Mel's Hard Luck Diner, located in Branson, MO within the Grand Village Shopping Center, offers a unique dining experience with its 1950s-style decor and singing servers. The staff consists of professional musicians, singers, and songwriters who entertain guests throughout their meal. The menu features classic comfort foods like the Hard Luck cheeseburger and High Rollin beef pot roast.
Fantastic fun at Mel's Diner. We were a party of two and managed to get right in on a Friday afternoon. I ordered the Cheese steak sandwich, while my wife decided on a Banana split with a side of Onion rings. Our waitress recommended to order my sandwich with onion rings and have the fries as the side to save a bit of cash, which is what we did. Once the food arrived we were both entranced by the size of the banana split. I decided to help my wife try to eat this enormous offering and basically just enjoyed a couple bites of my sandwich with the Intention of taking it home. We just couldn't finish the delicious split, although we gave it a valiant effort. During the meal we enjoyed hearing 5 or 6 different wait staff sing various genres of music. All are very talented and were local performers at various shows in Branson as well as working here at Mel's Diner.
Hebrews 1 — Google review
Fun atmosphere with talented singing servers (they have to audition to get a server job). I had the Ruben with fries $16.50 which was served hot, but very soggy. The flavor was good, but I really missed the usually raspberry accompaniment. Hubby had a huge Southwest salad with crispy chicken $16.50 and said it was very good. We saw a cherry float made and it made us promise each other we'd come back for ice cream 🍨another day.
Patricia V — Google review
We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed this place. The wait staff are also performers and take turns serenading the patrons. It is a little louder at times because of the performances. The food was the best we've had our whole vacation and they are on our list of places to revisit. Portions are big and flavors are wonderful.
Herb L — Google review
This was a great place! The servers sing while they're serving and it was just such a fun atmosphere. Food was good too and they offered several gluten free options and had a gluten sensitive menu.
Cat ( — Google review
The cheese steak, fries, and chocolate shake were all pretty good. Our first server, Kharie, seemed very nice, but for some reason she was switched out for a different server as soon as we sat down. I was bummed we didn't get to hear her sing because her track list seemed cool. It said there were CDs available for purchase but I couldn't find it in the shop. I think Matt was the second server and he was also nice, and he had a pleasant singing voice. 4 stars mainly because the intermittent singing made it hard to have conversations and also it meant that the server was unavailable for several minutes when we had already finished our food and were ready to leave.
Alec D — Google review
We LOVED our experience! We were so happy that we got to finally have a meal at Mel’s diner! There was a huge line when we got there but we literally waited for maybe 5 minutes!! Our waitress, Ondria was sooo sweet and an amazing singer! My brother & his fiancé loved their meals along with my girlfriend and I! We will definitely be coming back!!!
Emily W — Google review
Great food, friendly staff. The staff sing 50's songs to you while they serve you. It's not too loud to where you can still enjoy conversation at your table, but loud enough you can still hear the servers' beautiful singing voices. We never had an empty cup, as soon as we were done with a plate, someone was there to take it away, kept our table clean and easy to eat. Overall GREAT experience. This is our new Go-To when in Branson.
Trenton S — Google review
This is such a cool place to go! Only downside is they close early, so make plans to be there early. The servers are singers, and they're good! Really good! This restaurant is not for people looking for a quiet spot to eat. They have ice cream desserts you feel like you'll only ever see on TV. Ice cream pilled so high, filled with cookies. The food is really good too. I got the pot roast and would definitely order it again. Will have to come back next time we're in Branson.

Restaurant
Start your day at Billy Gail's at Branson Mill, a beloved eatery with three locations in the Ozarks. Known for its mouthwatering breakfast options, this Branson institution offers tempting specialties like pecan, peanut butter, or chocolate chip pancakes and iconic Monte Cristo Sandwiches made with their famous billion-dollar bacon. The restaurant also serves delicious lunch items and is conveniently located near the Silver Dollar City theme park.
What a fun place to eat! We were advised NOT to order additional pancakes. Why, you might ask? They're 14"round! Hubby and I shared the Billy's Belly Buster and shared it. It was 3eggs, 2 thick sliced bacon, a mountain of scrumptious breakfast potatoes, a huge biscuit, and 2 pizza-sized pancakes. The food was amazing, pancakes were fluffy and full of the chocolate chips we added for $2, and the 🥓 was crispy as ordered. Our server, Vicki, was very attentive and friendly. It was our first meal in Branson, and we expect to see them again before we leave. Thank you for offering such great quality.
Patricia V — Google review
We loved this location of Billy Gail’s in Branson (the other location on 265 was very busy and has limited gravel parking). No wait and definitely a fun place to eat - with tons of fun hillbilly, outdoor type decor. The reason we came was THE FOOD, and it didn’t disappoint. My son ordered the chicken and pancake breakfast and I’ve never seen a breaded chicken breast that big. The biscuits and gravy were really good, and the French toast was fluffy and perfectly cooked. The pancakes and portions are HUGE - come hungry and take leftovers home! Our server did a great job and overall a fun and tummy satisfying breakfast out! Highly recommend. We WILL come back here next time we’re in Branson for sure!!!!
Jason W — Google review
One of my favorite restaurants in our area! (I'm a local.) The decor is so fun and cool here, and don't even get me started with the food. The pancakes are as good as they say, and the Billion Dollar Bacon lives up to its name. Also their portions are chumongous (yes, I spelled that right). I got the Belly Buster Breakfast and I had to take home two boxes. TWO BOXES! If you're in the area and looking for a restaurant, please come here. Hiiiiiighly recommend.
Zion S — Google review
Luckily we got there early because when we left there was a huge line.. Why was her a huge line because this place is awesome! Super cool atmosphere the service staff was unbelievable She stopped and checked in numerous times kept my wife's coffee full.. food came quick It was hot and delicious!!! Portions were very large fairly priced eggs were cooked perfectly!! The omelette was the spot on! like I said delicious!! check out those pictures I took! I think we found a great place for breakfast! But I'm guessing lunch and dinner would be awesome here too I will be finding out we'll be back.
Doug D — Google review
The service here is amazing. Food was hot and fast! The sweet cream pancakes were undescribably delicious. My husband and I thought we'd share one..ha we barely made a dent in them. The eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the bacon. The biscuits were also delicious. I'd probably steer clear of the gravy and hash browns. They left a lot to be desired. However, we will definitely be back when we're in the area...that tenderloin is calling my name!
Heidi F — Google review
This placed was packed, must be a sign of a good place to eat-well, not exactly. People were very friendly, but food was just so-so to me. Waiter was very attentive and friendly, food came out very quick…but…everything was just barely warm. Notice the butter on that huge pancake, it wasn’t even warm enough for it to melt even a little, it was dry and to be honest unevenly cooked and dry. We specifically asked for extra, extra crispy bacon, while it wasn’t still squealing, it was far from even slightly crisp. Now the French toast was amazing, could taste the vanilla for sure. It’s a one and done for me, I wouldn’t go back.
L B — Google review
Well, it took us a full two hours to get in, but once we were finally seated, the food was absolutely fantastic and our server was very kind. The place was completely packed, which explains the long wait, but it definitely had that lively, popular atmosphere. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and it was super delicious but you have to split it. The portion is way too huge for just one person. I tried to eat it myself and definitely felt bad afterward, so learn from my mistake! You also have to try the huge pancake; it was incredibly delicious and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. Even with the long wait, I would still say it’s worth it for the great food, huge portions, and friendly service.
Owen C — Google review
2 of us went on Saturday about 12:30 and got right in! You will have a wait if more than 4 in your party. Food came quickly. Pancakes are so large (14”), they use a pizza box for to-go orders. My husband wanted the original sweet cream pancake, but they also offer cinnamon roll, blueberry lemon, banana pecan foster, strawberry cheesecake, and peach cobbler! I ordered the country fried chicken omelette. Meat on top and inside—so good. Several bread options that go with the meal. I chose the English muffin, which came grilled. Wow! Breakfast served all day, but they have lots of other choices, including fried bologna. Such large helpings, you can easily share or take leftovers. I will certainly go back!

The restaurant caters to different dietary preferences with its selection of Vegan and Vegetarian items.
If it was possible to give more stars for atmosphere, I totally would as the ambience in this place is amazing. And that’s not even the best part. The food is definitely amazing. The pizza you can tell is made with super fresh ingredients. The mozzarella is definitely high-quality. The salad was really fresh. The Romain was super crispy. Definitely worth coming back to.

Our server/bartender Greg was great! He expertly advised us on food and drinks. He even caught that we were brought the wrong pizza before we had a chance to eat it. Super friendly even when balancing multiple tables. And of course the food is always delicious. Love the gluten free options.
Maddie M — Google review
So happy we tried Mellow Mushroom! The gluten free crust was honestly amazing; the best I've had. They also have dairy free cheese and vegetarian options. Our food came out fast and fresh. We had great service from friendly staff. The atmosphere is fun and chill. Highly recommend!

While in Branson, Missouri, we went for dinner to @mellowmushroombranson. Previously, I have been to the location in Pigeon Forge, TN, and loved it. This location is great in the historic downtown of Branson, on the promenade right off the river. And now for the food, this time we ordered the Bruschetta, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Avacado Hoagie, the Holy Shitake Pie, and the Kosmic Karma the food was just perfect, it hit the spot, and the favorite item would be the Kosmic Karma. It was fresh and very flavorful. another item that I enjoyed more then I thought I would was the Avacado Hoagie, the bread was fresh and soft and overall the Hoagie was flavorful. definitely a fan of Mellow Mushroom 🍄 hope they open a location in Houston
Hassan G — Google review
Such a great pick for pizza. Service was great. The pizza was amazing! I had the Holy Shitalki. If you like mushroom and garlic a must try!
Naomi M — Google review
I will be going to Mellow Mushroom Branson every time I am in Branson. Every thing we ate was outstanding!! They need to open one on Kansas City MO!
Roman H — Google review
First time visiting and not disappointed. Try to remember that this place is a tourist place. The staff will come of a little lack luster if you're a professional "eater outer". That being said; I'll come back again and again! Skip the daqs. The bar staff was great! Big man behind the bar was very cool. Just get the cocktail you prefer to get. Cheese bread is a meal it's self! Super great! 10/5 stars!!
Jeremy B — Google review
Came in for a dinner on a weekday. Place was not crowded and we were seated immediately. We opted to try some daiquiris and glad we did as they were very good and we enjoyed getting the souvenir cups. The pizza was very good, cooked perfectly. Our server was very friendly she noticed when our drinks were low and came right over to ask if we needed refills. Would recommend if you are on the strip looking for a pizza.

Gettin' Basted is a retro-style dining spot in Branson, Missouri that serves up competition-tested BBQ meals and burgers. The restaurant is adorned with numerous placards, flags, and trophies showcasing their countless barbeque championship wins. Known for its traditional Ozarks barbeque style featuring heavy smoke and unique sweet and sour sauces, Gettin' Basted offers a memorable barbecue experience. With an array of championship titles under their belt, this establishment is a paradise for BBQ enthusiasts.
Honestly some of the best service and meal I’ve ever had. My husband and I stopped by on his birthday before going to an event. The waitress was so sweet. We had only 15 minutes to get to our event and I communicated that, she assured me she could get a whole meal out. she brought out our app in 30 seconds. She brought our meals out shortly later. The meals blew us both away. We made it to the event on time.
Miranda G — Google review
Start your meal with a banana pudding? Yes, please! I love a good banana pudding, and when the menu suggested starting with it, I couldn’t resist—life is short, so eat dessert first! We sat at the bar during Monday night football and had a fantastic experience. The brisket was tender and flavorful, drinks were great, and we enjoyed some interesting insights about the area from the staff. Their merchandise is also top-notch and fun. Easily my favorite meal out on the strip!
Jessi P — Google review
We had a tremendous meal. 3 members of our dinner party had the brisket. It was amazing! The brisket was so tender, I didn't need a utensil at all. It was amazing. The taste was also amazing. I tried the hot BBQ sauce and I didn't think it was hot, but it was very tasty. Another member of our party has the burnt ends and they were phenomenal! So tender and packed with a ton of flavor. We tried the banana pudding for dessert... it was pretty solid too! Overall, food was a 10 out of 10! Our waitress April was funny, very engaging, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We peppered her with questions and she always had an answer. She is certainly a tremendous asset to this restaurant. Service was a 10 out of 10! My only complaint is the lack of condiments. I ordered an unsweet tea, but all they has was the pink packets (What I refer to as cancer packets) as they have been linked to cancer. I would certainly appreciate Stevia as a healthy sugar alternative. Other than that.. this was amazing! They do offer military discounts as well. I will DEFINITELY come back... likely before I head home! 😉
Chris S — Google review
We ate an early dinner and got there around 4:30; we got sat in a section where the waitress had three tables including ours. Our waitress was Betty and although she is a sweet lady, I think Betty should find a different job and not be a server. It took awhile for her to come and take our drink order as she was tending to the guest that appeared to be done eating. It seemed she gets a little overwhelmed with the demand of being a server. We ordered the Nashville Hot sandwich with sweet potato fries and the Burnt ends with the poblano cream corn and mac n cheese. The food was good but we have a better bbq place back home. However, the poblano cream corn was amazing! I would not recommend the mac n cheese or the sweet potato fries (not sure if they were just burnt or what).
Courtney R — Google review
I enjoyed our lunch there. We got the bbq wings and Miami sandwich. Onion rings were amazing! Smack your mama good. Fries not bad as well. Very attentive with serving and always busy. Will go again next time in town. Had to take away a star. I’m from KC so biased to best BBQ. Haha.
Kelly M — Google review
We saw plenty of commercials and advertisements for this place so we decided to stop in since they advertised burnt ends. I had a burnt in salad and my partner had the burnt ends meal. Maybe we're just used to our barbecue here in Tulsa it's a little different flavor base that we prefer. The atmosphere and service was great.
Tammy M — Google review
We were told this was the best barbecue joint in Branson, Missouri. Honestly, I thought this rated three stars but my wife said they were better than that. Definitely not five star barbecue joint. Please don’t get me wrong. The barbecue here is respectable. Lots of award winning BBQ. If you follow me, you’ll notice that I eat a lot of different barbecue and a lot of different barbecue joints. Gettin Basted was mediocre to good. Maybe it’s good for Missouri, but in Texas…. The service was good. Our waiter was a very energetic guy from the Ukraine, he was good The restaurant was a typical barbecue joint. Nothing really special, or bad here. If you’re looking for some decent barbecue, this is not a bad place
Henry M — Google review
The best barbeque I've ever had. Seriously. How this place was not packed out the door is beyond me. The pulled pork was tender and had the best smoke flavor I've ever eaten. My wife and the ribs and chicken combo and are every bit of it. Neil was an amazing host, and took exceptional care of us from start to finish. Skip the tourist trap restaurants and eat here.

Nestled within the Branson IMAX Entertainment Complex, McFarlain's Family Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its charming antique-filled ambiance. The restaurant is renowned for its delectable homemade cobblers and pies, including the exclusive Branson Traffic Jam Pie featuring a delightful blend of cherries, strawberries, rhubarb, and cranberries.
Lovely fantastic experience. Best roast beef and potatoes I've ever had. Kimberly was very sweet and provided exceptional service for us. The included honey cornbread is preferable to the rolls most places offer. My mom also got a free piece of pie for Mother's Day. Outstanding!

We ate here after seeing a musical show. Lunch was good. I had the rest beef. It was tender and not fatty. Didn’t have a whole lot of flavor. The creamed corn was very good. My wife had a club sandwich and fries was good. Table bread is cornbread.

Stopped in today for a beer and some appetizers. I can’t believe we haven’t stopped here before. It is a fun place with a neat atmosphere. They have cafe style seating, a bar and a patio. The patio is technically indoors however but still neat. We will be back!
Angie F — Google review
The online menus are misleading. The prices shown must be years old. This place was very well advertised, but really pulled up short in its expectations! We could barely find the front door as it was well camouflaged. It’s very confusing as they are a movie theater, game arcade, shopping stalls and somewhere there was a restaurant in there. We entered at 3:00…. Not a lot of people there. The hostess finally seated us (she seemed like it was a burden) with menus. The waitress showed up and took our drink order. Came back with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order (less than a minute). We did ask for another minute. That’s the last time we saw her. She got a large group behind us. She took their drink order and then started taking their food order We had been there over 15 mins and only had water and menus Needless to say we got up and left Terrible service. Don’t go I won’t

Haven't been here for a couple years. They have expanded since the last time I was there. My lady and I shared a fried green tomato appetizer. 6 large slices, breaded and deep fried. They were delicious. We ended up bringing 4 slices home. The complimentary corn bread came out hot, and it was like home made. My lady had the chicken pot pie, and I had the deluxe club with house made potato chips. The chef here knows what he's doing. Portions are large, prices are reasonable, and staff is courteous and professional. All in all, I recommend McFarlains for a good meal in Branson. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere is it's in the IMAX mall, and the decor is early tourist kitsch.

Amazing Breakfast and Warm Atmosphere I had the pleasure of having breakfast at this charming restaurant, and it did not disappoint! The cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing — warm, soft, and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of icing. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was cozy and nostalgic, with old pictures lining the walls that gave the place a lot of character. What really stood out was the tribute wall to veterans — a heartfelt touch that showed real appreciation for those who have served. It added a meaningful and personal feel to the whole experience. Great food, friendly service - thank you Kari! and a warm, welcoming environment — I’ll definitely be back!

Looks to be newly remodeled. Service was good. Fairly quick for the type of food it is. Speaking of the food my friend got the pot roast and I got the meatloaf. Both were amazing. The creamed corn was authentic southern cream corn and was great! Potatoes seemed to be real potatoes as well not the powder or can stuff. Great experience!

This place is a gem. We came here on a Sunday night after a day of hiking and were starving and thirsty. Our waiter Peter immediately sat us down and got us mason jars with ice cold water. He refilled it as quick as we finished them. We ordered the pork chop and their fried chicken. Service was excellent and despite the kitchen sending out the wrong sides and white meat instead of dark meat, Peter immediately corrected that and got us the right order. Which was incredibly appreciated. The pork chop was grilled perfectly and the sides were fantastic. The fried chicken was incredible. The breading was thin and well seasoned while the meat was juicy. It was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. At the end, Peter even ended up giving us a discount for the mistake and made the replacements on the house. The service here was exceptional and staff incredibly courteous. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Branson and need a place to eat. You won’t regret this place!

This place is NOW Walkers. They make walking tacos. They use the chip bag or whatever container you bring in to make your tacos in. They have a bid selection of ingredients. The have chicken and ground beef. Prices are VERY REASONABLE. Customer service is amazing. There is no place to sit down. You place your order and go outside to wait for your food. Lines can be very long. Again very good value and good food.

If you're in Branson you need to go to this place!! Their food is like what your grandma made. The biscuits are fluffy and melt in your mouth. We ate there twice while in Branson and both times the food was great! I highly recommend this place!

We actually ate here 2 times while in Branson, Missouri. We had dinner one day & breakfast another. Both meals were cooked to order. It did take a few minutes to get our food, but it was great both meals. There is a wait sometime but it's worth the wait.

Stopped here for dinner on our way to Branson. Portions were big and prices were very affordable! I got the buffalo chicken tenders and a grilled chicken sandwich — the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and the tenders were saucy and tender. Fries and onion rings were both crispy and delicious. Great food and great value!

We enjoyed our meal here. It’s not a large place do I’d say there can be a wait at times. Our server was good but a little sporadic. I had ham steak with baked potato and baked beans. Ham was a thick slice well grilled and tasty. Beans had some sugar to them snd were also tasty. My wife had eggs bacon snd small pancakes. Bacon wasn’t crispy enough for her taste but she liked the eggs and pancakes.

If you like homestyle cooking with great portions, this is the place. Nothing here is 'outta the box' it tastes fresh and home made because it is. The service is friendly and the owner is very delightful. Though there may be a wait, it is well worth it.

Well such a pleasant experience, had a 40 min wait which seemed more like a 25-30 min wait (shop, look around at other stores while you wait), small quaint restaurant, food was good, omelette was cooked perfect, pancakes 🥞 are omg thick, definitely could only eat 1, biscuits thick as well, don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. Waitress, Felicia, was wonderful. Recommend for a visit.

Clockers Cafe is a beloved, time-tested eatery in historic Downtown Branson, known for its generous portions of traditional American comfort food at reasonable prices. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes it a favorite among locals and even draws in some of Branson's local celebrities. The menu boasts delicious home-cooked meals, with highlights such as the Country Fried Steak, Prime Rib Dip, and Biscuits and Sausage Gravy.
This place is great. Feels like your hometown family restaurant. Service was friendly and great. Food was all excellent. Great place to stop in and explore the area and shops.

First time back to Clockers in over a year, breakfast was ok, I ordered the omelet with ham, bacon and cheese, it was cooked good and had no complaints. Wife ordered the cinnamon roll French toast, it was a little under cooked and a little soggy but most of it had a good flavor. Coffee was hot and it was good as well. Service was a little slow, but most of the seats were full and we didn’t have a wait time, we were seated quickly, which is not always the case. We will be back for sure.
J T — Google review
It was just okay. We stopped at Clockers Cafe for breakfast on a Tuesday morning around 9 am. It wasn't too busy and we got a booth right away. Our server, Shawna was super nice and attentive. We ordered: - Coffees and waters - Giant Cinnamon Roll - Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise on the side and Home Fries - Omelet with Ham, Onion and Cheddar with English Muffin and side of Hash Browns The cinnamon roll came out first as we wanted. While it was tasty, it definitely was not huge. For cinnamon rolls, this was average to small in size. At $5.99 though, it was priced fairly. My omelet was nice. The English Muffin was saturated with butter or Whirl. My hashbrowns were a big disappointment. The top of them were extra crispy and crumbled when eaten (overcooked). The hashbrowns underneath looked okay but were floating in a bath of cooking oil (Whirl perhaps). My wife's Eggs Benedict was decent as was the sauce. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Her home fries were large chunks of fried potatoes. They didn't seemed seasoned at all and they were cut too large. We have half of our meals leftover and will be eating them at home tomorrow morning. I packed my hashbrowns on top of a napkin to absorb the grease/Whirl so those should fry up nice. For my wife's home fries, I'll season them when I reheat them. So I'm calling Clockers Cafe average for the food and excellent for the service.

Absolutely love this cafe. The atmosphere is warm and homey. The booths have hooks for your winter hats and coats. The waitresses are attentive and kind. The home cooking style food was so tasty and filling. Just what we needed as we visited, ate, and sipped coffee.

Not a large menu. Food was okay, not great and was only like warm when it arrived.
Joleen A — Google review
First time visiting and the food was OK. Standard cafe food, not great, not bad. I had the Country Fried Platter with the steak. Steak was overcooked but edible. My husband had the chef salad and he said it was OK. It's a little vintage looking with booths along each side of the walls and tables in the middle section. Service was decent and the waitress was friendly. Not sure it's a place I'd visit again but glad we tried it.

We were able to get seated pretty quickly for our party of 5, however, it took quite a bit of time before we were able to order. Our food took exceptionally long to come out and our waitress was not quite friendly. I will say, my sandwich was very good and the hash browns were hot and crispy. Would not return on a weekend.

Stopped for lunch. Does not look like this restaurant has changed in 50 years. We had a table quickly. Took a while to get our drinks. Friendly waitstaff. Placed our order and waited for 45 minutes before it arrived. Looked like they had plenty of kitchen help so suspect they forgot our order. Hamburger was good as was taco salad. Grilled cheese was small and a letdown. Salad was good. Big issue was our long wait. Don’t plan on a repeat visit.

This is THE brunch spot you must try! Great menu. Delicious food. Quaint decor with a touch of Euro atmosphere. Try the chicken salad sandwich on baked pita bread! Crunchy sandwiches are supreme! Try anything for dessert - everything is spectacular! My new GO2 when in Branson! Super kind staff as well. ♥️

10/10 best BLT I’ve ever had. Basil bread was a nice touch. I was expecting the house sauce to be something sweet, lucky for me it wasn’t. It was more of a mild aïoli. It complimented the sandwich well. The bacon was nice and crispy and the tomato was fresh. My friend and I, who had the BLT as well, were completely silent once we started eating. I had the Beach Water Lemonade to drink. Sadly it was too sour to enjoy. It was like they forgot the sugar in the lemonade, but the sandwich was so good it made up for it.

Not sure why they removed some of the amazing decor, but they should put it back. It's looking less beautiful and more generic. The stark coffee side is sad and I hope they stop stripping this side of It's elegance. What happened to the lemon water? Soggy bread that isn't the same tomato bread. My heart is sad. I was really craving Sugar Leaf. Next time we can just go to Panera.

We originally stopped in for a fresh bakery snack. We ended up ordering a chicken, strawberry, feta salad to split between us. It had good flavor and a good presentation. Just enough with our snack to tide us over till dinner. My wife picked the always delicious rice crispy treat. It was huge. I went with the Blueberry Muffin, which they warmed for me. All of the baked goods would make anyone happy. My wife also has a London fog, cold. This was our only complaint, it wasn't very good.but they do have a full coffee shop attached. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the place has a nice atmosphere.

Went specifically for the s'mores cookie and it did not disappoint. It was ahhhmaazing! If you are a fan of chocolate and marshmallows get here with a quickness. Everything in the case looked delicious, was tempted by the pies. Seemed to be a popular lunch place as it was very busy when we came. Definitely would come back to try lunch. Iced coffee was great. Was a perfect place for a little pick me up.

Great spot for coffee/breakfast on the strip! It's in the outdoor shopping mall behind Mel's Hard Luck Diner and is very worth the visit! Cinnamon roll was massive, soft, and delicious! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is fantastic!

We visited Sugar Leaf twice during our trip, and it ended up being one of the better breakfast spots we found in Branson. The food was consistently solid, the breakfast sandwich was tasty, and the quiche was also really good. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The first time we visited, the latte wasn’t great, not quite the style I prefer, execution and ingredients are more like Starbucks, but the food more than made up for it. It’s a cozy spot with good variety, and overall, it left a positive impression. We’d definitely go back the next time we’re in town. A reliable choice for breakfast in Branson.

This review is for the chili only. Ive came here for years and gotten their famous chili many many times. I dont remember beans ever being in the chili. It was always large juicy chunks of beef and tomatoes and was delicious. On my most recent visit i got the chili and it was loaded with kidney beans. Like 80% beans. Not enough meat. I guess places are cutting costs by adding more beans or something but cmon. Would have gladly paid more for the old recipe.

Mitsu Neko Fusion Cuisine & Sushi is a trendy Japanese restaurant in Branson, offering a modern atmosphere and a surprising array of sushi and fusion entrees. Despite its location, the restaurant boasts some of the best sushi, with fresh bigeye tuna air-freighted from Hawaii and seasonal salmon from Alaska. The menu includes staple rolls like California and Philadelphia, as well as unique signature combinations. In addition to sushi, they offer cooked entrees such as orange roasted duck and seared salmon.
We enjoyed our visit to Mitsu Neko ! A nice little place right off the strip. The service was absolutely wonderful. It was a quiet weeknight, which was nice for our little Family dinner. We all did the AYCE. We tried several of the sushis, and enjoyed each one ! They had a new sushi chef and the first round had a bit too much rice, but when asked for less rice they kindly accommodated. No problem ! The veggies were fresh and the flavors were delicious. The one Philly roll picture that I posted looked like a little whale, which was cute. 😁 Unfortunately they do not include the appetizers or soup like some other places do, but it was good. We would definitely go back.

It was such an amazing experience! We had a party of 7 do the all you can eat sushi, and it was absolutely worth it. We tried over 20 different rolls and every single one was delicious. Our server was also fantastic, made great conversation, and made some great recommendations!! Compliments to the chef and the entire restaurant!

Update Review July 2023 After discovering Mitsu Neko last year we were anxious to return on this trip. Unfortunately I can’t say I’m a fan of the changes. We were impressed last year at the atmosphere they had created, other reviews have mentioned this to, so it makes no sense that they completely lost that by adding a “store” area right as you enter. While a little Asian market is an interesting idea it should be in back and completely separated from the dining area. There was a slightly “off” odor, not so bad that we didn’t stay but needs addressed. My original review complemented the Jazz being played as it gave it a classy vibe, that has been replaced by far less appealing J-Pop. The seating area now in a lower side area seems cramped. The sushi bar is uninviting especially with screens overhead. The service remains good but the sushi rolls were not as terrific as our last visit. Especially disappointing was the Eel Roll with no noticeable eel. The Branson Roll was much better. I hope Mitsu is doing well, these changes seem to be a bit desperate. I would hope the owner would seek wise council and reconsider some of the changes. Original Review July 2022 Terrific sushi and service. Extra points for playing Jazz instead of the junk most sushi restaurants now deem acceptable. We have dined at the sushi place downtown, it’s comparable however the lack of crowd and noise gives Mitsu Neko a decisive edge.

This is one of few restaurants that open late till 10pm on Friday night. Restaurant was easy to find. There was plenty of parking space in front of the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and had a basic decor. Staff were friendly. Price was reasonable. We ordered Pan Seared Steak and Shin Ramen. The food was delicious, but the steak portion was really small. They gave me a lot of fried rice instead of steak in my Pan Seared Steak.

Great place for Japanese Food. Good menu variety with excellent cooked entrees at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. Good sushi but at big city prices so order the platter to get more for your money. Casual simple atmosphere. If you don't require an upscale atmosphere or the ability to sit at the sushi bar this is a great choice.

I was craving some sushi while in Branson, MO and found Mitsi Neko right next door to the TNT old time photos. We had the Snowfire roll, miso soup and a side salad. Great flavor all around. Our bill was fairly cheap and our waitress was sweet and did a great job!

We are from San Antonio Texas and this is the best sushi we’ve had so far. We had the pirate roll it was warm due to the perfectly fried shrimp and delicious. The kids got bento boxes and loved all of it. We had miso ramen it was good as well. But I would definitely come back for the sushi.

Danna's BBQ and Burger Shop is a family-owned establishment known for its delicious smoked BBQ, burgers, and hearty sides. The restaurant has received accolades and positive reviews for its absolutely delicious food. With a communal, local feel, the shop offers generous portions at an excellent price-quality ratio.
Me, my wife, and my in-laws recently ate here. The staff were very pleasant and service was quick. My rib dinner was great. I loved the rub and smoke flavor. Didn't need any sauce. My father in law loved his brisket and sausage. My wife and mother in law had the BBQ nachos with pull pork and they said it was delightful. Only downside, nuts in the brownie, lol.
Shane L — Google review
Danna's BBQ is an old-school BBQ joint where you order at the window and seat yourself. The staff was friendly, and although they didn't know who it was, that smoked the meats (or just didn't want to tell me), they were knowledgeable as well. The pulled pork nachos were really good, and the pickled jalapeños added a nice touch of heat. For my entree, I ordered the combination plate of brisket and chicken. Be prepared to be hungry when you arrive because the portions are huge! I received a while leg quarter for my chicken portion! Starting with chicken, it was moist and delicious with a hint of smoke. The brisket was so so, and the first few pieces were served cool, almost cold for me and another guest at our table. The catfish was also fantastic and some of the best I've ever had, to be honest. The cornmeal crust was crunchy, and the fish was flaky and moist. This was one of the best BBQ places I've been to in this area (not including St Louis and KC). I am giving it a 4 due to the cold brisket, and the floor was slick with something...not sure what? I would definitely dine here again.

We were staying down the road at the Suites of Falls Creek, and another guest recommended Danna's to us. We stopped in after golfing at Thousand Hills Golf course on Friday September 5th. The restaurant is cute, and we loved the decor. The food: oh my goodness!! We loved the food. I can't get good catfish cooked right here in WI, so it was so nice to get it at a place that knows how to fry it right! The staff are amazing and very friendly. Thank you all. We will be back next time we are down there. ❤️❤️

Okay this place is a little out of the way and it's hard to get into the parking lot, but you definitely got to make your way for their amazing barbecue. I best to add a rib and they gave me two and they were huge! The sauce seems to be just spicy enough to have a kick but not to Boiling for your taste buds. I always judge the barbecue place by their coleslaw and this is very creamy and fresh definitely made recently and you can tell the acidity in the smoothness of the ingredients add to its flavor

This place was so amazing! Not only were the employees super kind and welcoming, but the food was delicious and the place had such a good atmosphere. The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks offers refined suites with balconies and fireplaces, providing a polished hotel experience. The Farm to Table aspect ensures that the menu features the freshest ingredients for a delightful dining experience. Situated on the college campus, students serve in various capacities, including as servers in Dobyns Dining Room and at the Front Desk, Bakery, and Nettie Maries Creamery.
I have a son who graduated from College of the Ozarks - Hard Work U. And it's not just a slogan. And now my future daughter in law is also graduating from their nursing program. I know this post is for the Keeter Center - but it's run by C of O students and your experience here will prove why this college is such a magnificent educational experience. Service and facilities are absolutely top notch here. We stayed in the Loft Suites and everything was immaculately maintained. Stunningly decorated in rustic style with exposed timbers, wild edge trim. I felt like I was staying at an expensive ski resort. Clean, highly maintained. Attention to detail. Worth every single penny. We splurged for the bed and breakfast stay. They brought a full service breakfast made to order in the morning. Staff are friendly, courteous, professional. These young men and women are not just pursuing an education. They are learning about life. The intangibles you can't teach in a classroom. Why? Because they work their way through their entire college experience. This includes the staff at the Keeter Center/Mabee Lodge. We were thrilled by our experience. And the staff are to be congratulated - particularly the faculty who are teaching our young people here. It's easy to find lots of negativity in the news stories of the day. Makes one doubt the future of our culture. If you visit C of O, and particularly this fine facility, you will have your faith in our future restored.

So many family vacation memories at the Restaurant. Every meal is absolutely amazing. Almost everything is “farm to table”. An all time favorite place to ear when we go to Branson. Dessert is a must!! (We have not stayed at the Lodge.)

We ate dinner. We have eaten here many times. The service is always excellent. The location is fine. On this particular evening, I, for the first time, ordered the Kansas Strip steak. I asked for medium well, and it was cooked properly. However, the quality of the steak was inferior, and should not have been served at this restaurant. Especially given the price, I should have had a much better quality steak. It was full of fat and gristle, and very difficult to cut. I was wasn’t even given a steak knife. I couldn’t even finish it. I have come to expect better things from the Keeter center. I don’t know if they’re getting the steak from their own herds or not, but they need to serve better quality beef. I’m sorry to have needed to post this negative review. Overall, I’m very happy at the Keeter Center, and I love the kids. Nonetheless, given the price, especially, I should have been served a much better quality steak.

Dinner was an absolute dream! If you ever find yourself in Branson, Missouri, I highly recommend a visit to Dobyns Dining at The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks. It's an experience you won't want to miss, where college students prepare and serve some of the most mouthwatering meals you could ever imagine. The farm-to-table concept offers fresh, flavorful dishes that delight the palate with a symphony of tastes, and the student service is both warm and personable, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is lively, and the setting features beautifully crafted woodwork, reminiscent of a grand lodge. It’s the perfect spot for a date night! Be sure to ask for London from Indiana! She was wonderful!

As new locals, this was our first visit after hearing great things from friends and reviews. We came in with high hopes! We started with the charcuterie board. Overall, it was good, the cheeses were nice, though not outstanding. There were a couple of grey pieces of meat we chose not to eat, but everything else on the board was delicious. Next came the bread. I’m gluten-free, and I have to say the rolls were some of the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had! My husband loved his regular bread too. Big win there. For my meal, I ordered the gluten-free Ketter Club. At first, they accidentally brought out the non-gluten-free version, but thankfully they caught it before setting it down. When my gluten-free sandwich arrived, I immediately noticed the bun looked hard and unfortunately, it was more like a rock. Honestly, no one could’ve bitten into it. I told our waitress, and she kindly offered to have a new one made, but since we had already been there for over two hours, I just ate the turkey and cheese without the bun. My side of fruit was a bit disappointing too, with about a quarter of it being mushy. We did share the gluten-free carrot cake at the end, which was fantastic! My husband also really enjoyed his meal, so it wasn’t all bad. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, which we appreciated. All in all, for the price, I expected a bit better consistency, especially with the gluten-free items. We’ll likely give it another try before bringing out-of-town guests, but I hope management takes reviews like this to heart. There’s so much potential here, and a few tweaks could really elevate the experience.

Amazing experience staying in the Prime Minister Suite for a week. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, food was delicious and the service was top notch. The Sunday brunch was amazing and so were the other multiple meals we ate in the restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. The coffee/tea/drink station for the lodging guests was really great and included some delicious goodies to enjoy while reading on a comfy couch or playing a game with your loved one. Beautiful view of campus and the surrounding area out our back deck and a great location to any and all the Branson attractions. The turn down service every night with HUGE cookies and fresh milk was a perfect way to end a day. We just can't say enough good things about our experience staying and eating here at the Keeter Center. Hard Work U is achieving a really high standard in quality and service.

White River Fish House is a charming, lodge-style restaurant located along the shore of Lake Taneycomo and the famous White River in the Ozarks. Voted as one of the best seafood restaurants in Branson, it offers hearty country cooking with a focus on seafood dishes. The historic floating eatery provides stunning water views and is a popular spot for locals arriving by boat.
Went here with my grandma, it is her favorite and a very nostalgic restaurant for her. We enjoyed gator bites to start, which were very good along with the sauce that came with it. I got white fish with a creamy sauce with shrimp (do not remember the name but it was delicious!!!) The broccoli and mashed potatoes that I got as my sides were so good. The vines were so cozy and cabin like. It was warm and inviting. Our server was very kind and we even had a good conversation about our stay and events nearby.

The location of this restaurant (next to Bass Pro Shop and on a Barge) is really nice. It looks over the river and we even got to watch the zip liners go. The biscuits at the start were really good. The main food was decent. I got fish and it was ok. The cobbler at the end was fantastic though. For a nice view and a decent meal, this works.

The White River Fish House was a fantastic dining experience. The rustic atmosphere with river views set the perfect backdrop for a great meal. Service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was excellent. The salmon and mahi-mahi were both fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Easily better than what we’ve had at Top of the Rock Restaurant. What really stood out was the hospitality. The manager even came by to personally celebrate and feed the birthday guest — a memorable and fun touch that made the evening extra special. Highly recommend White River Fish House for both the food and the exceptional service.

This casual dining spot offers a nostalgic atmosphere and serves up delicious burgers, crispy onion rings, and mouthwatering milkshakes. The restaurant also features dog-friendly outdoor tables, making it a great place to enjoy some classic American diner fare with your furry friend.
What a delightful experience!! The owners were friendly and personable. The servers were so helpful and accommodating. The burgers were hand made, half pound beef. I'm so excited to have finally stopped here. We WILL be back.

Great food tucked in the heart of the Branson Strip. Kid favorite: burgers, grilled cheese and shakes. All were great! You will pay Branson prices, but it is worth it. Cash or check only. ATM is in the back. 4 stars for atmosphere, the jukebox music was low and we were not greeted when we walked in. We had to ask if we could take the open table. The servers were lovely, but also mixed up who was meant to wait on us so we waited longer than others that came in after us. We were not in a hurry so it didnt bother us, but I could see how it would bother some. All in all it is a great little spot to get some American grub with good shakes.

Great little place with awesome food. The double cheeseburger we ordered was huge and the chili cheese dog was amazing! Service was great also! We left so full that we didn't have room for dessert unfortunately so I cant review that. I would highly advise anyone in the area to stop by!

Met some friends here and had my pup with me. We ordered and ate outside at some picnic tables located in front of the restaurant. Had a variety of choices, I had the single hamburger, we had the footlong corndog and the footlong chili cheese hotdog. Fries, onion rings and tots. A couple of shakes also. They brought our drinks, food, condiments and paper towels out to us. Even brought my pup a small cup of ice cream. NOTE: At no time was my pup inside the restaurant. So don't get upset at the restaurant. Service was fantastic, food was excellent and was happy they let my pup be outside with me.

50s diner atmosphere. My family and I showed up 30 minutes before closing. Staff was amazing. Food was amazing. I had the double burger. This was a huge burger but so delicious. Highly recommend. My son had a salad and loved it. Did I mention the mill shakes? So thick I had to use a spoon.
James N — Google review
Buyer beware! But this is a good thing- my hubby got a double cheeseburger without knowing a single is a half pound patty! He took one patty off to take home! Delicious! The fries were nothing special like the burger though. Also the name is misleading. If we had known a “dairy land” had such good burgers we would have come here years ago! The locals obviously know. The place was packed for being 1/2 hour before closing time and most of them knew each other. We will be back. :)

Absolutely the best!!! Burgers are 1/2lb patties & the ice cream is sooooo creamy & delicious. Pineapple malt had pineapple in every drink/bite. We didn’t know how big the burgers were & my husband got a double, he had to ask for another bun so he could eat it

Restaurant
India Clay Oven is a welcoming restaurant that offers a variety of traditional North Indian dishes and oven specialties. The menu features well-cooked naan, basmati rice, Keema Mutter (spicy ground lamb with sweet peas), chicken tikka masala, samosas, and chicken tandoori. The restaurant also caters to vegetarians with options like daal, vegetable samosas, and main courses featuring potato, chickpea, cauliflower, and eggplant.
Shared some Chicken Tikka and Lasoni Gobi for appetizers and ordered the Butter Chicken for my entrée. It was so good! I didn't want to stop eating, but had too since I was too full. I ordered the Butter Chicken with medium heat and it was perfect, not too spicy but packed with flavor. They also offered mild and I think spicy. The service was excellent. Seriously, it is some of the best service you will get in Branson. The atmosphere was very welcoming, with a down to earth vibe but also pleasantly chic. Suitable for a date night, or lunch outing. If you have been on the fence about dining here, just try it. You can thank me later.

This was our first introduction to Indian food and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, the staff members were extremely cordial and helpful, and the surroundings were beautiful and clean. We ordered two entrees, two kinds of bread, a sizzling appetizer, and rice pudding. It was all delicious! Sirjit was very helpful in guiding me to gluten-free selections. We had lots of food left over to take home. We felt the price was very reasonable given the quality, variety, and volume of food we received. Based on our experience, I highly recommend India Clay Oven in Branson!

Some of the best Indian food I've had. Family run business, and the service was OK, however I noticed they seemed 3x friendlier with non-caucasian people. Maybe that is just their culture? I'm glad I noticed the 18% gratuity on our bill and they didn't tell us. I think that is for parties over 4 so watch for that! I'd go back for the quality of food.

Branson Cafe, the oldest restaurant in Branson established in 1910, is a beloved spot for locals and tourists alike. This family-run diner offers traditional homestyle meals at affordable prices. The cozy space with quirky decor adds to its charm. The menu features a variety of options including sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and meatloaf for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
Another trip to see the daughter unit perform in Branson, another trip out to eat lunch. Mrs HB tracked down a very convenient place for us called the Branson Cafe. It was very good. First, the problems... the daughter's sausage patties were WAY over cooked and the amount of beef I got on the Open Faced Beef plate was a little lacking. But, that was it. Everything else was AMAZING! Our server was great! And just look at the Cinnamon Roll we brought home!!! And, I have to give them total credit for keeping a positive attitude with the entire street in front of their building totally destroyed right now. If you are in Branson, and you are looking for some great American food, find some parking and go to the Branson Cafe.

Cute little Cafe in downtown old branson with wonderful friendly serves with a smile 😊 Kathleen was our waitress and she was very prompt with keeping our drinks filled and always with a smile! They were very busy with brunch but we didn't have to wait on a table at all with a group of five. Our food came out fast and it was very delicious and fresh. We had a lot on our plate as well with all reasonably priced which we just loved that too☺️ my husband and I had veggie omelets with hadhbrowns. We didn't want a biscuits so we got a pancake instead with no additional cost. My grandson for a Ruben with okra and my other grandson got chicken with waffles. My daughter got homemade chicken salad sandwich with a delicious fresh coleslaw . We had enjoyed our meals and left full and happy!!!

You’ll be treated like family! If you’re looking for the classic diner experience with high quality food, this is the place! You’ll feel like home and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet one of the women who own and operate the place. Sandra’s probably in the kitchen. And get there early for Memaw’s famous homemade cinnamon rolls that are the size of a large plate! I ordered breakfast with biscuit, gravy, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. It did not disappoint! I love the place so much, I came back for lunch, the hand-pattied burger was delicious! Keep in mind, this is a dine-in diner, no takeout. My only other heads up is compromised wheelchair accessibility. It’s an old building and not easy to navigate with a wheelchair, especially the bathroom, which is toward the back of the kitchen. Please plan ahead if you or anybody in your party has a wheelchair. Besides the delicious family recipes, my favorite thing about the Branson Café is it’s female owned and operated, these ladies are carrying on a local tradition, a staple in downtown Branson. Check it out for yourself!
Pamela H — Google review
We visit Branson about every other weekend and have never eaten here at the Branson Cafe, so we tried it this morning. We walked in the door and there’s no one at the counter. We are seen by at least 5 waitresses, but not greeted, no we will be right with you, just stares. After several minutes, one came up and asked two, and seated us, that’s a win considering there was no long wait after being ignored. Placed our order, coffee was hot and good, omelets were great and no problems, came very quickly considering the morning crowd. This is a small restaurant and the noise level is a little high, but nice. I would at least have wait staff acknowledge customers as they come in, with we will be right with you. Prices are not horrible, but 8.49 for one egg? That’s a little much.

This place has delicious food! The corn cakes were something I have never tried before! I’m glad I did they were great! They have a salsa bar stocked up with delicious salsa and toppings! The service was good, the waitress helped us as soon as we got in. Waited on us immediately, and was consistently helping us! The atmosphere was good. Costumers seemed happy to be there. I think that with all of the touristy places in Branson this place needs more attention! The employees are great! This restaurant deserves a little upgrade on furniture though. My seat was duck taped. Other than that, I was pleased!

Amazing service with a menu offering more than your traditional tacos. We got 4/10.00 tacos. Tongue, birra, El pastor and tripe (stomach). There is a cool little topping / salsa bar to dress your tacos how you want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** The margaritas are super sweet , so if you don't like that they aren't for you.

We visited this charming Mexican restaurant with a taco bar during Thanksgiving weekend, and despite the holiday rush, the experience was memorable for most of us. The wait time was nearly an hour, but for those of us who enjoyed non-vegetarian dishes, it was well worth it. Unfortunately, a few friends in our group had a disappointing experience due to mix-ups with their vegetarian orders. The restaurant has a cozy, vibrant vibe that draws you in. However, the service could use improvement, especially when handling dietary preferences. One of our friends received chicken in a vegetarian bean burrito despite the restaurant having a separate vegetarian menu. While the waiter apologized promptly and replaced the order, such mistakes can mar the dining experience for some. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of Mexican classics. The starter chips paired with their hot sauce were a great beginning. For non-vegetarians, we tried chicken tacos, al pastor tacos, and gorditas with chicken and pork. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and we’d rate them a solid 5/5. For vegetarians, the bean burrito (after being replaced) and veg quesadillas weren’t as impressive in flavor. The mix-up with the chicken in the burrito was disappointing, but the staff handled it politely. This restaurant has amazing potential, especially for non-vegetarian food lovers. The flavors are authentic, and the taco bar is a highlight. However, better attention to order accuracy and accommodating dietary needs will elevate the experience for everyone.

The buffet features a wide variety of delicious and hearty food, including southern homestyle cooking, freshly cooked dishes, soups, salads, and desserts.
The overall atmosphere was great. I love the design and rustic feel. You do feel like it's a bit dated but it's awesome for those who do love the 90s cafeteria feel. The food is abundant. There are lots to choose from. We chose to come during breakfast. 18$ for buffet and drink, but I really feel like you get your money's worth. The food was above par and the service was pretty good. They did get busy and I had to go get my own drink one time, however they really did make the effort to get to you. The staff were all friendly and attentive. No issues. I've had better breakfast, but that's okay... this is not bad by any means, plus the selection is nice.

Cool country themed buffet! The food was really good! My wife got the roast beef and mashed potatoes and she liked them! I got grilled chicken, country fried steak, catfish and several other items and it was all delicious! The place is super cute inside! You can sit in the main dining area or out on the “porch” which is in the main entry and faces the mini golf course.

Excellent service and breakfast buffet! Can be taken to go as well. Selection of fruit, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt and pastries as well as eggs, sausage patties, bacon, smoked sausage, potatoes and omelet bar is impressive. There is something for everyone in the family here! Hostess refilled our coffee promptly and made nice conversation with us. After breakfast, play indoor putt putt, visit the gift shop or watch a show. Lots to see and do here. Great experience; will be a regular stop on our Branson trips.

After doing some research, this buffet has the highest rating among other buffets in Branson. I brought my family to try on a Friday night. The price was $22 before tax. The place was very busy. Most of the food items were fried food. Your server has to bring you a plate in order for you to start. I found it to be unnecessary in a buffet restaurant. I believe this protocol was there so you will be required to give your server a full tip. The rib was dried and uneatable. Some part of the watermelon was spoiled. The food selection was limited compared to Golden Corral. They did have a good selection of salad. The server was friendly.

We had breakfast, and it was an excellent meal with a variety of options at the buffet bar, all at a reasonable price. Mrs. Michelle provided outstanding service, being attentive to our coffee needs and promptly cleaning the table. From the moment we arrived, the service was both friendly and efficient.

The establishment was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good and plentiful. The dessert bar had a great bread pudding with a vinalla sauce. The salid bar is very good with lots of choices. The main buffet line had many choices for you to choose from. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Located inside the same complex as the Grand Music Hall. Good selection of foods on the buffet. The only thing lacking was a larger selection of dessert items, as we only found soft serve ice cream and cobblers. Would have preferred some chocolate cake or brownies also. But the place was very clean and the service was excellent. FYI: Drinks are not included in the buffet price.

This was Team Retreat and dinner on a Friday evening. Our wait was about 40-Min. We sat outside as requested. Waitress was Amazing! Food was good. The only issue that we had was one if our teammates food came out incredibly wrong. Good thing she looked at it our there would have been a allergic reaction in the works. It was corrected but a close call. Overall, Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Light show was great also.

The only thing good about this place is if your outside and can watch the water show. The food cost to much for what you get. Our waitress came back only 2 times and once was to bring us food. My friends had nachos. They were so soggy and rubbery they couldn't even tear them apart. They were soggy. One friend got steak. There was only about 5 pieces on top. One my friends was only able to eat a little bit. The other one gave up.

Being a vegetarian, ordered spinach enchiladas and veggie quesadillas. We also had combo dip with queso corn and guacamole. The food was really good, and the service was awesome. We went on a Sunday evening, to watch the Branson Fire and Water show from the patio of the hotel. The experience was really good. There was a small wait time of 20 mins to find a seat on the patio, but was worth enough for having the food and watch the show. The price was reasonable, like 20 to 30$ per head. The staff was very good, and was never hesitant to refill the free chips and providing salsas of different spice levels. Overall, a great restaurant for dinner with a good ambience.

Do not miss this if you are headed to Branson!! Cantina Laredo is not your typical Mexican American fare. It is fine dining. The atmosphere and the servers are top notch. The food is plated beautifully, with care. It is delicious and the prices are not much more than typical Mexican restaurants. The patio and window seats inside overlook the river and the fire/ water show on the river promenade can be viewed from the patio. I have made the 2+ hour drive to eat here and if you are already headed there, do not let the construction downtown deter you. It is a small inconvenience at best and well worth the trouble.

If you're on a budget this place would not be the place to choose. I'm sorry to say. For my family and I we felt like we were eating in a cafeteria. Thats the way the setting felt. All employees were very friendly and good at what they were doing. Food for adults was pretty pricey. I would say with what my family and I got to eat you couldn't share a plate. You'd have to order your own individual plate. Kids Food prices were more reasonable. They not only had Italian chooses but American chooses too for the picky eaters.

Tried this joint out on a family trip. The service/hostesses were a little standoffish. The place is very cute. The upstairs game room could use an upgrade and cleaning. We decided to go here because it looked really fun. We were placed in the side room, which was Audrey Hepburn-themed. It was cute, but very out of place, and no music playing in there. It didn't fit the theme of the rest of the restaurant. The food was sub par, and not a good variety of pasta items for it being a pasta place. The lasagna was terrible, and breadsticks were super mid. Wouldn't recommend. Had our service been better, it could have been more tolerable.

The 16,000-sq.-ft. indoor mall also features arts and crafts from American craftsmen as well as other food stalls such as the Branson Coffee Co., where visitors can purchase hand-roasted coffee beans.
Stopped in to this Branson favorite for some good old local cuisine, we were not disappointed, started with the onion rings which were outstanding, had a cheeseburger which was above average and their classic Turkey, Avocado and Bacon which was fantastic, served on a nice fresh roll. This is an order at the counter place and the food is brought to your table by the efficient staff.

Large storefront with a restaurant in the back. Went during their live music night which was a great addition. Not a huge menu but all the food was good with self serve drinks. BBQ and steak tacos were great. A little bit of a different experience, reasonably priced and overall a good experience!

This restaurants is located inside and in the back of the shopping area. Nicely decorated with an occasional band and the staff were attentive and friendly. We had the pulled pork fries and I swear you could feed four people or more with those. We barely put a dent on them. Two of us had the fried catfish which was average. Not bad but nothing special. The tacos were decent for $12. You can’t see the meat under the lettuce lol but they were good for the price. Nice little place.

The smoked pork tacos were good, with good flavors incorporated; no sides were included. I’m pondering why this is rated so highly. I suspect it’s because they can handle large groups (read: tour buses) efficiently. You stand in line, place your order at the counter, serve yourself a fountain drink, find a table, and they bring your food to you. It’s also a venue that is set up for live entertainment while you eat, although there wasn’t any while I was there. It was very clean and orderly; a nice setting for that type of experience. I guess was looking for something more “intimate,” with table service and excellent food that merits all the 5 star ratings.

Black Oak Grill, situated at the Belk end of the Branson Landing, offers a blend of hearty Midwest dishes and burgers in a modern yet rustic setting. Guests can choose to dine indoors or on the enclosed patio with views over Lake Taneycomo. The restaurant takes pride in supporting local businesses by sourcing select ingredients from nearby establishments. Additionally, it boasts an impressive cocktail menu featuring classic drinks with a contemporary twist.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch while shopping at Branson Landing. We were seated immediately; and the service was friendly and attentive. I had the cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly and was definitely one of the better burgers that I have had. My husband had the reuben sandwich and was definitely pleased. The atmosphere and decor was very nice with the exception of the big rip in my booth seat. Not a big deal, but if you don't keep up with repairs, it will start to become obvious. I always try to check restrooms and this one was spotless and in good repair. I would definitely recommend this establishment if visiting Branson Landing.

While looking for a place to eat while we were in Branson, we found Black Oak Grill. It was around 2:30 when we walked into the place, so the lunch rush was over by the time we arrived, and there were only a few parties seated at their tables. We had no wait for our seating. The waitress we had was very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and well decorated. The menu had a decent variety of things to get ranging from burgers, steak, sandwiches, fish, etc. The food didn't take too long to be brought out. The presentation was impressive, and the food smelled really good. My girlfriend got the Rosemary Grilled Chicken while I got the Chicken Fried Chicken with white gravy. Both were served with seasonable vegetables and mashed potatoes. The food was superb! We both shared a piece of our meal to try, and the Rosemary Grilled Chicken was so flavorful, well seasoned, and juicy. My girlfriend said it was some of the best grilled chicken she had ever had, and I can say I would tend to agree with her it was so amazing. The Chicken Fried Chicken was also very good. It was well cooked, tender, and juicy, and the breading was very crispy. The mashed potatoes with white gravy were very light and fluffy, and the flavor was on point. The vegetables were perfectly seasoned and very juicy as well. Overall, our experience there was great! Totally recommend giving it a try.

There are no vegetarian items listen on the menu though a couple are. You can order sides only if you ask. Did listen and write down food allergy issues, and the server was attentive to the concerns when making the order. Food was just dropped off and left without a word or even a look. Service was OK, and the server was friendly, but did not check on the table often, and it was hard to get the bill to leave and order a dessert to go. Thankfully, i did not have issues with food after they dropped it off. My friend was happy with her salmon and carrot cake. I had 6 items to choose from, 4 of which were not on the menu. The space is beautiful and in a great location.

Decided to stop in for lunch while walking the boardwalk. We were seated quickly, and our waiter was excellent with serving us from the time we sat down to the time we left. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes is great. I ordered a ceaser salad and the BBQ mac and cheese, delicious 😋. I'll definitely visit again if I need some quick lunch.

Very nice place. I had grilled meatloaf. It was an individual loaf that really had been grilled. It came with a tasty marinara sauce on top. The broccoli had no seasoning or butter, but I guess that’s understandable. It was cooked right. Interior is nice and service was good.

Our family group was there for lunch and all were satisfied with their meal - mainly burgers and fries that were prepared well. It is walking access, about a block from the Branson Landing parking lot. One big plus was that it has a deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo and just a stone throw away from the water.

The restaurant, named after its owner Dave Anderson, has been serving up authentic barbecue meals for over twenty-five years. Guests can indulge in their award-winning spareribs, Texas beef brisket sandwich, and a variety of homemade sides and desserts.
The food was sooo good, I had the burnt ends and they were delicious, super tender. The beans were great and the cornbread was some of the best I've ever had. We got the brownie for dessert and it was wonderful! Our waitress, Famous Harley was very friendly and personable. It was a little loud but it's still tourist season and it was dinner time so we understand why. We will return!

We love to eat BBQ here. Always delicious! The waitress was friendly but kinda forgot about us once our food came out. We only had one drink to last us the whole meal.

It was a nice place to stop for a quick lunch. It tasted really good and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress was excellent. My one meat plate which was brisket was cold, really cold. I didn't say anything because we was in a hurry. Like I said it tasted good.

We were the last customers of the night but still got great friendly service from all the staff. The food was very good and serving size was large enough to provide us with lunch the next day. The price was what you would expect in a vacation/tourist area. Not overly expensive though.

After hours on the road, and planning to cook for the family upon arrival to our accommodation at Big Cedar, our family was utterly spent. We have all enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Famous Dave's before, and decided as a family that we were just done and tired! Lol! Famous Dave's to the rescue! The meal was absolutely delicious! The service was top notch! And the management took great care of our family. These reasons, and many more, are why we continue to return to Famous Dave's when we are in Branson, Missouri.

Always go to Drafts when we are in Branson. Great service and good food. The grilled cheese with pulled pork was fantastic. There burgers are very good. We topped the meal off their lava cake and carrot cake. Would recommend highly.

We waited 10 minutes for the hostess to seat us after seating the family of 5 that came in at the same time as us. She chose to walk around and straighten up tables rather than seat us until I finally asked if she wanted us to seat ourselves. The restaurant (pictured) is almost empty, so there was no work to be done on the floor. I ordered the “hand breaded” chicken tenders (pictured) for $16 on their menu only to be served with frozen/deep fried chicken tenders that are worse than you could get at a Fast Food restaurant for half the price. With kids playing travel ball, we eat out 4-5 times/week all over the country and rarely experience such poor service or food quality from a Sports Bar & Grill. Definitely will not be returning.

The food was good. The service was slow, but I think the place was under staffed. The manager was awesome. She made sure my free had a vegan sandwich. The beer was cold!!! The bathrooms were okay, but there was a weird smell.

Way over priced! Over $60 for four lousy tasting drinks. Inexperienced bartender who did not know how to make or serve drinks. Only excuse was Westgate inflated the prices. And to top it all off, the bottles behind the bar had paper cone cups on them to keep the fruit flies out. Westgate needs to get their act together, or shut the place down.

Vasken's Deli is a Mediterranean eatery that prides itself on using the freshest ingredients and serving up mouth-watering dishes in a modern and inviting setting. With recipes passed down through generations, their menu features delectable options like hot sandwiches with pastrami and cheese on wheat hoagie, as well as curry chicken served on a bed of green leaf lettuce salad.
Came in for a light lunch about 1:30pm and it was excellent. Rosa's Mediterranean Turkey was delicious (not light, I know) and the half turkey sandwich with small Greek salad was perfect. Fresh and tasty. If the pita is not freshly made it sure did taste like it. Would definitely come back.

I have wanted to go to Vasken’s Deli since I learned that they were in Branson and had baba ghanouj. We decided to go there after hiking today. I ordered the trio of sides with baba ghanoush, hummus, and tzatziki. The dips were all yummy and the bread was squishy and warm. Absolutely delicious. My husband ordered two chicken Shawarma’s and he said they were good. We had unsweet tea, which was also refreshing and tasted good. I love how it looks inside the restaurant. I love the colors. I love the ceiling and I love how the table tops all go together with the look. Nice atmosphere. The worker who took our order, while she was not unfriendly, she seemed rather jaded. That was the only thing I mark down from this visit. When I need another baba ghanouj fix, we will absolutely go back.

Stopped in for lunch on the way out of town and I'm glad we did! My Muffaletta was SO good. My mom loves a Gyro and they say theirs is "famous" , so she gave it a try. Thumbs up. The pasta salad side is nice with the extra veggies and they're finely chopped, so no weird chunky bites. She got our lunch and after eye-balling the case, I decided I was getting dessert. They have beautifully made truffles, so I got a variety of those, and you don't leave a place like this without some baklava. Both the classic Pistachio and Walnut were available. I ordered both. 😆 Cat and Casey were working while we were there and we gabbed as our food was made and truffles gathered. So nice. If you're ever in Branson and are looking for something fresh to balance out the fried chicken and funnel cake, come try Vaskin's Deli. You won't regret it.
Audra H — Google review
We were in town this summer for a Convention, and were looking for a place to eat. My wife suggested we try Vasken's Deli. It had good reviews, so it should have been a sure winner. And it was. The odd thing was, when we got there, the parking lot for Vaskens was practically empty. A little nervous, I led us inside, expecting the doors to be locked and the store closed up, as some things are in Branson. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all friendly and there were wonderful things to eat on the menu. We had their Peperoni pizza for my son, who is neurodivergent so it's always a little dicey on food with him, but he loved their pizza. My wife got the Italian Chicken Salad. I got a Greek Salad with Chicken I think (it had Bleu Cheese on it). The salads were excellent. The chicken chunks were dry-rubbed slices of breast, cooked to perfection. All of the ingredients were fresh. The place was spotlessly clean, no flies, no trash, no dirt. Immaculate. The counter had a wide selection of desserts to choose from. We chose the chess and pecan pies. We were NOT disappointed. Both were melt-in-your-mouth good, perfectly sweet, just the right touch of salt.

Absolutely would come back again. Food was top tier for the price, and the vibe in the deli was electric. I recommend this place to any tourists looking for cheaper healthy food options.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. My husband had the famous gyro With potato salad. Loved the taste and freshness of everything. I had the Mediterranean salad which was so incredibly good loaded with veggies and olives and the perfect amount of dressing. With a side of tomato basil soup. Delicious!! We’ll definitely be back!!

I can’t count the times I’ve driven past Vasken’s Deli, but I’m so glad we stopped in today. They have a wonderful selection of deli classics and pan-Mediterranean fare, and it’s delicious! The gyro was flavorful and packed with fresh toppings and the Rosa’s turkey was excellent as well. In a town of oversized portions and overdone presentation, Vasken’s is a fresh bite and a refreshing change of pace. The desserts and truffles are excellent as well! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helped us make our decisions. We will certainly return many times!

This is a great deli. Love their chicken salad sandwich with chips. Usually get a side of spicy peppered hummus with tortilla chips. Pretty much self-serve. You order and pay and when it's ready, you go up to the counter and pick it up. Also responsible for clearing your table and putting things in the proper bins. Usually quiet atmosphere. Family friendly. Also serve desserts.

Thai Thai Cuisine is a casual bistro located in a strip mall, offering classic Thai dishes in an Asian-style setting. The extensive menu includes traditional Thai salads, stir fry, curry, and authentic noodle dishes. The restaurant also provides delivery and curbside pickup options. With a focus on vegetarian and vegan options, the Pahd Eggplant is highlighted as a delicious and filling choice. The vibrant and flavorful dishes such as Pad Thai and Green Curry aim to transport diners to Southeast Asia.
My favorite Thai food in Branson! Kind, welcoming staff. Delicious, authentic Thai cuisine. Fast, friendly service. Half the time, we dine in, and takeout is also quick and easy. Every meal we have had here has been very flavorful and enjoyable. We love the pineapple curry and spring rolls. Stir fry meals are great, and pineapple fried rice is delicious! Their Pad Thai is a delight, as is the mango curry. Have also tried sweet and sour chicken, but what wows me here are all their curry dishes! Well-balanced flavors with not too much spice/heat, unless you request a spicier level of food. Thai Thai is always a treat & easy take-out when you call in your order ahead, or there is plenty of seating to dine in. A Branson gem.
Brian S — Google review
I've had many Thai food from the west and Midwest. Thai Thai was good in terms of authenticity, Their red curry was good and I appreciate the Thai spice levels. The pad Thai was average and can definitely improve in terms of savoriness marrying with the tamarind flavor but overall we had a great and delicious dinner. I was very surprised at how delicious their orange chicken was as well. It definitely wasn't your regular Chinese take out or panda express orange chicken but it was flavorful and crispy. My kids loved it!
Rose Y — Google review
I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here if they’re looking specifically for good Thai food. As a meal, it wasn’t bad, but as someone who loves Thai food I would call this Thai inspired. The noodle dishes were bland, and the fried rice was salty. There was no flavor or sauce, and it was disappointing. The food also smells kinda dirty but the establishment looked clean. Enjoy if it looks good to you :)

Great atmosphere, food was wonderful. They forgot the pineapple in my pineapple fried rice, but quickly fixed the issue and was delicious.

Delicious and authentic Thai flavor. They even modified one of their dishes, "Bangkok Mango," substituting pineapple for the mango. They easily accommodated the request, and it was delicious! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for great thai food. Rachael provided great service as well!!

Thai Fast Food. Everything is cooked well in advance and is completely lackluster. We received pir appetizer within 2 minutes pf ordering it and the meals immediatelybafter. The Chicken Satay is basically blandly seasoned grilled chicken with a side of peanut sauce and that was the best of all the plates. The consistency of the mussaman curry was like water and the beef was overcooked and stringy. The Ginger Chicken pretty good.
Nicole G — Google review
Friendly staff, fresh ingredients. Orange Chicken and Fried Spring Rolls were great. We ordered our food too mild (our fault: 3 on a 1-5 scale - no heat at all) which made the ginger chicken too bland. Vegetables cut way too large for my liking. I would give them a second try if we had time.

Nestled within the stunning Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center, the Chateau Grille is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. With its elegant decor and breathtaking views of Tablerock Lake through expansive windows, guests can savor classic international cuisine in a serene atmosphere. The menu features an array of premium entrees crafted from local and sustainably sourced ingredients, including expertly prepared steak, seafood, veal, lamb, and pork.
We had an incredible experience at Chateau Grille! The sunset seating was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and romantic view to enjoy while dining. Our waitress, Madison, was exceptional—warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. The crab cake was a standout—perfectly crisp on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. And the cheesecake… wow! It was delicious with rustic notes and topped with a beautiful blueberry reduction and paired with lemon compote that added the perfect balance of brightness and sweetness. Highly recommend this place for a special evening. We’ll definitely be back!

We only ate at the Grille, we didn't stay at the hotel... Our waitress Sandra was excellent- constantly ensuring our drinks were topped off and we certainly didn't have any lack of service from her! She was incredibly kind and friendly! The soup and salad were very good (though we misunderstood- they weren't included with our entrees). The entrees were amazing- my wife had the lobster ravioli and we both agree it was incredible. I had the special- a rack of lamb. It was also fantastic, the meat cooked just right and the sides were incredibly complimentary. The lobster ravioli certainly took the cake of the two, though. Speaking of cake, we had the gooey butter cake and with the pairing of ice cream and strawberries it was phenomenal! Neither of us expected it to be as amazing as it was and we were blown away from first to last bite!
Matthew B — Google review
An absolute disappointment. My wife made a reservation for our group the day before and we cut our day short in Branson to dress up and prepare for a nice evening out. Sadly, the prices and fancy clothing do NOT reflect the attention given to our food. I didn’t say quality, I said attention… The food could have been amazing, however two of our three dishes were not cooked correctly. My Beef Wellington was overcooked (no pink what-so-ever) for a medium, which was confirmed by the manager. My wife asked for no cream sauce on her salmon dish, yet received cream sauce. When the manager did his obligatory (going through the motions) stop at our table we showed him our food. He completely agreed, yet did nothing… So why stop by our table to ask us? The server brought my wife extra sides without the cream sauce yet the item was cold and not what she requested (mashed potatoes-vs- roasted new potatoes). When you pay this much for a dinner ($290.00) I don’t expect McDonalds “service” from the chef or manager. I work hard for my money and I get really tired of restaurants treating its customers like we should be thankful that the food even came out hot. I guess they are counting on the fancy look of the hotel to distract you from the sub-par food preparation? You’ve been warned.
David L — Google review
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Had a long day and walked in with less than an hour until closing and our sweet server Christine never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. She was so friendly and personable and made our evening that much more enjoyable. The food was delicious, my husband ordered the filet and I had the chicken. Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. An excellent choice while staying at the hotel.
Alisha R — Google review
My wife and I were part of a party of eight celebrating our friends' wedding anniversary. The bride had specially chosen this restaurant for an elegant dining experience, and we were all sorely disappointed. We arrived for a 7:30 dinner reservation on October 11th 2025 and were not even served water, until roughly eight o'clock. We sat with those same glasses of water for another fifteen to twenty minutes before we ever got bread. Then, it was another fifteen to twenty minutes before our order was taken (Mind you the restaurant has an advertised closing time of nine o'clock). Once our orders were finally taken, we waited another twenty to thirty minutes for our entrees to actually arrive. During all this waiting, we consistently saw our server meander back and forth between the kitchen and the 1 or 2 other tables, she was serving during the 3 hours we sat there. She seemed to be intentionally avoiding us for whatever reason, even seeming hesitant to offer us the full service she did the other tables such as the palate cleanser goat cheese stuffed pepper. Once our entrees were finally served, no one in our party of eight seemed fully pleased with any of the wide variety of items ordered between us. This is not the first disparaging experience I have had in Branson off the Strip. Branson is lots of fun as long as you stay on Highway 76 with all the attractions for kids. Once you wander anywhere else in town, you are subject to bad service if not right outright racism. There's a reason my family doesn't frequent as much as we used to.

The Chateau Grille was superb from start to finish! Our server Madison was very informative and very kind. The bacon wrapped dates were exquisite. The Beef Wellington and the Seabass were cooked to perfection. Having a fantastic dinner and a beautiful view of the sunset on the lake made this night complete. Highly recommend🌟

I just had to leave a review for our waitress, Sandra! Both my girlfriend and I could immediately tell the pride and care Sandra took in her work and you simply don't see that every day in our world. She made our dining experience have such a personal touch :) The French Onion soup was amazing, the large seabass requires no knife and melts in your mouth.

Mr G's Chicago Pizza & Pub is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar in Branson, Mo., offering delicious deep-dish pizzas and a variety of beers. Located in the Historic Downtown area, it has been serving up Chicago-style deep-dish pizzas since 1992. In addition to their mouthwatering pizzas, they also offer appetizers like Wisconsin cheese curds and garlic Parmesan fries. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, and pastas as well.
It was a pretty quiet day. We wanted to compare it to Gilberti’s in Hollister. Simple Chicago style. No deep dish. Excellent pizza, great beer selection. Really nice place in downtown Branson.

Best Chicago style pizza I’ve had outside of Chicago and very affordable. Beer was ice cold with a frozen mug for every beer. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 will be back. With so many sub par chain restaurants overcharging and under delivering it’s refreshing to have a great meal at an awesome local spot.

WOW!! this place is great!! I was from Chicago land (unfortunately) and a pizza snob This is Chicago pizza..Thought I was going to look out the window and see snow! We did Mr G special with everything..The crust was perfect ,a little butter flavor nice and crispy.. thin but not thick , thick but not thin.. pressed up against the side of the pan..The sauce great flavor could taste the spices and just a little bit of chunk in it,l oved the sweet peppers on our pizza What an added touch! The salad was good too, that was the wife's idea... I'm thinking I'm going back! Service was really good too!

One week later and I am still craving this pizza! We decided to go downtown in Branson to do some shopping before the concert. We said we would go wherever our inner foodie leads us. We all shouted at the sane time." Let's check out the pizza." When you go in you get that dive bar feel. Locals perched at the bar. Something you find in Seattle, Portland, Chicago, Jersey you get my drift...any who. None of us are big on meat so we got the veggie pizza and the coldest beer I've had on tap in years. Definitely still dreaming of the pizza! Go check it out. We dug into the pizza before I got a picture of the whole thing.

Disappointed by their interpretation of what Chicago deep dish pizza is. Odd looking and tasting crust, bland sauce and decent amount of mozzarella cheese. French fries were good. Coke products a plus. Our server, Reese, was very attentive and friendly. Very noisy — difficult to converse. Prices very reasonable.

Delicious Chicago style pizza in old downtown Branson. We ordered the meat lovers pan & added mushroom. They also have thin crust pizza. It was a perfect deep dish with a crispy edge crust. Also ordered Mr Gs crab rolls as an appetizer & they were good (think mini crab Rangoon egg rolls). Usually anytime we dine somewhere new I take photos, but forgot this time. It was busy at dinner time and does get crowded & loud. We really liked the food & look forward to visiting again.

If you’re craving real Chicago-style pizza, Mr. G’s delivers—big time. The crust is perfect, but it’s the Italian sausage that keeps me coming back. I might be addicted. The service is always friendly and quick, and the whole place has that old-school pizza joint vibe that just feels right. Only downside? Parking could be better. But honestly, it’s worth the walk. One of my favorite spots—hands down.

Originally located in Haskell, Oklahoma, the owners decided to expand and open a new location in Branson. Visitors praise the homey atmosphere and live country music on Sundays. The menu features locally made dishes such as Classic Hamburger Steak and Jalapeno Burger, along with must-try appetizers like Homemade Onion Rings.
If you’re looking for delicious, down-home country cooking, this is the place to go! The fried okra and onion rings were absolutely amazing, but the real standout was the fried catfish—hands down the best I’ve ever had! The owners were both there working, and their friendliness made the experience even better. The restaurant was spotless and had a warm, family-like atmosphere with live music that made us feel right at home. Great food, great people, and a great place to eat—I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!

Was in town for vacation and one of the kids picked this place for his birthday dinner. Getting to try Rocky Mountain oysters was the star and they were very good. Everyone enjoyed their meals . I would recommend for something outside of the regular chain options.

We stopped by here for lunch while in Branson, and per the reviews expected a good meal. This fun place didn’t disappoint. Our server Dawna did a fabulous job serving our family. The atmosphere is fun with a real country farmhouse feel. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich - OMG it was so tender and perfectly cooked. The onion rings were tasty and we enjoyed our meal tremendously. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting friendly service, fresh cooked food, with all the feels of southern comfort eating!

Had lunch here 10-7-25 group of 5. Waited about 20 minutes to get a table but service was fast and friendly. All of the food we had was good except the fried okra wasn’t hot. I had the Oh Cheesus burger, very good but would be better if it was regular bread on the grilled cheese sandwich’s instead of Texas toast. No complaints though. The “worst salad” was very good. Would definitely go back. Very reasonable prices and good size portions.

Highly recommend trying this place if you’re in the Branson area. My husband and I stopped here tonight for dinner and it was delicious. The food was hot and flavorful. We ordered the onion rings and then catfish and chicken fried chicken. Our waitress was awesome too. Great experience!

Michelle and her homestyle cookin’ never disappoint! Local flavor is the best place for some soul food and Southern hospitality!! You’re greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in the door. Sarah was our server tonight and she was AWESOME! We were here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! Michelle, the owner, personally comes around to every table to make sure all is up to your personal liking!! We gave her the reason we were in for our visit and she took care of our bill and even threw in a free dessert as a “Happy Anniversary “! We left with our hearts and bellies full! Thank you Michelle and all your wonderful staff for making this night special! Thank you Sarah for taking such great care of us!! ❤️

This restaurant is so unique!! The restaurant is quaint and feels like home. The wait staff is friendly efficient, knowledgeable and gave the biggest smiles! Food is plentiful, hit and tastes like home cooking!!I had the fried chicken which was fried without that heavy batter that most places have. It literally is close to the way I fry chicken at home! It is presented not as individual chicken pieces but is actually half of a chicken. It is hot , moist and seasoned perfectly. I had it with crispy fried okra and plenty of sweet tea. My friends and I will be back again to try new things!! Everybody should try this place when visiting Branson. Believe me you will leave the restaurant already planning your next visit!!

We absolutely loved Local Flavor Branson! I had the walking taco. Basically a taco salad but crushed up doritos instead of a shell. It was awesome and had great flavor! My husband got the country fried steak with corn, mashed potatoes, and texas toast. He said this was the best country fried steak he has ever had! Wautress was awesome and attentive. Also, I think it is hilarious they have shorts with 1 star reviews on the back of them. Definitely check this place out if you are visiting Branson! Update: We loved it so much we went back the next day! My husband got the fried chicken and really enjoyed it. He said it is one of the absolute best fried chicken dinners he has had! I got the frito pie which was good as well, but i low key wish I would have gotten another walking taco because it was my favorite!!

HEROES TASTES + TAPS is a laid-back eatery that serves up local favorites like steak, meat dishes, and sandwiches alongside a selection of draft beers. The restaurant pays homage to various heroes including first responders, teachers, farmers, doctors, nurses, police officers, and firefighters. It offers top-notch service and mouth-watering New American Cuisine with over 20 brews on tap.
The atmosphere was just ok. I had the strawberry salad which was great and my husband had chicken fried steak and he didn’t like it. He wished he would have ordered something different. Dint care for some of the music they were playing.

Stopped here for dinner. The restaurant was very slow with maybe 10 tables seated. Our server Karrie who was brand new. She had some issues as I ordered a flight of beers, however was attentive. The food we had was good. Fried green tomatoes were yummy. Meatloaf, catfish dinner, Hero melt, and the 5 Alarm Hot sandwich was good. It really was not hot at all.

I really want to like this place. It has a great atmosphere and I like what it’s going for. Unfortunately the service was slow (even though it wasn’t busy) and not the best. Ribeye was on special and cooked to temp but very heavily peppered and not great flavor. Burger overcooked but good. Kids nachos didn’t quite pass the test, manager even told us that most kids don’t like them (why keep them on the menu?). The beer tap is a pretty good varied selection.
Zuruki — Google review
First night in town, we picked Heroes to meet up with family. It's right in the strip but pretty easy to get to. They have a good selection of beers so us craft beer nerds were able to find a few that we haven't had before. We ordered the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. I wish I had a bigger stomach because I loved them but had to stop or I wouldn't be hungry for the dinner. I had meatloaf. The rest of my family had the chopped meat sandwiches. All very good. The server was very friendly and speedy. She got our food out fast and even helped us conspire against my boyfriend to pick up the bill without him knowing. We will go back.
Kristin D — Google review
Wow! What a surprisingly delicious sandwich the Momma Fried Green Tomato BLT was! The Old Fashioned with honey was one of the best I've ever had. Service was fabulous and fast.
Amy — Google review
WARNING ⚠️ The corn on the cob comes with a seasoning on it that makes it taste very sour! Wish they would have told us this when we ordered, so we could have gotten it without the seasoning. They got 2 of our 4 orders incorrect. The fried chicken was really good, but the mashed potatoes and the chicken fried steak were cold.
Rhonda T — Google review
Definite NO! We were seated promptly. However, they seemed under staffed and it took a bit on our waitress. She was worn out but friendly. The decorations of first responders were nice. We ordered Wonton Nachos. The order was ready before we even got drinks! Our first bite we realized why - everything was cold! The dish had a good flavor. The wonton chips were seasoned but had been precooked and setting for who knows how long. It was like getting left overs. They were tasty but not hot and fresh. No I wouldn’t recommend. ******* However, our overworked, kind waitress, took the time to notice we were not pleased with our food. We tried to quietly just ask for the ticket so we could pay out. She took it upon herself to get the dish removed from our bill. Leaving us owing for one glass of tea. She encouraged us to return and try something different. With that said, I cannot recommend the food I was served. The waitress did her best to serve the guests with a smile and honor.
Cindy M — Google review
Sharon our waitress was great and the chicken was excellent. I don't know what they do to the corn on the cob but my wife and I both enjoyed the flavor.

Pizza World Express is a regional chain that offers a variety of pizzas with creative toppings, as well as pasta and sandwiches. Located on The Strip in Branson, Missouri, this local gem provides delivery service and healthy options for those looking for something beyond the typical pizza fare. With a handful of locations in just two states, Pizza World Express maintains an inviting atmosphere and distinctively delicious flavors.
I am giving this five stars, but I am very annoyed. I've enjoyed the pizza places in my hometown, and now I don't know if I will be able to. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chefs choice calzone. Both were simply done correctly. More correctly than I was aware they could be done. Bouncy soft crust with crunchy bottom and edges. Sauce that tasted like not only was it cooked well, it was *grown* well. Cheese so fresh. I am having a cold slice several hours later and it is still better than anything I am going to find at home. How dare they. Ordered from a delivery service, so cannot comment on service or atmosphere, but just, get it. Unless you’re visiting and you want to still like your pizza place back home.

Very comfortable family pizza place right in the middle of all Branson. We ordered the spicy garlic wings and a thin crust medium 2 topping pizza. The crust was very good, loved it! The sauce was ok, not really spectacular, and the toppings were ok too. It was very covered in cheese.... they don't go skimp out for sure! I will say that the wings... the sauces are very oily. If you're sensitive to oil, I would go with a salad and a sandwich. My brother went here as well with his wife, and they had delicious Ceasar salad. Really, I would have rates this location a 3 out of 5. HOWEVER.... we witnessed very professional handling from staff and management with a difficult customer. I have said MANY times over and over again, that excellent customer service and care will save you EVERY TIME. Do come support this family business when you're in Branson and in the mood for pizza, salad and sandwiches. 👍👍👍

Came in because of a coupon. Spend so much get a free pizza. Well the pizza was good just not as good as the price. Could have went many other places and had more with the same taste. High expectations lead to a bitter letdown. The taste of the pizza was good like I said. Just not what I would expect for the price.

Edit DEC 2021 I am bumping this to a 5 🌟. This year they exceeded everything from last year. Perfect service. Great food. DEC 2020: Pizza was great. We had BBQ chicken and a pepperoni. Cheesy bread was good as well. Forgot to bring cheese bread until we were nearly done with pizza, but all food was great and our service was very nice. We will definitely be back.

Awesome family owned restaurant just next to The Track IV. The garlic bread and Pizza are both really good. The dough felt home made and had a perfect butter to it.
Sri B — Google review
The pizza is a little bland, but rescued by a generous amount of salt. Do yourself a favor and order garlic as one of the toppings-- it brings the flavor to a 10. Expect to wait about 17 minutes to get your order. There is a good gluten free selection as well.

Great venue…great food…awesome staff! Ordered the calzone and a meatball sub. Sub was toasted and calzone was loaded! Highly recommended

We called at 11:15pm on a Friday night. They told us delivery would be an hour so we told them we would pick the order up. We got there at 11:45, 15 minutes before they closed, to pick up our pizza that was to be ready in 30 minutes. When we got there the lady at the counter (who was counting a ton of money at the register) ignored us for what seemed like an eternity but was probably just two minutes or so. We told her we had an order to pick up and she couldn't find it. Asked our name a few times, walked in back, apparently no one put our order in. Everyone seemed annoyed, probably because they were closing. We would have waited an hour for nothing if we'd have opted for delivery and been SOL with no one to call to ask. There was a ton of untouched pizza on the buffet. There were piles of trash in their parking lot. I had to get out and about to pick the thing up that didn't even exist. I'm now waiting in the line at Taco Bell. Go there if you want buffet, it looked well stocked.

This was the BEST taco truck I have been to in a while! The Quesabirria tacos are a must when you go! Street tacos are also delicious with a large variety of proteins to choose from. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Very fast service, super sweet waitress/host. The food was MASSIVE and delicious 😋 good selection of salsas at their salsa bar too Restroom was very clean and had some cute tarot cards hanging. The restaurants interior was super cozy and felt casual. I only wish for chunkier salsa. 10/10 shall return again soon

This is definitely a hidden gem. We had visited Branson and looking for a taqueria. Yes, this is a food truck but probably only during the summer. They have a restaurant building with indoor seating. The street tacos were very good. The asada was tinder, not cooked crispy. The chicken had good flavor also. I tried the roast beef for the first time and I think that's my new favorite meat. All street tacos came with the usual cilantro and onions. They also have burritos and quesadillas on the menu. The eating area is not large but in the summer there is plenty of outdoor seating. The place is located minutes outside downtown Branson. The next time we're in the area we will definitely go back.

Different but nice having to order at the food truck and then go inside to eat. Very friendly service and clean inside. I was not that impressed with the Pastor though, it was honestly bland and not very flavorful. I got most the flavor from the lime and Verde sauce. I’m not sure if I would go back again or not.

Rocco's Pizza is a family-owned Italian eatery in Branson, known for its delicious pizzas, pasta, calzones, and subs. Despite its unassuming exterior, the restaurant offers over a dozen specialty pizzas along with various pasta dishes and desserts. The menu includes New York-style pizza with thin crust, savory marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella. Customers praise the quality of food and great service at Rocco's Pizza.
Absolutely loved this place. It may look small & not be “fancy”, but the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered Mozzarella Sticks that came out with marinara. They were fresh and delicious. I ordered a side salad that came out quickly with homemade ranch and it was delish. And the best part- the pizza. Nothing bad to say at all. We spoke to the owners and appreciated their hospitality and friendly demeanor. They had amazing service and smiles all around. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a great pizzeria.

I've passed this location dozens of times and never stopped to try it. I finally gave it a try! We bought the Deluxe and a Pepperoni pizza to take home. The taste of the pizzas were delicious! However, my husband and I both prefer a thicker crust. New York style pizzas have thin crust that are soft. Overall, I'd say if you like thin crust, it's definitely a delicious option, just not a personal preference which is why the 4 stars instead of 5. They do have a pick up window which is awesome and the gentleman that gave me my order was super nice and personable. 😊

I was surprised to see the relatively small house when I pulled in to the gravel parking area. We went inside and were seated immediately by a very pleasant individual who gave us some time to look at the menu. He returned shortly to take our orders. My daughter had pizza and I opted for the spaghetti. Salads were served first which were very good with all of the right ingredients. The server had great timing and delivered the main course when we were finishing up on the salads. Once again I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food on my plate. The spaghetti and sauce with meatballs was excellent. Another waitress showed up after a short while to refill our drinks. The bottom line is not to let first impressions fool you. The food and the service was outstanding and actually better than some larger restaurants that I have been to.

Excellent service, meatballs appetizer was excellent. Skillet Pizza was great for my keto diet. My wife had the Deluxe, she enjoyed it. The atmosphere nostalgic.

Great pies and pasta in a unique space. Parking can be difficult, but patience is rewarded. No frills, but excellent service. Beyond pleased with the food and experience.

Had to stop into this little gem because of the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint. We ordered a calzone, spaghetti and meatballs, and pizza. I don’t normally order spaghetti out because everyone always makes the noodles soggy or the sauce is bland or not enough sauce on the spaghetti, but because of the reviews, I decided to try it and it was very good. Full of flavor, lots of sauce and the noodles were cooked perfect. Both the buffalo chicken pizza, and the spicy chicken ranch were phenomenal. Not just basic pizza here. DELICIOUS flavor, lots of meat and cheese, and the house made ranch is delicious. The two gentlemen working there were so friendly and very attentive. I would highly recommend a stop here if you’re in the area and craving some good pizza. I’d also like to know that the calzones is probably on like the top five of calzones I have ever tried.
Theresa — Google review
We hadn't been to Rocco's in several years and were really looking forward to the garlic knots and a pizza. We could not have been more disappointed. The knots were very small, at the very most half the size than before, burned on the bottom and raw in the middle. Seemed like they were put in the oven straight out of the freezer. Had to use a knife and fork to eat them instead of tearing them by hand. The waiter gave us a whopping 10% discount of $0.95. We should have sent them back immediately. The pizza tasted good but again, the dough was underdone and floppy. We like Rocco's but they really missed the mark this time. Probably won't be back.
Oxen W — Google review
We always grab Rocco’s to-go, and honestly, it’s the only thing our whole family can agree on. That thin New York–style crust? Chef’s kiss. The taste? Better than anywhere else in Branson, and I’ve done the research (extensively). It’s consistent, delicious, and somehow even better when family’s in town (probably because we order twice as much). If you don’t like Rocco’s, that’s a you problem.

Our first visit and will definitely be back! It's super busy and with good reason. Love the atmosphere. Food is your usual diner type fare and it was good, no complaints. The ice cream for dessert was yummy. Pretty awesome arcade area in the back! Overall, a really cool place, just don't be in a hurry if you visit here!

This was a busy place! Service was fast and the food was very tasty. Though we were there at dinner time, the majority of folks were there going for the HUGE banana splits and other ice cream treats! They had plenty of seating and parking, and even had an arcade for the kids. Way better than your average chain restaurant!

I look forward to this place every year I visit Branson:) They have the best cheeseburger I’ve had anywhere in all of my travels! The cheese is so melty and the burger is so juicy too! You can’t forget the crispy, delicious fries also:) I used to come in late night for a funnel cake until I tried the cheeseburger one day and now I can’t order anything else. I can’t wait to have my favorite burger when I visit Branson next month😎

Cute little diner, one of the few open in Branson after 10 P.M. The astatic is 100% 50's the food is burgers, fries and everything that comes with it. The awesome 50s, music and. Lots of variety and good prices. The cheese curds were really good. There can be a long line but overall its worth it. Especially since its one of the only open places later in the evening. They dont play movies on Sunday nights and the one they had on thursday was exceptionally odd but thats ok. It was really loud from the jukebox sometimes
E M — Google review
It didn’t live up to expectations. The burgers didn’t seem fresh, and the onion rings had an off taste. I'm pretty sure the meat was frozen! The chili dog was served cold—while the chili was decent, the hot dog itself wasn’t edible. The peach cobbler was disappointing, as the peaches weren’t properly cooked. The ice cream was great. Honestly, we were tempted to ask for a refund. For a better burger, you’re better off at McDonald’s. If you do visit, I’d recommend going for dessert only. They also charge you if you pay with a credit card! Staff was also rude!

This was a real treat. First, the interior isn’t like your usual kitschy Mexican decor. This was fresh and updated. Second, the food was excellent. We had eaten at another local place and were so disappointed there we were hesitant to try another. This had lots of unusual dishes, but we stuck to traditional dishes, chicken fajitas, chicken tacos, tamales and chicken enchiladas mole sauce. All were cooked well and spiced nicely. Lots of flavor. Third, our waiter, Choky, was a high energy person. He was great describing things on the menu and in checking on us. I’d highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Little Hacienda in Branson, Missouri a couple of days ago. The food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a beef chimichanga and a flavorful pozole, along with two perfectly made frozen margaritas. For appetizers, the ceviche and guacamole were fresh and full of flavor. The staff was professional, kind, and made the experience even better. Definitely a top-notch place to eat, highly recommended! ✌️🙏😊

Nothing really wrong with the place, it’s a very nice restaurant with good (weird) decor and the wait staff were good at what they do. I wouldn’t visit again due to the food. The Chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. And it was a very creamy sauce like something else had been added (avocado maybe) The rice was the best part. It’s was very good. The refried beans were very tasty but there were no beans in it. They had been blended down to a thick soup Weird They also charge a 3% fee for using a credit card. I don’t hardly carry cash anymore so I got the fee Problem is, that’s their charge. The cost of doing business. Bad business practices Overall it wasn’t bad but for the price it wasn’t good either

Little Hacienda is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for an amazing dining experience. The warm lighting, festive décor, and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The service was fast, but never rushed, and everyone was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Now, the food — absolutely incredible. I started with their chips and salsa, which were fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The salsa had just the right amount of spice, and I could tell it was homemade. For my main course, I ordered the Birria Quesadilla, and it was out of this world. The tortillas were perfectly toasted and filled with tender, juicy beef that was rich in flavor. The melted cheese pulled everything together beautifully, and the side of consommé for dipping made every bite even better. The guacamole that came with it tasted unbelievably fresh and creamy. What really stood out to me was how authentic everything felt. You could tell the chefs put real care into the food, using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Even the rice and beans, which are often just side items, were full of taste and texture. Overall, Little Hacienda exceeded my expectations in every way. The food, service, and atmosphere all came together perfectly. I can confidently say it’s the best Mexican food I’ve ever had — I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Quick, easy and delicious. Cute little decoration outside too that fit the awesome vibe in Branson. My boys loved the current superhero themed box and so did us older folks.

I’ve been in here the last couple of weeks getting a couple of dozen donuts at a time. Every time I get them picked up they’re cold. I learned that they only cook donuts two times a day so good luck getting my hot donut anymore
Hardcore C — Google review
Walking into Krispy Kreme is like stepping into the gates of sugar heaven—except instead of angels, it’s doughnuts that are about to change your life. I mean, forget the treadmill; these doughnuts are worth every single calorie. 🍩😄 Now, let me tell you about the real star of the show—the doughnut-making machine. Watching it work is like watching a pastry soap opera, full of suspense, drama, and a little grease. First, the batter gets dropped onto the conveyor belt, looking all innocent and squishy, like it’s just happy to be there. Then it takes a little dip in the oil, like it’s cannonballing into a hot tub, except way more graceful. You can see it floating around, getting all puffy and golden, like it’s on some luxurious vacation tanning under the fryer lights. Then comes the big moment—when it gets flipped over! It’s like a doughnut turning point (pun intended), where it goes from “Hey, I’m just batter” to “Look at me, I’m a fully grown doughnut, ready to take on the world!” The final step is my favorite: the doughnuts pass under that glorious waterfall of glaze, getting that shiny, sugary coat that makes you weak in the knees. It’s like watching a doughnut spa day, and by the end, you’re just standing there, mouth open, ready to devour it. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are pure magic, and watching them being made is part of the experience. If you haven’t had the pleasure, do yourself a favor and go see the doughnut machine in action—you’ll be mesmerized, and probably a dozen doughnuts deep before you know it!

Filthy, dirty and disgusting… run down place where management doesn’t care. Floors haven’t been cleaned ever. Both sinks run water, one sink is clogged or something, paper towels were out, I let the host know when we arrived, nothing was done when we were leaving. Booth seats are rippled, chairs seats are ripped, a hole in the ceiling?!!! Dirty silverware!!!!!! Food was cold, somewhat burned, took a good 30 min to get the order!!! Sauce tasted spoiled, I had to spit it out. Dirty… gross… regret, regret, regret… there are so many wonderful places to eat in Branson, this place is awful

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was outstanding and their ability to handle a full dining room with great attention and speed was noticed. Rebecca was our server, along with a new trainee in his first day they made a wonderful impression on my family. We also loved the new value meal and rewards program. Fast food cost more than this Denny’s. We will be back!

Waited 40 mins for our food, for it to not be cook all the way. Bacon wasn't close to being done and the toast... Not toasted what so ever. All of our food was warm not hot. Worst experience we have ever at Denny's.

We had a bad experience at this Denny’s location (2335 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO) on Sunday, November 9, 2025, around 10:25 a.m. When we arrived, a hostess attended us with an unfriendly attitude and treated us differently from other customers. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though the restaurant was not full and several tables were available. We are foreign visitors and expected the same level of courtesy and respect that Denny’s is known for, but unfortunately, that was not the case. We decided to leave without eating. We hope the management works to improve customer service and ensure consistent treatment for all guests.

Our server was Gabbie. She served my husband an I earlier today, an our service was so amazing. Gabbie served us also tonight. We would like to tell u our service was very prompt an our food was just what we ordered, she kept our coffee cups refilled every few minutes, our service tonight, she made us a fresh pot of coffee. This young lady Gabbie has worked all day, but she did not miss a step to do keep her costumers setted, a got their orders. We r on a little trip to Branson. We would like ur Denny’s company know u have an employee who is very kind to the costumers.

We stopped at Dennys after a show. The food was normal Dennys food i got the build your own breakfast and the seasonal fruit was surprisingly amazingly fresh and tasted great! Our waitress Deanna was genuine, friendly and very hard working. She was running around waiting on us, other people and doing other duties while the other waitress just kind of seem to be there.

Cici's Pizza is a chain restaurant with an amazing buffet with an array of specialty pizzas, plus simple pastas and salads. Arcade games and prizes are also available. Buffet items include pizza, pasta, salad, soup and more!
Okay dude straight up I liked this place. I haven't been to a cici pizza since 2013 and that one was trash but this was alot better. Was this place fancy? No. Was this place like the best pizza I've ever had? Definitely not but did it deliver on what it promised? Yeah for the most part. The pizza was fresh and tasted good and it was a never ending buffet so I can't complain and I won't hate on this restaurant. I enjoyed it and the little kids that were there did too. I mean if I was a parent I'd be coming here forreal they have a arcade that's pretty big size and there's plenty of room to sit for the whole family and the best of all there wasn't a long wait if you're in the Branson area you know that waiting is something you're going to habe to grow a costume too so it was nice go just go in and eat without waiting 20 to 45 minutes. Like I said this isn't the best place on the strip but for what it was I think it was worth it and I'd come back for sure.
AL K — Google review
This place is absolutely disgusting. Black plastic pieces in the salad bar, pizza that is completely dried out. The floor is covered in food. My daughter's friend slipped and fell because of the food in the floor at 5:45 when the "dinner rush" started. Instead of cleaning up anything they just throw towels on top of it.
Amelia M — Google review
Pizza buffet. Lots of choices. Small salad bar. Small pasta bar. Will fix a specific pizza for you upon request. Arcade on site. One member of my party found a hair in his pizza. Very slow when I was there and dirty tables; thought they could have had tables cleaned off. $8/adult, $2/drink. Pizza was good. Clean mens room.

I ate an unusually early dinner here with Champion Athletes of the Ozarks after our bowling tournament in Branson this weekend. I liked this location just as much as that in Springfield. I saw a sign for their chicken wings above the cash register, but they didn't have any, and I would've liked to try them if they were. The quality of the pizza and desserts was just as good, although the variety was slightly limited for a little while. They did have brownies and cinnamon rolls for dessert, but not their dessert pizzas, which I have had at their Springfield store (all those desserts are well delicious!). I asked one of the cooks on duty to bring out all the desserts available, but he didn't. Despite these modest limitations, not bad for the World's Largest Cici's, in a town with a unique regional reputation for divine entertainment.
Brady M — Google review
Well, we ate the pizza and didn't walk out or request a refund, but probably should have. We visited on a Sunday evening at about 6:30pm. The place had many customers but didn't seem all that "busy". About 1 of every 2 "clean" plates weren't. The salad bar was a wreck. Pasta sauce was strewn all over the place. The napkin dispensers were largely empty and we were directed to a pile by an out-of-service drink station. Our first slice of pizza had a black curly hair on it. I noticed that only 1 of 5 staff in the kitchen was wearing a head covering. The men's bathroom was trashed. The only employee I saw bussing tables actually sat in the dining room at one point to watch tv while about half of the tables were dirty. He even expressed surprise when we found a clean table! We won't be back, that's for sure. And you shouldn't go, either.
Jody C — Google review
Not ran by headquarters Cicis. They do not accept any cupons from the app. The place was dirty. They didn't have cinnamon rolls or brownies. They only had one crust type for pizza and most was tasteless. They ran out of containers to make crust less pizzas for those that are gluten intolerant.their pasta was mush and their red sauce was over watery. Nothing had labels. i wouldn't go back.
Shelby D — Google review
One of my favorite places to eat. This location has always had a great staff and outstanding pizza and salad. My one complaint is that the price at this location is higher than it is in Springfield and other areas. The quality however is a little better than most Cicis. I think that is something that needs to be noted. In other words, be ready to pay slightly more than you normally do for Cicis, but you are generally getting a better quality of pizza than you normally do at other Cicis.
D B — Google review
We love the large Cici here in Brandson, mo, they have great food and an amazing arcade with games for everyone. Our favorite pizza they offer is a tie between the spinach and macaroni. You can only find the macaroni pizza at a cicis, no other pizza joint I have been to has it, if you are a pizza and pasta love you Must try it at least once. They also serve a pretty great chicken based soup that me and my daughter love. The buffet is only $7.99 for adults and $3.99 for kids aged 4-10. Now about this magnificent arcade, the Aliens Armageddon it is a first person shooter than can be played with a partner to see who kills the most aliens. Sadly you don't get tickets for that one, but they have a lot of other fun games that do. For example Skee Ball, Black Hole and a dozen more.

Placed a large order for 12 and requested 6 chick fil a sauces, 6 ranch, & 12 ketchups for the small fries. The details were even printed on my receipt. I also ordered a bottle of water that I had to ask for because they brought everything out but that. I only received 3 zesty buffalo sauce packets, 4 ranch, & 6 ketchup packets. 0 CFA sauce packets. If. Didn’t have a 3 hour drive to Lee summit I would have gone back to complain. 12 orders and only 7 sauce packets and 6 ketchups. Makes me look bad when I provide lunch and learns.

I would like to consider myself a Chick Fil A connoisseur, but I can only afford the prices for special occasions, so I will remain an amateur taste tester and reviewer of only those places which stand out among the rest.... whether incredibly good or abominable bad. This is the best Chick Fil A I've ever visited, bar none. Clean cut, professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly staff. Order was accurate and they gave us a ton of CFA sauce, as requested! Checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied, and were as quick as their reputation. Well done, CFA Branson!

We came in to get a food meal and a pup cup for our puppy after her vet visit. Johnny was so friendly, and a woman next to him I apologize I didn't see her name as she was filling sofas. They went above and beyond with a big pup cup for our baby girl smiles in their faces! We literally ordered and within less than 2 minutes our food was in our hands. Great job guys keep up the good work!

They have the drive-thru process down pat. What’s more consistent than Chick-fil-A. My son has Alpha-Gal. He has been safe to eat here thankfully—fries and even the battered chicken. Appreciate having a place to eat food that is safe for him. We don’t have the cross-contamination issue here.

It was my aunt's and I having chick- fill -a and she had the grilled chicken club and a coke and I had the chicken nuggets with fries and sprite no ice.It was good but I had allergenic reaction to the seasoning on them had to go to CVS and buy Benadryl they are very pricey on stuff. 3 major spices that they have on their nuggets . Garlic and onion powder and black pepper all things I'm allergic too. It was good though I just won't order the nuggets again if we go to another chick fil-a . Everything was very nice very clean and the staff was very helpful.

I've only eaten here once so they might have some good items. But stay the heck away from the Walleye sandwich. Grey, greasy, slimy smelly and fishy as heck. And anyone who knows anything about Walleye knows it's not supposed to be any of those things. And why the heck they deep fry it in breading with the skin on I cannot understand- YUCK. Sandwich, rings, soda- The worst $14 I ever wasted Onion rings-greasy and fried rock hard. But the Dr Pepper and the service were great

The line was not bad, the concrete ice cream was good. It was around $10 for 2 ice creams (not bad). If you want good ice cream, come to Culver’s. The atmosphere was good, there were many ages, and groups. 4 stars!

I never pass up a Culver’s, the food is aways great! A young man was day two in training and was doing a great job bussing food and asking questions. Was waiting for dessert and someone was asking if we needed to order. Service was great, they forgot chili cheese fries but by the time I went to counter they were bringing them to me. Son got chicken tenders that were actually cooked to perfection, don’t sleep on their chicken tenders!

We recently purchased the new sweet chili chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, Heath brownie cupfection, Oreo brownie cupfection, and a kid's meal. While the food was satisfactory, the total cost was higher than anticipated. Our previous experiences at Dairy Queen locations in Texas have not reflected this pricing structure. The customer service provided was adequate, although the level of attentiveness varied between customers. Based on this experience, we are unlikely to return to this specific location.

Every time this one girl takes my order she doesn't understand at all what im saying and gets my order wrong everything even when ive repeated myself so many time. She's incredibly rude aswell:( Edit: Asking a customer to give them another chance is not a way to respond to a complaint. Take action because of the complaints, there are multiple people on the review page that have the same problem as I do. That girl who is rude to all these people needs to have a take and improvement needs to be seen instead of just saying " We hope you give us another chance."

Freddy's is a new American restaurant with a retro style chain. The burgers are delicious and come with different sauces on the side. Their fries are nice and crispy shoestring, but they could use more meatyness. Frozen custard is also great here, though gummy worms can be a little hard after being in ice cream for too long.
i came for lunch and it was very clean, the workers handled everyone quickly and they were friendly while doing so! The food was fresh and very tasty, i would absolutely come back anytime im in branson!
Haven A — Google review
All of our food (hotdogs, burger, fries, chicken tenders) were cooked correctly and served to order. Now, if you're reading this, I assume to either haven't been to Freddy's before, or haven't been to this one before, so I'll address the easy answer first. This is a great location; clean, accurate, and friendly, so if you like Freddy's in general, go for it! Now, for new diners (are you out there?) Freddy's deal is super skinny burger patties, custard, awesome fry sauce (also great on burgers!) , and a funny hotdog bun. Honestly, I prefer thick burgers, because the greater surface area of the thin ones means they hold more grease, but these are tasty for this style. Fry sauce 100% (I mix with ketchup). The fries are meh. Super skinny, even thinner than McDonald's, which again means more surface area=greasier. Custard is excellent. The chicken tenders are large, but nothing special (also good in fry sauce). The atmosphere is fine, I do like their booth style better than others (looking at you whattaburger) plenty of room for your whole party. Fun facts about the owners on the wall, and the bathrooms are individual, rather than a stall type situation. Good location, decent food, nice folks 👍
Elle O — Google review
I used to pride myself on bragging about Freddy's burgers but this one fell way short, quit discussing very soggy buns, and sloppy put together... I didnt even eat it bc of the moist buns! Should have went to STEAK N SHAKE INSTEAD!
Jana W — Google review
This place used to be great, but it has exponentially gone down hill. The kitchen and dining area were littered with trash, old fries, and used gloves. Before you think "They are probably understaffed", they had so many people working that 4 of them were just standing goofing off with each other. Both orders of fries had hair in them, the tenders were cold, and two were missing. I won't be coming back to this location.
Cody V — Google review
On 10/24/25 I went to Freddy’s with my family and placed a to go of $41 and the fries taste old and the burgers looked like they was slopped together and the drinks tasted like they don’t have any syrup whatsoever and I asked 3 times for sauce and I didn’t get any at all. Also forgot one of our fries too. So disappointed McDonald’s across the street would have been a better option😕
Ricky H — Google review
Delicious flavorful fresh fast food! If you don’t mind a little grease on your fingers you gotta visit Freddie’s. The patty melt and double burger and sidekick French fries were soooo good. Fresh, crispy and the fry sauce takes it to another level. But that’s not it! Shakes are world class and if you love your furry friend, make sure to ask for a FREE “ pup cup”. Yep- and it’s huge! Our dog, Deeks loves it!

We tried the original double and some special mushroom burger that I can't recall the name. The burgers are tasty. They give different sauces on the side. Their special sauce tastes basically like In N Out spread. The fries are nice and crispy shoestring but I wish they were more meaty. Felt like little potato chips instead of fries. All in all it was pretty good. Took a dirt and worms frozen custard to go. I enjoyed it but I should've thought about the gummy worms being hard from being in ice cream.

Yesterday around 5 pm we went and ate here, it’s been about 2 years since I was last here and I thought it would be great to eat. I was absolutely wrong! The salad dressing (thousand island) had a different type of flavor and I just figured it was the brand. Here we are now at 3:30 AM and I just finished projectile vomiting because they either left it out all day or just don’t care about health and safety anymore. I spent 60 something dollars for my family to eat and they’ve made me very sick. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would

Came here at 8 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. I was told that the buffet was shut down because the kitchen was slow and had to make personal orders as well as cook pizzas for buffet 🙄🙄🙄. The lady couldn’t charge me for the buffet. I offered to wait 30 min and I was willing to wait. She told me no, I couldn’t get charged cuz some customers want their refund. Granted…there were 2 pizzas that came out for the buffet and there were a few pizzas on the buffet when I walked in. Never again will I stop here.

Enjoyed their buffet. Had a variety of pizza and dessert pizzas. The pasta bar was also good. Everything on the salad bar was fresh. What even made it better was my wife was able to eat because they had gluten free crust for her pizza. Very pleasant staff and very helpful with my wife's food allergies.

I was sceptical about going here yesterday evening due to the reviews. I did check it out before paying for my Family to eat. However, the pizza was good so was the pasta. I like how they have 2 types of noodles and three different sauces on the Pasta bar. Overall it was pretty good and filled up my whole family. My granddaughter enjoyed the chocolate pudding for dessert.

We ate here while staying at Grand Country Inn/Splash Country on our annual grandkids’ trip to Branson. The kids enjoyed the pizza and soda before heading to the game area. We thought the pizza buffet was was pretty good. Nothing extra great, but we’re not big pizza fans anyway. As long as the kids enjoy themselves, we’re happy. They enjoyed the games as well.

It was good. Pizza reminded me of Pizza Ranch Pizza. The alfredo and Spinach, and alfredo and cheese was really good. The salad bar was GREAT! alllll the toppings, but dressing wasn't labeled. 1 soup choice - broccoli Cheddar. The pasta bar was 2 types of plain pasta, and you could make your own with the 5 mix in items they had. 3 dessert pizzas. You could also request a special pizza to be made and put out. You can also purchase to go containers, and fill up your boxes and take them with you. All you can eat buffet was $12 for adults, $6 for kids, and drinks were purchased separately- $3 for adults, $1 for kids. We did this before we went to the indoor/ outdoor water park, which had pretty cheap for there that looked good

This fast food restaurant Drive-thru did 100 times better than most of the sit-at-a-table with wait staff restaurants we visited in Branson, and that's saying alot...it took about 20 minutes in the Drive-thru to get our order but it was hot And fresh when we got it.. We'd rather have Branson McDonald's than the Denny's or Shoneys there at any time of day.

I waited over 30 min for a mcChicken with pickle. When I got it. It was thrown together, the pickles were on the bottom there were no mayo and barely any lettuce. I wasn’t going to wait another 15 min just to ask for some sauce. So I went and reached around. (Yes I know against policy) the manager then said “ma’am can we help you? I said yeah just grabbing some sauce since you guys didn’t put any on.” He then said we will do it. I continued to grab the sauce and I left. I wait over 30 min for one thing. Hey ladies, I waited over 30 minutes for one McChicken and they forgot mayonnaise I wouldn’t recommend it.

Went there at 2:00 AM, just a question, why the hell do they even keep the store opened at that time if they’re going to offer such a bad service. Not only that but the food was barely cooked, a complete mess, if I could give less than a star, I would. One more thing, I didn't ask for onions and they filled them with onions, I'm not lying, there's the photo, I really regretted spending my money in a store where they don't know how to have good workers, I really wonder why the hell they have it open if they're not going to serve them well, they put a lot of pepper, I mean, they really go too far, they should choose their workers better, I'm really upset with their services.

Dinner at 5 PM on a Sunday, was an absolute horror to walk in on. I placed an online order 15 minutes before arriving at the store.. I checked in as soon as I placed the order because I was nearby. It’s still somehow took 28 minutes to receive a 20 piece nuggets and a large french fry after entering the building. For a grand total of almost 45 minutes for some cold greasy and chewy chicken and unsalted fries. The entire staff consist of a grand total of four employees. The manager was down an arm, and he seemed to be the only able worker in the entire building. You know it’s bad when everybody who was already stuck having to wait because they already paid for food are telling new customers walking in to go anywhere else. Worst location in the entire Branson area. The only saving grace is Tiffany in the mornings. She is the hardest worker that store has ever seen, and it sucks. She does not have the recognition she absolutely deserves.

Very slow service. Waited 20 minutes and didn’t get all my food. Served me rock hard fries. A lot of flies. Had many people waiting for food. Ran out of lids, ketchup was empty.
Kara T — Google review
Proof in pics. How's that a large fry? Looks like a small in a large box and look at those nuggets there not golden Crispy they look like the either fried in really old fries or are just really old. McDonald's is about being consistent. This is bad

Waited over 30 min to get my food. Didn’t get it. The app showed they had already finished preparing my order. No one knew anything about my order or where my food was. This place is understaffed and overcrowded. Close it down or staff it properly.

I had to go back behind the counter to get someone’s attention. One person had been waiting in the line outside for 30, then went inside to wait another 30. Another door dasher waited 30 mins. The store looked absolutely nasty, photos are attached.

Customers can enjoy their meals through dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery options where available. While some customers have noted issues with greasy burgers and cold fries, others have praised the quick service and value meals like the "biggy bags.
The store could have definitely been cleaner let the food and the service was the best I've seen in a Wendy's in a long time

Waited in drive through line for over 30 minutes! We waited so long we managed to order on the app before we got to the speaker. Waited another 15 or more minutes after that to get to the window. Our Frosty probably melted by now. We are still waiting.... We can see workers on their phones through the window.

Typical Wendy's food and service. Wanted to grab a bite before going into White Water across the street. It's a convenient location to the park. It filled them up before a long day at White Water. Kids like it, that's what's important!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The workers looked gross the heavy set guy at the register shirt was nasty and he was unwelcoming. We said we wanted our food to go and told him he gave it to us on a platter my husband said we ordered to go. And he said oh yea I will bag it like oh well. Then I saw a worker. Mess with the trash and not washing his hands started working the drive through he also just threw my frosty together the Carmel was sitting at the bottom of my cup. I threw my food away I didn't feel comfortable eating it.

Ordered two sandwiches... double stack with just ketchup, mayo, onion and jbc with no tomato or lettuce. What did we get? A double stack with bacon, ketchup, onion, and mayo and jbc with no bacon but with mayo. I HATE ketchup, wanted to puke when I bit into my sandwich. Went back to the restaurant and complained...then the dude asked if I wanted bacon on the jbc....really...that's what the B stands for. I got replacement sandwiches for both, but the fact that they were wrong in the first place, gets them the low score.

Rockstars--I did a mobile order & picked the wrong pick up time. I called the store and explained. They were AMAZING! The held on making my 3 Taco Party Packs (36 tacos) for a few hours so when I picked them up they were fresh and the shells had a crunch. They were a hit at movie night w/ 25 teenagers! THANK YOU! Great staff and always great food!

Very disappointed. Ordered the “loaded” beef nachos for $3, and I definitely did not get what I paid for. I can count on my fingers how many chips are in my “nachos.” I know the bar is low at $3, but cmon people.

I drove through the Branson Missouri Taco Bell and ordered a meat and cheese burrito that was all. I paid $2 plus tax and there wasn't even a quarter of an ounce of meat or cheese on my tortilla! So I take my food in and I asked them if I could actually have meat on my burrito or do I have to pay extra and they gave me the exact same thing except this time it had less meat and less cheese! God awful quality of food & service!!!!

Hannah C — Google review
Had a bad experience today with the 76 taco bell, got permission to come to shepherds taco bell to have my food remade since there was no sauce in the bag. I barely eat as is due to my health but this time it's not the food, it's an employee. He works on the line making food. I explained to him how I wanted my food made to make it easier that him readying the text I have. He got pissy with the manager and cussed at her because she told him not to cuss at her anymore and I saw him talking to her right before my food came out. Someone like that didnt need to have an attitude just because the food had to be remade. Poor everything with him. His shirt is unbuttoned when it should be buttoned and has a look on his face that tells me to pretty much back off. Something needs to be done. The shirt is a health code violation if it touches the food. So just adding on to this review, I did what I was supposed to do I ordered my food how I was supposed to order. The people in the bag chose not to pay attention to the screen and put meat on my food and then they blame me. So why don't they put a camera right in front of their stuff so they know and can go back and look and see what a customer does or actually, make sure there's receipt paper and there, so that they can actually have the receipt of shoving in their faces instead of being all rude to. The customer makes me want to not even wanna come here anymore. So the night crew is pretty pathelike. They don't give a shit about people's orders. Or how the customer is treated. So in other words, this Taco Bell does not need to have anybody. Be putting any money into it, go to 76 instead.Because they're gonna be rude to anybody who actually has an illness that can't be helped in everything else when it comes to food
Melissa L — Google review
Our order was wrong. Girl had to get manager involved. He was rude. I asked him to make sure we had plenty of sauces. He told me that they only gave 1 per item. I told him I had to have 2 per item. Then he said how many again. I then counted and said at least 9 sauces. He was so rude. He was adult, not a kid. If I lived here I think I would avoid that store.

Child’s meal: 2 tenders, fries, and a drink - almost $9 after tax. Low on flavor, but it’s a convenient location. The place seems clean, and it was fast, friendly service. The root beer is outstanding!! It’s worth going, just for the root beer. Lots of seating, which was definitely welcomed after hiking the Tanger.
Caleb S — Google review
Stopped in after doing a bit of shopping in the Tanger to get some quick food. My husband got 5 chicken strips and a drink and I got 10 corn nuggets with a drink. He said his chicken strips were "ok" my nuggets could have used a few more minutes cooking. The lady that took our order was kind of rude and snappy. I was going to get root beer from the tap but it was awful I had to pour it out. Most of the drinks on the soda machine tasted like they had no carbonation and the counter was quite sticky. Seriously thought what kind of A&M's restaurant has bad root beer? Our total was $27 even and for the amount of stuff we got it should have been a lot less you can go to zaxbys or slim chickens and get a whole meal with 6 large strips for the same price you get for only 5 small strips here. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Rude workers and shut down half the store at 5 pm when hours say they don't close until 8pm. That's fine but anyone that tried to set on that side was yelled at not to sit there. Food was hot and not bad but We won't be back.

Management is terrible. It's 5:20 p.m. and the manager is closing the booths down and running people out of that side. Then a girl comes out and starts dragging table and chairs out in the middle blocking the whole right side of the restaurant. People would try to sit down and he would yell from behind the counter that right side is closed. I have eaten here many times but I guess I have seen my last time because of the rudeness that was shown. And yes he tried to run me out of the right side but that didn't happen. A&W please hire educated people.

This was the worst experience I have had here, to the point I'm not spending money at this establishment! The Cod was absolutely horrible, and over cooked, small worse than Gordon's frozen fish. The coleslaw was old tasting, so I throw my food away other than my French fries. Sad, because who has money to waste on food that's over cooked, hard and old tasting. I am definitely not going back.

This restaurant located in the outlet mall strip mall has standard fast food meals. Service was fast and everything was basically clean. The food was better than average for fast food places. Pizza is great with the garlic sauce, Don’t let them forget it. Every time I have to go back and ask for it, the pizza sucks without it. The cheese stuffed crust is awesome not worth the extra 4 bucks tho All sauces and toppings: Marinara, garlic, icing, parm cheese, and crushed pepper they charged you a dollar for. That’s why the service sucks. The dining area is nice for families.

They will not honor their own coupon flyers. Received it in the mail last week. Also, we told the person on the phone that we wanted the order ready at 445. From their signature crust topped with rich pizza sauce and gooey mozzarella cheese to mouthwatering options like the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza or the cheeseburger special, there's something for everyone.
First time ordered from Papa John's. They suggested the cheeseburger special pizza , which we tried and we really liked it! The delivery service was very quick, it was delivered within @10 min! The pizza and cheese breadsticks were delivered very hot. The delivery person was very friendly and I highly recomend using them and would order from them when in the area again. Staying in a hotel and they brought it up to the room. Great experience.

So this happens every time I order Papa John's and I mean EVERY TIME, my boneless wings are once again not fully covered in sauce like its supposed to be and I know that they have been told over and over and over again cause I call corporate every time it happens. This IS the LAST TIME I will order Papa John's period. If they cant do their job right the first time, then they are in the wrong line of work. As a cook myself, I could do a way better job at covering wings than they can. I get you have times to worry about, but customers come first no matter what and customers are always right!

Visitors have noted an improvement in quality, with some speculating about potential changes in management. Overall, customers have had great experiences with the food being a standout feature alongside the clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
Always great food, portions, and service. Tonight there was some whack job refusing to leave the drive thru line so we all had to reverse our way out. The manager, Summer was her name (I believe - if not, management needs to find the manager who was on duty at approximately 6:30p on 8/5/25 and give her a bonus!), handled it all very well. Very apologetic and kind. They turned a negative experience for them into a positive experience for others. Well done.

We’ve been to Panda Express before during the day and had a great experience — the food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. But this last visit at night was honestly disappointing. First off, I want to give credit where it’s due: the customer service was great. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick with our order. No complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the food just wasn’t it this time. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while — dry, lukewarm, and lacking the usual flavor we were used to. The noodles were stiff, the orange chicken was hard, and it felt like we got what was left at the bottom of the pan. It was a letdown, especially since we know this location can do better. Daytime visits have always been much better, so maybe it’s just a timing issue. Still, food quality should be consistent no matter what time you go. Great service, but the night shift needs to step it up with the

We generally enjoy Panda. However, they have a ridiculous policy of not offering plastic knives, yet the meats require cutting. I’m told this comes from HR. Don’t know if that’s true, but it is among the dumbest policies ever! There are thousands of restaurants that use real metal knives and people aren’t getting stabbed to death in them. Please just give me a knife. I’ll be good!

Tried to bring my family here while they were visiting for me wedding. Every employee here left a negative impression on my family who have all worked restaurant service in very busy restaurants in extremely large cities. The employees at this store do not greet customers when they walk in, I stood there for almost 10 minutes before the manager came over to greet us because the staff just stared and pretended we weren't there. Everyone in this store needs to be fired and they need to start over fresh with the exception of maybe one of two employees. If you ever decide to work for this company or this store, just know they will fire you unjustly at some point when all these lazy incompetent employees start reporting you to HR for making them do their jobs. Branson has a horrible work culture and this store takes the cake.
Robert H — Google review
This is absolutely Disgusting, this happened while we where waiting for our food and the the person that looks like a manager clearly has her hand down her pants then on top of that she went and started surviving food to people she needs to work on her cleanliness

The staff was incredibly rude. My food was done 30mins after it said it would be ready, the lady working the drive through was very hateful. I mentioned that I went into the building to avoid holding up the drive through line because by then, my order was 20mins behind, and by the time it was ready, it had been 30 minutes past, and when I mentioned it, the lady just said “yup I know.” No offer for a free cookie or any kind of hospitality, just very dry attitude. There was no soy sauce provided & the rice was cold.
Ayrie — Google review
I want to express my dissatisfaction specifically with the girl who serves the food named Destiny. The first time, she served me the leftovers of the orange chicken. I thought that maybe she had a bad day and I let it go. I continued visiting the restaurant and the other guys are friendly and great, they always serve the food with the right portions, since if you are paying for the dish with 2 entrees and 1 side you expect it to be stocked with food, but she always serves me the leftovers. I ordered Orange chicken and she literally gave me the pieces that are only batter, she was even stingy with the chow mein, she didn't give me the fortune cookies either, and when I asked her for sauces she gave them to me reluctantly. I kept visiting Panda Express but avoiding her serving me and I have no complaints about the other guys, today unfortunately she served me again and the same thing happened to me, the portions of food were a joke, she didn't give me my fortune cookies AGAIN, it was two plates $26.00 in total, with this it's 2 times that the same thing happens to us, to the point that we don't want to visit the restaurant anymore, whenever other guys serve us we get fresh food and with good portions but when she is serving she gives us the leftovers and very small portions, it's a shame because we love Panda Express but we won't spend money again with such bad customer service, we feel it's a waste of money. If you don't like working in customer service, then don't do it.

Donnie's Diner, located at 11016 E State Highway 76 in Branson West, is a family-owned restaurant known for its down-home specials and breakfast items. This hidden gem offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with attentive and courteous service. The menu features delicious home-cooked meals, including perfectly crispy hash browns that stand out as a customer favorite. The owners' dedication to their craft is evident in the quality of the food and the exceptional treatment of their guests.
We found this place that was close enough to our condo on vacation in Branson. The breakfast food was awesome! The sausage patty comes like a smash burger patty. Everything was delicious and our waitress was very nice and attentive. Very reasonable prices. We love it. Seems like a place locals go. We loved it!

I would like to bring to your attention the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. From the moment I arrived until I left, the waitress assigned to our table demonstrated a lack of professionalism. After our food was served, she did not check in to see if everything was satisfactory or if we needed refills. Additionally, I observed that she did not engage with any of the other tables she was serving. That said, our food was amazing, and I want to give credit to the cooks for their excellent work. When I spoke with another waitress, I was informed that the restaurant was understaffed. However, I noticed another waitress actively attending to her tables—checking in with customers and offering assistance. If staffing is a challenge, I would expect management to take a more hands-on approach by supporting the team on the floor to ensure guests receive proper attention.

This is the kind of place that only the locals know about. I had a egg Florentine with grits. It tasted wonderful and was filling. My wife had the chicken fried steak which she said was so tender that even someone with little to no teeth, like myself, could eat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good breakfast. I have not tried there lunch yet, but I am sure that it will be just as good. It may be a little drive, since it's in Branson West, but it will be worth your drive. Oh, and BTW, they have room for large groups as well

This was one of the most inviting diners I have ever been to. Treated each of us (8) as if we belonged. Staff was knowledgeable about the menu, prices, and opinions available. All of the staff had steller attitudes!! The food arrived all together and hot and fresh. All 8 orders were correct and in a very good time. Will gladly be coming back!

It was approx 2-3 minutes wait to be seated and drink order was taken after seating. After drinks were delivered our waitress disappeared for a half hour before she took our food order then she never returned. Someone else delivered the food and another person eventually refilled our drinks once after approx. 45 minutes. The whole visit was over an hour long. She never stated her name but she was wearing shorts and had tattoos on her legs. The food was okay and the order was correct. The overall look of the diner was neat and clean however there was only 1 restroom for everyone and there was urine on the toilet and floor.

It was labor day but there wasn't a big crowd. We didn't have to wait long for a table. The food was ok for a diner. The service sucked! We waited for more than 30 minutes to get our food. Our waitress didn't come check on us at all.

Donnie’s Diner in West Branson is everything you want in a hometown breakfast spot. The food comes out hot, hearty, and made with care — crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs, and coffee that just keeps coming. The service feels personal, like they actually enjoy seeing you there, and the atmosphere has that comfortable, old-school diner energy that makes you want to stay and talk a while. We stopped in for breakfast, and my son’s French toast disappeared in record time. The portions are generous, prices fair, and the whole experience feels genuine — the kind of place where everyone seems to know each other. If you want real food, friendly people, and a place that still believes in hospitality, Donnie’s Diner is it. Highly recommend.
Jason R — Google review
Definitely not fancy. But very good value for breakfast and a coffee cup that never gets empty. I had biscuits and gravy with crisp hash browns. Everything comes out quickly and cook perfectly
