Lovely setting in a garden. But the food was not worth the price. 20 000 for a big soup that didn't taste good. The servers did not look happy that customers arrived. Didn't greet us and looked mad. But something must have happened because their very sad attitude is very unusual to be meet here in Myanmar.
Can order local food with reasonable price. Nice vintage decoration and also good for dinner time. You can also try May Myo coffee there.
The old colonial house transformed into a restaurant has its distinct old-world charm. My main concern for the place is the upkeep. Because of the dusty, humid air, everything just seems more run-down than in prior reviews and photos, with the white outdoor umbrellas noticeably graying. Food is excellent and prices are reasonable so overall, it's still a great place for lunch or dinner.
The food is delicious. The price is reasonable. But the big annoying thing is the cat/cats. Cats were around the table and they even tried to jump on us. Nobody paid much attention for that. Moreover, the owner’s young boy was playing around the restaurant and feeding food to the cats.

This is a very nice and elegant place, and the staff speak great English, Hindi, and Burmese. The ambience is very nice by the lake with a cool breeze and A/C. Prices are typical for an Indian restaurant of this caliber.
The best naan my wife and I have had in a long time. Beautiful venue and great place to watch the sunset. Disappointed with the Avocado milk shake (a bit diluted) but everything else was wonderful.

Delightful Indian food restaurant in Pyin Oo Lwin. We went for a late lunch and found the whole place to ourselves. However, we were informed that between 3 to 4 pm, they cannot make rotis or any form of Indian breads. So we had to wait for about 15 mins for the same. The paneer makhan Wala was well made. The maa ki daal lacked the flavour. Rotis were well done and tasted good. Service was good. View is of the lake which is quite pleasing.

Always enjoy a trip to Feel in Maymyo. Great fresh strawberry juice and traditional Banana cake.

Yummy. Friendly and attentive staff. And its super high ceilings make it feel cool even during the mid Thingyan heat. Old vintage signs and trishaws hanging from the ceiling add to the vibe.
The iced latte tasted really good. The place was very large and the car parking was also large. The place is also clean and there are a lot of chairs and tables. The tables and chairs were also high and a lot of people can sit there without it being crowded. The service was also good and overall, it is a really nice place to sit and relax.

During my recent travels, I stumbled upon Krishna Indian Restaurant, a hidden gem tucked away on a quaint little street. At first glance, it may not seem like much—almost resembling a cozy family living room—but don’t let appearances fool you! The ambiance is simple and unpretentious, with the charm of home-cooked meals. I indulged in their chicken and mutton curries, both served with an excellent chapati that stole the show.
Incredible food at an impossibly cheap price. We ordered mains and got a bunch of complimentary side dishes, the chapati was especially good. I highly recommend this place for an affordable and delicious meal in a local setting. The place is like a family house where the common room has been adapted to act as a restaurant. Don’t expect any luxury!

Food is good, a bit long to prepare. Reasonable price. You choose the meat or veg and everything else is included. 4000 kyats for meat including 3 kinds of vegetable and rice and two Chapatti. Definitely one not to be judged by the cover and slightly hidden in a tiny street. The atmosphere could be better too (there is a man sitting there watching TV all the time judging by the same coat he was wearing on other's photos.) However, the chapati was excellent. We had chicken curry and mutton curry. Same sauce for both, the mutton was the best. The order came a bit slow (30min) but the food made up for it. The banana lassi was great.
This is basically a living room of an Indian family.

This is the best breakfast in all of Myanmar for me. Not only is the food and coffee great, but the atmosphere is super relaxing with the attached garden. The service is always fast and friendly too.
For food I always go for the Burmese classics, but they have a wide variety of other cuisines too, including Chinese, Japanese, and European. The Nan Gyi Thoke is particularly good (that's why it's the first item on the menu). I like to pair it with the Samosas with bean curry. For drinks they also have a wide variety, including high quality tea and pour over coffees at a really good price.
Amazing place to relax and have a great cup of coffee. We didn't get to try the food though so check for other people's reviews. Owned by the Sithar Coffee group who have a huge plantation in the area, they make nice, fresh brews of local and European variety of coffees. In my opinion, it's the best place to chill-out in Pyin Oo Lwin.
It is a good place to eat. All food are great. If you go there you will see beautiful flowers garden. You can also get presents for your loved one like hand-made jam, biscuit and fresh cake. If you love coffee just go there you will get amazing coffee and you can get coffee accessories as well. If you reach Pyin Oo Lwin, I recommend you to go there. 😊😊

I came there for coffee and sightseeing the waterfall before Covid 19 - 1/2020.
View is spectacular with waterfall from distance. Cosy & elegant decoration, well decorated in every corner & details. Very nice service. It was a bit weird that I hoped to enjoy Myanmar tea there but in menu there was only Chai tea (of India). It was good though and served with a biscuit. Price is a bit pricey but suitable with the view and the place.

The room itself is comfy and nice. But it can get boring sometimes if you just stay in your room because there is nothing to do except you go trekking down to the waterfall or just enjoy the waterfall from your room.

We love coming to the View for the view of The waterfalls. Their food is delicious and it’s nice to sit down for a bite to eat after the hour and a half trek down to the falls and back. If you get here between 2 and 6 their drinks are 20% off for happy hour.
Good view from outside seating of restaurant. They had an Asian food set menu on offer the day we visited and it was tasty and good value for money. Trekking route down to the falls was closed when we visited. In this current dry season, there is no visible water coming down the waterfall, but it's still a good view.

We had chinese cuisines and steamed rice as lunch. Tastes are overall good, price is a bit high though. You can order cuisines as Small, Medium and Large sizes.

The foods were delicious and cheap. The time we went there wasn’t flower season yet, so the view wasn’t that nice. Quiet and peaceful as it was weekday. The tiny waterfall was nice. The service girl at the restaurant didn’t seem happy. The snacks we bought from there not bad either.

A nice hangout and place to eat. The restaurant is pretty huge and the service is super duper fast. The dairy items are mind blowing. The garden is well kept and quite big as well. Pretty flowers and a small lake to do rafting . You can take ride in the garden with golf cart which will cost you around 1000 per person.
Good place to picnic. Can take own food and drinks or buy for a reasonable price on site. Being extended at the moment it's a very popular choice for meeting up with friends and family. Lovely gardens and a river to sit beside. Plenty of parking.
Very cool place with many individual huts provided for group dining. We tried around 8-9 dishes and all were great and the best coffee you can have in this part of the world.
A beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and natural sence for relaxing. The restaurant is also nice with reasonable price and good taste. The staffs are also professional. Waterfall and garden in the back side of the garden is accessible now and you will see a great natural place to visit.

I've been in Myanmar for almost 6 years and this is STILL my favorite spot to get Shan Noodles. Of course, because of Covid-19, dining in is not an option, but today I ordered a bowl of Shan Noodles and it was delivered to my place. It was fresh, hot and SUPER yummy. I highly recommend Yatarmon Mohinga Shop. I have a fish and seafood allergy so I did not order the mohinga, but I've gone with others friends of mine in the past and they ordered 2 bowls in one sitting. The food is always so fresh, so good and the place is very clean. I'm very particular about where I eat and order from but I must say that Yatarmon Mohinga Shop is one of the best. Nothing like the feeling of home cooked comfort food. If you're in Pyin Oo Lwin, be sure to order from here. You won't be disappointed!

It is a restaurant inside the kandawgyi garden.So,it has a beautiful garden view.Food are delicious and not expensive.In the restaurant,there has a bar and a mini lounge.You can pay to use a fine,clean toilet inside the restaurant.But if u eat in the restaurant,you are free charge to use.It is a nice place to eat and rest

It is really a good place to rest when you don't want to walk around the park instead you wanna chill with a cup of coffee. The prices were fair and also the view is pretty. I also found cats but when I tried to take photos they ran away.

Very good Chinese food, though many staff don't speak Chinese or English, only Burmese.
You can choose fresh seafood. Only local Burmese or Chinese eating here, no westerners. Very reasonably priced.

Do you want some Chinese food in Yangon? Here could be your place.
The taste of the food is okie, not special though. The staff are nice and polite. But it is noisy, the toilet in the restaurant is so dirty and outrageous expensive in comparison to the similar quality of the food ( 3 or 4 times more expensive to other restaurants which provides similar quality of the foods).
We placed orders but food never served. We later found out t that the waitress forgot to proceed our order. It's a very unhappy experience and we went to other restaurants to have our dinner .
The signature chicken dish was a total disaster. Seafood dishes were overcooked but not too bad.
This area is so noisy. Good food & tastes good. But a bit expensive. The location was good.

What a fabulous gem of a place in Pyin Oo Lwin! Our family were so happy to find this little cafe/ restaurant on our walk yesterday. Lovely garden setting, very good quality western style, Korean and Myanmar food for a reasonable price. My children loved the burgers and fruit salad & ice-cream. Sam is a wonderful host and organised a special vegetarian dish for me on request. We will be back for sure!

You can find Handmade Décor and some nice painting works.Excellrnt Customer Service and can Speak well English.
