Usually the order is good this time it reach me and the taste is not good at all and oily and the cheese doesn’t looks like a regular cheese!! Disappointed we ordered three pizza and none of them eaten

Hands down the best Pizza restaurant in all of Khobar/Dammam. Trust me I have tried them all. Been here for over 8 years and have tried pretty much all the old and new pizza places and this is the one that is always consistently good, fresh, and delicious and their delivery service is always fast even during busy periods such as dinner times and weekends. Only downside I found out recently is their wings are so much smaller than before. Just ordered some last night and they sizes of the wings were smaller than usual, I believe it's probably due to higher food prices due to inflation. A lot of restaurants are giving smaller portions yet charing the same prices or higher prices for the same item so that's a bit disappointing but other than that this is a great and consistent pizza place.

Consistently good, for years. Highly recommend. Only reason I’m giving it a 4/5 stars is because they’ve removed the baby shrimp pizza off the menu.

After a long time went to grab my favourite pizza. Ordered 1 veg pizza and 1 chicken chilli, it was a total disappointment.

Good pizza for Saudi when I tried once, but neither the website or the phone number worked when I tried to call and see the menu. This is what I have come to expect from Saudi run operations. Things just don't work. Very disappointing. OK, the website is fixed and although sometimes they don't answer the phone when trying to call in an order. They seem pretty prompt in low customer eating times and again it's some pretty good pizza for Saudi. I am impressed that the owner responded to my earlier complaint when the website was down. The idea of customer service seems to exist here. I have now ordered a half a dozen times and since my original posting I can say the consistency has been good they generally arrive within 30-45 minutes of my order and are pleasant. It's a thin crust pizza and I get the toppings piled on so sometimes I struggle to keep the pizza from falling apart as I eat it, but compared to other chain store pizza chains of which they are Saudi based they do better than normal. The fact that the owner actually responded to a criticism of mine impressed me. I'd definitely say give them a try. The Greek Salad is basic but good and they have plenty of veggies which is a change from the often carb laden everything over here.

The major issue I encountered was the severe understaffing at this outlet. It was painfully evident that the Arab staff working there were extremely slow and inefficient in their tasks. 😡😓 Even though I placed my order online, I was forced to endure a frustrating 20-minute wait at the store. This lack of service efficiency seriously dampened my dining experience. I hope Maestro Pizza addresses these issues promptly for a smoother customer experience. 😢💔🕒💤 Edit#2: During my recent visit to this branch of Maestro pizza (5th August, 2022) I was overjoyed see the self ordering kiosk machine working. Now the customers can easily placed the orders through the kiosk machine rather than waiting for the staff to come out from the kitchen. This move will surely help the customers by reducing the waiting time. Edit #1: During Ramadan, I paid a visit to this branch. The order was placed using the Maestro application, and the I arrived at the branch on time to pick it up. 👎Unfortunately, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to pick up my order. The staff here is good and they do speak and understand both the Arabic and English language. Kindly do not visit before the prayer timings as they prefer closing the store way too early. Finding car parking is also difficult near this store. The store accepts both the card and cash payments. I personally like the taste of BBQ chicken pizza with the thin brown crust with extra ranch sauce. Face mask is a must to enter the store and health status through tawakkalna app will be monitored at the store entrance. The entrance does not support wheelchair accessibility because of the stairs and no wheelchair accessible parking is available near the store. A small clean and tidy restroom is available at this branch which can be used by the customers.

Dropped by Vitamin Palace with a friend, fueled by hunger and curiosity, and also because the place has a decent rep for its shawarmas, milkshakes, juices, and broasted combos. You’d think a place called Vitamin Palace would pump you full of life. Instead, it handed us an IV drip of patience. We sat upstairs on the second floor, ambience was… tolerable. Nothing fancy. The kind of setup where you convince yourself it’s “chill” just so you don’t get annoyed. The crowd was mostly Filipino and Indian diners, and… everyone seemed to know what to expect. I, unfortunately, did not. Let’s talk service: Imagine ordering food and then aging slightly while you wait. The waitstaff seemed committed to pretending we didn’t exist. Maybe it’s a stealth fasting challenge: I wouldn’t know. “The art of customer service lies in pretending you weren’t hired to do it.”… probably their staff motto. Now the food. It showed up with the enthusiasm of a Monday morning. Semi-cold, as if it had taken a quick nap on its way to the table. The shawarma was barely acceptable and, you guessed it, cold. The milkshakes, however, came to the rescue. Surprisingly good… creamy, sweet, and the only thing on the table that didn’t require reheating or regret. Then came the Korean chicken…!!!! a dish so bizarre it made us briefly consider boycotting all things starting with the letter K. Sticky, strange, and confusing… And uh! kind of like an awkward date where nobody knows why they’re there. One of those visits where you finish eating, nod slowly, and say, “Well… that happened.” Rating: 5/10. With love, from your most brutally honest local guide in town. I suffer so you don’t have to.

It's my 6th or 5th time. Tried many things from here. But always forget to share reviews. Today I was searching for a falooda and finally reached here. Tried their pistachio vanila falooda. And mint lime and shawarma too. First of all the falooda was awesome. Will try other faloodas also next time and will add reviews with it. No doubt, it's one of the best falooda in khobar, but very expensive. Costs 25 SAR and quantity is bigger in size. Shawarma was below average and mint lime was just ok.

Disappointed with the staff’s behavior during my recent visit. One staff member misunderstood my request and responded rudely when I tried to clarify—making dismissive sounds and showing a lack of basic courtesy. Despite being regular visitors in the past, we were treated like strangers, with little to no acknowledgment. The food and ambience are average, and it’s noticeable that the place isn’t as busy as it once was. Respect and courtesy toward customers are fundamental, and unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here.

I ordered a beetroot juice on the evening of September 8, 2025, around 6-7 PM. I was very disappointed with this order. I specifically requested no sugar, but the drink was clearly sweetened. My previous orders had a natural, earthy flavor with visible beetroot fibers. This latest order tasted completely different—like watered-down juice with food coloring and sugar. It lacked the natural taste and texture I have come to expect from this establishment. The quality was far below my previous experiences.

I recently visited Hardee's and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The burger I ordered was not fresh at all, which was a letdown. To make matters worse, the service was even more frustrating. The staff at the counter seemed either too busy or indifferent to provide proper customer care. When I received the wrong burger and politely reminded the employee that I had ordered chicken, he begrudgingly made the change. It's clear that management needs to pay more attention to the operations of this location. The front entrance was under construction, which added to the overall inconvenience. I believe that offering more discounts could help attract customers. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return unless improvements are made.

Check your food when you take out from this branch. They got my order wrong 2x. First time was drive thru, the 2nd time, I am already home when I noticed they gave me wrong fries and burger. Once is understandable, but getting order wrong the 2nd time is just horrible service. This branch needs to do better.

The Egyptian who prepared by meals made it worst. He burnt Fresco philly sandwich bread and inside was very dry, i had selected customized ingredients in the app but he didn’t add it. Angus burger had nothing inside and bad smell. Loaded fries had tooo much cheese that it was impossible to eat. I have been buying from hardees before and it has been good. But this time the Egyptian destroyed my food and I got stomach pain.

the menu as per photo said the kids meal comes with cookies. the crew said if there are no toys, they give a cookie but if there are available toys, you don’t get a cookie. the request to change, rejected by the manager as well. the churros, when i ordered said there’s a caramel sauce. when i received, came with the condensed milk stuff. the washroom is the worse, check the video. don’t recommend…

I got the 2 people offer that's for 57.5 SR and includes 2 superstar burgers, fries and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the burger. It was large and filling. The beef superstar was properly seasoned and delicious 8/10. And the chicken superstar was not greasy and tasty 7.5/10. The crispy fries or some may call it curly fries were really good, 9/10, I chose the spicy option for them which was definitely a good choice. The seasoning added so much flavor to it.

Ordered deal on Eid day, 2 chicken & 2 Beef. I was delivered an uncooked beef pizza. Chicken was also fine not as it should be. I will rethink before visiting this branch again. Since Pizza Hut is one of the best in world so they should prepare food accordingly. hence don't recommend this branch. Thanks

AFTER ORDERING FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, I CAME TO PIZZA HUT TO FIND IT CLOSED (NOT OPENED YET)!!! Despite On-line ordering system has advised to collect Pizza in 30 Min, shop employees had showed up to the store one hour late!!😭 Then, they took another hour to prepare the order 😭😭😭😭😭😭 One other customer I met at the store told me that this is the 3rd. time he comes and finds employees are very late to open the store. A very nice place. Prices are Ok, I would say average priced . Burgers are fresh. They cook in front of you, nothing to hide. It gets busy during weekends as most of the places do. Its menu is very diverse, and it has a kids menu too. There is something for everyone. I recommend BC&B, Hidden Cheese and Off Side burgers.. It has a very good spicy sauce too. Right now it has October Menu and Monday menu which has decent offers..

They do cheating in take out. I used to be their regular customer but many times they reduce the quantity by putting less material. Sometime their burger doesn't have any taste. This happened with me muliple times when I brought the burger at home. If they are unable to maintain their quality, why so high prices.

Polite staff , clean place , regularly having promotions and delicious food. Downsides: prices are not competitive. Two tables are located under the stairs. Like who want to eat while people walking above him with open staircase that could allow dirt to fall on the food.

Past two months, the quality of the food and the quantity of the food has dropped. Attitude of staff have become very rude. I have been eating this pasta for last one year at least twice a month what I have noticed they have reduced the quantity of the chicken and the pasta and the other day when I asked the guy how did he measure about the chicken? He said it’s 60 g that we use I was surprised that he was so good. I could see that he was just lifting the chicken pieces with the tongs Normandy and other chains. They have a pack ready which is exactly wait. They have calculated and I see the quantity of the pasta using is also reduce. Attitude of the staff it’s becoming very rude. Specially today was very bad the way he was talking to me, but the cashier female and the male guy was cooking as if I have asked him for free of cost. They had so much of the anger in there eye, I could see the reason was I ordered a pasta. They asked me if it is with vegetables I agreed yes usually I take a selected vegetables not all and the guy who cooks always ask me before putting things into it, I was standing right in front. It was not crowded. I was only customer there and I could see he started preparing. I asked him did you and it was just didn’t even start. I just saw him putting things in the pan and I am is this for me, he said yes I said wait. These are not the things that I want. He gets so angry. He throws away the whole Dishan. He shows me the bill. See you asked for it. I said OK I asked for the vegetables but not all the vegetables. You are so rudely talking to me I said why are you angry? I didn’t even start yet to tell you what I want in my pasta and the cashier came to defend. Why did you request with vegetables? I was surprise. They are only selected vegetables that I like. Anyways, things are really going wrong with customer service people really don’t have any more patience to deal with.

Today I bought La Casa Pasta’s authentic Alfredo Pasta which was by the way used to be my favorite pasta in town but they disappointed me terribly today..it was tasteless and filled with extreme oil..I had no idea this much oil is used in making pasta of any sort.. I felt like I’m eating only oil mixed with white sauce having no flavor at all, no salt no peps nothing just oil with something black running in the sauce..ugh

The La Pasta Casa is located in food court Al rashid mall . The pasta is sj yummy and great value . You can choice different kind of pasta . They have seafood pasta, white sauce pasta ,chicken pasta ,mix pasta ,vegetables pasta and etc.

My recent visit to La Casa Pasta was a bit of a bummer, all because of the receptionist. The guy at the counter seemed more interested in showing off than actually helping me. From the start, his attitude made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. He was super impatient with my simple questions, and it was clear that customer service wasn’t his top priority. A receptionist should be friendly and make guests feel at ease, but this was the exact opposite. First impressions matter, and La Casa Pasta totally missed the mark. When you go to a restaurant, you expect nice and helpful staff, not someone who makes you feel ignored or uncomfortable. I hope the management looks into this and makes sure guests are greeted with professionalism and warmth in the future. La Casa Pasta should think twice about who they trust to be their first point of contact.

The restaurant is very small but clean, I don't recommend it for a family though but for singles, it's just fine. Atmosphere we pretty nice. Food was very good especially the wedges, pizza wasn't that cheesy but was pretty good.

Dining-in is not allowed even that most of the food chain restaurants are back to serve food inside their shops. Water and soft-drinks are not available. Marinara sauce is not available. The shop is like a ghost town with only three employees and no customers inside.

Tried home delivery by mistake from this PH branch very bad idea.. driver claimed he was in an accident and two hours later I got my food delivered stone cold !! If I cld give zero I would have done so. Better option is the PH branch near Farm’s market at the edge of Khuzama neighborhood that place is truly great it only does take away no dine in tho.

It's been a long long time since I had pizza hut. It's the worst pizza. Too oily to the point of dripping. This branch is quiet but the bathrooms are dirty and there was no toilet paper or tissues.

This eatery is very much similar to Pizza Hut outlets out there. Only as it is a lil farther away from the city...it's less crowded. We had gone on a weekday and there was no one there.

Food is alright. Nice menu. Still needs to improve air conditioning and speed of service.

Great Ambiance We got the snack box The food was good, but not the best. I tried onion rings for the first time n honestly I was bland, it had no salt, it just had strong onion flavor. The seatings are great & the decorations are traditionally unique. On top of that, their customer service & the waitress is an amazing guy. Very nice restaurant for breakfast. We had the combo with labneh, shakshouka, foul, and livers. The shakshouka was a bit different. Instead of eggs on a base of tomato onion sauce it was basically scrambled eggs with tomatoes. The foul was not homemade, but from a can. And it was quite warm. The AC was set at high temperature so we were sweating.

Majelis Cafe is the perfect place for gathering with friends. We came as a big group of around 20 people, and it felt just right for us. The food was delicious, and the traditional tea and karak tea were exactly what we needed — served hot and full of flavor, just like in a traditional majlis. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere. The cafe is decorated in a classic Arab style, with ornaments and seating that make you feel like you are sitting in an old-style majlis. For those who like traditional Arabic breakfast, you might get hooked to this place. I came to this place for a traditional breakfast in a cosy environment and I was very pleased with the experience. In fact, I may just become a frequent customer. The Ful and Shakshoka were perfect. I also suggest adding Chapati to your order. Very light and freshly made.

Best Coffee in DH between Dana and AlQusour District. The Coffee here is tasty and I recommend the breakfast here.the environment is Inspired from the old traditional culture. Good place to relax with a flavor of the old past. Old type of furniture and decoration. You will find good types of tea, different flavors of coffee; Coffee Toffy is one of the best here. Snacks and some meals are also offered. Free WiFi with good speed is available. Families’ section is separated from male singles’ section. French Toast is very tasty; try it. Not to mention, the wet napkins are made of cloth not paper.

A hidden gem. Their smash burgers are a must-try! They use brioche buns which is a plus for me. The meat is tasty, juicy, and not salty. Just the right amount of dressing and seasoning. Service is also good. During my visit, there is only 1 crew. He does all these things; from taking the order, preparing it and serving it. He is very polite, friendly, and chatty. Makes you feel comfortable. The place is a tad small, only few tables but neat and tidy. There’s no washroom or restroom though, so you might want to put that into consideration. However, they do provide sanitary gloves. Should you want an unpretentious and just straightforward tasty burger goodness, Burger Jouri is the place.

The quality of the burger is to good. We tried okhlohoma and truffle burger. It was delicious. The meat melts it ua mouth with the cheese. 10/10 recommended. Tried the fries to. It was decent. The quantity and quality for the price is great
