Nice restaurant, dog friendly on a large terrace. Unfortunately, you are also exposed to a pretty strong, gusty wind. The seafood chowder in a bun was phenomenal! Feeding en entire family if you eat the bun as well - justifying the price ;-) The garlic prawns were nice as well. The prawn tacos were OK. Add a cold beer and enjoy the view.

Great views of the coastline, great service and the food was good! Unfortunately sold out of prawns by 3pm! But the calamari, prawn tacos and garlic chilli pizza was great! The garlic chilli pizza isn’t spicy at all, but really tasty.

What more can one ask for than window seats at a beachfront restaurant. What a beautiful view. Food wasn’t too bad either. Just a short lunch stop at Warrnambool on my way to Adelaide. Good place to stretch the tired legs after a 5 hour trip from eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 😌 Food is a bit costly but worth the view!!!

We ordered the fish of the day and the seafood chowder. 1. Seafood chowder - good amount of seafood and the Cobb loaf was good. But the sauce was lacking a lot of flavour and for $40+ we expected better. 2. Fish and chips - The fish was ok but the batter tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The salad looked and tasted like one of the Asian salad mix packets you get from Woolworths. Ultimately, it was too expensive for the experience received, in my opinion. The service was slow from my experience and it didn’t look very busy. Another table had to walk up to the bar to order as they were waiting for a bit too long. Maybe understaffed or they were having a bad day? Great atmosphere though.

Food was delicious. Perfect location. Kinf enough to accomadate us the last minute.We were told about longer waiting time before we ordered. It was worth the wait.

This meal was a letdown from start to finish. The calamari was the tiniest I’ve ever seen in Australia—barely a mouthful, overwhelmed by batter, and completely lacking in squid flavour. It felt more like eating fried crumbs than seafood. The chowder was even worse. Over $40 AUD for a bread bowl that couldn’t even hold a full serving? It was more of a tasting portion than a proper meal. For that price, I expected generous portions and standout taste. Sadly, it missed the mark on both. Overall, the experience felt like style over substance. Small portions, underwhelming flavour, and poor value.

Had a lovely meal experience at Simons Waterfront restaurant in the Warrnambool RSL. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was fabulous, in particular the prawn birdnests. And the view is uninterrupted and pretty spectacular. Loved it

Had dinner here after exploring Warrnambool. Ooooo, I got to admit, I simply loveeee the Turkish bread! It was just soooo delicious. Soft, crunchy and with the butter, yummylicous and when add with cheese, mouth watering! 😋 Pumpkin soup was soooo smooth. Ribeye was perfectly cooked and loved every single bite. Zucchini Pasta was flavoursome for a vegetarian dish. Barramundi was delicately cooked and was delicious. Dessert was light and fulfilling. Our thanks to the Chef, his team, to the bartender, to the rest of waiter/waitress and to the Restaurant Manager. Thank you so much! Keep the amazing work going on! 💪❤️😍

CHICKEN THIGHS WERE AMAZING the staff (especially Bronwen) there were extremely nice and friendly, and the motel and restaurant business itself has been run by a few loyal, multi-skilled staff for more than a decade. the food there was amazing and never failed to impress me. we stayed at the motel for 3 nights, and i can confidently say that breakfast and dinner are always on point there. lovely local atmosphere

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful accommodation and the hospitality exceeds many 5* hotels. Your initial contact with Raj and not to mention the kind warm service from all who work at the Clovelly Restaurant. From Breakfast to Dinner we couldn’t be more impressed. Everything was perfect. During COVID, the setup was rearranged and looks clean and uncluttered - minimalism at its best - very COVID safe. I dined here a few times while staying in Warrnambool. I was informed that they just changed their menu, and any feedback was appreciated. The Chefs Johnny and Bryce, accompanied by apprentice chef Mario will surprise you with their plating, food combinations and tasty selections. The entrees/firsts/starters - were enough to keep me pleasantly happy for most of my stay. Prices varied from $10 - $16, which is very reasonable; servings are on the generous side. Recommendations: [Favs - 2, 4 & 6] 1. Garlic Cheese Sourdough - reminded me of a toastie. It goes great with beer! 2. Charcuterie Board - not boring, or same as others you receive - the beetroot chutney and chicken pate were the standouts. The cured meats - some not to my liking, but overall nice. The dried fruits went well with the chutney and dip - especially the apple. 3. Lamb Cutlets - interesting, modern presentation, with roasted cherry tomatoes, minted yoghurt and dukkah. Cutlets cooked to perfection. 4. Stuffed Mushrooms - yummy goodness - beetroot chutney, roasted pumpkin, garlic, pine nuts, thyme and spinach. [Perfect meal the night before driving long distances - not heavy]. 5. Bao Buns - soft buns, not dry, thinly sliced pork belly [easier to bite], sticky sauce and amply dressed slaw - went well with the mushrooms [no.4] and a beer. 6. Seared Scallops - tried as a main, but this version was better - sweet potato mash, asparagus spears with small pieces of crunchy onion, feta and lime dressing. This was so tasty and my meal of the Warrnambool trip. Honourable mentions - the pannacotta - give it it a try - perfect wobble accompanied with cream, but not sure about the sugar shard...Flavours change - be surprised! The churros were good, but the pannacotta was better. Book a table [highly recommended, as they were booked out when I was there] and try and get the window seat to watch the incredible sunsets. It is one of the best 'on-the-road dining experiences I have had in a while. YUM!

Classic little restaurant right on the corner, also a part of Best Western here in Warrnambool, Australia. Good service, scrumptious fodder, adequately priced. Across the street from the Visitors Center so it’s impossible to miss. Must try are the ribs!

Stayed in a room here and went to dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant can stand on its own with great food and staff that are friendly and helpful. We had Lamb backstrap and a Ribeye. Lamb backstrap was cooked perfectly with lots of flavour. Large piece of lamb that is sure to fill anyone! The Ribeye (450g) was huge and was cooked exactly the way requested. Lovely char flavour with great crust, tender quality meat! The spuds that came with steak were sensational! Next time we are in Warrnambool we will not hesitate in going here for dinner again!

Beautiful place with a great menu. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was enjoyable, but it was quite expensive for the portion size, and all of the dishes were a little on the cold side. Other than that, it was very good. I probably wouldn't go again but if those things don't bother you, then you'll love it.

Coffee super good ! Very smooth and silky ~ staff was friendly and welcoming, but the food took too long and it was basic.

Customer service was impeccable and each customer was welcomed warmly. The coffee was excellent in taste and temperature. Definitely 5 ⭐️ for the food. The quantity, taste and presentation was outstanding. Highly recommend a meal, or just the coffee.

Friendly, kind, atmosphere, with a big heart. We were greeted at the door as old friends would be, quickly seated and provided with water, reading material and menu's. The breakfast tacos are a must; fresh ingredients, vibrant colours and fantastic flavour profile will have you begging for more. Easily the best coffee in town regardless if you sit in or take-away, (or if you're me, both). My biggest take away from this place was how honest and kind the owner was. We chatted while waiting for my coffee to go, it's easy to see why this place is always so busy. Integrity is not something that can be taught but, it's easy to see this woman has it in spades. We can't wait to return for the tacos, and to see them continue to flourish.

LOVE!!!!!! The food really stood out. 9am in the morning but we gobbled every bit down. The breakfast tacos had layers of flavour and tons of ingredients that came together so well you may struggle to pinpoint what ingredients you're even eating in a bite. Eggs ben was possibly the best ive had in my memory and may have restored my faith in eggs ben.

Great little cafe! Nice variety on the menu and good coffee! Went back the next morning for a take away coffee and croissant and was delighted, I think one of the best coffee’s I’ve had. They were all too happy to add tomato to my ham and chees croissant. Got in the road nice and happy!

Extremely disappointed!!! Lunch with my daughter. I ordered flake and chips she ordered double cheeseburger with a side of chips. Meals were average. Chips were almost non existent. See photos. It looked like they were at the bottom of the chip barrel and split what was left between us, instead of cooking more. Photo 2: lifted fish to look for chips. Photo 3: daughter had just picked up burger. Only when we went to pay did we read on a small sign stuck to the counter that we had to pay an extra 15% due to it being a public holiday (they never verbally mentioned this at any stage before ordering, while ordering or at checkout). 😡😡

Had my breakfast here during my visit to Warrnambool, Victoria, and it was such a great experience! I ordered pancakes, a milkshake, and one battered fish — everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. 😋 The place has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, with options at the front and back. Inside, the vintage vibes really stood out — the peeling walls actually add to the aesthetic, giving it a cozy, nostalgic charm. A lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal!

Service and people there were so nice, and hats off to Bryan in the kitchen, food was amazing and the time wait wasn’t too long but was worth the overall time wait. And as for the restaurant, was very cozy and calm with good music in the dining area

Fishtales was a fabulous find for a meal at any time of the day. Cooked to perfection, big country serves, happy staff, tables outside, inside and further inside. But a suggestion to the owner, make it more appealing to the passing trade. Add a big “Cafe” sign to the front door and/or windows and do something to the empty front space, left of the front door. Maybe add a pretty table and chairs there but definitely add “Cafe” to that window. Otherwise, most definitely recommend for the food, staff and atmosphere.

Great Cafe, clean with indoor, rear courtyard and front footpath tables (which is a good pet friendly option). Service was fast & friendly, food (fish) cooked to perfection. Chips were well drained and golden brown in a side serve bowl. Beaut iced coffee and coke was in a glass bottle!! Only get plastic in NSW. Really reasonable prices - would recommend. We stopped on our way through while touring the great ocean road. The food selection is massive and the staff is happy to help you navigate it. We got our food fast and everything tasted great. The restaurant is really clean and so were the bathrooms.

Amazing thai restaurant that we came across, had great reviews so decided to give it a try. We ordered the pork neck, pineapple fried rice, tom yum seafood and a few other things. It was terrific, absolutely love the pork neck and the morning glory. The seafood was fresh and generous as well. Highly recommend trying out this place as their food is excellent and within an affordable price range for the quality and quantity. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Every time I visit Warrnambool, I have to stop by Liebig, it’s an absolute must! The food and service are always top notch, and my whole family really enjoys dining here. My favourite dishes are the duck red curry, tomyum soup, and pad kee mao! I’m salivating just thinking about them! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality of food you get. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Warrnambool!

We just visited this beautiful thai restaurant and had yummy authentic thai food. Loved dumplings, noodles and fried rice. Staff was very friendly and kind and the service is really good. Thank s to the lady who offered juice and lollypop to my kids they loved it. We would love to come back when we visit warnambool again.

Interestingly the papaya salad is not on the menu so I had to order it as a special. The noodle has a decent amount of protein, love it! My wife loves the lamb shank!

Liebig Cafe for us has the most delicious thai cuisine in Victoria and even NSW. We come here quite often sometimes even several times a week and it’s not because there aren’t other asian cuisine options in Warnie. It’s really because of their consistently tasty, flavourful and delicious food. Our favorites are: kana moo krob (the best!), thai fried rice with prawns, grilled pork neck with coconut rice, soft shell crab curry, sweet sour fish fillet and out latest discovery their whole barramundi in sweet garlic sauce. The staff are super friendly, hospitable and dedicated especially Gang, Gigi, Tom and Pat. They have lots of regular guests whom they treat as friends already. We can eat here almost everyday! Moreover, we always end our meal with their very delicious coconut or mango ice cream. Your trip to Warrnambool will not be complete without having a meal in Liebig Cafe!

We had such an amazing experience at The Liebig Cafe & Restaurant that we came back for dinner two nights in a row! The food was absolutely fantastic – every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations, making it a must-visit spot. Horrible experience. We went there for lunch and were “greeted” by the host who didn’t even say hello — just told us the kitchen was closed, almost as if we were being kicked out. Really disappointing and unwelcoming.

So glad management and chef have changed. The food and service was spot on. My steak was delicious. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meals also. We will be back

Staff were lovely.. but I ordered a kids spag bol, first one came out raw.. pasta undercooked.. and then the second one we got was pretty much the same pasta still raw just not as bad as the first. They did offer a free ice cream to make up for it which was lovely.. just not sure how you undercook pasta twice in a row. I had the beef schnitzel which was average also.

Absolutely outstanding food, crumbed lamb chops, gravy, mashed tatties, and vegetables 😋 . Bar and restaurant staff amazing and friendly. Great choices on main menu and 👨‍🍳 choices.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. We turned up on a night they were booked out and they accommodated us to have a meal before going to a booked attraction. Meals we all delicious and nice size serving. Great little club. Highly recommend.

Ordered the plain burger with beetroot for $10.90. beetroot was cold. Meat patty was quite thin. Taste was ok. Could have been a bit saltier. Bread was plain and not toasted. Very cool retro vibe and friendly service. Clean and not a greasy feeling like some burger joints.

Not joking when i say this is one of the best burgers I've ever had, better than the Betty's by miles! I ordered The Lot burger and no regrets. The portiokt was huge, the beef was flavourful yet not oily, the beetroot and other ingredients blend in well. Fries was also pretty good and not as salty. Only regret was not buying one more for the road. Just get The Lot.

Came here from word of mouth this would be the best burger I’d ever had. Ordered a hamburger with the lot ($16.90) and a steak roll ($25). Quite expensive for 2 burgers however they tasted nice. The hamburger roll however became soggy quickly and fell apart. The remainder was tasty. The steak roll was also nice, and the chips were salty and fresh. I wouldn’t rush back to return but for a once off we enjoyed

There really isn't anywhere else that does this style of old school burger like Kermond's. It's not a modern fancy burger. It's not a plain chip shop burger. Somewhere in the middle. A heavy, hearty, sloppy, meaty treat that has been a favourite for generations. Yes, they are overpriced, but I still can't drive through Warnambool without stopping for one.

People working were extremely nice and friendly and even brought the food to our table. And the food overall was amazing, everything cooked in that moment and tasted amazing in quick time

Wasn't a bad chip, hard to find a takeaway that'll feed a family for under $50 these days. We managed to scrap just under at $47 neat, to feed 2 adults & 2 children. Nothing to fancy, just large chips ($9) then a few fillers.

By far the best fish and chip place in town. The owner is super generous, my friend and I both spent around $5 on a mini chips and potato cake and both got a very large serving of chips and 5 small potato cakes each! Fresh and delicious.

Travelled from Geelong and decided to try this shop at Warnambool. Hands down the one of the best fish & chips in regional Vic. The owner was friendly and provided some great recommendations. Fish was fresh, batter had a nice crunch and just the right good seasoning. Also tried their potato cake, squids and prawns too which were equally delicious. Definitely worth a stop.

Great fish and chips. Great fish. Thick meaty blue grenadier in a great chunky and crisp batter. Big steakhouse chips cooked great. A large is more than enough for 4 with a good appetite. Small chips will definitely satisfy 2 people. Great price. And Timboon ice cream too! WILL go again.

Well worth a visit if you find yourself un Warrnambool. A fabulous tapas selection with quite possibly the best Arancini I have ever had. A well curated cocktail menu, made with quality ingredients and skill. All of this topped off with exceptional service.

definitely a worthwhile dinner. a very welcome difference in cuisine and experience in Warrnambool: a mixture of spanish and ‘mexican’ dishes. dishes are almost all executed to perfection. mostly no disappointments a solid 4.5 stars for casual- smart casual. helpful, professional and friendly service. popular with locals (for something out of the ordinary) and tourist alike.

In 2020 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary, Warrnambool was in a "hard" lock-down due to Covid-19, so we ordered-in at home from The Hairy Goat Tapas & Cocktail Bar to mark the occasion. We were very impressed with the food and service. Wouldn't you know it, but the Delta put us in lock-down again in 2021, though at least this year we were not confined to home. So we decided to continue the tradition by visiting The Hairy Goat for our 37th! Upon arrival, the check-in process and layout of the venue followed the Covid-safe guidelines and it was obvious that everything had been cleaned before we were seated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was prompt and efficient. The venue also had a cosy vibe. To mark the occasion we had a couple of cocktails to start which were perfect. As we enjoy sharing, we opted for the Special from the Tapas Menu where five selections were made by the Chef. This included arancini balls, soft tacos, pulled pork sliders, grilled corn cobs and salt and pepper squid. A carafe of their house-made Sangria complemented the meal which finished with a serving of churros to share. All-in-all, a very enjoyable evening and a great night out !! Thanks to The Hairy Goat and we'll see you next year, lock-down or not ;-)

To be honest, a little disappointing. Cocktails were ok but not great. Have had much much better elsewhere, lacks music / atmosphere. Service is very slow. Long wait for drinks, long wait to pay. Food was ok but ultimately pretty ordinary and sounded better than it was. They take a deposit on your credit card when booking and ask about special occasions- it was my birthday and I makes the booking as such. Not a peep of happy birthday from anyone. Here is a hint - don’t ask if you don’t care. If you do ask then follow through even if it is just to wish someone happy birthday when they walk in and nothing else.

Upon visiting this awesome restaurant we were greeted by Tye and he was able to find a table for two although the restaurant was booked out. What followed was a flurry of awesome dishes and spot on recommendations by the serving staff! The gem 💎 of restaurant and a jewel of a team.

A dark and discreet meeting place for some candle lit dinners for two or bigger tables for four or more. We got sat right in the front where we got to see many come in, close to the bar, and it is convenient to keep getting drinks. Cocktail selection was abundant, and the cocktails them selfs were quality and delicious. The food was also nice, a smaller menu which I don't mind and an ideal selection for sharing.

Food was yummy! We had a pizza and gnocci, it was served piping hot and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Relaxed but super tasteful, great cocktails, very nice wine list featuring local winemakers and interesting options by the glass (I had the rainbow juice!) All the food was excellent and well priced but the snapper crudo was particularly good. Excellent atmosphere, thoughtful music volume and lighting, we sat in a high booth in the front window and it felt like being on a ship. Love!

Went here for a simple quick dinner as we were hungry and tired after the long drive from Melbourne, exploring Warrnambool plus the rainy cold weather. We walked-in and yay we had a table on a Friday evening, lucky us. It was lively and the night is beginning to pick up. We ordered Pan Fried L’Artisan Halloumi with Quince and the Quince was soooooooo deliciousss and it compliments well with the Halloumi. Snapper Crudo was sooo good! Had Potato and Rosemary Pizza, Prosciutto Pizza, both pizzas were fulfilling and satisfying. Loved ittttt! Although the place may seem simple from the outside but inside the food is deliciousss! Cocktails were equally deliciousss as well! Had a great dinner and happy bellies! I know the photo do not show much but the taste of the dishes are sooo goood! DO NOT MISS OUT!!! My partner and I had such a great experience thanks to our bartender/waitress, Jenny. She was extremely friendly and calm, with a sense of humour. This made our evening feel so relaxed and enjoyable. Jenny created such a positive vibe that really set the tone for the night. She even gave her best shot at convincing us to get dessert! Almost had us, too! 😄😂 It’s amazing how one person’s energy can elevate the whole restaurant, and Jenny did just that. Well done!!

Not a huge market but still a good range of food , produce and crafts. It gets busy and parking can get hectic so going early is good.

Best to get there early and enjoy coffee, Dutch pancakes, and variety of other delicious cuisines. Had some fresh mandarin juice - so sweet. Sticky chai which was divine had a hint of citrus which was something I've never had. Great local market

This store seems to close earlier every time I come here.. today the doors were closed at 5.05pm, even though the flag was out & there was a customer still in store and the website hours stated that it closes at 5.30pm. Still lots of stock left but what’s with the shorter hours & no signs or notification of earlier closing times?? Very frustrated!!!

Very good bread made with love ! As a french traveler, I can only advise you to go taste their bread which is very balanced. I recommand their sour bread ! Enjoy your meal !

We selected Mister Brightside based on google reviews and menu options. I selected a Nonnas Garden add Olives and switched out Napoli sauce for bbq sauce - it was just what I wanted. My hubby enjoyed the whole hog with added lamb. His first comment was that it was lite on toppings but he demolished it fairly quickly! Definitely deserving of its best pizza rating in Warrnambool.

Pizza was delicious with a capital D!!! I wasn't too sure of the sizes as there were no samples on the wall (or a menu) so ordered the regular and it was more than enough to feed me. The thin crust was flavourful and had a good topping coverage. The young guy behind the counter was excellent too, fitting in my order. I also had a good laugh at the 'pizza bib'! I highly recommend this place!!

i’ve been absolutely appalled with the frappes that i have received the past numerous times i have travelled to this specific location. Two stars is generous but that is a reflection of myself and absolutely not this place. I received half a frappe one time and a milkshake the other, disappointing!

i had one of the worst experiences at this mcdonald’s, the girl on the speaker was very rude and honestly rushed me and my friends to order, she then made us wait 10 minutes before telling us fresh chips were cooked, we weren’t at all impressed by this service. she also forgot our chips out of everything we ordered. horrendous behaviour from a well known and loved place.

Additionally, there were no wooden knives available, which would have been useful for takeaway customers. It’s worth noting that this is a takeaway-only shop with no indoor seating. On a hot day, the only option is to sit outside, which isn’t the most comfortable experience. A shaded area or better seating arrangements would improve the overall atmosphere. Absolutely whompingly good, got the mac daddy, which was roughly the size of Africa and would be able to feed a full size elephant if elephants ate burgers, I stupidly got the small combo and will not be eating for a month now after filling myself 4 times over, flavour was actually measured on the ricta scale at a 11/10, beef cooked to perfection mac n cheese block was something if you had more than once you’d be addicted for life and over just a well good meal n that, a nice bonus was enough napkins to be able to wash your whole body. U absolute dashingly good looking team of burger chefs have all earned a kiss next time I’m in

We dined at 2 kings (outside tables but not set up as a dining area as such) on Monday 25 November. Ended up there as nothing else took our fancy. Ordered 2 Texan burgers and a medium chips. Burger was amazing (a little too much sauce). Chips were cooked to perfection and had a good amount of salt. Not too little or too much. My son is a big eater but we were unable to get through the meal. Staff were friendly. Photos are deceiving. Much larger than they look. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely the best burger joint in Warrnambool by a mile! Great choices of burger, it’s so hard to choose because they are all great but there is something for everyone. The loaded fries are spot on, just the right amount of sauce and flavour and to have the option to switch the fries to tater tots, onion rings or waffle fries is wonderful. If you aren’t sure what to have for dinner, just make sure you choose two kings!

Yum! Loaded fries are delicious. Kids burger is a generous size. Seating is extremely limited so be prepared to carry your food away.

The “birds the Word” chicken burger was pretty good as a whole but the chicken piece was quite small / thin and felt the slaw needed a little more dressing. Large onion rings were alright also but not to their usual standard. There is heaps of great options here and think I’ll stick to the beef patties in future.

The burgers here are simply amazing! I have never had one from here I didn’t like and I have plenty of them! Personal favorites include the Two Kings Classic, Cheesy Double, Sgt Pepper Cheeseburger and my all time favorite, the El Diablo (be hungry when you order this beast!). Pictured is one I just tried for the first time, Breakfast At Tiffany’s…and it was superb! I will definitely be ordering this one again. The burgers here are always fresh and tasty and the service is excellent. If you love a good burger, you will not go wrong here! The only thing lacking here, is a dining room…that would be amazing.

Waited 40 minutes for my “Big Box of Noodles” on a busy night—which I can cop. What I can’t cop is calling it a combination and only getting 3 prawns, a couple slivers of beef or lamb, and barely-there chicken in micro-sized bites. It felt more like a hint of meat, not a proper combo box. To top it off, it was way too salty and garlicky. I usually handle strong flavours, but this one was just overkill. I couldn’t even finish it, which says a lot. When you order “Big,” you expect big flavour and balanced portions—not a salt bomb with barely any protein. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star is the staff. Great vibes, friendly as hell, and clearly working hard under pressure. That energy’s rare and appreciated. But here’s the truth: “A good vibe can’t fix a bad feed.” Fun in the kitchen’s great—but the focus still has to be on getting the food right. You’ve got potential. Just hope the quality starts matching the effort.

Ordered the honey chicken, it is my favourite in Melbourne. There were only 6 pieces of chicken which were all burnt. Don’t waste your money!

Took ages and the staff were rude. Genuinely did not communicate effectively with customers. The girl serving genuinely said "I don't know 10-20 minutes" whilst shrugging her shoulders when asked by a customer how long the food would be. Never going here again. Staff need a bit of education on effective customer service skills when that is essentially your entire job.

My experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the food I received was burnt (as you can see in the attached photos), big letdown. In hindsight, I should have checked the latest reviews before ordering, and I recommend you do the same. Oh yes I tried calling them, but no one answered. As a visitor to Warrnambool, I had enjoyed a pleasant stay up until this point, but this dining experience left much to be desired. I hope that the issues I encountered are specific to this particular Noodle Box franchise.

Absolutely disappointed! The Pad Thai was the worst I’ve ever had — bland, soggy, and lacking any authentic flavor. To make things worse, the fried rice smelled burned, which completely ruined the meal. Felt like a total waste of money. Would not recommend this place at all.

I asked for mild spice taste. It was very hot. It was supposed to be satay. Couldn’t taste that. Beef? Very little Almost inedible. Plus I was told it would be about 5 mins, it was more than 20 mins.

Absolutely disgusted. Came here to get only $7 chips to try, but was disappointed to be given the most disgusting chips I have ever tried. The lady that served me did not seem like she wanted to be there, and was quite rude, and the amount we were given was around $4, not $7 worth that we had paid for. Lastly, the chips were so tiny, I could tell they were leftovers. I can make better food than this BS. I do NOT recommend coming here even if you have low standards on what you eat!

Look the amount of options for gf is great and they do have a warning that’s says they are not 100% gf but the food was so mid and oily and not enjoyable the chips we got were like the bottom of an empty packet like chip crumbs however you do get a lot of chips for what you pay, but I got so sick after eating here, again they do have the warning so not entirely there fault but if you are coeliac or have strong reactions to gluten I’d probably avoid

Went to Zambrero Warrnambool for Lunch on our way to Mount Gambier - The ambience is nice. We had Big Burrito and Nachos Bowl and a Kids Burrito Meal - It was standard Zambrero Taste. Would be better if the Service was more friendly and welcoming.

Edit: they just keep getting worse with getting orders wrong and wrapping burritos horrifically, it's actually just becoming a terrible place to get burritos from. Service is usually mediocre, staff don't usually speak up or clearly, and get orders wrong. It's not always so bad. The food is usually always good. Unfortunately typically terrible at wrapping burritos tho. Tonight my regular burrito was bigger than my friends big burrito, both were hardly wrapped at all and basically exploded when opening.

You know what your going to get here, pretty consistent food as you would expect. There is a great little indoor and outdoor seating area which is kind of hidden if you didn’t know it was there. It’s always a nice quiet space to stop and eat. White rice tends to be over cooked I’ve found, black rice is always really good. Chicken and beef can sometimes tend to be a little dry, pork and lamb always good. Always like to spice it up a bit to give it plenty of flavor.

Stingy people. Went on end of the day. The girl was filling the box in very small amount. Seems like they are gonna use it for tomorrow. The serving girl was just touching the spoon. Another girl was serving another customer in same box with good quantity of food. Hardly any rice or meat in the box. Mostly salad.

I ordered nachos from Zambrero, but what I got looked more like a side dish at a kid’s birthday party that even the clown wouldn’t touch. I’ve seen more cheese on a L&H hotdog. They slapped on one scoop of guac like they were rationing it for an apocalypse, threw some sour cream on there like it was an accident, and called it a day. Half the chips were naked and not in the good way just dry, bland triangles staring back at me like, “Help us.” For the price, I expected nachos. Instead, I got the equivalent of finding out your team lost before the game even started. These nachos were so depressing. It ruined my week. If you want nachos, do yourself a favour grab a bag of Doritos, sprinkle cheese on top, and microwave it for 30 seconds. Boom better than Zambreros at its best

Ordered ahead and picked up some hot food after my daughter’s football game. Battered flake was amazing, nice big chunky chips cooked perfect and again the potato cakes were huge and the batter so crunchy. Will definitely be back again!

Ordered a zinger bundle for $14.95. Took 15 minutes but everything was hot and fresh. Customised the zinger burger with bbq and chilli relish and it was much spicier than normal which was great. They offer a free drink and chips if you post a Google review. To their credit they don't check what your review actually says having already 1000+ reviews. While it's clean and spacious inside, the constant beeping from counters make for a noisy environment to eat in.There are also 11 parking spots outside.

Considering it's fast food, they've done a great job. Kind well trained staff members (unlike zambrero) who were actually helpful. Food itself wasn't bad at all. Well salted and crunchy chips etc. The store was clean and it wasn't very busy when i went. Would recommend.

It’s amazing how cheap and greedy businesses have become and this one is no exception. I ordered a large meat pack for $24.90, which comes with 3 sauces of your choice. All I wanted was for the sauces to be in 3 small containers instead of all over the meat.These containers cost between 3 and 4 cents each yet this shop wanted to charge me $1.50 extra for the containers.There is no sign stating this and when I questioned the guy about it he said it was to cover the cost of these containers (which cost 3 cents each )so this is a lie. His attitude was rude and would not even listen to what I was saying. I even said if it’s really about the cost of the container then I will bring my own.To which he said I would not accept that which proves it was all about trying to squeeze the extra $1.50 from me.I didn’t end up getting any sauces and he seemed quite ok with that as if he had won because he had saved on the sauce.I told him I would never be back again and he seemed quite happy to lose a customer over 3 cents.Madness.he’s obviously not the owner and couldn’t care less. I cannot tolerate rudeness arrogance or greed and this guy who served me displayed them all.I will never go back there again

Staff on coffee machine teaching others how to make coffee while making lukewarm hot chocolates instead of mochas, not wiping the milk wand between using almond milk and normal milk, and just taking ages in general. Food also poorly put together and took even longer

Appalling state of food and service. The burger meal we received was like it was weeks old including the ingredients in it. Cardboard chicken burger barely there and the additional bacon was rock hard. The fries were also cold and old. Tried to call by phone to rectify and no answer even after 6 tries. We were travelling to a weekend away and so to find this in the bag after we left the drive thru was disappointing enough, no answer on contact number a double whammy. Won’t bother with McDonalds again. Tired and disappointed.

Drive thru was backed up and not moving. Decided to go in store. OMG So slow, staff appeared to stop for a meeting while people were waiting for their order. Then stood and witnessed staff member argue with people over a families ice cream order. Someone got something wrong and instead of just fixing it argued over $1.10 what has happened to the good old days of MACCAS

Ordered 2 chocolate Sundays and paid for extra sauce to get 2 Sundays with the sauce all over the cups and spoons and not even one full pump of sauce in either of them! Cold chips in the meals and trying to call the restaurant for 45 minutes with no answer! Very poor service, pathetic presentation will not be going back to east, will go to central from now on at least they answer the phone!

Standing outside talking to my friend I noticed the condition of the maccas delivery car. Drivers side had the space saver tyre on it (fair enough, it happens) but what I saw next was the passengers side tyre was completely bald. So bald the canvas is showing through. I'm convinced these cars do not get serviced. Bald tyres is poor form on maccas east behalf especially since young p platers are the main drivers. With the rain we've had lately this is putting drivers at risk. Lift your game Maccas East. It's bad enough you sell crap food but to put young inexperienced drivers in unroadworthy cars is dangerous.

I ordered a soft serve at 8:45pm and we watched the server drop the serviette on the ground then pick it back up, look at us, and continue to make my ice cream. I told the blonde girl with glasses at the window we watched her drop it and would like a fresh one and all she said was “no I didn’t”, I refused to take the ice cream till it was remade. Absolutely disgusting service, having worked at McDonald’s before, I know what can touch those floors and don’t want that touching my mouth. Would not recommend.

I believe you can do better than this. The fried chicken with chips should be crispy and juicy, but recently I can only get the soggy and dry chicken and chips. Please keep trying til the crispy chicken back to us.

Pretty good for a RR. Ordered 4 box meals, one came with the smallest piece of chicken ever. Burgers not too bad. Edit: Thanks for the response RRPR team. My suggestion would be this, given it is a chicken joint after all... if the piece of chicken is too small due to all those reasons you listed, why not just pop another piece in? Otherwise it feels like 'ah well, too bad, better luck next time". I prefer not to gamble/ leave it to chance if I get what I ordered or not.

I bought meal from Red rooster and I was served the wrong meal. Upon asking the lady that it was not my order she took my tap on her machine twice to refund the amount she deducted but today again red rooster has deducted money from my account for nothing. Shouldn't use apple pay i guess in this restaurant.

Live in Ireland, currently in Australia and got 2 LARGE pizza from domino’s which we assumed would feed 4 people as in Ireland 1 large pizza will feed 2 people (or MAYBE 3) and well they don’t have their sizes displayed so we didn’t know how small a large pizza would be, the pepperoni pizza was the large from domino’s Australia and the other a large pizza from Ireland. I completely understand different sizes in different countries but this was a large 10” pizza and in Ireland a large is 13.5”……. The small pizza in Ireland (not medium, small) is 9.5” so basically if your from Europe get more food because your getting a small pizza for the price of a large one

Been coming here for a while now. I am a lover of pizza but my love hasn't quite transferred to my family as such. So whenever we get to have pizza I am excited and want to make sure it is a good time for the family. I placed an order over the app and came to pick up. As I was leaving with the food I noticed that I had a side that didn't order. I returned to tell them this and they quickly started cooking the correct side and gave my family the "incorrect" side as apologies. Amazing service and will be continuing my attempt of getting my family into pizza as much as I am.

This is their loaded fries. I thought i would give them a try as usually i just get a simple cheap pizza... i assumed it would be not worth it and they didnt dissapoint.. theres like 15 fries in this if im lucky and charging a whopping $10 for a snack size chips... bit of a joke.. first tried to get the $12 for 2 pizza deals with the usual $7 pizza i get and it was going to charge me an EXTRA $2 because it was under the deal... tried removing the deal and choosing the 2 $7 pizzas i usually get and they were trying to charge extra $4 for the thin n crispy which is usually included in the $7 price! Rip off!!!

Had the 3 large combo delivered for the family. All 3 pizzas were very stingy on meat,. All the bases were soggy. The Hawaiin was neatly All cheese with almost no hame or pineapple, yet ironically it was the only edible one of the lot. The chicken supreme may as well have just been a vegetable pizza. Almost no chicken. And the Godfather smelt and tasted funky. Dissapointing as previous pizzas had been nice. Just lost a family as customers unfortunately.

Best value bang for buck Pizza in town. Too many others say their pizzas are 'gourmet' and charge a fortune but in reality are terrible with slopped together ingredients. This Domino store is on point, never been dissapointed with the quality or the price. Time from order to arrival is generally 15 minutes for me which is amazing.

I order VEGETARIAN wrap and there was training girl who start making my order and she was doing good but the girl who was giving training to new staff, she used same gloves which she used to touch beef for prior order and mine veg order, which i really dont like it and this is called cross contamination if they know. If she dont know the kitchen rules how can she train someone. They should change the gloves specially non veg to veg. Really disappointed.

Seems like employees here are not get paid, I was calling for 2-3 times at 8:30 pm today to order over call, but they didn’t even pickup the call. I wanted to pickup at 8:55. When I reached there that time they already closed.

No point using the app to order ahead. Every time I have arrived at the stated pick up time I have been told that my order has either not even been started or only just started. The whole idea of ordering ahead is to skip the 5-10 minute wait in store. Staff need to get better at monitoring the online orders but I think there is a distinct lack of supervision & lots of 15-17 year olds working here who honestly probably don’t get paid enough to care.

I ordered a foot long and it came to not even rapped properly and there usually wrapped with a white sheet as-well. It was just sat in the wrapping and folded over that’s it.

Just want to say what a delight it was purchasing at this store just a few minutes ago. It was extremely clean and I was served by Johnno. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, customer service, and food handling skill. He expertly greeted me when I entered the store and was able to build a rapport with me as a customer while maintaining a professional practice. This was a mood lifting experience which is something I appreciate as a customer with a busy an stressful life. Definitely an asset to the company. He also informed me of how good his employers were and I responded by saying that it shows because of how friendly all of the staff are at this store and the level of cleanliness that is always present at this location.

One of your employees, I didn't see her name. but she is incredibly slow at everything she was doing, including her talking she was acting like she did not want to be there and came across very rude. It wasn't very busy in the store when I was in there but due to just how SLOW she was moving it banked everyone up. she had a bun and glasses. her bandanna was also not sitting properly. I think her name started with an E. It was very hard for me not to get very angry at her that is how slow she was moving. thanks. !!!!!!!!!
