Loved the chill vibe and the view of the yachts super pretty. Been here before and the truffle pasta is amazing; it was one of the reason we came back. Great place to hang out, people-watch, and just enjoy Monaco without trying too hard. Would totally go back!

Great food and great drinks, especially during happy hour! The chicken nuggets were more like strips and the portion size was much bigger than I expected! Drinks were lovely too!

Lovely stopping point on the way back to our ship. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri but it was very very very sweet and on the rocks. I didn’t finish that drink but my husbands Aperol Spritz was great. Ambiance and service was great! Bathrooms were clean and nice!

If you know anything about F1 or Monaco you know about La Rascasse. I went there expecting to pay enormous sums of money for even the most basic drink, but I was totally wrong. I've paid more for a beer in a London pub. Food was great, service was what you want it to be, attentive but not intrusive.

Very low class. This must be where the workers go to drink. All terrible well drinks. Even Bacardi is to good for them. Very drunk guys, puking outside on the street and takes forever to get a Taxi out of there.

The location is incredible and very convenient. We really enjoyed being able to step out the front door and access the Monte Carlo Casino with ease. After our stay, we headed to Nice, France. However, I’m giving this experience one star due to the extremely poor service at the car valet area. After spending over €8,000 for our 3 day stay just days prior, I expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, after a late evening at the Monte Carlo Casino, we attempted to return to Nice around 2 AM and were met with shocking behavior from the valet staff. One valet gave us a hard time for no apparent reason, then walked off laughing with his coworkers, saying a taxi had been called. After waiting over an hour with no taxi in sight, I approached a driver dropping off guests to ask if he could take us to Nice. This upset the valet, who began shouting, cursing, and even called me a “dumb American.” The driver explained he couldn't leave Monaco due to restrictions, so I had no choice but to keep waiting. The valet then claimed he’d called a different taxi that could travel to Nice, but given the circumstances, I doubted this was true. After another hour passed without any sign of a taxi, we eventually flagged down a random one ourselves and finally made it back to Nice. Bottom line we waited 2 hours for a taxi that was NEVER coming because the guy wanted to toy with us. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a staff member at a hotel of this reputation to treat guests this way. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was honestly astonishing.

We had a great stay during the Monaco Yacht Show, and appreciated the hotel staff being so attentive. Our dogs were with us and they always opened a side door for us to make it easy. Our suite on the 5th floor was super far away from the elevator so that was not fun, but the room was beautiful and comfortable.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Rome, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel. The room was not as described, and the service was completely unhelpful.i requested a bassinet as it is in their website they advertised that crib is available upon request, they told me they don’t have one, after insisting on having one for my baby they provided me a broken bassinet!! The staff showed little concern when I mentioned issues of crib that was unsafe for my baby, unclean and no mattress . they still charged me 25 euro per night for that Bassinet that I couldn’t use, they told me they will take care of it the next morning where they never did . Instead of resolving the problem, they charged me extra and offered no apology or solution. For the price I paid, I expected much better hospitality and safety standards. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome — there are many other places that actually care about their guests.

I spent a week at Hotel The Paris and I’m absolutely delighted with this place. The interiors are beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious – especially the pistachio omelet at The Grill. I loved spending time at the hotel pool and in the jacuzzi, which offered a stunning view of the sea. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The biggest highlight for me was the hotel bar with live music – an unforgettable experience and amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

Incredible hotel , review is not needed because it’s one of the best hotels in the world. Had a room overlooking the casino, went for dinner in Michelin restaurant down, also tried a spot in their second restaurant higher up - everything is perfect. Spent my birthday there and it was an incredible experience. Everything is perfect from the rooms, amenities, restaurants, staff… wonderful

We had the privilege of delivering the world’s most exquisite Centauri honey costs 1.1 Million Euro / jar to a distinguished VIP guest at Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo . The atmosphere was elegant and inviting, complemented by impeccably attentive staff. Every detail of the décor exuded sophistication, making this an exceptional and truly unforgettable stay. The staff and the General Manager truly deserve a round of applause for their remarkable and impressive work.

I am completely dissatisfied with this hotel. We recently visited Nice and took a day trip to Monaco to visit Monte Carlo Casino and this hotel was the worst customer experience I have ever received. Waited HOURS for a taxi to arrive that they supposedly called for us. They were clearly speaking in French behind our backs and made us stand and wait for hours for a taxi that never arrived. Tried to sot down on the ledge off to the side of the hotel and was screamed at to stand. Keep in mind this was 2 o clock in the morning. Extremely unprofessional and I will never be booking a stay here again. Location is great for the casino but this was not worth the hassle or trouble. Their staff needs to be swapped out for others that are more pleasant and professional. Could not complain enough about this experience.

It is a fine place for a meal in Monaco. One cannot expect a cheap restaurant in there, but tap water 0.5L for 6€ was a little bit too much. Location is great, at the very center of it all. Food correct.

Overly priced food in Monaco but can't expect much more. I had the truffle ravioli which was an extremely small portion. My husband had the pizza which was also bland tasting. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place because it's super small, expensive and portions small

Nice restaurant, the only one open and serving meals at this time (15:30), had burgers (one beef and one chicken) and both were delicious. A little bit expensive but not to be compared to other restaurants in Monaco.

I can only speak for its pizzas as Tip Top Monaco offers a selection of menu items. The pepperoni pizza (22Euro) is simple and delicious and most of all - for Monaco - cost effective.

Nice small place, very close to Monte Carlo Casino and Cafe de Paris. We found a table without reservation, on Saturday afternoon. Good food, good value for money, big portions. The burrata was very tasty. The prices are good considering the location. Nothing too fancy, just good enough for a lunch in the centre of Monaco.

Everything was amazing. The view from the terrace. The service. The food. I'd highly recommend the 11 course tasting menu. While it's an unknown adventure it's worth it.

Our second Michelin experience. Our frame of reference is 3 Michelin Star Eleven Madison Park which was a bit more expensive, so we had reasonable expectations. Most of the dishes were flavourful. The main course (fish) was excellent, the lamb (fatty belly) was medicocre. I would've expected constant bread service. We got one basket. We went through three bottles of still (warm, minerally) water. We could tell other tables received more timely service (they all appeared to order wine). More positives: beautiful dining room, wonderful outside patio view overlooking the water, chef visited every table and a very tasty loaf of desert bread to go.

When we arrived, we sat outside. The view was amazing and the ambience was very enjoyable. We told the staff, my wife had a cinnamon allergy. There was not an option to select cinnamon allergy prior to attending and you also could not write it in under the allergy section. They offered us a welcome tea with Cinnamon. When asked to substitute, they told my wife that they couldn't and that was all they had. She pushed back and they settled on bringing out a different tea without cinnamon. I feel like this should of never even been questioned. We asked to move inside because the temp was dropping. Once inside they brought food to table and they never told us what dishes were being served up front. I've been to a lot of highly rated restaurants around the world and I found it strange that they would not tell us what the dishes were before bringing then to us. They came to clear the table but did not communicate anything. Started grabbing items that we were still enjoying and also grabbed the plate from my wife while she had her hand on it. Not sure if maybe there was a language barrier, but the manager stated this was normal practice but they would communicate moving forward. McDonalds will ask if they can clear your table before doing so, I dont see this as normal practice and came across as the manager covering for staff. Maybe he felt I've never been to a nice restaurant, so he could get away with saying this, not sure. There was no sommelier service. They gave me an iPad and asked me to choose. I've never heard of a michelin star restaurant not offering sommelier service. There was no tending of the table. I mainly refilled the water and wine. I also ended up clearing the crumbs. To end the evening they gave my wife a dessert with Cinnamon. She could feel it immediately and she did have a reaction. I ended up needing to give her a shot of antihistamine to help her. Her tongue swelled up quite a bit and she had a hard time breathing for the rest of the evening. She did survive though. The manager did cover the bill, except the deposit was never returned. After this happened the staff stopped caring about service. They didn't clear table and when we got up to go to restroom, they did not fold our napkins. This is pretty basic service for a $1,000 meal. The food was bland and wasnt very good. St Regis in Bora Bora absolutely smokes this place and they have zero stars. All being said, I will not be attending this restaurant again. I came very excited, reserved about a month out, I left extremely let down.

Everything went wrong form the begining. After visiting 11 Madison park (3star) in NY and many other starred places (where the chief personally greed every table during the meal service) this place was different, indeed. From the moment I set down I felt rushed and not welcomed. There was zero communication between sttuff. Hightlights: No sommilier servise (this is the I pad-help yourself) No water refills -help yourself. No proper menu presentation. Stuff was completely unaware how to handle guest at the 2 star Michelline place. No napkins folding. Bread crumbs were swept off from the table with bare hands. Everything ended up pretty quickly once they gave me desert with cinnamon ( they were fully aware of my allergy). No real help after that point was given. People were just walking around pretending they were helping. I assume, manager, offer security to call 911 or e-sign the form about medical emergency. My husband gave me an allergy shot and we went home. No follow up communication was made. Bill was paid by the restaurant.

A well deserved 2 Michelin Star Restaurant! Usually I am a bit skeptical of the Rating for Michelin, but this one is superb! Fantastic service and excellent food portion and quality! Definately would return next time!

My wife and I stayed here with our 11 week old son. The hotel stuff are absolutely delightful. They were extremely accommodating to our son and had all the baby equipment we required (baby towels, steriliser etc). The rooms are wonderful, extremely clean and the food is lovely. We honestly couldn’t have had a more wonderful time. I highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful historic luxury hotel with a great location in the heart of Monaco. It is 1 block away from the Monte Carlo Casino and Place Du Casino, where the parade of the most spectacular cars goes on all day every day, and the people watching is great! It has fabulous restaurants like Pavyllon overlooking the sea and the Harbor and which offers a superb menu of deliciously prepared and beautifully presented cuisine that elevates gourmet food to a whole other level. The atmosphere is upscale casual yet somewhat relaxed and informal. The service is impeccable and the staff is wonderful.

Very elegant hotel in the best location. The hotel is a bit tricky with many wings and floors that aren't connected. Beautiful spa and outdoor pool. Decent breakfast. Good size gym. The rooms are small but nicely designed and equipped with all amenities needed at 5 start hotel.

Hôtel Hermitage was the third stop on our trip along the French Riviera, and it was the one we had the highest expectations for. It was also where we celebrated our wedding anniversary – which made the disappointment even greater. That said, the hotel itself is truly beautiful – stunning rooms, excellent food, and a fantastic location in the heart of Monte Carlo. But… On the day of check-out, housekeeping entered our room at 11:50 (before the official noon check-out time) and gestured to the watch, rushing us to leave. At the Campari Bar we waited around 30 minutes to place another cocktail order, and when we later asked for the bill because it started raining, the staff began clearing cushions instead of bringing it. We eventually had to approach another staff member ourselves to pay. For such a prestigious and expensive hotel, we expected flawless and attentive service. Unfortunately, these issues left us disappointed

So glad we were referred here because the welcomed our dogs. It is a lively, locals favorite, feels like home restaurant. The service was perfect, the menu selection large amd the food for all four of us was perfection.

This Italian restaurant is a real gem! The polpette are absolutely excellent — a must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend. A great little restaurant- a relatively short menu but a clear emphasis on quality of ingredients and exacting preparation. Service was friendly but a little bit chaotic at times, an additional waiter might have taken the pressure off them ( to our benefit and theirs!). The wine list made us smile: red or white? But the red was drinkable and by Monaco standards inexpensive. I think if you are looking for somewhere authentic with decent food, highly recommended.

Very good Italian fare. We went there for lunch and had a wonderful meal. Small restaurant, but we had 12 and had no problems. Food all cane out at the same time. Food was great. Perfect place for lunch.

Loved the ambiance here and food was good! Came here for lunch Saturday with friends—we had reservations and were seated upstairs, indoors. They have patio seating as well overlooking the square, perfect to people watch and see all the beautiful cars, but it was too hot. They do give out hand fans at request! Highly recommend the Burgundy Snails, Homemade Duck Foie Gras, Pappardelle Bolognese, Linguine with Clams and Angus Ribeye Steak—the food here is well flavored and delicious! Cocktails were okay. Great place to sit and relax after a long day walk in the blazing sun. Also a place where people watch people. Hahaha. And also watching all the supercars parked next to it. Ordered a latte macchiato and hot lemon tea. Service was prompt. Very generous. Interior deco was nice. Toilet was very nice and clean. But there were many flies outside today. Maybe due to summer time. Good place to relax after the casino and a place to be seen in.

We walked in without a reservation and were given a decent table. I can't recall what we had as a starter, but I remember it being better than I expected. I had initially thought it was a tourist trap, so I was managing my expectations. For the main course, we ordered some vegetables and a steak, both of which were quite good. It’s clear that this is an iconic spot, and if you’re having dinner nearby, it's a must-visit. The staff were very polite. However, I was disappointed that we had to wait an hour for our mains because they forgot to place our order. When I asked for the bill, they offered me an apology dessert, which I kindly declined, as I had already waited long enough and was quite tired. Nevertheless, they brought out a dessert with the bill, which I appreciated since they didn't have to do that. It's nice to see that they genuinely strive to provide good service rather than relying solely on their reputation.

Lovely restaurant inside the Hermitage Hotel. Has a large outdoor balcony that overlooks all of Monte Carlo’s harbor. Food is Mediterranean and is quite good with a nice variety. I had the Foul And my wife had the Lamb. Service was good and the waitstaff was Very attentive and friendly. For a Michelin Star restaurant and its location we found the prices to be very reasonable. Would certainly eat here again

The food was too heavy for me that I felt sick. The opening course of the amuse-bouche was pretty good, and so was the bread. The crab appetizer was surprising and had really fun textures. The pasta with peas tasted really weird, it was almost like vinegary. After the seabass course with the almond milk I felt so nauseated the food felt too filling that I was feeling sick. They kept on serving me food that was way too thick, creamy, and filling that by the lamb course, I felt I wanted to throw up just smelling it. I usually always try to finish my food or at least try a bite during tasting menus. I had a taste of the mashed potato and it was okay but at that point I was close to gagging I couldn’t even try the lamb. They still served me both the desserts even though I told them I couldn’t do it anymore. On the way out to the restaurant I was gagging and I threw up in the bathroom (and cried obviously because I spent my hard earned money to feel sick). I was solo dining and I really had my hopes up. I wish the waiters were more attentive because I came out of this restaurant paying 288 USD just to feel so nauseated, sick and to throw up. There was no lightness/freshness between the dishes. Maybe I’ll come back in a couple years if they change their menu and it looks like there’s more balance. Other than that, the ambience was nice with the open view and the open kitchen — but it was too noisy at one point I couldn’t hear the servers describing the dish to me and whenever I told them anything they couldn’t hear properly.

We went for dinner without a reservation, even though reservations are highly recommended. Despite this, the management went out of their way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning. the terrace overlooks a beautiful bay filled with luxury yachts. overall ambiance and aesthetics are simply unmatched. Both the food and the service were excellent. We tried several different dishes, and everything was delicious. The shrimp tartare stood out as my personal favorite. A memorable dining experience from start to finish.

The garden patio with a view of the sea is a bonus when with our permits. In terms of food, the offering is French cuisine using innovative methods like cold extraction. Desserts were excellent and not heavy on sugar.

food, service & atmosphere were phenomenal never dined to such a beautiful view, having the yachts to watch in between dishes is something i’ll always remember fantastic lunch spot to celebrate my 26th birthday, pleasure meeting you all!

Soupe de Poissons is super nice ! The only thing is the small bread for soup is no long crispy but the taste is still very good after soaking in the soup . Pizza (L’extravagante) is very fresh and the texture of the dough is great ! Love it ! ❤️🇫🇷 This restaurant doesn’t service tap water , they will just serve a still bottled water directly with 5 Euro / bottle .

This place was so good. The restaurant opens all day so it doesn’t close between 2 and 6 pm like most restaurants in Monaco. The food was really nice but I found the quantity to be not enough compared to the price you pay 😅 The waiters were nice though.

Delicious vegan burger and a draft beer, definitely a place to come back. Service was great, we were really amazed by the friendliness of a lady who assisted us, but all staff are very approachable and kind. Recommendation for all vegans and other guests as well.

Great food, prompt service and a good spot for people-watching! We had the John Dory with champagne sauce, rice and ratatouille and the chicken Milanese, both very tasty and well-portioned.

I visited this place primarily because there weren’t many other options open in Monaco during January. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, which was surprising. Unfortunately, the fries were almost cold, seemed far from fresh, and had a dry texture. The burger itself was quite small, barely warm, with an average patty both in terms of flavor and consistency. It lacked any enticing aroma or distinctive taste. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

The burger bun was super soft and tasty. I tried the Sexy Fries, cute packaging, but honestly, the fries weren’t anything special. A bit pricey for what you get, I think there are better choices out there.

The food was okay, the nuggets were outstanding but the burgers weren’t anything special, i had the chicken burger and it was just a deep fried frozen patty. The bun and the rest of the burger was rlly nice, fries were standard and the cheese sauce was cold. Overall 3/5 stars because of the nice atmosphere and the order process.

One of the worst burgers I ever had. The patty is ready-made and cheap like super market frozen food quailty, which is a shame because the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff is quite good. But it could be a good choice if you want somewhere to eat at the low cost without caring too much about the food.

Visiting Grubers Monaco was like walking into a masterclass on how to disappoint a customer. The staff seemed more interested in avoiding interaction than providing service. Ordering is done via a confusing, poorly designed tablet menu that feels more like solving a puzzle than choosing a meal. And the prices? Outrageous doesn’t even begin to cover it , Monaco is known for being pricey, but this was absurd. I left feeling lighter in the wallet and heavier with regret. #daylightrobbery

Very good burgers with delicious food and beverages. You can sit both inside and outside. The staff are really friendly and kind. The place is with nice atmosphere and well-organized, and the prices are reasonable. You can order from the touch screen, quick and clear.

Elegant restaurant with all the details. For the food focus on meat its the specialty. Excellent wine selection. Service is good in terms of number of staff but communication between the staff needs to improve. We ordered some sides and it was not registered .. so make sure you order from the main waitress and no one else. Overall nice experience by all means. Music was ok but can be more upgrade to add to the ambiance.

The cuisine was refined and flavorful, and the setting undeniably elegant. Everything promised a memorable dining experience. However, the service was far below expectations. We were rushed from the outset: pressed to order quickly, then interrupted mid-meal when our starters were cleared before we had finished one plate was even taken with food still on it. Despite asking the server to return it, the main courses were served while the table was still cluttered with starters. Such haste completely undermined what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable moment. Sadly, despite the quality of the food, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and reluctant to return.

COYA in Monaco offers a fancy setting – stylish interior design and a beautiful terrace with sea and city views. The Peruvian-inspired dishes are creative. We liked the quality and our dishes were well executed, the meat was perfectly grilled. Service was good throughout. We had by mistake came by a day too early but were anyways offered a beautiful seating in the first row of the terrace. Inside, I personally find it too noisy, but the outdoor seating is top notch. We‘ll be happy to try COYA in other cities as well.

Despite having a reservation, my partner and I were placed at a cramped high-top table shoved into the corner of the restaurant—while at least 12 regular tables with proper chairs remained empty for the entire two hours we were there. We were dressed in elegant, smart-casual attire (better than many others there), yet no effort was made to move us to a more appropriate table despite multiple polite requests. The service was far from fine dining. Small but telling details revealed a lack of attention to hospitality—staff were cold and inflexible, and gave off the air of a beach club trying to imitate class, rather than actually offering it. Worse, all our food was brought out at once, crammed onto a small bar table not meant for proper dining. There was no thought given to pacing or experience, which is disappointing given the prices and setting. The cocktails were weak and uninspired—absolutely not up to par. Only the food showed real quality, but even that couldn’t redeem the overall treatment. To top it off, when leaving, no one offered to call a car or help us with transportation. The waiter didn’t notify the hostess. The hostess didn’t so much as acknowledge us. We had to leave the restaurant and wait on the street for a taxi on our own—completely ignored on the way out. Coya Monaco may have the location and name, but don’t be fooled. The elegance ends at the door. You’re better off spending your evening somewhere that knows how to treat guests with dignity and proper service.

Very proper food, even had the wine exchanged when it turned out I didn’t like the one recommended by the waiter (luckily I asked the owner about it and it was promptly sorted). I remove a star for a disagreeable server - although if you don’t really care I do recommend the place :)

We had a lovely lunch choosing a pizza, excellent dough, very authentically Italian, I had parmigiana which was an entrée but incredibly rich, flavourful to eat with Olive pile and bread. The plates are small but incredible quality. The sound of the fountain and the surrounding architecture of the church where Princess Grace was married as a backdrop makes it a memorable experience.

We dropped by for a quick bite during our Monaco tour. Was a mistake. Luckily we ordered one pizza to see how it goes. It was horrible. One side of the pizza was burnt black the other was raw. Please avoid the place take a sandwich instead. This restaurant shall not exist.

I struggled to find many restaurants open in Monaco but found this delightful restaurant at opening time. The Caesar I had was the biggest and most tasty salad I have ever had! Also I wanted to try Calzone after a rubbish one I had in Venice and I was not disappointed it was wonderful. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and giving me very tasty food!

Completely wonderful. We had the very good fortune of having lunch here today and it was perfect. This lovely restaurant is on a somewhat quiet street near the cathedral. Every dish is homemade and you will know sauce nirvana when you taste it ! The atmosphere is welcoming. The chef is great at his craft. I think these must be family recipes because they are something very special. We will return for more before we leave Monaco.

Not far from the train station and they open during the afternoon which is not usual in Monaco or South of France. I ordered a pizza. There are also cooked food that is almost ready to be served (the nice lady still needs to heat it) The place is a bit tiny.

We had a very disappointing experience at this place. The service was extremely poor — the young French waitress was arrogant and unfriendly, which made the entire atmosphere unpleasant. We ordered two Melanzane alla Parmigiana, which were very dry and did not taste fresh, and one Salade de Poulpe, in which we unfortunately found a hair. For this meal, we were charged €38. Overall, the combination of poor service, low food quality, and lack of hygiene left a very negative impression. We definitely do not recommend this place.

The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They speak English, Italian, and French, which makes communication easy. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for Monaco. In the morning, 2 croissants and 2 cappuccinos were only 9 euros, and in the evening a pasta bolognese and a lasagna came to just 24 euros. We’ll definitely be back whenever we get the chance! 😊

An older Italian woman and a younger Italian girl with tattoos are going out of their way to ruin this place with their terrible service. It’s sad because my girlfriend and I visited 2 years ago and we had such fond memories of the food as the kind man who served it. This time as I came alone on business it was the exact opposite experience. If those two end up no longer working there please let me know and I’ll delete this review. Folks need to be warned. My son and I came into this dinner a little nervous that the experience would be stuffy since it is a two star Michelin restaurant but all of our concerns fell away as soon as we were welcomed by the staff. Can’t say enough about how the staff made us feel like family and met every need of ours and were engaging with both me and my son. The food matched the service. The hands down best meal in my life. The bread cart was a delight, the courses melted in your mouth and the dessert cart was a joy. After our dinner, we were invited back to the kitchen to meet the chef and see the operation. They made us feel like VIPs. Thank you to the entire staff for the highlight of our European trip.

Spent 5 weeks bouncing around Europe from London to coastal Spain and everywhere in the south of France this was by far the best meal I had. Marche is a typical bazaar like foodie space with various types of food, prepared by your order and choice, where u can use a shared space. At lunchtime it is very very crowded and noisy and feels like you are running somewhere. Everything was normal, except Gnocchi con pesto was quite salty. This place is budget-friendly.

Nestled in a quiet corner near the Prince's Palace in Monaco, this restaurant offered a delightful experience. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the ambiance enchanting. However, it was a bit pricey, with a bill of 100€ for two main courses, a small appetizer, and two non-alcoholic drinks. My only concern was overhearing the some waiters making racial remarks about certain guests while I was washing my hands, which I found highly inappropriate.

We came to this restaurant relying on the glowing Google reviews. The service? Fantastic, friendly, fast, and full of promise. We were ready for a great meal. Oh brother… what a mistake. We ordered a 3x sirloin steak and some pizzas for the kids. The steak was so chewy it could’ve doubled as a gym resistance band. I’ve had friendlier textures from car tires. As for the pizza — let’s just say the dough was everything except pizza dough. Even the kids gave up, and that says a lot. 10/10 for service, 3/10 for dental safety and wasted money.

Came here for an organised dinner as part of a tour and the food itself was presented well, but the taste was acceptable and good but not amazing. The restaurant itself is located amongst the terraces of Monaco, but also was a little warm in some areas.

We spent 6 days in Monaco and this is the place where we went several times. I liked white pizza, it was good. The pizza with tomato sauce tasted like airline food. But the white one was very good. We also had phenomenal sangria, 8 euros each. Ordered twice. I'd also recommend calamari consomme. The stuff was friendly, the place is calm and charming. I'd recommend it.

Pasta Roca is an Italian restaurant in the heart of Monaco. Our group of seven consisted of four adults, two 13-year-olds, and one 9-year-old. Two separate sharing arrangements were made: the two teenagers shared one pasta dish, while the 9-year-old shared another pasta dish with her mother. A single €6.50 “Supp Couverts” charge was added, seemingly due to these shared plates. While such a fee isn’t unusual, it wasn’t communicated upfront. A simple explanation on the menu or by staff would have resolved any confusion. The food itself was satisfying and well-prepared, unpretentious but made with care. The simple tomato pasta, in particular, used fresh tomatoes rather than canned, which we appreciated. No, it’s not Michelin fare, but it is honest and enjoyable. Drinks ranged from €5.50 to €7.50, and sizes were generous. However, no drink menu was provided, so we only discovered prices afterward. One chilled bottle of water for €5 was a welcome relief in the heat. In addition, no one forced me to pay a tip when i paid. The staff were keen on getting business, and the owner, clearly passionate and perhaps a touch anxious, seems committed to running a legitimate and quality business. He strikes me as one of those classic Italian personalities: firm on the outside, gentle underneath. I suspect he cares deeply about his restaurant and carries the weight of it visibly. My advice to him: introduce clear policies on sharing and drink pricing. Transparency will earn lasting goodwill. Pasta Roca is not a tourist trap I must say, it deserves recognition. With small refinements, it could be a firm favourite. A solid 4 out of 5.

Having a meal surrounded by the ancient Monaco is truly beautiful, the food is good but the staff isn't the best... the only truly polite one was the French guy serving at the table. Waiting times are quite long.

We got stung for €6.50 cover charge here. We got nothing for that at all. A coke, which was not from a bottle or a can, cost €7 and €4.50 for a sparkling water. The staff were not rude but certainly curt and not friendly. I would double check the prices before sitting down but in hindsight we should have done so and if we did we would have went elsewhere. I’d give this an avoid recommendation.

We were walking around and seen this place pretty busy, thats always a good sign of a popular place so we grabbed two seats we had an hour to get back to the boat. Started with drinks then started eating. So fresh you can taste the ingredients. But what made it even better was the service and staff. Even being so busy they made sure each table was being taken care of. Struck up conversations and was knowledgeable about the area. It was really the service that set this place apart. The food was okay – nothing special, but fine for the price. The location is absolutely 10/10, really great spot. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff kept taking our plates without asking if we were finished, which felt very uncomfortable. Everything was so rushed; it would honestly be better if they just said there’s a 1–2 hour table limit instead of making guests feel pushed out. We were there for maybe an hour, an hour and a half at most, and still felt rushed the entire time. Overall, a really disappointing experience despite the nice setting.

Great place, wonderful people and VERY tasty food. Loved everything about it. Mid meal the waiter noticed that our table was getting too much sun and they asked us if we wanted to move. We were so quickly whisked to another table to finish our meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the old town.

Everything here was perfect. Very nice people, quick service, and fast, fresh food. We came here with 7 people and sat with Victoria. She is truly amazing. Not only did she provide excellent service, she helped us with a few non-food questions and even helped us out to unscrew some security screws from my son's toy car. I wish more people were like Victoria. The gnocchi with pesto was perfect.

The location is nice and the personnel good. The quality of food is ok. However I was charged for a Caesar salad 23€. The problem is that it was one of the worst salads ever. Ingidients were not spoiled ok but flavourless and bad quality . It was like buying a 3-4 € ceasar form a supermarket. They had a boiled egg and tomato in ceasar which does not make sense. The dressing was like a fast food one. It does not go with the restaurant preparations. It should be sauce of anchovies. They had pre-fried chicken in it. It does not go well with a 23-euro salad in a restaurant. It is beyond being just a tourist trap. They should pay more attention to food.

This was a wonderful find in Monaco. The food was outstanding Italian fare, and the local beer and Bigarade spritz (local orange liquor) were wonderful as well. Clemmons, our lovely waiter, was attentive and welcoming. Perfect service. This was a wonderful way to end our two-week visit in France. Merci beaucoup.

It was a really good lunch there. We were 3 people for lunch. We ate the Fish and Chips, the Greek Salad and the Cesar Salad (the last two you can see in the pictures). The restaurant was really good, nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, they can also speak English if they want to. The toilets are as usual mixed so for both men and women, but they were clean. All in all we really liked the restaurant and would come back if we return to Monaco.

It may be a bit hard to find, but definitely worth the trouble as they serve very good (hot) meat platters. Staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant has places indoor, in a covered hallway and in a kiosk on the street side; I would recommend to reserve indoors, unless you want to avoid kitchen smells.

Best food and service we had in Europe, first place that had both good food AND reasonable prices, which was unexpected especially in Monaco. If you enjoy meat dishes, this is top notch. Chicken, lamb, steak, fries, vegetables, AND THE TIRAMISU DONT MISS OUT ON THE TIRAMISU. 10/10 I’ll think about this place for the rest of my life.

Very reasonable price lunch, 15 euro for two plates and a wine! Haven’t tried the iconic dish picanha but the plates we chose are so good that everyone is so happy. Staffs are friendly and helpful, trying their best to explain the menu in English for us, which makes us feel welcomed even we are the only Asian in this small restaurant. Must be a popular place for the local as well as we are surrounded by customers who seem to be white-collared coming out for lunch break!

Starbucks is known for its consistent quality, especially when you’re a regular and know exactly what you want. However, during my visit to this branch , I was disappointed by the service. The barista filled my cup mostly with foam and quickly threw in the remaining hot milk, instead of preparing the drink patiently. When I tried to make a polite request about my coffe , he cut me off and said only his manager could tell him what to do — all while making my coffee. It was raining outside, and the café was full, but a whole row of tables was marked as "reserved" and left empty. Thankfully, a kind customer allowed me to share her table.

A Starbucks like you'd expect from its products. The atmosphere is also very nice and air-conditioned. We only went there to buy two cups, but ended up having drinks there.

I politely asked for an Iced Spanish Latte and when I didn’t hear his first reply, I repeated my order. Instead of responding with any professionalism, Anthony’s reaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, emphasizing “for the second time” (precise words) that they don’t have it. He even told me that if I didn’t explain what was inside, he wouldn’t know, pointing at the menu as if that was all that mattered. Absolutely shocking attitude. I ended up leaving without ordering anything because of such behavior. In the very center of Monaco, the only Starbucks open and this is how customers are treated? A complete shame for Monaco and an embarrassment for Starbucks!

The most unwelcoming place to go! You need to train your staff how to behave. They need to understand that they work in tourist areas and they will meet people who can’t speak their language and if they don’t want to speak English that’s fine, but they don’t have to be rude and arrogant!

Absolutely disgusting they serve you an iced drink in a paper cup with a paper a lid without a hole for straw.

We stayed in Fairmont for one night with the plan to come back after four days and spend four more nights in Fairmont. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel policy in trying to force us to pay for 2 rooms although the one we have booked online was sufficient. For more context, I am travelling with my wife and our two small children (7 and 4 yo) and, although we've booked a room with 2 double beds (more than enough to suit our needs), we were informed that it is the hotel's policy to not allow more than 3 persons in the room. In other words, we should have booked 2 rooms just because of the 4 year old. Most probably the second room would have stayed empty as the two double beds were more than enough for us, as you may observe from the photo. When asked why this policy, we were told that it is for security reasons, but to be honest our feeling was that it was for their own profit, not really caring about our needs. As it can be observed from the photo the 2 double beds are more than enough to suit 2 adults and 2 small children (7 and 4 yo). In addition to that, the shower head from the bathroom was broken, one of the chairs on the balcony was broken (see attached foto) and it's been quite a while since anyone had washed the balcony. Food on the top floor restaurant was also disappointing. So this hotel is not children friendly. Stay away if you are travelling as a family with small children and you don't feel like paying for rooms you don't really need. In the end we stayed in the booked room for one night, without paying for a second one, and we cancelled the other stay. The front desk didn't seem to care when cancelling our second stay and informing them of the reason.

Room missing a lot of lights, very dark. Room not adapted for office work, no desk, no easy plugs for power. For the rest, the room is comfortable and well equiped, of good size. Some TV channels such as fashion TV are not working which is frustrating since they are not that much channels available. Entertainment system could be improved.

I have a long history with this hotel, back to when it was called Loews!! What was wonderful was seeing a handful of staff from 25 years ago who remembered my family. It felt like coming home. The new renovations are fabulous and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast is a feast, a bit of everything for everyone. The view is outstanding. The service very professional and the manager, Jeff, greeted everyone personally and was on top of his game. Lunch was very good with a reasonable plat du jour and café gourmand. Excellent quality and price. The voituriers on duty during my stay had known my parents and added the extra special moments during my 5 day stay. The views have been spoilt due to the new buildings reclaimed from the sea however this hotel is just the right size to make you feel at home. Bravo!

We absolutely had our expectations exceeded with our stay here! Staff were very professional and took great care checking us in and having concierge help us to our suite. (Thank you Erick). The suite is incredible and perfect for our family with F1 car enthusiasts. Each of the 3 balconies in our suite offered spectacular views of the coast, and that infamous hairpin turn would draw our family out to watch cars day/night. Sitting or lounging on any balcony we could see many incredible cars and yachts with the Monte Carlo back drop. What a view! The service was also top notch from the second we got out of our vehicle. We truly loved the stay at this hotel. Fantastic location to walk to excellent restaurants they recommended and helped book for us. Very central to walk to shopping or site seeing. Our family enjoyed both pools and the views too. Breakfast at the restaurant was a perfect way to start our day with local fresh foods. We loved it here!

Valet car service Don’t bother using the telephone button that says valet, that is useless. They are not going to tell you even if you call down for your car, but they don’t get your car UNTIL you come down to the front of the hotel. It takes 30 min to get your car, but it works be nice if a person on the phone actually tells you this instead of taking your car number and pretending like they are going to pass along the message to valet

The hotel overall was disappointing. We had connecting rooms and specifically requested an extra bed during the reservation, but had to call reception to remind them and only around midnight did someone finally come to set it up. Then there’s their famous Nikki Beach, with ridiculously overpriced drinks a bottle that costs €30 in any regular shop is sold for €300there 😃 That’s not exclusivity, that’s daylight robbery. We’re always happy to pay for quality, but this was just absurd. The service was impersonal, and the overall experience terrible. Definitely not planning to return.

This Hotel is an iconic experience. Not Grand Hotel, not modern ... a place by itself - do not expect perfectionism - this is personality. Embrace it and encourage them to give their best – with a smile.

Absolutely the worst place. Took 45 minutes for the server to come ask us. Another 20 mins for menus. Then he brought the wine different from what we ordered. Threw it at us and left …. This was the most rude staff I have ever encountered. The food was bland and just ok. Way overpriced… avoid this tourist trap at all costs and save yourself some time and money.

The Truffel Noodles were pretty good. (If i see other recommendations, it Looks like they got a bigger portion of noodles) The Truffle Pizza was not so good. The Pizza was quite burnt (What you also could taste-see pic), the middle of the Pizza was like a soaked pancake and you barrely tasted the truffle (i guess the dont add oil like normal truffle Restaurants do). The Service was not very friendly. We wont come again.

Came upon this place through Google Maps. It is located in food court Le Marche de la Condamine. We had a blast eating here! Everything was superb and the staff was excellent. The chefs were playing music and interacting with the customers. If you're in Monaco, skip all the touristy restaurants and go to Le Marche! All the other restaurants looked good as well.

Great, casual wine bar with a broad range of (open) wines for reasonable prices. Yesterday (Friday) evening even with live music. They also offer food. lt is a good place for a snack late in the evening when restaurants in Fontvieille have already closed or din't serve food anymore. At lunchtime there is a special offer with starter, main course and dessert (see photo of the menu of Friday 31.1.2020).

Visited Maya Mia in July of 2025 and had a decently good experience. There are many many Italian restaurants in Monaco and while Maya Mia was fine, there was little to stand out. I had a pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, and spicy salami. It was good but not remarkable. We visited around 6pm and were not able to order off the full dinner menu as I believe that did not start til 6:30pm or 7. Nonetheless would have likely ordered pizza anyway so it is a moot point. Overall good experience but do not feel inclined to return when I am next in Monaco.

Very good food, such as pasta and pizza. Especially Calzetta (like a nutella pizza) I love it, tastes so good. We came back here three times lol. One negative thing about here is the slow service, because the three times we went we had issues with paying the bill, because or nobody looked or they took too long. Either way, it’s a restaurant i would come back because of the food, it really was a good experience.

They do offer some gluten free pizza or pasta dishes. We ordered 2nd glasses of wine which never appeared, waiter forgot our water for the table until reminded. It is a dog friendly place, they were quite busy too so,all in all, it is a place to check out. The pizza bases were lovely, probably the best gluten free we've tasted.

Gaia has an authentic and unique concept – the atmosphere and design are truly impressive. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy, showing little respect for the guests. They mostly spoke French among themselves, laughed, and seemed completely uninterested in providing good service, which created an uncomfortable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great potential, but the attitude of the staff takes away from what could have been an enjoyable evening.

Enjoyed the Gaia Monaco experience. Food is good, service was good until it got crowded, but staff was friendly and accommodating. Quite pricey.

We loved the restaurant's extensive Greek/Mediterranean menu! All the food was savory and well prepared. The Lobster pasta is superb!and the Lamb cutlets are delicious and good ro share. We had an early reservation at 7:45 because we booked last minute through our concierge, so the only thing is that food courses came out very fast, and we felt a little rushed thru the meal. Our server Edgar was great and very attentive as were the lovely hostesses and all the staff is quite helpful. The restaurant has a very nice, relaxed, upscale vibe with great music. The location was very convenient as it is within a 3 minute walk from the Hotel de Paris and Place du Casino. It doesn't have any outdoor dining but it is big and bright with large glass windows and a nice garden like interior so it feels very open.

Absolutely outstanding. One of the best seafood dining experience we have ever had. The orzo was phenomenal and every piece of seafood was cooked to perfection. As was the chicken and side vegetables - juicy and full of flavour. 10/10!

All I want to say this time is this: The restaurant had a whole year to sort out the air conditioning and make it a pleasant place for dinner. It was so unbearably hot that we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible — there was no enjoyment at all. Guests were fanning themselves with whatever they could find, trying to cool down. The waiter simply said, “There’s nothing I can do, the restaurant is aware of the issue.” What about a Dyson? Ceiling fans? Or at the very least, giving each guest a handheld emergency fan? Thankfully, new restaurants have opened in Monaco — this one is no longer my favorite.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was really pleasant. The service was friendly and attentive, though a bit slow at times. As for the food, it was good, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it’s a nice place to enjoy a meal, especially if you’re not in a rush.

Delicious risotto, chicken, with cheese and herbs and wine, likely fushion but it works very well and good portion. Delicious Bao bun with Thai style chicken curry with a twist to improve consistency of the sauce and added on texture with coleslaw and peanut. Well done. Crunchy fries with Hernz ketchup mayo and mustard in small cans. Drinks are lemonade and cappuccino, well presented and strong flavour. No tap water, bottle of water looks nice. English is fine.

Beef filet a bit small and not as tender as at other beef restaurants that I visit on a regular basis. Lomito a bit salty. Very good desserts ... profiterolle with hazelnut ice-cream, millefeuille 2000 with hazelnut cream and panna cotta (see photo). Nice presentation of the milk coffee (caffè latte). Good service. Conclusion: A very good place for a coffee and a dessert, but not really to recommend to eat a meal there.

We had a lovely dinner with fantastic food and nice service. Good, easy ambience. Kitchen definitely knows how to impress their costumers. For the desert we wanted Colonel, that originally is shot of vodka with lemon sorbet, but instead they served us lime-mint-basil-vanilla sorbet....and it was AMAZING! Thank you Komo. We were dissatisfied with the service, actually:1) when we arrived, the waiter was surprised that we had booked a table and didn't know about this reservation 2) the service was slow and not very welcoming 3) we were not served with one of the dishes from the mezza mix for two, when I pointed on it, the waiter first started to assure me we had this dish. I had to insist that we didn't 4) the size of mini kebabs was closer to micro kebabs, not an oriental experience at all :D. I have no desire to get back to this place, unfortunately, and am slightly confused by the high rating of this place.

The starters, the fresh bread with olive oil ( with hints of ginger and lemon), the fish and meat cooked to perfection, the garnitures were excellent as well. Overall service impeccable, food was delicious and desserts were amazing. Worth visiting the boutique in annex and taking some macaroons home if you do not feel guilty!

I had an excellent dining experience at Amazónico in Monte Carlo. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, perfectly suited for both business and leisure occasions. I enjoyed the rump steak and lamb — both were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The selection of white wine complemented the dishes beautifully. Service was attentive, professional, and added to the overall positive impression. A truly memorable evening — highly recommended.

In the heart of Monte-Carlo, Amazonico offers one of the most stunning views I’ve experienced in Monaco. The atmosphere was truly exceptional, and cocktails were quite enjoyable. We had several dishes; however, the flavors—particularly the sauces—were a bit too intense for my personal taste. For example, the broccoli and the rice had a very strong sweetness, which made it difficult to finish the dishes. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the salad and the shrimps. I will certainly return for the ambiance.

Our experience was outstanding! We started with fried frog legs and empanadas, followed by the pulpo (grilled octopus) as the main dish, all perfectly prepared. Our waiter, Marwen, was exceptionally kind and well-mannered, making the evening even more enjoyable. To finish, we had what I can honestly say was the best dessert ever. If you visit Amazonico, you absolutely must try it!

Elite and gorgeous, one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever visited and so far my absolute fav in Cote d Azur. Rich decor, even richer view, one of those places you eternally come back to. I booked it just the same day-Friday- and looked for an inside table so I could get the most festive energy of the place, considering the terrace area more talking friendly and family dinner oriented. While waiting for our table to be ready we were served the best passion fruit martini I have ever tasted (I am a quite specialist in this one) on the terrace and must say the view was astonishing.I almost rebooked for a table outside. Also, the vibes here were also quite festive but way less than inside, so for the views and lighter atmosphere I would go with the table outside. When we were seated for a dinner the party vibes started after 10:30pm as per usual so no need for a rush to book before and inside was empty even around 9pm but later got super busy. The food was delightful, sushi was amazing, steak and sides also could recommend but the cocktails are here a must try. I came specifically to indulge myself in cocktails and music as I did and maybe overdid it. Cocktails were out of this world, with the taste and presentation. We were treated with so much love from the hostesses, they were attentive and took the best care of us providing us almost everything we kindly asked for.

Came here for a special experience with my friend on our trip to Monaco. It was definitely special, but intimidating. As two young women, we felt a bit awkward and judged on our way to the restaurant. It was a really nice experience with staff, despite the row of women servers waiting to assist feeling a bit strange to us. It’s unusual for us to go to such high end places, so this probably was the cause of our discomfort, and the staff were generally very nice and helpful, if at times a little too assisting 😂 The atmosphere was not great, as we went at 6:45pm and were literally the only 2 people dining inside at the time, but towards the end of our meal it picked up a bit. The decor was gorgeous, and certainly made for a unique experience. The food was delicious, but small. We started with cocktails, I can’t remember the name of what I had but it was good. For dinner I had the fish from the wok, which came with sauce and some vegetables but was tiny. We shared a bottle of wine, and for dessert I had the chocolate mousse. This was a highlight for me, as I love chocolate and it was super rich and delicious, but I couldn’t finish it. Overall it was a great experience, but I think a bit pricey for what the food was.

I ordered a birthday cake and made it very clear I wanted raspberries, even showed a reference picture. They gave me strawberries instead. I asked them to fix it, and instead of actually changing it, they just did half raspberries and half strawberries, which makes no sense and still isn’t what I asked for. There were other problems too. The cake started leaking, the meringue sides were partly broken, and the writing on top was smudged and messy. It looked rushed and nothing like what I ordered. Really disappointing experience, especially for something as important as a birthday. I won’t be coming back.

Small French style bakery with many delicious treats. There are 6-7 small tables inside and about as many on the patio in front. Delicious. I would come again!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Paid €14 for an ordinary matcha tea (listed as 'Salon de Thé') with no price warning. When questioned, staff simply replied 'it's matcha from Japan.' The pastries were similarly overpriced at €9. Despite its historic status in Monaco (since 1955), the quality doesn't justify the cost. Your money is better spent elsewhere​​​​​​

It is a Russian-owned bakery. A very mediocre one. The 5-star reviews are suspiciously written in Russian, perhaps by their buddies. The prices are ridiculously high and the quality is not even near the standard French bakeries out there. Not recommended. Russians bought this bakery and tried to present it as the original Riviera, as it used to be, but it is not.

Very nice, croissants were awesome but I don't think that charging 5 euros for a cappuccino with a very poorly made froth is fair, even for Monaco.

Coffee and croissant in the morning are a must in this place. Also custom made sweets are a must try.

The food here is usually very good, and the quality is satisfying. However, the staff often step outside, sit near the customers, and smoke. Most of the time when customers arrive, the staff are smoking, which I find quite strange. I come to enjoy a meal, but I end up surrounded by cigarette smoke. For the food alone, this place deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, because of this issue, I can only give an average rating. Thank you.

I cannot rave enough about this hotel! For my first time in Monaco I decided to partake in their “FROM METROPOLE WITH LOVE” experience. If you have a birthday or a special event this cannot be missed! I never felt more pampered. From a private tour of the casino to a private helicopter ride over the city to lunch to a 2 hour spa treatment to a 2 Michelin star tasting dinner to chips to spend at the casino to a cigar tasting to a decorated room I was overwhelmed with luxury. It was the perfect birthday. I did not have to lift a finger or think of a thing. Well thought out and well executed. I cannot thank the Métropole conceirge team enough! Merci!

A lovely luxury hotel in Monaco, perfectly located within walking distance to almost everything. The room was clean, classic, and comfortable. Great value for money compared to other high-end hotels in the area — a fantastic choice for a refined yet accessible stay.

My mother and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for six nights in mid-September. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated their warm care for my mother, who was in her 80s. It's in a great location, beautiful inside and out, and the gorgeous lobby and bar smelled lovely. We enjoyed watching the birds fly around the courtyard like Formula One racers!

I have paid 400$ as a warranty ... they said they will return it back .. they never did ! .. I reached around 11 AM they said your room is not ready .. while everyone else from other nationality were lucky to find their room ready! . room in picture looks great but in reality it's not that good.. I will never stay at this hotel again and if you are from Saudi or any GCC countries I recommend to you not to stay here … you will feel unwelcome while spending big amounts of money with no appreciation!

Disappointing Experience at Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo – Definitely Not a 5-Star Standard Visited on 23 August 2025 Our recent visit to Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo on 23 August 2025 was a huge disappointment and far from the five-star experience we anticipated. The first red flag came with the bill: €75 for three lemonades an outrageous price for drinks that didn’t even taste good. I’ve traveled extensively and dined in high-end hotels around the world, but I’ve never encountered such a blatant overcharge for something so basic. The dining experience by the pool continued the disappointment. The food was extremely overpriced and resembled a 2-star meal at best. To make things worse, we had to wait 15 minutes just to receive water, despite the hot weather. At a luxury hotel, water should be offered immediately, especially when guests are seated in the sun. The poolside atmosphere was uncomfortable, with sugar daddies and their young escorts dominating the scene. A group of Russian females received near constant attention from staff, while the rest of us were largely ignored. It gave the place an unprofessional and tacky feel. We were also relentlessly bitten by mosquitos, making it hard to enjoy the meal or setting. No measures seemed to be in place to address this, which again falls short of the standard one expects from a supposed five-star property. While the hotel is visually stunning from the outside, the interior is outdated and in need of an update. Overall, Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo relies heavily on its reputation and location, but fails to deliver a true luxury experience. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to or recommend.

We stayed here in early June 2025, and had a great experience overall. Hotel location is a huge benefit, with a less than a couple minute walk to the casino and across from the tour bus, if that’s what you want to do. The petite dejeune breakfast options at Odyssey and Les Ambassadeurs are outstanding. Overall theme is a more classic and refined that contemporary which is a change from other hotels in the area.

We've stayed here multiple times. It's always incredible and such a treat. The roof top pool is a real highlight for breakfast or lunch. Service and ambiance are spectacular.

Oh wow...how do I describe what I just experienced? As someone who has a very small view of what food can be, I literally just had my mind destroyed. The tasting menu (come hungry!) filled us to the brim and my wife enjoyed every single wine pairing that came out. I've never had meal of this quality and certainly not of this level of presentation. While not cheap, in retrospect...it was worth every penny. Truly an experience I shall remember.

Outstanding service and food! We really loved the downstairs ambient, much more unique than the upstairs setting. Chef Antonio came out and greeted every table. His whole team was very professional and attentive. I was so well looked after - including my bag. The white truffle menu is excellent and the lemon drop martini takes a modern twist on the traditional lemoncello, i loved every course i had. I was even given some local produce to take away by the chef - so sweet!

Phenomenal dining experience. Presentation was first class. Dishes were perfectly composed and wine pairings were spot on. The food was sooo good. It may have been the best dining experience in my life. Better than 3 star Michelin restaurants in the States such as Per Se and Alinea. Love the atmosphere. Only 5 tables and they all face a giant screen with beautiful nature panoramas. Quiet yet captivating.

We have been here today and I can guarantee you (just in case you have not noticed that yourself yet) that there is a batch of ridiciously obviously faked bad 1 star reviews. We had an absolutely pefect and very delicious dinner and the waiters were extremly attentive, super friendly and could make us relax quite quickly. Highly recommended experience with a not exactly cheap but nevertheless fair price.

Simply amazing! Great service and great food! The first question was what our 3 year olds would like to eat, and they immediately made her a very nice pasta. Our food was a bit more exquisite and fine though :-)

Superb! I came here on Friday and Saturday of the F1 weekend (and briefly on Sunday too) with a couple of friends. The lady at the front was superb, really looked after us and always made sure we had a good seat on each visit. Great beer, great wine, great food, at a good price. What more can you want! We will definitely come here again the next time we are in Monaco.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Beach Plaza in Monaco and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location on Av. Princesse Grâce, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The pool was a definite highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Monaco. Breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options that satisfied our tastes and started each day on a positive note. Our room was nice and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room maintenance; it wasn’t kept up to the standard I expected, with some small issues that could have been addressed better. Additionally, I found the concierge service to be somewhat unhelpful, which was a bit of a letdown given the hotel’s premium status. The valet staff were exceptionally professional and helpful, making the arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. On the downside, the gym was quite small and limited in equipment, which was disappointing considering the overall price paid. Overall, a solid choice for comfort, good amenities, and friendly service in Monaco. With some improvements in room maintenance and concierge assistance, it could easily be a five-star experience. I would consider returning, especially for the pool and breakfast.

Private beach and 2 pools are extremely enjoyable indeed. However when you book a Sea View Designer room in Crystal Tower and you get the room on the 3rd floor - you see only trees and nothing but trees. A part from that disappointment - it was a good stay.

This was our third stay at Le Méridien in Monaco, and overall it’s an okay hotel – but it’s clear that it was built years ago and has long been a gold mine for its owners without much reinvestment. Rooms feel worn, furniture shows its age, bathroom fixtures are outdated, and balcony door seals are literally hanging down. Large, noisy AC units on the balcony don’t help either. Arrival is usually chaotic – the driveway is overcrowded, valet parking costs about three times more than the public garage just across the street, and if you don’t use valet, you’re asked to remove your car quickly. The lobby is constantly packed with guests, and a small, overwhelmed reception team struggles to manage the flow. As a Platinum member, benefits are limited. Breakfast is included, but getting an upgrade requires persistence. Despite being told “no availability” multiple times, we eventually managed to switch to a larger room after a few days – which I appreciated. On the positive side, the beach bar has been beautifully renovated, the gym is still quite ok and slightly improved over the years, and the direct beach access is truly exceptional – and frankly the main reason we keep coming back. Without it, we’d likely have switched hotels long ago. Food and drinks are decent, but the price-performance ratio is extremely poor, even by Monaco standards. For example, you pay €20–30 for a simple sandwich here, while just next door at a very good pizzeria you get a proper starter and main course for the same price. Unfortunately, service is often invisible, slow, and breakfast is pure chaos – especially from September onward when corporate groups fill the hotel. All in all, this is a property whose best days are clearly behind it, but due to the unique beachfront location, we’ll probably return despite the high prices.

Most things about the hotel were great except for the room. Excellent breakfast served in a nice location, great concierge, nice beach on premises, location is a bit out of the way but easy enough to get around by bus. We were lucky to get upgraded to an executive 1 bedroom suite which was spacious and had a great view but the room itself was fairly run down (styling out of date, wood furniture in particular was very beaten/chipped) and absolutely NO outlets in useful locations. Not sure I would stay here again for the price.

Hotel was nice. Good location.Had lunch at the rest which was good. We stayed here on the last two days of our trip. We sent in laundry for express service so we wouldn’t need to do it when we returned home. The night before our flight I grabbed one of the shirts and it smelled a bit like mildew. I noticed it more as the night went on but assumed it was a one off. The next morning, getting ready for the flight, I grabbed some track pants ( which they charged $70 to laundry) and I smelled the mildew again. The laundry fee was almost $400. I send a message on the way to the airport to notify them of the issue. They offered me $60 off. I told them I did not think that was sufficient since I would be rewatching everything when I got home. They offered me 20,000 points (which they never gave me). The hotel was fine but the way they handled this was not good at all.

Le Méridien hotel has a really beautiful sea view and its own private beach. The place itself is pretty chill, but the staff definitely isn’t they don’t even greet you when you arrive, no “hello,” nothing. They’re quite rude, which really affects the experience. The swimming pools are okay but could use some renovation. There’s also a tiny portable sauna, but no hammam.

High standard hotel, with great see-view rooms. Prices are in line with Monaco. The breakfast buffet is quite rich with many salty and sweet options.

We ended up last-minute after our arranged hotel had AC issues, and I’m so glad we did! This is a nice property, close to several restaurants, and easy to get to anywhere in Monaco by taxi in minutes. Concierge is wonderful, the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. And the AC is GREAT! Highly recommend, especially for Hilton members.

I had an amazing stay at the Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was warmly welcomed at check-in and the front desk went above and beyond – they upgraded me two categories to a beautiful large suite, which I absolutely loved. The suite was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with a great view and all the details that make a stay feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The location is excellent, close to the harbor and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant yet comfortable. This was truly one of my best Hilton stays. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back

Love this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The location was perfect since I was looking for a quieter stay and a sea view room, away from the touristic spot (e.g. the casino) and this hotel offered exactly that. The room was spotless clean equipped with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even after checkout, they helped me call the heliport to make sure my helicopter pickup arrived on time. Would totally stay here again.

We recently had a fantastic stay at Columbus Hotel Monte Carlo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for our visit. As we were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — such a thoughtful surprise that made our trip even more memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the local centre and bus stops, and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel was very convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered beautiful views from the balcony. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent service, great location, and comfortable rooms makes Columbus Hotel a place we would very highly recommend. We would not hesitate to return!

Rooms and breakfast were OK. Normally I'd say a bit overprized, but this is Monaco, so if you come here to complain about pricing...well...maybe go somewehre else. Service was VERY good, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the entrance and the reception. Eventhough you're not directly in the centre of Monaco, it's easy to get there with the E-Bikes that you can rent for almost no money, take a cab or even walk if you're motivated (the walk is not too bad to the grand prix track, Casino might be a bit longer and uphill).

Perfect as always, Jessica at reception is very warm, welcoming and professional. All of the concierges, valet park, help you with your luggage, just first class service all round, extremely knowledgeable & the shuttle service into Monaco is great. If you’re heading to the Grand Prix we recommend Senate, simply the best

Small letters on corrugated paper, which are difficult to read in the dark. I recommend offering guests an illustrated menu on the restaurant's website, where the appearance and weight of the dishes are indicated.

Fun on the beach 🏖️— great place to hang out for a leisurely Sunday lunch. Great food and wine list with some excellent people watching thrown in. Lots of good pasta options to share.

We were hesitant due to the reviews but I am so glad we gave it a chance. Service was beyond amazing and food was superb! I believe the restaurant may have revamped their staff and management stepped in for a change. Don’t skip this restaurant if you are in town. You will not be disappointed! Best calamari we had ever had. Everything was great!

It's a very pretty restaurant, quite bright at night with a very romantic feel. But it's incredibly hot. The fans aren't positioned correctly to reach every table, and there are a lot of them. They have a very good wine list, and all the wines are €50 more expensive than any other restaurant. For example, the Minuty wine is more expensive than any restaurant I've been to in Monaco. The food isn't very flavorful. The service at my table and the waiters were fine, but when paying the bill, I gave a reasonable tip for what I received, and I've learned from experience. The waitress complained and asked for 20%. The taps on the beach are the most expensive I've seen. Obviously, I didn't give them 20%, and I didn't like this attitude either. But I accepted my complimentary gift. Unfortunately, I won't be going back there again.

Nice location, very friendly waiters... at the beginning. That is the end of the positives. Preparation of food is so simple that it is not worth its price. The taste is correct but not spectacular. There is no art on the plate at all, even on the plates for 150€. The cheapest wine offered here costs a bit lower than 100€/bottle. The total dinner price is that of a good Michelin-star restaurant, but the food is identical to that in a decent food bar. But the worst was that our bill was additionally overstated. We were in 3 people and the bill was showing 6 plates. I even asked the waiters why, but their answer was like from kindergarten: "For this dish, we used 6..." If you want to eat like in a regular Italian restaurant and pay 10 times more, you will like this place :-).

Exactly as advertised. Loved the location - easy walk to market, train station, shops/restaurants, palace, casino. Buses nearby. Close to Eze. Room small but comfortable outstanding housekeeping. Friendly desk staff - helpful and accommodating. Shower tiny but good water flow. Overall it worked out perfectly as a home base to visit many other destinations. Close to city pool which was a good take with my 13 year old. Great coffee and good enough breakfast to start our day off right. Would love to see a bit more cheer added with fresh flowers at reception!

The hotel, even though is 2 * hotel, is very clean, and located in a very good area, close to port Hercule (5 minutes walk), also close to Palais Principer . They clean your room and change towels everyday, if you put the sign on the door for cleaning. Also a very big plus is the AIRCO, which is realy necesarry and satisfying during these realy hot times of 27-38 degrees. 2 downsides would be: no elevator, so if you have maby luggage, goodluck climbing those stairs! And the breakfast is reaaaly poor, so don't count on that . Overall, good stay if you come to visit Monaco. Enjoy!

Cheapest option you'll find in Monaco. The receptionist was nice, the room was exactly as advertised in the pictures, shampoo and soap were provided for. The hotel itself wasn't cheap per se, but I think it's the cheapest you will find in Monaco. The location was good. On the other hand, the bathroom was a little too small and when you are in the toilet you almost hit the lavatory. There's no elevator.

I’m a doctor and I visit Monaco for work frequently and I never had a terrible service , cold room and very rude receptionist like this. The didn’t have lifts in the whole facilities and the “ French gentleman “ who was covering the very small desk ....we asked him if could help as we had 4 languages and I had some back injuries and he replied: “you will be fine and you are strong tall men and you will not die “! For 2 days they “forget “ to replace towels !!?! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! Terrible!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a cheap accommodation in Monaco this is the place! The hotel is located very close to the centre and about a 15-min walk from the casino! There is a public parking nearby, in which you get a discount if you are guest of the hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly! Breakfast is decent.

Hot chocolate is good but at Eur 9.90 it’s too expensive for the rather small size of the cup. Service is not the best as they forgot our chantilly. Also, we wanted an espresso at 16:30 and the machine was already being shut down (30 min before closing).

Seriously, best part of a recent visit to Monaco! Service was excellent with the waiter's recommendations spot-on. The Italian (thick) hot chocolate was the best I have ever had. For sure not a cheap place but this is Monaco and for me the price/quality was fair enough.

So this place is basically a scam with a coffee machine? Impressive. They serve coffee colder than their customer service and charge prices higher than my electricity bill. You order a hot drink, and by the time it reaches you, it’s auditioning for a role as iced coffee. The chocolate? Might as well be melted disappointment mixed with regret. Honestly, if I wanted to throw my money away for something this bad, I’d just donate it to a scammer with more creativity.

Monaco prices for Monaco quality. Very pretty inside, and staff is very friendly. Not crowded at all. Worth a stop if you are in the mood for expensive and fancy chocolates after a tour of the palace. Live life like royalty and get some chocolate, or be a pleb like me and just take pictures.

I waited 15 minutes just to order a hot chocolate. The lady behind the counter completely ignored me while I stood there. Then, when a group of people came in and sat at a table, she took their order first. That was it for me — I left the shop.

Service is good. But the hot chocolate is not worth €10 neither is the tiny swirl of ice cream for €7.
