The 31 best cheap eats in Central Macedonia

I have been to this restaurant three times. The menu is huge, with lots of various special stuff like cheese or sausages. There are some absolute bangers, like stuffed onions or zucchini balls, however some of the dishes are of lower quality, like the fried shrimps which were quite dry or the fried cheese. In general it is a good restaurant with a wide variety of local dishes, but some of the dishes could be cooked better.

We visited at night just in time to grab a table before they were all filled. We were then treated to the liturgy of ordering by one of the best waiters we've ever encountered. Or order consisted of grilled meatballs, grilled beef patties, boiled greens, grilled mushrooms and roasted red peppers. The greens, peppers and especially the mushrooms were excellent. The meats were very good. Some excellent draft beer and complimentary dessert rounded up our experience. Would we visit again? Absolutely.

We ordered fava, Greek salad, a baked local cheese, zucchini fritters, and a type of marinated fish (I forgot which one). For the main course, we had fried red mullet. Everything was delicious, but all the dishes arrived at once — both the hot and cold ones together. That made it necessary to focus on the hot dishes first, which disrupted the natural flow of the meal. The portions were quite generous.

Delicious food. Friendly and helpful service. Took a while sometimes to get attention - they are busy. Outdoor seating is a bit cramped and right in a busy street - personally, I prefer a more calm atmosphere for food but maybe others like being right in the action. They can cater to gluten free, many of the dishes are or can be done GF.

Very good food and nice atmosphere. The service was impeccable, rarely seen this kind of attention in any restaurant. We ordered the pork in mustard sauce and mussels saganaki along with their draft beer and were very tasty. Didn’t expect the bread to be so tasty and warm. Our favourite place in Thessaloniki, the food is always fantastic, I wonder how they succeed to keep at this level with those crowds of clients on the daily basis. Their cats are so cute and friendly, with the food we offered managed to feed them all🫶🏻🇨🇾

The interior is quite minimalist, but the huge paintings on the walls make a real impression. Our waiter not only spoke what seemed like fluent English, but was also very nice and helpful when choosing from the menu. We had an amazing tarama, delicious squid, and scorpion fish fresh from the daily catch. The bread, honestly, was not so impressive.

This restaurant is exceptional. The food was flavour, flavour and flavour. Most of the menu changes daily driven by what is good in the market. The art work is also a feature of this place and the wines are also exceedingly good.

Fantastic place, seasonal and super fresh food, creative combos. The wine - local, natural and wonderful. Service was super friendly and professional too. I loved the interior as well, it was bold and inviting at the same time. Mourga is a must visit!

We came in with high hopes and really wanted to like this place, especially since the concept and menu sounded intriguing. In fairness, we didn’t try the full menu, so this review is based on a limited selection of dishes. We ordered a salad, two starters, a main, and the two types of bread. Let’s start with the bread — unfortunately, both options were extremely underwhelming. Very small (apricot-sized) and quite possibly the worst bread I’ve ever had. 0/10. The tomato, strawberry, and peach salad had a lovely idea behind it, but lacked basic seasoning and overall flavor. It felt like a missed opportunity. 3/10. Service-wise, we weren’t informed in advance that dishes would come out one at a time. That would’ve been helpful to know, especially since we were hoping for a quick lunch (we had our puppy with us and I’m currently pregnant, plus it was very hot both inside and out). The zucchini dish was another letdown — I eat zucchini regularly and these were by far the most bland I’ve ever had. Again, no seasoning, no flavor. 0/10. The shrimp starter was the highlight of our meal. Tasty, well-prepared, and nicely balanced. 7/10. The squid dish, sadly, had a strange bitter aftertaste and little else going on flavor-wise. 6/10. Finally, the Mahi Mahi, recommended by our server (and the priciest item we ordered), was cooked well according to my husband, but not to my personal taste. 5/10. One thing worth noting: the staff were very polite and welcoming, and the restaurant was empty when we arrived, so service was attentive throughout. However, the entire experience took almost two hours and we only managed to finish the salad and shrimp. While we appreciated the ideas behind the dishes, the execution really didn’t land for us. Sadly, we won’t be returning or recommending it — but perhaps others might have better luck with different menu choices.

And excellent experience, a classic Greek Ouzeri with a large variety of choices. Food was near perfect, salad and sides were both tasty and fulfilling, especially our salad with Ntako, Feta, Tomato and Kritama was by far one for the best Greek salads I've ever had. Main dishes were also tasty and with deep flavor, normal to big portion sizes. Prices were market value, nothing to complain about, but the portions made worth it. It's a hidden gem within the city center, I would surely suggest you pay a visit next time you come close and you're in search of a good Tsipouro or Rakia!

The waiter was extremely rude and dismissive until he realized how much money we were spending. Extremely poor quality food. If you make a mistake the minimum is to say sorry and admit your mistake. And if you make a mistake you should do a compensation. You failed in both. Please bring back your famous attitude when you still had courage to take responsibility. Just for the context: we were waiting one hour for the food. This food could be prepared in 15 minutes. We were asking where is the food and you said that it is coming so we were waiting for another 15 minutes. One of the food came and then you said the other will come in two minutes which came around in seven or eight. You didn’t even say sorry this is so disrespectful

Ordered cod and it’s full of bones. Doesn’t come with chips so you need to order separately. Even condiments like garlic dip cost extra. DID NOT order bread but it came with it, turned out I was charged 0.5 euro for the bread I didn’t even order and eat 😤0.5 euro is not a lot of money but I really did not appreciate that hidden fee. The receipt is in Greek so I only found out when I got home when I translated the receipt Honestly 9 euro for a cod alone full of bones is pricey!

The fish had the best crust that I have ever tasted on a fish. It was fried properly and its taste was perfect. The french fries were really good and their bread was quite fresh. I would definitely recommend it for those who love fried cod 🐟!

It was worth coming here for lunch, not only because of the delicious, fresh fish, but also for the friendly, cheerful service! the meal! It’s no coincidence that Rick Stein also sang odees from the place, Thessaloniki’s best fish restaurant! Don't miss out here, the English fish and chips are nowhere to be found!

The fish was tasty, around 7 euros and the portion is quite large. I liked it. The photos show 2 fish portions, 1 potatoes and only 1/2 garlic sauce.

We enjoyed our meal, although we had better food elsewhere during our week in Thessaloniki. Being in the central area, we guess it is a decent option.

I liked the food but there was no horta even thought we came pretty early on Monday. I didn't get the fish I ordered (but the one I got was great, that I can't deny) and my friend didn't get the side dish she ordered. Omnikron’s quiet and professional approach delivers a simple yet sophisticated dining experience. The ingredients of each dish were celebrated with a deft touch. We particularly liked the marinated anchovies and the prawns in lime juice. Everything we ate gave a sense of freshness. Excellent and attentive service.

This place never ever fails to please. It’s conveniently located at the historic center of the city close to the seaside. We were a group of 7 and we ordered a number of salads to share such as “weeds”, roasted vegetables and spicy feta sauce. The main dish for me was the tomahawk steak which was filling and juicy! That dish would normally cost me 30 Euros where I came from but here it was only 10-11 Euros… which soooo good.. I will dream of this steak for the rest of my time… It’s a highly recommended place that doesn’t break the bank.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars has nothing to do with the quality of the food or the restaurant itself. It's a place with elevated cuisine—slightly more refined and creative flavors that were indeed well-balanced and thoughtfully combined. However, in my opinion, you can't take a traditional meze and elevate it, then charge between €8 (at best) and €13–14 for a single dish. The portion sizes were truly meze-sized. Personally, I left the restaurant feeling hungry. Everything may have been delicious, but paying €8 for a small bowl of lentils feels excessive. If it were a full plate of food, with a proper portion, I could justify the price—but as it stands, I can't

Very beautiful experience. The tastes are unique. Each dish we got, had a distinct flavour and an escalation bite after bite. This place could be in the Michelin guide, easily. It's a pity that due to the prices, the average greek cannot experience this place. Ask for guidance for the menu, as this is not a traditional listing. Same for the wines. The employees know good horeca and they will help you. We've been served by Mike and he was excellent. I hope the Michelin people will soon visit this place. Kudos to chef and personeel. Suggestion: once per week, you can offer a discount degustation day. Everybody should have access to these tastes.

Delicious dinner with great service and lovely ambiance. Small plates offered. Our waiter was very helpful in describing dishes from the menu as well as the specials. Started with an amuse bouche and small glass of raki. Had the dakos, stuffed zucchini blossoms, falafel and lamb trahana. All takes on traditional plates but with surprising flavors. All accompanied by a lovely white wine from Kefalonia. Highly recommend. This was our favorite meal in Thessaloniki.

Nice idea, nice bread bao… But i didn’t enjoy the pulled pork filing and the potatoes were not crispy at all! Overall, average for me.

The Greek version of bao buns drowned in sauce. It tastes more like a sandwich than a bao bun. The cheddar beef patty was not of the best quality and was slightly burnt. One is enough for a quick lunch. Toilet is unisex and doesn't lock... This is a good place for a quick snack while you're on the go but not really anything else. Music was extremely vulgar American rap. If the business owners do not understand what the lyrics say, it may be best to avoid playing the music. Go for something Asian perhaps?

I was on a trip to Thessaloniki with some friends and I definitely recommend this place. The staff are super quick and friendly. They handed us English menu's when they saw us struggle to translate the Greek one. They also helped us rearrange some tables so all 8 of us could sit together. The food is very good, we came back to eat here a second time the next day and we received some dessert for free! It has more of a takeaway vibe than a long sit-down kind of thing. But that was perfect, since that was exactly what we were looking for. So if you're looking for a quick, reasonably priced, good meal in Thessaloniki, this is the place! The food excited my expectations! They serve exactly what they advertise: “Fine street food” and let me tell you Fine Street Food it is. Everything is placed within a Bao, a Chinese type of bread which tastes awesome by the way. “What you see us what you get” is an understatement in this place, because the food tastes even better from what it looks. I am visiting this place 3-4 times per year. Always leaving it satisfied with good impressions. The place is directly across the police department and it has good food in decent prices. I only order seafood with tsipouro (a local drink in Greece) and it always tastes really good. Nothing impressive in the surrounding area and nothing spectacular in the food. Really tasteful and good choice if you are in the neighborhood.

I just don't have enough words to describe how good our dinner was. The taste of every dish was almost a jichellin star experience. We had the famous taramasalata, dolmades with an asian twist, incredible cuttlefish and dentex. All was fenomenal. The waiters are also super kind and make you feel like home. I would definately come back here.

If there were more stars on to give, I would give them to this place. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Thessaloniki and probably one of top places in Greece. Every bite was heaven and every dish was spectacular. The cherry on top is that the prices are very affordable. I would visit Thessaloniki again just to eat there. The outdoor area is arranged in such a way that it enhances the overall look (since it sits right on the road), and this is yet another sign of the passion the staff and owners put into giving you a complete “experience.” Tips:A reservation is essential.

Faultless experience. This restaurant has taken traditional Greek cuisine to a more modern and incredible level. The food was stunning. And we ordered a 2022 red that the staff kindly decantered given its young age. And the service provided by Vasso was a delight.

Walked in without a reservation and the place was absolutely packed. They sat me at the bar table since I was eating solo - turned out to be the best spot in the house! Having a front-row seat to the open kitchen was such a treat. I could see everything the chefs were doing. Went with the Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Tinos Graviera cheese (€10.50) and the Salted Cod with Tomatoes and Rice (€12.50). The salad was incredibly fresh and that Tinos cheese was something special - kind of nutty with a hint of sweetness that you don’t get in regular feta. Watching the chef put it together was like watching an artist at work. As for the cod dish, never tried Greek salted cod before and the flavor was intense. That initial saltiness hits you hard, but when mixed with the slightly sweet tomato rice, it created this perfect harmony. Love it and highly recommend it. Service was spot-on too. This sweet waitress with braids noticed I was dining alone and mentioned I could order half portions of certain dishes - very thoughtful! She checked in just enough without hovering. Oh, and their sparkling water comes in a huge 750ml bottle for only €3! Practically supermarket prices. Such a nice change from places that charge much more for tiny bottles. This place instantly became my most favorite in Greece and would love to visit again.

We dined at Iliopetra two nights in a row simply because the food was that good. Both times we had meat dishes, and they were among the best we tasted during our month-long stay in Greece. The flavors were rich and balanced, showing both creativity and precision. The salad—with small, sweet tomatoes, crisp cucumber, and flavorful olives—was outstanding, fresh, and full of character. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, and attentive, knowledgeable staff who make the experience even better. For us, Iliopetra has earned its reputation as one of Thessaloniki’s finest restaurants. It’s a place that invites you to return, and for us, it easily became a highlight of our trip.

Me and my family are old customers of this place and it never disappointed. Traditional and perfected recipes that we all learned from our grandmas! The only drawback it that it's a bit pricey for what you get.

The dish with kebabs was so juicy and tender I was slightly disappointed with dry souvlaki though. Otherwise wonderfully spiced and delicious. Staff were very friendly despite the amount of people and work they had to deal with.

I tried the Yaourtlu kebab here — it came without strong spices, served on a special yogurt-based sauce with fries and onions on the side. The meat was tasty and went really well with the sauce. The restaurant is very central, and while eating you can enjoy the view of one of Thessaloniki’s busiest streets.

I would say not the classic gyros - the sauce is not tzatziki and the meat is a little different from the classic gyros. The flatbread they serve in is thin and tasty and one of the main impressions for me. Prices are normal, even cheap for the center of Thessaloniki.

Too pricey for their portions. Really disappointed. The feta also looks really sad. Doesn't look like it's actually worth 6€. I don't think I'll come back. Wouldn't recommend except if you're a tourist because it's at a good place in the city with a nice view.

The place was so loud that you couldn’t hear your own voice. The outdoor seating is on a platform and bounces terribly every time someone walks by. The food wasn’t bad but just standard fare. If you like crowds, go for it. Otherwise find a different restaurant.

The service was incredibly fast (but only when it is not crowded), we were greeted as soon as we walked in, placed our order right away, the food arrived in about five minutes, and the pita gyros were delicious. Probably the best I’ve had so far. Portions were just right, prices were fair, the place itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely one of the best spots to eat in Chaniotis. Highly recommended!

The place is always packed and that says something. Every time i passed on this street there were at least 5-10 people waiting for a table. The portions are huge, the prices are fair, the service is very fast and the staff speaks good english The pork gyro portion is the biggest and tastiest i have seen and eaten in Kassandra. There are also a variety of other options containing gyros meat like gyro club sandwich or gyro wrap. The owner and his wife are there all day helping with seating and bussing tables. If you are in Hanioti and are looking for a great gyro experience, Garry's is the place for you.

Just an average gyros with almost no taste. Serving is fast and good, place is clean and nice, but you get huge portion for your money.

If you want to try the best gyros in town then this is the place. The pork gyros is absolutely delicious, in my opinion it beats the chicken. The place is always busy but even if they are packed you can get a table after 10 minutes. Also great and quick service.

Great restaurant, it took 5 minutes to get the food and there was so much that I couldn’t eat it all, I love it. The taste was a bit off, it wasn’t the best, but since there was so much of it I can’t complain.

The pizzas are really big and there are a lot of choices, many pizza types and flavors. You can also get take out or order with delivery.

Each year we come back to Pefkohori and we eat here at this pizzeria. The size options are so generous. We ordered the family size pizza for 2 adults and a child. It was more than plenty. The pizza called proscuitto mozzarella is so delicious. Look no further than that one. It’s most definitely worth the few euros more than the standard ones. The takeaway is about 2 euro cheaper than dine in also. The staff cooking the pizzas were very knowledgeable about catering for allergies too.

It was ok. Pizza was huge, not quite what we ordered but not complaining, our Greek is sketchy at best. Loads of topping, nice flavour, place was a bit bare with not a lot of character but staff were friendly and helpful

Amazing little Italian restaurant. The portion sizes are humongous and for a very small price! 1 35cm pizza is MORE than enough to sustain 2 people, so you will not be paying much in this place. Also (although a bit greasy) the quality of the ingredients is really good price/quality ratio. A shoutout for Tea (our waitress) who is very kind, gives good advice on what to eat and not pushy at all, 100% 5 stars for this place :)

The food is absolutely amazing, the portions are big and everything was very delicious. The prices are totally normal (even better than some similar places’ who has smaller portions & the food here is also better). The staff is very kind. Sometimes homeless people came in from the street and came to us begging, that was disturbing, but besides this the atmosphere, the food and the people made our visit memorable and we will definitely return during our stay in Thessaloniki.

Contemporary Greek taverna/souvladziko. Originally was a souvlaki shop and they since expanded into a dining venue. We ordered two of their signature souvlaki wraps ~ though be aware that in Greece you advise what type of meat you want in the wrap; souvlaki (kalamaki) or the shaved yiro. The portions were large and the chips were fresh and hand cut. They have large kitchen staff team working inside to keep the orders coming out hot and fresh. In our 3 days on this trip, this was the only place we ate at twice.

A nicely decorated restaurant with decent prices. The gyros mix burger was delicious, while the gyros wrap was a bit dry with all those fries inside.

Lively, busy spot with great casual greek food. Waiters tend to be busy, so it may take a minute to get their attention. But they do have a take-away walk up counter as well.

We happened to pass by this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. It was already quite busy, but our order was taken quickly and efficiently. We had the chicken gyros, the “Mimis” chicken wrap, and the Cretan salad. All the dishes were excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

The best pizza in Thessaloniki. It's a hidden gem. Small pizza store but cozy. The portion of the pizza slices are huge. They have a huge variety of flavours. The prices are super cheap. The location is great, only 2 minutes walking distance from the main square. I wouldn't know about its existence if it wasn't by accident. It's hidden well. I highly recommend it. An extra point for this business to support Thessaloniki pride.

Service took a while (without smile) and one pizza never arrived, but it was a busy night. It is self service and the pizza is served two slices to the portion (or a whole pizza) so it’s cool that you can try various ones. The pizza Is very delicious. Very similar to the original Italian recipe (from Naples). If you are Italian, you'll love it. You can get ale one whole pizza is simply a slice (also take way). Staff is very gentle. The pizzeria is locate in one of the more animated area of Thessaloniki. You'll enjoy it.

The staff is kind. It is relatively a small place with a few tables outside. You can either sit down to eat or get an individual piece of pizza as take away. The pizza is very tasty, the price however is on the expensive side for a take away pizza, but it seems to be better quality, also big slices and not reminiscent of fast food. Overall a good choice if you want something tasty and fast, it's worth it.

Pizza is frozen (from supermarket) and oven baked! No taste! We were waiting for about 40 min, because priority is delivery. Greek guests get quicker. All pizzas are different look and taste. Pizza are not like on photos or in menu! Take a look how Margarita and Pepperoni actually look, photos attached! Greek salad is also poor (bad tomato, not cold…). Definitely, some pizzas are frozen, some are homemade, but POOR TASTE! Avoid this place if you are hungry or expecting a solid quality and service! Good comments are fraud, obviously!

Both falafel and the chicken wrap were very tasty. Everything fresh and spici. The tabouleh salad was exquisite but the french fries could have been fried a bit more for some crispness. All in all i recommend this place 100%. The prices are fair also.

Another incredible find for vegans! I went 3 times and had the original falafel wrap, the classic falafel wrap (with baba ghanoush and tabbouleh), and the 9 falafel pieces. Everything was hot and flavourful. Tabbouleh especially was delicious. Super cute location with views of the White Tower. Lots of street seating. Tried couple of times different things, my favorite one is the Greek falafel wrap, as the different flavors and textures from the specific ingredients make it great. Many falafel or middle east places make their wraps with very heavy sauces and spices, this one has just enough for the best flavor while somehow not being that heavy.

Great falafel wraps. We come to eat here from time to time especially when fasting as they offer lots of vegan alternatives. The location is very central, near to the white tower and there is enough outside seating to fit approx. 20 people. I enjoy the Greek falafel wrap the most.

The one night I ate very well in Neos was here. Amazing staff, nice burgers with real meat, super fresh and soft bread buns. I tried the cheeseburger, and they even served it without mayo, as I asked.

100% must go resturant.There are various pasta types(fresh,homemade), and good set of salads with local quality ingridients. In my opinion, the restaurant is better than many of its kind, even in Italy.

You can really taste the attention to detail and the high standards in the kitchen, which is why I would recommend it to anyone who values authentic, well-prepared pasta. That said, my main concern lies with the pricing. The menu is closer to German levels, which feels expensive by Greek standards. On top of that, while the quality is top-notch, the portion sizes could be more generous. For example, the Tortellini Noci were tasty but noticeably small, leaving me wishing for just a bit more. Overall, Kitchen Pasta is definitely worth a visit for its great flavors and quality. Just be prepared for higher prices and portions that may not fully match your expectations.

Service and waitress excellent. Crowded since they charge just drinks for use of sunshades and sunbeds. It is fair if you want value for money. Food is more towards Italian. We tried pastas, average. Cezar salat to be avoided, cold chicken, old salad, dressing thrown on the salat. We did not try pizza by which this place is famous.

We waited almost an hour for our order to be taken, although the waiters noticed us. every time we ordered something we were treated with contempt. We ordered a drink and it was not brought to us at all. the waiters pretended not to see us. we ordered a pizza and honestly, it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life, it did not match the ingredients or what I ordered. my friends did not receive their order on time, the burgers came cold and they did not even have napkins on the table. the indifference of the waiters was on another level. we asked for what we had ordered to be packed and late they brought a small casserole for everyone .... I do not recommend the location and I regret that I ruined the evening by being a customer of this place.

I’ve visited many cities across Greece over the past couple of years and have always had wonderful experiences, especially in Thessaloniki—which remains one of my favorite places. During a recent visit to Brunchsin, we enjoyed a tasty late breakfast, but there were a few things that made the overall experience feel less comfortable than expected. To start on a positive note, the lady who welcomed us at the entrance was incredibly kind and warm—her friendly approach really stood out and set a great tone. Unfortunately, once we were seated inside, the atmosphere changed. We felt a bit uncomfortable due to the strong air conditioning and asked if we could move to a more comfortable, available four-person table. We were told it was reserved for larger groups, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Instead, we were seated at the back near the kitchen, which wasn’t ideal. The waitress who took our order seemed somewhat impatient, although she tried to remain polite. One particular moment that made us feel uneasy was when she said “thank you” in our native language. Rather than feeling inclusive or friendly, it came across more like a pointed remark. That said, I understand everyone can have a rough day, and we’re all human—things aren’t always as they seem. On the bright side, the food was excellent. Our breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the quality and flavors. To be fair, this review reflects just one experience, and only a part of the staff. The lady who welcomed us was genuinely wonderful, and I don’t want this to reflect negatively on the entire team or the owner. Delicious! We came around 12:45, and there was a wait to eat. After about ten minutes we were seated and placing orders. Our food came out rather quickly and it did not disappoint. Overall a great spot and I definitely would recommend.

Great food! Very busy place, so I would recommend to book ahead. I am giving 4 stars because we had to ask 3 different people to bring us the bill so we may pay, the first 2 people did not bring us the bill and the whole process took about 10'.

Absolute 10/10. Three of us sat down for brunch and had cappuccinos, an omelette, pancakes, and a sandwich. The server came and explained the English menu is via QR code. They brought the drinks and food immediately after. Very quick. Everything tasted great, had sizeable portions, and was decently priced. Very happy. So many options.

We ordered Millionaires and Waffle of the day. Very average food, chicken was soggy and obviously cooked from frozen. Drinks are okay but overpriced. For some reason the waitress had a face on when we asked to swap a coffee from cold latte to hot. Not acceptable to roll your eyes at the customers.

Avanti Pizza in Sarti left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to unmet expectations beyond the food itself. While the pizza truly earned a solid 4 stars – it was flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely hit the spot – the overall experience didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. It wasn't about the quality of the ingredients or the taste, but rather other aspects of the service or environment that simply didn't align with my needs at the time. Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to be welcoming, which certainly made a positive impression and somewhat compensated for other areas where my expectations weren't met. It's a shame that the service couldn't fully elevate the entire experience to match the high standard of their pizza.

We ordered pepperoni pizza for two people. Taste was so good, crust is perfect with lots of cheese on it. Staff is so polite and friendly. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes, but we weren’t only in pizzeria, there were 5 tables with us. Perfect spot of family and friends

This year all the other places did a fatal experiment with the crust and the dough tastes more like pie than pizza. Avanti stood to their guns and their pizza is premium quality from the crispness of the crust to the freshness of the ingredients. The service though look, talk and behave like the zombies from the walking dead. It's worth dealing with them only for the pizza.

You should definetly work on your cusromer service! I ordered pasta Napoli for takeaway. They asked me spaghetti or penne. I said SPAGHETTI. They had me wait for 30 minutes when there were only two tables with customers. I came 30 min later, they told me to wait 10 more, because there are too many orders (but i ordered 30 min ago and there was literaly no one) and at the end? They gave me penne, while i ordered spaghetti. 🙂 Never again!

Recently visited Panera and had a mixed experience. The salty pancakes turned out unexpectedly sweet due to the dough used. On the flip side, the chicken burrito left me disappointed with a few pieces of undercooked chicken. Not the most service minded staff we have met but they tried maybe it was the heat or maybe they were just tired . We were the only table. Hard to find parking outside . Hoping for improved consistency next time.

Perhaps the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with! 😄 The girls were very cheerful and exchanged playful banter with us the whole time we were there. They dutifully explained many of their vegetarian and non vegetarian options on our request. We took their recommendations for the soy gyros and the soy fillet and boy were we not let down. The mix of herbs and the quality of the pita and sauce are a combo you won't find anywhere else in town. Very cozy to sit and enjoy your lunch break. Will be going back.

Great place for delicious pizza 🍕 or burger 🍔 Greek salad 🥗 is must also 🤤 I come back to Michele every year!

The pizza here is far from authentic Italian quality. The pizza is also not that big for this high price. The bigger problem, though, was the service. We ordered 4 pizzas but only received 3. When we asked about the missing one, the staff twice assured us it had been ordered. On the third time of asking, we saw them only then start making it—far too late for us to wait. We had to reject it and leave, which made for a very disappointing experience.

Simply perfect! Original and Lebanese falafel wrap won my heart big time as well as the friendly people preparing the amazing food!

The tortilla was cold which was a con for me, but the falafel balls tho were amazing, the best falafel I’ve ever tasted in my life!

I just loved the lively and laid-back ambiant of this amazing burger place. The people, the colors, the tempting smell of delicious yummy burgers. Last but not least, I definitely forgot t about the whole world when I was indulging myself with the special Wuppertal, Truffle, and Cherry Cider.

Burgermeister is definitely one of the best dining experiences in Serres. I strongly believe that every part of a burger must be taken into consideration in order to be amazing, something that people in Burgermeister manage to serve every time. However, it's a bit pricy for Serres standards, even though everything got more expensive due to inflation.
