Eggintons is a great breakfast spot in downtown Casper. The restaurant was recommended to us by locals that we were working with at various sites. When we arrived at the location, it was very busy, so we checked in and provided our phone number to be called when a table was ready. We were quoted 30 minutes, but had a table in 20 minutes. Once we sat down, the server was quick to ask us our drink orders and we started browsing the menu. I decided to get the Eggs Benedict while my coworker got the sandwich. The food arrived pretty quickly and it was all terrific. If I had any complaints, I wish my hash browns were crisper. Other than that, it was all a great experience.

Unbeatable breakfast place! Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and the Tamales and Eggs were out of this world. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is top notch. 10/10 highly recommend

This was a delicious breakfast! Set right in the cute little center of downtown area of casper and a gem with DELICIOUS food! Service was amazing, and they were busy! Highly recommend.

One of THE best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. Yum!!! The service was all wonderful. The restaurant isn't too loud. The building is unique, and the rooms are nicely decorated.

The first morning we ate breakfast Kevin was our waiter, so friendly. He helped us find a place to go for a hike and it was amazing. The food is simply amazing. We loved it so much we went back the next morning and Katie was our waitress, again super friendly and helpful! The hostess was great too it’s just an amazing place to go to for breakfast especially when traveling from Wisconsin to the Tetons. Thank you to the whole staff and the cooks who filled our tummy’s with heaven. We will be back!

5 stars across the board here! My husband and I had the Florentine Eggs Benedict and the mushroom frittata. Our food was amazing! The great service topped the cake for us! Andrea was one of the best servers we have ever had! We will definitely stop back if we are ever back here again!

It was truly amazing the food was good and host was great but the lobster was definitely not Australian. I got 2 12-8 oz lobster tails claiming to be Australian when it was apparently 2 tails.. the king crab was also very delicious but as well didn't add up to the pound I'd hoped for. I've been traveling more than usual recently and have had HUGE portions in comparison. Like I said food was very good and sevice/staff was great but kinda feeling used for $250

Went here for my birthday. Food: Food was cold, my husband did say something about it and they “warmed it” up so they took it back. I’m skeptical about sending food back so I left mine as is. That piece of meat had so much fat in it and looked gross. He ate around it but left a big chunk of fat aside. I don’t think that’s what prime rib is supposed to look like. As for my steak, I had ribeye asked for it medium well and as you can see it was medium rare? We didn’t touch the veggies that were served with it. We did get loaded mashed potatoes, they were okay. Didn’t care for the salad or rolls they were bland, we were there for the meat which was unfortunately a bummer. I had a cheap wine, which I then noticed I could have bought a whole bottle for the price we paid. My main issue was the steaks, I was really looking forward good food and was really disappointed and disgusted by all that fat on the prime rib. Service: it was okay, not great. The server checked on us a couple of times and seemed to have been very busy didn’t bother coming back. Did seem like everyone was busy serving. Atmosphere: We wanted a quiet space to enjoy my birthday dinner and it was a bit loud it was nice inside though. There was a table we sat next to, it was a big group and they had kids who were sitting with their feet up on the chair, (they were laying on the chair and their feet were up on the back rest). Yes it’s a family friendly place but nobody wants to see feet up while they’re eating. That’s not the restaurants fault but it was still happening there. We did ask if there was a more quiet area to sit at and they did not accommodate for us they said we had to make a reservation for it and we were already there (also it did not look like it was busy on the other side) but we didn’t argue about it. I tried to make the most out of it since it was my birthday but we will not be back to this place, I do not recommend it at all.

Drove in from out of town; everyone was hangry and tired. Food was ok. I thought the artichoke dip was a bit dry. The onion soups were delicious. It took a while to get our filets, but they turned out good. Service was very slow overall. Long periods of waiting.

Excellent meal — special Prime Rib came with a delicious garden salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette, baked potato, vegetables and a dinner roll. Friendly staff all around — I sat at the bar in the lounge — I highly recommend. (choice of salad, potato and side)

I’ll have to give these guys another try, the service was not good, I sat at end of the bar for dinner, dirty plates were stacked up next to me, used pitchers of tea and water, and it took quite a while to flag down the bar tender to get a drink and menu. Not sure if this was just an off night for the staff or normal business. Food was good, atmosphere was ok.

This is our must have when in Casper. Great steak. Great scallops. We always get the escargot, French onion soup and bacon knots. Lemon cake is perfection! We've never been disappointed with anything that we've gotten. Good prices, good drinks, good atmosphere and good service. Highly recommend!

For lunch or dinner, the food is always high quality and the service is perfect... every single time. From appetizers to desserts, everything that we have ordered is amazing. My 8 year old loves the bacon knots and the kids menu steak.

I've eaten here many times, and I've always really enjoyed the food. However, I was so disappointed to see the rudeness of the staff tonight as we waited to get a table. And elderly woman had been waiting for a long time for someone to just acknowledge her presence and put her on the list for a table, but the staff was so busy running back and forth that they wouldn't even say hi or say, "I'll be with you in a few minutes." I finally caught someone's attention and directed them to help the woman first. The server, a middle aged woman with purple tinted hair, was SO incredibly rude to the woman that I couldn't believe it. All the woman wanted was to be recognized and be told they were working on helping her, the staff had no right to treat a customer in that way. Based on that, I'm not sure I'll ever be back here again.

The food was good that we had here, and I enjoyed the time. The service was OK, just not that interactive with us. Our server only came to our table 6 times while we were there. Twice to getour oders and to give us our drinks. Twice to give us our bill and to take payment. The other times were to deliver us our meal and one other time to refill my water.

Absolutely delicious food! The miracle beef was my favorite, but I went multiple times over the course of several weeks for a work project and everything I had was awesome. I also suggest the coconut lemongrass sake, it's wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and nice and it was always a delight seeing them. If I'm driving through Casper in the future this stop is non-negotiable.

Very delicious! Only request is to use a different seaweed. The seaweed on the sushi was the most chewy that I have ever had. Strawberry Mochi was the best out of the flavor options.

I am not a fan of this restaurant. The food to me is disappointing. The only thing worth coming here for is there sushi and I am only saying this because my daughter says so lol. I do not like sushi, but she loves it.

I came for dinner on a Monday around 5pm and was seated immediately. While the initial service was quick, the server that attended me was very busy and I did not get service frequently until the end of my stay. I enjoyed the bone in bison with Cajun butter, along with the roasted Brussels sprout seasoned with soy sauce. I even got a creme brûlée to go which was delicious. The price is reasonable for the food and the steak quality seemed good. I’d recommend this spot but it can get pretty busy.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at FireRock Steak House, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the evening. The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was perfectly prepared, showcasing the chef's expertise and dedication to quality. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, making every bite a delight. A special shoutout goes to Will, the manager on duty, for his attentive and personable service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. Our waitress, Lilly, was equally fantastic. Her knowledge of the menu and her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Customer service at FireRock Steak House is truly second to none. Every member of the staff contributed to a wonderful atmosphere, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Beautifully decorated and upscale steakhouse in Casper - a lovely gem with great atmosphere and decor a little bit of a wait, which is more than understandable for that caliber of an eatery - actually quite moderate of a wait. plenty of seating for those waiting for a table Very nice dining experience all around the bread 🤩 The steaks 🥩 🤯 The apps! lol #yum

Going through town and saw this advertised from the highway, glad we took the exit! Sat on the patio, with great music (that's not too loud!) on a beautiful Wyoming night and enjoyed crab stuffed mushrooms, jumbo shrimp cocktail, bison ribeye with dill asparagus and a crown royal apple pork chop with basmati rice. By far, the BEST food and service (Aspen's awesome!) we have had ANYWHERE in a very long time. Cooked perfectly and portion size was spot on. While on the pricier side, very very worth the money. Not your average steakhouse, FireRock puts the chain steak places to shame. Must go if you're in Casper!

I was visiting Casper for a few days and I found this spot for steak and local beer. I ordered the bison filet mignon and it was fantastic 🤩. This place offers several flight combinations with local beers. I was very happy with my experience and I am planning on returning if I am in the area.

Been on a road trip for the last 2 weeks. Hands down best restaurant I've been too. Anthony, our server, did an amazing job. Helped us pick everything from appetizers to dessert. Can't wait to come back. Keep up the great work FireRock.

Really nice service and atmosphere. The food was fine, but I did expect better. Steak was well cooked, but no seasoning. The Au Poivre sauce was bland and watery. I will absolutely be back and give it another chance. I think I just caught them on an off night.

This was our 3rd visit and while the food was very good, the filet was not as good as the last time. The fish tacos were very tasty and had a bit of spice!

Best food and service in WY. Been to Wyoming 4 times. Never had such a great experience The Bison Burger, Meat Loaf, Salad, Flatbread and Dessert were all done right. Natalie did well taking care of us! All the food in the picture, plus the dessert was under $100.

I went to J's last year for the first time with some local friends at their recommendation. The food was good and the atmosphere was fantastic with super friendly and attentive wait staff. Last week I was in Casper for an afternoon and stopped in again for a quick drink. The "Cheers regulars" were at the bar and an atmosphere of genuine friendliness and carefree good times filled the air. Amanda the bartender was awesome and I had a great time before having to go about my business. If I lived in or visited Casper more often, I'd probably be a regular here. Definitely recommended to stop in, relax, and enjoy some good food, drinks, and friendly folks!

Great Place as we were on the road all day and had to get to our destination but stopped off the road to eat....but we had a problem....by the time we got there it would have been just under and hour before they closed, and they didnt have seating...so the nice lady (sorry forgot her name) who was talking to us on the phone did us a solid! we ordered our meal over the phone to go so it was ready as soon as when we got there. the other caveat was we were still over an hour away when we ordered but she put in the order a little later so it would be ready for us when we got there...it was still piping hot and ready to eat...since it truly was a pit stop and we were famished...she gave us some plastic utensils...and we literally ate and ran! we got the stroganoff and a few turkey clubs with fries to go....fries were perfect and still very crispy and when your that hungry on a road trip...it hits so good! nothing but kudos to Jay's! can't wait for a chance to go back and try out more on tue menu.

What happened to the great managers that were here in the past. This new lady is terrible. We are regulars who have loved having managers check in on the customers. This new lady is almost never seen and if she is, she walks through the dining room frowning and not making eye contact. We feel so unwelcome by her. We have loved the bartenders, servers, and hosts in the past. So many new people who are not like the great seasoned employees. Elaine, Shane, Rose, Seth, and Gabe are so great. Get old managers back to save this place.

This has quickly become our favorite dine in restaurant. They seat quickly, we never wait, the food is delicious - I haven't had the same thing twice, and I've yet to dislike anything I've orders. Service is fantastic, and lately we've been given what we consider "our table". Past 3 times they sit is there. Could be by chance, but so like it nonetheless. Menu is broad and very reasonably priced!

Super polite service and really great food! I wasn't a fan of the fries, but everything else was top notch! The Chicken Fried Steak was both delicious and absolutely massive! Felt like a home cooked meal at Grandma's house.

This is truly a local place that visitors need to visit. We were passing through town and went there based on the Google Reviews and the reviews didn't lie. We met the owner who had been there for over 25 years and she was charming as she sat us at our table and made recommendations from the menu. We started off with one of their fresh Cinnamon Rolls with Pecans and some homemade buttermilk syrup. It was to die for!! We followed that up with one of their stuffed French Toasts with Strawberry topping. It was fantastic. The flavors reminded me of a Monte Cristo sandwich. It had a great balance of sweetness and saltiness and was HUGE. Whether your a local or a traveller, Sherry's is a place you need to visit.

Love this cute little place! From the charming little diner-style restaurant to the perfectly cooked eggs and hamburger patty (fabulous coffee, too) to the outstandingly kind, folksy, attentive service - this place is a total GEM. It was super busy, but they moved people along really well and had a little seating area (some seating outside too) for those who were eagerly awaiting a table to enjoy a fabulous breakfast at Sherrie’s Place! My waitress was the owner’s niece (if I remember correctly) and she was just an absolute sweetheart. I can’t wait to go back! Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ breakfast experience!

If you’re looking for a family run diner with good service, large, delicious portions and small town kindness, then this is the place for you! It’s a cute little spot, tucked in a small non-descript building. If you blink, you’ll miss it. There isn’t a lot of parking, unless you come before 8 am. After that, you’ll walk a block or two if you’re lucky. The staff here is awesome! Sherrie has been running the restaurant for 28 years. While her mom has finally retired, much of the staff has been there more than 10 years. There’s a quiet dignity to the early morning crowd of regulars who come in at sunrise to begin the day. Later in the morning, the restaurant is packed with the white collar crew who run the federal, state and city buildings downtown. You’ll be lucky to find a seat after 9 am. The experience of Sherry’s is worth the wait. Today we had eggs, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Hot cinnamon rolls had just come out of the oven, filling the place with the scent of warm cinnamon. Dining at Sherrie’s Place is a step back into what Wyoming once was. You’re lucky if you get to experience this small taste of Heaven. I’ve been coming here over 20 years. Although I’ve long since moved away, Sherrie is still kind and welcoming to my kids who live in the area. This place is much more than just a restaurant. It feels like coming home.

Had breakfast here on 7.23.2025. Huge portions of delicious food. The Bacon Omelet, Hashbrowns, and Pancake were amazing. Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through Casper, and I'll Definitely stop here again during my travels through Wyoming

Really disappointed in my pizza. I practically paid for crust. Three of the six slices don't have sauce or cheese on them. I also paid extra to have fresh mozzarella AND ricotta on my pizza & only received ricotta.

Wash them hands staff. The manager who looked like deacon Saint John was okay but bar none to Jess. She’s pretty cute, she’s very attentive, and makes good drinks. Do the “Jess suggest” she always picks out killer food. Update: Deacon ST. John is a double cool guy. Jess is still the best.

I wish I could find this pizza in my area (Denver metro). It might be the best pizza I've had. We ordered the garlic parmesan fried nuggets, expecting garlic knots. They turned out to be chewy strips of bread with possibly the best marinara I've had. We were in Casper for a dog show. I look forward to entering that show again just so I can eat here.

Our server Christopher was amazingly kind and present. He was knowledgeable about everything we were interested and checked on our needs frequently. The free limoncello, delicious pizzas and lovely environment made this a wonderful evening for my family.

During a recent visit to Racca's with out of state friends, we experienced such disappointing service I felt the need to reply. Our server Skyler was rude and dismissive. We ordered two different pizzas and two large Ceaser salads. I also ordered garlic cheese bread, and specially asked to have this with our salads. Our salads arrived without our garlic bread, I asked our server to check on our garlic bread order. After another waiting period I observed Skyler at the servers station engaged in a conversation with another server. I approached and asked about our order of bread that was to be served with our salads, Skyler responded in a sarcastic tone, 'I don't make the bread, that comes from the kitchen', she then walked back into the dinning room. One would have thought she would have checked on our order. I returned to our table and advised our guests what transpired. Our pizzas arrived, again with another server, I asked again if he could check our order. After our pizzas were almost finished our garlic bread arrived, we celebrated in joy. We did not see Skyler until she presented our bill, no pleasantries, she just deposited our bill and left. Again, another server brought our finial approved receipt. In conclusion, it has been a very long time since I have experienced such rude and dismissive service. When we return we certainty be more selective on who our server is.

We loved this sweet spot! The atmosphere was fun, the food was amazing and our server, Dominique, was awesome! We got a lazio 12" pizza and the loaded Stromboli both were wood fire cooked and very delicious!

Dinner was a total bummer. The place looked cozy and authentic, so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered chicken parmesan to go. It was ready about 25 mins after I called it in. I understood that, being a small place. The pasta was very watery. The chicken wasn't breaded, and the meat sauce had so many tomatoes. I felt like that was all I was eating. There was absolutely zero seasoning. The taste was very bland. I could only take a few bites. The meal came with soup and salad. The salad lettuce seemed old, and the dressing tasted like it came right out of an off-brand bottle. I didn't eat it. The chicken noodle wasn't too bad, so that ended up being all I ate. The bread was bread, nothing to right home about. The watress seemed stressed and not very friendly. I was charged a gratuity of 5$ and not told about that when I placed my order. Never have I ever been forced to tip on a to go order. The business should pay their employees more than 2$ an hour and not make their to go customers pay their staff. Very disappointed with the food. I paid over 25$ for a dinner I didn't even eat.

Why has no one told me about this place? My new favorite restaurant in Casper! Places like this don't exist in small towns anymore. The food is amazing. The atmosphere makes you want to stay for hours, drink the house wine, eat too much and talk to friends and family until the place closes!

Such a cute and cozy little Italian restaurant! I've been here around 4 times this year, and I am always greeted politely and seated promptly. The atmosphere is very comfortable and intimate. Perfect place for a first date! The service is always excellent, and if you are respectful, polite, and patient, they will treat you like family. They are sometimes super busy, and other times almost empty. But they will always go above and beyond to make your lunch or dinner amazing. The food is very classic Italian, with balanced and delicious dishes. Some dishes are robust and hearty, while others are delicate and subtle. Study the menu before you order... don't just order something pedestrian, and you will be rewarded. The portions are large, and most entrees come with soup, salad, bread, and pasta. The service is excellent, and no matter how busy they are, they will always take the extra time to take an interest in you, and share a moment of conversation. The prices are completely fair, and they have a robust drink list of wines, cocktails, and beer. I will definitely continue to come here for the people, atmosphere, and the food! Places like this are becoming increasingly rare, and I look forward to my next visit!

This is a cool little Italian restaurant. I was visiting my aunt and she took me here. I had the lunch special, beef ravioli. It came with a salad. The salad didn't appear to be terribly fresh. And my ravioli, there were five raviolis sitting on top of meat sauce. At first I thought it was a joke, five raviolis for $12? Maybe they ran out. My aunt got tortellini and she had a plate full of tortellini. My recommendation? Get the tortellini. Or get what my aunt's boyfriend got, the burrito. Considering it's an Italian restaurant, his burrito looked wonderful. The garlic bread was wonderful, also. Service was great. Atmosphere: Felt very Italian. Italian music would have been nice.

The pasta is homemade and is definitely superior to boxed store pasta. My disappointment came when I tasted the sauce, which didn't measure up to the quality of the pasta. They used way too much salt and butter on their bread. I had to stop eating it after one bite. There is only one restroom and it is very small and hidden behind the kitchen. There are only 5 or 6 parking spaces in front of the store. Street parking is risky due to all the no-parking signs in front of other businesses. Bosco's could definitely benefit from a better location. Overall, the food was OK. Nothing great about it. Definitely better than some Italian restaurants, but they could be so much better if they wanted to.

Food is great but if you are going to charge an automatic gratuity of 20% for take out..... the takeout specialist should have a bit more if not alot more of a more welcoming attitude compared to an inconvenience attitude! Based on the service we received over the phone it was most definitely not worth what a server should get for start to finish service compared to "YUP" on the phone.

I was hopeful with all the great reviews this place had, but sadly was not what I was expecting. At all. The atmosphere was really cool! Very mom and pop which we liked. Maybe it is just because we had a larger group? Idk, but the food was not great. The pictures look amazing but the taste just is not there. My 7 year old loves spaghetti but refused to eat it. My dad ordered the hot shrimp pasta, hes a big guy, former military, he will eat anything, but couldnt get through even half the meal. My brother ordered ravioli and got 5 ravioli. My other brother ordered the tortalini and he said the sauce was basically just tomato paste. Alfredo wasn't terrible, but Raccas is much much better! Bread was awful, had a funny smell. Salad was not super fresh. Raccas salad dressing is 10x better. We had a group of 10. Called ahead, got a reservation. We were there and seated for an hour and forty five minutes before we got our first meal. By time we got the last meal the first 5 people in the group were already done eating and we had been there for two hours and 20 minutes. Being there with a 2, 7 and 9 year old the wait was rough and it was getting late. Waitress was pretty unprofessional but in a weird playful way? I didn't know how to feel about it. Almost as if it was okay to be rude so long as you try to be funny about it? We won't be going back.

This was an excellent find using Google Maps. This is a great local bar / restaurant. The staff here were very friendly and professional. They make great menu recommendations. The poutine was delicious. The bison burger was really good too. The whole place is kept very clean. Plenty of free street parking.

The spicy fried pickles are a great starter! I had the bison ravioli and they were really good. Great flavor and great sauce. My buddies had the blackened chicken pasta and a cowboy burger.. Smelled and tased amazing according to them. Also, the drinks are good. Had a couple beers and lemonades. Good stuff! Service was friendly and quick also.

We didn't know we needed fried green tomatoes in Casper, but we saw the Branding Iron had them and sure were glad we stopped by. I had The Cody, bison, bacon, blue cheese, and onion frizzels, and my friend got The Casper, pork/beef, with mac and cheese and burnt ends! Both were delicious, we had a hard time picking but our lovely and kind waitress made her recommendations. The fried green tomatoes and the dill aioli!! My my my, the hard thing about eating in such great places while traveling, is you never know when you'll be back to enjoy the delicious food and superior service.

Great staff & food!! If you are passing through stop in for some great sandwiches. Salmon BKT - Burgers & Nashville chicken were all excellent.

The cooks at Branding Iron can't comprehend written word apparently. Don't offer customization if you're not going to have the due diligence to fulfill them, pretty simple when it's your job but here we are. Paid extra to have something added and didn't get it, screw me for wanting what I paid for from a business, right? Asked for an additional bison patty, paid 7 bucks to get it and didn't get it.

6 top, great service from waitress! Not really clean, could be a little tidy up between customers at tables. Safety issue with extra chair blocking exit. Chairs stacked by our table. All of that honesty out of the way, Food was excellent! I had a breakfast, bacon eggs, hash browns and toast. Other orders were cinnamon roll french toast, sampler, french toast, eggs benedict, all delicious. Will eat again, just might make sure chairs not a potential safety problem.

We love this place. The burgers and shakes are great, but I’m partial to the home style dinners. Tastes like they have my grandma in the back cooking

Great place. We were visiting on our way to South Dakota, our friend took us to lunch and we loved it. We came back for dinner the same day. All the food is homemade. They hand mashed their potatoes. The owner Pat came over and talked to us both times and shook our hands. She told us the history of the restaurant. The servers were more than friendly, you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The portions were generous and wonderful. Nothing us pre-made. For good food and a great time this is the place to go.

We were so pleased to be included in the large family breakfast this morning. The aroma of the food and the warm atmosphere were incredibly inviting. It was wonderful to share laughter and stories with everyone present. The restaurant's staff were very accommodating to our sizable group. We certainly appreciated the delicious meal and the lovely experience overall.

This place was just okay for us. My husband enjoyed his strawberry cream cheese french toast with candied bacon and my mom enjoyed her biscuits and gravy. I got the 2 2 2 special with eggs, sausage links and pancakes. My eggs were burnt on the bottom and the pancakes were way to big. Service was mediocre at best and the restaurant itself is pretty run-down.

My boys and I had an ok, but definitely not great, night out at La Cocina. The food was alright, but largely devoid of flavor. When you're eating Mexican food, you expect spice and a variety of flavors, but here it was all just bland, salty, and not fresh. It's not great when the most flavorful thing on the table is the chips and salsa.

Great food, great atmosphere, great prices! Best chips in town. Food tastes healthy and natural without all the extra sauce and preservatives. This is our new favorite mexican restaurant in town

1st time visit here. Excellent Mexican restaurant. Great portions and our service was good too. The chips are thick, and warm. I got chile rellenos and was a little disappointed in the way they were cooked, but they still were tasty. Beans and rice are excellent.

The food was excellent. Very large portions for the price. The waiter was very attentive and polite. Best Mexican cuisine I have found in Casper yet!

Every time I come to Casper this is one of my favorite places. Great fried tacos. This time we decided to try the new place on Centennial Ave. 4 chicken fried tacos looked like this. Very very disappointed in quality of food and quantity. Little to no fillings inside taco and it was very soggy versus nice and crisp. The other location off I25 always served loaded and crisp deep fried tacos that our family loved. Hopefully they improve because the new location is very nice.

Went to the new location after work on a Saturday evening. My wife and I were sat right away. The service was great and attentive. The dining room seems a bit small but seems to fit plenty of patrons. The bar is bright and colorful and the overall atmosphere is great. The food came out hot. Maybe a bit too hot as I got the fajitas and the skillet ended up burning the onion and pepper mix. My wife got the carne asada and this was pretty flavorful. Location is great. Overall it was a good experience and we will be back.

RAVES: The Cottage Café is a true gem for anyone who appreciates fresh, thoughtfully crafted food, all served in an atmosphere that’s just as charming as the food is delicious. The place truly lives up to its name, with a quaint, cottage-like vibe that’s cute and welcoming. You won’t find anything fried here; instead, everything is made from quality ingredients, making each bite truly satisfying. Their sandwiches come on what tastes like homemade bread! My workplace has even had The Cottage cater our lunches, and it’s always a hit—everyone loves it! RANTS: It is a little on the pricier side, but I feel it’s mostly worth it for the quality. My one disappointment, though, is the recent shift to counter service instead of having a waitstaff. You now have to order at the counter and pay upfront, and while it’s efficient, I miss the personalized experience and being checked up on and no pressure to know what you want right away. I didn’t get a refill on my drink when I really needed one, which wouldn’t have been an issue with the old system. I’d really love to see them bring back a waitstaff for a more enjoyable, full-service dining experience. Still, the food keeps me coming back, and I highly recommend giving The Cottage a try!

A wonderful, little local cafe. I've been eating here for over 20 yrs! The tequila lime chicken soup is incredible! Delicious sandwiches and side choices. Great, family owned/operated place. Cozy atmosphere. Limited daily hours, so be sure to check Google.

Cozy, and delicious- a little gem hidden in an old Casper cottage. Served in styrofoam, the food was tasty and warm, just right for a cold Wyoming winters’ day. The chicken soup was hot and spicy! The quiche was fluffy with eggs (of course), not too many veggies to make it bulky. The steak and cheese was very messy to handle but definitely worth it. Highly recommend 👏🙌👍😃😀

Michael Scott is kind of heart and a delight to speak with. My significant other and I visited Casper for a few days and ate at some amazing restaurants with impeccable food - what sets Wyoming Rib & Chop House apart? EXCEPTIONAL service. Michael took our order & double checked it to make sure he got our requests right and into the kitchen in a timely manner. Not only did he do those things, he checked in on us to see how we liked our meal and if we needed anything. Very attentive. Proverbs 4:25-26 (NIV) Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.

Lunch on a saturday for wife and I. Had heard good things about Rib and Chop in Cheyenne. Had a wedge (they were out of heads of lettuce) and bowl of gumbo, Wife had ribs with mac and cheese, house salad and spinach. Austin was our waiter and he is an excellent server. He made a “wedge” for me, so it worked out great. Gumbo was bland, no real cajun seasoning or kick to it. Had to add salt and chopped jalapeno to it. Ribs were dry, not fresh meat, almost like frozen to cooked. Max and cheese, cheese flavor good, pasta overcooked. Pass on the spinach if you get the choice. Service was great and highly recommend staff. Food over priced for what we got. Cheese cake was very good, not sure if homemade though. Oscar was also working, and super friendly too.

Wyoming’s Rib & Chop House was on the expensive side—but the steak delivered. It was tender, full of flavor, and easily the best part of the meal. The other dishes were decent, nothing special. What really stood out besides the steak was the service—staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience better. Worth it if you’re coming for the steak and good service.

The bartender who doubled as my waitress was phenomenal. She was super friendly, outgoing, and attentive. I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant, very classy, cozy, and intimate. The food presentation is top notch. Each plate looks very enticing but unfortunately the food taste wise does not match how it looks. I found everything rather bland and unseasoned. Portions are large so you won't leave hungry. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here a lot.

Service (bartender) was great. Unfortunately, one of our steaks was well done rather than medium and side of potatoes were cold. We were accommodated, but it kind of put a damper on a nice evening. Bartender and manager did what they could to make it right. Other three meals (steaks and Buffalo chicken salad) were excellent!

Had a delicious meal that was a very large portion. Broccoli was crisp and seasoned well. Chicken fried steak was huge, cooked perfectly and loved the gravy on the side. I highly recommend this place if you want a great meal with awesome service.

If you're looking for some decent BBQ, this little gem will do the trick. The brisket was tasty with a good ratio of meat to fat. The ribs were definitely above average. I got them dry so I could try different sauces with them. They were good with the sweet and the habanero sauces. The chicken was large and juicy with a good smokey flavor. The smoked turkey sandwich was good, with lots of moist meat. The chili was very different than any I've ever had. It was good, but not really what I've ever called chili. The baked beans were about average, not bad. The sweet tea was excellent and southern brewed. I'll be returning next time I'm in the area.

They have wonderful weekly specials. We went on Wednesday, which was Ribs n chicken, with two sides of your choice. They had a rub on them then sweet bbq on the side with zucchini fries and epic Mac n cheese. It was so delicious! The best BBQ I have had in Wyoming. The chicken was perfect. They start you off with cornbread with your drink delivery. Definitely the place for some good Ole southern BBQ.

Came in and placed an order to go. The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful. I came here because this place is advertised as Southern BBQ. It is definitely not that. I asked if I could get pickles and onions on my Brisket sandwich, which is how it is served down south. I was told they had pickles but no onions, and they could put them on the side. I then asked if I could get some Jalapeños. She said they don't even have Jalapeños. Okay I get not having certain things, but onions and Jalapeños are an essential part of BBQ. That said, this is some of the worst Brisket I have ever had. Very dry and no smoke ring, and so bland it was more like pot roast and not the good kind. I would not come here expecting real Southern BBQ because that is not what you're going to get. But the service was nice. That is why I left 2 stars instead of one.

Disappointed to say the least. I’ve never had a bad meal here, but tonight was one of the worst. The food was cold. Immediately upon returning home (without any stops on the way), I had to microwave my food in order to eat it. The chicken was so dry it was like jerky. The mac n cheese was cold, i microwaved for 30 seconds and the cheese sauce was complete liquid. I am not sure what happened here but I may not return if the quality is this low for what I paid. $64 for food I had to warm up at home and half inedible. Not cool

This place is absolutely outstanding!!! The pulled pork sandwich was huge, piled with pork and very delicious!!! The 1/2 Chicken was phenomenal, very tender and juicy. The Mac & cheese was scrumptious, very creamy and a unique twist for Mac & Cheese…a must have!!! The baked beans were just right, with chunks of pork and not overly sweet. The sweet potato fries were very tasty with a little crispiness. The slaw was excellent. JP was our server who was very courteous and gave great service.m!!! We were passing through and were recommended by a local to stop. We are so glad we did. God’s Blessings to “All”.

Excellent BBQ with even better service. Staff is extremely attentive never letting a drink go below half, consistently checking on you. The BBQ is cooked to perfection and the sauces are delicious. Prices are very fair for the quality and large portions that you get. I don't think I've ever said this in one of my reviews: they have the best baked beans I've ever had! I highly recommend this place.

I'm speechless. From the time I got here till I left. Just wow. Beautiful restaurant, great, attentive servers with great recommendations. I got a burger, and fries and just wow... Not many times I'm left speechless on a burger but this one did. Full of flavor, and just great!! The only side is I live on the East Coast and can't be here everyday! Def recommend!!

Probably the best steak salad of my life! One can certainly appreciate the farm-to-table freshness at this restaurant! My partner also enjoyed his dish! Appetizers were great, meals were great & Tanner’s service was great!

Delicious food, good gluten free selection, which is extremely important to me. They could definitely use help in the service department. Long wait to be seated, even longer wait to get a drink and food order put in. It also gives a horrible impression when you have a table with 2 employees sitting at it, in uniform, and your server stands there talking to them instead of acknowledging the tables around, and their needs. And then you witness one of those employees hit their vape pen at the table. My review just went from 3 stars to 1 for that alone. Unprofessional to say the least. He put his coat on, but you can see the vape pen in this photo. Atleast the food was good for what will likely be our last time coming here. We are generally 40% and over tippers..... if i dont sit for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.....several different times.

Service was great but that was about it! Only three beers on tap and two of those were out leaving bud light as the only option, they were out of all of our first choices of food, drinks were over priced and watered down, and food was terrible! Tasted like microwave dinners- what kind of Italian restaurant serves boxed shells and cheese for their kids Mac n cheese? And the mashed potatoes were so dried out they were crispy! The chicken Parmesan was over cooked and mostly breading and spaghetti flavorless. Steak was also over cooked and chewy. I know our first mistake was going to a chain restaurant, but even so the food was so below what one would consider standard that I will never go back again. Very disappointing!

The service was great. We were greeted and seated right away. Our drink order followed by our food order was taken quickly. Food came out hot, fresh, and delicious.

This was a great Restaurant and had the wonder of endless soup, salad, and bread sticks. I would always recommend getting at the end some of those sides to go. I personally recommend the tortellini chicken Alfredo it was amazing!

Hair on the edge of my soup bowl, still had the little root piece on the end so it was pulled out and didn’t just fall off someone too! Gross! Unpleasant waitress that was not very motivated to do anything but get us out of the restaurant. Idk what the deal was but we won’t go back!

Our experience tonight was rough. Our server was crazy grumpy leaving us all uncomfortable. They were out of chicken parm, brought one out of six entries 10 min before the others. Turned off our game/pay tablet and basically acted like we were annoying them. The biggest issue was no dressing on the salad. How does anyone mess up a olive garden salad?

This is an awesome place for dinner out of the many choices in Casper. We got lucky and had a wonderful waitress named Jordan. Excellent service and awesome personality. Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone 👌

Good, solid Vietnamese food. The service was excellent. The family that runs this is so friendly and kind. You get a huge amount of food for the price you pay! Don’t hesitate to go if you like Vietnamese food, or if you like Chinese food and want to try something similar but healthier!

If you’re searching for authentic Vietnamese food in Casper, this is the place to go! I almost always order the chicken pho, and it never disappoints—rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh toppings. The egg rolls are another must-try; they’re crispy, delicious, and pair amazingly well with the hot chili oil (which I highly recommend adding!). Beyond the food, the ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, making every visit a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in their business and care about their customers. If you’re craving Vietnamese noodles, pho, or authentic Asian cuisine in Casper, Pho Saigon is the best spot in town. My wife and i have lived in Asia for the last 20 years.. thought this place would be good..Friendly staff, we ordered take out.. egg rolls and shrimp rolls were good . Unfortunately, the beef brisket pho was actually a bone with rubbery fat on it! Feel a but taken.. Can't recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, they don't continue to serve this crap and call it Vietnamese food without taking corrective action to correct their low-grade meat.

We have been coming to Pho Saigon for almost a decade now. Their Pho is what we compare every single pho to everywhere we go. Friendly, family owned and full of charm. We recommend this to all who will listen and visit every single time we come to Casper. Cannot recommend enough!

If the weather is cold, and you need some Bone broth to warm you up? This is the place. Get you some of that Pho, combination Pho. Eye of the round slice, slice brisket, meatball and the noodles, add some hoisin sauce and Sriracha, and it's 🔥 fire. Want something fresh, add an order of Spring roll.

Nothing fancy, but very special, great humble kind family that runs the restaurant and dang the PHO was good!!!! Some of the richest most flavorful broth I've had and mind you I travel the country. I would put this against Seattle Pho any day. And their meatballs are great. Honestly all this place needs are some oscillating fans on the walls..

About what you'd expect. Nothing special. The staff was all very friendly. The restrooms were marginally clean. Overall a very solid nothing special. On the plus side my orange juice was nice and cold. Eggs were almost cooked perfectly. The parking lot is s bit tricky especially with a bunch of traffic.

Come here for the first time in a long time to have breakfast after church services. We waited well over a half an hour before the waitress took our order. There really started to be a pretty good line of people and there were more tables empty, and yet lots of people standing in line. Different servers. We’re sitting at a table wrapping silverware, and napkins. I’m not paying attention to the guess that we’re already seated much less to anybody waiting. It was 42 minutes to get the food from the time that we ordered. I don’t know what the holdup was, but it was ridiculous. The food itself was pretty darn good. But that’s the best thing I can say about the whole event.

Do NOT go here if you are in a time limit. The waitress completely ignored us for 20 minutes after we were seated. Then we ordered and she waited 30 minutes before putting our order in. Then it was an additional 40 minutes before we received our food. We were not checked on for the entire hour we waited for our food. The food was good but not worth the 2 hour wait. If 0 stars were an option I would pick that

Had to wait, but not long for the amount of customers they service. Only two wait staff on a SUNDAY is crazy!! The young lady did amazing, as she always does. Our table can be a little difficult sometimes, yet the food was good and the place was clean. MOST IMPORTANT IS THE SERVICE THE YOUNG LADY PROVIDED!!! She needs recognized for this. Wish I could remember her name. I will add it in an edit if I can seem to figure it out.

Clean area with friendly and thoughtful staff. We ate here twice while on vacation, originally because they offer breakfast all day, but then we realized that everything we asked for, they provided. They didn't make it a big deal when we asked for sides of avocado or fruit, or specifically cheddar cheese on hash browns. It wasn't on the menu, but they made it happen. And, in this day and age, excellent service means everything! Strawberry crepes were good!

One of my favorite happy hours in Casper. The staff is so friendly, good home town bar and grill vibe. Lunch specials are good, give the cotton candy cheesecake a try, it’s delicious. Great place to meet friends for beers.

Great place. Only one pool table but it was Sunday so it wasn't busy. Played eight ball for hours. Several TV's with sports playing. The food was on point. The chilli cheese fries I had were out of this world. Hostesses were very attentive and professional. Food and drinks were fresh, fast, and delicious!

It was a great experience I’ve had fish and chips. The waiters so nice they turn the TV channel for us to watch a soccer game. If I’m passing through again definitely stop by them and try something new.

Great local spot with a fantastic name. You can always tell the wife, “just gotta head down to the office.” They have good grub, and entertainment options, such as TVs for games, slot machines, pool tables and more. Food is pretty good and staff is very kind.

Ordered the Wonton Pickles which sounded unique and the server recommended it. They were tasteless and not good. I would not recommend. Also ordered the Club sandwich. That was good especially the bacon. Decent drink selection and good prices.

The food is always yummy. However…there’s been a nasty nasty nasty sewage smell on the west facing side of the restaurant for a while now that has stopped me from eating there again.

I did not order food but I saw some nachos go by that looked fantastic! A great selection of beers & drinks. The venue is super cool. They have volleyball & cornhole set up to play. We watched a couple of bands play and both were impressive. Service was on point. We thought it was a super great find on our drive through Casper.

Good concerts, fun place to meet a large group, food is hit or miss. Definitely a younger crowd. I don’t like the split down the middle for outdoor concerts, half general admission and half VIP. It’s a little weird to have the crowd on one side and a bunch of people sitting at tables on the other side. Had fun nonetheless!

While in town for a conference, on our last night, my friend and I decided to go out. We picked here thanks to the uber driver. We had a really great time. Bartenders were so nice. Although I found it a bit amusing the girls at one end of the bar and the boys at the other end. Pool tables were packed the whole night, so get there early. Although no cowboys asked us to dance (sadly 😔), we still danced together and had a great time. Some 90s country songs would have been nice, but the live entertainment line up is great as well. Wallflowers in August to?! 🤩😍 Large beer on tap selection and they also know how to make great mixed drinks as well. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting 😊.

Came in from a long walk away and needed something to drink and this time, my second time here, service wasn't good. Forgotten order and very quick with me. Not a lot of patience for the customer. The first time he bent over backwards serving us and was prompt to refill. The food was amazing the first time, no time for me the sexond.

Traveling though Casper, we stopped in for lunch. The food was good and the vibe was cool. Phil gave us great service. Great happy hour prices.

Great venue in Casper. Classy and hip, but still a little country. Tons of beers on draft! Looks like they have a great stage for live music.

Food was only mediocre. Not on par just yet. Definitely needs some improvement. The servers were friendly. The curry was a shame when they couldn't even crimp the edge properly.. lol for the price, we could find better elsewhere.

Was really excited for some good Thai food. Saved it for my last night in town. My drunken noodles tasted like black licorice. Was pretty off putting. Was not a subtle flavor. Asked for extra spicy and there wasn't really spice to speak of. Tried a buddies curry and it was good, so maybe just try a different dish. Was not like any pad kee mao I have had elsewhere. Apps were ok.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Employees that make you feel more than welcome, and happy to see you and serve you. A great atmosphere, and the food tops it all. I don’t know what else you could ask for, top notch establishment and i couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you Thai kitchen, and all your great employees. You’ll get plenty more of my money, i appreciate you guys.

Hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. Great atmosphere and great employees. Definitely worth venturing off the interstate for. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Casper. Do yourself a favor and get the TK Crispy Rolls! Probably the best appetizer I've EVER had!

We drove all the way out here to try some take out of this restaurant and were really excited to do so, but unfortunately found ourselves at a closed door while they should be open according to the information that was even on the door ( 2:05 pm on a Wed - they should have closed for lunch at 2:30 pm ). What a bummer that we drove all that way for nothing, but maybe they closed early because it wasn’t busy? Calling them didn’t help either as they didn’t pick up and we only got a recording mentioning the same hours as were on the door. A disappointment !

This restaurant is kind of small - so there’s not much seating, but it’s nicely decorated and clean. The waitress there is always nice and fast, sometimes she’s helped by who I think is the owner, who is a lady a bit older than her and she’s also very very nice. She sometimes chats with the customers and seems to remember her regulars. Also the food is phenomenal! It’s so aromatic and fresh! I’ve went there many times and tried a lot of things on the menu and have yet to eat something there that isn’t absolutely delicious. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Casper and maybe even Wyoming.

The customer service was amazing. Very cozy atmosphere with appreciated and appropriate decor. Decent prices for the quality of everything. Taste of the larb guy and thai tea and lettuce wrap and crab curry puffs were worth the price plus great portion size just for appetizers. Everything tasted fresh and not bland, very spiced and spicy when it said upon the menu. Will go back to try more. Parking was ok. It was at night but still found close parking even on a sat after black friday. All around steller experience even though it was a pick up to eat at home. The ramp was nice walking up.

I travel for work and frequent Texas Roadhouse due to their consistency and quality of food but this is the worst I have ran into so far. The first night my potato was undercooked and my steak was overcooked but I passed it off as a bad night but tonight when I got my steak if was straight up burnt after ordering it. I really hope their QC can do a better job and this isn’t a sign of things to come from another chain gone bad! Save your time and money if you are in the Casper area and go eat somewhere else.

Excellent service from Lainamarie. We enjoyed the early bird sirloin dinner and the smothered chicken meal. Both were amazing. Will definitely return.

I ordered the filet medallions medium, and they came rare to medium rare. Also, they were full of connective tissue. But our waitress was amazing. All in all it was a good meal.

Everything was absolutely wonderful and those rolls.....delicious!!!

What was once usually amazing was now just mediocre. I'm so sorry to say that, but the server even acted like we were a bother, and never refilled our drinks without us having to flag her down. Everyone used to be so happy looking and friendly. This group looked grumpy and irritated. Perhaps it was just the fact THAT WE'RE SO FREAKIN AWESOME!

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. My first room didn’t have a working AC unit and there was Pubic hair on the sink. My second room was next to a bunch of children and the pool and them having a party throwing things against the wall and not giving a crap. My third rooms, blackout curtains, speak for themselves. See picture attached. This picture was taken at 7 in the morning. The curtain was all the way shut and there was no changing it. Oh and even better, the cleaning person tried to force me to say please to use the bathroom on the main floor, literally, Can I use the bathroom, “please”. I’m not saying please to use a bathroom I paid a lot of money to have access too. Lastly, the beds are horrible. The county jail mattress pads are more comfortable. Just saying. Don’t waste your money in this place. They try to hype it up like it’s something special and it’s not. It’s actually highly disappointing. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast either.

We had a pet. Got put into the “pet approved room” which I get. But the first room we went into smell like we walked into an animal shelter. The smell of dirty wet dog was so pungent. There was animal hair all over the bed. We called and asked for a different room, the front desk person very politely got us into the next room over right away. We then walked in the new room and the floor was disgusting! Dried pee spots all over. We have small kids, we had to make sure that they were not on the floor at all because it was so filthy, definitely had to wear shoes everywhere. I took pictures before we went in to make sure we did not get charged for this. I saw a housekeeper in the morning going to look at the first room we were in and I let her know about the pee spots on the floor. Her response was, “yeah, it’s a dog room.” No excuses. I have never stayed in a place with our dogs that we got put into filthy rooms. Gross. I would like to add that the front desk personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was great with a nice big room to eat. And the kids had a great time in the pool!

Rooms are always nice, comfy beds and pillows. Bathrooms are a bit small but they are clean. They do have a decent breakfast and okay coffee with lids that don’t fit👎🏻 A restaurant and bar within the place is always nice and there are plenty of places around to get food delivered if you want.

Room was clean and the location was great. I mistakenly left my speaker in the room however. And after the hotel confirmed my speaker was in lost and found ( after many emails from myself ) they took my bank details and now are not giving me any response. Perhaps this review will remind them they still have my $120 speaker and my bank details for a shipping payment?

300 bucks for a night, so you would expect a good hotel. Pretty much the only thing holding this review at 2 stars is that they allow pets and it is clean. Other than that it does not make sense. The mattress were awful worn out spring mattresses. The bedding was pretty good and you do get a full fridge. The pool seemed decent. The walls were paper thin however and you could hear everything. Noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning I literally got woken up by the neighbors alarm. Again for 300 dollars? Also on the topic of trying to sleep the blackout curtains didn't black out much and the room was plenty bright at 6 AM. Worst of all there was this green light on the fire alarm that would brightly flash every 5 seconds. Clearly thought that through well. And the breakfast was meh. I mean this place would be okay for 100 a night (besides the fire alarm) but this is not at all acceptable for 300. They just threw in a pool and called it a luxury hotel.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to to e Sturgis rally so we booked again!!! Man I was so disappointed. We booked a few months ago. When we arrived there were two events going on. One of our friends pool side rooms opened straight into the wedding reception we felt bad so we exited the other door mind you there shower broke…. Our room was okay . A guy from the wedding party was so drunk he went outside throwing beer bottles near my vehicle. Told the staff and they were order in it. The bar tender was great and the maintenance guys. But that guy from the wedding party also tried to start a fight. It smelled like puke and I was getting bit up by something! Idk if we would ever stay again. Also when I had a question for the girls the next morning they were a little rude as well.

Came up for a big jamboree. As far as 90% of the staff, they were awesome. Seemed like they had definitely over sold the hotel this weekend but made it work. The only downside I had was my room, and how the situation was handled. I didnt spend much time in my room on Friday due to meetings, but when I did, I noticed some dried up blood in the shower. I just wiped it up with a wet rag but didnt get a picture of it until it was on the rag. When I woke up the next morning, I realized just how disgusting the bathtub looked. I also noticed a small blood spot on a pillow I wasnt using. This to me tells me that housekeeping ISNT changing out bedding, which is DISGUSTING. I immediately pulled apart all bedding and went to the front desk and showed them the attached pictures. Had a few meetings and asked for replacement bedding at least. When I got back to the room, the bed was made. So, I checked all of the pillows and sure enough, same pillow was on the bed, same blood spot. Took the pillow to the front desk to maybe a 16-17 year old kid, they kept the pillow, a slight apologetic response, and I was on my way. Told another lady upon check out about things and her response was "we had a pretty full house and it must have gotten overlooked". I dont care, bedding should be changed. The bathtub you could tell hadn't been cleaned at all. Housekeeping definitely needs to ACTUALLY clean things to ever grt me back.

Completely disappointing. Went to dinner on Friday with my family. We ordered the blooming onion which they still left the skin on it and it was burnt. My father in law ribs were so tough that he couldn't even cut them. I ordered the filet and lobster and asked it for medium rare close to rare. When she brought it out it was way beyond well done. So I sent it back and the server said that the manager put it on the grill herself. 20 minutes later still no steak. Told her never mind I don't want at this time. She said I just charged you for the lobster which was rubber and I said I didn't eat that either. She only charged for the salad. Not once did the manager even come out to address the situation.

They served are food super fast and we sat down and it was just a good atmosphere and the service was super nice and it was just a good experience over all

☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Management, but Kudos to the Waitress I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Outback in Casper left me frustrated and honestly shocked. We had an issue during our visit that required management's attention. Unfortunately, the manager showed absolutely no empathy, didn’t listen, and instead stormed off mid-conversation without resolving anything. It was unprofessional and completely dismissive. What made the situation even more disappointing is that our waitress was trying her best to help but was clearly left powerless by the lack of support from her management. She stayed calm and courteous the entire time, doing everything she could within her limited ability — and honestly, she’s the only reason this review isn't a total zero. It’s unacceptable when a manager can’t handle a basic customer service issue with professionalism or respect. Hopefully, this feedback is taken seriously, because the staff deserves better leadership — and so do the customers.

Very disappointing for such expense. There were 8 in our party, 4 adults, 4 kids. We called ahead by a few hours to make reservations, for 5:30 pm on a Sunday night. They had our table ready about 7-10 min after we arrived, ahead of our reservation time by about 10 minutes. Drink and appetizer orders were taken, and arrived promptly. There were very few other patrons in the restaurant. We ordered, and our food took approx 30 minutes. A steak was cooked correctly, but hardly warm. A grilled chicken looked like a blackened chicken, it was pretty well done on the outside. Our grilled shrimp were good, but luke warm at best. The seasoned vegetables, broccoli and carrots, were barely blanched, still very firm. A kids order of mac and cheese had very little cheese on it. Our waitress kept our drinks filled ok. We will never go back. All the adults agreed it was an overall very disappointing experience.

The food and service was GREAT, but I almost went to Texas Roadhouse instead because I thought this Outback location was permanently closed down: - There were few cars in the parking lot during prime dinner hours - The parking lot was poorly lit and scary at night. Plus, it had weeds growing out of the pavement cracks and grounds. - The Outback neon sign on the side of the building only displayed half of the name - There was a huge concrete barricade on the front entrance with no sign redirecting customers to the back entrance. I’m excited that there is an Outback in Casper, it’s one of my favorite restaurants; but I’m afraid that we loose this treasure if the above issues are not addressed.

9/12/25 I was traveling through WY and spent the night in Casper. There was an Outback Steakhouse about a block from the hotel and since there are none close to where I live and it had been years since I ate Outback, I wanted to give it a try. After looking over the menu I decided on ribs. They looked great but apparently their chefs/cooks aren’t trained on the most important part of preparing ribs. You need to remove the membrane from the inner side of the ribs. When removed and cooked properly, you’ll get “fall off the bone” ribs. When you don’t remove the membrane, you get tough meat stuck to the bones and that’s what I had.

We ordered several dishes and had a complaint about how one steak was cooked. The server had an issue with the complaint because we felt it should be either remade or removed from the bill. The food is ok but portions is lacking. Service was good until the point that a complaint was made and then it went down hill. Not sure if we will ever return.

Located in the heart of downtown Casper, this is the place to go. Large dog friendly outdoor patio and huge indoor seating. Nice selection of craft, local and domestic beer. I had the shrimp street tacos with brussel sprouts and they were amazing! I didn't have to wait to get seated and my server was very sweet.

Yellowstone Garage Bar & grill, Casper WY, Family owned, NOT closed between 2pm & 5pm, easy off & on freeway access. Good food & cocktail selection, good service, really cool atmosphere, game room, indoor or outdoor dining, bar seating, multiple TV screens. Great burger & chicken parmesan.

My Mom and I stopped here after hiking the Bridle Loop and it was great! Sydney was our waitress and she was fantastic. We shared the spinach dip and Bang Bang Shrimp and both were delicious. I had the cream ale and it was outstanding!! We really loved this place and would definitely go back!

Corner bar with an amazing wait staff. Smiles all around great vibe. Dinning tables and bar tables in the front but walk thru and you find tables and pool tables as head the backdoor to the patio and enjoy a live band playing great music. They had a small stage with vip tables to the side a mini bar in the back and a great time had by all. However they should invest in some heaters for out there it does get massively cold sometimes even without snow.

Went to the afroman concert and was really disappointed in the service. They are understaffed! We gave our order to a server who then never brought our drinks! Waited over half hour for 2 drinks! On the other hand the food was amazing!!! The shrimp tacos were amazing! Cheeseburds yes!!! And the sweat potatoe fries were amazing!! Bathrooms were disgusting they were out of toilet paper and the toilet did not flush as well as the soap dispenser was not working or was out of soap ,plus out of paper towels. The waitress was not very friendly .

Service was excellent and very friendly! Food was good and tasty. Bathrooms very clean. Parking was a bit of fun to find but worth the time to find. Recommend the jalapeño bacon wrap appetizer!

Food was cooked well, 3 people in our group had burgers, 2 were Mac & cheese burgers, 1 was a pbj burger. I had a chicken breast sandwich, it was so yummy. Our waitress was good.

Warm lovely clerks and staff. However the first BBQ for the summer advertised "grilled hot dogs" and the hot dogs were steamed and too small for the bun. Also no onions among the condiments. Grill marks means flavor. And maybe add Sauerkraut condiment or grilled onions even better. Or.. in addition to grilled dogs there could be some rippers [deep fried hot dogs].

So happy to have a great community store close. The breakfast was wonderful, donuts for the little and a wonderful croissant for the adults. Can’t wait to see what they do next. The True Bakery side of it has been very enjoyable.

Amazing sourdough bakery!!! Every time we come here I’m impressed! The fries are THE BEST FRIES IN TOWN, the ranch is amazing, everything is made in house! This is a photo of the chicken pesto sandwich and oh my goodness so delicious! Flavor explosion in the best way! I highly recommend & they cater!!!!

11/10, they nail it every single time from their coffee, to the cold case, to the sandwiches and desserts that I’m pretty sure only someone who practices the dark arts are capable of making… Anyway if you’re not patronizing this business frequently I strongly recommend rethinking some fundamental life choices.

Love the atmosphere here & the fact they offer a few tables outside where people can bring their dogs. There are lots of clean specialty food & beverage items for sale here. The food & bakery items for sale here are in-house made & always fresh & tasty. I've only had a few specialty coffee/tea drinks from here, and they've been delicious! Don't sleep on their doughnut specials on Saturday & DO sign up with your phone number to get both points & text alerts of the different items they offer each week!

Friendly staff, but my previous expectations have not been met. Reuben sandwiches are one of my favorites, thinly slice corned beef piled mile high on rye bread with sauerkraut and sauce. This was very disappointing, not sure what meat they used but it was thick chunks, chewy and fatty. I had to remove the meat, very disappointing. The ice cream was good though.

We have visit Grant Street many times and loved it. After today, never again. We came in for breakfast, ordered a ham and gouda croissant, a turkey and cheddar croissant, and a few other items. After tearing in half the ham and gouda croissant, it was clearly a turkey (peppered turkey) and gouda. I took a bite, gave my husband a bite and we determined it was definitely turkey. I took it to the counter, explained the issue, and the clerk proceeded to tell me it was ham. The first time it was black forest ham, the second time she explained it was a peppered ham. Turkey has a very different texture and taste than ham. After the second time to the counter, arguing with the clerk, she never offered to refund me for the overly priced wrongly marked roll. Her customer service was some of the worst I've seen.

Food was good as well as the service. This is not authentic Mexican food, but it's good Mexican food. The inside decor has a fresh and clean feel to it. Well definitely return in the future.

Best service that I can recall at any restaurant. Nancy was wonderful, couldn't have done a better job if she had to. Definitely showed that she appreciated us being there and made sure we were completely satisfied with our dining experience. I go to this restaurant every time I am in Casper because the food is excellent, and the service is great, but this last visit by far exceeded anything I can remember.

Nancy our waitress was awesome! She deserves props. The food was wretchedly hot. Just the ground beef was to spicy for me to eat. My girlfriend thought the same. Again Nancy was a great waitress. Please let her know. We will not be back due to the food.

I've always loved on the border but lately they've been on the down side. Last time I ordered take out, the kid that was trying his best to help me, took over 5 minutes on hold for a 1 item order total. I also received no silverware and then later when I had to go back in I was given 5 packages of utensils? I tried dinning in to see if it was better and the service was awesome. Even after finishing eating, they kept our drinks filled and made sure we were okay. Although I ordered cheese enchiladas and they put nacho cheese in them? Very werid and I've never seen that but good service! Would suggest eating here always.

Our truck broke down so we were stuck in Casper for a week. We ended up at this place and was really worth it! Service was great. Sean is a very good and friendly waiter. The manager (didn't get her name) was also nice. Food was great. I ordered a carne asada plate which was very yummy. My husband had a carnitas burrito which was also good. We also had some delicious mango and strawberry margaritas. Since we walked 3 miles Nicki, one of the managers offered to drive us back to our hotel. We thought that was a super awesome gesture. Staff was really friendly! I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we'll come back during the summer!

Quality control here on food. Meat always tastes good. Chips and salsa are excellent, although it's a little on the hot side but it's worth eating. My husband and I always share the classic burrito with hamburger and queso sauce. We ask for lettuce and tomatoes to put on top. We always get full. Their brewed tea is really good too.

First time at On The Border. See then all over the USA. Manager Nikki was very friendly, and I don't care what anyone says, My waitress Maria was very attentive and the most beautiful Spanish lady I've ever seen. I give her 10 Stars. Food was tasty, plentiful, hot and fast.

This experience was a blast between the atmosphere, decor, and service. The menu is enormous and quite colorful, maybe even a bit too much. The portions are huge for all food items. When the wait staff says that, please believe it. Most of the food was great. I ordered the BBQ Ribs but the ribs were tough and only got through about 5 bites after eating all the sides and a couple appetizers and salad. I ordered the Onion Rings, baked beans, sweet corn and fry bread. The strawberry lemonade was good just extremely sweet. The dessert menu looked great but I couldn't muster enough room to try one.

We were traveling through Casper and decided to eat here on our last night in town. The onion rings (strips) were very good and cool that they're served on a hubcap. The mozzarella sticks were also very good. I ordered the Ester which is a make your own sirloin steak sandwich and it was so good! Hubby got a Pit 3, bacon cheese burger, that he said was very good, and the kiddo got the Angry Birds (chicken nuggets). Would definitely eat here again. The atmosphere is primo and our waitress, Carly, was fabulous!

Sanford's is always great. Have been there several times and have eaten something different every time. Not something I usually do as I tend to find what I like at specific restaurants and always eat the same thing. Sanford is a little different. Everything I've had so far has been outstanding. This time was no different. Fantastic Lemonades

Such an amazing place, so many things to look at and wonderful service! I forgot our waitresses name but she was phenomenal, we had a party of 6 including my toddler and we were probably difficult and asked too many questions at once but she remembered EVERYTHING and was so sweet. My toddler rarely eats full meals because shes going through her snack phase but they gave us so many fun toys and ways to make her meal fun and she ate all of it! Huge portions of food and the lemonades are so worth the price! they even let us get a refill to go!

We had such a great experience at this establishment. The proportions were very large, but most importantly the food was amazing . It was not your typical lunch dinner place has its own atmosphere. It’s own food. It’s just wonderful. Our waitress was fantastic understanding and worked with us.

Unique place in Casper. Menu is a lot - lots of options and something for everyone. Sat at the bar and the service was great, nice guy served us. Salads are huge and burgers are tasty! Going more for the atmosphere, food met expectations.

The worst place to go in Casper! Would give zero stars if possible! Out server was a total sweetheart because the rest of the staff left her on her own as a hostess who had to run our table on her own for the first time by herself! We were a party of 8 on a Friday night and they didn’t have the staff to accommodate us, even though they were empty if you don’t count the regulars around the bar, so she got the shaft- poor girl was sweet and did her best despite this. But the food was WAY overpriced for what we got, they advertise as a family friendly business but the music was so loud we couldn’t have conversations at our table with each other-it felt like being at a popular bar (a butch’s if you’re a local and understand that reference), it was so overstimulating the kids couldn’t handle it, and the food was horrible! The portion sizes didn’t stand up to the prices and despite how fast our food came out, everything was cold and small comparatively for what we paid (20+ $ for simple wraps, and almost 30$ for the worst fajitas ever!). The kids mac & cheese was in fact nothing better than Kraft mac & cheese even though we asked beforehand about that, and the fajitas were horribly overcooked and barely edible! Sadly, we learned our lesson for the second time around. The last time we visited this place was over a year ago, and unfortunately, the food and quality had not changed and we paid the price for it! We will never return. If you enjoy paying ridiculous prices for very low quality food and a horrible environment and crappy service, This is your place to go! Awful food, awful prices, awful service (except for the poor girl who did her best in a crappy situation). Would never recommend, so many better places in Casper to go do not choose this place!! Not sure how they’re even still open!

When driving around the country I love finding restaurants like this one. Family owned over the top themed and incredible food and service. Sadly I learned this place is closing - the building has been around for nearly 50 years ( The Fort I believe was the last 13). So if in the area get here before it’s too late!

Located near our hotel, we stopped in for brunch and the super sweet waitress was friendly and made the best bloody mary I've had in awhile. The acrutimons were superb! I got the burger with green chile cream cheese and chokecherry jam. I am glad I took the culinary chance to try this. That chokecherry jam, which I found out, is made by a local woman, is not for resale, because I would have bought some. The sweet waitress gave me a small side dip cup to take home. I can't wait to have it on my morning toast. The environment was warm, I even gambled a little. The only thing,my burger was overdone, but the cheese and jam, definitely made it delicious!!

I've eaten at the Fort a few times prior and it was decent. But now......they have outdone themselves! New menu, the food is great, and the drinks a strong! I recommend the wings as well! Some of the best wings I've ever had! Morgan is a Rockstar and deserves a raise!

Their fried chicken was some of the best I had. The Spicy Mac n Cheese with Habanero was a good match along with their Clam Chowder.

We’re staying in the hotel next door and were headed to a different steakhouse when we saw this place. Since we’d been on the road all day driving from Butte, MT, we decided to grab something close. My wife ordered a salad with shrimp and I had The Colonel. The food was pretty good, although the wing and leg with the fried chicken were super scrawny pieces (one bite and done). It was comical. The mac and cheese was really good. My wife got the carrot cake for dessert…kinda expensive at $8 for a small slice, but it was delicious. Braydin our server was very attentive and super sweet. She took great care of us. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the whole place felt dirty and flies kept buzzing us.

They let our dog inside on a 100 degree day, for which we are very grateful. The food was okay. The strawberry blueberry salad was very good. The ribs were a let down when described as the best in town. They were very tender but not very flavorful seasoning or searing. The chicken strips were fine, maybe a bit over cooked because they are thin and wide rather than thick.

Wonderful friendly staff. Treated my wife and me like we were family. The food was great and the portions were generous. The food wasn’t spicy enough for my, but it was perfect for my wife. Beans and salsa appetizer was delicious

We were passing through town and decided to park our camper here and have lunch. Plenty of RV parking for a big rig. We bellied up to the bar and met Jose,who waited on us. Everything was delicious. When we come through again we will stop again.

This is the best food in town!!! Everyone was so helpful to my sister with her milk allergy. The service is fast and super friendly. And again, the best food in town at great prices and hearty portions.

A little loud when busy. Wife and I with grandson. Super nice staff, from hostess to waiter. Food? Holy moly! I love chili rellanos and they nailed the crispy one. Hands down one of the best I have eaten. Wife had enchilada, and grandson had quesadilla appetizer and was full! Ignore the haters giving bad reviews, it looks like they hate everything. I highly recommend trying for yourself.

Ordered the lunch special from DoorDash, 2 cheese enchiladas, rice and beans, not a drop of sauce on the enchiladas. Rice was stale and old and beans were cold very disappointed. As I've eaten inside the restaurant and it's usually good. $20 down the drain.

This restaurant not only serves excellent authentic Mexican food but has the authentic atmosphere of Guadalajara. It amazes me that such a gem in found our humble Casper.

Awful complete ripoff. I ordered the fajita burrito. It was filled with onions, some small amount of shredded lettuce and about 20 particles of non-fajita beef. The beef look like leftover trimmings. No single piece bigger than fingernail and about as thick

My boyfriend and I came to Pizza Ranch at about 8:15 PM on a Tuesday, and the place was trashed. We had to wait about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. We paid ~$35 for two people, and were told to seat ourselves. There was not a single clean table in the restaurant. No plates at the buffet stands, and not a single staff member in sight. The women’s restroom had what I assumed to be bodily fluids on both toilets. We will not be returning.

We recently visited Pizza Ranch, and it was an enjoyable experience for the whole family. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everyone found something they enjoyed. The kids were especially thrilled with the arcade area. We highly recommend this place for a fun family outing.

We stopped here Saturday evening before we headed back home to Cali and we were not disappointed. Sheila welcomed us in (even though we came in 30 minutes before closing). She was kind and didn’t make us feel rushed throughout our whole time there. The buffet food was great! My favorite was the salad and pizza. The team was very friendly and worked hard to clean both the food/ arcade area. At the end of our night Kam was so sweet and patient while getting us our prizes. My son was thankful for her. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcomed! We appreciate you all. If we are ever back in town we will definitely stop in again.

Pleasant surprise in Casper. We recently moved to the area and what appears to be, from the outside, a tacky buffet, reveled itself to have good pizzas and salads and even an arcade for the kids to play. Pizza hut from the ‘90s vibe, great!! Awesome staff, despite we had some discount vouchers the lady gave us extra $5 extra cards for the arcade so all our kids could play. Very much recommend indeed.

This is a wonderful place. The staff was friendly and professional. The pizza was excellent. We didn't stay for the buffet, but I could see it was well stocked and the pizza looked delicious. Our to go order was spot on and perfect. Next time in Casper, Pizza Ranch is on our list!

OK visit, food was OK, just like warm, not hot and fresh. Had chicken and biscuits and gravy, one chicken piece is size of McDonalds nugget hidden under one biscuit. Service was absolutely a slow experience. Waitress said bringing food right up, 15-20 minutes later someone else brought food. Drinks filled slow, not super bad service just slow. Dining area looks renewed and great! Will probably try again, as always good and bad days. Group was a 6 top, so hard to find servers that keep up with larger tables.

Food wa decent. Not quite what I remember from previous visits, but not outright bad. Breanna left a lot wanting. The server from next to us knew more,and interacted with us more than she did. Had to remind her about our son's toast, and did not get everything we ordered in a timely manner. Sat for 45 minutes to almost an hour. Breanna checked on us outside of ordering and dropping off food and check a total of 0 times.

Delicious breakfast options today. Server was nice. We had strawberry pancake platter, banana nut muffin, bacon, and eggs. All very tasty. The baked goods here are always fresh. Wish we had a Perkins Family Restaurant in Abilene, Texas.

Jenny is the most amazing server on the planet! She is always so cheerful and goes above and beyond. To make sure that your experience is pleasant. Your drinks are never empty and your food is always right. Jenny will make sure of that.

Went here for breakfast. The guy who sat us at our booth was unpleasant towards us (although he was laughing it up with his coworkers). But our server was really sweet. It took at least a half hour to get our food, which was not her fault (and she had even made a comment "hopefully your food will be coming out soon" after we had been waiting about 15 minutes). We were just about to get up and leave right before she arrived with our food. Unacceptable to have to wait that long for food to come out.

We always see the same servers and staff when we go, which to me is a sign that they are a good team. Everyone is so friendly, especially to our younger kids! They also make dietary accommodations and substitutions without any issues. Our food is always hot and fresh. It's the constant kindness to our sometimes loud and accidentally messy kids that I appreciate the most though! One server who wasn't even in our section saw our baby squinting from the sunlight the other Saturday morning and she came over and lowered the blinds for us. Our server brought an extra plate and extra napkins and was careful with hot food around the littles. I make extra effort to clean up every bit of dropped pancake and use a ton of baby wipes to preclean any sticky whatever the kids are eating or drinking and subsequently accidentally spilled but they still try to help! They're just all around family friendly.

2 overall stars because the guy who answered, Josh was profesional didn't hang up the phone on me amid my frustration, so good for Perkins on having him as a part of the team. I ordered 10 over easy eggs for pick up, when I got home I noticed I had MAYBE... two over easy eggs the rest were over hard, fully cooked, 0 runny yoke... I ordered/paid for eggs specifically, and I got them cooked however they wanted and they still sent em out. If your cook can't cook AN EGG correctly, it's time to find a new cook. Find someone who takes pride in what they do, like cooking people's food they way they specifically ask it. It's not rocket science, its an egg.

This is the real deal. The decor was my first hint that Himalayan Indian Cuisine was a good choice. It had all the attributes of my favorite Nepalese/Indian restaurants. The nann was perfect. The pakoda cooked just right. Last but not least, the Saag Paneer was wonderfully balanced in both texture and flavor. There were quite a few takeout orders, but until i was leaving i was the only diner. That tells me Casper is sleeping on one of the top restaurants in the state.

I came around 130pm on a weekday and it was a bit busy. While the initial service was slow, the food came out in reasonable increments. The food was very tasty and I highly recommend this location for good Indian food. I ordered the mango lassi, vegetable pakora, garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala. The flavors were on point and the masala had a good kick.

The food was very authentic but so many Asian business Tips goes to the owner not to the hard working server. Please put cash in their pocket not in the bill. My server was Swastika she is Top Notch. I ordered veg Momo and Kofta Curry.

We stopped here during a road trip, hoping for a quick bite, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. As others have pointed out in their reviews, the service here is painfully slow — and we got to experience that firsthand. After being seated, we were given water, but then completely ignored. No one came by to take our order for at least 15 minutes. During that time, we watched a growing number of people standing around waiting to either pick up takeout or pay their bills — all looking equally fed up. It was clear that the restaurant was severely understaffed or poorly managed. There was no communication, no apology, and no sign of urgency from the staff. In the end, we had no choice but to leave without ordering, as we couldn’t justify spending over an hour for what should have been a simple meal. This might be a decent spot if you have time to spare and a lot of patience, but if you're on a schedule or expecting even average service standards, it’s not worth the stop.

Delicious! We went there just for the buffet and they do not do it anymore. Sad but understandable. Takes quite a while to get your food. Plus service is not the best. Very affordable though! Luckily the food was delicious!

Probably the most unauthentic Indian food I’ve ever tried. The service sucked. Took forever to get my food, they didn’t once come to check on me nor to fill up my water glass after the initial serve. Doesn’t matter if the young server didn’t wear a bra. Nice view but still not worth more than zero stars. The food. It’s sucked. I ate maybe half because it was late and I was hungry. The picture shows what I left behind including the non filled water cup. Food was very bland and without spice. I hope this hasn’t been Americanized for the local palette (I should have read the other review about poor flavor before deciding to go here). Be true to yourself.

Exceptional Indian restaurant in Casper Winning! We did takeout vegetarian. Samosas, noodles and stuffed shells. She even added white rice for free!! Service was fast and kind. Our food was hot and spicy and tasty. You have to go downstairs to find the restaurant. The tables liked so nice that I would’ve liked to sit down. I wish we could have tried the buffet. It has variety of some of the driest old buffet food I think I've encountered in The Last 5 Years. Signs posted everywhere that they have to exchange the food every 4 hours but that definitely didn't happen today. They have no paperwork to back it up when asked either. Trust me guarantee even though a simple lie doubles their profits. I saw them making rounds after I took photos making sure the sauce got on everything again so it didn't look so dry. It has standard buffet food fair just again old dry and not seasoned well. The sushi was crispy and that's wrong on so many levels considering how much moisture content they should have. Folks you have other choices at the same price point that will give you a much better experience sadly including fast food options

If you want to eat after 7:30 DO NOT GO HERE. I don’t care that it says 9pm, they stop putting out new food after 7:30. They even shut down the sushi and hibachi at 8. I’ve worked in the food industry for 20+ years and if you’re open until 9 you don’t stop making food over an hour before close. We are against being “those people” who go in 15 minutes before closing time, but over an hour before closing time you should still make fresh food if your customer is paying $100 to eat something besides a salad at a hibachi buffet.

The staff was great! Super friendly and get your drinks very quickly. But the food is terrible 😔 everything was bland and mushy. I will not be eating here again

Was expecting a 2 or maybe a 3 star, but we’d pleasantly surprised to see well stocked buffet with a large selection and it read a Thursday! Prices were very reasonable. Left very satisfied. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for Chinese buffet.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this buffet. There is such a wide variety of food and something for everyone. The service is really good and attentive. Most of the food was warm and seemed fresh. Definitely worth a try for anyone looking for a buffet style dinner. We will return in the future.

What a great dining experience the food and choices were amazing! Best buffet I’ve ever had and reasonably priced! Oh and the salmon was delicious! If you’re ever in Casper this is a definite must go!

I had the Vermicelli Grill pork , shrimp and eggroll , the sauce dressing is bland. The pickle veggie is fine, the noodles were cold, you're suppose to warm it up. The grill pork was not hot, it was on the verge of warm and cold. I suggest to try another item on the menu.

They forgot the red (sweet and sour) sauce for the egg rolls .And the teriyaki chicken looked like all dark meat was just all grease. I am very dissapointed and the egg drops smells like the pulled the water from the koi fish aquarium. This is inedible.

Does the have the steak cubes that the previous owner did. Very sad because it was the best thing on the menu. Slow service also and they had a little kid taking orders. She did her best though. Luckily the food was delicious!

Came here for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised. I'd driven by plenty of times before but hadn't been inside (apparently it was one of the Rabbi's favorite places to eat at). Tried the mushroom chicken on a recommendation. Portions were huge!! I'm used to very miserly portions but that was not the case here! Will come back and try some of their other dishes 😁

The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered take out of sesame chicken and crab rangoons. The entree was rubbery, no flavor, and absolutely no heat/ spice. The rangoons had decent filling, but the wanting wraps were so thick, that after 5 minutes they were almost too hard to bite through..

Came in to try the new boil bags on a quick lunch break. Not only did Taylor make sure it all went quickly to get me back to work on time but the boil bags were GREAT! We definitely will be back! 10/10 impressed with the whole experience.

We went for my birthday. They were kind and welcoming. Many workers came and told me happy birthday. They even took a lobster out of the tank and let my kids pet it. Plus, the food was delicious! It was a fantastic experience, and we will go back!

My husband and I split the crab boil, very good and plenty for two. The biggest highlight was our waitress Alexis, she was awesome and even wrote down some places in Casper to take the kids! She needs a raise

Food was as expected, hot and fresh. Server was awesome! Water in the bathroom is scalding hot. Someone is going to get burned badly. The soap is hard to get off when you can’t hold your hands under the water. Watch out for your kids when they are washing their hands.

Had a great time here with my girlfriend for date night. The atmosphere was welcoming and good vibes. The waitress was very polite and courteous. Very fast service. The food was delicious 😋 especially the spaghetti 🍝 "the pictures do not do it justice." You must try it! We ordered a little bit of everything just to take a couple of bites of each and were pleased with all of it. My girlfriend had a mixed drink, and it was mixed very well "not to strong but not weak either." I would recommend going here for dinner 🍽 it was a refreshing experience to have such great service and food. Also, we were seated right away. Our servers name was Morgan, and she did an awesome job 5 stars 🌟! We will be back.

So, we were about to add Old Chicago to the list of DO NOT GO TO, since Cheyenne, WY and Colorado Springs, CO were HORRIBLE. This Old Chicago in Casper, WY saved them. Our server, Olivia (BOOM SHAKALAKA!!) was awesome. She kept our glasses full, and checked on us regularly during our meal, which by the way, was scrumdiddlyumptious!!!! Hat tip to the Chef. We will be back.

Lauren was the best server I've had in a long road trip across the USA. She was friendly and engaging. The chicken wings I had as an appetizer were some of the freshest meat I've had in quite some time. Very delicious. My main course was a little slow coming out but was very good, Chicken Alfredo with toast. I was just passing through Casper so it's doubtful I'll be back through anytime soon. Lauren deserves a bonus. Very personable and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The wings are always good. Service was a bit lackluster. Our wings arrived before the drinks and our server didn't seem very happy to be there. Other than that we had a great meal.

We were on vacation and our hotel fell through and we were starving and it was 11:00. At night our server bent over backwards and made sure that our dinner was most pleasurable. Our daughter is on the spectrum and she made sure the kitchen followed special dietary needs too .

Our server was really nice at first, and the restaurant messes up our order TWICE, it being the complete wrong order AND RAW. When we ask for a refund they are super rude and completely just disregards what we’re saying. The server then proceeds to say “next time just don’t order those”. And tries to invalidate what we KNOW we were eating, and she even stated what we knew we’re eating before. We just felt like they didn’t really care about our experience, and didn’t really try to fix it. THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR DRINKS WE DIDNT EVEN DRINK.

Service was terrible! Door dash and to go orders need to have separate people up front running them. Waited 35 minutes to pick up my food because poor gal was swamped

A very clean cook to order Chinese restaurant. It was another great find using Google Maps. They will make all of your traditional favorites. The service was excellent. The egg rolls and hot and sour soup was really good. You can have lunch here and return to work on time. There is plenty of free street parking in the area.

This restaurant is way too slept on! It’s been voted in the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the US 14 times for a reason! Our sever was extremely polite and quite handsome. The food was just impeccable. It’s seasoned and cooked very well; gives off a homemade vibe. The sweet and sour chicken has to be the best I’ve ever tasted. The vegetable lo mein truly hit the spot as it was very appetizing and buttery. I also loved how fresh the orange slices were! However the chicken in the chicken fried rice was a bit dry. But the calming and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant totally makes up for it. It’s well kept and very clean. I’d go to this place over Chopstix any day!

Excellent food, outstanding service and lovely place! I ordered the mushu chicken with extra mushrooms, egg drop soup (I should have asked for scallions and hot oil) and also the plum wine and hot tea. I’ve had plum wine that I liked better but this was yummy and so good with the chicken. Hot tea was mild and complimented everything nicely. Don’t pass up this dish - the chicken and mushrooms were cooked perfectly and filled the pancakes nicely with the hoisin sauce. He ordered the General Tao’s Chicken and it was spectacular - not too spicy as it often is at most places. The wonton soup was good and would recommend. They have a big menu with wide variety of chicken, beef, pork, seafood and vegetarian options…. Including dessert! We will definitely return because we enjoyed everything about our experience. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Got there not long after that opened, assumed food would be fresh. It was not. General Tso’s was soggy, the pu pu platter tasted like it had been sitting under a warming lamp, only thing okay was the sweet and sour chicken, and even that was disappointing. Got take out but we live 5 minutes from the place. I’ve had takeout stay in a container for half an hour still taste fresh. Wouldn’t go again. Inside of the restaurant smelled funny when I went in to get my food. Staff were nice.

I enjoyed the home made egg roll. Worth the $1.50. The orange chicken and Mongolian beef are both labeled spicy and it was a little spicy. The meal included fried rice and soup. Food was good and fresh.

Worst sushi I have ever had!! We placed a carry out order online and arrived to pick it up on time. Ordered spicy tuna tempura, the tempura was super thick and rubbery and the tuna inside was so cooked it was like eating spam! I took one bite and threw it out. Absolute trash. Also ordered shrimp tempura which was just mid. The potstickers were also over cooked and they changed their sauce. We used to frequent this place but will never return after tonight’s disaster. Complete waste of money!

Great sushi/Japanese food spot. Does not have a kids menu for picky eaters that may have to attend with you. I highly recommend the lobster roll!

Look no further for your new obsession! First place in Casper to offer Xiaolongbao! (Soup dumplings) they were big with lots of meat and soup inside! Delicious umami flavor. We didn’t order sushi but it looked so fresh and delicious and good size rolls! We ordered the spicy beef ramen, miso ramen, and, kids ramen! All were top notch! If you’re a broth person like myself you’ll be craving this place! I love spicy the broth was perfectly spicy and the beef fell right off the bone. The pork belly in the miso ramen was delicious and juicy and crispy all at the same time! The noodles even tasted home made! Not sure if they were but definitely worth a try! Also the building looks amazing inside very clean and modern but cozy vibe! Last but not least the staff was soooo kind and welcoming! Very quick service and eager to help make your experience great! I can’t wait to go back!

This place was really good in past. Sushi was decent but the chicken teriyaki was just one thigh and the vegetable tempura wasn’t good. The place needs a deep cleaning.

I was a little put off by lack of service. No one greeted me upon arrival and I waited to be seated for quite a while. And there were only 2 other people at the restaurant and they were nearly finished. The booth was fairly dirty and there were thick layers of dust on the decor. I ordered a miso soup and a sushi tray, and every bowl and plate had something I didn't order in it. The waiter ignored me and was talking very loudly on the phone the entire time even when taking my order. The sushi was subpar and some were even warm, and the miso was the worst I've ever had. I really wanted to like this place, but it seemed everything went wrong. With more attention to detail this could be a really nice restaurant in the downtown area. For Casper's sake, I hope they can get it together.

If you're a sushi lover in Casper, you absolutely have to check out the House of Sushi. My girlfriend and I have tried the other sushi spots in town and this place blows them all out of the water! The quality and freshness of the fish are unmatched, and the variety of rolls keeps us coming back for more. Every time we visit, the service is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. The House of Sushi has quickly become our go-to for date nights, and we can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in Casper and craving sushi, this is THE place to be!

Had nice meal with family member here. Big parking lot. Tables and booths avail. They do serve alcohol - so yes to the margaritas !! Good for all family including kids. Large menu.Chicken burrito was tasty but I needed a little a little sour cream and they brought me some right away. The bean dip for the chips is very good. The taquitos rancheros were good and just a tad crunchy making them even better. Cost is mid level or just below. You get a good amount of food for your money here! For sure a place to visit more than once!

One of the better Mexican restaurants in Casper. The fajita burrito is delicious, it’s a huge serving, I couldn’t finish it and I’m not shy about taking down a big meal. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re on vacation.

Got seated as 5 top, got drinks and chips right away. We had last person show right after seating, only 4. Waited 15 minutes and finally went to find a server. They were waiting to see 5 people, so that is on us. After ordering, food came out fast. Lunch prices not for weekend. chili relleno is only soft, no crispy option. Food taste was good.

I have not been to this restaurant for 25 years. I finally made it back and it was just as marvelous as before. I had the shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic. It brought back the same flavors as before. I have compared all other shrimp enchiladas and refried beans to this restaurant for 25 years, and no one has come close to the perfection of flavors.

We had a great experience at La Costa! The margarita with a salted rim was perfectly balanced and paired beautifully with the bacon-wrapped shrimp La Costa style — so flavorful and satisfying. The interior has a warm, traditional vibe that instantly reminded us of restaurants we’ve enjoyed in Rocky Point, Mexico. It feels welcoming, authentic, and like a place you’ll want to return to. Highly recommend!

Sad because the person I dealt with was amazing but got a to go order and the steak and chicken fajita combo looked like they just poured it out of the frozen bag and barely microwaved it ☹️ while my taco salad seemed fine I was projectile puking early this morning with food poisoning. Don’t think we will be back anytime soon after wasting $55

Been going here for 11 years, we have come to know most of the staff and they always return a smile. Food has been consistently fantastic with a wide variety of options. Drinks are great as well, from Tower margaritas for special occasions to beer and sodas. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Casper!

We were up here for a couple days. Went to Dennys for coffee in the mornings and had dinner there one night. The food was really good and the staff was all super friendly. Very good experience and very cute coffee cups!!!

As the boys of Your stupid opinions would say “if I could… I would” I got off work late and was pumped for some breakfast for dinner. 11pm late, I know, but trusty Denny’s says open till midnight online. I show up, doors are unlocked and the sign says open till midnight. (See picture below). 2 gals are sitting at the table rolling silverware and talking. They take a few minutes, look at me and say “closed” I say “the sign says till midnight” they reply “closed” I did not get breakfast for late dinner. Not impressed, not impressed at all.

Every time I go in the morning service, food is great. Every time I go in the afternoon workers just staring not helping for example standing there for 10 minutes with no help to be seated while being looked at 4 times by 2 different workers. Just bad service overall at afternoon

Was great haven't been to Denny's in years so out of the blue we decided to go and rediscover the memories that we had going to Denny's. Had a fantastic meal every thing was on point got food fast cause there was no one there may star going back in the future.

Wonderful time spent with my children. Both of my children love the birthday pancakes 🥞. Food was great. Gabriella was absolutely amazing.

No service and they are not happy to help, make drinks, take orders or give you what you actually order. Did I mention it smells like a sewer pipe inside and they only microwave your dish. The inside of my burrito was cold and the margarita had little to no tequila in it. Avoid at all cost. Probably explains why the place was empty

The food is great but not the service. We ordered a Torta for my son and we specifically said meat and cheese only, the torta had beans and guacamole. When we told the waitress she tried to tell us that we didn’t specify which we did, she took it back and whenever she brought it back it still had the bean which my guess they just cleaned it so my son just didn’t eat it(we paid for it). The waitress never came back, my husband had to go find her so we can get refills on our drinks but she was quick to give us our check at 7:59.

I went here off of a recommendation from a coworker. We went at lunch time and the place was a ghost town, then I was told they don't serve horchata; both red flags. Free chips and salsa with bean dip was good. I had the tamales and enchiladas, which were all really good. The chicken enchiladas were by far the best. The beans and rice were almost tasteless and definitely could have used some salt or other seasoning though. We asked for some hot sauce, and we're told they only have Chalula. Overall disappointed, but for Casper it was pretty good.

I ate here last week and did not leave the server a tip due to her, not paying attention, not refilling drinks and being on her phone the whole time. I later notice that a tip had been added to the bill. When the owner was confronted he refused to show me the recipt until a cop finally got it for me. His daughter was my server and committed fraud by adding a tip to the receipt after I left. I was yelled at by the owners wife saying how service isn’t free. They should have just owned up to the wrong instead they made up a whole story about charging me for soup… come on… the proof is right here she wrote over the numbers I wrote and gave herself a tip. Which is committing fraud. I’m sure this happens all the time and no one catches it. Be careful here!!!

Ok came here AFTER a typical lunch time and BEFORE dinner time. I have lived and worked on the US MEX border. All along there are different flavors and preferences. But here is Casper??? Well FYI the best day is the day after the food delivery trucks arrive. Everything has the possibility to be fresher and better. I got great service. Food was perfectly seasoned. Sauces could have been a bit hotter but the Verde was great. Chips... Well dude I have flour and corn tortillas, FYI the corn ones bueno.. do your own start with a great impression. Still all in all... Yep best mex, and thank the universe no tex mex, in Casper. My server was wonderful.

I've eaten here a lot. Its one of my favorite places but the servive just keeps getting worse. You go there during lunch its going to take an hour and a half so don't on hurrying. I went there for dinner at 7:45pm it says they are open until 8. I was told they are only doing to go. If thats the case change the hours it takes two minutes.

The Shogun is all about the theater. The food is cooked right in front of you with a lot of fun and games. If you like a stir fry you'll like the place. It's better for groups rather than people eating alone.

We had a lot of fun but was too pricey for the quality. The atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly cook was engaged with us. But the shrimp tasted like the lobster and the lobster tasted like the steak and the steak tasted like the rice, etc, etc. I did not have the sushi but my children did and they loved it and said would highly recommend it.

It is so yummy and everyone is so kind. However, the past two times I have been here it has made me extremely sick. I figured the first time I just caught a bug but it has been confirmed with me experiencing the same symptoms this second time.

Staff was friendly, service was somewhat quick. Waiter forgot an item twice. My chicken and shrimp hibachi came out warm instead of steaming hot.... It lacked flavor as well. Fried calamari came out hot and was delicious. Prices were on par with any other hibachi restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, and it was surprising slow. But very peaceful in a corner all to myself. I just ordered a couple rolls based on the wait staff's recommendation, as I was having trouble narrowing it down because they had some unusual rolls. Maybe not the most amazing sushi I've ever had, but it was pretty good and definitely wouldn't mind going back. Very prompt and courteous service.

Shogun is where you want to take your family for a tasteful family atmosphere. From catching food in your mouth thrown by a chef, to eating their incredible sushi, each moment is fun filled and enjoyable.

Went to dinner with a few others before a movie. We went two hours before the movie and barely made it on time. In part because the waitress took our order, and although they were similar, came out with missing items. She had to have told the manager because the manager came out, rudely pointed at a couple dishes and claimed that’s what we ordered. Well we did, but also other things the waitress didn’t relay to the kitchen. Not only did they miss some items but also charged us full price for their mistake. Which tells me they believed it was our fault. I won’t be back. Two stars because the food is good, the service is just horrible.

Dining room is still closed, but man their food is great. I got a single combo and for the price you really can’t beat it. Everything came out hot and fresh. No old frying grease taste, and it seems like the sauces they use are pretty high quality. I got my food to go but they let me sit in the lobby since I was by myself. The woman who helped me was exceptionally nice and attentive. $22, I have leftovers and am completely full! I’ll be coming back for sure

Food is always delicious! Staff is friendly! This is my favorite Chinese food in town!!!! Last time we had it, it was take-out only. I hope that changes, I would love to eat at the restaurant. :)

Takeout Or delivery only, lobby is closed!! Does not look like they are going to reopen it anytime soon. I have the sweet-and-sour chicken, and the spring rolls. Absolutely delicious! I gave the atmosphere two stars be in the lobby is closed and is not presentable for customers.

Take out & delivery only, great portions and a difference yet similar taste and quality as normal "American style" Chinese food. Great choice !

Take out only. Very large portions, hints the high price. The crab Rangoon or wontons were amazing, very full pieces. Ordered gereran sals chicken, however, received something else and came with white rice. I would order the crab Rangoon again but not the chicken. Give them a try. Small family owned.

Such great food and huge portions. Definitely worth a try. We got orange chicken, Green curry, fried cheese wontons, and pot stickers. Definitely a good price for the amount of food.

It's Christmas and with family out of town I'm on my own for the holiday, which is kind of nice except for one thing; I'm starving! Most everywhere is closed and the places that are open just won't suffice for Christmas dinner but there is one place; Chopstix Asian Bistro. In twenty five minutes I had a perfectly packaged box containing the Wontons, hot sour soup, veggie lo mein, Szechuan pork and Kung Pao Chicken and I knew the deliciousness that I was about to experience. Chopstix Asian Bistro is a go to for me because they always come through consistent when I crave Asian cuisine or judge when I over indulge myself on Christmas day. So thank you Chopstix Asian Bistro, I appreciate you....

I got: Vegetable lo mein.. my veggies were raw and cold, my noodles were over cooked and no flavor and it was swimming in watered down sauce. Crab ragoon wontons... they tasted old and had no crab, straight cream cheese... Sweet and sour chicken... Vegetables raw and my chicken was soggy. Fried rice: hard, old, and extremely gross. Hot and sour soup... had tofu and egg.. that's it.. super disappointed. I'm all about family oriented ran restaurants.. but screaming at your kids and getting snippy at me while I order isn't fair.

Got DoorDash from them today, the food was gross. Pork pad thai has no favor, noodles are soggy and dry. Sesame chicken was all soggy too. And the HOMEMADE dumplings the meat taste old, got some funny taste of it. Really disappointed

They changed ownership and put the new flooring, mice! The food is much better than before and bigger portions. The waiter seems like new but very nice, smiling face, fast ordering and serving. Recommend! Will back !

Going to give this restaurant a 5 to bring up their average. Under new ownership and the food was good. Service was fast and friendly. We’re on the road and glad we stopped here.

i really loved the food here. i got the pork lo mein and my mom got the pork and veggies, we both agreed that it was the best pork we had in a long time. very tender and delicious. the wonton soup i had was amazing too. i gave 4 stars for service only because i got fried rice instead of steamed rice. other than that the servers are very friendly and the food came out fast!

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We ordered sesame chicken and Kung Pao chicken, along with a kids meal. The sesame chicken was fried to a crisp and the Kung Pao chicken was incredibly flavorful. The food was served quickly and the service was excellentwe will come here again.

3 adults and 6 children sat for 25 minutes without even putting in a drink order. People came in after us and were served drinks and foods. HORRIBLE treatment. Never recommend them. Also... the people who work there have worked there for years. Not a new anything. Disappointed at being treated so rudely.
