Good italian style pizzas. Highly recommend the fungi one. Calamaris are okay most of the different times i have been to the restaurant, but definitely not the best place in Peterborough for Calamari if you really like them. The last times I have been, they are really salty in the way that affects the flavor overall. Burgers are good. You should try. I would recommend as well the chicken parmesan. Overall, it is a good place to try Italian pizzas and other italian dishes. I really like their grocery store next to the restaurant it has a coffee shop as well where they have really good Italian pizzas and bakery. I am a matcha love and loved their matcha quality. I love I can find my favorite Canadian own brand of goat milk soaps ' Happy Body Collection' and chocolate from warkwoth the 'Centre Main Chocolate Co'.

My wife and I shared lunch here today and it is a regular lunch spot for us. We always share the beetza pizza and I highly recommend. The service was top notch and food was fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. After lunch we went next door and grabbed some fresh bread for dinner.

This is a special one-of-a-kind place!! The in-house dining is absolutely on point, I especially like the fresh pasta and pizza. I recently connected with one of The butchers to get some advice about smoking a brisket, I was quite impressed with the level of knowledge from the young lad at the counter. There's also lots of quality options that you won't find in the grocery store. It's not a cheap place but the quality of service is definitely there!! 10/10

Wow. One fine foods, one fine meal 😍🙏 This was my first time eating here tonight. I came here for my bday dinner with my husband because I’ve been wanting to try it and I’ll definitely be back. I got the Shrimp Gigli and he got the gnocchi. There was so much flavour, and so filling! We came later in the evening but next time I’ll be checking out the store too and hopefully save some room to try the affogato 😆 Maybe my new favourite place in Peterborough for Italian food. Service was also great 😊 very attentive staff.

This place is the cake and the cherry on top by far , the atmosphere and the service by Kurt yesterday was amazing. If anyone wants to know what a restaurant should really look like here in Peterborough come to One Fine Food an experience you will want to tell everyone and also never forget.

My 98 yr old mother and I went for lunch, waited a full hour, then decided we had waited long enough (and had other time sensitive commitments) and told them that we were leaving. They hastily packed up our food in take-out containers. I understand that a kitchen gets busy but a forewarning would have been appreciated.

I have lost count of how many times I've been for breakfast since 2023. It's definitely the best place for eggs benedicts I have tried in my life. I am someone who has tried in many parts of the world and still definitely one of my favorite ones. The portions are huge, and the price is fair. Excellent service, the waitresses are really friendly and always make sure everything is alright. Hollandaise sauce and the dollar chips are the reason why it makes so special this place. Also, the menu offers a wide variety of food, from classic breakfasts to some main dishes you would eat for dinner as well. They always make sure their dishes have the same perfect taste every time. I highly recommend trying the Popeyes omellete, the famous eggs Benny's, Lattice Fries, and onion rings.

I visited Speakeasy for breakfast today, and it was an amazing experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, with a great variety to choose from. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the aroma when you walk in is so inviting. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—relaxing yet full of good energy. Located right on George Street, the main street of downtown, it’s easily accessible. All in all, we had a fantastic time, and I’m looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend.

5 stars in consistant, awesome, giant plates of breakfast. A Rum Runner or Blind Pig will get me through the day with coffee, toast, & dollar chips! Had the most wonderful brunch at this cozy café on a snowy Sunday morning! The warm and inviting atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The staff and the owner are incredibly kind and welcoming—it truly felt like being at home with family. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Was just ok, nothing crazy. Wasn't a fan of the holandaise sauce for my eggs benny and the water served was "off". Potatoes were the best part and the service was solid

Huge variety, friendly staff, great food. The dirty waffle was pretty good.

Straight Forward in a GREAT way! Food shows up simply as requested + quick + hot. The only thing not straight forward are the Home Fries - real potatoes, cut by hand, seasoned and lots are crispy just like I have to request at every other restaurant. And yet no one yet was as good as this. Note: Fries are a little spicy, not for those of us that like spicy, just maybe for those that don't. Just ask, they'll explain. BTW, this is a REAL Mom & Pop independent Diner. Well maybe not exactly correct. I never saw Mom, but I see and meet 2nd Generation Pop, and two 3rd Generation daughters. Pop is the colourful joker in my video. Out and inside eating, free street parking. Might be a line up on weekends. Oh one more important thing. CASH ONLY!! This is exactly what I want when I eat out. Chains are chains. One of and independent are interesting characters. LOVE IT!

Probably the best home fries we’ve ever had ! Crispy and not just mush typical from your fast food breakfast place. Amazing rye bread too our kid loved it ! Definitely will be coming back ❤️ oh and cash only :) lots of atms nearby so it wasn’t a problem.

East City Coffee Shop is a true local gem. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, it feels like stepping into a place where everyone knows your name. The standout? The home fries. They’re made in-house and absolutely amazing: crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Just a heads-up: it’s cash only, so make sure to bring some bills. Totally worth it for the food and the warm, down-to-earth vibe.

A Sweet Potato Coconut Curry blend. My favourite! Update: Brunchin on a long weekend! Two specials, sippin coffee on the patio and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere! Visited Smitty’s yesterday and tried the spinach and Swiss omelette — it was absolutely delicious! We also had the southern fried chicken, which was pretty good; the portion size was decent. The fried chicken was nicely cooked and came with mashed potatoes. We finished off with the chocolate pancake, which was super tasty. Overall, a great spot for breakfast or lunch!

We have been here for dinner with my family on this Father’s Day and it was very delicious. We reserved a table for 12 people, though the restaurant was full, we still have our table ready before our arrival. The Manager has great energy ⚡ and a welcoming personality 😊 — personally greeting guests 👋 and making sure everything ran smoothly ✅, even during a packed house 🏠 on Father’s Day 👨‍👧‍👦! Service were awesome and quick food was delicious My son loves their milkshake especially, We tried their Dubai dessert special - it was lovely, They were giving Baklava Dessert sample for free on this Father’s day when we went for dine in. One of the best places for dining! We’ve been here multiple times, and every visit leaves us completely satisfied and happily full. Their portion per meal is good in that price. Consistently great food and a welcoming atmosphere make it a favourite spot for us. I will surely coming back.

We recently been to Smittys for team lunch, it was a great experience! The service was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group. The food was delicious, recommended fish & chips, smash burger, also other dishes surpassing our expectations. all members of team were happy. Highly recommend this place for any group gatherings or even just a great meal out. We'll definitely be back!

We visited Peterborough by boat along the Trent-Severn waterway. Smitty's diner was a short walk from the local marina and my wife and I both had an excellent breakfast there. The service was great, coffee was served fast and hot, and the food delicious. She had eggs, bacon, and hash browns while I had the full meal including french toast and waffle. They brought warmed syrup and real butter to the table. Definitely would visit again.

Great breakfast place with huge variety of choices! I had the egg skillet with halloumi cheese and chorizo, absolutely delicious! Staffs are friendly with good team working atmosphere. The place is nice and clean. Food came reasonably fast. Fries were crispy on the edge and soft in the inside. They are seasoned well and rich in flavours. We will definitely go there again to get some points and perks from signing up their royalty membership!

I usually love coming here but today was disappointing. My server didn’t introduce herself and I had to keep flagging her down, she never came over or did a quality check or anything. Which I really could have used bc I tried their new apple & cream cheese crepe and it was really poor. They shredded the apple like lettuce so I felt like I was eating a dry lettuce wrap. Had to pull my server over to get something else. I got the strawberry waffle and it was much better.

Large restaurant specializing in breakfasts and brunch. They were able to accommodate our family group of 10 with no difficulty. The menu is large and offers a wide variety including gluten free and vegan friendly. Our server was great, super friendly and accommodating. The coffee drinks were pronounced delicious and the eggs Benny and French toast were particularly good.

I had the absolute best experience at Cora’s recently, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and filled with the delicious scent of fresh coffee and made-from-scratch breakfasts. But what truly made the visit unforgettable were our incredible servers, Carlee and Cass. These two are absolute rockstars. Friendly, attentive, and so full of positive energy, they made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. They were on top of every detail – refilling coffee before we even had to ask, checking in with perfect timing, and making us laugh with their great sense of humor. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great experience, and their teamwork was seamless. It felt like we were being taken care of by friends who genuinely love what they do. The food, as always at Cora’s, was fresh, colorful, and absolutely delicious – but it was the outstanding service from Carlee and Cass that elevated the whole visit into something truly special. If you’re thinking about visiting Cora’s – do it! And if you’re lucky enough to be served by Carlee and Cass, get ready for a five-star experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The best place to have breakfast and lunch. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff. Food only took 10 minutes from walking in the door. If you're looking for a nice breakfast spot to come and enjoy a cup of coffee, this is the place.

Carlie was excellent! Frequently around with coffee - we never had to ask for refills. She was very pleasant and the food was top quality. I’d add photos but you’d only see empty plates - we devoured everything! Excellent experience!

A bit noisy, but that can be expected. Home fried could have been a bit more cooked as well. However, the service was amazing. Especially our waitress Morgan who was very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed.

Good service, friendly staff, good that hits the spot are all you will find here at this cafe. Need a nice place to chill after spending time in the natural environment, then stop by this spot. My fave is to grab a delicious ice cream cone after walking along the trail. Don’t wait forever cause this spot closes at 7. Shout out to the young ladies working there for taking my order a minute before closing . And yes, the ice cream was so delicious

Big Brothers Big Sisters was hosting a camp week and had a last-minute change to our programming. The Silver Bean Cafe really came through for us! They generously provided small ice cream cones to all of the kids in our program, free of charge. For some of the kids, it was their very first time visiting The Silver Bean, and they loved it. The ice cream was delicious, especially on such a hot summer day. After enjoying our treats, we played games in the park, which made for the perfect way to fill the afternoon. We are so grateful for their kindness and community spirit. Thank you, Silver Bean!

If you’re hiking the trail here along the river you can stop here at this cafe for a break. It has a nice riverside terrace and you can enjoy your meal and drink with some nice scenery. 👍😎

Great cafe on the river! Specialty coffees wraps and sandwiches. Wraps are generous made with fresh ingredients. I had the chicken caesar, lots of chicken, bacon and fresh parmigiano! The salads are great too!

I have always enjoyed the downtown location as it feels like a cottage with the waterfront views. I have had meetings and events here. The food is nutritious and filling. They serve ice cream and coffee. I enjoyed going to the location at the New Canadian Canoe Museum too!

Bought food for my grandkids and when I got to their house an order of 6 nuggets were missing. They didn't give me a receipt, but she found my order on the screen. She maintained she had packaged it herself and included the nuggets, however she passed me cold nuggets that were clearly sitting there because they were missed. I waisted my time driving back but made my grandchild happy. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience. They don't care one bit if the order is incomplete. Check your order before you drive off or better yet, go to another location. NOTE: They dont answer the phone. You'll get a busy signal any time of the day.

Waste of time going through the drive thru and expecting them to get the order right. They rarely do. I was just there 5 minutes ago. Asked for an Asiago ranch with No tomatoes. I also mentioned it again when I got the the window.. made the mistake of ot checking it until I got home. Sure enough there was the tomato. Why is it so hard to get proper service?

Came through around 12:30am, part of my order was missing and the rest was wrong. Customer service was not great lady in here twenties was rude and pushy, the gentleman was a bit nicer. I understand it was late and they may have been exhausted. Not to mention they DO NOT answer calls. I tried to call once we got home and realized on two different devices and both instantly disconnected then have tried calling multiple times today yet all went to voicemail and there box is full.

Just attended this location and decided to go inside for take out. Terrible experience. Cashier cut me off 3 times while taking my order to yell something at other employees. Store is absolutely disgusting and filthy in the kitchen and restaurant. The floor in front of the soda machines was so sticky my shoes have to be cleaned. We witnessed an employee spraying cleaner right next to the food that was being prepared. Should have saved my $60 and went elsewhere, the fries taste like old oil. Lesson learned.

After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru I was greeted by the very rude manager. The manager did not even acknowledge the wait or apologize for it. She made excuses and said “well I can give you a small frosty but that’s it” still no apology and had zero customer service. I have worked in the restaurant industry and if I ever treated my customers that way I wouldn’t have any of them return. I left without my food and very disappointed. I spoke to customer service and the lady I spoke to was lovely and did her best to turn this experience around, but I am still very disappointed with the customer service in the restaurant and I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

Just had to worst food of any fast food establishment I’ve been too. How do you serve chilli cheese nachos with no chilli? And to top it all off the nachos were so stale I was concerned I should even be eating them. Cheese was already cold 5 minutes after I got it. Disgusting. Gross. Terrible. Hope they shut down. These employees should not reproduce.

Walked in to use bathrooms and grab a coffee, upon entering the first door o was greeted with what appeared to be a dead bird of some sort and feathers everywhere. After walking through that mess I went to the washroom and found that the floors were covered in urine and the wall infront of the urinal had some sort of booger art. My wife went to the other washroom and apparently it was about the same condition. We decided that we would not be grabbing a coffee from there due to thinking that they probably don't care too much about sanitation there and didn't want to get some sort of food poisoning. Luckily some local kids had a lemonade stand up the road and we decided they earned our money instead.

They close at 1030. Tried to get a simple coffee before close and the workers are sitting on counters, stating they're closed. No hygiene regulations, you'll leave the drive through needing all your windows open, and a car wash with the windows down.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered a white hot chocolate and was shocked to find a piece of plastic inside the drink. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. I trusted Tim Hortons for quality and cleanliness, but this experience has left me questioning their standards. Finding foreign objects in food or drinks is not only unpleasant but also dangerous. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their quality control. Definitely not the experience I expected.

This has happened before and usually I’m in too much of a rush to get to work so I don’t have time to complain but today was different. I use the app a lot and activated the special at the Monaghan rd location. It was the Breakfast sandwich, hash brown and coffee for $6.00. I specifically told the young lady that took my order what special I was asking for as it was on my app and was activated. She informed me that the biscuits were no longer available and it would have to be an English muffin. Not a big deal And I told her it was the special for $6.00 on the App. I Was in the drive through came up to the widow and got my order and behold there was no hash brown. So instead of holding up the line I parked my car and walked in to talk to someone about it. That’s when I met a very rude lady. It started ok but she then said I had to specify what special when ordering which I told her I did and she walked away from me to talk to a manager. I said i just wanted my hash brown and that the price was wrong. Not a big deal it’s only a buck. She went back and spoke to the manager and gave me attitude so I asked who were the franchise owners. I said to her I knew a few. She replied look it up and said I had an attitude and walked away? Instead of arguing I walked out and said I will be contacting them. The funny thing is I knew Brian when he owned it years ago and he was a great guy but I was not sure if the family still owned it after his passing or if it was corporate. All i I wanted to do was contact the owners directly and not go through social media. I’m not a fan of google reviews but this is what I’m for forced to do. I know retail is difficult these days and I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble but there was no reason for her attitude at all. So the old adage is true I don’t get mad I just go away. I’m not a kid either I’m 61 and have been going to that location for as long as it’s been open. Just thought you should know.

Service is really well I came in on Sunday September 28th the young girl on front counter no name tag wears glasses she was very friendly and smiling she made my day got talking to me about the Toronto maple leafs saying they are going to win this year also she got my order correct I came in from drive thru my coffee was made wrong at drive thru so i parked and came in I explained to her that my coffee was made wrong and she apologized and remade my coffee as the coffee was getting remade there was another girl yelling at her and yelling at the young guy that was grabbing my bake goods she was swearing at the young girl who remade my order telling her she’s in the wrong for remaking my coffee she made the young girl dump my coffee out telling the young girl they they don’t remake coffee’s the young girl still remade my coffee again when the young girl and guy was getting yelled I felt so bad for them they are doing their job and getting yelled at not cool something needs to be done. Please tell the young girl she does a amazing wonderful job and tell the young guy he does a amazing wonderful job as well.

I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the consistently great service at this Tim Hortons. Every time I visit, my order is made perfectly and served with a smile. A special shoutout to Manager Anna—she’s always friendly, professional, and clearly runs a tight ship. Her leadership shows in how smoothly everything runs. Keep up the amazing work, Anna and team!

I visited the store today and it was busy at 5.30 and there was only 1 lady in the front working and i was waiting for the doordash order. The order took around 30-40 minutes and i was waiting at the store the whole time. My girlfriend tried to use the washroom and the lady delayed it as well. Not happy about the service. Thank you

Went in on Labour Day to get a coffee. Watched a 'new Canadian' employee reach in with BARE HANDS and start taking out donuts from the display! I told her to stop touching the food with her bare hands, and she just stared at me, not understanding. After expressing my disgust, I had a foreign worker try to tell me that it won't happen again. Sure, it won't, shake my head. BOYCOTT

Good food, good prices, good service. Pancake was oddly hard on one side...perhaps pre-cooked? It's too bad that the restaurant isn't a little brighter with better lighting. Enjoyed our breakfast will return.

Very busy, however as a sole diner I was not neglected. I asked for extra icing, no problem, no charge.

Let's start with the decor...it's Stacked...so comfortable but not fancy. Food was awesome, especially for Stacked...but our server was far more interested in their closing duties rather than serving us. We arrived at about 130pm First rule of breakfast places...get drink order quickly and get the hot beverages to the table...also quickly. We waited for at least 5 minutes for the person who sat us to return to take or drink order. If you are our server...take our drink order when you seat us?!? Second rule...when you break rule one, perhaps you should take extra care not to repeat an extended wait for service. Coffee and tea were dropped and we were on ignore again for about another five minutes...when we already knew our orders at the beverage drop off. We watched as the few servers cleaned, mopped and ignored us. Finally, as we both clearly were looking annoyed, another server asked if we we ready...just in time for our server to drop by an take over...not in the nick of time. Thankfully, the good food came quickly and it was all a much better experience than our service. However, we were promptly placed back on a long, long hold. At a breakfast place...one should NEVER have to ask for a refill. Our server never checked in, however another did...same one who previously stepped in...so... maybe there's a pattern? Anyway, this was an obvious service failure by one server. We just will avoid that outlet moving forward. Cheers.

Nice and neat dining. Attentive and nice waiters. Food comes pretty quick and fresh. The place gets full and noisy. Overall, I recommend😁. What I got: 🥞Nutella Oreo Waffle: I liked the whipped cream and Nutella. The waffle was sweet but tasted not thoroughly done. 🥞Express: I got a combo of hash browns, eggs, and sausages. All tasted nice and fresh. The egg yolk was very runny. 🥞Buttered Toast: I liked it, especially the crunch. The butter made it better. 🥞Sides: I got ham and fruits for sides. The ham was quite tough to chew. The fruits were fresh and sweet. 🥞Mango Lemonade: A nice refresher. It was nice, but tasted like it was from concentrate.

The food is great, however for our large group of 8 the service could’ve been better. Our orders were mixed up and it took longer than expected. The food was worth the wait!

We go here with the entire family when come visit. The staff are great. Only down fall is its so popular that its always packed and there are decent wait times for any party larger than 4. Still worth the wait.

Great place for breakfast. Super busy especially considering most places were without hydro due to a horrific storm. Seated quickly and had a waitress come by almost immediately to take drink orders. Coffee was quick to arrive and refilled frequently. Our meal took quite a while but as I said it was super busy. The food was exactly as ordered, hot and large portions. The cinnamon pancakes are to die for. My husband said the only thing that would make this better is if they had smoked salmon eggs Benny, but honestly, there are a ton of choices . Can't wait to go back. The restaurant is very clean and the seating is comfy. Can't say enough about their terrific wait staff and the kitchen staff handling the crowds. AAA+

False advertising!!! Sign says there is a BOGO 50% off deal on small subs and I tried to order but was told that it wasn’t valid any longer. I pointed out that it was on the sign and they said they haven’t changed it yet. They would not offer to meet the advertised price! False advertising!!!!!

Pictured is the bagel I received today via their drive-thru window. Definitely burnt. I asked for cheddar and butter, but there was no butter to be found. I found the staff are friendly and nice, but that does not make up for paying almost 7 dollars for a coffee and a burnt bagel not made as requested. The last time I stopped here, I received a bagel with butter and they didn’t give me the cheddar I requested. I don’t think I’ll give them a third chance - I think I’m done. There’s a Tim Hortons just down the street.

I walked in, went to the bathroom and found a waste paper basket full of vomit propped against the toilet and leaking onto the floor. I tried to get the attention of an employee and was ignored, so i walked back out. I would not eat at a place this dirty in any case.

Great food. Fabulous service. Love having the Mr Sub and the country style together. Everyone in the family was satisfied. It is a simple one stop to make the journey to the cottage more enjoyable for the family. Love the doughnuts!!!

This place really fell off. Used to be great. This was our regular stop along the way to the kawartha lakes. However recently, service and food fell off. Staff act like they don't want to be here. Won't really follow any instructions you give them and will make your food how they feel like making it at that time. Very slow service as well. Expect to wait 15 minutes for a bagel. 5 people present, only 2 are actually working.

One star for food because nothing to eat was vegan. I was pleased to see they had non-dairy milk available. So it's fine if you just want to drink.

Forgot my wallet and they let me take my order while I went and got my money. The wrap was way better than tim Hortons and coffee was good. I'll be going here instead of tims now

Driving through town we found this little diner. The breakfast was excellent. Sausage was done perfect, eggs- good, but the hashbrowns were the best, real potatoes! The service was good. A real smalltown vibe. My only complaint would be it was cold in there. The locals seem to like this place too. Prices are good too.

This was SUPER GOOD. Like the gravy the onions & mushrooms with the baked potatoes is so GOOD. You have to make sure you get the baked potatoes. The gravy is so good with the baked potatoes. The atmosphere is so classic too, authentic & classic.

This a cosy place for some comfort food with more than you can eat portions. We had grilled cheese sandwich, steak, burgers, with side of regular and house fries. We ate until our hearts and stomach were full. We went in hungry and came out happy!

Live across the street. Owner decided to randomly way over charge me for my breakfast. The waitress apologized for the ridiculous price. We have boycott the restaurant ever since. Don't miss it at all. 50s Cafe, Queensway or copper spoons are way better. Also try East city Cafe.

Nice cozy place in the Peterborough square run by a wonderful family. We ordered the breakfast sandwich on a bagel and Pina colada smoothies which were just delicious! Another tasty item was the apple strudel. Wonderful place to try out if you're in the Ptbo downtown area. Will be visiting again!

My favourite family-owned coffee shop EVER. Such a friendly & kind owner. Love him & the Turkey sandwich was the 2nd best Turkey sandwich I've ever had.

I have been coming here most of my life. It's changed hands once or twice but the owners always keep it the same and I love it. The current owners are fabulous. Wonderful people. I go in there. It's located in the Peterborough Square on the lower level, tables are typical mall tables. The food was good for the price, I had the cafe mocha and cheese croissant for around $5.30 and it was some of the best I've ever had. Service was friendly and professional and I didn't have to wait long, 5 or 6 minutes at most.

The place and the staff are great. It's the food that left me wanting. It mostly looks great, but EVERYTHING was so greasy, and the fish was so overcooked. We were so excited for great fish and chips and just disappointed.

We stopped here for dinner before a concert in the park. It was a busy evening so had a wait for a table but it was totally worth it. We shared the mango & blueberry salad and 2pc Halibut & chips.

We stopped here after an outing at Dino Land to enjoy a late lunch and cocktail. We chose to enjoy a table on the outdoor patio which is located across from what I believe is a park, a festival was in process so we were able to enjoy some of the music that was being performed. Washrooms were in need of a little fresh up but were clean. Our food was good, fries are real, some of the better fries I’ve had in awhile. Our servers were fantastic, made our luncheon a good experience! Would recommend a stop here if you’re visiting Peterborough!!

This was a great spot near the marina. Beautiful view. Very nice patio. Food was quite tasty. As a family we had fish and chips and a Ruben. Our server was very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit.

In case you didn't know, Tuesday AYCE special no longer available at this location. Same son that wanted to leave the 5 star review years ago wanted to come back today. Unfortunately he felt the server was moody and I don't become disagree. Food still decent, still slow to come out but coupled with bad service experience made it feel longer. Old review: Found the place just by looking online for options in Peterborough. The all you can eat special on Tuesdays intrigued us. My son asked that we out a 5 star review. He can be picky and was raving about the mashed potatoes and he also tried a bit of the fish and chips. I believe everything is made fresh and from scratch. Everything came piping hot. Wish we could have utilized the nice patio, but it just finished raining when we got there. Service can be slow at times, but we were also trying to make a movie. Will come back as the family wishes.

Terrible experience at Jack’s Family Restaurant. The server was outright rude from the start and completely ignored my table — no check-ins, no refills, nothing. Waited an hour for our food order chicken strips and then brought us fish. Then continued to wait to get our correct order and after another 40 mins we decided to just pay for our drinks and leave and they tried charging us for the meal we never received. Probably the worst restaurant experience and service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life!!!

Love coming here for brunch or just a coffee, and having somewhere to get out of the house and come relax with a book or catch up with a friend! Their coffee beverages are absolutely delicious, the food is next level, and the service is always so cheerful and welcoming. Nice ambient music makes for a super chill vibe. A couple more couch/comfy chair additions would be lovely if possible 😍

We ordered the Short Stack with fruit and whipped cream, the Big Breakfast, and a side of sausage every single item was packed with flavour and cooked to absolute perfection. Everything even the drinks are all made in-house, and you can truly taste the difference. It’s comfort food done right with love, quality ingredients, and care in every bite. The staff is amazing, warm, genuine, and they clearly go out of their way to make your experience special. The atmosphere is cozy, playful, and full of personality (we loved the comic book table design and being able to play jenga during our stay!). And the fact that they don’t accept tips but offer a pay-it-forward system to help someone else enjoy a meal? That alone deserves a standing ovation. I just visited Dreams of Beans to get some work done and honestly, the best cafe in PTBO to do so!!! The ambience, music and the atmosphere overall were excellent. I have not felt more productive! Oh and the food and coffee? EXCEPTIONAL! (Extra emphasis on how amazing their coffee is btw). I got myself their soup of the day (Tomato and Basil) and it felt just like a home cooked meal. Can’t wait to come back here again!

We had a lovely breakfast here this morning. The server was really nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed the iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes. My partner had eggs benedict which he highly recommends!

Best place in town for a nice breakfast or lunch friendly service the best part is they pay a fair living wage and all items include taxes a pblt and a coffee will run 11.00 all in. Food is quite good at this one, but the employees could be a little bit nicer when processing coupons. I think the automated ordering system should be fixed as there is usually one kiosk which is out of order. The parking lot is usually busy but the drive through moves fast. It is clean and the sun shines in on the tables in the morning, making your hash-browns glisten. Good location in terms of proximity to the highway and to other fast food joints.

Visit this store Sept. 17 on our road trip. We ordered 2 coffees and a muffin. All that got served quickly was drive through, customers waited extremely long time and when order was taken for such a small order the wait was horrible. As I waited the owner came in and immediately made sure we were served. Fully staffed that I could see and not busy. Will remember this location and not in a good way.

Inside service is very very slow since they prioritize the drive-thru. It's very frustrating waiting and waiting for your meal when you watch other people who've come after you get served before you. Also, the place is really overly air-conditioned making it very uncomfortable for families to enjoy a meal. The tables are never clean so you have to ask for someone to come and wipe them. Good luck with that. There are lots of other eateries very close to this McDonald's I would go elsewhere and never return to this site

Wow... not sure what is wrong with their drink machine but yikes! Went through the drive thru to get drinks after picking up a pizza for the road... The coke-zero was undrinkable. Tasted like cream-soda if someone had used champagne as the base... my kids said their fruitopia tasted weird. But I was already on the 115 by the time it was a complaint.

I love how the place is still looking 80s retro, it is cozy and love how it looks. They just had one waitress when I went, but she still gave us good service. The food took a while to come even though the place wasn't full. The food is okay, not bad, but not what I expected. The hollandaise sauce from the eggs benedicts was really watery with not that much favour, but the rest was good. The potatoes were tasty.

I enjoyed every diner detail! My bestie and I wanted to brunch hard so we went straight here. We ordered the classic breakfast with a side pancake and coffee! Added som Frank’s Hot Sauce and Ketchup - oh my we were set! Thank you for the enjoyable memories and delicious food!

My favorite breakfast spot in town, greatly priced and the servers are just the nicest. Highly recommend coming here. I love their breakfast so much that I haven't tried the lunch menu but I don't doubt it's just as good. Although I will add I noticed they changed their hash browns, still very tasty I do prefer the old ones.

We were a group of seven for a brunch. Ordered strawberry French toast, pancakes and some egg dishes with meat customization. Can’t say enough about the meats we got especially the sausage. Apart from all the dishes being fresh, and really balanced, salt wise and sweetness, the service was really fast as well as the atmosphere was light and respectful. Exceeded our expectations!! Would recommend this restaurant 100%!

Ordered take out. Asked for eggs to be over easy and yolks runny. I received hard burnt eggs ( not edible) home fries were white, tasteless and undercooked. Very disappointing. Firstly, I wanna thank my server, Victoria, C. She was well-versed in the menu and had great recommendations. Now when I entered, I stood probably 4 to 5 minutes at the front waiting to be seated seem to be ignored by people that’s really bothers me especially when you have the sign up that says please wait to be seated. It wasn’t busy there were half of the tables full. I would say at that point. The food was OK, The eggs were perfectly cooked. The bacon was delicious. The hollandaise sauce came from a package, but it was OK. but I’ve seen several other reviews regarding the home fries and I agree they are not cooked enough. Some of them are still quite on the raw side so you would think with all of the reviews saying home fries aren’t cooked enough you might try to improve that. I have several years in food and beverage management positions and Another observation I had was that there was way too many people in the cooking area. You had a cook back there actually I believe he might’ve been a dishwasher, but he had a beard with no covering over the beard and way too many people expo the line.

Food portions were fantastic, I couldn't even finish my meal! Coffee was amazing. Our server was so sweet. She got confused and forgot she had already taken our order, but returned shortly after and apologized. We didn't even need an apology. We had just talked with her about it being chaotic since reopening😂. She was fantastic. Going again soon!

Customer Service is WORST. Just order the Vanilla Cream Coldbrew and the milk or Vanilla cream seems off, it had a weird sour taste. We came back to let them know and asked for a water to soak it off my mouth but they even want to charge us extra money for that water. Remake it, still sour then I got an Ice coffee instead. The point is Customers Service is TERRIBLE. Not an apologize at all and they treat us as a TROUBLE MAKER.

The Indian man who served me through the drive thru smelled TERRIBLE. I could smell him immediately when the drive thru window opened even with all my car windows open the stench was so powerful and disgusting and it lingered. I couldn't even eat my food I was so grossed out. This has to be a health code violation.

Everything was incredible! Food was hot and large portions, service was fast and accurate except the owners... Man do they ever disrespect their staff! Holy moly! Bosses yell and scream at the servers... It's a great place but I would have walked out on them a long time ago! Again food was fantastic! Staff keep your head up, without you your bosses would be left with nothing. Keep up the great work servers!!!! And to whomever the bosses are, Korean family, get a grip before your staff walks out on you with good cause to leave!

Fish was a good sized portion and the chips were nice too. We were trying not to eat too much fries so we both opted for fish with a salad and shared a side of fries. It was the perfect amount. We were in for a late lunch, so not too busy and food was quick. Staff were great and checked up on us just enough.

What is going on with fish and chip restaurants in this town lately? I ordered 2 pieces of halibut, which were fine, not that large. But a f&c restaurant that serves frozen french fries, stupid little packets of tartar sauce, and a can of Coke all for $41. I don't know how this restaurant gets a review of 4.5 stars. I am not one to complain very much about restaurants or send in bad reviews. I am just frustrated that a fish and chip restaurant can't mix some mayonnaise relish and lemon juice together. Maybe cut their own fries. Are they making any effort? A little pride in a business would be nice. Shame on all these 5 star reviews for having such low standards. I'm not saying to be mean, but don't give misleading reviews.

My family and I went in Friday night and we walked into a packed restaurant. The waitress sat us as soon as a table was open. From the time we got there to when we left she was running off her feet. She was very attentive to my 8 month old daughter. Asking when she took our order if we wanted a metal or plastic fork for her. Despite the full house she still made sure she came and checked up on us to make sure we were alright. We have only been to this restaurant twice and both times the service was great.

Party of 3. Two of us had the daily Pollack and Chips Special and the 3rd had Haddock and Chips. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out piping hot. Portions were good. A great choice for a sit-down meal.

Visited this city a few times, and this has always caught my eye to try someday. That day was today, friendly greeting at the door and great menu and food was awesome. Great little spot for fish and chips!

I took my two sons for breakfast this morning arrived at 10:30 and got a seat right away. The server took our order. We had requested two coffee’s, three waters and an iced tea. The coffees and ice tea came almost immediately. People were coming in, sitting down and leaving and we had still not seen our meal. At 11:30 our our server came by and stated that our order sheet (from the waitress) had been knocked to the floor and missed. She assured us that they were making right away and told us that we would receive a discount for being patient and understanding the accident. I noticed that our original server was now working ing the kitchen and a different server was now working the floor. Another 20 mins later our food shows up and I ask for the waters that we had originally ordered along with some more coffee. Our food was excellent, however, when we went to pay the bill our new server charged us full price. I explained to the server what had happened and what we were told by the original server. She replied that she was not told that by the other waitress and told me that she could go “find her”. Then the older white/blonde waitress says to me, “just don’t leave us a tip and pay full price”. I said no to that as the cook made good food and deserved a tip. She just stood there looking at me. I took the machine and paid, left a %20 tip. I fully understand that accidents happen, but when it does, and you tell a customer that you are going to make it right by giving a discount, you had best come good on it. The food was delicious but I will not eat at this place again. Not telling you not to eat here, just sharing my experience. Thanks.

This was a tiny place with wonderful food and service. We were there for breakfast and if you are hungry and want something that isn't pre-cooked or assembled in an assembly line I can't recommend it more. Besides being friendly the service was also very fast. The portions were generous, the eggs were cooked the way we asked for them and tasty.

I’ve been going to this one location for a very long time & I’m I think I’ve had enough. After going here for years & most of the time the staff is pretty great, not everyone as the same customer service or friendlyness about them. Especially when I ask for no whip cream so I order a bigger one & they don’t give me the full cup. Or today I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with no whip cream on top. & it looks so great & everything but the taste is absolutely gross, I think I’ve had 5 sips out of it. I don’t get how every person doesn’t make the same drink the same. Sucks more when I’m there often enough to notice too. Little to say I prefer the Chemong store.

Sue & Abby just two stsff here at Starbucks are exceptional and extremely professional, friendly and absolutely Amazing! They make sure all is in order and organized at the front counter. Both a delight and shine like no other! Abby and Sue are keepers and I always look forward in coming in just to see their smiles!! They are also very intuitive and very empathetic towards others... Thanks for having such amazing staff who actually make this business as successful as what it is.. Come in and watch them and their staff interact with everyone, it's so fun just to watch and the outside patio is also really comfortable and relaxing to enjoy... super sad about this, usually this starbucks is absolutely fabulous and the people are so kind and friendly, this cashier- Sue didn’t even greet us, didn’t tell us the total & literally turned her back away from us & was extremely rude when we saw that there wasn’t oat milk that was supposed to be in our drink. i understand that the drive thru is timed & they were busy, but just common courtesy is the bare minimum.

Other reviews are correct. This is a great place to meet for a coffee, beer, or light lunch. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little difficult to find a table - I had to sit somewhere that wasn’t bussed. The service setup makes things slow and a bit uncomfortable; you line up to order, there’s 1 coffee machine / barista, you wait for your food. Then you find a place to sit. It’s easy to see that the wide variety of drink choices makes it difficult for the staff to keep pace, and to avoid delays. I stood waiting for ~30 min; which didn’t bother me, but standing there, my completely unqualified view made it seem like small changes might have saved me from being uncomfortable. I’d still go back. $14 for a tasty freshly made sandwich and a large cappuccino, plus a $5 tip brought me to under $20 for lunch in a warm and cozy downtown place with friendly staff.

This place was bustling when I went there a Saturday at noon. Our party was fairly large (5 people) so we went downstairs to sit. It was quite cellar like and really needed a good cleaning: the spider webs had been there quite a while and were not appetizing. The food was good, although I asked for my turkey croissant NOT to be heated and it came heated. And they didn't have cranberry mayo but substituted blueberry which was fine. The service was very good.

Everything was great but the poutine wasn’t up to my expectations. The cheese was hard and very easily ripped apart not stretchy. The fries tasted like they weren’t cooked properly and the gravy tasted super oily. I felt sick to my stomach after ingesting. Do not recommend buying!!

Horrible customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service the past five years, I understand that sometimes people aren’t a having the best day and can’t be at their best. However, every time I come to this specific McDonald’s, I am met again and again with the most blatant disrespect. I went in to get a fountain drink and asked if something else was available, the answer I got was simply “no.” No explanation, and said in a snarky way. I could look past this if it weren’t for the way I was treated at the window. Not one word was said to me. They continued to talk to coworkers while taking my money and handing out the drink. When I said thank you have a good night, I got a window slammed shut in response. This is not an uncommon occurrence. This kind of situation seems to happen every time I am there. They need to train their staff better, and the people who work there need to learn to respect others. It’s not even about the blatant disrespect, it’s about treating others like human being. I am not one to write reviews, but the amount of times I have been treated horribly at this location warranted it. I would not recommend this location, honestly drive to another one, it’s worth it.

Orders is always fine. But what is up with the renovation? They took anti-loitering decor to a whole new level: the air conditioning is maxed, the water to wash your hands is ice cold as is the air drier...damn.

First of all I want to address the fact that the world famous French fries as they call them were cold. That was the worst start they could have had. They also don't have refills and they expect us not to ask for a refill even though they gave like half a cup of ice. Of all the MacDonalds I've been to this one is one of the worst.

I seriously have never once had a correct order from this place. Ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon and got all the way home to LAKEFIELD when I noticed there is no bacon on it. At that point I was not driving the 20 minutes back and was already furious and disappointed. I really don’t get what the point of ordering and PAYING FOR what you want is when you’re not gonna get it. Horrible service here as per usual.

Just left there with another drive thru order that was wrong. You guys spent all that money on upgrades and add an extra window in the drive through process. How about you hire an employee to double check that everything that I paid for and confirmed on my screen when ordering is in the bag when you hand it to me. You guys need to do better!!!!

Went into the drive through and took 20 minutes to order. Went to window. Bad service. Got almost all our food and drinks wrong. Will go back tho cause it’s McDonalds.

If you are on the road and feel the need to stop at the Lansdowne east McDonald's in Peterborough I suggest you keep driving. The first sign things were not going to be good was the drive thru attendant couldn't be understood. Not a big deal.. but when we get our order the 1/4 BLT had no bacon on it not that big of a deal. Then my daughter found a long nasty hair in her fries! Threw them out and decided to just eat her Chicken mcnuggets opens the box and it has nasty green slime on the lid and all around the edges so gross she decided not to eat. Best $45.84 I have ever spent!! On garbage. Enjoy these pictures.

I went though drive thru, and spent $38. My fries were literally THROWN in the bag, one of the boxes completely upside-down causing all my fries to be in the bottom of the bag. The napkins (well there was a singular napkin.) were covered in grease making them unusable, and i was missing my dipping sauce for my nuggets. y'all this is unacceptable. it wasn’t busy either, it was only me and one other person in the lane, and front counter was cleared. there is no excuse for this. I was also pulled so there was no rush for window times. $38 is crazy, and my big arch was a complete mess. inedible. this isn’t it, unfortunately. whoever was running for drive thru needs to slow down or be trained properly. disappointed :/

Never have I had to deal with such a rude employee from this location. And to top off the attitude she gave me the wrong meal as I discovered as I got home. Thanks for this as I'm allergic to fish.

I have been to many McDonald’s at many hours of the day and have always received relatively decent service. After all, part of the McDonald’s employee contract is service with a smile. I came here at 3 am, it was not busy. No one in front of me or behind me. The lady taking my order rushed me as if I was an inconvenience and the lady who took my payment and gave me my food barely even made eye contact with me and I got a mumble grunted have a good night.. I’m not expecting top tier service at 3 am. But this was incredibly disappointing

They have gotten better at giving what you actually ordered, poutine is usually under filled and expensive so that really ticks me off. Other than that they have improved, especially when 1 certain manager is working.. she's Great

Terrible - waited for almost 10 mins in the drive thru then found out they ran out of French fries. I asked if my combo would be cheaper since there were no fries and I was told yes.. THEN when I pull up to the window to pay, I'm told my McChicken and a medium pop is 11 dollars! What the hell! I won't be going g back there...the prices are already going up slowly....give me a break. Avoid.

Horrible service, employees don't listen. We ordered 1 pain cheeseburger happy meal and one cheeseburger happy meal only pickles and they completely messed it up. This is the 2nd or 3rd mess up in 3 weeks. Won't be coming back!

I was really looking forward to a nice cup of hot chocolate from Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The drink was watery, lacked any real chocolate flavor, and didn’t even resemble the usual creamy hot chocolate. It looked more like a light coffee than anything.

Do not have breakfast items at 845 am food is cold, employees do not listen to orders and serve sloppy food. For the cost they should start caring more about there product. Not impressed never going back ill drive the entra 5 min to Coffee time they have better quality, price and its actually warm.

Store manager Sarah and counter service Kim are one on the many reasons we keep coming back to this location. The store looks amazing. Very nice to see the Canadian influence with the new decor. If your not in the drive thru don't expect to get served in a timely manner. Was there 15min 1 person in front of us and never got served. 3 people running drive thru though!!

We ordered 3 coffees. The black coffee lid came off or wasn't put on properly when the employee passed the coffee to me in my car. The coffee cup splashed scalding hot coffee onto my lap and all over the inside and outside of my car. Making a huge mess and leaving coffee all over the interior and exterior of the car.

Front girl making her own rules! Needs training! I had pickup order and at the time of pickup they punched order and said only pickup order is punched when we arrive at store! Does it make any sense? They should train them properly to not lie and work honestly! 6.15 pm pickup time

The experience sucked. Felt sorry for the worker who got slammed on storefront and no one helped him get the line down. This Tim Hortons needs to do better. I won't be going back to this location again.

Trust issue : be careful of leaving anything at this store. A staff member found my stuff and handed it over to a supervisor (Syam) who couldn't explain why it was gone after he kept it. he even mentioned probably they've thrown my important thing to me to the trash. Food is standard Tims, place is clean and nice and good staffs...

I never leave reviews but I absolutely had to after my experience at this location. I came through the drive through and ordered a small frozen lemonade and an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. My total was $8.77, I get up to the window and pay then the woman hands me the frozen lemonade and it’s not even full (pictured below). Then I get my bagel and drive away. I unwrap the bagel and to my amazement it’s not even warm. I also got herb and garlic cream cheese when I asked for plain. The woman who took my order even read it back to me and I told her it was correct so I’m not sure how this mess up even happened. Furthermore, it wasn’t even busy, there was only one other car in front of me. I understand that the location itself doesn’t control the prices but if I’m paying $8.77 for a small drink and bagel at Tim Hortons take the time to get it right and produce an acceptable product.

I swear this place is more focused on being fast than actually producing edible food. It takes 30 seconds to properly toast something that costs $7.00 for something that should cost 50¢ the least you could do is prepare it accordingly. This is so consistent it's pathetic.

Not a great tims experience. Bathrooms (both of them) were in need of attention. Service was not as quick as I've come to expect from the franchise and the French Vanilla drink was not the usual tasty drink. Maybe they needed to clean the machine? Or they cleaned it and didn't get the soap out.

Totally screwed up order. Language barrier. Why put nervous staff on cash?Felt bad for her. Other staff were frustrated with inability to take orders and follow procedure. Other staff made hot chocolates-cashier duplicated order. I confirmed order first two plain bagels toasted with butter. Got 3 and one had cream cheese. Ordered croissant with cheddar cheese heated. Other Tim Horton's seem to function better. Peterborough #7 @ Ultramar Gas bar

I just had the best timbits of my life from here. Sour cream glazed were still warm, like cake. And the blueberry cheesecake filled were very tasty. Friendly and efficient service too. My friends coffee was very hot and fresh.

Attend this Tim Hortons a few times a week with my coworkers. The staff are friendly, and Daryll even made a point to learn and pronounce my name correctly and goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need - this guy needs a raise! Also the woman who often runs the drive through, your lucky to have her. One request, please bring back Sour Cream Glazed Donuts. I often finding myself no longer purchasing donuts at your Tim Hortons or going to another if I'm really craving a donut which is more often than I'd care to admit!

Cashier took our order and got our donuts + drinks. We were in and out in 2 minutes. Very efficient and great work ethic. That said, all the open tables were dirty, which is why we left so quickly.

I went at 4:30pm on Sunday. It wasn’t overly busy, but they were out of a lot of staple items. They didn’t have vanilla dip. I ordered a 10 pack of assorted timbits. They only had honey dip, old fashioned plain, and old fashioned glazed. These are all items that take minutes to make. I feel as though they’re intentionally keeping inventory levels low to save on waste at the end of the day, but it’s way too early for that. Oh well, $0 from me today, a 1 star Google review and a complaint to head office just for wasting my time.

This one of the fastest Drive-Thru I've been to in a while. They made my coffee right and it was quick. Someone I was with ordered a wrap and was done well. Very well done.

By far the best Tim Hortons in Peterborough. Coffee is always made perfectly. Daryl is the nicest human being I’ve ever met and has the best customer service ever. Give that lovely man a raise ❤️

I just moved out of Peterborough but this location was a lifesaver for me between classes and during work. Incredibly kind staff, especially Daryl who greets people by name and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. 100% going to miss visiting this Tim’s. Thanks everyone!

Terrible experience. The man at the drive through taking my order was amazing and put my order in correctly, a plain croissant with butter and cheese. Perfect. Then I got up to the window and the lady opened it and looked at me, super rudely. I got my food and it turned out to be CREAM CHEESE. No butter, no cheese, nothing that I actually paid for. So gross.

I’m not usually one to do this but this store in particular is terrible, the first bad experience I had was when I ordered potato wedges and they didn’t tell me that they were out of stock until I got to the window then multiple people *yelled* out the window “oh well we have hash browns” which I had already told at least one person no, and rather than communicate to each other they kept asking. The next incident I got two drinks unless the messed up one and they managed to ruin the top of one with the bottom of a can of whipped cream (you can tell by the thin streaks it left), and the second drink had some mysterious brown stuff on the lid so I had to toss it. Finally the straw that broke the camels back; today I asked for one chipotle and one ranch for my wedges and the guy handed to me and said “carful the ranch won’t close” and here I was thinking it just lightly popped off no they gave me two half filled dips (that they charge you $1 each for) that are destroyed and spilled spots of ranch over the bag

Hire staff that care. Im not having brain surgery. Just a london fog. But when you hand me boiled water and milk foam, I have an issue. I also ordered a raisin tea biscuit. They gave me a broken biscuit and kept the other half for the next customer. When I asked for a tray for my 2 drinks I was told I was lucky it wasn't busy. 6 am on a Sunday?

This is how I got my egg and cheese on an English muffin prepared and delivered in drive thru and was terribly disappointed that they only offered to make it again but no word of apology for the error. Timmys losing it big on customer service🙁 Returned the sandwich and dint bother to get it replaced or refunded

It took a long time for me to get a simple chicken cravable sandwich. I had no clue why it took soo much time to just toast two half’s of the bun place a lettuce and chicken strips with the sauce. And on top I was given a coffee which was not even hot. I am surprised that when the front counter who attended me when placing the cup didn’t feel that the drink was not hot enough and I had to ask them to remake it. I had to choose one star but I really didn’t even want to give that as there was no option for it. There are a few who take responsibility and care in what they are doing at the store but not all which is sad.

First, Tim's no longer offers a senior discount. They no longer offer any kind of lunch deals. When I enquired about any specials the woman said they have breakfast special at 2pm sausage/egg on a english muffin, hashbrown, and coffee for $7.59. The sausage/egg muffin, the bun was stale, the cheese was not even melted on, just put in the english muffin. The hash brown, was luke warm. The commercials indicate lots of specials, but none were suggested to me. The only positive note I have here is the women's bathroom was clean. and so is the interior restaurant. The young man taking my order was very friendly. While waiting for my order, 8 people standing around in the kitchen, so no excuse for how my food was prepared. What a disappointment this franchise has become. I will not return.

I don’t think great customer service includes getting dirty looks or attitude just for asking for an extra hash brown in my wrap — I’m the one giving you my money, after all. It would be really appreciated if drinks were made with a bit more care, including actually stirring them properly. If that’s too much to ask, maybe provide a stirring stick so customers can do it themselves. Also, it would be helpful if staff focused on assisting customers inside the store instead of prioritizing online orders. Improving your system and hiring staff who are willing to help with simple requests would make a big difference.

Dont est any baked goods from here if you have a bee allergy or simply don’t want a hint of sting in your donuts.

Very upsetting. I ordered a blt on white. Bread was burnt and smashed. The one piece lettuce was wilting and moldy at the top. And got one piece of bacon cut into 3 strips.

Very bad service. There are 2 girls when i came here on sep 22 night around 11pm. I had 2 things to do. First to get a coffee and took a delivery order. They have attitude like we owe them something. The attitude of the girl with spax was really bad. No manners like she belongs to very cheap family. Very cheap girl. Hope she'll saw this review and do something about her negative energy. I also like to go further regarding this complaint. Will never come back to this kind of restaurant with negative energies.

MORE BAD NEWS FOR Tim Horton: Ordered 6 piece chicken fingers (x2), long story short the chicken strips were obviously dipped in hot oil, but the meat remained frozen, there’s a real problem with food quality here, once again products not meeting customer expectations, I called the store…was offered free product on my next visit, I definitely won’t be back to any Tim Hortons EVER , The complaints are many per the media & still no improvement….. third world experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. Signed disgusted customer!

Great place in Peterborough. Delicious choices, friendly and efficient staff, fast service. They have dine in option which is amazing as lots of people were sitting, chatting, and enjoying each other's company. We order different foods and we never were disappointed.

Food is super small portions and extremely expensive for what you get. The quality is ok. I had bacon chicken wraps. I wouldn't do lunch at timmies again.

The staff at the Crawford location are amazing all around. I must say Harry is my favorite. They all know my order and make the best tea ever. They always have a smile on their faces and make us feel like the care. It is awesome. I work at the casino so they see me every day Virginia

As we prepared to hit the road for our journey back home, we made a pit stop at Tim Hortons for a refreshing cold drink. Opting for the drive-through, we were pleased to find that the service was swift and efficient. The employees responsible for taking our order, processing our payment, and handing over our order provided commendable customer service. One small suggestion for improvement would be that the employee who handed us our order might consider wearing a clean t-shirt while working at the front line for a more polished appearance. I ordered a medium Peach Quencher, and I must say it was crafted to perfection, delivering a delightful taste.

Everyone is so friendly at the Crawford locationwhen I go there for my lunch. They no me by my name. They are very fast at there job. Great atmosphere. I love it there. 🙂

We are a group of women who meet for coffee every Wednesday morning. The service is always excellent. The manager knows us all and always has a friendly greeting for us.

The iced coffee there is the best in town. I go every night, Harry and the other worker ( don't know her name ) are always welcoming and make my drink perfectly. The customer service is great.

I come to this tims every morning for breakfast with my girlfriend for the last 1-2 years. We order the same thing every single day to drink (large iced coffee no cream and XL double double) Sometimes they accidentally add cream to the iced coffee which is no problem, we just let them know and they fix it. Today an older white lady was working the drive through who has served us many times and for some reason when the iced coffee had cream in it instead of just remaking it she had to say "obviously they don't read the screen"[. Like not only is the screen inaccurate sometimes because it wasn't punched in before we drive up it also wasn't even our mistake so I really appreciated the attitude she gave me. After 1-2 years of spending money here every single day im going to start going to any other Tims for breakfast now.

It seems odd that by 9:48 in the morning you guys are out of scrambled egg. You think that it's so popular you would have more. The decision to go from the egg Patty to The cracked egg as opposed to just doing scrambled was one of the dumbest moves Tim Hortons has made in recent years.
