The fish was great, batter was the right amount of crispy and not too greasy. There was a queue but we didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes. The only thing I didn’t like was you have to pay for ketchup.

I love Haddock, Oscas fish 🐠 Gorgeous! So fresh, beautifully cooked in light crispy batter. Skinless, boneless. The Best ! And consistently so. I order small haddock, small chips £10. Haddock is good size and meaty. Excellent value. Oscas by far the best. I always give my cat some as a treat. Like me, he's very discerning, loves it, tucks in with vigour and none left. Also, their Savoloy nice n peppery. Spicy chicken burger and Hawaiian chicken burgers Yummy 😋 Service Excellent, pleasant and efficient. But oooh that haddock..... 😋💖

We visited Oscar's for lunch yesterday and it was by far the best fish and chips I'd eaten out of the three this holiday. The batter on the cod was crispy and the fish itself was lovely and fresh. The chips were nice and chunky which went down a treat with the curry sauce and mushy peas we had. My son and partner also enjoyed their meals too so we will be back next year when we're on holiday again

Probably the best fish and chips in the area!!! Chips were fluffy and crisp, and the waitress recommend the fish with a light batter which was absolutely spot on. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff which is really handy. Definitely will be back.

Quick service, Hot and fresh fish and chips as well as other meals. Reasonable price for this day and age. Portion size is big enough only small problem is the door can easily be left open when eating in the restaurant, which (given the seaside location) on a windy day ruins the atmosphere inside. Best fish and chips I’ve had. Crispy batter, fish wasn’t greasy, cooked perfectly. Onions rings could be better, they were a bit small and I couldn’t really taste the onion, but I guess you don’t go there for the onion rings. The fish is delicious. And the staff are very friendly.

Visited on hot Sunday and had lovely fish and chips and mushy peas. Best fish and chips for a very long time and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Attentive friendly staff when genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. I would really recommend this place and will visit again next time I am in the area

Decided to eat in today following great reviews. So so disappointed. Used to dine here years ago. Today served with total indifference by a very rude young girl. After she had taken our order at the counter and taken our money we waited to be offered somewhere to sit. Didn't happen had to ask if we just go up. "Yeah". She never moved. We found a table and realised we hadn't ordered a drink but felt so intimidated we didn't bother. Thank goodness for jack the fryer. He made up for the girls rudeness. Thanks Jack. You made it worth being there. I am not normally a complainer but we were really disappointed.

We sought Fred's out because it offered gluten free batter for the fish. When we arrived it was indeed no problem, which was great as a lot of chip shops only to gluten free at the start of the week! Anyway after a short wait, our fresh fish and chips were boxed accordingly with forks and napkins. The fish and chips were excellent. I had plaice and chips and my wife had gluten free cod and chips. The batter was lovely, the fish tender and chips well cooked and seasoned well. The young team were very professional and helpful and were doing a great job. The reviews I looked up were also good, so we fully endorse Fred's it's an excellent fish restaurant. The exterior is simple, but you will not be disappointed once you go inside we fully recommend and our thanks to the team for making our short visit complete, as we always try to have fish and chips every time we visit the seaside.

Was really busy when we arrived. Our food order was taken and then given a number. I don't recall how long we waited but it wasn't a particularly long time.. Had sausage, chips and battered pineapple. Chips were really good, sausage was nice. Pineapple was nice but could have done with a sprinkling of sugar. Sat on the benches near by and ate the food. Was an enjoyable meal. Would highly recommend it. Food was reasonably priced for the offering and location - £18 for 2 large sausages, 1 large chips and 2 pineapple fritters (and 4 tins of fizzy). I didn't try but they have gluten free batter options and what looks to be a decent vegan offering too. We will definitely go back.

total ripoff. £30 for two fish and chips. batter was 5/10, fish was fresh but to be expected from a seaside town. 4/10 chips were soft. Don't be fooled by the £10.50 advertised price - the chips aren't included. TLDR: For £30 you get to walk around with a cardboard box of mediocre fish and chips

Recently went on a day trip to Littlehampton and had a fantastic experience at Fred's. Service was slow, but we were going at peak time so it is forgiven. The food itself was rather marvelous. Bit expensive but well worth the money for that haddock and chips. Everything about it was amazing. I had curry sauce with my chips and was very nice but next time I won't but so much in. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are mostly very nice, but the prices are insanely high for not good quality food. To start with, our cottage pie was VERY cold and the vegetables were almost raw. The all day breakfast I had was if it had been made by an amateur chef. Whilst I appreciate they wanted to make sure the Sausages were cooked, I have never seen a cafe cut a sausage in half or take chunks of it apart. I would not recommend here if you are on a budget and I hope your food is served better than ours was.

Worse breakfast I’ve had in years. Sausages full of gristle, dry bacon that tasted rank, fried bread that was toast dipped in a frying pan, warm milkshakes and everyone had their food at different times.

Recommended as a place to eat when staying at nearby Haven Church farm. Food came quickly and was good quality. A lot of cheese on my jacket potato and my daughter's chicken nuggets looked really nice too. Took allergies seriously. Recommended cafe

Have been here a few times. First time on a Sunday. Big breakfast was really good value and quality, with happy staff making it a great visit. Finished off with good coffee and cake. We'll be returning on a Sunday.

I was taken here for breakfast by a friend. The first interaction was negative. We knew they weren't dog friendly. We stood outside the entrance to ask for a menu. The first words from female member of staff, you can't bring the dog in. We said we were aware but just wanted a menu as we were going to sit outside. My choice was a standard English breakfast comprising of 1 sausage, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 egg, beans,tomato and toast/fried bread. I have a severe egg allergy which potentially could be fatal. My friend went to place the order and explained that due to my egg allergy could the egg be swapped for a rasher of bacon. He was told "we don't swap, you'll have to pay for extra bacon". He was charged the normal price of £8.95 for a standard breakfast plus an additional £3.75 for a single rasher of bacon. The was no reduction of price for egg I didn't have but was included in the cost of thebreakfast. To add insult to injury, the breakfast was served on cold plates. We certainly won't be returning or recommending this café.

We had take away fish and chips, we had a large chips which was a small polystyrene tray which at any normal chip shop wouldn’t even be a small, they were also terrible half were burnt the other half under done. The ‘large’ fish was also tiny, size of maybe two decent fish fingers and was totally tasteless, for £5 odd for the chips and nearly £10 for the fish it was terrible. Avoid!!

REALLY GOOD FOOD !! Everyone enjoyed it I had the Cod, Chips, aswell as a battered sausage and the chips were the BEST i’ve ever had - They were perfectly crisp and had just the right amount of salt , not too much or too little which has been a problem in the past! Same goes for the vinegar. :) Cod was fine, i’m not a huge fan of fish anyways, but the batter wasn’t as crisp as i’d like so that is the only ‘complaint’ i have! But, it was still good!! The battered sausage was very good, the sausage was juicy, NOT dry and the batter was crispy - i’d defintelty recommend. The place was also quite busy yet still received our food relatively quickly. Came in boxes as well, not bags which is also a bonus as our usual is just in paper Highly recommend the battered sausage and chips (with salt and vinegar) <3

Ye standard chippy done well. The box was grease free. Not too much batter to spoil the fish. No onion rings! Large portion of chips was small compared to others but it'll please my health.

I called ahead to place a pick-up order hoping to save time, but unfortunately, I still had to wait around 10–15 minutes after arriving. It seemed like orders were only being prepared once customers arrived, perhaps due to how busy they were. The food overall was a bit of a mixed bag. The curry sauce was much darker than what I’m used to, but it had a nice flavor with a noticeable spicy kick. The large portion of chips didn’t feel particularly large, and the regular cod was on the small side—really, all the portions felt smaller than expected. That said, there were a few highlights: the scampi and salt & pepper squid were both tasty and well-cooked. The saveloy, however, was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The beef burger was enjoyable, served in a soft bap that complemented it nicely. Everything tasted good. Just everything was on the small side. If you’re looking for decent-tasting food, some of the items do deliver, but don’t go in expecting generous portions—or fast pick-up, even if you call ahead.

Great local fish & chips. It’s been a long running family favourite for many years, for a good reason it’s great. It’s very consistent, food is always good. We commonly get cod and chips. And the curry sauce is just perfect. It is a touch more expensive compared to others around, but well worth a visit. And wholly recommended.

If Carlsberg did Fish and Chip shops, this would be one of the best in west Sussex, great service, great food, the batter isn't the usual heavy batter. Always a good choice

I have lived in Worthing for 10 years and walked past Wimpy hundreds of times, but today is the first time I went inside. The thing is this restaurant is enormous once you are inside and possibly the longest restaurant in Worthing.I had a vegetarian breakfast and although not haute cuisine I enjoyed it greatly. They have a lot of great offers like 2 desserts for less than £5. I really enjoyed having table service and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The toilets are modern but need a bigger fan being so enclosed. They have vegetarian options so I am looking forward to coming back and having a vegetarian burger. Worth a visit if you have never been before.

I've been going to Wimpy since I was 7 years old and I really loved it back then. Haven't been in quite a long time now I'm in my 30's but popped back in before heading off to the cinema for a quick bite and drink. The food is better than I remember. I myself had a wimpy burger and loaded fries and my mum had the chicken tenders. The staff member who served us was brilliant. Very talkative and while obvious he'd had a long day, good service was all we got. A lot of fast food places go downhill over the years but Wimpy... never change. Amazing food, great service and calm atmosphere.

It was very clean both in restaurant and toilets. We were served today (24th Aug) promply by a young blonde girl who was very efficient and courteous. Food came promptly too and was well presented and tasty. Well done Wimpy, Worthing.

We searched Google for a good fish and chip shop near Haven Church farm. Smallfry was highly rated so we decided to give it a try and we are really glad that we did. Firstly I would like to recognise the warm friendly welcome we received especially from the young man working there. Our food was ready on time which is appreciated. The portion sizes were good and the batter was nice and crispy. The chips were great too, no soggy ones right to the end. We very much enjoyed our food and would definitely recommend to others. Well done everyone at Smallfry!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I love fish and chips and all the trimmings and I can honestly say that this place is in my top three! I travel the country for a living and have tried MANY fish and chip shops. Had a week's holiday at Church Farm, Pagham last week so was looking for a local chippie for our first night's dinner and found Smallfry. Was excited to see they did Huss (Rock) as nobody round my way does it anymore, my son had cod. Both lots of fish were lovely, the batter was light and crunchy and the chips were perfect, the only mistake we made was we both went for large chips when one would have sufficed for both of us. Any way, we'll be at Church Farm next year and will definitely be visiting Smallfry again.

Ordered online 2 x haddock but asked when I arrived if skin on - yes - can I change to cod? No it’s already cooked. Added some chips. So whilst I was waiting for it to be bagged up one of the servers took one of the haddock - I said I’ll have the cod then - no it’s gone in. Meanwhile 2 people ordered haddock!! The chips had been put in the warmer and were dreadful - so disappointed in the service and the quality. But in their defence the seagulls liked it. Won’t be going again

We’ve not had fish and chips for a few years as it was always to oily. We thought we’d try their fish and chips and was not disappointed at all. The fish was delicious and I ate the batter as well as it was not oily at all. We will definitely have it again.

Always some kind of problem with this McDonalds! It's either something missing, cold food, burnt and dry food.. you name it, Crossbush has done it wrong. Ordered a Minecraft meal, they didn't put in my collectible (and Minecraft meal costs more than regular BigMac meal, so I paid for the collectible!), drink had ice in it when I ordered without ice. Fries are cold 9 times out of 10 Do not recommend.

Delivery orders regularly forget sauce for nuggets. Chips are obviously in ration at this restaurant as today’s order arrived with a half filled bag. I used to work for McDonald’s several years ago so understand pressures. Whilst I’ve never had an issue in-house, the quality of delivery orders is often poor from my experience.

Went there this evening , waiting in the outside lane for 15 minutes while others cars went through the drive through, asked for burger with no pickles and got extra pickles and got the steakhouse stack burger and it was dry as anything, tons of salad but no sauce in it and the burger was tough as old boots like it had been sat around for hours

This branch is tiny for the amount of customers it has, when your queueing inside it sometimes feels like sardines, no-one giving space, and fast usually means 10 to 15 minutes for an order. The staff are dismissive, and obviously overworked, if it wasn't the only one closeby I would avoid it at all costs. The drive through queues tend to block access to the car park at times too, as well as all the delivery drivers.

Nightmare, over an hour to get out. Too much traffic for a badly congested area.

The Happy Meal burger I bought for my son was off-putting to eat. The burger seemed partially eaten and the cheese was messy. I returned it and they offer to replace it however i cannot trust eating there after the way the burger appear.

Often order thru delivery apps. And almost always there are missing items or wrong items (8 out of 10 times) . Delivery app cannot refund us anymore bec it has happened so often. Very disappointing. We lost a lot of money for their incompetence.

Awful. Fries were cold, flaccid, and unseasoned; burger had barely enough sauce to taste it in 2 mouthfuls and the rest was bone dry and flavourless; all 4 dips on the chicken nugget sharer were missing; and the McFlurry was nearly liquid it was so melted. Genuinely terrible - I'm surprised all 20 nuggets made it into the box! Nearly £20 for that as well! Never again.

Avoid or Wait! I’ve just experienced the longest drive-thru wait I’ve ever had — over 25 minutes! Completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. No updates, no apology, just slow and disorganised service. Needs serious improvement.

I am absolutely livid, did an order 17/10/25 at 9am, not only did they send a doughnut instead of the muffin (ordered for my son), but the doughnut was actually out of date and my 18 month old son had some before I then realised what the sticker said! Not something you'd think to check but I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered on the app, got to the restaurant, queue up in the two lanes. Choose the outside lane. Watch the car in front of me get increasingly mad at no voice coming out of the speaker, yet three cars go by in the other lane. He eventually joins the queue without ordering. I get there next, wait a couple of mins, no one speaking to me either. I drive on so I can order at the window instead. (Counter productive for your staff, I know). The lovely lad, Josh I think was his name, is clearly annoyed that his coworkers aren’t putting through orders. He asks if it’s the outside lane, I say yes. He goes to presumably tell someone off. He comes back apologises, takes my order. I get to the next window, I’m handed an order, it’s not mine, I hand it back. I get asked what I ordered by a girl who looks about 13. I repeat the order, she pulls out a receipt and asks if it’s my order, I’m amazed. I just told her my order and she gives me something that clearly isn’t what I’ve just told her. I say no, she becomes confused, calls over another girl, she might be 15, I repeat my order for the 3rd time. She bustles off, the queue in the drive through is ever extending, through the car park and out on to the road. Second girl comes back again, I repeat my order a 4th time. She comes back very quickly and gives me the order. I ask my partner to check the food (I’ve got trust issues at this point) it’s missing jam for the toasted teacake. I’ve already started moving, so I have to go back and call in the second window for jam. Someone brings me some. I drive off feeling not very relaxed for my delicious Sunday morning breakfast. I get home open the bag, no butter on the muffin for the teacake. And I’ve got a bacon and egg muffin, instead of the the double sausage and egg muffin, that I ordered and paid for. This one deserved some feedback, I hope you’ll excuse the dissertation, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to McDonald’s Bognor Regis. ABYSMAL

Always a little hit and miss. Cold chicken selects, on a recent visit, was the final straw for me. It appears that McDonalds now make it extremely hard for you to offer them any feedback. What a rubbish business model. I shan't bother any more.

Pretty much not so fast food,you know what you should be getting here.. not your nouvelle cuisine but I've been served faster and warmer food by my 5 year old son.

We waited over 35 minutes for our food in the click and collect area. I had to actually physically go into the restaurant to get the food. The young lady who saved me apologised and she was polite. No photos as I was totally disgusted with the fact that if I had not gone into the restaurant, I would not have got my food probably for over an hour.

Normally very happy with the fish and chips here but tonight it was poor. Too much batter and not much fish inside and fish differed in colour. Very disappointed.

Being a Friday night the shop was very busy. I ordered 2 chicken, 1 cod, 1 scampi and 2 regular fries. Luckily I had the cash with me as no card payments. Order was prepared in reasonable time and was very tasty.

We stopped in on our way through to East Wittering as we are on holiday and wanted some seaside fish and chips! Thought the place looked quaint, so gave it a shot. So glad we did! Chips were amazing - golden, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and boiling hot - perfect! Service was quick and friendly, and parking relatively easy - free residential parking all along the street. They do only take cash, but there are 2 cash machines a short walk away and in a pinch they will accept bank transfer. Can't fault the place - highly recommend!

Nothing to shout about i ordered haddock and chips and three savaloys just over £20 spent,my fish was disappointingly more battery than fish chips were dry,won't be going back .

I have been eaten at Linden's fish bar for over 10years now. The new shop is great the size portion are great the atmosphere the smell of the food makes you relize its fresh and its a decent price I would like to also mention the staff are friendly

Ali the owner used to own another take away. I was absolutely gutted when he sold. His food is always of high quality, I’ve been back many times since he has reopened. And everytime the food is delicious and of high quality. Being Greek Cypriot I am fussy about kebab and Ali’s kebabs is the best around. I’ve also recently tried his Pizza’s. The pizzas are amazing. I prefer them to all the other pizza brands out there.

Fried chicken and chicken wings were quite literally the worst I have ever had from anywhere, actually diabolical. For takeaway food and the prices charged you would think there would be some sort of level of food quality. The mixed doner kebab meat with chips was actually decent but the chicken was that bad it let the whole thing down. I've been using these quite regularly but after being served that I won't being going back at all. Shocking.

Food was amazing, very well priced, well made and delicious. Really enjoyed it. As a family had kebab, burgers, chips and garlic bread, definitely recommend.

No batter on the sausages, chips not cooked, over priced food and when asked for a chip butty was told to do it myself! But they make burgers for you. Make it make sense, definitely avoid and go to littlehamptons chip shop.

Been here a number of times, has always been good, but last Friday 23 November, big disappointment. Fish was very thin and not very large, the portion of mushy peas was a tiny eggcup sized pot. At least plenty of chips made up for the lack of fish(asked for large chips), still, was expecting better Also, understand they have limited space, but standing out in the cold while you wait your number, not so good.

Recently moved to area from London where we had plenty of choices for takeaway’s. However The Big Fry is one of the best fish & chips takeaway I have experienced. Have used them several times and each time fish is fresh and well cooked with good portions of chips. Staff are young, always pleasant and very efficient.

Asked for a few chips to be put seperately from portion ordered so didnt have salt and vinegar on for my toddler, charged me for another portion, Chips left sitting for far to long cold and not nice tasting chips taste of old oil used, portion size small for large portion and to find what looks like string in the chips is very poor, The saveloy was so dried out once again left for to long under light heat, shoud be in water, Only thing that was ok was the battered sausage as can tell only recently been cooked Wont be visiting again !!

So far, it was the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. I bought a large plaice and medium chips for takeaway, planning to eat at home. When I unwrapped it, the fish smelled so bad that I was afraid to even try it. Eventually, when I found the courage to try, the taste was pure chemicals - something very similar to chlorine. I have no idea what they did with my fish, but I can only guess that they washed some kitchen equipment with strong chemicals containing chlorine, and somehow it ended up on my fish. After a few bites, I realized it was impossible to eat, so I asked my dad to try it. After just one bite, he told me to throw it straight in the bin, otherwise I could get poisoned. So I did — painfully wasting £13. By the way, the chips were fine, but what they did with the fish is unforgivable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, unless you want to gamble and hope your fish comes without chemicals. Good luck.

Two of us ate here on a Friday lunctime. We had regular cod and chips. Cannot fault the meal or the portion size, very generous. Proper fish n chips, not pretention, as they should be! Will return.

Went tonight having travelled down, having attended open air theatre and got soaked, so thought a quick trip to sea and fish and chips would help cheer all up, can only say what an amazing F&C cooked all our fish and chips fresh and mushy peas, best we have had in forever... Will defo go back parking is free and available with choice along the roadside too....

Micks is always our first choice for fish and chips. You can ring through and order but we just turn up - although it’s always busy, I’ve never had to wait long. There’s a good choice available and my medium cod and chips is more than enough for both of us. Always well cooked, hot, and not greasy. Staff are always pleasant. There are a few parking spaces outside.

Very disappointed with the service, quality and portion sizes recently. The service has been quite frankly bad, youngsters being rude and not listening to orders correctly. Too busy chatting to each other and not listening to the customer. The chips have been poor and portion sizes have been getting much, much smaller. Food order has been wrong on more than one occasion, not what was ordered which is disappointing as the price is not cheap. It is a shame to see this place going downhill. Now we will have to find another local chip shop.

I am truly disgusted with this order it started off all fine like how it usually does as I have ordered from here multiple times before however this time was different as I bit into my pizza I was greeted by a bug inside my pizza under the cheese so I called the restaurant asking for a refund instead I was told I’m not getting a refund and that that bug has come from my home even tho it was under the cheeese and no way it could of gotten there as I keep my home very tidy .Im disgusted

Ordered a mixed kebab for delivery which arrived quickly and tasted fantastic. We will cook the leftovers for which there is a lot for 2 people in a tomato sauce and have with pasta and veg. Excellent value for money and they never let us down.

In my opinion this is the best kebab place in town, the food is always good, generous portions and very reasonably priced. The staff are great and work hard to give good and fast service. I've also had pizza and burgers from here they were also very good.

I had the lamb doner which was delicious and very generous portion. My daughter had 1/2 pounder cheese Burger which was massive and well cooked. The chips were perfection. Crispy but not too done and again the portion was great. Absolutely excellent place. Highly recommended.

Placed an order online when delivered an item was missing and was coming with another driver. 25 minutes later still nothing phoned up and it was only just about to be cooked!!!! We said don't bother as far too late. No apology no offer of a refund. Absolutely disgusting. If no refund will contact bank to reverse payment

Currently on holiday and craving a kebab—this place did not disappoint! The reviews were spot on. The portions were generous, and both the chicken and lamb doner were absolutely delicious, came hot. I’ve honestly never tasted mint sauce that good! The delivery driver even gave me a call to let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. If I’m ever back in the area, this will be my go-to without a doubt!

Burnt chewy lamb shish, salty salad with an inedible wet burnt pitta bread and poor chilli sauce. In search of a good kebab, this is the most disappointing so far.. Only flavour was salty and burnt. I was going to have a doner, but the size of the flies put me off and the pale shade of the meat..

No idea how this place has the reviews it has. Ordered here as staying in haven holiday park and the reviews and online pics looked decent. Have to say it was the worst kebab we’ve ever had. Soggy chips and awful awful quality meat (even for a kebab!) salad looks like it was found in the bottom of a bin .. £9 for two boxes of the worst salad wouldn’t even give it to my rabbit. My mouth has already shrivelled up from the salt intake … do not recommend.

Changed review on 26/04/25 Went back here today and I must say what a difference it was. Food was great and staff very helpful I would definitely recommend. Old Review I have been here only a few times but it has been great. But this time the chips not that good and the sausage in batter was over cooked. Maybe it was just an off day.

Small local takeaway only chippy. Not our favourite as we find others in nearby villages cheaper and better quality, but it does have a nice village charm to it. Small portions for what you pay. A portion of chips could fit on my hand and you only get half a cup of mushy peas. The kids cod was a decent size albeit very greasy. Despite this the chips are always nice and the staff are friendly.

Best chips I’ve had in years. I had almost given up on chip shops having been regularly disappointed by chips that tasted like they had been reheated more than once, cooked in oil that needed changing, and/or with potatoes that had absolutely no flavour. Not the case here where they are consistent in being freshly cooked, crispy on the outside whilst also soft and fluffy on the inside. This is now my go to chippy even though few miles away as they are so good.

Been coming here for 10years an food has been excellent today wasn't happy fish wasn't cooked properly in the middle an we usually have lovely crispy batter but not today. Some of the chips were hard.

It’s been about 4 years since I used your KFC in Bognor… I have my granddaughter to stay, I’d just finished work and we popped in to order a takeaway… we had chips and 3 pieces of fillet with a drink.. As you do, you get into the car and always taste a chip! YUK, warm and limp… worst chips iv ever tasted… I thought our food was ready too quickly.. the chips had obviously been sitting around for ages… The chicken, wow! How much salt!! Too much !! my granddaughter who often has this with her family in Goring, couldn’t even eat it! I am afraid I am very unimpressed! I certainly won’t be using your establishment again… Staff very pleasant, very clean surrounding, but also too many flies in the cooking and ordering area… I should of gone with my first instinct and walked out, but because my grandaughter loves KFC I didn’t… I am sorry not to give a great review, but I work hard for my money and feel iv just thrown £19 down the drain! .

They lost my order, and didn't write down what car I was in. Waited a long time, then mixed my order up. 2 people on till was rushed off there feet and no organisation. Unfortunately though it was the best tasting KFC I've had.

Very disappointed that they don't serve tea or coffee. We first went there a few years ago and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Have been several times since and to be honest it has really gone downhill. The bins were overflowing. The toilets were not very clean, in fact one was blocked. Also the fact you have to use the kiosks to order your food, you couldn't order at the counter. There are only two kiosks and people were queuing to use them. Not a good experience today I'm afraid

Food was great but service left me feeling very embarased and never wanting to go again. After ordering, we were told the milkshakes we ordered were not available, while we were seated it was shouted out over the counter. When I asked for a refund I was told abrutly no, I could have a replacement instead. I then asked for the difference to be refunded and told no again. They said they would get a manager to do it but no one came. To embarrassed to ask again we just left.

This store has gone downhill recently the staff would rather be anywhere else each time i visit i hear them behind the counter saying its a awful job they dont care and cant wait to leave, food standards have gone down with frequent mistakes or missing items and so much mayo in the burgers it becomes a mayo sandwich, if you want some nicely cooked KFC with no mistakes or a swimming pool of sauce i would recommend spending 10 mins extra to drive down to the Fontwell branch instead

Went through the drive thru. Very Small pieces of chicken, luke warm fillet burger (hope i don't get food poisining), no tissues and no lemon hand wipe, also had a rice box nothing provided to eat it with are you meant to scoop the rice with your fingers.

Stopped by this Burger King recently and was really impressed. The restaurant was clean, my order came out fast, and everything tasted great. I especially want to give a shoutout to Miguel—he was welcoming, professional, and had a great attitude. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about their customers. Wow, this place is awesome! The burgers are always spot on, hot, and fresh. The staff are super friendly especially Carlo, and they always get my order right, which is a big plus. The restaurant is clean and organize. Highly recommend! Plus orders are always complete, if you live in BR, you know what I mean 🤣😅

Every time I have gone the drive through has been extremely quiet and the service and collection has been very quick. Food is hot and burgers are full with lettuce and tomatoes making it bigger than other fast food restaurants. The fries are chunky and salty and I especially love the cheese bites as they are less expensive and you get more per packet than other fast food franchises

Drive through Ai is dumb 3 times I asked for classic melt burger which comes with fries £3.99 kept asking me to order. Ended up driving to window luckily was quiet and ordered there ,did inform the staff the Ai was literally a dumb waiter.

We have had food from here a couple of times now, normally delivered and every single time food arrives hot and is very tasty!! First time going in the shop this evening and ordered a couple of different things to try and they didn’t disappoint. The owner and his team are really helpful and nice, also gave me something new to try while I was waiting for our order, which tasted nice. It’s hard finding a decent kebab shop in Chichester and as much as this is in Bognor with the delivery to Chichester it’s great!! Thank you

Only thing is I wish the website would have all the allergens on there so I don’t have to call to ask about the menu items I’d like because it takes ages, and depending on who answers the phone they may not understand/know them all confidently

Really good kebabs with proper chip shop chips. Have been going here for the our occasional chicken shish and lamb doner kebabs for a couple of years. Phone through the order and it's usually ready when they say it will be. Nice chips, good meat, decent portions, nice sauce (one has garlic, the other has chilli), salad always crisp, and they have been fine with any special requests. (you do get more chips than shown in the picture, that was a handful for the plate)

A lovely chip shop, we arrived just before they closed. The food was mostly nice but the chips were quite hard and we did have a raw chip. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Overly priced and not fresh at all. I won’t be going back there again. When I order any kebab meat I expect them to give me freshly cooked and cooked meat, not the stuff that has been sat in a pot for hours or days. Absolutely disgusting!! My partner’s chicken meat may have been fresh but 1out of 2 customers satisfied is not good enough. Take pride in your work and remember that the customer is always right. I recommend to everyone to find another kebab place because this one is rubbish.

Very terrible place and the chips today was awful, old chips put back in the oil and the ignore me when I took it back to show them. Is the second time it happened. First I ignore an bin it went back it was okay but today was really bad.

Very good. Fish and chips were cooked fresh. Portions seem very good size, 3 of us ordered medium cod and small chips each but the quantity of chips could have fed 5 or 6 people really. Fish was lovely. Chips were not the best I've had from a chippy but certainly by no means the worst. Definitely worth calling in if you are in the area and fancy fish and chips.

I ordered a cold buffet for 30 people for a family gathering and Upper Crust exceeded expectations on every count. We had a well presented, wide variety of delicious sandwiches and snacks, so wonderfully created that practically every guest was enthusing about the food! There was simply nothing I could fault. I made the perfect choice and will certainly be ordering from Upper Crust for any similar events in future.

Get yourself to Upper Crust immediately! This is my second visit. The first time was so good I’ve been craving it for the last 5 days and couldn’t wait to return! Paninis are absolutely perfect. And the sausage bacon and egg roll was equally amazing. Great selection of breads and fillings. Next up. A jacket potato.

Ordered platters for a birthday party at home. These were delivered on time and without any fuss. The platters were well presented with proper covers and not cling film. The sandwiches we delicious 😋 and had great fillings and not skimped on. The pork pies, sausage rolls and scotch eggs were brilliant 👏 and were homemade 😋. We visited the restaurant and ordered a mixed platter for five people, but the portion was extremely small far too little even for three people, let alone five. We ended up paying £150 for a meal that, in any other decent restaurant, would only serve three people at most. On top of that, the restaurant was not clean at all. Very disappointing experience overall.

Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. Took an hour and a half to deliver, Came Luke warm, cheese was burnt and the deep pan base was so thin it had holes in it. Barely any BBQ sauce. Tastes like cardboard. I used to use them all the time, but the last 3 times I've ordered, the food has just not been very nice and seems like it's just been slapped together. I will not be ordering again. Shame, used to be banging.

Got a peri peri chicken burger meal and asked can I have sauce on burger and he said no. Put me off coming back. Update when I got home got given the wrong burger I wanted a peri peri breast burger extra extra spicy. So disappointed as normally get that and they drenched in chilli sauce which I didn't want.

First time I've been here and I had saveloy and a large portion of chips which was nicely cooked and tasted great. My one criticism is that normal size chip portions are on the small side (I watched as he served another customer before me). This also appears to be typical of the area as I've tried other shops too

The second time we have used this chippy. Phoned in an order of cod, scampi, saveloy and chips. Food is freshly cooked and was ready for pick up. Staff friendly and efficient. Food was delicious, not too greasy or over cooked and a decent portion size. Will be using again.

The cod was very nice freshly cooked with a lovely cripy batter. The battered sausage was not so good. Tough batter and ynable to finish that. Guess it was the ladt one of the day. Chips were good.

The best fish and chips in bognor. Large cod is huge, and I'm a big lad. Large chips easily enough for 2. The batter is just the right thickness, and the fish is always soft with nice big flakes. I always get the cod and it definitely seems fresh rather than frozen to me. You can ring up and collect which is nice.

Worst fish and chips I have ever had. Chips were so soggy and full of oil they were stuck to the paper by the time we got back home round the corner. No crisp to the outside of the chips. They we so soggy and floppy, and you could see the oil oozing out of them. If you pushed the fork down gently on the fish you could see the grease oozing out of it too. Again no crisp to the batter but soggy and floppy. It was as though they got them straight out of the oil and onto the paper instead of siting for a bit with the oil draining off. I will never ever be going there again. Would have given them a zero. Certainly should not bother calling themselves a chippy.

Just around the corner, and has always (in my opinion) been the best chippy in Bognor. The servings are huge, and always have that traditional English fish n chip taste. Never over or undercooked, I can't recommend Ocean Fish Bar enough.

Terrible place got order wrong instead of easily resolving the issue the Indian girl who served me decided to argue with me despite being her fault! The spotty Girl who resolved the issue instead of handing over with an apology basically threw my food on the counter and walked off if I was management I would seriously be having words about customer service not once was I rude!! Avoid at all costs.

From the all visited, and I drive up to 500 miles weekly, this one is the most worst. First of all, they never open at the time shown. People are queueing behind the closed door, while staff is walking behind the till or in the seating area, not even looking at the door and the queue behind it. Second of all, their self checkout kiosks (when all the queue finally gets in) are out of order, asking to order over the counter. Third thing, their order screens above are always off, they are shouting the numbers, messing with the order, when some kind of Karen misunderstands 48 and 46, grabs the first one and the order 46 needs to wait more. This was tweeted multiple times, but no improvements. One star therefore. Go to the next at Bognor Regis. There they are taking orders via kiosks, do have a drive through and their order systems are always working. Avoid Rustington Little Chef, unless you want to waste more of your time, after the A259 traffic to finally see the error screen.

Got an 18" Hot and Spicy Pizza here for £12.99 Whilst it was warm, I would have liked to have seen more toppings. There were a few slices with just a single pepperoni and a single slice of green pepper. Most bites were simply just cheese and tomato sauce. Not really sure that you can advertise a single shaving of green pepper on a slice of pizza as "hot and spicy". The few bites that did have some toppings in it did taste good however, albeit very greasy and oily.

If you're after some seriously good pizza in Littlehampton, Favourite Pizza is the spot to hit. Now, I know the difference between authentic pizza and what I call "fast food pizza," and this is definitely in the fast food category—but it's damn good fast food pizza. The flavours are spot on, and the toppings are not just tasty but generously piled on. Their delivery is quick, so you won't be waiting long to dig in. Whether you’re craving a classic Margherita or something heartier, they consistently deliver great taste. Perfect for those nights when you just want a delicious, no-fuss pizza.

£20.90! Ordered a childrens donar, and an adults chicken kebab but got stuart little's meals with both, had a moan but got shrugged off like it wasnt a problem! Ok then....

AMAZING! when partner phoned up the man on the phone was lovely and chatty! The delivery driver was a nice guy too! The portion sizes are great. The chips are properly cooled not half soggy ones, the nuggets and scampi were piping hot and the kebabs were.huge! Would deffianlty order again.

The chicken doner was jelly and the lamb doner was thick cut and tasteless 😩 we were so disappointed with our order , just wasted £22 on basically inedible food. Will never be ordering from her again. Such a shame because if they grilled the meat to crisping point then it would have been nice

I ordered the house special which consisted of all the usual kebab meats, 3 pittas, salad, I paid extra for dips and garlic bread. First of all the house special was £27, bearing in mind no chips or soft drink included. The garlic bread was £4.50 FOR 4 PIECES OF GARLIC BREAD, not even a garlic pizza base. Needless to say will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered through Just Eat and had 4 regular fries missing from the order. Just Eat refused to refund because they said they couldn’t based on the information they had!!! What information do you want? A picture of 4 regular fries that we didn’t receive! Not the first time this has happened from KFC Rustington. Food we did receive was ok ish but not very hot. Not sure how someone can place 1 regular fries in a bag when the receipt clearly states 5 regular fries. 4 should have come with the Bargin Bucket. Very disappointed

Awful customer service, or complete lack of. Ordered a dessert from the kiosk and paid. A few moments later my order number is called out and I’m shouted to and told they don’t serve that item. Fair enough, mistakes happen but what followed was a complete lack of apology and customer service. Assistant manager mumbled while looking at the till, asking if I’d like a refund. No attempt at being apologetic.

The staff is awful, completely ignored me when I was trying to pay with cash. It took a good 2 minutes of walking passed me to finally been acknowledged. It looks like all staff walked out at the same day and the owner picked up some random people on the street to work there. The fact this place still open is mind blowing.

Awful customer service. Was waiting to pay cash at the till and multiple staff saw me but chose to ignore me. Was waiting for over 20 minutes just to pay cash. A frequent event that also happens is they always forget to put chips in the bag. This has happened multiple times. Awful service.

Chips cold and black. Must have been sat on counter for 40 minutes as order took an hour to arrive Chicken just warm had to microwave in case any germs lurked. Only redeeming factor was smiley delivery driver. Certainly won't waste my money again. Buyer beware. This is a photo of the box the fries came in

I had a very bad experience at KFC. I ordered a bucket of chicken, but the service was slow, and the staff were unfriendly. When I finally got my food, the chicken was cold and dry. The fries were soggy, and the coleslaw was watery. The restaurant was not clean, with dirty tables and trash on the floor. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I don't think I will be going back to that KFC again. It was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had.

Me and my son decided to get kfc Saturday evening my son drove to the restaurant to order our food. We didn’t get a lot just 2 meals. When my son got home we opened the bag and NO FRIES!!! How is it even possible to forget to put fries in the bag!!! I phoned the shop straight away to tell them and asked them to deliver them to us I was told they couldn’t do that!!! He said I could go and collect them but wasn’t going to drive another 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back the man I spoke to has offered to replace them the next time we go there I then asked how he was going to remember my complaint he said from my order number then he just hung up on me. NOT HAPPY!!!

Chicken curry plus chips, beef curry plus chips, with sweet and sour chicken balls. The curries had very little taste for both styles, very little chicken and not much beef in the sauce, no other veg other than onions too, the sweet and sour very little flavour to this sauce too. Chips were chunky and nice Very disappointed, hot meal as we ordered and speedily served to us.

Absolutely awful was sick a couple of hours after eating the food. Avoid like the plague, disgusting! Wouldn’t feed that food to a rabid dog!!

Great place to get food, we really challenged them and had a massive order. Two huge boxes. And they done fantastic. Didn't forget a thing, and we even think they added a little extra. Highly recommend

I found this amazing take away restaurant by chance. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their food, very delicious. The customer service was excellent too. I will surely be a regular customer.

This breakfast was awful. It was cold and by the time it was served...½ hour after ordering.. our tea was cold. They weren't busy as we were the only people there.Admittedly the waitress gave us another pot. Around the drinks area was not clean at all . The tables all needed a wipe also. No serviettes and no cutlery .I was surprised at all this deterioration as we used to come here regularly and it was very nice.

Ordered a "build your own breakfast." 2xsausage, 2xbacon, 2xfried bread, 1xtomato,1xhash brown. Sorry, no hash browns. After sitting down, waitress says - sorry no tomatoes. OK, another bacon then. (surely they knew there were no tomatoes when I ordered. I mean, they've got a shelf full of them) So breakfast arrived and the pieces of bacon were folded over and looked miniscule. The whole thing looked so unappetising but as you pay when you order there's not much you can do. (staff weren't bothered) Fried bread was spot on though but I won't be going back I'm afraid. Disappointed 😞

What a terrible breakfast. Stone cold, egg hard and rubbery. Had to use the hot water to wash our cups, cutlery filthy, tea pots filthy, drinks station filthy. Not very busy but waited over half an hour. Tables piled high with plates that needed collecting. Waitress servings food over dirty plates then walking off with an empty tray. Who is in charge, is anyone even in charge. Needs shutting down and given a good clean and staff trained We will never eat here again and I will be putting the word out about just how bad this place is.

Looking forward to the ultimate breakfast, which was good apart from only being allowed 1 sachet sauce for the whole meal! Because head office said you're only allowed one per meal... let down!

Staff friendly but everything they cook is frozen, Morrisons butchers burgers are only a few aisles away and are awesome, come on. i don't mind paying a little more for better quality food. Frozen food is not the way to go.

Poor rude service, out of most items on the menu. Do not usually go to the cafe and when trying to order kids meals first we got told rudely the adults meals need to ordered first. Then got told like we should know that the burgers are out of stock and then the next thing we said was out. She told us the long list that isn't available it would of been quicker to tell us what they did have. Trying to remember the list of things they didn't have we made our choices. They also didn't have any fizzy drinks. Water or fruit shoot were the options.

Friendly staff, they can't do enough for you. There's plenty on your plate at breakfast, fills you up for the day. The rest of the menu is brilliant and great prices, can't fault it.

This has amazing g quality of food. Can not recommend enough. Thos is going to be my go-to place for Kebab when I'm next down in Bognor Regis. The atmosphere isn't part of the service, and that's why not 5 stars. Service was impeccable.

Antonio is brilliant however his staff are not so great. If I order onion rings with cheese on I’m missing the cheese. If I order the dips then they don’t come. Every time I call they say Antonio is not there so my order ends up either wrong or missing something. When I speak to Antonio then my order is correct. He is great.

The door is a conservatory door I'm genuinely warning you guys don't go here I ordered a Chicken burger and chips my uncle ordered a mixed grill and it was a greasy plate of bacteria I'll be honest I was I'll for a month as a result of eating this so was he I saw the guy making burgers with his hands flipping them with his hands these reviews are definitely fake and definitely not reliable service wasn't horrible just meh food did taste alright it's just not worth e coli or salmonella at all

Went here yesterday and this is my first time making a review because I’m not really bothered about doing this sort of thing but I was so happy with my food and the service I just wanted to let everyone else know how good the food is here the kebab was not one bit greasy and the chips were fresh and crispy and then the salad fresh and everything was actually well seasoned so big fat 5 stars from me and my family thankyou for being so good and not over priced

They serve halal items as well. The size of the portion is really good with the silver container. Would have rated 4, but the kebab they gave was burnt a bit, and it ruined the whole thing. The taste was good. Multiple options to choose from.

Prompt home delivery by cheerful staff. Food piping hot, looked and tasted amazing! Will definitely order again. Well done king kebab for great food.

They are not providing the correct information . Specially informed we need only the chicken but they given chicken with bacon. The customer service is very bad. They are not using gloves to prepare food.

We ordered two large pizzas including a half and half. When delivered, the one half of the order was wrong. We called the store, was told a replacement would be made and sent out, but we had to keep the 'wrong half' to return to the delivery driver. Half an hour later we called again to be told our pizza was with the driver for delivery. By this time everyone else other than my partner had eaten...she was still waiting. Half an hour later we called again to be told it was still out with the driver. I asked if we could eat the 'wrong half' and was told no. The guy on the phone couldn't have cared less. He blamed it on new staff and actually said 'why are you blaming me, you do know I'm not actually Papa John'! The driver arrived as we were on the phone an hour and 15 minutes after the original delivery. And he didn't even want the 'wrong half' back!! Shame as it's great pizza when they get it right but the service and urgency to put mistakes right is lousy.

For the last 3 orders they forgot to delivered what I ordered. Drink or sauces or even the mozzarella on a pizza and every time they are saying they will refund these items. Never received a penny back. Not going to order there anymore

Appalling service. Second time in a row the pizzas have arrived cold. After politely complaining, a member of staff hung up on us. Won't be ordering again, disgraceful.

Iv been ordering from this store for a year or so and honestly it seems to have gone downhill recently. My last 5 orders from here have been mediocre at best. But in those orders there have been some notable issues. Today's order I got a pizza and a drink and the drink wasn't delivered, the previous order I had two hairs in a large pizza that was delivered cold. I can not recommend this store, you're better off getting from another company!

Ordered on the app and changed me twice. The manager rang to check. I didn't want 2. As the app crashed, said money would be sent back to my account 3 weeks later, nothing. But the manager did give me another pizza, so sorted in the end, they are a good bunch, always polite and happy to help 😀

Absolutely disgusting delivery takeaway, sauces were running and the beef, whatever cut it was covered in fat. Just kept spitting it out and hoping for the best with the next bit. Needless to say it all went in the bin! Wondered why it all arrived so quickly, wasn't freshly cooked!!!! Again ordered from here 25/2/25, disgrace, none of us could eat it, no reimbursement offered, went in the bin again, along with the £50, thought we'd give them another chance. Avoid!

My usual Chinese take away was closed , so tried happy house for the first time and I WASNT disappointed, it was lovely and fresh , big portions and will be using happy house from now on 😄😄

Since moving down a few years ago we have tried most of the Chinese takeaways in the area & this, being a first time order, is easily the best one yet. I'm not a fan of the indulgence of Chinese or Thai takeaway as it seems to get colder quicker than a McDonald's in a foot-well after midnight so much so even a gremlin would turn it away but this regained my faith in eating tepid food. Secret order hack, the garlic & pepper orders on the appetisers, which might be a mistake as they are better than the main meals. Will definitely be reordering soon!

Without doubt the worst house special chow mein I’ve ever had. No meat just five prawns, very slimy and unpleasant. Sweet and sour chicken balls were over cooked and just about eatable. Never again.

We've just moved to the area and have been trying the Chinese restaurants as it's our favourite takeaway. Happy house is by far the worst we have tried so far. Chow mein noodles were sticky and didnt taste very nice (didnt taste like chow mein at all). Chicken wasnt great and the crispy chilli beef wasnt crispy at all and rather soft. The food was also delivered late and cold, we wouldnt have minded the late however when it's cold it's not good. We did read the reviews before hand and understand you normally get more bad reviews than good however in this case, we can believe the reviews are true. Will never go here again!

We did a few reviews of kebab places in Chichester and bognor, and decided to give these guys a try after a glowing recent review. We got the Sancho Special XL, which was £24.50 and both of us were not sure it would be enough. Well, we couldn't finish it, and that's unusual for 2 big guys. Exceptional preparation and presentation 👏 perfect salad packed separately, 2 pitta breads wrapped individually, huge box of lamb chops, lamb koftas, both shish and plenty of donor meat 🍖 We got a tarkha daal from the restaurant next door to go with it. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Sanchos is my go to for Pizzas or kebabs, have never had an issue with them. Quick delivery always arrives hot and just tastes absolutely amazing, I highly recommend trying the Mixed donner pizza with stuff crust. Absolutely delicious and the stuff crust is probably the best of any pizza place I've tried. You will not regret buying from here. P.S: also try the cheesy garlic bread its a whole garlic baguette stuffed to the brim with mozzarella 😋

I really enjoyed the flavour of the kebabs here, you can really tell the difference from other kebabs, particularly the lamb donner and the way the salad is prepared. Reasonably priced!

Hello, in general the food and the owners, if you and Mrs. are actually the owners, are very good. But I have a little problem with a newly hired employee. Every time I place an order, he asks about all the details such as salads and sauces and writes them down carefully, which is a good idea. But being the only guest in the room at the moment, after a while you don't need to ask me about anything you just wrote down: WHAT SALAD I WANT... AND WHAT SAUCES... you wrote down a moment ago. So I open a kebab at home and I have a different sauce and I'm missing the peppers that I saw you wrote down. Regards.

Not sure when these guys opened but guessing only recently, based on the wildly differing reviews. Had a long day (and week) at work and was desperate for quick food which would loosely fit in with a keto diet- ordered through just eat, worried we hadn't ordered enough as we just went with one extra large special kebab at £14.80 but when it arrived.... dear God, I was in heaven! Lamb chops, lots of varied meat and grilled veg, cracking fresh salad, AND THE BREAD AND SAUCE WERE KEPT SEPARATE so no soggy mess and we could genuinely avoid the carbs. Also was about 20 mins earlier than the estimate and super hot. Wow. This could seriously feed a family. Very impressed and will order again.
