Nestled in the heart of Whitley Bay, Kith & Kin is a charming family-run café that stands out as a must-visit for brunch enthusiasts. This dog-friendly spot welcomes you and your furry friend after a scenic beach stroll. The menu is an exciting blend of traditional favorites and unique dishes, featuring delights like Shakshuka—eggs simmered in a spicy tomato sauce topped with feta—and indulgent lemon cheesecake French toast paired with blueberry compote.
What a great little find in Whitley! Fantastic gluten free-friendly breakfast with lovely staff and great coffee. Veggie and vegan options, huge portions, there must have been ten slices of bacon on the blueberry French toast. Definitely recommend the quality, value for money and great service.

Regularly go to Kith and Kin and are never disappointed. Portion sizes are generous, good value for money. The staff are lovely too. Highly recommend if you haven't been.
Victoria J — Google review
An absolute standout of a café in Whitley Bay. The food is unreal and mostly sourced from local businesses. Great prices for the portion sizes, taste and overall quality of food. Coffee is from Pink Lane, so you know it’s good! They also offer takeaway as well. The staff are all lovely, friendly and eager to help with anything to ensure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Please be advised that booking is quite recommended. What a gem of a place!
Thomas H — Google review
Having discovered this lovely cafe last year, we visited every day on our recent trip - consistently great food from the normal British to more exotic Turkish and Australian - food quality exceptional - staff all really lovely - great value, great space and yes, we will be back next year - thank you Kith & Kin xx
SUPjunkie P — Google review
The best brunch spot in Whitley Bay. I am a regular visitor as the service is always great and food is amazing. The menu changes seasonally to offer the best in season produce whilst the classics remain on the menu. The atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive; I have been as a couple, with friends, with my daughter and alone and always received the same warm welcome. The staff are very accommodating to high chairs/ prams and wheelchair users. K&K is a breastfeeding friendly environment and also has an offering of feminine hygiene products in the bathroom which shows the thought behind the business of offering a welcoming space to all. Kith and Kin is home to the best cappuccino in my opinion, topped with real chocolate. I always opt for the French toast, choosing the special French toast on my last visit which was cereal milk and it was absolutely gorgeous (around £20 for the French toast and 2 cappuccinos). Other top contenders for me are the loaded hash browns, steak sarnie and the classic bacon sandwich which is jam packed with crispy bacon. The staff are great with allergens and the menu has vegan and veggie options. Always recommend booking in advance if attending on a weekend to avoid disappointment but K&K is always a recommendation of mine to anyone after a superb brunch spot.
Abi — Google review
Fantastic food and coffee at Kith & Kin. I had ‘The Aussie’ which tasted fresh and was full of flavour. I followed this with a cake, which I found to be the ideal sweetness. The flat white was perfect, I don’t often say this as I’m fussy about coffee. Staff were friendly and efficient. There was seating indoors and outside. It’s a busy cafe, not surprising given how nice the food and drinks are, so it may be difficult to get seated at busy times. They take table bookings but only if it’s for four or more people.
Melanie H — Google review
Quirky little cafe along the Main Street Serve food and drinks including some alcohol, There is seating inside however it is quite cramped when busy. Some outside seating in better weather conditions. Accept cash or card Parking up to 1 hour along the high street which can be really busy and limited spaces. Good menu Order at the desk and food is served on your table Worth a visit but can be slow to get food so not a quick stop Food was lovely and served well presented Would recommend a visit

Nestled at the corner of Marine Avenue, Relish is a charming spot that beckons beachgoers to indulge in a warm cup of artisan coffee after their seaside strolls. Established in 2012 as Whitley Bay's own micro-roastery, this delightful café takes pride in serving freshly roasted coffee sourced from around the globe.
We were in Whitley Bay for a couple of days and decided to drop in here for a cuppa on day one. Lovely spot, very friendly and relaxed and great tea and coffee. We noticed the menu looked a bit different so dropped in the next day for breakfast. We chose the Turkish Breakfast and Menemen (scrambled eggs) which were both delicious.

Stopped by for coffee and cake! Friendly staff and good ambiance. Very close to spanish city and promenade. Open till late if you are like me and prefer to have a cuppa coffee after 5pm (most cafes close soon)
Yami — Google review
Went to Relish this morning for breakfast, I’ve not been before but I will definitely be going back again soon. The whole experience was fantastic, warm welcoming and really helpful, both for the food and the shop, the breakfasts were perfect, full English and the granola bowl, could not have made them any better. The Turkish coffee was delicious and beautifully presented. Can’t wait to return maybe for lunch and try something new.
Anna L — Google review
Stopped off here for lunch. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, the coffee and the food was excellent. If you like coffee, certainly a place worth visiting along with their store next door where they sell everything from coffee beans, to machines, syrups, t-shirts, etc. Will definitely be coming back again
Dave R — Google review
Great little spot located close to the front but just far enough away from the 'kiss me quick hats' to have a calm about it . The Service was brilliant from all 3 people who dealt with us. The coffee was particularly good. I like my coffee strong and was advised to go for the Italian blend. It was inspired advice. Strong , flavoursome with great bean taste and zero bitterness. The sandwiches were served in good time and and we're delicious. They could maybe have done with a few crisps or a salad garnish to increase perceived value but this wish list wouldn't stop me revisiting . If you're in the area and want amazing coffee and a delicious snack, this is the place .
Paul R — Google review
Stopped for lunch and what a lunch we had X we all had different sandwiches and had a taste of each others. In a word YUMMY. Staff were amazing as well as super friendly and made a fuss of our boxer dog and gave her treats x We then went into the shop to look at the coffees on offer and the gentleman who gave us advice on what to buy etc was truly amazing and so helpful and friendly. Would recommend this coffee shop and will definitely be back. Plus will definitely be ordering coffee on line. Thank you all for your excellent service 🥰

Popped in for lunch with the kids and dog. Lovely cosy cafe, dog friendly, happy and helpful staff and delicious toasties (would recommend the bacon, brie and cranberry). Reasonably priced too! Will be coming back

Nestled in the heart of North Shields, Rustic Cup is a haven for coffee aficionados and casual sippers alike. This charming café specializes in high-quality beans roasted by Baristocracy, ensuring every cup is a delightful experience. Their menu boasts an array of enticing coffee alternatives, with the house miso caramel being a standout favorite—perfectly blended into both traditional brews and innovative espresso martinis.
Opens early morning (07:30) even on a Saturday. Coffee was excellent, and the front of house and serving staff couldn’t have been more chipper. Think I’ve found my new place to go first thing on a Saturday! I only had croissant and coffee and then took away some cakes, but the food served looked excellent so will be having that next time.
Ethan C — Google review
Whitley Bay brunch scene is amazing, and Rustic Cup probably tops it for me. I had the avocado on toast, which was delicious and flavourful, the chai latte is exactly how it should be, and best of all is that they sell Lamingtons, my favourite Aussie cake. I’ll definitely be going back, a lot.
Natasha M — Google review
Great coffee shop / cafe. Serving freshly prepared tasty food. Lovely tasting coffee and some delicious cakes. Normally go to another well known coffee shop in Whitley bay, but decided to try here for a change. So glad we did, will definitely be back!

I had a cappuccino and the mi i rustic breakfast. Both were very nice and not overly expensive either. Staff were pleasant. The food was a little bit slow coming out but well worth the wait. Definitely worth a visit.

Unique idea executed well. Traditional butty filling in a Bao Bun with hot sauce. Highly recommend to try. We had the hash browns separate too and they were delicious and addictive. Great real flat white too. Must visit if you're in Whitley and want something a bit different.
Mike D — Google review
The Breakfast Bao’s and hash browns are an absolute winner! I didn’t think a breakfast bao would work…but trust me IT DOES! So delicious and the sauce is amazing! Would definitely go back for the food! Unfortunately though the coffee is a hard miss! We had iced lattes and landed up having to throw them away - think warm milk with a couple of ice blocks…that’s what it pretty much was! Not nearly enough coffee and not cold enough I’m afraid! Next time I’ll go for the food as that is what they specialize in and they absolutely nail that but I’d go somewhere that specializes in coffee for my brew!
Kirsten K — Google review
Doesn’t need a massive review, but people know this has the best breakfast sandwich and best coffee in the area. Definitely give it a go….i go once a week.
Tom H — Google review
10/10! Went with my husband on match day for a quick bite and I had the vegan bao. Absolutely banging. Iced coffees were great too!
Mollie S — Google review
Walking around the station we found this place open when all the other coffee shops were closed. There was a queue and we waited in the street. It was worth it, the baos were delicious, we really enjoyed it. The coffee was with alternative milk which we appreciated also. Very recommended as they did very well.
Marta F — Google review
Fairly priced for what it is, tastes great. The hashbrowns are from another planet. Got there for about 9:30 on a Sunday and there was a bit of a queue. But from ordering to having the food maybe 10mins. Guy that served was friendly and certainly better than the monotone drones at McDonald's. Be back again and 100%recommend. Shame there was no dining in only down side.

Breakfast restaurant
Nestled in the charming coastal town of Whitley Bay, Beefeater Whitley Bay is a delightful dining spot that offers a menu filled with hearty options. Known for its friendly and attentive staff, this restaurant provides an inviting atmosphere perfect for families and friends alike. One standout dish is their cod and chips, which comes at a very reasonable price compared to other local eateries. The flexibility of the kitchen shines through as they readily accommodate dietary preferences, ensuring everyone can enjoy their meal without hassle.
Visited with our granddaughters, when we arrived there were plenty of tables but as time went on it started to fill up. We were greeted by Tiana upon entry, who showed us to our table and gave us excellent service throughout. We ordered from the 8 dishes for £8 which upon investigation, turn out to be the normal sized meal when you do the add ons and for less great value. Food turned up relatively quickly and was of excellent quality. In all a great experience.
Darren B — Google review
Whitley Bay was heaving yesterday as it was such a lovely day & after a long walk we wanted a drink before setting off home. The tables outside were all dirty. Stacks of plastic/disposable glasses were piled up and then blowing off onto the floor. Dirty plates and rubbish everywhere. Inside was as bad. Dirty tables & the loos had no toilet paper in them. I appreciate it being busy but not to clear or clean the tables was poor. We sat there for a good hour too. The guy serving at the bar was inundated and I didn't see one other member of staff. Other establishments that are as busy in Blyth employ someone to clean and clear tables. First impressions count and we would go elsewhere in future.
Jules — Google review
Took advantage of the lunchtime offer — “8 mains for under £8” menu, which runs Monday to Friday from 12–5pm. Great value for money! I had the chicken flatbread sandwich with skin-on fries for £7.99, and added a Biscoff sundae for £3.29. The chargrilled chicken was surprisingly good — nicely cooked and full of flavour, especially for what’s essentially a Beefeater pub. Service was quick — food arrived in about 10 minutes, and the portion size was decent. The sundae was nice and light to finish, especially if you're a Biscoff fan. Overall, a nice spot when you're after something casual and affordable. Would definitely return for the deal.
S D — Google review
Megan, Stacey and Chloe were all working in the restaurant. The food was great. Service was great. Location is excellent. I couldn’t fault anything.
Donald R — Google review
With the right expectations, this is fine food for after a long day at the beach or when very hungover. Imagine a casino, an American sports bar and a cheap British eatery had a baby and made it into a chain: padaa beefeaters. The charm is that they make piping hot British classics (full English etc) with zero pretense. It’s a basic breakfast but someone made it for you and it’s cheap. Ignore the vending and the slots machines or pick a beach facing seat and it’s almost a decent joint to sit. And outside terrace definitely better than inside. I forgot to take pictures of the food but the signs that I did capture give you a pretty 1-1 idea of what you’ll get
Cor C — Google review
Not much to love. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few tables occupied, so it wasn’t particularly busy. We ordered starters and mains. The starters — nachos and mushrooms — were disappointing, and I wouldn’t order them again. They also took surprisingly long to arrive, considering how simple they were. When the mains finally came, my burger was burnt and served without coleslaw. I had to ask for the coleslaw, and even then the burger itself still had the skin left on the onion inside — very careless. For the prices they charge, the food quality was well below even Wetherspoons’ standards. I asked for my main to be removed from the bill, which they did, and the server did his best to help despite clearly dealing with complaints from several other tables. Overall, poor value and disappointing food, drinks were bad too. It took 1hr 45mins for the main to even arrive.
Sarah H — Google review
Went today and never again. Pathetic and totally unorganised. Ordered the three meat Sunday lunch and the lady came back 5 mins later saying no beef for one hour ? So two people changed there order to Turkey and they said they would give us an extra slice to compensate. 1hr and 15 mins later they finally started to deliver, it’s disgusting the roast potatoes were cold and totally overcooked. We had paid for extra potatoes and Yorkshire pudding they arrived when the food was almost finished. Refill pop all empty just shocking I don’t know how it’s open. My grandson’s burger 🍔 lol 😂 even chips well overcooked.. just horrible, stay away
Frank F — Google review
So we got the beefeater and was told there would be a 45 minute wait which was okay as there was eight people. Food was ordered after having to catch the person eye. Drinks were ordered by us at the bar as it looked like the staff was busy and I would say not the right amount staff. items was ordered, but one hour later three meals arrived out of the eight. Then ten minutes later three more meals and then ten later the rest of the meals. I had a steak which was stone cold with the manager asking was everything okay and didn’t get a good answer. It turned out all the meals were cold and service was very poor. Come to pay the bill and drinks was on the bill which we had already paid for! The bill was reduced but before leaving a staff member was saying they were short staff because of school holidays and other excuses. At the bar I one member of staff telling a management they was no glasses for drinks! Would I go here again? Never. I used the place as we were there for the Great North Run. Friends stopped at the hotel and said the breakfast was like eating cardboard. We used a place in the town the night before and have to say that the restaurant was excellent

Just opened up last week 2 minutes away from Spanish city . I took my daughter after school for a treat on the way home for a juice and some cake, they have done a great job inside a lovely outdoor terrace and also an added bonus terrace across the street overlooking the beach. Great relaxing atmosphere and great selection of sweet stuff for the family ,also a nice menu see ( on my photos ), We will definitely be back with the rest of the family.

Such a cute family run cafe! Had two cappuccinos and the poached eggs on sourdough with sauce hollandaise and it was absolute perfection! Service couldn’t have been faster and more attentive either and the whole atmosphere and decor was so lovely as well! Would absolutely come back!

We went for Sunday lunch. The food was amazing but it would be better if they done table service, also the bar area up stairs was closed so we had to go downstairs to order. The staff were lovely though. Would recommend going here for food.

Our first time visiting here. We found all the staff very friendly. It was busy on the ground floor so we went upstairs. My husband says it's the best bacon sandwich he's had. He loves his bacon very crispy. I chose the black pudding stash. It was so big I said to the person who served us it would of fed us both. It's very dog friendly. They brought a bowl of water and a treat for her. We'll definitely be back when we next take her to the beach.

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service coffee chain that serves up an array of hot beverages, refreshing iced coolers, sweet treats, and satisfying sandwiches. Frequent visitors often rave about the exceptional service provided by staff members like Adam, who not only manages busy mornings with grace but also builds personal connections with customers by remembering their names and favorite drinks. This level of customer care truly enhances the experience at Costa Coffee.
This Costa Coffee site is within the shopping arcade in Whitley Bay and is always a busy one, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they also have a great rapport with their clientele, it is always a pleasure to come in and be greeted with a smile!!

Nice drink nice sandwich, but yet again for costa poor cleanliness. Picked a table cause it had just been wiped down, however quick wipe with a tissue and it was black, also cups were stained and not washed well.

Nice coffee and food. I ordered a Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Tiffin... The only thing that let it down was the dirty cutlery, but I didn't use it anyway

I come to Costa most days to have an hour to myself and do some reading for work. It really is a great coffee shop. The coffees are delicious. Most of all, the staff are brilliant. They know my order, have a sunny disposition and daily chat. Sitting listening, I can hear that every customer who comes in is given the same welcome. They know all the regulars and make the morning coffee experience a great one.
Louise W — Google review
We use this costa often but this morning the service from Adam (I believe) was exceptional. Working alone for a short time as the shop opened there was a queue to the door, Adam was professional yet friendly and so calm. What impressed me as I waited for my turn to be served was how he knew customers names and greeted them individually, knowing what their drink would be he was one step ahead making the drinks. I work in hospitality and I understand the importance of customer care, Adam is a credit to your store/company and should be recognised for his dedication, maybe even be asked to train others to this level. Costa you have a star working for you. My coffee was great as always too and other staff members are always pleasant.

This doesn’t exist, the church is pretty though.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a issue once with the coffee cup lids, it didn't fit correctly and it spilt on my gor-tex jacket. I told the manager and he did his absolute best, however head office didn't care and I was met with excuses. However the manager went out of his way to help. Unfortunately I will never buy coffee from Costa again, and to be honest there coffee beans are rubbish anyway.

Nestled in a charming corner of the city, Nine Streets Coffee is a delightful haven for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. This cozy café boasts an impressive selection of expertly brewed coffee that highlights its natural sweetness, thanks to the skillful baristas behind the counter. Unlike typical chain establishments filled with mass-produced options, Nine Streets Coffee offers a refreshing menu featuring homemade food that truly elevates your experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind or catch up with friends.
Clean tidy happy place with lovely friendly staff. Pot of tea filled two large mugs great value and coffee well worth the money. However, In my opinion the bacon roll, although enjoyable was over price at £5 considering it's a roll no butter and two rashers. Other than that no complaints.

Excellent cafe, great for a catch up and cuppa. Bacon sarnies and scones are lovely. Would definitely recommend. 5 *****

Visited today from Durham with my little girl and my sister. Lovely cafe, delicious food and drinks. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Going out of their way to accommodate us, especially one waiter imparticular who even brought my sweetcorn obsessed toddler some corn on a little plate! Made her day ... thankyou! We'll be back!

Love this cafe. Was recommended by Stephen Doney, my bestie's son Food is delicious especially the cheese scones. Staff are lovely and friendly. It has a vault room (the building used to be a bank) which you can hire. It is amazing. Definitely worth a visit. It is dog friendly too 😊

First visit (and won’t be my last) although I’ve often driven past and considered going but it doesn’t look open. A board outside to advertise opening hours would be useful. Excellent cheese scones - just the right size and so tasty. Very clean WC with paper towels as well as hand dryer. Great for those of us who hate the noise of the new technology. Comfortable seating and friendly staff. Thank you.

It's a place I would recommend very much. The cafe has a great atmosphere. I'm a chai latte drinker, I like it with lots of cinnamon. It had a very nice aroma.

They sell the most delicious scones. Very friendly service. I once asked whether I could order some scones for visitors I was having on a Sunday am arrived at the cafe as it opened, all the scones, freshly baked and bagged up for me. What more could you want! Thank you very much, Stu and friends and all the best. Caroline.

The best coffee I've had for years, so perfectly dialled in that you could taste the natural sweetness, kudos to the brilliant barista. great menu also.... not so overwhelming like chain coffee shops that are full of factory produced rubbish, this is on another level, fresh home made food, really fantastic staff and dogs welcome, I thoroughly recommend a visit if you are a coffee lover, although the tea is also excellent. Thanks everyone, you have restored my faith in coffee shops again 👍

Another great visit here for food. Six of us for Birthday breakfast and all meals were excellent and served together. Looking forward to coming back to try their afternoon, early evening menu. Nice touch with the Birthday Muffin cake. Cheers 😁 Would highly recommend

Only visited this local cafe 2 weeks ago for the first time and we returned last weekend and already planned to go again this weekend. So far we have tried the breakfast and lunch menu and will definitely be returning to try the dinner menu. We love the fact the lunch menu is hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads. That’s hard to find right here anymore! Our new favourite local spot by a mile with a great variety and even kinder staff who go the extra mile. The cafe is small but has a lovely atmosphere and both times we have got chatting to other customers enjoying their meal. Another bonus for us is the cafe is dog friendly! Could not recommend this place enough, we are so glad we have found it.

Have visited this cafe a few times now for lunch and recently went on an evening. Each time it has been lovely. Food presented well and tasted amazing. Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. My new go to cafe, highly recommend!

This little gem is right on my doorstep. I’ve known about the great coffee for a while, but didn’t realise they did a full evening menu too, open later on Friday and Saturday. The moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with big smiles by attentive staff. I didn’t catch the name of the waitress who was looking after us, but she was lovely and extremely good at her job. Answered questions confidently about the food, laughed and joked with us and definitely enhanced an already fantastic experience. I had the Pork Belly Bites and the Rib Eye Steak. My friends had the same, and also had the Soup of the Day and the Surf and Turf. They were all sensational. The Pork Belly Bites were one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Gary (the chef) was lovely. He came over and we had a little chat as well which was a nice touch and was nice to share our thoughts with him. Overall it was a fabulous evening, and we will 100% be back there. I remarked to the waitress that I’d be hard pushed to remember the last time I had food as good, and I’ve had some pretty damn good food recently. 5 Stars!

Visited Saturday evening 15th February. Superb food, in fact some of the best food you will get anywhere it really is that good. Couple that with very reasonable prices and friendly knowledgeable staff make this an absolute hidden gem right on our doorstep. Make a visit to their evening bistro you will not be disappointed.

I went for breakfast, had the vegetarian full English “the veggie works” and an iced latte with oak milk and vanilla syrup. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and the drink was lovely too. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Nice, chill atmosphere, I’d like to go back and try some of their lunch options.

Amazing outside catering! Selection of sliders, canapés, quiche, sausage rolls, crudite cups and vol-u-vounts, all friendly communication, prompt delivery and they were very accommodating with my bespoke packaging! Can’t thank Gary and the team enough for lightening the food burden for my 50th birthday plans!

The Scarecrow Coffee is a charming café with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Visitors praise the excellent coffee, delicious cheese scones, and baklava. Customers appreciate the accommodating nature of the staff, who even warmed baby food and made space for bulky pushchairs. The café also offers a variety of savory and sweet treats, including Turkish coffee, Turkish Delight, Baklava, and Turkish Bagels.
Great local coffee shop. Strong, smooth coffee and a fantastic selection of alternative drinks, milks and syrups to suit all tastes. Staff are lovely and friendly and do a great job of creating a nice, relaxing atmosphere. In what must be the most creative and beautiful looking coffee shop in the area!

What an amazing Coffee place. Great vibe, fantastic decor, beautiful owners and a great all round choice of food, cakes and home made coffee. I will definitely be back! And thank you to my friend in the picture who suggested coming to yours. Will definitely be back and recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Cozy Gem Called Scarecrow If you’re looking for a place that feels like a warm hug in dessert form, Scarecrow is it. From the moment you step inside, there’s a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to settle in with a good book or catch up with a friend over something sweet. The staff are friendly and genuine the kind of people who remember your name and your favorite order. You can tell they care about what they do, will be back.

Compact cafe full of character. Loved the little backroom with the old vinyl records decorating the walls. Food and the toastie were great. Thank you

Took my toddler in for some coffee and cake after swimming, managed to spill a full bottle of juice over the floor. The owner was so kind to my little girl and gave her another juice at no charge. Coffee and cake was great as well
MrStephenk91 — Google review
Friendly stuff, delicious scones and cakes and also super fresh coffee selections there. You can have fresh juice and enjoy the taste of retro decorations as well. We really enjoyed our visit there.

My husband and I paid our first visit today (15.3.25) and it will not be our last. David had the spinach and feta pastry whilst I opted for a cheese scone. We both had lattes with home roasted coffee. Delicious. Unfortunately we could see the cake selection from where we sat, so decided it would be rude not to try some. We opted for a carrot cake and a sticky orange cake. Both were delicious but the sticky orange cake was the winner. Lovely friendly hosts and delightful decor. Please give this a try as you will not be disappointed.

Morrisons Cafe is a delightful spot to take a break while shopping. While the grocery selection can be inconsistent, particularly with vegetarian options and organic produce, the cafe itself shines brightly. Diners can enjoy an array of delicious meals at fantastic prices, including a healthy jacket potato topped with tuna and fresh salad. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring that your experience is both enjoyable and efficient.
Very healthy and tasty jacket potato with tuna and salad. Friendly and quick service. Also very reasonably priced. All good👍

I was in this place yesterday and can honestly say I will not be coming back. Worst food I've ever had in my life.
Caroline D — Google review
The member of staff on the till was very slow, and quite rude, they got the order wrong twice, they advised they did not do soya milk for my tea meaning I had to go and buy a litre of milk from the shop for my cup of tea. They brough the soya milk over half an hour after i puchased my cup of tea and my own milk. Also no straws (paper) at all so again had to go into the shop to buy them for my kids. Overall this used to be a nice cafe, but has gone significantly downhill in the last year.
Angel — Google review
Great place to shop. However some of the vegetarian foods are hit and miss. Some days they're in stock and some days not. Could do with a better organic fresh fruit, salad and veg selection. The cafe inside is nice too. The menu prices are fantastic and the staff are so welcoming and happy to help.

I visited this cafe on 21st November 2018 at around 2pm. The staff - two asian ladies let me wait for good 5 minutes before taking the payment, they could clearly see me but couldn't be bothered. The gentleman waiting behind me gave up and left the cafe. Then the lady taking the payment came out from behind the till to check if I have on the tray what I said I have. When I sat down the table was full of food spillages and staff wasn't bothered to clean it. I wouldn't come back at all.
Elena K — Google review
Absolutely awful. Told we would have a 20 min wait for food, which was fine. Ended up being over 45 mins with no apology. At one point they even tried to give us someone else's food. The answer to the whole thing was have a complimentary refill. When the food did arrive, some of it was hot, but not all. Staff seemed thin on the ground on a busy sunday morning, with no manners or smiles. Wont be back and we have been sunday regulars.

Bought Christmas Dinner a d what came was disgusting 4 slices of turkey paper thin it was disgusting Left it couldt eat it not very happy had to wait 20 minutes for a fork to turn up no serviettes I eat in the cafe regular but the standard is ridiculous now have you no shape pretending this is christmas dinner Will be using tesco cafe from now on Alun
Loreto C — Google review
Staff are canny enough but can’t even guy a bun in half properly never mind cook the food. I wouldn’t come back here unless I had no other choice. I get that it’s during a pandemic and times are hard but it’s not so bad that you can’t keep on top of a empty cafe.
