Uncle jack’s a popular name among the food lovers in Chandigarh. They serve some of the best shakes u can have in Chandigarh area. Also their pizza fries are a must try item from their menu. The ambience was quite cool, especially kids will enjoy eating there. Hope they open more outlets in other cities too. Delhi still awaiting u guys !!

I've been dying to try Uncle Jacks! Although I've tried their fries in all the fests but i really wanted to visit their outlet in chandigarh and enjoy their famous fries. I order cheese and chicken fries, and non veg cheesemelt sandwich. The packaging was soo cute and the service was really quick. Both of the items tasted so so good! Coming back soon to try more! ♥️

Oh my God such a nice place to have some amazing fast food. I tried their food first time in Grub Fest in Delhi and was a big fan of their French Fries and Shakes. Then visited to Chandigarh to taste some more amazing variety. The quantity , quality and price everything is perfect. Just want them to open their branch in Delhi too, so that we can enjoy their meal every weekend. If you are in Chandigarh do visit this place you will fell in Love.

Hiya foodies I recently went to Chandigarh with family and went to this great place. It’s has one of the best fries i have ever had. I ordered the following items- Cheesy fries- which were just delicious 🤤 Orlendo pizza which was tasted different and yummy Mint watermelon injector which tasted more like jal jeera with red color🙈 And last but not the least my favourite The chocolate mud pot ♥️♥️♥️ It was so delicious that i dont have words to describe it.

This place is massively overhyped by food bloggers and doesn’t live up to the buzz. Charging ₹310 for dal makhni with just two servings is outright ridiculous, especially when the quality is below average. To top it off, the roti was served cold and undercooked in places, which is completely unacceptable. Honestly, there’s nothing special here—just overpriced food with mediocre service. Save your money and try someplace that actually delivers on taste and quality."

Not a great experience at all at pal dhaba mohali outlet. The chicken was not fresh. Do not recommend this place. Please visit the Chandigarh branch. This place does not serve anywhere close to what is served there.

Half tandoori chicken cost me 300, and just 5 small pieces came. Food bloggers have created unnecessary hype, but the taste is not worth the high price. I would say it’s better to cook at home rather than coming here. If someone wants to have chicken or dinner and is in 3B2, don’t go to this place, remember that. Look for some other dhaba instead. The owner is good but seems quite busy managing Diwali shopping. However, the staff is rude and lacks basic manners while dealing with customers. The food was served in an improper manner & cold food, with a lot of arrogance.

Its 4am I am writing this review aa after having their food at night I was not able to sleep for a sec. I don't know whats the hype about the pal dhaba, food had no taste, unhealthy ,overpriced. You are taking 250 for per plate chicken and it consists only two small pieces, seriously? Not only that I have suffered food poisoning after having their food at night. Whole night I suffered. If it get worsen it will be your fault.

We had ordered a veg order kadhai paneer rice roti and but they delivered chicken and naan order. After that they dont even acknowledge their mistake that correct order has not been recieved.

Its ok ! No extra salads they will charge for it. food quality is good but quantity is low. Prices is pretty much expensive. Good sitting on ground floor but underground sitting is poor which is not looking cool.staff is good n helpful. You can go with your family or friends. 👍

I recently visited Oven Fresh and had a great experience. I tried their Garden Fresh Pizza, Alfredo Penne Pasta, and Chicken Sizzler, and all three were amazing! The pizza was full of fresh veggies and had a delicious cheesy flavor. The pasta was creamy and tasty, just perfect. And the chicken sizzler was hot, flavorful, and very filling. Everything tasted really fresh and well-made. If you love good food, you should definitely give Oven Fresh a try. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I celebrated my birthday there with my friends. It was a nice experience. There was waiting for the though but it was worth it. The food was very tempting as well as didn't disappoint us in taste. Everything was up to mark. Their pizza is very much loaded and mouth watering. I would say it is a must try place. Don't miss it...

We tried four seasons vegetarian pizza it was good recommended to try it. Then we had bbq chicken pasta highly recommended to try it if you are cheese lover. Then we tried mushroom corn cheese pesto sandwich. The portion of sandwich was less comparatively to other dishes but sandwich too good also would highly recommend this to try it out. We had drinks of three different iced tea 1- lemon 2-peach 3-mango According to me i would only suggest to go for peach iced tea only.

Timing may increaseor decrease depending upon your order and its variety. (FunFact: We were at table 7 #thala for a reason😉). As we got all the ordered food between 7:00 PM to 7:13 PM. We ordered following: 1. Garlic bread Mushroom garlic 2. White sauce pasta 3. Garden fresh pizza 11 inches 4. Chicken tikka Cresent sandwich 5. Cold coffee 6 Mango Iced tea 7. Caramel cold coffee ( more like vietnam iced coffee) All in all food tasted well which compensate all our waiting time. Mushroom cheese Garlic bread most recommended.

Great Food and Atmosphere. We had to wait 45 minutes to get seating but the wait was worth it. The food was tasty and filling. We tried Pizza, Pasta and Sandwiches and nothing disappointed. Definitely recommend to try if you are around.

One of the best. No match Takes 20 min minimum for order as it's cooked fresh. Keep this in mind before eating here. As almost all dishes have cheese, one can't come here too frequently as one gets cheese aversion. Bruschetta platter was too good. Baked penne arrabiata was good. If one doesn't like too much cheese, then try non baked penne arrabiata. It's a red sauce based pasta. I always find their tiramisu average. Their breads are the best, whatever dish u take with

I recently visited this dhaba that pops up on the list when you search for must-try dhabas in Chandigarh, especially since my favorite musician has also been there, so it was definitely on my radar. The ambiance is average—it doesn’t scream dhaba vibes—but the staff was welcoming and eager to share the menu.The food is pure North Indian, and you really get the authentic Punjabi feel from the offerings. We decided to try some of their specialties: lemon paneer and butter chicken. It took a little while for the food to arrive, but the first thing I noticed was the generous portions. 8/10 - The lemon paneer looked delicious and was something different from what we usually have. It was smooth and creamy, topped with a tadka that gave it a rich, appetizing look. However, it could have had a little less of that lemony kick for my taste. 6/10 - Next up was the butter chicken with naan. Unfortunately, it didn’t have the distinct flavor I was hoping for from such a well-known dhaba—it was more like your average butter chicken. They could definitely work on making it thicker and more flavorful. On the plus side, the staff was attentive and quick to accommodate my requests, even helping me pack up what we couldn’t finish. Overall, it was a nice experience with a dhaba-style extensive menu. I’d love to come back and try more dishes to get a better sense of what they offer!

We're regular customers here but our recent experience was very bad. The quality of food has definitely degraded. We ordered the following food items and the taste was not up to the mark. - Masala chaap - Mix veg - Chana masala In Non veg: - Their Most recommended "Rara Chicken" For example, the biggest No-Go was their popular dish "RaRa chicken" which was not cooked properly. One could easily see the blood on the bones on every single piece of chicken in the gravy. It was also shown to the staff and the manager and they accepted their mistake but this is an eye opener for non-veg people who should check this thoroughly. Most of the times this is ignored as we always assume and unsure of this but this should be taken seriously as it's as a serious health matter. It's a reputable restaurant in Chandigarh and you cannot serve uncooked meat to your customers. This also raises questions on the quality of other meat dishes. There should be some quality check. I mean this is quite basic. Sorry to say but it was a bitter experience. Uncooked meat in a hot gravy is a No go. That's not a dish.

We have visted to deluxe dhaba on wednesday.. We have made payment but unfortunately I forgot to take my card back .. I have had a word with Mr Sohan Rawat ( Manager) regarding this very next day and he made me comforrable by saying that my card is in. Safe hands.. Today i get back to chandigarh and collected my card from Mr sohan Rawat.. Such a wonderful person and personality.. Thanks You so much foe your kindness.

Looking for a place to have good North Indian food , then this place is for you . I loved their starters especially paneer tikka was so good . Do try their special lemon paneer in main course . The presentation and the quality of food is also great . The quantity of food in such a pricing is excellent. Do visit this place .

One of the older dhabas within the tricity who got famous for nothing but their good food. Maintains that classic dhaba feel with a warm hospitality. My personal favourite was their Lemon Chicken which I had with some hot Missi Roti and Butter Naan. The way the gravy comes creamy and tart is what always blows my mind. Even their Chicken Masala and Keema Naan is worth a try!

This cafe holds a special place in my heart. I first visited with someone very dear to me. We sampled a variety of dishes, all of which were incredibly flavorful. On our second visit, while the initial magic wasn't quite replicated, the food remained consistently good. We couldn't finish everything, so the kind staff thoughtfully packaged the leftovers for us. Today, on Christmas Day, I returned to the cafe, though the circumstances are different. That special someone is no longer by my side. Despite the bittersweet memories, I decided to try one of the dishes I enjoyed before. It was just as delicious as I remembered, a comforting reminder of happier times. No doubt the aesthetic of the cafe was good but the food was so bad and their service was also not good. They didn’t give us cutlery and even when we asked it took them another 20 mins to get it. Apart from that, the food was also average, the fried rice was uncooked and even the bathrooms there are so unhygienic. I really don’t recommend this cafe. You can find more aesthetic cafes with neat bathrooms and good food anywhere else in Chandigarh . They take so much time to deliver any food, beat, cutlery, spoons, plates, water, highly disappointed.

A cozy place in the midst of chandigarh. Though I didn't liked the coffee that much, but the atmosphere was vibrant and peaceful. The design is terrific, there is so much space in the little room. I really liked the outside view through the plants! Overall a good place to go to for vibes.

The food was ok, not worth going for it specifically. And honestly takes wayy to long to get the food. But The system of ordering and paying is efficient and the vibe is really good So if you want a place to hangout with friends with a few board games or wanna study maby this would work.

Ordered Aam Panna and Creamy Mushroom on Toast. When the food arrived, I wasn’t expecting much—but wow, the Creamy Mushroom on Toast totally stole the show. Rich, flavorful, comforting—just chef’s kiss. And just as we were mid-chew, mid-sentence, mid-life crisis, they cranked up the music. Hindi songs at full blast—because apparently, silence is too middle class. I came to eat food, not to relive my cousin’s sangeet. Next time, please choose between café or club. You can’t be both unless you’re in a bad Netflix teen series.

Didn't send it back, mistakes happen. Portion was big for the price, but the taste was average. The base overpowered the chicken, which got lost in the mix. Still, at that price, it’s passable. Tried the paneer roll too, way too saucy. Flavour didn’t land. Now, the surprise: the Americano. Priced way lower than most cafés and actually tasted better. Smooth, strong, no bitterness. We ordered veg & non veg rolls and pasta . Both were great in taste . The only thing that they have changed is that sides they have replaced fries with chips which we didn’t like . Fries are better than chips when given as sides also with kids perspective. Rest there preparation is good 👍🏻

My Review- This is one such cafe which never disappoints. You want gourmet, delicious and instagrammy food which is light on your pocket; you get it all here. The sitting is a very cosy, comfortable space with a breezy vibe going on. We were here to try their tremendously epic gourmet burgers which I had heard a lot about. Godmother was a vegetarian burger which as stated was messy burger smeared with rainbow coleslaw. The other we tried was the Beast burger which had 2 patties along with a special touch of their garlic mayo. This one looked extremely appetising and well assembled. Both the burgers were served with a side of chips. Another totem from the menu I was excited to try was the minced chicken steak with spaghetti and tomato basil sauce, in which we got veggies as an add on. Loved this one too. The steak was perfectly cooked, the sauce was tangy, loaded with veggies, spaghetti was well seasoned. Overall a great dish!! While the Hawaiian cooler was refreshing, the Caramel brownie chocochip shake was super thick and satisfied my sweet tooth. The staff here is very sweet, absolutely loved their hospitality. Visited this cafe for the very first time in Mohali. Loved the cafe, the ambience, hospitality and the taste of food. It was yumm. We ordered Butter Chicken along with Tandoori roti and a naan. As a starter, we ordered amigo style dry chilli mushrooms which were amazing and softly cooked. We loved everything here but when we found something in our food, that time it changed my mind. I actually wanted to give 5 stars to this cafe but i am giving 2 stars here because i found that the chicken we ordered was not properly good and we found blood in that chicken. We asked the chef there but the staff responded to us in very casual manner that this happens. That time i felt bad that how can someone eat a chicken like this here. I asked for manager but he/she was not there. The way they responded to this was very casual as while eating it changed my whole mood and perspective towards this cafe. Really felt disappointed from this. I ll still try to change my mind that they did it by mistake which can happen from anyone but the response they gave us that yes, blood can be there in chicken, i was not happy with their service and their food at that time. So make sure, whenever you eat there, ask them to check if their food is properly cooked or not specially when you are ordering non veg here.

I visited this cafe while strolling around, and it lives up to its name by serving honestly good food. I had their avocado sandwich paired with a cappuccino with an extra shot, and the quality was exceptional. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny.

The tofu tacos weren't very tasty - I have a feeling this dish only works with the chicken option. I didn't like the pizza so much - the flavors were lacking and the dough was too dense. The chicken soup was basic. My two favorite dishes were the "healthy Caesar salad" and the "chicken shawarma". Both were excellent. The chicken was so succulent - perfection!

Great place for people who want to eat healthy and fresh. Loved their grilled fish bowl. A very comfy and positive environment. What stood out is that their service is quite fast as compared to other places where food takes hours to arrive.

I have been ordering my salads from this restaurant for a long time, but I have noticed that the quality of their food has declined over time. It's disheartening to see this. Today, I ordered the power-house salad, and when I served myself the first portion, I found flies in it. Seriously, since when do you add flies to a fresh salad?

Guys I went to this restaurant for healthy eating . So I ordered this healthy kulfi ice cream . And can u see the healthy surprise in my order . Yes that is a healthy insect enjoying the coolness of my food. Well I didn’t ask for insects in my food. It has really scared me what kind of unhygienic food they are serving. Rest is good , it’s just insects in the food. Eat on your own risk.

I saw the google ratings and went to this place. Food is decent, I would not say great - but it was the only place I could find that was serving smoothie bowls so I thought might as well try. But to my disappointment, a lot of images on google are uploaded by the cafe management and those dishes doNOT EXIST AT ALL. Which was a huge disappointment. I asked the staff and they told me that they haven’t served this in 5 years and the images uploaded by the management is from 1 year ago. The smoothie bowls came in a dessert cup and not a ‘bowl’ Pad thai didn’t have the appropriate pad Thai sauce surprisingly tofu had that.

Me and my friend got in the restaurant late night when they were about to close in half an hour. At first, they were reluctant to let us sit. Later the service was not up to the mark because they were in a hurry to close up. And the next day, both of us are not feeling well, i think there was something wrong with the food or the cheese. Been going to this place for the past 5-6, don't expect such kind of bad quality from these guys.

Very disappointing place in the basement. Only one toilet is in the upstairs hotel. stale food and plenty of waiters. Its a shame as the other part of sec 26 has the best eateries. Buffet was below average. Avoid it.

I love this place. You can buy unlimited thali having unlimited pizza, garlic bread, pasta, noodles, sprouts, and chocolate icecream brownie etc. at just Rs. 399. I love the kadahi paneer, paneer lababdar and other dishes too. Overall, the restaurant is good, economical and having lots of varieties to eat.

A great place to be around it has some of the best deals all around and is also very affordable for low piece but quality pizza and snacks...great place to hang around and enjoying quality time with friend and one another! I visited this place alongbwith my family on 1st Nov 2024. I have known this place ever to serve the best choupsy but to my disappointment the food was so disappointing that had to leave food in between and leave. Never happened before but shangri-la you are done with your food quality. And lost the taste that used to be.

Whoever is the owner/manager of this place should know this: Last night me and my friend were at the restaurant. We ordered white sauce pasta and 2 diet cokes and had the food. At the time of check the staff told us that the online system is not working so they can’t accept card payment. We asked them to give us QR so we could UPI but they said its not working too so cash only. I told them sir if that was the case you could have told us before we ordered, they said they didn’t want to be rude. They told us the bill was 635 without even giving us a printed bill. My friend luckily had cash 500 and they asked to google pay the rest personally to the manager sitting at the counter (his google pay name was thakur thakur). If the system was indeed down, its okay. But if not this whole situation was created by staff so they don’t have to produce the bill and take the cash to themselves instead to the restaurant which is highly unprofessional. The food and ambience was decent though, no complaints in that.

Our family has been going to this restaurant since early 90s- ever since its conception. No doubt it’s one of the most iconic indian chinese places. Must visit and must try. Our go to order- Talumein Soup, American Chopsuey, Shangri-La Special Chowmein and Chili Garlic noodles.

Shangri La Plus is a fantastic place to dine! The food is amazing, with a great selection of dishes. The Dragon Spring Roll and Chinese Chopsuey were absolutely delicious perfectly crispy, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service was also great, with friendly staff making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves good Chinese food.

The place stinks.. The food is terrible.. The service appalling .. They got our order wrong and served chicken to vegetarians. Forgot 2 items that we ordered. It seems to have lived it's time, the good years are gone.. Avoid at any cost.

Best place to have an authentic Chinese food in tri-city. Tried their Talumein Soup and it was so delicious and didn't find that taste anywhere else till now. Quality & quantity is totally satisfactory. And if talk about ambiance it's cozy & nice. undoubtedly best place to try Chinese delicacy.

One of the oldest chaat shops in Chandigarh. It used to be good but there is a constant decline in the quality of taste & service. The person serving golgappas is very rude. There are many other compromises also due rush. I have stopped frequenting this eatry because there are better options available now.

The taste isn't as such as it is hyped by few. There's no sitting and standing area. You can try golgappa if you want but chaat counter taste and people and everything is pathetic and beggars will be piling up to you all the time

Excellent tiki, whether eaten with dahi n chutneys, with chutneys only or as plain. Very good golgappe, though their signature imli kicked paani has changed now. Problem is that there is no sitting area. Too crowded, so one has to struggle to taken tokens n have ur dish. Dahi paapdi is average.

Good food I had malai chaap and the taste was fine. Some pieces were a bit undercooked. I was visiting Chandigarh for work and people suggested this shop for fast food. Also it has been featured in multiple videos on YouTube. They need to be a bit more polite. I ordered food from Swiggy. I have ordered many times from Katani Mohali, but today by mistake I ordered from Katani Sector 22. The food was pathetic. Daal was stale and smelling bad. Paneer dish was just gravy and hardly 4-5 small pieces of paneer. Same for Manchurian Dry as it had only 4 manchurian pieces. I advise nobody to order from here and also this should be removed from Swiggy / Zomato. Nobody picks the call at the restaurant to listen to your complaint. They are simply playing with people's health just to earn some extra money by providing stale food.

Worst place. No sense they have. We went inside to have food and we sat there and started looking for items in menu. The girl there is so rude , she went inside when she saw us deciding the menu and told her co-workers ‘ ab nhi karna aur’ and came back and said that ‘order nhi hoga kitchen close hai’. When we went inside sat and everything then the kitchen was not closed now out of nowhere kitchen is closed. What else? She walked away with her food afterwards. I men’s this is how you treat your customers. Either treat properly or just close your restaurant. Recommendation to others-0 absolutely 0

There were a lot of Indian dessert varieties to choose from. It's a pity they don't allow to take pictures and videos inside. I was stopped midway when inwas taking videos so I could show my wife what are the available choices. It would have been good marketing opportunity to let their customers share in social media. Restaurant was full when I went in. I guess their food is that good to be filled by customers. Their sweets are excellent. Though i find the sweetend nuts to be too soft. It has lost its crunchiness. I was expecting it to be caramelised. Sweet coating outside crunchy in the inside. Overall their sweets are highly recommended.

I have visited this place after 5-6 years, have got sweet memories of this place. The decor now is better. Taste is as good as before, tried Dahi Papdi. There was live singing this evening, and singer was having soulful voice. He made the evening better. Over all I liked the old vibes more than current one, may be because that time there was limited options and this restaurant was like undisputed king. Still owners has kept the soul of the place alive.

The dining area had all the kitchen fumes , no exhaust , too noisy place with zero hygiene . Food is served in poor scratched melanine black cutlery. The kids zone was extremely dirty with dirty floor mats to dirtiest swings. Photos attached of every statement being made by me . The food tasted so bad . The uttapam was too salty and not at all tasting like uttapam so was the case with hard idlis. There was poor customer service . Very less waiters nd staff to cater to you . Half the menu was not available including very basic like coffee .

I’ve been to Hops n Grains a few times now, and every visit just confirms why it’s one of my favorite spots in the Tricity. The vibe here is relaxed yet lively — perfect for both a chilled-out evening or a celebration with friends. The beer is honestly the star of the show. Fresh, smooth, and brewed right — you can taste the difference. My personal favorite is their wheat beer, but every brew I’ve tried here has been on point.

We went to Hops and grains during the happy hours and got one beer mug free with another. We also ordered some light snacks on the side. The overall ambience was amazing with live music. The sitting area specially on the first floor is wonderful to sit.

Mr. Kulveer Singhji was very attentive, kind and gave suggestions knowing that I'm the only one eating.. he was very helpful and heeded to my customizations on my tea. The restaurant is located on ground floor of bridge market in sector 17 chandigarh. Currently undergoing renovation in phases but they have ample space and classy interiors. The service is good and the food is good too. I had the mutton kheema Naan which comes with gravy and the chicken spring roll. The naan had 4 big pieces with generous filling of kheema. This itself would've been enough for a single person but I wanted to take some parcel so ordered the spring roll. Had my tea craving satiated with the delicious ginger tea made as per my instructions. Definitely recommend going here solo, family and in groups.

The Gazal maintains its old charm with the same delicious food, elegant ambiance and friendly caring staff. In 1980s it used to be a status symbol to host a lunch/ dinner in Gazal. I visited the restaurant after more than 35 years and cherished the memories associated with it. Overall an amazing place for having lunch and dinner.

Food was sublime. Mutton was melting at the touch. Mushroom chinese version was great too. Chicken sheekh kabab was so tender. Masala papad was chatpataka.

Love this place... Have visited several times. The food and the ambience here doesn't disappoint. Classy, simple, elegant are some of the adjective i would use. A magnificent overall experience.. And just a side note, do try the Dal Makhni here... It is absolutely brilliant. Also tried the tandoori chicken once and it was so flavorful, charred on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly spiced, not too hot. This place is one of the culinary giants of the city. One of my favourite restaurants.

Nostalgic dinner with good tasting food. Service is wonderful, and the place is cozy. Menu is multi cuisine. Homemade ice cream is a must try. Try khichda and keema bun. Parking outside can be a little hassle on a weekend. Pricing is moderately expensive, but the portion size is decent.

Their ambience is very comfortable and cute. They have limited food options in veg menu but the quality of food is very good and we tried pasta which was made with fresh vegetables and it was delicious. They have very well behaved staff.

Recently visited Willow on someone’s reco Nice ambience , prices are little high though. We ordered pink sauce penne pasta , French toast and watermelon juice and our bill was 1500 approx Though taste and portion was good. Overall nice will visit again for coffee !

Very cute and cozy cafe. Amazing ambience. My first time visiting this cafe. We ordered grilled fish(it could have been better) cappuccino, iced coffee, lemon coriander soup, and paneer Kathi roll. Loved the food and the portions were also good. Would totally recommend this place. Friendly staff. Pretty clean and well maintained.

It's my favorite place to go to for breakfast. They prepare everything fresh and it's just perfect. The staff is very courteous and they happily make changes to the dish if you'd like. I usually come here for breakfast or dinner. It's also beautifully decorated so if you want to go out and enjoy a nice meal without loud music you must go here.

A good cosy cafe. It's a nice place to hangout with your close knit circle. They've terrace seating as well as basement seating. You can choose whatever you like. There are variety of food options,in non veg. If you're an animal eater, you can opt for so much. I didn't find much veg options. There but limited. I guess they can be creative with the menu. Apart from that there should be some snack options too. Apart from maida, chineese There must be some north indian stuff too or some street crispy bites. We had kathi roll and chana kulcha. Both were okay. Not so wow menu and food. The staff is exceptionally awesome and well behaved. They're ethical too. The ambiance is good too. Thanks.

This one of the best cafe in Chandigarh. The ambience of the cafe is good. Staff is very cooperative. Here you will get taste and quality in every order. I had The Willow Veg Salad which was yummy and healthy. Huge parking space is available outside the cafe. They have outdoor seating as well. Overall a very good experience.

I went there with my friend and i had very bad experience with kulcha and chutney, they are serving chutney like mixing red chilli powder and onion with water and chole taste was not good it seems like boiling chana and serve to the customer. They are using Amritsari kulcha as a name but they don’t know the actual taste of Amritsari kulcha. Totally disappointed

It’s like a food court where you’ll order and eat. There are many more places too. I ordered special aloo chur chur kulcha/ naan. It was good. They serve it along with chole and imli khatti chutney. Do try if you are in Chandigarh!!

Exceptionally good food but seating experience is ordinary. In summers, the the coolers & fans blow away the provided paper cutlery. Customers should be served with either plastic or steel utensils that don't blow away while they eat. It really hampered my experience as the paper containers flew away & even made people sitting adjacent to me wondering if i was deliberately doing it. This is something that can be easily worked on and addressed right away. I tried Onion as well as Mix Veg Kulcha. I liked the latter more as onion kulcha felt very basic compared to it.

Recently visited here for trying some kulchas. We tried the paneer garlic chur chur kulcha with lassi. The lassi was good and same for kulcha. Service js good, kind of them to keep a cooler in this scorching heat. Great initiative. Loved the experience.

The best point is the quality and taste of the kulcha, I will recommend aloo chur chur naan and lassi. I recently visited Amritsari Kulcha, located behind the BP petrol pump in Sector 9, Chandigarh, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the kulcha served was far below expectations—arguably one of the poorest I’ve had in the tricity area. In fact, I’ve had much better taste and authenticity from local roadside vendors. This establishment claims to offer Punjabi cuisine, yet it seems to lack the cultural and culinary understanding required to deliver true Punjabi flavors. It is evident that there is no Punjabi representation in the kitchen or management, which reflects in the preparation and presentation of the food. In all sincerity, I would recommend others to explore alternative options, including trusted roadside stalls, for a more genuine Punjabi food experience.

Visited on 28.09.2025 with wife. Found running in Unhygienic conditions, parked vehicle. 5-6 blue plastic drums were lying besides dhaba for used plates etc, were full of bad smell. Shown to person managing counter. He agreed. Horrible!!!! Though food was tasty. They have another booth besides Ch Exp - making Chanas in big Kadae, which was very dirty from both outside/inside, place was being used as godown, totally filthy conditions, nobody wore gloves, apprehensions of customer may fell ill on consuming in such worst conditions, full encroachment in parking area giving very bad impression of much hyped concept of “City Beautiful” seems hands in glove. Authorities. Should conduct surprise checking, especially on Sunday & shoul stop bad practices. Bill was not given, evasion (though no clear proof) must be checked.

Mediterranean vibes and aesthetically pleasing. Good variety though portions are a little small for the price. Good taste and presentation. Service needs to improve though as waiters were a bit casual and didn’t get the veg and non veg options together, so vegetarians had to wait to start eating while the non veg ones had almost finished their portions. There were some spillages also while being served. The cocktails are highly recommended

The service was extraordinary, and the food was amazing. Everything was nicely done. The pizza and pasta were definitely at par with many San Francisco joints. Don't get me wrong. This is REALLY good food and I totally enjoy the Olives experience. Yet they get 3 stars. Why I hear you ask... Well when I asked for a vegan pizza the chef actually comes and tells me that he cannot do it because they have limited batches of vegan cheese which they use for lasagna and they are reserving the vegan cheese for the lasagna orders. That ... Was pretty insulting. However all the other food we had was just brilliant and you shouldn't let my 3 star review stop you from going to an Olives to have the truly great food they serve. Go there and enjoy - just don't ask them for stuff they can easily do to delight their customers. Stock to the menu and you will have a 5 star experience. Food has been a hit and a miss, out of the few items I've tried here, with a but overpriced for my liking. Staff is polite and the location is also convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at olive bar and cafe, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The Mediterranean flavors were truly vibrant and authentic. The chicken skewers were cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. The black rice was a wonderful, nutty accompaniment, and the hummus was incredibly smooth and flavorful. It was a well-balanced and satisfying dish! Also the spinach and mushroom pizza was a standout. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. It's clear that high-quality ingredients are a priority. Overall, the greek cuisine ambience of the cafe was lovely, and the service was excellent. They've just renovated the place and now they have huge seating area. The place was clean and the menu was full of options. Tried their lassi and couple of Punjabi dishes. Food was great. The service was a bit slow and staff didn't seem to care much about the service.

Very bad service experience by the ward ‘Vikram’ who was completely ignoring and we have to chase him back to back, for food order requests. P.S: I am a regular customer of this place and did not intend to do negative review for this place. But just wanted to pass on this message for such ridiculous staff members to the management.

Picture this - last dinner in Mohali before leaving the town after vacation. Not too hungry but want to eat something special. Paneer in white sauce has been the craving for last few days Our server suggests adraki paneer. And it was a HIT. Best white sauce paneer eaten in years. The veggie platter was good too, but the Paneer surpassed that by a big margin. Will visit again in my next trip

We went last night for family dinner and the quality of food was very pathetic. Even the cold drink which was served was not cold, and after we complained about it the lady owner at reception was very rude and was not in a mood to listen about customer problems. I personally believe if you are charging so high there should be a good service at the restaurant. There sector 35 outlet is much better than this at Phase 2 Mohali. And before someone says its a fake comment they can visit the place and experience what we did last night.

Everything was good except for their waiter. First of all, they were not listening and kept ignoring us. when we asked them to clean the table they did not respond properly.

This place is located in Business Bstech Towers and I must say this place has a great ambience . The quality of food in such a pricing is really unbelievable. They have an extensive menu all under 399. The presentation of food is really great and even their staff is very generous . Must try their mushrooom tikka and colour changing mocktail . This place is really a hidden gem .

My recent visit to @thekhokhacafe Chandigarh, Sector-9 was such a nice experience as they serve authentic and flavoursome food across Tricity. I am blown away after seeing the portions of the dishes in such an affordable price with top notch quality. I really relished the food served piping hot on the table. In the starters, I had Paav Bhaji, Veg and Tandoori Momos, Non Veg Platter, Mutton Chaap(Must Try) and Mutton Keema Kulcha. In the Main course, I had Paneer Butter Masala with Tandoori Roti. . . . Their food surely satisfies your tastebuds....do visit @thekhokhacafe and thank me later 😅

Liked the place quite good to have a meal though the seating here is only two tables but the food menu is quite impressive i ordered kala tkhata thandai ,maggie And chole bhature i liked the maggi and kala khatta the most also higly recommended by me Indian_backpackers_(insta handle)

A recent visit to Khokha was along with a friend. The food is fresh and prepared like home food. We had tried a few items from here. Aam Panna was good and served in an earthen pot. Chicken Parantha was quiet a show stopper served with a dallop of butter. Perfectly cooked and right balance of spices in filling. Veg Spring Rolls were quite filling. Veg Paneer Roll was spicy , the way i like it and generous amount of paneer filling. Veg Manchurian with Noodles Combo was perfect according to quantity. Chocolate Momos were absolutely heavenly with so much chocolaty goodness. Looking forward to try more from their menu.

Well well well if you are a true tea lover and too Desi style. Bang onto this place at once. Another good thing about this place is they have a flexible menu and it's not just about tea. You get some good delicious snacks to bite along your cup of tea.

A great hangout place which gives you an experience of an actual khokha that is a road side tea Stall. Loved their Gur wali chai and Bread omelette. Best time to visit this place is in the evenings when you need a good tea during sunset.

The cheese patty here is their best seller, and it's easy to see why! It’s crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and full of flavor. While it’s more mayo than cheese, it's still delicious and totally worth the price. The lemon soda is always fresh, fizzy, and perfectly balanced. Plus, the prices are very affordable, making this place a great spot for a tasty and budget-friendly snack👍

Food: Paneer tikka taco: Their speciality as they say - nothing out of world but tasty stuff Paneer roll: not upto the mark - being a roll fan i expect more from them. Butter chicken burger : friend tried this and was awestruck - his facial expressions were good enough to highly recommend that here. Cold coffee : Good Bubble gum shake : Better than Cold coffee.

I always look upto those ventures been build up through young buds and try and give a lot push over those biggies already. Be it shopping, food and other services, I always believe in being local as far as I can. Such a joy it is within when you have something of your own in place and I am sure it takes a lot of effort and motivation to come up with it I came across Hash guys with a big smile on my face. As the name says "hash" guys off course. Trust me, I was expecting some hidden stash when I received my order through them. Jokes apart. My order with them was a veg hot dog and loaded nachos with cheese with a cold coffee. These hash guys are certainly delivering some real good munchies down your doorstep whenever you have the tripin. I had a great munching session over their loaded nachos and hot dog off course. No better bliss than gulping that coffee down your throat when high. A little focus in their services part is all I would highlight to them to work on. Checking in their orders before dispatching it will help them retain the value and brand image they are trying to build up rigorously. I just hope the chef / service man wasnt high on hash on the day I got veg salad instead chicken.

I had made a dine in reservation at Saffron for dinner for my Birthday, then I was denied the dine in offer for the chef’s curated menu after being told about terms and conditions. But just a month ago I had availed the same offer for chefs curated menu for my Parents Wedding anniversary and it was good but why was it denied on my birthday. Had I not have been given an offer earlier or just would have even got a confirmation or proper explanation prior to my arrival time, it would’ve been okay. Also the waiter didn’t seem to be bothered after I informed of my disappointment and so i walked away to another hotel. The problem was not with the money or the terms and conditions but with the fact that i felt cheated by the restaurant and felt heavily disappointed as it was a special day for me. It only takes one moment to shatter the trust and guess this was it for me.

Visited Saffron on the recommendation of colleagues. It was an excellent choice. We selected both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menus and agreed this was a great way to sample the dishes. The kitchen has an open plan area where you can see the dough and the coated skewers going into large tandoors. The food that comes out is fabulous - skilfully spiced and full of fresh baked flavour. Fish, soy and chicken starters were the stars. Service is professional and discrete. A well known singer performed while we ate. Mostly it added to the ambience, although it could be a little loud at times.

Had a fantastic meal at Saffron. Chef Jatinder Singh was exceptional, and he took personal care to ensure that we were very comfortable. I've rarely seen this level of personal service anywhere. The food is outstanding as well.

The dishes were good but was not worth the price of Rs 3000. There wasn't many variety and the hospitality was lacking... Earlier our thought was to go for a`la-carte but individual dishes were about 800 rs each, so thought better to go for buffet. In buffet, there were both vegetation and non-vegetarian. Both were equal in number. 3 snacks, 1 soup, 3 live session (in our case pasta, chaat, gol gappe), 1 rice variety, 3 vegetable dishes, 2 types of chappati, 3 types of salad, 3 types of cheese, 5-6 types of cake, 3 types of ice cream, 4 types of sweets. There was no cold-drink, tea or coffee. It was on extra price.

One of the best experiences!! Had a dinner at Jw Marriott the Brew house / coffe shop restaurant. Wonderful food. And the staff is very courteous and polite. Great service. We are came for specials celebrating My son birthday at JW. And I WOULD LIKE TO SPACIAL THANKS TO CHEF NIKHIL and entire team nicely prepared and served a wonderful meal for us.👏👏👏

We have a Hyatt membership and every time we visit, it’s always a great experience. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. The food at Picante restaurant is also really good. A special mention to Anuj – his service and food suggestions are truly 5-star. Whenever we come here, we specifically prefer being served by him because he makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were invited back after a horrible experience. On the second try Hyatt did everything in their power to make it a 5 star experience. I enjoyed the culinary talents of Chef Daniel from. Milan. His set menu of Italian cuisine was excellent. I particularly liked his lamb meatballs, pumpkin salad, ravioli, tortellini soup and profiteroles with chocolate sauce. All in all it was a much better experience than the first time. My only add is that this is the way you should always treat your guests.

We had a fantastic experience at the Chinese restaurant adjoining the Italian restaurant! Dishes from both can be ordered for. Excellent service, delicious food, and a serene ambience create a positive dining atmosphere. Tiramisu added a sweet touch. Overall, a highly recommended place.

We visited Pirates of Grill for the first time and had a great overall experience. They welcomed us with a complimentary beverage of our choice — I tried pulpy orange, lemon soda, and virgin mojito, all of which were superb and refreshing. The service was excellent and very quick. As soon as we settled, tandoori starters arrived and the staff began serving a wide variety of dishes, including crispy corn, fish fry, Cajun potatoes, and seekh kebabs. There were plenty of options in the main course and desserts, making it a complete treat. Some dishes really stood out, while a few items could be improved — the chicken soup had a slight odor (possibly from egg), the dhokla with sauce didn’t suit my taste, and the momos, though served hot and with care, had a thick outer layer. Even the custard felt a bit watery. Despite these minor points, the overall dining experience was very good. I definitely look forward to visiting again and trying out their other branches as well.

Pirates of Grill is a great place for buffet lovers. Had both non veg and veg buffet. The starters, especially the grilled items, are tasty and served hot at the table. The ambiance is nice and family-friendly. The staff is polite and attentive. The main course is decent, and the dessert section has good variety. A good option for group dinners and celebrations.

A such a best place for family for lunch and breakfast. In chandigarh in a elentae mall..with pocket friendly and full of taste in one roof. Starting too good with a warm welcome ..a yummy started are start serves on live barbeque on table ....also a unique item I eat firstly and sam is soo unique in taste is dokla chat....a very crunchy sound and taste of crispy corns.... A balancing taste of dahi bhalla with special thick and tick sweet chatney... Poor Experience at Pirates of Grill If you spend more than 2 hours at this restaurant, the waiters start clearing your plates without even asking. This is exactly what we experienced during our recent visit. The managers also keep coming repeatedly to remind you that your time is over and that there is a waiting list. This means you are forced to rush through all the snacks and buffet within just 2 hours, which completely ruins the dining experience. Definitely not recommended.

Has lost it charm as it was decades ago. Food is overpriced tried their hot dog and pizza. Hot dog was totally waste of money it was like they have filled potato sabzi in bread bun. Pizza was ok.

Some things shouldn't change and hot millions is one of them. The taste of burger and pizza- still my favorite. And even the glass used to serve water is still the same. Loved visiting after 25 years. Stay this way!!

Ordered Panner Naan with Gravy for Rs.366. Naan is okay, but gravy is very thin, like a tomato soup. There is no onion with this. They have given the salad, but it's very sour. Not worth it.

Visited Hot Millions in Sector -17 with family after a gap of more than two decades when it used to be the most happening place to dine-in in city beautiful. The ambiance of the place is good and the staff is courteous and quick in service. It's a nice place for casual dining. Salad Bar buffet offers a good variety of both vegetarian and non veg options. The food is delicious and served well. A piece of advice to the current owner is to pay more personal attention to the ambiance of the place and food quality and it’s presentation so as to revive the old glory of this restaurant.

It's one of the best in the town and my all-time favorite. Visited after 6 years and was excited to dine there. Same cheerful staff and great food. Salad bar buffet is one of the best and lots of variety for vegetarian and non vegetarian. My all-time favorite Russian salad and paneer lababdar, you can't beat the taste. Will visit again whenever back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE IN CHANDIGARH. Thank you, Sanjay, for your hospitality

Food was not upto mark, was most pathetic burger I ever had. Pasta was not good too. No a good food destination. Few key observations :- Presentation: The burger was dripping with oil, making it unappetizing right from the start. Bun: The bun seemed stale and definitely not fresh, which affected the overall texture and enjoyment of the burger. Flavor: Shockingly bland; the burger lacked any discernible taste or seasoning, leaving much to be desired in terms of satisfaction. Overall, a disappointing experience with a burger that fell short on multiple fronts. May be i ordered lowest moving item. Serious attention required !!

I went to this place to revive the old memories of 90's when we were kids and it is the most packed and happening fast food restaurant of chandigarh. The food tasted exactly same as it used to be back in those days and it was delicious.. People of chandigarh should visit this place for a great bite and to have that nostalgic feeling.. An advice for owner to take additional care of the property and mantain it as it was earlier.. Ac was not working when we had food in the evening..

Excellent restaurant. Always been our favorite!! Prawns Dimsum, Crispy Lamb, Hakka chicken noodles were all 10/10 Best Chinese restaurant hands down in the city beautiful. Will be back!! Feedback on Wine: we hope someone can fix the wine selection so one can order a nice wine. We looked at a Rs 12,000 ($150) Campo Viejo 2021 Rioja / rated a mere mediocre 3.7 star on Vivino available for $8 internationally with a MSRP in Rupees of 1,554 ($18). Felt 8x mark up from local pricing for an ordinary and poor rated wine was illogical. Why would anyone pay $150 + almost 30% and not even be wowed by a great wine say that costs 40 Euro. Note that this was the second best red of the menu!! Food was impeccable and service was wonderful. Met the chef and expressed our gratitude on great food we had. We also enjoyed Shruti's singing. Excellent choice of songs and great voice!!

Black Lotus has recently opened its door after a brief haitus for a couple of months. The interiors have been overhauled and the menu has undegone a complete revamp for the better. The Menu has been intelligently desinged. All the Veg Starters are pegged at the same price of Rs. 575 and for Non Veg it is Rs. 675. It's the same for the Veg Main Dishes at Rs. 575 while the Non Veg dishes stand at Rs. 775. These prices are extremely affordable and Pocket Friendly and no less than a treat as its a Five Star. We began our evening with Asparagus, Haricot Beans and Corn Soup which was delectable. For Drinks we had Pinee Peach (Peach and Pineapple Juice), Mango Marina (Mango Puree' and twist of mint, Sweet and Sour - this was a complete Winner and a must try), Guava Marry, Watermelon Reference (Watermelon, Lime and Pomegranate Juice), Apple Ryder (Apple Juice with the hint of Smoky Cinnamon), Flavoured Jasmine Tea, Sichuaniska (Mixture of Sichuan Sauce with a hint of Pepper). Moving to Starters we had Mushroom & Bamboo Shoots Salad, Lemon Grass Prawn, Pan Fried Lamb Dim Sum, Grilled Sesame Tofu (comes with a Live Flaming Grill, Must try for the Vegetarians). Each dish was fresh, unique and stood out. Then came the Peking Duck which deserves a speical mention as it a whole meal in itself. Chef Wong came to our table and carved the Roasted Duck right in front us. It is quite a ceremony to watch the Carving of the Peking Duck. The Duck is then served as (a) Roasted Duck Pancakes served with classical accompaniments, (b) Duck Soup and (c) Stir Fried Duck. This is a signature Black Lotus Dish and a must try. We were in for a treat with another signature Black Lotus dish i.e. The Hot Pot.This is a prepare your own Soup/Broth where all the fresh ingredients (Seafood Broth with Prawns, Sole Fish Slices, Chinese Vegetables and Noodles) are placed on the table with a Live simmering Water to Prepare the broth according to your liking. This was a big hit amongst everyone. Moving to the Main Course we had Barbeque Pork Belly (the best Pork Ribs in the tricity hands down, the pork melts in your mouth and the sweet meat is a delicacy, must try), Steamed Fish with Black Bean Sauce (The Black Bean Sauce with the Black Pepper seeds creates a unique flavour), Chicken with Toban Djan Sauce, Egg Plant with Spicy Bean Sauce (I'm not an Eg plant fan but this dish has the capability to compete with the best of Non Veg preparations), Mung Bean Pan Cake with Chicken, Clay Pot Jasmine Rice with Tofu (extremely good), Bok Choy & Vegetables, Egg Wrapped Flat Noodles (Full points on the presentation as the Rice/Noodles come wrapped in an Omlette much like an Egg) with Vegetables and Chicken. Moving to Desserts we had Lava Cake (treat for the senses), Clove Traingle Pineapple with Sweet Chili & Coconut Milk (quite good), Vanilla Ice Cream. I am Bowled over by the Black Lotus Taj experience. I Love finding faults and I'm glad to admit here I found none. A full 5/5 from me. Go and experience the new Black Lotus for yourself.

Attended the Chinese new year feast few days ago. They had a variety of appetizers, main course dishes that did justice to the celebration of the new year. Black lotus is best place for trying seafood. I loved the grilled pomfret, oats prawn, sliced chicken with chilli and vodka. In the main course, I loved the chicken, squid and manchurian. Other items were good too though.they also serve a mango based palate cleanser before the main course which is amazing. Lastly, we were served dutch truffle chocolate cake with bitter chocolate sauce.

Visiting a place where we get a memorable and exciting experience is like a wish come true. I recently visited The Taj and had some of the best dishes at their restaurant. Their Asian style chilly chicken which was cooked with coriander, red chilli offcourse and some spring onion, is a must have. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the spring onions complimented the coriander perfectly. The Asian style vegetables had fried brocolli, baby corn cooked with chili sauce. Really fresh and steaming veggies tasted amazing with perfect amount of seasonings. The Veg Dimsums which had a filling of spinach, garlic and cheddar cheese was something that I still crave for. Soft and juicy with perfectly seasoned filling. The Chicken hot pot made my visit their a worthwhile. It had sliced chicken with Chinese vegetables and noodles steaming in chicken broth. For the dessert part, I tried the Lava cake and the Date pancake. Because pancakes arent just for breakfast! It is my personaly favourite!

The Chinese cuisine at Taj has to be talked about as soon as possible! Ever since I have set on my quest to find great food, it was seldom that the big beautiful restaurants were able to satisfy the hunger I had for good food, I was proved wrong. The food is hits the right chords at the right places while the hospitality is everything I never knew I needed. The interiors aren’t loud and gently whisper in your ear the story of great food to come; and it does come indeed! For appetizer or the Amuse Bouche, we were served Cucumber, gari, basil and asparagus and oh man did it tickle the right places in my stomach! I was more than ready for the food to come! The soup had a nice savoury flavor and felt so right in my mouth. The starters were as perfect as they looked. We got: Kanjee Fried Shitake Wok Tossed lotus stem in hot black bean sauce Pan fried fish with ginger and coriander Chicken tai chin Unbelievably amazing! The herbs and the spices were right everywhere! The Main course had us right by our gullet and we never wanted it to stop coming! Beautiful preparation and equally well tasting food. For main course we had: Mapo Tofu Eggplant Haricot beans and fresh chilli ginger Panfried cheese greens Stir fried chicken with toban dijan sauce Wok fried fish with fresh chili oyster sauce Ginger fried rice Vegetable hakka noodles And a melange of pineapple chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream for dessert And yes I tried it all! There is no word to describe my experience as it all was beyond what I thought it could be. I just want them to continually and constantly keep up the quality of the food. Special shout out to Mohit with his great hospitality and his amazing way of pouring the soul stirring Jasmine tea! A serious 5 star to Taj and an all the best from my side!

Not fancy names or dishes in the menu and the prices are a little bit on the higher side but they are serving you quality food. Everyone must visit this place for breakfast and try their 3 in 1 platter dosa.

Good restaurant serving South Indian cuisine in Tamil nadu style. Located in sector 22 of chandigarh. Food is very tasty. Service is good. Prices are on higher side which is expected since it's South Indian food in a north Indian city. We had vada, bisibelebath, lemon rice and rava masala dosa. 3 types of chutney and sambar are provided. Definitely worth a try while in chandigarh.

For the love of South Indian food, you have to come here! Have had plenty dosas and idlis at many restaurants in Chandigarh, but this one beats all of them. 1. Simple and decent place, not a high end show off. Complimentary Rasam feels great for throat. 2. Make sure you have their special rasam, which is complimentary and awesome. 3. Had mini idli with dahi and rawa masala dosa. One word: Amazing. I usually have dosa with coconut chutney, as at 'other places' sambhar and that orange chutney are crap. Here, i actually had all the three as they were so goooood - coconut chutney, sambhar, pudina chutney and tomato chutney. 4. One important thing: the food doesn't make you feel heavy at all. Visit once and you'll forget the 'other ratnas and ratnams'

The cozy and rustic ambiance gives a relaxing mood. The food is ok, it could be improved. The toast was done well but could have been served while it was warm. I think they toasted it while fryig the eggs which led the toast to be cold when it's served. Spent a out 800 INR for breakfast and a latte.

A very cute cafe with amazing NYC cookies and the burger was scrumptious too. Coffee needs little improvement that's why I gave 4 stars for food. But other than that lived the vibe, ambience and staff were very polite. I had chocochip cookie and Biscoff cookie. Loved the Biscoff cookie. It's too good. Must try. There's lots of books that you can grab while waiting for food and read. Good collection of books as well.

Cosy cafe. Pet friendly (one of the few that allow a pet inside so you can sit in the AC). Nice service. Extensive book collection which you could spend a life time browsing through. Board games to keep you engaged. Plenty of options on the menu food wise.

I visted Hedgehog Cafe yesterday and let me tell you this place is fantastic! Loved the atmosphere. It was so quiet even though the place was full. People were talking softly to allow others who were working or reading to concentrate. I absolutely loved the huge collection of books! A heaven for book lovers. Bring your own book or pick one off the shelves. A person like me can easily spend the day here reading and sipping coffee and eating intermittently. A great place to work too. You can bring your own laptop or use one of theirs. The food was good too. The service was impeccable. Just loved the vibes of this place and will definitely visit again.

Decent taste. Very reasonably priced. Although Buffet is not very exhaustive. Just 3 veg snacks and bhalla pari. In main course dal makhani paneer were good and so was palak kofta. Deserts had mainly mithai of 3-4 types, ice creams and dal halwa. Cakes/pudding or mouses etc were missing. Overall good value for money

Quality of the food is not good. Staff is completely unprofessional.

Their service is like sloths. Very slow very average. A strand of hair was found in missi roti. The snacks were below average. We tried spinach spring roll which was bland and served cold. Their paneer cheese kebab had stuffing of a paneer parantha. And staff was full of attitude. The time period between serving two snacks was almost 30 minutes. Won’t recommend this.

Starters were the best part in the restaurent. Atmosphere is cozy and good for get together. U will get 6 starters here in veg. Soup of two types. Main course includes all kinds of breads like lacha parantha ,missi roti, butter naan etc. In Dessert u will have hot gulab jamun with ice cream, fresh fruits. Also open bar is also here. Overall its a good restaurent.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant is quite attractive. The buffet, both veg n non- veg is quite worth the charges put. The food tastes amazing. The staff is cooperative and well behaved. The cleanliness is at par. It’s just that may be due to weekend rush, they were so busy that our table was waitered after around 10 minutes of arrival. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Victorian ambiance, Chinese to try, service is like a club. My first impression is like walking into a golf club, or Tea cafe in Mumbai or the restaurant in Connaught Place. All of us wanted to eat Chinese, it was worth it - 3 dishes between 4 people, and there was still left to carry in doggy bag. We asked the waiter, if is going to be spicy and he gave the right amount spicy amount The service was impeccable like that of English Tea serving places, where they serve tea with dolly on a senior defence officer canteen. Would definitely recommend for family get togethers.

We had Kadhai chicken and Paneer tikka butter Masala. We didn't enjoy the food. Kadhai chicken was dark brown with a weird odour. Paneer Butter masala was slightly sour and it had flavour of raw curd. I will not recommend this place for the Main course you might give it a try for snacks. Service was alright. Polite person.

I recently ordered Tawa Chicken with high expectations, but what I received was extremely disappointing. Instead of the rich, spicy, and dry preparation one usually expects from a proper Tawa Chicken, I was served pieces of chicken drowned in a bland tomato curry. There was absolutely no sign of the typical tandoori-style searing or signature spices — just boiled chicken floating in what tasted like undercooked tomato puree. The dish lacked aroma, flavour, and any sense of authenticity. Honestly, it felt like I was served something entirely different from what I ordered. This was not just a bad experience — it was a complete letdown.

At times it was the best but now they lost the touch. The butter chicken they made had been lost in time too much h masala too less cooking of gravy. The sran guys at 8 now holds for me atleast best chicken title. And it's fair let people who make good food get good reviews.

I ordered kadhai paneer and it was very sour in taste. I told them and they instead of changing the entire dish, added some sugar and made it sweet and said now it is replaced. I never had such bad food in my life before. Back in 90's the quality and taste was very good but now the taste is really bad. The lazy person instead of sitting only on the counter should check and see what is going on in the kitchen. I would recommend everyone not to ever go in this restaurant. Waste of time and money also.

The food was not good at all and the service was also very late. There is not any crowd at their shop anyway. I saw that I had heard their name so I came from Rajasthan specially to eat at their place. After eating their food, I I did not like it at all, they made it normal gravy type and charged a lot of money too, they should work on their food

Tehal singh dhaba is a small old time hotel located in the sector 22 of Chandigarh next to Rama's toy store. It is famous for its chicken delicacies for the past more than 50 years. Earlier this place offered meals on cash and carry basis or people sitting in their four wheelers were served meals inside their car. Not it has added up a sit in dining area but its ambience is very poor. There is only one person serving the the ordered meals. One should visit this place only if one desires only chicken dishes. Egg and vegetarian food are hopelessly lousy. Overall a good place to enjoy chicken at very reasonable price in Chandigarh.

Today i visited and Dal Makhni, Kadahi Paneer, Mix Veg Raita, Butter Roti. Naan all are very tasty and kindly visit guys for good food all

I went here the second time. My first time experience was good, but this time, it was not as good as Honey Chili potato was a big letdown because potato was not cooked at all.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience here. I ordered a Chilly Soya Chaap but what I received was completely different – some weird version of chaap that tasted very unpleasant. On top of that, the service did not match what they are charging for. When you are paying premium prices, you expect good quality food and proper service, but this was far from it. Definitely not worth the money.

I really don't like anything. Firstly we ordered brownie pastry, it wasn't fresh and soft, and the bread was so hard. And Then inside the restaurant we ordered paneer noodles, veg pizza and burger. Everything was so bad. Service was so slow and according to the restaurant the staff was very less. They should improve their quality. I felt everything that i ordered was just waste of money. Even the pastry that were kept in the counter were not looking fresh.

It's okay type restaurant. Tried Amritsari and Onion Kulcha meals, taste was good, but gravy was bit sour. Cost is reasonable. Lot of people visit due to Shopping market in area. Seating is average not very hi-fi. Parking is bit difficult but can be done at backside.

3 star for taste and quality i had white sauce pasta there and cold coffe with ice cream.. In pasta vegies were missing in some portion as only capsicum was there.. Sitting was good service was also proper.. I found proper cleanliness and hygiene there to eat.

Great food and awesome service. The place is in sector 36 market very close to institutes, hence you see a lot of students have fun. The food is delicious and there is a good variety of stuff available. The restaurant is very well done and the furniture brings a very contemporary feel to the place.

Food- 4.5/5 Staff- 5/5 Ambience- 3/5 Courteous staff and delicious food! Had their peri peri fries, chicken carnival pizza, white sauce pasta, and a few mocktails, loved it all especially the pizza. The food preparation takes a bit long but I'm not complaining if they deliver such rich flavours! The prices are extremely customer friendly as well so browny points for that. I do feel that they need to work on the ambience a bit more, the walls are a little too plain above the colourful tiles.

Visited here once for breakfast. The place is charming and quite. The wooden interior makes you feel like you're in a mountain cafe. The food was amazing loved every bit of it. We had sandwich, bruschetta and cheese omelette along with hot and cold coffees. Their menu has good variety, will try their pastas and thai. Overpriced and mediocre quality. We bought a malai ghewar expecting it to be different from the local stores in my hometown, as many people had recommended it. The usual price is around ₹400/kg, but here it cost us ₹720/kg. While there was a slight improvement in quality — mainly because it was less sweet — it wasn’t worth nearly double the price. After keeping it in the box for a few hours, we noticed a lot of sugar syrup collecting at the bottom. The base had become harder than expected, though the malai on top was good. Overall, it didn’t live up to the hype. 2/5 star Edit: We also tried onion kachori and dhokla sandwich, kachori tasted authentic but the chatni made it feel just sweet. Dhokla sandwich was not up to the mark. Wasted money.

Special -chole bhature, dal makhani, chinese. You can also see a variety of paneer, indian snacks . The ice cream is is the best that is made inhouse with the brand name jas and may. Must visit for best quality products.

The momos were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The filling was perfectly seasoned, and the chutney was amazing with just the right amount of spice. Definitely worth trying!

We have ordered tandoori momos and wok fried noodle from this outlet. The quality of the food is very poor and the oil used in the noodle is stinking. The momos is very oily they should named it is oily momos instead of tandoori. Please do not visit the outlet if you love your health.

Yesterday I visited here in evening with my family and we ordered veg fried rice , veg noodles and honey chilli potatoes. Food was average but only veg noodles were good, rest was below average. Service was fine. Not gonna recommend this place to anyone.

From the likes of Dak Bungalow, Piccolo, Willow cafe, there is this Orchid lounge in the middle of the city. Pretty vintage n luxurious vibe, old school style. Quite an expensive place to have food. Food options are very limited, probably it’s for North Indian cuisine majorly. Rest food items are just okay. TBH pretty expensive, food is not that awesome. Paying for the vibe alone.

Nice classic ambience, great tasting food, though I did find it a bit on the spicier side and yes, it’s expensive. They need to work on some of the chairs as some of them were too small for some members of our group to sit comfortably. I loved their in house rum raisin icecream. And yes also recommend to try the lentil khichadi … nothing like a sick person’s meal, it’s so fragrant and comforting :)

Cozy place with a nice ambience. Nice choice of music (70s/80s folk, rock), and more importantly it's not too loud: just a mild background that you can hear if you lay attention to. They also have interesting themed decor. Food is decent. The place is not at all crowded. The waiters neither ignore you, nor stare at you or bother you constantly. A good low key place for a peaceful Sunday afternoon.

A must visit place for its elegant interiors reminiscent of old world charm. The food is wholesome and has decent portions. A bit expensive but totally worth it when you’re spending quality time with your family and special friends
