Really good value meal. Ordered haddock chips & curry sauce. Fish was large, thick, white & flaky with a perfectly cooked crisp batter. Chips & curry sauce were also perfect in our opinion. Service was quick, friendly & efficient. Clean & spacious seating area. Will definitely return next time we're in the area. We have visited several 'eat in' fish & chip places in the Blackpool area, but this has become our new favourite in terms of quality & value for money.

Fried food is not greasy on the plate. Service very friendly. Chicken bites are not processed. Chilli was home made and had a specials board. Overall a nice place. Portion size in comparison is on the smaller side, but service was great and always room for a pudding. If its quality you are after, but not over facing, this is a chippy I would recommend.

A popular place, it was busy when I visited for a takeaway. I had a large cod and chips. The fish was good and fried fresh. The batter was thick and crisp. It was a decent size, but there was also an XL cod on the menu and I'd probably go for that next time. The chips were okay, not as fresh as the fish and a little dry. Took a while to be served, though it was busy.

I visited today and had regular cod, chips and mushy peas. It was delicious...everything cooked to perfection. Nice cosy restaurant with very friendly ownedvand staff.

Angela and I, decided to have fish and chips at the restaurant after visiting Fleetwood Market and I must say this was probably the Best Fish and Chips I have had in this country. The only one I compare it to is Portside Fish and Chips in Fuengirola but that’s a bit of a distance away from Fleetwood. The prices are very reasonable and the meal deal on the fish is really good value. Regular Haddock or Cod , Chips a side of peas or curry sauce and I think there was a 3rd choice but can’t remember, bread and butter plus a pot of tea for £10.95, Large at £12.95 and X Large at £14.95. We had 1 x regular and 1 x Large, it took about 15 minutes to cook but well worth the wait. It was piping hot, the chips were hot and crispy, the fish was not greasy. It was perfect. We highly recommend the restaurant for Fish and Chips and they also do takeaway. If you are in the area, try it. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely stunning food! All freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Ladies serving were very polite and friendly! Large fish and chips was huge! I had homemade chicken curry and chips and it was gorgeous 😍. Clean tables which were quickly wiped down and ready for the next customers, spotlessly clean! Would definitely go back again 😋

Very busy on a Friday but they handled it well and made everyone got their orders. One issue was the portion size of chips, I will have to go on a less busy night. Food was tasty! Will have to try more items on the menu...

Lovely tasty chip shop in Cleveleys near the beach. Nice and clean cafe. Visited again today whilst down on holiday. Delicious food and friendly efficient service. Be back in summer.

Very busy for eating in and takeaway but was greeted straight away by a server. My children and I looked at the menu and made our choice and the server apologised several times about how busy it was and said she wouldn't be long, but we didn't mind the wait as we'd enjoyed some lovely time on the beach first. We placed our order and drinks were promptly served. The food is always great quality here the batter is perfectly crispy and the chips light, fluffy and nicely browned. The staff are all very nice and the atmosphere is always lively.

Great meal. I had regular cod, husband had jumbo haddock. Friends had regular cod and chips . All portion sizes large and we all left some chips. One took hers home . We shared peas and gravy. Good cups of tea. Fair prices for excellent food. Come here every time we visit Cleveleys. Nice friendly staff. Helpful.

Got recommended by a friend of ours who lives in Blackpool and weren't disappointed. The boyfriend and I shared a large fish and chips but I had to order another normal fish as it was so nice just for myself! The chips and mushy peas were amazing too. Probably the best chippy we've had in the last two or three years.

Found this amazing place today why enjoying a bit of shopping in Blackpool and will definitely come bk again. Staff where absolutely delightful nothing was to much and all done with smiles. This chippy is fairly central and very near to Winter Gardens I popped in here on Saturday afternoon on the 5th October pre-world championship fireworks (America) display in the evening. I've not been in this chippy for some years, the chippy was fairly busy. There is a decent menu, however the fish and chips I ordered was very average. I'm glad I ordered the fish lightly battered as the taste of over used cooking oil was noticeable in both the fish and chips. The waitress service was pretty poor also as the waitress in question didn't know what table to deliver our food and even dropped chips on the floor from our order before delivering it! I'm sure there are better chippies than this in Blackpool!

Just had a lovely cod and chips, with curry sauce, group also had a jacket potato and scampi/chips. Come here occasionally when in Blackpool and always has been good. Comfy chairs. Good facilties. No gluten free batter available.

The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and really good value for money. Portion sizes are generous but not ridiculous, toilets are also spotless.

Really tasty fish and chips!! We ordered a large fish and chips (which came as 2 battered cods) and also a senior citizen meal for my dad (huge portion, for a really cheap price)! You definitely get more than you paid for. Staffs were all smiley and welcoming, and the place was clean too. Will definitely be back here if I’m ever in Blackpool again.

We were quite hungry when we came across The Sea Fish & Chips and we were so glad at the end that we decided to eat there. Cod fish that they served was very fresh and the serving was one of the biggest that we saw in UK. The sitting arrangement was simple but clean. The service was very good and rates are very reasonable too. Overall, a very good experience. We will definitely go there again whenever in Blackpool.

The Carousel is located off the main high street in Cleveleys, and is bigger than it first seems. The main dining area is clean but dated, which is exactly what you'd expect for Cleveleys. I ordered Breakfast No. 4, which is as pictured: one jumbo sausage, fried bread, toast, beans, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, a fried egg, black pudding, and two rashers of bacon. The quality of many of these products is questionable - customers should be given a choice between tinned tomatoes or whole tomatoes. I personally found these tinned tomatoes to be mush, like overly sweet tomato puree. My only other complaint about the food is that it was overly greasy. Service was fine, and my dining companions were satisfied with their meals. It was not badly priced.

Visited on a Tuesday lunchtime. A lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside. First impressions were it looked clean and tidy. A fairly extensive menu with a good range of options. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I went with the Mixed Grill at £19.95. My fellow diner went with the Fish and Chip Special at £12.50. You get fish, chips, peas, slice of bread and butter and a pot of tea. So prices were pretty reasonable. The Mixed Grill was huge. I couldn’t finish it. So no complaints about quantity but being honest it wasn’t the best quality. Some of the meat was a bit tough and definitely didn’t care for the sausage. However, the chips were good and someone knows how to fry an egg properly. Overall no complaints about our visit here. It was okay, a run of the mill dining experience. However, there was nothing special or different about it that would have us rushing back to eat here again.

A proper traditional greasy spoon cafe, brilliant food and generous portions, great value for money yummy food.bthe belly busting breakfast is awesome! There are a lot of cafes on the main road, this is just off the main road. Out of all the cafes in the area this is by far the best. Get to the Carousel and forget the rest👍

Decided to call in here just after 4 of us arrived in Cleveleys for the day, ordered 4 coffees, 2 of us had fruit scones, 1 with butter and 1 with jam and cream, they were the best scones I've ever had in a cafe! They were nice and warm too, one bacon barm and another toasted fruit teacake, the woman who served us was really friendly, we go to Cleveleys quite often and I will definitely be hoing back in, they ad some nice looking cakes in the counter and the prices were reasonable

Our first visit to this lovely licenced, family run cafe. An extensive menu and good value, with generous portions. Beers, wines and spirits are available. I had the Mega carousel burger, and my Mum had the Steak Canadian with a side salad. My mum had a pot of tea for one which held three cups worth, and I had a can of coke. At £21.95 between us, it was good value and we would go back again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Will provide assistance and table service. Clean. Good food and prices great value. Offer oap specials, 3 course special and all day breakfast. Good menu.... proper lunches served everyday. Good dessert selection..if have main meal they can serve alcohol.

Tried to order a few times using different kiosks. Each kiosk wasn’t working for card payments. Spoke to the man behind till and he said they do work and use a different one as they can’t do card at the till. Tried every single kiosk and spoke to the man again but he seemed to not care at all and later seen laughing at us with other coworkers once we gave up. Ended up getting KFC instead and will not be back again, horrible customer service. I understand working in food service can be stressful and you can have bad days but what I seen there was completely out of order and no one was of any help at all.

we arrived and ordered then sat down. whilst waiting for the order, a guy cam out and divided the restaurant with chairs blockading us where we were sat, when I went to collect my order, the another person told us to move. I politely said no as I thought it was quite rude of them to say that considering we had sat down before any chairs were moves. another issue I was unable to swith the fries with onion rings on the meal deal on the screen.

Took a comfort break after leaving Lancaster. Upon arriving at the service station, we took the stairs up to Burger King, it was dead quiet. Ordered three meals using the self ordering machine. Whooper, two chicken royale meals, one with bacon and cheese. Decided to add a share box, excited to try out the chilli cheese bites and the Dorito chicken fries. Services took 10 minutes. Food was mediocre, drinks had more ice than drink. My burger bun was cold, cheese was not melted. Only thing I enjoyed was the cheesy melts, just deep fried snacks. Seemed so dated and dead in there.

Not bad. Definitely not the cleanest place but I really enjoyed some of the food. The chilli cheese balls were really good and I absolutely loved the burgers. But it was still bland I didn’t like the bland feeling in the patty and it didn’t really taste the best. However, it was a quick and fast service

Ordered three meals, two lots of the chilli cheese bites and a large box of the Dorito fingers. They forgot one of the burgers which was an easy fix and as we left both bags of cheese bites were literally just batter??? No cheese, for the price paid you’d think they wouldn’t just be batter bites.

This place was recommended by my parents who live close by. We were on a holidays outing & fancied a Chippy tea,so here ee are. We sat in,small menu,daughter & myself had the small fish,chips & mushy peas,slice of bread,plus pot of tears for me,also a cheese burger with a mountain of chips.. I have to say the fish was great,crispy batter,chips,not the best in my book?...so we didn't finish everything. The girl serving us was pleasant & helpful,all in all,it filled a spot.. thanks 👍

Popped into this takeaway as passing and fancied F&C. The food was amazing, fresh, hot and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and served it within 5 minutes. Highly recommend

Called in on my way through Blackpool late on and this was open until 9.00 p.m. When I was eating these I gave them a rating of 6/10. Even though I asked for salt and vinegar, they never put any on. The fish was OK, but a bit bland and tasteless and is probably Hake not Haddock. The chips were cut badly and odd small shapes and some were burnt to a crisp. I had a buttered bap with me and that saved the day. Not bad price-wise, but as I don't live there definitely won't be going again.

The shop is Easy to find along the main road. The fish is Cooked well with light batter and chips is nice too. The lady at the counter is very efficient and friendly in placing order. They have some tables with bench outside while waiting or have a quick bite. Reasonable price and good portion.

Stopped of hear for my tea on the way home. Lovely food really decent portion of chips and a great cheese and onion pie. Lovely service the lady behind the counter was really welcoming too definitely recommend. I Now have a full belly ready for my 1hr drive home. 😁

Good fish and chip shop with good range at reasonable prices. Not kept waiting long. Our family have eaten in as well as takeaway, and the customer service is great for both. The restaurant area is pleasant, and overlooks the A6 and car park. Loses 1 star as there is no decent gluten free provision at all, so I wouldn't bother going if you have food allergies.

Two small "fish & chips" ordered, peas, plus a cup of tea, it was nice to see small portions offered on the menu. I asked for plenty of salt & vinegar on one of our portions to which the staff kindly adhered to my instructions (most chippy's never do) the fish was cooked to perfection, lovely crispy batter, 100% good food and at a very reasonable price. It was our first visit but it most certainly won't be our last!!! also excellent customer service was the added bonus to our visit.

Stopped off on way home tonight for a takeaway and it was great. Lovely fresh chips, peas and gravy were tasty and according to my husband the fish was good too! Only downside was the tartare sauce wasn't too nice but it was just a cheap 10p sachet so to be expected. Definitely worth the drive!

Prices keep increasing and are now way above average for what you get. (Pub prices for takeaway quality.) Greasy fish doesn't get drained properly after frying, therefore it creates puddles of oil on the plate. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nice crispy batter. Good covid cleanliness. Outdoor picnic tables. Table service if dining in. Closed Sunday.

I don't normally do reviews, but. I feel the owners need to know. I was asked what I wanted with just one foot in the door. The chips were hard, mushy peas hard and no taste. It's such a shame this used to such a good fish and chip shop. I will not be going back. Please read the reviews and make some changes.

Called in on my lunch break. As a child I would come every week with my nan and it was the best chippy around. Fast forward 35 years. Times have changed a little. Food was ok chips for me a bit hard. And fried sausage a touch of done. Barm cake had a little spread on it which look like it had been done first thing in the morning, dry and soaked into barm. The chap running it was on his own and felt sorry for him. Cook , table serving, cleaning. And more. Some staff hired may make it a bit easier, and make the customer’s experience better. Tried not to be to critical as I have a fond place in my heart to this chippy , even since changing ownership.

First time ordering for delivery, 10/10 food arrived piping hot and was lovely and my son cleared his plate, this will be my go to chippy.

Just a follow up on my 3 star rating, very disappointed overall, bitty chips, over cooked peas, and possible frozen haddock. This is based on the Quality of food. The service was prompt, and the staff were polite.But sadly won't be using this place for some time.

Disgusting attitude! Decided to give this place one more chance as it used to be nice. My partner went round and ordered our food (over £30) and read out our order 3 times which included 2 TUBS of gravy. When he returned with the food they had smothered 2 of the meals in gravy, making the already greasy food really soggy and inedible. My sister went to ask them to rectify the issue and was given nothing but attitude by the young girl at the counter and the man cooking and told it is our problem, not theirs. My partner then returned and was given the same attitude. After refusing to leave without either a refund or a fresh order, they begrudgingly made the 2 meals again. Will not be using again purely due to the attitude we were given when it was their error in the first place!

Personal opinions on this McDonalds is that it can be very hit and miss sometimes the food is good and the staff then other times it can be cold/not fresh or drinks not filled properly I think it depends on the time of day you go and which mangers and staff are working, just went again food is hot but drink are half filled

Ordered online and only half of the order was delivered so we got in the car and went to query the order only to be met by a very irate manager who said they were so busy. The restaurant was empty. The manager replaced our drinks and we returned the drinks that had been served on delivery as we were not looking for extras, just our original order. When we left the restaurant we were accused of being very rude to said manager……our response was that he should perhaps set a better example to his young crew. Very poor experience and very poor management. As myself and my husband left the premises, the manager was still shouting abuse at us and very accusatory.

Would just like to say that we visited yesterday and were very impressed with the friendly staff and atmosphere, especially from the 2 ladies on the charity cake stall, also the young lady who brought our tray out with a smile and asked if we needed anything else and then on leaving, the other lady who offered to take our tray. Really pleasant experience so well done and it cost nothing to be like this. Thank you 😊

EXTREMELY disappointed. Ordered our food 2 six chicken nugget meals, two burgers and mozzarella sticks. Didn’t receive our chips for our meals, no sauce and no extra pickles for the burger which we asked for. We then rang up about this and was told that there was nothing they could do but we had to report it through deliveroo and have had nothing back. Disgusting.

Very modern McDonald's lovely friendly polite staff. Nice clean and tidy toilets. Lots of seating outside the restaurant to enjoy your food. Also ideal if you need to do some shopping because there is also a Large Lidl Supermarket. Plenty of free Parking.

Review is for the Freeport Fleetwood franchise, Lancashire would have been better if they were more willing to ensure we left satisfied however customer service was terrible, I can only assume the franchisee wasn’t in? I can’t imagine a business owner would allow a customer to leave unhappy for the sake of a £1 burger or whatever it is?We queued up to get myself a cheeseburger and my daughter a five pound meal deal at drive thru and an ice cream to cheer her up. Got to collection point and they had missed a burger from our order, instead of quickly rectifying the situation by either getting me one or allowing me to order another and pay where we were, they insisted I went round and queued again, my daughters meal was cold with half a portion of chips too which were dry and freezing cold so all together a rubbish experience won’t be going back there.

I don't know what people see in that kind of food. Coffee isn't bad though. If I'm on the road and fancy a breakfast, for me a bacon butty and a decaf coffee from Greggs is best 👍

Our first visit to this KFC outlet in Cleveleys. There is not a carpark, but we were fortunate to get a space in the road outside the entrance. A nice clean restaurant, wheelchair accessible. It was not busy when we visited, and there were plenty of tables available inside and outside. I think the staff member on duty must have been new as she seemed unable to work the till and initially told me the orange juice I ordered was not available. The back room staff were excellent, and after the order was eventually placed, the food was quickly delivered. We enjoyed our meals. The washrooms were clean and tidy.

Extremely Disappointed – Bad Experience at KFC I ordered one Mighty Bucket for One meals, expecting the quality that a global brand like KFC is known for. Unfortunately, I was met with a deeply disappointing experience. There was a foul smell coming from the hot wings and one of the drumsticks. It was immediately off-putting and clearly not fresh. Out of the chicken pieces, only the mini fillets were fresh and safe to eat. The fries and gravy were fine, but that doesn’t make up for the spoiled chicken. Imagine being hungry and looking forward to a good meal, only to be met with this kind of quality. I’ve had similar bad experiences from small local takeaways, which is exactly why I chose KFC this time – to avoid such issues. But this has left me disappointed and honestly quite frustrated. I hope someone from KFC takes this seriously. I trusted your brand for quality and hygiene, and this experience really let me down.

Definitely a takeaway place, the restaurant cleanliness and ambience isn’t great. However, been twice to collect and cannot fault the food and service. The only complaint is not that of the franchisee, but rather that the KFC recipe is too salty for our tastes now. There is no doubt that the recipe has changed to be far saltier than it was when we last ate it, around 15 years ago. If you’re a regular, you won’t notice, but going from the flavour of the recipe 15 years ago to this new one is very noticeable. Anyway, our daughter is allowed it once a month as a ‘treat’ so everything in moderation I suppose. Also there’s no way on earth I would pay the prices off the delivery menu. They are hugely inflated!

Standard KFC, chicken was hot and tasty, staff were friendly and helpful plus the store was clean and bright inside. Visited on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t very busy. There’s no car park or drive thru but was plenty of seating inside.

Ordered on KFC app, few items missing, number to call is for a call centre who are the least helpful, all they can do it offer a refund which can take 15 days and will not spend proof your getting a refund, only offering a refund of £4 for a £12 meal

What you see is not what you get, twister wraps up by £4 to £5-99, they were £1-99, got a tub of rice & beans, no forks or spoons provided had to eat them off the lid, also the drinks were poured from a bottle not machine, staff not helpful not the KFC it used to be, they send the same message back to everyone

The chips were very nice and were pipping hot when they came out. They were full to the top and were seasoned very well. The people really nice and it had a good atmosphere. I had a great experience and will go back again. 🍟

My husband had the large Fish and Chips and he said they were delicious. Shame I was on a diet, they did look amazing. The portion size was massive! Staff were really friendly and polite. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Fantastic chippy! Great food, great value and friendly, helpful team. Family of 7 (including kids, grandparents, wheelchair and 2 dogs!) Seated comfortably outside at 2 tables and chairs. (Plenty of seating inside for wet weather days!) Fish was perfectly cooked, with the best crispy golden batter. Chips, just right. According to teens, the cheesey chips and chicken nuggets were great. Even the cup of tea was good. The team were helpful and friendly, and even brought out a bowl of water for the dogs. Coming from the coast, we set a high standard for fish and chips, and these would be hard to beat!

Nice little chippy in Knott end on sea, very small portions and expensive for what it is. Few eateries around though worth a visit but if your hungry you may need a few Baps with the meal. Worth a look.

Excellent service, and some of the best fish, chips and mushy peas we've had in a long time. All served with a proper pot of tea. A great sea side chippy with excellent service. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough if you're in the area. 10 out of 10. Thanks guys. 😀👍

Horrible hardly any chips fish was okay gravy well I might as well not even had any proper skimpy with the gravy and the chips felt like they were heated up never again I’ll go somewhere else thanks for the experience of trying this place x

Came here for dinner with my hubby as part of our date night. Arrived about 6pm on a Saturday and it was empty so we were served quickly. Food took about 20-30 minutes made fresh. I had the Smiley Cyprus Chicken and hubby had the Big Pig. Both were really nice - only downside was the sweet chilli on the chicken burger really overpowered the flavour of the chicken and halloumi, but was still lovely 🥰 portion of 6x onion rings and 2x drinks came to bang on £20.

Burgers are excellent, hand pressed and cooked perfectly. You get a nice amount of fries and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Over all my lunch at The Gourmet Burger was very nice indeed, I would highly recommend a visit, I know it will be a place I regularly frequent.

Came here for the 1st time since opening, never seen it before in the 31 years i've lived around Cleveleys. The 2 ladies were super nice, very smiley and polite and the food just topped it off. Fantastic flavour in the chips, fantastic chicken burger with the toppings. 100% reccomend this place to anyone 😊

Went this week had a chicken burger was lovely and 2 steak burgers - very tasty with toppings. Excellent price and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend for fresh made and cooked burgers they do take out also.

Poor service and customer care. As a regular for several years- because the food isn’t bad -if sparing I’ve now decided that my recent experience has meant I won’t be returning. Why? Because the lady totally ignored me for fifteen minutes while jawing to the only other customer in the shop. I was so angry with here rudeness I left the shop. On a previous occasion I asked for two plastic bags. One was for my and my wife’s food, the other for food I had ordered for a friend who lived in another street. She refused! How petty is that?!

£3 for pie peas and chips is unbelievable value. Amazing portions and beautiful chips served by incredibly friendly owners. I couldn't have asked for anymore.

They accept cards, very important to me, quite cheap but relatively small portion, better go for medium or large. Nice service, tasty food and 5* hygiene rating.

What can one say about the Corner Chippy, apart from... Excellently cooked food, orders taken over the phone and the owners are cheerful and jolly. I wish there was a Corner Chippy like this, in every village, town and city. 😁👍🏻

Wow. Went here for chops in a tray with gravy. I commented on the price bring £4 as I haven't had this for years. Comment was made to reflect how everything had gone up. A couple were waiting for their fish and chips. When fish and chips were ready, they were served. There were no chips left so he said I had to wait for more chips. I had been waiting around 10 minutes and commented I was going to be late for work. The owner/server took offense at this and went into the til and got my £4 out. I said it was OK as I needed food but he rudely told me to go somewhere else. I was a bit taken aback by this and pointed out that I had already been waiting 10 minutes and that he should have put the chips on at order and not after he ran out of chips again. He told me to go elsewhere The only reason dolphin got 2 stars is because out team at Fleetwood Hospital order fish and chips as a group at lunch because they are the best in the area. Customer service definitely needs to be improved

Mediocre Experience at the Dolphin Chippy I recently visited the Dolphin Chippy while feeling unwell but craving a specific meal - pudding, chips, peas, and gravy. Despite requesting a super small portion due to my limited appetite, I was charged £5.50, which I found quite expensive for the size provided. While the food was decent, it didn't quite match up to the standards set by some of the local competitors. The lack of atmosphere was noticeable, although there seemed to be a camaraderie between the staff and a few regular patrons. In summary, while The Dolphin Chippy served its purpose in satisfying my craving, the pricing and overall experience left something to be desired.

Always great food with warm friendly service. Takeaway or dining in you always get very good value for money. Little cafe in the back room is lovely, spotlessly clean and they serve a great pot of tea. Great with kids and always kind. 10/10 every visit

Terrible potion sizes!!!!!! Wouldn't mind chips aren't amazing! Large chips is SMALLER than a SMALL at Mr Chips. Only went because its around the corner. Won't be using thus chippy again.

Despite unfavourable rumours I was highly delighted with the fish and chips special. Value for money large properly cooked haddock in light crispy batter. Sat inside the small pleasant restaurant area. Very clean surroundings and good service from staff. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent service and food served week after week after week. The staff (Hassan & Co) are friendly and remember past orders where they can, but the place gets very very busy. One of the best fish & chip shops I've been to both in Fleetwood and in the UK (guys you. should be very proud).

The fish was amazing perfectly battered nice tender and white (obviously) amazing chips Reminded me of my own home-made triple cooked chips perfectly crispy on the outside but not too crispy and fluffy on the inside but I have to say I could never make any as good as these!! I am stubborn when it comes to food always orser from the same place but Now this will be my preferred chippy 💯 I literally would not go anywhere else !! five star.!! Keep up the good work, guys!!

Went here for fish and chips tonight as I'd heard of it's good reputation . Low and behold it certainly delivered the fish and chips were excellent really reasonable aswell and good quality .you get your money's worth as even a regular fish and chips is pretty generous size wise I can absolutely see why it's held in such high esteem will definitely be returning 100%. Great shop, one star deducted due to lots of shrapnel style chips. Still tasted nice but I'm not a fan of crunchy chips. Spam fritters nice, sausages nice.

Visiting from Canada. Stumbled upon this as we were at the laundromat. I really wanted a proper fish and chip shop. Well and so we did. Very good. Light batter great prices. I like crispy chips but that was ok. Would have liked tartar sauce with the fish. Maybe that’s not a thing here in Britain. It was absolutely delicious. Large portions.

Best chippy on Garstang. Prices are same as everywhere tbh bloody expensive but you get a decent amount of chips and the fish, fish cakes and steak pies and curry sauce is lovely (It's all I ever have so can't recommend anything else!)

I’m really disappointed. I ordered the McSpicy Chicken Burger, and what I received didn’t even feel like food. The chicken patty looked and felt like a hard, flat stone — completely inedible. I couldn’t take a single bite. It wasn’t fresh at all — the color was off, the texture was strange, and it seemed like it had been sitting there for days. I was hungry and excited, but I had to throw it away. It’s not something you serve to any human being. Anyone who handled that burger could clearly see it wasn’t okay to send out. That’s what hurts the most. I expected better from McDonald’s.

Went here for my tea NEVER AGAIN took them 20 minutes to give me my food. Firstly, meant to have a toffee latte no toffee or cream insight also the coffee was like coloured water. The Worse of it all there was a fly on one of our burgers. DISGUSTING!

We arrived after there was no other fast food close enough to where we were and it was about the usual time for tea, ended up gridlocked outside from the queue of the drive thru. Once you step inside, half the shop is closed due to cleaning (which there is nobody doing anything, it looks completely fine) but luckily there wasn’t many people here. Given there wasn’t many there, 20 minute wait for 3 meals is shocking, and once it arrived, my chips were cold and my burger was squashed half inside the bun half out!! I know i should cut it some slack as it is mac donald’s however i have been to busier ones, (Kings Cross, Skipton and Forster Sq Bradford are good examples) and there service was brilliant.

Visited recently and there was a lady called Sue and her customer service was exceptional. Asking everyone how their food was, getting people extra sauces, helping clear customer tables. She was also so polite with other members of staff. A real credit to herself and the company.

Son was given 8 chicken nuggets instead of 9. He said it happens all the time in this branch. He's eleven year old and his maths is superior to the McDonald's workers. There is just one toilet at this branch and the paper was gone (cardboard roll). It shouldn't be up to customers to point this out.

Sadly I am not able to give much of a higher rating for this particular McDonald's restaurant as overall each visit has been quite disappointing, the establishment has been open now for a few years and I had hoped over time that both service and food quality would have improved but this has not been the case at all On nearly all occasions in my experience it is not possible to obtain a complete order straight away, regardless of what I seem to ask for there is nearly always a requirement for me to park up and wait while the missing items are prepared and brought out to me. This is incredibly annoying as while you wait for specific items like burgers or special orders, the rest of your food is cooling, what's worse is that it is not uncommon to have delayed food handed over to you which has also sat for a while and has also cooled. Overall I do not recommend this particular McDonald's at all and would recommend traveling an extra few miles into Fleetwood where no of the issues I've mentioned here appear to occur (ever).

Never ordering from there again. Always something missing on orders. Food is all and re heated. Just had to use a steak knife to cut a pie open which was burnt on the inside. Fish was soggy. Not acceptable! You ring to tell them and all you get is ring just eat! Never a refund for food kissing and now the food is disgusting!

The fish was perfectly cooked — light, flaky, and wrapped in a crisp golden batter that wasn’t too oily. The chips were hot and chunky, with just the right balance of crunch and softness. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Service was friendly and quick, and the shop was clean and welcoming. A proper traditional fish and chip experience — would definitely come back again!

Used to always travel from Ashton-under-Lyne to this kiosk for a walk and a slice of parkin. Sadly they stopped selling parkin for pre packaged ,chemically ridden cakes. Bring back the Parkin!

Our first experience of Mr G’s Cleveleys. The food was amazing and freshly cooked. The pizzas were huge, kebab and salad fresh and the most delicious cookie dough. The service was exceptional and extremely warm and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Went into Mr G’s last night and Ordered a chicken and donor kebab to share between myself and my partner. Definitely the best kebab we have had and good value for money too. Also the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ⭐️

Used to get delivery from here at least once a month. Their prices haven't changed, however they now add on a cheeky 20% VAT onto your final order. We're not in the USA! Where you get the tax added at the end! So for our usual meal, it'll now cost an additional £5.32. Yet you also still need to pay delivery and a service fee. Won't be using this kebab shop again. Terrible business practices.

First time ordering a kebab wrap and last. Hardly any meat and 3 pieces of heated up frozen coated chicken. Asked for garlic mayo but couldn't find any on it. Chips were cold and inedible. Back to my usual place for me. Awful.

Food was not good pizza was ok at best Doner meat funky and the chips had some kind of mad mayonnaise that was congeiled like cheese

Ordered just under £50 worth of food and it was absolutely shocking. Chips were cold, soggy and rubbery, pizza tasted like it was cheap frozen rubbish. Could not taste tomato paste, hardly any cheese and ham and mushroom well they had run away the cheese. Donner meat was fat and crispy and lamb was very over cooked. Chicken burger was cold, hard and tasteless. On top of that if you live on a caravan park you have to meet them at the main gate even in rain. The delivery lady was pleasant and did accommodate us by delivery to the caravan but was not was not told until she rung us up and asked to meet at us at the gate that they aren’t allowed to deliver to caravan parks. When rung up to escalate our complaints the person answering the phone was very obnoxious, rude and would not let us speak. We were told that the shop had been there for 22 years and had never had a complaint and we were the first. By the looks of google reviews someone is telling fibbs. We were then told by the person on the phone that we were use to ‘processed food’. He offered to resend the chips but that defeats the object of them not delivering to caravan parks so we politely refused. The call was then terminated. I can safely say we will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN. Nice £50 down the drain.

Foods usually good form here but today was awful I’m well pissed off they got my order wrong I paid for a kabab combo and got Donna meat with chips instead which isn’t the same price as a combo kabab my kabab was drenched with soggy salad and onions to the point where the bottom of the box actually fell through it was that wet I do have a video but it won’t let me up load it my plate was also swimming was disgusting my was chips so dry too and also was twenty mins late not happy on bit may aswell set my £45 on fire won’t be coming back

I love this place and have ordered from here on many many occasions, but tonight is ruined it for me. I have opted for the pizza deal (any pizza for X cost per size) and I ordered a 14” and a large cheesy chips. The chips seem like a regular portion and the pizza is 100% 12”. It was delivered by a car full of stoner kids and was cold. I’m never ordering from here again!

Vat added twice on delivery services, the prices listed include vat, yet an extra 20% is added at the checkout ontop, it's made it the most expensive takeaway food in Blackpool/Cleveleys, they did not used to charge this extra %, it's either a mistake or a scam.

Chicky n chippy new kebab range. Both had donner kebabs great portion sizes lots of salad and hubby loves his spices. Kebab meat cooked perfectly nan bread 🤤 yum! Literally best kebab in fleetwood wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Thanks deena and kabil 😁

I used to visit this Subway about a year ago when it was run by a lovely family. I recently came back while travelling up from the south of England and hoped to greet them again. Although the staff has changed, I’m happy to say the new team is just as welcoming and friendly. Compared to other Subways around, this one really stands out — the waffle fries are cooked perfectly crispy and tasty every time. If the family who used to run it ever happen to read this, I just want to say hi and that I hope you’re all doing well.

I arrived 12:30 lunchtime. There was one young member of staff serving a customer when I arrived. With 4 customers waiting and no one sat in eating. There was no food in the salad bar ready for orders at this time and the food prep area seemed messy and unkept. I waiting 5 minuets before two giggling young ladies showed their faces and was shocked to see 5 of us waiting. They then slowly started putting gloves on and only then did they see the urgency in filling the salad bar. Never mind to clean up. This had taken 10 minutes and I was customer number 5. I left due to not having the time to wait due to being on my lunch, also having food intolerances and seeing how slap harry theses members of staff are I decided to leave and take My business elsewhere where.

I came to subway yesterday and what a great experience. The manager was very welcoming, the shop was very Clean and tidy and the food was lovely and fresh. I Will definitely be returning.

Ordered 4 meals for take out. Got them home and on first bite of the meatballs which were on 2 of the 4 meals they were way overcooked and black with burn. Really disappointed

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered online and they cancelled my ordered and proceeded to tell me they would double charge me if I reorder and would not give me my deal. Also would not get any type of management nor corporate or anything for me to speak with. And went on to help drive through. I will never again eat at this location again Update: 5/14 I went up there because my money was never cleared they took it. Even with proof of showing the manager on duty still no compensation. She called me a liar and all. And would not give me corporate number. So come in the morning my bank and proper action will be involved. I recommend do not eat at this location unless you want to be double charged. And treated like scum.

Searing hot day on the Lancs coast and i fancied fish & chips. First choice chippy in Cleveleys had a long sweaty queue that I didn't like the look of so did some exploring and so glad I did. Great find. 15 mins from where i was and close to a tramstop. The two ladies serving and Chip himself were friendly and up for banter. Fish, chips & pickled egg for £7.55. And ready straightaway. A 5-10 min walk to the beach and tucked in. Absolutely amazing. Good portion size. The Lancs seagulls didn't attack either. Absolute winner.

Collected our tea before the annual illuminations run. From the minute we walked we were welcomed and given time to look through the menu. Children were even given a bag of sweets to share after their tea. Food was great the fish batter was so tasty and we all had full bellies. Educated on what a pea bomb is too.... I was happy with my initial orders which I placed a couple of times a week. Then I ordered a breakfast wrap and was no longer happy... I was in love!!! I can honestly say it is the single most yummy thing I have eaten recently and subsequently now order one almost daily. Try one and you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended! 5 stars!

You know what you're getting here, Subway is pretty standard across it's stores but the 2 ladies running the early morning shift were great. Made a few hungover guys have a chuckle in the morning and we all left well fed.

This is my favourite Subway out of several in the local area, staff are friendly, attentive and professional always putting the customer first, nothing is ever too much trouble and the place is always spotless. Sandwiches and foods are meticulously prepared to the very highest of standards and they take great pride in delivering excellent customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. The food was revolting. The burger was just a microwavable rustlers burger and they didnt even bother to toast the bun. It was luke warm and they charged almost £6 for it. Onion rings were microwaved too. I dont know why they couldnt just make fresh, they had the time but it just wasnt good enough. Then the star of the show was the pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was tasteless. I ordered ham on it and they put small strips of bacon grill. That all came up to £24 so it wasnt cheap. The lady that delivered it couldnt even look me in the face so she knew it was no good. There is no excuse for cutting corners to save costs when you are charging that much and the quality of the food is so bad. It is simple, if the food is no good then you dont get our business. Avoid this place like Covid.

Absolutely love this place! I had a delicious donner kebab with salad along with some chips sprinkled with red salt, everything was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The staff are super friendly and always greet you with a smile and asking how you are, which makes the customer service really personal. Not great, portion sizes and presentation were good. Donnor meat OK, but chicken and shish tasted like warmed up defrosted then microwaved meat, cut into very small pieces and glad to say not alot of it, mostly donnor. The naan was small, very chewy and tastless. Delivery was good. Sticky toffee pud was good and ice cream
