I went to this place by 4:30pm by that time they were not serving any lunch items. Their lunch timing is from 1pm to 3pm . I ordered their Dosa as I was not interested to eat any Chinese. The dosa was average , I had firni after that which was good and above my expectations. Will give a average rating overall

The hype of this place was very high but I must say this is a average place for a true food lover. The atmosphere there was good but the food availability was not as per your will. I reached that place around 3:40 . We decided a meal for lunch but they said the lunch time is over and you may order some other meal. So I took next 5 min to decide what could be best meal to have and we choose to with garlic cheeze and stuff parantha but they said they don't have that. The third time I order exotic Chinese vegetables and veg grilled sandwich. The sandwich was rich in stuffing but was cold. Even in the exotic Chinese vegetable we got paneer lababdar whose taste was below than an average. My experience there was not good. For my side they got 2 star in food and serving, but 4 in atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply affected by the conduct of the manager on duty. Instead of addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy, the manager displayed unnecessary arrogance and dismissiveness. The tone used was condescending, and basic respect for customer feedback seemed completely absent. It was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. A great business isn't only measured by its popularity or ambiance, but also by the attitude of its leadership. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training in communication and empathy—especially to those in charge.

You enter this restaurant from a busy highway and bus stand road and it feels like you have entered a whole new world which is in contrast to from where you have just entered. Awesome ambiance, food and service. It has been more than fifteen years that I have been familiar with this place, it has changed a lot but for all good, nothing bad. They have increased the space, upgraded the furniture and fixtures, washrooms, etc. and of course the price tag but that is what they truly deserve. Being a food lover, a passionate cook (not professional) having travelled a lot to various parts of India and some gulf countries, I can say convincingly that this is the best vegetarian place (in this budget) I have ever been to!

The ambiance is really good especially at night. Eyes relaxing dim lights, very beautiful and soothing music, separate cabins to dine in, good service and most importantly delicious food. Surely 10 on 10. A very relaxing and refreshing place to dine in. A recommendable place in jammu for foodies.

I went there for dinner with my friends. The service, food, atmosphere was just pathetic. Spending over 950+taxes per person and such an experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather go to barbeque nation in greater kailash.

I have twice tried a vegetarian lunch buffet here and both of the times the experience was very bad .The food just doesn't taste good(1/5). The ambience of the place is very good (5/5). The staff is very polite and service is good (4/5) . The drinks are also very bad (1/5). If you are ready to spend ₹800 on the buffet in jammu . I would suggest trying some other place .

Well, I visited Pirates of Grill with my family. The experience was average. Waiting time to serve was too long. Not much cooperation from the staff. Move on to the grilled barbecue aspect, it’s so hot spicy that it will burn your stomach. Also, the prawns served were not cooked properly when served and when we grilled them on the table griller, it took 20 mins time so they are serving starters in a hurry. Such a lazy and unprofessional service from Pirates of Grill. Overall, a very disappointing experience and it’s just a waste of money. Don’t ever visit here. Not recommended.

In the name of buffet they serve you unlimited starters and when it comes to main course they have very few dishes to offer. Fish curry was without fish and only curry was their. Even the desserts were average. These two stars i have given for ambience and starters only. Very disappointed

It was a Saturday in August and my experience was extremely disappointing. My wife and I went there for dinner. We were given a table for two and the plates were laid out with a tandoor. They placed 2 skewers of chicken tikka and 2 skewers of mutton. However, it took them 40 minutes to serve the starters again. When I spoke to a manager standing nearby and mentioned that it had been over 40 minutes since we ordered, they brought 2-3 items themselves. However, after that, there was another 30-minute wait with no one attending to us or bringing starters. We were left sitting with empty plates. My wife suggested paying the bill and leaving for another restaurant. I expressed my disappointment to another manager, saying I had never seen such poor service before. The manager said it was due to the crowd. I asked why they seated us if they couldn't provide service. We waited for another 30 minutes, but no one came. As a regular customer who visits with my family once or twice a month, I was extremely disheartened. The plates were empty and the tandoor was getting cold. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. If they were overwhelmed with customers, why did they seat so many people if they couldn't serve them? We sat idle for 2 hours, feeling disappointed and regretting our decision to visit Pirates of Grill. I will never go back and my friends and relatives won't be visiting either after hearing about this experience.

The dinning area is divided into outdoor and indoor. No doubt the place is made very beautiful with indoor plants. The food was also upto the mark. The only disappointment was the rain droplets that reached my plate. I actually had rain food. Despite the roof cover, water was seeping in. The manager was no doubt very empathetic and provided a new seat arrangement. But i am equally amazed as why no repair has been done. During monsoon season a frequent inspection should be done. Its not that K C Residency is 2 star rated hotel. The area were salad was kept was very dark. I rarely could make it what type of salad were displaced. A small light fixture is needed around the salad area.

We group of 6 friends went there on 16 June first time with the high level of expectation but it turned out complete waste . They are charging 1190+ Gst for veg Buffet which dont worth more than 500 . Food is tasteless , service is very very poor . It took 30 min. for them to serve something ..Items in buffet are very less . Mutton and chicken taste bland and most of times are not even cooked well . This was my first visit here and i really loved it. The ambience here is amazing. You will love it. Staff was very professional. Service was also good. They keep asking about the quality of food and if we want to make any changes. I ordered wazwan special thali and i think one person alone cannot eat this 😂 I think they should add one complimentary drink as well along with this thali. Overall it was very good experience and i would like to visit here again. 😊

We have visited the restaurant many times and initially, we always felt very good — the food and service were both excellent. However, over the last three or four visits, we have noticed that the service quality has declined. Also, for the past few visits, the lift has not been working. One of the things we loved most was their bubble tea, but unfortunately, they have also discontinued it. It seems that many of the good things that made the restaurant special have been stopped. We would really appreciate it if the restaurant could bring back the same great food quality and service that they had earlier.

Good restaurant for non veg lovers. Situated on Residency Road, Jammu Near KC Residency. Situated inside a GALI, they also have rooms available for comfortable stay. I tried their Food and it was awesome. I tried Goshtaba, Mutton roghan josh, mutton biryani and Icecream. Goshtaba was awesome’, and that was my first time having Goshtaba. Rogan josh was also good. However, mutton biryani was not upto the mark, it was like fried rice with mutton pieces. Staff is very well mannered and take orders politely. They will greet you every time you visit this place. Ambience is quite good compared to the locality of the restaurant.

With smooth staff service and the delicious taste of food , its aptly Kashmiri wazwanic taste deserves 5 out of 5. Place of 'Must go for taste'.

I, along with my friend, visit this restaurant twice a week. The food here is undoubtedly very good, but the staff’s behavior is extremely disappointing. Since I started coming here, I have noticed one particular waiter (most likely the head waiter – I am not sure of his name, but he has big mustaches). His behavior is consistently rude and ill-mannered. Today’s incident was very unpleasant. My friend and I chose to sit in a specific seating area. The waiter immediately told us that the space is meant only for serving Wazwan, as if we were not allowed to sit there just to have normal food.His tone made it feel like he was deliberately insulting us. Out of respect, we quietly shifted to a normal table. But the matter did not end there. When we sat at the normal table, he instructed his junior staff not to seat us there either, saying that the table was reserved only for families. Such behavior towards regular customers is unacceptable. My sincere advice to everyone is: do not visit this restaurant until the staff’s attitude improves. Special note – the staff member responsible for this behavior is the mustache-bearing waiter/head. Good food alone cannot make up for poor treatment of customers.

A quiet place with good food and ambience. We visited during the afternoon and almost all of the tables were taken when we were about to leave. The quality and quantity of food was good. Went with the hakka noodles and the Margarita pizza. The hakka noodles were a little bland but the pizza was delicious. Overall a good experience. Also, there is very very limited parking space around so come prepared for that.

Went there today the waiters were paying more attention towards our gossips rather than their duty which made us a bit uncomfortable...Also the mojito served was extremely hot and had to ask the waiter to bring icecubes separately,,, the fresh lime was full of artificial flavours that triggered throat irritation....

So, I swung by House of Cuisine lately and gave their Chicken Do Pyaza a go – it was delicious. Also tried their Tandoori Platter, Peri Peri Chicken Wings, and Chicken Tikka on earlier visits, and they were just okay, nothing to write home about. One gripe though: the food's a bit overpriced for what you get. On the bright side, the vibes are cool, and the service is solid. Overall, the food's alright!

Being a foodie, I am very particular about what I eat and where I eat. What attracts me towards restaurants is not just the scrumptious food but the ambience of the place and the behaviour of the people who serve you. Located in the heart of Jammu, *House of Cuisines* ticks all boxes when it comes to food, ambience and the nature of the people serving. On my first visit we had ordered different dishes and every dish tasted authentic and awesome. I hope the cafe continues to serve scrumptious dishes and carry on with it's charm with food and memories.

I tried their rara chicken which was their best chicken as written on the menu and told by the staff. The worst chicken i ever tasted plus it was so costly. It was just boiled chicken in some tomato gravy. Although their ambience is good.

I took the delivery option,kadai chicken and chilly chicken They don't know how to cook or do the preparation Chicken was very hard and was undercooked Secondly,when we order chicken chilli,it is obviously boneless,not like making chilly curry and putting chicken pieces in that,they were all bones no flesh in them and very bad taste Thirdly chicken biryani,it was like fried rice with chicken not like chicken biryani.

Extremely disappointing experience at Zamidara Restaurant near Vijayapur. This restaurant has gone completely downhill. The service is terrible, and the overall environment is nothing like what it used to be. There’s no trace left of the old charm—it’s just running on the reputation of its past, and that too forcefully. There's absolutely nothing special about it anymore. In terms of hygiene, it’s a disaster. There were flies everywhere—literally everywhere. The bathroom was especially horrible, swarming with flies. If the main sitting area is this unhygienic, just imagine what the kitchen must be like. It’s honestly enough to make you sick. Please avoid Zamidara Dhaba. You're not only wasting your money, but you’re also risking your health. It’s no longer worth visiting at all.

If you are looking for hygienic place to eat then you should avoid it. Today while eating I found flies in their spl dal. And most ridiculous things is ,the owner didn't even express regret over it. I used to their regular customer but from now on I won't visit there .

I experienced a delicious main course and caring staff. I visited for lunch with a few friends.We were delighted by the authentic Punjabi main course. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. The service was above average. We left a tip on the table and exited the restaurant with a smile. Overall, I enjoyed our experience. They did take the time to make the table ready, the main course was good, the staff was caring. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner. Do try their famous dal.

As the name suggests, a place which specialises in Momos. I have tried Classic, Corn & Cheese and the Schezwan variants which were all pretty good. The thupka soup was also nice. On working days, parking at Bahu Plaza is an issue but during off peak hours it is quite convenient. Overall, a nice and clean option for your Momo cravings.

The ambiance of momotails is little bit cramped and the momos are also not flavourful as they should be. The virgin classic mint mojito at momotails was good. But their momos are not highly recommend.

Food is great but personal conduct of kitchen staff is pathetic. They will offer you what is convenient for them to make and simply deny anything from the menu which requires some efforts to prepare. Staff will refuse plates and bowls and ask you to eat from their serving plate/bowl itself maybe to avoid effort of washing plates. Staff is just not bothered about business reputation and will ruin it for owner and brand value of MOMOTAILS

This place is famous for its naan and cholle but don't expect them to be extraordinary. They are decent in taste and you may not visit it again and again.

There were only three things on the menu 1. Lassi 2. Mix Naan 3. Panner Nan Lassi was sweet and thick Mix Nan was huge it cost me 75 or 80 Rs for one. They are filling and perfect.

Best kulcha I have ever tasted in my life till now and especially the paneer kulcha. Must try.

This is probably the best outlet for 'Punjabi Kulchas' in Jammu. I couldn't try their 'Chaamps', as they're available only after 6 pm, while the 'Kulchas' are available from 9 am to 5pm. This place is bustling with customers from 9 am itself, especially on weekends. The 'Kulchas' are huge...the biggest foodie will give up after eating one full 'Kulcha' as it comes with spicy 'Cholas' and tangy 'Chutney' as accompanying dishes. The 'Kulcha' is adequately stuffed with the filling of your choice. The dollop of butter adds to the taste to make it hit the right spot immediately. The only piece of advice is : eat it there at the restaurant. Don't pack it to eat it at home. Half the taste is lost if you plan to pack it and parcel it. Have it once, and you'll keep coming back for more. You could also have a 'Lassi' to go with it. After having all this, there's only one thing left to do... have a lovely nap !

New place in Jammu city serving one of the best food including veg/non veg biryani, BBQ fries, yummy wraps, kabab/tikki pav & much more. Usually at Jammu people are fan of rajma chawal but their biryani is must try. My personal fav. Is - BBQ fries, aloo tikki wrap/roll & har bhara kabab pav 😋 They also serve rice bowls in case you miss rajma chawal 😄

The experience was great. I have just ordered some food items from this restaurant and the delivery was very fast and the packing was also genuine and there was no leakage. I have ordered chicken tikka and paneer tikka roll and both tasted very well and the flavours were saturated and the creams used in both the items was very-fresh and refreshing and it was giving amazing taste to the roll. Good place to by rolls.

I visited Charcoal eats today to mainly try their Biriyani as I absolutely love biriyani!! So I had ordered a veg Hyderabadi biriyani, chole rice bowl, loaded fries, chocolate moose shot for dessert and a non- alcoholic beer. The loaded fries were a disappointment, I found the rice bowl okay and the biriyani tasted good but was not even near to a *Hyderabadi* biriyani.. The moose shot and the non-alcoholic beer were excellent ! Plus, one more critic is the service.. They really need to improve their service for better satisfaction of their customers. I spent a good time in their wonderful ambience though 😍
