Where to eat: the 50 best restaurants in Juan-les-Pins

There are worse places to write a review from than Cap Riviera. We were given a seat by the window on the beach. With the beautiful sea breeze, it couldn’t be better. Let’s rewind though. The location of the restaurant in Juan Les Pins is perfect - 10 mins walk from the train station. We kicked off with a glass of Champagne because it was Sunday. We were presented with black olive tapenade served with crispy toasts. Delicious. And then an amuse bouche of carrot crème flavoured with curry. Tasty but confusing! The set menu was next - both of us starting with poached egg and smoked bacon covered in a Parmesan espuma (posh foam). Really good although the consistency of the egg white as a little off-putting. We soldiered on to the mains - whole seam bream with a lovely risotto and a deconstructed prawn ravioli with fennel. Lovely! Accompanied by a local rose. Then swapped the deserts for another glass of the rose and a coffee. The staff were charming and friendly. We even struck up a conversation with the couple on the beach under our window. What a great lunch experience. Go there.

We had tried to go here the night before but where turned away, and when we finally got through to someone to book for the following night there was only an outside table available. But all went well. I didn't notice the people coming and going right behind me and view we had was fantastic. The specialit is fish and my cod was very good, but just on the edge of being a bit over. My friends monkfish was stunning. Sadly they had no turbot on when we where there but I would most definitely go back if they have it on. For a special occasion and you like fish then this is a goto place.

Had a great meal here, food was excellent. Service was also very good. Patio heaters were on outside which was good as it made the temperature comfortable. Good choice if wines and something for everybody on the menu. Deserts were to die for.

Definitely one of my favorite spots throughout my trip to France! We booked their first dinner reservation at 7 p.m. and had a lovely table facing the beach. This was the first restaurant for us where English really wasn't a thing, but the waiter was patient and did his best to get us what we needed! I promise to practice my French before my next trip here! Food was outstanding, no need to say more. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Exquisite food, excellent attentive service and a beautiful setting on the coast. Was losing hope after several bad meals locally, with rude service but this place is clearly a cut above the rest. Some of the best fish dishes we have ever eaten. Thank you to the team for a delicious Sunday lunch with the family.

Located near the walls and round the old lavoir, this is an authentic restaurant serving well prepared and imaginative cuisine. Great staff were attentive and helpful, the menu is written on a blackboard, presumably changing regularly, with a short list of options for starter and mains. Tuna with crispy thin pastry was a highlight. Excellent experience. Well priced Bailli Provence Rosé. Booking recommended.

Wow amazing French food at its best 👌 an old style restaurant charming atmosphere. Our waiter was very impressive 👏 flying around at the speed of light interacting with ever table nothing was to much trouble and was carried out with style and efficiency. Highly recommended this lovely little restaurant 😍

The food was truly outstanding and crafted with precision. The ratatouille was outstanding, the shrimp melted in the mouth, and the combination of sweet melons and ham was divine! Both the lamb and crispy tuna we had for our main course were exceptional. The service was decent, though the seating was a bit uncomfortable as our table and chairs were on an uneven surface, causing us to lean to one side.

Truffle mousse, amazing! Excellent squash soup. Main plates all great. Yet — wine list short with young wines.

One of the best meals we had in Antibes, with the friendliest and amazing service and so reasonably priced. A total winner.

We stopped for a snack at Au Comptoir des Sables at the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes – Juan-les-Pins. Food was good and our food came out in a timely manner, it did take a very long time to get a check after we completed our meal. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and golden, the guacamole with tortilla chips was fresh and flavorful—just the right amount of creaminess! We also enjoyed some warm water on a rainy day, which helped keep us warm on a drizzly day. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy yet stylish. All in all, a positive experience that we would recommend.

The waiter - Elena - was extremely nice and professional. Atmosphere OK. But the food… was very mediocre for a place of this kind.

They must have changed the chef as it does not look like the pictures at all. I took the burger and it was dry, the meat was not good and for 18,50€ plate they have put frozen fries the worst I have never eaten. What a disappointment ! Don’t stop there.

An unexpected treaure! Were surprised to find such great reviews for a restaurant in a Marriott-run hotel, especially considering it is France we are talking about. Fortunately, the reviews were right! The ambiance is classy, if hotel like- The entire bar and wait staff were wonderful, their fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked and their wine selection on point!

The food was fantastic, as was the service. A young gentleman by the name of Tung was especially kind, professional, and really made our dinner enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food and service extremely helpful and friendly

Absolutely lovely and delicious spot. We stopped in for lunch during our day trip in Antibes, sat outside and enjoyed ourselves. We ordered the melon/prosciutto plate, tomato salad and octopus salad. Finished off with delicious espresso and chatted with a sea view, overall a wonderful meal. We wish we ordered more fresh seafood, b/c we were admiring our neighbors eating a variety of shellfish! Will definitely come back!

The restaurant was a seafood recommendation however, there was very little English spoken. Waiter did not understand a word. We order muscles which weren’t too bad. The salmon pasta tasted like it was just heated in microwave. The crab was cold and not explained with no sauce. It was a total disappointment. And a costly one too!

Jacket stolen from the restaurant but apart from that the meal was very good. Typically French service from the French waiter… low energy and barely does more than needed. The Portuguese waiter professional and warm. Starters were super, ravioli with truffle and Tuna tataki followed by selection of great sushi. Good choice of wines. Lots of small flies and midges in the restaurant buzzing around our table which were a little annoying and showed lack of cleaning. We returned two hours after leaving the restaurant to collect a very nice jacket we admittedly forgot left on the back of the chair. It had not been noticed by the staff although pink. The attitude of French staff the following day again was awful, apparently the head waiter…

If you are not French, choose a different restaurant. We felt so welcomed at all the other restaurants in Antibes but this one. The service was so slow and terrible and the food is not worth it. We were ignored for 15 minutes waiting for a table and then when the host actually acknowledged us, it was a curt ‘outside?’ Not even a hello even though we speak French and were courteous with Bonsoir, ça va? to the host. But when he greeted other ‘French looking people’ he started with Bonsoir and was way less rude. It was the same with the server too. He was nice and friendly to French people but not to us. I especially hated the audacity of the servers asking foreign travelers for tips while treating them badly. I heard them asking other German tourists for tips but they didn’t ask French guests for tips. We did tip but I really wish we didn’t. We only went to this restaurant because someone local recommended it. We had such excellent experiences at all the other restaurants we randomly tried in Antibes. The food was meh compared to those other restaurants. The fish soup was so bad that we didn’t eat it and returned it, the server didn’t ask why we didn’t like it or anything to improve their service going forward, he simply looked pissed off. This really shows how much they care about the experience of their guests. Moules-frites and lobster linguine were not bad but nothing to write home about.

Fresh seafood, very tasty mussels. Service is fairly good. I’d recommend sitting outside for the view of the sea and the nice breeze. Reserving in advance would be best.

Chez Mo - Albert 1er enjoys a prime location, on the corner closest to the seafront, near the beach and Plage du Ponteil. However, the rest of the restaurant's amenities are generally below average. Food 2 out of 5 Cleanliness 1 out of 5 Ambience 1 out of 5 Service 2 out of 5 If you're still interested in trying it, feel free to read on. The interior is sparsely decorated and infested with flies. Halfway through my meal, my entire plate of bread was covered in insects, so I moved outside. While the noise and exhaust from cars is to be expected when dining on the street, the noise was further diminished by the customers throwing their fries on the ground, which attracted a large number of seagulls and pigeons to grab the food. If you order the Chez Mo seafood platter, or any other platter, be sure to ask the waiter which type of oysters are included, as it's not specified on the menu. I didn't ask clearly, and ended up getting a dozen N3 rock oysters for €25 (confirmed with the Chef). After adding up the individual prices for the seafood, I realized the à la carte menu was even cheaper than the platter. Whether there was a mistake in the menu design or the chef had ulterior motives by using the lower-priced rock oysters to serve, I'm not sure. The waiter had tried to get away with it by claiming the set menu included a special N3 oyster worth €42 (the third row from the bottom on the page of the seafood menu) However, after repeated inquiries, the chef personally confirmed that it was the lowest-priced rock oysters, and finally charged the total à la carte price for the seafood being served. The other seafood wasn't very fresh either. The frozen snails were seasoned with chili and spices, presumably to mask the unpleasant fishy smell. The crayfish and some of the medium-sized shrimp were rather loose in my mouth. The small gray shrimp had a stronger Ammonian flavor. Then I argued to the Chef to make 2 drinks as freebies. He accepted. I didn’t try food other than seafood so leaving a 2 star here for food. It seems like there are other restaurants nearby named as Chez Mo. That could be franchised branches but can I expect things there to be any better than this?

The food came with beautiful presentation. By general standards, I’d give it a 5 out of 5; by stricter French standards, perhaps a 4 out of 5. The risotto was creamy and had a rich texture, but it was a bit too salty for my taste.

So happy with the whole dining experience here! Everything from the food to the ambience to the seating was perfect! Hostess was lovely and chef was fantastic! We had the cold pea soup as an app, tuna steak and duck breast as mains, and creme brulee and lava cake as desserts. They were all well cooked, visually appealing and delicious. Would highly recommend this spot in Antibes!

An unassuming little restaurant, with a big heart. Stopping here for lunch after making a reservation, we were met with friendly and welcoming smiles. The interior is warm and welcoming, with tables spaced adequately to feel cosy but not trapped. The food choices were amazing and reasonably priced, as were the drinks. We went for the duck and tuna steak, which were beautifully presented and a really enjoyable experience to eat. You could tell thought and pride had gone into the dishes. If you know you'll be in the area, I can recommend making a lunch or dinner reservation here. If it's not THE highlight of your trip, it will certainly be one of the more memorable ones.

Delicious pea soup and Cod fillet . Great presentation , lovely atmosphere . My children said they have had the best chocolate lava cake ever !!

Small restaurant, limited choices, but the food was really beautifully presented and great taste. Lamb shank was very tasty and tender, really good. Tuna steak was beautifully cooked and not dry. The scallops were fantastic too. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, named all the flowers used to decorate the dishes. Chef came out towards the end of our meals to check on us all, making sure everyone was happy and enjoyed our meals.

Incredible French cuisine. The quality of food delivered is some of the best I’ve experienced, while maintaining cheaper prices on average compared to the trendier restaurants closer to the sea. A more mature restaurant. Not to be missed for the sake of a couple of extra minutes walk. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We recently had a meal at Le Café de la Plage in Antibes, and the pizza was good. The restaurant is in a beautiful location, right by the sea in Juan-les-Pins, which makes for a relaxing and scenic dining experience. As primary English speakers, we encountered a bit of a language barrier with our server, which caused her to avoid our table a little more than usual. This wasn’t her fault at all—it’s just part of traveling to a country where we didn’t speak the language. Despite that, the overall experience was pretty good, and the pizza was good. If you’re looking for great food, an unbeatable atmosphere, and a relaxed vibe by the sea, we do recommend Le Café de la Plage!

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was rather disappointing. Although the location is really beautiful, the rest didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the salmon, but it was precooked and reheated, which was clearly visible in the photo. One half was completely overcooked, and the other half had turned orange and hard—completely inedible. We also had to wait quite a while for the menu, likely due to the slightly overwhelmed waitress. It’s a shame that the lovely atmosphere wasn’t matched by the quality of the food and service.

Really enjoyed it here, service was fast and the food was delicious. Portions were pretty big too. Their coffee is the best in the area. The setting is perfect, right by beach with sea views. It's extremely popular for a reason.

I loved the food here but sadly the service lets the place down a bit. It's not an expensive place to eat so I don't expect to have Ritz style service but we were kept waiting a looooong time to get a menu, to then order, to get drinks, to get a second drink, we didn't even get asked about dessert which we had planned to have. Luckily the food was great, the location is lovely particularly at sunset. The waiting staff were lovely, just not particularly attentive. I'm normally a pretty generous tipper but on this occasion it just didn't feel justified to leave one for a lacking service. I'd go back but when I'm in a particularly relaxed mood and not in a rush, the St Germain spritz is amazing and now a firm favourite of mine

🔝Fantastic I’ve been in this restaurant 4 times and I never had any issues nor did my partner have any. The food was fresh and of high quality, the waiters are friendly and available. Edit: Initially I gave 5 stars but now it dropped to 3. I took a pizza and it was beyond horrible, I felt like I was eating bread with cheese, since then I never went back here, such a shame, their service definitely downgraded.

They attended me and my friend, gave good advise on what to order, and also helpful tips of when to return (and we shall!) Azdin was especially gentle and kind to the senior patrons, and I really appreciate this care he gave to the clients. Myself, I love the virgin mojito and the Aperol Spritz. I've been to this restaurant a few times, and while I don't have any major complaints, there's definitely room for improvement. The location is stunning—right on the beach with gorgeous sunsets, everything you’d want for a perfect summer evening. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff aren’t necessarily rude, but they're far from attentive. You’ll often find yourself trying to catch a waiter’s attention because they rarely come to check on you. The cocktails are another letdown. They taste more like syrup than actual cocktails- sickly sweet with little to no alcohol, which is disappointing when you're expecting a refreshing drink. And then there’s the seating. Every time I've visited, the sofa chairs have been dirty- sticky, wet, covered in sand, or just grimy. The view is fantastic, which makes it worth visiting, but the poor service and unappealing seating definitely bring down the experience. This place could be so much better with just a bit more attention to detail.

Excellent beach with comfortable chairs. They are the most expensive on the strip at 50 euros per chair. The workers are super friendly. The food was outstanding. They ended up giving us the fresh fish for 2 rather than for 1. It is a massive difference in price for some reason (47 euros versus 130 euros). Service is extremely slow. They really miss out on a lot of business because of this. To go to the bathroom, you need to leave the beach and go up to the restaurant. They are clean. There is a nice shower to wash off the salt water.

We ate here despite the rating because we wanted fried calamari. We also had a beautiful rib eye steak with Roquefort cheese and mashed potatoes and added veggies. The food was excellent! The breeze and view were lovely. The service was nice. They knew how to make an iced coffee.

We had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant. While dining with our 1-year-old baby, two staff members got into a loud argument right next to our table, shouting and even pushing each other. One of the waitresses then threw objects from her hand in frustration, all of this happening only a few feet away from our baby. It felt unsafe, completely unprofessional, and ruined what should have been a relaxing meal by the beach. Management clearly has no control over staff behavior — I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant dining experience.

Five stars because there is really nothing to complain about. A lot of the negative reviews on here are for service.The service is typically French - that is, pleasantly unobtrusive, but friendly if you are friendly. My sense is that they are overworked and therefore it’s a bit slow in the high season, which is to be expected. I greatly enjoyed the food here - the turbot was excellent and it’s frankly better than many similar places I’ve been. Call ahead to reserve a beach chair (a “transat”). They will provide supplementary parasols and towels if needed and the chairs are quite comfortable. Low key, not too loud with music or people partying. 50 euros is a standard price for a chair in this area. Overall a good vibe and I would recommend.

Rude staff, charged 6 euro for a coffee with ice. The menu states 2.50 for a coffee. The bill listed “Cafe Frappe”, there was no milk/cream in the coffee ordered. I would not recommend this place.

Very unique dishes and friendly service. We were happily surprised with the extra dessert and soup they brought out to try. If you're able to get a reservation here, you should definitely go.

More than five stars! We enjoyed a really wonderful dinner there. They knew we have a dog and kept a nice place for us. We tried the special set menu, it should be the best food that I tried in my this travel. Hope next time I can still come back to this amazing restaurant!

My 3rd time here, down to 4 star compared to totally 5 star last 2 times for food quality reason: - the lamp (which I didn’t bother take photo) was completely failure for such a good restaurant. It’s salty which I can still live with, but the presentation is very bad with pulled lamp meat style just putting together without any design; as the meat is salty, you need more mashed potato to go with. Maybe to make it “fancy”, they put really just a spoon of mashed potato, bad balance. - the souffle dessert is not taste at all Other than that the fois gras and the fish entrees were so good; my fish plat was really amazing. The $15 2 glass of wine paring was also very vey good. This was my first time didn’t select menu dégustation but selected menu Vauban, not sure if that was the reason of the lower quality. I will still come here next time.

This is a great French restaurant. They have set menus and we chose the one with wine pairing. Honestly, look at the pictures. It's more food than expected and the wines were lovely. The staff is very friendly, the food is absolutely delicious and well presented and I can't complain about the portions. It's close to fine dining but slightly more relaxed. If you are up for a nice dinner then definitely book a table here.

Amazing food, creatively prepared coming on artistically dressed plates. We enjoyed every piece of our lunch at Le Vauban in Antibes and will definitely come back. We had the lunch menu and made the most of the mozzarella pan Scott’s with basilic sorbet … yummy and so fresh. The rest of the menu was all at the same level with a gorgeous scampi risotto and fabulous desserts. Service was just classy and added the last notch to delivering a great experience. We can’t wait to get back.

Amazing experience. The food was delicious, especially the fillet that was spectacular, really the best fillet I’ve ate so far. The meat was done just to the point (I asked for medium-rare) and the sauce was amazing. The service was very good with extra surprises given free. Would definitely recommend for anyone in Antibes.

A very busy restaurant! Service was very good though for the volume of people seated. Food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. The 3 course option for 49€ was very good value. Friendly and fun staff made it a good evening. All meal sizes were very good however id have like a bit more meat in the veal cassarole- that wouldnt stop me going vack though, Would definitely recommend. Worked out at €59 per person including 1 bottle of wine. (4 people)

Very nice service and excellent food. We ordered 2 x 40 euros Menu and 1x kid menu. Again, the food was really good cooked and served. We enjoyed pretty much our last evening at Antibes.

Excellent dinner spot. Service was friendly. We got several dishes including the fried zucchini flower, salmon béarnaise, and scallops. We finished off with the small dessert plate. Everything tasted excellent. My only small complaint is that the outdoor chairs were a bit uncomfortable. No gluten free options, no dairy-free milk available for coffee.

Such an exceptionally fun and delicious dining experience! Cyril made excellent recommendations for food and wine and made the experience complete with his genuine and warm personality. The pan seared calamari, turbot, vegetables were all cooked to perfection and the Napoleon was outstanding - very talented culinary team, as well!

The food is very good. I had the Mediterranean Fish Soup as a starter, and the Duck Breast as the main course. Both were very good. Although the restaurant is full tonight, the service remains very good … I think this restaurant deserves a higher rating than 4.3

Truly a French delicacy. An array of options for all types of palates. Outstanding service and mouth watering, lips licking good food. Great options I tried: -Escargot -Burger -Steamed Sea Bass -Fish Soup MUST VISIT!

Perfect location, on the street but with little traffic, allowing for that ideal ambiance when it's 24⁰C. Food was wonderful, freshly made, in contrast to some JLP restaurants. We ate the Black Angus steak. Service very friendly (thanks Max), the chef exceptionnel and the dog did his thing. Btw, the house red was perfect. Revisited the day before we left this wonderful town.

what a fabulous little restaurant! excellent food, so fresh and flavourful, and served with such warmth and friendliness. staff were lovely, and accompanied by lenny the dog, who was very polite and enjoyed a head scratch from time to time. a must visit in juan les pins for fresh local food and a pleasant evening!

What a wonderful dinner! Service was attentive and helpful, food was scrumptious. They had the first bottle of dry vermouth we’ve seen in the south of France, so we were overjoyed to have a “proper” martini before dinner! The special tonight was a ravioli that should not be missed and the warm chocolate cake for dessert was divine! Also the Asian tuna tartare was fantastic. This is a definite recommendation restaurant. Ps, Max our waiter was everything you want from a waiter!

We went on a slow night, although it was an early 7pm reservation so perhaps it got busy later. The food was excellent. The crab starter was as advertised, with great flavor and a unique presentation. Tuna tartare was tasty. The stuffed chicken thighs were professionally prepared and satisfying. But... of all things, the cheeseburger was simply outstanding! Wow! Our host was friendly and charming. Don't hesitate to go!

Though it may look touristic at a first glance, make no mistake - that’s a great restaurant that represents the best features a french restaurant could offer : fresh ingredients, he made food, inventive chef - all resulting in a delightful experience. The venue is nice as well - in front of a small garden square. Totally worth your time and effort.

The food here was unoriginal, flavorless, and just not good. It also felt very not fresh. The salmon tartare tasted like lox that was too salty and the tayaki steak was too sweet and low quality. The fish was overcooked and the chicken was a dry chicken alfredo. I did not come to France for this and it would be a shame to waste a meal here.

We had the tasting menu along with wine pairing. Overall, the food was good, although I did not like a few dishes. The service was lacking: the servers rarely explained the dishes and the overall service was too slow. I had to ask multiple times for the next dish and I even complained about how slow it was. We were there for over three hours! We sat outdoors and that was very pleasant, although more cleanliness of the surrounding environment would have been very much appreciated.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. It's quite expensive. I ordered the pork dish as a main course. The portion was very small-more a starter sized portion. It was also cold on one side of the portion, warm on the other so not cooked properly. I was hungry so ate it and as I'm not French I decided complaining was pointless. I did not have desert. €43 for a piece of pork that cost €5 in the butchers. It was noticable that there were very few diners, with many available tables. Yet, around the corner all the restaurants were busy, with few available tables. I wonder why? This restaurant is best avoided. Poor value, small portions. I went to an ice cream parlour for dessert and I got more to eat there.

Restaurant off the path that offers very interesting food. We really enjoyed our dinner. It was delicious but be ready for a different and creative approach to your meal!

L’Arazur is a fantastic restaurant that everybody should consider if they are looking for high quality food and an elevated experience at a restaurant that is slightly tucked away from the busy areas of Antibes. Just make sure that you make a reservation. We did the five-course tasting menu, with two starters, two main courses and dessert. Everything was plated beautifully, fresh and delicious. The wine pairings were also perfect. The servers were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy working there. We did tasting menus at other restaurants in Antibes as well, and L’Arazur ended up being the most expensive meal. With that said, we would still definitely go back next time we are in town!

I had a magnificent time at L’Arazur. The highlight was the incredible food! Everything was so fresh and full of flavor. My beef just fell apart, and the pork was perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent and attentive. Inside the restaurant, I really liked the upstairs dining area, it seems there is downstairs dining, but it tends to be a bit hot.

Incredibly delicious, tasty and well presented food from starters to dessert. The only criticism are the tiny portions and the hefty price tag. We spent €110 per person for three courses.

We chose L'Arazur for a special birthday dinner and couldn't have been more delighted. The 7-course tasting menu was outstanding from start to finish—a true culinary journey through the Côte d'Azur. Each course showcased excellent technique and flavor, with individually small portions that together made for a perfectly satisfying meal. Even the homemade mini-madeleines served with coffee were a thoughtful touch that elevated the entire experience. The intimate setting added to the occasion—limited seating and a view into the small kitchen created just the right romantic atmosphere for our celebration. This is exactly the kind of place for a special date or milestone dinner. One important note: it is best to make reservations in advance. The limited seating means this gem books up quickly, but it's absolutely worth the planning.

I dined at the restaurant situated on the terrace, where the sunset view was truly spectacular, complemented by the charm of the historic building. The staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and provided detailed explanations of the menu items in English. The culinary offerings were commendable; however, the desserts were somewhat a bit too sweet for our preferences. The presentation of the dishes was exceptional. Unfortunately, a big wedding event occurred on the same evening, resulting in elevated noise levels that detracted from the serenity of the outdoor dining experience.

I had an excellent dinner at the restaurant La Passagère. It was an unexpected windy night so we all stayed inside. But the ambient was as romantic and dreamy as expected. Very well presented dishes serving by extremely attentive staff. Luca was the one took care of my table. He knows the dishes to every single details. Highly recommended 🤍

My husband and I have dined at many Michelin Star restaurants around the world from Napa to Florida to Italy and France…you get the idea. I would place this bottom 3 experiences we have ever had and I am not that picky to be fair. See there is a delicate balance of trust when you are experiencing fine dining. In the right hands, you are taken on a journey, a dance of pleasure if you will. This experience was anything but that; and more like a feeding trough for animals. Let me continue to set the stage. This was our last meal after a 12 day trip all around the French Riviera. We had the BEST Michelin experience in Nice at Flaveur on night 4. We walked in at 7:30 pm and left at 12:30am. Please note this was a 5hr time frame for 7-9 courses with wine pairing. We also ate at very basic restaurants during our trip. None EVER went less than 2 hrs with drinks and an entree. At La Passagerde, we were finished with a 7 course meal in under 2hrs, including the bill paid. Let me explain why this is an important detail to my 1 star review. Upon arrival we were offered champagne and poured a full glass. We were then given bread and 2 “starter” dishes within 15mins. Have you ever drank a an entire glass of Rosa Champagne and basically half a meal in 15mins? I haven’t!? I was sort of confused and still trusting in the staff and experience since this is a Michelin Star experience. After 30 more mins I had wine glasses stacking up that were half finished and when I excused myself from dish 3; 35 mins later to use the restroom because now I am not feeling so well, my plate was cleared!? No one can enjoy rich and complex dishes with wine pairings at a rapid pace that the staff was setting. It felt like they wanted to turn the table over to hurry and get more people through. It was extremely fake and impersonal with the staff. I lost all trust in the process. Eating here was a race and my husband finished one of my plates because I felt so sick and couldn’t eat another bite of white fish drenched in sauce. I sat there moody and unresponsive to the staff and literally NO ONE ever bothered to ask how anything was or if I was ok…like I was lucky to even be there!? All the plates were fish and so basic. Literally nothing stood out and I was so full by the 3rd course because I ate 5 dishes in 45 mins that everything started to taste bitter. This was like a hotdog eating contest that I never entered… This place reminds me of the Michelin star restaurants where the head chef used to be there but doesn’t go back anymore and the whole place is going down hill. It is a tourist trap at best. If you are accustomed to fine dining and Michelin Star then do yourself a BIG favor and go into Nice and eat at Flaveur where the main chefs are still there and care about the experience. If you have never had a Michelin meal and enjoy eating and drinking like some is going to take your food from you during a 7 course meal that is done in 2hrs (check paid at 2 hrs) then this is your place.

Spectacular. Very pricey but such an amazing experience, incredible food, beautiful wine, highly recommend the bar Fitzgerald for a cocktail before dinner. We watched the sunset in the most beautiful setting, amazing service. It was an absolute fairytail evening that we will never forget

Spectacular meal in a stunning environment. We had the “surprise” menu, 8 courses which was simply stunning. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. That with a view over the bay as the sun was setting. Worth every penny.

La Passagère is an absolute gem! The view over the Mediterranean is spectacular, the cuisine is creative and full of flavor, and the service is impeccable yet warm. A perfect fine-dining experience that beautifully combines elegance, atmosphere, and gastronomy. Truly memorable!

Very nice setting and very welcoming staff. We had a table outside and the view was really nice. The food is nice, we had the seafood menu and I really liked it. The letdown was the service: while they had enough staff, the wait between dishes was very very long: for a 5 course menu we had to stay over 4 hours. Some tables arrived before us and left before us. Given that there are 3 set menus and we didn't take cheese, that's not great. Often you'd see a waiter holding a tray with a table next dishes but no other waiter to serve them out. There's clearly a need for someone to help with the flow of waiters and ensure that no table is left out: finished dishes would stay on our table for 15 minutes

Excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Antibes. Octopus pasta is phenomenal. Right by the market so post dinner hit the Absinthe bar and forget all your problems.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a nice atmosphere. The food is decent but nothing special. Portions are on the smaller side, and the prices feel a bit high for what you get.

3 courses, bread, water, 2 Gin Fizz. €73 . I gave a tip of €7. Well worth it and would go back.

A really nice Italian restaurant in an old town Antibes. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, a quiet/relaxing place for a night. This place is for you! It is great for romantic dinner, dining with family or group of friends. The restaurant has about 10 tables (so make sure you reserve your table in advance and is only open at night. During summer time there will be more tables on the terrace outside (around Mid June-August) Food was good. Service was warm and welcoming. There was only few selection of menu but it was good and gastronomic, love the dessert. Ambience was nice and relaxing. It got some candle light at night. The price is reasonable for its services and ambience. This place has never been too crowed because the booking management of the restaurant so you can sit as long as you like for the night. Since the restaurant is pretty small so it can accept only few guests per night (don’t feel bad if one day you show up at the door and get rejected) so book now!! 👍👍

Mixed feelings about this one! Pros: - Lovely service. - Generous nibbles complimentary. - The cocktails didn’t skimp on the alcohol! - Fun vibes and music. Cons: - The first cocktail I had was so sweet it was like drinking 100% squash. Worse it didn’t have sugar listed on the menu so I wasn’t expecting a sickly sweet cocktail. Even the mojito was over sweet. - every alcoholic drink is around €15, so certainly better value places nearby. - it seems tap water can cost €15? We were not charged this so maybe it’s if somebody doesn’t order any other drinks. If the cocktails were great would have rated 4 or 5 instead.

This bar is worth visiting. It has its own unique Brazil atmosphere, the cocktails are a bit overpriced, but for this place you can pay. Also there was dancers all night, that really make atmosphere. Would recommend you to go here 100%

Service by our waitress was indifferent, the drinks could not have been more firmly placed without breaking the glasses. I got the vibe we were not welcome as the drinks menu was removed and the bill delivered. When I paid I was processed by another server who seemed a lot friendlier and I think the whole experience would have been better with the different server. The food was mixed, some delicious, some unidentifiable. All in all, given the price of the cocktails your money is probably better spent elsewhere.

Great ambiance, some of the funnest tiki theming I’ve seen in Europe. Cocktails were all really tasty and the complementary fish balls were a welcome snack while enjoying a few rounds. Prices are what I’d have expected from tropical cocktails with blending and multiple ingredients. Overall great place to escape the bright sun before or after dinner - later in the evening they have performances as well.

Pretty intence place, cool and hip. The performers are great. We asked for a recommendation for a drink and the waitor helped us, it was a big share in a shell, didnt taste that great for the price of almost 40 euros. One time visit.

I’ve been coming to Juan Les Pins for years and unfortunately Le Crystal has gone rapidly downhill. Service no longer comes with a smile, prices are very expensive and it seems they no longer care about their clientele.. a pure money making factory for them.. completely lost all personality. Save your money and go elsewhere

The service and ambience here are both top-notch. My wife loved her drink. The food was also really good. At the time of this writing, the overall review score is, in my opinion, lower than it ought to be considering the quality of this place. I definitely recommend it and would return, it is a fun place to enjoy a lovely evening in Juan les Pins.

Voltaire, Dior, the French language, the Enlightenment, and Ratatouille — all these great exports have one thing in common: they strengthened the soft power of France, projecting an image of elegance, intellect, and refined culture to the world. And then there’s Le Crystal. This place feels like a deliberate attempt to undo centuries of charm in a single meal. Upon arrival, I was told (with an impressively straight face) that the outside tables were reserved for Saudis only. Apparently, liberté, égalité, fraternité does not extend to the terrace. Also, fun fact: it’s 100€ per seat — yes, just to sit. No drink, no bread basket, just a wildly inflated sense of self. When I decided to leave this fever dream, a staff member grabbed my arm to stop me from exiting. I gently pulled away — and was rewarded with a full-volume meltdown in the middle of the restaurant. Moments later, a young waiter appeared, presumably to de-escalate things… but instead challenged me to a fight in the back. An actual fight. Behind the restaurant. Because nothing says “French fine dining” like threats of violence over a chair you never sat in. I never made it to the food, but if hostility, humiliation, and high blood pressure are your thing, Le Crystal serves them à la carte. Otherwise, spare yourself — and go enjoy France’s soft power somewhere it still exists. Like a boulangerie. Or literally anywhere else.

A really nice, small and cosy restaurant in an old town, Antibes. It is best if make a reservation a day prior. They are often full. It is a good choice for special occasions like birthday or valentine’s The chef is known as the champion of dessert in France. The menu is quite limited (each course has 3 different dishes to choose from) Each dish is very decorative, so satisfy to the eye). The food was good, you would love it if you were a meat eater! (2/3 main dishes were beef and other was scallop). Desserts were very creative and delicious, it surely made with love and attention! Service was fine. Ambience was warm and cosy. The price was somewhat reasonable! (see my photo for the price) We were a family of 4, we had a great dinner here (each had full set menu+digestive and brought back a bottle of local liquor. This restaurant is also a boutique, it offers quality local products that you can buy from. Surely I would recommend it! 😋👍

My fiancée and I stumbled in here one night in Antibes after getting turned away at another nearby restaurant. Thank god that other restaurant didn't have room for us. We weren't too hungry so we ordered a light dinner. We got The Egg, The Crab, and The Mozzarella di bufala. Each dish was incredible but The Egg was truly a standout for us. Such incredible flavours and it was arguably the most unique dish I've ever had. The presentation of each dish as well was beautiful. After having such an incredible three dishes for dinner, we decided we'd both order a dessert. I ordered The Lemon and my fiancée ordered The Chocolate / coffee. You can tell that the Chef here really has a passion for food - especially desserts. Both desserts were both absolutely incredible. Two of the best desserts that we've ever had! We dined at Côté Terroir on July 8th and not a day has gone by since that we haven't thought about this meal. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife duo and we couldn't believe how smoothly everything ran with just the two of them. He is running the kitchen all by himself and she is running front of house solo. The two of them make an incredible team and it was so lovely to see a couple be so passionate about something and to see them thrive at it. I was seated in a spot where I had eyes on the Chef and I was truly blown away at how calm he was handling each station in the kitchen on his own. I've worked in restaurants for many years and have never seen a Chef handle themselves with such composure. They also support a ton of local producers by selling items made or grown locally. Very nice to see a business support other local businesses. I hope to one day be back at Côté Terroir and will make sure to tell anyone that I know visiting to make sure to visit as well! I believe that it's only a matter of time until they receive a Michelin Star. P.S. Although my pictures of the food are great, they absolutely do not do the dishes justice. Easily one of the best meals that we had during our time in France!

We were lucky to find a table last min. Their wine menu is also very good.

👍 Pretty good We’ve been here once for dinner and it was pretty fancy, we’ve enjoyed the atmosphere this restaurant offers. Although the prices are on the expensive side, the food itself is pretty worthy, also the portions are on the big side. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t give me new silverware after eating the starters, they left me the dirty ones on the table, not even on a plate and I had to ask them to give me new ones.

Staying at Hôtel Belles Rives felt like stepping into a film I never wanted to end. I spent hours on the balcony just watching the light shift over the water, imagining scenes from old movies or pages from Tender is the Night. The service was elegant and old-school in a way that’s so rare now—quietly attentive, never overbearing. Dinner by the water felt like something from a classic film, and every corner of the hotel holds so much history and emotion. Belles Rives isn’t just a hotel—it’s a story. And I felt incredibly lucky to be a small part of it, even just for a few nights

We spent an afternoon at their private beach club! Lovely location and pristine views! Staff were also friendly and welcoming and good service overall! However food options are a bit limited and perhaps a bit overpriced , but it’s a place I would visit again!

rooms are small and almost all of the amenities are inconvenient to use. while the reception is warm and helpful but the vallet pakring costs a lot, 50 euros per night. and even the breakfast is poor and the services are awful. the taste of coffees is trash, so I asked to get espresso but the server didnt bring it until I leave the table. After they noticed that I was leaving, then started to show they are brining it. it seems that they did such like that on purpose. worst hotel service ever I have.

What a special place to visit. Everything was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable. The service and attention was excellent. Breakfast on the deck was fabulous. Dinner food was top notch. All the best of Antibes.

My family, friends, and I have been visiting Belles Rives for many years. In fact, my grandparents fell in love with Antibes through this very place, which led to our family acquiring property in the area. That’s why I say this with genuine disappointment, that the standard at Belles Rives has declined severely. Over the past year alone, I’ve visited at least seven times, and each visit has been worse than the last.. from unprofessional service and inattentive staff to poorly made drinks and subpar food. I, myself, have never stayed at the hotel, but I’ve often come for a drink or meal, drawn by the view and nostalgia. Sadly, those are no longer enough. On my most recent visit, on the 24th of June, I came with a friend for a casual drink and something to share. We ordered the burrata with tomatoes, repeatedly confirming with our server that the dish contained no nuts, as my friend has a serious allergy. We were reassured multiple times, and nothing on the menu indicated otherwise, so we proceeded. First, it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Then, the burrata arrived, smothered in pesto. We immediately raised the concern, and after another long wait, a replacement arrived. Another waiter kindly offered bread, which never came. Our desserts followed. I ordered the crème brûlée, which turned out to be a cold, jelly-like, oddly flavoured reinterpretation that bore little resemblance to the classic dish. The final disappointment came with the bill, which took 25 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant being nearly empty. A staff member approached with the bizarre and condescending question: “Are you the allergy people?” She then insisted the original pesto was “nut-free,” despite listing pine nuts as an ingredient immediately afterward (a baffling contradiction). Her explanation was confusing and dismissive, and frankly, quite troubling given the seriousness of the issue. We later learned it was our servers first day, and frankly, we felt bad for her. She was clearly unsupported. It’s deeply frustrating to watch a once-loved establishment lose its sense of hospitality and quality. While the view remains beautiful, it no longer justifies the experience; the service, food, and attitude have all fallen well below the standard that Belles Rives once represented. Regrettably, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

Very friendly staff and a delicious meal. Didn’t have reservations but we were able to get a table from a cancellation. Their lose our gain lol. Both the app and mains were very well prepared with generous portions. We did skip dessert as we had plans to get gelato but it was a difficult decision.

Had an excellent experience here for dinner. They kindly accommodated us without a reservation, but others after were turned away so definitely reserve a space. Food was very tasty, excellent portion size. Staff very friendly and efficient. Camembert starter was particularly amazing and sharing between two is recommended.

I'm very selective about food. I stayed in Antibes for 3 nights and came here for dinner twice. This is how I describe how good the food is here ;) The chef obviously loves his job, and the staffs are very friendly. The only thing you need to be aware of is the service can be a bit slow if you have a tight schedule to catch.

Extremely disappointing meal. The seafood pasta was bland and tasted like it had just been boiled in water — no seasoning, no flavor, and absolutely no presentation. Definitely would not recommend.

Beach was clean. Staff was nice. Reservations a bit misleading online. 45€ with lunch. In my head that means lunch included, but it was not. The Caesar salad was genuinely gross, I could not eat it. My friends veggie burger was also pretty bad. They made us get up and move chairs when we first settled in because “regulars” were coming. Lots of kids around and they say they will charge you €10 more to be away from them but from what I see that is not a worthy upgrade.

Bad experience. A waiter accidentally dropped a heavy wooden tray with a drink on my friend’s foot, causing her ankle to swell. He apologized, but nothing was done to make up for it. When we went to pay, the manager handed us the full bill, including the drink involved in the accident. We politely asked if it could be removed, given what had happened. Instead of understanding, she became rude and even questioned whether the incident had really occurred. She later returned and said that if we wanted fairness, we should have followed the lido’s “requirement” to eat lunch there — something never mentioned to us. She claimed it’s “clearly stated” multiple times on the website… which is only in French. At that point, we offered to pay for everything, including the cocktail, but she replied — still rudely — that it was fine “since we asked.” We won’t be going back.

A restaurant and beach with a magnificent location in the bay of Juan Les Pins. You will love it! Spend a day by there beach and enjoy the cocktails and the service. Eat in the restaurant, a bit higher price but normal for the location. Quality way over the others around. The service is top! But hurry up because 2021 is the last year they can stay open. French law is closing some of the private beaches in the area and Provençal Beach is one of them.

This restaurant is an absolute joke. Gaspacho out of a can. Panier de légumes is literally a bag of vegetables. Non even sliced. You have a bag of raw and entire cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers. That it. 28€. I think it's first time in my entire life I got such a joke.

This restaurant is really good, right on the beach! I liked the decoration and it’s ambiance music.

Making a reservation with this place is an absolute nightmare. The lack of communication from whoever runs their instagram account is completely rude and unprofessional. I contacted this place by phone and was told to make reservations through ig. I message them on ig and they tell me to wait until the date is closer. So I wait. I message them again, when the date is fairly near and they leave me on read. Message them again, and they don't even open the message. Then I decide to message them on my second account and I assume they knew it was me, no response again. So ridiculous that people are only able to reserve by ig and they pick and choose who can attend? Make it make sense.

Careful!!! Had Scombroid food poisoning after eating raw tuna in two dishes. Staff were very dismissive and claimed it was not possible - very bad experience.

Dine on the beach next to the Med. This is a great experience, sand on your feet, a glass of Rose in one hand and a fork with a twist of linguine palourdes in the other. Hopefully with a beautiful partner or friends. Ok this is expensive compared to dining away from Antibes main strip, but probably worth very penny/cent. No issues with Services the night we were there. All good!

We shared a filet of beef with truffle sauce. After asking chef to cook mine a little longer, it was delicious. The sides were just OK. Nothing special. Service was attentive and pleasant. The creme brulee was tasty but the sugar was not burnt enough and had ben done earlier so there was no hot, cold contrast with the sugar.

OMG this is a GREAT restaurant!!! Fabulous goat cheese salad appetizer with warm goat cheese in a puff pastry. The gourmet salad has arugula with sides of smoked salmon, duck and foie gras. The main of turbot in a champagne sauce is to die for! Perfectly cooked and so flavorful! The salmon is also amazing! Service is attentive and friendly. Great wine list too. GO, GO, GO!!!!

Really nice place! We just discovered it by mistake and we were really pleased. Food was delicious! I ordered octopus and is was really good made. It just melted in my mouth. Really recommend this place! I suggest making a reservation in advance to be sure.

As French as it gets. Had fish stew and veal. My partner had salmon. Enough butter in the mash to show how nice traditional French cooking is. 5/5 definitely worth visiting

Delicious, fresh seafood cooked to perfection. It appears to be a husband wife operation, but we did not inquire. None the less, the service was exceptional, the Madam was extremely knowledgeable and gave us excellent suggestions. The chef is also a skilled model boat builder who's builds accent the decor. This is a must try if you visit Antibes.

Hidden gem in Juan-les-Pins. I ate the vegetarian menu. Everything was great! Rochefort beer is difficult to find. Cheeses were tasty and Seitan was very well combined with the sides. The strawberry cake was delicious. All in all great experience. I would come again!

Pity about the service; our waiter was surly and nearly put us off with his attitude. We decided to have lunch when all we really wanted was a snack, but nevertheless, the Crevette Poke Bowl was delicious. Can’t believe I ate it all. Nice place but please give a welcome to your guests.

Read the reviews - they’re there for a reason. Doesn’t matter if you speak French (which I did) or not. Horrible horrible woman on entry who didn’t want us to sit in their obviously free pontoon. And told us “Bon courage” in finding somewhere else. ??? Make that make business sense for you. (We sat there anyway to annoy her) Every moment of our day was a struggle. Waiter didn’t want to serve us, drinks took an age to arrive. glad we gave the food a miss it looked dreadful. Honestly tragic given the amazing institutions that used to grace this beach. Guess that’s what happens when all the guests are vile.. the staff adjust accordingly. Don’t go here - even if it’s your last option

The food was very average and not special and the crème brûlée was so weird. The custard was good, but after two different attempts they couldn’t melt the sugar on top. But the view is very pretty and the drinks are decent. The bathroom was also kind of unclean.

Horrible, I spent €80 for a seafood soup that was simply a sauce with salmon and shrimp leftovers and a hamburger with bacon that didn't have bacon but had a piece of ham and a cardboard burger, I asked for bread 3 times but they didn't bring it to me anyway, they took 30 minutes to bring me water that I paid €5 and I couldn't drink even a little since I had already finished eating. A robbery and it was also disgusting

The server tried stealing from us. Without giving us the bill first, they shoved a credit card reader in front of our faces that was 20 euros higher than the actual bill. I asked for an itemized copy and after a long time waiting he eventually came around with the bill with the correct amount. No apology, didn't explain himself, didn't even pretend it was an accident; he made it clear it was deliberate. This is serious. It's a crime.

This bar could be amazing if the overpriced drinks were drinkable, if the staff was nicer and if we were not to wait 1h+ to order, then another 1h to get our drinks and then another 1h to pay. Otherwise the venue is beautiful.

We both had a tasty lunch, sharing an entree and having separate main courses. My scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto creamy. My husband enjoyed his slow cooked Iberian pork.

The food looked amazing, no doubt—they really care about presentation. But taste-wise, it just didn’t work. It’s a fusion restaurant, but the flavors in the dishes I had didn’t go well together for me. In the starter I took, the salads were good, but the fish was not so. Also in the mains, the duck with foie gras was good, but the sides it came with was not so. And for how expensive it was, the service was really disappointing. Not worth it, honestly.

An unexpected second visit to this lovely restaurant. We shared two starters, the crab and the sea bream cevichie. Both very very nice but we preferred the latter and it's spicy Thai flavours. Mains were sea bass risotto and the Thai soup, which I had previously. Both delicious but wish that I had gone for the Thai soup again lol. Service again was top notch. Will definitely return should we revisit Antibes 😋 Wow! What a find!! The food is simply bursting with flavours. From the salmon sashimi starter, which we shared, to the Thai soup with shrimp and the tuna tataki, outstanding. If I lived locally, I'd be happy to eat here all the time. Fantastic service from our delightful hostess, helpful, warm and friendly 👏👏👏

It may not be for everyone but I loved it. Plating of every dish was amazing. It is like good asian food from French kitchen. If you ever wonder how could already great tasting asian food have a Michelin style look, don’t miss this place.

The meal in this interesting fusion place, from beginning to end, was fabulous. Don’t miss the Gua Bao buns.My starter of salmon sashimi with Japanese whiskey and wasabi mousse was outstanding. My wife really enjoyed the octopus carpaccio. The special- tentacles of octopus and lobster bisque over laughing noodles was great as was the salmon topped with foie gras. Special nod to the chocolate cake filled with Toblerone finished with caramel and amaretto. Highly recommended!

This was our 3rd visit to La Cafetiere Felee. The food is a fusion style of French and Asian and is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Good sized portions so we don't always manage a dessert (sadly!). Quite a small restaurant run by a husband and wife team so they work really hard and are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Menu is from 17/06/25. The meal was delicious. I had escargot with Chablis to start and then the truffle sauce beef with Cabernet Sauvignon as my main. I finished with limoncello sorbet. It was a bit out of the way from where I stayed in Antibes, and if you are driven there I would have them drop you off at the roundabout. You have to walk through the small outdoor shopping area to get there. It was worth the extra 10 minutes, as it checks every other box. It was also not very busy to my surprise. As others have stated, the views are beautiful. The sunset on the hillside is more colorful vs the sea. I was bitten by a mosquito on the patio and they gave me repellant. Very hospitable towards tourists while remaining authentically French. The waitress asked if I would like the check, but then never brought it. As a solo diner I don’t have anyone to chit chat with, so usually want to leave quickly after the meal (but this is not the French way). I just went up to the podium to pay and it was no problem.

An excellent dinner on our last night in Juan Les Pins! Chef Mattieu creates a delicious menu, both esthetically and full of flavor! The assortment of tomato salad as a shared appetizer was delicious. The sea bass for me and light, fluffy, meatballs with pasta for my husband resulted in 2 empty plates. Enough room for the chocolate lava cake adorned with whipped cream and ice cream, strawberries and mint. Our waiter, Reneigh (sorry for misspelling) was so attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. Wonderful dinner!

Very nice experience for our family. The service was fantastic. The server was very nice. Food was also very good. Little quirky of a place to find as it is in a complex. The only thing that bothers me is the smokers next to your table but I guess this is common practice in some restaurants. Takes a bit away from the ambiance.

Great place from all points of view! 🥩Excellent food (their beef tagliata is heavenly! went back there second time to order this dish. 25 eur per dish is worth it, I could not finish the main course after an entrée, had to take a doggy bag). 🤵Service is friendly and efficient. 🌄The setting is just perfect, be it for romantic dinner or chilling with family after the beach (in proper attire, of course). From the terrasse (I advise to reserve a table, in August) you have the view over the park Explora on one side, a bit of sea view and the hills full of little houses on the other. It was a surprise to find this gem in the residence complex.

A wonderful spot to enjoy great cuisine. It's located in a beautiful garden, and has a view of the sea, the park and some mountains at the same time :) The staff was very friendly, the dishes were great, and the strawberry mascarpone pie is a must.

It is more beautiful than the beach in Nice (the beach in Nice doesn't have sand, only rock); the atmostphere was amazing, fresh! From Nice you should take the train to Juan Les Pin station and it is only 10 mins walk from the station. Not many tourists know about this place but it was truly amazing and you should go!

Very nice dining experience. Service was good and the location is fantastic, right on the beach. The food was excellent, I had the truffle and scallop risotto and I can't remember when I've had better. Yes it's expensive, but look where you are! Highly recommended

Waked over as just a few minutes after they started dinner service at 8pm. I didn't have a reservation but was promptly taken to a table on the beach with a fantastic view of the coastline. Service through the dinner was great. I was suggested a great wine to pair with my seafood squid ink pasta. The food was served promptly and the meal was fantastic. I would consider this restaurant an amazing value for what is provided. Food, location, and service were all excellent. I won't forget dining here anytime soon.

We decided to rent two day beds at the restaurant. Very comfortable beds, and literally a few meters from the amazing water. Price for the beds was good value. The restaurant itself was a disappointment. The staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to have time for us. In an attempt to speak French they seemed agitated, which didn’t feel very nice. Food was also not amazing. Tasteless and overpriced for what we got. Shame, because the venue has potential.

Very good recipes, for a descent price. Service was a little bit long though. As we were there off-season, maybe that was the reason (reduced team). Very close to the beach. You just need to cross the street and you can hop in the water!

We came here for lunch and had the set menu - paella with seafood, very good and good price. Also had the steak which was tender - good view of the Antibes beach. Highly recommended in this part of town.

We visited this restaurant near the beach. It has ample space and a lovely beachside ambience. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was very helpful. We tried the Pina Colada and Exotic Pina Colada, and both were delicious. We also had a pita and hummus plate, a pasta dish, and a fish dish — all quite filling and nicely served. They even customized a steak with French fries and juice for our kid, which we really appreciated. The beach rustic interior and the beautiful backdrop inside the restaurant made it even more enjoyable. And the washrooms were clean too. Overall, a great place to relax by the beach with good food and amazing cocktails.

I've visited esterel restaurant 4 times during my visit and 3 out of 4 visits vere 10/10. From food, drinks and vibes to the views both during the day and night I couldn't imagine a better location in Juan le pins! We are very grateful for the best service we had throughout all these 3 visits but unfortunately when I went there for the 4th time (this time alone due to my flight being cancelled), I wanted to escape feeling miserable in the best place we found during our vacation... I met up with completely different service that day...from the start one gentleman while eating told me off " what do I want" just after entering the restaurant (I thought he was a guest at first) That was rude. I would love to pin point that this man was wearing a black tshirt that day and didn't look like a waiter. You should really change your attitude to customers. I really had a great time for the first 3 days, that was ruined on the 4th day. We thanked personally to the waiter that took amazing care of us and I'm sure If we ever go back we'd only come back if the waiter that served us then is on duty. Will I recommend this place to my friends? Probably. Thanks.

Worst experience ever. The location is so nice but the food and service is horrendous! I have been traveling a lot and never experienced something like this. The server ignored our table completely. Received the menu only after asking no one checked up on you and food was so bad and flavorless. Maybe it is because me and my partner are younger but with 23 I do not expect to be treated like this.

Ate here twice last summer and it was very good. It has gone downhill. Disinterested waiter, barely acknowledged us. Setting is pretty, on the beach. Food was ok. Two kids (think they are kids of the owner?) were very annoying. One of them threw a piece of ice at my head and hit me so hard. It hurt quite a lot and he did it twice (missed the second time). I went in and spoke to staff member. He said he'd speak to kids but no apology and kid not made to apologise. Then the two kids ran around the tables, kicking and throwing sand at each other (near the diners) and generally making things quite unpleasant. Final straw, we ordered coffee and they didn't bother to bring it. We finally got up, paid at till and left. Really awful service, mediocre food and rude, badly behaved children. Only nice thing was location.

On a busy night I would say yes try their food, but I hope to see them get back stronger next time 💪

La Bodega is a classy and pleasant restaurant located on a lively pedestrian street. Despite the busy area, it feels calm and welcoming. The menu offers a great variety—burgers, salads, pizzas, pasta, and moules—all very delicious. Service is fast, staff are friendly, and the portions are generous. Truly loved the place!

We had a very large group and the service was wonderful. The pizzas were some of the best we’ve ever had. They have a proper pizza oven. The mozzarella and tomato salad was delicious and we all had a great time. It was also in close proximity to our hotel which was very nice.

The staff was nice but the pizza with anchovies was very disappointing; it should have changed name to pizza garlic with eggplants. When asked where are the anchovies? The cook said oh we barely put any!! They better change the cook -never again!!

I ordered a Risotto with frutti de mar, it was full of sand and I cant eat this meal. After I told the waitress this, I was given a different meal. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the risotto, which was twice as expensive as my replacement. So unfortunately I can't make a recommendation here.

Once seated, we were waiting for a while for service even though we were the only ones there. The waiter was rude and refused to serve us one pizza, saying we each had to order one pizza. It was actually quite insulting. We left and went to another restaurant a couple of steps away where we got very friendly service when we ordered one pizza & salad to share.

We had a sharing platter which was extremely oily and not good at all, especially for €30. The waiter was a bit rushed in recommending the expensive sharing plate without explaining exactly what it was. On the other hand, the pina colada was alright. It’s nice to be down the sea having dinner but the quality isn’t there. We won’t be coming back.

A nice beach club in Antibes. The sunbeds are very comfortable ( 40€ per person, not first row) and the atmosphere is lively. Service was good, welcoming and attentive. The food was alright, it was quiet bland, but definitely not bad. Overall recommend!

It is one of those beaches in Juan Les pins with nice sands and warm water. The food was ok and the service too. The music was very nice. Proper showers and clean toilets are what’s missing.

The service was truly faultless, attentive in every detail yet carried with a quiet discretion that made the whole experience remarkably pleasant. The seafood was of the highest quality, fresh and prepared with real mastery, each flavor standing out without ever overpowering the other. It was a meal that spoke of care, precision, and a respect for fine ingredients. If there was one small imperfection, it was the placing of a table just in front of me, which slightly interrupted what was otherwise a splendid view of the sea. As I did not mention it at the time, it remains only a passing regret. In every other respect, the experience was exquisite and one I would gladly recommend.

We visited Epi Beach expecting a relaxing day at a beach club, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. First, we were charged €40 per person just for the sunbeds, and on top of that, we were required to eat at their restaurant—something that should have been optional. The food itself was very disappointing. I ordered a hamburger that was practically inedible. Without asking, the staff brought out guacamole and hummus, which ended up costing us €32 plus extra for fries—not a great start. At the end of the meal, we asked for coffee with sambuca, and instead of including the sambuca with the coffee as typically expected, they brought them separately and charged us €16 each. Completely unreasonable and not transparent. Be very cautious when ordering—our waiter was extremely persuasive and made it very easy to order things without making the pricing clear. This place feels more like a tourist trap than a luxury beach club. Definitely would not recommend based on our experience.

FOOD POISONING: 2/3 of our table got food poisoning from their meals (Sardines and king prawn wok). The setting might be nice but the food quality is dangerous. Ok place for just a drink, but you’re better off choosing somewhere else to eat.

The staff is the best!!! We visit Juan les Pins at least once every year and have visited all the beach clubs. The combination of price, quality and service is best at Epi Beach. We have been here a few days and we have had both lunch and dinner. All great.

Nice enough but €40 purely to lay on a sunbed on the back line is just crazy. We went to FAR nicer beach clubs with impeccable service for the same price for front line with beach towels etc included. I wouldn't go back just on principal really, all of the clubs in Juan are fairly expensive but if you're paying that you expect flawless service, we didn't eat because we had so much foot traffic right behind the sunbed, waiting staff and people going to the showers. Our drinks order was forgotten and needed a second flag down to remind staff. To top the day the boy employed to collect the sunbed mattresses walked by with a stack on his back and dropped one on my friends head, he didn't even realise he had done it or pick it up from the floor as he walked back past it. I always go to beach clubs but this isn't one I would rush back to

Absolutely amazing experience, first time I've ever booked a sun lounger! Absolutely lovely views, atmosphere and service! Lovely sandy beach and great cocktails!

Relaxing and enjoyable dining experience by the sea! From the moment you step onto the pastio, you're greated with sweeping views of the ocean and the sound of waves crashing on the shore. The menu features an array of delicious seafood options, as well as some non-seafood items for those who prefer other cuisine. We took the roasted lamb for two, which cost around 45€, quite expensive but the meat portions where generous unlike those of the gratin dauphinois. The ambiance, service and ice cream were all top-notch.

Antibes is where it’s at! I instantly fell in love with this resort town that sits in between Cannes & Nice. It’s a town with history & surrounded by luxury. We stayed at Hotel Helios, which has 2 private partner beaches - Helios Plage & Colombier Plage 🌊 Hence, where the swans & rosè come in… After checking in, we decided on Helios Plage for lunch. As soon as you walk in, you notice Buddhas everywhere & zen decor. The music was deep & the food great. Bottles of Côte du Rhône rosé are about 18euro to enjoy seaside, what’s better than that? The vibes overall were so great we came back for dinner 🔥 Service did take forever, but when you’re enjoying a glass of wine on the beach, it’s hard to complain. No matter which beach club you choose in Antibes, they all are great for people & swan watching, soaking up the sun, and enjoying fresh food.

The location was just about perfect, having dinner on the beach... our waitresses Cecile and Melinda have been really professional and nice. It was a pleasant experience, we will come back for sure.

Excellent salmon tartare with giant portion of fries. Add a good rose de Provence and you have a perfect lunch... Literally on the beach. Beach itself is small though and in Cote d'Azur.tradition insanely priced at 56 euros for 2 beds (even if you arrive at 3 PM). So, in the end bit of a mixed bag but food tips toward 4 stars.

Of all the beach restaurants this has the best staff and service, along with the best overall value. Lovely selection on the menu and really efficient service! Two lovely meals so far this summer & look forward to another few in the coming weeks.

Having tried a few of the beach clubs over the past few days we have settled on Le Colombier. It serves up the perfect mix for us as a family, great location, helpful and attentive staff (without being overbearing) and good food. We spend a month here each summer so it's important that things just work and here they do. If you want an easy experience and delivers, then this is place. Highly recommended.

We were looking for some nice beach restaurant for family dinner. The waitress here was very kind and offered us the best table next to the sea. Meals were quickly prepared and delicious. Kids pizza does not look great, but kids were more than happy and pizza was tasty!

We have been here for drinks and for lunch-two separate occasions. The bar service is a little slower than lunch but not painfully and still the staff is very pleasant. The food although a little high ( but not for a beach location ) is served well and very very good. We shared an Italian salad and a vegetarian pizza. Both were excellent. I would return.

I had to revisit my rating down, and down quite a bit. Dinner on the beach is great but food was disappointing. The pizza were barely cooked. And don't order fish (yeah ironic for a beach restaurant) you'd do better home with a frozen dish. I don't know may be it was a bad night or the previous one was the exception but if they want good ratings they need to be consistent in their delivery.

We started with a coffee, but ended up staying there for lunch with our 2 small children. The location and service was great, and the pizza's were really good! Would definitely recommend going there!

Loved the atmosphere and service on the beach, cocktails we're good, food portions great and delicious. The lounge next door has loud music and some people smoke around, but it was ok. Great place for watching the sunset. Wine was reasonsbly priced.

Had the Grilled Squid - expected it to come whole, instead was cooked in a fry up style of veg. Nice enough just lacked garlic and traditional way. Seafood salad was good and heavy on the fish

A nice restaurant along the beach. It seems to be quite popular as It gets crowded fast. The food itself really does not stand out in terms of taste unfortunately and the portions are mostly okay for the prices. Obviously if you're coming here, you are mostly coming to enjoy the view and the atmosphere of the sea and not so much the food. Still a good experience overall.

I highly recommend the linguine with seafood and the paella. The meat is so-so. It's better to book a table in advance, especially if you're a large group.

From the second I walked in, I was really well greeted. It was about 15h30 and I was so hungry. They had service and were HAPPY to serve me. Some restaurants gets annoyed when you go without a reservation outside of business hours. So I was so happy. All the staff was incredibly nice. Food was a 10/10. Clients stopped by just to say hello, anyways you can see the atmosphere was nice. Dogs welcome which was also a huge plus. I really loved my experience and would recommend it. Located in an old building in a medieval town, with great views, the hotel appears picturesque. The rooms are old, some with blistered ceilings that looked like they might peel at any moment. Some rooms smelled musty. The bathrooms were old-fashioned & lacked shower curtains. Our rooms lacked cold water delivery in the bidet, but the shower hot & cold water with good pressure. The most challenging aspect of the hotel was the steep winding stairs with no elevator. Nonetheless, inquiries about accessibility for persons with disabilities prior to our arrival were left unanswered. The hotel is closed between 3 & 6 pm, but can be accessed with a code. That said, taking luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor during this time is entirely a do-it-yourself endeavour & challenge. The breakfast, which is included, is wonderful with fresh baguettes, croissants & good coffee & orange juice. Sabrina at the front desk & Brigitte who cleaned the rooms were extremely pleasant & helpful. Other staff members could be helpful & warmed up during our stay, but were rude & unpleasant at first. The price is per room & very reasonable.

Too crowed and too long Third time I go to this restaurant but first time in peak season, and probably last time. Clearly they are trying to make the most of the seasons with many table but very long services (3 hours for 3 dishes) without any commercial gestures whereas they do recognize there was an issue in the kitchen. They could offer aperitif or the wine but no, they refuse…. Many many children running everywhere so don’t go there if yuh want to be quiet as well. Unfortunate that they are trying to make so much money during peak season to the detriment of quality….

Friendly and relaxed welcome in this restaurant located in the old town. The local, traditional and family food remains fairly simple for a price on the high side in my opinion. Difficult parking at the bottom of the town, you have to cross your fingers to find a spot and then not have any mobility problems to go up/down the hill.

Oh, how French! Wonderful setting, packed out Saturday night with oodles of atmosphere. Visiting family so out for a meal and what hospitality! Some of earliest there so struck up very good rapport with 2 of the 'waiters'- enjoyable banter throughout evening - looked after us really well. The food was excellent, every mouthful of every dish. Will live in memory - can't wait to go back next time. Thoroughly recommend, just leave room for us!

Beautiful alfresco setting on a pretty picturesque square. Although it’s a bit away from the main village centre, it still have a buzzing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious - dish of the day superb. A beautiful evening out in Biot. Third time here and still as good as ever! Super friendly and welcoming service. Picturesque setting, superb food that’s beautifully presented. All the food was excellent but the goats cheese, the courgette flowers and the cherry tart were the standout dishes. Amazing spot in Biot. Highly recommended!

We chose this restaurant because it gave us a chance to enjoy both local specialties and classic French dishes. We split a Provençal petits farcis appetizer (seasoned meatballs cooked atop a sweet onion, a zucchini and a tomato). For mains, we had a braised lamb shank with vegetables and fries, plus a Niçoise ravioli (cheese ravioli in a rich beef glaze). Everything was very tasty and too filling for us to have dessert.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the map despite 3 waiters. The drinks were wrong despite there wasn’t much ongoing. At dinner, the risotto was not cooked well. The gambas mealy and the octopus overcooked.

Most turist locations have very good restaurants but surprisingly Juan les Pins doesn’t seem to have any (still expensive tho). This restaurant follows the standard quality of the area. The food isn’t very good but the service stood out.

We initially stoped for a drink and the staff were so friendly and they shared with us their daily menu. It was so Inviting we returned for dinner. It didn’t disappoint. We had the most amazing food and service. A must if you visit the area.

Solo female diner here and was made to feel very welcome. Ordered plat du jour...salmon/avocado tartare which was a large portion for an entree followed by sea bream and some delish mash and veggies. Very delicious and am heading back there tonight!

Great local food dishes : Provence specialties such as "Petits Farcis Niçois" or "Calamars Perdillade"...an authentic restaurant in Juan les pins...with a local Rosé (Chateau Mistral or Bandol)...you will never forget.

After years of visiting the beautiful places in the South of France, we're still wondering what language to speak to avoid dirty looks (we never speak our mother tongue abroad). As for the food, it's absolutely fabulous; I've never tried grilled salmon in the hamburger version, it's incredible. But do they study English in your high schools?

Very fast service and the food was really tasty. We had gambas with black rice, tagliatta de boeuf and the maigret de canard and everything was on point. Very nice surprise of a cosy restaurant in a quieter part of Antibes. Totally recommend

It’s a more local place, family run. Walked in on a Friday and was able to get a table for two, but otherwise it was all reserved. Had the special burger and wife had the vegetarian risotto which were both very good. Some Tarte Tatine for desert. Would recommend.

I had a Angus steak and chips with peppercorn sauce. Hands down and incredible steak. Servers are very kind quite Location. Highly recamend it.

Great little restaurant near the sea, a bit out of the way. The setting is very warm and the staff very welcoming and smiling. It has a large choice à la carte, with proposals that give desire to take everything. Except that when you see the plates also garnished, it is better to keep a little room for dessert! 😜 The desserts finish well this very rich meal. I highly recommend the starter egg to start well then the burger, very, very, very garnished and to finish the chocolate fondant or fresh fig crumble. All accompanied by succulent salted butter caramel ...

Nice restaurant that as a refreshing alternative also offers meat and vegetarian dishes, not "only" fish. Kind staff. The terrace is on a relatively busy road, which depending on your sensitivity could be annoying.

But dear restaurateurs of Juan-les-Pins, did you know that you charge the same prices as in Monte Carlo? Let's talk about the establishment in question. We stumbled across this seafood restaurant and it was a refreshing change of pace. The setting felt more authentic and less flashy than others in the area. It was very busy when we arrived, but the owner seated us right away, and the servers were attentive (and funny—even with the language barrier). The food tasted fresh and light, which was just what we needed. We ordered the sea bass plate which came with rice, cooked veggies, and salad. I’d definitely come back.

We had a lovely family dinner at Terre et Mer and really enjoyed it! The seafood was fresh. We tried the octopus, mussels, oysters, and tartar—everything was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing. You can really tell they use good-quality ingredients and know how to cook them just right. For dessert, we had crème brûlée and ice cream. Both were delicious and a perfect way to end the meal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome. If you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy fresh seafood with your family, we highly recommend Terre et Mer!

My mom and I had such a great dinner here! The food was absolutely amazing — especially the fish. There was a wonderful variety to choose from, and everything we tried was full of flavor. And if you’re a fan of vegetables, this is the place to be! We’ve never had vegetables that were this delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived a bit late, they still greeted us with open arms, which made us feel truly at home. That said, I’d definitely recommend coming a bit earlier. you’ll want to enjoy every moment here! 😉 Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back. -A happy son & his mom 😊

Very impressed with this friendly restaurant. We arrived late in the evening after a bad experience elsewhere and we were glad to be greeted pleasantly as soon as we arrived outside. The owner tried to get us a table asap and when we decided to get takeaway instead we were still looked after well. It was a bit loud and crowded for us but the welcome and the food were great. Good pizzas which we enjoyed back at our apartment. Thank you so much.

Stopped by hoping for a nice pizza. The lady promised the pizzas were great and Aircon was on nice and cool. The pizza is quite bland and very little flavour and after a while Aircon switched off. The prices are too high for the average/basic quality and drinks are more expensive than Downtown. There was nobody in the restaurant and the music player was broken which does not provide a pleasant ambience. Wouldn't return here.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my families lives. As we walked in and sat down, we were told the table was reserved, which seemed strange given that the whole restaurant was literally empty. And that when my family had attempted to eat here the day before they were told no reservations, under any circumstances. The rudeness of the waitress, standing there wearing sunglasses and answering her phone as we were ordering was like nothing I have seen. Once we ordered, the chips arrived and we were disappointed to see they were not fully cooked. We asked to change them for cooked chips, and the waitress got visibily angry with us, before GRABBING A CHIP FROM THE PLATE and eating it in front of us - I suppose in an attempt to check the crookedness of the chips? It was surprising behaviour. Having ordered 6 pizzas, sides, and drinks, we asked the waitress to bring some pesto sauce and some extra parmesan for the pizza. We were told they had neither of these items. We said we would pay if that was the issue, and they reiterated they did not have the items. You can imagine it was quite surprising when we looked at the pizza counter moments before we left to see a giant tub of pesto, and a huge chunk of parmesan cheese. The attitude, rudeness and frankly poor quality of the food and seeming hygiene of this restaurant would lead me to recommend you visit any one of the other friendlier and tastier restaurants in this town. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Lovely staff & crepes were tasty but nothing special. Over priced for what they serve.

Traditional Galette place offering a grand selection of different fillings in the buckwheat pancakes. Serves good cider and has many crepes to choose from for dessert. Service was great, attentive and fast. Large outdoor seating space in the summer, gets packed from 20:00-ish on a Friday.

Beware of hidden charges. Although food was decent, they charged an extra 10 euro for water and side salad without being clear there'd be extra charges on top of what we ordered. Sadly it negatively impacted the experience. (Update: although their response says mineral water costs money, we didn't order mineral water. They asked if we wanted drinks, we said "no, just water". Everywhere else we've said that in France they brought tap water. They chose to bring mineral water and charge extra for it.)

Gluten free crepes! I have been wanting a crepe since arriving in France 2 weeks ago but hadn’t found a place that served GF ones. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast crepe and the server offered to have a sweet crepe made GF as well if I wanted. Unfortunately I was much too full. Yes the buckwheat GF crepe is different than a regular crepe but I found it oh so yummy!

Crepes are good, but the basic ones are overpriced (12€ for ham&cheese). Double check the bill before paying.

A good Thai restaurant in Antibes. I love the ambience, felt like being in Thailand. The decor is authentic, the food was good but some dishes they adjusted according to French taste making it less original. The service is good, the waitress is friendly

My boyfriend and I are absolutely delighted to have discovered this place! We had an amazing lunch, and I even asked the chef to prepare beef pad Thai that wasn’t on the menu. I must say, it was the closest I’ve ever tasted to the real ones I once tried in China. I truly recommend this restaurant!

The waitress was very rude. She was irritated right from the beginning and started shouting at us for asking if something was available. Even though the food here is good I don’t think I will go back here if the waitress does not have the basic civic sense. One of my worst experiences so far.

Was very happy with the food I ordered ( pad Thai and chicken satay). The taste was super good, very authentic. Fast service and big portions.

We were one of only two tables eating in at dinnertime (though the restaurant was busy with takeout and delivery orders from locals). We shared a reine pizza, and their "special" and "spicy" pizza oils at the table made us want to eat the crust. (Also, their Pays du Var Les Caves du Commandeur was lovely, if you like red wine.) For dessert, we shared a decadent Nutella pizza. Everything was delicious and well-made, and the service was good.

😋 Delicious Pizza Agora is the best pizzeria in Juan les pins in my opinion The prices are reasonable and the quality is pretty high for the price you pay. Me and my partner bought from this place several times and we’ve never been disappointed. P.S. When you take away you pay 1 euro less and can always go by the beach and enjoy the pizza with a view!

This is where the locals eat their amazing pizza…can’t wait to come back! The food was so good that we ate it all before we could take any pictures of the food. Pizza, salad, pitcher of wine…stuffed and so happy!
