muffin was soggy. The first time I had them the muffin was burnt to black and the sauce was horrible. I won't ever be back (I only went because the Old Mill was closed). How do they stay open?

It's your average greasey spoon restaurant. It has Canadian & Asian style foods, only bin for Breakfast and have injoyed it. Staff are very friendly and the place fairly clean, would like to try the Asian meals in the near future.

Amber handled our group so well. The staff went out of the way to make our bachelorette party so special. They all signed a card for the bride, and the live musician requested what she would like to hear. And the food was lovely!

We went to the Boathouse restaurant for my Dad’s birthday last weekend and everything was incredible. Pizza, pasta and veal chop were delicious and the chefs even made a special dessert board for the table. We had a wonderful time, thanks again to Alicia for the great service. We’ll be back soon for another beautiful patio dinner.

My wife and I came to this restaurant for the first time, and yes, the view is beautiful—but that’s the only good thing about it. We ordered the Boathouse Burger because our waitress said it was their signature dish. Honestly, it was extremely disappointing. The burger tasted exactly like a Double Quarter Pounder from McDonald’s—same sauce, same bun, same lettuce—but smaller, and it cost $27 plus tax. It wasn’t even a big burger; it was tiny. For that price, it was shocking how low the quality was. I wouldn’t be surprised if they literally bought the burgers from McDonald’s. The cheese sticks were good, but $20 plus tax for only six small pieces is way too much. The fries were also a tiny portion. Taylor, our waitress, was friendly and professional, and the view is great—but the food ruins the whole experience. If you’re coming here for the food, don’t waste your money. The Boathouse Burger was one of the worst burgers I’ve had for that price. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or at least a good burger.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is the main reason to eat here. The property is gorgeous and the views from the patio are beautiful. Staff was friendly too. The burgers and fries were regular, nothing too special - same with the drinks. Also, gluten-free bun was dry. But, thankfully the burger sauce made it juicy.

Their salads are amazing. Great tasting thin pizza and top notch views during the afternoon and also the evening night fall. Will revisit again!

Came to Boathouse Restaurant for my 30th birthday dinner with my girlfriend, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we hoped for. We arrived at 7:33 PM for a 7:30 reservation — well within the 15-minute grace period — and were sat in a back corner of the patio. The hostess did acknowledge the birthday, which we appreciated, but from there, things went downhill. The view was nice, but the area around our table was visibly neglected. The railing beside us was filled with dirt, spider webs, and dead bugs — not what you’d expect from a restaurant that presents itself as upscale. We weren’t approached by anyone until 8:05 — over 30 minutes after being seated. Meanwhile, a couple sat behind us, who were seated at 8:03 received cold water within 2 minutes. We were finally brought two warm glasses of still water at the same time the other guests received theirs — despite being seated much earlier. It was frustrating to see others who arrived well after us being served promptly while we sat waiting. The dining room inside was nearly empty, and although the patio was full, there were clearly enough staff on shift — which made the lack of attention all the more confusing. Food and drinks didn’t make up for the service either. Our pear and arugula salad came with barely any dressing — just one tiny cup that wasn’t even enough for a small portion. My whiskey sour with egg white had no froth, no flavor, and tasted watered down. My girlfriend’s Caesar made her feel sick. The only positive was our server’s handling of the sparkling water — she brought it quickly, chilled in a bucket, and was polite when she took our order. We waited almost an hour after being seated to receive our food, which was lukewarm despite being served on a plate that was nearly scalding hot. My steak was medium-well with grill marks, but lacked the taste or texture of a fresh grill — it felt reheated, not freshly cooked. What really disappointed us was the complete lack of birthday acknowledgment — despite the hostess being aware and it being mentioned in the reservation. No dessert, no simple “happy birthday,” nothing. For a milestone like a 30th birthday, the silence was disheartening. To make matters more confusing, booking a reservation here — if you’re not staying at the resort — comes with no directions, no signage, and no instructions on how to get in. There’s no one at the front gate, and unless you know to press the intercom and ask for the restaurant, you’re left guessing where to park and how to get there. All in all, this was meant to be a special night, but instead it was uncomfortable, underwhelming, and frankly, disappointing. For the price and the prestige this restaurant aims for, the service, food, and attention to detail fell flat. Wouldn’t return or recommend based on this experience.

Decided to make a drive up north for our 23rd wedding anniversary rather then head into the city and boy am I glad I made that decision. Fantastic service, great view and probably the best pizza I had in a very long time. I will be coming up again with the family in the near future.

Horrible staff working. My ice tea was completely watered down and missing a 3rd of the drink itself, the fact they poured that drink, looked at that, and thought "meh it's fine" and served it as is, was absolutely horrible service. We ordered 2 large fries and they weren't even half full, what the heck??? This was drive thru. Thats stealing our money at this point. I haven't even looked at the burger yet.. 😕 😩

I visited this McDonald’s location and had a very good experience overall. The food was fresh and served at the right temperature. I ordered a standard meal and everything tasted just as expected—well-prepared and consistent with McDonald’s usual quality. The restaurant was clean and organized. The dining area was tidy, and the washroom was also clean, which I appreciated. The staff was polite, and my order was taken and prepared quickly. Service was efficient and professional, which added to the positive experience. For the price, the meal offered good value. It’s fast food, and it delivers exactly what you expect from a McDonald’s. Honestly, after reading several bad reviews, I was surprised. My visit went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any of the issues others mentioned. Thanks 😊

A nice fast food restaurant in this area in Muskoka. Coffee is good and the price is inexpensive. Staff is nice and helpful.

OK food but they like to make it with no gloves and if you order it through DoorDash, they don’t give you everything they ordered. I spent $130 and then they forgot my little girls chocolate milk or straws. Yes it may be a chocolate milk, not that expensive, but that little girl expected that chocolate milk and I had explained to her why she didn’t get it and then I had to go out myself and get her chocolate milk so she would be happy. not racist, but McDonald’s was a lot better when it was actually run by people that were local.

If you're looking for handicapped ♿️ parking, there is only 1 spot which is ridiculous. I took a picture of it and also took a picture of 2 wide regular parking spots that should be designated handicapped ♿️ parking. This issue is why I gave this location only 2 stars 🌟

The long rice I stood there and waited for the food. I just wanted to leave. It was so disgusting everywhere I looked and it just got worse and worse the more I looked around. Nowhere to sit all the tables were disgusting.

very bad service. they mix up orders with another car that was behind us. this is not the first time! and they still ask for extra money. and on the way I find out that I am missing the hamburgers that I paid for! I will fix it properly! and train your staff on how to properly work at work!

A good set up for a busy spot with their two windows for taking orders and pick up. A few flavours available, wish there were more but the selection wasn’t bad. They have a lot of drink options including coffees. Lots of space to walk around and check stuff out as you enjoy your ice cream!

Nice staffs. Fair prices. Good quality of ice cream. However, I feel like the flavours tended to be more artificial than natural for smoothies and bubble tea mango fruit.

I ordered the Moose Tracks ,it was really considering that this was the last day until they close up for the season.(Overall,I enjoyed this nice shop by the docks,I’ll definitely be back next year to try out what they have to offer)

Ice cream is honestly good but I had matcha bubble tea from them which tasted quite bad and I started feeling sick after an hour of drinking it , could not get rid of bitter taste of drink from my mouth and ends up in hospital in Lindsey on the way back to my home . Please don’t order matcha from here . Thank you

Sign says closes at 5:00. They stopped serving at 4:30 with a line up of customers waiting to be served and told us too bad. We are closing early…. They apparently asked another customer to tell people in the line they were closing… poor management. Dont waste your time

Thank you to the gentlemen that were behind the counter. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. My pizza was done perfectly and I appreciate that you actually went light on the bbq sauce on my pizza but, not too light that I couldn’t taste it. Also, it was cooked to perfection. Great deal 2 my boxes for $19.99. By the way the chicken bites were also cooked well and sauced perfectly. Definitely my pizza go to when I’m in Gravenhurst

Walked in to order a pizza but first need to use the washroom. Omg it looked liked it never had been cleaned but if that was not gross enough, the smell was unbearable no words can explain it. I just couldn't bring myself to order anything. Just walked out!

Service was great! Very friendly and helpful. Pizza was excellent! The restaurant was a mess, garbage on the floor and tables, the garbage can overflowing.

This place didn’t improve since the last review from two months ago. I walked in and the cleanliness is deplorable. It is probably their rush hour since it’s 5:30 pm on a Sunday and everyone is driving down from cottage country. But they need to staff this place. I forgot to take pictures but No toilet paper in one of the female washroom. Finally decided to order drive through. It seems understaffed since we waited for a long time before getting our drinks. Muffin and coffees were great.

I have e been going to this location for years with no issues. The last few weeks it has been absolutely terrible last week I ordered a regular ice cap and it had chunks of oreo cookie in it from the customer in front of me who ordered an oreo drink. Today I also ordered an ice cap and I don't even think they mixed it the bottom was so dark and the top was light. It was terrible. The week before I orded a triple triple coffee and it was so dark and tasted like it had a vanilla shot in it not even close to what I ordered. Why is this location going so downhill?? I sure hope it improves back to the way it was im not sure if I want to go back

worst drive through experience of my life. the three individuals working on sept 6 10:30 pm kept arguing when we asked if there were plain donuts that were glazed for 5 min as one server couldnt clarify all three started yelling over the intercom. 2 were indian and one was an older caucasian lady. as we received our food and payment we were checking our food and the caucasian lady came to the window and again annoyed. as tired customers coming to get a quick order from tim’s after a 4 hour drive we didn’t want to deal with not one but 3 extremely rude tim’s workers who couldn’t even take a simple order without an argument. have polite workers willing to work the night shift or close the tim’s down. edit: there was no cars in the driveway so they were not busy especially since all three workers were free and not doing any work to come on the intercom

Terrible. 20 minutes wait for a coffee and a donut. 7 people in line, 1 till open with 1 guy who’s walking around cluelessly

I asked for a coffee which they heard incorrectly. When I got to the window, I noticed the top of the cup didn’t say the right order. I asked them if they could change it and instead of pouring a new Coffey, which would’ve cost them three cents and taken 10 seconds, They just added a couple things to the one they had already given me like I wouldn’t notice. Seriously people it’s five cents of coffee. Just make a new one. There wasn’t even anyone in the drive-through.

Staff was pleasant, but we were disappointed in the food. We ordered a BLT and Turkey BLT. The bun wasn’t fresh, the BLT had no tomato on it and 1 very skinny piece of lettuce. We had picked up sandwiches as takeout to eat on the way back home so it was not convenient to stop back to express our disappointment. We have had these same meals at other locations and have always enjoyed them.

We found the restaurant to be a bit below standard with the cleanliness. Wanted to use washroom but closed for whatever reason. This is on highway 11 going south near Gravenhurst. Realize that this is a busy stop but feel that the owners need to know they must keep it looking spotless or else they will lose a lot of business. Maybe they are trying their best but need a bit more help.
