Service is good but the food isn't. It was tasteless and pricey. Sandwich was dry and felt as if It was only bread filled with some tasteless stuffing. Pizza also was a disaster.I had Chocolate bomb in Dessert which was good and would recommend it. Also the coffee served was of instant mix and was no better. Overall experience was expensive with zero satisfaction. Not recommended.

It's a bit costly I would say but then the food is soo awesome and good. I had ordered thin crust pizza and it was so yummy. Also, the mocktails are very refreshing, tasteful. Atmosphere is bit dull in the night which I had not liked personally. Staffs and services were up to the mark. It's a pleasant area to spend time with but then it has no soft musics or any kind of entertainment. Nice place to visit once if you have a money to spend for.

Awesome food in Ahmednagar. All types of cuisine available. Good service. Little Italy is at roof top. Can enjoy dining @ night under beautiful starry sky. Cuisine other than Italian is brought from the restaurants running at lower floors. Can choose to sit at any level.

I had been here last year and i must admit that the Little italy @Nagar gives the best service in terms of both good and staff.. The ambience is good .. PIZZA and nachos and some masala bun is unforgettable.. 5/5 to the Little italy branch @nagar

It was well-maintained, clean, and a perfect place to relax with family. We spent a good amount of time enjoying the pool, and it definitely added to the fun of the trip. Another standout feature was the breakfast buffet. I have stayed in many hotels before, but the variety of breakfast options here truly impressed me. From traditional items to continental choices, everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. It felt like there was something for everyone, which made our mornings very satisfying.Special thanks to Irfan and other staff for taking well care. That being said, there were a couple of areas where I felt some improvement could be made. The rooms, while comfortable, seemed a little congested in terms of space. Additionally, although the overall hotel was very well-maintained and clean, the room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. Overall the property is excellent. It’s like indoor resort. It has spacious pool with rain drip water. Table tennis, cycling track around pool, facility to play sheetle. Clock room facility is another added feature that sustains the checkout discomfort. Everything is pool around including pool side restaurant and fitness centre

Room was good. Bathroom was clean. Main part is their dinner buffet and buffet spread in Breakfast. We felt dinner was little spicy as compared to our last visit in this hotel. However their food spread is their USP. Breakfast has lot of good veg options and also was not much spicy. Overall this hotel never disappoints us. Must visit here. We have got quite good discount on room rates including dinner & breakfast.

A very quiet and big property, with vast open spaces , huge pool and green landscape. First to talk about Mr. Nilesh , who helped me with the booking on a high demanding long weekend and made my trip really smooth n easy, Thankful n Big applaud to him . And the hotel is too good , it almost seem to be like a Resort with such a vast area and the buffet with good number of varieties. Highly recommended .

This hotel is situated in CIDCO area of Aurangabad. It hotel is very nice. All staff are ready to help. Buffet breakfast and Buffet Dinner Spread is very awesome. Food is tasty and less spicy, therefore kids and elders can also handle it. Swimming pool and gym is also very good. Thanks for all the services.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms were clean. They offered an hour earlier before our check in . Also, we were travelling with a kid and the staff offers to have food for him. They made it "Kichidi" which wasn't in our menu. I liked the food at there cafe as well. Breakfast was very nice

For the amount being paid, I expect the rooms to be slightly bigger than they currently are. Also, at some places, we felt the service isn’t upto the mark. We had to follow up with the staff 4-5 times before they delivered our luggage to the room. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant, the restaurant is decent. TL;DR Overall it’s good, but there is still room for improvement

This outlet just spoiled Vitthal Kamat name. Not at all recommended. Staff needs a serious training. They behave like a collector is serving you and let you feel that you are begging for food. The person who is receiving orders is having next level of arrogance and stupidest attitude. Owner has to look into this very urgently if they are generously interested to save this business.

Ordered South Indian food from here, but the sambar definitely needs improvement. Later, I ordered medu vada with sambar, and honestly, I regretted it. The medu vada had a burnt smell, and even the sambar tasted burnt.

This place is like home I like to mention washrooms are really clean.. I prefer kamat restaurants mostly while traveling Higenity and food quality is attraction. I ate idli wada sambhar , I liked it Kamat wada I tried first time it's really tasty fully loaded with sweet curd. After 12 am u will get lunch🍝🥗🍱... Highly recommend

The place is well kept. Hygiene seems to be good. Ample parking space. Standard facilities available. I liked their service. Had ordered coffee. Upon receiving, I found that the milk had turned sour and upon pointing out, they were quick in their response and promptly served us fresh cups of coffee.

Most items ordered were good in taste except sabudana khichdi which was really bad. The waiter did not want to understand the problem and probably was scared that we will not pay for it. Doesn't matter good place for travelers.

One of famous misal in Ahilya Nagar. Taste is very different every masala flavour u get of every bite. Not recommended for people who like spicy kat wali misal. Coz there is no कट / तर्री at all.

Rasrang Misal is truly iconic – the most authentic misal I have ever tried. The staff is quick and attentive with their service. This misal definitely deserves an award for its authenticity, unlike other restaurants that only focus on making it overly spicy without real flavor.

I have attended marriage ceremony at this place. The Halls are separate and clean, the rooms are also clean but some room's toilet don't have lock. Ambience is nice. The hall is huge and it's arrangement is something different, the stage is at middle, on left side there is 'Pangat' arrangement and on right side there is Buffet.

Good highway side restaurant for food. Our bus stopped at night for dinner. The service was quick and the food was good. There are some quick snack shops just outside the premises but a bit expensive than usual. Would recommend people to avoid.

The first red flag was the tea served in plastic cups, which is not only unhealthy but also unacceptable. Microplastics can leach into your drink, and prolonged exposure may even lead to health issues, including cancer. When I raised the concern with the manager, his response was strange and unhelpful. He directed me to report the issue to the owner, but unfortunately, the owner is unresponsive and doesn’t seem to care about customer feedback. To make matters worse, the washrooms were far from clean. It’s basic hygiene that a hotel should maintain, but that standard was not met here. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I will definitely not be returning. If you value your health and comfort, I would suggest looking for other options. Don't risk the health of your family by eating here. We were served 3 days old batter dosa and utthapa. The misal was equally stale and stinking. We immediately returned the food items but the Arrogant Manager still charged us for the returned items. There is a tea shop just outside this hotel serving real good teas and you will hear the horror stories of this hotel from the tea stall as well. Stay away if you don't want to get sick. Horrible staff and Manager.

The service I received during my visit was quite unsatisfactory for several reasons. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that they did not offer a simple glass of water, which is a basic expectation in any dining experience. This lack of attention to such a fundamental detail made me feel neglected as a customer. Additionally, the quality of the food left much to be desired; the vegetables served were not fresh and lacked the vibrant colors and crisp texture that one would expect. Instead, they appeared wilted and unappetizing, which further detracted from the overall experience.

Good place to halt between Aurangabad and Pune. Used to be buzzing with CCD & other trending outlets once - now seems to be declined a bit. Still good hygienic washrooms and eateries available.

Well cleaned decent place to ejnoy vegeterian refreshments, snacks, foods, Tandoor tea, coffee & many more. They also have stall selling confectionaries, icecreams, cold drinks & souvenir. Coffee latte at Cafe Coffee Day was excellent. Toilet needs frequent clean ups.

But sadly, the experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the person at the front desk — whether it was the manager or receptionist. His attitude was shockingly rude and arrogant. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is the last thing you expect when dining out. It’s heartbreaking to see such excellent food paired with such disappointing service. To the owner: Please address this immediately. Your food has the power to win hearts, but without respectful and courteous service, that magic gets lost. Hospitality is not just about serving food — it’s about serving people with kindness.

When it comes to food, the South Indian dishes served here were genuinely good and tasty — my family and I enjoyed them. However, the Maharashtrian food was quite disappointing. The quality and taste did not meet our expectations, especially the Misal, which lacked authentic flavor and felt far from satisfying. After just 2–3 bites, my family didn’t feel like eating further. Another issue we faced was with the cleanliness of the toilets. Despite good housekeeping in the rooms, the toilets smelled bad and need much more attention and cleaning. Additionally, being located on the highway, the surrounding area is quite dusty. The parking facility also needs improvement — it lacks proper structure and cleanliness. Given the high pricing of the hotel, we expected better infrastructure and amenities. It seems the charges are mostly for the well-designed interiors and suiting ambiance rather than the complete experience. Overall, while the ambiance and staff behavior were good, some essential areas like food variety (especially regional dishes), sanitation, and parking need improvement. I’ve shared this feedback based on my personal and family experience. The hotel seems a bit overpriced compared to other options in the market.

However, the service experience was very disappointing, particularly due to the behavior of the Manager or Receptionist (whoever is in charge at the front desk). He was extremely rude and arrogant, which is unacceptable in the hospitality sector. Such an attitude can ruin an otherwise great dining experience and could be a serious threat to the restaurant’s reputation and business if not addressed promptly. Suggestion to the Owner: Please look into this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. Good food alone cannot make a business successful — respectful and welcoming service is equally important in hospitality.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Aurangabad and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the service was prompt, and the food was extremely tasty. It’s a pure vegetarian hotel, which we truly appreciated. The next morning, they offered us a complimentary breakfast, and both the taste and quality were excellent. Very nice staff, our car was broken near this hotel and my husband had to get it towed and repaired. I decided to wait in the restaurant and ordered just a coffee. To my surprise they offered me to stay in the hotel restaurant and wait for as long as the mechanic took (took us like more than 3 hours). Courteous staff and clean washroom, I can certainly say the rooms must be as good and clean as the restaurant and washroom were. Gratitude 🙏

Those opting for MAP package, note that dinner will have set menu with no option to choose from restaurant menu.

I had recently stayed at Iris Premier. Rooms and Hotel Premise were very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Prices are also affordable. I also had breakfast in morning. There are limited options but all are tasty. Overall very nice experience.

We dint stay here so no comments about room..we had lunch and food was below average..service too was poor.. ordered biriyani taste wise it was ok but was very oily..chicken was stale undercooked..tangdi kabab too wasn't juicy at all..thick and hard..Better avoid eating here

We had a small celebration arranged for family and guests in the hall. It was of no great experience in terms of hospitality and treatment we received from the hotel staff and manager. Behaviour was quite arrogant, aggressive and was scammer-like during room, food menu - price negotiation & was asked to pay in cash only. We were asked to pay full amount for the half day booking of the room; which had toilet leakage problems on flush. Also, while having buffet lunch, one of our guest had kept mobile phone on the caterer’s table and it got stolen by someone. Later, it was found near the gate when asked for CCTV footage. Further, few decoration items also got stolen from the hall. There was zero cooperation from the hotel staff. Be aware!

The room was very good but the service was worst. The staff was so rude specially the one on reception and the room service boy at the point of check out. They bought our food order at 12.15 am when everybody of us slept and also ready to refund the amount saying that our pizza got wasted. The pizza was not at all cooked properly so they sent another after 50 mins. The man sitting on reception was very very rude. Didn’t like at all!!!! No ethics , no respect in their staff

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. We had booked a Royal Room, but the experience was far from royal. The room was old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness below expectations. The toilet and shower facilities were inconvenient and not properly designed. Overall, the accommodation does not justify the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as it does not deliver the quality or comfort it promises.

This review is regarding their new barbeque resturant they have inaugurated recently. I am short of words as I'm still shocked after going there. The dream castel which I had dreamt when they were telling me the rate came shattering down when they started serving . Nothing was laid out so they said they serve freshly made from the menu as per our liking. They took half an hour to serve the starter that too in an unprofessional way wherein we kept for asking chutney which they didn't have any to serve with the barbeque so they squizzed simple mayonnaise. When we asked for dahi Puri , they gave papadi chat n so on. If I really start narrating then it will take hours to tell. I'm attaching few pictures where russian salad, kimchi , fresh fruit cubes which they earlier gave was gelly n few items are there. My sincere advise that you can try anything but not barbeque. I'm not aware about other food services. Barbeque was pathetic.

Had a great lunch experience at Hotel Suvarnam Pride! The captain and waiter service were top-notch. We ordered the Black Gravy Mutton Handi and Chicken Lollipop with Butter Naan, and both dishes were delicious. The ambience was also really nice and welcoming. Overall, a satisfying meal with good service. Highly recommend for a pleasant dining experience!

No doubt food is very good, but kids loved dinshaws ice-cream cone.. as a sweet with the end of dinner.. MRP of that ice- cream Cone was RS. 40 and hotel charged us 90/ ICECREAM CONE?? Why if Maximum retail price is less then why they added there extra charges? They already taken there profit from our dinner .. I felt this is wrong.. already ICECREAM company shared there profit upto 15-25% still they need to be greedy for this???

Very poor property. Rooms are dusty, poorly maintained, and in need of a serious upgrade. Service quality is extremely cheap. Executive Room charges are ₹3,000–₹4,000, but it’s not worth even ₹1,000. The experience was the worst I’ve had. Don’t be misled by the star rating—the actual condition is far below expectations.

On the way from Pune Nashik. Ample car parking. A Well maintained, hygienic restaurant. Large veg menu. We had breakfast here which was tasty nicely presented and promptly suggested by staff. We ordered a few South Indian dishes and pavbhaji with a group of 8 people. They took literally an hour to get the food on table in its entirety. Despite 3 South Indian dishes that we ordered, they just got uttapam the earliest. For rest of the dosas, they took 40 mins to cook. Which logically doesn’t make any sense. Even after escalating it to one of the supervisors around, they didn’t seem to care much. Horrible service and staff , and the food was just tasteless. The dosas were undercooked and spicy, and pav bhaji had too much garlic. Nothing was authentic in taste. For the service and good they provided, the bill that came out as 1300/- seemed so not worth it. It wasn’t even worth 200/-. Highly DO NOT recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete nightmare. The AC didn’t work at all, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When I informed the staff, they were unhelpful and did nothing to fix the issue. On top of that, the room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and not at all like the pictures shown online. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Experience was very bad. Service is very worst and they are lease concerned about the guest. We found cockroaches in the restroom and it was not clean, soaps used by previous guest was not disposed. Worst experience ever had in any resort. we've in the restaurant for dinner where they've stated that the multiple staff members were on leave and they're not having more than 70% items available, and then the serving staff asked the time for breakfast and even the same 8:00am time has been conveyed to kitchen staff and the reception as well, when we reach the restaurant at 8:20am in the morning the staff was not awake and they're sleeping, then they've asked if any particular thing needed in breakfast so we've asked for poha,bread-butter,upma,aloo-paratha, chai-coffee, so eventually they're late then said not having bread available, and when we called reception person he excused that we've asked the time like we visit the resorts on daily basis, so yes we do, and we've not expected such excuses when it's their mistake.! and in the room there was a cigarette packet was their who was previously their before we checked into room. so really disappointed with such answers, otherwise whatever we had in breakfast the taste was too good but the experience was not that good.

Very good Hotel on the Highway! The ambience is good. The bathrooms are clean and dry. The food is really good. We had many items like Rumali Khakra which was the best of all. Never had one like it. Also the other items like paav bhaaji and paneer stuffed with cheese were delicious. A few south indian items were unavailable and also the menu items in tandoori are unavailable. But whatever was provided was tasteful. They have a nice waiting lounge in the reception area for the nakoda luxury bus passengers. We had a nice and calm experience at this hotel. Can easily recommend it to people looking for a stop on the highway or who wants some good food.

A BIG FAT ZERO if it was possible. Just visited this place with my family. Had a patient with us, who is not allowed to have outside food. Hence we had carried home cooked food for that family member. And the staff was like outside food is not allowed. So I requested the staff to ask the owner. But no use he also refused saying the same. Hopeless hospitality from the owner as well as the staff. So please avoid this place if you are going with a patient or a baby who needs to be given the home cooked food. As they won't allow that stating it's outside food.

We had in thali : In Punjabi - Chana Masala and Paneer Subji In Gujarati - Chana Masala and Alu gobi. Alu gobi was lipsmacking. Waste of money on the food here. We had Faral Thali and Upwas thali which costs 120 rupees each and you get thalipeeth/sabudana khichadi, wada, shengdana ladu and taak. Thalipeeth absolute tasteless food. Shengdana ladu just had one bite it had the most weird after taste like soap or plastic. It had dahi and chatni that was by far the best thing about this thali. Prices are too high as compared to food quality and quantity. Visited twice but disappointed. One गूळपोळी was ₹60/- or +-10/- but wasn’t worthy at all. It should cost ₹10/- only. Wada and dosa are not worth their high prices. Pune’s favourite pohe were served cold, they were not soft and were not tasty also. Also they don’t have attentive reception.

Worst experience faced with the front reception. Scenario1: we checked in at 9:20 am and asked the receptionist if we were going to checkout at 2:00pm.What was the price for the room. So he asked for 1000rs and we agreed. Scenario2: we arrived to hotel by 4:20pm because of late at saibaba Darshan. So the hotel reception demanded 300rs extra for late check-out and we asked him we can pay 100 extra. The receptionist was so rude to me that talking in Marathi and was so mean. This is not a good at all how the hotel staff deal with the customers and demand money. Finally we agreed to pay 300 extra and asked for receipt. The receptionist started fighting with us and demand us he will give only 1000rs receipt and the late fee could not be given in the receipt.

Shinde (with short hair), who claims herself to be the owner, seems rude and very less customer friendly. Even if the restaurant is full and they are short staffed, neither she will leave her counter to help in serving food nor she will push her staff to work better. Their phone number is not working and shows out of service many times. When asked, she casually replied that her mobile phone recharge is done by someone else and she doesn't have any control on it. On Friday evenings, generally it is crowded

Starting with an advice, DONT VISIT THIS PLACE. Unhygenic staff, the waiters don’t respond to you, neither they take your order, if taken - 45-50 minutes to get your order. This renovated hotel is fantastic. The staff went out of the way to help me every time I asked for some help as I didn’t speak the local language.The entire front desk team go out of the way to make sure we have everything we looked for.
