Bistro
Bar
Restaurant
Easy Bistro & Bar is a chic yet laid-back French bistro located in a renovated bottling plant on Chestnut Street. Since its establishment in 2005, this family-run restaurant has become a favorite among local food enthusiasts. The menu offers classic French dishes with a Southern American twist, featuring seafood from the raw bar and an extensive cocktail list. The use of farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients adds creativity to the beautifully presented dishes.
Great experience dining here. The food is excellent and very well priced. There a lot of different flavors to explore through their dishes. They also have half off oysters during happy hour. They have a large variety which were all delicious. The tasting menu was a very great way to sample a lot of the items. It was very filled. They also have an excellent tea menu as well as coffee. I personally found their mock tails to be egregiously overpriced. It's about $8 for what seemed to be about 4 oz. I would not recommend the mock tails.

My husband and I ate here on our last night during a recent trip to Chattanooga. We went with the chef’s choice tasting menu. Easily one of the best meals we have ever had! Service was great! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!
Jessica M — Google review
Our new favorite! We stopped in for oysters and came back for dinner the next night. We loved the clean, modern ambiance and chill vibe. Every dish wast delightful & delicious. Great selection of oysters, the heirloom tomatoes & stone fruit was so flavorful, the tuna & peaches came with a perfect little punch of spice, rum cake & profiterole were divine! Excellent service, impressive chefs and the jovial teamwork really made it an experience. We’ll be back for our anniversary next year! Thanks for an awesome time!

Great experience with fun and delicious food. We shared all of our plates and it was a fun dinner for everyone. Management was totally engaging and all of the servers were very accommodating and helpful.

Every dish was outstanding. The drinks were well crafted. Our waitress (forget her name) was the perfect amount of attentive and very pleasant. Highly recommend the beef tartar and the snapper small plates!
Johnny F — Google review
The Easy Bistro is our go to for delightful cocktails, appetizers, and dinner. The happy hour oyster selection is wonderful. The chicken liver pate exceptional and all of our dinner selections have been truly delicious. Don't miss this one.
Brad S — Google review
We went there for dinner and honestly, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was excellent. As for the food, don’t miss the trout — it’s amazing. The pork chop isn’t the best option, but it’s fine overall.
Ruben P — Google review
I don’t think I’ve ever had a better meal. Easy Bistro was a last-minute reservation after we spotted their menu online, and deciding to go was easy. Our reservation was for 7:45, and although the place was packed when we arrived, the service was quick and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions. We started with cocktails and a dozen oysters (plus a few extras). Then we tried the squash soup—something that sounds simple but was anything but. For our entrée, we shared the bavette steak, cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. It paired beautifully with the sunchoke grits and sweet potato side. And of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert, so we ordered two. The profiterole was fantastic, and the crème brûlée had a slight lemony flavor with a great crunch from the sea salt flakes and pistachios on top. From start to finish, the food kept impressing us and made for a perfect date night.

Butcher shop
Main Street Meats is a unique venue located in the Southside Historic District, offering a combination of a butcher shop and a modern American cafe. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner using locally farmed ingredients, supporting local farms committed to animal quality and care. Their innovative approach to whole-animal butchery is evident in their dishes. In addition to food, they offer an array of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Incredibly delicious meal with house made pate and the pork rinds were just so crunchy. The burger is Incredibly juicy and prepared well but the real winner is the rueben. The Italian and the turkey aren't bad either. Our server Steve did a great job going over the menu and service was top-notch. The selection of fresh meats and sausages is astounding. This place should not be missed.

This restaurant in Chattanooga is very good, we had an awesome lunch. Our waiter was great, very knowledgeable of the menu. I just wish I had saved room to eat dessert, next time though!

Excellent! We came here for lunch while visiting Chattanooga. Everything was spot on! Our server Eli was friendly and attentive. The charcuterie was so good. The quality of the food is top notch. The drinks were also excellent!
Kim P — Google review
My wife and I visited here 2-years ago when Josh Gates was in town. The location and atmosphere is great with phenomenal service not to mention the food. The food is indescribable delicious. This time we shared the Niman Ranch Bavette steak cooked medium which produce so much flavor. We also chose the upgraded potato salad, which blew us away. The fried potatoes took it to another level with bacon, mustard seed, mayo and Dijon. Highly recommend adding these potatoes to your dish. You won’t regret it. We also got the Homegrown - Mexican coke with peanuts (childhood memories) with Chattanooga 91 and Big Country Energy. To add to the meal is being served by Kimberly!

Been here twice. Probably my favorite restaurant in Chattanooga right now. They change up their menu so not everything in the photos is currently available (July 2025). One of the best burgers of my life, the Reuben was shockingly good (again, maybe the best ever).
Anthony — Google review
The burger is obviously one of the best in the galaxy. But the thing that really zoinked my buds was the potato salad… ya’ll: I didn’t know potato salad could be the main character. Watch out. She’ll steal your man. Perfectly creamy. Perfectly tangy. I miss it whenever I leave. Also dare I say - one of the best martinis in Chatt.
Josiah C — Google review
Butcher shop, 400 Bourbins, and fresh cooked grass fed beef. I'm In!!! We had the burger and fries. Really good burger, I would suggest having the amount of grilled onions reduced, they were really good, but you may not want that many. The homecut fries were round and just right, with a really good salt on top. We got extra salt to add, it's worth asking for some. I ended up ordering the salt on Amazon to ha e some at home. Oh and BTW, they have choc chip bacon cookies. Dam! Parking is sparse, but there is road and pay areas, but go give it a try. the fresh meat looked great also, I got some of the breakfast sausage to bring home.
Coach S — Google review
Such a great place! The bartender was as knowledgable as she was personable. She guided me through the menu to make sure I had the best experience as a first time diner, & phew! She hit the mark, to say the least. I’ll be thinking about that pork chop for years to come. Thank you!❤️

Nestled in the charming Bluff View Art District, Tony's Pasta Shop & Trattoria offers a delightful dining experience with its traditional Italian and Sicilian cuisine crafted from fresh garden ingredients. The casual ambiance adds to the allure of this hidden gem in Chattanooga. Whether you're craving authentic Italian dishes or simply want to enjoy river views, this restaurant is the perfect spot. Visitors can expect warm hospitality and swift service upon entering, setting the stage for a memorable meal.
This restaurant never disappoints. We have been here to eat every time we visit Chattanooga to enjoy a delicious dining experience. The atmosphere is wonderful - very romantic with lights. The service is excellent - Andrew took good care of us on our visit. He was very attentive and checked in with us throughout the meal. He provided us with some recommendations on wine and meal selections. He did not steer me wrong. Their homemade pasta is perfectly crafted and tastes delicious. The portions are huge. We ordered spaghetti bolognese and chicken tetrazzini - you can really taste seasonings and herbs in both dishes. We then enjoyed tiramisu - don’t miss out on this dessert. Their bread service is phenomenal also - the garlic boule is a favorite. Please make this one of your stops for a fantastic meal in Chattanooga.
Arpana F — Google review
Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was punctual with our refills and so friendly. The garlic bread was a must-try - it got 5 stars! The food itself was 3 stars, but I could have easily made it at home. If I ever go back, I’ll definitely come for the 5-star bread. The place was peaceful and perfect for great company.
Virgie — Google review
I’ve visited a few times now, and the food has always been excellent! The service is consistently good as well. This spot works perfectly for both date nights and casual lunches. It can get a bit lively at times, but the atmosphere and scenery still make it well worth the visit.

Absolutely lovely Italian Restaurant in a nice quiet area of the city near the River! Proper good traditional Italian cuisine! Service was superb and the food was even better. I had homemade Linguine in a tomato and basil sauce with chicken and it was delightful. The pasta was lovely and the tomato and basil sauce was so fresh it was just so so good. Price was fairly reasonable also and there was a good selection of dishes on the menu! Can't recommend this place enough probably some of the best Italian food i have had outside of Italy.

Truly enjoyed our dinner. My husband and I split the Caesar salad, nothing to brag about. My chicken parm was delicious. Hubby really enjoyed his lasagna. Lots of wonderful bread that was soft on the inside just how we like it. We definitely go back.

Another Chattanooga favorite.. loved this place. We waiting for about 40 minutes for a table and there were people constantly filing in for a table. It was constant, you can tell they are a favorite. The menu offering is as Italian favorites and craft your own pasta bowls and pizzas. We got a handmade pasta and a ravioli. We got to sit outside on the few patios they have. It’s a very nice restaurant that can handle a lot of people. Our waitress was nice and our drinks came out fast. Also, loved the bread that was included on the table 😋 Loved this place!

I travel alot for work and im a huge Italian food connoisseur, Tony's was both in beautiful location and great atmosphere. For those who are not familiar and the GPS takes you to overpass, it's a full roundabout and there is parking near the restaurant. Not going to lie, the Spaghettini Con Crudo was both visually good and delicious. The pine nuts, definitely was a first. The bread was really good as well, I sprung for the desert, neapolitan ice cream with cashews. They paired greatly, not a combo I would of thought of. Service was great, the greeter, she was very friendly and a good smile and the waitress was attentive and patient with me, since this was my first time in Tennessee and the first restaurant I chose. Overall, the food, the price, and the experience was really worth it. Definitely recommend them.

Tony’s Pasta Shop & Trattoria is a beautiful spot with an atmosphere that really stands out. The setting is amazing and very scenic, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. The service was good and the staff was attentive, which made the dining experience smooth and pleasant. The food itself was okay. It was solid and satisfying, though it did not quite stand out compared to the incredible atmosphere. Still, paired with the great service and the beautiful surroundings, it made for an enjoyable evening overall. If you are looking for a restaurant where the vibe and scenery elevate the experience, Tony’s is definitely worth visiting.

Pizza restaurant
Community Pie is a popular pub in Chattanooga that offers both Neapolitan and New York-style pizza, along with a selection of craft beers and homemade gelati. The restaurant has a charming vintage decor, creating a cozy atmosphere for dining in or taking out. It's part of the Monen Family of restaurants, known for their kid-friendly atmosphere and special promotions like free meals for kids on Mondays if you wear their t-shirt.
I'm so happy we found this place! I've had a lot of gluten-free pizzas, but this is the first time I've ever had a gluten-free Detroit style pizza (like a thick pan pizza). Not only was this the best gluten free pizza I've ever had, it was so good my husband (who can eat gluten) even said it was better than any Detroit style pizza he's ever had. So so SOOOOO good!!! Restaurant also has a great atmosphere, and our server was amazing. Extensive drink menu and tons of local beers on tap. Also, they brought out some play dough (pizza dough) for my kids to play with while we waited for our food, and they loved it! Super kid friendly. 10/10 you have to go here!!
Kaylene D — Google review
We enjoyed our meal here, it was nice to find a place that had a good Detroit style gluten free pizza. I also liked being able to get pizza by the slice to go with a salad. Their wine selections could use some help, but the food was good.
Janet P — Google review
Really impressed by the pizza here. Could have easily split a 19” between 3 people but we went over board a little bit. Staff was kind and helpful. Prices were great due to splitting meals. Garlic knots were underwhelming. They give dough to kids to play with which is amazing.
Nathan B — Google review
Fantastic Food and Service! This restaurant is an absolute hit! The pizza was outstanding, perfectly baked with a delicious crust and fresh toppings. The appetizers were just as impressive, full of flavor and beautifully presented. No matter you are gluten free or not, you should definitely order that gluten free pizza. It is outstanding. The service was amazing from start to finish. Austin took great care of us, and the rest of the team was equally attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better.
Zeynep K — Google review
I had the pleasure of grabbing a slice here back at the beginning of October and I just wanted to talk the time to say how amazing our server Bray was. He was very personable, answered all of our questions with patience (we were visiting from out of town and had a million questions about the area), and he provided immaculate service. He deserves more praise than I can give! The pizza was also delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area!
Amy C — Google review
We stopped by during our road trip at night and enjoyed our dinner. Nice place with great pizzas. Our server Griffin was very friendly. We had two Neapolitan pizzas. Sweet Fig and BBQ Chicken. Sweet Fig was our favorite, very unique.
HS J — Google review
Very easily accessible and amazing service! My boyfriend and I were starving half to death and arrived an hour before closing and were met very warmly. :) This is definitely the place to hit up if you're coming from out of town, nothing hits the spot like steaming hot pizza! If starters are your thing, definitely get the garlic knots as well! PS our waiter, if you somehow read this: I'm so sorry I didn't ask for your pokemon go friend code man!! I was absolutely wiped and didn't even think about it. You're the coolest and thanks for pointing us to the hotspots in town!
Marie W — Google review
We had high hopes for good pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas: NY style and a specialty Napoleon pizza. We couldn’t believe how floppy & gooey the crust was for both pizzas. It was a “slop jlop”, we were so disappointed. Don’t know if we would go back to try the Detroit style to see if a sturdier crust or to try other items on the menu. The pizzas had good flavor but bad gooey crust.

Bluegrass Grill is a popular breakfast and lunch spot in Chattanooga, known for its hearty Southern-style breakfasts and cozy diner setting. The restaurant often has a line of eager customers waiting to try their delicious hashes and omelets. While the region is known for its meat-heavy dishes, Bluegrass Grill also offers vegetarian and vegan options like tofu hash with spinach and mushrooms or Portobello hash with Swiss cheese.
What an awesome breakfast! I haven't been here for years and I'm so glad it's just as good as I remembered. The food is delicious. The service is super friendly. Every time I've gone it's been pretty busy but that's never stopped us from getting good service. They know how to handle the crowd. Great place for breakfast!

Bluegrass grill is a great spot dishing out delicious food! My go-to is the eggs benedict, but I recently tried a build your own omelet with jalapeño bacon and it was fantastic. I haven’t had a bad bite here. Do yourself a favor and try the bacon flight — you won’t regret it! The pancakes and home fries are also spectacular.
Gigi P — Google review
Nina was our server and she made us feel like we were home. The food was delicious and farm to table fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Trey J — Google review
i loved the atmosphere of this cozy and welcoming restaurant! the wait was kind of terrible, i'd estimate it was about 30+ minutes on a friday at 11 am. i didn't mind because i was hungry, but the line was going out the door! we finally got a place at a table with a couple who didn't mind us joining the table, and from there the food came out quickly and the service was great. i came to this place specifically because i heard they had a vegan option, that being the tofu hash. i liked that they had an option that i could eat and the hash was well-seasoned and packed with many vegetables. while i was only in town for the tourist-y things in the chattanooga area, i had a great time at the restaurant and would stop by again if i was around. definitely recommend!
Aubrey J — Google review
The food was very tasty! I ended up ordering a biscuit to go because I heard they were to die for! I love the atmosphere. It is family style seating but that was great for us as we chatted with the people we sat with.
Sophie B — Google review
Came in around 10 on weekday. Busy but got seated immediately. Friendly staff. Got a two top in the front window and enjoyed people watching. Had the chorizo hash- absolutely excellent! Potatos fried just right and the mixture of chorizo and cheese on top just right. My wife got the quiche and fresh fruit and it hit the spot. Good service. QR Scan and pay so you can roll whenever you are ready. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Eric B — Google review
We were not blown away with our visit to Bluegrass. The service was great but the food was lack luster. I enjoyed the environment and community vibe as well! We ordered a Mediterranean frittata with grits and crispy potatoes. The frittata was great and super full of veggies and cheese. I did not enjoy the grits at all. We also ordered a special with egg and coffee bacon on a jalapeño bun. It was ok. Overall we just thought the food was mediocre. I left still hungry which is never a goal.
Kenzie W — Google review
We were panicking our last day to find a restaurant to go to, the one I had wanted fell through. We found this one and saw MULTIPLE gluten free options and decided to give it a go. We will be back!!!! Our server, Nina (I believe), was so fabulous and funny and super knowledgeable about the menu and my dietary restriction. I was able to have a hash scramble with potatoes, tofu, a ton of veggies, a cheddar biscuit (!!) And a cinnamon roll (!!!!!!!) That cinnamon roll was life changing. I'm still thinking about it. My partner got the French toast and jalapeño bacon with some eggs and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal too. The atmosphere was cute, they had these community tables and a couple single party tables. We have to also mention the incredible other staff members, including the hysterical jacked guy that was serving tables in a tank top, seriously as servers we loved his vibe, and the sweet busser, hostess, and food runner. The impact this place left on our hearts (and stomachs) means we will absolutely be back next vacation... if not sooner!

Nestled in Chattanooga's Southside district, Feed Table and Tavern is a vibrant bar and restaurant housed in a historic building that was once the renowned Feed-Seed Supply Company. The industrial-style haunt offers elevated comfort grub such as grass-fed sloppy joes and hosts a lively bar.
I had the half rack of ribs with coleslaw and fries, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. I started with the Guava Cider, which had a great flavor, and then enjoyed The Jethro cocktail, which was just as tasty. Our waitress, Maggie, was attentive and made the experience even better with her friendly service. The atmosphere at Feed Table & Tavern is relaxed and welcoming definitely a spot I’d recommend for good food, creative drinks, and excellent service.

Spent the day walking the neighborhood getting our drink on and we got hungry. We came to Feed to get fed and Anya took great care of us. It was busy so we were seated outside. It is a surprisingly quiet city and the weather was beautiful so the patio was fine. Meatball app was delicious and the beer selection was great with a bunch of local beers on tap and in cans. Big, diverse menu with options for just about every taste. My buddy got a killer French Dip and I got Short Rib Pit Roast. Great whipped potatoes with glazed carrots and tobacco onions. Cleaned the plate, i did. Desert was a brownie sundae that was gooey and rich and a great end to a meal. Here's the Breakdown: Qualty food with a great beer selection and excellent service +5 stars. I would go back for sure.

An overall incredible place to eat! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. The freshness and quality of the ingredients was so apparent in every bite. If I had to recommend just 1 dish, I'd say the short rib pot roast is the way to go. Seriously, amazing! This is some good stuff. 10/10. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was really good! Loved the patio seating too. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Please go check them out!!!

This restaurant is an absolute gem! The industrial-style décor gives it a cool, modern edge, but there’s also a warm, old-school vibe that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The menu is impressively large and diverse—there’s truly something for everyone, and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they take real pride in their food. The service was top-notch as well—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. It’s rare to find a place that balances great atmosphere, outstanding food, and excellent service so perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed yet high-quality dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a wonderful spot to have a Welcome Dinner for my daughter wedding. We had the private dining space which had separate bar. The food was amazing. Our server/hostess was incredible. Very attentive and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place. Loved the rustic feel.
Dawn D — Google review
Fantastic location with a super cool hybrid open air environment and outdoor or indoor seating. Excellent food, I particularly recommend the hummus. Portions on mains could be a little larger but adequate. Excellent beer selection however the glassware was somewhat dirty, with lots of bubbles appearing in the glass of every beer we were served. Glassware washing procedures should be looked at. One other quirk, in the bar area a lot of the TV's backlights are failing making the TV's hard to see. Service was adequate and the food came out quickly. We sat at the bar and this is what I'd recommend if you want fast service here.

The filet mignon and carrots were absolutely delicious. The hush puppies had a soft crunchy outside and flavorful and moist center. Our waitress was also very nice and on top of everything. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

The ambiance invites you to savor a cup of expertly brewed coffee while indulging in the delightful aroma of roasting beans. Whether you're enjoying a romantic date or simply unwinding on the patio with a steamy latte, this cozy spot provides an ideal setting for relaxation.
If I'm anywhere near downtown Chattanooga, Rembrandt's Coffee House is an absolute must-visit for me. The moment I walk in, I'm hit with the most amazing fresh smell of coffee and baked goods — it immediately sets the tone for a great experience. The vibe feels warm, welcoming, and full of character. I love their cozy outdoor seating area — it’s perfect for enjoying a coffee while soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Speaking of coffee, it might just be the best-tasting coffee I've had in the entire region. It's rich, smooth, and brewed just right. The food is just as impressive. I tried the Mediterranean wrap and the egg and cheese biscuit, and both were packed with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether I’m looking for a quick coffee break, a peaceful spot to get some work done, or just a place to relax, Rembrandt’s always hits the mark for me. Highly recommend checking it out!
J K — Google review
One of the most praised aspects of Rembrandt is its wonderful garden ambiance and inviting outdoor seating area. Many describe it as a tranquil haven that makes you forget you're even in downtown Chattanooga, a perfect spot to relax and unwind with your coffee and pastries. Rembrandt's has garnered a reputation for its freshly baked goods, including delicious scones and a variety of other pastries. Reviewers specifically rave about items like Cranberry Walnut Scone, St. Tropez and freshly baked breads. The coffee itself is consistently praised as being high-quality and delicious, with a wide selection of espresso drinks, lattes, and drip coffee options available on the menu. Beyond the delectable treats and beverages, Rembrandt's is praised for its friendly and efficient staff who contribute to the overall inviting atmosphere. The shop's European flair and charming decor also receive positive mentions, enhancing the overall experience. While some reviews mention potential for slow service during busy times, the overall consensus is that Rembrandt Coffee Shop is a must-visit for its unique ambiance, delicious baked goods, and fantastic coffee.

Rembrandt’s is one of Chattanooga’s gems—tucked in the Bluff View Arts District, it’s the perfect spot to relax with a great cup of coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and European-inspired, with a charming patio that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little café overseas. The coffee is always smooth and flavorful, and they offer a wide variety of drinks, from perfectly crafted lattes to refreshing iced options. Their pastries and desserts are just as impressive—fresh, beautifully presented, and the perfect complement to any drink. Whether you’re stopping by for a quiet morning coffee, catching up with friends, or just looking for a place to slow down and enjoy the view, Rembrandt’s delivers every time. A must-visit in Chattanooga!

So many delicious treats here, and the coffee is excellent! Everything is spotless, and the staff are kind and welcoming. There are tables inside, and outside it’s beautiful as well. Highly recommend the almond croissant – it’s rare to find one with such a rich filling and the taste of real wild almond. This place is perfect for meetups and an ideal stop for tourists – high quality, stylish, and tasty. The little house-style architecture gives it a very European feel. Definitely a recommendation!

A charming coffee house with beautiful outdoor setting. Plenty of seating. Good for all ages and well-behaved pets. The small birds were a bit aggressive and annoying but manageable. This is likely because guests are feeding them. Yogurt parfait had fresh ingredients and was excellent. Vanilla latte with almond milk was large and arrived hot. Excellent choice for a nice breakfast.

I stopped in at Rembrandt’s Coffee House and had a really nice visit. The café has such a great setting in the Bluff View Arts District, and the building itself is beautiful with its lush green roof covered in plants. It gives the whole place a fresh and natural feeling that matches the outdoor courtyard seating perfectly. I ordered the vegetarian wrap, a chocolate pastry, and Rembrandt’s Special coffee. The wrap was fresh and filling, the pastry was rich and indulgent, and the coffee was smooth with a bold flavor that tied everything together. The staff was friendly and helpful, though service did feel a little slow while they were busy. The inside is clean and modern after the recent renovation, though personally I think it could use a touch more of the old cozy character to match the charm of the outside. Parking in the area can also be tricky, so it is worth allowing a little extra time. Overall, Rembrandt’s is a beautiful spot for coffee, food, and atmosphere. The green roof and outdoor seating make it feel unique, and with just a little faster service it would easily be five stars.

This place was so cute! My husband and I are in Tennessee for our anniversary and decided to go to a different coffee spot every day. This is the only one we’ve also sat down for a meal as if actually had some food he wanted to try. He’s not big on breakfast food or muffins/scones, but this place also had some sandwiches for him. For food: He got the Rueben, in his words “it was a solid Rueben, but could’ve used more of everything.” He also said the bread had several hard parts that hurt while eating it. Overall, He rated it 7/10. We also shared their chef special soup with was a red pepper chicken? I honestly forget what they said it was, but it was pretty good! We dipped the chips from our meals in it and it was so tasty! We rated it a 7/10 as well. (Him 6, me 8) And lastly for food, I got the chicken Caesar wrap and it slayed. Solid 9/10. The only critique I have is I wish it also had some more sauce. If you are going here though. I would definitely get it! For coffee: I got a White mocha with their Carmel sauce and it was pretty good. One of the better coffees I’ve had so far. I’d rate it about 7 out of 10. Definitely worth the drive for it though! For atmosphere: I loved the inside, and the patio! It was very pretty and if I lived here I’d be reading here all the time. The only thing that sucked, was that there was an insane amount of flys outside while we were trying to eat. Genuinely every bite we were having to check for flys on the food. I’m sure if we didn’t have food it wouldn’t be nearly as bad, but the whole point is to be able to eat out there so it kinda killed the vibe.

Visited this place in September and really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Having a meal under the lovely canopy of trees, with birds chirping on a warm afternoon, made it a relaxing and refreshing experience. I tried the grilled chicken Caesar salad with toasted croutons, and Pecorino cheese — fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. Also had the smoked turkey club sandwich with bacon, ham and cheese on multigrain bread along with chocolate milk. Everything tasted great and perfectly complemented the laid-back outdoor vibe. A charming spot for anyone who enjoys good food in a classy calm, natural setting.

Alleia is a vintage brick storefront with a modern interior that serves rustic Italian pizzas and homemade pastas. Chef Daniel Lindley, nominated by the James Beard Foundation, opened the restaurant in 2009 to pay homage to rustic Italian cuisine. The menu features ingredients imported from Italy and sourced from local farms, offering various house-made pasta options as well as antipasti, insalate, primi, secondi, contorni, pizze, and dolce.
This place is excellent all around. Has great food and an even greater atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place for a nice date evening, a celebration, or anything of the sort, this is the place to go. Their menu changes every now and then but every new dish is almost always a hit. Service has also been great every time I come here.

Good dining experience with a focus on expertly crafted cocktails and delicious pasta. While the popular beef ribs and grouper are noted for being well-cooked, both turned out to be very salty. Super high praise for its exceptional, A+++ service. ❤️Tennessee mountain road cocktail

Everything was perfect! Four of us were in Chattanooga for a week on vacation. We liked Alleia so much, we went twice. Our server, Christopher (we requested him on our second visit), was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items and the wine list. The food was amazing as the attached pictures will show. We will definitely return if we're in Chattanooga again.

My wife and I had an amazing date night at Alleia! Very cozy and romantic vibe. The food was excellent. We had a few cocktails with the bacon-wrapped dates, short ribs, and duck breast and it was all incredible. Definitely the best meal we had in Chattanooga. Special shoutout to our waitress, Sarah, who was fantastic! She was very sweet and gave some great recommendations. Highly recommend Alleia for a date night or any memorable evening out. We’ll definitely be back!

Alleia is one of our favorite places in the Chattanooga area. We came again for our anniversary and certainly were not disappointed! My husband had the Braised Short Rib and I had the Mushroom Tonnarelli. Both were outstanding! Our server, Jake, was very attentive and didn’t miss a beat. The sangria & Tennessee Mountain Road were both great, as well as the chocolate cake. We always enjoy the atmosphere. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic experience at this Italian restaurant. We had a reservation and were seated right away—no waiting, which is always a great start. The standout for me was the house-made pasta. You can really taste the difference—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I’m a super picky eater, and I was so impressed that they were more than happy to customize my plate exactly the way I wanted. And boy, was it good. Every bite was spot-on. The place is also kid-friendly, which made the whole dinner stress-free for our family. From the welcoming staff to the delicious food, everything hit the mark. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Alleia is one of my favorite restaurants in Chattanooga, but our most recent visit may have been the best one of them all. We were warmly greeted by Elyse and we usually order the same thing every time but she recommended some new dishes and the way she described them were exactly how they tasted! She recommended we try the soy bean salad (which was incredible) and the oyster mushroom bruschetta, which she suggested pairing with a Rosé from Greece and it was a perfect pairing. I can’t even do the bruschetta justice with my words, you have to try it. I always get the angel hair pasta and Elyse suggested my husband try the spaghetti pomodoro, which may be my new go to pasta. The pomodoro was so flavorful and the cherry tomatoes absolutely popped with the cheese the pasta is topped with. 10/10 no notes - everyone, please run to Alleia to enjoy some amazing food and wine with amazing service.

Niedlov's Cafe & Bakery is an industrial-chic spot with a patio, offering a delectable array of housemade breads, sandwiches, and pastries alongside freshly brewed coffee. The cafe is renowned for its impeccably crafted sandwiches, soups, and salads that epitomize cafe classics. Their artisanal breads are highly sought after and can be found in local groceries and Whole Foods Markets in Chattanooga.
We stopped by Niedlov's Café and Bakery this morning—it was a bit crowded, but that was expected. I ordered the Biscuit Sandwich, and to my surprise, it was much more filling than it looked. My wife had The Fancy Sandwich, and both of us left satisfied. Everything came out super fresh. Definitely planning to come back!

Fantastic food and service. Pastries and food were well presented and tasty. Pastries were fresh with great flavors. Locks and bagel very tasty served w a lemon wedge which really added a nice touch to the flavors. Coffee was well balanced.

After much research niedlov came I’m multiple times as the bakery to visit in Chattanooga, so of course I added it to the list!! First day in town was Friday and I see they have pizza Friday so it’s only right to order it. I arrived a little earlier than my set pick up time but the staff was friendly and helpful on other items I wanted to purchase. The pizza came out which was a mushroom pie and it was absolutely amazing. Hot, fresh, and flavorful. Could have used a pinch of salt but over all well worth the cost and time. So I knew I had to visit the next day for pastries. I arrived mid morning and there was a line but once I ordered the food came out fast. They were also very accommodating for warming up the scones I ordered which was very delightful, and the drip coffee is UNLIMITED!!! The sandwich came out and they cut it as requested and again hot, fresh and full Of flavor. I can see why this place is rated by so many people. The space inside and out is cute, the staff is friendly, and everything from cookies, scones, sandwiches, pizza, and coffee all hit the mark of satisfaction.

As tourists from Maine we were looking for a spot that had delicious food made with clean ingredients. We couldn’t have been more impressed with Niedlov’s. What a gem! I will be dreaming of the iced honey lavender matcha and bagel breakfast sandwich back home in Maine.

They have delicious bread and pastries made fresh daily! I also really love the vibe of the space and the abundance of outdoor seating. I will say, they sell out of pastries early! My only complaint is the coffee. I unfortunately find it to be very sour/acidic. But the pastries and food items are more than worth the trip!!

Get the miso and kale skillet and thank me later. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. The maple pecan latte was a nice treat as well. Their pastries looked heavenly, excited to try one (or four) next visit. Line was to the door but moved at a reasonable place and we were able to snag a table inside easily.

Stopped at Niedlov’s in Chattanooga on my way to Nashville and it turned out to be a great find. The brisket sandwich was juicy and full of flavor and absolutely worth it. The panini was just okay, but the touch of lemon gave it a surprisingly refreshing finish. Wish I was served with salads instead of chips. I usually take my coffee black, but the staff recommended their cold brew slushie, and it was phenomenal. Smooth, bold, and perfectly chilled. Def needed it. The space has a warm, rustic charm, and the outdoor seating feels relaxed and homey, perfect for a slow morning or quick stop. Parking gets hectic during the lunch rush, so going early is your best bet. Was going in circle a few times.

Opa Greek Restaurants is a charming and cozy eatery located near Coolidge Park in Chattanooga. Despite its small size, it offers a delightful dining experience with classic Greek dishes such as kebabs, salads, spanakopita, tzatziki, and gyro. The restaurant's intimate setting exudes a homely atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Greek household. Guests can enjoy a set menu each day and savor an authentic multi-course feast in the courtyard.
We went for Valentine’ Day and it was a phenomenal experience. The food and wine were delicious. The dancing at the end made it unforgettable! The owner Micheal puts his heart and soul into his restaurant.

The owner was so kind and did everything he could to make you feel welcome and at home. The food is a 4 course meal that he prepares, and it isn’t the same two visits in a row. That being said, there is no menu so be ready to be surprised. But don’t worry, you won’t be disappointed! I’ve never written a review but his service and the food made me feel compelled to do so. 10/10 :)

If you're in for a dinner EXPERIENCE that is unique, delicious, authentic, and ONE OF A KIND, this is the place for you. We went there with a party of 6 adults, and everyone had the best time, left feeling so full of yummy, homemade Greek food, and enjoyed the after dinner festivities of napkin throwing and dancing! It felt like we were all one big Greek family for a few moments! Just as a heads up to people: the owner and cook set the menu. We never picked any food, we just ate what was served and what he was cooking that night. We LOVED that part of this experience and it felt like eating at a friend's house and they made their own special, authentic dishes for you. The majority of the restaurant is pseudo inside/outside, so on a summer night it will feel like a summer night. To me, this felt like what it might be on a Grecian patio on the Mediterranean in the summer. It added to the EXPERIENCE. The food was incredible (my favs were the spanakopita and salad dish, and the chicken dish was just *chef's kiss* delish!) If you're looking for a cool experience with an amazing and authentic dinner, go to OPA! They will treat you like family and you'll have a meal you won't soon forget!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner here! The house wine was good and plentiful and the pomegranate tea was refreshing. Every course was delightful (4 total) and we like that it was chef’s choice - no decision making required! Some highlights included one of the best salads ever, fall off the bone chicken thighs, and a crispy potato side. The dancing and napkin throwing was a fun way to end the night.
Destiny C — Google review
Very different dining experience, but not bad! Not often you go out and have no choice in drink or food selection so that was an adjustment. The food was served in 4 courses. Everything was very delicious although I did not care for the dessert. The wine from the owners village is just good. I thought the waiters could have been friendlier and shared what it was being served. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Cash only is odd in America in 2024, but luckily we were prepared. Go for the experience of the food plus breaking plates with everyone. Just go prepared too

Celebrated my birthday at OPA , let me just say I am so impressed ! Initially I tried to make a reservation last year but due to restraint circumstances it was not possible, on a whim I booked another one this year. Skeptical at first, i was surprised to find out the owner remembered my reservation from last year and promised to make me and my guest “double happy” and that he did! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and paid attention to! The experience was seriously unforgettable, the food was fantastic! I would recommend this place over and over again! Opa!

Kenny's Southside Sandwiches is a cozy restaurant known for its breakfast staples, sandwiches, and brunch boxes. The modern interior and sidewalk patio make it a great spot to enjoy a meal while soaking in the city atmosphere. The menu offers traditional brunch sides as well as heartier options like macaroni and cheese and fresh salads. One of their specialties is the irresistible fried chicken served in different delicious ways.
We spent several days in Chattanooga for Labor day weekend. We dined at a ton of restaurants from casual to fine dining, and Kenny's was literally one of the best dining experiences we had while there. If there was any complaint for us it would be the noise level when dining inside, but hey, it was busy and those high ceilings in those old buildings just bounce the sounds around. That said, there is outdoor seating if you prefer, and the food and service more than make up for the noise level inside. Our server was really friendly and polite and made sure to check with us each time she passed, even if it was just by making quick eye contact while walking by. The food was delicious, everything. We had the fresh veggie market melt... a sandwich in "work of art" form featuring fresh summer squash and sweet corn. The biscuit and gravy wasn't your normal southern biscuit and gravy.. it was so buttery and packed with flavor, it left us wanting more. The two eggs with chorizo hash was a game changer, and will definitely be something we order again next time.

This is a great little spot for amazing sandwiches and drinks! We have been several times and have always been really pleased. Great service as well!
Ashton B — Google review
Food here is always delicious & consistent! We went during the very first week they opened and have been loyal customers since as we’ve never had any issues with food. The customer service has never been the best, but that can typically be overlooked for me if the food speaks for itself. Today, I was disappointed in how much the customer service has declined. We were seated right away, and then overlooked as three other tables were greeted, served water, and their orders placed. We flagged down the waiter to just ask for water and she replied with “we are getting to all of the tables as soon as we can” to which I let her know we have been waiting more than 15 minutes, that we were just asking for water, and that other tables had been served that got there after us. There was no apology offered and she restated in a condescending tone that she would get to us soon. Super bummed about this! I would have understood if all the tables around us had also been waiting, but that was not the case. Unsure if we’ll be back for a while!

If you’re looking for a nice place to grab a bite, this is the place. I enjoyed a quick breakfast of coffee and avocado toast here. The place was almost empty when we arrived, but filled up quickly. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The toast and coffee were fine. The outside seating is nice. My only negative is that the music was a bit loud and due to its open space it gets loud, so having a conversation was a bit tough.

Went on a Sunday around 10AM, no wait, sat outside, server Paul was amazing, the FOOOD… First of all, the portions are all appropriate and not ridiculous. I left satisfied and didn’t have to leave with a to-go container of left over food I didn’t actually like enough to eat later. We ate every crumb. We started off with beignets…that really set the tone for the morning. They were PERFECT. Do yourself a favor and try them. Perfect squares, plated on a drizzle of fruit compote goodness, and an appropriate dusting of powdered sugar. Wow. I got nothin more to say about that. Ok I got the biscuits and gravy and it’s definitely one of my favorites. I did ask for over-medium but the egg arrived over-easy. Not a big issue for me since I don’t mind my eggs runny, but I know it would be an issue for others. I got a side of fruit which was above average. I hate the cantaloupe/grape/orange low-effort fruit cups that other restaurants serve. My friend got the egg/cheese sandwich on sourdough and a side of potatoes. Those potatoes were the MOST flavored, perfectly fried, delicious side of potatoes I’ve tasted. YUM. Other friend got the Nashville hot chicken biscuit and wow. I got a taste of that too and the chicken WASNT DRY, the breading thick, and the spice-level was perfect. I mean seriously. Oh and he got a side of eggs that arrived as he ordered. Overall, will be back. Happy we came here instead of the basic chain brunch spots in town.

Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Servers were not adequate. Long wait time for servers to come by, messed up drink order and food order, staff are wearing gym shorts and hoodies? Lacks a lot of professional touch.

This was an amazing experience. I had the breakfast burrito with added chorizo, and it was a delectable mix of flavors. There was a generous amount of eggs, and eggs are my favorite food of all time so it was awesome. One of the main things that sets this establishment apart from the rest is the service. Our waitress, Ellie, had remarkable service. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was very m attentive, but not overly obsequious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good breakfast food.
Andrew S — Google review
Kenny's is an offering from the St John's family of restaurants. So our expectations were pretty high going in. The atmosphere is hampered on the inside by the same terrible chairs we experienced at Kai Bistro. Metal, uncomfortable, and hard, they detract so much from a quality experience. The rest of the place is rather plain and unremarkable. It did not feel warm or inviting. The wait is typical and expectations there were well managed. The host was, as stated, above excellent in time management and perfect at tailoring wait time expectations. Our server was perfect in her ability to read our timing on coffee refills, took and delivered the order in a timely manner and was generally the best part of our experience. Service was near perfect. The beignets, served with candied orange peel marmalade and powerded sugar, were delightful. The autumn fruit plate was a rich and tasty treat. The Turkey and Brie would be excellent on a softer bread. The bread was a bit hard and too crusty for the rest of the sandwich. The Chorizo Hash had good flavor profiles and was a good bite. Of the other dishes we tried, nothing stood out as exceptional. None of the things we had were crave-worthy. Good technical execution, but no wows. Worth the price point for the quality, but I'll stick to takeout with the terrible seating.

Located in the heart of Chattanooga, Sleepyhead Coffee is a cozy and welcoming café that offers delicious coffee and vegan snacks. The café prides itself on being an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds and orientations. With its vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and unique features like a neon sign and outdoor patio, it's a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
I've been wanting to come here for YEARS, but the timing never panned out. However my friend and I finally got the chance to swing by. I ordered the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk and my friend got the Iced Peppermint Mocha. I've heard great things about this place, and once I had my first sip of my drink I knew why. My latte was just outstanding. My drink was flowery, it had the perfect amount of lavender syrup. The espresso and oat milk blended together so smoothly, and the sweetness level was exactly how I like my drinks to be. I have no complaints about this drink, it's my standard latte reference now. My only complaint is that I finished this drink too quickly because it was that good. This place is very cute. The coffee shop is in a small space inside, and there's another space across with more seating. Service was great, they were very friendly. I loved the greenery all around the space and decor. It had such a cool vibe. I love how they redid the space in a historic building. The soft pink theme and lush green plants make a cute combination and overall theme. I look forward to coming back here again and I'll recommend this place to anyone.

Clumpies Ice Cream Co. is a beloved local business in Chattanooga, offering unique and fresh flavors that have been a favorite for decades. With three convenient locations, it's easy to find one near popular attractions. The micro-batch ice cream features an array of amazing and unusual flavors like whiskey caramel cornflake and blueberry white chocolate.
On a hot day, this ice cream shop is the perfect escape! The flavor selection is tempting and unique. I tried the guava—the fruity taste is fresh and natural, creamy and delicious! The lavender and carrot cake flavors were also surprisingly good—distinct yet very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place itself was clean and cozy. A great spot to chill and enjoy a sweet treat. Definitely coming back!

I was told Clumpies was a staple in Chattanooga and I can see why. I really enjoyed the unique flavor options!! They let us sample to decide what to do! Our favorite was the corn flake crunch and blueberry pie. It was creamy and flavorful!! I like that it was a local chain and there are locations all over the city. I would for sure go back every time I am in town. It is a little pricey but worth the splurge! You won’t regret devouring this great ice cream!

Every time we walked by, there was a line out the door, and we finally decided to brave it. Unfortunately, the staff seemed inefficient and there was no real sense of urgency, which only added to the wait—no wonder there’s always a line! The ice cream flavors were mostly basic, with just a few unique options. I found it a bit overpriced, but the ice cream did taste good. Overall, it feels a bit like a tourist trap, but if you’re craving ice cream, it’s worth it.

Great flavor selection, and excellent quality! The espresso chocolate chunk was rich with large, soft chunks of smooth chocolate. The cookie dough was loaded with cookie dough. You can tell the owners are committed to producing a quality product! Love that the tasting spoons were metal, showing consciousness towards the environment.

We stayed downtown with friends and decided to stop in Clumpies and are so glad we did. It was super close to Choo Choo Chattanooga, and the decor was so cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved visiting this place! They had an array of unique flavors, of which I tried a few (such a sweet touch that their taster spoons are metal!). I had a scoop of coffee toffee and was delighted at its light and delicious flavor. I loved the ambiance and natural light the big windows let in. Would absolutely come for a date night treat, family time, or even just with friends! I can see why it has great reviews and came recommended by locals. Absolutely would visit again. Check it out!

Stopped to visit Chattanooga for the day and watch soccer. I love trying local ice cream places. We decided on Clumpies. They were out of some flavors and the ones that looked amazing on their top list were not available. I went for a sundae with their malted pretzels and homemade caramel. I got one scoop of coffee toffee and cookies and cream. The coffee toffee was really good but the cookies in the cookies in cream had a strange taste. The malted pretzels and the homemade caramel was the star of the show!!

Big Thanks and shout out to our server, Angel, and the chefs, manager, and staff for making our evening special. The food was cooked to perfection, the service was awesome--everyone checking to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable from our food to anything else. Nice clean restrooms as well! Great experience and highly recommend!!!

Great location and atmosphere, paid parking lot right next to it so you aren't scrambling for street parking. For such a big and unique space, it didn't have that many people in it. Food is good, not anything memorable. Service was good, McKenna our waitress was very attentive and present.

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves here. Beautiful atmosphere with exposed brick and beams. Open bar with kegs stacked upon themselves. Well lit. Open walking areas in between tables. Great beer. Food was ok on my end. I had the fish and chips and my fish was pretty burnt and tough. My wife, however, loved her food (shrimp and grits). My 2 year old had a cheese burger which was tasty as well. Wish it was a bit cheaper but overall it was a nice experience. You really can't get a better location than this. I would eat here again.

The service was good our waitress was great. Got the bbq bacon burger it was average seems like it was quality meat with a sweet barbecue sauce it was supposed to have ranch but did not the onion rings were good. My wife got the fish tacos with green beans she said they both lacked flavor.

We love this restaurant in Chattanooga! We have been here 4 times in the last 2 months. The wait staff has always been friendly and the food is consistently delicious and the prices are decent. They have a nice outdoor eating area that is dog friendly which we love. You can sit outside and watch people climb the rock wall across the street at the aquarium which is pretty neat. The last two times we were there Gabe and Jordan were our waiters and they are both fantastic! I made sure our drinks were always filled, and we had plenty of napkins. Very friendly, great communication and very attentive! The hostess was very friendly also. Burger – delicious. Lot of flavor and juicy. Cheese grits and shrimp - delicious. Lots of flavor, good amount of shrimp, crispy bacon, mushrooms (wish there were a bit more but I love mushrooms) and just a hint of heat. Wings - delicious & hot. A bonus was the celery that comes with it was fresh and crisp. Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes - delicious. Hot, great flavor and juicy. Chocolate mousse cake with ice cream - Good. Will definitely be back.

This was my first visit, in town for Memorial Day weekend. We went on Sunday afternoon and waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Our party ordered the Classic Burger, Low Country Shrimpy & Grits, and Brewery Nachos w/Chicken. We we were all pleased with the food but the shrimp & grits was phenomenal! I also had a beer, Southern Flyer light lager. It was okay considering it is a very low calorie beer with low ABV. I would like to visit again and try some other beers.

Service was superb! Food was delicious! Our waiter was very informative and accommodating to our needs. Nothing special I just had a lot of questions about the menu and if he didnt know he went to the owner. I can not wait to visit again and eat here. My husband and child loved their pizzas.

Good selection of craft beers. Flight testers are available or free, small, Beer taste tester glasses. The ladies enjoyed the Peach Ramble cocktail. Only regular flavor margaritas are available. Steak and chicken dinners were only okay. Kids enjoyed their burgers and waffle fries. Chips n Dip Trio appetizer was very good. Service was excellent, except at the bar.

Barbecue restaurant
Sticky Fingers Rib House is a Southern smokehouse chain known for its pit-smoked BBQ classics slathered in signature sauces. The restaurant is renowned for its legendary Memphis-style hickory-smoked ribs, wings, and barbecue. Voted as the best ribs and barbecue by various publications, Sticky Fingers offers a welcoming atmosphere and legendary customer service.
First time eating and loved the smoked brisket Nachos, smoked wing dinner and bbq Mac and cheese. The food was great but the service was even better, our waitress Ana Morris, attended us and made sure drinks were always filled and is very amiable. Will come back to eat here when I come back in town.

The food was not good. Bad BBQ and super slow from the kitchen. Sorry folks, run away from here. Our server was nice when we actually saw her. We were hungry and decided to push through eating what we could cover up with the sauce after finally getting our food. We didn’t want to complain to the waitress who was new on the job. I strongly suggest the restaurant owner step in to identify root cause and correct this failing business. I came in with low expectations based on prior reviews and this place somehow came in lower than my already low expectations. Unbelievable really. I hope they can fix it. Finally, there wasn’t even the slightest smell of smoked meat in the bbq restaurant. How is that even possible? I’m guessing they just reheat already cooked food. Not very fresh bbq based on my experience. The walls are dirty and it was clear to me there was no manager on site. Please do better.

We arrived in Chattanooga around 7:30 PM. Eager to try some renowned BBQ, my family and I decided to visit Sticky Fingers, reaching there by 8 PM. Here is our overall experience. 1. After we placed our order, we could hear someone in the back exclaiming, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" 2. The food felt rushed. The ribs were smoked but appeared to be microwaved, as if they expected me to mask the taste with their BBQ sauce. The first bite tasted as if it had been microwaved again, with the meat barely falling off the bones and cooked to a well-done state, resulting in a rubbery texture. 3. My daughter ordered their famous cheesy burger. Upon her first bite, we discovered that the cheese wrapper was still attached to the cheese, while the meat patty was cooked. To Sticky Fingers, please adhere to your stated closing time of 9 PM. It did not seem like you were very welcoming to customers after 8 PM. Our server performed exceptionally well and did what he could, which was not his fault; we tipped him over 40%. The lady manager was very professional, removing the charge for the burger and providing us with a new one. We rate our manager and server 5 stars. However, the person who cooked our daughter's burger receives 0 stars. It could have ended badly if my 12-year-old daughter had choked on that wrapper. Once again, THANK YOU, STICKY FINGERS, for making even non-locals feel welcome (jokingly).

The atmosphere is very chill with good music. Valerie was our waitress and she recommended the “Soul Rolls” with the “Alabama White Sauce” which was really tasty! My buddy and I ( two grown men) shared the appetizer platter which was plenty for a lunch. The Gold sauce is finger lickin good 👍

Food here is excelent. Full slab of ribs is enough for two people. You also get two sides and corn bread. Waiter was helpful when we were ordering and helped us select the food. When we wanted to pay, he forgot on us and it took more than 20 minutes from requesting the receipt until payment was made. Except from that, ambient of restaurant is nice, portions are big, prices are good.

This place was terrible!! From start to finish just bad! We stood at the front for a good 7 mins before anyone came up there to seat us then we got sat around the bar and given this place was not busy at the time. This place was so understaffed it's not even funny. The bartender was stuck with the bar and at least 8 tables if not more. That poor guy. Causing us to have to wait on our drinks forever. Then the food was straight nasty besides the ribs they was okay. Do not get the greens they are so nasty even the table behind us complained it was bad and got it replaced. Mac and cheese dry and tasteless the loaded baked potato wasn't loaded at all besides butter and cheese and it was so hard you could barely eat it. Shrimp over cooker dry and nasty. Drink overpriced no liquor and disgusting. I will never return to this place. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.

Delicious! The fried chick-peas were an interesting appetizer. Loved the burger and chili. Great service and fun ambiance! Had to pay for parking- but that seems common here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great dinner tonight at Urban Stack in Chattanooga with my daughters! No wait, plenty of seating, and super fast service—which is always a win when you’re hungry. There’s a huge selection of burgers to choose from. I went with the mushroom burger (SO good!) and my daughter got The Big Cheese. Her fries were perfectly crispy, and I ordered the corn with smoked Gouda—delicious and full of flavor. We had dinner here on a Saturday early evening around 530. Not terribly busy and we were seated right away. Our server Jasmine took excellent care of us. Two of us are vegetarian and found great options as any burger on the menu can be made with Beyond. The burgers have unique flavors and condiments. Really delicious. We ate here on our last visit to Chattanooga 12 years ago and remembered that we enjoyed it then with little kids. Now, we enjoyed it just as much with our young adult children.

I've heard about this place for years from a good friend of mine. Raved about it. I'm in Nooga for a concert and this was the first stop after checking into the Airbnb. Industrial brick interior, plenty of seating, warm and friendly greeting from Koa (hope i spelled it right) and fantastic server in Mitre (again, spelling). I had the Former Gourmet Bacon Burger, mid rare, and my buddy had the Asian Q, medium, spicy. We both had onion rings. Hot, fresh, tasty and juicy. Burgers were amazing, vibe is cool and service was great. Home Run! Here's the Breakdown: Fresh, tasty food served by smiling, friendly people in a comfy industrial space +5 stars. I would 100% go back.

Fun atmosphere And great food. Our server was very attentive and brought water to our dogs, which were welcome on the porch. Love the decor.

My wife and I visited Urban Stack in Chattanooga for the first time on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t very busy, and we were greeted and seated quickly by the hostess. Unfortunately, our server didn’t introduce himself and seemed a bit uninterested, especially compared to the other servers who were much more engaging with their tables. My wife ordered the Urban Nachos — we expected more, but it came out as a small pan of chips with very little chili or toppings. I wouldn’t recommend that dish. I ordered the Strauss Burger, which is normally a turkey burger, but they were out of turkey, so I went with a regular beef patty instead — it was decent. Throughout the meal, our server didn’t check on us until the end. I ordered a cookies and cream shake, which took quite a while to arrive. When I asked about it, the server said the bartender was taking a long time. We enjoy trying new places for both the food and atmosphere, but this visit was disappointing. We didn’t feel very welcomed, and the service left a lot to be desired. I see many great reviews for Urban Stack, so maybe we just caught them on an off night, but our experience wasn’t the best.

Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery, established in 2015, stands out with its innovative approach to crafting unique batches of bourbon. The distillery offers guided tours for a fee, providing visitors with an opportunity to explore the facility and sample their exclusive whiskey blends. With a small operation capacity of only 100 gallons, Chattanooga Whiskey uses this limitation to experiment with different ingredients and techniques, resulting in one-of-a-kind varieties of whiskey.
Had an amazing time here! Brought my nephew here who was visiting from out of town. Learning of the history and experiencing the distillery was great! Deborah was a great tour guide! She has extensive knowledge and a passion for the brand. The bartenders were awesome and the flight was a great opportunity to taste what they make and sell. Definite Must see in any Chattanooga tour!

We did the tour and tasting today and had such an incredible time with Patrick and Ben! We were the only two on the tour and it was a fun, personalized experience. Patrick was so knowledgeable about the history of the distillery and the processes behind making whiskey—I was so impressed. Ben guided us through our tasting after the tour and made great recommendations of things to try. My bf left with a bottle of the Founder’s Blend Whiskey. It was so fun to learn something new and these guys made it an absolute blast. Cheers!!

We really enjoyed our visit. We decided to do a tasting, $18 to sample 7 whiskies, and me and my wife split it. The bartender did an excellent job of explaining each type of whiskey before we tried them. The bar area is a nice place to sit, sip and relax, We didn't have time for the tour.... They also have an outside seating area. Cool spot!

We had a great tour, our guide Patrick did a bang-up job explaining the whiskey making process in general and the the different things they do at Chattanooga. The whiskeys themselves were all quite tasty and the tasting really is a fun way to try all the different flavors and actually pick up the different flavor notes (and a good buzz).

Public House Restaurant, located at the Southern end of the Warehouse Row complex in Chattanooga, offers a relaxed and refined setting to enjoy locally sourced Southern fare. The dining room, patio, and lounge area provide an elegant yet casual atmosphere for gathering with friends or enjoying a special dinner with family. Known for its high-quality seafood from Foleys in Boston and premium steaks and farm-fresh produce sourced regionally, Public House takes a fresh approach to traditional Southern cuisine.
I would consider public house an elevated meat and three type place which I like since we don’t have anything like that in town. We have always made reservations and get seated immediately. The staff has always been top notch as well. The bar makes a great drinks always the old fashions and they are great. For apps the pimento cheese and fried pickles are amazing but the bbq carrots and ranch are next level! I am a vegetarian so I always order the vegetable plate and everything is Fresh and good and not heavy or drenched in butter. For dessert always get the carrot cake and love it.

Excellent fried chicken, which is marinated in southern sweet tea. You get a leg, thigh and breast. Very juicy and crispy. Mac n cheese was solid, too. We ordered the soup beans, but sent them back because they cook the bean al dente. As for deserts, key lime and carrot cake were both very tasty. Service couldn't have been better.

It's been years since I stopped here. What a treat! I enjoyed the lovely pot roast that was so tender and the sauce was rich. I enjoyed a side of beets with goat cheese and a small salad. Everything was delicious. One companion got the chicken livers with grits and hot butter sauce. The batter was too heavy so she was searching for the actual meat, but the flavor was wonderful with a kick of heat. A little more grits would have allowed her to soak up the sauce and pair with the healthy portion of chicken. My other companion enjoyed the roasted quail small plate. The inside was juivy with a crispy skin. We also ordered a special brown butter latte that was so smooth and tasty. It needed to be a little warmer, but the flavor was so good. Beautiful presentation for all the items and good service.

Excellent place for drinks and dinner. The staff is friendly too. Ate here two nights in a row. First night we had a reservation. But arrived 45 minutes early and they happily seated us right away. The next night we didn’t have reservations, but they found us room in the bar lounge. The pot roast was delectable, and you can’t compete with their shoe string fries!

I have to say this, maybe one of my faite restaurants in Chattanooga. The food is so delicious. I never have been one to like steak, but this place literally made me like steak. It has the perfect seasoning the perfect tenderness and everything you feel like you’re fine dining but for the prices is not horrible at all this is my favorite place to go to for occasion. The only thing that I would say that is kind of annoying as you have to reserve a while ahead we got lucky and went on a day that wasn’t busy but we sat outside and if you do sit outside, just beware it is loud with traffic and firetrucks lol. But this is one of my favorite places and I will be coming back.

Everything was very good, staff was attentive, engaging and knowledgeable, the food was well-prepared, and good portion size, (the plating was a bit disjointed, making the portions looked smaller). A solid service! A bit more cohesiveness and creativity in the dishes would have earned 5 stars.

Wow, great find while in Chattanooga. Asked some locals what the best restaurant was and multiple people said this place. It has the food, service and atmosphere of a top tier restaurant but it’s so inexpensive. I would eat here every night if I lived here. I was solo so just went to the bar, got full table style service with amazing bread, the girl at the bar was wonderful and made an excellent beer recommendation. Oh my favorite part about the restaurant itself was the fact that it has one of the nicest parking lots you will ever see.

Simply an outstanding experience. Walking into this beautiful space was wonderful. Margaret was exceptional with her knowledge of the menu and made our special night so much more special. Don't miss the bread with Sorghum butter. We started with crab cakes and soup, both very delicious. The Antelope with parsnips, beets, and turnip was prepared perfectly, so very tasty. The dessert list was amazing. House made ice cream and so many other treats. Put St. John's Restaurant on your to do list. We will certainly be returning often.

Great overall experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent but there just wasn’t anything that was over the top. We had the crab cakes and the scallops for a first course. They both were smaller than expected but very good. I like my crab cakes with a little more crust and a little larger. However they were very good. We also had the potato leek soup and it was excellent as well. Really enjoyed it. For our main dish, my wife and I had the Halibut. Others at our table had the Bison ribeye and beef filet. Another situation where everything was great. Same with desserts, all excellent but tour probably not going to tell people how awesome they were. The atmosphere and service were top tier and I would definitely recommend this place. You WON’T have a bad meal here. It was worth the money and everyone really enjoyed it.

Lupi's Pizza Pies is a local chain that has been a favorite for almost three decades, offering hand-tossed pizzas, lasagna, and calzones in a casual and quirky space. The original Downtown location in Chattanooga provides a cool local spot with good pizza and a distinct sense of style. Founded by Dorris Shober in 1996 as the city's first New York-style pizzeria, Lupi's now has five locations serving fresh and made-to-order options.
5 stars. We've been going to this pizza place for over 20 years. Pizza is fresh and delicious. As a bonus, they have a few fun arcade games to play in the back with a change machine in case you didn't bring quarters. :-)
Sara W — Google review
Entertaining and eclectic pizza joint that I enjoyed overall. Our group of 10 was seated immediately when we arrived at 530pm on a Saturday. Our pizza and calzone were very good but figuring out pizza costs were confusing and seemed expensive compared to other places. We selected this place because we heard it was good and thought the kids could watch the pizzas being made on the “open” kitchen. The viewing experience didn’t work out as the kitchen had a high counter shielding it and signs warning not to come near.
Richard B — Google review
Lupi’s is hands down one of the best spots in Chattanooga for pizza. The crust is always perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside—and you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Their toppings are generous without being overwhelming, and the flavor combinations are spot on. The atmosphere is warm, local, and welcoming, making it a great place to grab a bite with friends or family. On top of that, the staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re in Chattanooga and craving pizza, Lupi’s is a must-visit.

Fantastic atmosphere with funky lighting and decorations. Not to mention unique menu items. I got a slice of the California pizza. It’s good! I’d say like a 6.8/10.
Terrence R — Google review
Maybe getting a whole pizza is better, than what I did Just got two slices of supreme. But my slices were dry, all the topping were way raw. And one slice had almost no toppings, and the second I did not want to finish: was over loaded with olives. Wasn't worth the $22 buck, with drink. I'll try a whole pie next time. But, real talk. The staff are fun, and work hard.
M V — Google review
We are there every Friday night ordering the same meal. It's tried & true and there is no need to change it up. Tonight the whole wheat crust was being kinda bossy and the manager came outta the kitchen to our table to explain he had tried throwing it three times and it just wasn't behaving like it should. He offered an upgrade to a 16" or same size 12" regular crust. We opted for the later, then he offered to send another beer since we would have to wait a bit longer. There was apology, acceptance, alternatives and action. Thank you, Lupi's. Your za keeps our bellies coming back, but your people feed our hearts.
Jennie G — Google review
Really cool spot for families to enjoy pizza and calzones! The crust was perfect slightly chewy and loaded, sauce wasn't overpowering. The prices here are reasonable too!
Lana B — Google review
We were in town visiting Chattanooga for the first time and chose Lupi’s based on the google reviews. It was a good choice. We really enjoyed our pizza very much. The employee at the counter was super friendly. The pizza was excellent. We made the mistake of sitting at a booth towards the back. All of a sudden we were overwhelmed by the smell of freshly smoked weed. An employee had headed to the back for a toke and the smell was unbearable. Fortunately we had just finished eating so we were ready to go because the smell was making me nauseous. I hope we weren’t supposed to clean up our dishes ourselves because if so, I apologize. I got up so fast to escape the dank smell I just left everything there. More power to the potheads but if you’re gonna get high at a restaurant maybe choose gummies.

We were coming back from a side road trip on our vacation and I almost skipped over this place while searching for a restaurant to eat at. The outside is a bit quirky and to be honest, the photos of the food - meh. But the reviews were fantastic and so we gave it a go. Boy are we glad we did! My family ordered the smoked chicken salad, chef salad, stuffed potato and baked beans. The salads were huge. My oldest daughter and I shared a stuffed potato as we weren't really hungry. They let us have both smoked chicken and pulled pork on ours. The chicken was perfectly smoked, juicy and tender as was the pulled pork. Sometimes restaurants over smoke their meats and then I feel like I am chewing on a briquet. The Purple Daisy was not this way at all, again it was perfectly smoked. The potato also had sour cream and the fixins on it. The potato was nearly the size of a football and we did not even eat it all. We chose to use both of the BBQ sauces they had on the table. The server was nice and had great suggestions. If we vacation near here again we will come back!

Small bbq place at base of rock before heading to rock garden. Depending on time of day a solid stop on way in or out. Pretty good selection and my pulled pork was very good. The smoked chicken was just ok and could be quickly overwhelmed by other flavors. Probably best alone. Solid Cole slaw. I like the atmosphere it’s a bit beat up like a bbq place should be.

We visited after a trip to Rock City and this was a fun find. There is onsite parking that was easily accessible. The little purple diner is decorated with a fun mix of decor and the staff was all very friendly and attentive. We opted to eat outside. My husband ordered a large rib basket and potato salad while I had a chicken sandwich topped with cole slaw. The house BBQ sauces were perfect for both the ribs and the chicken. We enjoyed the flavor of the two mixed together. The potato salad was a hit as was the regular cole slaw on the sandwich. It was a nice find with great food, a unique atmosphere and friendly staff. I would definitely return again if we were in the area.

Had high hopes after seeing reviews on Bring Fido. Sitting outside and eating with my pup seemed more of a bother than welcomed. Service was mediocre. Smoked wings were good. Pulled pork was dry. Ribs kind of dry. I do not recommend the Potato salad at all. Too more barely softened Potato with very little dressing. Baked beans were good. Not worth a second visit.

This place was really yummy, I don’t even really like BBQ but I had to try some while I am here. I was not disappointed with the BBQ quesadillas. Service was quick and the price was right. Overall a good experience!

What an incredible lunch! Barbecue chicken, potato salad, and sweet tea sure did hit the spot on a Hot summers day! 10/10 will come again

Little hole in the wall, lunch and dinner diner. It's name us because the owner loves purple and daisies. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Where regulars known by name, the servers smile and great you warmly. Service is fast and prices are reasonable. If the server tells you your meal has a lot of food, BELIEVE her. I did not and could not finish. I had the BBQ Pork Nachos. To die for. I also had a bowl of chili. Tasted great just not spicy enough for me. Added Purple Daisy Hot Sauce and it was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Brewhaus is a congenial gastropub in Chattanooga that offers an inventive German-American menu and old-world beers, along with tastings. It pays homage to the German roots of the Tennessee beer industry and is known for its incredibly authentic and tasty food. The menu incorporates house brews into dishes, offering interesting treats not commonly found elsewhere. Located on the North Shore, Brewhaus features a trendy patio with stellar views of Lookout Mountain and the Walnut Street Bridge.
Brewhaus is, simply put, a foundational experience of Chattanooga. While they've been here for a bit over a decade since 2011, they have established themselves as a highlight fixture of the culinary and atmospheric experience of the city. Ever since moving here myself about 10 years ago, they have presented the most unique takes for an overlooked style of food. I am aware of no other German inspired offerings in town, and if there are, they cannot compare. With half and full liters of German-imported beer (Weishenstephan is a favorite), and German classic recipes with an American twist, BrewHaus has cemented itself as a constant presence in the local restaurant scene. Today they had on special the Hot Schnitz, a phenomenal "burger" of their schnitzel with Buffalo sauce, complimented wonderfully by tangy pickled coleslaw, pickles, and dots of blue cheese crumble. The spice of the Buffalo spice is undeniable present, but smoothed by the pickled tang of the coleslaw and pickles. Just as you get a piece of blue cheese and think that the creaminess is almost too much, the challah bun and tang come in again to save the day. Paired with one side (I got the potato salad, the best side ever, which is not like any potato salad you'd find in a store. Savory and with bits of bacon and pork hidden inside, absolutely delightful) and a half liter, it was a welcome break from the busy-ness of the day. They also possess prime real estate, with a deck overlooking the pedestrian bridge, and under the watchful eye of Lookout Mountain in the distance. Having lunch there today, on a cool spring day that was struggling to warm up, it was a simply sublime experience to simply enjoy good food cooked with care, a delicious beverage to pair with it, and enjoy the view and scenery of a Spring afternoon in Chattanooga. My only disappointment is that my food was gone too soon, and with it my lunch break. 12/10, will always recommend this place.

This was a great find that we stumbled upon while browsing Frazier street. Brewhaus has a great authentic German menu. We tried the schnitzel, the sausage trio, and pretzel sampler. Everything was delicious. The pretzels are made local and are worth stopping for by themselves. We tried a bunch of sides as well and they really do a great job. To top it off,the bread pudding dessert was also a hit.
Ted F — Google review
Delicious food, cold beer, nice and attentive wait staff. I enjoyed the chill vibe of the place and they have a good amount of German food to choose from. Definitely going to have to come back.

This was the last stop in Chattanooga as we headed back to Nashville. Highly recommended we were excited to give them a try. Small, old school feel dining hall with a bar and some outside seating as well. Ms. Chloe greeted us warmly and ee got down to the ordering and eating. We got Fried Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese Bites to share, my buddy got Schnitzel Platter with Potato Salad and Spaetzle and I got a Schnitzel Sandwich with Spaetzle. The food was killer, fresh and hot with quality ingredients and the serving sizes were good. They had a dynamite beer list as well but the whole 2 hour drive home made for no cold ones for me. Hunter came out to make sure all was good and we BS'd for a few minutes. Good folks running a quality place. Here's the Breakdown: Friendly service with great food in an old school dining hall +5 stars. 100% would go back

This is a true hidden gem. A great variety of beers on tap & bottles plus a variety of other beverages. The giant pretzel was the best ! Soft, light, flakey. The main meal was a generous portion, high quality & made with love. We enjoyed sitting outside at sunset looking at pretty scenery & there was a nice breeze. I highly recommend the pork schnitzel, pretzel with cheese dip & beer of course. Staff is warm & friendly.

The food is very good and the beer selection is perfect!! Also, the servers are very kind! Thank you

Brewhaus has been one of my favorites for their wienerschnitzel, spaetzel and lager. The food is fresh and hot, and they serve their German lager cold or traditionally hot like the Germans take it. The schnitzel is perfect - tender pork with a crunchy breading that goes down great with pint of lager. Enjoy!

The Hot Chocolatier is a charming establishment with two locations in Chattanooga, one downtown on Market Street and the other at the base of Lookout Mountain in St Elmo. It's a popular spot for locals to indulge their sweet cravings with artisanal chocolate truffles, hot drinking chocolate, pastries, and desserts. The menu features classic hot chocolate as well as seasonal offerings like strawberry-shortcake white hot chocolate. Visitors can also purchase small-batch bonbons perfect for gifting.
Was visiting Chattanooga for an event at The Signal and stopped by at the Hot Chocolatier before the show. What a beautiful find. The space is so quaint and adorable. Very rustic with lots of character. The service was astounding. The ladies were so friendly. The food and beverages were phenomenal! I was so impressed by it all! 5 x ☕☕☕☕☕

Very nice and welcoming space. Great selection of desserts, chocolate, and coffee drinks. Didn’t have any food but baked goods were great. Enjoyed the drinks but definitely on the very sweet side. Tons of choice with a very patient staff that made things not enjoyable. Parking in area is all pay but not to hard to find.

absolutely loved this place. it was soooo good. bought 12 chocolates for about 35 dollars and a butterscotch cheesecake which was so decadent. had my boyfriend try it (a man who doesnt even like sweets) and he loved it. it was a bit pricey but that was as to be expected for downtown chatt. would absolutely drive an hour 35 just to go again and try some new things from them. i saw that they had many gluten free options as well. 100/10 would love to go back.

The best hot chocolate in the south! Quaint sitting areas with board games offered. Large variety of truffles! I customized a box of 12 and their were so many flavors to choose from. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!

If you want a decadent indulgence, treat yourself to a hot chocolate and slice of cake at the Hot Chocolatiers. Probably the smoothest chocolate ever made. The atmosphere is cozy with lots of natural wood and soft lighting. I purchased a box of 12 truffles for $44 with tip. The truffle assortment appeals to all tastes with mint, whiskey, lemon, salted caramel, pecan, strawberry, and many more fillings. A nice selection of grab and go items too. The only drawback was the parking. I don’t know why Chattanooga is so un-business friendly with its parking, but I wish Hot Chocolatier would open at Gunbarrel or Cambridge Square, where it is easy to access.

Stopped in at The Hot Chocolatier while in town touring distilleries, and it was such a treat! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. We tried assorted chocolates, chocolate-covered Oreos, and chocolate-dipped orange slices—everything was absolutely delicious. Bonus: if you’re doing the distillery tours, show your Chattanooga Whiskey bracelet for 10% off. Definitely worth a visit!

This was an excellent trip! We are from out of town. I decided to make this stop. Our waitress was so cute and friendly. Very kind I had an omelette and the turmeric latte was to die for!

Felt the coffee here was OK, but not great. The location felt a bit cold, but that may be because there were so few people in the large space. I would return to try the food and the coffee would be fine especially if food is good. Small area of parking for togo out front, but like the rest of the area parking during the day is going to cost. I believe most street parking is free in the evening. Lots are a bit more expensive. Shop is located in old train building that has a number of businesses, but was very quiet and could use a little tlc.

Definitely one of the best coffee shops in town! They have great coffee and food, and I love the atmosphere inside. The space has tall ceilings and plenty of great spots to set up your laptop at work.
Cayman S — Google review
Casual, fresh dining at Chattanooga Choo-Choo. When we lived closer to downtown we frequented Frothy Monkey for a meal or simply for a drink; Golden Monkey and Chai’s were our favorites. The menu is now paired down a bit; less offerings especially slimmed down on the desserts yet still tasty and affordable. Our family, 3 generations, recently came here for a birthday celebration. We all enjoyed our meals; kiddos chose breakfast items, I enjoyed a tasty arugula salmon salad; others had a smash burger, gnocchi, turkey club; we all cleared our plates ;-) Good service, pleasant and professional staff (just a little slow, I believe under staffed yet still attentive). I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability!

Really cute place, yummy coffee, food was one hit and one miss. The chicken fusilli pasta was SO good, but the tofu quinoa was honestly not good at all and I would not recommend it. The tomatoes it was served with came in huge wedges that made up practically half the dish, and it lacked fresh flavor. The drinks were great, the rosemary honey latte was yummy and the turmeric latte was.. very turmeric!!
Emily — Google review
Coffee and drinks were pretty good. The French toast with spiced peaches was yummy. The main breakfast dishes were not terrible but could have been better in the sense of having potatoes or another side. The grits were pretty runny and tasteless, not your typical thick grits. I would say I was expecting a lot more from the service and ambiance after all the positive reviews I read prior to coming. It was Sunday morning breakfast time and you could hear a pin drop in the restaurant, really awkward silence all around. Some low music could’ve brightened up the atmosphere. The restaurant was not full but there was a wait for the food and drinks, not sure if this was them being understaffed.

My brother and I had a great breakfast here while in town for my brother’s half Ironman race. We were seated right next to the kitchen and it took me a while to realize there was only ONE COOK in the kitchen! This man, Logan, was poetry in motion! Julie Darling Donuts is a must-visit spot in Chattanooga, especially if you're traveling with kids. Since 2009, this place has been offering a wide variety of creative donuts and ice cream in a unique and inviting setting with plenty of seating. The cake donuts come in inventive flavors like nana pudding, salted caramel, and red velvet. It's the perfect place to treat your kids after a walk on the nearby Walnut Street Bridge.
Adorable donut shop in North Shore! We stopped by this amazing little spot before walking around Coolidge Park, and it was the perfect treat. I got the blueberry cake donut and it was so yummy—perfectly sweet and fresh. The shop itself is super cute, with cozy seating areas and fun retro decor. Definitely a must-visit if you’re exploring downtown Chattanooga! If you liked this review, give one of our photos a like or follow along to keep up with our adventures!

Good variety of flavors, donuts are sized well for price, they're nice to look at and even better to taste. They can be split for kids or sharing flavors between people, a bit messy but to be expected. Try to get there earlier in the day if you're looking for a specific flavor since they tend to go out quick.
Greyson A — Google review
Cute shop but disappointed overall with the donuts. They were dry, dense and tased like day old. We LOVE trying local donut shops when we travel. We stopped by pretty early-just after 7 am on a Saturday and the display was pretty empty. I was excited to try the banana pudding. Wasn’t great-vanilla wafer was soggy, there was hardly any banana pudding inside and it tasted like it was from a jello pudding mix. Samoa-not what I expected, super dry not enough coconut. Blueberry cake-dry. Chocolate cheesecake-dough was dense but this was probably our favorite. We would not recommend.
Camilla W — Google review
The donuts were drier than a Popeye's biscuit, and the orange juice was watered down Dollar Tree crap for $2. Julia was extremely nice and welcoming, though, but she should put down the baking mitts and stick to ice cream. Julia's Ice Cream Parler because it feels illegal to say you sell donuts here.

It's a cool place! Love the decor it reminds me of central Perk on Friends:) they had a ton of donut flavors and the donuts were amazing!! The coffee was really good but it's not the place for speciality coffee drinks that's okay but I would love a specialty coffee with my amazing donuts. There is good parking in the back. The place was nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the workers were civil but not super nice. They seemed a bit bothered by us being there. When going into a colorful and delicious doughnut place I would love to see a chipper attendant.
Amber M — Google review
Donuts were good, and drinks were limited. However, we were a little disappointed 😞 with limited quantity and selection at 10am . There's a sign saying they're short staffed, so I'll give them a pass. We liked the cozy, comfortable feeling of the inside and would give them another try

Known for grinding their own meat, Slick's serves up delicious burgers that keep customers coming back for more. They also recently introduced a veggie patty to cater to vegetarian diners.
Amazing side street food stop! The staff were amazing, the food just as amazing and the prices are spot on. I got a slick size burger with BBQ add on with fires. The caramelized onions were so good and they put a few on the fries. Got all toppings. The burger was a but "tall" for my mouth but the toppings stayed on with a little mash. Paper towels instead of napkins is a smart option for this food. Full bar and drink options (Coke if that matters to the reader), I prefer Coke so all good. Servers were friendly and were great to interact with. Gave the atmosphere 4 stars because they were a little sticky - wood tops will get that way with heavy use, it's not a cleaning issue. Bathrooms are small but very clean.
Eric O — Google review
If juicy burgers and hand cut fries are your thing then Slicks is for you. We got ours with bacon (thick sliced and crispy) and fried egg (we each like ours how we like it and they got it right). You know you're in the south when the mayo is Duke's. Cold beers were available and football was on the screens. That about covers all you need for a proper burger joint.... and the teenager who only likes burgers have it 8 out of 10.
Doyle D — Google review
The burgers are big and delicious - so many different add-on options. The spicy fries were the best with the blue cheese. The decor/atmosphere was great, felt like an old diner done up! We sat outside and Jackson lit a fire for us. He was so helpful and seemed to love being there. Absolutely coming up!

Slicks has one of the best burgers you can get in Chattanooga. I would recommend getting a burger and sit outside. Their Fire fries are the bomb and are just spicy enough to know they have some spice to them. Everyone you interact with is always in a good mood. If your looking for a good burger definitely visit Slicks. The burger in my photo is the slicks burger, full salad minus the onions, medium cooked add bacon and jalapenos. The perfect burger I would say.

A Mom and Son lunch date that was casual and full of comfort foods. My favorite was the bacon and blue slick burger. I added grilled onion. We had to try the truffle fries and the fire fries (about $10 each) and they were large. The atmosphere was fun and not fancy. If you go, take your time and check out ALL of the menu boards. You won't want to miss anything. Also, there is a bar. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to go back soon and try their wedge salad. Have fun!

Great place to go for a burger. The food was tremendously good. I had a party melt that was excellent. Good quality meat and more than enough to eat for a few meals for me. The service was joyous and fun, and the drinks were very good. If you want a burger in Chattanooga, you have to go here.

Great service and good selections. The hot chicken sandwich is yummy. The goat cheese and fig burger was too sweet and a tad weird. The kids chicken tenders were huge portions and tasted yummy. Regular cheeseburgers were good. I knocked off a star because the fries were rock hard and chewy. It was good - but nothing I'd go back for with a lot of other local choices close.

The menu features options like carne asada ranchera alongside original cocktails and an extensive selection of mezcals.
We were in town visiting from Knoxville and this was a perfect first experience. I saw this place on instagram and solely went because the inside looked so cool, but everything from the food and drink to the service was 10/10. Zachary was our server and he had the best smile and was very attentive!

Delish food, great atmosphere, amazing staff. I was in town for a work trip and a friend recommended this restaurant. My colleague and I enjoyed a couple apps and drinks, everything was delish. I especially appreciate the staff as they were a little short staffed that day but they did a wonderful job informing us and staying on top of our needs.

One of the best foods I've ever had in Chattanooga is their tacos, which were incredibly DELICIOUS, as was the carne asada ranchera, and the fresh, homemade chips with guacamole were AMAZING 100% recommend!!!

The restaurant was lovely and very well decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out fresh and fast. I gave the food three stars only because it leans more toward contemporary/trendy Mexican dishes rather than the traditional mom-and-pop style I personally prefer. Overall, it’s a nice spot—it just comes down to preference.

We used them to cater our wedding! Everyone loved the food, it was one of the highlights of our wedding! Fresh, so many choices and a VERY reasonable price! We HIGHLY recommend using Jorge (the owner) for your wedding. This is also just a fantastic place to get dinner. The food tastes so fresh! The street corn is my personal favorite and their asada tacos make you feel good, not stuffed and bloated!

Excellent!! I am a Mexican food snob, and I could not believe the quality of this food. The guacamole was excellent, as were the chips, and I tried their Huerrera MX (sp?) with carnitas that was simply wonderful and full of flavor. You can literally taste the love they put into their food :-) The margaritas were also very on point and delicious. I will definitely be back!!

The bartender at the Picklebarrel (Abby from Indiana IIRC) recommend this spot to us, and boy howdy does she get a gold star for awesome taste and not leading weary travelers astray. Anyhow... We stopped here on a weekday late morning on our way out of town (after a stop at the coffee shop/bakery by the art museum. Renaissance, maybe? Nope! Rembrandt's!), and were met with delightful service, a refreshing and distinctive cocktail, and delicious food. TBH, we were on a multi-day ramble and the particulars kind of blur together, but I remember that the guac was delicious, and that my meal was called Divorce Eggs, was very fresh, elevated without being try-hard, and hit the spot. We sat outside, which suited the moment but wasn't stand-out. We did like being in the neighborhood we were in. A little gritty, light-industrial, mixed-use vibes. Vital. Interesting. Not yet wholly gentrified. Many thanks to the crew there for the warm welcome and delicious meal. We'll visit again if we have a chance to go back to 'Nooga.

The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with options to explore nearby shops while waiting for a table. It's famous for its diverse ceviche options, Peruvian-inspired foods, house-made fried bologna sandwich, and savory monkey bread.
This is the kind of place I would like to spend an entire afternoon or evening. The atmosphere is wonderful with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The steam punk decor is fun. I had such a fun experience at State of Confusion! The vibe and aesthetic of the place are gorgeous, definitely a spot that makes you want to stay awhile. Service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick, which made everything even better. Food & drinks: Hibiscus Mule: 10/10 — refreshing, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best cocktails I’ve had. Street Corn: Absolute must-try! Flavorful, smoky, and covered in cheese, definitely a 10/10. Guacamole: Tasty but not mind-blowing, I’d give it a 7/10. The plantain chips were unfortunately a little stale, which took away from the experience. Chicken Plate: The flavors were amazing and super well-seasoned, though a touch too salty for me personally. Still really yummy overall! Overall, I’d definitely come back for the drinks, corn, and atmosphere alone. A beautiful spot with great energy and delicious food.

We stopped in for dessert and they were phenomenal! Our waitress was so friendly and chatty. Definitely stop in if you're in the area. The bartender was making some very yummy looking drinks. I ended up having wine but she was moving the drinks out quickly!! We had the cheesecake and pecan pie! Treat yourself!

This place serves some of the best grilled dishes! Every single item we tried was full of flavor. Even the mac and cheese we ordered for our kid was yum - not greasy. We loved the lamb kebabs and chicken plancha - well-seasoned, and grilled just right. Our server recommended cheesecake for dessert, and it was phenomenal. The restaurant offers plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.

The ceviche was great! We liked the outdoor seating although it was blistering hot that day. The chimmichuri steak was excellent. Service though was a different story. We waited much longer than what they told us initially which is difficult with hungry kids. When we finally got seated it took a while to be serviced. We ordered drinks twice and they were out of ingredients to fulfill the order. We may have just caught them at a weird time, but that should not matter if you run a restaurant. Probably won't go back anytime soon but like I mentioned, the food was great!

Wow. I was pleasantly surprised! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! I expected long wait times and perhaps even my order being messed up. However, everything was great. My food can quickly, the order was exact, and it was delicious. We ordered the Mexican Ceviche, Fried Bologna Sandwich, and the Ribeye Benedict. They were all really good. We also had the Strawberry Basil Aguas Frescas. We enjoyed each item and hope to go back one day.

There were so many good looking options I couldn’t decide so Cat steered me in the right direction with the crispy pan seared chicken another WOW!! The servings are quite generous as well! I got full off the chicken alone and also had fries & a side salad. Awesome vibes, we sat outside & had a nice breeze with a big table. Not too loud. A perfect ending to the night with some amazing food & memories made! 😁

Update 5/2025: Solid breakfast and coffee. Nice casual vibes. Update: 5/2024: Still a great place to grab a coffee. I got a cinnamon roll too, this time and it was really good. Quite large too! Friendly staff. Good coffee. Great latte!

Good Nitro brew; not great like some places, but it’s strong in caffeine. And they have FOOD 🥘 it’s decent. I do like this location for some purposes I deal with. It’s out of the way of other shops; but I like that because it’s less crowded and bigger store.

Cute shop serving coffee and pastries. It's a long, narrow brick building with tons of seating, in and outside, with friendly baristas serving interesting coffee drinks. It was comfy sitting there, sun streaming in and just relaxing. Here's the Breakdown: Good Coffee, Coffee Good +5 stars I would go back if in town again

Went there for the first time the other day and had a great experience. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Their coffee was fresh and had great ingredients in it. They also have a small bakery section that was nice as well.

Excellent coffee and a surprisingly wide variety of breakfast items. Atmosphere and service were both enjoyable. Definitely add this one to your list when in Chattanooga.

We are in from out of town and we’re lucky to find this place. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered anywhere in a year. Prompt service and fresh food. I wish I had a place like this back home.

This is a super cute coffee shop! I loved the modern urban decor and my sausage, egg and cheese + bacon biscuit was delicious! The cheesy grits were also super good! Very well seasoned and extra creamy. Definitely get the strawberry jam! It tastes so fresh, like they make it in house!

This is a great spot to pop a swat and get some work done or read a book. The food is fantastic. The drinks were just kinda mid but maybe it was the specific ones we got the pumpkin latte and the matcha latte were no bueno. More disappointing was the lack of personality from the barista. You could say she was mean mugging. Lol!

Old Gilman Grill is a French and American restaurant serving up classics with a twist in the heart of Chattanooga's West Village. The patio is perfect for relaxing with some delicious cocktails while taking in the twinkling lights of the city and the (miniature) Eiffel Tower across the street.
Had a delightful and educational Chattanooga Whisky Sour making class! We sat at the bar while our outstanding bartender gave us very detailed instructions on how to make this delicious drink like a bartender. Very fun time for all. Look for the "Candles and Cocktail Crafting" class. Highly recommended and worth every penny!!

While travelling through Chattanooga, we had dinner at Old Gilman Grill. We were seated right away outside, and the waiter was attentive and helpful. We had the Gilman Salad with Steak, Buttermilk Rolls, and the Chocolate Mousse Cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The Gilman Salad was good. The steak was cooked perfectly, but could have been more tender. The Buttermilk Rolls had a good flavor, but we more dense than regular dinner rolls. The Chocolate Mousse Cake was delicious. It was nice and light, and a great treat to finish the meal with.

It was suggested to go here for brunch and so glad we did!! We only had to wait around 10 minutes for a table outside on the cute patio. The menu had a large offering of breakfast, lunch, and brunch foods. It has a nice garage door open with a bar right there. Onto the food - first of all, $20 mimosa for the table yes please! We had to get the Brussels sprouts and yes - so glad we did. Also got the steak and eggs with scrambled and avocado toast with sunny side up egg on the side - every bite was perfect. If you’re looking for a spot for breakfast lunch or brunch, this is a the SPOT.

Really great place for dinners in Chattanooga, especially on a nice evening, when you can sit outside. Loved the service and the food. Macro bowl with chicken was really great, so was chicken Francese.
Sharad S — Google review
Second time at Old Gilman Grill and not super impressed. The service was subpar and the bar tender was more interested in chatting with colleagues than paying attention to paying customers. The dirty martini was underwhelming and left a lot to be desired. The truffle fries were over salted. The new recipe for the bacon wrapped dates was a miss, and they should have stuck with the original recipe- the romesco wasn’t a great addition, and they should go back to the balsamic glaze.
Ashley S — Google review
The service was top notch friendly, attentive, and fast. I had the Gilman Pasta with extra protein (blackened chicken breast), and oh my gosh, I can still taste that amazing sauce! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The whole experience felt warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more, highly recommend!

Tried this place with some friends and it was great. Got the Gilman Burger with some Avocado and a side of fries which was more than enough! Friends got the fried chicken sandwich which was a little dry for their liking but overall good food!

Sushi Nabe is a family-run eatery in Chattanooga that offers creative sushi and classic Japanese dishes. This casual restaurant has patio seating, making it a perfect spot for a date night. It is conveniently located next to Coolidge Park, allowing guests to enjoy a walk on the bridge and continue exploring downtown without the need for transportation. Sushi Nabe has been serving top-notch sushi since 1994 and is considered one of the best sushi joints in town.
This place is INCREDIBLE! The owner himself, Nabe is just such a kind ray of sunshine, he was there rolling all the sushi himself & the waitstaff is just such a pleasure! I am so thankful I walked into Attack of a Tatsu across town who sent me here (I’m here for work) Keri was my waitress & she is just a doll!

Don't order delivery from this restaurant. We paid $24 for a "eel roll" but what we got was 2 pieces of eel sashimi. When we called to inquire if the right item was delivered, the lady on the phone was dismissive and refused to help. Additionally, the delivery was in a tiny plastic to go box where everything was just thrown in and mixed by the time it arrived.

City scope boat was good but the one that stood out the best was the blue ridge roll. Both others were good but I’ll definitely be ordering blue ridge roll when I go back ! Chicken teriyaki and seafood tempura were ehhh. Overall pretty decent food with great service !

Good overall dining experience from the staff to the food to the service .. forgot to take photos of the sushi but will update the next time we are there as my son and his wife love to eat there
Quan N — Google review
Everything we had was delicious. The tonkatsu ramen was really tasty, the greens in it are spicy - I loved it - but if you don't like spicy leave it out. My husband liked the sushi a lot. My son loved the yakatori and the ramen. The Japanese salad was mixed leaf, which was interesting and the ginger sauce was a bit sweet but very fresh. The miso soup was smokey and salty and tasted great. We will be going back for sure.
Julie C — Google review
While the exterior design gives off a Japanese aesthetic, the food unfortunately does not reflect authentic Japanese cuisine. For example, the seafood salad included imitation crab sticks that felt more like something from a grocery store than a restaurant. Overall, the quality of the dishes felt quite underwhelming and lacked the refinement I usually associate with Japanese food. I tried the Zaru Udon and was genuinely surprised — it was difficult to understand the intended flavor profile, and it left me disappointed. The chicken katsu was perhaps the most acceptable item we had, but even that felt more like basic fried chicken than a proper katsu dish. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing Japanese dining experiences I’ve had in the U.S.

Great Saturday evening dinner for 3 of us. Our server Ashley was friendly and attentive. We had hot appetizers of spring rolls and a breaded shitake mushroom dish. For dinner we all had different dishes, from roll sushi to sashimi to hot entrées. Everything was delicious. We had made a reservation a couple days earlier, and had no wait at all. It was not crowded, and probably only half full. I've seen people comment on the cost. Our meal was $113 before tip, which I think is reasonable for good quality food in a downtown location. We don't drink so that keeps cost lower. A good experience

Nice sushi spot. Sushi was good not anything too fancy. If you love sushi and go to a lot of spots I would really recommend this spot as a go to. We were in the area and thought we’d give it a shot. Not bad but if you have high expectations of sushi you could skip this one :) giving a 4 star because people were really nice and location was clean and aesthetic!

Amazing food! Intimate bar atmosphere, but low-key enough for conversation. Perfect for groups with their at the counter orders. Fast service and friendly staff. I went twice during my stay in Chattanooga, had the BA Ramen with the wonton nachos and the BA burger with fries, and everything was incredible. Will be coming back.

The last time I've been here was years ago. I came here with a friend for brunch, we sat outside on the patio and I ordered an avocado toast. It was good and we had a nice time. I would come back to try their other brunch foods. Recently I came with a large group of friends for some late night food on a Saturday night. There was a bunch of seating inside for all of us. I ordered the Black Bean Noods and added ground beef to my bowl. Wait time wasn't bad. After a few moments, a server came by and said that they forgot to add my hard-boiled egg lol. Service was good. I was looking forward to trying what I ordered, especially since I love black bean noodles. And maybe I was a little too excited or had high standards, but my black bean noodles didn't taste like the ones I've had in the past. I was pretty disappointed by it. I liked the pickles in my bowl, I liked the sauce and the consistency of the noodles was chewy just how I like it to be. The pickles added a nice acidity to the overall savory flavor profile. The ground beef was flavorful and added to the overall dish. It was a savory bowl but it lacked umami. When I tasted it, I knew it was missing something flavor-wise as a whole. My bowl was okay, just not spectacular to me. I think I would've been better off ordering the K-pop fries because my friend really liked it and it also had all the ingredients I'd like. For what I ordered, I felt like the price didn't correlate to the quality and taste of the dish. I wouldn't pay that much for what I ordered again. We still had a good time but I wouldn't order this again.

The bartenders were amazing and had great recommendations! The Fun Guy tacos and Creamsicle drink were both better than expected, noting I'm not sure what I was expecting or why 🤔😆 I would def order both again!

Manuel! If you get the chance to sit and talk with Manuel, consider yourself lucky. He will be honest with you about food choices (not that anything isn’t good… just more explains what is on the menu vs what you’re craving & even considers pairing it to what you’re drinking). The wonton nachos. Do it. We had it with the ground beef and it was one of the best things we’ve eaten in Chattanooga. Manuel also makes a serious cocktail. He is passionate about the ingredients and knows what he’s doing!

Hipster vibes with amazing Ramen. This is a cool place to stop in for a drink or the ramen, which is something they’re known for. The building was once a house, converted to bar space with 2 floors & a front porch for seating. We chose the front porch since the weather was right & not overly hot. We both ordered the pork belly ramen, (BA Ramen on the menu) which did not let us down. It had some spice to it, but the right amount. If you’re a fan of ramen, this is a must try. We also tried the potstickers as an appetizer, which were great. Fair prices & friendly staff.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch after looking over some reviews. It was a great choice. After ordering at the bar we found a table in the basement/bar area. It was a good vibe for a Sunday morning, being moderately busy. Our food was good. The best word to describe it is unique! The breakfast nachos had a sweet-smokey flavor that was accompanied well by the crunch of the wontons followed by a kick on the back end. The Cumberbatch was also very good and offset the flavors of the other dish.

Basecamp Bar and Restaurant is a new addition to Chattanooga's dining scene, quickly gaining popularity for its Southern comfort food and rustic-chic ambiance. The restaurant boasts a dog-friendly patio with stunning views of Coolidge Park and the Walnut Street Bridge. Guests can enjoy craft beer while soaking in the scenic surroundings or opt for outdoor seating overlooking the river.
I ordered the chorizo meatloaf which came with some of the best crispy onions I’ve ever had. The mushroom gravy packed a lot of flavor and made the dish shine - the meatloaf was kind of bland on its own. Sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. Wife enjoyed the Western Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese. Spoke very highly of the Mac & Cheese. Kids split an order of popcorn chicken which was good. Miranda was an attentive and helpful server. Great with the kids. If I was a local, I would come here again.

I've wanted to try this spot out for a long time, and we finally got our chance during Chattanooga's Burger Week. We loved it! Great place to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Super dog friendly (we were disappointed we didn't bring our pup). We both had the Pattiyo Melt (apologies for the bites in the food but we couldn't wait to try 'em!) and were impressed with the taste. They have a great beer selection, both on tap and in cans. The wait staff were all young, hip, and full of energy! Overall, the views were great, the space was comfortable, and the food was delicious. We were glad we finally visited Basecamp and will go back again soon!

Thought w would try some Basecamp!! The extra touch to every tasty morsel we ate really showed! We really enjoyed the Aricini ball! Hamburgers were great - tacos were tasty! Pickles were homemade dill - the sweet potatoes fries are done just right and the banana pie was smooth and light! Even the orange honey wheat ale was just right ! Super speedy service with a smile and a cute outdoor dining patio! Only ding was how dirty the light fixture was in the bathroom. I know it’s really all about the food… but it’s also about taking time to clean the bathroom too! I’d likely come again for the great atmosphere and super flavorful food! But it’s hard to give a full 5 stars across the board! Will try again - maybe the bathroom will be cleaner next time?!

Nestled in the charming St. Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga, Sawasdee | Thai Restaurant is a delightful gem that offers an authentic taste of Thailand. This cozy spot specializes in homestyle dishes, serving up everything from flavorful noodles and stir-fries to rich curries and delectable desserts. A must-try is their Mango Sticky Rice, which perfectly balances sweetness with freshness. Although open only for evening dining, the experience is well worth it.
This was a good find a friend told me about in Saint Elmo Chattanooga. The hours are only in the evenings but worth the trip. They had gluten free Curry so I had yellow Curry with tofu. I also tried the white / brown rice both were good. The desserts with delicious too. I had the sticky mango rice and Thai rice cup. The Thai rice had hazzle nuts to give a crunchy taste. The sticky mango was fresh. Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes Would I come again? Yes This place has limited seating and a hole in a wall but this places taste the best.

If you love Thai food or if you have never been to a Thai restaurant then you should definitely not go here. The food didn’t taste good plus the serving was too less for the $$ they charge. Fried rice tasted decent but didn’t look good. The building had some kind of bad smell.
Bimal G — Google review
The place is at the very bottom of the hill of Lookout Mountain where the stop light is. The parking is pretty small too. The inside feels like one giant room and gives a home vibe that you’re inside someone’s house. The waitresses are nice but the food is not good at all. The fried rice and pad see ew tasted bland and didn’t have much flavor in them. I would not recommend coming if you are a Thai food lover. You should definitely try Thai Chili thats in Ooltewah or Thai Esan in Chattanooga. Those two places have much better quality food and more spice in them

Low rating because for 9 years I have tried to hit this place to try their thai.... and they are NEVER OPEN. Twice it was when their posted hours were "OPEN" yet... nope waste of trip to St.Elmo Today they say closed... so fine. Honestly how do they stay in business???

We discovered this little family owned jewel. As some have said, it’s not like every other Thai food flavor profile. That’s not a bad thing. The food is excellent to our foodie palettes. Stop by and enjoy. Low key. Friendly. Good food. What more could you want?
Gary M — Google review
The typical Thai fare. Smells great this ginger, black shroom and onion with chicken; however the execution is very sloppy & poor( small portions for the price, tiny slivers of black mushrooms that one might as well call it garnish instead of a main ingredient, over cooked chicken breast, guess they couldn't be bothered with tender cuts of chicken thighs instead). Once again another Thai restaurant who fails at tender chicken. I can't imagine how rough and dry their beef is going to be. other dishes looks great but their sevice was inattentive at best. The lunch menu contains majority rice and no noodles. Asked for Thai coffee but was told there wasn't any(could it be that they are just lazy? and my final edit on their sorry excuse of a milkless thai ice tea, what kind of slop runs this place?). Not returning for another try even if I can give the 2 old ladies another try.

Whenever it’s Monday I get bummed out because the Taqueria on Rossville is closed. And then I remember Taqueria at the Plaza! I cannot got enough of this amazing food. Born and raised in San Diego CA it’s difficult to find authentic Mexican food. Look no further. The breakfast burritos are on point, as are all their staples from the traditional lunch menu. Massey's Kitchen is a popular restaurant that offers delicious food and a modern, upscale casual vibe. The atmosphere is inviting with a great patio featuring covered tables and huge windows. The restaurant has the ability to be opened up with large overhead doors, creating a cool and comfortable environment. Despite being busy, the service at Massey's Kitchen stands out as top-notch. The menu features artisanal pizza with crispy yet soft dough and fresh, flavorful toppings.
I can’t help but add to the giant pile of well-deserved good reviews!! My mom and I came here on a rabbit trail while road-tripping, super hungry from skipping breakfast, and the food was high quality, came super quickly and was served with love! We ate outside so that we could have our dog with us, and the shade from the trees and umbrellas made a great breezy atmosphere. Our server Mahshid was incredible! She took great care of us and checked up on us often, making great conversation and making us feel right at home. We’d love to come back here any time we can!
Bethany M — Google review
If you’re looking for a place that delivers on both flavor and hospitality, Massey’s Kitchen is it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. The open garage-style doors leading to the shaded patio set the tone for a laid-back yet elevated dining experience. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The artisanal pizzas are a highlight. The dough is clearly done with care (no freezer shortcuts here), and the ingredients are fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. The Mediterranean influences shine in their small plates and starters, and even the simplest things like the housemade bread, the bruschetta, and the fries are elevated. But what really made the evening special was our server, Roxanne. She was amazing. Attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, full of great menu recommendations, and always checking in just enough to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality added so much to the whole experience. On the service front and ambiance, everything aligned: great food, beautiful setting, and excellent staff. I left feeling like that meal was worth every penny. Massey’s Kitchen has earned a new regular in me. Highly recommended for anyone in the Lookout Mountain area looking for delicious, well-crafted food and delightful service.

We stopped here for a late lunch after visiting Ruby Falls on the way to Rock City. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of free 2-hour street parking available. We had a 3:30 reservation and arrived right on time. After placing our order, the food came out in about 30 minutes. We tried the House Burger, Margherita Pizza, and Sicilian Baguette, and everything was excellent — flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the outdoor seating area was dog-friendly, which made the atmosphere even better. Overall, this restaurant was a wonderful stop — delicious food, nice setting, and pet-friendly seating. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

We ate here for an early supper on a recommendation from an Airbnb. Thankful we stopped, outside seating was excellent. The pizza was excellent and enough for 2 meals for 2. Olive as a pre-meal snack was different. If we’re ever back on the mountain we’ll certainly stop again!

I really enjoyed my visit to Massey’s Kitchen. We arrived around 5:45 p.m. with a reservation and were promptly seated. Service was efficient and polished our waiter appeared right away, took our order without delay, and the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, exactly the kind of place you’d want for a pleasant evening out. That said, I have to deduct one star for a rather off-putting moment. What appeared to be a manager loudly blew his nose behind the counter, tucked the napkin underneath, wiped his hand on his pants, and went about his business as if nothing happened. It was honestly hard to unsee. In the service industry, that sort of thing should absolutely be handled discreetly and hygienically preferably in a restroom, followed by a proper hand wash. It left me wondering what else might be happening behind the scenes. Overall, though, Massey’s Kitchen is an excellent restaurant with attentive service and great food just in need of a little more attention to professionalism in the details.

Velo Coffee Roasters, located in Chattanooga, is a small-batch roaster that has made a name for itself in the craft coffee movement. The staff at Velo are dedicated to precision and balance, adjusting settings like grind size and water temperature every morning to ensure the most flavorful brews. Their commitment to freshness is evident as they roast coffee every weekday and source beans from top-notch producers who prioritize quality and sustainability.
Charming Spot for Great Coffee—Just Not My Remote Work Vibe Velo Coffee Roasters is an adorable little coffee shop with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and personable, and the coffee and muffin I had were both delicious—definitely worth coming back for! I already have my eye on the chocolate chip cookie for my next visit. As a remote worker, though, it's not my ideal spot to set up for the day. The parking can be tricky, and there aren’t many wall outlets, which makes working from there a bit of a challenge. That said, it’s a great place to catch up with a friend or just enjoy a quality cup of coffee in a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back—just probably without my laptop.

One of the best - if not the best coffee shop in Chattanooga. If you’re looking for a great coffee, unique environment, that is close to downtown, Velo is the move! The creativity behind their continued expansion of unique seasonal drinks is unmatched in the area. Velo and their team understand coffee culture and create drinks that reflect their care for each drink and customer! 🧡

This is my new favorite place! Love interior vibe going on and the outdoor seating is nice when it’s not too hot. Yummy snacks and great coffee. Definitely going to try their Tour de Brunch!
Gina H — Google review
I really like the location, atmosphere, and size of this place. The staff were friendly, there was plenty of space to sit, and in general it was quite quiet which is always nice. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have a mocha option, but the vanilla latte was well made. I would liked it more if it had had more vanilla in it, but it was still a well made drink. In general the shop was on par with most other modern coffee shops in Chattanooga, which is above average.

Excellent place to do some work and drink good coffee. The staff is friendly and the place is nice. Wifi speeds are approximately 500mbps down. I got an espresso and the flavor was very bright, but not overly acidic. Very good pull.

Nice coffee shop. Plenty of seating. Plenty of space. Friendly baristas. Got a nice cup of cold brew and some banana bread. They have a little selection of muffins and breads. Nice place to stop and chill.

Very nice coffee shop, unfortunately most of the visitors were there to work 💻 or read 📖, not really for coffee, which made it difficult to find a table. The coffee was delicious, and the service was pleasant!
Anna V — Google review
They have AMAZING beans, and their espresso is on point. Unfortunately their in-house drip doesn’t showcase their beans very well - they serve in a cute little decanter that lets the coffee get too cold too quickly, and they have never stocked half and half, so drip coffee fans who want cream have to choose between thinning it with milk (to which their line is “top layer cream” or something but it’s still thin) or nondairy. After I abandoned my cold, thinned drip coffee which felt like a waste of money, I got a cortado which was top notch. I don’t know if that “redeemed” the experience but at least I left with the taste of good coffee in my mouth.

Located on Main Street in Chattanooga, Southside Pizza is the go-to spot for New York-style pizza lovers. Whether you're in the mood for a couple of slices or a whole pie to share, this place has got you covered. You can savor your pizza indoors, on their covered patio, or opt for takeout or delivery. The friendly counter service ensures a quick and efficient dining experience.
Quick and easy lunch stop, first time here. So far the greatest pizza I’ve had in Chattanooga. I’d say top 3 of my personal favorite pizzas. I ordered 3 slices. The bianca, buffalo soldier, and the pepperoni. Cannot describe how good the pizzas are. All 3 completely different flavors with absolutely incredible then and crispy crust. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 3 slices and a drink for $16

Great little spot with easy walking access to plenty of local breweries. Reminded me of my time in upstate NY - New Haven style crust was thin and airy but held its structure well. Sauce was robust but not overpowering and complimented the toppings well. Highly recommend the white pie for my garlic lovers, bit of a sleeper. The staff was kind and friendly. No complaints. Very surprised to find a pizza place south of the mason Dixon that I would certainly return to. Thanks!

Stopped in from out of town, and this place might be a future food destination for us! The guys were super friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing, we got a Mama Mia and chicken parm sandwich.

Picked up their Birria pizza earlier this week for pizza week. It was amazing and such a large pizza! Staff were super kind and quick as well. Thanks for a great experience again, Southside!

Pizza was very good. Had a slice of the bianco & a build your own. Both were hot and fresh & reasonably priced. Staff were friendly & the location was clean. This was highly recommended on Reddit and I can see why. Note: The garlic oil base was very garlicky so if that’s not something you enjoy you might want to stick to red sauce.

I'm visiting family here, I'm from NYC and not easily impressed by pizza from other states. This pizza was so good I had to ask the cashier if they were from NYC as well. He laughed and said "no if you can hear my accent, I was born and raised here". We both shared a laugh and he told me the bosses were trained by NYers on how to make pizza. And to me that training was worth whatever they paid for it. My son who's from NY as well says hes been coming here for a few years now. I for sure will add this to our list of places to eat when I come visit. We ordered a half cheese and half special. Which consisted of pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, cheese, basil. And it was amazing. I wish the pizza was a tad bit thicker. But that's my personal opinion. Its great nonetheless. Staff were very friendly and stayed busy for a normal Wednesday evening. Keep up the great work guys.

Southside Pizza in Chattanooga is a straightforward spot perfect for those who love good pizza without the fuss. The counter service was friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick dining experience. I tried the pepperoni pizza and a salad, both of which impressed me—the salad becoming a new favorite with fresh ingredients and the pizza offering big, satisfying slices of classic NY style thin crust. The restaurant features a large patio, ideal for outdoor dining. I recommend visiting on a Tuesday to take advantage of their 2 large pizza special for $22, making it a great deal for groups or families.

If a pizza restaurant is confident in selling single slices. Then you know the pizza is next level. They make 30 inch pizzas and they throw the dough in front of you. This place looks like it was cut out of new York and transplanted here. Does not look like it belongs here. Highly recommend

Nestled in the heart of Chattanooga, The Local Juicery + Kitchen is a charming family-owned establishment that specializes in healthy grab-and-go options. Whether you're starting your day or looking for a refreshing lunch, this local gem has you covered with an array of delicious offerings. Indulge in their vibrant fresh juices and energizing coffees, or savor delightful dishes like Avocado Toast topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes and sprouted goodness.
This place has a wonderful ambiance with beautiful plants indoors. The service is excellent, and the juices are fantastic—fresh and flavorful. However, I wish they were served in glass bottles instead of plastic. I did a two-day cleanse and thoroughly enjoyed the taste of every juice. I also tried their wraps and crunchy salad, which are healthy, though not particularly delicious.

Just tried the juice from Y — they have a vending machine! Super convenient, and all the juices are refreshing in their own way 🍹 🍋 The yellow one: Sweet, sour, and has a strong kick of ginger. It warms your throat and makes your whole body feel cozy. Perfect for a cold day! ❤️ The red one (beet-based): Naturally sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginger is much milder here, so it’s smoother if you’re not a big ginger fan. 🥒 The green one: This one's for veggie lovers — it tastes a bit bitter and slightly sour. You can clearly taste the green veggies and cucumber. Each juice has its own personality, but they’re all super fresh and energizing!

Amazing experience! Excellent customer service! I cannot remember her name but she was so lovely, friendly and had the most beautiful blue eyes and long brown hair! Had a pre-made fresh pressed juice from the cooler, hubby had a bulletproof coffee with coconut oil and we both had a large smoothie, the coconut sky? And berry nutty. Everything we delicious. Bathroom was clean and cute. The space was incredibly inviting, inclusive and cozy with many beautiful plants and a little wellness market on the wall! Will always be back when in the area.

I found this cute place as I was looking specifically for an Acai bowl while I was only briefly in Chattanooga. I ordered as a pickup and it was ready exactly on time. The atmosphere was cute and cozy and the staff was nice with my brief interaction. I ordered the PB & Acai bowl, added plant protein, and replaced bananas on top with blueberries. It was good for being all vegan and plant protein, but it wasn’t the best Acai bowl I’ve ever had. That being said, if I’m in Chattanooga again and craving an Acai bowl, I would still go back!

The guy I believe to be the manger. He was the only guy working, was very mean aggressive. All the girls were super nice I was in conversation with one when he decided to interject with a bad attitude. The crazy part is that the girl had already gave me the advice I had needed. He decide to just be mean and aggressive after the fact. I simply said "Woah man no need to be that way we can be kind." After that he asked me to leave for simply asking to be kind. All the people were great every time I was there except that guy. I would steer clear if he is there, he creates a bad atmosphere apparently as EVERY time other than when he is there it has been pleasurable experience. Edit: I appreciate your prompt response. You are correct I was there as a worker, does that mean I get less respect? If there was an option for delivery driver when writing this I would have clicked it but alas there is not.⁹ I urge you to post the video so all can see I was not disruptive when I said, "We don't have to be like that we can kind." I take kindness as a virtue and the man there was anything but. As to the claims I about racism, wow, just wow. I urge people to read my reviews and see that there was no racism only descriptors. I believe racism is deplorable. That is a very shallow depth to dive to and if people are interested please have a look at my reviews. Further, I was not even talking to the young lady about how long the order took at that point. At that point she was telling me how my car was OK where it was parked. The conversation was over when the man defide to just make a snide comment after the fact. Totally unnecessary since that part had been resolved prior. It is not the first time I have seen him be short/aggressive when dealing with public.

Han-Mi is a casual, laid-back eatery that offers outdoor seating and specializes in traditional Korean dishes. They offer rotating menus based on the seasons, ensuring a variety of options for their customers. The food is exceptional, with standout items like their Korean Fried Chicken which has received rave reviews as well as the delicious teokkboki dish.
I heard great things about Han-Mi online, so I decided to come in with my wife on a Sunday evening. It was busy but they had plenty of seating to accommodate. We were told one of the fryers were down, and to expect that the food may come out slower. We appreciated this heads up. Tried the fried calamari with white sauce. It was alright but could use more seasoning and an additional sauce to add more flavor. I had the Bulgogi bowl and my wife had the pork cutlet. Both were excellent! Be prepared for a large portion of food. Google reviews spoke highly of their banana putting and after trying it ourselves, I'd say it lived up to the hype. The edible bowl was an awesome added touch. We look forward to trying more of the menu on a future visit.

got the korean fried chicken, and it was soooo good—excellent portion size, really nice flavor and crunch on the chicken. the only thing that threw me off was the service—i was given my check while i wasn't even halfway done with my food, which made me feel very rushed. other than that, staff was friendly, the atmosphere was very nice, and the food was great.

LOVE this place! Food is AMAZING + we had a great server, Ryan. However the 1300 lumen fluorescent lights should be changed. Warmer lights that aren’t so harsh would totally make the experience better and would make the restaurant even BETTER! We had to sit outside, which turned out to be perfect 🩷

Goodman Coffee Roasters- Warehouse Row is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts in Chattanooga. Founded by Ian Goodman, a pioneer of 3rd wave coffee in the city, this place offers an excellent selection of single-origin and blended coffees. The coffeehouse is located at the vibrant Warehouse Row downtown, making it convenient to enjoy a cup of their expertly roasted coffee while exploring the area's shops and attractions.
Nice little spot, had a tasty coffee. I normally don't do anything iced but today is really Hot out. I got the cold brew, it is very smooth. The shop is cozy, staff seems nice and happy. The building it's located in is really cool too. My friend got a latte he said it was really good. We are only in town for a day, but Goodman's was definitely a good choice!

I had their coffee by chance at Adeles, as a tourist passing through, and I was floored; it's the perfect cup of coffee. I'm not in state so I've been ordering beans to brew at home and it's just so good. Wish I lived closer!!

I’ve been coming to Goodman’s for the last few years, and it truly holds a special place in my heart. Studying here is what got me through my last couple years of grad school! The atmosphere is cozy and inspiring, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Even as someone who isn’t a big coffee drinker, I always get a cup when I’m here because their coffee is just that good. Highly recommend!

We have been looking for a good coffee place in the Chattanooga area, and even though it was over an hour+ drive, it was definitely worth it. My boyfriend got a Latte and he absolutely loved it. He said the coffee was very flavorful, and the milk was frothed perfectly. They also served the coffee in the most gorgeous little blue cups. The staff was very friendly and sweet. The whole vibe of this coffee shop was just so relaxing. There’s tables and couches for you to sit on, wether you’re enjoying a coffee date, or just going there to study or do some work on your laptop. Overall, such a nice little coffee place that we can’t wait to visit again!
Maddy C — Google review
We arrived about 15 minutes before closing but the barista was welcoming and friendly. I ordered an Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was good, but I felt like there was something off. I don't know maybe the oat milk wasn't as creamy as I'd like or there wasn't much oat milk added, or maybe there was too much lavender syrup. I'd have to try an iced latte again from here to see how I'd feel about it again, probably with soy milk or something. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't crazy about it. I loved the interior: the dark wood, assorted plants, and colors. The design of the logo and word signs are so aesthetically pleasing. The overall atmosphere of the place felt cozy and cool. I'd come back here again!

I’ve visited Goodmans in warehouse row probably 150 times in the past 2 years. This place is nothing short of 5 stars all the way around: the food, espresso, service and ambiance. Perfect location downtown in Warehouse row, and they validate parking as well. Anytime friends or family visit Chattanooga, we for sure take them here!

The common table would be our go to place to eat if we lived closer! Everything from the service, food portions and taste, cleanliness to the pricing is spot on. We came in with minutes to spare because I read the opening/closing hours incorrectly and they were still ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I’m still talking about our experience a month later! This place is a must if you are visiting Chattanooga!

Food is pretty decent here, the service was really good. This is a cool place to take kids because as an indoor playground, well they do until somebody gets hurt and they sue the place. The kitchen area is also pretty cool because there’s nothing but play glass separating the tables from the kitchen so you can see everything going on. This is clearly a part of the church in some form of fashion with the churches daycare next door also so there is a Church vibe, which is cool enough.
Malcolm G — Google review
Significant Food Safety Issues - One of our party ordered a salad and had requested Blue cheese. The waitress returned a short time after and apologetically informed us that the Kitchen staff had indicated that the Blue Cheese had spoiled and they did not feel comfortable serving it. When a different waitress brought out our food, it included the Blue Cheese. We expressed our concern and she had no idea what we were talking about. It's extremely concerning that Kitchen staff would deem a food item unsuitable to serve, but have it accessible for waitstaff all the same. You really need to have a system in place that prevents this sort of thing before you get someone sick.
Shaun L — Google review
Went here on a whim, and oh yes am I glad we did! My son and I had time to kill in the area and decided to have lunch here. We had the whipped feta which is the BEST appetizer I have ever eaten at a restaurant. That is high praise! It has it all!! It is tangy, it has a hint of sweet, salty. It is served with warm fresh pita. I would travel several hours just to come back for this! I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was really good however, the soup was lukewarm which made it not worth paying for in my opinion, but the grilled cheese made up for it. It had sweet jam, apple slices and warm delicious cheese and perfectly toasted bread. Well done! My son had some sort of pasta dish that he really enjoyed. If you’re in the area I highly recommend. The kitchen is surrounded in glass so that you can see your food being prepared. The atmosphere is very cool vibes with friendly service. They bring you cute pitchers filled with ice water so that you’ll not be thirsty waiting on a server. I will say that the dessert we ordered was a fail. But that’s ok, there was a lot more good than that one miss.

This Chattanooga eatery offers Southern fare and wine in a simple, classy setting with patio seating. It's perfect for a romantic outing this winter.
This place was right up my alley! I had the calamari, fried green tomatoes, chicken, and a salad. The fried green tomatoes were my favorite. They were fried perfectly and had a tangy slaw on top. The sauce that came with the calamari was sweet and tangy too. My Cafe Salad was fresh and nicely garnished. My partner had the Greek Herb Chicken and ate the whole thing. Everything we ate was delicious and the service was great! Multiple servers checked on us while we were there so we were never without anything we needed. The patio was really enjoyable and they had the fire going. It is a little pricey but worth treating yourself!

What a nice little Cafe to find on a quiet section of Lookout Mountain. The place has a rather peaceful feel. My first impression was that of a staff that is on their job, but in a very unobtrusive way. There is no hovering wait staff urging you along. They let you enjoy your food, but are always nearby, if anything is needed. The food was very fresh with a real comfort quality. Tasty beers are on tap that are well worth exploring. My blackened chicken sandwich had just the right blend of seasoning, so that you weren't overwhelmed with spice. The garnishments added a nice mix of freshness. My wife loved the turkey sandwich and the kids cheeseburger was gone in no time. I would say we will return on our next journey up the mountain. It is always great to find a serendipitous culinary gem.

The chicken salad sandwich was one of the best ones I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious! The home made chips are thick and taste great. Other items pictured are the chicken strips, nachos, and some sandwich (I do not remember what he ordered) will definitely be back! As of January 2021 must wear face mask to enter, they are strict about that. Outdoor seating is available as well.

Stopped in on 11/19 for lunch for my birthday. The place was empty except for one couple at a high top table. The hostess who greeted us was not friendly, (I personally feel she gave us an attitude because we didn’t have masks on) she never asked if we had a table preference just walked us to the back and pointed to the QR code and said here is the menu as she was walking away. Our phones would not open up the digital menu so we asked for a real menu. I feel the restaurant could suggest the QR code but should still offer a real menu as an option. When two girls came in looking for a table the hostess sat them right by a window seat up front. We just thought, what the heck, why didn’t we get asked where we wanted to sit. I guess next time I will say where we would like to sit. Our waiter who was originally from Nashville, I wished I would have got his name, he was wonderful. Talked to us about the area and gave some nice suggestions on areas to see. The food was good. The restaurant has a nice interior atmosphere, great music overhead and a lovely outdoor pet friendly seating area. Hospitality could improve from some staff but we would go back.
Debra M — Google review
A very modern restaurant and style which I like. The service was fast and friendly. I assume it's a newer place as their menus are still literally paper which you don't see very often. Nonetheless, the food was very good, and the fries delicious. The nachos were great and very unique actually. I thought they had a rather limited selection in terms of vegetarian food, but a great selection aside from that. It's location was extremely convenient and a good find.

Coming off a long beautiful drive along Lookout Mountain, you’ll find this quaint, exquisite cafe right on the corner! It can’t be missed with its wonderful exterior with an outdoor patio seating and its cozy indoor dining. Not to mention the food is very tasty...including the delish cornbread with a hint of sweetness. The atmosphere, the staff and the food, we’d enjoyed them all.
Cecilia O — Google review
Really enjoyed our lunch at this neat restaurant on Lookout Mountain. The food was great, good service, relaxing. I started with the mushroom soup (the soup of the day), and it was delicious. My meal was the Candied Pecan Salad, which I really enjoyed. My wife had the Mountain Burger, and said it was absolutely delicious. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy great food.
Jon C — Google review
Friendly and attentive waitress. There was about a 15-20 minute wait on a Saturday. The food was a little slow coming out. My husband had the meatloaf with collards and coleslaw. He liked the coleslaw and collards a lot. The meatloaf seems to have almost a sausage-like flavor with brown gravy. Neither of us cared for the meatloaf. He is used to the tomato based slightly sweet and tangy meatloaf that I make. I had the chicken salad on a toasted bun. I didn’t want chips with it so I asked for their German potato salad. There was an almost $2 up charge for the potato salad. I didn’t care for the potato salad at all. I know German potato salad has a vinegar base, but the vinegar was overwhelmingly strong. The chicken salad was a bit plain. I did not care for my meal at all. It wasn’t worth the wait or the risk of sitting indoors w/strangers in a pandemic. On another note, I did order the pumpkin cheesecake that had a caramel drizzle to go. If I ever go back, it will be for that cheesecake.
