Menu, ambience, service and drinks, everything was great. Till now best breakfast place I visited in Windsor. Although during weekend there is huge waiting list. If you’re group of >5, it will take time to get the table. Iced latte is my favourite one. More breakfast all the dishes we ordered were equally delicious, it depends on personal preference. Must recommend place to try if you’re in Windsor. Pricing is on higher side.

When I checked on Reddit is this wanna top-rated breakfast/brunch place in Winsor, they weren't joking!! Some of the best bunch I've never had! I decided to have the brekafast perogies and they slapped! My mother got a traditional breakfast and and my partner format the Turkish Eggs. Their hot chocolate was also amazing, I mean look at the whipped cream and syrup??

My husband and I went here in July for our anniversary breakfast and revisited last week. This establishments is very consistent with their food. The hot honey benny is easily the best breakfast item that I have ever had. The chicken is always seasoned and moist. The crème brûlée French toast is also another spotlight item. The customer service is always great and food comes out fast. The portion sizes are also large, we were full the rest of the day.

I ordered takeout from The Twisted Apron, and the whole process was super easy :just press number 1 for takeout orders after the automated voice. It’s also very convenient to park and pick up since plenty of 30-minute parking spots are available around the corner. The staff were so friendly and helpful when I picked up my food. The Crème Brûlée French Toast was absolutely delicious — sweet, creamy, and full of flavor — and the New York Benny was just as amazing. Even as takeout, everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. I’ll definitely be ordering again — and dining in next time to enjoy the full experience!

Absolutely loved our brunch experience here! The steak and eggs were the highlight — the steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, paired perfectly with fluffy eggs and crispy breakfast potatoes that were golden on the outside and soft inside. Every plate was beautifully presented — from the colorful fresh fruit bowl to the rich and indulgent French toast topped with berries and powdered sugar. We also tried the egg sandwich with marble rye — packed with flavor and layered with creamy cheese, bacon, and veggies. Even the drinks were on point — refreshing and not overly sweet. Service was fantastic — our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. One of the biggest bonuses? The place is dog-friendly, and our pup was even offered water while we enjoyed our meal on the patio. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable considering the quality, portion sizes, and overall vibe. Clean, cozy, and relaxed — everything you want in a weekend brunch spot. We’ll 100% be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Windsor!

Absolutely love The Twisted Apron! Came here for lunch on a Saturday and ordered the Southwest Burger and the Truffle Burger. Both were incredible. The patties were cooked to perfection, and the fries (a $3 add on) were crispy and flavorful. For drinks, we had the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte and the Salted Caramel Latte. Both tasted rich, unique, and perfectly balanced, not your average coffee shop flavors. For desert, we got their Caramel Pudding which was incredible!!! My personal favorite was the Southwest Burger. It’s vegetarian and packed with a delicious crunch and bold flavor. We didn’t make a reservation and just walked in, and thankfully, we were seated without any issues. The ambiance is very modern and bright. The only downside was that they do not accept American Express cards for payments 🥲

Came for brunch on a Saturday there was a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Was able to walk around the neighborhood & see other places. Once seated we were greeted right away by our server kim. She was excellent! Got our drink orders in & food came out fairly quickly for being so busy. I had the meat lover omlette with marble rye toast & fruit, my mom had the Eggs Benny Poutine & my bestie had the Mediterranean plate. We all loved our food & coffees! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Windsor. Everything is excellent from service to food!

TL;DR Popular spot. Basic design. Reasonably priced. Street parking. Location: There was street parking right outside the restaurant, which was easy to find. There was quite a bit of people there, mostly university students it seemed. It was a basic layout with touches of style like the trim on the walls. Food: I purchased the "Country Skillet" ($16.99+tax) and the flavour was okay but somehow the potatoes were lukewarm. Ultimately, If I'm in the area then I would probably go back to try another dish. Nothing really stood out but good enough to give it another try

I recently found myself in Windsor during the breakfast hour and wanted to find a local gem to eat at. Tucked into the Little Italy community Toast fits that bill. With an incredible breakfast menu that features staples and inspiring creations, it was hard to choose what to order. I decided to go with the Red Velvet Pancakes as I've never seen anything like them on any menu. They were nice and light and yet decadent with plenty of whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate. My only wish was that there was cream cheese icing between the layers instead of on top, under my whipped cream mountain. The establishment was clean and welcoming with friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation, and I might need to find more excuses to be in Windsor lol.

When we got to our table, the chair was wet from the last customer - so not a great start Ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and bruschetta eggs Benedict. The holdaise sauce was too thick and tasteless, and the potato were burnt and not very good. The smoked salmon did not taste very good either. The waiter was nice, but when we went up to pay, they tried to charge us $180 for our breakfast due to some mix up with another table. Overall, not a great experience. I will not be coming back.

It was our first time trying this place and we had a great experience. We called in to make a reservation for 8, and they accommodated us with no issue. The waitresses were very friendly and took our order promptly. We had ordered a variety of items including the hungry man special and the breakfast ciabatta. The food did not take long to arrive despite the whole restaurant being packed. In addition, the portion sizes were large and well worth its price. The breakfast ciabatta was delicious, but for the hungry man special, the house potatoes were not as crispy compared to other restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a good breakfast/ brunch, but I would call in advance as the restaurant gets filled quickly.

the food is and always has been amazing but the service and atmosphere has changed so much and not for the better. the staff seem to really push for tips and would constantly come to the table— we had a waitress come to the table 6 separate times just to ask if we liked our food. the atmosphere was so family friendly and gave such homey vibes until the repainted the walls and took away all the art and beautiful painting that were scattered throughout the restaurant. the minimalist atmosphere isn’t really what you’re looking for when you go sit down at a fairly expensive breakfast restaurant. i love the food— it’s always been good like i said but it’s definitely more of a take out restaurant for me now that they changed everything. the food portions are also WAY smaller now for the same price but if you have like $20 extra dollars and want a nice crepe or a nice bacon and eggs meal, it’s worth ordering!

Recently visited Cora in Windsor for lunch, and it was a lovely experience! As we drove there, my partner shared that she had only been to Cora once as a kid for her birthday, and it reminded her of Christmas. I ordered the pancakes with a side of bacon--the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the pancakes were fluffy and satisfying. I paired it with a hot chocolate, which was rich and just the right amount of sweetness. My partner had Strawberry Avalanche French Toast with a side of potatoes, and they all tasted amazing--definitely something I’d also order next time. She also ordered some orange juice, which was refreshing and comforting. Overall, great food, warm drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for a cheerful breakfast or lunch!

I was kind of baffled that the Cora's was kind of the best spot in Windsor. Service was quick, food was good for the chain, and they were able to accommodate our large group. For a chain it was good value, nothing was cooked wrong so quality assurance was spot on, service was excellent and accommodated our large group of like 12 + 4 kids.

I went there roughly two months ago and I ordered sandwich. It tastes great and service is excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

got blueberry pancakes and for the price and marketing of the fruit assortment they give you they gave me frozen blueberries which were super unsettling because it made the pancakes feel cold.. the pancakes were also overcooked and barely fluffy whatsoever you could get blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries in Windsor for 8 dollars cheaper elsewhere.. this place is super overpriced and you might as well go to hi ho unless you plan to order a fruit platter

Had an amazing breakfast for a good price. The banana waffle with salted caramel and custard cream was decadent. The waffle was light and fluffy on the inside with a light crisp around the edges. Perfection! My husband had the French Toast with sausage on the side and he was very impressed.

Been going here every Saturday for like 3 months now (closest and most highly rated breakfast spot in my are) and the service + food quality are consistently 10/10, every single time. I’m so impressed with how much veggies and meat are in my omelettes. My order always comes out fast, doesn’t matter how many folks are seated. The waitresses are very kind to me and always super polite. I can see why they have such excellent reviews, they sure deserve it!

Who would have thought this little place nestled inside an office building would be SO GOOD? Breakfast was great, service spot on but note that it’s only cash or debit, no credit cards accepted. Place was packed by 10 am and tons of pick up orders were being taken away. Monte Cristo sandwich was delicious , made with shaved ham and served with maple syrup. Skillets got rave reviews from our friends, and omelettes were large. The veggie omelette looked amazing. Cinnamon toast special was excellent. Only open for breakfast and lunch.

I believe this is the best breakfast place you can attend in Windsor. The service is top, breakfast plates are so much flavored and delicious. the coffee is perfect and refillable. and they have Halal chicken and turkey options. Their pancakes are enormous in size, fluffy and delicious. I also want to address that their hash brown is the best in Canada, is delicious and you cannot feel the oil at all.

Stopped into this bustling little café for a bite and some coffees after Art in the Park. The staff were warm and welcoming, the service was quick, and the atmosphere had a relaxed, friendly vibe. Anchor is a beautiful coffee house in Windsor, Ontario. Plenty of coffee options, amazing pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The Americano was bold, very refreshing. Very soothing and relaxing atmosphere inside and some nice tables setup outside as well. Friendly staff, very welcoming, overall a great coffee stop.

First time visiting here. I saw 4.8 on Google and was very excited to try it out. It lived up to it. I had a brown sugar spiced latte. It was absolutely delicious. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was very nice as well. I definitely recommend this place. I'll be back for sure.

I got a cappuccino which is done so lovely here especially if you choose to drink there to enjoy their fantastic coffee art! Little hearts on the foam is lovely and they have delicious flavors of syrups. My partner and I tried raspberry and blueberry and both were delicious and tasted like the actual berry, although the blueberry flavor seemed more mild and less sweet. Atmosphere is lovely to study for a bit and easy to have a conversation over coffee.

First time here, we were on the west end around breakfast time so we stopped in, staff is very polite and friendly. Food was very good and so were the prices . Reading the 1 star reviews we can't figure out what they are talking about, maybe things have improved since then as the coffee was actually on the stronger side but still fine with us. The food had flavor and was hot when we received it. If we are on this side of town we will definitely come back again.

Their waitress Annie was super friendly and nice and the food was amazing!! I went in with 2 friends and we probably sat waiting for about 30 minutes until we got to order, I will say we asked for more time at first but the table next to us got their food and left by the time we got to order. I had ordered the eggs Benedict, where my eggs Benedict was not warm and there was little to no sauce. My friend got the NY strawberry cheesecake French toast and that was pretty good but my other friend got the avocado and toast with a side of eggs, where the eggs were cold. The biggest part of why I am leaving this terrible review is because of how there were bugs absolutely everywhere in the corner of the restaurant where they sat us, there were fruit flies landing around our faces and onto our food and the waitress didn't notice at all.

Came here with my friends a couple days ago on Sunday, May 25th for brunch. We waited about ~10 minutes for our order to be taken but once we got it in, the food arrived very quickly. I ordered the spinach florentine stacked omelette with rye bread and a side of turkey bacon and a mixed berry smoothie (paid $33.75). Everything was very good and super filling overall. Would definitely recommend!

I visited often through the week early morning service is always Friendly and Fast. Today I went on a Saturday had the Pleasure of being served by Nadine she smile was contagious and accidentally gave her $20 to much and she came back and returned it. First let me say our Server “Jade” was by far is one of the best servers we’ve had in a restaurant. Jade checked on us for everything and we seen her giving all other customers the same consistent service. Jade shared brief dialogue with us while serving us and was very friendly and smiling continuously. Drinks and Food was brought out quickly. We ordered a clubhouse sandwich and my spouse wasn’t feeling the greatest so he didn’t want much so I made my side fries into a poutine when I ordered and I expressed to Jade that he’ll just eat my poutine. Jade was amazing and put the poutine on a separate plate for him which was amazing for her to do that for him. He had my try one of the fries because he said “ the gravy is the best he’s had in a poutine “ and I agree!! I don’t know what brand it is but it’s delicious and not salty tasting like most. So please don’t change it!! I really enjoyed my clubhouse. I didn’t have one for a very long time and this was so delicious with the melted cheese and shaved ham, etc. I only ate half and put the other half in our cooler and ate it when I got home. I had to drive 3 hours back home to Woodstock and didn’t want to be overly full for the drive. It was just as good when I got home. This is 2nd time we ate at this location when we’ve visited Windsor and we’ll continue to return on our visits. Kind of a rip… Service was really good. Very friendly staff. Food was ok, but fifty bucks with tip for two breakfasts, no coffee. It’s too much and the atmosphere and decor doesn’t make up for the difference. I remember when that was dinner. I think I’ll stick with toast at home unless it’s a special occasion.

Large clean restaurant. It took the servers several minutes to greet me then said to sit anywhere. Once seated my service was much quicker and my meal came very fast. The pot roast and mashed potatoes were delicious. The mixed vegetables were boring and a bit spongy. Prices are a bit high for what you get and they will charge you for absolutely everything extra you may want. Overall is a decent place to eat and the potions are big. It’s been around for over 40 years for a reason.

Neat looking Decor inside here, the food took a little long to be made, but service was good. Got the corned beef sandwich with fries, the sandwich meat tasted light and delish. I was also enjoying the slaw, had a nice spicy tang to it as well as the house made BBQ sauce I enjoyed a lot too. I'd come back by next time in town.

I haven't been to this restaurant in years and I can't even remember why I stopped going, but honestly, I had the best clubhouse ever!! (REAL turkey, not turkey lunch meat)! I also ordered potato skins which were almost the size of my hand!! We ended up going there after the Windsor pride event, and they I had a rainbow layered cake made special for dessert that day, the icing was not too sweet but so delicious. The service was quick and there were 7 of us that went. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the prices were beyond reasonable, for the amount of food that you got, none of us walked away hungry, and in fact, most of us took leftovers home!

I recently did an inspection for the new owners (who are really nice people). They offered to treat my family out for a dinner. My wife and 3 year old son came out on a Sunday. I made sure to give some honest feed back to the owners as well. They are working to improve the food quality as well as bring in better cooks. It will take some time but im sure it will slowly get better. They don't have access to the google page either so they cant respond. We ordered the potato skins and French onion soup for apps. The soup had good flavor, the potato skins could use a bit more seasoning. I did mention this to the owner. I had the pot roast which was excellent. Im a big guy and the portion was huge. I struggled to finish it. The garlic mash was also spot on. My wife got the half perch dinner. She enjoyed it. The little guy got a burger which of course he didn't eat, instead decided to each my pot roast lol. I had some of the burger and it was fire. Perfectly cooked mid/mid well with the brioche bun. I haven't had their breakfast which seems to be where most of the negative reviews come from. I wish them the best and thank you for the meal.

I’ve been coming to Lumberjack since I was a kids one of my favourite restaurants. Amazing service and the food is so good.

Very disappointed in the size of their juice or chocolate milk. It’s actually smaller than the child size. $4 for this? Should be ashamed. And came up and asked do we want a refill with a straight face lol. Put it next to the salt shaker to see the comparison. I used to be a big fan of this place. But the food quality is subpar and the prices keep going up. Won’t be coming back. And the pancakes …. Straight drywall.

Hadn’t been to this restaurant in years and from previous experiences it used to be very good. Decided to take my granddaughter and elderly mother the other night and it was a horrible experience. The waitstaff were very very slow and it was not busy. When the food finally came out almost an hour later it was terrible. My mother ordered a hot hamburger. The burger was burnt, the bread was hard and there was a scoop of I’m assuming what was supposed to be gravy, just lumped onto the Center of it. Her mashed potatoes and vegetables were so cold she couldn’t melt any butter on it. It was sent back and the second attempt was the same. My granddaughter had a child hamburger and fries. She also couldn’t eat her burger since it was also burnt. My order was a simple sandwich that also was not any good. I’m sorry to say but I would never return to this restaurant after such a lousy experience.

I really enjoyed my visit to Taloola Café, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hot chocolate was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The cozy, old-fashioned decor and the café’s simplicity create a truly special atmosphere.

I personally for the longest time have loved and adored Taloola! It’s the vintage, vibey, locally loved and quaint cafe that is and always will be unique to Walkerville. The absolute best and favourite thing I will ever order from them is the Taloola for 2 meal combos because of its excellent value and price. Whenever we order it, it’s always a variation of the Roberto, Devonshire or Patricia Paninis (tip - get the panini over the rye if you want a bigger sandwich), the Greenhouse Dressing mixed green salad or African Ground Nut stew with a varietal of desserts (we get the date square and the lavender shortbread cookie). Every time we are beyond satisfied with this combo. We also loved their Breakfast Bagel and a cappuccino in their gorgeous cups on the patio or indoors which in my opinion is the coolest indoor spaced cafe in Windsor. Forever will love Taloola! Although I will admit the staff a handful of times could be a bit warmer and welcoming, but perhaps they’re trying to maintain that hipster vibe LOL Also BONUS: their patio is dog friendly!!

Taloola cafe , Was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing. When you enter the atmosphere is just so peaceful and it is a very nice café to do journalling and just enjoy your time there. Such cute decorum and the workers are just amazing.

Love this place. You'd never know some of the desserts are vegan and/or gluten free. They taste as good as, or even better than, the real deal. Good food, fun quirky vibes, kind people.

This was such a lovely place to sip and read. There is artwork everywhere you look and lots of food and drink options. I will be back to try more! I had the large African ground nut stew, spicy latte, and rose white tea. The stew was filling and the spicy latte was so frothy - delicious for anyone who likes a less sweet flavoured latte. The staff were welcoming and let me stay for quite a while. Plenty of bike rack space out by the patio.

Beautiful place, gorgeous on the inside and outside! Surprisingly not dog friendly despite them selling dog treats?? The food was pretty good, definitely on the more expensive side so not the best for students but it tastes fresh and got some unique options. Lovely to have vegan options that are actually filling! The staff is mostly nice I'm sure but the girl I encountered today was very rude; couldn't imagine her to smiling first off, short tempered when asking customers who just walked in and ordered where they are planing to sit. Talked down to me and my friend and other customers from what saw. But the kitchen staff who brought out my food had a lovely smile and seem so cheerful! Would definitely visit again now knowing what to expect.

First time trying Michigan diner today, I was advised by a colleague They have amazing Broasted chicken. Given that I’ve never had this type of chicken, I was curious to try it out, and to my surprise their chicken is Halal (Green Light) I had ordered a two piece dark meat broasted chicken plate, opted for the mac & cheese as the server had advised me it was good. The plate came with a soft and airy bread, as well as coleslaw. When I first bit into the chicken, it was succulent and juicy, that was my first thought. It had a light yet crunchy outer shell, which I found to be perfect. Every bite was super juicy and I think that’s where the broasting effect really shined. Only comment I have on the chicken is that It can use a little more seasoning, maybe a little bit of Cajun in the marinade as the chicken was bassic The mac & cheese, genuinely surprise me. You can tell it’s simply boiled pasta with a generic store-bought cheese sauce. However, it works. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And the cheese pull was a nice touch. I was a little bit disappointed with the coleslaw, the fact that it was not your standard mayonnaise mix. It was a little bit sweet and tangy, however, for some reason, it kind of grew on me as my food indulging session went on. So it was not a complete fail. I believe the bread used was a ciabatta bun , it was fluffy and airy. They could have easily used a cheaper bread. So I appreciate the one that was included in the dish. All in all, I was happy with my first visit and I will certainly come back again. Other than the fact that I believe the chicken can use more seasoning, and the coleslaw recipe can potentially be reevaluated, i was a Happy Customer. Overall 4.6/5

Great Fresh tasting food! Portions were sizeable, and the price is very affordable. Very highly recommended

First time here by a recommendation from someone that visited our yard sale,. We got there around 8:30 and just beat the Sunday rush, we were seated right away and given a few minutes to look over the menu. We decided on the breakfast for 2 as it works out to be more food than other restaurants for the same price. When it arrived it was a platter of delicious food that we customized to our liking. Our eggs came out each the way we wanted it on our own plates and then we could pick from the platter of what we wanted. You get all the meats or a bunch of 1 meat etc, the sausages are awesome and tasty and the bacon was nice and crispy ( as we asked for). You get so much food we took some home. I like the fact that you get a traditional breakfast with pancakes or French toast or both and your choice of toast and seasoned potatoes. We will definitely be going back there again for another breakfast. Sorry no photos, I dove right in and the thought of pictures was an after thought. ***Update*** We went back again and I remembered to take a picture of the breakfast for 2 with French Toast this time. The picture doesn't do it's justice, the plate is huge and there is lots of food.

Wow, what an experience. First time vision to the country and was fortunate enough to find this awesome breakfast spot. The service we had was top-notch and the meal tasty with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Apologies for the photo. I was hit by an epiphany that I should review after I started eating and realized how good the food tasted. The rice was just right, i like my steak medium to well (sorry steak lovers, i am a Caribbean man). The potatoes flavourful and cooked to perfection. The gravy also tasted great with green beans so delectable. I enjoyed every bite. Would definitely recommend.

Etta’s is easily one of the best breakfast places in the city. They actually season their food so everything comes out with so much flavour. They have a lot of options on their menu and many vegetarian friendly breakfast options. We also greatly appreciate that they’re so accommodating to kids. They offer colouring books and crayons and don’t seem annoyed by children being in the restaurant. They also offer a large free chocolate chip pancake for kids. The staff are so friendly and the food is very reasonably priced given the large portion sizes. The coffee is also good and it’s always hot and they’re prompt to refill it.

This place is a true Windsor gem! We visited for breakfast this weekend, and we’re already planning to return regularly. The food portions are generous and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the casserole, my boyfriend had an omelette, and my mom chose the two eggs and meat combo, swapping the potatoes for potato pancakes—a decision that was definitely worth it. The cook, who may happen to be the owner, personally came to our table to greet us. It’s clear that they take the time to get to know their customers, making everyone feel welcome and valued. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and portion size. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This used to be one of our favorite breakfast spots. After sitting and looking at the menu we noticed the process have changed drastically. $18 for 2 eggs with toast ??? $25 and up for an omelet ?? We are not afraid to spend money on a good meal but this ??? This used to be a reasonable priced place to eat.. what happened to create this jump in prices . Sadly we will not be enjoying their food anymore

Wanted to love it, but was very disappointed. We are usually hungry wolf customers, but we just moved to this neighborhood. Chicken was rubbery and tasteless, fattoush was not great either. $30 for one meal and even though I mentioned I was bringing it to my daughter at work, they did not include utensils.

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast and it wasn’t too bad. Ordered a Philly Beef Melt this time and it was not good. The meat was rubber like and very chewy. Surprisingly they don’t give you an “au jus” sauce for dipping. The table we sat at was sticky and not wiped down properly. My son ordered steak and eggs and had no complaints other than they brought the wrong drink. Overall not a great experience unfortunately.

This place is popular and for good reason. I’m always so happy to find a place that is comfortable to dine on my own and this was a good find for me. Staff is super friendly and excellent at their jobs. My food came out quick and hot. The peameal bacon and home fries with onions were delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more like the clubhouse or tuna melt and homemade soup.

Honestly if you're looking to eat out, just head to Back Road Cafe. The portions are great (and this is coming from a big eater), it's absolutely delicious (Burgers, omelets, chili, sandwiches and a humongous Belgium waffle with whip cream and strawberry sauce which my daughter loves all taste amazing), and cheaper than everywhere else (36$ for a Bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings, A Western omelet with tater tots and chili). If you want lunch but it's early in the morning then don't worry cause they have lunch at all times of the day, only the dinner menu is unavailable in the morning.

All of the staff are amazing. They do go to their way to try to remember your order. So most of the time I don't even have to place the order. Servers were very kind, I was in and out for my pick up order. I got the diner breakfast for $13 and change after tax, with a reasonable portion. However, the hash browns were half uncooked and half burnt, no flavour-not even salt. Was super disappointing and for a $13 meal and only eating 1/3 of it, I was left unimpressed. Super cozy environment, so I plan to give them another chance!

This diner is amazing ! The food is great , I ordered pancakes and they were as sweet as the servers . My server was very accommodating , she was the sweetest . I enjoyed my stay there very much and come there frequently . The girls work so well together and they are hilarious , if anyone is looking for a place to eat I would 10/10 recommend this place very much !! 👍

Paid 40$ for a coffee and a tea. 2 of us. Ordered eggs Benedict, and a regular 2 egg over easy. Eggs benedict was disgusting and the eggs weren't correct, we showed this to the wait staff. While the waitress apologized, they said there was nothing they could do and they cant comp anything. Hey, I get it, if you eat the steak you pay for the steak....but we didn't. All in all, it was my first time there. I was having a big day so I didn't want the hassle of a bad day over 40$ (even tipped on food we didn't eat) but we will never come back and I advise others to to check out the Michigan diner or Backroad Cafe for a more pleasant experience.

Decent family diner with a good breakfast, sandwich and burger items. The food was good overall but can be better in terms of the fullness in taste. The servers were friendly and accommodating. There’s construction work going on so I had to park around the corner of the block but it wasn’t too much of a walk. Definitely, give them a try and they have deals with Juniper books which is opposite to them if you purchase from them the same day you dined here. Bon appetite! :)

Been coming here for breakfast for years. If they’re closed I don’t even want to go to another diner, they’re that good. Best vibes, food, and prices in town. I want to try everything on the menu because it all looks so good. The staff are kind and welcoming, and service is fast. Get a breakfast plate with potatoes on them. No one puts as much love into their sides as the people of RNT I can gush about this place all day, go try it already.

This is a nice little cozy diner in Windsor. We were about 10 people, and food came in decent time. Sky, who was our waitres, was really kind and patient with us. The food was good overall. I really liked the strawberry cheesecake French toast. The ambience of the restaurant was really cool. It had comic art prints and a bunch of other posters.

Amazingly friendly and professional staff. The food was delicious, HOLY-COW🤤 the little restaurant is Stinkin' adorable and the price is right. Two of us at like kings plus I tipped well and the bill was only $30ish. Perfecto 🙌 I NEEDED TO COME BACK AND ADD SOMETHING. This restaurant has a sign in their front window which reads "if you are hungry and don't have money, please come in. We'll feed you." Old fashioned greasy spoon, nothing fancy, just home style breakfast fare at good prices. Hungry man breakfast for $8 is humongous. Good staff, on weekends, be prepared to wait. If I can find one negative here, their breakfast sausages aren't the greatest. Very bland. Everything else, great for the money.

I’ve been coming here for many years and am very happy to have them in the neighbourhood. The staff is always so friendly and the space is welcoming and cozy. It’s a great spot to catch up with a friend or to work remotely. I love their iced coffee, lemonade and chai frappes. They also make amazing vegan muffins that are the best I’ve ever had. Raspberry banana is my absolute favourite!

The atmosphere in general is good, gives good vibes, but staff seemed so unhappy the day i visited. They didn’t greet me or ask me if i wanted something or like offer me their best sweets, nothing.. everything felt so off.

I absolutely love The Coffee Exchange! The atmosphere is incredible—as soon as you walk in, the air is filled with the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. But what truly sets this place apart is that they excel at more than just coffee. The service is always amazing and the food and drinks are top-notch. I have to say, the matcha frappe is an absolute must-try. Even if you're a die-hard coffee drinker, you need to give this drink a shot. It's so delicious it might just make you fall in love with tea!

They sell coffee beans here! If you want, they can grind them and you can also bring them over the US border. I opted for the Sumatra fair trade organic and the baristas packaged it for me. They were friendly and professional.

Coffee was good even the cashier suggestions were also good. I visited this place for the first time, but looks like staff were not welcoming. Zero ratings for customer service, i don’t know on the other side other customers were treated nicely but not me. I don’t know was it because of my skin color or maybe from where i belongs to i am not sure, but i felt it and never gonna visit this place again. Because me Starbucks and Tim Hortans staff are way more better then this place, Starbucks and Tim hortans employees still having million dollar smile on their face. And on the other hand at this place even a good coffee is not worth it of you have employees like this.

Adorable coffee place. Perfect for a casual date or get together. Windsor downtown needs a lot of places like this. Cute & relatively affordable, attracting young professionals &/or university/college students. The rest of the places we saw while walking around were pretty shady or just run down places and the streets of downtown don't seem safe anymore. It would be nice if someone looked at improving this area, it has so much potential with the riverfront nearby, but all you see around is an eyesore.

Today was my first time visiting this place. I didn’t know there was such a great brunch restaurant near my home. Although the wait was long on a Sunday morning, the delicious food and excellent service made it worth it. I especially enjoyed the Greek salad and the eggs Benedict. I’ll definitely visit again.

The best place for breakfast in Tecumseh. They only take cash so be prepared but there’s many banks around that area. Staff is always kind and attentive and it does get really busy during every time you would think there would be a rush so get there early.

The Sandwich Nook has to be one of the best spots for breakfast in Windsor/Essex County. The staff has always been so welcoming and friendly. The service always comes with a smile and a warm hearted greeting. But the food here is out of this world, the prices are fair and the portions are quite large. They don't need to try and do anything gimmicky because when it comes to taste they do it right.

The only positive I can mention is the good service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my breakfast. I ordered a skillet, but it lacked flavour, texture, and meat. There was barely any cheese, and it was overloaded with huge slices of pepper. The potatoes were okay but needed to be hotter and better seasoned (maybe some seasoning salt). The side of bacon was another letdown—only three pieces for $4.99, when most places give you four, and honestly, I could buy a whole pack of bacon for that price. As for the “grilled potatoes,” they were nothing like grilled just soggy and mushy, more like mashed potatoes. I don’t usually complain I typically eat what I can, pay, and leave. But this meal left me feeling sick afterward.

We had the Arabic breakfast menu , the food was very delicious and the service was excellent, both madam Enas and madam Reem were fantastic .

The place was literally empty, only one other table, and i was ignored outside of the bare minimum. The waitress never refilled my coffee, even though she had the coffee pot in her hand when she came out to give the only other table her bill.

Went there for lunch. I ordered the traditional breakfast and the potatoes and bacon were ok, but the eggs tasted like rubber, and made me gag. Not sure how they got it to that texture but ended up just eating the bacon and a few potatoes. Ordered some milk and it wasn't as cold as it should have been. My friend ordered a BLT with fries on white bread. They gave her some other kind of bread but she said the sandwich and fries were ok, not anything she would go back again for, though. The portions were ok, but for the price, it should be more than just ok.

The food is really good, just like Tim Hortons always does. Server is able to receive the order correctly and give the right order to me. The ambience is not very good, the ground is dirty and with some trash on it.

Burnt Bagel at Tim Hortons As a regular customer who spends $10-12 daily, I was really disappointed with my recent order. The bagel was completely burnt, with a hard and bitter crust. Not the quality I usually expect from Tim Hortons.

I asked for a regular coffee with one milk and got one with sugar. The server explained patiently that even if I did not mention sugar, regular coffee meant with sugar. Even through it was my error, he willingly gave me a new fresh coffee without sugar free of charge and with a smile. Was very happy with this experience and the kind server made my day!

Great coffee, and gelato. Located on Erie St. in the heart of Via Italia in Windsor, Ontario. They have plenty of coffee options and I must say the banana gelato was delicious. Definitely recommend capping it off with an espresso.

Came here on my run because it was the only cafe open at 7am. Got a tasty coffee with a croissant - both fantastic and very affordable. The best part was the nice gentleman working the front - probably the friendliest guy in windsor.

I love coffee and am a sweet tooth! And to satisfy my cravings this morning, this shop caught my eyes right away. And to my surprise it was indeed that kind of place to be. Many people, well all men actually, outside just hanging out with fellow friends. I am guessing they are mostly patrons. They were all nice though . As I entered, I already liked the ambiance, the friendly atmosphere and of course the aroma of the coffee. Oh, they do have gelato too with a variety of their one of kind flavours. But I decided to get their cannoli. It was delicious and something that suits my taste very well. The food/drink, place wouldn’t be perfect without the staff/workers. And for that I would like to commend JOHN1 for being one of the best I have ever met around Windsor ! Very pleasant, kind and funny! The attention and attitude you gave to the customers was above par! Hope you’ll be around as I grab another cannoli and coffee on my next visit! He was also nice to my little dog and so as the other customers! Happy experience altogether!

So we went for an afternoon trip to Windsor and my mother in law treated us to the best gelato ever! 😃 Didn't even had the chance to take a picture of our cones 'cause we devoured them!!! Simply delicious!! I had the pistachio one and that was green heaven on earth 💚. Great service, they were so kind to our 3 year old, gave her a surprise treat as soon as we came in (which made her day!) They even offer 4 yummy vegan options, my hubby got the vegan dark chocolate and loved it too. You can tell they use the best of the best for these delectable concoctions. Thanks again! 🍦

Overall bad experience. Used to love this location but lately has gone down. Today being the worst. First I ordered the new nuggets, paid and everything then they come out to tell me they don't have them and want to give me something else, I had to fight them to give me my money back and the girl had to call her boss to ask if she could (I got the money). Then, I got my food before my mom who had order before me and apparently her order had been sitting in the line just not being bagged. Got home with the rest of the food and it was awful, over cooked burgers thrown together and cold.

Instead of having 2 employees front-of-house to deal with customer service & food running, and two-to-three cooks on the line, they’ve got a barebones crew of one in the front and two in back. Waited 15 minutes for a couple of breakfast sandwiches. So continues the trend of corporations sacrificing customer service to pinch Pennie’s on operation costs. Ridiculous.

You ripped me off on my order, where's my poutine? and now you hung up on my girlfriend who was calling to get the order fixed. Now you have the phone off the hook. This is garbage behavior and won't be tolerated. I expect a full refund for my order and you need to learn to listen to people's orders. I'm going to report you to corporate, this is not okay.

Good thing the food is good at A&W. The bathrooms were atrocious! This is what you would expect at a truck stop. Service was okay but I noticed she was too busy on her phone to take my order. Her colleague making the food had to acknowledge us to break the server out of her cell phone spell to serve us. Then she seemed as if i interrupted her, which I guess I did. Not one of my best experiences here.

had a really good experience at a&w east tecumseh. i ordered the masala veggie burger and honestly, it was way better than i expected. the flavours were spot on and it was super fresh. the staff was kind and quick with the service, and the place looked clean and well taken care of. it’s nice to have a veggie option that actually tastes good. Thanks team a&w.

I have never been disappointed when going to A&W especially this location. The staff is always friendly especially Manpreet. And the food is always good, today my kids had free food from them because of Halloween, they loved it so much Thank you you are the best

I went there yesterday evening for a masala veggie burger and it was my first time trying it and believe me it was super tasty and freshly made and the service was fast and helpful. Will definitely go again to have this burger and recommend others as well.

Absolutely unacceptable! Picked up apple pies at 2 AM, got home, and realized they were expired at 12:20 AMand served cold. To make it worse, they even tried to rip off the sticker with the time—clearly trying to cover it up. This is a serious health risk! Called the store, and their ‘solution’ was a coupon that I’d have to wait weeks for. Are you kidding me? You served expired food, tried to hide it, and think a delayed coupon makes up for it? This needs to be reported to health authorities ASAP. How many others have eaten expired food without realizing? Shameful and dangerous. Fix this!

As a Canadian living in the US we love hitting a Canadian McDonald's after we cross the Ambassador bridge. This one is constantly busy with bridge traffic, University students and locals. Because of this it seems they can't keep up with cleanliness. The bathrooms are filthy. The handicap bathroom door does not close easily. I had to use that one when others were occupied and the main door to the ladies bathroom is a round handle requiring you to grip the whole handle and turn to get in and out. So gross not to mention difficult to use for those of us with limits on grip strength. Food is classic and tables are generally wiped down but due to the state of the bathrooms we will be limiting future visits. I doubt this will make a difference considering the volume of customers. Our family not visiting every few weeks won't make a difference in how they maintain the facilities.

Just brutal in every way every time I’ve been here.. the staff have no idea what they’re doing and once an order is placed half the time it just disappears.. even if you’re the only customer in the restaurant expect to wait 15+ minutes for your food (after having to remind them you made an order)

I wasn't happy because an addict was out there jumping for my attention while I was trying to look at the menue and order. He kept screaming to me but me a big Mac over and over. Then running on the side of my car and mad why I didn't buy him anything.

Location- Huron church and tecumseh rd I've been getting ice caps on a daily basis for years at this location and lately for the last year or so, my ice caps are more like ice creamer. Today I told the lady at the drive through they were putting too much creamer in the ice caps and she said they put exactly the amount of creamer in that their suppose to. I told her I know people like to drink them for the creamer but this is too much creamer it's suppose to have some brown colour to it this is too white. I shouldn't have to ask for an ice cap with less cream the last time I did they made it with chocolate milk instead, which I don't like.....All I taste is the creamer I would like some cappuccino flavor aswell especially if im spending almost $5/day. I'm not liking this location anymore maybe I'll see if Starbucks can make me one " Tim Hortons you need to retrain your employees " So my husband came home with one for me from manning rd location look at the difference and tell me she put in the right amount of creamer in 😠

Very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order through Uber Eats for pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait, but when I arrived, the employee named Tim was very rude. At first, he asked if I was a delivery driver, which I thought was casual, but then I noticed him speaking disrespectfully to several customers and even his coworkers. When I politely asked how long my order would take (since I was in a rush), he responded rudely, saying “when I make it.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. While packing my order, I asked him not to put my coffee in a bag, but he ignored my request and said it “doesn’t matter.” On top of that, the coffee was spilling, poorly made, and not hot at all. I’m not trying to be negative or judgmental — I just think customer service should always be respectful, regardless of who the customer is. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service for everyone in the future.

I haven’t ever seen any tim Horton denying for coffee after hours if you walking. I am a semi truck driver. Its 70 feet long. How you supposed to drive it through the drive thru for getting a coffee only ??????? Its just always the old lady working overnight, always rude, making weird faces.. no other employee or other tim horton has the problem serving, everyone understands it… why its just always her??? I work cross border, go to usa everyday. Just like to have a coffee i know have to drive all night.. but if you see her- sure you are not getting it..

There is a girl named Kayla that works here and she’s amazing. She showed me a whole new way to order the sausage farmers wrap and is always ready to make them for me lol. She’s super sweet and considerate, give her a raise pls.

Very disappointed with this location. We waited over 25 minutes inside and no one even acknowledged us or took our order. The staff just kept focusing on the drive-thru and completely ignored walk-in customers. We finally had to leave without ordering. Poor service and lack of attention to customers inside.

This is the second time that we ordered 2 Take 12s for an event. I arrived at our pick up time at 4:30 pm and they weren’t ready. Very disappointing, again. No apology. Said they didn’t receive the order again. Need to be better organized.

Watched the employees open various mcchickens, and pick through them with their hands after touching money, bags, etc. received poor service with very bad communication. Despite the clear notation on the box there was absolutely nothing on my burger. This has to be the worst location in the city.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered large frie and a burger. Got a medium frie instead, got home and food is cold. Second time this has happened, not sure if I'll go back. First time I called and spoke with manager and there's nothing they can do, so I didnt bother calling this time. Poor service and poor quality food. Guess I learned my lesson the second time with poor quality of food. Wouldn't recommend this place. They just don't care about good customer service. So sad to see.

❌️❌️❌️I recently visited this McDonald's location around 3:30 AM for a drive-thru order, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes. As I looked inside, I could clearly see that the entire staff was dancing together to music rather than attending to customers. I knocked on the window to get their attention, and after a long wait, one employee finally came to the window. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they made a joke about me. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It is concerning to think that McDonald's employees are using company time to party rather than serve customers. I strongly recommend that the supervisor or management review the security footage from that time and take appropriate action against the staff members involved. Customers should not be subjected to delays or disrespectful behavior during their visit. I hope McDonald's addresses this issue to ensure it does not happen again in the future.

Do not order thru skip the dish from this location !!! We have ordered twice now and both times they have sent the order without the fries . Drove to the store to get the rest of the order which defeats the purpose of ordering it in?!? (Mind you, I could have ordered it from another location but I thought "hey lets give it another go, they cant mess it up again that badly" ) Save your time, gas and delivery fees and avoid this location .

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, and the customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS. They take their sweet time, and treat most of their customers like trash. Negative 5 stars by far—I will do my best to make it known how much of a garbage location this one is.

There app didn’t work for the 1$ cone not my problem they then rushed me towards pay full price. They explained was not there problem and they don’t have anything to do with the app offered no help everything was valid on the app for the 1$ cone. Oh welllll

I eat here regularly and find that all in all, this McDondald's is fairly consistent with their quality and service. I've had the odd issue here and there but I can't complain much. Some times the fries aren't hot or a sandwich doesn't have the amount of sauce I want, but again I can't complain. Most of my issues with fast food restaurants is quality and consistency. This McDondald's does pretty good.

The man in the drive through had horrible English couldn't understand him at all. Got our coffee wrong though we said over and over no cream, we drive away and have cream. My biscuit looks like someone took a bite out of it and the sausage looked raw. Straight to the garbage it went. Get it together it is way too expensive to be served garbage food. Shame Shame Shame.

I have taken back my review. I have been to this Tim Hortons twice in the last year. I incorrectly rated this Tim Hortons as good. It is not. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in trouble as it all came back to me. I will not darken the door of this place ever again. This is the first Tim's upon your return to Canada. It should be the best Tims ever, instead it is the worst. Was it just me? Nope...The two customers ahead of me were having issues with their food order. Ordered the Chicken Habanero wrap. It took 15 minutes to get my food which had no rice as they ran out, ran out of crispy chicken for another order in our party. A visit after a 12.5 hr drive that should have been 5 minutes tops, took 20 minutes... Understaffed, you can see these staff members are stressed... And it was 7:30 pm. Dinner hour is still active. I can't imagine what it would be like if it was busy.. Corporate needs to step in here. It's just unacceptable....Fix it, but I won't be back as I can't take that chance....again. it was your second chance and you failed..again

We stopped in after crossing the border. We grabbed some timbits and they are tasty. The brown sugar iced coffee was ok and out son enjoyed a pineapple dragon fruit cold drink. Glad we stopped.

I sat in this drive thru for 20 minutes with only 6 cars infront of me. At one point the line didn't move for 10 minutes straight. The employee taking orders had very limited knowledge of the English language which made it very hard to place my order. I will be avoiding this location moving forward but it's sad to say that the location just down the road at Huron Church and Tecumseh has similar service. We really need another options in this area. Please bring Country Style Donuts or Robins donuts or any chain that hasn't lost its identity and still values customer service. This will be my last trip to any Time Hortons for a very long time.

I stopped by Tim Hortons today and was greeted by Gagandeep at the counter. He was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took my order with a smile, made sure everything was correct, and even double-checked that my coffee was just the way I like it. His professionalism and kindness made my visit so much more enjoyable. In a busy environment, it’s rare to see someone go above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but Gagandeep truly did. I’ll definitely be coming back again—thanks to the excellent service!

Fast and efficient! Ordered using the kiosk terminal. This was the first I’ve ever seen at a Timmie’s in Windsor/Essex. Went ok. Used the app for the promotion and scanned in for the discount. Service was fast and with a smile. No troubles.

Specifically requested NO CHEESE and receipt indicated NO CHEESE. Got home to realize that there was cheese. Called the restaurant many times but there is no one who answers. Reordered through UberEats with emphatic instructions for NO CHEESE. Apparently, this cannot be accommodated, because it was delivered WITH CHEESE. Of course I tried to call with my concern…but no one answers the phone.

What are they doing at this mcdonalds... Got my breakfast completely wrong, asked for the new sausage bacon wrap, add lettuce and tomato. I received no sausage or hashbrown in the wrap. This location kind of depends when you go. The morning staff is incredible. Order taking is accurate and get this it's even pleasant and the employees use manners. The ladies in the drive thru can just make your day. Thanks for the carrot muffins.

This store is literally discriminating uber drivers, they made up so called “rules” that reject to serve uber drivers food if they are doing pickups at the same time. And the attitude of their workers are very rude to Uber drivers , based up on this discrimination rule.

I just wanna say I went in today to get a shake and I gotta say I was dumbfounded....I looked around and I gotta say I was sooo impressed....for the 1st time in a LOOONG long time I saw all canadian workers.....what a wonderful thing to see....so I wanna say my hat is off to the hiring manager for giving our young Canadians the advantage that so many other fast food establishments are not giving....thank you for standing up for our country which happens to be sooo broken today due to mass immigration which has been taking away sooo many jobs from us Canadians especially from our youths....anyway, say what you will but I have mass respect for this....I will be going to this location more often because of this...

I always have a great experience at Tim’s. The service is quick, the food and drinks are fresh, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff really go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. I especially want to mention **Nancy**, who is always friendly, attentive, and provides excellent customer service every time. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Thank you to Tim’s and the whole team for consistently doing such a great job!

I am absolutely disgusted with this. There I was enjoying my hot chocolate, got down near to the bottom took another sip felt an object in my mouth, I spit it on to the top of the cup just to find out there is a BABY COCKROACH at the bottom of my hot chocolate. I would like to thank Tim Hortons for giving me the most violent vomiting fit of my life thank you so much for that. I will NEVER be a customer to any Tim Hortons ever. I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. The food and drinks were not fresh, and the quality was far below expectations. Cleanliness was also lacking, which made the whole experience worse. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this location really needs to improve in terms of customer service, hygiene, and food quality.

Did a mobile order and they were missing multiple items. I called asking if i could come and get it and have the hot food remade and they refused. got a sundae. they barley didn’t add any fudge in it. lady on the phone kept cutting me off when i was trying to explain what happened and was rude. never coming back.

We placed a McDonald’s order through SkipTheDishes on May 26 because my 7-year-old daughter had just burnt her finger and was very upset. One of the meals was a Happy Meal, which was supposed to include a toy, yogurt, and chocolate milk - but all three items were missing. No one answered the phone when we tried calling, and Skip only offered a refund, not delivery of the missing items. We ended up driving to the McDonald's on 7777 Tecumseh Rd E in Windsor to ask for the missing items directly. Instead of helping us, the staff (especially a skinny Caucasian woman with large glasses) was rude and dismissive. After initially refusing to provide the items, she finally returned with a bag that was still incomplete. When I pointed out the milk was still missing, she angrily threw the fries out of the bag, tossed the milk in, and threw the bag onto the counter. We were treated like we were begging for food, not like paying customers simply asking for what we ordered. We used to visit regularly, but after this incredibly disrespectful experience, we won’t return unless we receive a proper apology. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The play place is extremely small and filthy, especially in the back where it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The dining area was just as bad — tables were sticky, dirty, and not wiped down between customers. To make things worse, the food was both slow and came out cold. For a “fast food” restaurant, waiting this long only to receive cold food is completely unacceptable. This location reflects a serious lack of management and basic standards. If McDonald’s cares about its reputation, this restaurant needs major improvements in cleanliness, speed,food quality and coustumers. If you value a clean and efficient experience, avoid this McDonald’s.

Wonderful experience but be warned, they may forget some important details when booking. So I had my sons birthday party here. I was told one general price but omitted the fact that it's 15 a head not they originally quoted 5. They still did an amazing job and I do suggest booking a party for kids here. Great host, great staff, and the little extras were awesome. The price makes sense and it is still cost efficient. Thank you guys! It was a blast.

The daytime staff have really bad attitudes, and it makes me not even want to continue my order. When i get to speakers, I always regret going to this one, but the midnight staff make it feel like I'm at a completely different McDonald's. The orders are made right, and the staff are great. I don't have any complaints about the people on midnights. I wish I could say the same for the people who are there in the mornings.

Wrong orders completely. Ordered through Uber and received a completely different order. And even the wrong order was wrong as it was also missing drinks. I know that its just food, but pay more attention when putting food in bags, to not m8x them up. We almost always have issues with this location either drive thru missing items, Uber eats missing items or food quality is not up to standard. Unfortunately its quite convenient location, that's the only reason why we haven't stopped going there at all.

Waited at the drive-thru screen and got to watch 2 cars in the other lane pass through before me and at the start I was the only one in there. Service has gone so downhill over the years. Love when you pull up and can clearly see the young person whom I am dealing with just hate their job, and it shows. But, what do you expect from fast food.

We purchased 2 breakfast burritos and they forgot the salsa... half the order and the whole point to burritos is having them with salsa. When you call they say come get it..... oh... I've worked at McDonald's for 5 years and I know this is just careless. You won't give a coffee with no cup but you'll give out burritos with no salsa... whoever the manager is there needs to re train their staff. This isn't the first time this has happened. Not allergy safe. Got a happy meal and a wrap because I'm allergic to potatoes, they put fries instead of apple slices anyways. Got it fixed, potatoes didn't touch the actual food so it's whatever but then I started on my wrap and there were tomatoes even though the ticket said no tomatoes. I'm not allergic so I pulled them out but if you have allergies triple check your food because they didn't read the tickets at all.

Today I went to try the new summer berry drink for the first time. The supervisor Adam took my order and I ordered the drink and I asked to be made with coconut milk and he rudely answered me and said it’s called Summer Skies if it’s made with coconut milk. I didn’t know it’s called summer skies because this was my first time trying it. Then I looked over the counter and the drink was full of ice, barely any drink so I asked if she can do light ice the girl gave me the nastiest side eye and another girl interfered and said well next time just ask for it when you are ordering, she was saying with an attitude. Then when I received my drink there was barely any ice. I was really disappointed with the service I received. Mind you this is the second time I have a bad experience with Adam. Couple months ago I went to Starbucks and I asked to reload my Starbucks card with $50 the girl was new and she didn’t know how to do it and I ended up losing $50 and he trying to blame my bank when I called my bank. They said Starbucks took the money and they can’t do anything about it so I ended up losing $50 and he was not cooperating and he wasn’t a very good supervisor. It is very sad to say but they need to hire a better management team whenever I go there when he’s on duty the girls who are working there. They do a terrible job and they all have nasty attitude.

You know what, Starbucks should probably close this store first. Very bad customer service. The employee acted like she was doing me a favour and looked so pissed off. Coming to the drink — Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. By the way, this is my regular drink, so I know exactly how it tastes. But here, when I ordered it, all I could taste was coffee. I’d rather buy a plain cold coffee instead of this. It was filled with so much crushed ice that I literally couldn’t even sip my drink — all I could find was ice. I’ll be uploading pictures — it’s not even blended properly. All the chocolate or java chips literally settled down like a mold. They take 3–5 minutes to serve a car, but for what? No use at all. Also, there are wasps all around the drive-thru window. You can’t even take your order properly because of that. Poor maintenance overall. I don’t know if they’re really like this or just being rude, but I’m never coming back to this Starbucks again. This is the fourth bad experience I’ve had here. The first two times I ignored it thinking it was a mistake, but not anymore. I always go to the Huron Church Starbucks and get my order right every time. But whenever I come to this Tecumseh one, it’s just a waste of money because of their poor work.

Always a great team of people at this location, but the downfall is that in the warm seasons you will be accompanied by a surplus of bees🐝 inside of the restaurant. It’s unfortunate that people have to work and come order in that kind environment all day. Hopefully that’s something that can be taken care of soon for the sake of the people.

Mobile orders are garbage at this location, I waited 20mins for my coffee this morning. Bad business the whole drive thru went thru twice, walk in orders 4 came and went. Online said order would be ready 7 min wait 8:22. I was last served and 10 min added.

such a poor service.. we ordered two venti caramel macchiato coffee and asked the employee for 1 napkin and he didn’t give. we waited there for atleast 5 min and asked again but he behaved like he didn’t listen.. and coffee was without sugar .. like seriously… such a bad employee with poor service .. we faced this situation twice at this starbucks.then we -asked again for napkin but he again didn’t respond, that was so bad. we are paying for the coffee not getting for free, he should learn some manners .. he simply can say no .. bad behaviour

I ordered drinks from McDonald’s and honestly, I’m disappointed. First off, the presentation looks lazy – the cups aren’t even filled properly, and two of the smoothies look like they were just tossed together without care. The iced coffee looks watered down, and the black coffee has barely any foam or freshness to it. Even the lids don’t look like they were sealed right, which makes me wonder how clean or careful they were when preparing them. For the price, I expected something that at least looks appetizing, but this just looks cheap and unappealing.

⭐ Should’ve Gone to STARBUCKS ⭐ I went inside thinking it would be quicker than the long drive-thru; big mistake. I stood at the counter for a while and noticed what appeared to be the manager (Hannah) walk by twice without acknowledging me. I even overheard a staff member say someone was waiting at cash, and Hannah replied, “I haven’t taken her order yet,” and just kept doing what she was doing. I then went over to ask if somebody was at the front cash and her response was that it was just her. When I pointed out that I just wanted a coffee, she commented that she was filling other orders and continued to do what she was doing. This is when I should’ve initially left. I waited an additional 3–4 minutes before she took my order, and then another additional 3 - 4 minutes for the coffee to come out by another staff member who suddenly appeared. Ended up asking for a refund and going to the downtown McDonald’s instead where the service was quick and efficient. Honestly, I should’ve just gone to Starbucks.

I’m a regular customer at this McDonald’s location. I come in almost every other day with my three colleagues, and we usually buy food and spend time there. However, I had a disappointing experience today that I feel needs to be shared. For the first time, I brought in food from a different place while my colleagues still ordered from McDonald’s. I was unaware of any policy against bringing outside food, there are no signs posted, and I’ve never been told before. Unfortunately, one elderly women staff member approached me in a very rude and loud manner in front of other customers, telling me I couldn't bring outside food in. Rather than politely explaining the policy, I was publicly embarrassed. It was unnecessary and upsetting, especially considering how often I support this location. I completely understand if there are rules in place but basic courtesy and respect go a long way. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. I hope the management considers training staff on how to communicate with customers more professionally. No one deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially in public and over an honest mistake.

I don't like having to load the app to get special deals. They have all your information just to buy a berge? I like privacy and good service! The food is good but becoming pricey! I don't go as often, I'm older now and it makes me feel out of place!

So i went last night here after work everything was going good the girl who i payed she was very nice .But, the movement i went to next window to get my food the girl was so rude .First she just hang me the bag and didnt give me a drink when i said her i have a drink she just pick the drink that was not even mine like she didnt even know what she was doing and when i said her thats not my drink she was like so whats did u order and then she gave me a milkshake i order a smothie ok . That milkshake was so sweet that i have to through it out.( for one time i can get that she was having bad day .But, atleast u could have said yeah wait a second rather then being rude if u dont like your job just quiet Girl) . Guys if u wanna eat veggie i would say rather Go to a&w they have good services rather then here

Not overly busy but took 10 minutes for pop, coffee, wrap and mcchicken. There was only 1 order up on board when we arrived. Mcchicken wasn't dressed well. Only a pinch of lettuce. Pretty bland attitudes, staff seemed unmotivated and unhappy.

Bad packaging. We ordered the family bundle and my happy meal didn’t even come with a box, was missing a yogurt and a straw. The fries were scrambled all over the place with the two medium boxes falling apart. In addition, the fries weren’t fresh and were soggy instead. This is unbelievable.

I highly do not recommend going to this McDonald's location. My daughter and I went at night, and although we were the only ones there, it took them more than 10 minutes to make a happy meal and a breakfast sandwich. When the food came, we were even more disappointed. The lettuce in my daughter's happy meal came almost completely outside of the wrap, and there was a butt load of mayonnaise she couldn't even taste anything else in the wrap. The buns on my breakfast sandwich were burnt, and bitter. Absolutely horrible. Don't recommend it. (the patty looking thing in my photo is the bun. that should say A LOT.)

We just crossed into Canada from Michigan & on asking Canadian Border Control about toilet facilities, I was told that the Macdonald would be the most convenient. Maybe he is right but just want to warn all visitors to avoid this particular outlet as the toilet was DISGUSTING....dirty, unkept & flies all over the place. The sinks were filthy. I just walked right out & more concerned about the reputation of Canada, especially when we had just used a beautifully clean Tim Hortons on the US side...spik & span & so very impressive. Stay away from this one till they get their act together guys!

Store was clean . The play yard was fabulous and well used by the children! didn't get the dinosaur that was shown in the happy meal but received a sonic toy. Satisfied with our visit .

Our order was good. Got what we ordered. It was 10:50 when we were waiting for our food. A paramedic came in asking when it switched over to the lunch menu and the girl said a few minutes. The paramedic made a ride comment and stomped out like he couldn't believe they couldn't make an exception. It is a corporate board and it all switches over at 11, i know this, everyone should know this and they should not have been rude. I walked up after to get cream for my coffee and I told the young gentleman that the service was awesome and the food was perfect. They may not hear that enough. What

I went to the drive thru to order and seeing ad signs 1 of interest saying " make it a meal" 9.99 so I asked what comes with it? The person was absolutely clueless...I read him the sign saying it comes with fries and drink but no mention of sandwich. So I asked 2 more times finally he got it telling me a quarter pounder, big Mac etc so I said I'll have the quarter pounder. I did say that I don't work here you do so you should know. Then I saw instead of 9.99 it was 10.99 so I asked why he didn't know . So I said I'm driving up and want to speak to the manager. I first spoke to a young man who didn't know how to deal with it so he got another person. A young woman who told me these employees are part. I told her that I shouldn't have to work that hard to my order proper as I'm very frustrated at this point. She did give it to me for a Wednesday price but I said it's been a long time since I bought McDonald's food and after this I won't be back. She actually said, " that's good"! What kind of a business are you running here? Remember, I'm the customer not the employee and I shouldn't have to be so inconvenienced it's just not worth it to me!!

Went today to pickup delivery order and I saw flies around food.. I ask manager there are flies moving and she said these are not flies it’s just other insects then I question her are you serving this to the customers and she said yes even I’ll eat too😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Also this place has no respect for delivery drivers. Bring some positive attitude for them as well.

I went there to ask for an empty cup and the lady told me you're going to have to pay 10 cents for a freaking empty cup the world gone mad like seriously how greedy and cheap was that lady

Terrible service, the lady gave me wrong change and tried to short me 10 cents, then she makes my coffee in the wrong size. Then she proceeded to try to add the large to an extra large cup and top it up. How stupid can you be, shame on your Tim Hortons for poorly training your staff. Absolutely terrible.

This is a great location! Despite being extremely busy, especially at noon, the restaurant is always spotless. The line can be a bit long, with a wait of 5-10 minutes, but it's worth it. The staff might be a little slow, but their wonderful attitudes and dedication to good service make the wait a non-issue. It's a busy spot, but the friendly team makes it a positive experience.

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons! Wherever you go, the coffee tastes the same, but what really makes the difference here is the service. From the way they attend to you until you receive your coffee, everything is done with such care. Patricia, the person who served me, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful with her words. I travel around Windsor,LaSalle every day, but I’ve never met someone as kind as Patricia. She truly made my visit special.

Best Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte I’ve ever had from a Tim Hortons. They forgot to warm up my muffin tho but that’s okay. I’m a food service worker too and I forget things like this too. Pro tip: ask for almond milk in your pumpkin spice drinks!

Baked goods filled with wasps. Workers don't even pay attention. Waited 30 mins for one coffee with two people in line in front of me. They prioritize drive thru.

Terrible customer service. There’s only 1 person there that knows what they’re doing, the rest terrible. I’ll be in line and 2 people are in front of me and takes 20+ minutes for them to finally get to me. For months now I had to wait over 30 mins for my sandwich, by the time I get I’m already done my coffee. On top of that, when I do get my sandwich it’s always made wrong, they don’t look at the notes on what to do and what not to do with the order. They never use fresh coffee, keeps giving me expired coffee. I recommend going to the Tim Hortons on dougal and Tecumseh, faster service and they actually listen to what you want, they haven’t messed up my order at that location

Horrible customer service, the girl on the drive thru kept cutting us off and asked us to come to the window before even completing the order. Not only that, we got egg shell in egg and muffin sandwich, the french vanilla was bitter and the lid was broken. Also, we asked for tropical green tea, gave us the regular one. We initially went to timmies on Tecumseh and Dougall, but due to someone being transferred to ellis and Ouellette we decided to go back to this one because it's closer to us...with that being said during week I find better service and quality, however weekends seem to be crap..as no one seems to know what's going on..send out greasy soggy sandwiches and also found out they don't change gloves between orders...I understand it's fast food but that's unsanitary..safe clean practices are a must in food industry where I've worked for yrs..think I may go back to Dougall and Tecumseh on weekends...I can kinda see what's going on there with food...

Don't think they've ever gotten my order 100% right lol If I say, "can you cut my bagel" they'll say, "we do" with tude (even tho that's not true) and then I'll still get a half cut bagel 😭 it's actually funny how bad it is. Or like, if I say, please don't warm up my croissant, I should know by now that it will be warm and deflated by the time I get it. They don't scan rewards, they don't give you your receipt and most egregiously they charge what EVER price they want, NOT the standard prices of Tim Hortons. $1.70 for a small coffee here. Scammy.

This has been one of the most disappointing Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited. The staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, which clearly impacted the level of service. There are consistently long waits at both the cashier and the pick-up counter. At the pick-up area, food is simply handed over to whoever happens to be there without proper verification. If no one claims it immediately, items are left unattended on the counter where multiple people end up touching them. When mistakes are made, the incorrect items are also left there, contributing to a highly unsanitary environment. It’s a concerning way to potentially spread germs and viruses. The shift manager should take more responsibility in organizing staff and maintaining basic food safety protocols. I sincerely hope this location improves both its service and hygiene standards soon.

By far the slowest location in the area. I understand a long line and having to wait (which is common here). But ive never been left hanging at the intercom for several minutes when there is just 1 car ahead of me and hardly any in the parking lot. For a simple order for a black coffee.... anyways. Decent service. Its just SLOW!

Love going to this timmies every morning for a coffee but the last two days we had a miserable server that doesn't fill coffee cup and doesn't stir and can't even say have a nice day or anything. Don't feel like a valued customer. Sorry to think the woman doesn't enjoy her job and can't be nicer.

Great Service & Fresh Coffee Every Time! I recently visited the 5775 Malden Tim Hortons and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and prepared just right — the coffee was fresh and hot, and my breakfast sandwich was warm and perfectly made. The store was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and even though it was busy, the line moved fast. I also appreciated the selection of baked goods — the Timbits and donuts are always a classic treat, and they didn’t disappoint! It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do. This is my go-to spot for a quick, satisfying breakfast or coffee break. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

This is my go-to Timmys when I'm on my way to work. They are fast and friendly and their chocolate glazed donuts are the best of all the Timmys around -- they're always fresh, plump and super glazed.

I've been coming to this location as long as I can remember it being here, 30+ years? I can say it has become the least satisfactory location than any others in the city. The slowest, for sure. Perhaps not having to walk to what seems to be 4 football fields to check the availability of each and every item ordered might help. I just waited 15 minutes for a black coffee and an untoasted bagel with nothing on it...I asked for toasted with cream cheese. Something needs to change in there.

Bought a large coffee with almond milk and an egg and cheese farmers wrap. Coffee had spoiled milk and when I poured it out had tons of coffee grounds in bottom. Bought a farmers wrap with egg and cheese and it was hard and cold. Used Uber eats to deliver this garbage. 17.00 dollars in the garbage… once again. These restaurants take advantage of the customers and serve us crap. So these people contacted me about my review and gave a website for their customer care and even their link to the website was wrong… never even worked how terrible…smh

Service is not always quick when there is a short line but is usually courteous. Not the best place for private conversations. Sometimes you get regulars in groups that take up alot of space and are louder than they should be.

Had gotten a coffee at another location and stopped here to have it replaced as it was burnt. TM had to ask supervisor if they can remake it as it's from a different store. Which supervisor said yes, replace it. Which I would have argued if they didn't as I'm an Assistant Manager in another town for Tim's. Very pleased that this TM got confirmation before telling me no! They did a great job and very respectful about it! Way to go guys!

Review was deliberately deleted by staff. Went here first thing in the morning around 5:15am. There were two foreigners from guess where, training on the job and one other worker. It literally took 15-20 minutes before they were able to properly input my order into the computer. I haven't been their in years until that point. Guess I will stick with Starbucks instead. #wearecharliekirk

Came in 815 ish and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received one of the employees name’s Stephen. He took my order at the counter was impatient and dismissive, aggressively demanding and rude. I had conversations with manager about my issue she was also extremely rude and aggressive towards me. I asked her to give me my money back and walked away. As a customer, I found this experience both uncomfortable and embarrassing. I strongly encourage to provide better training on professionalism and respectful customer service. To be honest with you I don’t ever want to come this location ever again

Twice this has happened to me in a matter of three weeks. I've pulled up to the drive through speaker, and i've waited almost two minutes before having my order taken. Service is always slow. And my coffee is normally wrong or tastes like the coffee pots need a cleaning

I’ve been getting coffee from your location regularly, especially in the morning and afternoon hours. During those times, the service is excellent — the coffee tastes fresh, smells great, and the staff are professional and attentive. Everything feels clean, consistent, and well-managed. I sincerely appreciate the morning and afternoon teams for their great work. However, the evening shift is a completely different story — and not in a good way. The coffee during that time is consistently awful. It tastes bad, smells unpleasant, and every time I drink it, I end up with a migraine and nausea. This isn’t just a coincidence; I’ve tested it over and over again, and the result is always the same. Let me be very clear: I am not racist, and I do not judge anyone by the color of their skin. But when my health is being affected and I’m not receiving the service I paid for, I don’t care who is on shift — I care about the results. And I’ve noticed that these issues almost always occur when the evening shift is staffed by darker-skinned employees. That’s just an observation based on repeated, consistent experience — nothing more. On top of that, there’s a serious hygiene problem that I witnessed with my own eyes. One of the employees was mopping the floor, then handling cash, and then preparing coffee — all while wearing the same gloves. That’s completely unacceptable and unsafe. This isn’t something I heard from someone else — I saw it myself. It shows a complete lack of basic hygiene practices and customer care. The difference between the shifts is shocking. How can the same business offer such drastically different experiences depending on the time of day? If this continues, more people are going to notice — and not in a good way. I won’t be buying coffee in the evening anymore, but I suggest you take this seriously if you care about your business’s reputation and your customers’ health.

I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.

I ordered a chiken habanero bowl and the tomato did not taste well it was spoiled and when I approached the lady, she only told me that I was the only one they had, they did not give me another solution, I felt that I had to beg to change it or get my money back, honestly it is very sad and I will not return to this place.

I just took a drink of an Iced Coffee that my partner brought home, and got a mouth full of ground coffee... looking at the bottom, it was black with ground coffee. How does that even happen!? Returned for a new one, hopefully made properly this time.

On July3rd, 2025, at exactly 3:58 AM, I pulled up to this Tim Hortons, just like I’ve done countless times over the past two years. As a commercial driver, I often rely on this location for a quick coffee before hitting the road. Until now, I was always served without issue. But on this particular morning, everything changed — and not for the better. For the first time, I saw two unfamiliar staff members working the early shift: Jipsey and Nency. What followed was not just unreasonable — it was downright insulting. They refused to serve me unless I drove my 53-foot commercial truck through the drive-thru, claiming it was now required. This was not only impractical — it was outright dangerous, both for me and for anyone else near that drive-thru lane. When I questioned the logic, they claimed they had “just spoken to the district manager,” and that these were his direct instructions. Honestly, it felt like a lie — an excuse to not serve someone they clearly didn’t want to deal with. When I told them I’d be leaving a comment about this unacceptable treatment, Nency dismissed me coldly, waved me off like I was nothing, and told me to never come back. After two years of being a loyal and respectful customer at this location, I was treated like a nuisance, like I didn’t matter at all. This wasn’t just a policy issue. It was personal. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional. I left empty-handed and stunned, asking myself how two people could show such little empathy, especially at a time when kindness goes such a long way. If this is the new standard at this Tim Hortons, it’s one I want no part of.

Makes tea and coffee wrong pay attention to orders. You don't make a tea with cream when the customer wants 2 sugar 2 milk. NOT CREAM terrible. Same for coffee not paying attention to what youre doing. Terrible coffee terrible tea. How do you mess that up?

Clean tables and seats but way to many bugs. Bees and Flys everywhere make it an uncomfortable dining place. Orders are quick and haven't gotten anything wrong as we know. Cozy place to sit next to a fireplace. Drinks are mostly filled with ice. Workers immediately clean the tables after done.

They are very slow here and when I placed my order once again with Tim Hortons they screwed it up twice. She was not knowing what she was doing clearly. You need to train your stuff better. my comment to your response. what's the point?? nothing will change and nothing will be done, because it's across many of the stores here in Windsor, ON. Was super disappointed with my experience at this Tim’s. From the onset felt rushed, dismissed and was taken aback. Drive threw attendant was very quick and rude and shoved my meal on my face with a “here” and shut the window and when I didn’t leave right that second because I needed clarification on my order they were rude with a smile. Items were packaged very sloppily as well - not the makings of an appetizing purchase. Will not return.

Just had a disappointing experience with Mel. She was not personable at all, and it felt like taking our order was an inconvenience to her. If you’re going to work in customer service, attitude matters — and unfortunately, hers made us feel unwelcome. Not the right line of work for someone who makes customers feel like a bother.

Could not give me one beverage because they said they had an incoming order of 22 ice cappuccino’s and then mocked me and said if I want a watery iced cappuccino, I could get one that was watered down. This is before they even took the order. I understand if your machine cannot keep up with capacity, but to mock me is not acceptable I will not be returning to your store because of this. Would’ve given this place a 5 if the manager didn’t treat the employees like complete garbage. I’ve gone here too many times just to see her yelling at employees. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Yelling and berating your staff won’t fix the poor management at this location.

It was a driver through order first the employee was so rude literally I was screaming from my car she was intentionally saying wrong order it was simple Mcveggie combo other guy took my order he apologies for her behaviour and said she’s always like that. Order was not ready they asked me to pullover the car after 3-4mins I received order and no surprise they gave wrong order asked for veggie burger they gave me fish burger, guy took my order As a Mcveggie burger combo already called McD restaurant when i realized its not a veg burger which I ordered.

Food was cold only received half a container of fries. I called and spoke with somebody at the restaurant and they just hung up on me. Everybody hides behind the delivery service. Whoever prepares the food is the one at fault they need to be fired. Food is supposed to be fresh and hot And the full amount. This particular location has lazy workers and clearly terrible management. Don’t send out food You wouldn’t eat yourself.

Windsors tweak capital, was asked for spare change by 5 different people within 5 minutes of entering and getting in line. I’m not Mr beast and I’m literally not much better off. Might be nice to have a security guard out front. Probably stick to the drive through if you go

They do not fill fries. The pic attached was supposed to be a large fry. None in bag, none eaten yet. Edit: came to review and add a pic because I was shorted fries again. I forgot about my original review for the same reason. I only have this problem with large fry orders. I ordered a large fry to share with one other adult and my dog. Not worth buying a large fry to recieve a medium fry amount. 2nd photo was today.

Staff at this location are very rude unprofessional they need additional training with customer service and food prep I was there today to pick up an item I ordered on the App. I drive up to the window and the worker scream at me it didn’t work you have put in another order, so I tried and putting another order App Is not working I asked again and once again she started screaming you have to put in another order. I asked how do I put in another order when the app is not working immediately she got a manager I think. That look like she just woke up and she reiterated the same message. I ordered an iced coffee with two shots of vanilla and half the ice. I even made sure to confirm the order with the person at the drive-thru, but they still got it wrong. The drink had a lot of ice and tasted like it only had one shot of vanilla at most. I had to throw away most of the ice just to enjoy the drink. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail—especially after double-checking the order. Service needs improvement.

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, and this store truly stands out. The treatment from all of the staff makes me want to stop by every day for a coffee and breakfast. I’m sure the individuals working this particular night are nice but their English is not very good. Or maybe it was just that their accents were too strong, either way, I ordered a half dozen donuts and out of those six only two were correct. I ordered two large double doubles and I got medium sized coffees and one clearly wasn’t a double doubles. Now I was the only one in drive thru so I didn’t get someone else’s order. Unacceptable customer service as well. A smile at the very least would have gone a long distance

This is my Tim in my neighbourhood for 7 years now. I recently started to drive all the way to mchughs location because these guys here can’t make coffee. I visited multiple Tim’s in my life. That is the first one that DEMANDS we specify how many pumps of flavour we want. Everyone other Tim’s knows that small coffee is 2 pumps. Medium 3 pumps. It’s not rocket science. If I pay 0.60 for flavour give me my all the pumps I paid for. Why should I explain and specify what I’m ordering??? You are the only ONLY Tim’s that keeps asking. So I went in today to get my coffee. I waited to see how she makes it. Sure enough… 1 pump. I told her what it’s supposed to be. Why do I need to specify!!!!! If you go to McDonald’s and ask for a combo will they ask if you want fries??? It comes with. GET BETTER

Truly if I could give no stars I would, every single time I visit this location they ALWAYS give me the wrong order . They ALWAYS give me coffee when I order a steeped tea . They ALWAYS punch it in on the screen correctly , I’ve learned to double check. Pay attention to your customers orders people. I truly understand it gets busy and overwhelming sometimes. But do your job and give people what they ordered.

I live close to this store & usually go in for take out daily of 3 LG Iced Capps, sometimes 4 LG. I've also bought donuts & or Cheese flatbread pizza. I've been to 4 other Timmies in the city & buy pretty much the same, if I'm in their area. But this Timmies has the runniest & watery Iced Capps. Any other store I've visited has them nice & thick as they should be. So I don't know what your store is doing differently but need to take lessons from the other stores.

Subject: Concern Regarding Inconsistent Pricing and Service at Tim Hortons Location Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today, May 7th, 2025, at approximately 12:10 PM, at your location at 7852 Wyandotte Street East, Windsor, Ontario. While the employee in training was courteous and appeared to be doing her job properly, I was disappointed by the actions of the assistant manager on duty. I placed my usual order—an Artisan Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich, but requested it as a wrap instead of on a bun. This is an adjustment I make regularly at other Tim Hortons locations and have never been charged extra for it. To my surprise, the assistant manager informed me that there would be an additional charge of approximately $1.80 for this simple substitution. I respectfully declined to complete my order and left the location. I then visited another Tim Hortons store where I placed the exact same order without any issue or extra charge. I find this inconsistency in pricing unacceptable and believe the assistant manager at this location would benefit from retraining on company policies and customer service expectations. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
