Great location, fabulous views. Restaurant serves the best wraps and pizzas on the island. The rooms in the main building above the reception are great. If they put you in outside wings the rooms are horrid. Pretty old so no proper planning of charging/ lighting. You will struggle to charge phone next to the bed as no charging points. GREAT gym, very nice wet and dry sauna/steam. Those are some of the plus points. Unlimited cocktail hour 5-7pm is something to look forward to. Great finger foods and the panoramic view of the mountains from the lounge is absolutely breathtaking.

We stayed in the Bacchus wing access to lounge for nibbles and drinks. More food nibble selection would be great. Our room was lovely and clean but it needs maintenance. Water in the shower runs straight out into the bathroom floor, no bathroom ventilation so the floors get slippery, said we have slippers but there was none, balcony door couldn’t lock, had no hand towels on the second day. Food at Vue restaurant is bland and average. I expected better quality. The views are spectacular. That a side the staff are very good from the time you enter.

Room is spacious but old. However my stay there was good thanks to the very attentive service. The concierge was helpful in helping me arrange for a taxi driver to visit some sites. You can request for the buggy to drop you off at the supermarket near the other exit. Also appreciated the nightly turndown service. Other pluses: - Location is very convenient - 10 minutes away from the airport with complimentary shuttle. - The restaurants and room service are not bad too.

There's a range of rooms. There's the older wing... Which is OK. The newer section is much better (I've heard). We stayed in the huge executive room in the older section. It has a loft bed. The beds are very hard... You can feel the metal spring parts.

disgusting, extremely dirty, old, shabby, uncomfortable, cheap, inhospitable hotel, which still has the audacity to offer itself as a five-star hotel. categorically never and not recommended to anyone. better immediately throw your money in the trash, you will get more pleasure than from staying in this hotel.

Staying at Airways Hotel in Port Moresby was a real highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, the setting impressed: the hotel is nestled in its own botanical gardens with sweeping views over Bootless Bay and the Owen Stanley Ranges. It feels like a calm oasis despite being so close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a mix of modern finishes and timber touches that make the place feel warm. The amenities are excellent: indoor and outdoor pools, a full fitness centre, spa & wellness facilities, and even a floodlit tennis court. Simple things like free airport shuttle and reliable Wi-Fi add a lot to the convenience. Dining options are generous, with four restaurants, cafés, bars, and poolside food all available. The buffet breakfasts are good, and there’s a variety of cuisines. The staff are very professional, helpful, and attentive — service feels polished, and many guests mention this as a strong point. A few things to watch: some rooms in the upper wings (e.g. the Dakota Wing) are pricier; occasional reports of minor maintenance issues in certain rooms do show up in reviews. But overall, these are small blemishes in an otherwise excellent stay. Bottom line: If you want comfort, style, and ease (especially flying in or out of POM), Airways Hotel is one of the best choices. Great value for what they provide, and a very relaxing and safe base.

Excellent service and workers were friendly and helpful. A gentleman at the Fountain wing took us all the to Bacchus wing to show us the conference room. Great help.

I ordered the Singapore Laksa. It was super good. It contained two types of noodles: vermicelli and egg noodles. The soup had a coconut milk flavour. Topped with shredded chicken and shrimp, it's absolutely gorgeous. Price is 33 or 35k? I'll go back to eat there someday.

This place is always packed during lunch time on weekdays, so it's best to come a little earlier before the office crowd arrives. The food is generally not bad and reasonably priced. Waitresses are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. Their nasi lemak has a good reputation among my Malaysian friends. While it isn’t authentic, it offers a healthier twist, with lots of vegetables, and the chicken isn’t fried, which is great for those weight watchers!

The restaurant's recent renovation has given a face-lift with a strong red look. The place is always full. The food, service, and atmosphere is 👍 love the seafood chow mein, okra vegetables dish, and fresh mix fruit juice.

Haven't actually spent a long time inside the venue but from first impressions, the place is really spacious, great outdoor areas for get togethers, there's about two bars outside serving PNG's 🇵🇬 best lager. Friendly staff

Love this place, one of the best burgers to get in Port Moresby city. Had a great time there with friends to celebrate birthday. Only problem is because the tiles in the pool have come off , just some and the pool needs some upgrades

Personally recommended place for meet People and spend time with ur family. Staff are really friendly. bar got variety of beers and liquor. Prices are reasonable. Fully equipped gym, squesh court and tennis court for Sporting activity. Really tasty food from the cafe.. thumbs up. 👌👌

Great place for relaxing and a family day out

Just a great place for a quick lunch, or quick beer on the way home. Weekends are a family event. Great value. Excellent facilities for a family fun day. A great down to earth club for the working man who is looking for a venue to watch the footy or the family who enjoy a day out with the pool and great value food.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was well below par – absolutely tasteless and lacking any flavor. It felt like little effort was put into seasoning or preparation.

This is the best place to splurge on the assortment of dimsums and dumplings for lunch. The variety of choices is so wide that you can not help but try almost all of them. I hope they serve their siomais with chili garlic oil in the future though. :)

The Dim Sum Breakfast on Sundays is definitely something I'd like to try out. Great food! The Dim Sum recipes are definitely a highlight of the place. Yam Basket is a must try! Interior is so spacious, 2 bars and a stage for functions.

Chicken mushrooms soup is delicious. We love bean curd on hot pmate. It's just difficult to order dessert

Good Food for a Chinese Food cravings especially for a Seafood Dishes however it's a little crowded and hot when having a big function of people.They should'nt accomodate a big crowd if they can't give a good service...The cutleries set -up and sauces or dips wasn't served anymore to everyone unless u will asked for it.Imagined driking wine in a highball glass. 10pax of people per table yet they only served 5 wine glasses.

I had been to the rooftop bar and the restaurant only for coffee but going there for dinner just this week, they have won me over. The service is immaculate and there is truly much attention to detail with the food; a bold mix of flavours that play on your palate in a delightful culinary experience. I enjoyed the view, the atmosphere, the music and ambience was good. The service team was well mannered and courteous. The only thing that spoiled my mood was the unpredictable loudness of the music. Despite this, I enjoyed my time.

The bar is very nice. I'm afraid the same can't be said for the food. The pizza bases are more like a biscuit base and the toppings are nothing exciting. I've had the tomahawk steak in the restaurant before, which was fatty and hard to digest. Came with thick cut chips, supposedly. They were frozen french fries.

Sizzlers gets crowded, so be prepared for dishes at the salad buffet to finish quickly during peak times. The food is fair, if abit salty for my taste. We asked for water, and were sold a K10 jug of "infused" water with 3 slices of fruit in it. We juuust managed to pour 10 glasses of water from that jug. So that's K1 per glass of water. Service varies. Sometimes its good. I asked for tea, and the person offered to go to the bakery next door to buy it for me, as they don't have tea. On another occasion, service was useless. Feb 2024 they closed the salad buffet and turned the lights off on us while we we were still dining. At 0920pm. Without prior advise that service would be ending soon. When I subsequently asked for my meal to be packed (as I hadn't completed it) the server gave the standard "can't pack food from the buffet" line. I had to explain why this was different.

I ordered a well done T-bone steak but it was burnt and underdone. It felt like it was rushed with little to no care. The sad thing was, the place was not full. More care should be given to orders.

This place is by far in my books a really good place to go and have steak. The endless salad bar is great and dessert options to choose from make the experience worth the money.

Service was good. Waiter attended to tables as soon as guests left after dinner which was lovely to see. I ate from the buffet and it wasn’t enjoyable but it was okay. Its just sad to see such a good place go down like this. Feels like they stopped competing and trying to be the best in town like they used to be.

We had dinner here on a Friday evening. It was convenient as we had family staying at Gateway. Lady manning the till was busy fiddling around with receipts while we stood around waiting for up to 3mins waiting to be served/seated. Not even an acknowledgement of our presence. Eventually got seated and we went for the easy dinner buffet option due to time constraints. It was quite disappointing and certainly not worth the money. Had only one protein selection (curry chicken) and three versions/dishes of potatoes. Took time to have these replenished when they ran out, particularly the chicken. Deserts were stale. I would not eat here again.

For the cost I ordered a steak and got a sauce that had a texture that was similar to water. Not a recommendation for dinner

Great setting, and great food. Although there are no Vegetarian options on the menu but they make up for it in the salad bar.

We booked a group of 16 for the Sunday night roast dinner buffet. They confirmed our booking. We arrived and were informed that the buffet was not available. We were sent down to Sizzlers instead where there was very little food on offer.

Pizza took more than an hour. Poor timing...

Blood slow

As a treat, we picked up pizzas for dinner last week. To the eye, very appealing, huge let down when bitten into. Absolutely no flavour, the base was very thick, giving the illusion that the pizza was topped generously, it was not! The only flavour experience was the cardboard that the pizzas came in..considering the cost of the pizzas, we expect to enjoy our order! Needless to say, we won’t be ordering pizzas again

I find the Flat White good, don't order a long black, they usually burn the coffee and it's scalding hot. Wouldn't recommend the pizza, if you do get pizza don't get seafood, it's just canned tuna on pizza base. The rest of the food I've found to be reasonable for a fast food take out place. I'd go for the chicken roll or the muffins.

Had a horrible experience recently. The service in this select time of my visit was very poor and did not warn me of my order being ready. Had to wait an hour before getting a cold pizza that was overpriced for it's size.👎🏽The departure lounge just inside however is the best in my opinion.

Horrible customer service. We waited for an hour for a pizza that's supposedly a medium size what came out was soooooo small. The waiter didnt even come out to tell us the order was ready...I mean what the heck??? Mostly everything was overpriced. Milkshakes were nice though!

With the pandemic issue, there doesnt seem to be many customers. Otherwise the coffee machine is up and running again (yay). Variety still needed in their pastry and hot foods but otherwise ok.

Express Takeaway is OK, a selection of hot foods, meats and either rice or chips, they have pre packed garden and fruit salads, cold and hot beverages, milkshakes, ice cream (magnum, paddle pop sometimes gaytime), pizza is ok, wouldn't say the best in POM, service at the 6 mile Enzos and Ela Beach is quite good, Ela Beach however take longer with getting your Pizza done than if you just went there to grab a coffee or takeaway hot foods or just pick up some bread from their mini bakery, I would not however recommend the Harbourside Enzos, although they have gelato, they lack good customer service, and hardly restock the hot foods adequately.

Good clean kitchen . Food nicely presented. It looked tasty but the meat just tasted blend like it was pressure cooked then added to the sauce afterwards.

I always go for Cheesy Mashed Potatoes with beef and mixed veggies (peas,corn, carrot).. You won't regret spending your money there.

The menu was well assorted and had great presentation. Service from counter attendants was warm and courteous, although there is a lack of seats and no rubbish bin near by. Otherwise, it is a cozy and alluring place to grab a great quick meal when you're on the go.

My two favorite pies from here are Chicken Curry and Apple Pie. However, the past 3x times i tried to order the Apple Pie i've been told it's not available. 3 stars due to unfulfilled craving.

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at Buffalo Burger I recently visited Buffalo Burger in Port Moresby on January 2, 2025, and had a deeply troubling experience that I feel compelled to share. While eating my breakfast wrap, I discovered a tooth inside my meal. This was not just an accident—it was a serious breach of food safety, and I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the management failed to offer a proper apology, replacement meal, or even a refund. Instead, they simply collected the tooth and handed me a form to fill out. The lack of accountability and customer care was shocking. What followed was even more alarming. Instead of addressing the incident with professionalism, the company began threatening me with legal action and intimidation. I was contacted numerous times through emails and phone calls, where I was accused of defamation and false reporting, despite providing clear evidence of the incident. The situation escalated further when I was contacted repeatedly—despite my request for all communication to go through me directly—leading to emotional distress for my family, especially as we were in the midst of a mourning period. It is deeply concerning that a business would attempt to silence a customer who is simply sharing their truth. This type of bullying behavior, combined with a clear lack of food safety standards, has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at Buffalo Burger to think twice. I would also encourage the management to focus on improving both their food safety practices and customer service, and to act with integrity and professionalism in their dealings with customers. I will continue to seek justice for this incident, and I hope that this review serves as a reminder of the importance of transparency and respect for all customers.

The location is convenient to many people who reside in the Northern suburbs of Port Moresby. The quality of food is decent and the staff are polite and friendly. There are dine-in and takeaway options, and parking is almost always available.

PEA PIE POD: Had the chicken mushroom pie.. not great. Mash potatoes, I think they are using instant, didn't look like fresh potato mash. Green mint peas looked brownish green.. smelled off. Took 3 bites only..yeah couldn't eat it. Packaging is good though.

Drive through service was fast. Love the fish and chips, and large milk shake.

Had a great day there....Especially with the Puma Energy Community Car wash program...
