Love the atmosphere and price value for the food you get, but to be honest the food wasn’t good. The Greek salad was overly-salty (it’s supposed to be savory, I know, but I think this was too much), meats came out burned and the chips were oil-soggy. The service was a bit lacking, as everyone seemed like they had somewhere more important to be, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. No one was rude to us, just inattentive. We informed the staff that was food wasn’t good, and there wasn’t an option to take the burnt meats off the bill. After we paid, someone came over and gave us an option to get something else, but we were running low on time, my appetite was gone at that point, so I declined. I’m not sure if they saw me taking pictures of the food and got worried about a bad review. It was our first time in Ioannina, and maybe it just wasn’t to our taste pallets, but I’d say avoid the Kontosouvlis. It’s such a shame because the atmosphere is very nice, and it did take quite a while. Their other items on the menu may be better.

We’ve been to this store many times and everything has always been great. But today we had the rudest service of our lives. The guy clearly couldn’t be bothered – in short, an impossible person. That said, the store itself is good.

We ordered waffles and one burger. Everything was very nice and waffles were very good but this burger must have been cursed. We waited 45 min. for it to come. We asked twice the staff about the burger and they said that kitchen was busy while the restaurant was barely half full. When they finally brought burger the staff told us that a little bit of patience and respect would be nice.

Although mushroom risotto is very good, on our last visit a grumpy waitress ruined our dinner. There were many empty tables uncleaned with dishes from the previous customers, which remained uncleaned during the whole duration of our visit. I had to wait a lot to have the table cleaned and for her to take the order for food, but once she brought the food she disappeared. My kid wanted dessert but she was nowhere to order and had to get him some ice cream from a shop nearby. The waitress only appeared after we had finished and we asked for the bill. She saw the empty ice cream cup and raising her voice said that we shouldn't have done that, as they are not a street market. When I told her that we would have ordered one of their deserts called Paris Brest but she was nowhere to order with the place being almost empty from customers, she disputed that, and insulted us calling us liers and kept arguing. I emphatically asked for the bill again, which she kept stalling, we paid and finally left. I mentioned the issue to another member of staff at the bar before leaving.

Cozy and warm place where you can enjoy your coffee or food. All dishes were tasteful with fresh ingredients! Do not dare to leave this place without trying the Paris Brest!!! One of the best desserts that I had ever had! Keep up the good work!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Oasis Coffee. My friends and I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, and we were shocked by the terrible service we received. There were at least four staff members sitting around the bar, chatting, with no customers in sight in the large, beautiful space. When we asked where we could sit, we were told we could not order anymore as the kitchen and bar would be already closed. This is beyond frustrating. Why would a coffee place not offer full service until the official closing time? The staff was incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in helping us. It's clear they had no intention of doing any actual work in the last 20 minutes of their shift. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I truly hope the owner sees this review and realizes what’s happening in their shop. Staff like this are a detriment to businesses, and honestly, they shouldn’t be paid for that last hour of laziness. This experience was disgusting and left me with a very bad impression of the place. I will definitely not be coming back.

We ordered the Savory Cheese Bougatsa and the Sweet Cream Bougatsa with Biscuits. The Sweet Cream Bougatsa was Delicious 😋 but the Savory Cheese Bougatsa not so much did not like the filling. The biscuits were ok. They do offer other treats. The Service was Good. I Recommend the Sweet Cream Bougatsa and sit down there and enjoy it.

I'm not a dessert person, but I had to have 2 portions of Bougatsa one after another! Tip: you can ask for no powder sugar, only cinnamon on top, because it's sweet enough already.

Traditional shop right out of the 1950s era. I am a visitor from out of country but to me the bougatsa salted cheese pie was delicious and affordable. I will be back to try the sweet cream pie next time.

The rooftop garden is one of the most beautiful cafeterias-bar in the center of Ioannina city. It is on 6th floor and you use the elevator. The view is amazing and unique. There are many choices. The service is really friendly and quick. The prices are affordable. I totally recommend it to everyone, local and tourists.

I had the English breakfast...it was ok. I had to ask for butter and jelly for my toast, and it took forever...then had to ask again for the butter..it was hard, so wasn't able to spread on my toast. The "sausages" were just hot dogs, not the real sausages, also, English breakfast has hash browns, not salad. But...the price was great!! Overall, it wasn't bad!

It is a beautiful place and calm place to sit at, lots of laptops and chargers for students however only come here for coffee because the food is not good. I don’t know how you can make a toast dry but they did. The matcha was more like milk than matcha. Also the other sweet toast we ordered was inedible and I don’t find alot of things inedible!

Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, with lovely little touches and the bed was very soft. Breakfast was delicious with fresh baked pastries everyday and traditional Greek delicacies on Easter Sunday. Demetrios and Anastasia were beyond welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to help us organise a last minute tour when we couldn’t find one available and were very generous hosts. We could not recommend Virsa more, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Good position near the lake and public parking. Typical Epirus furnishings and architectural taste. The owners was very kind and pleasant! I recommend these rooms as very comfortable! A suggestion: Please, use natural water vs sparkling water. The water of Ioannina is special with Zagori and Vikos!

This is easily one of the most adorable and charming accommodations I’ve ever been in! Room is spacious, very clean, A/C’d, and quiet. Perfect location by the lake, next to excellent restaurants and only a few minutes away from the central life. Breakfast is really delicious and fresh. Garden/backyard is so cute and peaceful with all flowers. The owners are absolutely amazing! They are the kindest people you’ll meet in your life! I’ve never felt as welcomed as I do here! The service is outstanding. Perfect fit for solo travellers and couples. Would recommend 100%, and will come again, if I come back to Ioannina!

Wonderful hotel in a nice location. I stayed in a room with a great view of Pamvotis lake, near the central street. The room was comfortable, very clean and I had wonderful sleep in a quiet and peaceful room. The owners Dimitris and Natasa are very friendly and always willing to help. They helped as a lot to figure out our travel plan. I definitely recommend it.

Old fortress and downtown is in the walking distance (15 min). The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help at any time.
