Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is a cozy spot with a warm ambiance, adorned with vintage wood and historic photographs. The establishment offers an array of house-brewed beers on tap and serves up inventive dishes. It's a popular choice for those seeking craft brews and delectable meals in a charming setting.
This was such a must go to location!! Thank you Corey, for helping us to have a wonderful experience with our server Ashley. The burgers were great, pizza was fabulous 👌!!! Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic!! Highly recommend this if your in Lewes or Rehoboth!!!! On tap locally made beers!!!

I really like it here so I won’t ding this particular meal. Avoid the beef on weck. Honestly it feels like the ribeye is boiled and without seasoning. My wife really liked her blackened shrimp tacos and we both really liked the pretzels for the appetizer so I’m not gonna ding the whole experience for just one dish. I’m sure their burgers and pizza are stronger dishes. The beer is always superior and is worth the wait. Their cocktails are also good.

My dining experience was mixed. I had a cheddar cheeseburger with a side caesar salad. The burger was big, juicy and overall delicious. The salad, however, was a bit disappointing. The salad was swimming in a tasteless caesar dressing that only had a couple of croutons. Service was excellent; very professional and friendly. Atmosphere was very lively and energetic with multiple TVs throughout. Would just like them to improve upon their salads.

If you're visiting Rehoboth Beach and enjoy good beer, this place is a must! We stopped by over the long weekend and had a short 10–20 minute wait for a table. The service was friendly, and the live band added a great atmosphere to the evening. The beers were fantastic—especially the lagers, which pleasantly surprised us. We jumped straight to the entrées and ordered the “I Wanna Be Sedated” burger, fish and chips, and grilled chicken Caesar salad. Everything was well-prepared, with the burger being the standout—absolutely delicious. We were a bit let down that they had run out of shrimp, so we couldn’t try the blackened shrimp tacos or get shrimp with the salad. Still, that didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Great food, great music, and a great vibe overall! IG: journey_man16

Large group of us came in on a Sunday. They were very accommodating to get us seated together. Really solid beer list. Food was very good (yellow fin tuna taco and salmon burger were very good). Fries awesome. Great calamari. You will find a beer here that you really like. Service was great.

DFH old fashioned was pretty good, the pumpkin ale was decent but didn't have that pumpkin i was looking for. The pickle chips and the Almost shipped my pants wings were very good! The chili hot dog duo was decent. The bartender Alec was very fast and doing a great job running the front. Definitely come back next year!
Cheyenne R — Google review
Great experience. Excellent food. Mediocre service. Waitress would disappear for more than 15 minutes had to ask others walking by for water refills, toppings for pizza, spoon for the chowder etc. The atmosphere is always chill. Preferred a booth seat and they were already full so we got a seat in the middle of the dining room at a table. Nice music good variety played. The food was excellent had bbq wings sauce was light and sweet and the wings were crispy w just a little bit of burnt flavoring. The corn chowder was good, would have been better served w a spoon so I could eat it hot… by the time we located another server it was lukewarm… We also for the old man and the sea wood fired pizza which was exceptional!! Will definitely be back for more soon! Loved the tropical sequel too!! 9% ABV

I’ve been coming to dogfish head brewery and eats in Rehoboth Beach for well over 20 years… I’ve had many experiences in both the old and new brew pub…. But nothing will top the most recent one. Olivia, who has been with dogfish head since almost the beginning, was our server this time. We’ve had her before in the past, but this time was exceptional. She was able to help me with a problem I was having with my “OCS” membership. Always so attentive and nice…. A the whole team at DFH is always above and beyond with customer service. There are many stories that our family has made and will continue to make at the brew pub in Rehoboth. Thank you for a great experience.

FINS Fish House & Raw Bar is a laid-back and group-friendly spot offering fresh fish, a raw bar with oysters, and an extensive beer selection. The menu features seafood favorites like jumbo lump crab cakes, fresh fish platters, burgers, and pork chops alongside other options. As part of the local Big Oyster Brewery company, FINS prominently features their products among its beverage offerings.
By far one of the best crab cakes I've had in a really long time. Honestly, everything we tried on the menu was great. From the sides karma to the main dish to even the bread basket. The service was also pretty exceptional. Very attentive but not overly attentive. Definitely recommend this place and we'll be back for sure.

We came in for happy hour and were seated right away. 1/2 dozen happy hour oysters are $11 and they tasted fresh and clean. Calamari and lobster roll were also good.
Trang D — Google review
$$. A casual yet slightly upscale fish and oyster oriented restaurant. I would recommend for those looking for something above a crab house but below fine dining. Family oriented, not feel loud and lighting was moderate. I must say that each time I've visited Fins I have always left surprised from the quality, presentation, consistency and value. While they have a decent and diverse sized menu with price and options variety can still be hard for picky eaters. A worth while spot for that calm night out on the avenue. Pro tip try the Fins Pasta and if a beer drinker try their Fins branded Big Oyster beers.

Sat at a dirty table and asked them to wipe clean before setting our drinks and food. They sent a kid over with a bottle of plain windex to clean the table. I asked him to use something to sanitze as our food will be on it, he never came back but our waitress came with a rag wet with God knows what and wiped the table. So, we proceeded so they didnt spit in our food, lol. We went for fish and to our surprise, it was half price fresh fish meals that day! Yay! As an appetizer we ordered the crispy brussels, topped with goat cheese, almond and a balsamic drizzle. OMG, they were so delicious and a big portion! They also ordered half a dozen oysters, while I dont eat them, I was told the were really good! So, there was a choice of at least 6 or more different fish choices. You also choose how you would like it cooked. Then they have about 10 different sauces, you can choose as many as you like, even doubles if you choose to. The sauces all come on the side in a small little cup. I ordered Grouper (2 smaller but still decent size filets) grilled with a pineapple mango salsa which did not disappoint! You choose your 2 sides, which i ordered the asparagus and a delicious parmesan risotto. The other dish ordered was Rockfish (1 decenct size filet) which they choose to have it broiled with the pineapple mango salsa also, the parm risotto too, but opted for a side salad which came as a smaller size of their house salad which looked delish also. We both agreed the Grouper was the winner of the 2. Overall, it was a really nice dinner for 2 with 2 appetizers, I had water with lemon and they had a couple of beers for $6, I think the total for the bill was around $ 76.00. (No tax in DE) and of course a nice tip. Waitress was delightful, attentive while still busy and we left happy with our belly full and satisfied! The pic is the Grouper.

There is outdoor seating and two levels inside. The service was friendly and quick. The food was tasty and the kids menu is very reasonable.

The food selection, service and the dishes were amazing. However the person who cleans off the tables should also wipe down the seats. My seat was a mess

Seasonal drink Dracula's Drip was sweet and came with vampire teeth! Strawberry shortcake was a nice size, we shared it. Cake was light & moist, and the icing was a whipped surprise. Yum!
Workin M — Google review
Fried shrimp dinner came with 8 jumbo shrimp. Breaded to perfection! I also enjoyed the homemade cinnamon applesauce which was a sweet, heavenly delight. The garlic mashed are not instant and also tasty! My fiance had the 2 crab cakes which were a nice hearty size and not filled with stuffing. Good portion of tater tots and broccoli was not overcooked. They have a large variety of fresh oysters which we didn't try this time. They also brew their own beer. They have seasonal drinks and food specials. Everything looks good! Service was Amazing, thanks to Jenny. We will return again now that we are locals.

Shorebreak Lodge is a casual yet sophisticated gastropub with a white and blue decor that offers an eclectic seafood fusion menu. The restaurant's menu features shared plates, land-based protein, seafood options, and sides. Seafood dishes include char-grilled octopus, baby clams in chimmi sauce, shrimp and grits, Maryland crab cakes, and seared yellowfin tuna.
Came here on recommendation of friends who are in Rehoboth frequently. Glad we came. Everything is well prepared - cocktails varied and delicious. Though this night I went for an Aperol spritz (pictured) but my wife enjoyed a well made ginger martini. We both had the cream of Maryland crab soup and boy was it wonderful. Perfect balance of rich bisque like cream and old bay like seasoning and a healthy amount of crab. (pictured) I then chose the pan seared duck breast with fingerling potatoes and string beans (pictured). The duck breast was perfectly prepared as were the pan seared scallops my wife ordered. Everything was well run - professional measured service without being clingy or overly familiar. I gave them a slight gig on service rating because the order of a glass of red wine for the duck entree got lost in the shuffle and I had to slow the eating of the duck. I was a half a beat from canceling the wine. Otherwise it was a wonderful dining experience and we will return.

Excellent food and service was outstanding. We had the short ribs with scallops and spicy shrimp. Over the top tasty. Highly recommend the restaurant. We sat outside and it was a bit chilly. The restaurant had outdoor heaters and throws at the tables. Very nice touch and made dining enjoyable.

Decided to start out our family beach week with Shorebreak, a first time for us despite the fact that we've been going to Rehoboth for years. So glad we did! What a great meal. We had made a reservation for our party of seven and were promptly seated and taken care of. The impressive cocktail list lives up to the reputation. I really enjoyed my shrimp and grits - what a feast! The service was excellent, although there was a wait for our entrees - to be expected, though, because it's a busy summer night during the dinner rush. We sat on the covered outdoor patio, and it was a hot night - next time we are eating inside. Dessert offerings looked good although we will have to enjoy those next time. Great time - what a wonderful meal! Thanks so much!

First time at Shorebreak. Our meals were amazing and so was my drink, Lavender Dreams. Beautiful ambiance. I had the veggie bowl with shrimp and my husband had the salmon with mash potatoes and Brussels. We had a side order of fries - shoe string made in house. Fantastic! Thank you tCarol, our server who was amazing - so kind, attentive and friendly. This is going on the list as one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Rehoboth.

Phenomenal. Chef's kiss. I am blown away by how absolutely delicious everything was. Divine. I tried scallops and salmon for the first time in my entire life here, but could plainly see how perfectly prepared it all was! I had the Surf and Turf and my partner enjoyed the Salmon. The drinks were ordered were truly award winning. Our server, Jacob was hands down the best in the business! This young man really helped make our evening special and always appeared at the perfect time. Jacob, thank you for a wonderful dinner experience!

Delicious cocktails and excellent food! My husband ordered the Italian Sunset Manhattan and I enjoyed the Lavender Dreams. We shared the Wild Mushroom Bruschetta which was fresh and flavorful. I ordered a half portion of the Shrimp and Grits which was a generous serving snd my husband loved the Halibut special. Service was top notch. We will return! Make a reservation online.

Shorebreak Lodge was, by far, the best dinner we had while on vacation in Rehoboth Beach. We started with a cheese plate, which included delicious toasted bread, honeycomb, and figs. The drinks were well-balanced and delicious. My salmon was cooked perfectly, with a flavorful, crispy exterior. We ate outside, on a covered patio with a heater and we were very comfortable. Service was excellent.
Nicole C — Google review
Gonna go with a 4 for this place. It's a nice place don't get me wrong but I think they need to rethink some things. First there is a 90 minute table limit. That is tough on a weekend with parking in Rehoboth. Yes, I know folks should be prepared but still. Some slack should be afforded. Mainly because what I noticed was the wait staff and kitchen being extremely slow. You shouldn't be telling tables near me they have to take their food to go because the limit is up but your waiter was hamming it up with a table for nearly 10 minutes of precious time that I could be ordering and waiting for food. So maybe get more servers? Or speed that kitchen up. This did not happen to us but to the table next to us. But you'll see throughout the evening how the restaurant may need to add some wiggle room here. So we were seated promptly. However sat for nearly 10 minutes without being greeted by our waiter. Then, we were asked about what type of water we wanted and again waited. Then asked about drinks and waited. Then told about specials and waited. Finally appetizers are in. We're going on right 20 mins right now. Drinks now appear. Two seaform margaritas, one sweet, one spicy and one Old Fashioned. Drinks were great. So apps are in and it's hummus and octopus. We also ordered entrees, the Burger, Maple Salmon and a Duck entree. We were told the burger well done, which I didn't even ask for, asked for it medium well, would take nearly 30 minutes to prepare. That was a first for me. Anyway. Appetizers arrive and bam that quick here is dinner. No thanks. Don't start rushing me now. So we took our time, enjoyed the apps and drinks and then dug into the entrees. They were good. The 30 minute burger was absolutely delish along with the shoestring fries. Was told at the Maple Salmon was a hit and yes the duck with blueberry was fantastic but could have used a little salt. Oh this is a no salt/pepper on the table type of place too. Ok. So we are finishing up and now at the 90 minute mark. They have just told the table next to us to box their dessert up and scram. They then proceed to ask us if we want dessert. No. No I'm it being told to leave by be hostess after you offer me dessert. So no. We opted not to take the dessert and just wanted to go. There was then a mix up on the check. Our check was given to someone else and vice versa and now we're there even longer. So food was good, probably will not be back. Final thoughts. May be a bit too pretentious for me. It does look really nice when you're walking by though and it's all lit up with everyone in there. Food and Drinks are great but don't need a side of anxiety from the hostess eyeing you up as you eat looking at her watch.

Nestled just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk, Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine is a delightful seafood haven that captures the essence of coastal dining. This casual eatery boasts a charming nautical theme and features an impressive raw bar, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a sun-soaked day at the shore. The menu is heavily inspired by founder Sam Calagione's fond memories of summers in Maine, as well as Dogfish Head's deep-rooted ties to the Chesapeake region.
We visited Rehoboth after 3-4 years and tried this place for dinner again. Kudos that they continue to maintain great standards. We tried the Walkin' After Midnight cocktail and it was just a lovely pre-cursor to an enjoyable dining experience. With the hefty Maryland crab dip to start with and then having soft shell crabs and lobster & crab club, was a tad too much....of good things. As a side note, we would have preferred less batter and garnishes on the soft shell crabs. To me, that affected the taste and texture of fresh crab meat. Something to think about. Alex, our server, was very enthusiastic and provided great menu recommendations.

Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine: A Coastal Culinary Gem Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine truly stands out as a Rehoboth Beach must-visit, offering an exceptional dining experience that perfectly blends innovative cocktails with fresh, delectable seafood and hearty classics. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere hints at the culinary delights to come. Their crafted cocktails are a fantastic way to start, showcasing creative mixes that are both refreshing and well-balanced – a far cry from your average bar offerings. The oysters are, without a doubt, a highlight. Sourced fresh, they're perfectly shucked and presented, offering a true taste of the sea. But the value extends beyond just oysters, especially with their incredible $15 lobster specials. This is an unbeatable deal for a perfectly cooked lobster that's sweet and tender. Beyond the stellar seafood, Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine also excels with its land-based options. The prime rib is a robust and flavorful choice, cooked to perfection, while their burger is juicy and satisfying, proving they can master both surf and turf. The overall quality of the food is consistently high, reflecting a commitment to fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Given its popularity and the consistently great food and specials, reservations are highly recommended. You won't want to miss out on this fantastic dining experience.

Food is great - highly recommend the crab dip. Dogfish is the beer on tap, obviously, but the cocktails are great too. The bartender also provided great service despite us coming in near closing time. We really appreciated it considering how we came into town late during off season, and we were so hungry.

My girlfriend and I come to Rohobeth annually and Dogfish Head is a trip staple. However, this year they were offering brunch and it was OUTSTANDING! We had Ryan as our server and he was very easy going, happy to answer questions, and sought constructive feedback on the drinks we ordered (Mimosa flight). The Fried Chicken Schnitzel and Waffle was a hit for me. Thanks for the great experience, we hope to see brunch continue!

Solid 4.5/5. Building is cool looking, inside is nice. Variety of food and drink options. We showed up a tad early for our 5:45 reservation on Monday and we're told we were too early. No fear, we stopped in the Dogfish shop which is next door. We arrived back and I expected the place to be packed. Not the case. It was roughly hall full at this point. Ok I figured 6 o'clock it'd explode with activity. Nope. Even when we left after 7, it was still about half full. So just know they're strict on their reservation times for some reason even when the place isn't full. Staff didn't seem overwhelmed either as they joked behind the oyster shucking stand and lazily stood around at the wait station. Either way, that's their thing. Alrighty, seated. Our server, can't remember her name but she was consistently good though out the meal. Promptly let us know we had a few mins left for happy hour if we wanted any of the deals. Got it. Ordered a 60 minute draft and an Old Fashioned along with a dozen oysters and some Clam Chowder. Off to a good start. An order of Hush Puppies also were placed. All apps and drinks arrived in good order and were tasty. Entrees ordered were the Smash Burger with a side of Corn on the Cob and fries, Connecticut Style Lobster Roll (you get the choice between the Maine, mayo or CT, butter which is nice) and the Maryland Crab Cakes. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We have been here before and I remember it being good but the good and table service this time were extremely on point. Definitely a contender if you're looking for a good meal in Rehoboth, want the Dogfish vibe but not 10000 kids running around. There were maybe only 5 in here.

Our party of 3 adults, 1 toddler and an infant enjoyed $15 Sunday Night Lobster Special! Parking was challenging along with traffic leaving the beach but the food was worth the trouble! Our server, Alex, was friendly, informative and efficient. Highly recommend asking for Alex! The lobster was sweet and tender (and soft shell!—so soft I was able to break open the shell with my bear hands! Yum!) Best lobster I’ve had in quite a while. The salads were huge! Caesar salad was really outstanding. Crab dip was delightful and the raw oysters great. Really good meal for a vacation town. Great job! Keep up the good work. I’d come back to Rehoboth just to eat there again!

Probably the best meal I had in Rehoboth Beach. We sat near the bar, and it was still very comfortable to converse. The server was excellent, helping me find options without dairy or seafood (because of my dietary restrictions). The food was very creative and tasty. The beer selection was outstanding too. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, The Pines American Bistro is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Tucked away down an alley off Wilmington Avenue, this upscale restaurant and bar aims to redefine the modern tavern experience. With a menu that highlights fresh seafood sourced from West Ocean City docks, locally grown greens, and organic meats from central Delaware farms, The Pines takes familiar flavors and adds its own unique twist.
We had a fabulous happy hour at The Pines and look forward to returning for a full dinner. Appetizers were amazing and my drink (Rose Kennedy) was perfectly made. Highly recommend the whipped ricotta: such a unique dish!

We really enjoyed our time and atmosphere, but there's simple details that could elevate the experience l. For example, bread baskets, some 🧀 olives, and more main dish options. The food was good, though laked flavor for me.

On the most recent of our frequent visits to Rehoboth, my wife and I dined at the Pines for dinner. We were in the mood for burgers. Sat out on the first floor deck, where we had excellent and friendly service. We no sooner were served our excellent adult beverages when across the street at Aqua, a solo artist started his set. So we were set! Anyhow, the burgers were delicious, the weather was perfect, and so was the vibe. the deviled eggs were good as well. Definitely deserves a return trip.

THE MUSSELS... I'm drooling.....I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I must say, the culinary experience was truly unforgettable. The food was excellent, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. The service was great too, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. But the real standout of the evening was the mussels. Oh, the mussels! They were out of this world - succulent, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I've had mussels at many restaurants before, but these were in a league of their own. If you're a seafood lover like me, do not miss the opportunity to try them. In fact, even if you're not a huge fan of mussels, give them a shot - they might just convert you. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a exceptional dining experience.

Had happy hour drinks and apps at the treehouse upstairs prior to dinner. Not many people but decent atmosphere, food and drinks. Recommend the tomatoes with Burrata, fantastic. Had dinner outside on the upstairs terrace, prefer the downstairs porch, better atmosphere. Linguini with clams is a great dish.

Amazing meal at The Pines. Couldn’t wait for three visits to report in on this gem in Rehoboth Beach. We were able to get a last minute porch table on a beautiful evening. Meal was fantastic. Steak frites was delicious and the steak was cooked perfect. My friend had the salmon and it too was prepared beautifully and cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to return and take friends who have poo pood the food here. Definitely worth a second try.

If you are looking for fun place to drink and also enjoy great good this is the place to go. The environment is fun as well. You can sit outside the balcony or sit inside awesomely decorated interior with beautiful art pieces you can buy. We ordered four different types of cocktails as you can see in the pictures. Each of them were just great. The food we ordered our fried octopus to start, salmon, and scallops. They all were made to the top fresh taste and very rich in flavor. So, if you are in town and want to enjoy good food and service with great environment, then I recommend this place! Try them out =)

They have a side alley entrance. The atmosphere here is great and if I heard correctly they have a bar upstairs. The cocktail could use a little more variety and wine menu was decent. The lamb lollipops were great, the fried mozzarella was fresh, and the cheese board was good just make sure to ask for extra crackers there's only 6 total on there. For the main course main course my fiancée had the strawberry salad which is a favorite in our house but this wasn't great. They soak the strawberries in the vinaigrette which kills the strawberry flavor. She ate 3 bites and couldn't do anymore. I had the fresh catch, it was visually impressive but the fish was slightly dry. When paired with the sauce at the bottom it helped that out so I'd give the dish a 4.5 out of 5. Overall the experience here was great. Thank you for the great evening.

Big Fish Grill Rehoboth is a popular, casual eatery known for its large platters of seafood specialties and laid-back atmosphere. Established in 1997, it has earned accolades such as the Best Seafood at the Beach award and is part of the Delaware Culinary Trail. The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring fresh seafood, juicy steaks, and chicken prepared with original recipes using handpicked ingredients.
I’m sorry I didn’t get a pic of our appetizer, mussels in spicy sauce. It was delicious though. I love my crab cake add-on to wedge salad. Jambalaya was not exactly the same as we had it in Louisiana but still good nevertheless. My husband got the cashew crusted cod and was delicious. My lemon drop was delicious although stronger than I’m used to! Portions were so generous, I wasn’t able to get a dessert.

Our daughter picked this restaurant to celebrate her birthday. We were a party of 13 so we waited a few minutes to be seated. The table was covered in paper & crayons provided for not just the kids but the adults too. Our server, Ty, was patient & attentive with our big group. She answered all our questions & our orders came out together & were right. Food was good, no complaints. We got a free dessert & it was delicious. We’ll definitely stop ordered an extra dessert & between the 2, everyone got enough after dinner sugar. Great time all around.

After we heard it’s a great local spot, we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. Their sushi was surprisingly good and their cream of crab soup was also nice. We liked their fish and chips, as well as their seafood. They messed up my burger (very well done despite asking for a medium rare), but their cinnamon ice cream and apple cobbler made up for it. Would come back to try some other stuff!

This huge, loud, vibrant restaurant offers a variety of mainly delicious seafood, salad, and pasta choices. The steak options are also excellent. I started with the arugula salad. This salad was a bit different, as it included crunchy, toffee pecans which were scrumptious and plentiful. Overall, the salad was a refreshing treat, particularly on the warm day when we ate here. For my main, I had the sirloin and shrimp which included a juicy sirloin with grilled shrimp. This too was amazing and was a very generous portion. Service was friendly and attentive. If you are hungry and enjoy fresh seafood and salads, look no further than the Big Fish Grill.

Great time! Got the jambalaya and it was so filling. I shared with someone else. Also got the seafood creamy soup. It was similar to clam chowder but with bacon. The key lime pie was also great. I like a more crispy crunchy crust but maybe that’s how it is.

This is a good place for lunch or dinner. Good food choices excellent arugula salad 🥗 😋 that alone with a piece of fish 🐟 is one awesome meal. Of course their menu is full of interesting choices as well as health couches like vegetarian and allergy etc type eaters. Crowded place but very good social meet up place to greet and eat. We received very Good service too.

This was my go-to restaurant, my family loved coming here. However, it must be under new management because the service has fell off a cliff. We went on August 17, 2025 for lunch (myself, my wife and son, and my father). We were promptly seated and then we waited for some time. The waitress came and took our drink order. She accidentally brought my wife a virgin version of the beverage she'd ordered. We waited some more, quite a long time (and the restaurant had few people in it at the time). She corrected my wife's drink eventually, but left the old drink on the table AND NEVER REFILLED OUR WATER OR DRINKS AGAIN. After some time had passed, I ordered an appetizer (shrimp cocktail) and four entrees. The entrees came out and I had to ask a manager to bring us the tuna spread and crackers they normally provide with service. Our meals came out and I had to snag ANOTHER employee to inform them that we never received our appetizer (cold shrimp, so it couldn't have taken 45 minutes to prepare). We ate our entire meals without the waitress ever coming over. We waited, and flagged her down for the check. We waited perhaps another 15-20 minutes, until my wife walked across the restaurant, over to the register, and informed the waitress that we were ready to pay. This was almost a 2-hour ordeal, it was insane. We never did receive - as I said - any refills. We will not pay these prices for such absolutely POOR service.
S. B — Google review
Food was great, well what we received. Waiter never told my party about not having fish. Replacement was offered and excepted, but only after my party asked about the missing dish. Waiter Ethen's table service was ok.

Bluecoast Seafood Grill & Raw Bar Rehoboth offers a blend of creative and classic seafood dishes, complemented by a selection of craft beer and wine. The restaurant provides an elegant dining space along with ample deck seating for guests to enjoy their meals. For those seeking stunning coastal views, the Bethany Beach location is recommended, where diners can take in the picturesque salt pond reflecting the vibrant colors of the sunset.
We visited for lunch after looking for a nice restaurant on our route. It was a hit. My husband had the seafood stew; loaded with shrimp, mussels, clams, lobster and cod with a flavorful red broth it was available with pasta but he asked for bread instead, pasta would have been too heavy. I had the lunch special of blackened NC swordfish served over a mix of farro, corn, tomatoes, watermelon, feta, and watercress. All the produce was locally sourced. We had to share the peach (local) crisp with blueberry coulis and locally made vanilla ice cream. All of the food was delicious, service was efficient, friendly, and pleasant. Restroom was very clean. The atmosphere was very nice. It was very hot outside but cool and comfortable inside. The plantings and outside seating looked very attractive.

We were able to get seated with no wait on a summer Saturday night - that was a win! I really enjoyed my crab imperial baked shrimp and would definitely get that again. The kids portion of salmon, green beans, and fries was bigger than I expected (good thing!) but the salmon was a bit dry and bland. The service was fine, nothing exceptional. Plenty of parking at this location, lively ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating. All in all a good dining experience. Kid-friendliness: kids menu, crayons and coloring sheet, diaper changing table, plastic cup with straw for water

Very nice restaurant. Would definitely go back. I didn’t love the Old Fashion drink, but the basil Spritz mocktail was a huge hit with my wife. We also ordered the shrimp dumplings (they’re spicy and that’s not mentioned or called out in the menu). We also ordered the Salmon Board and the Fish and Chips.

We started off with the wing appetizer - unique flavors, so we had to try them! They were a hit!! The miso salmon bowl was very flavorful!! Portion size for price could have been a bit mor balanced, but the service was excellent and the atmosphere was too! The peach cobbler was very tasty and is enough to share!

My personal favorite restaurant at rehobeth! Their she crab soup is something that I still miss after traveling back home and the shrimp and grits was awesome as well! My friend enjoyed her crab cake and the outside area was very uniquely decorated with a fireplace in the middle, a good place for extroverted people to hang out while the inside is more elegant and private. A great experience, although I wish there were heaters outside or they would leave the fireplace on because it did get quite cold once it was cloudy. Nonetheless awesome food!

First time trying this restaurant. Overall very good. Appetizer (bluecoast fries) tasted good but disappointed that it seems to be made with canned crab. Delicious bread served before dinner. Waitress Danielle E was amazing, very knowledgeable. Definitely knew the menu very well.

5/5 for thé food. Exceptional seafood. Great service: Thanks Adriana! Cool live music. Nice mix of modern and classic cocktails (they have the aviation!) Try the lobster and cheese macaroni concoction. It’s savory and artfully blended. 3/5 for the fact that flys are whizzing around you and your food *constantly* and this is a sad fact preventing the 5 star rating
Aman S — Google review
Crab Imperial Dip is a must. Wow. Using real, high-quality crab meat—you can see it and taste it. The crab is generous, not hidden under filler. It’s mixed into this beautifully flavorful, cheesy sauce that’s smooth, rich, but not overly cheesy—just enough to bring everything together without drowning the crab flavor. And it comes with fried pita that’s golden and delicious on its own. But when you scoop it into the dip? I kept going back for more and more.

Sazio is a charming Italian restaurant that captures the essence of Italy's coastal towns right in Rehoboth. This culinary gem offers an inviting menu filled with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, showcasing their pride in hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood delights. The ambiance reflects the sun-kissed shores of Italy, making it a perfect spot for those seeking authentic flavors. Recently opened by Greg Talcott from Big Fish Restaurant Group, Sazio has quickly become a go-to destination for food lovers.
Walked in tonight with no reservation for 10 people and they were super accommodating to us. Our server/bartender Mark was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Only 1 picture of my food, but all enjoyed themselves.

We highly enjoyed our dinner at Sazio’s while on vacation. Noah was so helpful, friendly and personable. The food was fantastic and it’s now our new favorite dining spot in Rehoboth. The portions were so generous that we were able to share one entree and still be filled. We loved sitting outside on the deck, which was relaxing and not too noisy. Highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants in Rehoboth by far. A little pricey, but that’s expected - service was amazing, drinks were great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The arancini balls are to die for.

Wow!! We ate here last night on vacation after searching for somewhere that would accommodate my sister’s very sensitive celiac allergy. We were so impressed! The food was outstanding and our waitress was so nice and so helpful. Plus the atmosphere made you want to stay all night. When restaurants figure out how to handle food allergies like this one, they just do it so seamlessly and make the experience fantastic. We will definitely come back here soon!

We had a wonderful meal! The Bronzino was so tender. And it was the best garlic bread I’ve had in a long time. Noah was a terrific server. We knew their happy hour was fabulous, but it’s an absolute treat and a whole different vibe to be in the main dining room. We were celebrating a birthday! We can’t wait to return!!

Food was great! Our server Chris was friendly and accommodating. Our group had a lovely time and left stuffed and with leftovers!!

Caesar salad seemed to come right out of a fridge pre-made (?), heavy with dressing and so huge it was unappealing. Pesto pizza had a doughy crust and cheese was too thick for my taste. The chicken Piccata I was hoping to have (seen on the menu on-line) was not on the menu at the restaurant. My husband is vegan and the chef did put together a dish for him with zucchini but it was swimming in olive oil. (Definitely NOT a place to go for anyone who is vegan. The pasta, even the bread and the marinara are not vegan options. Our mistake for not calling first to check). The decor was pleasant and the staff were very friendly. The food was "heavy" and the huge portions I saw at other tables may be wonderful for some folks, but unappetizing for me. Not a "fine dining" experience, but no doubt enjoyable for many.

Salt Air is a charming eatery that offers a rustic-chic dining experience with a beach picnic vibe. The restaurant specializes in farm-to-table ingredients, serving up local and seasonal dishes alongside specialty cocktails. The menu features a variety of options from the ocean and the farm, including littleneck clams, crab deviled eggs, smoked trout dip, Cuban marinated pork chop, brined chicken half, and grilled Scottish salmon.
I visited Salt Air on a recent trip to Rehoboth and highly recommend it. Their customer service is unmatched; the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You really feel taken care of. The wait, on what seemed to be a busy night, was long - over an hour. However, they allow a wait-list and notified me via text when a table was ready. Once seated, our waiter took great care in asking about dietary restrictions and laying out the specials. I recommend the seafood gumbo, which is excellent. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and I would eat here again!

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful service, excellent food. Great date night spot. 🦀 3/5 - Crab deviled eggs Really disappointing, the only underwhelming item of the night. The yolk filling was a dry, thick, under-salted paste. Definitely needed more mayonnaise/vinegar/pickle juice to give it flavor and make it less dense and more creamy. 🦐 5/5 - Seafood stew Fantastic rich, flavorful, herbaceous broth and perfectly cooked seafood (including shrimp, which is hard to do, especially in a hot soup). Crusty bread was delightful. Absolute must-try! 🐟 5/5 - Crispy skin rockfish Perfectly crispy skin and flaky, juicy fish. The pureed ramps were amazingly seasoned and the fresh, vinegar zing of the pickled ramps were an excellent addition. Another must-try! Very skilled and knowledgeable bartenders and impressive cocktail offerings.

It was a spur of the moment drive by with fortuitous parking near Salt Air. We walked into a full restaurant without reservations and were luckily seated in their adjacent, virtually empty dining room. Service was spot on, somewhat brigade style, yet very efficient. I opted for a delicious burrata salad, with mugolio – pine cone syrup – a sweet first. Then I had another first, Eggenberg, a pleasant Austrian pilsner. Our mains were their Eastern Shore Crab Cake and the Roasted Eggplant and Crispy Oysters. The crab cake was tasty, though on the small size, and the oysters were as described. A satisfying dinner with excellent service was thoroughly enjoyed.

The best restaurant in Rehoboth! I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and they never disappoint! Fantastic service, and incredible food every time. 10/10 martini, crab cakes and tuna.
Abigail G — Google review
Let me start by saying this is an absolutely beautiful restaurant. However, we made reservations based on items from a menu online that was no longer current apparently. We arrived right on time and were told we needed to wait…ten minutes went by and we finally got seated. There were 4 adults and a child in our party and we were charged a “large party” reservation fee of $50 (which does come off of the bill) but also already charged gratuity to our end bill. Some of our food was fantastic, some not-very inconsistent. And we found the menu to be misleading. My husband ordered the pasta with veal expecting a piece of meat but when it came out it was just a meat sauce. Mine said there would be an heirloom tomato salad and I had one grape tomato cut in half on my plate. With so many other fantastic places to eat in Reho, we will not be returning here.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. We always appreciate a vegan option on the menu and the crispy oyster mushrooms over roasted eggplant was amazing. Highly recommend Salt Air. Beautiful interior and wonderful service.

We arrived around 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening. We were told there would be a ten-minute wait, so we elected to wait in the bar, where Chris was our courteous and helpful server. The three of us had cocktails, all excellently crafted, especially my Paper Airplane. We were then approached by the Maitre d' who advised that there was a bit of a mix-up , and the wait would be another thirty minutes. Not happy, but knowing that if we went anywhere else, it would be the same story, so we decided to wait, enjoying the Crispy Artichoke stater recommended by Chris - an excellent choice. Finally seated for dinner, the restaurant was busy, packed, loud and noisy. We tried to order a bottle of wine for dinner, but the first two bottles listed on the wine list provided were unavailable (which took a while to determine for each bottle). By this time we are approaching 8pm. We decided to forgo the wine and just order dinner: Jumbo Lump Crab Salad, fresh and delicious (tip: order the additional jumbo lump crab meat add-on when offered); Seafood Stew, flavorful and spicy, with lots of fresh seafood; and the Famous Shrimp Fry, which should be "Infamous" as this dish greatly disappointed, unless one wants a dinner comprised mainly of French Fries. No desserts ordered since by the time that option arrived, we were done with our meal and our time at this restaurant. The manager, while making his rounds, did stop by our table to ask about our dining experience. We advised that we did not wish to discuss anything, but told him that things could have been better. To his credit, he offered his card and asked that we contact him to further discuss our dining experience whenever we wished. So, kudos to him. And to Chris, the charming server in the bar area.

Spanish restaurant
Mariachi Restaurant is a vibrant pink building with a second-floor patio, offering a delightful selection of Mexican, Spanish, and Latin American cuisine and drinks. It has become a beloved spot for families and locals alike. The owner, Miss Yolanda, warmly welcomes guests with her famous margaritas and an extensive menu featuring traditional dishes like pollo asado, carne asada, paellas, and various seafood options. Additionally, the restaurant offers Saturday brunch specials and drink deals on select days.
$-$$. Recommend for those looking for a good margarita, or a homestyle fusion on Mexican, Latin and Spanish favorites that deliver on quality as much as it does value. The family owned Mariachis has been a staple in Rehoboth since 2006 and has proven it's spot with their friendly service and multiple chilli contest wins (taking the recent victory in 2025). Picky eaters and those with dietary restrictions will rejoice as Mariachis menu is comprehensive with basics to gluten free and vegetarian. Yes, chips and salsa are provided without an additional charge. Pro tip, try the Paella.

Best Mexican at thee beach hands down. Their food is authentic , very full of flavor with great service. We, 2 of us, walked in without reservations snd was promptly seated. We sat upstairs, outside which was very pleasant. They start you off with chips and salsa. We both had the coconut margarita which were very good. Tender meat, and the flavor of the sauce is seriously next level 👏👏 Next, I'll recommend y'all try the Pupusas 🤌 I just came back from visiting El Salvador and let me tell you, these come closest to the real thing! For dessert, don't miss out and get the Tres Leches that's made fresh in house and honestly one of the best. Services is great, prices are reasonable and they have an outside seating area on the balcony. Street Parking is right outside the door, only have to pay from May 15th - September 15th I believe.

Great find in Rehoboth! We really enjoyed everything about Mariachi, small family owned spot with great friendly service to go along with really good fresh food. The guac was very smooth rather than chunky, almost whipped, and honestly didn’t mind it. Had good flavor. The papusas were fantastic! These are the type that were made by someone’s grandmother. The filling was a great blend of pork and cheese that seemed to have been stewed for hours. Had great depth of flavor with just right amount of spice and paired perfectly with the curtido. The seafood fajitas with lobster, scallops, and shrimp were delicate and delightful. The lobster tail was surprisingly tender and not chewy like it can tend to be. Would have liked a little more veggies, but overall the seafood was fresh and delicious!

Victoria's Restaurant is a charming dining spot located in a boardwalk hotel at Rehoboth Beach. The restaurant boasts a three-tiered dining room with Victorian decor and even features talking parrots in the lobby, adding to its unique character. Guests can enjoy American fine dining as well as traditional English afternoon tea. The menu includes delectable dishes such as cream of crab soup, bang bang shrimp, and grilled filet in a cognac and mushroom sauce.
This gorgeous restaurant inside the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel was the site of a wonderful evening on a cold December night. A fine bottle of Rioja helped to warm us up as we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean at sunset. The gorgeous Victorian setting was pumped up by the festive holiday decorations and atmosphere. We started with their renowned Bang-Bang Shrimp and it did not disappoint, we followed that up with a delicious and velvety crab bisque. For dinner I had an expertly prepared wild Atlantic Salmon, which was broiled and served over fresh vegetables and topped with a creamy wine sauce, one of the freshest and flakiest salmon that I ever had. We also had the sirloin strip steak, cooked perfectly medium rare, the steak reminded me of some of the cuts that I ate in Argentina, beautiful job!! A wonderful evening and meal in the most delightful setting.

I enjoyed a very nice dinner at Victoria’s. My server Lisa was very friendly and helpful. I told her my food allergies and she took them into account. She gave a suggestion on trying oysters with hot sauce, which I did. The food was amazing and the wait time for it wasn’t long. I did go around 4:30. My appetizers come out 1 by 1 so I didn’t have too much in the table at once. I enjoyed sitting outside and having my meal. They take walking ins until about 5 after that you have to have a reservation. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back again.

Victoria's is now our place to go for celebrating special occasions or to impress our friends with an exceptional evening all around! My wife and I sat in the bar area for an hour before dinner. What a cozy, comfortable setting! Small and intimate with a touch of old and new. We had a blast chatting with various guests and visitors to the hotel. Our bartender, Steve, was super and fun to engage with. We had dinner in the dining area which is a lovely place with several levels having a feel from the early 1900's. Adrianne was our waitress and she was great. We had an excellent Tuscana Red that was priced at less than 2X the going price. Most restaurants do 3X so that was a nice surprise. We split the wedge salad that was perfectly prepared for us on separate plates. I then had the saffron rockfish while my wife had the short ribs. Both were delicious and piping hot. We shared the toffee bread pudding ring with ice cream along with a couple de-caf cappuccinos. So good! I'll add that the waiter and all the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend Victoria's for your special time with a loved one or friends!

Tea for Two… Highly Recommended! I had been wanting to try Victoria’s Afternoon Tea for a long time and finally was able to partake today!! I have been to some top notch teas in some extravagant places and this was right up there! The price was about a quarter of teas I’ve been to and is equal or greater quality. You select the tea you’d like- I had the green tea with the cherry flavor. It was an excellent choice. The staff brought out sugared grapes and chocolate covered strawberry’s, scones and raspberry biscuits, petit fours, macarons, cream puffs and eclairs along with mini chicken salad sandwich, mini egg salad sandwich, mini ham and Brie sandwich and smoked salmon on a bread round. Lemon curd and clotted cream as well. The room was very interesting and showcased many items such as teapots and other antique items. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. I will definitely return!!!

The ambiance of eating breakfast right off the boardwalk is amazing. My kids had the silver dollar pancake 🥞 breakfast and the All American Breakfast with a side of pancakes. I had the breakfast smoothie and the omelet. Everything was delicious. The breakfast smoothie was really light. They might have forgotten the banana, but it was delicious. Anything on the breakfast menu, including the breakfast smoothie, is sold until 11:30. The kids got some cute wikki stix like stuff to play with, and that was cool. Alot better than the standard coloring books. The waiter was very accommodating. Thanks, and we will be back soon.

Eden, located on Baltimore Avenue, is a beloved spot known for its creative American cuisine and extensive wine selection. The restaurant offers a romantic ambiance with white tablecloths and gauzy curtains. Nearby, Henlopen City Oyster House is popular for its champagne oyster shooters and cognac-spiked lobster mac and cheese. Another insider favorite is The Cultured Pearl, where the cream of crab soup stands out as a local specialty.
Four of us went out for a combination Birthday/Anniversary celebration. It was our first time there, and it didn't disappoint! Excellent drinks, great atmosphere and attentive waiter (although we went at a great time, before it got busy). Two of us had the duck (medium rare) and we both agreed it was perhaps the best we have ever had. One had the filet (medium rare) and she too...was impressed with her meal (although the mashed potatoes could have had less lumps in it. The last of our foursome had the fish special and it was cooked perfectly. Our ONLY criticism was that the toasted bread appetizer we ordered for the table only had 4 pieces and was $12. Unexpected and uncalled for. We don't mind paying for food, but that's a bit much. At least put 6-7 pieces on the board. Lastly....ALL the food came together and HOT! Loved this place and we will all return.

I enjoyed this restaurant and would go back, I gave 4 stars due to my flat bread being burnt. I love stone-baked and I don't mind some burnt but it was too much. We all loved the crab lobster tower, yummy, our server was great but busy, it's summer so giving grace. Would go back for sure.

We really liked the restaurant. Our server was great, and we loved the atmosphere. We started the meal with two apps: muscles and Oysters Rockefeller. The muscles were fresh and flavorful. They were cooked with a lot of smokey pork belly and gouda. The broth was so delicious. I had to dip! While not traditional, the five Oysters Rockefeller were also good. Again with a lot of gouda. I missed the Pernod. For entrees, my husband ordered the antelope and really enjoyed it! A rare treat to find on a menu. It was cooked perfectly. He loved the waiter's suggested slightly peppery Zinfandel with it. After reading great reviews, I ordered the halibut. The portion was plentiful and the presentation was quite nice (image). I really loved the lemon risotto and the garlicky green beans were also very good. The halibut had a delicious crusty skin, but unfortunately it was enough overcooked to make it dry and lose flavor. We both enjoyed sharing a key lime pie for dessert. We'd definitely return and I'd try the fish again, hoping it was cooked just right.

Phenomenal watermelon and peach gazpacho, fresh fish prepared deliciously, our favorite sparkling wine Taittinger Domaine Carneros to celebrate my husband’s birthday, lovely to sit outside next to the garden of mini cherry tomatoes and herbs, and of course, great service from our waiter. This was our first time at Eden, but we will be back in late September to celebrate my birthday!

Great food, quick, and friendly service. We had a reservation for 7 and they were nice enough to call at 2pm and relay being short staffed and if we could push our reservation back to provide the best service.

Food had potential but needs tweaking. Some dishes too salty others lacking flavor. But still pretty yummy.

Gem of a restaurant at the beach. You definitely need reservations. Booths are romantic. The food is great. Wait staff is attentive. Our friends who like in Rehoboth recommended this place. Excellent and will be back next beach trip.

I made a reservation at Eden’s upon the recommendation of someone who frequently visits Rehoboth and it certainly did not disappoint! The atmosphere felt upscale, but comfortable and the service was top-notch. I had the daily specials (fried soft shell crab and grilled Dorade) both absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Rehoboth.

Ice cream shop
Dessert shop
Located in Rehoboth Beach, The Ice Cream Store is a popular walk-up boardwalk shop offering over 70 unique ice cream flavors, including unconventional options like spicy varieties and candy mix-ins. Established in 1970, this iconic spot has continuously evolved to offer outrageous flavor combinations with creative names. The store's owner emphasizes the innovative approach to ice cream, resulting in an extensive and ever-changing menu that includes flavors such as Motor Oil, Zombie, and Booger.
Great amount of vegan options! The coffee Royale was so creamy and smooth! They also had some gluten free options.
Lavannya — Google review
We've been coming to this store for ice cream just about every summer for over 25 years. They have both homemade and regular flavors. The homemade flavors are very tasty and have fun names like Chocolate I Don't Give a Fork and Crack. They also offer free sprinkles that are next to the building and you can put them on yourself after you get the ice cream which is nice. However, last night we ordered 2 size small homemade flavors and one regular small cone and paid $25. The cost is $7.59 for a regular and $8.59 for the homemade. Not only is that cost enormous but the size in comparison was EXTREMELY small. I wish I had taken a picture. While it tasted delicious and this has been our go to place forever, they have now outpriced themselves and it's not worth it. There are other places around the area that have great ice cream for reasonable prices. I get that prices have gone up, but you can't give me next to nothing and charge top dollar. If you want to charge that much, then you need to give a large scoop.
Tina S — Google review
I visited once off-season and the owner was incredibly kind and friendly, so I had wanted to visit again this summer, but had since become vegan. I was going to accept my vegan-unfriendly fate, when I noticed they had a whole section of diet-sensitive flavors, including a vegan version of my all-time favorite flavor! It tasted awesome and had a super creamy texture; if I hadn't known it was vegan, I would've been none the wiser. Attached pic is a small (which I found to be pretty big for one person, I would've gladly split it) that ran me $8.59, which I would say is reasonable for the quality and quantity of vegan ice cream I got. 10/10, would shop here again (and might actually come back tomorrow, lol)

There's so many flavors to choose from it's almost dizzying. Alot of fun ideas including the indecisive flavor wheel. However, the flavor that I spun wasn't even on the menu anymore. Instead, I ordered a small Netflix and Chill which was $8.59. I understand it's handmade but that price is outrageous. Not only that, but the ice cream literally only tasted like food coloring, I couldn't finish it. It also had a stringy, gluey texture. Greatly disappointing but perhaps I just didn't pick a great flavor. At this moment, definitely not worth the price, but fun.

These ice cream flavors are SO tasty. We got booger and maple bacon and OMG were they so delicious! We had ice cream from another spot on the boatdwalk.... but this is the place for sure. Oh and they give samples.... mmmmm.Try it!!

This is our go to ice cream place when we visit Rehoboth Beach. We have been coming here for many years now and this place is still the best! They have a LOT of flavors to choose from. Each flavor is very interesting and unique. The staff is very friendly and patient as we try a few flavors to help us arrive at our decision. The ice creams are flavorful and well churned! Definitely a must stop when in Rehoboth Beach.

Many flavors to choose from. Tonight (Wednesday), we got a Medium cereal killer (your pick of cereal on top of ice cream with fruity pebbles on key lime pie ice cream, and a Small Green Mint Chip w/ cookie dough and Oreo. Both were delicious and approved by hubby, myself, and our 17 month old. Total came up just shy of $14, reasonable for boardwalk prices. Highly recommended when you’re in the area.

Nestled on the second floor at 101 S. Boardwalk, Above the Dunes is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking stunning ocean views and a delightful dining experience. The restaurant boasts a vibrant beachy ambiance, making it an ideal spot for everything from casual drinks to family meals. While seafood takes center stage on the menu, guests can also indulge in delicious grain bowls, flatbreads, salads, and even hearty options like New York strip steak.
My favorite place in Rehoboth. Actually came here twice the last time I visited. Got the filet and it was delicious. My son got the Mac & cheese one night (so good I ordered it) and the kids pizza the next and loved both. My husband was less a fan of the lobster ravioli but got the seafood pasta the next time and was happy. Would very highly recommend (but make sure you make a reservation). Would definitely go back if I was ever in the area. Must go! There's a reason you need a reservation!!

The Dunes is an absolute gem in Rehoboth! The atmosphere is upbeat and buzzing, and the service is quick and on point. The calamari was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right seasoning—truly crave-worthy. The fish and chips had that perfect golden crunch with light, flaky fish inside, and the fish tacos were bursting with fresh, flavor-packed goodness. Every bite was a win. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Great experience, great food, great drinks Went here for lunch, my wife was wanting coconut shrimp, thought we would see if they had it. We were a bit early, they had just opened up. Several people were at the hostess station, and when we asked if they had coconut shrimp, they apologized and said no, they occasionally have it on the menu but not at this time. After my wife said she was really wanting to find a place that had some, one of the guys said just a minute and walked away. The other guy said "that is the owner Mike, he is going to get you some coconut shrimp!" Nice! We sat at a table in the bar area and had great drinks while we waited, had a great server "Krista". Had a couple "Crushes", an orange and a Key lime...both very good! When we got our shrimp, it was outstanding, beautifully butterflied, crispy, and flavorful! Also had grilled octopus...amazing flavor, with a great sauce. Overall, a great lunch. Thanks for doing this for us Mike!! Later that evening, we decided to go back because lunch had been so good. It was packed, and we didn't have reservations, but one of the same people who was there for lunch recognized us and found us a great spot at the bar! Nice again! Had a great dinner, tried a couple other items, a couple different cocktails, again very good food, great drinks, very good customer service! Would I go back...most definitely! Would I recommend...absolutely!

We had dinner and made reservations. I am glad we did because it was super busy. The food was really great, everything was cooked well and tasty. My friend said she was surprised by the cilantro in the marinara sauce of her seafood linguine but it didn't take away from the flavor too much. Our server was very nice and attentive despite the fact the restaurant was really full. I must agree with other reviewers that the restaurant is loud inside and it was hard to talk without yelling across the table and the seats are uncomfortable. It would have been great if there were a few more options for people who don't eat seafood. All in all it was a pretty good meal in Rehoboth, DE

Drinks were delicious! Would definitely recommend coming for their blueberry crush. However, the food was lacking. I got a crab cake sandwich and the roll was so hard/stale that it literally could have been a brick. I’m not kidding. I didn’t take a picture but the buffalo chicken meatballs were the only food we enjoyed. Service was slow. I would really only come here for a drink and to enjoy the views.

My family and I love this restaurant. The staff, the food and the atmosphere is always great! Such a nice view of the beach and boardwalk. 🙂 My kids love the flatbread pizzas and my wife and I love their cauliflower crust flatbread option! All of their food is delicious and fresh tasting! We have been here numerous times and we always cannot wait to go back! 🤤

Drift Seafood & Raw Bar offers a unique dining experience with its focus on fresh, local ingredients and an elevated atmosphere. Chef Tom Wiswell's creations, such as the raw lean fish dish with honeydew ribbons in cucumber juice and minty shiso, showcase his culinary expertise. The restaurant's history as a former camp meeting house adds to its charm, and it has quickly become a popular spot in Rehoboth Beach.
Creative fine dining at its FINEST! Small rooms but awesome vibe. All of the staff are super welcoming and extremely professional. The chef or chefs are on a level above most. The food is creative, beautifully plated and really delicious. We will be regulars when in town! Danny was our server and was very helpful with menu questions and suggestions.

This lovely small restaurant in the heart of Rehoboth boasts great dishes, fresh ingredients, a cute bar and “outside” dining. The menu changes often and it is my understanding that they make their own fresh pasta. The appetizers were marvelously executed and tasty. We loved the crab hush puppies, the mushroom skewers and the Delaware oysters on the half shell. The peach skewers were delightfully presented with its ricotta and blackberries. Some dishes were flawed like the soft shell crab. While it was well cooked in its tempura batter, it was tasteless and the broth was overly spicy with old bay. It was a let down. While we had a good time, the service staff was dysfunctional. Lacking total coordination between servers it took forever to get our drinks. And the server refused to answer menu questions before the drink order. New one for me. Nice? Yes, but don’t expect the best service

The atmosphere was amazing. Perfect for any date night. We started off with fresh baked focassia bread. I had the tuna tartar on sesame seed crackers ..flavorful...delicious..Each bite was a bridge to another texture. The environment was so comfortable that my wife actually switched up and ordered the fried catfish with grits and coleslaw which was flavorful. She almost always orders lobster. The service was warm and welcoming. The waitress was sure to ask about any seafood allergies and informed me of any cross contamination since we mentioned my mild allergy to shellfish. The drinks were perfectly curated by the bar staff. I would recommend making reservations and let the staff work their magic!

I've been coming to the Delaware beaches my entire life and never have I found a restaurant that blew my mind. I can't express how amazing our experience was. The oysters were the best I've ever had. The fried oysters are a must. The lobster French toast was so decadent and enormous. The cocktails were fantastic. The burnt basque cheesecake was everything I hoped for. The service was first Class, Kayla made our experience so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for making Amber's birthday so special.

In over 10 yrs of coming to coastal Delaware, this place is easily one of the best spots. Be sure to get plenty of Foccacia to soak up all the dank sauces with every dish - trust me!

Everything tasted amazing! We got one of each of the oysters, they tasted very fresh. We got the octopus, which was very tender, slightly crispy from the grill; and the black pasta with crab.

Wow! We had probably the best dinner (IMO) in our regular visits to Lewes/Rehoboth. Excellent well prepared food, elegant yet substantial… and plated significantly better than their peers. Table service is near perfect with attentive wait staff, support (bussers/runners) and managers. Photos should speak for me but the scallop crudo, and grilled peach (with beautiful fresh ricotta) dishes were totally worth the price and returning for. Coconut shrimp, loaded oysters, and crab pasta were also excellent.

You can’t believe how the food taste like in this amazing place! When did you eat last time in a place where every single ingredient it’s organic home made? Well this is the place!!! Small, clean, cozy. I was eating a couple of times and I am in love with this food. They change part of menu daily. I had the honor to meet the manager, a very polite guy. I think his name is “B” and he looks really passionate, he makes time for everyone.

Restaurant
Bodhi Kitchen, situated in Downtown Rehoboth Beach, offers a modern twist on Asian cuisine. The restaurant's innovative menu features a fusion of Thai, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese flavors to create unique dishes inspired by street food and Asian Night Markets. The ambiance at Bodhi Kitchen is an escape from the typical nautical themes with top-notch service and exquisite decor.
This place is absolutely amazing the food is crafted perfectly. So tasty!!! Me and my wife enjoyed it very much. Definitely coming back!!! Also everything is fresh to make and that means so much to us!! Here are the dishes we had!!

Had a fabulous dinner at Bodhi kitchen last weekend. everything we had was amazing. The tuna entree prepared rare, was right on point. The Korean fried chicken is an absolute must try. The drinks and service were great as well! I wish that it was a little bit brighter in the restaurant to see the menu, but I still give it five stars overall!

Since stumbling upon this gem five months ago, I’ve been back three times—and it never disappoints. The staff is fantastic, the ambiance and décor are unlike anything else in Rehoboth, and the food and drinks are truly exceptional. For cocktails, the Happy Buddha, Last Samurai, and Jade Garden are all standouts—but the Jade Room, with its house-made bok choy snow pea cordial, is absolutely astonishing. On the food side, the edamame dumplings, Togarashi tuna and all the steam buns are a must-try. Plus, their dim sum happy hour is not to be missed! This is a perfect place to take a date or for cocktails with friends. And special shoutout to Chandler, an incredible mixologist, and Jackie, who is an absolute riot- you’re amazing and we will be back to see you. Don’t sleep on Bohdi Kitchen, it’s definitely worth a visit!

A MUST-STOP WHEN I AM IN TOWN Bodhi Kitchen claims to be pan-Asian, but I'd simply call it delicious. I had the Dan Dan noodles - spicy, rich and absolutely satisfying - and my husband had Singapore black pepper crab. Both paired perfectly with the carrot and kimchi salad. For starters, we shared the crab Rangoon and chicken lettuce wraps, each fresh and full of flavor. The whole vibe is outstanding - warm lighting, great music, and a cozy, stylish atmosphere. Service was personal and attentive. I asked for no cilantro, and they made sure my meal came out just right - no fuss, no mix-up. I only get to visit Rehoboth once a year, but this spot is always a culinary highlight of my trip. Can't wait to come back.

I'm still reeling from my incredible dining experience at this place! The real showstopper was undoubtedly the Fuirkake Crusted Tuna - it was truly a culinary masterpiece. The first bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The tuna was cooked to perfection, with a crispy furikake crust that added a satisfying crunch. But what really elevate this dish to new heights was the cold noodles and the hint of spicy peanut sauce on top. It was the perfect harmony of textures and flavors, with each component complementing the others seamlessly. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it was to die for - I'd gladly go back to this place again and again just to relive that unforgettable taste sensation. If you're a foodie like me, do yourself a favor and get to this place ASAP to try the Fuirkake Crusted Tuna - your taste buds will thank you!

Bodhi in Rehoboth Beach delivers an experience that’s nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic and vibe set the tone — modern, inviting, and perfectly balanced between stylish and comfortable. The bar is intimate and well-appointed, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail before dinner or linger for or after your meal. The menu is fabulous, offering a lot of off season specials that are creative. Happy Hour at Bodhi is a can’t-miss. They have a fantastic Happy Hour menu. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Chandler, the bartender, deserves special mention — experienced, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. His recommendations were spot-on, and he created a welcoming environment that made the evening feel effortless. Beyond the food and drink, the energy at Bodhi is what makes it truly special. I met several fellow diners at the bar, all equally delighted to have such a wonderful addition to Rehoboth Beach — a restaurant that not only serves great food but also brings people together. Highly recommend!

Food, service and atmosphere were awesome. Came here on a Monday, which was noodle night and 25% off all noodle dishes. My fiance and I had the Thai lettuce wraps, crab Rangoon, soup dumplings and Dan Dan noodles. Everything was amazing. The soup dumplings were definitely our favorite. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious but are on the spicier side, so just beware. Definitely making this a date night spot for sure!

We love Bodhi kitchen but the recent menu changes have been disappointing. We would get the Jade Garden cocktail every time we went and recommended it to everyone and now it’s gone. Then, I saw they took off the Korean Fried Chicken with rice and mango salad was taken off the menu. Another item we looked forward to every time we visited and recommended. PLEASE bring back these items. I’m not sure if management changed or anything, but stop taking away the yummiest items.

Went in here for the first time over the past weekend. The Bartender Ken was a pleasure to interact with. He was attentive to our orders and a great conversationalist. He made the visit truly a pleasure. Was jovial and pleasant with myself and group I went with. The nachos locos hit so good and the margaritas refreshingly delicious. What really made it an enjoyable experience was Ken. He was running around covering more than one spot in the restaurant. If you visit be sure to tip your bartender handsomely!!!

They served raw beef in my meal. Queso is just canned cheese whiz in a bowl for $12. Only saving grace was they had a super sweet waitress there, but they quickly moved her and traded us multiple times to different wait staff. How is this place in business 🥲

The meat was seasoned so well, so the true entree was GOOD. The chips were gross, the salsa was sweet (??) and they served me UNCLE BENS MICROWAVE rice. At least use the Spanish rice and not the garden veggie one? I also got a blue moon, and my waiter dropped my orange slice on the table, just left it there and didn’t bring me a new one. But yeah the meat was seasoned well! Only reason to come here.

This place sucks. I am about to do something I never do. First, please understand that I tend to be a bit of a "Foodie". What is that you ask? A foodie is someone with a strong interest in food, going beyond just eating to include a passion for cooking, exploring diverse cuisines, and experiencing new food-related activities. They view food as more than sustenance, seeing it as an experience to be savored and enjoyed. That explanation brought to you by the internet. Also, I am a very positive person. With that being said, here is my review of one of the most Aweful places I have ever been to in my life. So bad in service and in the product they served that I feel sorry for anyone that ever tries this place. Please allow me to walk you through my experience. I arrived with my party and there was no hostess. No big deal, someone will come soon, or so we thought. After 5 minutes of looking around and seeing no staff, a waiter comes out and simply says, "How many?" Now, this of it's own is not necessarily a bad sign especially in a busy dinner or restaurant. But this place was dead! OK, I let that go. Upon being walked to our table, I notice what seems to be an emergency exit is blocked. Big no no. The table we get, it is not only messy, there are chairs all over the place like someone just finished playing musical chairs. OK, I take.care of the mess and sit down with my party. Waiter comes back, no hello, no intro, no anything other than "What you want to drink?" and proceeds to place all the menus and silverware in a pile rather than handing them out. "Ok" I said to myself. Maybe this guy is just having a bad day. We order drinks. Drinks come. We order from the paper menu for the kids so we can get them fed ASAP because anyone with kids under 10 knows how hungry kids can be. Waiter comes back and says, "So you want 2 mac dogs?" After a few minutes of debate, and explaining what we were trying to order for the kids. And, after pointing out at the kids menu stating "we want a corn dog and Mac n cheese." Waiter says, "OH no, that sheat just for coloring. OK, OK. We pushed on and just said, hey let's just eat. We ordered a steak fajita and a seafood enchilada. I have to tell ya, fried cardboard would probably taste better than the food we were served. The enchiladas had no flavor, were dry, and you could not even taste the food at all. The steak fajitas were bland, no real taste, chewy, and even the guacamole had no flavor. Now, the staple of every Mexican restaurant, the cornerstone, is always the chips and salsa. The salsa was basically water logged bad gazpacho. The Kid's smiley face fries had more flavor than the 34 dollar enchiladas. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I would give 3.14 negative stars. I have no idea how you mess up Mexican rice so bad that soilent green suddenly becomes a better option to have with your lifeless, tasteless, food. PSA, avoid Dos Locos, or try at your own risk.
Rob N — Google review
The bartender Ken beyond met our expectations. We were down in Rehobeth for the weekend and decided to stop by Dos Locos. Ken had mentioned that he was doing many things by himself (and he was doing an excellent job at it) Margaritas were hitting, the pork tacos I had were great, and all the food my friends got was just as good. (There were 7 of us in total) I looked at some of the other reviews that people left and I really don't know why their experience was so bad and different from ours. Maybe we brought a better vibe and weren't so uppity? Who knows. Good food. Awesome bartender. Plenty of laughs. If I lived nearby there I would absolutely go back again

I went a few years ago for a friend's birthday party, and it felt like there was definitely a change in owners, cuz this place slid wayyyy downhill. Nothing we got was AWFUL, per se, but nothing was good. The chips were cold and tasted like they came out of a bag, and the rice seemed eerily close to uncle Ben's minute rice. I got the baja fish tacos, which tasted good, but they only gave me two tacos with no sides for $19. Better options abound, and I don't see this place lasting much longer.
RON S — Google review
This was the most disappointing “Mexican” restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was the first time I couldn’t speak in Spanish to the staff (tbh the whole boardwalk had culturally appropriative shops and restaurants). The meals were extremely pricey compared to other restaurants of the same cuisine, yet the portions were tiny and nothing tasted exceptional. My three seafood enchiladas (picture attached) was $34. There was no seasoning nor spice. Also, when I used the bathroom there was no hand soap, and there also wasn’t any in the men’s bathroom. I asked 3 diff waiters for soap and they couldn’t find any for 5 minutes. I don’t even know if they had any in the kitchen, so I’m not sure how hygienic the place is. I do appreciate the waiters we had. Besides that, I wish more care had been put into the food and ambiance

This place is totally awesome ,, every time I coming to Rehoboth Delaware we always eat at purple parrot,, the food is very good specially the buffalo wings,, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the service most of the time is awesome ,, sometimes you can fine a waiter with zero properly knowledge about service.. I totally recommend this place. One advice to the restaurant , about the bathroom,, that will be better if that two restrooms you have is label one for Ladies and one for Men ,, instead the combine.. that will be better .

The atmosphere was laid back and had a beach vibe. It was a good mixed crowd. The menu is a basic bar and grill at reasonable prices. We had the Impossible Burger and Cheese Steak. My partner really enjoyed the Impossible Burger and said is was very good. The Cheese Steak was just okay. It was frozen shaved steak. There was plenty of mushrooms, though. Overall, for the price, if you're just looking for a quick inexpensive bite in a laid-back atmosphere, then I recommend the Purple Parrot.

Nice spot lots of cute decorations including tiki birds. Nice indoor-outdoor Biergarten. Good food libations and ambiance. Sunday night drag shows are a lot of fun! Get there early to get a seat!!

This place is very cool inside. The bartender was awesome. I had the blue cheese burger it was delicious and it was a good size. My friends had other things like crab balls which were done perfectly. And the giant pretzel which was very tasty.

This place reminds me of college but without the good drinks. The menu looked promising so we decided to give it a try. The crabby tots had zero crab meat and were loaded with cream cheese and artichokes and the carb balls tasted like burnt grease. The only thing that worked was the steamed shrimp. The waiter was very helpful and nice.

Very very disappointed in the chocolate cake. The picture provided is not the cake I was expecting AT ALL. The purple parrot used to have this DELICIOUS two tiered or maybe triple tiered chocolate cake that was absolutely delectable. What I received was nothing remotely close to that. This cake is more mousse like and lacks any form of cake, I mean is the cake in the room with us? Seriously? Mind you this cake was $9, despicable and abysmal. Highly disappointed and will not ever be eating here again.

Well with much consideration we picked this place for my Daughter's 13th Birthday lunch and we were delighted. Excellent menu choices. The food was excellent. My crab cake would rival many in Baltimore area. Daughter and wife enjoyed as well no complaints. Atmosphere is friendly, and service was with attention and good vibes. Dude that took care of us I'm sorry I didn't remember your name but you were fantastic young man doing a great job. The hostess was friendly seated us right away during a busy lunch rush. The freaking key lime pie was sooooo good! I even bought a T-shirt cause I loved my visit. We will return as this will be a normal home away from home when we are in Rehoboth. Thank you Purple Parrot and staff for the wonderful stay

If you find yourself near Rehoboth Beach, Grotto Pizza is a must-visit destination for pizza lovers and families alike. This beloved pizzeria and sports bar chain has been delighting patrons since 1960, boasting over 20 locations across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Known for its inviting atmosphere, Grotto Pizza offers a diverse menu that features both classic Italian dishes and unique specialty pizzas.
This place has some bad ass food some of the best beach food around. We love the pizza and fries. The beach fries r always hot and crispy. My sister loves the pizza as well as my parents. I love the spaghetti and meatballs. Definitely gotta sit in a booth and if they don’t give u a booth scream and fall on the floor kicking and screaming like a toddler till a booth opens up and then sit down and calmly eat lol. The lemonade here is really good as well. Definitely gonna keep visiting here one of our must do stops when at rehoboth beach.

What an amazing place! I came here with my family of five, and we were all hungry and ready to eat. Every single dish we ordered was outstanding—beyond expectations. The food was five stars, truly worth it, and the prices were perfect. We tried pizza, burgers, and more, and everything was excellent. The pizza had that real New York style flavor The burgers were just as great, and everyone at our table ordered something different and loved it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food at a fair price.

The outside seating area was extremely well kept. The tables were clean, no trash on the ground, and the tables weren’t too close together. There were no bugs in sight even though we ate outside. Our server knew his stuff and helped us have an amazing experience. Everything was amazing, the cheese pull on the Mozzarella sticks , the fries, and the atmosphere. Definitely will visit again!

We’ve eaten here hundreds of times over the years. The food is always delicious, and comes out piping hot. The service is usually very good. Occasionally we get a server that hasn’t been properly trained and doesn’t know to double back to the table a couple of minutes after you drop the food off to see how it is and if the customer needs anything. This particular location (not sure about the others) has an outdoor patio where dogs are always welcome. They always have 2 big bowls set out front of the hostess station…a water bowl and one filled with milk bones for the puppers. And often the servers will bring milk bones to the table for your pets. They have individual pet water bowls upon request although they also often bring these out as soon as they notice your sweet fur babies. The ambiance is awesome outside. Very nice tables, some of which are under their trellis and have ceiling fans above while others are in the back and each has an umbrella. The inside tables all have the ability to watch whatever is on the big screens that day. Sometimes there’s a wait but usually not more than 15-20 min and it goes by quick. This location is right on Rehoboth Ave quite close to the boardwalk so you can usually hear whatever band is playing the bandstand that night if you’re seated outside. The service we had tonight was top notch. I can’t remember the guys name but he’s pictured in the photos. The only reason I gave 4 stars is bc we do eat here so often and find that a lot of times it’s 4 star service.

I've been eating at Grottos for at least 2 decades and today was the worst service experience I've ever had. I'm not sure what happened with our waitress, but we were seated and then ignored as 4 other tables seated after us were served drinks and appetizers. Once we flagged down another server for water (it's a real feel of 104 degrees today) we got quick service and a comped meal. It won't stop me from coming back when I'm in town, but this was truly bizarre, making me wonder if maybe the server had something against us personally.

Typical grotto pizza. I used the order to go side because it was extremely busy. Food quality was good. Price was fair. Go figure for a vacation location. Very busy area on a Saturday parking is near impossible.
Pauly P — Google review
Its a shame they have such a great building with a nice view, because everything else is not up to par. Drinks not made right, pizza was served cold, our waiter was barely serving us the entire time. Our table when we got there was dirty. Was told we would have one waiter then was served by the waiter that told us we'd be served by another. Very sloppy and disorganized. Preys on tourists and super pricey for what it is. Better off walking around eating fries in a bag from the place across the street.

Pizza and sandwiches are good. Lots of food, especially if your wallet needs a break from other food options at the boardwalk. Grottos pizza is a little bit different than standard pizza shops, but in a good way. You got to try it for yourself!

Restaurant
Claws Seafood House is a lively spot with a cheerful exterior, offering a family-oriented atmosphere that celebrates both its employees and guests. The restaurant is known for its fresh and well-prepared seafood, serving generous portions with bold flavors. It's a favorite place for crabs in Rehoboth, where diners can enjoy jumbo crabs or opt for medium and large ones to save on costs.
This places feels authentic and immersive. I loved it. I found it by walking down the street and read the other reviews before sitting down. I got the Alaskan Crab and LOVED it. I had just had lobster up in Maine a few days before and this was so much better. I loved the seasoning they put on it. Everything was cooked super well. I sat outside and someone walked by as I was eating and asked me if it was worth it and I nodded and said, "yeah, it's honestly a 10." Some things I noticed: all the servers seemed a little inexperienced. My server I had to get up from the table and hunt down to ask for the check after waiting about fifteen minutes for her to walk by. Did not offer change for the paper bill I gave her. A little odd. Utensils: They do not have the tiny forks you use at other locations to pick the crab out of. They only have the clamps to break the shells with. The crab was cooked well enough that I managed in getting it all out, but I was thinking the entire way through that it would have been a lot easier with one of those little forks(I did ask for one). Overall, it was the perfect amount of food in a fun place and a great atmosphere!
Rebecca F — Google review
Out of the crabs we got, 5 out of 6 were good. Plenty of meat and delicious. The one bad crab looks like it starved to death before it was cooked. The pretzel was good with plenty of cheese and decent chunks of crab. Service was good and relatively fast. It's kind of a old restaurant so don't expect bougie atmosphere but it has its charm

We stopped into Claws Seafood House while exploring downtown Rehoboth with friends. We were a party of 12 with no reservation, and they were luckily able to seat us for lunch in about 15 minutes. Our food was delicious - the lobster roll especially was memorable. C is a big seafood fan, and he was thoroughly satisfied!

Delicious chicken piccata and grouper!! They were able to squeeze in a large group on a busy night and had excellent service! It is a tight and loud space and the seating isn’t very comfortable but the food was excellent!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Vibes, Friendly Staff… But Where Are the Claws? Had lunch at Claws Seafood House and sat out on the patio, soaking in the sunshine and ready for a crab feast. We ordered a dozen extra large crabs (they were out of the jumbos—so if you’re serious about crabs, go early and go committed). Now, here’s the twist: the “extra large” crabs felt more like mediums in disguise, and ironically for a place named Claws, many of them were missing theirs. Still tasty, but it left us wishing for a bit more meat and a little more… claw. We also had the blackened fish tacos, which were delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. Staff was super friendly, just really busy—so if you need butter, paper towels, or those missing sides, best to grab them while your server is nearby. Pro tip: go for the all-you-can-eat crabs. It’s a better value (and actually comes with sides). We spent $150 on a dozen crabs and still had to pay extra for everything else. Worth it? TBD—but the experience was still enjoyable. Great vibe, decent meal, but next time we’re going in hungrier, earlier, and with a better claw strategy.

Cafe Azafran is a charming restaurant located in downtown Rehoboth, just a block away from the boardwalk. The intimate ambiance and chic space set the stage for a delightful Mediterranean dining experience. The menu features an array of palate-pleasing dishes such as grilled baby lamb chops, blackened sea scallops, roasted pulled duck, and decadent chocolate desserts. In addition to dinner offerings, they also serve weekend breakfast and have a solid wine list.
The staff was really friendly and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend.

What a delightful place! There were 5 of us in our dinner party and we chose to order 9 of the tapas plates. All of the offerings were very beautifully prepared and presented, and quite generous portions! Each dish had a unique and layered flavor profile, and we truly savored each one. The green Gazpacho soup was the best gazpacho we have ever had, not to be missed if it is on the menu when you go! We also appreciated the attention to the small details. The olive oil served with the bread was fragrant and had a very good flavor. We were given a nice dish of various olives when we first sat down. All of our cocktails were well crafted and tasty, and the wine selection was great. We sat outside in the lovely covered patio area, it was pretty and peaceful. Our server was excellent, so informative and pleasant! If you are in Rehobeth, you will not find a better spot for a truly enjoyable meal, do not be fooled by the non descript look of the building, everything inside, from the decor to the food to the service is well thought out and topnotch!

Great dinner! Service 10 stars, food 10 stars, atmosphere 10 stars. The food was served piping hot found out it was a father/son chef run restaurant. Amazing flavors and they were also able to accommodate my friend's specific dietary needs. Would highly recommend.

Extraordinarily poor quality food for the price. Ordered seafood paella, was basically chewy shellfish atop undercooked rice. Only tangentially related to actual Spanish cuisine. Our service was good but that was the only pleasant part of the experience. The live music was an auditory assault.

My husband said his mussels were the best he has ever had! I had the charcuterie board which was amazing. However the lobster gnocchi was fair and his meatballs were fair also. My lemon drop martini was delicious!

DiFebo’s Restaurant in Rehoboth is a charming Italian-American eatery located on a quieter street just off the bustling main drag. The restaurant offers generous portions of classic Italian dishes, including fried Roman artichokes, calamari, various pastas, and flavorful meatballs reminiscent of homemade ones. With over 25 years of experience in the Bethany Beach area, DiFebo's serves authentic Italian cuisine passed down through generations.
The food was fantastic. We had the lumpcrab risotto app fried olives and artichoke hearts. They were all really delicious. For dinner the cod neopolitan was a 10, the braised short ribs over risotto was a 9.5 supper tender and delicious. The stuffed gnocchi were really good. My kids got pasta with chicken and butter sauce. Excellent experience, our waitress( Christina )was really great.

Great Italian spot! Plenty of options and homemade pasta that’s delicious! The artichoke appetizer was incredible. Our table enjoyed the bruschetta as well. There are gluten free options and a build your own pasta which we all appreciated. The waitstaff was very attentive. It can get crowded, so make a reservation and plan to stop in here with family or friends when you’re in Rehoboth!

What a wonderful dinner! We were struggling to find parking and running late but the staff was so accommodating and sweet. The place is so busy they could have brushed us off but instead everyone was so kind!! The food was amazing and drinks were great as well. The shrimp in my pasta were cooked perfectly, not overcooked at all. Also I really liked the dried chili flakes and Parmesan that goes with the bread. Can’t wait to return ♥️

An excellent Italian restaurant, DiFebo's in Rehoboth Beach is an exemplary dining experience. Their food, service and attention to details are excellent. Starting with their amazing Agrodolce and Truffle Burrata, followed with hearty Linguine Carbonara and tasty Lasagna Bolognese entrées. An amazing raspberry sorbet and unique red anisette completed a wonderful meal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious Escape from the Usual Beach Bites DiFebo’s in Rehoboth is a fantastic choice when you’re looking for a break from the usual seafood and Grotto’s pizza scene. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is cozy and charming, even if it’s on the smaller side. They also offer outdoor seating, which is lovely—just watch that first step on the way out… it’s a sneaky one (ask us how we know 🫣). Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in Rehoboth Beach and craving something Italian, comforting, and full of flavor, DiFebo’s is definitely worth a visit.
Scott A — Google review
We've been walking past DiFebo's for so many years I can't tell you. Finally came in and were glad we did. Saturday night, early May with great weather. The place was very busy, glad we made a reservation. The service was measured without being forgetful nor was it overly chummy or clingy. Menu is varied, with specials. Something for everyone. We started with the fried Roman artichokes (pictured), which were delicious. Lightly battered with a hint of lemon. The bread plate was basic but good for sopping up sauces or olive oil. I had the special rigatoni with spinach, eggplant and mushroom in a white sauce (pictured). My wife enjoyed the Wild Boar Tortellaci. Both were tasty and plentiful. We almost skipped dessert but gave into temptation for a cannolli. It's not pictured because we just ate it right up. The place has a good wine selection and staff, for a busy night, were on form. We will come back for sure. For a fun extension of the experience, visit the DiFebo's Italian market in Bethany. There you can buy the house made pastas, sauces and enjoy a great Italian-American market experience. Warning, it'll be busy.
Kitchen B — Google review
First time review. First and foremost the service was excellent. Our sever took the time and reviewed in detail the daily specials and the cocktail offerings, and readily provided his recommendations. From the cocktails, to the appetizers, through every item we ordered including the desserts the presentation and quality of every item was evident. Everything was delicious and portions were healthy. It's very clear that customer satisfaction and service is a high priority. It was our first visit and certainly will not be our last visit to our new favorite restaurant in Rehoboth. Highly, highly recommended.

Louie's Pizza is a long-standing, family-owned pizzeria known for its grinders, subs, and cheesesteaks. The restaurant has a rich history, with Greek immigrant Lazaros "Louie" Gouvas initially unfamiliar with pizza-making before establishing the eatery. Located just a few doors down from Louie's Pizza are iconic establishments such as Dolles, renowned for its salt water taffy and popcorn.
20MAY2025 The best service is what I experienced at Louie’s Pizza in Rehobeth Beach, DE. The pizza was the best as the crust, sauce, meat, and cheese where in superb harmony and sooth my taste buds and stomach I the most captivating way. I’ll be back when I’m in town. Love, love, love this spot.
Spiral T — Google review
Went to Louie’s on Tuesday, July 22 at 5:30pm. Got a table for four in their small indoor dining area which is air conditioned (see picture). There were a number available tables at that time. It got quite busy within 15 minutes after we arrived. Sabrina was our server and took our order very quickly. We ordered one large pizza (see pic of half the pizza… the slices were gone before I could snap the shot) and two cheese steak grinders. Kids said the grinders were very good. As for the pizza… is it New York style… no, is it Chicago deep dish… no, is it Rehoboth traditional beach pizza with a nice crispy outer crust, YES!! We love Louie’s pizza and it is very nostalgic for those who have been coming here for years. Oh, I’ll be back again soon!
Marlo Z — Google review
I just don’t understand the hype, or the high rating for that matter. Ordered a regular plain cheese slice last night on the boardwalk for $4.50 (yes $0.75 more per slice than Grotto’s) and I was the only one there. A wrong number was called out, no one came up, then my number shortly after… it was a few teenagers running the takeout section so… yeah. As you can see from the photo, there is not a drop of tomato sauce on the entire slice; therefore, it tasted near flavorless. Got some garlic and grease in my mouth, then I had to walk across the street to Grotto’s and get their slice of cheese to satisfy my pizza craving. At least it was cheaper. Yep, $4.50 flushed down the toilet. If you’re looking for a great NY-style cheese slice in Rehoboth you won’t find it on the Boardwalk. Maybe in a few years? This was my second visit, as the first time I tried a slice from Louie’s it was similarly bland. I wanted to give it a second chance due to the high rating (?) and because the place was very busy when I went back in June. Louie’s is mediocre at best.

I heard a lot of people say this is the best pizza on board walk If that’s true, the bar isn’t high. The pizza isn’t bad, not nothing exciting
Brandon R — Google review
Came here for the first time yesterday. Ordered a pizza and a grinder sandwich. I'm not from the area so I didn't know that grinder meant chopped unseasoned burger meat with lettuce, tomatoes and a slice of cheese thrown on top and thrown into the oven. Which means the veggies were soggy and warm. So I told them I didn't like soggy veggies I thought they'd be raw and fresh. They took the sandwich back but still wanted me to pay for it. Once I said I will pay for it if I have the sandwich and I would just give it away to someone. They said "we already threw it out" but insisted on me paying for it. I ended up not paying for it because I knew I shouldn't have especially since they didn't offer to fix the first issue. Would never come back , not because the food isn't great but the service is horrible.

We are Texans traveling around the east coast testing east coast pizza. This is a relatively small pizza place with some interesting nostalgia and it practically sits on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach, DE. It was May 2025, with the wind blowing off the Atlantic at 35 MPH and the temperature was 57 degrees outside. It was warm inside and not very crowded just before Memorial Day weekend. The pizza and service were very good. And not too overly priced for a place that close to the ocean and on the boardwalk.
Admin N — Google review
Every time we visit Rehobeth Beach, we come here. Honestly, it's not the best pizza you will have, but it's definitely not the worst. Wait, times are a little outrageous, but I would say that it is worth the wait. When you come, you should order either a pizza or a sub because both of those are pretty good here. Overall, this place is good, and I would recommend it if you are in Rehobeth.
Alex A — Google review
The meatball sub at Louie’s Pizza is a flavor-packed delight. The soft bread perfectly complements the tender meatballs and exquisite sauce. This isn't your ordinary meatball sub; the meat is thinly sliced, adding a unique touch. Don't miss the opportunity to try their delectable fries as well. Trust me, leaving without a side of fries would be a regrettable decision.

Egg is a trendy breakfast spot located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Since its opening in 2016, it has become a favorite among locals and tourists. The restaurant offers upscale and trendy breakfast options in a quaint atmosphere with a selection of cocktails to accompany the dishes. Food was fantastic and serves were so kind! Small spot but totally worth it if you can get there for breakfast. We got there around 8:30am and found street parking. My husband loved his sausage and gravy and I loved the eastern shore Benedict with a freshly squeezed OJ. Definitely would recommend and come back here!

As we approached the high-class establishment, we were immediately subjected to the glorious smell of this delicious, palatable, Delaware dining experience. After conversing with the friendly employee at the register, we ordered a wide variety if doughnuts. These really hit the spot; my girlfriend and I devoured them in a similar fashion to my dog during his treat consumption.(that we purchased here). The doughnuts were smaller than I experienced during my original encounter at “the prune” in 2016. That was a morning to remember.

I love the fractured Prune but they absolutely have to work on their customer service skills. They have a literal banner for breakfast sandwich’s. I asked hey do you guys still do breakfast sandwiches in which the counter boy Max said “No, too many people ordered them and it overwhelms the kitchen” and “we aren’t even know for our sandwich’s so it doesn’t matter”…. LIKE OKAY. All you have to do is say Sorry we are out of them. No apology. No welcome. Just take the order and move. and hey maybe remove the banner!!!!

The restaurant also boasts creative cocktails and outdoor seating. It's part of JAM Holdings, which also includes Red, White & Basil, a new restaurant set to open on Route 1 at the entrance to downtown Rehoboth.
Enjoyed the casual, beach, neighborhood and friendly upstairs bar. Excellent service from female blond bartender. Delicious upscale food in a relaxed setting - roasted beet salad and side veggies so so good. Mellow music. Went early off season and not crowded. Very generous g&t. Only one suggestion - use glass instead of plastic glasses although I get it, being an outdoor deck setting.

We sat upstairs in outdoor dining and had a reservation for 7. A few of us are local to the area. Loved sitting outdoors at a long table. Drink service was a bit slow and food service was incredibly slow. Not sure what took so long as it was after labor day and not busy. It was nice of the chef to visit the table. Food had good flavors with large portions. Cozy and quaint atmosphere. Bathrooms are dark and scary and up a few steep set of stairs.

Overall we were disappointed in the food quality of Jam. We ordered crab cakes, grouper special and ribeye special. Overall most of the food was bland and lacked any real complexity or flavor profiles. The scalloped potatoes were the highlight of all the dishes. We had high expectations and the ambiance and cocktails were great. Service was also good. The food was just OK.

This is a hidden gem! The food is top notch and the staff is amazing! You will definitely not be disappointed. An absolute must try!!

Great service, delicious food. The deviled eggs were an interesting take. The crab cake sandwich was also packed with crab. Dessert was amazing combo of sweet and savory. Cute outdoor sitting. We sat inside which is nice but there were flies all around the table. Highlight of it all is Kara. Bubbly, friendly, so quick in what she does, multitask and you could just ‘see’ her smile through her mask (covid19)

We have lived in town for 6 years and have wanted to eat here for that long. Well, we finally did and I’m sorry we did. The restaurant claims to be farm to table. Although that might be true, the quality of the food did not seem fresh. The greens in my salad were yellow and the chicken on my sandwich was dry, service was super slow and the flies on the windows were off putting. The server told us they were short staffed and yet I saw no manager anywhere near the kitchen, assisting in running food or seating people… It’s really a shame as I had heard so many good things about Jam. Don’t think we will return.

Outstanding meal with really attentive staff. The beef short ribs were only bettered by the pecan and bacon bits desert . Interesting combo but well worth trying.

Unique hand crafted food and drink. Crab cakes creamy filled with lump crab, Smokey grilled veggies and deconstructed crab stuffed deviled eggs as app. Corn bread side could actually taste corn. Infused vodka & gin was special. Great service.

This restaurant is consistently consistent. Justin is always great on the bar. The restaurant is always clean, bright, and the staff are all friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. Today is the first time I came for the lunch special, two for 15. You can’t beat it! The happy hours also awesome. Thank you chef!

No complaints at all. Very balanced menu with many offerings, which in some cases can lead to inconsistency, however in this case each dish was well executed and delicious. The caesar deviled eggs were fantastic and a very generous portion. Fried chicken platter was excellent, and the salmon was outstanding. Also, I love the fact that they offer salmon on the kids menu, which my son devoured. The service was excellent and prompt. My father sat in a position in full view of the kitchen and was amazed at the incredibly efficient system allowing staff to handle a packed dining room during peak season, as well as cranking out numerous carry out orders. We come to the Delaware shore once a year and will definitely be making Thompson Island a routine stop on our family vacation.

The TIBC is such an upscale location I felt my shorts and t-shirt made me feel underdressed like I was doing the restaurant a disservice but the staff made my wife and I feel welcome right from the start. Such a beautiful location you can tell they care about their appearance which is nice to see. The food was upscale feeling as well. I asked for recommendations and was not disappointed in the Salmon. My wife is more picky and ordered grilled chicken and some fries. I will say the grilled chicken tasted like pickles as if it was marinated in pickle juice which she wasn't a fan of but ate it anyways. I tried a piece or two and it definitely tasted like pickles. The beer was really good. I ordered a fruited beer and it went perfectly with my meal. My wife ordered a raspberry lemon vodka cocktail and it was extremely refreshing. The service was a little slow but overall was friendly and a good experience. I would come back for sure.

This place is huge! It has lots of different seating areas both inside and out (be aware that the outside seating is not dog friendly). The atmosphere is fun! There are plenty of ppl working here, so never feel like you're without service. Our table had wings, fried pickles, crab boil, lobster roll, peel and eat shrimp.... literally all of the specials on the menu for their beach bash and everything was incredible. We also ordered the 2 special desserts, which I have pictured halfway through devouring them, and they were unbelievably good. I definitely recommend this place for drinks, happy hour, dinner, desserts, annnnnything they offer is going to exceed your expectations. Oh, and our server Maddy was fabulous 👌.

We always grab a cup of liquid caffeine here when we visit Rehoboth. The specialty drinks are better than just a plain black coffee, in my opinion. There isn't any 'special ' flavor to the coffee itself. It's good, doesnt have a wow factor, except having a 32oz option.

My fave coffee place in Rehobeth ! Service is awesome, Wayne is so great and helpful! There coffee is great with an awesome selection of flavors! Highly recommend there Chesapeake egg bowl of overnight oatmeal for breakfast!
Liz W — Google review
This is a great place for coffee. But quit while you're ahead. I would bet money they use powdered eggs instead of fresh. Tasteless and curiously crumbly. Not to mention room temperature at best. The bacon would benefit by more than 30 seconds in the microwave, but was so thin I guess they didn't want to melt it into oblivion. If there was any doubt about the food being freshly prepared, check out their "fresh" bananas. But the staff were very nice.

Touch of Italy Rehoboth is a beloved Italian spot that has expanded to various locations, including a new outpost on Concord Pike. It's known for offering authentic Italian grocery items like olives, meats, cheeses, and delectable sweets such as pignoli cookies and chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons. The place also serves up mouthwatering subs filled with cold cuts, meatballs, sundried tomatoes on fragrant semolina rolls reminiscent of Boston's North End.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is always amazing and fresh! For appetizer I recommend the Rollatini and the meatballs 😋 The wood fire pizza is delicious, and my favorite the gnocchi!! All of the desserts are sooo yummy 😋

Our first visit and definitely won't be the last. Superb food, cool atmosphere, excellent service. Danielle took great care of us and was very friendly, we had good conversation. I had a braised pork shank and gnocchi special, and my lovely bride had the house specialty chicken parm. Both were off the hook great. The pork was some of the absolute best I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a LOT. I mean, I dig the pig. This was just incredible. The chicken parm lived up to the legend in every respect, from the plate-spanning diameter to the fantastic flavor. We will be relocating to this area in the coming months, so we'll be back here often.

My husband and I discovered this restaurant while heading to the liquor store next door. We were hungry, noticed a line outside, and decided to give it a try—plus, the place looked beautiful and inviting. Mike, the general manager, greeted us right away and was incredibly helpful. Since it was our first time there, he made great recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was flavorful and satisfying. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

We ordered desserts from Touch of Italy for our wedding reception desserts! We loved them and we're so happy with our decision to order from them. We ordered a variety of items - biscotti, macaroons, mini cream puffs, eclairs, napoleon, sfogliatelle, cannolis - all of it was incredible! Our guests raved about the desserts and were thrilled to even get to take some home at the end of the night! We enjoyed them just as much the next day! The delivery to our reception venue was a huge help and really took a lot of stress out of the day for us. We ended up stopping by the restaurant the night before our reception for dinner with our family and the food was phenomenal - and generous portion sizes!

Fast food restaurant
Nestled along the vibrant Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, Thrasher's French Fries has been a beloved destination since 1929, setting the gold standard for fry enthusiasts. Known for their impossibly crispy fries, these golden delights are generously served in large cardboard buckets and fried to perfection in peanut oil. Each order is seasoned with a hearty sprinkle of salt and a splash of malt vinegar—ketchup is notably absent from this classic experience.
Hands down, definitely the best fries in I’ve ever eaten! Whether you favor salt or vinegar, there’s nothing like ‘em. Just don’t expect to put ketchup on them bc that’s a definite no-no. Thrashers does not give out ketchup. Fortunately you don’t need it. They’re absolutely delicious just as they are, and always fresh out of the fryer. But keep in mind that they are cooked in peanut oil for anyone who might have a peanut allergy. They do offer small cups of vinegar with lids and paper trays to dump your fries in, both upon request.
Chris B — Google review
Home of the overpriced beach french fries that I can't help purchasing.... The seagulls love this place and stalk customers outside of the restaurant. They no longer offer ketchup, which was a big disappointment for my wife. The fries could have been a little crisper, and it's tough to get enough vinegar down to the fries at the bottom of the container. Did I mention that they are really expensive? But of course I will buy them again the next time I am at Rehoboth Beach.
James E — Google review
The fries were good and hot out of the fryer. I wished they tossed them in more salt. The self-serve salt shaker at the counter only salts the fries on top of the bucket. No ketchup available. They are pretty expensive ($11.50 for a medium size).
Caleb S — Google review
This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered fries and a few drinks. The guy working the register barely acknowledged us and rarely made eye contact. He acted like he hated his job, and we were inconveniencing him. When I asked for a receipt, he did not acknowledge and walked away to get our drinks. When he returned, he just gave the drinks and moved on to something else. Don't waste your time here. The food is not worth the terrible service.

The Starboard in Dewey Beach is a well-established bar and restaurant that is famous for its Bloody Mary smorgasbord and generous servings of beach fries. This popular spot offers ample outdoor seating in a relaxed beach town atmosphere, making it an ideal place to enjoy brunch or dinner. The extensive menu caters to various tastes, complemented by a full bar offering. It's worth noting that dogs are welcome in the outdoor dining area during specific hours.
The Starboard isn’t just a restaurant, a bar, or a nightclub—it's a way of life. If you’re spending time in Dewey Beach, a portion of your day is bound to include a visit to The Starboard. Whether it’s enjoying a delicious breakfast with a drink from their epic Bloody Mary bar, day drinking and vibing to live music on their deck, or dancing the night away to some of the best DJs around, there’s always something going on. They host some major events throughout the year, like Opening Weekend during St. Paddy’s Day, the Running of the Bull, and Dewey Goes Pink—something for everyone to enjoy. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention their amazing staff. Year after year, they hire the most hardworking and friendly team. The fun and energy you experience at The Starboard are all thanks to them. As for the food, it’s top-notch. Whether you are looking for an omelette for breakfast or some chicken tenders to get you through the afternoon, everything on their menu is great!. And if you’re wondering about the drinks? They absolutely make some of the best in town. No need to order a “double” of anything. Just make sure you take care of your bartenders and they will take care of you. Plus, if you want to dance your night away, this is the place to be. The bands and DJs that play here are the best! Highly recommend!

When I first walked in, I noticed that the place was almost full, and my family was lucky enough to get one of the very few remaining tables. The food took a ground breaking 40 minutes to arrive, but not unseen with so many tables taken. The food? Pretty good. Some fries had no seasoning and some had way too much. But the burger was great! Good balance, big juicy patty, and (I don’t know if it was lick or skill but,) the patty was a near perfect medium rare. 5 hours before eating here, me and my family were looking for a bus stop and a lady there not only went out of her way to help us find the bus stop, but rejected the tip we wanted to give her, so in return, the least I could do was go here and write this review. So if you are reading this review, Thank you for everything.

There are 3 things that make a restaurant visit memorable: 1. Service 2. Food 3. Atmosphere. The first thing that may make or break your visit is the service. Are they appreciative of you patronizing their establishment and give you a warm greeting, or are they disinterested and could care less if you're there or not. We arrived only to be meet with indifference and a sour attitude. The hostess that seated us walked so fast to the table that we lost sight of her. Once we caught up, she set the menus on the table and hurriedly walked out without saying a thing. Let me backtrack and say that she was having a conversation with 2 other hostesses at the outside entrance to the restaurant and seemed upset that we were an inconvenience to her, interrupting her conversation with them. Once inside we decided that the music was way too loud for 8 am and then decided to go back to this hostess stand and get a table outside. We were carrying the menus and silverware with us. Once outside this hostess was not happy with us coming back and proceeded to dig out another menu. My girlfriend said that we had menus and the hostess snipped back and said I know that. Really?? I will not stay at any restaurant that doesn't appreciate my patronize and ridicules me. Management, you need to train your employees to do their job rather than stand around and talk among themselves. I have been here a couple of times in the past and have to say the food is good, but after this experience I won't be back. And you know what? They couldn't care less. We left and went to another restaurant that did appreciate us being there.

The band playing was awesome and the vibes were cool. However, there was one specific bouncer who threatened to kick out a sober friend for dancing and he was stalking our entire group the whole night. He kept bringing our friend waters and trying to force her to drink them and cursed her out when she refused. Why would she take any beverage from a stranger? Overall a cool bar but he kind of ruined our experience.

Update: 3 stars. Giving an update to my last review. We tried out the starboard for dinner and drinks only this time around. Food was great, I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. They have patio seating with fans which was nice. Service was great and drinks reasonably priced. Didn’t go back for the night life due to the poor experience last time i was in town, but it’s definitely not too bad for dinner or lunch if in the area. Initial: 1 star. Came here for a fun Saturday night but was met with disappointment. Spilled drinks all over the floor. No live music just track music playing. Can be compared to bad frat house. This bar really missed the mark for me, i would definitely pass. They need to up their game.we stayed a total of 10 minutes, not even long enough to finish our drinks.

On a Sunday morning it was pretty loud and a lot people drinking. This is definitely not a place for kids.I took my daughter with me and she was even complaining about how loud the music was, couldn’t even hear anything and she was sitting right beside me. Now Elvis was singing so if my daughter was wining the whole time and maybe an adult only breakfast, I would if definitely enjoyed a lot more. Besides that it was excellent. Food was great and waitress was wonderful.

Established in 1990 as a small sandwich shop, this family-friendly spot offers generous portions and welcomes pets at their outdoor dining area during the summer. Every year we go on vacation to OC, MD. We always take one day and drive up to Rehoboth Beach and we always stopped at Arena’s for lunch. Very friendly service, it’s never too busy and we always get seated quickly. The food is great, it always comes out quick and hot. The portions are huge, so come with an empty stomach! We will definitely keep coming every single year!

Stopped in for a mid-day break... was seated two tables back from the bar. Noticed the Happy Hour Specials listed on a Placard at the table. Unfortunately, happy hour specials only good at one of the twelve stools 'at the bar'. C'est la vie... The death fries are excellent. Staff was friendly and quick to help if you needed anything. Worth a visit, but not the experience we've had in the past at the closed Route 1 location...where happy hours were good anywhere at the establishment..inside or out.

Outstanding food and staff. The ginger halibut entree and beef stick appetizer were out of this world tender and delicious. The staff are absolute pros in this small but delightful restaurant. Already craving it again and can't wait to go back! If I could change one thing it would be to swap out more comfy chairs but that's the only change I'd make to my dining experience. Love this place!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the world! The owners are so friendly, humble, and personable. Me and my family have been coming here annually when we visit Rehoboth Beach. The food here is so fresh and delicious. Always a delight eating at this amazing restaurant!!
Crumblecakes — Google review
Absolutely delicious! Cant say enough about the quality or quantity of food, and the service. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Some of our favorites include the salt & pepper shrimp, spicy cold noodles, shrimp with candied walnuts, the duck and the crispy beef.
Michele O — Google review
Most of these reviews reveal a clear lack of understanding of authentic Chinese cuisine. As someone who speaks Mandarin and grew up with true Chinese food, I found the experience deeply disappointing. The duck I ordered was dry and flavorless, served without any sauce, an inexcusable oversight. Every dish fell short of even the most basic standards.
Franky L — Google review
One of the best restaurants in Rehoboth. Mostly locals in here as not many tourists think about getting Chinese food when on vacation. If you like spicy, this is your place. We started with Salt and Pepper Calamari. It was light and crispy and seasoned to perfection. It is served with their signature long peppers, making every bit a piece of spicy heaven. For dinner we had the Five Spice Duck, which was amazingly spicy. Not killer if you can't stand heat, just delicious. We also had the Seafood on Cantonese noodles. Pricey dish but worth it as it is loaded with crab and lobster. Can't wait to go back!
M B — Google review
When my friend and I looked at the menu online, we were both excited about the vegetable dumplings and scallion pancakes only to find that they were both taken off the menu. We had cold spicy noodles as one of the appetizers which was basically cold spaghetti in a light chili sauce. I was expecting the spicy thin noodles in sesame or peanut sauce. The hot and sour soup, which is one of my favorites, was destroyed by an overabundance of seafood and very little broth. Usually there isn't seafood in hot and sour soup and I thought I would try it but was very disappointed. The Kung Po shrimp was adequate but the shrimp were heavily breaded. On the plus side, my friend had sweet and sour flounder which was very good and the server was attentive.
Carolyn M — Google review
No, Stay away, Panda Express at the airport is better. We had the veggie egg rolls, hot on the outside, sill frozen in the middle. Not even home made, these are straight from Sysco Food. You can get a better Egg roll in prison. I had Ge.n Tao's chicken, these were frozen chicken nuggets with some goopie honey sauce. Gross! My wife has the Eggplant, burnt and looked like slop. My daughter had vegetarian noodles, same, it looked like Top Ramen with too much soy sauce. The hostess was rude and confused. There were tables open and she made us wait for 15 minutes, she said we were too early. Go to the Cultured Pearl by the circle.

Zogg's Raw Bar & Grill is a vibrant Key West-style eatery that captures the essence of beach life with its laid-back atmosphere and tropical flair. Open 24 hours during the season, this gem in Dewey Beach offers an impressive selection of rums and hosts live music on weekends, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Guests can indulge in delicious Caribbean-inspired small bites while sipping on their favorite rum concoctions.
The food is absolutely delicious. The bartender was super helpful and made amazing fresh drinks. The strawberry daiquiri had fresh strawberries in it. It was a refreshing treat on a hot afternoon. While we couldn’t sample everything the wings, onion rings, waffle fries all looked absolutely delicious. The next time I am in town, I will be back!

Zogg's is one of our must visit places when we come to Rehoboth Beach. If for nothing else come for the fish tacos, they are the best fish tacos around. My wife had them and typically I do as well but a menu special of soft shell crab sandwich caught my eye (pictured). Both were delicious. The cocktails are always good as is the impressive array of rums. Pictured is the classic orange crush. Were you really at the beach if you haven't had at least one crush? On a warm or hot sunny day, Zogg's has a Caribbean vibe to it. It's definitely worth the visit.

Service was decent. Our server was friendly and attentive enough, but when you go out to eat, the food has to deliver, and sadly it just didn’t. For the prices, especially on the drinks, the quality didn’t match. Nothing we had really stood out, and it left us feeling like it just wasn’t worth what we paid. The tipping presets were also frustrating. Being pushed toward a minimum 20% tip feels a bit much, especially for an average experience. If tipping needs to be that high by default, it makes you wonder what the staff is (or isn’t) being paid. Also, the bathrooms could use some attention. They weren’t in great shape, and that just added to the overall impression. Zoggs has potential, but for now, it’s not somewhere I’d rush back to.

The portions are huge and everything is SO GOOD!! I loved the mac & cheese with lump crab, they did not skimp on the crab. Fluffy was so nice and attentive, as was the blonde woman who might have been the owner? Not sure, but both of them were great!

20MAY2025 ABSOLUTELY my go to spot whenever I am in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the energy is awesome. Such a wonderful spot to be in, to sit down and catch a game or simply talk to anyone. Check it out and you’ll be glad you did.
Spiral T — Google review
Great atmosphere. Husband and I picked out because he wanted a place with “beachy-drinks.” He had a Ziggy Marley and I had Blue Hawaiian. I found my drink was a little too sweet and could have done without the whip cream. Our food was good and came out timely. The oysters were fabulous and the nachos are awesome and huge. The service could be improved. Our waitress was friendly and engaging when we saw her. She said she has another “big party” and I assume she did. We wanted more drinks after our pre-meal drinks but she never came over. The guys dropped off the food and after they cleared everything up, she came by and dropped off the check. We didn’t ask for it and never saw her during the entire meal. She was pleasant and she did keep apologizing and saying had a bigger table but overall the experience was disappointing. We went there specifically for the drink menu and were only offered drinks one time and never checked on during the meal. What if we didn’t like the food or there was problem with the order? Overall okay experience and food. For a vacation meal I definitely would expect more especially on the service front.
Nicole V — Google review
Terrific restaurant that's just off the boardwalk. We stop here due to a friend's recommendation and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent. They had a great variety of mixed drinks and some different kinds of crushes including blueberry and mango. Best part was that I could taste the alcohol in the drinks! We tried several different dishes and all of them were tasty! We will definitely hit this place up again the next time we visit the beach!

Great spot. Food comes in large portions and is Obviously homemade with care. Our waitress was kind and extremely helpful, taking time to answer our questions and give recommendations. The smash burgers were phenomenal. The grouper BLT was impressive in size and flavor. It’s an adorable spot just a block from the beach. Definitely give it a try.

The Robin Hood Restaurant is a diner that has been serving classic American dishes since 1968. It is popular among children due to its name inspired by a storybook character. The restaurant offers a relaxed ambiance and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers can enjoy a variety of favorites like omelets and fried fish. One satisfied customer praised the excellent service and delicious food, particularly mentioning the blueberry pancakes that were made with fresh, large berries.
We come to Robinhood every weekend and all through the summer! Costa is wonderful and always greets us. All the servers are personable and friendly and recognize us. We love the food. The omlettes are delicious and the pancakes are out of this world. The food comes out quickly. We always look forward to our breakfast there.

Best breakfast at the beach! Owners and staff are super friendly! Very reasonable prices for being so close to the boardwalk. If you love cream chipped beef this is your go to place! Hands down! Don't leave without trying Mamma Nikki's home made rice pudding for dessert! YUM!

The wife and I had breakfast here at 9:30 on Friday June20. Convenient location along Rehoboth Ave. Was full so we got on waitlist and were seated in about 15 minutes. We were promptly served coffee and placed our orders right away. Food was served quickly (15 minutes). Basic eggs , home fries and toast for $10. Coffee extra $3. Nice place that’s been around since 1968 so must be doing things right. No complaints and would come back again

$$. Recommend for those looking for diner style breakfast and lunch. Lunch is served at 11. Can get busy during the on season so would recomend going early. The family owned Robin Hood has served tourists and locals for a long time and has become a staple in Rehoboth. Prices are slightly above the average with 2 eggs and meat at $13. The food overall was good and met the expectation but the odor (that emanated around the restaurant) and overall aesthetic and bathrooms was off putting. Recommendation to the business, can we get breakfast sandwiches added to the menu? Additionally as stated would recommend updating the aesthetic, looking into the strange odor, and attending more to the public restrooms. Additionally your website is down.
Kyle W — Google review
Had an hour to get breakfast and thought we had plenty of time. The server was very nice but she was noticeably slower than all other servers. For instance, we asked for the check when the food arrived to miminize time getting out. We didn't get our check until I was almost done eating! If you have any sort of time constraint I would avoid. Lastly, the lunch menu is not available during breakfast. So if you want a BLT then you're out of luck. There were no signage to say when they only served breakfast or lunch. That would've help with any confusion.

Every time we come to Rehoboth we come to Robin Hood. The food has always been really good and the service has always been good as well, have only had servers from a foreign country though. Today we had a male server (with black facial hair) and he was less than desirable as a waiter. Never checked on us or anything. Gave us the check right as our food was delivered. It’s like, eat and get out! Both our omlets came with one single slice of toast, one, never have experienced that anywhere before. Plus, only one side was buttered. Asked if this was normal, another waitress brought another single slice of rye and it was buttered normal this time. Went to pay and expressed my frustration and the lady just defended the reasoning behind one slice of bread, no empathy at all. Oh, also I got three slices of bacon for $5, I thought that was a lot too. Also, all the omelets pictured on here all have two slices of bread. Probably won’t be back unfortunately.

Great breakfast for me and the family. A bit pricey for what we got, but it is beach prices. Portions are large and the quality is there. Cassidy took great care of us!

Fine dining restaurant
La Fable is a charming French bistro located at 26 Baltimore Ave in Rehoboth Beach, owned by renowned restaurateur Megan Kee. The restaurant offers a classic French ambiance with antique furniture and modern touches, creating an intimate dining space. La Fable's menu features French fare made with seasonal ingredients, complemented by a selection of wines and cocktails. Guests can indulge in mouthwatering dishes such as duck confit and delectable cheese and charcuterie options.
This is a comfortable little French restaurant. It's located just below street level which makes it feel even more hidden and cozy. We ordered the duck and the scalloped entrees with an escargot appetizer. Love it all. There is good reasonably priced wine available too. The wait staff was great and made us very at home. The food was so good and plated beautifully. Will be coming back.

Fable is a lovely spot with delicious menu choices and outstanding service! If you want French food at the Delaware Beaches, this is the place! We tried chicken cordon blue (pictured), scallops, beef, and halibut--all excellent! Two of our party had escargot, and they deemed the dish delicious! The creme brulee for desert was perfect. We have visited a number of times, and everything is always excellent. I suggest a reservation to ensure a table is available as it does fill up, even on a weeknight. G8ve yourself time to find street parking in the summer!

American restaurant
Nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, The Blue Hen is a stylish eatery that beautifully marries innovative American comfort food with a cozy ambiance. Since its debut in 2017, this charming restaurant has garnered attention for its creative menu crafted by chef Julia Robinson. Diners can indulge in delightful dishes like deviled eggs topped with chicken cracklins and the rich lobster pot pie, all while enjoying an impressive selection of cocktails, wine, and beer.
I come to The Blue Hen somewhat frequently, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious—especially the fried chicken, which is one of my favorites. The biscuits are absolutely amazing, and the drink selection is great, with a solid variety of wine, beer, cocktails, and even a few non-alcoholic options. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Prices are a little on the high side, but in line with most restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful evening spent by their outdoor fireplace. Great service and atmosphere. Chicken Corn chowder was amazing as were the biscuits, scallops, lobster toast and drinks especially the Frose'. The hotel even serves delicious chocolate chip cookies to their guests. It was the perfect start to our weekend getaway just after labor day.

Found this place during a mid-day walk around town, it was closed at the time but looked interesting, so came back for a drink and appetizer before dinner. Got there early, few people were there, sat at the bar. The young lady working the hostess desk seemed distracted, and a bit bored. The bartender was ok, but a bit aloof, especially when I asked if he could make me a classic daiquiri, shaken. He said he didn't have the machine to make a frozen drink. I said "no...I was not asking for a frozen daiquiri, but a classic daiquiri which is white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup, shaken and served neat in a coupe glass." He got a little snooty and said "of course I can make that", then turned and I watched him look up how to make it in a recipe book! What I actually got was dark rum instead of white, and after shaking he poured it over the rocks in a cocktail glass...oh well. My wife had a martini which she said was good. We had an appetizer, the Lobster Toast, which was very good! We finished our drink and appetizer and left, over $42 for the two drinks and appetizer. Just didn't get a great feel for the place, maybe because the help seemed somewhat disconnected. Would I go there again...probably not, many other places to go that have good food and atmosphere. Would I recommend...maybe, just don't order a classic drink that the bartenders of today have no idea how to make.

Beautiful atmosphere. Casual dining. Attentive wait staff. Delicious food. I had the Tajarin, noodles and lobster with a cream sauce. My husband had the fried chicken. We had biscuits as an appetizer. Everything was perfect. Very clean and appealing environment.

The reviews and photos are what drew me to this place and my God it is worth all the rave. I've never had pasta so tasty in all the US. I got the spaghetti Verde with jumbo lump crab, a coconut lime sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, sambal and herbs. Fabulous!! Service was also very nice and I do like the ambiance here. Would absolutely come again.

My wife & I have been coming to the Blue Hen for several years. We decided to visit again last night,Friday 10/17, what a huge disappointment! The Black Cod I ordered was bland,no flavor whatsoever! My wife had the Pork Milanese, no flavor as well. She only had a few bites and did not finish her meal. I only ate one of the Cod and did not finish either. The wait staff was not very prompt in returning to our table to ask how our meal was. The noise level in the restaurant is also very high. The only thing that we enjoyed was the appetizers of Fried Calamari & Ceviche. The staff did remove these from our check after complaining of the issues with our meal. Needless to say this will probably be our last visit to the Blue Hen!

Waitress was kind and attentive, but we stopped for the advertised best fried chicken, and apparently, it's not in season? Restaurant needed a bit of rehad inside and seating was tight...although there were many issues, the steak sandwich was one of a kind, delicious and the grilled vheese was tasty.

Best dam fried chicken on the beach. Also probably the best meal deal on the beach at the same time. Mind the seagulls they love Gus's fried chicken too. They will steal a whole drumstick if given the chance. The staff work very hard in a lot of heat so give them a break. They are good people providing you a good meal at a place where you are looking at the ocean while you wait.

It's not the cleanest place in the world, but sometimes these "hole in the wall" eateries are the best. I got a large cheesteak, which was a good size and tasted great. They're known for their fried chicken, but I didn't opt for it, because my nose preferred the smell of the cheesteak.

Tried to sit in the restaurant, which was filthy. Waitress was so nasty from the minute we sat down that ended up going to the take out window instead (she missed out on a tip from a 9 top). The burgers were good, nothing special. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered two hot dogs and was told $11 which tracks with previous days we’ve been here this week. Gave the man a $20 bill and got $2 in return. I stood there confused and no one addressed me again so I left. I presume because I’m a girl no one cared that I was standing there confused waiting for help. This is just really disappointing after years of coming here my entire life.
Morgan M — Google review
I am TOLD the food is amazing. I wouldn’t know, and you shouldn’t bother trying to find out. I waited one hour in line, watching person after person order cheesesteaks. I finally got to the window, ordered mine, and was told “no cheesesteaks”. Literally just those two words. I’ve watched 15 people order them, and I KNOW they’re not out of meat because YOU CAN SEE ALL OF THE KITCHEN. ITS SITTING RIGHT THERE. I ask again to clarify, and again. Finally they say that they DO have cheesesteaks, but they don’t want to make them right now so as to “let the grill heat up”. I won’t reward that bad of service with $32 for two large cheesesteaks. Didn’t order, walked away immediately. Truly terrible experience. Nearly an hour of time for literally nothing. Context, I’ve lived in DE my whole life, vacationed in Rehobeth and Bethany my whole life, and this was my first time ever stopping here for food. Walk 30 feet down to Baja Bobs, a real restaurant with actual service.

Nestled just a few blocks north of the bustling boardwalk, Obie's By the Sea is a laid-back eatery that perfectly captures the essence of beachside dining. With its expansive indoor and outdoor seating options, guests can savor delicious burgers, seafood dishes, and refreshing cocktails while soaking in stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. This beloved spot has been serving up classic American fare since 1981 and remains a favorite for families looking to enjoy crab specialties or catch of the day.
When we arrived at Rehoboth Beach on Saturday evening, we parked next to Obie’s by the Sea but weren’t quite sure if it was okay to park there. I went inside to ask, and the guy in the yellow T-shirt standing with the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks to his kindness, we decided to stay and have dinner at Obie’s. Located right on the boardwalk, the atmosphere was superb. We ordered the lump crab cake and loaded crab fries. The crab cake was fantastic — no fillers, just quality lump meat. And the fries? Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and impressively stayed crispy until the very last bite — no soggy fries here! Highly recommend!

Ok the crab dip was decent and that's about it. We asked for ice waters and a Hawaiian daiquiri. The daiquiri was delicious but they over filled it and it slopped all over the table. The ice water came in plastic cups and rsted so chlorinated it was sickening. The manager was kind enough to get us bottled water so our service reflection is not on him it was on Bridget our server. She was friendly but we saw her twice. Once to take the order and the only time she came to check on us was when we were finished. Ordered some chicken tenders and crab dip. The tenders were fair at best. We did eat outside and that was just an amazing view. Our 3 stars for atmosphere was the flies. Yep tons of them and they don't have any candles or anything trying to help. Im surprised at an average of 4.1 stars and that this place was highly recommended.

Hate giving low reviews, but don't order the crab dip to go. The flavor was good but the packaging was terrible. They served us the dip on a piece of paper, not in a bowl or a small container, just paper in a large container. The bread was also bad - dried out and not sliced. By the time we got the dip home it was everywhere & very, very messy. Maybe getting this dish in store is good, but for takeout the seafood dip should be avoided. (Unable to comment on crab cakes since they had run out)

Shrimp tacos are cold (writing review while eating, are they safe to eat???). I ordered a Mai Tai and it was NOT a Mai Tai, sent it back and ordered a Manhattan (very difficult to screw up that recipe). Hush puppies served warm, but no sauce. This is a place to drink beer and enjoy the beach/boardwalk atmosphere. I do NOT recommend if you’re looking for something “good” to eat. This is not a place for food, but if you are a beach goer looking for a quick bite regardless of food quality and a beer, this is the place.

Masons Famous Lobster Rolls is a seafood restaurant with perfect lobster rolls, hearty chunks of lobster, and side of perfectly seasoned fries. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's definitely worth it.
Come on, now - this is a killer lobster roll!! We got the classic which comes on a garlic toast type bun and wowsers! That's some delicious lobster! And the fries stand up beside it - normally you get a sandwich THAT GOOD and the fries are meh in comparison, but they were just as tasty! Don't skip Mason's if you have the chance!

The classic lobster roll was delicious! We came on a day with gorgeous weather and sat out on the patio as well. When I ordered the woman working at the counter was so kind and I told her it was my first time in and wasn’t sure if they call a number or what the system was to get the food when it’s ready. She said they weren’t too busy so she was happy to bring it to my table. I thought that was incredibly friendly. My husband doesn’t eat lobster so he had a side of fries and those are also delicious! Very happy with our experience!

I've been coming to this location for years and it's definitely a must try when you're at the boardwalk! My favorites are the Classic Roll (served chilled with a little mayo & lemon butter), the Lobster BLT, and the new Crab Roll (drizzled with butter & topped with Old Bay seasoning). You also have the option to get any lobster roll with extra meat! They have other lobster options as well including lobster mac & cheese, lobster bisque, and a lobster grilled cheese. This place is basically heaven for lobster lovers and I highly recommend it! Check them out!

Where do I even start?!? From a person who just went to Spain and did NOT like seafood, to coming to Masons and loving it… that tells you a lot!! Shout out to Robin for making the experience amazing!! (Give her a raise!) I will most definitely be back before vacation ends!

I visited this location with family. I ordered the Lobster Salad roll and my family ordered The Connecticut roll. We had 2 children with us who we ordered grilled cheeses and hot dogs for. The food came out pretty quick and were well temperatured. Both lobster rolls were good but my favorite was the Connecticut. The lobster dressed with warm butter and lemon was so good and provided a savory element to the sandwich. The bread was perfect lately toasted and every meal came with a pickle. I was pleased with the taste but with the cost I wish the meal came with at least chips. They did have combos that cost additional than the entree that included chips. The Connecticut roll alone cost $23 and to pay just $23 for just the roll is not a meal.

I was looking forward to trying the lobster rolls but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered the original roll because it sounded delicious but it was a little too plain. The fries were good but a little too salty at the bottom. Even with all that, I would still go back and try their other items.

Rigby's Bar & Grill is a neighborhood tavern with a garden patio that serves simple home cooking in a casual bistro-style dining room or on outdoor, garden patio. It has been popular since 2009 and is always fresh due to the home-made food. A lively mix of locals and tourists frequent Rigby's for dinner, drinks at the bar, or brunch on Easter. The waitstaff is friendly and explanatory, making it a great choice for any occasion.
I was visiting Lewes from NY & decided to drop in on a Wednesday night (Karaoke & burgers) It was awesome. Very welcoming crowd. Burgers were delicious, drinks top-notch. The next time I'm in Lewes, I'll make sure to go to Rigby's. You should, too.

Dinner here during a long weekend vacation. Wife made reservations, and glad we did because they were having two large birthday parties there just after we were sat. Food was good. Server was nice but seemed spread too thin across a lot of tables.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner for six people at Rigby’s! While the atmosphere is pretty nondescript, the food was EXCELLENT. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was great. Once the karaoke started, the energy picked up, but all in all, we would definitely go again.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my experience at Rigby's, but I'll try... The food is far better than you'd expect from a bar. The atmosphere for Saturday Karaoke is rocking and a blast. If you are ready to be yourself and enjoy those around you, Rigby's is the place you have to be.

Awesome atmosphere. Had a great beach town and local vibe. Relaxed and welcoming. Gay friendly with a good mixed crowd. Our service was on point and attentive. We had the very yummy pot stickers for an appetizer. Highly recommend. My partner had the pork chops. Center cut boneless chops. They were good, but he said the aioli was a little too much mayonnaise. He loved the grilled Brussels sprouts. I had the BBQ baby back ribs. They were phenomenal. Meat fell right off the bone, had a nice smoky taste, and the littlest of fat. The portion was large. The asparagus was grilled and seasoned just right. The only complaint we both had was the mashed potatoes. They were homemade but kind of cold. Everything else was very good. We ate about 5:15 and had no problem getting a table.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with extended family. Was able to secure a reservation pretty fast. Service was quick and very friendly. Food was very good and moderately priced. We all had a good time.

I wanted to love this place as it is the closest restaurant to my new house! We went in on a weeknight for dinner. Karaoke was loud and you kind of enter place in middle of dining room. Not seeing a hostess stand we stood awkwardly for a few mins trying to figure out what to do. Noticed a sign that said see a server or bartender if need table. By this time a server had walked by us three times without asking if we needed help or even acknowledging us. Husband asked the bartender about table (per instructions on sign) who replied we are busy you’ll have to wait (not how can I help you or I’ll be with you shortly). Since it didn’t appear they wanted business, we left and went elsewhere.

Seafood restaurant
Bar
Starboard Raw is a lively seafood restaurant in Dewey Beach, offering a diverse menu with a focus on American seafood dishes and an impressive raw bar. Despite its relatively upscale atmosphere, it's a versatile spot that can cater to different parts of your day. Whether you're looking for a warm soft pretzel stuffed with crab after the beach or indulging in oyster shooters before a night out, this place has got you covered.
We visited the starboard raw last night and it was great! We had oysters, calamari, fish tacos, and our daughter had a cheeseburger. The oysters and calamari were great. The calamari was tender and the sauces were fantastic. The fish tacos were good, but needed less lettuce and some citrus added, maybe some lime crema? The rice that came with it was delicious. Loved how they did 2 small sliders for the children’s burger as a big one can be a bit much for our 2.5 year old. The orange and grapefruit crush were amazing as well!
Emma N — Google review
I frequent Starboard Raw because it's just across the street from my house, and it’s always a great experience! The selection of oysters is impressive, and they offer a variety of other seafood dishes that never disappoint. They also have a fantastic menu of non-seafood items, which adds a great variety to their offerings. The craft beer selection is also top-notch! The staff is incredibly friendly and always works quickly to make sure you’re served promptly. Even though the restaurant is on the smaller side, with bar seating on one side and tables on the other, they manage to get everyone seated in a reasonable amount of time. During the summer months, they have additional seating out on the deck, which is a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. They’re open every day, though their hours do vary a bit during the off-season. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area — whether you’re a local or just visiting!

It's easy to get swept up in the famous party atmosphere at The Starboard, but do yourself a favor and come for breakfast. 🥞 The omelet I had this morning was one of the best I've ever tasted. I went for the 'Create Your Own' and piled in everything from bacon to peppers, and the eggs were flawlessly cooked and incredibly fluffy, not at all greasy. 🥓 The portion was huge, and the side of crispy, homemade hash browns was exactly what I needed. The staff was fantastic, making sure our coffee was always full and everything was just right. ☕ Highly recommend! 👍 #StarboardDewey #Omelet #BrunchTime #DelawareBeaches #Foodie #🇺🇸"

The food here is really delicious. The service is amazing. It is fast and attentive. I would highly recommend the barata appetizer. It was really refreshing. I would say to stay away from the calamari as it is not crispy. And they put the fried calamari on a bed of marinara which makes it quite soggy. And then it comes with a sauce on top which doesn't help. They have several crushed flavors that are good and look like water. They have a nice happy hour with a bar type feel. High top seating. The mussels were also quite delicious. This is definitely a place worth checking out.
Monne D — Google review
The food here was extremely good! There were a bunch of Bros inside that looked like maybe golfers or something and they were so incredibly loud that it was hard to concentrate. Having a conversation was definitely off the table until they left. But the food made up for it in and our waitress was great. We got the fish tacos and the chicken parmesan.
Nicky — Google review
This place was awesome, from the time we opened the door! Jake was a great bartender and hospitality was 100 and gave great recommendations! We sat at the bar, first come first serve, after originally putting our name in the table. Apps , calamari, Mexican street corn, chicken tortillas soup all amazing! We got short rib grilled cheese whoa.. and the crispy Tuna poke.:: 🔥.. We had amazing cocktails espresso martinis are the reason they were voted #1.. no lies detected. Add this to the list of places
JUSTIN D — Google review
Always a great experience here. Great bartenders. Food is amazing. Highlights: tuna app, oysters, and buffalo shrimp. Get an espresso martini with reposado. So good.
Stephen A — Google review
Pretty good crab legs. Better oysters. Kind of chaotic when you walk in. Very tight quarters and it's kind of hard to figure out who even works there that can get you a table. The bartender yelled at us when we took a second to get in and close the door behind us because there was a crowd standing right at the door. Cocktails and food are good but probably not worth the long waits and the chaos if you're looking for seafood in Dewey.

Great little farmers market. A lot of locally interesting content, plus great options to eat and a nice place to sit for lunch (under shade). Also has a park for kids. There was also a great coffee place when we went. A definite stop over when you want a break from the beach and when you want to eat some very tasty food that goes beyond your usual restaurant. Very good to buy fruits and veggies as well, and also has some very good pastry options.

Nalu Hawaiian Surf Bar & Grille is a vibrant slice of the Pacific nestled in Dewey Beach, brought to life by Regan and Kim Derrickson in 2008. Eleven years later, they expanded their island-inspired oasis with a second location on Rehoboth Avenue, offering an inviting open-air atmosphere that captures the essence of Hawaii. The name "Nalu," meaning wave in Hawaiian, perfectly embodies the laid-back vibe you’ll experience here.
I had Mother’s Day lunch at Nalu, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered a poke bowl with lump crab and spicy mayo, while my daughter had a shrimp poke bowl. Both were beautifully presented and tasted amazing! *our entire check for 5 was $69 before tip!* The service was great, and the location is perfect, so close to the beach that we took a walk by the water afterward. 10/10 food and 10/10 service!

Six of us had an early dinner on a rainy Tuesday in August at 3:00PM and there were plenty of tables available. Our server was friendly and quick to greet us and take our drink orders. The food was also served quickly and our group ordered a variety of items from their extensive menu. Everyone was happy with their meals and there were no complaints. I ordered the Malibu vegetarian burger which was excellent. It came with two patties which were very tasteful and had a large serving of guac on top. The fries were also very hot and crispy (see picture). My wife got the Alaskan Sushi Tacos (see pic) and said it was very good I like the decorations and wall paintings which give it a nice beachy vibe and that it was not too loud even with the many large screen tv’s. Nice when you can hear the group conversation without straining or screaming.
Marlo Z — Google review
Nalu is a sports bar in Rehoboth near the boardwalk. It's Hawaiian themed. Our party had lunch there on a Sunday when there were several football games on the big screens so it was noisy. Our server, Mary, came over as soon as we were seated. She was friendly and efficient. Our orders arrived promptly, and Mary stopped by every so often to see if we needed anything. For the most part, our food was delicious. My particular order, a Hawaiian burger with spam and pineapple, was a bit disappointing since the beef was a bit dry. The pineapple and the spam kinda made up for that, but I have certainly had better burgers lots of times. The rest of the people in our party were not disappointed with their dishes. We found paid street parking nearby, but our visit was after Labor Day. During the summer season, I suspect that parking would be more difficult to find. There is a kids menu, and there are vegetarian options. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

What a place! Nice atmosphere and great food! Great spot to watch sports! Plenty of TV’s! I think about 10. Indoor bar. Seating inside as well as outside. Hugh was our server! Constantly checking on us. Very friendly and pleasant! We had American Burger. It was good! Two burgers well done on the roll. Chicken Tenders. Good! Crab dip. Drinks were also good!

Nalu is an absolute gem! From the first bite of chips to the last bite of our entrées, everything was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and full of that Hawaiian vibe. The staff was phenomenal: friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I also love that they have plenty of kid-friendly options, which makes it a perfect spot for families. As a bonus, the restaurant is right by the beach, so you can take a quick walk after your meal. And for me, seeing all the Eagles pride here was a huge plus — go birds! 🦅🌊🌺

Day after Labor Day trip to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. It was an awesome trip that ended with an amazing meal. We chose to sit out on the small quaint front deck since it was a beautiful night to be dinning out. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer served with a sweet chili sauce which was delicious. We ordered 2 poke bowls which looked and tasted fabulous, just take a look for yourself! The seared scallops were done perfectly and the jumbo lump crab was sweet and buttery. You should definitely try a Coconut Espresso Martini or two, they went well with dinner. 😉 The server was nice, polite and tentative Service was fast. Nalu's is definitely a place I will return to any time I'm in the area.
Malinda R — Google review
Food and service is very good. However I would not recommend the Drunken noodles as it's nothing like how it is like at a Thai restaurant. The noodles are not wide and they use the Pad Thai sauce. The poke bowls are great and the Moco Loco was legit.
Tobin L — Google review
We had a party of 7, and they could immediately seat us, around 5pm. We opted for coconut shrimp and potstickers as our appetizers. Shrimp had a very robust coconut flavor, potstickers were tasty with the dipping sauce. The salmon and the rainbow poke bowls were a hit. The kids grilled chicken was a delight to see on the menu, as well as rockfish fingers, both were enjoyed by the little ones. Pad Thai with chicken and drunkn noodles were both good. The drunken noodles with shrimp had enough heat and sweetness that made it refreshing and fulfilling. Hubby had the king kamehameha surf n turf burrito, which he enjoyed. The back scratcher cocktail was a hoot, served in a glass with a back scratcher. Food did arrive quick and it was an enjoyable meal.

This adorable cafe is definitely sunny! We were greeted right away by a friendly waitress. Coffee was great! It took us a bit of time to order because there was so much to choose from and we couldn’t decide. Everyone loved what they ordered. I chose the ham and cheese crepe because not everywhere makes crepes. The portions were large and delicious. All of us had take out containers due to large portions.

We found Sunny Bay Cafe through an online review. The wait was only 20 minutes, and the hosts were friendly. While the price across the Rehoboth area is a bit expensive, the serving sizes were excellent and impressed me. It is a larger restaurant than it appears from the street, and they can and do accommodate many customers quickly and well. It was a great choice for brunch.

This is a great spot for breakfast! We didn't have to wait when we came on a Saturday morning in April. They have a wide selection of items on the menu. I got one of the platters with French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The French toast was nice and thick! They also gave me a ton of eggs that I couldn't finish. The bacon was thick, and the sausage was cooked perfectly. Definitely come hungry!

Food was great, service was fast even though it was busy. Minus one on the atmosphere star just because my daughter has a severe dog allergy and someone brought in a “trained” very excited, tail wagging and jumping up and down very furry golden retriever and was sat right behind us. I understand the town in general is dog friendly but in a confined space with food having a dog who is visibly shedding dander and very close to other people is a bit off putting even outside of her having an allergy. Hair was flying everywhere because the dog was very hyper.

What a lovely breakfast! We came here on an October Saturday for breakfast and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Enjoyable atmosphere. We went to checkout Rehoboth Beach area and had breakfast here. I had the Grill Cheese with Sourdough, Cheddar, and Bacon with home fries as a side. Dewey Beach Country Club is a must visit bar if you are visiting the area. The staff is great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for a night out with friends. Plus, they always have deals going on which makes it even more affordable.
Over the years this bar has gone through a few owners and changed names but what hasn’t changed is the great bartenders, awesome patrons, and local vibe. The food here is terrific. The bartenders crank out drinks fast even when they are busy. Prices are all very reasonable. They have a large space out back for the warmer summer months and a small deck at the front door. They have video games and Golden Tee for those who like something to do other than watch the games on the numerous TVs around the bar. Even though this isn’t an Irish Pub anymore, the tradition of “paying the toll” by doing an Irish Car Bomb anytime you walk by still stands.

Dewey Beach Country Club is hands down one of the best spots in Dewey! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and perfectly coastal. The bar is always lively without ever feeling overwhelming, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Drinks are top-notch—the most delicious espresso martinis, ice-cold beers, and a great prices for mixed drinks. The vibe is exactly what Dewey is all about: relaxed, beachy, and full of good energy. Football season? This is the place to be.! Whether you’re stopping in for happy hour, watching sports, or just hanging out with friends, it’s always a great time. The décor and layout give it that classic “Caddyshack” feel, but with a polished twist that makes it stand out from other spots in town. My wife and I stopped in to get drinks, dinner and watch the Eagles game. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces. Lots of TVs on the bar side of the establishment, all with great view points. Excellent beer selection list - got a Bell’s Oktoberfest. Wife ordered a mixed drink, (Paloma?). Said it wasn’t worth the $13, and switched to beer later. We decided, after looking over the menu to order appetizers… easier to watch the game! Cream of Crab soup was delicious and large. Cheesesteak egg rolls were very good, and the tots with old bay and vinegar almost worth a reason to stop by again. Buffalo cauliflower was a little disappointing, just a bit too greasy (I know… don’t order deep fried food if you don’t want grease). I would like to go back and try their full menu items. Only reasons not 5 stars was the so-so mixed drink and the greasy cauliflower. Everything else was excellent. Finally, the waiter, Roman, was terrific. VERY attentive.

We LOVE this place, the people & the PIZZA !!! The atmosphere at the new Nicola Pizza along Coastal Highway, Lewes, is AWESOME. Always GREAT food & FRIENDLY servers. Their salads & pizza are ALWAYS delicious. During the off-season, this places has a very "local" feel - we usually run into friends & neighbors when we're here. During the peak season, it's amazing how many people Nicola's can handle comfortably. We've never had to wait to get seated, but we usually arrive just before 5 pm. I'm posting a pic, but unfortunately, there are slices missing - some people are just too anxious to DIVE INTO a Nicola pizza & we never seem to get a pic of the whole pie - LOL !!! Great place - highly recommended !!!

First time visiting. Sadly not many gluten free options, but it is a pizza joint and I know this. I got the cauliflower crust 10" pizza as a white pizza. It was okay, crust was completely burnt which I was a bit sad about. It was so busy I didn'twant to wait as long as my friend did did get a new one. I personally did not feel as though I got my bang for my buck. I didn't get any toppings because each topping was an extra $2.50 on top of my already $17 pizza. I felt like the cost verses what I got was not worth it. I understand having a gluten allergy is my problem, but it's frustrating when you feel like restaurants are really over charging for way less food because of the allergy. I'm pleased my friends liked it but I personally will not go out of my way to return.

The best place in town for a good time. Not only is the staff awesome, the owner is always on hand to make you feel like family. I love that I can see in the kitchen, which is immaculate. Great place to hang with family and friends. Would recommend it 100%.

This was our first visit to Nicola’s since they left downtown Rehoboth and we enjoyed it very much. Great place to watch multiple college football games at once. Service was great and food came out quickly. We had a Nicaboli, white pizza and pepperoni pizza. As good as we always remembered it to be.

The food was very good. The pizza was a good value. It came out fast and hot. The cheese fries were amazing. The cheese sauce was this amazing mix that we licked the plate clean. The boli was smaller than expected for the price. It was full of meat, but it was just smaller than we thought it would be. It would have been nice to have some sort of measurements or ideas of size for the first-time customer. The service was good, the place was very loud. Like a school cafeteria.

Got there in a rain night.. the place is huge it wasn't busy.. our server (@ first) was not very friendly. She seemed as though she had enough for that night. She is an older Caucasian woman. Took our order, and in the process, I clearly stated how service could be better. Needless to say, attitudes changed. As for the food, nothing out of the ordinary. For the pricing it could be better tasting.

Some of the most overrated food I've ever had. The pizzas were ok, their fries are some of the worst I've had and their chicken wings were meh. I will not be going there again. Pros: •Ample Seating •Ample parking •Great customer service Kid-Friendly Cons: •The food isn't what is advertised to be

Pizza was pretty good, not the best but better then a few places around the area. I mostly ate it because I needed something in my stomach as I didn't have breakfast, this was my lunch. The fries were way too salty, plus the salt from the cheese. The cheese on it is disgusting taste like plastic cheese so only took a few bites. Wishing I went elsewhere for lunch but I hadn't tried their pizza in a while maybe there's a reason usually I remember if it was good or not but places change & over the years I do tend to forget. I like to try different places or something different at a place I've already gone. Got my food to go, they were quick & friendly just not my taste for food.

Exceptional pizza restaurant Nicola Pizza On the Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware offers delicious pies with flavorful ingredients. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Specialties include spicy bloody Mary's and great tasting salads.
