Me and my friend had dinner for 10JOD total. The food was delicious - we had the kofta with tomato, baba ganoush, garlic yogurt and the Arabian salad. The service was impeccable - the waiter was very kind and offered us tea and sweets for dessert (for free!🥹). This is a lovely restaurant I would really recommend eating at if you’re ever in Aqaba!

The food and the service was amazing. I was a little bit sad, because we ordered grill and I wanted to taste the grilled shrimps they looked delicious and big. As the dish that we had was really big and tasty.
I saw good reviews on this place so suggested it to my friends to try it. We were fasting so we had our iftar. I wanted to try the traditional food (mansaf) but the chicken version. The milky soup that comes with the dish is being served separately which is very useful in case you didn’t like it so you can manage whether to add it to the dish or not. It wasn’t light and salty, this is not my preference when it comes to food so I ate the rice with the chicken only 😁 but they tasted very nice. Portion was very good. Prices were good too. It was crowded Masha2allah. I’d eat there again.

Everything was wonderful! We had Mansaf, the famous dish here, and we absolutely loved it. They make it so well! The kebabs were also delicious, the place was very clean, and Yusuf took great care of us. We felt just like at home. Thank you very much!

I went to this place along with my cousin and our wives based on the [great] recommendations of many locals in Aqaba - and to my surprise there was only one bad [google] review and one customer sitting having lunch (it was around 1 PM on a Saturday at the time). The server who came to us was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations as we were browsing through the long menu. My wife had the spicy fish, and I had the mixed seafood grill, which were both absolutely delicious! For appetizers we had the mtabel, fried calamri, and a rocca salad - the rocca salad was not good but the other items were really good. The place was a little expensive but then again most seafood is a bit pricey. In conclusion I am glad we tried this place and I too will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aqaba.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a letdown from start to finish. The prices were ridiculously high for food that was average at best — definitely not worth what we paid. On top of that, the service was way too pushy, with staff hovering and rushing us to order and finish. It felt more stressful than enjoyable. Definitely not coming back, and wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with overpaying for a subpar experience.
Great lunch experience at Alibaba in Aqaba! Tried various seafood dishes, ribs, biryani, and appetizers - all delicious. Outdoor seating is cool, centrally located in downtown. Easy taxi access from hotels. Prices fair for quality. Staff very friendly. Loved it!

Delicious food especially fish sayadiyah, grilled shrimps and mixed grilled meat were all great. We had to wait maybe 15-20 mins for the food as they're very busy. It's probably a touristy place and it's comfortable and clean. We also had three drinks and kunafa and baklavas. The bill came to about 55JD for three of us with service and tax included.
Came here upon a recommendation from the hotel as they serve fish (relatively unusual in Jordan) and I wanted the option of alcohol with my lunch.
This place has a nice seating area out front and a small fresh fish counter. I cooled down with a beer initially, before ordering lunch with Jordanian wine. The sayadieh (fried fish on a bed of spicy rice) was good, as was the service and wine.
Alcohol prices, unsurprisingly, are expensive all over Jordan, so that always bumps-up the final bill. Alcohol also attracts many tourists, but I disagree with many reviewers who suggest that prices are inflated because of the tourists.

Friendly staff and good price, I like their aubergine dip, it is more granular than most places and garnished with pomegranate. The seafood platter I got is okay, the fish is not fresh, calamari and shrimp is average while the seafood soup is not good, but their seabream is quite delicious, definitely recommend that dish.
Best grill in town, and very good prices. Our waiter was very helpful and spoke good English which is not very common in our experience. We even got a small gift, but that doesn't efect this review.

Khubzeh & Siniyeh Restaurant
This restaurant specializes in serving traditional dishes and trays such as kofta and shrimp. The menu is somewhat limited, but that’s because the main concept of the restaurant revolves around these signature dishes.
The food is excellent—delicious and flavorful across all items we tried. The restaurant has a simple yet pleasant décor, with both outdoor seating on the street and indoor seating (some air-conditioned, some not).
Service is good, but it could be improved. The staff would benefit from some hospitality training and increasing the number of waiters, especially during peak seasons, to better handle customers.
One downside is the acoustics inside—the echo makes it a bit noisy, along with the sound of chairs scraping on the floor, which can be unpleasant. Also, the birds in the indoor area are a little distracting; replacing them with canaries or finches could make the atmosphere much nicer.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with excellent food. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

We ate here yesterday and it was great. We had to wait 10 min for an available 14 seats table, the staff was very nice and made their best to prepare it quickly. We ordered different types of dishes, all were very good, tasty, fit tempretaure, well seasoned and served in authentic pans which added to the nice atmosphere. The staff again were very patient to rake everybody's orders and they brought all dishes all at once so everybody ate together. The inside is air conditioned. Prices are fair for the amount and quality of food. Very recommended.

Good food, enthusiastic staff, and very nice setup. What is more is that they do not force sell mineral water and o ly charge 7% tax as stated in their menu. I order the chicken liver in pomegranate molasses and the mix grill and the liver is the best that I have eaten. Must go!

Amazing lunch in Aqaba! Decor was beautiful, the staff and service were excellent - very welcoming and friendly and the food was just delicious. Possibly our favourite or top 2 meals in Aqaba. The guava juice was lovely, refreshing, while the seafood tajine and mansaf meat were simply divine. To top it off, we ordered dessert, which was also excellent (very big portion for 1, so glad we shared it). All round great restaurant, we were concerned as we'd seen mixed reviews expressing a decline in food quality, but we thought it was great. Portions were also generous, we were still full at dinner! Would definitely come back here.

While the food and drink may be a bit overpriced, the food is generally tasty. A large variety of authentic Jordanian food is on the menu.
The real reason people come, however, is the unique vibe - the seats are stuffed chairs or loveseats and the tables are made of tree trunks. Likewise, the dishes are carved wood.
Live music weekends. No alcohol. Service and taxes are not included in menu prices.

Wow wow wow wow wow! Authentic Chinese food in Jordan?! I would have never expected it and certainly didn't expect the beef noodle soup (紅燒牛肉麵) to be one of the best I've ever had! I'm from Los Angeles and would consider myself a connoisseur of 紅燒牛肉麵. I didn't even have anything close to as delicious in Taiwan except for the one I had at the airport priority lounge before I left! Bravo!!! My number one favorite is still from Bull Demon King (BDK), but this one at least doesn't burn your face off and has the right level of spicyness and a wonderful deep flavor in the soup that's difficult to achieve! Normally it's supposed to be served with lamb at this restaurant, but sadly they ran out of that so I didn't get to try that version.
Either way, everything we ordered on the menu was fantastic, easy to read in several languages, and served with a smile! There was even a picture book so people could just point and order what they wanted! It's like they thought of everything!
That's only the beginning! The rest of the food we had was fantastic also! We learned that the owners:
• grow their own bok choy
• get their sauces from Asia
• speak 5 languages
• also own a dive shop
• serve food at all their hours of opening (perfect for us hungry tourists)
• serve alcohol (even during Ramadan, which is super hard to find across the country)
• have a great bar upstairs with a terrace, pool table (complete with local pool sharks), darts, and a karaoke room that had great ventilation!!!!!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful time there and stayed from 5 PM till 1 AM getting to know the family's owners who ensured everyone who came was having a wonderful time! I surprisingly even got to practice more of my elementary Mandarin! Service was absolutely impeccable and if I could, I wish I could import this whole place back home with me to the San Francisco area because goodness knows the Taiwanese food isn't nearly as good there!!
Can't recommend people go anywhere else more than this hidden gem! I almost never eat Chinese food outside of America or China if I can help it when I'm traveling and I'm soooooooo happy we made an exception to discover this wonderful surprise! I rarely leave reviews, but I'm more than happy to write this one so that they keep getting more business and recognition! I'll be raving about it to everyone I know and definitely plan to be back when I return to Jordan someday!

The food is ok but not the duck dish . Fried banana was very average, I expected much better ones as it didn’t come golden but brownish which indicates that oil was not fresh . I’d suggest to refreshen the interiors as it looks too old .

Our first night in Aqaba and we decided to have Chinese food for dinner. We sat on the upstairs balcony overlooking the interior section of the complex. There was a strong breeze, but it was warm and felt nice. If you don’t mind this, I would recommend sitting outside too. After being seated and taking our order they brought out pickled cabbage and some sort of pickled cucumber along with a sampling of sauces. I tried the pickled items which were surprisingly good. The cabbage was a bit sweet. Both had a nice crunch. We also got chicken fried noodles and ginger beef. These were good too, although the chicken fried noodles was a bit bland so we used the chili oil to spice it up and it was much better. The dishes don’t come with rice, so be sure to order that as a side if you want it. The restaurant feel is sort of like a hole in the wall, but don’t let that scare you away from trying it. The servers were friendly and attentive and the food is good. The price is also good. I’d come back.
Hands down best Chinese spot in Aqaba and to me it beats the spots that are in Amman too! The owner is the most welcoming guy ever I genuinely have so much respect for him🙏🏻. The food itself surprises me everytime I'm there it has original flavour, what I'd recommend the most is their fried rice, the spicy fried shrimps, definitely the meat dumplings as for the seafood soup it wasn't my favourite but my sister liked it. The decor is rly rly nice and they also play good music.

Fabulous Chinese cuisine, authentic with a perfect splash of Arabic influence. The fried calamari, chicken balls and dumplings are top notch, and the owner and the chef import their sauce from china! Drinks in the bar are delicious, the bartender is very friendly and the vibe is great. 100% recommend checking Formosa out!
Out of every Chinese cuisine restaurant I have dined at throughout my life living in Amman, Jordan, I have finally stumbled upon a restaurant that does fried rice right…in Aqaba.
I ordered the steamed vegetable dumplings, formosa sauce with tofu and vegetables, vegetable fried rice. I liked everything apart from the vegetable dumplings which I found was bland with only spinach and tiny bits of mushrooms. The dumplings were paired three types of dipping sauce: soy sauce with chilli slices, sweet sauce and chilli oil. The tofu was mainly soy sauce base with some sweetness.
They label their dishes, “spicy”, vegetarian or vegan”, “signature dishes”.
Seating is mostly indoors and non-smoking. Quite tight space. There is only one round table with the spinning plate.
Also provided were complimentary cabbage and pickled vegetables.
After trying a lot of local food we wanted to try something else so we pick Formosa. It was not easy to find but we fortunately did. The staff was friendly and the menus are lovely made. You also get a menus with pictures. They also have draft beer but expensive (4,5 JD). The complementary starters (cucumber and cabbage) are very delicious. So are the steamed dumplings. But the veggies Nudeln were a bit cold and the fish filets with BBQ sauce was only ok. It was also a bit too cold in the restaurant where we sat.

Being from the UK I was intrigued to see a pub called the Rovers Return, so of course I had to pay a visit.
Neither the outside or inside look like the pub we’re familiar with on Coronation Street, but the interior does look like the inside of a British pub.
I had an Aperol Spritz and Garlic Cheesy Chips - both were surprisingly very good!
Staff were lovely, and service was relatively quick.

We went for a casual lunch out, the food was delicious specially the sautéed Mushrooms and the chicken cordon Blue was nice and fresh, although I suggest to do it with roast beef not turkey slices we’ve also order the beef fillet with black pepper sauce nothing special but good flavor, the atmosphere was hot, the service was good.
The food isn’t as good. The lettuce for the salad looked old, the meat didn’t seem fresh. The service was below average. And the atmosphere is just a NO. I wouldn’t come again.

I cannot begin to describe the incredible flavor explosion from the seafood beef rolls, it might honestly be one of the best things I’ve eaten. The steak was to die for, we got the USDA ribeye, and it was perfectly cooked, and honestly a great cut of meat. The spinach ravioli was also quite good, and so were the fries and mac and cheese, but the meat was just incredible. The service was also excellent, Donald really went above and beyond with making sure our every need was met. It was quite hilarious when he pulled out a comically large pepper grinder, and he was also just all round extremely helpful.

Red, a fine dining restaurant in Aqaba, left me thoroughly impressed. Among the delectable dishes, the beef tartare stood out as my absolute favorite. Went there for dinner. Place was packed. Food took forever to arrive. Flavor is something we’re not used to. Chicken was so dry. Tabbouleh didn’t have any seasoning nor dressing. Biryani rice is not biryani. Its just white rice with some spices. Lentil soup didnt taste like lentils. Puri bread was extremely oily and had greenish color which maybe because the oil was so used and old.
We paid 45jd for 5 meals 2 salads and drinks.
You have to order the garlic paste separately as it doesn’t come with the chicken. This is a first!

This place Is really nice brings back nostalgic memories. My family used to visit every time we are in aqaba since almost 10 years ago. The quality of the food is still as good as always !!! Their chicken tikka which is their signature dish is delicious . Appetizers are very well done. I personally ordered beryani chicken and although was spicy it was a fantastic dish. All in all I would recommend anyone visiting aqaba to drop by this place for some amazing tikka chicken.

The Tuna Salad was fresh and flavorful, the Pancakes were fluffy and perfectly balanced, and the Avocado Toast was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The Strawberry and Banana Granola added a sweet and healthy touch to the experience. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’ll visit again. Highly recommended!

Baba Zattar offers a variety of manaqeesh that I enjoyed overall. The half white cheese and yellow cheese options were delicious. The qashqawan with hotdog was decent, although I would have preferred it without the hotdog. The zattar manaqeesh was flavorful and satisfying. However, the lahmageen was not what I expected and I wouldn't recommend it. Despite this, Baba Zattar provides good service and a range of tasty manaqeesh options, making it worth a visit for manaqeesh enthusiasts.

They serve a huge menu of Arab pastries (manakish) and pizzas. Most of their items are vegan and vegetarian friendly. A cup of tea with your pastries is a must.
They are very reasonably priced. I’ve been trying this place since 2014, and it hasn’t lost its touch of uniqueness. The pastries are very tasty, and are baked on thin bread.
They accept cash and card payment. They are available on some of the food delivery apps functional in the city.
Good traditional food and friendly people. But no toilet for guests!!! That’s why only 4 stars.

Highly recommended for a good tasty feed.

A nice design modern place that offer a variety of Vegan options. we took the businesses meal that include the vegetarian Tortilla (which is also vegan just made with vegetables), France fires and a drink. in addition I also took the nachos and the vegan Tortilla (made with plant base chicken). The nachos and France fries are superb, great seasoning, a bit spicy but I never had those puffy nachos before and they were delicious. the Tortilla are alright, I think the filling need a bit more seasoning since it didn't had much taste on it's own. they also have a huge variety of sauces and pastes like guacamole to fill your Tortilla which is great.

This place is soooooo awesome , the food is fresh and good you can see the employees make it in front of you and that's a good thing it means they have nothing to hide and the vegan option was really really great I went there 3 night in a row . The service is excellent and it has a really nice vibe as if you're chilling with your friends and eating good food. Don't think twice just go there trust me , it's worth the price ( that is really low btw ) I wish I could live in Eilat just to eat there

Wonderful find during our trip to Aqaba ,this place has amazing staff polite,friendly and helpful ,we had American style burgers ,delicious and how we wish there was one near us in Petra.
It is a small yet very authenring and delicious burger place. Meat is very tasty and juicy, potatoes and fries were good. Great prices.
The 3 issues I gave them 4 stars and not 5 are:
1. Burger bread is so full of sugar that is too fluffy and breaks easily.
2. the seating, though genius idea, is made of wooden cargo bases.. comfy but any movement is well felt and it is annoying. Yes it is supposed to be a quick bite place but still.
3. We had to wait about 30 min. To get our order.
Anyway, very recoomnded if you want a good burger.
The food was tasty but gave me brutal food poisoning. I’ve been backpacking for the previous 4 months before eating here and never encountered anything that has made me so sick. I’m sure this isn’t something that happens all the time judging from how busy it was and all the good reviews but why take the chance.
Trying to order was difficult as I had to listen to the server try and upsell me all the sides and extras before I could even get out what I had decided to order.

Came here for a bite to eat before our journey to Wadi rum for train ride. Didn’t have much time so ordered on the screen which you can do inside the restaurant and then waited for our order to be prepared. You get decent sized meals for the money so good value.
Very nice and busy location. I tried their long awaited crispy strips but they were not boneless so i did not like them. The cashier ( i forgot his name) was such a noce guy. Pretty clean branch and on the main road where all the restos are.
The policy of this this branch does not allow for refilling of sparkling drinks as the manager told me, despite that he offer me a free refill and kindly smile and said Bonabitit.
unfortunately, you make the order the same time there is no napkin if you ask him, like they will give you just only one napkin if you ask him or you need more just keep his move his face like he mean you will not give me more, the bathroom is dirty, there is no spoon to wash your hands

AMAZING place to eat the most incredible and tasty fish in Aqaba! One of the best experiences we've had in Jordan in the last 10 days. I cannot recommend enough!! If you're in Aqaba you have to go! They offer you the fish that has been caught fresh in the morning. And above all Sanad, the owner, is really kind and has a great passion for his business and it really shows! Shukran Sanad, we will be back!!!

We had dinner here last night. Nothing was special. It was just a restaurant that serves grilled food. We ordered 2 meals for 3 adults and 1 kid. It was salmon and shrimp. We paid 15 JOD. The taste and price were normal. The portion was just fine. The meal was already included with potato fries, drink, and a salad. They even gave a plastic of bread.
The restaurant had many empty tables during our visit. One of the staff can speak English a little. The service took about 20 minutes until the food was served on your table.
Great sea food! We got the fried calamari and sea bass. Took about a 1/2 hour to cook so we explored the town a little bit and came back and it was delicious. Definitely a great local find
Street food of the highest quality freshly grilled outdoors on the street. Well worth a visit. Simple tables opposite the restaurant. A lot of locals eat there which is usually a good sign. Fish, lots of prawns, salad, chips and delicious sauces for 8 dinar each.

Day before at one of the best restaurants we got the same price for same amount food plus half of fish, tea, hummus. This place does not cost a time and money.

The best burger and tenders I’ve had in a very long time, fair pricing and good portions. Mahmoud and the team were brilliant, tasty food and I’m already wanting to come back for another!
Visited with a friend and we were starving. Awesome portions, and the server even gave us free fried chicken! We are two young men with healthy appetites but couldn’t finish. The sauces they gave us were also a highlight, one was like canes sauce and the other seemed to be hummus based and I’d recommend trying. Decor is also pretty nice. You can tell even from the outside these guys really care about what they’re doing and I hope they do well. If this was in the us they’d do really well.
I came here after a long day in the heat, and this was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Being Irish I know about beef, but their burgers here are just so delicious, and their dips were tasty too! Also no coke sold here so another great reason to support this business

Excellent food, nothing to note about, especially the shawarma, fajitas, and BBQ wings. The only problem is the time. They took a full hour to prepare, and there was no arrangement for the orders. People came after us and took orders before us. So, if you don’t have a problem with waiting a long time, I highly recommend you try it.

The location has moved to the Aqaba Recreational Centre which is honestly a nicer and more family-friendly place as there is a lot to do around it perfect for different age groups. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Sandwich tastes have changed from time to time. It used to be better but not anymore. Barbecue meals aren't a good choice except for the chicken. I hope they work harder on improving the taste and put more shawarma slices in the sandwich instead of loaf rolls and potatoes.
