One of our favorite restaurants in Florence AL, we drive down from TN to enjoy this special cafe! Odette on this day was serving Saturday brunch to our delight! I had the country ham and kale omelette served with a large green salad and buttered toast triangles... my wife chose the burger and she was very pleased! Their secret weapon with the burger is the house made ketchup and aoli sauce! Our server was super attentive and on top of our requests all while waiting on a large party at another table! We ended our meal with a cookie skillet and ice cream 🍦 An excellent dining experience!

Such a cool place with wonderful staff and a great location. A gourmet selection of foods and presentation at a fair price.

Excellent food and service. Enjoyed cheeseburgers, hand cut fries, spring salad with grilled chicken, bread pudding, champagne sorbet, banana upside down and peanut butter dessert.

Everything about Odette is wonderful! I gave them 4 stars however because almost every dish that I have gotten (while it is delicious) seems to be really heavy on salt/sodium. Both their burger and the gnocchi left me with heartburn, not sure why so much salt is used but this is my only complaint. Everything else from the service to the atmosphere is wonderful. (P.S.) Their homemade condiments for the burger are incredible! An absolute must try.

We are visiting Florence and heard great things about Odette and it absolutely lived up. It was insanely busy the night we dined and we waited over an hour for food but it was worth it. The service is not pretentious and they did a great job managing the crowd. I would fly just to eat here again.

Delicious cheeseburgers with house made sauces. Enjoyed a side of kale salad and humor from our excellent service from Micah! Highly recommend!

Elevated comfort food at a reasonable price! Let me start by saying you have to save room for dessert - the cheesecake and creme brulee are some of the best desserts I've ever had, period. The cheesecake especially is incredibly balanced in flavor and texture with the addition of cookie crumbles and citrus slices. I ordered the asparagus grilled cheese and was impressed with the structural integrity of the bread as well as the fries being perfectly cooked, neither soggy or burnt. The ketchup is homemade and very interesting, slightly sweet and not "goopy" like regular ketchup. My one qualm is that the grilled cheese was quite heavy, and not as balanced as I would have hoped with the addition of the veggies. However, because it was so heavy and filling I had to get a box for half and am basically getting two full meals for the price of one! If you are looking for a rich grilled cheese with "hidden" veggies, you would like this. I came with a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. We demolished the white cheddar pimento cheese and asked for extra to go. Our server was also very nice and accommodating when we requested to split our checks in a somewhat complicated way. Whoever is designing the menu and working in the kitchen really knows what they're doing. If you are passing through Florence, as my group of friends was, make a stop here!

The food was delicious and the service was great. We've eaten here before when we visited Florence. We both ordered the Lasagne Ricatoni. My husband ordered his with melted cheese on top, I didn't. He thought mine had more sauce than his, so if you prefer more sauce, get it without the melted cheese or request extra sauce. Also the dessert looked delicious, but we were too full to try it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic dining experience at Ricatoni’s in Florence, AL! Our server, Alex, was fabulous—she was attentive, friendly, and truly made our evening special. I ordered the ravioli, which was absolutely delicious, while my partner, Earl, enjoyed the filet florentine that was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between casual and romantic, making it a great choice for a date night. We also loved the fresh bread served with herb and oil; it was the perfect start to our meal. Overall, I highly recommend Ricatoni’s for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

We had a group of 18 and had the best service ever! Ms.Alex did a phenomenal job! We are a crazy bunch and she stayed on top of everything, never had an empty drink she was friendly and assertive! Will definitely be back! Food was amazing as well!

I had some business in town and was recommended this spot from a past resident. It was one of the best Italian restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. Being in the restaurant biz for over 30 years, I can say the service and food was spot on. It’s nice to see well trained staff that work together for a change. Thank you Ellie for taking care of us. I will definitely spread the word.

Some of the best pasta I have ever had. And my wife is gluten free and she said their cheese ravioli was awesome. Going back and traveling the 3 hours one way to enjoy this restaurant with coworkers and friends. It’s definitely worth the drive.

Restaurant has an authentic vibe, but the salsa served with its tasty chips is Americanized. In other words the salsa is heavy on tomato, bland, and not authentic. I had crunchy tacos that were good. Soft serve ice cream was nice. My IPA draft was very good. My server Noah was very personable and friendly. Overall this restaurant is worth stopping in for a meal!

Stopped by to grab lunch. Tried the Pollo Santa Fe lunch portion. Nice size portion meal. Char-grilled chicken breast, southwestern sauce, black bean corn salsa, cheese, tortilla strips with Mexican rice & charro beans. Hit the spot and I had time to spare with my lunch break! And it came with free ice cream!!!

Authentic and flavorful Mexican dining in a pleasant atmosphere with great service. I was in the area for business and several people highly recommended Rosie’s Mexican Cantina. My waiter, Luke, recommended the Pollo Santa Fe and I was not disappointed. Hope I am in the area again so I can dine here again,

The Famoso Shrimp Burito was so good I am sad I don't live closer to here. Maybe Rosie's can come to Knoxville! Josie was the best. Super sweet and very attentive! Couldn't resist dessert! Fried ice cream!!!!

I came into Rosie’s Cantina not really knowing what to expect, but our server Karlee completely made the experience. She was genuinely one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere — funny, attentive, and just really good at making everyone feel welcome. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it shows in how she talks with customers. Drinks came out fast, food came out fast and perfect. Rosie’s is lucky to have her on the team and I will be coming back!

This afternoon we had Grady as our server, and this was definitely the best dining experience I’ve ever had at Rosie’s! He was constantly making sure we were taken care of while also joking around with all of us ladies at the table. If I could give him more that 5 stars, I would!

Let me tell y’all something about Grady at Rosie’s Mexican Cantina in Florence, Alabama. This man didn’t just serve our table — he orchestrated an experience. Drinks never went empty. Chips refilled themselves like magic. I swear he might be part wizard. And the aroma? My guy walked by and I caught a whiff of something that could end wars. If there were a candle called “Essence of Grady,” I’d buy it in bulk. The man was polite, fast, and smoother than queso on a hot skillet. If there was a Michelin star for smelling good while delivering top-tier enchiladas, Grady would have three. Rosie’s — pay this man whatever he wants. He’s the reason I’m writing a review instead of just unbuttoning my jeans in queso-induced bliss.

YUMM Thai & Sushi – A Favorite for a Reason! YUMM Thai & Sushi is hands down one of my all-time favorite restaurants! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Some of my go-to dishes are the New Orleans roll, spring rolls, Dynamite shrimp, and beef Pad Thai—but honestly, I’ve loved every dish I’ve ever tried! Whether it’s a fun night out with my girlfriends or a date night, YUMM is always the perfect choice. No matter the occasion, I look forward to every meal here! Highly recommend!

Delish Green Curry Chicken Thai with either brown or Jasmine rice. We also tried a bowl of the Thai Chicken coconut Soup. Both were wonderful. Also pics of Massaman Chicken Curry & Tempura Shrimp Roll. The staff was friendly and delivered service with a smile. Food was served quickly. We would highly recommend Yum! Enjoy!

Great place for a date or girls night. Lots of good things on the menu from sushi to curry to teriyaki chicken. Fried or white rice. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive and gave great recommendations. It's right in the heart of beautiful downtown Florence. It's bigger than it looks from the outside, going quite a long ways back. We were able to get a table for 6 with barely any waiting on a Friday evening.

We had dinner and drinks with friends after a workout class in downtown Florence. I had the cashew almond chicken and it was very flavorful with lots of options on the menu. I also had the lycee martini which was strong and delicious but didn’t taste a lot like lycee. Our waiter was very attentive and we overall had a great time. Wonderful spot for girls night, date night, or dinner with friends.

The upscale vibe of the place was on point and the server was friendly and attentive. So two stars for that. But the food...oof. I've been plant based for 14 years and have been to over a hundred Thai restaurants in innumerable cities. Most know how to *easily* (because it's easy) substitute fish sauce and other elements of a dish to make it vegan, because Thai cuisine is damn near vegan. Not this place. I assumed, given its upscale nature, that the chef knew how to do this. I got served bland rice with even blander vegetables and tofu. The vegetables were not well cooked nor well seasoned. The fried tofu was floppy. When I asked if they had vegan options, they should have said no. I would have happily bought a bag of chips at the grocery store and had a better dining experience.

Quick meal after a long drive on a Sunday. Tanner provided outstanding service. Teriyaki Teriyaki was very good. The beef stir fry with ginger and broccoli and soybean glaze was outstanding!!! Please add to the daily menu. Really enjoyed.

Service was Stellar here. Very attentive and lots of attention to detail.... I stopped into lunch and had the beef noodle soup... The broth was seasoned very well... detective some cinnamon in the broth and some other spices....almost like a pho base.... Large portions and the food was terrific. .more of a fusion restaurant than a true Thai place but it was delicious.... I will definitely return

We were in the area for a conference and found this jewel, my gracious it is awesome! Our server Scarlett (I love that name so it's easy to remember) was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We HIGHLY recommend the creamy tomato, basil dip appetizer, I could put that on almost everything. We had "The Babe" and I don't remember the name of the 2nd one but it had peaches, pork belly olive oil, feta... it was the most unique pizza that I've ever had. We took the rest to the hotel and I had breakfast for the entire week lol. So glad we found this, I would gladly drive 2 hours to dine there again!

The El Guapo is a must try, especially if you want a new taste besides the traditional pizza flavor and the wings are my absolute favorite best in the Shoals, in my opinion, I highly recommend!

This place is delicious! I made myself sick eating too much because I didn’t want to see any of it go to waste. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and the best pizza around! 10/10 recommend. I wish I could remember our waitresses name, she was top notch! The live music they had while we were there was good as well. Friendly guy.

We were waiting for an hour and didn’t get our pizzas. We had our drinks and appetizer. Everyone around us that came in after us getting their food. The waitress had forgot to enter our order in and used an excuse they had a large to go order they had to fill first. I’m sorry but there were only 4 families in the entire restaurant and you are supposed to serve your seated customers first. That’s most restaurants rule. We won’t be back!

We waited over an hour for our party to receive the food we ordered. They told us something happened in the kitchen. It took 30 plus minutes to get a glass of wine or beer. When I got my summer berry salad, after waiting 45 minutes, the grilled chicken tasted like pepper. It was terrible. I told my waitress. She said you are the second person to tell me that. I did not eat my salad. She said she would tell someone. I thought they might remove it from my bill since it was not edible. They did not. I eat at the location in jasper a lot. This location was a disappointment.

The pizza was amazing I just couldn't eat it all. The 256 award winning pizza won an award with me. Our waitress Lauren was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested a BlackBerry Cider and informed us that we could split our pizza with two types. She even split our check with no problem at all.

We sat on their outside top deck and had a great view of the docks and marina. The shrimp was fantastic, some of the best cooked I've had in a while. My dad said his steak was cooked nicely. My mom and husband both ordered the Mahi Mahi and agreed it was overcooked. Everyone enjoyed their sides and the service was great. We all agreed we would come back and just get some sort of shrimp dish or try the burgers that looked delicious when walked by.

Fabulous little dining establishment located on the water. The coming and goings of the boats and patrons rushing in to get their fill of the fresh seafood and delightful spirits is just a bonus. The staff is well trained and they are more than happy to be there. The food was scrumptious from the first to the very last bite. We had the cosmopolitan martini while waiting for a table. I’d barely finished my drink when my text arrived that my table was ready. Then we had oysters on the half shell, hush puppies and crab claws and all were cooked and served perfectly by an attentive and friendly server. I also had a featured drink that was more than yummy with vodka, rum, triple sec, blue carasou pineapple and oj and I couldn’t even finish it , huge bang for twelve bucks. The entire meal was 50 bucks plus tip. Very affordable and worth every penny. I finally found the restrooms, they’re located outside near parking although a little odd it wasn’t inconvenient at all and they were clean. Great experience.

Amazing place!! The foods great!! The only things I wasn’t keen on was the fish and chips (fries) said it came with an added side. Well it didn’t the side is the chips (fries). And the Hawaiian coleslaw tasted like regular coleslaw. The chicken was amazing! And the gator tale was SO good!! Keep lime pie was nummy. Not very tart. And I liked the fish. Our waitress was a doll. If it’s really windy I would recommend eating inside unless you want to hold onto your food that wants to blow away. I got an amazing picture of the local raven stealing food!! There’s a sign too that says the ramp down to the boat restaurant gets really slippery when it’s wet too so be careful.

We went on a Friday afternoon and there was a 45 minute wait, so we ate at the bar. I ordered the shrimp and crap dip appetizer and the blackened fish flat sandwich. Both were so delicious! Service was quick, the bartender was on top of everything and the location can't be beat. Only draw back was the parking. The lot was full so it was a bit of a walk to the restaurant. I would definitely go back!

I had a really good experience at River Bottom! Definitely the place to go to in Florence! It was very busy but we got in fairly quickly. You can sit outside and enjoy the river while you wait. The staff was very friendly and our server checked on us often. The mixed drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. We started with the alligator tail appetizer and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and you get a good sized portion for an appetizer! For our entrees, I got the butterfly shrimp entree and my partner got the Shrimp Happens entree. Hug shrimp and a lot to eat! Very flavorful too! Can't wait to come back when I'm in town again. A lot of people were getting the burgers and they looked great too!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO! The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely long wait times, incredibly rude high school girls working there. I would recommend the owner hire better help as the ones he has in there cost him over a $1,000 tonight with the people in my party ready to spend some money. We ended up leaving due to how rude the staff was (we did purchased drinks) and went to OUTLAW SUSHI in Florence and man did we have the most amazing experience with the friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a restaurant!

Had a great time . The scenery is awesome. Great views out on the water. The restaurant sets on the water in the back of a park. The employees are all friendly and helpful. It has a bar upstairs and great seating outside . If the kids are with you, don't forget to bring quarters so they can get some food to feed the fish. The food was great, and the dessert was awesome . So if you're interested in a great place to eat with good seafood and awesome scenery, go check them out they will be glad you came by.

Where to start. First, we came in about 3pm. Only 5 or 6 people were there, so it shouldn't have taken very long to receive our order, which was ribs and wings plate and pulled pork plate. Second, the ribs and pulled pork were very dry and too smokey for our taste. Some people my like it that way but not us. I am a little picky about BBQ. Third, the 2 different chairs I sat in were a little wobbly. I saw another customer change out his chair as well. Now the good. Our waitress was pretty good, so there is no problem with the service. The venue looks like a great place for live music. We will try again just a little later in the evening when the music is going. Just no BBQ for us, maybe a burger or something else. I hope I can give a better score next time.

My son and I were visiting from Nashville on a Tuesday night. We had heard that Flobama was the best place to see live music. That ended up being the best advice! The band was full of talented musicians and they were so kind. They even invited my son up to play a song with them. Our server was the best and the food was great. The crowd was very welcoming and everyone was having a blast. This is a very special place and we can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed everything about FloBama last night! My dry rubbed ribs with poured on sauce were perfect! So tender and great flavor. The baked beans and vinegar slaw were delicious too. We didn’t expect to get to hear music so the band was an added plus. Lots of food, fun and good entertainment! Well done, FloBama, well done.

We did not eat so I cannot comment on food. The first band was spectacular due to my genre. Service was slow due to the volume of patrons but excellent once you ordered. I’d definitely go back but earlier.

Went there a few months back despite the reviews. I ordered a Long Island and some wings. It took about 30 mins on the wings and the sauce was disgusting. The service wasn't even the best because any questions I had were not answered. Also I had two long islands both seemed watered down. It won't hurt to not come back to this location. In my opinion y'all should hired people that care for their work and not just come for a paycheck.

I been eating here for years best trading ribs and smoked wings and half and whole smoked chicken. The best baked beans and white sauce I've ever had. I use to work with Donnie at NAL many years ago and use to place orders through him while working with him. Very good man and his son is very nice also. Every chance I get I always go back.

Womp womp. Least favorite Flo spot for alcohol. Unprofessional comments too, it's just as a preference, but I don't want to spend money on a cover fee to drink when that's like half the bill for someone who drinks light but wants to drink with friends and the community. Friendly atmosphere is a no.

A friend and I stopped in for a quick bite late night after our movie and the food was good. It was pretty empty because it was late night Sunday going into Monday morning but the service was on point. Will go again for the wings and onion rings.

I have had different experiences every time I have come here. I went here for Wednesday Bingo and the energy was lacking. The music is too loud when they call out the numbers and the caller seems to not be able to hear most of the Bingos...lol (lower the music it would help) also my server usually is ok but on this particular night she seemed distant and hard to reach. She had to be flagged down a lot for drinks and food. She also brought me the wrong order. And upon bringing me the fried green tomatoes she only brought me 8 little tomatoes...(I have bragged about the amount being so much that 3 people could share...she brought it to me on a boat dish and claimed that was the regular serving it just seemed small cause of the particular dish they were using due to no other clean dishes available😑😒...oh and she brought no dipping sauce...I'm thinking she must think I have stupid ##### written on my face or some...then she asks me do I need the sauce that it comes with??? Yes I do...tf...excuse this review but I was highly pissed with my service...I told her point blank that that is not the regular size of the order and I have pictures...tf...so she says I didn't have to pay for them but I did have to pay for the fries...really? She tripping bad...she probably didn't like what she wasn't left with after I paid my bill...she righteously tried to belittle me. But anywho I have noticed more fights been happening lately. I just don't feel welcome there anymore due to how bright I shine...a little pun...but if you thinking about going just be prepared for the experience it might be ok it might not...that's how its been for me throughout the years...some of the servers act like they are better and don't really need your patronage or tip for the matter and the DJ is about the same...well 2 of them and 1 in particular. I come to have a good time not to be stifled and belittled by your insecurities that a lot of the employees seem to have. And I see some other guys working there too that want a status so some seem to be kissing a little tail...but anywho my review is all over the place cause I'm summing up the years. I have had many good times too and all but now I feel like I may have outgrown this place but I don't know maybe this review will help better the funk they seem to have sunken in...oh and they smoke in here after 10pm and it stinks inside like smoke whether they smoke or not basically it smells like 3 hand stale smoke in there regardless if they are smoking or not...very small area once crowded and just watch out cause a lot of fights tend to start on the 2nd floor I saw security jump from the balcony 2 weeks ago but anywho I'm rambling now...party at your own risk, eat at your own risk too cause the server is always right not the customer...and you don't have to tip they don't really need your money ok. Check it out for yourself! The picture with boat type dish is what I'm unsatisfied with...notice the other picture...but same amount right? No it clearly has more on the square shaped plate...ok 👌 ✌

Forgot to get my card from the bar and it was used to buy drinks two hours after I left. Called and was told they can’t put the money back on there that I would have to come up there. By the time they even opened the next day I was back in Tennessee. I was just passing through. Very dishonest people. Horrible customer service and people skills. Update!!! The next night they put more charges on my card even after I locked the card. It says for tips. I tipped my bartender $60 cash on a $121 tab. They won’t let me talk to any kind of authority figure there.

Possibly the worst bar experience I have ever had while traveling. The equivalent of eating burnt toast. The bartender could not be bothered with any small talk or service to speak of, 0 manners, terrible personality and sat at the end of the bar with 3 other employees on their phone the entire time. If the goal was to get patrons to leave as soon as possible. Congrats, you nailed it.

I don’t know what the deal it is with this place and constantly kicking good customers out. I have been to countless of bars and this bar is the only one that constantly gives me problems every time I go here. Last year I went here and for some reason the security guard targeted me as soon as I walked in the door, wasn’t being loud, didn’t do anything but mind my own business and enjoy myself. I go to the upper deck and as soon as my hand is in my face, he taps me on the shoulder and is like. “I’m going have to ask you to leave, you’re falling asleep.” First of all, no I wasn’t, if I was it would of been harder to wake me up, I was fine and secondly even if I was you guys don’t give warnings like most bars would?? I have gone to Wildwood Tavern so many times (one of my favorite bars by the way, shoutout to them) and there was one time I laid my head down and they gave me a warning, not just kick me out of the place. And another thing to point out, why did the security guard feel the need to leave the front of the bar to follow me to the upper deck just for that?? It was a Saturday night, that place was packed!! Let’s fast forward to this year, out of my better judgment I decided to go here because I wanted to watch the Bama game and its more of a sports bar than the other bars around the area. My brother who doesn’t go out much was with me, yes he had a few shots (2 doubles and a beer, that was it) wasn’t a gah awful drunk, maybe had the stumbles just slightly but was still very coherent and I was watching him. Bartender with the black ball cap and mid dirty blonde hair tells me. “If your brother can’t get it together, we are going have to ask you to leave.” This place is not welcoming at all, they hire the most obnoxious pricks as employees that I have ever witnessed from a bar, by the way this is why you didn’t get a tip from me last night, you guys are just very unprofessional and unwelcoming as a bar that I ever been to, you give me problems every single time I come here and I will never give you guys my business again, y’all burned that bridge with me. Also you’re a bar but act like you guys have never seen a drunk person before, make it make sense?? Take your businesses to more welcoming bars like Wildwood Tavern, Pool Hall, Lava Room and Mr. Norms. They will also have the Bama game on, this place just isn’t it.

Good place to sit and have drinks. Its good for a college bar . The prices of the drinks are okay and the ambiance is good . I liked their hot wings .

Ordered medium rare $60 steak, it was still a little cold in the middle. Took a star because of that. It took around 45min to receive our food, im guessing it's for the experience. I didn't mind waiting though, just giving a heads up. Otherwise it was a nice experience and we enjoyed our 15th anniversary dinner. The steak was good 7/10. Steakhouse Salald was delicious 10/10. The cream cheese bite they gave us was yummy, I appreciated that 10/10. Chocolate tart was ok 6/10. The pineapple drink was refreshing 😋 10/10 non-alcoholic. The view is nice and pleasant. The experience is why you go. I was disappointed in the steak. It was too thick for my liking and cold in the middle. Although I will say they did a jam up job on the outer crust. It had good flavor.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary! The atmosphere, service and food was top notch! We arrived at 4 and literally had the restaurant to ourselves. We ordered appetizers (crab cakes and the Rockefeller oysters). Our main course consisted of aged bone in ribeye, New York strip, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.

Views and scenery were amazing. Good selection of steaks and even though we didn’t try it their tomahawk looked great. They even had a kids menu and daily chef specials include a seafood and meat option.

We celebrated our 2 year anniversary and brought our 15 month old with us. He has an egg allergy and they were very attentive to it. Told us what had eggs after talking directly to the chefs. There is no kids menu but they do smaller portions for kids off the menu. We just shared my food. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. We got the charcuterie starter, I got the Saltimbocca, which was absolutely delicious, the sauce is amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. My fiance got the mixed grill, (I tried everything except the steak) it was amazing, he just wished there was more! But we were full at the end of everything, it was that delicious! We got the cheesecake to go and it looked beautiful even in a to go box. They take special care of everything they put out and we loved it. The views of the city are amazing and we got to go all the way around in one sitting to see all the views!

My husband made reservations for our anniversary for 6:30. We were not seated until 6:55. There were several tables empty and remained empty while we ate. The restaurant may have been short on help, but it was frustrating to wait with empty tables in sight. Whitney was very nice, professional, and worked for those eating to have a pleasant experience. We both had the double bone in pork chops. Each entree was cooked perfectly. The chops were very tender and seasoned well. We ordered truffle fries, creamed spinach, and grilled mushrooms. We enjoyed all the shareable sides. For dessert, we split the smoked banana pudding and the beignets with chocolate sauce and a strawberry puree. The beignets were delicious. We didn’t care for the smoked banana pudding. It is a beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view. It is a good place to go for special occasions.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to. The view is excellent while the restaurant rotates 360 degrees. The food is delicious and the service is second to none. In short, this was a grand experience.

It was absolutely beautiful, the entire experience!! The oysters are my absolute favorite thing of all time!! The breads were good. My Husband said his steak was great as well!! We will definitely be going back many times!!

Worth the drive from out of town to see Dave and this beautiful, delicious version of Bread Pudding. Chili is almost as if it was from a solid BBQ restaurant - so Good! Hope to be back soon.

Swampers is the bar & restaurant inside the hotel. Great place to wet your whistle as soon as you many others have done over the years. Many famous musicians recorded around here.

Had a great experience!! I came into town late & thought I could get a real nice dinner & hotel all in one stop here @ the Marriott!! They had a live band going when I walked in, GREAT MUSIC, great staff & great atmosphere!!

Nice hotel with a beautiful interior decorated in music theme. They are currently doing renovations on some rooms. Ours was nice and clean and I especially love the “it works” pillow spray provided by the hotel. Bathroom was huge with a tub and a shower. It was very clean. The room was nice with a nice view. If you ever wanna see the itty bittyist ice bucket on earth, then visit this hotel in Florence Alabama !

Good food, but keep in mind that some of the portions are small if you're really hungry. Burgers are good size and very good too. The atmosphere with live music is great.

This place has been around since I was a little kid. It can't get any better than what it is...except if they brought back the whole catfish dinners. Man...there may not have been as much meat on the whole fish as the filets, but it certainly had more flavor. Newbern's is a resturant that I hope will forever be a staple of the small town of Florence, AL.

The signs drew me in as I was heading for home. “Home of the Famous Catfish Dinner,” not just on the sign out front but also painted in big letters on the building. It worked and one Medium Dinner (2 pieces of fish) later, I agree with the signs. Everything was perfectly cooked in fresh tasting oil. Corn meal mix on the fish was perfect. Hush puppies were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, delicious, and NOT greasy. Overheard the wiatress saying the tea was too sweet for her, so I got half-cut tea and it was just about perfect. Even had small scrunchy ice! The building is functional, but I did not go in for atmosphere. The food was great. Would definitely stop again, and bring people with me.

If you find yourself in th area, don't pass up a chance to stop by Newbern's. The service and food were both superb!

Enjoyed our late lunch today. Catfish was perfectly fried, tasty onion rings and the best slaw. Our server was pleasant and kept a good eye on us.

The sign says it all...HOME OF FAMOUS CATFISH!! Locally operated and very well established in the community. The dining experience is a simple one with good, fresh mostly fried foods. The service is always good and the fish is crispy and delicious! They only serve filet fish now (no longer whole catfish). Slaw is just ok, hush puppies are decent, but the fish is always great!! If you like catfish you will have to give them a try...don't think you'll be disappointed!!

Food was good, arrived in order, and in a timely manner. Steak was cooked as requested (it has always been for the 2 decades weve been eating here). However, we didn't get any rolls.....at all.....even to go after we were done. That's on the lazy roll baker, not the server. Experience was pleasant overall.

Good dining experience! Dinner was a great success! We stopped by on a Thursday night for dinner. The restaurant was busy, but there was no wait for our party of 3. Our server was new and this was her 1st night, but she was AWESOME! She had a very bubbly personality, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and she was a great server! We ordered chicken fried steak with double mash potatoes. The meal came with 2 sides and they had numerous options. We also ordered salmon with wild rice and green beans and a ranger chicken tender meal that came with fries. Of course we also had some of the amazing dinner rolls that came with our meals. We would definitely return when in the area!

First Time At Texas Roadhouse tonight! (Crazy I know) but I genuinely don’t love franchises! But everything I ordered tonight was honestly perfect. I’ve been a server/bartender over 8 years, we had Ava today and she was great!

Had friends in from out of town, we stopped at the Florence Location, and unfortunately for us, it was during the early dine time, when they must be getting rid of Yesterdays Thawed , frozen Meals, we didn't order from the early dine menu, the food was room temp, Greasy, and as far as Taste, I think the Lowest Sodium Item we Had were The Salted Peanuts. we brought our concerns to our server, who told us "Sorry" but made no effort to make it right. all for 140 dollars with Tip for 3 people.

It really doesn't matter which Texas Roadhouse you visit you get more bang for your buck here. I'm not trying to compare this establishment to high end Steakhouses which we all know and love, but for a corporate run business such as the likes of Longhorns, Outback, Red Lobster , you get the gist. Texas Roadhouse rates the best in my book for food, service, taste, price, and atmosphere. Give it a shot.

Stopped in here with family the day after Christmas. I had the cat head chicken biscuit and it was great. Wife had the avocado toast, daughter had the Belgian waffle, and son had a skillet breakfast. They all enjoyed their meals. The wait was very long, which was understandable. They were busy the day after Christmas. I did want to note the 2+ hours we spent there for breakfast. Overall, a good experience and would definitely come back here to eat.

Great food! Loved the shrimp boy. Tarter sauce was phenomenal, as was the breading on the shrimp. Others enjoyed their scrambles and kids tenders with fries. Biscuits were good but weren't served warm.

The food was pretty good, although on the very high side of what I expect to pay for breakfast. We had a few issues up front from them running out of things, but we didn't show up until 1130, so I guess that's when things start to run out. The food did come out fresh and hot. They have fresh squeezed juice. There is a little bar and a gift shop Inside.

Enjoyed breakfast there! But hard to locate. Even google maps not sure where it’s located. If you search for The Strickland hotel you will find BBB on the ground floor. Now for the visit. They were very busy but seated quickly. Took awhile for our breakfast to come but our waitress updated us frequently. It was an enjoyable restaurant and will visit again. Thank you BBB!!

This is one of the best places in Florence for Brunch!! Their Mimosas are top notch and their food has never disappointed us! Always so good! We definitely recommend this place and will be back again soon!

Food tasted great and waitress was great EXCEPT for the fact there was paper mixed in my wife’s salad! Waitress said it was chopstick wrapper and there weren’t chopsticks on our table meaning the trash came from the back! Was the bowl not washed? Was it someone else’s salad from their table after they left? Why was it mixed into the salad at the bottom of bowl? Love UMI but after killing my wife’s appetite due to trash in our food, I do not think we’ll be back! But don’t worry, they gave us a $5 discount off of our ticket!! Why would they not at least credit my wife’s meal?

Great place for any hunger time. Great service ! Food was wonderful. Highly recommend for all ages 👌. They also have 1/2 price sushi rolls every Tuesday and Thursday. All regular rolls as well as specialty rolls. They also have hibachi. Great food

Had party of 8 for birthday celebration. Opted for table dining rather than hibachi. Ordered variety of appetizers, specialty rolls and entrees. The food was really good. Our server was Reagan and she was awesome. It was our first time here but definitely not our last.

FYI don’t look at the photo menu on the website!!! They will not do anything for you in a to-go order(not placed online). I called in a to go order after looking at the main menu online under menus. When given my total it seemed more than what I was expecting. When I mentioned it to the cashier when picking up the order she said yea we had some price increase and we don’t have a to-go menu right for me to look at soooooo. I was in a hurry so I just paid for the meal and left. I got home and after thinking about it I decided $10 more than what I was expecting to pay(expecting $55 and paid over $65) was a little much, so I called and spoke to a manager(Reagan). I explained the issue and told them had I known it was going to be that much more I would not have ordered an extra sushi roll. I asked if there was anything they could do(ie. refund 1 item from my order or anything). She put me on hold to ask someone else then came back to tell me they had some price increases and there was an issue, that they were aware of, with the photo of the main menu online and I wasn’t the only person to call and complain. End result there was nothing they could do since I already paid and left. She did thank me for being yet another person to let them know that the photo menu was wrong.

Great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the service was fantastic. The food was really good. Surprisingly being in Alabama, you never expect to experience genuine Japanese cuisine with fresh food. They did a great job. Only complaint was that Miso Soup seemed watered down, but that was all. Will be making it a must go to when visiting Florence again.

We always love umi! Sushi is good, we always love the fried rice and hibachi as well. We've always had good service and never had to wait for a seat but do tend to go for lunch or early dinner.

When trying to order a child size hibachi meal for myself due to not being able to eat large adult portions, the server told me that I could only order it if I had had gastric bypass surgery which was an extremely strange thing to say. She also said she was afraid of being fired if she violated this policy. If this is the restaurant policy I feel like it should be stated on the menu or front door. Furthermore it is just a strange policy. I dont mind paying extra if necessary, which still doesnt make much sense, but won't be returning to the restaurant for this reason.

The Rice Box is an excellent Chinese restaurant with consistently high-quality food and exceptional service. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, always welcoming and attentive. Every dish is served hot and fresh. Highly recommended!

Food was really good. If your looking for something thats like hibachi food but without the grill and high prices, this place is perfect. Not too expensive, great food all around, service was good and was constant. Will definitely be returning.

Owner is Rude. They charge you for green onions on your expensive egg drop soup and ask for some hot mustard for your eggrolls and it’s gonna be an additional fee. That’s like charging for ketchup for your french fries. It’s my understanding that the lady bought the restaurant in the shopping center that it’s located in. She doesn’t like it here and makes frequent trips to New York City. Depending on her servers to run the property without additional financial reward. Very greedy owner very rude.

I hate to do this because I gave the benefit of the doubt last time. This is the second time I less than a year that I’ve gotten sick from eating here. The last time was in march. I figured maybe at the time it was just something didn’t agree with me. This time my order was completely different. I got sick again after eating food from here last night. I know for a fact it was the food from here because it’s the only thing I had all day since breakfast. I used to like rice box but, unfortunately I will not be back.

Love this place. Food is always amazing, and Party Grandma is my favorite server. She is always exceptional. Love the strawberry roll they serve as well. It is my favorite.

I give it a 4.8. The food and service were amazing, but the dining area was very hot and humid. I'd eat here a lot if i lived closer, but i would probably get it to go.

Well inflation has been taking over and yet the order is still skimpy. You didn't have any baked potatoes but manage to serve a skimpy serving of French fries along with 4 spoonful of baked beans in a cup with a order of slab of ribs. Overpriced and overrated. Yet I do give the honor of having food on time at a decent temperature. If this wasn't my last result on a Sunday then I wouldn't have done business at all with this restaurant.

We visited on a Friday afternoon around 4:45 so it wasn't crowded. I ordered ribs and mac and cheese. My daughter ordered smoked chicken and ribs. One thing I really liked was that your drink can be a side. My ribs were so tender and I thought the sauce was just right with a great balance of sweet and tangy. Also note that these ribs are spareribs and they were huge! I can usually handle a half rack of babybacks, but these beat me! My daughter said her chicken was tasty, especially with the white BBQ sauce. We both couldn't get enough of the mac and cheese. It wasn't dry, which is what I have found at so many BBQ places. I could have made a meal out of just that if it wasn't for those ribs! The service was speedy and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely eat here again.

My fav place to grab some ribs and potato salad. Not pictured: their banana pudding which I also love. Call in orders are super easy. They usually have it ready in 15-20 mins.

Not bad, but hard to say it was better than just OK. Service was fine. Restaurant environment was very clean and nice inside. Ordered the pulled pork, potato salad, and baked beans, with a drink and banana pudding for dessert, all for around $18. Pork was middling, unfortunately—certainly not worth writing home about. Potato salad was very good! Baked beans had (clearly) not been hydrated and were dry and mushy. Banana pudding was the best part of the meal by far. Overall, some highs and some lows. I wouldn’t call this a good value for the money. Update: Attempted to give this place a second chance. Big mistake. Google says they’re open until 10, their website says they’re open until 10, their front door says they’re open until 9. I arrived shortly after 8 and they had already put the chairs over the tables and I was told they could only do take out orders. Not sure why they have such a large dining area if they can’t serve people in it. Drove nearly an hour from Tennessee for nothing. Dropped to two stars. Very disappointed.

Prices were fair. The place was clean. The service was kind. But they ran out of ribs on a Sunday. Questionable on how that could happen. Whoever is ordering or prepping dropped the ball. Nonetheless the food I did eat was delicious and well prepared but a little on the dry side.

The food was just ok. We got 3 kids meals, a rib plate and a fish plate. The ribs were not seasoned well. The fish was fried too long and wasn't seasoned. I hate leaving a bad review, but this meal wasn't fulfilling at all.

It's been quite some time since I've been to a Logan's restaurant. My family and I stopped by for dinner yesterday evening. The peanuts must be a thing of the past because there was none in sight. The restaurant was pretty empty, but we had to wait to be seated because it was during shift change. The restaurant was clean. The menu wasn't as extensive as I remember. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin (well done), loaded baked potato, and ceasar salad. I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a salad. It was served after my steak and potato. My steak was definitely not well done, but it was very flavorful. It was good, so there were no complaints from me, but some parts of the steak would definitely be a little too pink for others who ordered well done. My daughter was disappointed that the second batch of rolls didn't have butter on top. Overall, it was a nice meal.

BUG IN MY BREADROLL. I wish I was joking. 🙃 I went to butter my bread roll and thought I saw mold, when i inspected further I saw a black dot and moved it to find that black dot was a whole bug. Do not eat here y’all. I already consumed them, so I’m hoping I don’t get sick.

Ordered 7 oz filet mingnon medium, got medium well, filet mingnon tasted like it has been boiled first....potatoes was cold... w...ordered 12 ribeye medium....got medium well, potatoes cold...Our waitress was stressed out...my broccoli , some of it was bad sent the broccoli back. Shout out to the bartender/ server who worked on Sunday 8/17/25. He was AMAZING! Truly some of the best service I’ve ever had. The food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant is very clean. Highly recommended!!!

Everything about this place is amazing. First off, the food is super damn good quality and the best chicken I've had in forever. Second off, the service is amazing. The waiters even gave me more sprite?! like what?? Third off, the atmosphere and vibe of people feel amazing.

Didnt have to wait long to be seated. Very nice environment waitress was awesome 👌. Never had to ask for anything. Drinks was always filled when needed. Food was cooked perfectly as well as being delicious. Thank you Loagans for another wonderful experience ❤️

My husband had never tried Logan’s, so we decided to try it Friday afternoon around 5:30. They were not busy at all. When we walk in there was a bunch of kids working by the hostess stand. We were seated and looking over the menus. Waited approximately 10 mins we go no service, no greeting nothing! There was a table that was seated a couple mins after us they had already got their rolls and drinks, and still nothing for us. I seen a lady walk out of kitchen twice on a cellphone and there were plenty of other people standing around doing nothing. I would say there was less than 10 tables that had someone at them. Very disappointing so we ended up at Texas Roadhouse where we usually go.

First time trying this Cracker Barrel and as usual the retail store was AMAZING & full of beautiful items. They have a great sale right now and as usual there were so many items I wanted to buy. The fireplace was going which was so nice but it was still a little chilly. The server was great “Taffany”, was fast, attentive and offered me a coffee to go (which they never do) the food was good and tasted clean and fresh. My only complaint was that the prices seemed higher ($40.04) for 2 breakfast and 2 coffees, the portions felt smaller & the coffee cups looked dirty on the inside. When I mentioned it the server said they were “stained”. My husband wouldn’t drink his coffee so it was a waste of $3.19. Other than that it was fine.

Unfortunately quite a bad experience. Meals came out not hot nor warm except the boil and somewhat the last meal that had to be changed. Several of our pancakes were not hot as butter did not move. The remake of my order asked to make to go to find out my sausage was uncooked and eggs quite wet. Thankfully bless her heart our waitress Debby was nice but not a pleasant Cracker Barrel experience.

The workers were polite and friendly. I did not have any problems with my order as far as correctness. I got the pecan pancakes with over easy eggs and bacon. The pancakes were fantastic; could have used a little more syrup. Eggs were perfect for me. Bacon was definitely not crispy even though I marked that. I got a few things in the store that were perfect for me and a gift for mom. Store was well stocked and organized.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good at customer service and were very professional and knowledgeable. The food was GREAT extremely tasty and a great temperature when it was brought to the table. My only complaint about my entire experience is that the size of each portion of my food order was really really small.

Cracker Barrel offers a laid-back atmosphere with home style southern comfort food. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is always fast and efficient. I love everything I've tried at Cracker Barrell. I miss them serving fried chicken livers. The dumplings are my favorite. Breakfast is available all day. I love the gift shop. It's full of unique finds, nostalgic candies, trinkets, toys, seasonal decor, and so much more. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and well maintained.

Wonderful atmosphere as always. This was my first time at this particular location and I must say the evening service was absolutely wonderful. My server Daisy was a very attentive and kind. She helped me feel welcome in this home away from home. I will be coming back to this location again.

This was just completely terrible. Take a look at my grandma pancake sampler. Here are two different plates of it. Also the bacon egg hash brown casserole. No fried onions, no tomatoes, no green onions, just a mixture of slopped together runny egg and bacon. I’m very disappointed in Florence, AL Cracker Barrel. The cooks should be ashamed and should be fired or at least reprimanded. I definitely deserve a refund. I called and complained but I’m suppose to waist my time and gas driving all the way back and wouldn’t get refund only would make it again. Ridiculous!

The food in atmosphere was great as normal. Our server was great until we got towards the end of the meal and she started making us all feel rushed at the table by bringing our checks early before we ask for them and before we had finished eating. I understand this when the restaurant is packed, but there were at least eight empty tables just in our section. So it was not like they were backed up at the time. Otherwise, I would have given them a perfect rating. This place has been consistently good ever since they opened, and I highly recommend them. PS their chicken nachos are absolutely amazing including fresh jalapenos.

Excellent service and delicious food! Stopped here for late lunch in town visiting friends. We had the spinach dip, cheeseburger, and sliders. The spinach dip was delicious and the tortilla chips were fresh and I believe housemade. Burger and sliders were cooked perfectly and actually seasoned well. So many burger places do not season their beef. Fries were hot and crispy just like I requested. Forgot to take pictures of our food but everything was delicious! Our server Reece was so sweet and attentive.

My girlfriend and I went and ate around 5 after a long day of work and Eli was our server. Let me just say- I speak for both of us when I say that he was AMAZING. He was attentive, friendly and our drinks were NEVER empty. We will be asking for him every time we come in from now on. I honestly just wanted to brag about how awesome Eli was…

I get the same order of their Amazing Asian Sticky wings Everytime, the last time they didn't seem to have the Sticky texture they always have. My favorite is the kitchen sink pizza! The chicken tenders with their Buffalo wing sauce is also really good. My husband loves the ribs. Sams is always consistent and one of my family's top picks!

I have heard nothing but rave reviews for the burgers here and that you were missing out if you had not been here. Today my husband and I had the opportunity to stop in for lunch and we both had the burger. The meat was extremely disappointing. While you received a generous portion of meat, it had ZERO taste or flavor. Not a hint of salt, pepper, nothing. Thankfully my burger had two big slices of tomato that were fresh and had flavor. The fries were crinkle cut, which is a favorite, but also zero seasoning. There are plenty of other places than this one to stop in and get a good burger.

They just don't make places like this anymore- so visit and support the ones you fi d that are still open . Amazing food- from breakfast to lunch, burgers to biscuits, and quick, friendly service. Try the chocolate gravy on Wednesday and Friday, or the burger any day. They are only open Monday-Friday until 2:30pm, so plan ahead. 5 Stars!

Thick tasteless burger, no salt or seasoning on fries either. Used to the the burger goat, now they are less than mid. Fast food joint is cheaper and tastier than this.

The hamburgers are not like they used to be. The meat lacked flavor and the bun was cold. I was disappointed.

I had the 8 oz Renegade Sirloin With 8ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp, asparagus, and strawberry salad. I had a strawberry peach lemonade that was so delicious. The food was good with the exception of the steak (medium well) being a little tough. Nicholas was my waiter and he balanced several tables pretty well. Overall, I had a good experience..

Food was really good, however rated a 4 star because how salty everything was. Appetizers were onion rings and spinach dip tasted way to heavy of salt, still had a good flavor though. Chicken tenders and fries delicious but again tasted way too much salt. Almost as if a container of it was poured on everything. The bread was ok, very crunchy and the butter plain and to hard to spread. However overall everything was good minus the salt. Would recommend

Had dinner with friends tonight at Longhorn in Florence to celebrate two birthdays. We always enjoy our meals there and the food was great tonight. However, I am calling out the manager for what I feel was a very poor management decision. Tonight was Halloween. While I understand several establishments allow/encourage employees to “dress up” for Halloween and provide a fun atmosphere for customers, this was not the case here. One male server was the only employee in “costume” and it was in very poor taste. This person was wearing spooky makeup and “devil horns.” I would have refused to have him wait on our table. Thankfully, we had a very sweet young lady server who was not wearing any kind of costume. I am a Christian and do not “do Halloween” personally, but I don’t begrudge people having fun or wearing cute or funny costumes to make the day enjoyable. However, this was very inappropriate and actually scared one of the children in our party. The manager should have NEVER allowed an employee to wear a “costume” that would be offensive to or scary for anyone in the restaurant. I will be sharing this with their corporate office as well.

Food was barely warm. Renegade steak and shrimp, baked potato was the warmest thing on my plate. Presentation 10 , taste... good would be much better warm/hot.

6 friends in on a Monday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. Our server Tonia was excellent. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable . . . like she would do anything to provide us great service. She took our orders quickly, but not hurried. Our food (drinks, bread, appetizers, and entrees/sides) was brought out in timely intervals. Tonia got all 6 orders exactly correct . . . no mix-ups, no omissions, etc. The food items, (salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak salad, salmon salad) were very good and ample portions. No negatives here; all positives, especially Tonia, our server!

Florence Alabama, Great service clean restaurant. Highly recommend the firecracker chicken appetizer. The only thing I didn't like was my steak was overcooked. Pretty bad.

Bartender Maggie is an absolute nightmare to be served by. Firstly I ordered a beer and an app, then to only be offered another beer, while my current beer was more than half full. No food, no menu, no water. I had to ask to order 10 wings, and while the food did arrive quickly(kudos to the kitchen), I was given one napkin, and then ignored for the rest of my time there, then while maggie greeted/aknowledged another patron, I was ignored, once again, and had to personally flagged down another staff member, who thankfully, turned out to be a manager; Austin, who did his best to rectify the situation. Though in the midst of his attempts to rectify Maggie's poor performance on behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings, Maggie proceeded to call me names, and use profane language behind the bar. After such a bad experience I took my food to-go. This was my first, and last visit to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings, especially the Florence, Alabama location. I visited this establishment around 4pm, 8/21/2025. Hopefully they correct this situation soon.

Stopped going to bww years ago. Decided to give them another chance and the food was awesome the past 3 times we ordered. But, tonight they went back to the same crap and the reason I stopped eating there originally. We ordered take out and when we got home. Half our order was missing and the boneless wings were hard as rocks and dipped in the wrong sauce. Sorry but not sorry, we gave a fair chance and this was it. We will no longer eat from this establishment nor recommend it to anyone.

Never do we ever get good service. Waitress drops food off and forgets us until we finish the food. We do not get the requested condiments. We waited for a fork for 10 minutes after we finally got the Waitress attention.

Good food but service could step it up. Drinks were empty for quite some time. Food takes a while to get to you.

Me and my buddies in my national guard unit showed up last Saturday to watch the ufc paper view and all hang out drink some beer and eat some good food…well we didn’t have a good time at all and if there was anywhere else that showed the fights we would’ve got up and left. It all started when i first showed up around 630 and ordered a philly cheese steak and when it came out it had ZERO cheese, now to be fair the bartender was really nice about it and got me the cheese when i asked but after that the rest of my group trickled in around 7-9 and we had a party of 12 sit down and planned to be there all night and give business but one thing that was really frustrating is every time we asked for a refill for beer or regular drinks it would take 20-30 mins to bring it out, then around 930 our waitress came out very politely and told us her manager was cutting us off from drinks and we were very confused because we hadn’t been causing any problems or being too loud and when i asked her if we were causing problems and she said no but her manager has a rule where a table couldn’t order more than 30 beers which is wild to me but would be understandable for a smaller party of people…but we had 12 and if u do the math thats at least 2-3 beers per person and some people only had 1 beer and got cutoff?! The waitress then said that the manager is navy so she knows how fast people get drunk( which had no relevance to us having a couple beers) and then the manager had the audacity to come over and make a snarky comment to us being national guard. what really pissed us off was when a group of college age guys sitting beside us was served all night being loud, and rambunctious then one of the guys went to the bathroom and puked his guts up and still never got cutoff, but we keep silent about or frustrations considering we were there to watch the fights and did not want to be kicked out. By the end of the night when is was time to receive our checks the waitress somehow lost what we all ordered then had to come around the whole table to ask us what we ordered and still had EVERY single ticket wrong which took thirty minutes for us to come to the register and manually fix it ourselves. so this was just really upsetting when we all wanted to go out and have a fun night and instead got told we couldn’t be served anymore and pretty much completely killed the mood of the night. absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and will not be coming back.

Spent 80 dollars on food. In stuck in hospital and doordashed my food. The door washer was great but my wings was like chewing rubber with very little bbq sauce on it. That is the only thing I wanted and I couldn't even eat it. My fries was saugy and the queso wasnt even warm. Considering im off work and In the hospital with minimal money I treat myself with this is ridiculous. I want my meal replaced.

They were out of several things on the menu and it was just 12 pm. The restaurant was clean. We could barley hear what our waitress was saying not sure if it was due to loud music or she needed to speak up.

I try not to pig out on pasta much these days, but I still love the salad and bread sticks. I usually order from the website, and it's ready within minutes. If you check in through the link sent, the food will be brought to your vehicle. I stopped in yesterday to get spaghetti for my dad. The staff is friendly and efficient.

We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden during our recent visit, and I want to highlight the outstanding service we received. From the moment we walked in, We were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The host was friendly and efficient, and we were seated promptly. Our server(Brook) went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations. Drinks were refilled without having to ask, and every course was timed just right. The food was delicious – but it was the service that truly made this visit special. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. Thanks to the Olive Garden staff for making our dinner memorable. We will definitely be returning soon! I would like to personally recognize Brook for such an amazing experience!

We had a relaxing dinner. Our waitress was so sweet, attentive and helpful. Loved the low keyed music, could relax and enjoy our evening.

Unsure how this olive garden has so many great reviews. We went last night and the food and service wasn't good. There was two of us and they would bring two bread sticks at a time. The girl was busy chatting in the little office by the bar I ran out of drink, breadsticks many times... and my child's pasta was not hot and way overcooked. We ended up paying our bill and leaving. Wouldn't recommend.

Got my favorite chicken tortellini and chicken gnocchi soup!! I love the soup very much! It was a good time! It had been a while since I had Olive Garden! Prices went up a bit. But I hadn’t been in a year. I was glad to see my favorite dish on the menu. And my server was great!

I haven't been there in a while and probably won't be back. The service was great. I was very disappointed with the food. The soup and salad and breads ticks were good but the stuffed chicken marsala was way over cooked to the point I couldn't cut it with a knife My wife got the chicken parmesean wasn't very flavorful and had very little sauce on it.

Our serve was Lee. He was more than very kind, gracious, helpful and understanding and considerate of time constraints factor. Our food was hot, fresh and tasty. He was very prompt and thoughtful. Wonderful people person! You can tell he is a family man himself! Phenomenal waiter!!! I’m glad we got him today!!! Yall please level him up, give him a raise or do something VERY good for this man! He is working hard and doing an amazing job!!!!! You made our time there a pleasure Lee!! We appreciate you BIG time!!! OG, please bless this man’s socks off!!🤩 Restaurant was clean!

This place is like Chipotle, only better! They have good choices for the protein, and the price is the same for all the meats (no extra charge for steak or shrimp!) Very fun atmosphere as well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they charge for chips, unlike Moe's and Taco Mama.

The food is always fresh and very tasty and their portion sizes are very big. Friendly atmosphere and we always come back they have a card they punch every time you buy something and Mondays you get a double punch so it is really yummy and good quality!

The atmosphere was nice and clean, the food was okay, the girls behind the counter were friendly, but the guy was extremely unprofessional to customers. He needs to be fired, he's nothing more than a chaos coordinator.

Blue Coast fish tocos rock! Really like this neighborhood restaurant. Lots of menu items to choose from that are made fresh. Pretty good selection of drinks including beer but I like their fruit tea even if it is way too sweet. Big open dining area with a couple of big screen 📺. Plus an outdoor dining area. Has a fun California surfer dude motif with interesting graphics. They do some big time catering. Blue Coast is a busy place but I've never had to stand in line very long and have alway found a table. Staff is helpful and fun to chat with. Did I say "I really like this place!"

I love eating at Blue Coast Burrito...I can watch my diet and not feel guilty....very healthy food

I was happy to see a functional Red Lobster again. It had been a while since so many of them closed. The margarita flight was worth the wait, it may be at least partially responsible for this post... also, pasta was good, lobster tail was better, steak was cooked right, I even had this thing called a salad (saaal-laaad?) but let's be real, we're here for the Biscuits. They were cheddar-y, warm and plentiful. I'm not sure how long they've been open because it was kinda dead for a Saturday Night but The Red Lobster is back y'all... Come on thru!!!

Amazing food and service!! Biscuits were SO good! Drinks were good too! Arianna was our waitress, a really nice happy chirpy waitress! Made our meal lovely. She was attentive. Plenty of parking here. Wheel chair accessible. Soft music. Lots of food! I don’t think there’s anything vegan here. And it’s kid friendly too. I seen a little kid here about 2 when we were seated. Everything’s clean and stocked.

Love eating here! Got the crab your way and it was delicious! The server Bebe was so nice and attentive! Made my 33rd birthday great!

They are changing it around. Had a waitress named faith. Young lady does know how to give service. Was really nice not having to find your waitress for things. She was a step ahead. Drinks getting low she was there with a refill buns were hot and plenty food was great again. Like the old days If you get a chance give them a try

We had no wait and the host who seated us was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is that there were crumbs on our table and on our booth seats. Our server, Mike K., was top notch! He was careful to ask the chef if seasoning could be omitted on our sides of broccoli and it was. Our entrees came quickly and were delicious! Though quite busy he checked in several times with us to see if we needed anything more. You could tell he was on top of everything. My husband and I both agree that Mike K. is an excellent server!

Haven't been to this restaurant in a good while so I decided to retry it out. Came in to a semi loaded space but not over crowded. Sat at the bar and was greeting immediately by a super friendly bartender. Ordered my food, sat back and relaxed. Got the all you can eat appetizers special. Chicken tenders, BBQ ribbletts, and double crunch shrimp. With fries it was not a bad deal. Tenders were fresh and juicy, ribbelts were saucy and the shrimp was maybe 1.5 crunch but still good. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Will definitely have to come back. Also, drinks were on par and tasty. Recommend the Top Shelf Long Island and the Crown Sour.

Dylan our server was amazing, making sure everything went smoothly and was always checking if everything was good and if we need anything’. Very great service!!! And great staff!!

There was plastic in my food. When I brought it to my waitress’s attention, she did not seem concerned and did not offer to have it remade or removed from the bill. Food was mostly cold anyways, and our waitress was Kristen.

I can’t say one negative thing about our experience today! From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out we were treated so nicely, and the staff made us feel like they were genuinely happy we were there. The food was as delicious but the best part was our waitress Carolyn. She smiled the entire time she was at our table and interacted with everyone like they were her friend! We eat out a lot and it’s usually a rarity to have the experience we had today! We will definitely be back to Applebees soon!

Very happy with our experience at this particular Applebee's. Food was spot on, and our waiter Nicolas went above and beyond to take care of us..even going the extra mile to get my husband his wings with the flavors he likes. He took the best care of us and definitely gave us a 5 star dining experience. We would definitely stop and eat here again when in the area.

2nd visit in a month mid afternoon to eat there. Very few customers but both times took waitress approximately 15 minutes to serve us. First visit waitress said she was in back on the phone. Yesterday waitress stood at the corner booth for 15 minutes talking about how tall she was. After finally taking our order she would forget to get us extra napkins etc. usually tip 40 to 50 percent but yesterday only 15 percent. Probably our last visit.

This time my journey has lead me through Mussel Shoals and Florence Alabama. Stopped here from a random choice looking for something different. As far as different??? Pallets on the ceiling and blocked out faces of people in familiar photos. Having been my first time and it was a holiday weekend on a Sunday, I might of liked it more?? To be fair if you love hotdogs made several different ways, you will like this place. A locals perfect Dive bar right downtown.

I’m from out of town. Walked in. No greeter so I just walked around. Found my way to the outdoor seating (one of the reasons I decided to try this place). No employees outside either so I just sat at a table. Apparently they have outdoor seating but not outdoor service. I have no idea. One star on service. I have NO idea what the food is like. Atmosphere? From what I can tell it’s good for standing around drinking, not so much if you’re hungry. Been sitting here 30 minutes. Still haven’t seen a single employee.

Really like this place. Arcade room is fun, drinks are good, and they've got a working relationship with the hotdog place next door. They're also well positioned for any of the downtown music activities. If you are sitting outside and go in to order for the group, make sure you bring everyone's id. The bartenders will often ask for them.

First time in the establishment last night with a friend. It was packed of course and Handy Week. We were yelled at by staff for "blocking the door" about 10 seconds after stepping inside. The line then moved over a bit so we could squeeze in behind them. But we just turned and went back out. Door cleared sir, no need to scream at us. We walked on down to the Lava room where they graciously allowed us to come inside and order our blue cup drinks. We were able to get back out to the plaza quickly (they were nice enough to not even charge us the cover when we explained that we just needed two drinks to go).

Think TAVERN, don't think restaurant or bar. All three times we have visited we found great conversation with an upbeat music background. The draft beer selection changes enough so each time we're here there's a new brew to try. And the hot dogs are worth the trip themselves. Comaraderie no extra charge.

This was an ok spot. The atmosphere was great and the bartender that you order food through was great. Pasta was pretty good, hot dogs were actually much better next door at the Chicago dog place.

Never been here before. It is a Wednesday and lots of people. Had a veggie pizza and citrus squall beer. 🍺 enjoyed it.

$46 we got 2 sandwich plates with a side and one half sandwich with a side. The sandwiches were good but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. I was shocked at the price when I went to pay. I guess I should’ve looked into it a bit more. And these meals did not even come with a drink for that price! Actually from the receipt it looks like we were supposed to get a soup that they didn’t even include in our order. I heard great things about this place but it just wasn’t for me.

The charming decorative touches throughout the restaurant help to make this a warm and welcoming establishment. Everything is delicious and served beautifully in an artful arrangement. Even the most basic dish is served with thoughtful presentation. My favorite is the club on croissant. The homemade chips and Orzo pasta are some of my other favorite staples at Sweet Basil. They add new items to the menu daily. They serve everything from chicken and dressing, burgers, tacos, tomato pies, Sloppy Joe's, Salmon Patties, Catfish, Pot Pies....anything you can think of...just with a more creative twist..it's always an exciting treat to see what they'll cook up next. Sweet Basil is also a full service catering company available for weddings, corporate events, private parties, etc. You're guaranteed to be greeted with a friendly face when you enter and will receive top-notch service. Bailey is the bomb! I love to see her smiling face whenever I'm there. :)

The Ruben was very good. Broccoli salad was outstanding. Great place if you're looking for something a little different.

I had the blue cheese Reuben with RWB salad. My friend had the ham and cheese croissant , also with RWB salad. The blue cheese on the Reuben made the flavors pop and it was so surprising! Wow!! We are so glad we found such a wonderful place to have lunch when we go through Florence!!

Went with a friend. Food was oversalted. Everything. Chicken salad. Even pimento cheese was salty. Broccoli salad over salted and had stems in it. Very disappointed for the price. Cute place. Has potential .

My first visit and it was great. I had the sampler plate which was Tomato Basil Soup, salad, and half Turkey and Cheese on Wheat. It was perfect! Definitely will return! Updated on June 8, 2023: Visited for lunch. It was so good. I had Tomato Pie and Red, White, and Blue Salad. Their menu has good variety and has something for anyone. I will definitely be back.

It’d be nice if they posted on their FB that they are closing early for a private event. So people don’t drive 30-40 minutes to eat there and they aren’t open.

I ordered the chorizo, egg and cheese breakfast tacos, they were amazing. I live an hour away or I would come once a week to eat them! Service was great and atmosphere was nice. I liked the flooring. Very 80's looking. Definitely will eat here again when I'm in the area.

If you're looking for one of the best Mexican Restaurant around look no further. First time i ate here i had my doubts because i was loyal to other places. After the service and quality of the food i was blown away. After a few visits it was the same quality and service. 10/10 would recommend.

- missing the fajitas - missing the taco salad - the chimichanga was inedible - the guacamole was VERY old, it was brown - the cheese dip was clumpy and thick, it had a smell to it - the Mexican salads were old - the tacos had stuff missing The whole meal was inedible and I got sick off of it, and I have cancer! La Hacienda has been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants well over a decade! You are sure to find great salsa, delicious food, and friendly faces! My favorite menu items are the shrimp and steak taco salad, steak nachos, Baja fish tacos, and the flautas. The Pina Colada is delicious as well.

Food and service are always good! Maybe it's just that we go too often, but a few of the waiters know our family and always about any members that may be missing that day. Prices are good and portions are great!

Great food and great service! I have tried quite a few options on the menu here but my favorite has to be the steak fajitas. I love their cheese dip because it has more flavor and a little kick than most places. It can get a little noisy in the dining room at times if they are very busy but it's not usually too bad.

The food was ok took way to long to get my sons tamales the rest of us were done eating before he got his food. The server was swamped so he was not very on point with drink refills or checking on our table we had to wait 30 min just for our check and to go containers. I don’t think we will be back it wasn’t that great.

Went to try the restaurant before I brought business associates next week, my husband ordered a burger and it was greasy. I ordered the steak asparagus and baked potato the only thing worth eating was the baked potato. The service was amazing though. I do not recommend this place if you actually know how your food is supposed to be cooked.

We took our family here for dinner. The waitress was very nice and went along with my husband's jokes about the missing breadsticks. The food was excellent. Our Florida boy approved the Key Lime Pie. We will come back the next time we visit.

We went to Rays for our wedding anniversary and the food was fantastic. Our server Brandon was also fantastic. My wife got the pork chop and it was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. I ordered the chop steak and it was wonderful as well. Everything was made to order if you eat there you’ll be there at least an hour which wasn’t a bad thing to us. You get to enjoy and savor your meal there. For two people tip and all you’ll spend about a $100 if you get a desert but it’s worth it. Definitely a hidden gem in the shoals area highly recommend.

We came in not knowing exactly what restaurant this was. We were dressed very casually, it was fine - I would have just opted for nicer clothes had I read a little more info. I had the burger (delicious!) and my husband had the prime rib. We both had dessert - bread pudding for me (yum!) and butter cake for my husband. Service was great! nice little restaurant.

Wonderful, upscale restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere with a nice variety of entrees and sides. Servers are friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. A live singer/musician added to the atmosphere and unlike many places, the entertainer's volume was subdued sufficiently to allow pleasant conversation. "White tablecloth" service. Reservations highly suggested.

Sorry I was not impressed. I was told this was just like the Dales from days before. The breadsticks were but the onion soup was ok. Too much cheese and bread. The filet had no taste. Just a piece of meat and it took a long time especially when you consider we were the third table to be seated. I guess they were warming the grill up. The meal was not worth the price. Wont be back

Life is hard right now. Just a season of life and because of that, I needed to romanticize the everyday. So, on Tuesday, I called Ray's At The Bank and made a reservation for Friday evening at 7:45pm. I called my husband and told him that we were going on a date. He always asks and I never want to, so he was excited. I bought a new dress and had my hair done. Friday evening arrived and the dogs and the kids were in their respective places. We parked at 7:30 and noticed there was a sidewalk full of people. We waded through the blocked entrance and waited in a crowded doorway at a hostess station as people continued to move me out of the way to get out of the building. I was standing directly in front of the hostess stand, not in line at it. This was crazy in itself. The hostess arrives visibly perturbed. I try to lighten the mood and said, "Deep breath." She smirked it off with a "Yeah" and said, "Even with your reservation it will be a 30 minute wait. We will text you." Normally, this would have bothered me. But no, I bought a new dress. I was overdressed and this was going to be a good night. So, we meandered across the street to Bongos to wait it out. After a basket of chips, 2 waters, 45 minutes, and zero texts later, we went back across the now clear street and sidewalk to an empty hostess stand and absolutely everyone that had been waiting was seated. After waiting an additional 10 minutes at the hostess stand, she appeared and pointed to the dirty table and said, "I think that one will be yours." Wow! We stepped outside and called 360 Grille. They had 2 available tables and would seat us immediately. We arrived and had the evening that we deserved. It was an exceptional experience with our server, Zoe, and her SA, Ryan. Our food was stellar but the teammwork that we witnessed there made me want to serve again! We will be back! After hearing about this location forever from what seemed to be everyone with raving reviews, I wanted to give someone a chance to explain. So, yesterday, I called. Left our name and number asking for an explanation for the night before. Still crickets.

Had some friends visit and we decided to go out to eat. I asked if they had ever had Italian Beef similar to what you get in the Chicago area when they said they would like something different for a change. So with a "no", off we went. I told my guest that was going to order the Italian Beef sandwich that the last couple times I had been, they had been a little skimpy on the cheese so I would be ordering extra cheese. She did also. When the food arrived, it was definitely not extra, as a matter of fact, it was even less than what I had got the last couple times. When I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be extra, she answered yes. I'm was totally floored. It was also on a night that they had live music which I had always been earlier in the day on my visits and had never been during live music occasions. My other guest ordered one of the pasta dishes and said it was good. So based on the quality of the 'Chicago-style' Italian Beef sandwich having been going downhill over the last several visits, not only was our request for extra cheese not honored but the meat was tough, I only ate half because of that, couldn't force myself to eat the other half. The music was so loud you couldn't hear what was being said at the table. My guests were not impressed so they will not be returning and neither will I since this is the only item I ever ordered at this restaurant. If the quality of that sandwich has gone downhill, not interested in trying anything else.

Kind of a ‘hidden gem’ in a basic strip center. But once you enter the doors..a combination Italian centric local bar with great food and service.

I decided to try something with my wife outside of our ordinary places to eat, n let me tell you, that was a mistake. Personally I could’ve done better at home, let forget about the fact I was sick all night last night and still am this morning, I’ve read reviews about how great it is there n food is amazing, that was definitely not our experience. My wife had Alfredo and I had the Philly cheese lasagna my wife food tasted straight out of the Walmart jar n my the same on top of my food was obviously the cheese and part of the top and all around the edge were burnt from get put in the microwave, I expected better according to the reviews, definitely not worth the $40 I spent, aside from that the waitress fill our water one time n never checked on us again she was to busy at the bar talking with other employees n patrons at the bar. Only gave one star because I had to rate it

We have been fans for a little Capones for a while of their pizza and we literally get pizza from them every single week almost. The prices fluctuate, which means we are charged different amounts. (I have screen shots from banking)., we get the exact same thing every single time and yet the amounts of fluctuated from in the 30s to The recently were charged $50 for the “special” when asking about the pricing and the fluctuation, the employee was very rude on the phone which got me irritated and the manager was also rude. Well, I guess you’ve been getting a good deal for a year he said. Also, when we got this last order, it did not have the dipping sauce that I requested that’s supposed to come with the cheesy bread. It also was not that great this time at all the Christ and the cheesy bread being burnt and hard. It will be my last time ordering from there again the customer service sucks and they need to do better.

My husband and I would eat here regularly at the Cloverdale Rd. location. We would always order the same thing; carbonara pasta and chicken parm. It WAS really good, but the last two times we had horrible experiences. We ordered late one evening and took it home. When we tried to eat the pasta it was soooo spicy we couldn't eat it, literally burning my mouth amd lips. The restaurant was closed by this time. I called the next day, spoke to the manager Lisa, who was super nice. She apologized and gave us a gift receipt for our next meal. We ordered the same thing last night.... took it home. We were missing a $7 side salad and the bread for the pasta. Called them up and the girl had an attitude, insisting she put it in the bag, I believe her name was Brooke. She said we can come back up there to get it after trying to prove it wasnt in the bag... We asked for a credit. We then opened the pasta--- it was made wrong. Called back again, spoke to Tom, the manager. With attitude he said "Come back, I'll make it again for you, but if you dont like it, you can't order with us anymore." I am not sure if they have new cooks, but there is no consistency and this place is expensive for pasta, but we still continued to eat here. I took the pasta back and asked for a refund. All we were asking for is some sort of consistency and customer service. I've never been told that if I dont like the way its made, not to come back. Thats ridiculous. BTW I tried reaching out to the owner and still have not gotten a response. Needless to say, they lost some loyal customers and we will never go back.

This is my son's favorite place together spaghetti & meatballs! And I order the same thing, it is very good. We did order the spinach dip for the first time & it did not disappoint. Very good.

We went with the family to celebrate Independence Day. There were 11 of us. We were seated right away. The waitress was great and the food was good. Everyone enjoyed it

If you’re looking for true southern style home cooking, this place should be saved in your GPS! The selection was great. We had fried chicken, fried catfish, chicken and dumplings, steak and gravy with all the fixins. Desserts were equally delicious. It was too difficult to choose between the peach cobbler, coconut chess pie, and banana pudding- so I had all 3! Hours are limited, so make sure you give yourself driving time and eating time! It is worth the drive (about 12 minutes outside of Florence)

This seems to be a very popular back woods place, even with the local Sheriffs department. The food could use a little more Southern love, My sister that lives in Florence suggested this place. It was okay! But the decor was spot on. As you can see from the photos. It is an all you can eat place. Folks are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely delicious. Such a homey down home place, from the decor to the mismatched plates...the food was amazing, fresh homemade everything...i loved the mashed potatoes and dumplings...i wish I could have eaten more...def recommend

It is a 5-star experience. Home cooking that is real home cooking. Kevin has nailed down the finer points of southern hospitality and presents his beautiful prepared dishes with a whole lot of southern twang. Line up yo' all and pick out a dish and fill it up as full as you please. Then sit down at a table with a fresh clean tablecloth and real cloth napkins. Hostess Mary has made your table look so nice, it even smells fresh. It's a busy place and no one seems in a hurry to eat and run so don't come here with a fast food attitude. You're just gonna have to slow down and enjoy what took a while to fix.

The food is made from scratch and from healthy ingredients. It's a great place to bring the family! And the owner is a super nice guy with a passion for good food and good music. You will not be disappointed and will want to come back again and again.

Great place for a southern cooked dinner. Catfish is amazing along with the sides, a must try is the cheesy pineapples.

A great little place with an atmosphere of a family get together. Drinks are self serve and in Mason jars, they even have little glass jugs of milk! Dessert is included in the price and it was super delicious! We really enjoyed our experience.

1st time I have ever been to Chili's Grill in Florence....and I will say the food was good... Our waitress was Marnesha....she was so sweet...I highly recommend going and eating there.... it was so good I brought rest home with me... Both me and the person I went to eat with here found PLASTIC in our food. She also found a beard hair in her salad. I asked where the plastic came from and was told it probably happened when they cut up the chicken. Pretty gross to find plastic in your food.. The kitchen ran out of fries and apparently couldn't cook anymore, so I had to sub my side with my chicken sandwich. I regret not showing the manager the plastic in our food. We were being rushed to pay due to it being close to closing time, and the server mentioned her manager being mad. I know it's not the servers fault, but the whole experience was off. I will never be back to Chili's in Florence. Make sure you check your food for plastic before you eat your food!

Went around 8pm and it wasn't very busy which is a plus for me. The server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive which made the experience a good one. The food was amazing. My burger was cooked to perfection and the fries fresh and hot. Definitely recommend getting the mango tea.

On Mother's Day the expectation to wait is given. The time we waited for our food was diabolical. People who arrived 20 to 30 minutes after us received their food before we did. I asked to speak the Manager, whom by the way needs additional training, just continued to say that he cant help when the servers put in the orders. He did offer an apology but no solution, so he could have kept the I'm sorry . My mother had to get up to get us napkins. After waiting forever for the food my chicken crispers were old. It was over all a bad experience.

We had such a great “snack/lunch”! We just stopped in to get some food in us before the fair! Our server Garrett was so kind and friendly with my twin girls! Had a blast. Great service and food!

Well the waitress didn't ask to refill our drinks and she was trying to hold cash money, when giving 100 dollars, she was hoping we would walk out so she can keep it. It took 30 min. and finally I had to speak up like when are you going to give the change back. She acted very strange and took forever to give change back. I'm not sure if it safe to go back their after my first time their. I don't trust that waitress. Be watchful if you go there.

I dont play race cards but we felt our waitress was racist. She talked to the patrons by us but not our table. I had 1 refill but no one else was offered one but yet the other table got refills. The food was amazing though.

During our visit to this location, my husband and I were disappointed by the service and food. Our drinks were delayed until after we served ourselves; I ordered Sprite but was told it was unavailable, so I switched to Dr. Pepper. My husband tried the lemonade and quickly asked for Mellow Yellow because it was terrible. The food was not much better. I chose three meats, two of which were dry, and my husband’s cabbage was also dry. There were no yams available, which was disappointing. We hoped the dessert would be better, but the dessert table was mostly empty. My husband’s banana pudding came with only one small banana and one waffle. Additionally, I noticed the waiter spraying cleaning solution around the food, which was concerning. We decided to leave immediately. Spending over $45 for such poor quality is unacceptable for a restaurant of this reputation. We won't be returning to this location again.

I'm not a fan of buffets, but I gave Golden Corral a chance because my dad enjoys it. The plates were dirty, and the food looked and tasted unappetizing. Nothing about the experience made me want to come back. Definitely not for me.

I enjoyed the salad bar and the rolls. Getting the steak you want was a challenge but was a decent steak for the value. The hot wings was decent. The manager was sweet and doing a good job. Just didn't seem very friendly and honestly a little tense.

We had stopped coming to the.Golden Corral about 2 years ago because, in my opinion, the food and the service had fallen off sharply. The floors were not kept and people were not very friendly. You can't judge a business by one trip, so we.had been back 3 times, and no change. So we stopped going. Now, on a whim, I decided I wanted to try them one more time. I said if it was.still bad, I would not return. So, we went in, floors were clean, plates and utensils were clean, food tables were really great 👍. So we got.our salad, got a steak, which was perfectly cooked, and enjoyed Golden Corral for the first.time in 2 years. I am so glad they are doing well, and I cautiously invite you to come and see for yourself, which is the only way to.truly know! Nuff said.

It was very busy which is a good thing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a large selection on the buffet. I hate to say that the best thing I had was the salad bar. The food was either overdone or tasteless. Even the desserts lacked appeal. The ice cream was good. Hopefully it was just an off day for the cooks but I probably won't be going back anytime soon.

First of all, at this location, the server told me to wipe off my own fork instead of getting a new one. And none of the icecream machines cos they had a warning on it, saying it need to be cleaned. Also the food was gross.

Such a great staff and what a wonderful local sub shop. I got the All American Club (the Lenny's way) add sweet pepper relish, so good and so fresh! We walked 2+ miles at Heritage Park and treated ourselves great walk and view of the river!

Very disappointed with the management her name was Katlin. She is never welcoming when we enter the store. Not good customer service at all and then my sandwich came out like a hot dog without the fixings, I had requested. She is not the person for customer service and definitely should not be management. I really don’t like giving a bad review but, this one definitely deserves it. I couldn’t believe they served my sandwich like they did but, made my other ones almost correct..very bad experience. As long as she is management me and several others said we will not be going back there. Horrible experience. Also, couldn’t believe my sandwich came out like a hot dog we were all like what is that before we opened it.

It's generally a little more expensive here, but it was previously worth the price. First - both the girl at the register & the young man making the sandwich were friendly & polite. Our sandwich was made quickly, and the girl brought it to our table. The dining area was clean, tables wiped down, etc. Hubby & I ordered a 15" meatball sub, to split. They were nice enough to split it & bring it out on 2 trays. While the sub looked amazing, the taste was mediocre. There was exactly one meatball in each section, there was very little sauce, and they no longer have provalone - the sub was topped with a PROCESSED American/Swiss cheese slice (this may be an old change - until recently we were only down south 2x/year). For a $16+ sub, I expect more than 4 measley meatballs... I also expect more sauce than what sticks to the meatball, and I expect real cheese - not processed junk that is filled with salt, water, preservatives and just enough cheese to not be accused of false advertising. We have previously loved Lenny's, so we may give it one more try, with a different sandwich. But if he is skimping on other ingredients and not using real cheese, we will be done.

Absolutely AMAZING, Best food in the shoals area and the inside smells like heaven the lady at the front is so nice! And so is the cook out back. I love going here! I try to at least once a week! There’s a man who does orders to he is very nice! Definitely recommend this amazing place! Hotdogs are great. slaw, ketchup, mustard anything! And the Chicken Plate is one of my favorites as well as bbq plate and sandwich. PLEASE YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS OUT!!! I beg you! Prices are cheap and you can even get some golden flake chips with your food as well as a drink I guarantee you’ll love it and will want to come back to not only eat but see these amazing employees! They are so nice! THANK YOU!!!

Pretty pedestrian food. Ribs were almost like parboiled. No char or bark to speak of. The chicken was the best thing we ate. The slaw dog gets a mixed review. My wife loved it. I thought it was ok but nothing really special. The staff was really nice.

I could smell the food out in the parking lot. The bbq is so tender and full of flavor. The slaw is amazing. The prices are not bad either.

Best BBQ and slaw I have EVER had!!! A new friend told me about Dick Howell’s BBQ, and I am so grateful he did. Fantastic food, generous portions and prices so low I wonder how they stay in business. A really low key restaurant where the food and friendly service speaks for itself. 4th generation family owned and operated. My husband and I both enjoyed the BBQ plate for around $6. We could hardly speak because we could not stop eating. I am going back to try the ribs, which I hear is one of their best sellers. Worth every star.

This is probably the best BBQ that I've ever had in my life. Been eating Dick Howell's since I was little. Always grab a sandwich when Im back in Florence. A must try if you're in the Shoals area‼️

Let me start with if you haven't tried this place you don't know What you are missing, the whole smoked chicken I got there was probably the best I have ever had. There white sauce was amazing. And the potatoe salad is just wow 👨‍🍳 I loved that it's a family business and the young lady that took our order was very friendly. I live in athens and will definitely be making the drive back for there great bbq

Casa always has good service and great food. The chips and salsa are plentiful and flavorful. My favorite menu items are the steak and shrimp taco salad, chicken taquitos, Fajita nachos, or steak tacos. I've always had a good experience every time I've eaten here.

They gave me the wrong oder i had asked for then say that i asked for what i got and when they replaced it with what i asked for it was to cold to enjoy will not be coming back or giving tip this is terrible customer service its lunch time and not many customers are here no reason to get what i got

I got the shrimp with squash & broccoli over a bed of rice covered lightly with cheese sauce. It was delicious!! Large portions! Pic is of the leftovers I took home. Would go back again!

I just left this restaurant and I gotta say, I am disgusted after being served raw meat in my taco salad. To their credit, they tried to make it right and brought out a new, fully cooked meal, but after being served raw meat and making myself throw it up in the bathroom to avoid food poisoning, I couldn’t eat it and was still charged for it. Would not recommend.

The food was excellent the chips were truly bottomless and the small children were showered with love humor and patience. Would have easily earned 5 stars if not for the wait to have our order taken and how often we were out of drinks. Bigger glasses for the tea and sodas would be appreciated.

This has been a family favorite since it opened. ACTUALLY, it’s been a family favorite since it FIRST opened many moons ago as the second location of El Toro. I worked at the original ET, and helped open this location, too. The service is always terrific and the prices are great. We had chimichangas and fajitas and burritos and cheese dip their delicious salsa. It was all amazing! We’ll be back soon, I’m sure! The best casual place to bring friends and family!

First time trying this restaurant here in Florence but I was very, very pleased with our meal tonight. My husband got the build you own pork carnitas, and I got the carnitas tacos everything was delicious and fresh which was perfect since we had been driving 3 hours from TN. We definitely will be coming back for seconds.

The first time we came here I wasn’t overly pleased…the only things I could remember was the nasty okra and the “wheelchair accessible” bathroom that really isn’t. But my mom reminded me that the chicken livers were pretty good, so we came back… this time the server mentioned we could get the okra ,add fresh instead of taking what had been sitting under a lamp so we got chicken livers, fried okra and my mo got some beans and greens..,we shared the meal. And I guess the beans were ok, o won’t taste greens, they make me sick (all greens, not specific to this place)..but the chicken livers were awesome and the okra was great too. Thank you.

Don't let the modest building and signeage of this place keep you from stopping here. We pegged this as a local favorite. Lots of cars at 1:30 pm. The food is scratch made southern home cooking. You get a Meat, 3 sides and bread for $9.99, friendly service. We especially liked the roast pork and gravy, fried chicken, pineapple casserole, and red potato salad. Wish we'd had room for some cake or pie, but we couldn't even finish the meal. Left with happy tummies and big smiles

We visited here for lunch after a road trip to the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. This is a solid little spot for country cooking. The sign for the place is a little hard to see and I missed the turn to enter the parking area initially. Made our way back and found a spot, though the lot is a little bit hard to maneuver. We walked inside to a slightly hot, slightly dim interior. It's larger than it looks on the outside. A friendly waitress told us we could sit where we liked, so we took a booth near a window so we could see the menu better. Their choices were fairly varied for lunch. Lunches come with a meat + 3 veggies and your choice of bread. I ordered the boneless fried chicken breast, macaroni and cheese, fried okra, and at the recommendation of our waitress, the hash brown casserole with a roll as my bread. My mom got the country fried steak with brown gravy, macaroni and cheese, fried okra, cabbage, and a roll. My dad got the same thing except he subbed the cabbage for greens of some sort, though I can't recall if they were turnip or collard greens. He also got the fried cornbread. Our waitress was very nice and patient with us, even with my dad chatting her up, lol. Our food came out quickly. You pay at the register up front -- we thought the prices were reasonable. As for the food itself, it was enjoyable! Simple, straightforward, but tasty and comforting. The chicken was breaded expertly and was cooked well. To me, the stand out was the fried okra, which was perfectly crisp. We also enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, greens, and chicken fried steak. My mom said her best thing was the cabbage, which was surprising at first -- but I agree, the cabbage was excellent! The hashbrown casserole and the fried cornbread were the only two letdowns; the casserole needed to be cooked and seasoned a bit more, and the cornbread was likewise a little on the floppy side, instead of having pleasantly crisp edges. Overall, though, solid country cooking at a reasonable price served quickly by nice people. Give them a go if you're in the area.

If you love country cooking like me , this is another good country style food place in Shoals area . Nothing to explain here if you love good ole cornbread with that country fried steak or chicken or fish etc. , creamy mashed potatoes , some beans and greens . They all are good . Its simple delicious and puts a big smile on your face . The service is good , staff is friendly and the food is great . So if you are in shoals area then check this one out of many country cooking places in Shoals . Its a good one .

The hamburger tasted like it was cooked with steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce on it. It wasn't bad I just didn't like the seasoning. All the other stuff I got was good.

Always excellent. Best meat and three in our area. Never had a bad or even an average meal in this place.

Great little "out of the way" place to get your Barbecue fix. Friendly folks and great food! Now that's a winning combination. Today was my first visit. I had a delicious pork barbecue sandwich and okra. I'll be back soon!

If you are ever driving through the area you must stop at this adorable BBQ spot. It was an absolute treat dining here. I believe the people working there were the owners and they were so nice, we immediately felt like family. We both ordered the pulled pork sandwich with spicy slaw! Oh my goodness! This was the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had. The meat was so good and I have never had spicy slaw before but it was great! I also got a small side of the beans and potato salad, they were both very good. The BBQ sauce and vinegar based sauce on the table paired perfect with the sandwiches as well. The inside had a homey feel of a good old fashioned family restaurant. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the company, food, and comfortable atmosphere.

PLEASE TAKE THIS AS CONSTRUCTIVE & NOT COMPLAINING. Had a double cheeseburger and fries with sweet tea. Meat had been cooked for a while and was cold. Also tasted like meat was from a frozen patty. Also the tea was made with unfiltered water. If the meat had been fresh cooked so it was hot and the tea made with filtered water, I would have had altogether a different opinion.

Had an amazing experience here! It was our first time stopping in and we felt so welcomed! The food was amazing (fried okra was my favorite) with homemade desserts! We eat here more often than I’d like to admit. 😆 I always have the regular ham sandwich and my husband orders the Large smoked chicken sandwich. It’s always delicious, we’ve never had any issues with our food or our order. The employees are super friendly and we love supporting local businesses 💕

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I went in and waited my turn to order. The older lady working the counter was incredibly rude. As I was ordering , she kept yelling.. what? Huh? What kind of slaw do you want?!?? All in a disrespectful… you are hindering my day sort of tone. I wasn’t ugly or rude. I just smiled. Then when my food order was ready, she walks it over…frowning…and says as she rolls her eyes, “All your sides are in the bag!” Where else would I expect them to be? The food was the only positive. It was really good. Too bad the worker wasn’t as positive as the food.

It's more a get your food and take it but there is a couple of tables to eat at or wait at. As for the hot Philly sandwich it was tasty and was a good lunch value for the 8 inch sandwich, chips, and 20oz drink for$6.99 or 8 in Jr pizza plus 20oz drink for $6.49. The only thing is the sandwich would have been better with a bit more meat on it even if that means raising the price a little bit as it was it was a good, tasty sandwich and I'll be back for more.

We had the best sandwiches here this weekend!! Delicious! We had the Hot Italian Sub and the ham and cheese. Next time we’ll try the pizza- I’ve heard it’s amazing. This is a to-go restaurant, with two small tables in the small lobby, as well. Super-friendly staff and great food!

Pizza Chef has been one of my favorite spots for over 20 years! It is one of Florence's hidden gems. They have a wide variety of pizzas, sub sandwiches, and salads. You can order take out or have it delivered. Pizza Chef has always been consistent. The ingredients are fresh. The food is amazing. The best pizza I've ever had! You can order one of their specialties or they'll custom make how you like it. My other favorites are the hot Italian sub and antipasto salad.

This place is constantly fabulous. Some of the best pizza and sandwiches in town. Each bite tastes better than the last. My favorite is the Hot Italian. Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem. Dine in seating is very limited, two tables with four chairs each, so keep that in mind and plan accordingly.

We ordered for delivery. The food was very tasty and well portioned, with the exception of the bread. My husband‘s dinner roll was a sad little thing. So was my piece of cornbread. It was falling apart and would barely hold butter. I also ordered an extra dinner roll, which I never received. I don’t mind paying extra for extra, but it would be nice if I received it instead of just throwing my money away. Also, the chicken gravy was basically condensed chicken soup. Although the prices were great and very affordable.

Food was tasty, but all was room temp or just barely warm. Would have been excellent if the food had been HOT! I had the Chicken & Dressing, and hubby had the Chopped Steak. Great size portions.

I got blackened fish, tenders, squash and mac and cheese. I got home about 3 hours ago and my daughter has had dirreah twice since then and i just started throwing up. Im almost positive i have food poisoning bc the only other thing ive had today is a lunch able and ravioli. First time there and wont be back. The texture of the fish was crazy weird i think thats what the poisoning came from and i gave my daughter a few tiny peices.

I have not sit down and eat in the restaurant I order it to carry out. I live about 15 minutes away and my food is still hot. I love the fish dinner and the dessert (pecan pie)

The the server was real nice did a fantastic job I ordered fish and my fish was cold I'm like really? Who likes cold fish next time I'm sending it back, I hate to be rude but come on now you know better!!

I was craving chicken livers and my husband stopped here to get take out. They were super busy, but as expected on a Sunday afternoon. I had chicken livers, green beans, fried okra, and corn bread. Everything was really good and you can't beat the price. I was surprised it was so cheap. It's pretty close to our house so we will definitely be going here again. Good southern soul food.

We waited to be seated, as the sign said, but the lady was on the phone and she said to seat ourselves, after a few minutes. We got a booth, very clean, and waited for the server. The place wasn't full but it took a while for her to get to us. Ok, we ordered and the food arrived in good time. However, the portions were very and I mean very small. I am kind of a big person and I eat a lot. I was finished eating in every short time. The food was served on paper plates that had small dividers and held very little food. Some of you may like small portions, but I don't. The prices were fair, according to what you were served. The server, well she never made it back to us to refill our tea. I also like lots of tea. I still tipped because I think servers are not paid according to the amount of work they put in. I don't think I would go back again, but you never know, I may try again to see if it is changed or maybe closed. Oh, do not get the BlackBerry cobbler! I could not eat it.

We were on our way to a church event in Florence and decided to stop and eat here. The food was delicious down home cooking. We left full and satisfied. We would definitely recommend anyone going through this area to stop in and give it a try. If you love good old country cooking, you won’t be disappointed. I had the meatloaf, creamed potatoes, green beans, & fried okra. Their fried okra was the best ever! The prices are extremely reasonable.

I have been traveling for the last 4 weeks across America & I was craving some southern soul food, something that reminded me of my younger years & had the opportunity to stop at Momma Jean's. WOW!!! I am so full!! It was AMAZING!! Reminded me of my grandmas cooking. PERFECT SOUTHERN FOOD!! I ordered the fried chicken, turnip greens, mash potatoes & gravy, slaw, hushpuppies, fish, mac & cheese, fried orka, roll, coconut pie, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. I wanted to order more but I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all🤤🤣 It'd be nice if they had a sampler option so you can try small bites of numerous foods. But regardless, I'm not complaining AT ALL!! The price was good & ordering out was easy to do & the service was friendly & fast, especially for it being a Sunday afternoon after church. I think I waited 20-25 mins tops!! And the place was packed with people. Reminded me of my younger years in the 80's/90's when food wasn't so processed. Very good and appetizing!! Just wish I had Momma Jean's back home. I'd go there all the time!

Basic meat and three. However the meat and three are wonderful. I had the chicken fried steak, with okra, green beans, pinto beans, and corn bread. Washed it all down with a bath tub sized ice tea. IT WAS AWESOME! Don't let the lazy atmosphere fool ya. Good food, nice service even when they were shorthanded. I'll be back! BTW the apple cobbler was out of this world.

Very crowded when we went. Parking is limited. Second time I wanted to try their meatloaf, but they were out. Decent proportion sizes.

Great spot to take the family for pizza or go out for a drink to watch the game. Pizza was delicious, wings were perfectly cooked, and the house made sauce is heavy on the vinegar side.

Our meal was terrific. We were there too early for the music. The staff was attentive and questioned was everything good and were we satisfied. We're planning a return trip with some friends very soon. We had business in the area but the return trip is for the meal. About an hour ride but worth it.

They have a few new items on the menu as our very diligent waiter (perhaps he was a new owner or manager? Very personable guy) pointed out. But I ordered the long-time menu item, lasagna, and it was phenomenal. We got excellent service at 6 pm on a Saturday evening, even as the band came in to set up. The atmosphere was light, not tense and rushed. Highly recommend!

Pizza is nothing special, so greasy and over priced. My kids love pizza and they wouldn’t eat it. Drinks are weak and service is not the best, he hardly came to the table and they weren’t even busy. Music was the best part. The workers in the kitchen didn’t wear hair nets that I seen which is really gross.

Today was my first time going after my coworker highly recommended this place. Sorry, I didn't get pics or our waitresses' names. Everything from service to food and the facility was great. I tried their meatball sub with mushrooms added and yum! I'm anxious to get their wings and pizza soon.

The first time I went here when they first opened, it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The next several times I returned over the years since, the pizza has been inconsistent and the service was never great. But this time we all walk in and 'seat ourselves'.. sit for 5 minutes or so without any form of acknowledgement in a restraunt with three other tables seated. Calzone was great! Thin crust cooked perfectly. Cheesy garlic bread was also great. Pizza was very good, salad was good, Alfredo was ok. Nice open setting. Bonus: they were playing great music (90s rock) at a lower setting..nice for visiting. (Not live music).

This is what my husband and sister got tonight and let me tell you that chicken is nasty and tastes like dishwater. And the crawfish tasted like I was raw . I will never eat here agin.

I’ve eaten here every Wednesday for years. 99% of the time, the food is great. Sometimes the meats & shrimp are overcooked. There’s a large variety and very convenient. I love the staff.!

all of the food isn’t Mongolian, most of it was old, hard, and inedible. all the soups were burnt, every meat was over cooked or undercooked. bill was absolutely insane for the limited choices of food and quality. literally most of the food was jello and over cooked chicken. 56.76 dollars for three people w drinks. accessibility is questionable with super dim lights and close together tables and the cleanliness is god awful.

These people are abusing their fish. I pointed this out to the manager and he looked at me like I was stupid. The fish are far too large for the enclosure, and there are too many in the tank. Not only that, the water in the tank is so low, the fish stick out of the water while they are swimming. A really large white fish was just laying because it couldn’t support itself, and was on death’s door. If you can’t care for fish, do not have them. Stop exploiting animals for entertainment purposes. Any way the buffet was super dry and old as well. Desert bar was empty. Ice cream scoop is very unsanitary, as you have to fully immerse your hand into the water to grab the scoop.

Roaches crawling around. I refused to eat so I couldn't tell you how the food was, but it didn't look great. When we walked in, the server just held up the silverware and waved it around for us to grab and said sit anywhere, even though there were only two other families there. I guess staring out the window was more important than seating guests. Go support a local restaurant instead of this poor example of a cookie-cutter Chinese buffet.

Food was cold and dry and the lights were so dimmed. No one came to refill my drink or clear away my plates. Will not recommend!!

I ordered from this place lobster roll, avocado roll , avocado salad. As soon as the food came in. It was cold. The sushi was stale and the salad was a joke just having avocado and lettuce. Please ! please ! please ! Ignore the 3-4 star rating. Look at the 1 star ratings. They all say the same thing. I called the staff to complain about the food. They didn’t apologize. Infact they were adamant that food was fresh and made recently. Never ordering from them Again.

Could have gone to any restaurant in Florence, I chose here cause it's been forever since I had eaten at a cicis and I was thinking they have a really good salad bar, well, not this one. It was terrible. Very sparsely stocked, the lettuce & vegetables were literally wilted. The ranch dressing was so watered down it was like water. They had very few pizzas out and the ones that were out, clearly had been sitting out for a long while. They were terrible. The employees were very nice I had a girl make a supreme pizza fresh and put it out. The place was hot as outside. They need to get their air fixed and put out some fresh better quality food. Thankful I didn't get sick. Someone could get sick from that. I would not come here again or recommend anyone to.

I used to frequent Cici's when I was a teenager, but I haven't been to Cici's in almost 20 years. My daughter has been asking to try their pizza, so we went today. They made the cheese and black olive pizza that she requested, and she loved it! She's a hard one to please, so I was pleasantly surprised. The pepperoni pizza and cheesey bread sticks were good, just like I remember. There wasn't any ice, and some of the drinks weren't available. The only dessert pizza out was a brownie with a chunk out of it. I got it for my daughter to try, and it was as hard as a rock. That was a little disappointing. I'm sure they would have made more had we asked, but it's been a long day at the pool, and we were ready to get home. All in all, I think Cici's has gained a new customer because my 7 year old can't wait to go back. She said she's definitely playing the games in the back when she returns. ;)

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've given this location a chance in the past few years. It never gets better. Salad bar was grotesque (didn't dare try it), and the pizza selection was awful and undercooked. There was a very odd chemical taste in the bread of the pizza and sticks, so after icky a bite or two, we decided not to finish any of it. To top it off, the AC was out, and their solution of propping open the exit door and back delivery door had flies everywhere. I've come to learn it's been shut down as of a few days ago, and I'm surprised it hasn't been sooner. I'd much rather pay a higher price for quality food than ever try CiCi's again regardless of location.

Came in at opening and had a coupon so it was a really great deal for 2 people. Everything was fresh and the staff was nice. I have no complaints except the flavor was a little bland

There was no AC. Back door wide open with a fan in it, though this is where the bathrooms and kids arcade games are. Complained about ONE tball/softball team coming in and barely kept enough pizza. Salad was warm. They had no Coke, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, and the tea tasted like water. They also closed half the seating area to keep people out of all booths. Just close if this is the kind of service you give continuously. Health score 89 as of 5/1/25.

This is the first time I have been here in many months due to everything being terrible in the past. Today, at 12, the pizza bar was kept fully by an amazing employee, another employee was keeping the dining area clean, and the manager was running the register and helping where needed. Hopefully this will be the new standard. I will definitely be back soon!

Well, food was good till the strong smell of spray paint came wafting over to our table. As you can see, the guy is spray painting the door literally next to the line where you pick up pizza and also where they make them. This is not the time to do it. Especially with as many families with small children are currently in here. December 14th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. CST.

Came in at opening on a Sunday morning to beat the rush. The restaurant was clean and everything on the buffet was fresh. All the food looked great and they have quit a large selection. I enjoyed everything I tried, just wish I didn’t get so full off 1 plate. Cost for 2 adults with a cup of water was $30.00. The only thing I thought wasn’t good was that the meat was a little fatty & Spring Rolls were mushy inside

Nice buffet with a good variety of food and quick refills. I love the sweet corn and flavorful black pepper chicken. Clean place, friendly staff, and great value. One of my favorite restaurants．

Lunch buffet is a great to pick from. Would recommend stopping. Just wish I had more time to enjoy each selection.

Had time for a quick lunch in between appointments so thought a buffet would be a good choice for the amount of time I had. Evergreen was close to my next place I needed to go so decided to give them a try. Had quite a variety of foods for the amount of buffet space so that was impressive. Some of the foods I got was good, some great, some I didn't care for. Don't know if they had lemon or not, asked for it for the tea I ordered but didn't get any. I thought the price upon receiving the bill was a little high for a lunch buffet - buffet and tea was $18 not including tip. So overall, had a very good lunch. But would not want to spend that much on lunch very often. Not sure if their price for dinner buffet is different. Some room for improvement but definitely not the worst experience eating out.

I went in for the Lunch Buffet as I was limited on time. They quickly sat us and accommodated our drink order. The food was fresh, hot, and very good! I love all the fish they have on the buffet!

This is hands-down, one of the best oriental buffets I have visited. A wide selection of vegetables, meats, noodles, rice, soups, including their real-time hibachi grill. The staff are incredibly friendly, and make sure that you are well taken care of. I especially like their broccoli cheese casserole. A++++ yum yum !!!!
