Nestled in the charming town of Omemee, Mickaël's Café Librairie is a delightful stop that you won't want to miss. Known for its warm atmosphere and friendly staff, this café offers an array of freshly baked goods that will tantalize your taste buds. From their mouthwatering everything bagels reminiscent of Montreal to delectable pastries like crème brûlée and cheese croissants, every bite is a treat.
Was passing through when I smelled fresh bread! Walked in and saw their fresh cheese and bacon baguette and had to try it. Not sure which kind of cheese they used by there was bacon on top and big chunks inside. This is a must try! Great service and atmosphere in a great small town!

Just made French toast using Brioche loaf from Mickaels in Omemee Mt. Wilson maple syrup and eggs from Lori the Egg Lady in Cavan Love this bakery ! Hot roast beef sandwich last night for dinner , using same bread !

My favorite bakery hands-down, I stop whenever I can on my way to work in Peterborough to pickup snacks and made bagels for friends and family. I can't get enough, always fresh and always delicious!! 🫶
Sydney D — Google review
Have driven by a hundred times - but today was on a bicycle (doing the Transcanada trail Peterborough to Omemee). Why is that different? OH MY GOD! The SMELLLLLLL of the fresh baked goods was amazing! Had the best everything bagel with cream cheese - tastes like Montreal. Ayesha was our server - and she told us to register (took 10 seconds) and now our coffee orders become a BAKERY CREDIT for next time.....and let me tell you - I won't be driving by again without stopping!!!!!
Tammy R — Google review
This cafe is a total gem! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The coffee is free! The special on bagels was a nice surprise, and they were the best bagels we've ever had. Then a free cookie for being a first-time customer - WOW! And clean washrooms. We stopped here on a whim but next time we're through Omemee, we'll plan our stop at Mickael's Cafe!
Michelle G — Google review
The absolute best pretzels can be found here! The cheese is my favourite but they're all delicious. They have a large selection of breads and pastries made fresh in-store daily and, they created an incredibly rural delivery system during CoVid! Customer service is always top notch.
Laura L — Google review
absolutely , by far the best bagels you will ever have, as well as their baguettes are crazy good. You cannot go wrong with anything you select. Smart to make an order online otherwise not much left by mid morning.
Pamela S — Google review
Love love love their goods. I haven’t had pastry like this since I visited France. It really doesn’t matter what you order as it’s all impressive. Favourite items include: crème brûlée, pretzel buns, cheese croissant, carrot bread & bagels. Delivery service during COVID has been very helpful. 5 stars. Great work.

Nestled in the heart of Lindsay, Symposium Cafe Restaurant Lindsay offers a delightful dining experience that combines gourmet comfort food with a stylish Renaissance-inspired ambiance. Conveniently located at Highway 35 & 7 in the Kent Street Village Plaza, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. Guests often rave about the cozy atmosphere that makes every visit feel special.
I recently visited Symposium Café and had an amazing coffee that I just had to share. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy ambiance perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or catching up with friends. The coffee itself was rich, smooth, and well-balanced, offering a perfect blend of flavors that didn’t feel too strong or too weak. The barista’s skill really shone through in the preparation. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a great spot to relax, Symposium Café is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Stopped in here on mothers day for a late lunch between 3-4pm Only 2 other tables occupied. Our food was great! Service was mediocre at best we asked for our bill, in a rush and waited 5-10 mins and then my husband got up and asked the server again to please bring our bill, she then brought it to us with a “sorry I got distracted” she was just chatting with a co worker. Place had food and garbage all over the floors. Not as clean as you’d like to see when you’re sitting somewhere to eat. Otherwise we enjoyed the atmosphere.
Brooklyn P — Google review
My experience overall was positive. I ordered the eggs Benny for a quick breakfast. I was surprised at how empty the restaurant was during the week especiallyjust prior to lunch hour. The food was good, although believe it or not, I found it was actually a lot of peameal bacon. You could actually reduce the amount of bacon and order larger eggs as the eggs seemed super small. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and everything appeared neat and tidy. I did not find the server super friendly overall or helpful, and I was a single diner, and I was only the second table in the entire restaurant. After the food was dropped off I didn't see the server again until I was done my meal and I went up to tje counter to pay as no one was on the floor to checkup on the progress or bring the bill. I will come back and visit again and try the lunch menu and see if the service is the same.

Really enjoyed our breakfast at Symposium! Roxanne was our server, who is friendly, courteous and efficient. She took our order fairly quickly but we never felt rushed. Food came out just as we had ordered and tasted delicious. Prices are reasonable and comparable with industry standards. Would recommend this as a go-to spot. Thanks Roxanne, for your fantastic service!
Kendall G — Google review
100% satisfied. Roxanne was super kind and patient as I was a bit frazzled from the drive test and had really good suggestions as to what to order for my parents Had a symposium burger, tasted great! Far larger than I expected too haha
William Y — Google review
We dined at the Lindsay location today at lunchtime. Despite having only 1 server, Roxanne, managed a very large group reservation and numerous other tables. Thanks to Roxanne’s calm and professional demeanour, our beverages and meals were minimally delayed. I’m sound sensitive, and the room design does not absorb noise well. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. Thanks entirely to Roxanne, we’ll be back.
Cathy C — Google review
The service was good, the atmosphere was good however the food was not good. The Caesar salad had hardly any dressing on it, we had to ask for more. The seafood pasta had oysters in it that had gone bad. We told the server and she didn’t seem to care. The only good meal was our daughter’s chicken finger meal. The prices for what is on the menu are absurdly expensive, more than $20 for a club sandwich. No thank you. We had been here a few times previously and thought it was mediocre at best but after today’s experience we won’t be back.
Michelle G — Google review
Hi, I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a milkshake, unfortunately they didn't have vanilla for the milkshake and only chocolate which I didn't want but they did offer. Let me tell you the soup far surpassed any expectations. This was the best soup I have ever had in my entire life. I regret only getting one bowl and can't wait to order again!!!

Conclude your visit in Fenelon Falls by dining at either Murphy's Lockside Pub, Fenelon Falls Brewing Co, or Slices N' Scoops, all conveniently situated alongside the river. Recently enjoyed lunch and several beer tastings with friends at Fenelon Falls Brewery, a true hidden gem. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the location offers a beautiful view of the locks. The restoration of this historic building is simply breathtaking and definitely worth seeing.
Great hot wings, Fry's are similar to the ones found at Costco but actually cooked to golden brown, definately take the window seat with view of the lock. Me and the wife found the best beers to be German style grapefruit radler , and the founders dry cider !

Nature’s Nest Restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere with beautiful views of nature and a relaxing vibe. While the food is average, the drinks are the real highlight—creative cocktails that enhance the experience. The live music adds to the charm without being overwhelming, making it a great spot for unwinding with friends or a casual date. If you’re after a nice ambiance and refreshing drinks, Nature’s Nest is worth a visit!
Mel — Google review
This place has a cool vibe so we decided to check it out. We ate at the restaurant upstairs. The service was quite horrible. After we were sat by the hostess. We waited 15 minutes just for someone to greet us and I’m pretty sure they only came over because they saw me putting on my purse to walk out. After another 5 minutes our drinks were brought out. Another 20 something minutes went by before our order was taken (we finished all of our drinks) and then we waited long for our meal. They had plenty of empty tables so I wouldn’t say they were packed by any means because I could understand the wait times if they were. Just because there’s one large table the servers shouldnt ignore every other table. Better time management training is needed for staff. The only reason for 2 stars is because my steak was good. My boyfriend’s hamburger looked and tasted like a frozen patty out of the box. Would not come here again.
Emilia D — Google review
Nice brewery with classic pub fare. Flight of 5, 5oz beers for $14 is an absolute steal and a great way to try their brews. Onion rings are fantastic as well as their artichoke dip!
Nicole — Google review
Stopped here for lunch today. This place is a cut above! I had the 1 lb of gar par wings with fries and veggie sticks. Huge portion. 8 large wings and generous amount of nice crispy fries. My husband had the grilled salmon with garden salad and a side of onion rings. He said it was great! He tried the flight of beers and was really impressed. Grace our waitress was amazing. We will definitely be back!
Janet U — Google review
The food and beer were not bad, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by the attitude of one waitress. When I needed to use the washroom, one staff member told me to cross the staff area to access the washroom in the chocolate shop next door. When I came back the same way, a waitress (short, blonde, round build) stopped me and told me not to cross the staff area, insisting I should go outside instead. She didn’t even take a moment to confirm that I was a customer who had just been following the instructions of her colleague. It left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and honestly it destroyed what had been a good day until then. Be nice to everyone, even if you think you will only meet them once in your life.
Thao T — Google review
A group of us came to check out this place on a Friday afternoon and we had a great experience. Originally we had only stopped for drinks but the patio was so nice and our server was so great that we decided to stay for lunch. We tried almost all of the beers on tap and they were all tasty. My two faves were the sparkling lager and the Mexican lager. The pizzas and nachos were also really good. Some of the best nachos I have had in a while. We took some beers home from their bottle shop and we only hope we had taken more! Great service, Patio vibes and service. 100% recommend this spot!

This cozy diner boasts a menu filled with homemade dishes that cater to every palate. Whether you're in the mood for a leisurely breakfast or a satisfying lunch, Judy's Place offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying good food and great company. Diners rave about their generous portion sizes and daily specials that add an element of surprise to each visit.
Fantastic food and amazing service. The atmosphere is calming and homey. The portion sizes are large, and they have changing daily specials, which are always a nice surprise! It's my new favorite in Lindsay, and honestly, it's worth the trip from out of town just to visit this restaurant. It's also worth noting that this precious piece of heaven has a Suspended Meal Program which allows them to give back to their community on a daily basis. Not many places do this anymore, and the fact they do so at such reasonable prices is phenomenal.

holy. this was so good! they make their hollandaise sauce homemade and it tasted amazing, hands down. the staff checked on us a lot and were very friendly and clearly very proud of their food, which they should be! it’s nice to see people take pride in their work. i seriously enjoyed eating here so much, thank you to the staff and glad i got to meet you all.

Small old time style dinner, sort of a basic simple no frills design. Staff were very good, favourable pricing, lots of locals. I had the special, French Benedict. French toast with poached eggs bacon, holandais sacuce and homefries. Very nice.

Service was excellent! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, with great recommendations for items on the menu. Excellent food and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting taste buds for decades. Renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries, this beloved chain offers a quick and satisfying dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a meal on the go or enjoying a casual outing with friends, McDonald's remains a staple in the world of fast food, serving up familiar favorites that keep customers coming back for more.
Went in there to order food yesterday. The place was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. No tables were clean. Food all over the floor. The foundation station looked like a bomb went off. The self serve screen was completely sticky and nasty. The floors were horrible. A customer had to clean off her own table to seat her family, had to ask for napkins. The garage was over flowing and this was only noon. It was completely unacceptable for a restaurant. It looked like there was a huge food fight. There is absolutely no way they cleaned the night before. I should have taken picture, I'm sure their cameras would show the bomb that went off in it.
Kim M — Google review
If I could give zero stars I would…. Ordered off the value menu mostly plane cheese burgers with the acception of one with ketchup and mayo. A chicken snack wrap and fries EVery burger had onions and ketchup and one even was missing cheese… the one with ketchup mayo had one random pickle on it… snack wrap had nooo sauce and bread was stale… fries were not salted.. I paid for 4 mayo packs and didn’t get them. This was 10:30 pm so not busy just me and one other person… it’s crazy because the burgers had tickets on them that were CORRECT but the actual burgers itself was wrong. I know this sounds arbitrary and like a minor inconvenience but it’s not when it happens every single time… not only that, ordering a couple of burgers off the value menu is not cheep anymore. I paid 33$ to be thoroughly disappointed pissed off and still hungry… All these chain restaurants in Canada need to be inspected for quality of product. Because it’s not just McDonald’s, seems like no one working these jobs are following franchise protocols anymore
Ashley W — Google review
Every time i come here its worse then the last time. This time got the ice cream the strawberry cheese cake is nasty. We all took them back got a plain vanilla cone. As I get to the cone i start tasting paper realize I have ice cream with a wrapper inside my cone base assuming from another broken cone. They have 1 cashier. The building has no flow is super small and just overall slow. They keep adding menu items you cant even make what you had before why add more. Super loud in here no spots to sit what a place. I try mcdonalds every few years and its never good. The fact the kids meals with nuggets don't start till 11 and I'm here at 10:58 being told they can't serve them blows my mind good God McDonald's sucks. They can't take the order 2 min early because they need to do a safety test on the food according to the manager......... then is is the food so bad and looking at all the other reviews not at all inspected. Seriously have some pride or shut the doors.
Kyle T — Google review
I had to attend Lindsay court this morning and thought I’d get a quick bagel at the McDonald’s. Went through the drive-through ordered the typical sausage bagel and asked for bacon as well As noted on the receipt $1.69 for additional bakon strips and received the bagel and drove off. Of course, once I exited and lesson learned from me, I should’ve checked the order before departing the order was an error there was no sausage. There was no lettuce. There was nothing except an egg and a bacon strip. I can appreciate the pace in the morning, but attention to detail is weak. Just checking your orders before you depart.
Dr. C — Google review
Was given an email to leave reviews. I left an unfortunate bad review an was blocked minutes later. Girlfriend ordered a junior chicken with extra mayo and was given pickles on her burger, she happens to be deathly allergic to cucumber and had to be airlifted to the nearest hospital after taking a bite. Not impressed, going to sue

Boss picked up my morning coffee and I got three quarters of a cup. Not cool!
Susanbrooks1310 — Google review
I don't normally leave these kind of reviews, but the sheer amount of times this has happened, I had to this time. Almost EVERY TIME I've been to this location, SOMETHING is wrong. This time, almost half the entire order was wrong. Like, do they just not care? Is McDonald's so big that these kind of reviews just don't bother them? It seems so, because nothing has improved in a while, if anything it's gotten worse. I'd say do better, but it would likely fall of deaf ears.
Jamie L — Google review
The service was rally slow even though it wasn't busy in the store. The force tou to use the kiosk. I had to assist an older gentleman with it. Also a family with young kids needed to use the washrooms but no one came to the front counter to unlock it.

Tim Hortons is a beloved Canadian coffee chain known for its signature premium-blend coffee, alongside a delightful selection of light meals, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The atmosphere at Tim Hortons is inviting and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot to unwind with your favorite brew. Guests often rave about the friendly and attentive staff who ensure that service is both quick and pleasant. With everything prepared efficiently, you can enjoy your visit without any hassle.
Great Tim's excellent staff No issues here. I even learned about the milk and sugar portions depending on cup size. I have Had problems with most tim hortons this year. This was a refreshing change.
Steven C — Google review
Wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons. I was on my way home today from bobcaygeon after visiting my grandparents, and wanted to get a steep tea. I ordered a steep tea and donut. The person who took my order, made my “tea”. He even wrote on top st for steeped tea. He said my order out loud for pick up (steep tea with 2 milk one sugar) and when I decided to start drinking it (about 45 minutes into my drive home) it was a coffee. Not a tea. I don’t understand how people can be that careless especially if you just took my order and made it right after. That’s a waste of 2 bucks. In the photos, the one is the lid that clearly shows st meaning steeped tea. The second photo is clearly a coffee and not a tea.
Ben M — Google review
Busy Tim’s location, understandably hectic given the area. Staff seemed a bit worn out, and the service felt rushed. My coffee was marked as having cream, but it tasted like sugar was added, which I didn’t notice until I was nearly home. I get that it’s a high-traffic, touristy spot, but a quick double-check on orders would go a long way.
DragonBallXi — Google review
A welcoming and well-appointed environment, complemented by coffee that delivers a satisfying taste experience.
Alfred L — Google review
Stopped in the drive thru on my way home from the cottage. I was ‘greeted’ by a gentleman who made it sound like my visit was an inconvenience. Once I reached the window the lady made no efforts to try and reach my phone to scan my points or reach out with the card reader making me have to lean unreasonably far out of my window. After I paid, the manager told me there’s no eggs for my breakfast sandwich and offered scrambled eggs instead which was kind of her but I didn’t opt for it so I asked for a refund for that item. They tried to hand me cash instead of refunding the amount back onto my card and seemed very pissed when I had asked for the refund on my card. I reordered a bagel to replace my breakfast sandwich and once it was ready, they handed me only a bagel and not my coffee or muffin I had paid for. The attitudes of these employees is honestly not what I wanted first thing in the morning especially when I have a long drive ahead of me. I have never been to a Tim Hortons with this type of customer service, especially from a manager. I would suggest visiting a different coffee shop in the area if you would like to start your day with positivity.
Shianne W — Google review
If you are heading up to bobcaygeon I would strongly recommend purchasing your food and drinks elsewhere. This place is run by teenagers who clearly don’t care about the place. The crispy chicken sandwich was probably about 3 hours old, I asked for a fresh one. She lied and said it was. Staff seem too busy talking to their friends then actually doing their jobs. Had four people in the restaurant and took over twenty minutes to get my order.
The P — Google review
Easily the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. Wait times are far too long compared to others. If your passing through you're better off going to Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Minden or Curve. Otherwise you'll just spend a half an hour just for a coffee. Feel bad for the locals.

I really like the French Vanilla coffee at the Fenelon Falls Tim Hortons, but recently it’s been very thin and tastes more like black coffee. I’ve mentioned it before and was told the machine wasn’t filled properly, but the issue keeps happening. Please check the French Vanilla machine so customers can enjoy the same great taste every time. Everything else at this location is always good!

I have been to so many Tim Hortons and this is the best one. It has the small town personal feel. The coffee was fresh! My order was taken right. They seem to run so smoothly. I saw how the Manager was with staff and while she actually encouraged them and making sure everything was running steady. I thought I would have a long wait because it was so busy. I got my order fast. The atmosphere seemed that others liked this location as well. I think the managers name tag said Keily if I got the spelling right. She has blondish hair. I actually left the same time as I guess she was getting off. She looked tired. But was so chill and polite but not in a fake way. I a warm sort of way. I recommend this Tims for sure.

Got a turkey bacon club only to find out they gave me no turkey what so ever ( a picture of the "turkey bacon club" is below).

Stopped on the way home from Bobcaygeon, order this flatbread pizza that was supposed to be on sale on the app but it wasn't. The person who took the order? Offered a ranch dip with it but we never got that and charged a dollar. It seemed like an inconvenience to be placing an order because it felt like the person at the window was throwing the food out at you. And by the time you realize you didn't get where you're supposed to get, you're already on your way out of town and you just can't go to any Tim Hortons to get your order fixed. You have to go back to the one you came from which is an inconvenience. Tim Hortons as a whole has become a letdown, bad service,Bad food...

Tim Hortons can be a frustrating experience at this point But this might be the best Tim Hortons in the country. Every time you go through the people are kind and your orders never get mixed up. It's simple and easy to make your order as there is no confusion over what is said, and the staff who work the windows are always nice and courteous. Shout out to the people who work behind the scenes because you never have to wait long in this drive-thru. To everyone cooking and preparing in the back, you are appreciated To the management at the store. Clearly you are doing a great job. Thank you for putting competent people on order taking, and for creating an atmosphere of efficiency and kindness. Thanks to everyone at this store.

No problems here. In and out quickly. The breakfast wrap was great. Tim’s has never failed me. 👍😎

Smells terrible, very and i mean very slow whether its drive through or inside. And they never have enough ingredients for anything you order, so you always end up leaving with just a burnt unmixed beverage.

The staff is very bad we literally face racism there even after getting a big order from them, no greetings completely very rude.. I mean if they don’t want to work why are they in customer satisfaction job they don’t know how the treat the customers.. not coming here again….

I came here to sit down and eat with my daughter late this morning. Then I heard my name being said and I figured it was just another brianna that ordered door dash or something. Then minutes later the sandwich maker ladies say my full name and I was at the table directly across from where they were making sandwiches and gossiping about me personally. Then they got quiet once I looked directly at the one who said it when I heard my full name and they quietly still gossiped and then the one woman disappeared from the sandwich area. Not professional at all and it's very odd she's gossiping about me at work when I'M RIGHT there eating. Like it was on purpose .... And shes the one who handed me my wraps before this. I also got sick from the wrap (was the only thing I ate all day) Also they yell so loud in there with the orders throughout the whole restaurant , it's not very relaxing place to enjoy a beverage or eating.

Had a long drive and just wanted a fresh cup of tea. Ended up waiting way too long and even got the wrong order at first. Some of the staff were very unprofessional.Thankfully, guy who took order was polite and did fix it when I asked, but the wait time was really frustrating.Make sure to double-check your order carefully here.

This place is incredibly busy but the staff are Always doing their best to make sure everyone has been served in a timely manner and with a smile! I’ve stopped here several times over the summer, and the drive thru has always been a “well oiled machine”. Their job is “go go go” yet they take the time to greet you as if you are long lost friend. It’s been the best experience I’ve had at a Tims!! Thank you

I've never rated a Tim's restaurant before because the food/service isn't usually very good. However, the service at this tim hortons was the best I've ever experienced. The staff working on Saturday morning were ridiculously friendly. They all deserve some praise! Keep being awesome!

Worst service of any Tim Hortons i have ever been into, in my 37 years on this Earth. Aweful, client service skills, no listening, errors at the tills, and speaking rude to customers struggling in line, waiting for their orders. Even more senior staff helping out the new girl was very rude and raising her voice (at paying client). They are very unorganized here in this small, 2 light town, and the people both working & in line today are quite nasty! I would stay away from this location.

This Tim Hortons location is a great spot for a quick and easy stop. The staff are always friendly and provide fast, efficient service. Pros: Food and presentation are good Staff are friendly Lots of tables ‘old school’ tim’s style from the 2000s Cons Tables and washrooms always seem to be dirty They always seem to be short staffed Minimal selection of food; they’re out of most options The parking lot in this plaza is a nightmare to walk or drive in with so many crazy drivers speeding around blind corners

I come here nearly every day, and the staff work very hard and deserve some serious credit. I've had so many more good experiences than this, but sadly, I've seen many customers having bad days who take it out on the workers here. I am very impressed with how staff manage to remain calm and continue the day. Upsetting to see how often people take their anger out on them, I wish this town was filled with nicer people. Thank you, everybody, for your hard work and continuing to smile through even the bad days! You guys are superstars! I will be back again tomorrow! You're all doing great!

Typical Tim's, floors need sweeping, table's wiped down, but at least the food was passable to fill a hole & burn off another gift card from the wallet. Nothing special about the place.

Tim Hortons is a beloved Canadian coffee chain known for its signature premium-blend coffee, light meals, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. While the service can sometimes be challenged by high customer volume—especially at the drive-thru—the introduction of kiosk screens aims to streamline orders. Many patrons rave about specific locations like the one on Hwy 36 in Lindsay, Ontario, which stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff who consistently get orders right.
The Tim's at Hwy 36 is the best in the town of Lindsay,On. It's very clean inside and out, and the staff is very pleasant and gets your order correct and in a reasonable time. We had the pizza very good.

Decent service but the store can rarely keep up with the amount of customers. Drive thru is often wrapped around the building and out to the road. Inside they just installed kiosk screens which will hopefully help alleviate line-ups. Food is standard tim hortons quality- take that how you will.

I have been to Tim’s restaurants all across Canada and I must say this is the best one I have been to!! Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, food was made to order and tasted great. The young man at the register even helped two elderly customers out to their car with their orders!! I was like stepping back into 1990 at Tim’s. I applaud the management and staff for their hard work and positive attitudes, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

The one girl forgot to ring in my hashbrown and chocolate milk which was supposed to be in a meal, so I had to pay extra to get it afterwards. Then I get home and go to eat my SAUSAGE breakfast sandwich and there is no SAUAGSE on it. How can one person be so clueless. Never going back

My wife and I grabbed some breakfast during a busy morning, and we didn't have to wait long. Everyone on staff that morning was very friendly and on point with the service. I had the scrambled egg / avocado sandwich with home fries, and it was delicious. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

For a change we had breakfast for lunch. Wow...so happy with the service and food here. What a great variety. All the ladies serving were really nice, attentive and did everything in a caring way. I would come back here every time I'm in the area. Also the kindness and attention all the staff paid to the retired people was top notch. Reasonably priced too

We checked out this amazing new restaurant in Lindsay We were a group of six! Everyone ordered something different and we all absolutely enjoyed our meals! Thank you for the incredible service. The waitress really went above and beyond to make sure we all were looked after and enjoying ourselves. I recommend you get Stacked!!!

I ordered take out from here. Got a BLT with no tomato as it is an allergy. I did note this in the special instructions but it still came with tomato. Luckily, I have only an allergy if I eat quite a bit of it so I picked it off, but had this been a contact allergy, I could have went into anaphylactic shock. Waitresses need to watch how they punch the order in.

I was so incredibly thrilled to learn that I could get a Cinnabon pancake made gluten free! It was SOOO GOOD! It tastes just like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll which I haven't been able to eat since my Celiac diagnosis. They also have gluten free Kinnikinnik bread for toast and French toast so there are a lot of safe selections available.

Get stacked! Our family tried out the newest breakfast place in Lindsay on a Saturday morning. The place was full but we were seated within minutes. Once seated, our server (Phoebe) greeted us and promptly returned with our beverages. We found the menu easy to read and it didn’t take us long to decide. Pricing is decent. Our food probably came within 10 minutes of ordering. Everything was warm and cooked fine. Food quality and taste was all good and typical for any quality pancake house. The atmosphere and feel is similar to an IHOP, but perhaps a little more upscale. The interior of the restaurant is an open concept with a modern and contemporary feel. Our table was clean and seating was comfortable. We were seated by a wall, so the restaurant background noise was minimal for our table conversation. It might be different if you were seated out in the middle. Our server looked after us very well and others also checked in and offered more coffee if needed. The coffee was actually pretty good. All in all, our family was very satisfied with the food and the rankings were: Dad - 4 stars Mom - 5 stars Teen #1 - 5 stars Teen #2 - 4.5 stars Teen #3 - 3 stars This means that Stacked gets a solid 4+ stars from us for its stylized package house Saturday morning family experience. We will be back.

This new location is great and they make the best Caramel 🍨 sundaes.. some location has too soft/melting ice cream and / or don't make the right combination of Caramel to ice cream ... it was so good on my travels that I got another before going back home .. which unfortunately for me is 4hrs away or I would definitely be back 😉

Bad Experience at McDonald’s We had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. 1. We ordered an Egg & Cheese burger, and the bread and egg patty were both badly burned (attached photo for reference). On top of that, we waited a long time for our order. When we went to the counter to check, they claimed they had called my name — but none of my family members heard anything, and we were all standing nearby the whole time. 2. We had ordered a meal, but they forgot to include the fries and didn’t inform us when handing over the order. We also ordered apple slices, which were missing. After we finished most of our food, we realized and went back to ask. They casually told us they didn’t have any apple slices. When we asked if they could provide a replacement, they offered fries. 3. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor food quality, missing items, and lack of proper communication from staff. Not what we expect from McDonald’s.

This franchise location is running like a top. Never missed a sauce or forgot an item. Accidentally gave me six bonus nuggets yesterday too - jackpot! Inside is clean, funky and cool. Staff are friendly and energetic. All my food has been the correct temperature. Actually had the coldest mcflurry I've had since '02 out of this shop yesterday. Great McDonald's and right on the highway. Not even gonna think about visiting during the September Fair though!

Nice restaurant but the layout is odd-both interior as well as the parking lot. Food was typical McDs, take that as you will

Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's i have ever been too. Food bad cause its a McDonald's, that part isn't the workers fault. The employees did put sugar in my diabetic mom's coffee tho (after being explicitly told no sugar), so I will blame them for that.
Evelyn D — Google review
The employees were very nice but you could tell they were very flustered. The manager was putting the employees on the spot and yelling at them in front of customers and people in the drive thru. They had messed up our order and were kind and fixed it but I am absolutely disgusted with how the manager treated these employees.

If you're cruising through the area, make sure to swing by Country Style for a delightful experience! This charming little donut shop boasts an incredibly friendly and efficient staff who truly care about their customers. While the breakfast sandwiches are a hit, some donuts may not always be at their freshest. However, the warm atmosphere and clean environment more than make up for it. With great service and quality food, it's an ideal pit stop on your journey north.
The woman behind the counter was very friendly and super efficient. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good. Unfortunately, the donuts we had were pretty stale and definitely seemed like they were yesterday's batch.

The food was great here! The staff were frindy and kind, and they seemed to pride themselves on providing warm friendly service. Great place to stop in for a bite if you are passing through the area!

Super disappointed in this place. When you get charged double meat on a club sandwich, you don't charge me double meat for each kind of meat. So I paid $6 for 2 slices of extra ham, 2 slices of extra turkey and 2 slices of extra bacon. The sandwich was $7.19 and I paid almost that for 4 slices of lunch meat and 2 pre cooked bacon. On top of it all, I didn't even get the bun. I opted for no bread. So I paid $7.19 for 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of bacon, a little leaf of Lettuce and a slice of cheese. Then paid that extra $6 for a few slices of lunch meat. I'm flabbergasted that you don't even know how to run the cash register. Extra meat button, is for extra meat of the amt given per sandwich. This is the second time they had no idea how to do some sort of change and just did whatever they felt like doing. $13 plus tax for a few slices of lunch meat???? Really?? Will never be back. So disappointed. Should of know when I drive past and they are never open or claim they are never open when it says they are. Hard to support a small place like this when it's an absolute joke.

Pointy Pool coffee shop! Deanna that runs it's absolutely fabulous never forgets your order no matter how long it's been since you've been there. Makes the best bagel sandwiches as well.
Jamie P — Google review
Whenever I go here they close their sandwich station an hour before they actually close (the items are still there) so whenever I stop here for a sandwich on my way home at 3 pm they refuse to make me any sandwich or deli item even though the items are still there and not put away. I’ve been to many other Country Styles in Ontario and they don’t stop selling their sandwich until they actually close. Another three times out of the six times I’ve been there, the coffee was terrible and very bland.
