Spanish restaurant
Restaurante Bodega Charolais is a charming culinary gem located in Fuengirola, known for its refined Basque and Andalusian classics. The restaurant offers a cozy space lined with wine shelves as well as a delightful patio for outdoor dining. It is the only restaurant in town listed in the Michelin Guide, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts. The large sun-trap terrace and cheerful staff add to the joyous atmosphere of this establishment.
The only thing I regret is that we found out just this year about Charolais! Amazing food, great wine list and a team that takes care of the guests in every way!! We went 2x this holiday and took a lot of the daily specials. From the regular menu the Russian salad is the best we had in Fuengirola. We will be back here more often for sure.
WB88 — Google review
We came for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration but we were a bit disappointed. We came here because it was on the Michelin guide. The starters and the drinks were good but the main courses were a bit sad. I ordered the salmon and it was a bit dry and definitely needed something more. My bf ordered a steak and asked for it to be medium rare. First time it came out rare and when he asked to change it, they burnt it. If you go here, maybe don’t order the salmon or the steak. The staff were a bit rude too. I usually don’t give any restaurant 2 star but this one doesn’t deserve any more star. The couple sitting next to us also said they didn’t enjoy thier dinner!
Subhalakshmi D — Google review
We had dinner at Charolais with mixed results. The setting is pleasant and the staff were friendly, but the food was hit or miss. We started with a salad with burrata and the fried aubergines, both quite tasty. The Russian salad was just okay, nothing memorable. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the chicken pastela, which we couldn’t even eat. The flavor was unpleasant and completely threw off the meal. Overall, there were some enjoyable bites, but considering the reputation and price point, it fell short of expectations. Worth a visit if you’re curious, but we likely won’t return.
Naomi S — Google review
Came here twice. The first experience was great. Definitely try the millefoies for starter, the salads are very good too. Meat is their speciality. The second time around I wanted to try other things, and I was a bit disappointed. Do not get the pasta: as an Italian I can say that's not pasta. The sauce was very liquid and extremely heavy. Overall good if you pick a quiet night and you know what to select from the menu, otherwise you might end up disappointed.
Lucrezia — Google review
Amazing food and services. Can highly recommend. Recommend booking a table in advance.
Linn A — Google review
Fabulous food. Well done everyone. Great experience
Sharon M — Google review
We came here in recommendation, I must say it was a pleasant surprise. As any nice restaurant they focus on a semi short menu narrow choices but that’s when you can deliver quality. There is something for everyone from meat to fish. The food was seasoned well and had amazing spectra of flavour. We tried a bit of everything. The service staff were attentive and very kind.

Mediterranean restaurant
Restaurant
Restaurante Palangreros is a top dining spot in Fuengirola, offering traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a history of over 30 years. The cozy and rustic space serves refined dishes and tasting menus, focusing on Andalusian flavors. The short menu features essentials like pil-pil prawns, stew croquettes, and Angus beef rib-eye steak.
Had a fantastic meal at Restaurante Palangreros. 6 of us had so much tapas! Best tapas I have had. The staff were so friendly, very accommodating. You just eat here!!!!

Great evening. Lovely food, very well presented. Welcoming atmosphere and great service.
Mieke V — Google review
We waited outside with two other couples for the doors to open at 7pm, which it did very promptly. During the evening several without a booking were turned away. We'd been here before and on this occasion, decided to go for their tasting menu. It's extremely good value and the food is superb. The problem was matching the sequence of dishes and wine. We'd already ordered a glass of Cava each and the waiter suggested a white wine for most of the courses, then a glass of red with the beef. The white was inoffensive and somewhat bland. The red was very disappointing and lost against excellent beef. Our expressions of disappointment were not welcomed. With tasting menus we've had in the UK, they usually offer a "wine flight" - a different wine with each course. To be fair, with only about ten tables, they may have too few customers who would want that. So if we ever return, and it is IF, we won't chose the tasting menu.
Brian J — Google review
Oh.....my.....word. This is a FANTASTIC gem of Fuengirola! Where to start, the food; absolutely. freaking.delicous. We had the chicken cordon bleu and the Sea Bass with Lobster sauce,it was phenomenal ! Not only was the meal delicious, and drinks fantastic; The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming and very very helpful. I can't rate it any higher. I'm fact, we met a couple in the restaurant who book I'm advance to make sure they have a table for every visit, we can see why! Best bit, there are SOOO many gluten free options, I mean absolutely LOADS of them and they were really really knowledgeable about cross contamination. Please please give this a go when you're in town as it's absolutely worth it, especially price-wise!
Daniel C — Google review
you have to make a table reservation if you have time to eat here! we enjoyed the tasting menu. The food was good and tasty and the portion was elegant. The service is really friendly and considerate 😍. Why didn't I give 5 stars? In my opinion, the portions came too quickly in succession, I didn't have time to properly forget the flavors of the previous portion when the next one was already ahead. With these menus, it would be worthwhile to consider and think about the wine package, in which case a small glass of wine suitable for the dish would crown the food. Thank you for the evening 🥰
Riitta-Liisa Y — Google review
Whenever we are in the area of Fuengirola we book a table. Weeks in advance they are fully booked, so book in time. We take the 5 course tasting menu, delicious, 32.50 almost star whorthy. You can also order from the menu, but try the tasting menu. We will be back.
Hans B — Google review
Small and lovely restaurant hidden away a bit from the busy streets. This place is a hidden gem with a simple but tasty menu of Mediterranean food and a good assortment of wines and bubbly. The service is great and the waiters attentive to our needs. Once we even had a small 2 man guitar band visiting for a couple of quick songs. Make sure you book as its impossible to just walk in.
Edvin B — Google review
Definitely need to book ahead to get into this marvellous restaurant. The tasting menu is a wonder to behold. Very reasonably priced, the courses certainly tickle your taste buds. The staff are very helpful and friendly and explain exactly what each plate contains. One of the best restaurants in Fuengirola without a doubt.

Excellent spot, amazing food and staff, really recommend if you're looking for something different to the normal greasy spoon type establishments in the area. Great selection of beautifully presented dishes on the menu. Something for everyone, standard breakfast and healthy options.

What a beautiful Cafe, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming so we instantly felt comfortable and accommodated. Saby and his daughter were so lovely to us, we came back as many times as we could while on our holiday. As vegans it is always a struggle to find food on holiday and we wondered around for a long time until we found Nomad Cafe what a gem!!! I was just amazed at how passionate they are about what they do and how beautifully presented everything was. Just to top it off it all tasted just wow! Wish we had one of these in the UK!!! By the way if you have allergies, GF, Vegetarian or vegan this is perfect for you and the best part is they get it! We looked at the regular dishes with meat and fish coming out and it just looked amazing so vegan or not Go! Thankyou again Nomad team hope to see you again. Rachel and Harry UK

This is the place to go, vegans and vegetarians are also in heaven. The love and care that goes into the dishes is incredible. The dishes LOOK BETTER in real life than in the menu - this is just WOW 😍 Thanks for this amazing brunch, we‘ll come back.

Amazing place! The chef and waitresses are super friendly and talkative. The meals are big and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. I tried salmon, ribs, salad, desert and everything was amazing 😍 Make sure to get a reservation! Highly recommended! 🤩

Lovely simple menu with excellent ingredients and great value. €17.50 set menu. Pork escalopes (breaded) tender and tasty. Dessert (panacotta) excellent. Overall, excellent meal. 2 x 3 course menus, 3 glasses wine €46. Need to book. Thank you chef and staff.

Wow we were so fortunate to dine here twice on our visit to this area as its usually fully booked up well in advance and its not hard to see why the food was absolutely delicious and reasonable priced for the quality served, every meal was a true treat for sure the ribs were insane for the money, the service was of the highest standards throughout, without doubt the best two meals in our time in this part of Spain, hats off to staff and chef Michel for a memorable time spent in your establishment, cheers.

This bistro was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Lovely atmosphere, attentive waitress and fabulous food. The mixed salad starter was enormous and so delicious as was the main course and sweet. Shall be returning. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Lynnette C — Google review
After reading reviews I booked this restaurant for our first night in Fuengirola, it was a pleasant 20 minute walk from our apartment. It was worth it. We both had the set menu at €16.50. Three excellent courses with an added bonus of an amuse-bouche and the offer of a limoncello or cava, on the house, to complete the meal. I would recommend booking as it was full when we arrived. Great attentive service! Thank you. Line 1 bus stops very near if you don’t fancy the walk! Returned recently on Sunday evening after booking a table via email. ( fully booked & saw people turned away)Went for set menu at €17.50. Delicious crab amuse - bouche, salmon starter(€2 supplement) chicken kebab served with fries and salad and profiteroles. Complimentary glass of cava. Excellent service and again a well presented delicious meal. We will be back! Thank you!
Penelope H — Google review
This is a fantastic hidden gem. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely fantastic. I had the best ever lamb shank... went back to have it again! The pil-pil shrimp is very good. The house salad starter is amazing as is the grilled chicken. What makes this place so enjoyable to dine is the service. Our waitress was so warm and happy. She totally loves her job and it shows. This is one of our favorites ! PS I don't give 5 star ratings... this is my 3rd ever.

Off the beaten track, I'm reluctant to recommend this restaurant in case more people turn up! Excellent food, great prices (3 course menu for €17.50) and really good service. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Another wonderful meal last night, one of the best value restaurants around for price and quality of food. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. It is a small place so you will need to book as it is always busy. Compliments to the chef / owner 5 star

Nestled in the picturesque neighborhood of Los Boliches, Los Enebros Restaurant in Fuengirola stands out as a culinary treasure since its establishment in 2004. This elegant eatery is renowned for its exquisite decor and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for those seeking traditional Spanish cuisine. With a focus on tapas and Andalusian specialties, dining at Los Enebros promises an authentic experience that delights the senses.
Outstanding food and service. The 3 course menu for €36 was fantastic value. Partner chose the lobster bisque and rack of lamb from the al a carte, so impressed.
Alan I — Google review
Went here on white day, atmosphere great, the service was superb! We had amazing and fresh beef carpacio, delish and creamy salmon pasta, beef tartare that we had to make reservation for, however disapointingly the panko crusted prawns was bitter burnt and too tough. Otherwise, a 4.5 experience, all of the service staff are a delight and professional!
Yola S — Google review
My friends live in Fuengirola and took us to this restaurant as it had such a fantastic reputation. When we arrived, the whole place was very busy - a great sign. We ordered food from the set menu, and each dish was beautifully cooked, presented, and had excellent flavour. It was clear the staff took great care and pride in their work. The food was reasonably priced and excellent value for the quality and portions. My son can be a very picky eater and he managed every course without issue. I also want to say the waiting staff were brilliant with my son and went out of their way to make him feel welcome and laugh when near the table - an added bonus. I would definitely return to this restaurant without hesitation, and it is definitely one of the best restaurants in the local area.
Sean M — Google review
The food was fantastic! The atmosphere is a little stuffy. The staff do work to impress, but let them breathe a bit! The view is ok. The food, wow!!! The quantity is enormous!! The entrées were better than the mains. Incredible. We had to take stuff to go, so do not order with your stomach. I would easily recommend this place
Eric B — Google review
Accidentally came across this restaurant walking through Los Boliches. The menu looked varied and inviting so we returned a few evenings later to try it. The restaurant was exceptional. Even the menu presented at the table by the attentive server highlighted the quality of what was to come. The dining experience was excellent, with tasty well cooked food . The lobster bisque was a highlight although we could not fault a thing. We will return and highly recommend it you are looking for somewhere special.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Los Enebros From the moment we walked into Los Enebros in Fuengirola, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by both the owners and the entire staff. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, and you can feel the genuine hospitality in every interaction. Everyone here is not only professional but also truly passionate about what they do, making you feel at home from the first moment. And then, the food… simply extraordinary! We started with the red tuna tartare, which was unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. Every ingredient was of the highest quality, and you could taste the care put into every dish. Then came the beef tartare—honestly, the best I have ever had in my life. Coming from Switzerland, where tartare is a specialty, I was absolutely blown away by the depth of flavor and perfect seasoning. But the real highlight? The palettilla, the milk-fed lamb shoulder. My God! This dish alone is worth the trip. It was so tender, so flavorful, that I could wake up in the middle of the night just thinking about it. Everything was flawless, from the service to the ambiance and, of course, the food. Los Enebros is truly a gem, and I can only say: perfect in every way. If you're in Fuengirola, do yourself a favor and experience this incredible restaurant.

I had walked past this place a couple of times this week and decided to visit. A little off the main thoroughfare and was quiet but in saying that it picked up as I was leaving. Excellent service and food. Wine excellent and waiter/waitress very attentive. I had, pate to start followed by slow cooked lamb and Passionfruit mousse and all very delicious. Would highly recommended. 👍I would say medium price range. €33 per head for 3 course set menu.

I am almost speechless! I had high expectations for the place, but they were still exceeded 🥰💪🙏. Really super friendly and expert service. The food was really tasty and the portions were big! Even the tapas portions are big and really good! A strong recommendation to come here to enjoy a party or everyday life!

Great typical Spanish restaurant, mainly visited by local people which is a very good sign. Excellent food and the service is out of this world. Nothing is too much trouble and they take their time to explain the dishes or any questions you may have. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Don't go here if you have kids, they're not welcome. We booked for four plus a baby, walked in and they gave us the most ridiculous stool with nothing to keep the baby secure. We had to leave and they were smiling and waving as we were leaving like "good riddance". Disappointing to be made to feel so unwelcome after seeking this place out and booking it based on reviews.

We enjoyed a delightful evening with a high-quality meal and a warm welcome from the restaurant. I strongly recommend it.

Hidden gem. Far away from the restaurant district, but definitely worth to visit. Very wide selection of Spanish wines. Good food for reasonable prices. Service was polite and professional with a blink of humor. Definitely place where to visit again in near future.

Tucked away behind the noisy , crowded Fish alley this is a haven of peace. Great service, great food and really good prices. Very Spanish but guess what! You're in Spain. Don't ever change.

Scam restaurant! They brought us bread and butter at the beginning of the meal even though we didn’t ask for it. Then they tried to charge us for it. Never had that happen at a restaurant. The manager was very rude. The sangria was not good at all and the tapas were just ok. Definitely recommend you go to another restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby with better service and food!!!

Superb restaurant.. incredible selection of neats and wines. We have eaten here twice now in our week off. Service second to none. If you like good food and an eventful memory this is the place. Even the Olive oil is the very best.

Spectacular steak house. By far the best in Fuengirola. The place does not look so fancy when you drive past it at first but if you go inside and look at the cuts in the display fridge you realize these guys know their meats. Great wines and service. Best dinner this year.
Carl S — Google review
Right. So. I had such high hopes for Restaurante Tipi Tapa — Carne a la Brasa. I’d seen the photos on Google. Glorious, flame-kissed cuts of meat, smoky char lines, fat glistening in the sun — it all promised a sort of primal, caveman-level magic. The kind of place where you’d expect to tear into a slab of beef so good it’d make you want to run into the sea and roar at the moon. But dear God, the reality. I tried to do the adventurous thing. I went for the veal sirloin to start, something I wouldn’t usually touch back home in Ireland. It arrived already chopped up into sad little pieces, looking like something you'd find in a dodgy airport lounge. No seasoning whatsoever. It tasted like it had been boiled rather than charred. You could’ve convinced me it was tofu in witness protection. Then came the main event: the ox burger. We both went for it, imagining something monstrous and juicy, dripping down the wrists, a burger so good you’d need a bib and possibly an ambulance on standby. What we got was so bland it could have been a rice cake wearing a meat costume. The burger was utterly devoid of soul, with all the flavour of damp cardboard. The chips? Frozen, skinny, stringy little things that tasted like they'd been cooked by someone holding a grudge against potatoes. The whole experience was so tragic it felt like attending a funeral for the concept of flavour itself. And the atmosphere matched — the place was dead. Just us and one other lonely table, with three or four staff standing around looking as if they were waiting for a bus that would never come. This was once meant to be *the* steakhouse in Fuengirola. A temple to meat. But now? It’s more like a sad retirement home for steaks that have given up on life. I left devastated, robbed of my dreams of smoky, sizzling joy. If you’re thinking of going, do yourself a favour — keep walking. Or better yet, find somewhere that still knows what a flame and a handful of salt can do. Utterly heartbreaking.

We visited this place for the flamenco evening with our family and honestly didn’t expect much, especially after seeing the mixed TripAdvisor reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent — the staff were friendly and even made cocktails that weren’t on the menu. We chose Menu No. 1, and it was amazing — the meat was high-quality and perfectly cooked, everything was tasty, and the presentation was beautiful. I really can’t understand the negative reviews — we’re quite experienced diners and usually have high expectations, but this place truly delivered. Highly recommend, 100%! Especially if you can visit during the flamenco evening. Our dad was even invited on stage to dance, which made it a fun and memorable night for all of us!

Unforgettable experience with the flamenco show after a great dinner at Tipi Tapa. Typical tapas restaurant but with lots of meats available, which are presented in a big fridge. We didn‘t get any meat but lots of tapas surrounding a delicious caramelised goat cheese salat. Just look at the tapas, we can recommend all of them and also the honey egg plant was nice (maybe a bit too sweet but nicely flavoured). Of course, the prices are slightly higher than in other restaurants but the atmosphere, food, flavours as well as service was just great. The waiters were super attentive and friendly. Big recommendation to this small but fine and delicious restaurant.

Super cosy place, lovely and authentic atmosphere, top service and an amazing Spanish tapas restaurant. I definitely recommend this to everyone who wants a perfect meal and a high quality food and or dry aged meat.

High quality tapas and plates. This is such a comfortable place you could sit here for hours and you would have lost all sense of time. They offer a wide range of delicious tapas with modern twists, excellent jamón serrano and cheeses, and also tender steaks and lamb chops from the grill. The meat offered is best quality national produce and properly aged. The wines on offer are well selected and you can get to know regions you may not have heard of. A wonderful meeting place for getting together with some friends and enjoy. There are flamenco live shows so make sure you keep that in mind.

Tapas restaurant
La Marmita in Fuengirola offers a mix of European, Mediterranean, and British cuisine with top-notch presentation and modern rustic aesthetics. The restaurant boasts sea views that perfectly complement the dining experience. Known for its 'Twisted Tapas,' La Marmita surprises diners with a set menu of five savory tapas and five desserts, allowing guests to explore new flavors. With only five outdoor tables, the intimate setting adds to the charm.
Been here twice now - the food is great, the tapas model with a selection of different tapas to try between 2 people is great with either a 3 or 5 choice for mains or deserts. The hosts are a pleasure, with friendly banter in a hospitable environment. You have to try it.
Luke T — Google review
This is a real hidden gem of Fuengirola. The 5 course ‘tapas’ tasting is the menu highlight. All five dishes were cooked perfectly, and they kindly even included a sixth dish to taste. Every part is so well thought out - you can tell the chef really takes pride in creating it. I’d also highlight just how perfectly cooked every dish was; the pastry was perfectly crispy, the fish was spot on, and the pork was perfectly tender. Can honestly say this attention to detail rivals Michelin guide restaurants. Service was friendly, and the pours of wine very generous. Desserts were also amazing, barely had any room left to make the most of the offerings! My (very) minor feedback was that perhaps one of the tapas could include some more vegetables, but that’s really just a preference. Would highly recommend La Marmita for a special dining experience in Fuengirola.

We totally enjoyed the complete dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing... the presentation was only outdone by the flavour. Our server, Nick, was attentive and entertaining. Simon is a very impressive chef. We loved it sooo much we are going back again. Was the best meal we have had in Fuengirola.

Scoffers Cafe, located on Paseo Maritimo, is a British restaurant that offers a taste of home for UK children with its specialty in burgers, bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, and other British delights. They also serve English breakfasts at reasonable prices. The cafe is known for its full English breakfasts available for dine-in or take away and a great cup of coffee.
We (2 adults and 2 young kids) had a superb meal at Scoffers last week. Food was delicious and service was excellent. This is our second time eating here and no doubt we'll be back again!

Nestled along the picturesque Paseo Maritimo in Los Boliches, Sandpiper restaurant offers a delightful dining experience right by the beach. This charming family-run establishment is known for its warm atmosphere and diverse menu that caters to various palates, making it an ideal spot for evening meals. The owner, Andy, adds a personal touch with his friendly demeanor and engaging personality. The menu features British-inspired dishes at reasonable prices, making it particularly popular among locals and expats alike.
We're obsessed with The Sandpiper in Los Boliches! This was our second visit in under a week, and we weren't disappointed - again! The 3-course menu is truly exceptional, with each dish more delicious than the last. But what really makes the experience stand out is the fantastic service. Our waitress was a ray of sunshine, bringing a bubbly enthusiasm that elevated our evening. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with amazing food and wonderful staff, look no further. Absolutely knocks it out of the park this place ! Atmosphere 10/10, food 10/10, staff were absolutely amazing ! Big shout out to Becky, couldn’t do enough for us! 2nd time coming to Sand piper and would definitely come again. We really were spoilt yesterday, all 6 of us said we would go back. Brilliant and Becky just makes the place feel so friendly ! Book early though as it gets booked up super quick. Steak pie was delicious! See you next year !

Last year I would have given 4 stars but this year I was very disappointed with the food as two of us had very tough steaks which we sent back and they were unwilling to give us an alternative main course. Very unsatisfactory, will not be returning. This restaurant has been taken over by new owners and they have a lot to learn before they become as good as the previous owners.

We had a table booked for 8pm for our family of four. We arrived to find the restaurant very busy, we ordered our meals and the waitress Becky explained there will be a wait as the chef prepares all the meals from scratch. We waited around an hour for the food but it was amazing when it arrived and Becky was smiling throughout even though she was under pressure. Recommend and we will be back.

We ate here last night after being here last year also. The food is really good with stroganoff and curry being excellent. However, the service was very poor. Drinks arriving very late after ordering and also not at all after ordering. Children’s drinks not being offered, despite being on the kids menu. The kids menu mentions a free lollipop that wasn’t available, much to the disappointment of our children that raced to eat their dinner to avail of it! To summarise, food was great, but service really takes away from the place.

Had lunch and breakfast here and each time the quality and taste of the food was superb. Great, friendly service and an immaculately clean restaurant.

We ordered from the set menu and it was delicious. Lots of options at a good price. I had the garlic bread as starter with tomato and cheese. The steak was delicious and it was cooked exactly how i asked it to be, chocolate cake for pudding. Watching a beautiful sunset and eating was very enjoyable. See you again soon
The L — Google review
Value for money, choice and quality of food is he best I've experienced anywhere in the world. The steak and ale pie has basically a supermarket sized packet of tender beef in it. I'm nervous with meat as fat makes me throw up. No fat just melt in mouth, perfectly cooked, tender meat. Chicken liver pate again best I've ever had. Apple pie is homemade as is the lemon meringue...made how they should be. There is an excellent choice on the menu and another favourite was the spring rolls and also peppercorn chicken. I could have had a plate of the perfectly cooked vegetables alone and been happy. The set menu deal 3 courses is amazing value. When you pay the bill you get a shot of brandy or baileys. Always book as it is popular which is always a good sign.

By far the worst English breakfast I have had. Sausages were strange small can sausages and the beans tasted sour with strange bubbles in the sauce and eggs were undercooked. For 8.95 euro you would expect a descent English breakfast and not this.

Chiringuito Oasis Fuengirola is a renowned beach bar with a rich history and tradition in seafood cuisine. Located at the end of Paseo Maritimo Rey de Espana, it offers high-quality seafood, fish, and exquisite paellas bursting with flavor. The restaurant boasts a charming terrace by the sea where guests can savor their meals and enjoy a cocktail menu.
Waving goodbye to summer and reminiscing about Malaga’s restaurant of the moment. Chiringuito Oasis is now on the Repsol guide aka Spanish Michelin and the name says it all. At the far end of a somewhat infamous beach lies a new hideaway offering classics from the andalucian coast. During our visit we had some of the best fried fish we have had in a long time, this included: Boquerones al limón, Calamares and Rosada with alioli. The other dishes we tried were the impecable prawn and avocado tartar and the gambas pil pil. At this point we could not eat anymore and so, we will be back to try the rest of the menu. Definitely worth a detour. We reserved one day prior for a group of 14 people and they made our first night in Malaga one to remember! Amazing food, good quality and the best service. There was plenty of room for such a big group and the employers were so so so friendly. We are very happy, thank you.

We went to the place with the highest expectations. We had gone to book a place in advance. When we arrived, the reservation was not found and then we were just put at a table and mostly forgotten there. We had to make sure that we got the ordered food and drink. After the meal, no one came to ask if we wanted dessert, etc. Was it because of a lack of language skills or what, but the locals' tables were visited all the time. So we didn't feel welcome in this restaurant. The food was good and tasty, but the service was really lame. In the end we asked for the bill because otherwise we would probably still be sitting there waiting.

They handled our large party with ease, making the experience smooth and enjoyable for all. Highly recommended for both small and large groups.

I have been here a few times and the food has always been great, service also. You should really go and order food from outside the menu, since the best options are not listed there. Ask more from your waiter. The Iberian ham and the dry-aged meat to name a few are an experience you don’t want to miss.

Truly authentic flavours of Spain. Superb quality, great staff and first class ingredients. Well worth a visit to enjoy a restaurant with character.
Mapuchi M — Google review
Enjoyable meal and excellent service! 2 minor gripes however. The mixed meat platter had only 4 very small pieces of the Jamon, compared with the 3 other cheaper meats...stingy!! Secondly, albeit the Oxtail and Pig cheeks were succulent, the sauces had not been made with the cooking liquor and completely lacked flavour! Shame as that took the edge off an otherwise enjoyable experience.
David P — Google review
More hype than substance. The service is ok, but inconsistent. As an example we got a bottle of wine for the table and only 2 glasses even when 3 people were clearly seated. The blood sausage was dry and bland. The tomato salad was delicious. The potato ham dish had never a seen ham, was bland and to wet. The mains, my friends had paella, and basically said it’s terrible. It had very little seafood, and the rice was terrible. I had a wild boar steak. It was cooked to death. There was no pink, just burnt dry meat. How a chef can treat a meat so badly is beyond me. The dessert was delicious! Someone in the kitchen can make excellent dessert and food. Same that doesn’t extend to the mains. Bill for 3 people was 160 euros. 3 starters to share, paella for two, and hunters steak, one dessert, one bottle of wine (30 euros) The bathrooms were stinky and guests were smoking in the bathrooms. Overall, I think the restaurant survives on the business trade from the lawyers in the rest of the street. For us it’s overpriced, poorly executed. I would return just for the dessert.

I have lived in Santa Clara California for 18 years since I married an American, previously I lived in Europe for 16 years so once a year I love to return to the old continent. Especially to the Costa del Sol, where I spend the best summers and have many friends. After the beach I meet friends to drink coffee and relax in this cafeteria, they have a very varied menu: I recommend the carrot cake and the delicious fruit smoothies. Many tables, some on the street, others inside and in the backyard. I also went for lunch, the food is excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. I did a massage course in Fuengirola and when we finished it we went to celebrate there, we booked a table on the patio and we laughed a lot, the atmosphere is incredible. There are always nice people, the service is fast and professional. I highly recommend this place for a fun moment with good food.

We had a beautiful family meal at this restaurant while on holiday in Fuengirola. I pre booked the table before the holiday, as there was 12 of us. The chef spoke great English and took time to communicate with me about the table and where would like to sit. The waiting staff were so attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. They also brought my mum some cake for her birthday and sung to her. It was a wonderful meal to end our holiday. Definitely worth a visit if you are in fuengirola.

Had a really lovely meal here after having to leave another restaurant where children obviously weren't welcome. Here they were couldn't have been nicer and have highchairs. Food was lovely, solid cooking, don't miss the unusual patatas bravas and the croquetas. Wines are mass market like most restaurants here, but there's lovely Fino, and service was really fantastic.

We liked our lunch at this restaurant. The tapas selection was extensive and we tried the gazpacho (cold tomato soup) which was amazing. My husband tried the Don Julian burger and that came with grilled goats cheese inside - yum. My grilled dorada with prawns was slightly too oily for my taste, but the fish was fresh. GnTs come with a variety of alco options and the (lager) beer was nice. They also serve olives as a welcome food. Patatas bravas from the tapas selection are nice & garlicky. Staff is friendly and expedient. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’d recommend and come here again. P.s. Most original use of Marilyn on the wc door. Lol.

We went there yesterday, local is outdated, waiter was stressed and kept scratching his back and nose while serving food, the hamburger was overcooked and had a strange taste. We left it entire on the plate. Also we specifically said twice no goat cheese on burger - but got served goat cheese anyway. Most strange thing was when we asked for ketchup, they brought us a very old and worn out bottle, and the ketchup came out almost black.

We ate in the restaurant in the early evening. It is a couple of years since I last visited and there have been some small structural changes but the food a service were a brilliant as on my visits before. Wonderful helpful family service, food of a high standard from a good choice. It is a gem tucked away just back from the beach road, sometimes parking near can be difficult but you can usual get a space in the roadside near by.

First time visiting a favorite of my parents. It may not be the most modern place into town, but they more than make up with it in service. We brought our 2 year old daughter and even she got amazing service including a toy to keep her occupied. Food was great and not at all pricy. Will definitely come back more than once!

We tried to go there last year, but they were closed during our last stay in Fuengirola. So this year we decided to go there as soon as we realised that they are open. We went for fondue and some starters. Our fault that we did not make our research about fondues (we were looking for the one with cheese. Ordered a beef one, thinking that beef will be our bread replacement.). We have no complaints about the restaurant, as this was what we ordered. However, they could clarify a bit more about what you are ordering. The lady who served us, gave us a good brief about starters, sauces and add ons coming with fondue, but nothing about the main dish itself. The beef option is basically a hotpot. Good but nothing "wow". You'll definitely get a better hotpot in Asian restaurants. We may come back. But not sure when and if this will happen. Anyway thanks for everything

I'm so glad we came here to try our first ever Swiss restaurant. As soon as we walked in we knew the service was going to be good. The decor, although a little dated, is really lovely and traditional and clean and good quality. Lots of quirky things dotted around the place. I love dated as I'm very nostalgic! Nice modern wine glasses however, which I love. The food is amazing, I want to try everything! How do they get a boiled potato to taste so good??! We had raclett, croquettes, strogonoff, weiner schnitzel, chocolate mousse and grand marnier souffle ice cream. Everything was beautiful, even the veg on the side was exceptionally tasty. The evening wasn't rushed either, nice amount of time to breathe between courses. We've been to a lot of restaurants and this one we will definitely be returning to. We're even looking at booking a trip to Switzerland based on this!

This is a great little family owned hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Literally across the road from the beach and also right on the edge of fuengirola, so perfectly placed for.either shopping or the beach. Reasonably priced, rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Only issue is a loose grate in the road outside, which makes a loud noise when cars go over it in the night, but this isn't the hotels fault and it is tolerable. Thoroughly recommended.

Vegan restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant town of Fuengirola, Fast Vegan is a delightful find for anyone craving delicious plant-based cuisine. This charming eatery offers an impressive array of vegan dishes that are bursting with flavor and creativity. Diners can indulge in mouthwatering burritos—especially the Tex-Vex variety—and enjoy unique options like faux-calamari rings that evoke nostalgic flavors from years past.
Now that I'm back home, I reminisce about when we were walking in the city and contemplating a stopping point. I had scoped out and marked this interesting spot in potential pathways for myself, but we noticed that the clock was nearing closing time for the day, so unfortunately, we began to look for another stopping point. Surprisingly, after walking for a while, we realized that this was indeed Fast Vegan. The waiter noticed us pondering on the street and invited us in, saying "there's still plenty of time" (5 minutes before closing 👍) We sat down and after looking at the menu, we ended up ordering Rainbow Smoothies with the waiter's guidance and recommendations. It was a nice moment to sit and admire the decor and enjoy a peaceful moment without any other customers at that moment. And then, onto those smoothies we ordered; definitely worth ordering and delicious. These didn't use soy but instead used oat milk and oat ice cream, which suited me very well, as I've noticed that soy doesn't agree with me for some reason. The products served here are supposedly completely vegan, as one might deduce from the name. (Although one can't always be certain even if something is stated somewhere that things definitely mean what's been read.) We would have surely come back here to try something else, but our visit coincided with the last day of our vacation. Well, the place is noted down and known for next time.
Ari L — Google review
This restaurant is a gem in Fuengirola, where it can be hard to find vegan food at all! We visited here once for dinner and once for lunch. We tried 3 different burritos ( the tex-vex was my favourite), quesadilla, faux-calamari rings that were totally as I remember the real thing tasting 10 years ago, ”meat”balls with tomato sauce… and also really good chocolate cake. everything was so good! And the guy who worked there was a really sweet guy with good humour. I just have to say that Google Maps shows a wrong location to this restaurant. It is on a different side of the street, and about 50 metres further from where Google says it is. We did not find this at first, and thought it had closed for good.
Maarit R — Google review
If we could, we would rate the place with 6 stars! The service is always super nice and kind. And the food.. well, that's with one word Amazing. They have very diverse options of food and everything has tasted like it was made in heaven. Absolutely our favourite restaurant in Fuengirola!

Fabulous place, highly recommended What a fabulous place! The food was terrific, the staff so friendly and welcoming. I had "prawns", my friends had "bacon fries", both absolutely delicious (we shared). We also had a few tapas dishes, including one with tomato sauce and "meatballs", which is what drew us back from a casual stop the day before. Highly recommended - just prepare your meateater mates that they will have to try vegan for a change!

What a pleasant surprise for such a small and unassuming tiny boutique pastry shop. The cakes, cookies and most other items I bought just to experiment how they were, all turned out to exceed my expectation by far, especially considering everything was vegan. Christian (I believe he is the owner) was super friendly, well spoken in English, and quite informative about his amazing line of products. All and all, this is a pastry/bakery place I HIGHLY recommend whether you are looking for vegan or not. You will not (cannot) be disappointed.

Obviously very popular café since there was a queue outside the entrance during our whole stay. There was a miscommunication between me and the servant, so i accidentally got the one thing I told them NOT to give because of my allergies, but as a compensation, they gave me twice as much churros as I ordered. So all in all, a great café with excellent churros!

This is one of our favourite spots in Fuengirola for a drink and tapa. Great location, lots of local vibes, and very smart establishment. Jade N — Google review
We’ve been visiting Fuengirola for over 15 years now, and somehow we’d never come across this place before. Honestly, I’m not sure how Arte y Cocina isn’t already in the Michelin guide. It really deserves to be. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right. The team was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed but still felt special. To start, we shared the burrata and the tuna tartare. Both dishes were packed with flavour, but still delicate. The tuna tartare was a real standout, served with charred avocado and pomegranate. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Just an incredible mix of freshness, depth, and balance. For our mains, we went with two pastas: one with summer truffle, and the other with red prawn and squid ink. We’d been to the Amalfi Coast last year and had some amazing pasta there, so expectations were high - but somehow, this was even better. The squid ink pasta was super light, the sauce had a deep seafood richness to it, and the prawn tartare on top added a fresh, sweet kick that brought it all together beautifully. After that, we tried the Koji beef fillet. Honestly, it just melted in the mouth. So tender and full of flavour. Every bite was a treat. I couldn’t help myself and ended up ordering one more plate as everthing was so tasty, another starter - the steak tartare. It came with an egg yolk custard that was rich and creamy and just worked perfectly with the meat. Every dish we tried felt really well thought out and clearly made with care. We finished with a Baileys tiramisu that was light, boozy, and had great texture from the biscuit layers. The perfect end to the meal. We drank a rosé Prosecco with dinner, and the service throughout was spot on. It honestly felt like we were being looked after by our own private chef and host. This was one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. If you’re into food and visiting Fuengirola, do yourself a favour and book a table here. I’ll be thinking about that squid ink pasta until we’re back. Thanks again for a fantastic evening
Will F — Google review
Would highly recommend for a memorable meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, light and airy with beautiful art around. Service was attentive and friendly. The pacing of the meal was great and we enjoyed every dish we had. The artichoke flower was a highlight. They were incredibly generous with the portion of truffle on their pasta. The composition of all the dishes were both visually beautiful and well balanced in flavour. We got the miso cheesecake for dessert paired with some of the local dessert wines which were new to us and we throughly enjoyed. If you want a really quality meal and to avoid the tourist traps, this is the place to go. Great value for a wonderful meal.

Argentinian restaurant
Argentinian restaurant Restaurante Poncho's brings the best of Argentine food and wine to your table, with delicious meat dishes that will leave you sated. The staff is always attentive and friendly, making for a great dining experience.
What a place. We were in the centre of Fuengirola with no idea where to eat, and my wife had seen this place mentioned on a Facebook group. We hadn't booked, but the manager found a space, and we were glad he did! My son is a steak fanatic, and this is one of the best he's ever eaten. Even my daughter, who's 12, enjoyed hers, and she's a steak beginner! I had pork fillet, and no word of a lie it's the most tender, tasty pork I've ever eaten. My wife had the salmon, and the portion was huge (but delicious) ! But the very best bit is the staff, they are absolutely fantastic. After our meal, my son aged 16 and can speak a little Spanish happened to mention the house steak sauce(homemade) was the best ever steak sauce he'd had. Well, jokingly (we thought), " Would you like to take some home? " The next moment, our brilliant waiter had brought a jar of the sauce to take home!! How good is that? It made a great evening very special. The floor staff are an absolute credit to this restaurant and its biggest asset. Every person we spoke with was polite, kind, and extremely efficient. Many thanks to Ponchos for a great time.

Ponchos is a true gem where authentic Argentinian cuisine meets warm hospitality. The atmosphere is inviting and refined, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The food was nothing short of outstanding — perfectly grilled steaks, delicious empanadas, and a fine selection of wines that paired beautifully with the meal. Yet what truly made the evening special was the service. Our waitress, Annie ❤️ was not only professional and attentive, but also very kind and genuinely lovely. Her warmth and care elevated the entire experience, making us feel at home while enjoying a first-class dinner. Ponchos is a place where excellent food and heartfelt service come together in perfect harmony. Without hesitation, I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Fuengirola.

What a find this place was. I spotted it from research before we traveled. I booked in advance as there was 7 of us, glad I did! My group of friends thought it was an excellent choice. The empanadas were bigger than expected ( may be only needed 1 not 2 😂). Steaks were excellent as were the lamb chops and salmon dish. Excellent choice and vfm

Just returned after been on holiday. Booked this restaurant for 14 people.. words can't explain how good it is.. everyone saying that it was the best steak they have ever had.. so we had to book again on our last day.
Steven W — Google review
This restaurant was recommended by friends who have lived there for many years. It is the best steak restaurant in town, and the best steak we have had anywhere in the world. We all ordered 300g Fillet Steak, and it just melted in your mouth like butter. The flavours of the steak and sides/sauces were incredible. We have eaten all over the world and in some of the best restaurants, but this had them all beaten with their steaks. My son can be a very fussy eater, and his steak was gone in minutes, and he ended up having some of mine. There was not one piece of meat left on any of our plates, and all of us were commenting on how wonderful the food was as well as the care made to prepare this. The price was not unreasonable considering the quality of the food, and we'd pay much more for this in England. Highly recommended 👌

Great steak with chips! We had a lovely waitress who answered all our questions, let us try the sauces, and even offered to take a picture of us before our meal. Afterwards, we were given shots of limoncello that was lovely! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone :)

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 10-12 years and I’m still amazed by the quality of meats. Their solomillo is one of the best in Europe, if not anywhere. It’s simply amazing! I highly recommend getting the 200/300 grams along some fries and a peppersauce. It cannot get better. Be advised, they do not have a childrens menu, but can and will serve children. They also have a nice dulce de leche dessert.

We tried Pasapalo and I’d like to share my experience. The place was packed, which probably explains the attitude of the waiter taking the orders: very rushed, excited, and not really attentive to the fact that some customers might need time to discover the menu. Barely two minutes after we sat down, he was already there, pressing us to order. I understand he has to move quickly given the crowd, but it does take away a bit from the overall experience. On the service side, nothing to complain about: the waitresses and waiters were kind and professional. As for the food: it’s generous and filling, but lacks finesse. Too much sauce, which made the sandwich heavy and hard to hold, even though the chicken itself was okay. The fries, however, were very good. To be honest, it was the first time I didn’t finish my sandwich. In summary: it wasn’t a bad experience, but not a memorable one either. Would I recommend it? Let’s say everyone can make up their own mind, but for me, it was the last time.

The food is absolutely delicious, we had lunch here pretty much every day of our vacation. It’s fresh, tasty and there’s a wide variety of healthy options alongside burgers and fries. I totally recommend !

Amazing place that caters for people with coeliac disease, like my daughter. We ate here 3 times during our holiday, mainly because my daughter felt confident and comfortable eating here, which is vital. Not to mention that she thought it was absolutely delicious. Service is great despite it being a very popular and busy place. Food was delicious, all cooked fresh to order.

The food was delicious, we tried the Venezuelan combo and it was a great choice to see what that type of cuisine is like. I would highly recommend if you like experimenting. Sebastian y Marlene were very friendly waiters and looked after us well. The wine was also really good. I can't wait to try more dishes.

We had a wonderful meal! We ate a turkey toast and it was delicious. As a dessert 3 milks and brownie.. omg it was incredibly tasty 🤩 Service was excellent, fast and very friendly ! Thank you Dylan ! We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend !

The food was okay overall, but a few things were disappointing. The chicken was a bit dry, and the patatas fritas were over-fried. What annoyed me the most, though, was the price - €6.75 for a small slice of carrot cake felt excessive!!

Offering delicious, home-cooked food in an old house preserved its old and rustic style, La Casa Rustica is a great place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant has friendly service and reasonable prices, making it a great choice for anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Fuengirola centre.
Wow! What a fantastic restaurant. We visited on a recommendation and it lived up to expectations. It was busy and we hadn’t booked ahead but were lucky enough to be seated outside on a balmy evening. The service was impeccable and the food incredible. Our prawn cocktail starter wouldn’t have looked out of place as a main course. Chicken breast in pepper sauce was lovely, as was my partners beef stroganoff. Thanks to Juan and all his staff for a wonderful evening.

I had the best paella (we had the seafood paella) I have ever had at this place, Yacine (positioned in the middle of the photo) served us and the experience was so good we retuned again just to eat the paella. He was amazing and very helpful and friendly. I even dropped my bank cards on the first visit and he ran up the road to give me them back. I cannot recommend this place any more, amazing food, amazing people, and amazing service. Located on a side street which can be busy but the tables are situated in a good position where you aren’t interrupted.

While I was playing saxophone for a private birthday party I witnessed first hand the love and care the staff and owner put into their service. The treated their guests with the highest respect and appreciation and they treated me, the musician , with the same. This place is a gem in a field of numerous choices. Don’t miss out on La casa Rústica.

We love this restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a great menu to choose from, lots of variety The quality of the food is great, the wine reasonably priced, we visit every time we are in Fuengirola. I booked by email. La Farola is a high-quality restaurant that has been in Fuengirola for over 30 years. The food is fresh and locally sourced, with large portions that are perfect for a family meal. The square outside the restaurant is lovely, and it's a great spot to spend an afternoon with children.
On recommendation from friends we tried La Farola and the recommendation was really appreciated. The food and service were excellent in this wonderful restaurant that would only be known to locals and those who have been told about it as we were. If you want somewhere that is away from the typical tourist fare serving good food in generous quantities La Farola is worth a try. We didn't book but we were welcomed inside and served by really friendly and accommodating staff. Food superb and we will definately return to try more on the menu. A hidden gem.

I expected a lot of this restaurant. To my syrprise, My expectation were even superceded. The service is more than just nice, they are upmost welcoming, making you feel home. They gladly help you with your selection. We also had a lovely chat about Andalusia as well as Czech Republic. The food is very delicious with a clear focus on quality. The curated ham is outstanding. We also tried the fish páté, very tasty. You must also order the Gambas Pil Pil and can't miss with the onion soup either. The grilled sea bream is butterflied and then seated. It's a delicious fish choice. Your mind should be focused on the red meat dishes though. Specifically, try the oxtail. It's mindblowing and certainly not a cut you get everywhere. La Farola is the GOAT of Fuengirola. Oh, and you'd better make a reservation. We only got lucky with the late lunch.

We didn't have a reservation which I recommend to others! A table was arranged for us because the staff brought a table and chairs from the warehouse and soon the table setting was ready 🤩 great! The service and the customer service of the staff was really wonderful from start to finish. Regardless of who served us. The food was good and the portion was big! Finally, the house offered a small drink 🥰. The place where the restaurant is located is wonderful and peaceful where it is nice to enjoy dinner. (tiramisu was great 💪🥰)
Riitta-Liisa Y — Google review
My all time favourite since the eighties when the family had a tiny bar with six tables. That they have grown so much is due to the fact that they know what they are doing. Situation is great, in a square without any traffic. The food is traditional, well prepared, fresh and served with care. This is a fabulous family restaurant.
Michael O — Google review
Terrible service, and both the staff and the manager were completely absent. First of all, we waited two hours for our food to arrive without complaining, and not once did any of the servers check in to see if we needed anything. When the food finally came, everything was wrong. Multiple incorrect dishes were brought to the table, and the food was not prepared as requested. We specifically asked for well-done steaks, but everyone received steaks that were completely raw. We sent them back, but they returned exactly as undercooked as the first time. The pepper sauce was completely burnt and inedible—we sent it back but never received a replacement. The fries we ordered never made it to the table at all. The spaghetti bolognese had no meat and tasted terrible. To make matters worse, all the glasses were filthy, very dirty. The staff were incredibly rude and demanded that we pay the full bill, despite the burnt sauce, undercooked food, missing food and overall poor service. When we reasonably asked to have half the bill removed due to the unacceptable experience, they called the police on us. Absolutely everything went wrong. We will never eat there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.
Katarina H — Google review
It has been our second visit in 3 years and it is still as good as before. The portions are HUGE! Very fresh, honest good local cuisine. Reasonably priced. The square is a hidden gem, very pretty and very safe for children to play. The inside of the restaurant is very smart, a contrast from the casual look from the outside. An excellent place for a family meal.
YS O — Google review
Staff pleasant. Food less than average. One meal particularly bad was lamb and mushroom pie. Tough stringy lamb swimming in a dish of water with pastry topping. Awful!
Helen D — Google review
Wow, what a fantastic place. Set in a pretty square/courtyard, this place is fantastic. Fantastic service, fantastic food and lovely setting. Be warned though, the portions are BIG. We are both big eaters but came away full to the brim! The beef kebab was massive and perfectly cooked and tender. So much so that I popped into the kitchen to compliment the chef. One, if not THE best Kebab/beef I have eaten. Have already rebooked for next week.

It was very quiet when we arrived for our 7.45pm dinner but the place was very busy by the time we were leaving so there was more atmosphere later on. The restaurant Patagonia SteakHouse serves up some of the best steaks in Fuengirola, with a Mediterranean flavor and European flare. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere intimate. There's also a full bar for your enjoyment, as well as wine and beer. If you're looking for a great meal in Fuengirola, look no further than Patagonia SteakHouse.
Even though we only had the pasta here it was the best spaghetti aglio we have ever had. The dish was cooked as per our spice level, me not very spicy and my husband very very spicy! Our waitress was lovely and very patient with my Spanish, our first experience was so good we returned the following day. Thoroughly recommend.

We wanted to try it out on a Thursday evening and completely full, so the next day being Friday we were there early (17:30). Food was amazing! Service was great and the price was very good! Highly recommended. They also do 'Day menu's' for under €30 (starter/main/dessert) and the choices were great!

Have eaten steak all over canaries, but this was probably the best steak I have eaten. Ribeye, so soft from first to last bite. Had Argentinian pies to start, very nice, and a couple of glasses of house red, also excellent. Staff are fantastic, food on a different level, best place to eat in fuengirola, If not casta del sol. Best advice, try it yourself, you will regret it if you don't. Only regret, wish I had gone here earlier in my week

Very great food overall, from starters to mains to desserts, you name it, they do it right. Steaks are the best i've had around here, and portions are very tasteful. I really can't find a con to checking out this place, even the prices aren't high for what they serve, but when going out for dinner make sure to place a reservation, not just at this establishment, but most around this area are usually packed to the brim (at least outside) by 8pm, so do keep that in mind, cheers!

Nestled in the vibrant Post Office Square of Fuengirola, MO by Picoteo is a charming café that captures the essence of Mediterranean dining. With its inviting sidewalk tables and a diverse wine selection, it offers a delightful culinary experience. This well-established eatery has become a beloved spot for both locals and tourists alike, thanks to its modern take on Mediterranean cuisine served at reasonable prices. Very good food and very nice staff service. For me, one of the best I've ever eaten. The owner is very friendly with his staff and his guests, a wonderful experience for (food & atmosphere) and it is a restaurant to return to every time one is in Fuengirola.

We came because our friend praised the place. The setting and service are good and the interior is stylish. Very high quality drinks at reasonable prices. My portion was tasty but too much mayonnaise for my liking 🤣! An extensive list of different foods and quality ingredients.
Riitta-Liisa Y — Google review
Not as good as it used to be and pretty expensive. Order the Caesar salad, pretty much the same all over the world but this was the most strange Caesar salad I ever ate in my life, served with tomato and cold chicken. Nice terrace
D — Google review
Food was really good, it was however quite noisy, especially the music. The service was okay, quite slow but okay. The menu was confuzing but you could figure it out with some time and effort.
Maxime E — Google review
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at MO was so unacceptable that it deserves to be mentioned. The service was nothing short of disgraceful. From the moment we mentioned that we only wanted dessert, the staff’s attitude turned openly rude and unwelcoming. Instead of a friendly service, they made it clear we were an inconvenience to them. What made matters worse was the absurd policy of charging extra just for cutlery, something I have never experienced at any restaurant before. It felt insulting and petty.
Josefine R — Google review
The wine menu is very confusing. Requested a wine menu, it only had glass prices. You had to scan a code to get bottle prices. Its very difficult trying to match up the menu lists with the online lists. Why dont you just have a wine list with prices, not everyone has a phone! The jamon, ham was on a plastic leg, it was fairly dry and tough, packet I think. The salad was nice. The carpaccio beef was ok but a bit bloody which put me off a bit. I think it's a bit expensive for the quality of food you get. Friendly staff.
Kim B — Google review
Unfortunately had a very bad experience here this evening. The food is overpriced for what it really is, and we were made to feel uncomfortable the entire evening as we were laughed at by the table next to us and the waitress (Oma) joined in with them making jokes about us in Spanish, thinking we couldn’t understand what was being said as we are English. This completely ruined the experience for us. If you are English, I wouldn’t bother visiting this restaurant as you will be laughed at and ridiculed for something as small as ordering white sangria.

El Rancho de Salva Asador/Steakhouse is a top quality restaurant with a wide variety of food on the menu. The chef himself was taking orders, which made things nice. The Gazpacho didn't have any of the season's flavors but they had a lovely salad instead. The meat (secreto & rib eye) was grilled perfectly and served with sides. The service was friendly and helpful and the prices are just right for what you get in return.
Enjoyed our food here and liked the atmosphere for a change (old/traditional restaurant). The fried Camembert with blueberry jam was excellent, and my favorite. The steak was great, and the cheesecake was perfect -- not too sweet. Wine options were also good. Would go back!

Sort of an unsuspecting location right across from the marina but this place is an absolute gem. One of the best meals I had in any city in Spain. The owner came out and introduced himself, was extremely kind and helpful, offering recommendations for food and wine. The decor is very modest and historical, not trying to be a high end white glove establishment. They let the wonderful service and the incredible food do all the talking. All of the steaks are extremely fresh and you can choose one you like or he will cut a larger/smaller one for you. He even cooked the ribeye himself—to perfection. If I’m ever back in Málaga, I’ll be coming to eat here again and say hello and I highly recommend any of you try this restaurant out. You won’t be disappointed.

One person couldn't get what he ask for. These can happen. But when he then get some other courses than hope for, probably because of misunderstanding, it can't be more than 4 stars. The rest were beautiful cooked and very, very nice. We will come back. It was delicious

This restaurant reminded me of Spain 20 years ago. The decor, the flowery table clothes and the sheer curtains. The sirloin steak is lovely but the pepper sauce ruined it as it didn't taste home made so I recommend getting it on the side. The berenjenas(egg plant) with honey lacked salt and were cut too thick. Good and professional service, I believe the chef himself takes your order. I recommend it for the good meat.

Had the pate and gambas pil pil and wow, the gambas were the nicest we’ve had. Two got the ribeye and they loved it. Pork belly and chicken skewer were the other dishes and again amazing. Homemade chips and the jacket potato and sauces were also excellent. Easily one of the best restaurants in Fuengirola. A must stop if you are here on holiday - definitely need to book as they are normally full booked every evening! Amazing staff, they couldn’t be anymore helpful and incredible food. Reasonably priced and plenty of variety. Also - great homemade prawn crackers to start.

The food was delicious. Well sized portions and well balanced flavours. Prices are fair. Attentive service and a good eye on guests. Regarding the vibe and I only give 3 stars is only due to the outdoor area which is on the high street and is not the optimal location for serving dinner. But all in all - I will highly recommend this place!

I discovered this place by accident while walking by one day, and wow, I am so happy I did. Dao, Maria, and Atone are incredibly friendly and make the already AMAZING food even better by making you feel right at home. We haven’t had Thai food of this flavor and quality since our time in Thailand. The Larb Thai salad is absolutely mind blowing. It’ has the perfect amount of rolling heat at medium spice with this fresh and bright flavor that come from celery, cilantro, chicken, and lemon. I’m really going to miss coming here when we leave Fuengirola! For my entrée I always get the chicken and cashew stirfry with rice, and my hubby gets The noodle stir-fries that are also super flavorful. I absolutely love the mango with sticky rice topped with crunchy mung beans. If you’re in the area, you must come here !

Good duck, but the entrecôte was poor quality and very very expensive. 52 € for one entrecôte with cheap pommes-frites. Answer to the owners response: One in our company maybe had a bit too much to drink, but the response from the owner does not reflect the truth. It is very exaggerated. Both Jodie and Angelica were lovely and extremely helpful, they provided great customer service and looked after us very well. We decided to go for the el dorado and Tony Stark burgers which did not disappoint. I am gutted to be leaving but was a great last meal to end our holiday.

So delicious, quick service and good food. The drinks are a must too! We got the food in no time, the service was so fast.

Delicious burgers! We had Go Goat and Bacon and Cheese. Our favourite was Go Goat, but both were very good. Burgers are quite big (200g beef patty). We ordered one burger at a time and shared. Waitress was so kind and had no issues helping us with two separate plates to share this way. The sweet potato fries were very good as well. This place is usually very busy. I’d advise anyone to make a reservation, we came on a Monday evening and several tables had reserved signs.

If you're looking for the gourmet smash burger 🍔 experience, THIS is IT! Honestly, I am surprised this place doesn't have a line out the door! We were 5 and tried 4 of the burgers 🍔 and some of the homemade fries 🍟 😋. Fries were sweet potato, a nice combination of piping hot 🔥 crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of thick salt to balance it all out. Served with a mayo based sauce! Let's dig into the burgers 🍔, we had the bacon 🥓 cheese 🧀 which also had a mayo based secret ingredient sauce 😋. Served on a brioche bun, the sear on these burgers is something of legend, imparting, not only a smoky goodness, and at the same time giving the meat a tasty crust that holds in the flavour and juiciness of the patty. Also ordered was the GOAT 🐐, not sure if this a reference to only the goat chese or being the Greatest Of All Time? Carmelized onion and cheese, sweet, salt, and meat. Yummy! The person who ordered it said, "It's OK, I'll be covered in cheese, but I can wash it off at the hotel."An older menu was delivered by mistake , so we ordered the Dirty Dancing, camembert and blue cheese with cranberry sauce, divine balance. And last, but not the least, a competitor in the best burger in Spain contest, the cheese and bacon bicoff, taste overlaod! Was not my favourite, maybe a bit too sweet, but it was loved by the person who ordered it! All this to say, do it, pull the trigger and bite into that tasty, juicy burger!

Jodie was an absolute superstar, the best service Iv ever had in my life in any restaurant ever, we had a big group and they accommodated us with ease where other places turned us away. The chicken tenders were out of this world and all the lads had the el dorado burger and were very impressed. Would 100% come back again. Best burger in Fuengirola

La Casa de la Pizza in Fuengirola, Malaga offers a delightful Italian dining experience. Visitors have enjoyed the Mexican pizza, garlic bread with cheese, and diabolo pizza. The portions were generous and the thin crispy base was a hit. Guests found it to be good value for money and appreciated the complimentary chili oil. The restaurant's excellent service made for a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere, with some patrons spending hours chatting over their meals.
Great experience and super quick service. The views and the food were really nice 😎

We visited in winter so it was very quiet. The food was ok. The pizza was standard. They did go out of the way to try to cater with paneer for our curry. Which wasn't a great choice. The dopiaza had a great taste, the Pasadena was a little bland.

Went here on our first night and ended up eating and chatting for two hours. The place wasn’t busy but the service was excellent. The mixed vegetable pakoras were our groups highlight. Would deifnitly eat here again

We had mexican pizza, garlic bread pizza base with cheese and diabolo pizza. It was more food than we were expecting and it was good pizza. Thin cripsy base. We could have got away with 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread with cheese. Chilli oil available for free and was also nice. Good value for money overall. As you can see there wasn't a lot left 😀.

Pizza was greasy, not well coocked, and rude customer support. Threatened to call the police if we dont pay for bad food. Eventually we paid bad very bad place. You should avoid.

Friends ate here on the night of San Juan, the place was mad busy but they said everything was really good. So good they took me there 2 days later (26 June 23), it was a bad experience. Barely any tables taken so definitely not busy. Messed up our order to begin with, took the dish back and sent the right one out. Food came out in dribs and drabs as they served other tables their food in between ours. Poppadoms did not taste fresh, a little rubbery not crisp. All in all took about 15 minutes for them to bring our order to our table and we were only a table of 3 so there wasn't much. Food took a very long time to be cooked too, it was about a 35 minute wait. My friends couldn't believe the difference in 48 hours. They appeared to have an adequate number of staff as it was a quiet evening in there.
Denise M — Google review
We’ve been many times in the last months, but visiting again this week, everything had changed for the worse Whilst we we sat instantly and they took our order quickly, the food took ages to come. First a raita but nothing to go with it so we could eat it - no plates, cutlery, the naan we’d ordered. When the main courses did arrive, we sent the biryani straight back as it was swimming in oil and we ate the balti but it was flavour less and mainly oil. The girls serving were apologetic but the service seemed very disorganized
Fran V — Google review
Good food for a cheap price. The price range was around 8-10€ and mainly focused on Italian/Mexican/Indian food. The service was great and food arrived after 15-20 minutes. Pizza is a meal which is sometimes subpar since it's seen as an easy dish to make to dumb tourists, but the pizza here was near perfect. Thin bottom without being burnt or dry. The Chicken Tandoori was on the milder side of spicy with a nice sweet tomato sauce.

Restaurante Vegetalia is a well-established vegetarian restaurant located in the Los Boliches district of Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol. Since 1997, it has been catering to vegetarians, vegans, and individuals with food intolerances such as celiacs and lactose intolerance.
Truly delightful! Restaurante Vegetalia is a buffet type restaurant filled with vegetarian deliciousness! Very reasonably priced (around 11€) for a plate which you can refill as many times as you like. There's a great variety of salads, breads and hot food options. They also do beautiful juices! I can't recommend this place enough.

As an avid meat eater , I am absolutely blown away by the choices of the vegetarian food here. Experiences may vary as the menu changes daily. It is incredibly tasty. The food is just full of flavour. Tastes very fresh the atmosphere feels very homely and welcoming. The fresh juices are an excellent pallet cleanser so you can get the full experience of all the flavours. would recommend it to any vegetarian and meat eater alike it is a must go to if you are in the area.

We travelled from Benalmádena as this place was highly recommended to us. A little walk away from the main part of town but the streets are lovely so not an issue. The owner was so lovely and explained which dishes were vegan and brought out vegan versions of the cheesy/eggy ones. Literally everything I ate was incredible, really fresh salads and the hot food was incredible too (especially the croquettes and ratatouille). The juices were also super fresh and delicious.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I am so glad I went! The food is absolutely delicious! I'm not a big eater so my friend and I tried a little of various cold salads as a starter! Such tasty and interesting combinations of beans, lentils and vegetables. I was surprised how well the mango complimented the sweet peppers in one of the rice salads - what a great combination! Then we each had small servings of some of the hot choices as our main course. The spicy chickpea, mushroom and runner bean was to die for! My friend eats meat and really enjoyed the setan in the Potato Gratin - just like chicken but healthier! There so many other distes that we didn't try - such a wide choice. Neither of us could manage second servings but filled ourselves to bursting with a dessert. The cheesecake was delightful - really tangy and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her chocolate mousse - it was very good! The restaurant itself is beautiful and I loved the decoration. The staff were great too. Cannot recommend it enough! Will definitely go back as soon as I get the oppurtunity.

Costa del Sol Cafeteria, situated in the bustling Plaza de la Constitucion in Fuengirola, is a legendary traditional spot that offers an array of breakfast and snack options. Renowned for its delectable churros with chocolate and a variety of sandwiches and cakes, this café is a must-visit when exploring downtown. The quality of their churros is exceptional, receiving high praise for being non-greasy.
We enjoyed our coffees and cakes at this cafe. The hot chocolate cane with whipped cream; I tried the Tartaro - ingenious triple layered coffee where you have condensed milk at the bottom so you can stir it to make it as sweet as you like - loved that! The lemon tarte was nice and our kid liked the chcolate donut. Recommend!

A little bit dry and tasteless churros in my opinion. Chocolate was too watery for churros, I was craving for more flavour over all. Lovely and fast service! Noisy terrace

I came here all the time, but this time I came and I asked the waiter nicely if he could help us. He screamed at me, and after he was done helped other people that came in after us. I think this is very rude, because I asked him once, very unprofessional overal. The churros looked like they were sitting there. Just not the same anymore.

Fantastic food, so fresh and tasty, this is our second time back at this cafe during our trip, and we will definitely be back tomorrow before our flight home. Staff really friendly and efficient, and patient with us speaking English. Incredible value for money, too. So so delicious, a true gem in the town centre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic churros and coffees, but service was very slow. After waiting for around 20 minutes to get the bill I had to go inside and pay at the till myself. Other than that I can't say there was much to complain about. Most traditional churros I tried on this trip.

Fantástic tipical spanish café in which you can find everything that makes a Spanish breakfast unique: pitufo, bread and toppings, churros, chocolate, sandwiches of all kinds. And the staff are quick and friendly in their service. The central location makes everything more characteristic.

Amazing Serranito, a must for anyone, typical breakfast sandwich in the area. Serrano ham, thin strip of pork loin, fried green pepper, mayonnaise and freshly made bread. Spectacular. The décor is a reminder of a Parisian cafe. This café has been around a long time, an institution for breakfast. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Locals come here for years and know all the staff. Highly recommended.

Sofia S — Google review
A very positive first for us in Spain. We went to the restaurant as a recommendation from another (Tap y Thai) restaurant we visited for lunch. There is a good range of food available. As a salad we ordered a goats cheese salad and it was the best we have had in Spain!!! Be warned if you aren’t into too many sweet flavours (like us) you can ask for the sauce to be on the side. Comes with honey, balsamic and berry compote. It really worked well for us as we can control how of much of each to use individually and the portion was a very good size. As a starter we had beef carpaccio again wonderfully pleasant and tasted fresh. My husband had the Lebanese style chicken shish (seen as half eaten in the photos). It was moist and good cooked well. The only improvement would be for it to have hand cut home made chips. Now the steak, it was cooked as I asked, rare but because the meat lacked any fat it didn’t have any flavour and felt dry. They immediately changed the meal!!! Very common in the UK but a first for us in Spain. They actually cared that I enjoyed my meal. They brought me new one (learnt my lesson from before) and showed me the cut before cooking it. Unfortunately it came out the same as the first but again it’s due to the cut of the meat. I couldn’t enjoy it but my husband swept it up. :) Can’t comment on drinks as we only had still and sparkling water. The whole meal 4 courses and water came to about €78. Due to the customer service they get a 5 star!!!! It’s definitely worth a visit. Thank you.

Since we have a 2-year-old, finding a good place to have good quality, early dinner, i.e. before 8pm in Spain, has been challenging. This place absolutely wow-ed us, not just the variety of dishes but the execution of the food and customer service. The main courses actually came with well-grilled and tasty vegetables!!! Kamura Sushi is a hidden gem that embodies the essence of Japanese cuisine, where tradition and quality harmoniously blend. Under the skilled guidance of Chef Nakamura, each dish showcases his dedication and artistry in sushi-making. The experience is elevated by the chef's meticulous preparation right before your eyes at the counter.
Love the experience, and I will come back again. Waiters could be more careful while delivering the dishes, as in a Japanese restaurant, I don't expect the dish to be put in the table tilted in any way and not correctly positioned. The food itself was delicious! ご馳走さまでした!

So great to have an AUTHENTIC sushi restaurant in Fuengirola! Small restaurant with a few tables. Each customer gets very personalized treatment and recommendations. Very good quality fish with some original flavours as well as timeless classics. Watching the chef work is a real pleasure. We’ll be back to try the “omakase”: letting the chef choose for you. 10/10 recommended!
Maria P — Google review
We had a basic sushi lunch encouraged by all of the Google reviews. Once again they were bang on. This is a small, hole-in-the wall place low on aesthetics but high on quality! There is a small sushi bar and about 4 to 5 small tables for two. We enjoyed a light lunch as follows: We arrived early before the restaurant opened at 1 pm. We sat in chairs outside to wait. At 1250 an employee came out to let us know they open at 1pm and asked us if we were going to eat or just do drinks. We let her know we would be having lunch and she asked if it was ok if we waited ten minutes till they opened...great first impression I must say. She was very concerned about us. In any event, we waited and the restaurant opened up on time and we sat in some high chairs. As mentioned it's not big on aesthetics however adequate. We started with Edamame which arrived nice and hot and nicely salted. Perfectly al dente and tasty. Next my wife had Unagi maki and I enjoyed spicy tuna rolls and two Tuna Nigri. The colour of the tuna was a deep deep red. The ingredients were marvelously fresh and seasoned just right. The rice was also prepared and still had residual heat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the best Sushi that we have had in a while and this place is a great find!

Was taken whilst visiting friends on the side street from the outside it doesn't look fancy but don't let that out you off. Chef Table is recommended we did the Omakase selection and left it up to the chef where he prepares everything in front of you. Just him and his waiters serving you. It was probably some of the best freshest sushi I've eaten. Super talented and experienced sushi chef. If your looking for authentic Japanese sushi place go. Also try the dessert Mochi.
Arron B — Google review
I'm a bit confused as to why so many have left great reviews. This was not good sushi. The rice was dry and tasteless as if they hadn't even added sushi vinegar. The fish wasn't much better, dry and boring. For the price this was a complete disappointment. I get much better sushi for almost half the price back home in Stockholm. My daughter wasn't impressed either, this is what she said, "I really like sushi but this sushi was super boring, the rice was tasteless and the fish was thick and tough. The miso soup was the only good thing."

Balta is an excellent host and El Laberinto serves excellent food. Specifically I would recommend the Venezuelan arepas made by the lovely Gabi, which I could eat every day. They were also happy to adjust to meet my dietary requirements. This is a small bar/restaurant which is very popular within the local community and it is easy to see why. Don’t let the small size put you off, this place is big on quality with beer on tap and a decent selection of wines, which the owner is happy to chat about.

Stopped by this place for a quick beer as they had Victoria on draft and had a look at the tap menu which turned out to be excellent. There were some traditonal tapas, we had the croquetas and pixto. Some classic andalucian dishes, salmorejo and ajo blanco. There were also so very different sounding things to try. The dishes we tried were excellent, the service friendly and very atentive. Great little place for a drink and a tapa.

Setare A — Google review
Been a couple of times now and usually take a while to be served and can be a bit rude to English customers. Today ordered stuffed churros and found a black hair in the batter of it. It put us of all of our food and couldn’t finish our food because it was disgusting. When the bill came they said they took off the churro with the hair in it (well obviously they should) but we ended up paying for the food we couldn’t eat because we were put off by the hail. We won’t be returning. EDIT: as the business has responded, for further context, my father left half a churros which he was eating whilst a hair was found in my churro. It’s unfortunate we found the hair in the last churro as we at that point knew the batter was contaminated with the hair and we had eaten the churros. I don’t think saying because we had eaten the food it shouldn’t have been taken off is acceptable because my family left knowing they ate contaminated batter which I believe it worse. We shouldn’t have paid to eat contaminated food. To address the point about treating everyone equally, the staff was nice today but we did come here last year with friends and they were rude to us and let us sit around waiting for menus, then food, then drinks. I had to grab my own drinks from the bar area because I could see them sitting there and no one was bringing them to us but were being quick with the locals. We came today to give them another chance but unfortunately we had another bad experience so won’t be returning.

A real Spanish experience for the tourists like ourselves. Loved it! Great service, staff speaking English. The best and biggest churros we've ever eaten!!! They had fresh juices and smooties plus strong Italian cooffee

Love place with very friendly staff and the best Piña Colada I ever tried. Brilliant freshly made food and cocktails served with a smile. I absolutely enjoyed visiting and will be back again very soon 😊

Finally this what we like! Coffee - in good taste- with different milk to choose! Wow! Such a long time i didn't get my fave coffee with oat milk, i don't know but this time is already gone. Lovely sandwich with strong tasty salmon in Scandinavian style plus comfy pillow to feed newborn - i can feel like it was made for mothers :D Highly recommend and sure to go back again with my baby.

I got a detox juice what was made freshly, full of vitamins, not too cold, just perfect temperature. 🥤 Staff was very friendly and smiling. I was very happy with my juice and I’ll come back again for breakfast as well. 🥗

Amazing fresh food (many vegetarian options), juices, smoothies, great coffee and friendly staff. Best breakfast I ever had in Fuengirola.
Heidi V — Google review
Great place, friendly staff 😊 been eating in or getting take always few days now. Many brilliant imaginative vegan options, especially the smoothies, veggie wraps and burgers are amazing but careful; asking only to replace ingredients, not add or change for more expensive ones will incure extra fees and worse no info is given about this beforehand. Other than this issue it's reasonably priced quality fresh food 👍

Nestled in the charming coastal area of Los Boliches, Da Vinci Los Boliches is a delightful dining spot that stands out amidst the limited restaurant options. Located conveniently near Torreblanca, this eatery offers an inviting atmosphere and exceptional service, even during busy times. Guests rave about their culinary offerings, particularly the pil pil prawns with a zesty piri piri twist and delectable pasta dishes like spaghetti alla puttanesca.
Excellent 🍽️🍷🍸☀️ Lovely restaurant food service .

Great evening Good food Exceptional service They were short of staff this evening but you wouldn’t have known. The team provided an amazing service I can highly recommend the prawns And they have a piri piri kick Highly recommend
Amanda G — Google review
Good service. The place is okay, and the price point is very reasonable. The food is not good (not disgusting, but the only Italian thing in this restaurant is the name). Pizza is too dry, and too "bread-y". Pasta texture is weird, it's either cheap quality or precooked. Perhaps go there just for a drink.

Great wee spot just off the train towards the beach. Best pil pil prawns I ever had and pizza and bolo Great.€55 for everything, 4 glasses wine,a beer and water.same nice waitress for years

The pizza pictured was already half gone when we visited, so we couldn't resist! The service is excellent and the value can't be beat. We're excited to come back soon!
Great place for a big group visit! Ordered a 120 cm pizza first for a group of 7, and even ordered 60cm more after that. Great prices! Real gem for what you pay and how much you get. Be brave to order bigger portions since it’s gets eaten very fast. Definitely will be back for more❤️

I do not recommend it. The pizza has a thick crust and is tasteless. The owner asks if you liked it if you hear his native language or Spanish. I do not recommend it at all and I will never come back.

Lovely hidden gem close to where we are staying. Gorgeous pizza. Lasagna was good nice, fresh and tasty. My son said he wanted a margarita and then wanted pepperoni off my daughter’s hence the 1 piece in 1 of the photos.

We visited this pizzeria after a tip from a local. It's not a fancy restaurant but you feel comfortable and welcome. The pizza is amazing, the tiramisu too. We tried other pizzerias in the area when we passed by them but this is by far the best pizza we’ve had in Fuengirola, so we came back multiple times during our vacation.

Nothing to complain. The food was good and the pizzas were large enough. Good service. The place was pretty empty when we arrived around 7pm, but in an hour there were hardly any empty tables. Absolutely worth the visit!

HUGH G — Google review
Absolutely phenomenal! This is without a doubt the most authentic and delicious pizza you will find in Fuengirola, and a true hidden gem that both locals and visitors need to experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a wonderfully cozy atmosphere and the incredible aroma of a real wood-fired oven, the heart and soul of this place. It's a family-run restaurant, and that passion for genuine Italian food shines through in everything they do. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a dining experience that feels both special and comfortably familiar. We sat outside and it was a wonderful evening. Now, the pizza. It is simply perfection. The crust is the star of the show: perfectly crisp on the outside, light and chewy on the inside, with that unmistakable flavour that only a proper wood oven can create. The toppings are fresh, high-quality, and generously applied. I tried their signature Romeo e Giulietta pizza, and it was an absolute masterpiece. The perfect balance of Rocket, Onions, Parma ham, and Mushrooms. Every single bite was a delight. This is the kind of place that's clearly loved by locals, which is always the best sign. If you're looking for a genuine taste of Italy on the Costa del Sol, you absolutely cannot miss Pizzeria Romeo Giulietta. We will be back again and again. Highly, highly recommended!

Located next to the Los Boliches train station. Food is not bad. Quite enjoyed their Pasta Arrabiata. 🍝🍕
Toni C — Google review
The star rating fooled me, place itself is not at the most ideal location but menu looked good but thats it. We ordered only pizzas and they arrived after 40 min waiting. The base of the pizza was a ”ready” base which you can buy to freezer and the taste was mid. It would ve okay for a pizza you buy from the local mercado and dont expect a quality pizza but some fast grab and go style food. Also the waiting time was too long for this kind of food. If you choose to visit this place, I suggest trying the other options from the menu than pizzas.
Tuomas — Google review
This is very conveniently located at Los Boliches train station for a delicious meal. Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommend homemade pizzas and delicious pita breads with the salads!!

Lunch before leaving. Been here before and pizzas are good, thin and crispy, well cooked. Big salads. Pleasant staff too. Reasonable prices.
Jean B — Google review
This place used to be one of my favorite pizzeria that I visited once a month, but the quality and the service has gone down the hill drastically. Ordered pepperoni pizza and wanted to add red onions to the pizza. There's pepperoni, red paprika and mushrooms in pepperoni pizza. Confirmed this with the waiter multiple times that nothing is to be removed from the pizza and just add the onion as an extra. Got my pizza without red paprika and onions. There was only pepperoni and cheese on the pizza! Notified the waiter that I wanted the red pepper and onions on this. He takes the pizza and comes back with the red pepper and onions just added on top of the same pizza instead of making a new one just like I ordered it!!!! The onions and peppers were not properly cooked and were soggy and made the entire pizza absolutely disgusting. Really disappointed to loose my favorite pizza and pizzeria. Thank you; won't be back again.

I been here before and the food was great ! But today the food is a disaster! A pizza that was heated, burned and not freshly made! A salad that comes with a sandwich cheese!!! And spaghetti boloñesa that have tomato can !! The service is really bad, if not the worst. And definitely not kids friendly. This is our last time no doubt. When you show up many times to the same restaurant they start to take you for granted

Pretty vibe and hip. Prices are a little high EG 12€ for a small wrap and a mango smoothie, however the quality of the food is good and the new business helps boost the economic growth. The service is a little slow, took like 15 mins, but the ambulance is chill so I would say it’s a great place to get work done or hang out with a friend.
