Legit been a decade since I’ve visited Guildford Center. We were in Surrey for my son’s birthday party so we thought we would grab a quick dinner before heading home. The last time we ate Carl’s Jr was down in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. This was almost 2 years ago. We all loved the burgers and wanted to see how the Canadian version held up. East Indians run the fast food game in Canada and this location was no different. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The place could have been a tad cleaner but it was a Sunday night so we get it. The fries and burger ingredients were fresh and the patties were well seasoned. For some reason we still thought the Mexican version was a slight tastier but then again we rarely do fast food. Overall not a bad experience.

I was at Guildford Town Centre thinking about what to eat, and as I drove by this spot I figured I’d give it a try. I’m not really a big burger fan, but I decided to go for their Angus burger. It was decent — the patty had a bit of a gamey taste that’s not really my thing, but overall the burger was flavorful and definitely a generous portion. What really surprised me were the onion rings. I’ve always believed A&W has the best onion rings, and honestly, they still do. But these ones came pretty close — super crispy with just the right amount of seasoning, though they lacked a bit of that strong onion flavor compared to A&W’s. Another nice surprise: the combo actually comes with a cookie! Sadly, I put it aside and totally forgot about it, but still a cool little bonus. Overall, if I’m looking for a burger place nearby, this is definitely one I’d consider going back to.

Ordered the Famous Star with Cheese and it was pretty solid. Burger was not huge, but it’s expected so. The sauce was on the right amount and the pickles were great. Cheese was melting. Overall a good order and even better when going for the sales from DoorDash.

There aren't many Carl's Jr restaurants in the Metro Vancouver area but the Missus was famished. The service was fine even though it was managed by a cashier, a manager and a cook. We both had the Famous Star with Cheese combo deal and found it was just okay. The meat to bun ratio seemed to be off due to the thin beef patty. It was also difficult to taste any charbroiled flavor. The fries weren't too bad though.

The four-person set meal is perfect for a family to share. The dine-in environment is great, and there was even a live tennis broadcast playing that day

Not bad burgers and fries. But little more expensive than other burger joints. About the same quality interior as other places as well. With the coupons, we had a pretty good decent meal combos. We were full when we came out so portion size seems pretty decent. This place is attached to the Guildford mall so it is quite convenient.

Tried the Chicken Dippers at Popeyes and they did not disappoint! Super tasty with that signature crispy coating and juicy inside—just how I like it. The size is perfect too—not too big, not too small—just right for snacking or a light meal. Definitely going back for more! 🍗🔥

Love this place! Chicken is always fresh! I ordered a chicken sandwich yesterday without mayo and pickles and it had mayo and pickles. I approached the manager to let him Know and he immediately took care of it! Not only did I get a new chicken sandwich the way I wanted it but he also said to keep the original one. Just amazing customer service.

My very first time going to a Popeye's chicken. Had not tried it prior. I ordered a three piece meal. Server was very polite and the order was ready quickly. The chicken was quite tasty but I was not impressed with the pieces I received with a three piece meal; a wing, leg & a thigh. Each of those pieces has very little actual chicken on them. I would expect at least one larger piece in a three piece meal. I ordered the mash potatoes and gravy which I liked okay but again the amount was very small and could have used more gravy.

Always a great experience at this Popeyes! The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. A special shoutout to the manager super professional, friendly, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. You can really see the difference good leadership makes here!

🚼 Change Table: Yes A Southern Style Fried Chicken place. Offers have new items every now and then, which is a nice thing to see.. They do offer seafood 🦐 worth a try.. Add the popcorn 🦐 to any combo to get a good deal! Comments: Lunch line ups average 7-9 minutes. Food quality: always served warm. The food definitely needs to be hotter. Maybe if the service was quicker the food wouldn't be cold. Visited multiple times have found this comment to be consistent.

Walked in the store and greatly appreciated that they had COVID-19 protocols all set in place and the staff all wore gloves and mask. The store looked really clean and tidy and organized. Let’s get into what I got. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and the crunch was there and the spicy wasn’t as spicy as I liked but still had a good kick. The inside was moist and the pickles and spicy mayo was also really good! The price for a chicken burger is perfect! Unlike other places that could be really expensive. I would love to come again and try another chicken burger or other things on the menu.

The mash potatoes was having a very wrong weird taste and they accepted to change it for us with coleslaw which as not good at all And the chicken was not spicy and was overcooked

We order a full meal with blizzard's. I personally ordered a flame-thrower chicken wrap. He said 7 minutes for grilled. I was happy to wait. However he started making the blizzards right away. Please tell me how that makes sense. I let that go. Then we get home (2 mins away) open the bag my wrap is just flying around not in the wrapper and looks like this. Please tell me how this is worth the wait and $5. Sigh.

I just have to give Jennifer and her team at this Dairy Queen the biggest shoutout for absolutely nailing my custom cake order. My little one was having a Princess Peach birthday and had her heart set on a pink cake. I sent in a picture of what I was hoping for, and they completely blew me away. They replicated it so perfectly! All I had to do was add the topper and a few stars, and it was an instant hit. Everyone was obsessed with how it looked, and of course, it was delicious too. What really stood out was how much they cared. Jennifer shared her email so I could send the picture, and even called the day before to confirm the details and make sure everything matched my vision. That extra effort made all the difference. Childhood memories plus amazing service: This cake was everything. I’ll 1000% be ordering from here again. Highly recommend!

Every DQ location should be like this one! The service was great, the ice cream cake quality and decorating skill was amazing, the ice cream ratios in the cake were perfect, the store was clean and well stocked, and the ice cream cake taste was absolutely amazing. It’s like night and day compared to DQ cakes from other locations!

Great location right nearby the city hall and the outdoor area. This location is really long and has not only plenty of seatings but also a play area for kids. Ordered a banana split and it was well made but melted a bit too quickly in 14 degree weather. Fast service, nobody else was around at 3 pm on a Tuesday. There are multiple entrances to the store from almost every side of the building.

One of the best poutines in Metro Vancouver & the service at this location is dood.

The service was really awful and slow. The staff did not pay attention as I was calling them a couple of times to get an ice cream cake from the freezer.

Great service and pleasant A&W culture at this location. The onion rings were made fresh, crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside. The papa burger was as expected, though the meat patty was slightly drier but still good. A&W is a great part of Canadian food culture.

As good as it gets for an A&W franchise. Dropped by late after work for a dinner and the chicken burger and fries were fresh and crispy. The service was above and beyond despite near closing time on a weeknight. Good to see a tightly run business like this. Will be back!

It was one of the best A&W branches I came to. Very clean and breathless. 🌸 The cashier, Mr. Nikan, was very friendly and warm, and I have never seen such a good cashier in any other A&W branch. 🥰 The manager of this branch is very lucky to have these good employees. 🤩👌🏻

Fun place to eat. Cleaner than others I've seen lately. Organized and efficient staff. But my only gripe is the price! 17 bucks for a chicken burger combo...no coupons, no buy..

My family came here for breakfast on a whim this weekend and was really surprised to see a pretty good size crowd in the dining area! But even then, our food arrived hot, fresh and delicious. I remember my mom would make extra effort to find an A&W location for breakfast whenever we went for road trips back when I was a kid, and it’s always been a fond memory. Years later, and now with my own son, I’m glad they kept up the quality of food and friendly service! Thanks for giving us a great morning!

Hello, The customer service is very good and amazing, they are treating so good to the customer and all the workers over here are working hard. No one will see any associate that they are just hanging around all of them are working so good and i have seen two associates who’s names are “Navdeep” and “Raman” they are so good in customer service. They are preparing food in minutes. They are so good in customer service. I wish you they will get promotion as soon as possible. They deserve it. Thank you!!

My only complaint is that this A & W at Fremont Village in Port Coquitlam has no handicapped door access. There is a major long term care home nearby from which many of us take our loved ones for a small outing. Struggling to get a wheelchair through a door with no automatic opener is pretty poor in this day and age?

We just had a plain cheese pizza, but it was really delicious! The thin crust was amazing - tasted like the best homemade - and it had plenty of delicious cheese. Friendly service too. I look forward to trying Korean-style pizza next time!

I would give 10 stars for service if I could! The owners are so friendly and kind. We ordered pizza for my daughter's 2nd birthday, and she offered to customize the kids' pizzas to contain low sodium cheese, extra virgin olive oil and lots of veggies so that it would be more nutritious for the kiddos. The K-pizza with the thick dough is super delicious and the corn dogs were also a hit with guests of all ages as well! She also gave us some complimentary cream buns that were super delicious 😋 Definitely will be back and I really hope that more and more people will discover this place!

I always wanted to go here to try their korean pizza with sweet potato mousse and it did not disappoint!!! It was a very cold winter’s day and the moment I stepped inside the restaurant I was greeted with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The manager was so incredibly kind and passionate about her food, and she personally served us the pizza and brought over mini plates and condiments even though they were self serve and we should’ve done it. ☺️ We ordered the #4 goldrich pizza and the crust was stuffed generously with cheese that stretched, and the sweet potato mousse was everything I dreamed of. 😊 The manager also gave us two mini corn dogs as a service (she’s so nice) and OMG I’ve had a lot of good corn dogs in my life but these were the absolute best. The amount of glutinous rice flour in the dough was higher compared to others which caused the corn dog to be extra chewy but also super crunchy on the outside, and the chicken sausage inside was also soooo good. This place should be called Hearthstone Hot Dog cause they were that amazing. I’m definitely gonna return in the future and try the other kinds of pizzas and every kind of corn dog available ❤️❤️

Cozy and warm, especially They have a giant stone oven and all pizzas are freshly hand-made! My Korean friend introduced the store and it indeed worth a try. Had chicken Single size for my own as recommended by the store owner, it was so crispy on bottom and cheeze melting on top. Service was awesome as well. Would definitely go again. Right are the square of H-mart, easy to find a parking spot.

Never had Korean style pizza before but it was excellent, as were the Korean Hotdogs, which were basically corn dogs with doughnut batter and surprisingly awesome. All staff are super friendly and you can tell they care about the food they make. Will be back!

Oh boy, one of the most delicious pizza I ever had. All products are so fresh. Store is clean and tidy. You can put unlimited toppings on your own pizza. You can make your very own unique pizza. Everything is fresh and delicious. The best part is they make it in real fire stove. This make things different. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very easygoing and polite. You just gotta try once then you are in love!

Had the unique No. 1 Signature Korean Style Pizza; it was perfectly sectioned so each slice had a different topping set. Plenty of sauce and cheese, and the pizza was well prepared. The potato corn dog was delicious too!

It's a self-serve Tim Hortons counter. You pay them to pour your own coffee. No other Tim Hortons food, just 7-Eleven donuts!

They never have Ice Caps, or Coffee but lots of trash sandwiches. Great COFFEE shop! This is what happens when you have a useless women as an owner. 40 min waits in lobby, and no coffee....

Yall sell too much now and getting a simple coffee takes way longer than it should. Please stick to coffee and doughnuts, or limit quantity of items allowed to be sold via drive through.

Most of the times that I go in there they are rather busy but even when lined up to the door the line moves, if not always quickly, at least steadily. The staff here work their butts off and are always friendly. Kudos to this crew!

The english muffin is a sandy texture. Good bagels and as long as you go for either black or standard double double coffee you're golden. In a week I see 1-2 orders wrong at Coquitlam and poco locations. However I'd like to thank the workers for doing what they can during this period. Tims has been a staple in our distanced meet ups and although these issues have been present before the pandemic, we applaud the ability to continue serving.

Visit this location often. Convenient location and the ice cap machine is pretty much always working (which as any ice cap lover knows, that is pretty much always a worry when you're going up to the counter to order.) Only downside is that the lineup is processed preeeeeetty slow but once you get your order in, it's prepared super quick!

Good but server told me there was no Bieber boxes they had none and another server went in back and found some! This makes me wonder why first server lied about it as she didn't feel like going to get them????

It’s an average McDonald’s. The 20 piece McNuggets were standard but lukewarm. Have had it hotter and fresher from other locations. The Big Arch Burger was nice, fresh, and warm. The fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were standard. A bit of hit or miss for each item.

Absolutely atrocious burger staff, horrible, wait times absolutely noisy kids, awful place to go. I ordered extra pickle extra onion and this is what I got instead. I'm going to be staying far away from this dive in the future.Clearly, these teenagers can't make a burger or even properly read a board. Wish I could give them zero stars. One star is far too generous. Attached is the horrible burger that I got tonight. No sense complaining to the staff, as it'll just fall on deaf ears.

I understand the need to get food out fast, but come on. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for 4 years and i would be embarrassed to stack a sandwich like this. Happens all the time at this one. Literally looked over after writing this and my wife pulled a hair from her McMuffin. Yikes. No hair nets, I suppose.

I have never encountered such rudeness through the drive through this evening at 7:05 pm. Starting with placing our order through the drive through, inquiring if they still served hot fudge sundae still (2x I asked) both tints she was adding it on the order. I finally just let it go. We we were told to go to the first window to pay, no one was there. Got to second window and the attitude was so rude as she handed out two drinks, first the root beer, the second I heard Diet Coke, I reconfirmed what she said, … Diet Coke. I said I ordered Coke Zero and she snapped and said… it’s the same thing. I said it isn’t. Then she said as she continually tapped on the top of the lid of my drink… I pressed Diet Coke because there is no Coke Zero… and handed me my drink again. Once again, I let it go. Then she handed over the hot fudge sundae and I was surprised to see it in a paper cup (like the French fries container) I asked why it was not in a plastic cup or with a lid atleast and she rudely replied as if she was annoyed and like I was dumb … “no it doesn’t come with a lid”. She turned away and grabbed the bag of food and handed it over. She didn’t even confirm what was in there I had to check. By the time I looked up she had shut the window and was saying something to her co-worker as she turned around to look at us with the look of annoyance and rolled her eyes. Again… we just let it go: we got home (2 mins away) just to add to the disappointment … the fries were soggy and not fresh and not hot, the burgers were not even warm we had to reheat in microwave as we were starving after a long day and the pop was flat. I will be heading to another McDonald’s next time even if it means a few minutes further.

I honestly can’t believe how terrible this McDonald’s is. I’ve had bad fast food before, but this place takes it to a whole new level of hellish. It’s like no one working here cares at all—especially the manager, who clearly must not give a single damn about how this place is run. I tried to place a simple order, and they were already rolling their eyes, slamming things around, and huffing like I was bothering them by daring to exist. One of them actually cursed at me when I asked politely if my order was ready after waiting nearly 30 minutes. I’m not exaggerating—they dropped the F-word, right in front of my toddler. To make it worse, the way they were looking at me and talking under their breath made me feel like they were about to physically fight me. It was aggressive, uncomfortable, and honestly scary. It made my baby start crying—yes, an innocent child was so scared by the angry, yelling employees that they burst into tears. That alone should be enough to get this place shut down. My kid was traumatized and is now scared to even walk into restaurants. And the food? Don’t even get me started. What we received was not food—it was raw, sloppy trash. The burger patties were pink in the middle, cold, and chewy. The nuggets looked like they had been microwaved for five seconds—soggy, pale, and suspiciously undercooked. It was unsafe, unappetizing, and straight-up dangerous to serve to anyone, especially a child. The staff didn’t care one bit when I brought it up. They just shrugged, refused to remake it properly, and said “that’s how it comes” with a nasty attitude. At that point I had enough. I left with a hungry, crying child, a ruined day, and a burning question: how is this place still open? Let me be crystal clear: 🚫 The manager clearly does not care about their job or their customers 🚫 The employees are hostile, vulgar, and aggressive 🚫 They serve RAW, inedible food 🚫 They terrified a small child with their behavior 🚫 The entire place is a disgusting, unsafe, stressful nightmare I don’t usually write reviews, but this was so awful I had to warn others. This location is not just bad—it’s dangerous, emotionally scarring, and completely unacceptable. Shut it down, retrain the staff, and get someone in charge who actually cares, because right now this McDonald’s is an embarrassment to the entire brand.

I don’t even know where to start with how unbelievably bad this place is. If you’re thinking of eating here, please do yourself a favor and walk away now. This McDonald’s is, without exaggeration, one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve eaten in plenty of questionable spots. First of all, let’s talk about the cleanliness—or rather, the complete lack of it. The floors were sticky like someone had dumped a gallon of soda and just left it to ferment. Tables were covered in greasy smears and random bits of food, and nobody seemed remotely interested in cleaning them. Even the self-serve kiosks were disgusting, with fingerprints and old ketchup crusted on the screens. Moving on to the service, which was so bad it felt like a prank. The employees looked like they would rather be anywhere else on earth, which I can almost understand, but they took it to a whole new level of indifference. I waited over twenty-five minutes for a basic order: a Big Mac meal and some nuggets. When I finally got my food, it was wrong—twice. They forgot my fries, then gave me cold, shriveled fries when I asked again. No apology, no eye contact, nothing. The food itself was absolute garbage, even by fast-food standards. The burger was slapped together so carelessly that half the toppings were stuck to the inside of the box. The bun was stale. The meat was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The nuggets were soggy, the fries were limp, and everything was oversalted to the point of being almost inedible. I honestly felt queasy after a few bites. As if that weren’t enough, the bathrooms were an unspeakable horror. The smell hit me before I even opened the door. There was trash all over the floor, the sink was clogged, and there was no soap or paper towels. It was like they hadn’t cleaned it in days. To top it off, the prices were ridiculous for the quality (or lack thereof). I’ve had better meals at gas stations. I don’t expect a Michelin-starred experience at McDonald’s, but I do expect something halfway decent and at least edible. This location can’t even manage that. The whole place felt like it was held together by apathy and old grease.

Unfair Parking Fine – McDonald’s Doesn’t Care Avoid this location if you don’t want to risk an unfair fine from Royal Parking. The officer used sneaky tactics—folding the ticket into the windshield and citing me for “walking off,” even though I had proof I stayed under 10 minutes for a quick take-out. What’s worse is that McDonald’s is doing nothing about it. They simply kick the issue to Royal Parking instead of standing up for their own customers. If this is how they allow revenue to be generated on their premises, it’s honestly sickening.

Shocking Disappointment - Tim Hortons Has Truly Lost Its Way WOW. I know times are tough, but for a major brand like Tim Hortons to stoop to this level is honestly disgraceful. I’ve been buying the cheese twists regularly as a small treat, normally around 6 to 7 inches long. But at this Port Coquitlam location, I was shocked to find they’ve been cut into thirds and sold individually for nearly triple the price. 2.79 x 3 = 8.37 per cheese twists they plan to make. Be better at business, not rip off consumers. This wasn’t a one-off mistake. These were clearly sliced before baking, as you can see in the photo. It's blatant cost-cutting at the consumer's expense, and it feels like they're hoping no one will notice. For customers trying to stretch their budget, this kind of move is insulting. You’re not just skimping, you’re exploiting loyal customers. Pair this with the recent hepatitis A reports making headlines, and I honestly feel like I’m done with Tim Hortons. It’s heartbreaking to see what this once-iconic Canadian brand has become. I wish the original Tim Hortons family still owned the company, because this? This isn’t it. Crooks, do better by Canadians.

I ordered everything bagel and they put some small pieces of beef inside. I just ask bagel. So gross its really food safe issue. Don’t do this bullshit guys. Please 🙏🏼. Hopefully management do something.

Akash is always friendly, professional, and hardworking. No matter how busy it gets, he treats customers with kindness and makes sure everyone feels welcome. I really admire how he balances the drive-thru and front counter while still keeping a smile on his face. His service makes Tim Hortons a great place to visit. What happening with the order I ordered the bagel with no lettuce but I want to add the chipotle mayo but they add lettuce but no chipotle mayo what happening with this it’s not happening once a time they don’t read the instructions what the customer want to eat they make the product according to there own choice what is wrong with them I’m very disappointed with the service my friends also face this problem please read the instructions carefully what the customer wants to eat. Today I ordered everything bagel with hash brown but I got beef bagel what is this guys ?what is wrong with u ? Is you follow the rules and regulations regarding food safe did you read the instructions what is customers asking please open your eyes when you preparing the food for customers.

I am regular customer at this time Hortons,and Akash always amazing service at the drive thru. He is friendly, always smiling and make sure my order are perfectly every time . His positive attitude really makes my morning better. Great job.

This specific Tim Hortons is likely the worst I’ve ever been to. I visit it often so this review is curated over many many months. I couldn’t tell you how many times I have asked for an ice coffee and received an iced cap. I shut my vehicle off and speak very clearly. I’ve sat numerous times for 3-5 minutes in the drive through with not a single other car in it waiting to order. The food is prepared like it is thrown together, zero care, with the food order being wrong often as well. The people hired here, the management or both, don’t seem to put any care into their work at all which to me is unacceptable. I’ve worked jobs like this when I was younger and I’ve always applied myself 100 percent to any position. No one is above trying the excel or succeed no matter their role. This establishment is a down right embarrassment.

Update: the owner did reach out, and addressed the issue. Edit to respond to the restaurant’s response: After submitting my complaint I got an email confirming that my complaint was received… nonetheless, I’ll forward that email to the email you shared (I did reach out to Mucho Burrito customer service twice before posting this review, they’re not interested in resolving issues it seems as I never heard back) I was served completely RAW CHICKEN at this location… (pic below), and when I let them know they offered to make me a new one, which I obviously said no to. Only after insisting was I able to get a refund, and I was only able to get one for the pre-tax and pre-tip burrito price; had to keep the rest of the combo so took my drink, chips & queso and paired them with a burger from five guys next door. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location as I used to really enjoy their food, but the way they dealt with this was abysmal.

I had high expectations for Mucho Burrito, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. We ordered two bowls, and overall, the quality just wasn’t there. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give the food a 5. The ingredients didn’t feel as fresh as I expected, and the flavors were underwhelming. The only standout elements were the grilled pineapple salsa and the sauces—they were the saving grace of the meal. Other than that, it just didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. Wouldn’t rush back.

I recently ordered from Mucho Burrito at 2150 Hawken Street, but the location on Google Maps is incorrect, which made finding it frustrating. Additionally, the nachos I ordered were way too salty, making them difficult to enjoy. I usually love Mucho Burrito, but this experience was disappointing. Hopefully, they can fix the map issue and adjust the seasoning on their nachos in the future.

Had the worst service ever and when asked for manger’s or owner’s contact , they told me this kinda info can’t be shared. I wrote a huge detailed complaint with pics and receipt attached, a week later, I get an email from the manager saying they were away and when they come back they will reach out. Over 6 months now and not a word, so here is my negative review that your management team well deserved it. I still go to Mucho Burrito but definitely not this one. They might think it’s only one customer they lost, but you have my promise, I tell everyone I know about my experience. You guys don’t care, but I do !

Food at Mucho Burrito was pretty consistent with other branches. My only pet peeve is that the veggies are partially cut and you're left with giant pieces of red onion or green pepper. Other than that, food was quick and staff were helpful. I made my own bowl and got some hot sauce on the side. Hats off to whatever hot sauce they gave me because it had a lot of kick!

I really like how you can get a small burrito. It fills me up without giving me a burrito coma. The toppings are flavourful and the fresh grilled vegetables are a really nice touch. I also like how spicy I can get the burrito. Lot's of places advertise ghost/scorpion pepper sauces that are weak but I can get sweating/uncomfortable spicy at mucho which I love. The nutritional calculator on the website is the best I've ever seen and it makes counting amazingly easy.

Have been coming to this location for years and always get the soft flour taco trio. Recently they made the tortillas about 1/3rd smaller so you get even less meat and toppings now and they can be eaten in two bites but they are the same price as before. Will not be returning and it's a shame because I really liked the tacos here.

Something is wrong with the patties here! They are not like the other Wendy’s locations. The patties here are thin and squished like dry smash burgers. This is not a normal Wendy’s as their patties and product quality are so much worse and different than all the Wendy’s locations I’ve been too. The burger patties were thin and dry and the buns were both dry and stale. Wendy’s headquarters needs to come do some quality control at this location as it’s the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been too.

lol, so we ordered the new Grill Cheese Double Cheeseburgers, but on the screen at the drive thru they rang it under Dave's Double Combo. We confirmed it was the Grilled Cheese version and they confirmed yes. We received our food and when we checked the burgers they had just put two full burger buns on each floor Nd of the burger, instead of grilled cheese. You'll see in the pics there's no cheese, it's just a full bun on the end. We inquired as to why, and they said that's how they make them. Not until we got home did we see online there should have been cheese between the two end buns. The phallic chicken finger almost made up for it though

We had a coupon for a two can dine small spicy chicken burgers with fries and drinks. We went to the drive thru at the Wendy’s on Lougheed & Coast Meridian. We told them at the speaker we have a coupon, we handed them the coupon, we paid for our meal, we received our meal (which we thought was correct) and left. Upon arriving at home, we opened our burger wrappers, and it wasn’t two spicy chicken burgers, it was two beef burgers. No receipt given so I can’t complain on the official Wendy’s website.

If there was an option for 0 stars i would select it. 1) seating area disgusting and soda machine sticky to the point where it doesn’t come off your fingers. 2) workers are incredibly unhygienic and Unhappy it looks like they don’t want to live anymore. Worker sneezed without covering mouth! And when she gave me the spoon she grabbed it from the scooping part right after handling cash. 3) incredibly disrespectful and slow working staff. She completely ignored me when i asked to order and i had to use the sticky kiosk. She took 10 minutes to give me my frosty when there was no people in line!

One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a while! The staff was super friendly, the food came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was really clean. Will definitely be back!

I had a very disappointing experience today while picking up my order from Wendy’s. The staff member named Simran was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic manners on how to speak with customers and shockingly was using abusive language about me while talking to her team members — clearly loud enough for me to hear. Yes, the store was busy, but that’s never an excuse for such disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I was waiting patiently, even though the pickup time had already passed, and I still expected to be treated with basic decency. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and needs to be addressed seriously. No customer should be disrespected or spoken about in such a manner by any employee, regardless of the situation. I hope the management looks into this issue and takes proper action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I visited this Wendy's last on July 2, Wednesday. I went through the drive through an hour before they were to close that night. I ordered really simple burgers such as two JBC's and two spicy chicken burgers. The same order I make at every single Wendy's i go too. I also tried to order a strawberry lemonade, but when I got to the window the lady told me they had none left and tried to hand me a regular lemonade, I politely said I really didn't prefer regular lemonade and would it be okay to dump a small portion of that lemonade out of that cup and mix that cup of lemonade with some strawberry Fanta? The lady then filled a new cup up with just straight strawberry Fanta and handed it to me.. I took it because at the time i had believed her. Later after driving away I couldn't even drink it at all because it was not what I wanted at all and I did not like the taste. But anyways, They said it would be a five minute wait for fresh chicken burgers which i was more than happy to oblige and go park nearby and wait. I got my order and drove away and ate my burgers. The next morning I woke up so sick with Food Poisoning from this Wendy's. I had to call in sick to work I was feeling so ill. Not cool. Hire some people who wash their hands, and can understand basic customer service.

Only person walking into the place, no greeting no hello. When I asked for a falafel rice platter price, after not finding it posted after a quick glance, she just rudely told me to look over to the side to some papers, which were even more confusing. I gave up and just asked to make me a falafel rice platter (no idea what it included and was never told). Anyways, she starts to microwave three falafels for me and only after being chastized by an older lady including the fourth one. Two small spoons of tabouleh salad turned out to be an extra which was not mentioned anywhere. Final charge was more than expected at par or above meat rice platters, and was told to pick my package up from her end of counter. Is this what hospitality industry has come down to. 👎 Came to home in 5 mins to barely warm falafels, cold rice and last bone dry pita in the pita packaging. So dry it was already cracking at its seams. Salad was OK!!

The atmosphere is a bit dirty. The food is below average dry no real taste, old weird especially at 1300hrs rush hour time. Expensive and hidden fees. They ask you if want something but fail to mention they are going to charge you for it. Lots if GF options

I got a hair in my Donair, I don’t know why the staff don’t wear hair nets. I didn’t order a long hair in my donair. Ruined my lunch. Shame because the staff seemed like very nice people

The woman working here are rude do not say hi or even smile. They look like they hate there job and life would recommend firing them and finding new staff that look like they enjoy working there. Do not eat here if you are wanting a good experience.

Absolutely horrible staff. Incompetent... And liars... Sloppily made food. Not what asked for. And seems to be a hidden for for every ingredient on it. Then too boot. They lie about the bathroom being working. When in reality it depends on who the staff is and if they like you or not. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The steak had a bad smell, and for the toppings, they were supposed to add mushrooms, but there were only one or two slices. The garlic sauce was more like melted butter and overly greasy. The ingredients were minimal and of very poor quality. I would never recommend this place.

Gave this place one last try and was disappointed. Epic garlic parmesan stuffed crust was dry and hardly seasoned, breadsticks were tiny and tough. I paid almost $50, and definitely feel like I didnt get what I paid for. Seems like theyre cutting corners and skimping on toppings to cut costs. Dont know if Id bother trying them for a 3rd disappointing order.

I never give 1 star but this place deserves it. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and once I took a bite it was so hard and warm-cold the pizza was definitely not fresh. Not worth it at all

I purchased two pizzas, but my son found them to be inedible—overly salty and excessively spicy, making them unpleasant to eat. I waited 30 minutes to speak with the manager, who introduced himself as Pawan. Unfortunately, the interaction was highly unprofessional. Pawan refused to issue a refund or provide a receipt until I gave him my name and phone number, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. Furthermore, he was openly rude during our conversation. If there are security cameras at the location, I urge you to review the footage of this interaction with a customer. Ultimately, I received a refund for only one pizza, and they refused to refund the second. I left the second pizza on the order table, as it was truly inedible, and I encourage the staff to try it themselves to understand the issue. I walked in and ordered a large 4- topping pizza- it was a walk in special. I asked for extra cheese, pepperoni and bacon (I asked for only 3 toppings instead of 4). There was next to no cheese on the pizza, very few pepperoni, and no bacon that I could see or taste. I thought there would be leftovers as it was for just 2 of us, but someone ate 5 pieces and was still hungry. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Honestly what a scam. A simple misorder turned into took the customer money and no food. When uber tried to help, the manager was even trying to lie about it. Good thing there is recording for it.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quarter pounder cheeseburger at this location. The patty was piping hot as if it just came off the grill and the lettuce and tomato were fresh as well. It almost tasted close to an In-N-Out burger which is pretty good for Burger King. They also serve more soft serve ice cream options than McDonald’s and their menu is surprisingly vast.

Since covid the burger king food has gone to crap Figgered we would try again since it’s been a while since we had been back Wasn’t even busy so thought it would be better. worst burger’s we have ever had! no taste to the meat like it was full of sawdust ,not sure what kind of buns they are using either ? Think they dumped the jar of salt in gravy . Our soda cups they gave us too fill one was dirty (didn’t notice till we got home ) chicken nuggets and fries was the only things that was half descent cashier was friendly but food is gross ,won’t be back

Bought 3 burgers through Uber eats and when I went to eat it, there was something hard in it. opend up the wrapper, and there was a grease marker in there!.with a long gross string! attached to it. I called to tell them and they said ,something i couldnt understand and then hung up on me pretty quick . Thats some great service.! Never eating there again.

Burgers are not warm ...its actually cool. Still decent tasting whoppers. So when you ask for HEAVY PICKLES.....they actually put 3 pieces on instead of the usual 2 pieces. DAM THATS HEAVY PICKLES !!!!!!! Perhaps rhe employees do not understand the meaning of HEAVY !!!!

I always order whoppers off the grill and this place is great including the service.

The staff is rude, because when they came to take my order, I was on the phone (and there was no one else waiting or in line). They refused to take my order and pretended to be busy in the kitchen instead!

Recently had a large supreme pizza. Was pretty good. Generous toppings of the meat & veggies. Good cheese coverage. Flavours meld together just right. Although the crust was a bit too thick. But still delicious. After all these years, Pizza Hut Supreme is still supreme. Lady working there was kind & helpful.

Can’t believe how pathetic this pizza looks. It’s like someone decided to eat the toppings off the center, it was also luke warm. Bought 2 large, a pep and bacon and a Hawaiian . The Hawaiian was just as bad. NEVER AGAIN will we be using this location. If you’re picking it up, go to Fremont village, well worth the drive over this location.

Love the daily $10.99 medium pizza specials. Had the Canadian pizza and it was hot, fresh and delicious. In our opinion, we feel Pizza Hut has the best tasting unique pan pizza crust out there when compared to all fast food pizza chains. 🙂

1. Pizza delivery tracking is inaccurate. Says it's delivered before the delivery driver was even near our building. I had to call the store to confirm what was going. Apparently this is a known issue that head office still has not resolved. 2. Delivery driver doesn't know how to use google maps, nor follow instructions. He called us multiple times stating that he can't find our building and that our street doesn't exist on google. 40+ minutes later and still was unable to find our building. Called the store again and they offered a 50% discount under the condition that we help their driver find our place. IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY to train your drivers. We don't live in a place with no reception or unclear roads, there is literally no excuse for not being able to find it ESPECIALLY within 40 mins. 3. When asking for a refund directly to the account, they said they couldn't do it because they weren't a manager, but offered refund and the ordered pizza if I go in stores. When I requested for fresh pizza for when I go in store, suddenly they are able to figure out how to give me a full refund without me going in. There's just one too many problems with this location. I would have given 0 stars if I was able.

Delivery is usually fast, and the pizza arrives hot and fresh. Great choice for a cozy night in or a quick group meal.

Nothing to complain about other than a bone in our boneless bites. I understand that they probably don't make the bites themselves, but it's still disappointing.

I just loved the way that guy smile and greet. I really felt valuable for them. Also, i was able to sense the freshness of the pizza. This place has been added to my favourite restaurants list.

One star because zero is not an option. This is the worst subway around. Since new ownership, I will NEVER eat here again. The staff does not wash their hands often. They are constantly touching money and food without changing the gloves. I have witnessed this several times as I work close by as have some Co workers. We visited Subway, but the customer service was terrible. The girl who took our order was very rude. We asked for extra veggies, but she didn’t even give us the regular amount. After that, we asked her to scan our offer. Although we scanned it, the offer didn’t go through, and she didn’t inform us. The offer included a free drink and veggies, but when we asked about the veggies, she simply said, ‘Your offer didn’t go through,’ without explaining why.

I probably had the best experience I've ever had in the subway this evening. Congratulations on your great choice of employee Sukhpreet K. After walking out the subway at Westwood and Lougheed, as I was not impressed with the customer service or quality of product displayed, I decided to go closer to home to the Shaughnessy location. The young lady that served me was very helpful and friendly and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back to this Subway!

One of the girls there who has made my sub a few times i have recently noticed she doesn't change the gloves shes wearing after she touched money and anything else I watched her serve the customer in front of me and behind me without washing her hands and or changing her gloves. I kept it to myself i didnt want to embarrass her or get her in any trouble . Just something to watch if and when you go there.

Only ever seems to be 1 person working (guess owner is trying to save money?!) but we have had to wait as long as 20 to 30 minutes. Staff is usually pretty good but seem overworked and rushed. Hate that this is the Subway we are stuck with in downtown PoCo.

Not sure why they don't want to put vegetables on your sandwich. Even when you ask for more they don't really put any more vegetables on it.

The grass fed beef teen burger makes for a great, warm, filling handheld snack. It’s a delicious combination of lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, onions, bacon, ketchup, and bread. A solid burger.

False advertising. The limited edition cod taco was advertised for $3.99 yet when I bought it, I was overcharged. Came out to be $4.29 for a small taco! When confronted and spoke to the cashier who overcharged me, she brushed it off and said nobody checks and wouldn’t give me the difference or money back. Not impressed. This has happened before at this location.

Fresh food, great coffee and very friendly service ! Please treat the staff well . E went through the drive through and the person heard something other than get we ordered from one of our items . She immediately corrected it and we said no problem 😉 she was hugely appreciative that we didn’t get upset . She we answered by saying why would we ? Our impression was that people are not very kind when mistakes happen . Grow up folks , nobody is perfect . Treat people the way you’d like to be treated. Kindness costs nothing .

One of the few fast food places with good vegetarian options and this location is always fast and efficient and their drive-through and parking are decent

I'm very disappointed ordering breakfast here. I drove thru to order 2 burgers, one bacon and eggs for my mom and another one cheese and egger for myself. However, they ordered the wrong one for me 2 bacon and eggers instead! That's ok if I am on A NORMAL DIET BUT I’M A PESCATARIAN (can't eat meat products) I keep my diet with eggs and cheese only without meat products. This is a big mess if the waitress can't hear properly please double-check accurately with customers.

Hands of down the best A&W I have ever been to the food tasted fresh . The service was quick and the restaurant was very well kept and clean. Pooja was my server and she was very friendly and professional. I also tried the frozen root beer and was delicious 😋. Thank you Pooja.

July 2025- best burger or chicken lettuce wraps, They always use fresh crunchy lettuce and cut it so you can hang onto it. Healthier choices.

I was really impressed with Baljinder’s service at Subway. She is super fast, efficient, and still pays attention to detail. Even during busy hours, she handles customers with patience and a smile. Definitely makes me want to come back.

I have visited many Subway locations, and they usually have 3-4 staff members. At this location, only 1 staff member was working in the evening, which caused long waits for customers. The owner should consider scheduling 2-3 staff in the evening to improve service. Otherwise, people may stop coming if the waiting time is too long.

Honestly so hit and miss. I have gone to this subway for over 15 years. Most of the time employees seem to care and it was one of the last subways that let you put extra cheese for free (until like 2015ish if I remember correctly). It's clear that less and less staff are hired to where there is one employee at a 6pm dinner rush on the weekend. Completely unacceptable. That falls squarely on the owner's shoes. Don't be cheap, hire some people and do better. I can't even blame some of the employees for being in bad moods when it seems they are constantly getting overwhelmed. That being said, it is clear that employees skimp on portions of vegetables and as mentioned in other reviews, seemingly get annoyed when you ask for more, as if it's their money they are losing by giving more vegetables. Again, I don't know if this comes down from the owner/corporate or if this is just how employees are now. I hope this subway hires some more employees and gets back to the quality it used to be.

Extremely Disrespectful Service from Baljinder I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was unacceptable. From the moment my family and I walked in, the staff member Baljinder seemed visibly annoyed and in a bad mood. We were just looking at the menu when she impatiently asked, “Are you gonna get a sandwich or no?” not exactly a welcoming tone. As we were trying to decide, she turned around and laughed with her coworker, which already felt rude. When I asked a question, she ignored me not once, but twice before finally responding. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there. To make matters worse, when we asked for an ingredient that was clearly full in the container, she claimed it was out of stock. Only when we pointed it out did she grab it, roll her eyes, and toss it onto the sandwich with clear attitude. Throughout the whole interaction, she continued to roll her eyes, and she and her coworker kept speaking in another language while glancing at us clearly talking about us in a way that felt extremely disrespectful. We were tired and just wanted a quick, decent meal, but the entire experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. If this is the kind of customer service that’s allowed here, I won’t be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Baljinder Kaur. She is incredibly friendly, polite, and always greets customers with a warm smile. Her attention to detail while preparing sandwiches is impressive—everything was fresh, clean, and exactly how I requested. Baljinder clearly takes pride in her work and makes sure every customer feels welcomed and satisfied. Her positive attitude and professional service truly make a difference. Subway is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking team member. Keep up the great work, Baljinder!

My experience here was unpleasant. I asked Baljinder for help regarding a Subway promotion, but she didn’t make any effort to assist and was dismissive. Her rude attitude made the visit very uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Subway.

Great snacks/smoothies and great people. They always make my day 🥰 their products are super local too! Oh, their cookies are straight up an addiction.

Walk in to new coffee shop at Port Coquitlam @ravensgrubhub. Boss Joe is very nice. I will go again to enjoy the coffee and art work.

I dropped my dog off next door to get groomed, and was a little hungry and needed my morning coffee and saw this little mom and pop place so I decided to stop in since I would rather support a small local place especially during the pandemic, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I had the best breakfast sandwich that I have ever had, as well as good coffee and great customer service! Will be back!

This place has a great small town business vibe. The owner Joe is decent human being with wonderful energy. He has that special and very rare demeanor that is earned though being kind to allot of costumers, community, friends and family:-)

Not an area I get to much but had a mocha and it was very good. If I am ever in the area again will have to try some of the food.
