Whatever I tell about this restaurant, I have not told enough. The dishes are very tasty and served well. We were served by Mr. Amir Hosein Dawoodi, he was very professional and friendly. Every time we are in Shiraz, Haft Khan is our first choice. Thank you for the nice and unique experience every time again.

Haftkhan Restaurant in Shiraz used to be a favorite of mine, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The chicken had an unpleasant smell, and the ghormeh sabzi was nothing special—not at all what I expected from a place with such a good reputation. The restaurant itself is nice and has a comfortable atmosphere, but the food quality definitely needs improvement. I’m giving it 2 stars, hoping they can get back to the standards they once had.

I’ve been going to Haft Khan for years, and my family and I especially like to take our non-Shirazi guests there so they can not only enjoy high-quality food but also experience the live music on the basement floor. The last time we went, with our Khorram-Abadi guest, was on September 5, 2025. The food quality was just as good as before and the portions were generous. The only thing I’d rate lower was the live music, as the vocalist didn’t seem very well-trained. I’ll definitely go back for more if the food quality stays this high.

I’ve been to Haftkhan for both breakfast and lunch, and overall, it was a good experience. For lunch, we ordered Ghambar Polo and Kalam Polo—both were tasty and came in large portions. Honestly, each dish was easily enough for two people. For breakfast, I tried the warm dish and pancakes. Everything was fresh and satisfying. The ambience is formal and elegant—perfect for important meetings or family gatherings. The architecture and interior design are truly one of a kind, giving the place a prestigious feel. The service wasn’t quite what I expected. Considering the restaurant’s reputation, I thought the staff would be more attentive and welcoming. It was hard to find someone when we needed something, and even small requests like water or drinks took quite a while. A friendly smile would’ve made a big difference, but sadly, that was missing on both visits. The prices are a bit above average, but given the portion sizes, it’s still reasonable. I recommend here for formal occasions or when I want to enjoy a meal in an uniquely designed restaurant.

A restaurant complex that several people recommended to us. There are several sections to this restaurant with a different focus/theme. The top floor has a view of the surrounding area but the windows are higher up than the tables. The bottom floor serves more traditional (sonati) food on raised platforms (takhts) but with a modern aesthetic. We went for dinner on a Thursday night at about 7:30 pm and left around 9 pm. When we went it wasn’t busy and they quickly seated us. We ordered fresh pomegranate juice which was delicious, gheymeh stew with rice and kalam polo (cabbage rice, we were told it’s a specialty in Shiraz). The gheymeh was delicious and not greasy. The split peas were cooked well. The kalam polo was okay. It had delicious small meatballs in the middle of it. While we were eating there were several live musical performances. The first was a group dressed in colorful traditional clothing who performed the lyrics of a song using sign language. Later there were live singers accompanied by live instruments. The decor was all white and modern looking. The service was good too. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Shiraz especially the bottom floor.

First, I went to the third floor cafe for an amazing ghelyoon experience. The views of the tree-lined mountain from there were top-notch. Then, I went to the basement for the traditional restaurant level. The decor was white all around with amazing, pristine beds to enjoy highly delicious and tasty traditional Persian food.

Parhami Traditional House is a hidden gem in the heart of old Shiraz. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional traditional Shirazi cuisine. Every dish was prepared with care, bringing out the true flavors of the region. I enjoyed the experience so much that I returned for a second visit during my stay in Shiraz. The restaurant’s old-fashioned decor and serene ambiance add to its uniqueness. While the traditional setting might not appeal to everyone, I personally loved the nostalgic charm and the peaceful atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place that combines history, culture, and outstanding food, Parhami Traditional House is definitely worth a visit.

Even though we arrived earlier than our reservation, they kindly let us in, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, as a fan of KalamPolo, I was disappointed to find that it lacked both taste and spices. The GhanbarPolo was also quite average. The drinks and yogurt were overpriced considering the small portions. To top it all off, we found it funny that we had to pay before eating—an odd policy for such a supposedly luxurious establishment. It's not like we were planning on running away without paying!

A must-visit in Shiraz! Parhami Traditional House serves the best local dishes like Kalam Polo, Kate Gojeh, and Ghambar Polo—authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable. Their Sharbat-e Ablimoo and Bahar Narenj are incredibly refreshing. What makes it extra special is the hospitality of Soroush and Sara, the lovely couple behind this gem. The food was bad. I don't know what they had in the food, my friend and I were thirsty and sick to our stomachs all day. They had good yogurt, but the food is not recommended. I got diarrhea in the evening

The food was clearly old and of very poor quality. We were even served a salad that had obviously been touched. Moreover, the manager kept instructing the waiters to go to each table and tell customers to hurry up and leave because other people were waiting to sit. It was the worst experience I've ever had — a total embarrassment. What a waste of time and money to go to such a place.

They bake their own fresh bread. Taste: above average. Ordering, serving, and clearing tables are done very quickly, and anything you request from the staff is provided promptly. The ambiance is traditional and the place is almost always crowded. The hosting style of the waiters may not strictly follow the hospitality industry’s standards — for example, the way they clean tables — but they keep things moving fast so you never have to wait long. We ordered the lamb kebab with rice, which was served very quickly, although it seemed other tables waited longer for their meals. For salad and side dishes, we used the buffet. The menu had good variety, with plenty of meat-based dishes.

🍛Food → We ordered Aloo Polo and Ghalyeh Mahi. The Aloo Polo came with rice, meat, and chips. We liked it, but it was just fine overall. The Ghalyeh Mahi had fish with a bad odor, and we didn’t like it. We also ordered Doogh — it was cold, delicious, and served in a large portion. 🧍‍♂️Staff → They were unpleasant and did not take the order quickly. We tried to change our menu just one minute after ordering, but they said we couldn’t, which was disappointing. 🎶Decor and atmosphere → The restaurant has an ancient-style design, and the live music was lovely. However, the lighting was too dim. 🛎Service → They brought our food very quickly, which was nice. But as soon as we finished, they cleared everything without even asking for permission, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. That felt rude.

I enjoyed the live music and traditional ambiance, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. However, I was slightly disappointed as I expected the Kalam Polo to be better since that was the main reason for my visit.

I was recommended this place by a couple of taxi drivers. The atmosphere is great and the space is very unique and traditional reminder for lunch, and there was a live music which was fantastic. I tried the Kalam Polo (authentic Shirazi dish) which was very flavourful a nice. I also had the sour beef kebab, which was a bit tough and dry. The price is very reasonable. If you want to have an authentic experience it’s a good place to try.

Usher couldn’t take a joke making it awkward. Salad images in the menu not scale compared to main course dishes making you think it’s larger than what they really are. Food quality acceptable. No live music when I went there but there is a stage for it.

Restaurant environment: It is beautiful in terms of traditional design, the space of the hall is very small and the tables are very close to each other and it is very difficult to move around. In this environment with a low ceiling and poor ventilation, hookah is also served, which creates a heavy atmosphere. The environment is very unsanitary. Next to the bathroom, there is a bread oven where hot bread is prepared. The bathroom is also extremely dirty and unsanitary. Staff: They try to add items to orders without the customer's knowledge. The behavior of the staff is very disrespectful, especially some of the salon owners and cashiers who speak to customers with vulgar words and sexual jokes and it is quite obvious that they are under the influence of drugs.

It was a nice experience overall. The food was pretty good, we had a local specialty called Dizi with bread. The bread was freshly made inside the restaurant, it was the best bread we had in Iran. Service was good, they were always around in case we needed help.

Brentin Restaurant is a restaurant with international, western, and Iranian cuisine that has been around for more than 20 years. However, it no longer has the same quality as before because the management has changed, as have the chefs, and the quality of the food has dropped significantly, and the prices have become very expensive.

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life in Shiraz. The grilled chicken steak looked like something out of a horror movie. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly, it would’ve been better to throw our money in the trash than spend it here. A complete nightmare that ruined our night. Avoid this place at all costs! If Google offers zero or minus points in rating I will go for it.

Food was quite a big portion, so yummy and appetizing. The service was very quick, polite and friendly. I really fely comfortable there. The only thing was the tables which were a bit sticky. Generally, a very nice experience if you like the taste of home-made food.

They missed to communicate our order to the kitchen, after 45 mins of waiting they got our order tracked and after an hour we got our order, they were unapologetic and rude about it too. The place itself is quite nice and cozy. Most elements resonate with shiraz itself. U can take lots of photos. The staff were friendly. The food was rather ordinary. Dont expect to have great Shirazi cuisines. The tea was teabag and was Aweful for such a place to offer.

We had mixed feelings when we had lunch. The place is cozy. The service is good. The serving staff were sweet. The food was nice. We sat in a kiosk type hut. The manager’s manners were not welcoming. I do not recommend this place for lunch. We came a long distance for a normal experience. But I heard there is music at dinner with a nice atmosphere.

Horrible service, waiters are rude and make mistakes in the orders. Food is mediocre and unappealing. Atmosphere is loud and over the top. Waiter refused to seat us in a more comfortable location. Do not recommend for tourists, Baghe Raz is a much better option. Even as I writing this they make a mistake in the takeaway order yet again and keep stating that they can't fulfill the order after it has been confirmed.

I visited the place on Friday for lunch. Lovely ambiance. All green and natural looking surroundings. Beautiful waterfall. Services are good and fast. Food is fabulous but bit expensive. The restaurant is far away from regular tourists attractions. Vegi´s please check the menu before visit, I couldn´t find any vegeterian food in the list. Over all good experience.

I had dinner here one night, and the experience was a mixture of positives and negatives. First, the atmosphere is very nice in a relatively small location, which seems to have been a house. The food was of decent quality. I had the dish called Qanbar polo, which was very tasty, and the portion was really large. However, the service needs a serious improvement and reconsideration by the owners. After sitting for over 10 minutes and having decided on the order, nobody approached me to take the actual order. I had to call one of the two girls. One of them came with a very dry, unwelcoming, and direct manner. The way that she spoke was as if she were being forced to be there. Later, I saw that the same girls who were taking orders were also cleaning the tables. When employees are burned with tasks of more than one position, their enthusiasm to continue the work dies, and it is reflected in how their treat the customers. Overall, I was very happy with the food, but I would probably not return as the .inner in which I was received was nowhere near the hospitality expected in a catering establishment!

Shah Cheragh Soofi restaurant is nicely atmosphered and the food menu design and choice is different and great. Koobide Kebab was delicious and the portion was enough. The cup of tea does not worth the price and was small and the taste of spice was a bit high. The behavior of the manager (Mr. Ghaani) was great and welcoming and he was so logical towards suggestions/objections.

Maybe the most famous restaurant in Shiraz but we have tried Kalam polo and Kabab lari which weren't what I was expecting. However as far as I know they serve the best Kalam polo in Shiraz. It's better to ask local people or servants suggestions. Don't miss their local traditional drinks.

People speak very little English. We were told the salad bar self service cost 10000 toman per person. The food looked pretty good, so we had the salad. But at time of bill, we were told that it cost 16000 toman per person because we did not order anything. They point to a rather confusing menu item to validate the charge. Also we were charged an extra 2500 toman (as a service charge for self-service?)

Doner kabab was amazing, great taste, good size, very tasteful and original. View overlooking afifabad is nice, cozy place, great for a quick bite to eat. Italian pizza is also available. Also try the hot sauce there if you're into spicy stuff

The building and the outer space has an incredible design, and done so by a world class architect. I spent much time admiring the incredible achievement of fusing modern design that felt as at once nostalgic of a nature dining experience so beloved by Iranians and the comfort of modernity. Very respectful and gracious waiting staff. The food was incredible and also reflected the fusion of originality with modernity. It has a really beautiful green space and you can enjoy eating food in an amazing garden. The food has a high quality but it's really overpriced. The staffs are professional and helpful and I think it's a good choice for a romantic appointment.

This resturant offers different kinds of food such as Iranian traditional cusine, Kababs, Italian pizza, etc. This garden is so beautiful and well-designed. The price of services are affordable.

Beautiful scenery to enjoy, but their food quality is not the best. Their brunches are absolutely disgusting with all the flies around their buffet tables and the fact that they don't clean tables after their customers leave.

If you look for all types of Persian cuisines here it is, It has very good collections of restaurant and all foods are fresh ,a very good quality of foods in a unique atmosphere and also you can have different type of foods and salads arranged in a beautiful dishes, very polite and helpful attendants.

Service was pretty good, a couple of waiters and the cashier spoke very good English. It was a bit confusing when I first stepped in the restaurant as no one greeted me until I grabbed someone. They have an English menu, and I supposed prices are the same as what locals pay. The waiter presented pictures of the dishes to me on an iPad, and it was pretty helpful. The food was decent, a few pieces of the lamb chops were slightly overcooked, but generally pretty tasty. Rice came with a small piece of butter, it was a really good addition to the dish. Overall, I’d say the food’s a bit dry as it was served without any sauces whatsoever, but it seems like they did it the traditional way, so nothing really to complain about either. It gets pricey if you opt for a “fancier” dish, but generally I think it’s quite decent, other basic kebab dishes were like 3 to 5 million riyals.

It's relatively a good restaurant in the historical centre of Shiraz, right at the entrance of the Vakil mosque. The menu consists of traditional Iranian dishes. The food is decent, though no exceptional. I had mushroom soup and barg kebab. The soup was tasteless, and I needed a lot of salt and pepper to add some flavour. The kebab was fine. The service is OK, but as is the case with many other restaurants I have visited in Shiraz, the attitude of the personnel is rather dry. They have live music on the lower floor. It's slightly overpriced as well.

Not good I'm afraid. I ordered 'Tah Chin (Chicken)' but it was just acceptable. They didn't have 'the local Dough' which is kinda weird, and there was no background music. Not recommended!

The ambiance was dull and uninviting, which further added to my overall dissatisfaction. I highly advise fellow tourists to avoid Sharze Restaurant during their visit to Shiraz. There are plenty of other dining options available that offer better quality food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's disheartening to see a place with such potential fall short in every aspect. Ordered steak and was hoping it looked like one of the review photos. It didn't, but it was still very good. Was a bit disappointed that the listed potato didn't come with the meal because they had run out. Still giving 5 stars because when the bill came I had a brain fade and did a mental calculation that I didn't have enough cash on me (I did, by 7 times over the amount of the bill). They were kind enough to trust me to go back to the hotel and return with enough cash. Given the upscale nature of the place, the dinner was actually very reasonably priced.

It has been a great discovery for us. The meal and drinks are very good and also the people that work’s on it is very kind and nice. If you are in Shiraz we really recommend this place to spend some of your time relaxing with good views.

Fantastic environment and design, great views on the Vakil mosque, perfect place to take a rest or have lunch. The food is delicious, with very reasonable prices and the service is very attentive, friendly, and speak good english. Hope they become a reference in Shiraz!

They are one or 1st modern cafes in Shiraz .. and this is the 2nd branch.. coffee is so good.. cakes and sweet menu is so good also.. big space and many chairs.. it’s able to set in or out .. Only note : they should keep toilet clean .. because it was horrible.. and no follow up .. definitely females suffering with this toilet!!

I love the cafe, vibes, and of course the coffee. If you want to try high quality tasty coffee in Shiraz, you should definitely go there. Pastry and food is good but not perfect. Overall, it's recommended.

The entrance of the cafe was strange and I didn't think it was a cafe behind the walls. When I entered the cafe, due to the old look of the cafe and the unprofessional paint on the ceiling and walls, I didn't expect good food at all, but the food was really good and healthy. I recommend quinoa salad especially for athletes and people who are on a diet. The quinoa salad was a rich source of protein and was really delicious. The chicken and pesto sandwich was also very delicious. I loved it.

The place is very small, it is mostly outside sitting. Staff is friendly, and the food is well made. Having said that, they really charge a lot considering that they dont have a nice atmosphere, but a mediocre one

I recommend you not to go there without a reservation specially at weekends, otherwise you have to waste a remarkable time for a table. We had a Greek salad and a panini, both were good with fresh ingredients, meanwhile I bothered a lot beacuse of the bad odor which was from the sewage entrance located just near our table as we were sitting outside the cafe (FYI Ferdowsi is a pavement café).

For me this is what Iran is all about. The quirky little tea shop in the middle of a bustling bazar. Small but uninhibited entrance leading to a gem of a place. It's cosy, so you probably only want to stop off for a quick tea and move on, not sure I would hang around for a full blown meal.
