Steak house

Breakfast restaurant
Redditch Beefeater is a popular chain restaurant that offers a variety of grilled meats and international dishes like fajitas. While some customers have mentioned that the service can be slow at times, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has received positive feedback for its delicious food, with customers praising the quality and variety of options available. Many visitors have expressed their intention to return in the future, impressed by the dining experience they had.
I can honestly say the food at Beefeater always hits differently. This week we had the beef lasagna, with cheddar cheesy fries and Garlic bread and it was delicious so scrumptious! My husband had the pork ribs and loved it too! Our toddler doesn’t like to eat but always ends up finishing all her dinner when we got to beefeater.

Very good experience, the food was amazing steaks cooked perfectly and all food was hot and tasty, for dessert i had a biscoff sundae which was fabulous. Jen our server was fabulous and is a credit to the restaurant, she made sure everyone was happy and made by birthday amazing. Thank you very much definitely will be returning!

For the first time in forever the car park was virtually empty when we arrived to the point we thought they may be closed. 😲 Monica; the manager, showed us to our table with the usual friendly welcome and broad smile. ☺️ Skye; our server, took our Drinks order and promptly brought them to the table whilst we decided what to eat. 🍻 When we were ready, Skye took our Starters and Mains order. Our Starters were out in 15-20min and we ordered more Drinks, which, again, were on the table promptly. For Starter I had ordered the Loaded Nachos, which were deliciously crisp with smooth Guacamole, tangy Tomato Salsa and cool fresh Sour Cream. 😋 We'd all finished our Starters within half an hour and Skye cleared our plates away. It was another 15-20min when Skye, Monica and Corinne brought out our Mains and sides. I had ordered Fillet Steak; Medium to Well Done, with a Diane sauce. The Steak is served with Petit Pois, grilled half of a Tomato and a Flat Cap Mushroom with which I selected Loaded Chips with a Honey and Mustard sauce and added a side order of Onion Rings. The Steak was cooked to perfection; slightly crisp on the outside where it had been seared on the grill and sweet and juicy in the middle with a thin ribbon of pink running through the centre. The rich Earthy flavour of the Diane sauce complimented the Steak beautifully. I commented to both my family and Skye that it was possibly the best Steak I've ever eaten. 🥰 It took approximately an hour to eat our Main course. Skye cleared our plates away and took our Dessert order, which arrived in 15-20min. I ordered the New York Cheesecake which was delicious; rich and creamy on a delightfully crisp biscuit base and served with slices of Banana, Cream and Iced Cream, and drizzled with Toffee sauce. 😋 The Bill came to £≈290.00 for a table of Nine. That equates to a top quality three course meal with drinks for approximately £30 a head; excellent value. I threw in a £20 tip for Skye for her attentiveness and professionalism and £20 for the delicious food the kitchen staff produced (I wanted to give the kitchen £40 but ran out of cash!). 👍🏻 The team at Beefeater, Redditch North, are excellent and I highly recommend you have a meal there yourself. 😉

Omg. Amazing food again and service again. Donna was so helpful, and kind even though we were so indecisive. The food was delicious. The steaks were perfect.

had to stay in premier inn for 6 weeks for a course, booked meal deal on beefeater, never seen such a busy beefeater, food depends on the chef, different day different taste. waitress Charlie was very quick with the service, very energetic and lively all the time,

Went for a meal here recently and had such a lovely experience, thanks to our amazing waitress, Skye. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and looked after. She checked on us regularly, was friendly and professional throughout, and made sure everything was perfect. Skye’s attention to detail and genuinely warm service made the evening extra special.

I visited Beefeater with smiles, high expectations, and excitement. By the time I left, my smiles had dried up, and I was left with disappointed feelings. Firstly, we did not reserve a table but got lucky to have a spare table that contains all of us. We ordered our Starters and Main course at the till. We were told that the food will tak 22mins to be ready but ended up waiting for 47 minutes for the food. When we got the foods, it was like we ordered cold meals. The chips, pizza, pork rib rack, steak, Onnion rings, and spicy wings were all cold. The kids couldn't wait any longer, so they were eating like that. I complained to one of the staff, the staff did not apologise but offered to take the food back for new hot ones and he said it could take a while. I ended up waiting for another half hour to have the food. It is the worst experience I have had so far, and I'm not coming back 100%

Pub
Breakfast restaurant
The Royal Enfield - JD Wetherspoon is a spacious and contemporary pub that has transformed from a former cinema into a vibrant social hub. With ample outdoor seating, it offers patrons the chance to enjoy real ales and an all-day food menu in a relaxed atmosphere. The establishment features charming motorcycle memorabilia, adding character to your visit. While some guests have noted minor service hiccups, such as missing items or delays with clearing tables, many appreciate the friendly staff and clean facilities, including accessible restrooms.
Breakfast,, Lunch and evening meal all very good with prompt service, friendly staff , all the food at a fantastic prices
Carol E — Google review
It's conveniently located close to the Kingfisher shopping centre and bus station. The pub was very busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table for late lunch. Food is freshly prepared and delicious The staff is friendly and helpful during our visit The building is beautifully decorated with plenty of history of Redditch and has a Beer garden attached for additional seatings area.
PH P — Google review
Food was mediocre to say the least. Burrito bowl was like a microwave dish, with extra bits piled on top. Burger bun was over toasted but edible. Staff are friendly enough, overall place could do with a deep clean, carpets are tired etc but it's a budget food place so don't expect the Ritz
Craig G — Google review
Came here for a visit to the local area, decided needed some food and drink, got a bbq pizza 11inch noticed the rocket was missing okay, no worries with that. Finished that then ordered dessert, table getting full so stacked up the plates then ordered dessert, it came asked if they could take the plates was told busy and walked off.... okay so next time I will not come and eat here, dont mind spending my money else where
Jack S — Google review
In my opinion, the better of the two Spoons in the town. Vegetarian breakfast was good, but the baked beans were cold. However, the manager brought another portion to the table. The female associates were friendly and helpful. Very good outdoor terraces, with two to the rear and one out front. If you like motorcycle memorabilia you will be pleased with some of the exhibits and photographs throughout the restaurant. May return
Paul B — Google review
You get what you pay for. It's a JD Weatherspoons pub, not the Ritz. Decent enough, food is ok and cheap enough. Toilets are a mile away like all spoons.

Security too to get lock your arms behind back to remove from restaurant use excuse if being drunk being 30m before closing they will forcefully remove you depending on if they could get away with it I would like the cctv footage of that one night send me your email so I can report a case. They don't care. Thanks you reading review thanks. :/

Cafe
Breakfast restaurant
Cafeteria
Morrisons Cafe is a delightful spot that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Known for its extensive menu, it serves everything from hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches and delicious afternoon teas. The cafe prides itself on using fresh ingredients, ensuring that every dish is both tasty and wholesome. Whether you're in the mood for a classic English breakfast or a light salad, Morrisons Cafe has something to please every palate.
This review is based on the ( too good to go app ). We purchased a supposedly hot evening meal from Morrisons Redditch which should consist of hot unsold food at the end of the day shift. What we actually received was a small plastic tub with warm bacon slices and mushrooms, a sticky toffee pudding and two ( obviously cold ) sliced wholemeal loaves. When we arrived home and unpacked the goods both wholemeal loaves had visible mold between the slices so went straight in the bin. Not too good when you consider that this meal should have been hot food so god only knows why they gave us the bread in the first place . Needles to say we will not return to this store. I hold my hands up here and admit that originally I did leave positive feedback for this meal on the ( too good to go ) app as it was early days for us and I tried to do the right thing but now I realize that i gave people the wrong impression so please accept my apologies.
Peter H — Google review
Cold food, sausage bap cold sent it back for a replacement no sign of the new one been sitting 20 minutes. Children running around with one kicking a football. Tables full of empty and used plates. Not a pleasure being here at all, the cafe has gone down hill rapidly, I feel sorry for the staff who work here. Will not be comin back again
Joe B — Google review
We had two breakfasts via UberEats. How any member of staff thought these sausages were OK to send to customers is beyond me. Thankfully, I was fully reimbursed by UberEats. Never again. Do NOT recommend.
Moonbeam M — Google review
Great for a lukewarm breakfast. It used to be great value. Glad my toddlers meal was free to be honest. And I'm sure they can afford new pots for the beans. Chips all over the bowls. The service was quick though. The bacon looked see through. Meh.
Char — Google review
Well what can I say.. It's obvious Morrisons management don't read these reviews because nothing gets done. 40 minutes wait for food. Vegan breakfast came with an egg. Serving pots all three badly chipped.. someone's review from a year ago mentioned this and still the same.. Overall a disappointing visit.
Michael O — Google review
If you get the breakfast be prepared to be underwhelmed. The sausage were that cremated that they looked like a pile of dog mess that has been sitting in your garden in the sun for at least a week. Bacon was anaemic, egg was under and jelly like. Tomato was barely cooked. When I told them they absolutely incinerated the sausage they told me they have to be served overcooked for safety? They then returned with another set of completely cremated sausages.
Ben D — Google review
What is the point In a coffee station when no one mans it?? There was a queue of people waiting for drinks and no one there, no one to ask on the cafe floor either as they was all in the back doing god knows what. Surely you should have someone out on the cafe area at all times. Rubbish on tables that have been left on here since we have arrived and we have been here for 30 minutes. Morrisons seems to not give a care. So you can just come in a rob the place. Open to all!

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service coffee chain that serves up an array of hot beverages, refreshing iced coolers, and a tempting selection of sweet snacks and sandwiches. During my recent visit with my mom, we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the staff; one gentleman even offered to help carry our bags despite being on his break! It’s heartwarming to encounter such kindness in today’s world.
Went here with my mom today & the man that served me was lovely, he even offered to carry bags as we was walking outside because we was struggling & he was on his break. Not many nice people like that left in the world, thankyou xx

Yesterday me and my partner went to tht Costa which is in the Middle of Kingfisher... We ordered only two coffe... but the tray and the spoons we got next to our drinks were litterally dirty .. full of crumbs and it was visible that somebody used our spoons before and we got it without washing them up. Obviously the tables were dirty too. Disgusting. Take that 5* hygene rate down.
Maja K — Google review
This is apparently a large latte. Once I had scraped off all the foam, this is the amount I am left with. Why can't baristas EVER get it right?! We don't want a half cup of foam. We want a large drink!
Robbo S — Google review
Usual Costa menu, freindly staff, very busy, but plenty of seating in store or outside in the shopping centre.
Paul D — Google review
Never been to a costa with such poor service. Barely a look up from all the staff. No smile, hello, goodbye. Milk frothed then more milk added half way through. Then milk burnt. Coffee so bitter compared to normal costas. Staff also chewing gum. Terrible.

What a lovely welcome I had from the three ladies. An emotional day for me but they chatted. Smiled. And get me a much needed lift. Coffee was nice too :-)

Came here today and was not a lovely visit was served at till with what do you want and then walked away halfway through order then when made coffee just looked and pointed ask for chocolate sprinkles and didn't even acknowledge. Too busy talking to work colleagues about there holiday. They were all to busy talking and having a laugh when the tables need emptying... Would not recommend this location

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain that has been a staple for burger and fry lovers around the globe, continues to serve up its classic menu with a side of nostalgia. While some diners have experienced mixed feelings about their meals—like an overcooked McPlant patty that surprisingly mimicked meat in texture—the customer service shines through. Managers like Charez go above and beyond to ensure guests feel reassured about their orders, even offering replacements when needed.
Had a issue with a McPlant meal (patty was overcooked/dry) but i did order 30min before close. However the texture fooled me enough to make me believe it was a meat burger. When i went to complain about being given meat and not a veggie, the manager Charez was super helpful and set my mind at ease that it was in fact a veggie, then even recooked me my order as a replacement 10/10 customer service
Kelly D — Google review
Terrible meal, slung together and the presentation atrocious. The lettuce inside was far past it's sell by date. Preparation took over half an hour and the meal for my guest and myself received stone cold. This was not down to the deliveroo driver who delivered in record time once the meal was picked up, as I am only 5 mins away from the town centre by car. Moons Moat branch gives a far speedier service and always cares how their food is prepared and presented. I could not afford to throw away £25.00 so had to microwave the meal to heat it up before we could eat. That certainly isn't the thing to do with a McDonald's meal. I might just as well have thrown it away.
Linda F — Google review
Staff are always lovely and polite, despite being rushed off their feet. When I make online orders and I call to make amendments to my order they are always done. Food, albeit is McDonald’s so hardly Michelin quality but always nice and hot. Restaurant is always clean and being kept on top of. Thank you :)
Molly M — Google review
A gutter-level dining experience. We have contacted environmental health regarding this place. Avoid like the plague, unless you want to contract some kind of food poisoning. utterly disgusting!!!!!!
Stuierich U — Google review
Turnt up at 7 at night, drive thru was rammed so we thought it would be quicker to go inside, BIG mistake, ordered food at 7.04 and was still waiting at 7.40 and then our number disappeared from the screen. Went to the counter, to be told that we had already had our food and the lady disappeared for another 5 minutes to then explain that our food had dissappeared!!!! They recooked our order (another 10 mins) and then said that they had found our food (waiting in the drive thru), multiple people coming back to complain aswell, I get that they are busy, but come on and one of the staff was so rude to another customer who had her kids with her after she had waited almost an hour as well. Hengrove mcdonalds, don't bother
Pete B — Google review
Foods ok... but McDonald's isn't the same as it used to be. Service is good! Gor my food nice and quick. Atmosphere is quiet.

Cafe
Nestled in a light industrial estate, Real Nosh Cafe is the perfect spot for those craving an authentic British breakfast experience. While it may not boast a trendy barista atmosphere, this charming cafe serves up generous portions of delicious food that will leave you satisfied and ready to roll out the door. With friendly staff and fair prices, it's an inviting place to enjoy a hearty fry-up or a tasty sausage sandwich while waiting for your car repairs.
Fantastic local cafe in a light industrial estate. Lovely friendly staff, great tasting food, good portions and fair prices. Definitely worth dropping by if you are in the area. 3 points of improvement which would lose 0.2 of a star - black pudding is a bit bland, no blood or guts taste - tea could be stronger - extractor could be stronger it's a bit smokey inside when they are running full belt Minor quibbles and I would definitely come again.
Gareth D — Google review
If a posh barista vibe is your thing then this place is not for you BUT if you want a fantastic fry up in true British cafe style then look no further! Food is plentiful and delicious, and a large breakfast with coffee and all the trimmings will cost you a mere £10. However be prepared to roll yourself out of the door as you won’t leave hungry. Thanks ladies for the fab food and never ending smiles

On every occasion, the food has been fresh, tasty and served with a smile. The service has always been outstanding, friendly and customer focused. We would recommend The Cornish Connection for any meal, any time!

What a lovely cafe within the Redditch shopping centre, we discovered it when we visited the cinema a while back. Great value, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere for a cafe. The Cornish pasties are varied and tasty, a medium pasty meal with, beans, chips and and a tea or coffee is only 6.50. A real bargain. Next time we visit, I will take better photographs. Lots of great sauces too.
Dave F — Google review
Just ordered 2 cheese and onion baguettes. Staff couldn't find them on the till and then tried to charge £3.50 each instead of £3. When the baguette came it tasted stale. Also, there was no butter on the baguette. Who makes a cheese baguette with no butter? Not impressed with the food. Staff were pleasant.
Alan T — Google review
I went in there for lunch today + chose the crinkle chips with cheese as advertised on the menu. I ordered this at the counter to be told they only have chunky chips + the photos on the menu are not what they serve. Is this false advertising? Surely what is on the menu they should be serving? Had I not checked I would have received chunky chips which I'm not keen on. Maybe the manager/owner should have on the menu what they actually serve + not what other cafes serve? Extremely disappointed with the food.

Great place to go , nice atmosphere staff are really nice and the food is spot on . Lovely vegetarian breakfast . And I should imagine the other ones are just as nice 😎
Doug A — Google review
The only vegetables on offer were carrots and a rather unappealing, sloppy cauliflower cheese. We would have left straight away, but as our friends had already started serving their meals, we reluctantly decided to stay. Safe to say, we won’t be returning to this uninspiring and soulless place again!

“Best breakfast in Redditch” That’s what I googled while staying at the Premier Inn nearby, as I wasn’t too keen on the one provided. Greenview came up, and I can see why. What a super find! Spacious car park, nice clubhouse bar, and super staff. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. £7 for the ‘par 3’ breakfast - the smallest size - including bread and butter and a drink. Highly recommended.

Good food, not a big choice, service sometimes is ok, big, pleasant sitting area.

Such a shame Tesco bought this company in. Had my first try of the breakfast. Bacon thick as paper tasteless sausage. Cheap over cooked egg greasy hash brown. Never again will I visit this place.
Dave W — Google review
We was there 19/09/2025 a very bad experience happened. We went there for brunch and my partner is disabled . My partner wanted ham beans and chips so I went to the counter and asked for it the girl on the till said we can't do that the system won't allow it. Ok may I speak to the manager I was told he was on holiday. So I went back to my partner and told her what had took place. After a few seconds I went back to the till and again asked to speak to the manager or some one higher then from behind the kitchen door he appeared ANDY BLUE. I said I have some constructive criticism in a rage he said you are having your money back and leaving immediately I said why I said I have spoke to in a disrespectful I said what I have not raised my voice or swore at you.i said I hope you realise I have a disabled partner he said I don't care get out of here. So we left and phone head office of slim chicken they said that's it's the weekend almost and he said ill do a investigation and get back to you Monday ive left my phone number and email address

Fantastic service as usual. Lovely staff and good food and coffee. Such a friendly atmosphere.
Wendy W — Google review
I must visit this Cafe twice a week for my double espresso and cannolis and can honestly say the staff are excellent. The greeting the customers get is superb always a smile and chatty Now retired but in hospitality for over 50 years and can only say would have happily taken these girls on. They certainly know how to look after their customers
Gary C — Google review
Can't fault the attitude of the staff. They are friendly and welcoming. However, order your drink, take a seat and wait for drink to arrive... and wait .... and wait. Expensive and to be honest not great coffee. Certainly don't go to eat there anymore. Also dirty tables! The same issue it always was as tesco cafe the tables were cleared but not cleaned and this has not changed! Used to visit all the time, at least once a week. Now, unfortunately, as Carluccio's I give it a wide swerve.

Great Caffe! Food was really good quality and tasted fabulous! Me and my daughter had the club sandwich which was delicious! I am gluten free, my bread was really soft and big!! (If you’re gluten free you will know what a treat this is!!!) there was also a great range of gluten free cakes, but I was to full to sample this time! Staff were all super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! (Picture is of my daughters sandwich)

What a place! The staff are amazing, so friendly and really go the extra mile to help. The cakes were incredible as was the coffee. Stayed long enough to also have a sandwich which did not disappoint. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

Stopped on route back from holiday. The food was some of the best cafe food we’ve had. Staff were lovely and due to short staff delay they even gave us some spare cake to take away. Fantastic. Would recommend.

Amazing Barnyard breakfast and cappuccinos all round. Lovely and hot and fresh always a good sign when you get a runny egg!!! Well done chef. Also it’s great you can reserve a table to as it’s very popular.

I took my elderly father, he was very impressed with the peaceful location, friendly atmosphere and delicious English breakfast. The best english breakfast we've had, and we've tried several places. Everything was good quality and delicious 😋. Fresh cakes 🎂 too.

This place is amazing. Probably the best coffee I've ever had. All the staff and the service were fantastic. It had a fantastic atmosphere with lots of regulars who couldn't praise the place enough to us. We will definitely be returning.

Very slow service for food coming out we have waited over 30 minutes for sandwiches. Not good if you are on a lunch break so now having to rush to eat and go. Not good for digestive system. Staff are lovely.

Bransons Cross Truck Park & Bransons Cafe is a delightful haven for truckers seeking a warm and welcoming stopover. Nestled conveniently off the M42 in Redditch, this spot boasts ample parking space and excellent security, making it an ideal choice for weary travelers. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with friendly smiles from the staff, particularly Lee and Lisa, who are known for their enthusiasm and dedication to customer service.
Parked here last night, everyone was really friendly, ‘Lee in the café is a really good laugh, really enthusiastic and passionate about her job and giving excellent customer service. When parking on Snap you receive a £5 meal voucher to use in the café, all the food is home made. As I’d already eaten, I opted to takeout a steak pastry; twice the size of one your get from greggs and packed with huge chunks of steak! I’ve included a few photos of the home made deserts on offer, trust me I was tempted!! Showers and toilets pretty clean, I liked how roomy both the toilet and shower cubicles were. Parking is quiet, can fit a good amount of trucks in and automatic barrier lifts for you when you leave in the morning.. certainly one to try!

Outstanding!! What a hidden gem this place truly is.. **CALLING ALL TRUCKERS!** Personally, friendly welcoming service. Both upon arrival and inside the homely cafe. Proper & delicious home cooked food, huge variety at very wallet friendly prices. Lots of space for parking. Easily located just off the M42 (redditch). Parking costs low and fair, snap also available. Good showers! Decent security, blows motorway service well away. Lee and Lisa phenomenal women, smiling is their A game. Look after us drivers very well and keep us fed with decent grub. What more can you want?! See pic's, I opted for the guilty pleasures on the menu.. Be rude not to! Thank you team Branson's!!!

Plenty of parking. Fridges are parked further from remaining trucks. A little wait for food (it’s not McDonalds), but it’s fresh ant tasty. Lady behind the counter (Lee) is beyond lovely. Overall, amazing place for night stay.

First time stopping here tonight and I will definitely be back. Nice friendly atmosphere, staff very friendly especially Lea and to top it off food was amazing. Best omelette I’ve had cooked for me
Hannah W — Google review
Top draw only found it last night but I’ll be back , Showers well kept and clean , food is brilliant just to draw .
Robert D — Google review
Came to park Saturday, everything was fine first. They put the fridge units a separate place, that's ok. Someone burning fire back there, smoke goes everywhere, can't roll my windows down. Reported it to the security guy, nothing happened. Then Sunday comes. More smoke, no security, can't find anyone to talk. Toilets are dirty, and no paper. If you looking for a nice place to chill in the weekend, this is not what you want! Food is good, parking on asphalt.
Zoltán S — Google review
A great truckstop, all on tarmac hard standing. Facilities are a little dated but clean. Fridges accepted. Parking for up to 150 trucks, they’ll always get u in somewhere.
Mark W — Google review
The best secure truck stop I've stayed at. Great hosts, excellent value for money, really nice freshly cooked breakfast and coffee from the onsite cafe. Newly fitted toilets and showers. Very clean! Best night sleep due to refrigerated units being parked away from non-refrigerated units, concrete hard standing for vehicles, so not covered in dust or mud. Currently £15 per night, free use of showers.
