i dream of these pastas very often, i would love to devour them again when I'm back. The creamy sauce is delicious and the ambience is great. There is also a wide variety of cakes. I really enjoyed the iced mocha as well.

The food is delicious, and their porridge is surprisingly tasty! 👍 The coffee — no doubt — is still my cup of coffee ☕️ Outstanding service! Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make the whole experience even better.

Absolutely loved everything here! From start to finish, every item we tried tasted amazing. The cozy environment adds a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay longer. The coffee, Easily the best in town! Rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection, it’s a must-try. The cakes are, Freaking good! Soft, moist, and full of flavor. You can tell they’re made with love. Definitely coming back! Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, top-notch coffee, and a chill atmosphere.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, it was busy and packed. We ordered two iced long blacks but ended up with iced snow blacks instead, likely due to a miscommunication. Decided to give it a try anyway. It had a creamy, salty foam on top which was interesting but not quite our thing. The matcha black sesame cake was also on the salty side. The coconut yam cake was quite nice, not too sweet. The pasta dishes on other tables looked delicious so might return to give those a go.

I decided to give this place another try after my first visit wasn’t very impressive, but unfortunately, the experience this time was still the same. The food was just average, the WiFi on the second level not working it’s too slow, the staff seemed inattentive as they even missed one of my orders. There were also ants on the table, which was uncomfortable, and the sandwich was served without any plates, which seemed odd 😬 Overall, still not a great experience.

Dropped by this cafe & ordered the sourdough with egg, absolutely delicious! The flavours were simple yet satisfying, & everything was cooked just right. I also had cups of white & black coffees, which were pretty good, though I felt the portion was a bit too small for the price. The taste was nice but leaned on the ordinary side, so it felt slightly overpriced. That said, the overall experience was still a good one!

Just loved this cozy little cafe. Was recommended by a friend and tried it to celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The food were delicious and the portion are quite big. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, oh my lord... It was really big and had to share it with my boy. The pastas were delicious. Mashed potatoes and the gravy were marvellous. Cheese burger was yummilicous. The staff were helpful and really friendly. Will definitely coming again to try other food on the menu.

we came early in the morning (10.30am i believe) and it was peaceful. ordered the creamy & egg yolk pasta, blt sandwhich, and the matcha latte. personally i do not enjoy matcha but my sis does and she was the one drinking it. she said it was good. the pasta and sandwhich, we shared. the sandwhich was okay, u could get better sandwhiches elsewhere tho… but the pasta… it was rly rly good. will definitely returning for the pasta. its flavourful but light. u could have it anytime of the day. the price is $$ but the meal is worth every penny.

One of the best cafes in Shah Alam. Its in section 13. However, it could be crowded and no seating if you come at the wrong time. We normally go there for bfast at 0800. Not really suitable if you are in bigger groups let say 7 or more. We always order the BLT...so juicy and yummy. Highly recommended.

I have come here few times. I like their sourdough menu. And really delicious. But i never tried pasta before. So yesterday i came to try their pasta. I was expecting more from here. But turn out i dont like it. Beef ragout was soooo sour. Terlebih tomato pure i think. I wanna cry because the price so expensive then i expect it will be delicious. I rate it 4/10. I only taste sour even the beef also tasteless haiyaaaa The other one is really good. But i still disappointed. Even their mocha drink also 6/10

Overall would give this place a 7/10, maybe 7.5 if im pushing it The classic cheeseburger was the best amongst the three dishes, burger was juicy and fries were pretty crunchy, one of the best I've had in a while Mushroom soup was soooo underwhelming to say the least! The black pepper & garlic taste is so prominent in the soup when its a mushroom soup, you barely taste any of the mushroon Beef bolognese was decent, the sauce and pasta is more on the classic sides of bolognese.

I ordered creamy bacon spaghetti , hot chocolate and a piece of s’mores soft cookie. I hope the spaghetti wasn’t too creamy, as there’s egg yolk on top to add to the creaminess. The hot chocolate was just to my liking, I could taste the bitterness of the chocolate. The environment and service was good. There was a sign outside asking customers to wait to be seated, but I stood there for less than 30 seconds when a staff came up to me, they’re quick on their feet. Would stop by more in the future.

Came for a quick lunch here. Ordered Aglio Olio which is something basic i think for pasta but for RM 30, surely you should make it better?? First time order aglio olio yg bland takde rasa apa. Pasta dia watery macam berkuah. Ade 2 ketul udang. Big portion pun tapi kalau takde rasa what for you guys charge for RM30 for this aglio olio. . Stress ya. Learn to cook properly bfr put it on your menu pls. People willingly to pay for food but a cafe should know how to cook well first. Surely not coming again for your pasta. Tiramisu pun soggy tak macam the first one i get bfr. Dissapointed gilaaaaaaa

It was my 2nd visit. The 1st time I came here, I instantly fell in love with their hot choc & I think it was in 2023 when I was still a student in UiTM shah alam. From that moment, I kept thinking about it & mind you I’m very picky when it comes to choc drinks 😂 Last Thursday, I came back to try their iced choc since it was scorching hot outside. I also ordered the Seriously Kaw chocolate cake (which I missed out on when they previously collabed with Mokky’s) & was so excited to see it available on their permanent menu. I also ordered their banana pudding. Overall, I’m super satisfied with everything I ordered. The iced choc is rich & creamy just exactly what I love 😍 The banana pudding is light & smooth. The chocolate cake has the perfect balance of sweetness & bitterness from the cocoa ganache. Love the ambiance too super calm & cozy. Definitely recommended! 💯 (Not a paid review btw 😅)

Raw mix of a chic-cafe & a bake-good shop, with an open-bakery style, unpretentious. The colors burst out once you see the bake-goods. I had a simple Egg Tart & a cup of hot Latte which by ths way, goes well!!! People there must have done their homework. This is one of the many cafes I actually wanted to go since the explosion of local cafe culture. I'll be sure go come back.

love the iced chocolate! better than butlers’. even the choc kaw cake was nice. pencinta coklat sila try. long black was good- on the fruity non acidic note. sandwiches & plain banana puding were just OK. nothing extravagant.

cafe's cute and cozy - perfect for a short meet up with ur friends and lovers 😆 all food and drinks are reasonably priced and not to mention they tasted so delicious 🤤 would definitely revisit this cafe again in the future. also, the cafe's kept clean all the time and there are enough sittings for customers during busy hours.

Went to do work here. Located in peaceful neighbourhood, you won’t be hearing any noise pollution from the street. Have plenty of parking space (went on weekend). Not really much of choice for pastry. Price is so so. The ambiance really gives you peace of mind. I would say the cashier a bit blur, not really welcoming, but the waitress make up for it. The table im seating covered with crumbs is not being cleaned despite less crowd in the cafe. Not sure if its for aesthetic purposes but the table is rusty. Hot latte (oat milk) taste nice but can improve on the microfoam & latte art.

Victoria Sandwich is good! Taufeefa not bad - perfect for taufufa lover. Basil and tomato pasta is nice and simple. Good portion Drinks size is a bit small for the price

18.04.2025 Friday 0750H my first time to this restaurant for breakfast. I saw people queuing at the front and ordering food. You can add side dishes as you like and it will be calculated at the cashier. Now I read back reviews and saw there were roti bakar, noodles, cucur udang but no idea about it when I was there because there was no menu available. So I got the nasi lemak with half hard boiled egg RM4.50, add sotong which they charged RM6.50, begedil RM2.50 and the cham ice RM2.90. Everything total at RM16.40. After I left I thought of the RM4.50 for the NL telur rebus, do I get only half or should it be the whole telur rebus for that price? 🤔. Anyway the rice was flavorful with santan. Sotong was too soft, I believe they soaked it too long. The sambal for the rice was slightly spicy and salty too. Cham was just alright. The environment is quite comfortable, alot of seating but it can be a bit stuffy inside so I sat outside.

Food is really nice. The fried chicken is well infused with salivating spices. The sambal is also really nice. However, the manpower is not great. The workers aren’t that friendly. Feels like they are being forced to do their work. Something they can improve on. Lastly, they really need to been to improve their water ordering system. We order a drink at the counter then a server comes to deliver it. And pity that server because none of the tables at this shop have numbers so the server has to come ask each table which the purchased drink. Nevertheless, will definitely come here again because food is so yummy!

A true Nasi Lemak, cooked to the perfection. Serve in a big portion too. Harga mahal memang kena lah dgn rasa dan portionnya yg banyak. If this is your first time in Malaysia and you want to taste this malaysian local cuisine, I recommend you this place.

Came over with my friends. 1. Bad service. Rude staff. Couldnt be bothered with customers. The restaurant only had 6 customers the service was still at a snail's pace. They were playing with their phones. 2. Take a look at the prawns, not fresh at all. 3. The price is so not worth it might as well hit up the lobster nasi lemak rather than this junk. Never done this on a review but I highly do not recommend this place.

Quite a cosy place for a quick breakfast, brunch or mid morning break. I've never been here for other meal times, so cannot comment for other times. Kuih-kuih are quite nice for breakfast. They should have number stands for beverage orders at the cashier so as not to be mixed-up for beverage orders.

Nasi lemak taste its good and delicious, the nasi have flavour of coconut, anchovies is crispy,nut so crunchy and lastly the spice or the sauce is very balance ,not so spicy and not too sweet . Very recommended for breakfast will repeat again

We had our breakfast. Menu selection limited to nasi lemak, roti bakar and cucur udang. However food quality is good. Nasi feels a bit heavy and starchy.. easy too get full. Recommend their ayam goreng - flavourful and crispy. Cucur udang also nice however kuah kacang not to my liking.. it needs more oil and kacang. Paru sambal like many other restaurant, crispy and with hint of “burn”, not to my liking. Overall still a decent restaurant and satisfied.

I personally felt that the chicken and prawns were fresh, the soup was slightly on the sweet side with a rich prawn flavor. Just here for a short tea break. It's near to closing time and the counter worker is serving with a lazy attitude. Many foods are not available at this hour so I couldn't complaint. But the signature TK1+1 drink here is really super sweet that I felt it's diabetes-inducing level. The Hainan toast is generous in kaya and butter and toasted to perfection I must say. So 2 are the extreme cases here. Moderation of good food quality is crucial in ensuring the survival of such chain stores in Malaysia.

Always need to queue for empty table, but their service is quick and efficient so the queue line also moves very fast as long as the guest are considerate and leave directly after finish eating. All the food that we tried tasted ok. Drinks also all good. Tried the signature 1+1 and cham. Tables are clean, they have also washing hands station and toilet inside. Parking is just ok, not that hard to find spot during weekend. Recommended place for quick breakfast or brunch

Suggest the cashier counter have a screen in order for customer to review & check order. Normally finish order, cashier will just told us the total amount need to pay, we also based on what they say to pay first, once paid then only will provide the tax invoice/receipt to us, at that point, any wrongly order cannot cancel anymore, like I request for small size of drink, instead they have ordered large size.

The most terrible pan mee I ever eat.. It's call cili pan mee.. The cili oil no taste no fragrance.. Mince meat.. Yuk sui.. Never fried it.. Meat like blender like a powder. N the slice of the mushroom.. Sour taste.. So disappointed.. My early breakfast meal spoiled by this bowl of pan mee.... Chinese food.. Cook by a chef tat don't know what it's call Chinese taste

Foods great, but being a kopitiam it’s quite loud and sometimes the cashier can’t hear orders correctly. Orders Kuew Teow without cockles but gives cockles anyways. Orders 3 popiah and 1 curry puff ended up giving me 3 curry puffs and 1 popiah. It was near closing time no way you can’t hear me correctly the 2nd time!!!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday here, and honestly this place was the right pick. The café has such nice decoration and the ambience is super cosy, my wife kept saying how much she loved it. Even though the place was quite packed, the staff still helped us take a photo, which made the moment even more special for us. Really thankful I chose this spot for her birthday. For sure we’ll come again next time.

ordered their mixed herbs pasta but what i got was oily tasteless pasta. burnt cheese cake and drink were good though. staffs were nice and the ambiance was very cold and cozy.

30 minutes waiting time for the pizza that we ordered. Pizza toppings burnt and the dough hard like cookie. The food portion quite small for their price, not worth. Staff not friendly and unprofessional.

This is a long established eatery famed for their char siew as their shop name suggests. The parking here can be limited and the traffic can be hectic during lunch hours so do come prepared. The place itself is a no nonsense eatery with no decor whatsoever and they offer both indoor and outdoor seatings. If you ask me, I think the shop could use some refurbishment after so many years to make it neater looking and providing more comfortable dine in. Jumping into the food I got their signature char siew with roasted chicken and a plate of wan tan noodles with their sausage. This time around, I was given the leaner cut of char siew that turned out to be abit chewy sadly. Nonetheless, the heavily glazed char siew came with a nice smoky aroma that blends perfectly with the sweet and savory marination. The char siew also came with a beautiful char and caramelisation. On the other hand, the roasted chicken and sausage were average in taste in my opinion. They didn't impress me but they did add a nice variety to your choices of meat. The wantan noodles was decent enough. The noodles retained its springiness and the sauce was not overpowering. In contrast, the soup given was very flavorful and it can be a little salty for people with lighter palate. Overall there is no doubt that the char siew here is one of the better tasting ones in the valley but the other offerings are only average.

Good food specialise in roast pork. Too bad I got my char siew today too lean and dry. But I'm impressed with the tasty wonton noodle tho.

The char siew was really good! Lucky we were there early and managed to get 2-3 tables for 15 of us! They helped us combined the tables and took our orders patiently… This looks like a popular place as the lunch crowd kept streaming in. Although it’s posted “Cash Only”, we found out we can pay TnG at the payment counter. Parking here is difficult, esp during the peak lunch hours.

1st time visit and their 玻璃叉烧super nice. We tried their roasted chicken, roasted minced meat intestine and 豆牙 with a medium size of wan Tan noodles. I have nothing to complain. Will return to this shop again if I happen to be around this area. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Food was delicious..specially the Charsiew...BBQ pork...yummyyy...melt in your mouth...👍🏻.. Cash only..which is abit ridiculous the cashier.. if do Ewallet scan..she still say not cash.... Besides the weird cashier..the lady fo ordering food was pretty nice lady..workers abit rough..not gentle..maybe not well train.. But the Food was delicious..can go try try..

15/7/25 Haven't been back in a long while. No longer so impressed. Had forgotten that their Wantan Mee is swimming in gravy, everything was ok. 2024 Omg . we love this place. Surprisingly soo cheap. Love the char Siu which is 90% lean and tasty....on the sweet side. Do order the noodles in L size, sometimes S comes in a really tiny portion, not sure why 😕 Update : 9/4/24 Decided to test out the Rm5 chicken rice. This must be the cheapest I've ever had!! The chicken wings served were delicious...not too dry, but definitely well cooked, tastes deep fried with a thin crisp skin, has an oil soy based gravy to add to your plate of rice, no cucumber so if you need veg...time to addon a plate of tauge, it's just shockingly good value. The large crowd starts to thin after 1pm so the harassed crew get some relax time and actually are rather nice. BUT if you come at peak time, you'll understand why tempers can flare- orders on top of orders, no tables, even though you get served pretty fast. Unfortunately, the wonderful char Siu has sold out by 1pm, so just order the blood sausage, chicken, wantan mee and tauge ( I normally really dislike that unclean, too earthy taste of blood sausage but was shocked that even eaten cold, it tastes like Bak kwa! ) May update: still the favourite wantan mee with char Siu! But kena parking Saman 😭 28/10/24 prices up by 50 sen.? Still the fav "bouncy with bite" noodle, though a little too sweet today and no fried wantan.

Ordered the wantan mee with charsiew, and utterly disappointed.... The charsiew is lean... Like lean until it's hard to chew type.... Noodle is not bad, the wantan is well normal I tried to take away some charsiew for family to try, attempt to see if it will be different, then got informed they sell in a set... A strip of charsiew and one 烧肠(sausage) as a set for rm39, I ordered one set, though the charsiew looks much better for this take away

Went there yesterday 10/11/2024 to had my brunch. Was shocked the price for Nasi campur are very pricey i think ? Nasi, kuah, ayam & little bit of vege cost RM18.50? Very expensive for per person meal.Food taste not very tasty, Just got variation food here.The store was crowded that time. I do feel uncomfortable to dine in here. Need to take food by urself include soto , and long que to pay. Not gonna repeat

I recently visited this restaurant, and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. I dined alone, and my meal came to RM21, which felt quite expensive for what I got. While the RM10 for the stingray bakar was reasonable, the real shocker was the price for a simple scoop of vegetables and rice worth RM7.80! Seriously? The food itself was mediocre at best. The stingray was not as fresh as I would expect, and overall, the taste just didn’t impress. Service was another letdown. I stood at the counter waiting for the cashier to ring me up, but she continued chatting, completely ignoring my presence. I even confronted her about the high price, and she confirmed it without much explanation. Sadly, I wont be returning.

Aduhai very disappointed lah with this kedai. Abang yg jaga soto pun kerek nak mampus, i literally stand infront of the soto stall but they just ignore me there. I panggil2 pun buat tak tahu, once one of them dtg terus letak all the things laju2 macam rushing tak tahu pergi mana😌. Not even smiling lol. Talking about the price, ugh so pricey, how can you charge tax for each food? Bukan kah tax only for services? Should i make a report due to this issue?

08.09.2024 Sunday I came here with my friends after a nearby run. My first time here. My meal with drink come up to RM13.05. Slight expensive for me. Place was packed. Alot of people talking. I think the restaurant doesn't need the singing to add on the noise. Food taste wise was alright. Pandan chicken wasn't that flavorful and bit dry. The egg was nice. Sambal was good. Milo ice doesn't have enough Milo powder because once the ice starts melting, the whole drink tastes bland. But chaos on the paying part. They have a staff going around tables to ask if we had paid.

Went here today for lunch. Take away nasi putih(half),ayam goreng and sup sayur for rm 20. Very pricey for tasteless food. Not recommended

Food was delicious. But the price is above the expectations. I took 4 small slices beef. 3 small cuts chicken (not 1/4 size) and half spoon kerabu. It’s RM20. Did not expect that lesson learn do not simply take. It’s batter if the owner could tag each price at any board somewhere so that I can take without having to worry. Will i go back ?? Maybe

Selection of food & taste are good, but we still cobsider it to be pricey. Restaurants like this should display prices (range of prices) of each dish too - be transparent. And more air cooler pls 👍

Sorry to say, the food I ordered was disappointing. Mee Rebus Johor was tasteless & watery (I had a video to show but unfortunately can't upload here). Laksa Johor had the "fishy" smell & watery too. Price was on the high side, service was slow. I had to wait for 10mins just to get the drinks that I ordered. Concept of the store was to put the onus entirely on the customer...had to queue at counter to order, menu only available at the counter, pay first & then wait for the food. Luckily I don't need to collect the food myself. Will certainly be the only time, sorry no revisit.

27.05.2025 Tuesday 850am, my first time here. I read reviews before coming here. Read that menu will be at the counter where you place orders. Some other customers reviewed and gave suggestions to have individual menus available rather than holding up the queue while deciding what to eat. But they still don't have a separate menu available. I had the nasi lemak Ayam Rendang and white coffee. Everything was RM14. They accepted QR, CC and cash. The ayam rendang was tender, juicy but lacking flavors, could be better. Rice was alright, hot and fragrant with coconut. The sambal was good, spicy with bit of kick. White coffee the first sip I can taste the coffee bitterness. It was a yummy coffee. I was attended by Ameer at the cashier. He explained to me about the cafe when I asked a few questions about it. He was nice and friendly. Yes I will come back again to try other food.

I had nasi lemak with sotong while my Mum had lontong. Price is fairly reasonable and food is warm and nice. The staff paid attention to my order as my mum did not want any chilly for her lontong. Had to que at the counter to order and pay and that took some time as the customers who had que before me couldnt decide on their meal!. Suggestion: to place order list on each table for customers to make their orders and then que to submit their order and pay.

A friend of mine brought me. Nasi lemak is good. Sambal is sweet with anchovies. Cakoi also fluffy and good. Nasi lemak with fried chicken - RM 9.50 Cakoi - RM 1 / 4 piece Please do bring cash. They only accept cash transaction. If you dont have much, there are Bank Islam ATM behind the store. On Saturday, there are small morning market by the end of road. Just around the corner.

So we went for breakfast hunting here in Shah Alam. The sambal nasi lemak is too sweet! No anchovies, so i would just give 1/5 Roti sarang burung is OK but mine is a bit burnt, anyway still acceptable so 3/5 Parking area is horrible. 20 mins to get the parking. Overall 2/5. Will I come again? NO.

Went there for breakfast. Looks a bit run down from outside but quite clean. See my photos & videos to get a better feel. Quite a lot of people eating here. Tried the nasi lemak ayam goreng. It’s not the best i had, but ok. The chicken was freshly fried, nice & crispy. Tried the kuih chakoy. It was freshly fried. It was soo goodd. Crunchy outside, soft inside & warm. Plus dipped in the sauce, yumms! Must try it when its freshly fried. The staff here is also friendly & helpful. Good vibes.

Those who like Nasi Lemak with sugar should opt this place. Nice flavour but too sweet...as sweet as nasi lemak CIAST. sweeter than typical kelantanese nasi lomak. Their Bakso was good tho...

Good place to get Cakoi for breakfast. The waiter is very efficient and fast. The price for Nasi Lemak a bit high and the taste of the rice not that good. But the Sambal is great.

"Nasi lemak sini lagi sedap daripada nasi lemak wanjo," said my wife. Went there today. Cakoinya agak gosong. Usually fluffy. Maybe just not today. Roti telur mantap, roti kosong is a little bit... Not sure how to describe it. For today's meal, I have to deduct 1 star due to inconsistency.

Prawn noodles broth is flavourful, comes with good size of prawns served too. Char Kway Teow with wok hei taste, not too dry - to my liking 👍🏻, served with few pieces of prawns with good size unlike some places with just 1-2 pcs of small ones.

Rode here to eat before finishing the ride. The prawn mee was good, the broth was tasteful and flavorful that I didn't need to add sambal for better taste. Ordered the special that came with pork ribs. The ribs tasted like hard boiled, no marination and tasteless. I reckon not worth the extra premium. Other ingredients also tasted not fresh, like had been precooked for long or overnight from fridge including the fried shallot. If fresh ingredients it could have been a perfect bowl since it's broth was good. Also a normal bowl should be more than enough. The special bowl RM 15 was really big, I struggled to finish lol.

Ordered the signature prawn mee and while the food presentation was quite good as the ingredients give a nice contrast of colors, but the taste of the prawn mee was disappointingly rather bland. The secret to a good prawn mee is the rich broth that has been boiled for hours with lots of prawn shell. Here, this is obviously not the case as the soup is rather tasteless although you do get 3 medium sized prawns and a few pork slices. Overall it is a letdown.

Breakfast on a weekday and no crowd. We ordered the fried noodles, prawn noodles and chicken noodles and I'd recommend everything except the chicken noodles. The foreign wait staff could not understand my request for cutlery but the owner-chef came bustling out to help very quickly and we very much appreciated the prompt response. I also found my glass of Milo too bland, the owner explained that a lot of his customers were senior citizens. So he stiffened it up for me 🤣

I was told this place serve the best Prawn Mee in Kota Kemuning area but I didn't try out. Order a few dishes for breakfast and it is up to our expectations. Look forward to come again to try out the Prawn Mee.

Quality has deteriorated very much, run by mostly foreigners, prawn noodles is very spicy which shouldn't be the case. CKT is also not up to the standard. Plus point, very generous with the topping. Will delete this outlet from my list..

Biarlah real AKA Ali, Mutual & Ah Hock @Oasis Damansara offer very tasty Nasi Goreng Kampung with a lot of "wok hei " and generous amount of chili and chicken slices , ikan bilis, egg and kangkung. One of the best Nasi Goreng Kampung in Ara Damansara. Nasi lemak with Ayam rempah L showed drumstick was good. Never forget their Kopi- C was really Kaw. The eatery furniture layout was liked our school canteen set up , which was pretty cool 😎 . Good decent local delicacy with fair price with healthy portion served. Fast service and friendly staffs. Will definitely come back for their most ordered Nasi Goreng Kampung 😋😘

First time and came specially because of a chanced FB advertisement of the RM6.80 Nasi Lemak Merdeka promotion and it was excellent value. Taste was good, maybe less cucumber pieces 😆than regular but still got a whole tasty fried Chicken Maryland berempah!😋😋😋. Sambal was on the sweeter side and a little spicy for my tastebud but still delicious. Rice was sufficiently nice.

Dropped by for a quick lunch, but the experience was underwhelming. The food was average and not worth the money, and the hot water was served in a mug that had visible stain, likely from a previous drink??? Cleanliness and attention to detail could definitely be improved.

Waited for 20mins for drink to reach my table. The drink no longger taste right than only received roti 40mins, that only after i told the supervisor. The staff only prepare for Garb food, didnt bother the existing customer waited for food and drinks.

The nasi lemak here doesn’t taste or look the same anymore. The chicken skin is so hard, and the meat is dry. The rice is overly soft. apparently, they changed their chef, which makes sense. But their kopi ice still tastes good.

If you want just a simple place to quench your thirst and shade from the afternoon heat, head to this Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock. It’s rather quiet in a Sunday- just nice for catch up with friends. Food & drink are good too.

Ordered the Mediterranean chicken bowl and asked if the ingredients of egg + yoghurt can be substituted to another due to preference (as my elderly mom doesn’t take this combination and texture of such egg). Was explained that this is not possible as without the egg + yoghurt the rice bowl would be too dry which I completely understood but was greeted with a very unexpected reaction when I tried to clarify my intentions. The man who I believed is the owner of the shop shook his head and sighed at my request as a customer. Isn’t customer entitled to such requests or clarification, due to perhaps dietary restrictions or whatsoever reason? This is so uncalled for but we decided to go ahead and had some food since we were already there, which was a decision we regretted most because the food was nothing short of a waste of money. Had the smoked salmon carbonara which was tasteless, rice bowl was bland and mushroom soup was salty and had this strong milk smell to it. Overall, bad service and unprofessional customer service coupled with sub-par food, I would never go back to this place and would never recommend anyone to visit too. P/s we were there for early dinner at 530pm and the place was empty. Update: yes, there was an event (children birthday celebration) as I recalled. So looks like in the future we should avoid this place whenever there is an event since the owner related the comment to the event. Good service and atmosphere. BUT the food need huge improvement, I think this is the worst nasi lemak in my life (bad sambal, overfried anchovies, nuts and chicken that taste bitter). The nasi goreng petai also have bad oil flavour. Big disappointment.

I walked in with my small kids during lunch time and the place was empty.. although the menu is mostly western dishes we tried their pork noodles. I added noodles to share with my kids.. so portion was pretty good.. the pork noodle comes with a pot of tea. Service was slightly slow even though we were the only ones there. Atmosphere was quiet and the tables were clean.

Glad to see that they have reopened closer to my place! The food's good and it's cozy. Not as many people here, perhaps because of the location compared to their old one in TTDI. Loved the food and drinks here but I think they sent me the wrong drink. I ordered a Blue Latte and was told it has no coffee but was given this brownish drink, which tasted like coffee. Thank god it tasted good but hopefully they'd be more careful with the orders next time.

Noticed a couple of decent to below average reviews. Will only rate based on what I ate here. Ordered a iced black and a bowl of pork noodles (this is a relatively new addition) Coffee was alright but the pork noodles were such a pleasant surprise. Very generous in portion and broth was hearty and meaty. I would travel here again just for this bowl of porkylicious goodness.

Apparently they just relocated and reopened two weeks ago. Great little place to chill and work or hang out with friends. Food and drinks were really fresh and healthy with some unique dishes. Tater totes are on point and the cauliflower rice is a must-try. Reasonable prices for cafe food in the area. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't too busy and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!

This cafe had been around for quite a few years. Food taste great, had ordered cubano foccacia sandwich, thai ribeye cauliflower rice and brocolli soup, all taste great. But for price consider expensive. Atmosphere is jus average, nothing special, very dark, have mosquitoes.

22.05.2025 Thursday 830am. My first time in this branch. I visited Subang Jaya branch before. Today I had the nasi lemak with ayam Masak Merah. While the rice came to us hot and quite fragrant with coconut, the sambal was more sweet than spicy. The chicken was tender and tasted nice. This plate cost RM12.90. Cucur Udang took more time to be ready. I have to ask for it. Cucur Udang was chopped into small bits and frankly there weren't many prawns on it. Kuah Kacang was watery and lacked peanut taste. So the cucur Udang was chopped up like that, I wondered how many actual pieces of cucur Udang were given with the price of RM9.50? Okay. About their staff. Payment at the cashier was served by this girl that has no expression whatsoever. No greetings no thank you, nothing. So the total bill was RM22.40 + 6% SST + rounding up = RM23.75.

A must visit for kueh lovers if you are passing by or in Shah Alam. Great environment with wide variety of kueh and food selections. This is my 1st time come to this branch. Usually went to Kueh Subang Jaya. Everything was okay, foods and beverages taste good. I like the nasi lemak the most! While enjoying the meal, I get sweating bcoz of the air a little bit hot maybe bcoz my table located nearby the kitchen.

It was crowded during the weekend. The kuih muih sold out fast. They serve traditional snack and local food. There are plenty of choices of kuih muih to choose from. The service is fast.

Prepare to wait 45 minutes for Nasi impit with literally 5/6 nasi impit (timun/bawang sold separately apparently). I don’t mind the wait tooo much, but bruh why would I ever come back here if this is what they serve me. Service was decent, but couldn’t save the terrible experience.

Came at 130pm after the long weekend holidays and place still crowded. Choice of. Kuih not much given after the long PH holidays so understandable. Kuih is on par CUCUR JAWA very oily. And laksa Utara wen served came to a very pungent smell indication fish is not so fresh. However place is cooling and with nice seating. Food quality is bad. Ordered Nasi goreng which costs RM 18.90. Fried rice were bland clump together, chicken and prawns were not fresh, the keropok sides were soggy. Nothing right is right with that plate of nasi goreng. Yet I was charged with RM18.90, which I could get at least two plates from any mamak which taste so much better. Whats the point of charging customer high price by putting expensive ingredients if they dont even know how to make a proper fried rice.

Love the retro environment here! Feels like i travelled back in time, its giving 90s. Very cozy, with cool vintage posters on the wall and even vintage bikes. But also, i just have the mention the food! Surprisingly, so flavourful and the portion is huge. With the affordable price point, such a steal and i’m definitely returning.

Well hidden gem in Shah Alam. Come here if you like gorgeous milkshakes and good burgers and other good western food. During lunch time the restaurant can be a bit empty and the fact that there is no background music is a bit odd. But in the end all this doesn't matter because the food is really good - and that's what's important. Service is friendly but could be a bit more attentive sometimes. Overall good and nice, I will come here more often.

I came here twice for their Mee Bandung Muar! This dish is so sedap (delicious), I can guarantee you. The atmosphere in this Cafe is like a Hard Rock Cafe style, with a lot of posters up to the ceiling, and beautiful washroom. Got a large mirror inside this cafe. I did try their Mac and Cheese, taste just ok, not achieve my expectations.

The food is nice !! 10/10 for the ambient but you guys should try the Nasi Goreng Kampung .. So good and the price is reasonable The staff were so nice and they also serve cucur udanf/keropok lekor first!! Recommended for families 💗💗

It's a beautiful restaurant with amazing decorations, best services, good staff, menu including western & malay cuisine, delicious, affordable and most importantly, halal. At upper level they got chic private area for any functions or celebrations. Very recommended. Muslim restaurant.

The food was really good and definitely worth the price. The pasta was creamy and flavorful, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the curry rice had that nice comfort food taste with soft potatoes and veggies. Drinks were refreshing too. Atmosphere was okay, just a little bit of a fly flying around, but not too bad. The deco was nice, cozy and makes the place feel welcoming. Overall, a good spot to enjoy a satisfying meal.

Food is great! My family love it. Just that my grilled chicken portion is relatively small if compared it with my wife's Hainanese Chicken. We were a bit unfortunate that there was a big gathering from a group of youngsters. Very noisy and hardly we can heard my wife or daughter conversation.

This is a cosy cafe. Good ambiance. Polite staff. More like suitable for people with kids. They provide good food as from my experience. A bit pricey but worth trying. Only need to improve on the hot drinks. My hot coconut mocha doesn't look right & at the correct temperature. But anyway i gave you guys 4 stars for the food & cafe atmosphere. Keep it up!

Nice quiet environment on a Sunday night. Pleasant Jazz music piping. Servers were quick and attentive. Almost zero wait time for food and drinks. They even have a small play area for kids. Some items were out of stock at the time,anything that had chilly in them. The chicken chop was great. The rest was ok. In terms of coffee I found it a bit odd it came mixed with sugar syrup at the bottom. Should give this option or serve it on the side. The drinks did come on the sweet side. Kids menu was cute. Good place for family to visit or friends to have a chat.

Cafe looks nice with their creative deco for kids and looks very "instagramable". This cafe was not a cosy place for who want to enjoy their meal in calm n chill, bcoz it was a kids friendly cafe. Kids, for sure will make noise while playing eventho the play-section was located at the end-corner in the cafe. Food and beverage taste just so-so. Price a little bit pricey. Our coconut mocha and peach tea taste too sweet. We've tried their American Big breakfast, portion not so big compared to the price. Staff was very helpful and always smile:) Good!

I am referring to the event room. Room is old, has musty smell and the sound system is not good. There is a breaking sound and background noises when playing music or video. The sound of projector is even better than it. What disappoint me is the breakfast quality. Taste of the kopi o - not fragrant at all and not hot enough. The sandwich is plain mayo and vege. Whole sandwich maybe got a little chunk of chicken, but totally tasteless. Maybe it is chicken that has been boiled in soup and used back in sandwich. Early morning when I asked the young lady in charge of the event room on how to roll down the projector screen, she is totally clueless. And when she asked the superior, she was scolded on the spot. The superior didnt even care if I am there to scold the staff. I am sorry to say this - but if the mgmt is bad, I dont think I can expect good quality of service. And a malay technical team guy - dont know his name. He was so arrogant and rude. On Day 2 of my event, I asked him to help me adjust the sound system because I do not know which button to twist. I told him I dont dare to twist anything. And he replied me "oh, u mmg tak boleh sentuh ini. Kalau u sentuh, kita kena charge.". Then I told him - yah, that's why i tak sentuh. Then he proceed of using accusational tone as if I have touched it - he said "semalam ok je. I dah set elok, perfect dah". And all the while he was saying this, he has such an arrogant look. I am using orchid room on 9-10 Sept 2025. You may trace back. Please train your staff properly. You are a hospitality industry. Service is crucial.

The hotel was in a good location, facing the majestic blue mosque and the room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay at first. However, the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, and I eventually had to change rooms due to water leaking from the ceiling. While the breakfast offered a decent variety of food, the taste was quite disappointing and could be improved. Overall, the stay was just average — great potential, but the maintenance and food quality need attention.

stayed at Concorde Shah Alam and really love the view of Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, especially at night it’s beautiful. the room was comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable too. guests can also enjoy the swimming pool for free. overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay!

check in very late at 12 midnight and the staff did not bother to explain how car park things work. was charged rm48 and we went to the lobby and ask them about the parking and refund but they said it is 100% my fault because i did not read the notice they put everywhere (lobby, car park, room) what do you expect from a person who check in very late and coming just to sleep 😂? to actually read and look the not so big notice in the middle of night? please let your staff know how to explain to customers, and please improve this system. and yeah the receptionist actually ask for my plate number while check in and thats it. dont even bother to explain anything and me with a very sleepyhead thinks thats all i need to know and now i need to pay rm48 for a parking lol

First impression of the hotel was good as it looked like it's KL branch and was walking distance to a shopping mall. Upon arriving the front office to check in, we were asked for our nrics. The staff by the name of 'Mogan' is far from inviting. Not only did he not smile, he spoken with one word answers. 4 of 5 of our party were there this he could not check in all. He did 4 first and was fiddling for things. Then the 4th in our party arrived. I noticed the 4 rooms done with check in and asked if he could pass them as my CEO was waiting. Only then did he pass the other key cards. Once on my floor, I approached my room. Did not have a good feeling but continued in. Went to shower, just as I was finishing, my door bell rang. My colleague had her door bell rang at 2am and 6am. During the 2am episode, she woke up and there was a man at the door. She called security and there was no followup there after. Texted the PR person and it is useless. She never got back to me. Would not pay even RM100 to stay there again. Update 14/11: PR Haliza text me this morning and without any greeting whatsoever, she ask me something about guest which she then deleted.

It's rare to get good service across all departments but here is where you're felt welcomed. Food is also delicious with good price. There are also many shops across the road. View of the mosque is superb one can hear the adzan.

Didnt stay in but went there for buffet at Restaurant name Melting Pot, the price doesn’t fit the value of the food served. The beef stew is overly cooked, too hard to bite. The sushi rice is hard and tasted like not cooked or overnight and roasted chicken is a bit dry.

Firstly the FNB Manager Mr Najib and his crew were very helpful, cheerful and efficient in serving us and the other guest. He was always friendly and always attentive and professional towards all of the guests. I hope his efforts are recognised and that he prospers in this industry thank you again Mr Najib and crew! Another shout out to Mr Lum the front desk staff, he too has been there at the hotel for a long time and he always makes the effort to talk to us everyday we're there. He's warm and genuine greetings are so fresh to see and am so happy with my stay here at Mardhiyyah, it would definitely not be my last time here.

After a long layover with Malaysian Airlines and spending nearly three hours at the airport, I finally arrived at Mardhiyyah Hotel. REENA — what a superstar! She was incredibly efficient and smart, managing check-ins for over 200 passengers with ease. Kudos also to the rest of the team assisting her with passport scanning — great teamwork! Reena, you’re truly an asset to this hotel. And to my pleasant surprise, I even got authentic Indian tea here — it was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Mardhiyyah Hotel and team, for your warm hospitality and excellent service.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade with no extra charge. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — definitely enhanced our stay. Really appreciate the kind gesture from the hotel staff. Great service and hospitality. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast was one of the highlights. There was such a wide variety to choose from was absolutely delicious. I also really appreciated the vintage-style room, which gave off lovely old English vibes with its traditional wooden design. It’s a great choice if you enjoy a charming, classic atmosphere. A special thank you to Ms. Rain for the warm and welcoming service upon check-in, as well as to all the parking guards on both the day and night shifts. Their friendly presence made the stay feel even more comfortable and secure. Overall, the entire atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

Overall comfortable stay and great location, but each time I have stayed the cleanliness of the rooms has been lacking. The bedsheets and even the replacement ones I asked for had a few spots on them. In my last stay there were dried blood stains next to the bathroom sink. The hotel overall is a bit run down. Even though the beds are quite comfortable the lacking hygiene standards have made me reconsider staying here again. Definitely not five star quality.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel itself was nice, but the lift situation was a nightmare. The lifts were incredibly slow; if you’re heading to your room to use the toilet, you might want to use the one in the lobby first, or you risk an unfortunate accident. My family and I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to go down during checkout, and one of the lifts malfunctioned multiple times while we were inside. I understand it was rush hour, but this issue persisted even during non-peak hours, like early morning. The hotel has 4 lifts, but all of them are slow. Besides the lifts, the noise level at night was another issue. The area around the hotel becomes very noisy after midnight with “mat rempit” racing on the road right in front of the hotel. The constant motorcycle noise made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. The soundproofing in the room (room 512) was terrible since we could hear noise from the street. Very bad for elderly people or families with small kids. The “mat rempit” noise always starts at 12 am and goes on until 4 am EVERY DAY. In summary, while the hotel has its good points, the lift problems and nighttime noise made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

My first experience staying at Mardhiyyah Hotel was with a friend for their UITM convocation. It was a pleasant stay, beginning with a warm welcome from the receptionists, Miss Rain and Mr. Shahrul. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. The valet team also deserves praise for being quick and reliable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of food choices. Resort style hotel. Divided by 4 square building blocks. There are conventional hall, Restaurants, a bakery bar, and a whiskey bar. Good service staff. Scheduled shuttle vans. Room services. Laundry services. little bit far from the city.

Overall stay was satisfactory. Nice resort with scenic greenery away from the city. Stayed in Executive Deluxe room (3107) on 2 Aug 2025. The room was comfortable and looks welcoming. However, the bathtub is peeling and cracking. While the entire bathroom looks refurbished, the condition of the bathtub doesn’t look presentable. I highlighted this condition to the Reception staff but she told me send the photos to the manager on WhatsApp. I did so but the message is still unread at the time of this review. I also provided this feedback in response to the feedback query email received from the hotel. There is no acknowledgement reply from the hotel on this as of today. Breakfast at Charcoal - seems to be under-staffed. Unlike other hotels we have been to, no servers asked us if we would like to have coffee (cappuccino etc) or tea. Lunch & Dinner at Chinese restaurant- amazing service with delectable food. Personalized and warm service from manager Mr Jeffrey Wong.

My husband came here for a work conference. So my 3y old son joined. We arrived on a Sunday. The buffet breakfast was impressive. The pool has a good kids section with a slide. They had 2 kids bicycles out. Which was very handy as they don’t have much else for kids. But unfortunately they only leave the bikes out on weekend. Which in my opinion is very poor service. The restaurants are very expensive and the food was not great. I ordered the duck that came out extremely dry and tough.

The hotel was good, with a wonderful garden and golf course. The room was comfortable but quite dark inside, and the dark furniture made it feel even dimmer. The staff were helpful when we spoke to them, but otherwise there was little interaction — no smiles, greetings, or “good mornings.” The food was good. Our flight was early in the morning at 4:30 a.m. We informed the reception the evening before about our departure and expected assistance with our luggage being taken from the room to the taxi we had booked. We had four bags, but unfortunately, no one came to help, and no staff were available. It was very disappointing.

Lunch was interestingly presented ...food was great! Waiters were warm and efficient! Place was clean n comfortable! Thank you! Could improve on the sound system though...maybe the speakers need servicing!

This is a very good Malay cuisine for those who enjoys Malay food it is great. Service is great they provide recommendations and service was acceptable not so quick and not so slow. We ordered a lot for 4 packs we ordered the set. Had 5 rice couldn’t finish portion is enough for everyone. Would come back to enjoy more with family and friends

Dapor Che Lah in Shah Alam is a must-visit for those seeking authentic Malay culinary excellence. Had a really nice meal here! I tried the kari, ayam goreng kunyit, sup ayam, and some ulam-ulam — everything was tasty and freshly prepared. The flavors were just right and the atmosphere was comfortable. Definitely a great spot for a good local meal!

The food tastes just like home. Real kampung style. The siput sedut masak lemak is rich, creamy and full of flavour, while the asam pedas daging is perfectly spicy and super satisfying. Portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. A great spot for anyone craving authentic Malay comfort food. Definitely will come again!

The food here were excellent. Serive a bit slow due too lots of people. A bit humid if can lots of strong fan do install. As for the staff were helful. If can put more staff onto it. Parking easy no problem

Comfortable place, spacious room complete with kitchen and living room. The only setback is shower gel and shampoo were not available. The green liquid provided in the bathroom smells and looked like dishwasher. 🥴 The swimming pool is very nice. Though quite small but it offers a variety of equipment such as lifebuoy, surfing board, balls etc that the kids sure will love it. Overall, a good place for family.

Attended a seminar here and was impressed. The room was very spacious (the hotel's biggest flex!) and parking was easy. The snack breaks were the food highlight; even better than the main meals, which were acceptable. No major issues, had a comfortable stay.

Stayed on 0811 on 20 Oct. I like the kitchenette with microwave and fridge as we brought homecooked meal with us. But there was no dish washing liquid and sponge provided, better bring your own. Plates, mugs and bowls are provided along with basic cutleries. Agree with another reviewer regarding liquid soap in the shower. It looked and smelled like dishwash so i brought my own too. Room is spacious enough for us and kids love the pool. We had a blackout once but was promptly assisted and recovered. Kudos to your maintenance team. And our request for additional towels were attended fast, too. Very happy with the housekeeping team for that. A good, affordable and fuss-free staycation for us.

I had a pleasant stay. But can't give 5 star because of the staff at check in counter. Ms Munirah and the other lady wearing tudung and glasses - should really learn how to smile welcoming guest. Staff lelaki pun sama juga. A smile doesnt cost you money 😅 Other than that.. everything is almost perfect. I hope there'll be some improvement on customer service for my next stay.

I checked in on Sunday afternoon. Check in time is 3pm but only able to check in at 4pm. It is crowded as it was Deepavali holiday. It wasn't a pleasant stay as swimming pool is crowded. Can hear people running upstairs or moving the chair while sleeping. This is my fourth time stay in the hotel but I don't think will chose it next time. However, the I praise the housekeeping which is friendly but the front desk need improvement. Swimming pool site got worker is good improvement but it was congested with kids game equipment.

Acappella Suite Hotel at Shah Alam provides a spacious living space for family. Just one improvement needed. Please provide: a) Shower Gel b) Shampoo and conditioner Most of the hotel will provide these 2 items separately. Am very surprised that Acappella Suite Hotel only provides 1 type which assumed to be a combination of shower gel + shampoo + conditioner that smells like dish washing liquid. Do improve this point to be ahead as a 4 star hotel.

A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The area is lively with many nearby restaurants and supermarkets . very convenient! The pool is great and really fun, especially for families. Definitely a nice place to relax and enjoy your time.

Tonight as I was having my dinner, I was interrupted by a rude hotel staff. He asked me to sit at a different table as the table I was sitting has been cleaned. There was no sign of it or any hotel staff near me. I told him I want to sit and ate as I was eating half way. He told me no and three times rudely asked me to move with hand gesture. He also told me to just leave my foods. I left the table and I do not recommend this hotel for event purposes in the future. It's my last time staying here. What a bad day.

Room: Okay. Comfort to sleep. Spacious. Have fridge, iron, hairdyer, tv etc. However the aircond not cool enough. Breakfast: Many aspect to improve. Food late to topup. Even bowl, stirrer, glass also late to topup. The egg station far from main kitchen. The crew need to walk far away to prepare material when finish. The compliment for quite variety of food and the good taste. Safety: The slide at pool are dangerous. Too steep, fast, high speed cornering, high landing area and fall deep into water. No safety precaution and any signage. Not suitable for children. Even adult also need to careful. Management not doing good job to provide sufficient training for staff and not monitor safety issue.

Located around a residential area, and beside a petrol station. Has a banquet hall and few training rooms for small groups. The space outside the hall and training rooms quite large with sofa and refreshing view, deco, and lightings. Only 1 lift to the hall and the staircase is at the other end. The washroom was clean and managed well.

Need to touch up. This year I have stayed in this hotel more than 3 times. I liked this hotel and I would to continue supporting. I would like to see some changes and improvements. Internet on the 4th floor poor connection. Pictures as per attached.

I recently stayed at De Palma Hotel, which claims to be a 4-star hotel, but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I would honestly give it 2 stars, and that’s mainly for the location. From the moment I arrived, the experience was underwhelming. The lobby was extremely hot and poorly ventilated while I waited to check in. Worse, there was a strong musty smell, especially from the couch in the lobby, which made it uncomfortable to even sit and wait. The elevator was also out of service during my stay, forcing me to use the stairs from level 5 to the ground floor. For a hotel of this supposed standard, that’s completely unacceptable. I booked a King room for myself and was given two complimentary drinks, but when I asked to replace one of the drinks with just ice water, the staff refused. I found this lack of flexibility disappointing — what we call “lurus bendul” or “betul bendul.” A small, simple request like this should be manageable in the hospitality industry. The room itself had a faulty window that let in wind, making the environment uncomfortable. The TV kept lagging, and the overall design felt tacky and outdated. This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor maintenance, rigid staff, unpleasant waiting conditions, and an uninspiring room made this my first and definitely last stay at De Palma Hotel.

A nice play to unwind with the family. Especially with kids. Location, on the left its i city mall, tones of food. At night, I city sky park is beautiful lit up filled with activities for the family. Just walk back to the hotel to unwind. Rooms are clean, pool is great. Suitable for adult and kids and an area shaded from the sun if the day gets too hot. I am impressive that there is even guards and staff keeping an eye on safety and reminding people on it at the pool. Hotel hospitality was good. Even chatted with a friendly staff Ripon at the games room. Not to mention also the staff at the lobby, especially the cookie costume. Made the kids really happy.

Diamond members receive excellent care from the hotel. As part of the benefits, we were upgraded to a suite without additional charge (not once but for a few of my stays here). The rooms were well-maintained and spotless. The hotel's gym was also very well equipped. In addition, the presence of a steam room and sauna set it apart from other properties in its tier. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the I-City mall. The breakfast selection was extensive. The staff was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

Excellent hotel. Great service and facilities. The pool is amazing. It's a very grand hotel but thd location isn't really very good. It's perfect for children with Icity amusement park next door and shoppers next to a huge shopping mall. If you want any night life then there is non.. Zip. We went for a night in the city but that can take an hour with traffic. The rooms were pretty good. Only let down was the fabric headboard had sweaty head stains on it. The mini bar wasn't stocked and one day house keeping never came. The bar was reasonable with lots a seating and places meet and great.

Nice hotel! The rooms are clean and tidy. The AC works very good. People working there are doing their thing, I felt welcome. The food and bar is not very special, it is more fun to have lunch/dinner at the mall close. The location is perfect, close to a lot of roads to every direction. Quite close to KL city and KL airport.

A big shoutout to Mr Siva from the front desk who checked us in (12-13/10 & 13-14/10). He was so kind to upgrade our room with a beautiful view. We are Hilton Honors Gold member and entitled for the room upgrade. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Siva was efficient and professional. He was super helpful and friendly…greeting us warmly whenever we pass by the front desk. The room was clean, big and the view was spectacular. We had a wonderful stay and it started with Siva giving us a beautiful room. Thank you Siva!! Looking forward to our next stay in November.

The taste of 'the beef' menu masam sikit. Maybe sauce or the beef itself. Not sure sama ada beef dah kurang elok atau macam mana (a little bit disappointed for this). The matcha taste is okay but bland. Refresher (the white drink) just not bad. Overall for the service and atmosphere is on top. But as in for the range price is quite pricey for that kind of portion and taste.

Went here just to buy dessert and matcha. The matcha so dem creamy and perfection. Balance between the sweet milk and bitterness from the matcha powder. Cozy and nice ambiance with ample parking space Update: we bought the Tiramisu, and hands down, it was one of the best Tiramisu we ever had!!

The matcha and coffee taste really good! However, this isn’t a chill place to hang out with your friends. We were told to keep our voices down by one of the staff members in an unpleasant manner. While we might have been unintentionally loud, the way he approached us was rather impolite and completely killed the vibe. A gentle reminder would’ve been enough. Overall, not a place I’d return to.

New spot to chill with friends. Their speciality is pasta - ravioli! Hardly found anywhere esp a humble spacious cafe. U can find a cute cat too! Please keep the opening hours up to 10pm for me to visit pls! Just the parking lot that I find adventurous during the day due to the office surrounding. Overall nice cafe to catch up with friends 😘

Was here for weekend hi-tea buffet. Spread was surprisingly generous and quite a variety. The taste was quite good too. Smoked Lamb with rosemary sauce was nicely done! Ambience was nice as well. Staff are warm and welcoming, the service was also fast in clearing tables despite the crowd. Nice place for over the weekend staycation

Stayed here for a couple of nights for business as it was close to work and have had generally good experience with other Mercure hotels such as in Bangkok. When I arrived later in the evening, there was a receptionist and a trainee. Zero smiles, just mechanically processed my checking and handed me the room key. Requires more service training here Rooms were not bad. Aircond was too cold, even when turned down it was definitely colder than the point I had, which was 24C. The shower seal was not good, even with me standing against the wall when I showered, there was always a pool of water outside the bathroom door. For a business hotel, the coffee table and chair in the room was very uncomfortable and I had to head downstairs to the lobby to get some work done. Please look into this, as the chair is too low for the table. Breakfast spread was good but nobody showed you to a table and you see lots of guests walking around trying to find seats in the morning. The bartender at the Level 13 bar was not well trained. Basically I had ordered a specific gin (more expensive), and was given another (cheaper) gin. I could tell immediately and asked him about it and he said that the one I wanted was out. So he served me something I didn’t ask for without even telling me it was not available. Worse was when the bill came, and I was charged for the more expensive gin which they was not available. I kicked up a fuss and refused to pay until he reduced it to the price of the gin I was actually served. Only then did he apologise Overall, hotel room is not bad except for some things that should be addressed, but the staff definitely need better training

I stayed here for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The lobby was elegant, staff were polite, and they helped with my luggage. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with toiletries, iron, and hot shower. Water bottles were a bit limited but refillable. Parking was easy and guests can request fee exemption. One small issue — housekeeping placed my personal pillow on the bedhead, which felt unhygienic to me. It would be better if staff returned such items to their original place. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great — lots of variety, tasty food, and a clean dining space. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure Glenmarie Kuala Lumpur. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the interior design – minimal yet elegant. The bed was super cozy, and everything from the lighting to the bathroom layout was thoughtfully done. It truly felt like a relaxing escape. Perfect place to unwind after a long day. Recommended for family or a group vacation too!

Cozy interior but need improvement on cleanliness. When I checked in, there was urine stains on the toilet bowl, evident that it wasn't clean prior to that. Got me wondering if everything else was cleaned too or they just did a mere touch up. Requested for room make up before I left in the morning but when I came back the room was untouched. Called reception who assured me that they will get someone to tend to my request immediately but after some time there was still no one. I was so tired and just requested for fresh towels instead. Ironically, that came pretty fast. Hotel location is nearby Aeon, there's a mall infront with nice mama stall food. Swimming pool is a little small but it was nice that it's located on the roof top. Operator was nice and efficient in attending to my request.

I recently stayed here at the Mercure in Glenmarie & had a fantastic time here! The service here was incredibly friendly & welcoming, the atmosphere was clean, tidy & fairly quiet. The cost was also quite reasonable, making it an affordable option. The location was very easy to get to & all staff there were extremely hospitable, including the doorman & wait staff. Would definitely stay here again & recommend this for all, including families..

We had our business meeting here in Suite 1. The room was perfect for discussion. The aircond temperature just nice. Not too cold. Everything was prepared according to our requirement. Best hospitality so far!!!

The food was great and the coffee itself was alright. What makes me furious was the interaction of me when trying to order at the counter with this one cashier woman. I asked “Do you guys have any recommendations for the drinks” nicely said. All that she ever replied was with a non genuine smile look on her face “None” while saying it with 100% confidence. I was baffled to the point i paused and just order anything that comes through the mind. The audacity to say that, i can’t even process the reason why she treated a customer poorly.

My most favourite port for lepaks (hangout). I always go for salted caramel coffee and Cheesy nachos. Very affordable and Love the ambiance at night.

We really craving for good coffee in the afternoon. Yeap I had my mocha, they also have kopi o. Latte and we love it. They have cheese nachos, French fries with cheese , mostly light dish, they also have pack donut, nasi lemak bunjut and some Malaysian food. If you guys want to eat fried things they don't have. The atmosphere is cooling with lots of trees and plants. Me and my family really enjoy it. Best time afternoon on Saturday... 1 dish is a bout rm20. But is a big dish can eat bout 3person. Give a try... 👍

Went here for the first time and were expecting the appetising and appealing food we had seen on tiktok reviews.However, it was awful.My drink, the Kopi Pokok Signature, was tasteless in comparison to my friend's, which was slightly sweet.Their food? I'm sorry, but this was my first time having Nasi Buttermilk, which was too sweet and liquidy.We tried several times to confirm the taste, but it remained the same.They even took longer to serve nasi with ayam buttermilk separately for roughly 10-15 minutes, causing my nasi minyak to lose its heat.Service was good and exceptional.We asked the counter (female) for recommendations because we were unfamiliar, and she gladly helped.

Kopi Pokok has nice vibes and a relaxing atmosphere, but the coffee is quite below average for a place with such a name. My fish burger took very long to come, and by the time it arrived, the fries were already cold. Got potential, but really need to improve on food quality and service speed.

Explore new place for breakfast this morning with hubby. I like their atmosphere, simple deco but aesthetic, many gerai selling different type of food in one area, its pretty. location easy to spot & easy to get parking. Variety food for breakfast from kuih muih (dlm bekas), many types of roti bakar, cucur bawang, lempeng, drinks and many more. Reasonable price comes with prompt service. Very good. I like it.

Went here for dinner. Family of 5. This is a small stall with plenty of seatings (outside area) where you order at the counter and take the food once they are ready. Located at the end of road inside a taman perumahan area. Parking is available and free. Some area are well lit, some are a bit dark. Beware of small ants, mosquitoes and kerengga (weaver ant). We changed seat due to kerengga attack. We had soto (typical soto taste, lots of chicken), lempeng (thick and the sambal is bit pedas) and maggi goreng. Foodwise, plenty of selection but the taste is average. Price is cheap and affordable. This warong is suitable for couple that likes to have privacy and feeling outdoorly.

Come here at night to visit Kopi Pantun and the hot cocoa with kueytiaw goreng telur mata is a jahat combination if u know what i mean. Their customer service is really helpful once bcs i called to notify them if i misplaced my purse here. Super nice, friendly and helpful

It's an open space... There are 4 stalls if I'm not mistaken... I choose to buy from warungdahan and drinks from warung tiga Lima. Price for food in warung dahan is a bit pricey, but big potion... Taste is good if you buy lontong darat. Lontong just ok... Edit : I came for the 2nd time.. lined up for about 15mins...urghhh frustrated... But once I reach the counter, it takes about 1mins to get the food... BUT.... To order the Drink, you have to line up again at another warong...which is a seriously annoying process to line up again for a few minutes... I took mineral water from my car and that's it... I hope they will have a different system just to order drinks ...Only for drinks ..

Nice views and ambience. Food service a bit slow during weekend due to lots of customer. Lontong so - so. Grannies nasi dagang nice but i have tasted better nasi dagang. Telur roti goyang was good too. Bihun goreng nice but served cool.nasi lemak kampung also good but the gravy quite spicy. If you need straw purchase your drink in main warung not beside them cause they dont provide straw.

Not too shabby, I didn't know that place existed at first haha. Happened to go there as my friend just open up a Char Kuew Teow stall there (Recommended btw). For me, it's a chill area to hang around and eat some good food. Not too many options tho, but I guess that's the point as the crowd there was just "good" number for the area. It's not an all out food stall where 100 of people can be there, just a few bench, stools, tables and chair for a quite brizzy catch up sessions with friends. They have other foods like Nasi Lemak, Chicken Tenders, Nachos Chips, Spicy Ramen, Ayam Geprek, Burgers, Pancakes and drinks. Price ? Affordable around Shah Alam.

They have varities of food selections. I have a big breakfast, and I personally think it tastes good and a reasonable portion. While my husband has loh mee. The gravy doesn't have the loh mee aroma. This part can be improved. Will come again to try other dishes.

Standard Nanyang delight. Mee, mee hoon and mee siam were delicious. but fried rice and chicken curry were too salty. Not really spacious environment and abit noisy.

Summary 3/5: standard Malaysian kopitiam, ok food, drinks need improvement. Food 3/5: We ordered Emperor Noodle 瓊园帝皇面 and Mee Hun Kueh for lunch. The Emperor Noodle actually was wantan noodles mixed in black sauce and without wantan. It was ok, just a bit too dry. The Mee Hun Kueh is really hand torn, smooth and the soup was ok too. Just that the anchovies was hard and not fresh. Be warned, the chillies are very spicy. The drink was the most disappointing, barley drinks out of stock and the Soya Cendol was tasteless. Service 3/5: a lot of staff but food serving speed really slow, especially if you are ordering for takeaway. Atmosphere 3/5: typical kopitiam, not too noisy.

The economy noodles was average only. So was the chicken curry but the kopi C was good and certainly above average. Service was good

Kheng’s Kopitiam has been our family’s favourite place since 15 years ago. We come here almost every week. Recently they just added some new menu, Mee Jawa is one of my favourite. The gravy is really nice and appetising! Even my kids all love it. Must try it.

Here for lunch as recommended by friend. Food: Nothing special, the curry chicken is not spicy and lack of scent of curry. Siam Mee Hun was ok and the Fried Rice was actually a bit oily. Personally found that the portion is huge, we ended up takeaway the unfinished portion. Service: It was ok Atmosphere: Personally, I found it to be a bit stuffy and I walk away with the smell of the restaurant on my shirt. The price is average given the portion of food served. For me, the variety of food was limited. The bread looks good but we did not manage to try it.

Arrived 830 and still hv few tables available outside. By 9 full house. Ordered the mee goreng with curry chicken set. The curry chicken was good but the mee wasn't my taste preference. It tasted a bit sweet, like with sweet sauce. I would prefer normal goreng or wtm style. It's like ckt in melaka with sweet sauce, not used to it. The egg toast was good even without the syrup. Kopi was thick.

Hence we ordered food through online web, my girlfriend ordered BIHUN SUP and i ordered MAGGIE CELUP DAGING. After the order was made, the waiter approached us and mentioned that the soup weren’t boiled or ready. They switched the food from SUP to Tomyam (which here we can focus on the price tag as they are completely two food and ingredients). My girlfriend received her Bihun Tomyam. After 20 minutes of waiting, i get furious of the service, asked the waiter “makanan dah siap ke? dah 20 minit”. Just a moment i said this, they prepared my food with the excuse of “order not received/order tak terima/tak masuk”. I was expecting MAGGIE CELUP DAGING, the waiter come and give me MAGGIE CELUP AYAM. I asked her, “tapi saya order daging, kenapa ayam?”. It’s clearly that the waiter just minding their own business and tak aware of what customer capable of doing. In terms of this, we lost RM1 because we the MAGGIE CELUP DAGING was RM9, and they gave us MAGGIE CELUP AYAM which was RM8. Worst service ever. I do not recommend people dining here. Restoran Tok Neban delivers a delightful Malay dining experience. The highlight for us was the Ikan Siakap 3 Rasa—crispy on the outside yet tender inside, with a sauce balancing sweet, sour, and spicy notes perfectly. It’s a dish that truly stands out. The Telur Dadar was light and fluffy, a comforting side that complemented the other dishes well. The Sotong Goreng Tepung was another favorite—crispy, golden batter around soft squid, though it could use a bit more seasoning. For a warm, aromatic finish, the Tomyam Ayam delivered just the right spice level with a rich broth and plenty of tender chicken pieces. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions were generous, making it ideal for group dining.

It's been long since I've come here. It's looks really old now. We ordered Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Goreng Pataya, Bihun goreng and Satay. A bit pricey but big portion and taste is quite good. Satay also taste really good.

Not to mention its roti bakar telur goyang (toasted bread with half boiled eggs on top) & roti canai, I'd personally prefer it compared to the mamak ones. Always found myself coming almost every lunch time to eat its delicious nasi bajet ayam with drinks (a mere RM5). A good place to check out whenever you're in section 11 Shah Alam.

It's a nice place, It really is because the atmosphere are like old town type of cafe, but my goodness the price aren't cheap. I thought the nasi lemak would be cheap. The portion aren't even "THAT" big for 1 person, should charge way less than that. Unless you are looking for that old town feeling and doesn't mind the price, it's for you. For me personally, just wanted to try every places to eat.

I’ve been to this café several times, but today I decided it’s finally time to leave a review. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Bagel and a single-shot Flat White with almond milk. Every time I order here, it’s always a delightful experience. The team is super helpful, I often ask silly questions or get a bit lost when choosing my coffee, but they’re always so cheerful and informative. They even wait for me to take my first sip to make sure they got my drink just right. Today, I realised I needed an extra shot, and they happily added it for me. Kudos to the team.. We visited the restaurant through a recommendation of a friend. We ordered the famous cheese khunafa, lamb maqlubah, chicken maqlubah, sago and drinks. The chicken was quite dry and the portion was quite small for the price. The lamb maqlubah was very tough to eat and it was a very very small portion.The rice was good The sago was delicious. Overall, the service was great and the staffs were friendly.

I came on saturday evening. Alhamdulillah parking provided and its is free 😃. It just typical nasi arab by malay recipes. Why I said like that. The sauce item is not completed. Its just a simple spicy sauce. Rice portion is enough for 1 person alhamdulillah. Kunafa also not as similar like premium @ real kunafa from middle east texture. Its not solid structure. But the colour looks interesting. Keep it up. Price is valuable with the menu. But if you want to order set menu, there re mention to us about time duration for certain order. The staf mention to me that they re lack of manpower to handle my family. So to me just ok although it is prio to setle it as we re not to depend on cust understanding.

Food is great. It's a must to try them dishes. Simply melts in your mouth. The lontong kering is surprisingly good as well. The cheese nachos pita is good and do eat it while it's hot. Overall, highly recommended. For bigger group, would recommend to call the restaurant first for earlier preparation.

Hidden Gem! Go check this place out if you can. Their arabic dessert taste great, while most of their menu is arabic, they do have western and malay food as well. The location is alright too, you don't have to struggle for car park. Cosy place, flood is delicious. Recommend the kunafa and maqlubah rice. There's a lot more items in the menu including western dishes, more desserts, fresh salads, cold press juices, cookies etc. You can even order custom made cakes here. I have stayed at The Club many times. The staff very friendly and engaging. They remember my name and know what I like to eat and drink. The rooms are large and luxurious. The restaurant at the club is great with a tremendous wine selection There are other selections of international cuisine available of great quality. I can’t wait to take my wife so she can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort.

Great place to relax, if you don't like to stay in lively city then this is the place you should stay at. It has good restaurants which serves Japanese, Chinese, Italian and grilled food. Taste of food is excellent. Rooms have big size bathrooms, bit old construction but nicely maintained. Staff is polite and helpful, always wearing smile on face. there is golf club, badminton court, nice pool and gymnasium. Overall good experience staying her.

Dining at the Senja Restaurant was a dream come true. To me it was authentic Italian food at its best. My family and I went to Senja for a Sunday lunch recently. I knew what I wanted to order as I read the menu online the night before. To eat some of my favourite dishes. It was definitely a great experience. We will definitely return for another meal. Cost? Mine was a bit on the high side but definitely worth paying. The set meal was more than reasonable as it was very good selection and good quality. The ambiance? This is a very quiet restaurant overlooking a water feature and a nice little garden.. A place to really unwind and be with family . Cheers

I've been to a few dozen resorts in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've had worldwide. Cons: - Check in took over 20 minutes. - Shuttle service may or may not arrive or might take 30 minutes+ (this, despite the numerous golf carts they own) - The room was EXTREMELY dirty. Almost as if extra effort was made to dirty it before our arrival. - There was a giant glass pane that was missing on our patio door letting in mosquitos. - There's no actual patio. I mean there's a door for one but it's just a patch of grass where tables belong. - Service at the Japanese restaurant was terrible on many levels. - The pool wasn't operational due to maintenance. No compensations given for this. - Etc...the list goes on and on but I won't start naming the minor things. Pros: - The staff was very friendly - Japanese food was delicious - The resort looks nice and is decently maintained. Conclusion: You have absolutely no value for money here. You leave feeling cheated because despite paying RM600/night for the room, you get NOTHING in exchange. A coffee from your room will run you over RM10 and you can forget about internet. They claim it's free but don't give eough data to download a single JPG. The "Free" limit is 2MB and that allows them to list it as free on the booking sites. If you're willing to pay, prepare to fork out RM50 for some internet.

Cosy environment but the rooms have seen better days & needs to be renovated. Requested for a baby cot & it came with only a bed ... no pillow nor blanket. The staff are very helpful & courteous & that's the reason why I gave 4 stars.

The cafe is located at neighboring streets which parking is a bit limited and the road is small enough for two way cars to pass through at the same time. The name of the cafe is same as the place which its near to the Klang River hahaha. The pizza definitely is so good!! the dough is so fluffy even I tapau its still good to eat even though its cold. But the pizza only have one size which is 6”. Unfortunately you only can order 2 pizza for one time. The price also quite okay, RM18-RM20 per pizza. The dry dimsum we ordered also good. The chicken inside the dimsum very moist and the kuah also so good. I believe they will move to other place which in front of the current location. Definitely will come back again.

The team there are super friendly, and warm. Ambience is fair, no frills and unpretentious. Very "homely". Chicken pepperoni pizza is good. Really fragrant. The Cempedak cake is the best. Awesome. Ate one there, and quickly pack 5 more for takeaway. The tapai ubi Jakarta cake is a must try as well. It's a little far for us to go from mid valley vicinity, but will go there again, God willing.

We had Hawaiian pizza, dried pan mee, spaghetti bolognese, mushroom soup and soft buns, dumpling soup, chee cheong fun and fries. The food overall was just okay; need some improvement where I think some of it is quite bland. IMO, the chee cheong fun is not authentic; it is just kuey tiaw with gravy. The mushroom soup was light, the dumplings skin was thick and had big chunks of black pepper. I would recommend the dried pan mee and Hawaiian pizza. Both were delicious! There are also a variety of desserts served but we have none of it. For drinks I had americano, latte and ice chocolate. The coffee tastes in the mid range and not that bad.

I was really let down by the food. I ordered the Pan Mee, and while the flavor was already bland, what really threw me off was the type of noodle used — it was exactly like Korean instant Ramyun noodles. It didn’t suit the dish at all and took away from what Pan Mee is supposed to be. The Chee Cheong Fun was also not what I expected. I thought it would be Hong Kong-style, but it turned out to be more like an expensive version of Yong Tau Fu. That little touch made me feel cared for and gave me a sense of lighthearted renewal. It’s rare to find a place that combines good food, relaxing atmosphere, and genuine thoughtfulness in service. Food is okay but the portion is big Service is also good Atmosphere feels calm and chill if on weekdays not sure on weekends Location is a bit tricky but you will find it if use Google Map.

We ordered 6 main dishes with 2 side dishes. All main dishes are good especially he sizzling Nasi Lemak. The curry would be poured upon serving the dish and it’s great! The sharing of platter with popcorn chicken, oyster mushroom and white bait is good too. Rendang chicken of the kerabu rice is fragrant but a bit spicy for kids. Ayam rempah is perfect for kids. The signature Jumbo herb drinks is cooling and good for the sharing of 2. During our visit, the mascot of Dino appeared and kids really enjoyed the company.

very nice food , drink can order the jumbo one: refreshing and nice. Fish and chips crispy. Nasi kerabu ayam rendang the sambal is the best. Mac and cheese suitable for kids. And also salmon fried rice delicious (u may request the sambal and add in, 😋 yummy

Food was average. Dinosaur theme would appeal to kids, nearby play area is a bonus although would prefer to have seatings and food served nearer to play area. I would say service from Jay earned the 5 stars. He basically seated us, took our orders, served the food, came check on us and went to the payment desk to get our bill when no one else bothered. I saw he was also clearing the tables in between so it seems like a one man show. Very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed when they didn't have what we ordered from the menu (twice!!) but Jay gave really good customer service. Not sure where are the other staff but he's definitely a credit there.

The food was delicious. The atmosfera go good with the kids. There are dinosours everywhere. The place is kids friendly. I really recommed others to come here.

[Takeaway] Ordered chicken varuval MYR10, Maggi goreng MYR6, Nasi Goreng MYR6.50, Omelette MYR3.10. The best of the lot was the Maggi goreng & chicken varuval. The fried rice ingredients was good but need some added salt/seasoning. But for that price I feel worthwhile.

The Karapodi dosai is very yummy. It was highly recommended by my friend. I haven't seen it been offered elsewhere. The staffs are very customer-friendly. The cleanliness of its toilet is impressive. Hard to find such clean toilet at a curry house. The toilet was dry, with no smell and dirt. Please keep it up. Will return often with friends too.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant today. I came to your shop in the morning to buy breakfast and placed my order. However, I had to wait for a long time, and during that time, I noticed that other customers who arrived after me were being served first. After waiting patiently, your staff finally informed me that the food I ordered was no longer available, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It is very unfair and unprofessional to serve later customers before those who arrived and ordered earlier. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and served in the proper order. Being told that the food was finished only after such a long wait was unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning at 830am with my mom and son. All the waiters saw us come in with a toddler. I had to get the baby chair myself. We sat for 10 mins and every waiter ignored us. They were walking up and down the shop passing us by multiple times. We got up and left to Uncle Mani next door, where we were immediately greeted and our order was served in less than 10 mins. Don’t bother going to this shop and just head over to Uncle Mani instead

Extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was overpriced — RM8.80 for a banana leaf meal without even appalam. No one offered drinks or asked what add-ons we wanted. We had to call someone over just to get served. The service was slow and inattentive from the start. Honestly, Uncle Mani’s shop next door offers far better food, service, and value for money.

One of my favourite restaurant. I like their briyani. Simply superb and very delicious. And, their three roses tea also very tasty. One of the best briyani restaurant in Shah Alam town. Highly recommended! 👍🏽

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star seriously! Hygiene standard is out. I went for banana leaf rice, end up finding a cockroach in the curry. Asked to speak to the manager/ boss, all I get is the response from the foreign worker is that the boss isn’t there. The supervisor came in 5 mins later, apologised and promised will close the shop for the day for cleaning, end up no cleaning the shop was still operating as usual. PLEASE SHUT THE BUSINESS DOWN FOR GOOD AND OPEN A NEW SHOP CALLED COCKROACH CURRY HOUSE!

[February 2023] Roti bawang: very crispy thin layers. And super generous amount of bawang. Felt so bawangness. Love it. [January 2023] Went for breakfast. Indoor seating is warm. Do sit outside for cooler ambience. So many varieties of kuih muih lovers, billed by number of quantity. Staff will key in all order in sheets while you eating and pay it at cashier later. Teh tarik kurang manis: still quite sweet. Can opt for kurang kurang manis. Tea flavour is on point. Nasi Lemak bungkus: average. Nothing spectacular. Slightly on the spicier side. No anchovies. Only quarter Boiled egg and few peanuts. Roti kosong: very crispy and thin. Crunch well. Very comfy food for flour-ey fragranted bites. Tosai: quite good. The chutney is delicious to paired with. We ordered the garing ones but failed attempted. They served us the ordinary flat ones. Vadeh: Crispy on the outside. And soft inside with a lot onions. Oil is a bit old smell and stay away if you have sensitive tummy.

Staying within a 10 minutes drive, we generally have our lunch at BR Maju, I won't say regularly, but every now and then. Almost the same spread of Indian food as in other Indian restaurants, certain days you get beriyani rice, otherwise, you can opt for their cooked and displayed on the shelf dishes. Honestly said, you get a decent meal here.

Best Banana Leave serving... I like the standard dishes, gravy and curry taste just nice... The kurma lamb is very tasty, then curry mutton also delicious. Fried chicken so so only, not very tempting fried chicken and fried fish. Like it with air conditioner dining in the hot weather ... Must try the briyani rice too

as a regular with my family of 7 since the shop opened, was disappointed with their pettiness over the curry selection for roti canai .... better to tell customer they have to pay for choice of curry than to take it back and replace with other curry (which was more bland)!

Mamak food for the community here. Food is OK and staff are friendly.

The curry puff, spicy spring roll and other kuih is fine, but the tea here are actually too sweet already, should had asked for less sugar or don't add sugar at all. Really quiet environment during the afternoon weekend, the best place being inside the air conditioned room area, although the room isn't that chilling enough as it's not cold enough despite the door has been closed.

Wow! If you come here, its always occupied with about more than 65% of food lovers enjoying their food. On weekends its family-time makan. First time I had nasi lemak bungus & teh tarik. The taste got stuck in my mind so came back 3 days later. So its the place on my list. Give it a try. Reasonably priced. Try la. 30 May 2022 Alamak they increase the price. So ignore my top comment. I think u can get good nasi lemak in front of mydin bukit jelutong. Its much much cheaper & tastier.

Easily one of the most disappointing bowls of asam pedas I’ve had. Despite the steep price, the portion served was shockingly small — leaving more frustration than satisfaction. When I raised this with the staff, the response was a casual ‘that’s the normal size,’ which only added to the letdown. For a dish that should be hearty, comforting, and worth savoring, this fell far short of expectations.

I usually have breakfast here at least once a week and their nasi Lemak is decent. This time I tried their lontong at rm10 is quite poor. It lacks sambal Kacang, lacks vegetables and you would expect a bit more nasi. And not quite sure why they would throw in some Chinese prawn crackers there in the soup and let it go soft? I think their food quality and service has dropped a lot and I would not recommend this place.

As a Johorean who grew up with grandma from Melaka, i will give asam pedas served here 2 stars. For the price we expected something delicious. We never tried other food as we came here because of Asam Pedas only. Honest review by Asam Pedas Lover

VERY UNHYGIENIC. Caught the cook (wearing glove) eating food from the same bowl while preparing the customer's food. He was eating half an egg while putting the remaining half into a customer's bowl. And another instance, saw him digging his nose. Informed the supervisor but no action taken. Cook was still using same gloves. Upon payment, cashier included items that was not ordered nor eaten. When clarified then cashier then said "oo meja lain". Contacted manager but no response. Very very disgusting and unprofessional

The title "Premier" should not be there at all. All aspects need to be improved to claim to be premier. Oh, only one thing that I noticed to be is premier is when the time of payment.

Dec2024: 📉 Business has dropped. No queues, lots of empty tables at peak lunch hour. Therefore, the pastries aren't fresh. There was a RM 10 for 5 pastries promotion running. 🍬 Hakka Mee and soup noodles were very sweet. Curry noodles had a thick layer of oil and was spicy. 🥐 The pastries were stale, cold and dry. 😢 😁 The Malaysian Chinese girls working were receptive to feedback and friendly.

Eating here or takeaway more than 50x at least. The pastries very yummy. These are my family’s favourite - Siew Pao, coconut tart and chicken floss bean biscuits. We liked their kaw kaw kopi too.

This was our third visit, and they serve delicious pastries like siew bao, kaya puff, and chan bao. We also ordered Hakka mee, zhu cheong fan, chives dumplings and chicken sa hor fun. All were tasty. However, parking is difficult to find, even on a Sunday morning.

Nice kopitiam with decor that reflects the olden days. There's quite a variety on their menu with 10 items that are highly recommended. We tried their Ipoh shredded chicken noodle and Hakka mee, with kaya butter toast and steamed bread on the side, and an ice white coffee to wash it down. The KSHF is good with a delicious broth, chicken and noodles. The Hakka mee is ok, but resembles more a thin Hor fun rather than mee. Both dishes come with little ingredients despite the +30% price tag. The roast is nice but the steamed bread and butter kaya is better, highly recommended. Coffee is good. Overall, nice dining experience, as it comes with air-conditioning. Despite that, it's still on the expensive side, hence the 4⭐. I love that they provide cutleries in hot water. I have yet to try their pastry which was tempting.

Massive jam. We decided to stop for dinner. It was around 7pm while outside was congested but the shop was empty except us. I saw other shops having people waiting outside except this. 1st time dining. Had M03 Shredded chicken hor fun. The broth was aromatic but could be better. My dissatisfaction was the way my bowl was served. One hand holds the tray and the other holds my bowl of hot noodles with her thumb in my bowl. Please show some respect. Or at least having some pride in the work. The table beside me wasn't occupied. Place the tray on the empty table and hold the bowl with both hands. Don't place thumbs in the bowl. So disrespectful. I'm not a beggar. I didn't ask for free food. Won't be back again.

Be careful to NOT wear a white shirt when eating here. The noodles were soaked in sauce and absolutely flavorful! I loved every bite of it. I did end up getting splashed with sauce on my white top. I’m coming back…this time not wearing a white shirt.

The siew pao was surprisingly good - the secret is in the crust, it was not too thick, and just the right amount of savoury. The hakka noodle and curry noodles were good too. Service was pleasant and not too long a wait. Appreciate the decor was made in a throwback, retro style with the walls dedicated to old kopitiam items like F&N bottles and chicken bowls etc. even the big mirror with Chinese words on them - such a kopitiam classic!

It's a small cafe serving toasts, coffee and small meals. Good for grabbing breakfast. There's outdoor and limited indoor seating. There was only 1 other customer when I visited. However the tables were very dirty as well as their seats. Service was quite slow. Food was good. Got the omelette mentai rice bowl and avocado toast. They also had this taro latte which was quite pleasant. Park at I-city and its a 5 min walk from the entrance.

Food: Low quality western breakfast - regardless of price (and price is high anyway). They make the plate look big but nothing is on it. 60% is salad and bread. 1 slice of meat for RM24 breakfast? Sad. Location: Hard to find parking. Ambience: Feels like you’re sitting in a parking lot. Cars driving by right next to you.

Craving for something sweet and quick, you can drop by this shop… nearby Maybank tower… a hidden gem I guess… A bit noisy but came for the matcha drink (since they use Niko Neko powder) as a base… taste so good but the place just not suitable for chatting, hangout since it’s nearby parking area, open spaces and smoking area as well… so a bit uncomfortable when you can spot cigarette butts on the floor or table… other than that, I love the shop concept… just not at the right spot..

The café has a cool design and nice exterior, but overall the experience was a bit disappointing. The indoor seating area wasn’t very clean, and the ventilation was poor — it felt like we were sitting in a space filled with cooking fumes. Considering the price, the food quality really needs to step up.

Hard to find parking unless near hotel parking. Place is not clean. Indoor limited seats. Ordered a shake and they gave a small straw for shake which makes it hard to drink. Also the ice was not blended well. See the cockroach on floor!

The waffles here are so good and the ice cream that came with the waffles is the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Beside that, the big breakfast was also very fulfilling.

I absolutely loved their waffle and coffee. The waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, and the coffee was rich and well-balanced. Such a lovely café! The waffles were amazing—crispy outside, fluffy inside. We had both the classic and charcoal versions. The classic came with strawberries, butter, honey, and crumble—so good! The charcoal one was fun and unique, with caramel, apples, and popcorn on top. The coffee was just as great. I tried the orange iced black and it was super refreshing and smooth. Great food, beautiful presentation, and cozy vibes. Highly recommend! ☕🧇✨
