For a delightful breakfast/brunch idea I highly recommend getting the cream cheese bagel with bacon and egg. Absolutely yummy.

Cafe Bita is a recently opened small cafe owned by a friendly young couple with excellent customer service skills. The spotlessly clean cafe offers delicious, freshly made food and drinks. It has a quiet, mellow ambiance with dog-friendly seating and no pressure to chat. The menu includes great omelettes, Turkish sausage dishes, and breakfast barm options served with delicious seeded bagels.
Amazing Place, food was delicious and came out quickly. Coffee was really good and they actually added a good amount of syrup unlike other cafes. Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed and staff were really accommodating. 10/10 would seriously recommend.

This was my first visit to Sale Moon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior design and the cozy, inviting vibe 🌕.
For drinks, we tried a seasonal special—the black sesame oolong tea latte—and a batch brew.
Both were great, leaving me curious to explore more of their menu. The price-to-quality ratio was spot on, and Joanna, the barista, was so nice and friendly. We’ll definitely be returning to try more drinks without a second thought.🤍
As for the food, we had a croissant and a pain aux raisins. While both were good, I have to admit the drinks stood out and impressed me more than the pastries.

I'm a self confessed coffee snob and even have my own range of top tier coffees, so I wasn't expecting this absolute gem on Northenden Road in Sale! Superbly impressed and also slightly jealous of the owners! The hand grind options are excellent and served beautifully. I have visited twice and had two different baristas; both had fantastic knowledge about the beans and both gave impeccable service. Sale Moon is definitely my new go to coffee shop.
For those not so picky, they serve all the regular coffee you'd expect at very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend a visit!

Nice chilled ambience and friendly people. Was speaking to Gabe ( think that's his name) about matcha and the cafe itself. Really easy to talk to and super knowledgeable on the drinks and suppliers and other independent local cafes and businesses.
If you're someone really into their coffee, or someone who just wants an excellent coffee experience this is the place for you. The owners clearly care and are extremely passionate about the product they serve, and the atmosphere in this place is serene and calm. Really enjoyable experience, and something I'd happily repeat.

We’ve popped in a few times for coffees or teas but also recently booked on to Omakase coffee tasting experience which was so interesting! Tried several coffees from different origins and ended with the most delicious freeze dried milk flat white - still dreaming about it now 🤤🥰

I used to love going to this store almost every day, but since they have loads of new staff it’s been awful!! Drinks are always wrong and delayed cos they forget it’s on the side, very blunt rude staff (David I think his name is, bad customer service all round from him) and just a bad experience every time I go now. Sad really, the old staff were lovely and service was fab.
Dire non existent service. 2 saturday kids and 1 older girl. Utter chaos in a not-busy cafe. Wrong orders going out, food thrown across the counter to me, someone waiting 30 mins for a panini, girl with dark hair in ponytail was rude and surly to people. Boy serving was so slow it was like watching paint dry. Mugs left on all tables, so told we had to have paper cups. No proper supervision or training - it was shocking. Think Ill stick with Cafe Nero or Costa Coffee in Sale, staff there are polite and professional!
Don't make the mistake of ordering from here you will regret it, cold food, late delivery times and terribly made coffee, can't even contact shop to ask why it's over an hour late because they hang up the line after they're fed up of it ringing. Abysmal service

Have been a few times now and love their pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely need some more gluten free options which are very limited. I also had to clear a table today as the three tables at the back had rubbish and used cups on them. There were about four members of staff so this wasn't great but five stars regardless as the place is lovely, staff friendly and drink delicious.
We dined in. I was so disappointed to find this coffee shop at the back of the store and it had no toilets. I was desperate to wash my hands before eating. No hand gel on tables either. Minimal food choice, toasted cheese sandwich was soft and impossible to cut in half with the plastic knife. The coffee came in a bucket - giant mug. No option to buy a small coffee. All overpriced. I’ll never go to Starbucks ever again. Staff were lovely though.
Came in last week and was served by Beth, I think her name was. She made me feel very welcome, took the time to run through the different syrups they have and recommended me a drink, which I really enjoyed. The other staff members seemed lovely as well and the store was kept nice and tidy. Will definitely be returning in the near future!

We had a walk from Sale Water park to the Wetherspoons, we went for breakfast. We ordered two large breakfasts which were spot on, no complaints and for the price it was excellent value. Would definitely return.
Dropped in for a quick drink on way to meeting friends. Beer festival was on so a great range of bitters, miles and stouts. All well kept and presented. Prices were amazingly even better than my local JDs. Even the service was quick and friendly.
Finished a night out in this small Spoons. Good real ale selection. Pint of Peerless Hops and Glory and a pint of Moorhouse's Straw Dog. Handy for Sale Metro. Both £2.10. Sadly already used all my 50p off vouchers.
Had an amazing experience at The J.P Joules on the 17th July. My Dad a regular Alan recently passed away and I know he'd have wanted to have raised a drink there after his funeral. Kevin and the team made this possible, my family and Dads friends were all able to celebrate him together. Such an amazing team and the other customers all made us feel welcome.
Nothing was too much trouble at all.
Thank you to Kevin and your team for making our day special, we saw first hand why Dad felt part of the Joules family.

WOW !! Absolutely disgusting. Came for breakfast here which was fine just as you expect from a weatherspoons, Unfortunately they probably should not have opened the cleaner had started their shift !! The toilets had sick on the floor, empty glasses from night before and toilets that needed a flush and jet washing just what we needed before a full English.

I had heard the food here was very good so I decided to give it a go.i ordered a breakfast and steak and mushroom baguette. It was quite busy so was surprised by the speed at which it arrived and I must say it was spot on piping hot and well presented excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
Love Jenny’s! This is our go to cafe in Sale for an English breakfast (they also do a nice jacket spud or cheese toasty for lunch too!). Food is tasty, the staff are super friendly and they allow dogs so our furry companions can come too. 👍

As usual, I find that COSTA has the nicest Chai lattes… and I particularly love their glass mugs. Their coffees are always lovely and hot.

Entered the store today to receive my 1 pound three network offer I was unfortunately served by a women with black hair and European accent the minute she saw I had the offer she looked at me in disgust and judged me instantly when she made the drink I don’t know what she gave me but I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and she gave me a small kids looking drink with no strawberry sauce and didn’t even taste like strawberry she obvs just palmed me off with a cheap milkshake when that’s not what I ordered the offer says you can have any size and she gave the smallest one without asking I came to this same store last week and got the same offer ordered the same drink and was given the right one and I was served by someone else this women clearly had an issue with me having an discount I would recommend re training on her manners with the employee involved I’ve now left the shop angry when all I wanted was a drink trust me there was nothing luxury about this ‘milkshake I was served that was meant to be a frapee
They forgot to put our food in the microwave. (They did do it after we asked where our food was.)
And whoever made my tropical mango bubble blended my boba - I had very few boba (1) it was still nice, but the boba is the reason the drink is so pricey.
Costa is my favourite shop, but this one was the worst I have been to.
I visit this costa more often than any other, I love it, the staff are really friendly and always get my order right, they make the hot chocolates consistently strong, which I love.
Ordered hot milkshake (£4.60) to have in took 10 minutes (no queue) served in a takeaway cup (2pm mid week). Tasted unpleasant. Service friendly but the bar area really dirty. I think it's more of a Costa comment, but for the price I would avoid coming as you can get better quality food and lower prices while supporting local businesses.

The staff are always nice and polite. The options are vast and every sandwich is your custom order as everything is made fresh in front of you perfect for all type of food preferences. Pudding, drinks, crisps and more available all reasonably priced.

Best sandwich shop in South Manchester by a mile, have been coming here for well over 10 years. Lynn and the team are fantastic, always happy to see you. The food is outstanding and exceptionaly good value. I HIGHLY reccomend a Shark Special with bacon, although I've tried nearly all the menu over the years and there is not a single item I didn't enjoy. Do call ahead for quick pickup, it is busy between 11.30-2.

Had a visit this morning for the grand opening and was very impressed with the whole experience. Was greeted at the front door by the manager and given an opening day bag. All the staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. Ordered a latte, sausage roll and blueberry muffin. The food was delicious and the coffee was great. The best part about this location is that they have some great windows to nosey out of at the back. Can definitely recommend and will return soon.

Also leaving a review to counter the moaners. I didn’t see you complaining about the Wetherspoons (The J.P.Joule across the canal) or Starbucks (also Nero and Costa). Perhaps you might want to get rid of M&S while you’re at it, since it’s ‘posh’? Worst of all, you’re providing false information such as the pricing range. Sale town centre had been dead for years, and now it’s finally being revitalised. If ‘gentrification’ means more quality options, then I say bring it on.
This place felt like an expensive factory canteen. It had zero ambiance, our table was dirty despite 3 members of staff on duty, the 'decor', presumably meant to look 'distressed' jjust looks uncared for and unfinished. The rest is quite clinical and doesn't feel comfortable at all. £4.10 for a regular latte and having names shouted out, very loudly, was distracting and stops the experience being relaxing and pleasant.

Every time I step into Gail’s in Sale, I’m greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere it’s quickly become one of my fav spots in town. The bakery is always filled with the rich, comforting aroma of fresh bread and pastries, and the coffee is consistently top-notch.
But what really makes this place stand out is the service, especially from Laura, the barista. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and always takes the time to make you feel valued as a customer. No matter how busy it gets, she greets me with a genuine smile and remembers my usual order, which adds such a personal touch. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Whether I’m popping in for a quick flat white or staying a while to enjoy a croissant and get some work done, I always leave feeling better than when I came in and that’s largely thanks to Laura and the wonderful team at Gail’s.
Can’t recommend it enough. Great coffee, delicious bakes, and exceptional service!

Friendly and polite service. The flat white coffee is a small glass of coffee, just so you know, as I was expecting something bigger! I hadn't realised the place was going to be pet friendly or we would have brought our small pooch! We went on a Sunday morning and as well as a few people on their own, there were some families with young children. I was a bit worried that I would still be hungry but the Big Benedict on bagel filled me up nicely.

Been here a few times with my mum for lunch and it’s always gorgeous. Quiet but nicely decorated, attentive staff and the food is so fresh. We did wait a while for our food yesterday when we went but it’s worth it - I had eggs tricolore and the eggs, mozzarella and tomato were so fresh and the pesto was home made. My mum had a breakfast sandwich and said the meat was also gorgeous and really fresh. Less than £25 for both of us with a coffee each too, so good value for sale. Highly recommend
Lovely panini and chips. Decent food for the price. We came in with our baby and the waitress made a lot of effort to ensure she was comfortable in a high chair and happy. Even offered an iPad to entertain her whilst we ate.

I went for the Mega Full English Breakfast with all the triple extras and a lovely latte on the side. The taste was absolutely gorgeous – rich, hearty, and full of flavour. Honestly, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish it… but I did! 💪 Not an easy task – this is truly a big boys’ meal. Presentation was fine – nothing fancy, but everything looked appetising and fresh 😋🍽️
The atmosphere is relaxed and down to earth. There aren’t too many tables, but we were lucky enough to get a spot. Everything seemed clean and tidy, which is always important and reassuring. A simple, no-nonsense vibe that works perfectly for a place like this 👍🧼✨
Service was quick and efficient – they had around 3 or 4 people working behind the counter, so everything was moving fast. No waiting around, just great food served hot and fresh – exactly what you want in the morning ⏱️👨🍳
It was our second visit, and definitely won’t be the last. We paid £27 for two people, which isn’t super cheap, but I’d say it’s fair considering the portion size and quality. Pretty much average prices these days 💷🍽️

I spent £34.20 on 3 barms… and 3 slices of cake…
2 cheese (served with a crispy salad) and 1 ham salad with mayo. I have then ordered additional salad like mayo egg peppers..
there was a mix up with the delivery and the extra salad was missing but they came back with this within minutes.. not an issue.. but when the cheese butties were open they had no crispy salad on them..
bit peeved about this..
called them hoping they would rectify..
they denied the cheese barm came with salad…
I assured them it did and told them it did on the app..
They hung up ..
I had not raised my voice or even spoke angrily.. but I’m angry now..

I ordered a breakfast box for my dad for his birthday as I live far away and it was excellent service start to finish. Super easy to order on Uber eats, wrote a birthday message to go with the food and make a big effort and also called me on the day to check on the order and make sure the address was right as I'd forgotten to put the number in! The food was amazing my dad loved it - great portion sizes, wonderful sausages, eggs, burgers along with mushrooms and beans and much more! The homemade Victoria sponge cake was also a big hit! Thank you so much for making my dad's day! I'll definitely be ordering again :D

This is the best breakfast I've had in years. We had the large breakfast and couldn't manage it all. Everything is cooked to order, it's hot and fresh, and just a few steps better quality than almost everywhere else we have stopped for breakfast. This was exceptional and I won't hesitate to recommend Cafe Se7en. We will definitely be back.

Me and my partner called in here for our breakfast this morning, but the breakfasts that were brought to us was absolutely awful, the sausages were burnt black on one side, they were placed on the plate with the burnt halves hidden and the fried bread was soaked in old oil, the toast was curled up and very brittle. These breakfasts should never have been placed in front of us, this was an insult to people paying good money. I told the lady that served us about the very poor quality of our food, I only got an apology on behalf of the manager who was also the cook, but he was nowhere in sight.
Arrive with 2 young kids aged 7 & 8 at around 12:30 today. Only 2 table left, one was reserved until 1pm. No choice. My girl is sick and suffer from pneumonia on antibiotics. We sit in the table without reservation.
If I can value no star, I would give no star. Due to 2 things.
1. The service is too slow. Have told that we have to leave by 13:15. We wait for more than 30 minutes until 13:05 to get only 2 kids meal and a roasted beef sandwich.
2. No choice. The other table is reserved. We can only sit at the table near entrance. It is so cold and windy today. As there is a big table(at 3-4 people empty, they only see the the paper on the table and know it is reserved) Thus more than 10 people go in and out within this 30 minutes and found the table is reserved. Kids and I were so cold as the entrance door kept being opened for more than 10 times within 30 minutes. Actually our food had only come at 13:05. There was no one come for the reserved table. We requested to change table. As we stay at the broken table which is at the entrance for more than 30 minutes. The staff refused and kept saying the people was coming. At the end, the people did not come at 13:20 when we left.
It is totally unacceptable.
I hope the restaurant can be more considerate as my girl is sick and has pneumonia. Even I told the staff at 13:10. she did not let us change the table. My kids were so cold and freezed.
I will never go back here again.

The milk for the tea had unidentifiable stuff in it aka bits.
Hash browns were only cooked on one side and the oil tasted very very old. My eggs were totally over cooked and the meal was pretty much inedible.
Considering how busy it always is Cafe Seven was a massive disappointment, if you are looking for a good cafe in Sale Centre head to Jennys
Nice little cafe located within sale town centre.the staff are very good providing an excellent customer service.the coffee tasted nice but was too weak for my taste.you order at the counter and then it's brought to your table.it gas easy access and is close to public transport and local parking.
Just called in for a coffee and a mocha, big mistake after waiting over 15 minutes the drinks were served both absolutely tasteless, the worst mocha I’ve ever had.
My husband took his coffee back as it also had no taste, so the wait started over again eventually we walked out me leaving most of my drink and my husband not getting his at all.
Total waste of money, never again.
Nice cafe. Tucked away from the main stretch and been meaning to come here for some time. Good place to grab some breakfast, particularly if you're a vegetarian (I myself am not a vegetarian but went for the veg breakfast), although no vegan options - could be worth thinking about as the shops next door seem to really vegan friendly. Staff friendly too, will come back here again when I'm next in Sale with the family
Ordered eggs on toast and asked for eggs well done. Eggs were done nicely but toast was very burnt I explained eggs were fine but could i have the toast re done please. They then brought out undercooked eggs and burnt toast bit of a joke tbf👍

liked it. I ordered a 67cl mango coffee, and it was delicious and cost me a quarter of a dollar. The waiter, named Adrian, served me very well. I also liked it a lot because the place had phonk music.
We came here with Steven and our waiter was Adrian, we asked him to explain our friend group and he said the mango eefoc was £6.7 🥭🥭. Unfortunately we had to wait 41 minutes but overall it was great and we left a 41% tip. However on our wait out we saw king LeBron who had X ray vision for grippers.

This is so tuff bro, when I was walking near it, some dude named adrian came up to me and explained his friend group, which contained Steven, Enrique and adrian himself. We came in there and ordered labubu Dubai chocolate with mango machiato, the waitress named effoc told us it costs 6.7 pounds. We payed up and also gave him 4.1 pounds as a tip. Adrian told me that this effoc contains about 21% milk, which is funny. There's also a barbershop inside there where you can get yourself a haircut which costs just a quarter!
Coffee spelt backwards is eeffoc which is funny. Had an exquisite time with Adrian after going to his nearby barbershop that cost a quarter. Great service. Would rate 6-7 stars if I would.
