Restaurant
Nestled in the picturesque setting of Koh Rong, Bamboo Pizza Restaurant is a must-visit for pizza lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Renowned among travelers as one of the top spots on the island, this charming eatery boasts an impressive menu focused primarily on wood-fired pizzas and refreshing beverages. The atmosphere is inviting, with attentive staff who genuinely care about your dining experience. Bamboo Pizza offers a delightful array of options that cater to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan choices.
Absolutely delicious pizzas. The owner and staff were extremely friendly too. I would say the pizza here was probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. The cocktails were also perfectly made.
Souvik B — Google review
Had the vegan pizza which was served with oregano and chilli flakes on the side and also olive oil which was a nice touch. The base was crispy and thin. Staff are friendly and they had a free drink with every pizza. Good deal!
Charmmy K — Google review
delicious and good price pizza and pastas, we came both evening.

It like to find a good restaurant in the cambodia island with khmer foods mix with European . The place is just in front of the white and nice sands of the sea. We are in group of 10 peoples seated on a small wooden tables arranged . Please enjoy
Khun ( — Google review
The best pizza I've had in Southeast Asia, and it's comparable to really good pizzas back home. If you've been disappointed by pizzas during your travels, definitely stop in here and you won't regret it. Bonus points for awesome owners, too!
Brad H — Google review
Food here is awesome. I'm vegetarian and I found different and tasty options. The stuff is super nice and the location of the restaurant is perfect: just in front of the sea. The smoothies and shakes were also good and the price isn't high.
Yanela G — Google review
I got a ham and mushroom pizza. Along with a mango, pinapple, banana shake. Would highly recommend a shake its super delicious. All in all this place is perfect
Jacqueline B — Google review
First impressions are great and I was definitely provided with that. Went here on a recommendation that paid off. The owner was really friendly and was happy to talk to you about the menu and was clearly passionate and confident about what he was cooking. The confidence paid off as the pizza was very well cooked, authentic Italian base and quality toppings. Also really recommend the Turkish pide. The free beer is also a great bonus. Great food, hospitality and probably the best food I ate whilst on the island.

Restaurant
Nestled on the beachfront of Koh Rong Island, White Rose Guesthouse & Restaurant offers a range of facilities and services for its guests. The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi and strictly prohibits smoking inside the premises to ensure a fresh environment for all visitors. For those craving Thai street food, Sigis Thai Food is conveniently located nearby, offering generous portions at affordable prices. Additionally, guests can indulge in Western breakfast favorites such as pancakes and sandwiches at Dream Catch Inn.
Came here a few times to get food. There were some reviews about having to wait a long time but we never had an issue. The place can get quite busy sometimes around lunch so you might not always find a seat. The prices are decent for the area and they’re one of the only places to accept credit card without a charge. I think it’s also one of the better BBQ options as you can choose between rice, chips or garlic bread and also get a free beer. I think if you stay here you also get 10% off.
Anisha — Google review
We ate there a couple times on our visit to Koh Rong. The first time we went the service was atrocious- slow to take our order and forgot to give our food order to the kitchen. 1 hour later we had our food and it was fine. Cheapest on the island so can’t complain. We went there once more for their happy hour beers which they tried to say they forgot it was happy hour and that’s why the receipt was wrong. They fixed it but always look over your receipt before paying. The last time we went we ordered their bbq special and my salad had a roach of some sort in it and my boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night with the worst case of food poisoning i’ve ever seen in my lifetime. He couldn’t even keep down water for 8 hours. Coco beach/Coco restaurant is just down the road and is very similar in price with much better service, portion sizes, and quality.
MacKenzie M — Google review
Probably the cheapest food on the island. Really good western food. Portion size is generous compared to other places here! We had the chicken schnitzel burger and the full English. Burger was excellent (I did add cheese and bacon) and full English was as good as an abroad fry up can be. Good sausages but not branded beans. Went at lunch time was really busy and we did wait a little while but wasn’t a problem.
Elizabeth B — Google review
This is only about the restaurant: they really need to learn how to make a wrap. It's a general problem on the island. The salad is at the bottom, some kind of patty is thrown on top cut in half and the wrap does not close most of the time. The taste is good and the menu usually holds different good options for everybody. Price, as usual for the island, not very cheap but around 5 dollars, restaurant is clean, the toilet is always clogged, the personnel is kind. Cash out possible (7% fee), the restaurant is usually quite unless you are there on the main hours.
J C — Google review
Restaurant Visit : I honestly don’t know how this place is rated so low, first of all it’s probably one of the cheapest places on the island. As well as that the food here is lovely. Been eating here most days and honestly don’t want to go anywhere else, especially on a budget.
Tommy L — Google review
Cheap, good food! Friendly service. The coffee, however, is terrible.
Jelmer T — Google review
Didn’t stay here, but ate here every morning for a week! The breakfast burrito with avocado is AMAZING!! Like 10/10! Only $2.50 too ($2 with no avocado) They also give free tea in morning, we had it iced it was so refreshing.
Kayla O — Google review
Cheapest food, breakfast, coffee, everything on the island. 10/10 they weren't pestering for us to come in the second we looked at a menu, as happened everywhere on the street which overwhelmed me & caused me not to eat other places. Wish we found it sooner. Never change! xxx

Italian restaurant
Nestled near the main pier in Sok San Village, Eat Pray Love is a charming Italian restaurant that captures the essence of Mediterranean dining. This popular spot attracts Western visitors with its authentic European flavors and a menu crafted by skilled Italian chefs. Diners can indulge in delightful dishes like bruschetta, pasta carbonara, and their renowned gnocchi with ragu sauce. The atmosphere is equally enchanting, offering stunning beach views from its stilted setting.
It is a very rare accomplishment when a restaurant is able to offer a truly wonderful dining experience. Even more rare when that restaurant is established in a country that has no readily available access to the ingredients needed for the style of cuisine. Even more rare still when that restaurant is located on the outskirts of town that requires everything to be delivered via a local fishing boat or driven through the jungle on the back of a motorbike. Yet, Eat Pray Love somehow manages to overcome all these obstacles, and produce just such an experience. From the mellow jazz of Miles Davis, to cozy blend of papasans and dining tables, this place sets itself apart as something special from the moment you walk upstairs to find a seat with lovely waterfront views and a pleasant ocean breeze. The wine list, while very sparse, is well curated to offer a perfectly complimentary pairing to any dish on the menu. And then there's the food... Every dish we tried was even better than one before it. And despite the prices being about twice as much as the other 'pizza places' on the island (about $80 for a couple of beers, three main dishes, nice bottle of wine, dessert, and digestifs) the quality is about ten times what you will find elsewhere. Over the course of a few hours, we managed to enjoy the jazz, wine, and conversation that provides the supportive backdrop for such an amazing meal. The Fettuccine von Barracuda a la Nduja Calabrese (with perfectly cooked al dente pasta) and the Gnocchi Nero di Seppia (squid ink sauce is not to be feared here) were both wonderfully enjoyable dishes, but perhaps the show stealer of the evening was the flavor combination that resulted from sticking buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, and black truffles onto a divinely thin a crispy crust. It was possibly the best combination of pizza toppings I've ever experienced in my life. As for the customer service - the pair of girls that waited on us were just as delightful and pleasing as the dishes they were serving. And even the chef came by the table at the end of the evening to make certain we were pleased with the meal. It is so evident that everyone involved in this place deeply cares about providing the absolute best possible quality in all respects. Despite all odds, EPL is somehow able to offer a thoroughly wonderful dining experience, and one that is worthy of seeking out - even if that means trekking through hours of jungle and coastline to get there.

These guys know how to make spectacular Italian food! The gnocchi was heavenly! You have to eat here if you're on Sok San. The view is great too and the Italian guys who run it are super friendly too. Amazing, amazing restaurant.
Kyle L — Google review
Easily the best dinner we had on Sok San Beach, if not the best in Cambodia. The staff were lovely, the food was unbelievable and everything was clearly prepared with love and authenticity. I'm just sad I couldn't go here more than twice while I was staying on Koh Rong. Make a reservation, it is well worth it.
Richard F — Google review
Amazing spot with even better delicious food. You must go! We walked here from Koh Toch without a way of getting home and we were glad we did because it was worth it. Highly recommend this spot.
Diana H — Google review
Really good gnochhi, pizza, and panacota. Definitely would come back here when i have the chance. P/s: make sure to make your reservation before you head over!
Marilyn W — Google review
Really really good pizza and good gnocchi. Not cheap for cambodia, but hey...who would have thougt to find such good Italian food on this island. Soft drink and beer selection could be better though.

Without any doubt 5 stars ask for Andrea's! He is amazing and I celebrated my birthday there!
KAMRA M — Google review
Truly amazing hidden gem on this beautiful island. The Italian dining stays true to its form and was no surprise as they are cooked and served by Italians. Super soft gnocchi - one of the best I tried. Mama-mia! Reservation is a advised as it only opens 645pm onwards and is full booked most the time.

Da Matti, previously known as La Mami, has undergone a change in ownership and now offers an intriguing combination of Italian cuisine and a reggae bar. The restaurant serves up homemade gnocchi, ravioli, and other classic Italian pasta dishes alongside an array of interesting cocktails. Guests can enjoy the laid-back atmosphere with a view of the sea while savoring their tasty pasta dishes. The friendly staff are also happy to provide local recommendations and assistance with event tickets.
Ate here twice. Pasta was decent and the staff friendly. Gave us advice on things to do in the area and sorted our nestival tickets. View out to sea while having a few drinks was super chilled.

Very nice, tasty, friendly. Perfect spot to enjoy food directly at the beach

I had dinner here last night & it’s made me really sick. When it first arrived, I took a photo & was looking forward to tasting it. There were no flies around me then but within a minute, a swarm suddenly surrounded me. By constantly using the menu as a fan with one hand whilst eating very quickly with the other, I was able to ensure none of them touched my food & although it concerned me a bit, as the food was hot & I’d kept the flies off it, I thought it would be safe. I wanted to Google it to get some reassurance but I had to eat quickly as it was so horrible fanning flies away & id already had a mouthful. Needless to say, I didn’t finish the meal & was very relieved to push the plate as far away from me as I could to get rid of the flies. Someone else then ordered a portion of fries & had no problem with flies, then I realised that my shrimps were probably not fresh, which was attracting the flies & sure enough, the diarrhoea & vomiting started during the night, with a strong fish taste repeating on me. Do not eat here. I’ve also seen others comment on the service, that is also terrible, you have to go to the bar to get served & to pay as the woman working there is too busy taking selfies to do her job.and no service with a smile. The location is the only thing going for this place
Jo A — Google review
Absolutely dreadful Pad Thai—if you can even call it that. We ordered two, one chicken and one pork, and both were an insult to the dish. Bland, oily, and completely devoid of the flavors that make Pad Thai what it is. Honestly, instant noodles would have been a step up. We barely touched them, told the manager, and were met with pure indifference. Charged in full, of course, because why not add insult to injury? The spring rolls? Equally disappointing. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.
Nicola C — Google review
I ate dinner twice in this restaurant during my stay at Sok San Beach. The food and drinks were fine and the portion sizes were very big. The location is great. The restaurant is located on the beach which includes a beautiful view of the sea. The service wasn’t great though. To be honest, I felt quite unwelcome, especially the second time I went. The staff wasn’t rude or anything but it seemed like they really couldn’t care any less about their customers. It didn’t really bother me but I can imagine that others might not appreciate it.
Nette C — Google review
I just got here and i can confirm the staff has a snarky attitude. They were all hiding behind the bar and did not come to take our order. I went up there with the menu ready to order up there and asked her in khmer and she nodded and continued to look at her phone. The other bartender said to wait.... and noticed my frustration and told her to come take our order.
Nelson J — Google review
Food is terrible service is terrible the workers barely acknowledge you and everything seems to be a chore to them moping around . Pad Thai came out with spoiled beef and I ask to replace and guy says it’s fine …. Never want to return look at other reviews all the same story. Regret that I even have to pay for the meal I just had
Easur — Google review
Give the 4 stars for being the cleanest and nicer place to eat in Son Sak beach, their location and also for having Lao beer wich is far better than any Cambodian beer. We order some some curries and they were just ok, nothing remarkable. The price is higher than already high mainland prices so bring enough cash with you.

Serviced accommodation
Nestled just a short 10-minute stroll from the bustling main pier of Koh Touch, White Pearl Beach stands out as a serene escape on Koh Rong. While there may be other beaches that boast more picturesque views, the convenience and quality of nearby resorts elevate its charm. This tranquil stretch is far removed from the party scene, offering visitors a peaceful retreat without the usual crowds. At White Pearl Beach, guests can enjoy beachfront accommodations less than a kilometer from Koh Toch Beach.
This beach is so beautiful 😍 but the Thai food, is really really really amazing. Never had such amazing Thai food here in Cambodia. Everything we ordered (4 dishes already) was really tasty and we will definitely be eating here tomorrow again. Prices are also very good (3-5 dollar per meal). Definitely recommend. We didn't book accommodation here but definitely would do - tents look nice and simple.
Joni R — Google review
Food review only I am still giving 3 stars despite food poisoning! Some of the best food I have had in Asia after 3 months. The most incredible carbonara and chicken pad thai, had my partner and I both absolutely lost in the sauce! BUT!!!!...... It gave us both food poisoning. This was the only meal we had this whole day, and 2 hours later it all came back out. The food prep/kitchen area next to the toilet out the back is absolutely disgusting. A sink with chicken and fish on it with flies all over it. Toilets look like something from a warzone. Please improve hygiene here, the food was absolutely incredible and still giving 3 stars even with 3 days of bad food poisoning!
Jai B — Google review
Great honest food served at affordable prices by a very friendly and smiley family! What’s super impressive is that the owners afford a genuine attention to detail with their customers. Yesterday I came to order the fruit salad and asked for no papaya, which they were happy to accommodate. Today, I then came back and ordered the fruit with yoghurt. Not only was the fruit delicious and the portion big on both occasions, but this morning (without me having to ask) my order came without papaya! :))))
Connor O — Google review
Been twice already! Location is lush, atmosphere perfect for a chill brekkie or dins with chill music. The food is the highlight though! Had one of the best pad thai I’ve had in a long time, and breakfast sandwiches were delicious with generous portions for such low prices! Definitely recommend and will be back :)

Such good food!! This was the only place we ate for the 3 days we were on koh rong island, you can’t go wrong here! The pad Thai is unreal! The dude who runs the place too is really cool and he runs the fire show at nestival! Few mins walk down beach from the nest and such good price!

Nestled on the stunning shores of Koh Rong Island, Elephant Restaurant & Guesthouse offers a delightful beachfront experience just moments away from Koh Toch Beach. Guests can enjoy cozy accommodations with a lovely terrace and complimentary WiFi. While savoring local flavors like delicious soups and curries at the guesthouse, you might encounter some rather moody teenage waitstaff. For those craving traditional Khmer dishes, nearby Chai Family Restaurant serves up favorites such as noodle soup and fried noodles alongside refreshing iced coffee.
Really nice view and location. But if you want to use AC you have to pay more 40dollars. And flush is broke. Anyway its good at price

RAT WARNING!! DONT STAY HERE! There were rats in our room (see picture). Once we told them that we didn’t want to sleep there during the night, they simply told us ”get some sleep,” and closed the reception. Not until the next day did we get a new room. Very unpleasent stay. Staff were very rude, rooms dirty, aircondition cost 45 dollar for one night.
Erik K — Google review
We chose this room because it was conveniently located, close to the pier and restaurants, instead of the hotel I booked before, which was 1.4km from the pier. It was too far to travel and eating was not convenient. We stayed here for 3 nights, at $35 per night and experienced the worst room I have ever known. I couldn't believe I could survive 3 nights here. The toilet was small and really horrible, the water was often cut off, to brush my teeth in the morning I had to wait for nearly 45 minutes for water. The owner and the cleaner were very unfriendly and annoyed when we complained that there was no water to brush our teeth. Had to tell them 3, 4 times and wait 30 minutes before they turned on the water. The water had a lot of alum, was yellow, cloudy and smelled bad. The bedroom was full of black mold on the walls. Especially there was no closet for luggage, clothes. We had to use their towels on the floor and put our backpacks on them. The floor is wet, dirty, and sandy so you have to wear slippers all the time. There are a lot of mosquitoes here, even though we turned on the air conditioner and wore long clothes, we still had trouble sleeping because of the constant mosquito bites. They often cut off the electricity from 8am to 12am, which also means cutting off the water. I hope everyone reads this before choosing to stay here.
Amy P — Google review
We stayed for 3 nights but wouldn’t recommend this hostel. There’s mold on the walls and ceiling. Before we booked we asked to see the room and could see an A/C but after we had paid and checked in they wanted 10 USD extra per night for the A/C remote. They could have said something before we booked that the AC in the room actually costs extra but they told us after when already checked in. The window doesn’t fit properly in the frame so be ready for mosquitoes and there’s no mosquito net. It will also get very sandy inside the room since there is no proper way for guests to clean off the sand before entering the rooms. See pictures of mold and broken sink.
Marcus W — Google review
Very poor and old rooms, they need maintenance soon! The position is great. Make sure you have cash with you, because if you want to pay by card they will add 8% on the total
Jonathan T — Google review
Guesthouse: The room was not cleaned, the floor and bed linens full of sand. We found out the toiletry soap was already open and one bottle of water already used. The crane in the sink was not working and we found a small (real) rotten mushroom in the toilet floor.
Sofia C — Google review
Totally disappointed. Rooms full of fish smell. Their kitchen was just 2 doors away from our room, room totally disgusting. They said we could check in but the room was still dirty from the previous guest. So many things to add... not recommended at all !
Bruno A — Google review
LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE: If you care about your health and safety, do NOT stay at this guesthouse: 1) Dead insects in the bathroom (see photo) 2) Red droplets on the floor: ketchup, tomato juice or blood? (See picture attached as well) 3) My passport was not checked, and I stayed at the property without being regularly registered. I could’ve been a criminal, and no questions were asked at all 4) Aircon did not work 5) People are allowed to bring in strangers, so long as they are 16 years old or above (see also picture about this) 6) Door has no lock, and they give you a very tiny padlock that you can easily break 7) There isn’t any hot water 8) Place was not clean (see photo) All of this for an outrageous asking price of 25$ per night: avoid at all costs! You would probably be better off looking for ANY other guesthouse nearby, or even sleeping on the beach.

The Sky Cafe koh Rong offers breathtaking views of Koh Touch, whether it's day or night. Located high up and accessible via a 5-10 minute walk up steep steps, the bar provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind and appreciate the scenery. Visitors can enjoy delicious cocktails and good service while taking in the stunning view. It's a great spot to relax with all the essentials for a good time.
Absolutely amazing place! A true local spot with a view that doesn’t disappoint. This place is a LOT more affordable than the bars on the beach. Beer is $1.50 instead of $3.45 which I was paying at my hostel bar. The man working there gave me drink suggestions that didn’t disappoint either.
Austin K — Google review
Small but lovely bar just 10 min walk from Long Set Beach. Very friendly staff snd reasonably prices in the bar. Great view of the Koh Rong bay, and if you are coming during the sunset hours you are in for a treat. Not that many people know about this bar it seems, since its a bit hidden, - but the bar has great potential! 🍹

Hidden gem in Koh Rong! I had the place to myself for sunset which was absolutely stunning even as it got darker the view was incredible… the owner kindly offered to take some pictures of me and knew exactly what he was doing to get the best ones :)) I was given bug spray and offered to have food delivered, a must visit if you’re staying on long set beach!

This place deserves more people to know about it, we found it almost by accident, and it's a little bit of a trek up hill (and not yet signposted well on Google maps) but is worth it. The owner was so friendly, and offered great drink selections based on what I liked. We enjoyed it so much, we came back earlier the next day so we could get the amazing photos of the sunsets to go with our great drinks.

We had some lovely drinks at the Sky Cafe (I would recommend the cherry daiquiri!) unfortunately too late for food which was our error, but the owner was so lovely and chatty! Was giving us tips on where to go on the island. Will be back for a sunset during our stay!

Located on the pier, Chai Family Restaurant offers a variety of Khmer dishes including noodle soup, fried noodles, pork and rice, and refreshing iced coffee. The prices are more budget-friendly compared to other dining options on the island. While some have reported mixed experiences with the food, many appreciate the opportunity to sample local cuisine at this family-style eatery and support small businesses in the area.
Nice food. I had soups its Family style restaurants. Price is cheaper. The idea me going there is to try something local and made with local hands. Why not to give some support to these small restaurant.

I really like basic local-owned restaurants but this just didn't do it for me. The meal I ordered was some rice with meat. It was a small portion, poorly seasoned, no salad. And overpriced - add just a buck or two and you can have a decent meal at a real beach restaurant just off the pier.
Tomasz D — Google review
Food is much cheaper than at other places on the island. The fried noodles were okay, though I got sick after, not sure if it's from the noodles or not cause my bf ate the noodles with seafood and didn't get sick.
Evey Z — Google review
Ate here all the time every day I was here in koh rong. Food was amazing and considerably cheaper than everywhere else around and staff are more than happy to compensate for any alterations you want made to your food. They whip up a killer fried egg. Locals love it and so sad to have to leave our local hang 😭😢
Remy W — Google review
Fantastic, traditional khmer restaurant. Don't be fooled by the appearance of this place. We ate our best amok and lok lak here. The owner cooks the meal in front of you, cleaning the vegetables and cooking them in record time. Zero indigestion or problems afterwards. A must-do in Koh Rong!
Andra C — Google review
Loved the food!! it was much cheaper than the other restaurants!

Low prices - 2-3$, variety of khmer food. Children running around playing with dogs, mother shouting at all of them and cooking your food - I wish there was more places like this one on Koh Rong.

Nest Jungle is a hidden gem nestled on Long Set Beach, where the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff create an unforgettable experience. Recently revitalized by a talented Czech chef, the menu has undergone a delightful transformation, featuring dishes like Khmer fried chicken served with sweet potato crisps and mango salsa—truly some of the best food on Koh Rong! The restaurant offers a fantastic mix of Asian and Western cuisine, making it perfect for any palate.
They should call this place, the love jungle because it absolutely radiated love and happiness. We stayed 6 nights in a lovely dorm and the staff were just so kind. Thankyou Bunna we will never forget you!
Kaya B — Google review
Rooms were very basic. Snower had 0 power and floods the bathroom. No noise cancellation in the room and can hear everything from nest beach which isn’t great as goes on this early hours of the morning. Was quite expensive for the quality of the room.
Sam L — Google review
Good location. The rooms were okay. But the bathroom could be more clean. And the ties were broken. There is a lot of volunteers, and make it’s a bit messy as depending who you talk to they say something and then is something different.
Noe M — Google review
Booked 2 days and ended up staying 5 (as long as we could), Bunna and Seng were incredible! Always keen on a beer or to help out - they’re incredible people and we had the best time!

Such a great place! Thanks to the jungle it's cool during the day, and only 5 minutes walk to the stunning Long Set beach - paradise! The staff are the best and really helpful (they do laundry, organise transport and trips and were always up for a chat). Their food is also top - I loved the burgers!

The menu features a delightful array of options including BBQ delights and fresh seafood, alongside vegetarian choices like tofu burgers and mushroom soup.
Good cheap food, friendly staff, cheapest place on the island, fried rice/noodles starting from 1.25$, beer 0.75$
Scha B — Google review
Staff friendly, food is served fast and isn't bad. However, the portions are really small, you'll probably have to order several plates to eat enough. If you don't eat much it might be okay. Otherwise I'd avoid it
Harald B — Google review
Cheap food and the quality reflects it but it's decent and does the job on a budget. Service is quick. Wifi is great. Nice spot to people watch. Less than a minute from the beach front.
Charmmy K — Google review
Tasty Food. Fresh. A little bit cheaper than in other restaurants. I can recommend them.
Mirko D — Google review
Really cheap food, especially compared to other restaurants on this island! But portions are very small, but I guess that’s ok for the price
Duygu Y — Google review
The prices are very cheap so if you are on a budget a couple of meals could save you a couple of dollars. However the food is not very tasty and seemed a bit off. Save yourself potential food poisoning and spend an extra dollar to get something a bit nicer
Jonathan W — Google review
Not so Nice food sloppy yucky - but cheap , most things on the menu are not available, and if you do manage to get anything from very limited menu it won't look like anything from the menu. If you don't care how things taste and don't want to spend that much money then it's ok. But not nice

Absolutely worth going to. We ordered the streamed fish with lime and lemongrass.. seriously the best food we've had in Cambodia! Lovely owners. Very friendly. Locally owned business. They also know how to throw a great party later in the evening.

They have updated their menu and their price... The noodles soy sauce with tofu wasn't good, the rice with vegetables and Cashew was OK. Beautiful location but lots of sandflies.

Nice food. Loved the chips, onions rings, and tomato pasta Nice cocktails although the moijto had a lot of tiny pieces of mint, so it made it a bit awkward to drink. Staff are nice and lovely cute dogs to chill out with. Right on the beach and love the fire at night in the Coconuts along the beach.

Super friendly staff and delicious food. I had a sandwich with eggplants, humus and boiled eggs. The table sauce set were incredibly tasty too . One of which had a taste of some ingredients used in Yemen (mango sauce, we call it Holba). I will be back to try their other mix of flavors.

Outstanding falafel place which is very clean and yummy. They clean all vegetables with extra cleaned water and take a lot of care with preparing their food. The owner is a very nice and young lady who speaks very good English. We can definitely recommend this place and will come back in the next days.

The bar's welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make it a must-visit during any trip to the area.
We ate here twice in 4 days because the food was just really really good! I had an amazing pepperoni pizza, definitely the best pizza i’ve had in SEA. My boyfriend had the jungle burger and that was also really good! The owner is also really nice. I would recommend this place 10/10!

He was very nice and friendly and the other staff were great too. Very nice.

THE BEST WESTERN FOOD ON KOH RONG!!!! 🥰🤤 Wow wow wow. If I could give this 100 stars I would. This is the best western food we’ve had in Cambodia and feel so lucky that we just happened to get talking with Richie who invited us along to try the food and enjoy the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I had the vegetarian sub roll (bread made fresh every day by Richie’s wife Oudom) with extra cheese which was soooooo tasty and my partner had the sloppy Joe pizza which “absolutely fxng incredible”. We also shared a mango smoothie which was super refreshing. We also had the crispy onion rings which we can gladly say are the best onion rings we have EVER eaten. Definitely order these and ask for a side of onion gravy to go with them 🤤🤤🤤 The friendly puppies and kitties are so adorable and the view looking out to the sea is so peaceful. We could stay here all day. Thank you Richie and Oudom for the great music, amazing food and your amazing hospitality! We will see you tomorrow 😝

Mad Monkey Koh Rong is a popular backpacker hostel that offers pick-up services from Orchid Pier and takes guests to its private beach. The hostel is set directly on a beautiful beach with unreal scenery. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help, making the stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily touch-ups by the cleaners. There's a variety of food available at average prices, although it may take some time for orders to arrive.
My friend and I stayed here for 10 days and had a great time. The new manager marcus was really accommodating and always made sure we were having a good time. The reps Lily and Sophie are also really friendly. Beds are comfortable, food is good and always an event on to get everyone involved. Highly recommended!

The food was surprisingly good (especially the breakfasts!), and the whole Mad Monkey team made sure everyone had a great time. They organize daily events and games that are super fun and make it really easy to meet people. Special shoutout to Marcus, who takes great care of the guests and is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy the island vibe and meet awesome people!

**NOTE next to the bar there is refillable drinking water with cups tucked away. Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but the twin room we booked was large, had the comfiest beds so far in the trip we’ve been on (firm foam mattress) and they were two double beds vs twin. Bathroom is large though lighting is dim, AC and hot water works great. Basic and clean rooms. I’ve heard the dorms and the dorm bathrooms are a bit iffy though as some people in our group were in there and ended up booking a private room next door since there was no availability left here. Food is great lots of options and lots of happy hour deals. Some nights it’s 2 cocktails for $4 and then $1 beers. Price range for food is anywhere from $4-8 on average. Great vibe overall, looks to be the spot for tourists and there’s an outdoor mini gym attached which was great for me. Beach chairs are comfy and the staff at the bar are pretty quick and efficient. If you want to pay some USD and some Cambodian dollars they will help you figure out the difference. Def recommend staying here but get your own room if you can.
Amelia L — Google review
I had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and with a gym, and a lot other amenities it was super convenient for both relaxing and staying active. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere to meet other travelers. Staff were friendly and always ready to help with tips and recommendations. Perfect balance between fun, comfort, and location. Great food with very good prices! Highly recommend!

This hostel is unreal!! Perfect location with such great staff. Cannot thank Lilly enough for such a warm welcome, offering cold towels as well as going above and beyond for me as soon as I arrived. She carried my 25kg backpack to my room, bless her and always informed us about all the events around the island and in the hostel. She DEFFO ISN’T BORING, contrary to what her boss believes and deserves all the recognition!! She definitely is an asset to mad monkey, along with Sophie, who was also great and soo welcoming, she went above and beyond, French plaiting my hair as-well bless her. Can’t thank them enough! 1000% recommend staying here!!
Skyee L — Google review
Had dinner at the hostel restaurant the other night and they have a big selection. Prices are a bit higher than at other places at the beach but they also note in the menue why. Payment only by physical card, cash or ABA. I had the falafel wrap with sweet potato fries and it was a huge portion. Wifi is available. You can choose to sit inside on a table or by the beach on a lounge chair or sunbed.
Olivia S — Google review
Felt like a British high school cafeteria—wouldn't stay again. I understand the hostel can't choose who comes so I don't fault them too much for that. The staff were OK: some were polite and some were openly rude; I could see they deal with a lot of BS but if I'm polite and respectful to you, I expect the same treatment—I've worked in the service/hospitality industry before so I'm sympathetic. If you've got an early travel day some morning, don't expect to sleep. The rival hostel next door placed their concert stage directly on the other side of the fence from the bungalows, and they have EDM-bass going until ~12:30am every night. I've never been to hostel that didn't have earplugs on hand, and I've been to a lot of hostels, so bring your own earplugs as applicable. I'd stay on this beach again, and maybe even come party at this hostel in the evenings, but I'd sleep far, far away from it.

Monkey Island offers a diverse and affordable menu with generous portions, including various vegetarian options like homemade spicy beanball and hummus salad. The bar/restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere with hip hop music playing all day. Although the kitchen has specific serving times, the beachfront huts are reasonably priced and come with hammocks. The accommodation is casual and peaceful, just far enough from noisy areas but still close to the action. While basic, the bungalows provide stunning ocean views.
Friendly, casual accommodation on a beach island paradise. Just far enough away from the cheap hostels and bars to let you get some sleep at night, but close enough that you are not far from the action, if that's your thing. The bungalows and bathrooms are super basic BUT you are 20 meters from the ocean. Breathtaking sunrises in your pocket. Food is excellent. Staff are lovely. Can I live here please?
Kay ( — Google review
Bar was decent and the food was good. We liked the location as it's slightly out of the main nightlife area, which would be beneficial for a better nights sleep. However, the fan in the room was very old which meant it was too warm at night. Room was also very basic and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Personally i would pay a bit extra for better digs (which we did)
Trusth P — Google review
Really enjoyed my stay here. The bar / reststaurant was super chill with decent hip hop beats played throughout the day. Decent staff who helped me out with my questions. Bit of a shame that the kitchen only serves up grub at specified times. Rooms are a bit basic, but you get a hut with a hammock right on the beach for a very reasonable price. Location is good and out of the way of the noise. Only complaint would be the lack of power sockets in the room.
Andy L — Google review
Bathrooms were incredibly dirty. We are not picky, but these were obviously not cleaned in weeks. Staff was indifferent and even rude at times. Nice bar/restaurant area, but just get drinks don’t stay. Other places have much more inviting staff and a more organized establishment.

The restaurant was great! Cheap compaired to other places on the island.. Location was good! It was lovely to wake up and see the ocean.. The bungalow was o.k but The mosquito net was old, smelled not good and didn't fit to the size of the bed (so we didn't use it).
Sapir T — Google review
Very basic bungalows in a gorgeous setting, located at an ideal distance from the main bar area. A great communal area serves delicious food and well priced drinks during happy hour. A few simplw additions to improve the comfort of the bungalows would make this a five star destination. Beautiful!

Possibly this is one of the last small islands which is untouched by industrial tourism. Yeah, there are plenty of bungalows, yeah, there are some garbage (however we didn't see much), but still... it's a piece of heaven on Earth. Blue, warm water, white sand everywhere and a few meters from the beach there is the jungle. Yes, the bungalows are pretty basic, the bugs and lizards are coming in every night and the mosquito net is highly recommended, but if you can forget these things you will have the time of you life there! Amazing!

Had the absolute best time at onederz. Koh rong was by far the highlight of my trip. The staff (including the queen Jennifer) were amazing, they made me feel so welcome. The activities the hostel ran were brilliant and I highly recommend the boat trip too. Thank you for a great week, I would definitely come back

Amazing location on the beachfront of Koh Rong island. We had a private room which was in a separate part of the hostel, rooms were spacious clean and had good air conditioning. We ended up eating and drinking at Mad Monkey just down the beachfront as it was more social there but Onederz was a great place to stay

Onederz IS one of the BEST hostals to stay in Cambodia. This one in koh rong IS so nice, It IS clean, maybe the food IS different and more quality in other onederz, but here the staff IS absolutely amazing, kind, friendly and servicial. Specially Mon Jerry! Such a nice girl and worker at reception. They always in general try to help you or make you feel good. And also there IS not such lot of noise at the morning! Desde España diré que muy recomendado si quieres socializar y demás, pero no un exceso de ruido o fiesta. Puedes combinar.

We had such an amazing stay at Onederz Koh Rong! The staff were honestly the sweetest, so friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat or a laugh. Special shoutout to Phat, who honestly made our stay unforgettable, he was so kind, funny, and just brought such good vibes every single day! The vibe of the hostel is perfect, super chill but also social, with great areas to relax and meet other travelers. Everything was clean, comfortable, and really well organized. The boat tour was incredible, so well organised, we did so many cool things, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone staying here! The activities at night are also super fun and well planned, we especially loved the quiz nights! Everyone is welcome to join, which makes it so easy to meet people. We also loved that they serve your food right at the beach, so you can just lay in the sun and have your food and drinks brought to you, absolute paradise! 🌴 We genuinely didn’t want to leave, easily one of our favorite hostels in Southeast Asia! 💛

Me and my friend showed up and booked 3 nights for the 4 bed dorm, even in low season this seems to be the main spot. If you’re looking to socialize with people this is a good shout. There’s tons of activities, bar is nice, the wifi in the room is terrible, signal is bad on the island in general. There’s hammocks and chairs and such to hang out on the beach. This place is more expensive than the mainland by a few dollars In every regard but it’s still good value.

The hotel was nice and very close to the boat arrival, staff very nice and helpful except that there were a lot of group of young tourists drinking alcool and smoking drugs next to you on the beach with music very loud. A girl was smoking drugs at 8am in the morning on the table right next to my aunt and I IN THE Restaurant!!!! and the staff didn't do nothing! Unacceptable! If you're a family or if you want peace and enjoy Koh Rong don't come here, go the other Island.

Just checked out from my accomodation and I really loved this place, the location is perfect right across from long set beach and only a 1 min walk from the boat pier and right next to mad monkey. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and the shared bathrooms were also very cleaned and cleaned regularly by the workers. I feel although I had to take a star away for the food options as my meals were quite dry and flavourless, however other then that I would highly recommend this hostel :)

We went to this restaurant/bar a few times during our stay on Long set beach. The chef is Thai so we had a couple of Thai dishes, Green curry with prawn and a pad krapow gai. We had a few beers and a few vodkas, totalling €45. The owner, Brian, (he’s the Aussie), is extremely welcoming and hospitable. It’s a sports bar too and he will put whatever sport you want on, as long as he can get it. Overall, this for us was a great place to go and can recommend highly for anyone to visit

I'm Thai and I can't believe there's such authentic Thai food here. It tastes like eating in Thailand. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming.
Kritsana S — Google review
Had two meal there. It’s run by Thai people but find the food just average in normal circumstances but I guess is due to lack of ingredient. For what it is in Koh Rong I think consider ok. The Thai green curry and Phad Thai was good (again, for Koh Rong standard) but I will suggest to skip the mango sticky rice.

The thai food is great and everyone is really friendly- Brian the owner was really helpful with things to do on the island, definitely worth a visit!

Coco’s Restaurant is a delightful culinary gem nestled just a stone's throw from Bamboo restaurant, making it an ideal stop for food lovers. With an extensive menu that spans Italian pizzas, Western favorites, and authentic Cambodian dishes, there's something to satisfy every palate. One standout dish is the local black pepper chicken rice, which has captured the hearts of many visitors. The heartwarming story behind Coco’s revolves around its owner Mao, who embodies kindness and hospitality.
Busy restaurant and bar. Super packed with tourists. A lot of inconsiderate travellers here, which is a bit of a bummer. But they've managed to find one of the best spots in Kaoh Touch. Excellent portions, great taste and well priced. The staff were friendly and the drive was relatively quick considering how busy it was.

Great restaurant with a huge variety of food. During our stay, we tried many restaurants in this area and this was by far our favorite. Fantastic curry’s, pizza and breakfast with good vegetarian options. We loved it. Staff also speaks good English. Highly recommend
Jeanette — Google review
The service is quite bad. What I mean is this: Outdoor area had a lot of trash lying on the floor. When I talked to the man working there he just pointed to the street cleaner across the street, who didn't remove the pile that I was basically sitting next to. When the wind picked up the trash flew into my face. Upon talking to the man, while him and three employees had been doing nothing for the last hour, he knew the problem to be there, which makes me question the reason why absolutely nothing was done about it. I had a similar experience with the man before. Also the toilet cabins don't close at all or are trashed/clogged. The food was fine. Mb a little pricey (which is normal for the island).

Amazing restaurant with a huge menu including western, mexican, thai, khmer and breakfast! We went 5 times in total as it was so reliable and all the staff were friendly. In the evening they put more tables on the beach which is really nice to sit at :) Also huge portions!!

Il tell you the heartwarming story of the Coco Restaurant, Mao the owner is the kindest person we have met In our 6 months of traveling around the world. We ate here everyday for the 3 weeks we stayed in Koh Rong Firstly she has perfect English. The food is amazing and the portions are big. The Scintzel is my favorite dish. We organized big dinner with more than 70 people and Mao made every meal perfect. I will definitely come back here next year.

The restaurant boasts an extensive menu that caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Guests can enjoy a variety of reasonably priced dishes, including daily specials and flavorful soups.
Super friendly staff, great food and particularly good drinks. I highly, highly recommend the coco-chata, was out of this workd

Good wifi. Music is far too loud for during food service. Food was less than average for the prices paid. $5 per dish but it certainly wasn't worth it. Mediocre food "pad Thai" and veggie curry was fine but nothing overly special. The rice wasn't heated through. There was a large waiting time between meals so we finished one and then had to wait for the other which was fairly irritating.
Charmmy K — Google review
We asked for vegan dishes when we ordered our food, a eggplant wrap and fried rice with vegetables. The food was just ok, not worth the money. BUT when we ordered the mango sticky rice (we assumed it's vegan like any other traditional dish of mango sticky rice) the waitress came with a "rice with milk with mango on top" not sticky rice. The final problem was the dish had cow's milk. Dude, if we ordered our dishes saying we're vegans, and we misrakenly order something it's not, you could simply say it's not vegan. Our fault for being confidence? Yes. Bur waitress fault too for nor saying anything.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the stuff ⭐️⭐️ for the food ⭐️ for the price The stuff is very friendly. But the food is not really good, the portions are really tiny for the money you paying for. The tzazaki was not really tasteful, taste was a bit old and sour. The orange juice is not fresh pressed, it’s concentrate and doesn’t taste good. 7$ for this tiny plate is a bit overpriced especially if you compare it to the taste!!!
Carlos — Google review
Loved the vibe at this place. Don’t know why everyone’s been slating the “bad” service. We found no such thing but good food, lovely atmosphere and attentive service. The waiter was downright happy to be there!
Natalie — Google review
Staff is very friendly, but food wasn’t good at all. Tzaziki tasted not fresh at all, very expensive (7$) for this small plate. After that I was still hungry.
Billie — Google review
The food we got was very basic. The restaurant specialises on vegan food in which there is much choice but the quality was lack luster and a bit bland . We had the curry and a noodle dish. The noodle dish tasted too much like pasta. And it took about 20 mins to be completed. My wife already had her course completed by the time my dish came .In the bar there was music pumping in our ears and it wasn't the scene for a nice chill evening.
Andrew M — Google review
We came here for breakfast after checking Google map with reviews. We ordered muesli and panini and Greek salad, they were OK but pricey as usual same as the rest of tourist places in Cambodia. Service was OK and restaurant environment is lack of maintenance.

Didn’t actually go here, but the loud music coming from here threatened our otherwise enjoyable evening at The Moon. Hate to imagine how unpleasant it would be to actually sit in there.

Food is brought to the table that has not been paid for and the prices are not listed on the menu. If you complain, you are ignored. You had to get your own drinks as the service staff completely ignored you. Cleanliness is also rather questionable. In my opinion, an absolute failure on the part of the hosts

Enocafe Coffee & Italian Restaurant is a must-visit spot in Koh Rong, Cambodia. The restaurant offers a delightful selection of Italian cuisine, including sandwiches, pizza, and pasta that are highly recommended by visitors. The coffee menu features over 20 flavors of Italian coffee and Nespresso to satisfy your caffeine cravings.
We are here two nights in a row. The first night we had pizza and the sausage cream pasta. Owner and his wife were lots of fun and gave us a lemoncello at the end of dinner. We went back the second night as our teenage daughter is a fussy eater and after the first night we knew she would eat the pasta bolognese. She loved it and ate it all! It’s more traditional style Italian, rather than western Italian and they haven’t added heaps of sugar like most Italian restaurants in south east Asia. Upon arrival they give you a complimentary cup of popcorn which is tasty. I recommend you use their homemade garlic oil to put in your pasta, it makes the sauce pop!

No faults at all and would recommend to all

The owner is incredibly kind and respectful – thank you so much for the lovely complimentary treats! 🥂 We really appreciated the hospitality. 🏛️ Cleanliness The entire place – including every floor and the restrooms 🚻 – was spotless and very well maintained. That kind of attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated! 🍽️ Food & Atmosphere This is a real Italian restaurant, and the atmosphere is cozy and authentic. The food was absolutely delicious – every bite reminded us why we loved it so much the first time! 🍕🍷🍝 👥 Crowds Some evenings can get very crowded – it’s clearly a popular place – so we recommend making a reservation in advance 📅 to make sure you get a table. 🌟 Final Thoughts We were very satisfied once again. If we return to the island, this will be one of the first places we visit! 💖 Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys real Italian cuisine and top-notch service!Nice place, nice staff. Disappointing food for the price. Given the great reviews of this place, we were excited to eat here - unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. The pizzas tasted more like shop bought, you can get tastier stone baked pizza at Jungle Bar for cheaper. The pasta was nice, but the portion size too small. Located right at the heart of Koh Touch beach, Buffalo serves as an ideal starting point for your day filled with activities.
Probably one of the nicest place to sit at Koh Touch beach, if you want to feel the cool ocean breeze, away from the hustle and bustle but still being in the middle of it all. It was really windy and cold with beautiful skies, and the food was delicious, portions amazing. Would definitely go again.

Great food along with the staff. Very helpful and always on time for everything. Lots of overhead fans above the tables. Wifi is a bonus. Food was good along with the price we had to eat here twice. Nice place to hang out at the front on the couch with a few drinks. This is at the center of the beach so you are surrounded by lots of activities and options. It's our starting point for what we would like to do for the rest of the day. We generally come by here for supper and then head to long beach for the sunset views (10 minute motorbike ride) Would come here again and highly recommend it for anybody wanting to do a quick pitstop without having to search around for a place to site and drink.

Unpleasant service. We've been waiting for more than 20 minutes to get a croissant and a cake, and we had to beg for attention from the waitress. We complained about several other things (and I rarely complain..) trying to fix things up, but the waitress was obnoxious, and was even telling us that it's not like we have plans for this morning, because we are on vacation. Like it's an excuse to stand in the bar and look at us with courky face. At the end she apologized, and we returned and cancelled some dishes. Could have been better, might have been one time, but this is our experience. Food is good and the general vibe of this place in the morning is chilled and positive.
Hadar A — Google review
One of the more expensive places to eat on koh touch. Breakfast is good though and portions are large. The coffee is good for the waterfront however is not the only good coffee down on the beach like others suggest. Relaxed vibe in the morning playing jazz. Tip - sit outside or further in the corner if it's a little too loud. Best omelette I've had on the island.

Super tasty sambos! We had a lovely lunch here hiding from the belting sun. We both ordered a $3.50 sandwich, you choose 3 ingredients and can then add on extras for an additional charge. I chose chicken, feta and avocado. The pita came buttered, warm and it was huge. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before I bit in!

Paradise Restaurant Koh Rong is a hidden gem located at the tranquil end of Koh Touch beach, where its name truly reflects the enchanting atmosphere. The restaurant's inviting lounge area provides a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying good Wi-Fi powered by solar energy. Guests can experience unique accommodations in ocean view bungalows crafted from natural materials like wood, bamboo, and palm leaves.
We couldn’t understand all the negative comments. Maybe because we are Asian travellers, we expect less. Let’s clear out the first thing first: no, we didn’t find a single mosquito there. Not cockroaches, not any other deadly insects. The setting is rustic, yet comfortable. Food is delicious. Stuff knows little English, but hospitality doesn’t require any language. Though we had to leave a day early, it was not for any fault of theirs. And it was our loss.

Good location on the main beach, quieter than most hotels. Wooden chalets with out side bathrooms $35 upwards. Very dim inside. Good food, and cool looking restaurant, staff not very helpful or informative, women who clean the rooms and grounds do not work very hard. Beach could be so much cleaner, plastic washed in and the rubbish left by mainly chinese tourists not picked up for days. We asked twice for clean covers on the balcony seats never happened in 6 days. One staff member said tomorrow another simply said no. Black sacks and plastic bags and abandoned grotty boat left on site. Does need some work to smarten up the environment. External bathrooms need some work. Not sure where the income from 25 rooms is going. Could be so much better with extra work.
James L — Google review
These are rustic bungalows, not the glam kind, so there is no wifi or ac, and the shower is outside in the back. We experienced mostly good customer service and had a beachfront bungalow with a beautiful view. The location is great and quiet. The bungalow itself was pretty big too. Bring bug spray bc you will get bit at night even with the net around the bed. -1 star bc the restaurant is a little pricey, the public toilets are abysmal, and I was forgot about several times when I asked the staff for something.
Kandice O — Google review
Restaurant was great even if sometimes we didn't get our change, bungalow was very old and dim inside, in the very back of the property, near the jungle, didn't feel good staying there. However it depends on your bungalow, the front beach looks very nice but more costly, as we had the last one in the back for 15$/night, and it was full of mosquitoes at sunset, very dark, no light working outside and in the bathroom. Although bed was confortable and good fan to cool you down by night. Overall, we were happy to leave after 1 night. Located near the main pier. Beach in front is a bit dirty with plastic trashes and dead leaves, would be great if the hotel could clean up the beach in front of their hotel.

Poor ➖ I just hated the room! if we can call it that! they gave me the last bungalow with the garden view.. I felt like I was sleeping in the open air in the middle of jungle. the roof of the bathroom door and the windows were all open. there was an invasion of mosquitoes and geckos. I could not sleep from the sounds of animals coming from outside. ➕ the only nice thing was the "restaurant" area! Cheese omlette was delicious(extra payment) (restaurant closes at 9pm)
Alice E — Google review
Very beautiful location. We were in an ocean view bungalow which was very special, however bear in mind when booking that it is a structure made out of only wood, bamboo and palm leaves. We had a storm overnight and our roof did have a couple of leaks. The bathroom is outside which I had never experienced before but was good fun. Plenty of geckos running about! The main reception and restaurant area is lovely. It has a chilled vibe and the food is very good and great value for the portion sizes. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would go back again, a very picturesque place.

Paradise bungalows are located on a nice stretch of beach, away from the dirtiness and madness of the village. The restaurant is so pleasant and the food is great. Very decent and delicious breakfasts. I really wish I could give this place more stars. However, when we checked in the room was filthy with animal droppings all over the floor, bed and bathroom. They said they would clean the room but after waiting two hours they hadn’t cleaned it and we had to ask again. However we enjoyed the rest of our stay. I just wish the staff were more diligent and check/cleaned rooms before giving guest the keys.

After some stomach problems, we were a bit sensitive about the choice of our restaurants - and we got lucky and found this place. Super clean!!! Even though there is not much interior or fancy design around - the food and the guy is pretty amazing. Probably the best in this area! He even told us were to go to see a doctor. Not even the staff at our hotel asked us how we were neither told us were to get some medicine to get bettet... Great place. You should go. Thanks again - for everything. Take care. xx

The resort features spacious and air-conditioned rooms at reasonable prices, with the added luxury of being the only place with a pool just steps away from the sand. Despite some beach debris and occasional heavy rainfall during the wet season, guests have enjoyed their time here.
The location on Coconut Beach is truly amazing. The attentiveness of the staff from the moment we booked the accommodation who then contacted us and arranged all transfers to and from the resort. Arranging taxis and transport for our ongoing travels. The rooms were very clean and of a large size. Even upgraded us to a larger room to make it easier for us not to have to walk far. Even the laundry detergent used made the sheets and towels smell amazing. The food is a mix of local and international cuisine prepared by a very talented chef. It is possibly the best espresso I have had in a long time. In all an amazing experience, stay and an attention to detail that makes travellers feel like family from the moment they arrive. Thank you so much.

Without hesitation my wife and I can say that Amor Resort is paradise! We loved the tranquility of the location, the excellent food and service at the restaurant, the spaciousness of our bungalow, and the peacefulness of the waves lapping the pristine beach. And let's not forget the huge swimming pool for refreshing morning laps or late-evening dips! What really makes this our ideal island paradise is the service we received from everyone. The owner of the resort offered advice about activities on the island that we might enjoy, and then made all the arrangements for us. Whether it was an all-day island tour with our own tuk-tuk driver, or a fishing expedition before sunset on the leeward side of the island, he made it happen. When we were deciding what to order at the restaurant, the waiters would explain the different offerings. And all interactions were done with a smile and sense of humour. Amor Resort was the highlight of our trip to Koh Rong! The location is stunning — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. Our bungalow was clean, spacious, and cozy and a super comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh seafood and hearty breakfasts. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic experience on Koh Rong, Amor Resort is the place to be. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

A Slice of Paradise – Our Favourite Stay in Asia! Appreciating that everyone looks for something different in a holiday, for us Amor Resort was absolute perfection – a true slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the care and passion of Maël, the French owner, who personally welcomed us and took the time to explain both the island and the resort. You can see and feel the love he pours into every detail. The food was outstanding – from the delicious homemade bread and jam made from spoiled fruits, to the incredible fresh seafood. We loved choosing our fish at breakfast (snapper, scallops, prawns) and having it caught that day, cooked to perfection exactly how we wanted it in the evening. There are free kayaks and snorkelling equipment, and the poolside massage was amazing – strong, professional hands, and although the therapist doesn’t speak English, communication wasn’t an issue at all. The setting, just beside the pool with the sea breeze, made it even more relaxing. The staff were all warm and friendly, and the location itself is stunning – calm turquoise water, perfect sea temperature, and that feeling that you’ve found somewhere truly special. We’ve been travelling across Asia for two months, and without a doubt, this was our favourite hotel. A few practical notes: we took the GTCV speedboat to Koh Rong, and a tuk-tuk arranged through the hotel met us to take us to the resort. The roads are basic (as you’d expect), and the final stretch is steep and rocky – only accessible by golf buggy – but it all adds to the adventure! Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower hot (though not super powerful – understandable given the island setting). The Wi-Fi worked well, air conditioning was great, and there was even a TV – all signs of how much effort Maël puts into making this place comfortable and welcoming. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and full of admiration for what Maël and his team have created here. Highly recommend Amor Resort – a little corner of paradise.

Definitely worth a visit. The hotel is truly beautiful and leaves nothing to be desired. The pool with ocean views and direct beach access, which allows, among other things, to experience fluorescent plankton at night, are particularly nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time with our friends.

I am going to miss this place. It was so peaceful and there was no loud music playing - you could enjoy the calm atmosphere and wind down whilst sitting at the beach. The staff are all hardworking and helpful, including the owner. I really enjoyed my time here and I wish this place success for the future. Thank you all for the wonderful stay at Coconut Beach 😆

Nestled on the picturesque Coconut Beach, Sunrise Restaurant and Massage offers a delightful blend of relaxation and culinary pleasure. With its inviting red clam-shell seating, this beachside gem serves up some of the tastiest dishes in the area, including a must-try vegetarian coconut curry and an off-menu homemade veggie burger that’s simply divine. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a drink or enjoy a meal right from your lounge chair.
Relaxing beach restaurant with comfortable red clam chairs! Best spring rolls and amazing homemade veggie burger (not on the menu so be sure to ask for it!) I got to know Mr. Vuth over the few weeks I was on the Island and he is a very nice gentle man. I highly recommend this place!

Nice big pool directly to the beach. The room was also very big, but without air conditioning and only cold water in the shower. Big comfortable bed. Water heater and free coffee pulver and tea. Friendly staff. The restaurant does not look welcoming. Everything should be in a better condition. All in all: The 60 USD per night (February 2019) is too high for the value. Also wouldn't recommend to stay at the coconut beach, it's bad for trips around the island. 4K beach is better but less beautiful. Make sure you bring enough cash to the island, there is still no atm.
Fab I — Google review
We stayed here for 3 nights. Coconut beach is simply stunning, it really is paradise. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a very laid back and chill atmosphere. Unfortunately, there often only seemed to be one member of staff on at a time, there was no hot water in the rooms and the resort only takes cash (there are no ATMs nearby so be prepared). Food was tasty and affordable here, we had vegetarian coconut curry. Would recommend and return!

We ate here a few times and each time the service and food varied drastically. We really enjoyed the Chicken kebab but when we had it the next day the chicken was almost completely raw and when we complained they only took 2$ off which we felt didnt really compensate the fact we ate some raw chicken. However, they do have the comfiest chairs on the island and is the nicest place to sit and relax in the evening.

They don't put resort on Google Maps because off they are afraid of review......they let u pay quite a lot for Room without good electricity(go off often, every30min), without good wifii and with Bath but only cold water! Bad guys and unfriendly host ( the One with glasses expecialy, After some question he run away) Swimming pool Is impossible to use because Is smelling bad. Better others cheeper ;)

The restaurant Lily's Riverhouse offers the finest cuisine, warm hospitality, and excellent value for money on the island. Situated near a charming fishing village, this eatery is a true gem. In a place where finding an honest restaurant can be challenging, discovering Lily's is a delight. The menu consists of fresh and generous portions of mouthwatering dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and dedicated to their work. The establishment itself is picturesque and well-maintained.
Friendly service and delicious food, with option to rent a kayak. Food is on the more expensive side ($6+) but understandable because of location. Really great, fresh, large portions. Recommend the chicken burger it was fantastic. You can rent kayak for 3 hours for $5. Lots of fun and you can see some houses on the river!
Tal B — Google review
Amazing food, all made fresh and at a cheap price. If you get a chance definitely take their kayaks out for $5 for 3 hours. You can go all the way down the river and see the friendly locals in their houses waving and saying hello. You can even get up to the beach and go further into the sea if you wish. If you get the luxury of meeting their two dogs please say hello, they are lovely!

Went for a little roadtrip on our motorbikes today, and ended up at Lily's Riverhouse. Very happy we did. Beautiful, relaxed place in between the mangroves along a nice little river. The owner is fantastic, so welcoming and the food we had were just amazing. Love this place.
Fredrik J — Google review
Exceptional! From the location, the food, and the hospitality of the host, it was amazing. It is a bit of a trek to Lily's riverside from our hotel but was well worth the trip. The food was tremendous, Chicken Tom Yum, fried pork noodles and mango sticky rice to finish. Along with ice cold drinks, which are required in these temperatures. An amazing place and so glad we found it.

We stayed 4 nights at Lilys river house and loved it. We were there in the low season so not many people about which we loved. The local community are lovely and welcoming. We hired the kayak one day and motor bike another day to explore more of the island. The cabin was simple, all we needed and the restaurant is a great place to relax, including playing with a new puppy!

Lily’s Riverhouse is a lovely spot! The food is delicious, the atmosphere very relaxed, and the riverside setting makes it special. The bungalows are charming and comfortable, and having kayaks available adds a great touch for exploring. A perfect place to enjoy nature, good food, and a peaceful vibe.

Food in this place is truly exceptional. The best fish amok I had ever in my life and my girlfriends mango sticky rice was also fabulous. Too bad I'm at Koh Rong only for a short stay but for sure I'm gonna visit Lily's Riverhouse once more. Everyone who's visiting this island must visit this place, skipping it is a crime. I repeat once again. You MUST eat there!!!

Nestled in a quaint village on Koh Rong, Totò Pizza Koh Rong Bungalows & Seaview Italian Restaurant is a delightful culinary haven that transports you straight to Italy. Upon entering, you're greeted by the warm hospitality of an Italian nonna who runs the place with charm and efficiency. The menu boasts mouthwatering dishes like prosciutto pizza topped with creamy burrata cheese and generous portions of pasta that are bursting with flavor.
Cute pizza place! If you are lucky, you get served by the Italian mother of the guy, who owns the place, which makes it all the more authentic! Food is amazing and the portions quite big. They also have a small selection of wines and yummy tiramisu! NOTE: Place is easy to miss because it's not in the center of the village. Make sure you cross the bridge at the end of the village and continue to the left about 100m (there is a sign on the bridge, too).

After 8 weeks of traveling through Asia, I was seriously craving pizza; and somehow, I found this absolute gem in the tiniest little village in the middle of nowhere. As soon as you walk in, you’re warmly welcomed by a nonna, who seems to be running the whole place like a total boss. I had the most amazing prosciutto pizza with burrata cheese; so fresh, so flavorful, I honestly felt like I’d been transported straight to Italy. I ended up going back three times because it was that good. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but honestly, totally worth it for the quality and the experience. A real hidden treasure!

Kim Song restaurant is a superb dining spot located at Sok San beach, Koh Rong, Cambodia. It offers an array of authentic Cambodian dishes and also caters to vegetarians. The staff is known for their friendliness and proficiency in English. Visitors rave about the delicious fruit shakes, ice coffees, and pancakes served here. The cozy ambiance adds to the overall dining experience. While the Google Maps location may be inaccurate, patrons recommend trying out the fish dishes and pineapple fried rice.

Natural Kitchen is a hidden gem that truly embodies the joy of simple yet exquisite dining. Nestled in a serene environment, this delightful eatery offers an unforgettable culinary experience, thanks to Chef David, who brings his French flair to the table while utilizing fresh, homegrown ingredients. The standout dishes include vibrant vegetables paired with tofu and a rich yellow curry that will leave your taste buds dancing. One must not miss the homemade coconut milk bread—it's simply divine!
Finally a place that serves really home made things with delicious twists and many flavours. The smoothies are made with homemade coconut milk and taste delicious. We had the fish that is cooked on the grill in banana leaf and served with delicious sides. After two weeks on the beach I was so happy to finally be served a full fresh fish! Strangely has been hard to encounter. The chef is French and is a passionate. He Has lots of natural wines for the ones who like it. I wish I had tried the coffee smoothie but run out of cash as indeed this place is much more expensive than other places. The dishes are between 8 to 13 dollars. But once in a while I rather pay more and have such high quality and passion in the kitchen. Also, did I mention the home made bread? I think cooked with coconut 🥥 and tastes so sweet and delicious. I wish I could have tried more dishes.

Natural Kitchen is an absolute gem on Koh Rong! The road to the restaurant is very well marked. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that blends perfectly with the natural beauty of the island. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious and healthy dishes, with an emphasis on local ingredients. Large selection of great French wines. The food is simply excellent - every bite is full of flavor and prepared with great care. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, duck or fish, Natural Kitchen has you covered in every way. You must try their fresh refreshing juices. Apart from the food, the service is top. The restaurant is run by a friendly chef, waiter and owner from France. The atmosphere is another attraction - with its relaxing, eco-friendly atmosphere and stunning views, it's the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a meal in paradise. I recommend that you wait patiently until the great friend of the restaurant arrives - the otter. Natural Kitchen is an experience you cannot miss during your visit to Koh Rong. I highly recommend it

Woooow ! Litteraly one of the very best place this island has to offer. David is a French chef cooking delicious food. Wines are amazing, views over the mangrove, and on top of that you get to witness the amazing friendly otter living around. Loved the place so so much ❤️
Pablo B — Google review
How to start?!?! Firstly, don’t expect to read a menu, the owner David will sit you down at explain the menu of the day using fresh local ingredients. We had the Roasted Duck and the barbecued Fish and it was fantastic. Secondly, the view and vibe of the place was serene. We sat in a world of tranquility watching the boats pass down the river and listening to the wildlife surrounding the restaurant.
Caleb C — Google review
As others have said, the food is sublime and the atmosphere is very peaceful. A note on getting here: We got a tuk-tuk (it was $20 to have a driver for 4-5 hrs so we did that instead of $10 to rent a moto). Anyway, all these reviews saying the road is horrendous don’t make sense, so I assume Google Maps is taking them somewhere wrong? Don’t be put off, it wasn’t like that with a driver who knows where to go. 90% of the drive is sealed road. The only rough part is at the beginning when you first leave the main beach area. Then it’s about 25 minutes drive on sealed road. Natural Kitchen, Lily’s Riverhouse, Otter Bar and a couple of other spots are all in pretty much the same location. The little village Preak Svay is also in the area. It’s a lovely, quiet, interesting, natural and beautiful spot. It’s super-easy to get here and then explore this part of the island in kayaks or on-foot, not some hectic wild adventure in the middle of nowhere as some others seem to have experienced. Give yourself at least a half-day, to soak it all in.
Nicole H — Google review
A great place in the middle of a still authentic village and facing the mangrove. You will be welcomed by David who mixes the flavors of his adopted country with his talent as a French cook: let him tell you about his menu and, while it is being prepared, enjoy the coolest cats in the world and with a bit of luck you will see the otter there :-)
Jack T — Google review
Natural Kitchen was an absolute highlight for us! There is no set menu but the chef gave us a choice of dishes (yellow curry, duck breast or fish when we visited). I had the yellow curry and my partner had the duck; both were packed with flavour, cooked to perfection and beautifully plated. The homemade pita bread was especially incredible. The view overlooking the river was the ideal setting to enjoy such delicious food. If we’re ever back in Koh Rong, this will be our first stop!

Would highly recommend this place, don’t miss it when you visit Koh Rong (Koh Touch beach). Thank you so much for feeding us all week! I've been here twice. On the first day the service was terrible. It was really busy, and we had to wait 50 min for our food (porridge and a tuna sandwich). They also brought us the wrong food twice. We ate there tonight, we read all the comment and we were disappointed… the first meal came 30mn before my partner one ,the burger was ok but the portion of fries was just ridiculous ( I put a picture with my hand as reference and I didn’t eat before taking the picture ) For the beef wrap, it was dry as hell and cold, same for the fries tasted like yesterday fries . The boss apologised for the waiting time ! But when I told him that the wrap was dry he tried to explain me that it’s rather the beef dry or the wrap moist… I don’t recommend

We had dinner here and it was delicious and good price. the best thing we did here was renting the scooter for 5 days. the scooters was the best and reliable. we drove everywhere on the island and it was reliable and safe. thanks to the guy who work here that he gave us good price for 5 days scooter.

I had a fried noodles with chicken, the noodles were a bit too undercooked/sticky for my taste and the chicken had many small bones that I had to pick out of my mouth. The dish itself was good but these two factors made the meal a bit less enjoyable

Rude staff here, when we arrived they immediately said it was full even though there were 5 tables free. We pointed to those tables and then they reluctantly allowed us to sit. It seems they don’t want any tourists there, wouldn’t recommend if you are.

Best iced latte !! We went back a few times and the man working there remembered our order, would definitely recommend for a coffee :)

The manager of the place has been very sympathic and very help full with our divers transportations (Tuktuks and boats), all with a smile; which added so much quality and good mood for our stay in Koh Rong. Big thanks to him.

Very chill staff. Location feels like and old school pirate tavern, which is nice! Great views from our room (see picture)

*we had bedbugs there* I will put two stars because most people I met had bedbugs on this island. Other than that, the bed is comfy, we had two double beds in the room. The view is beautiful from the room and the showers/toilets were kept clean and are relatively new. However, they need to do something about the bedbugs on the island.

Probably the only place you can get fresh seafood (for a decent price) on Koh rong at the moment. A Squid dish goes for $5 and a whole fish for $12. Portions are generous and good is good :)

Great location right on the beach and in the middle of the famous Sok San Village! The owners and staff are some of the most friendly people on the island! The menu is great for both locals and western guests. There is something yummy for everyone here.
