While visiting my cousins in Torino we were taken to L'Ostu dal Masle for dinner. The restaurant is a short drive from the city center of Torino, but well worth the trip! We were served a sampling of delicious salumi, a fabulous assortment of grilled meats, grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes. Everything was very well prepared and tasty. The establishment was very decorative and the staff very efficient, even though they were packed with patrons. The owner came by to check on us and say hello, which impressed me.
