Great place to stop for a traditional breakfast. Outdoor seating covered. A little bit of a wait but worth it. Friendly and welcoming service. Plates are full/nice size portions. Their pancakes 🥞 ARE fluffy, you can actually share the short stack (2). The 🥓 bacon and corn beef hash and eggs 🤤. Their vanilla had me 3 cups in (and I'm not a coffee ☕ drinker).

One of the better breakfast options in Oceanside. Located right on HWY 101 it’s not very far from the ocean and carries that casual, beachy feel to the restaurant. It’s quite large on the inside with many different sitting areas as well as covered outdoor seating, which is where we sat for our breakfast. There is a large free parking lot in back so parking was really easy. Our waiter was also very polite and the service was very fast. Only downside was we had to wait about 30 mins to be seated for a party of 4 for our Saturday morning brunch. For my first visit I chose the Santa Fe Scramble and loved it. The chorizo was perfectly spicy and it was a large sized portion. I opted for the free Coffee Cake on the side and thought it was one of the best Coffee Cakes that I have had in a very long time. It was moist and full of cinnamon flavor and the glaze on top was warm and just mixed so well with it. I would not miss it! Overall a great breakfast spot. I don’t drive up to Oceanside often but next time I do I would definitely consider eating here again and would recommend to anyone else in the area.

Had the best bonding time with my granddaughter today! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast together 🥞🍳🍽️☕😋🥓. The beach vibes of the restaurant were just delightful! Our server, Kelly, was super friendly and really engaged with us. We definitely had a wonderful and filling breakfast!

After a 20 min wait we sat outside on patio. Quaint surf beach cafe setting. Friendly and efficient service. I had a very delicious omelette with perfectly crisp hash brown potatoes. The coffee cake was light but a bit on the sweet surgery side.

Great spot for breakfast or early lunch. The food is delicious, the menu is large, but not overbearing, and the service was attentive and friendly. The coffee cake was outstanding, as was my meal. My eggs and sausage were cooked perfectly. I love the So-Cal surfing/skateboarding theme to the inside of the restaurant. There is pictures,articles, and memorabilia hung to observe and read to keep you occupied while you wait. It was busy but the turnover was fast and while eating I didn't feel rushed by waitstaff.

Very loud atmosphere, have to talk at a elevated level to be able to hear who’s sitting across from you. Wasn’t too amazed by the food, it wasn’t bad just nothing spectacular. would definitely come here if you have friends or family that like a more simple food.

This was our first visit here and we loved it . The atmosphere is definitely awesome . Skateboards , surfboards and tons of photos of surfing as decor , definitely California. Very Clean and staff always made sure coffees full and we had everything we needed. For sure a locals place , it seemed everyone knew each other. Ordered Avocado toast and fruit and I’m pretty picky about my avocado toast this was perfect !!! ABC omelette was ordered as well and it was great . Will definitely be going back .

Great little pub with a proper menu and a short but quality craft beer draft list. Nice outdoor patio and a large dining room that looks to be an expansion so this place would work well for large groups. Friendly folk working the bar and tables. Recommended!

Food was nice and hot! To start we had the truffle fries which is a great sized portion, came with a sauce that i enjoyed. Yum! I tried the cajun catfish and it had a nice spice to it. Very good for my first time trying catfish. The catfish was very soft and i enjoyed the creamy Cajun sauce on top. My husband had the house bolognese and that was very tasty! This is a great place to try if you are visiting Oceanside. It was recommended to us by a local 🙂

We went here for happy hour. The burger was mediocre - more bun than patty. The truffle fries were great. Deviled eggs are a pretty purple color, and the bacon grits were fine. It ended up being $50 for 2 without drinks. Staff is prompt.

We had a birthday reservation for the 7 of us, and were seated immediately. They wished happy birthday to the guest of honor and took our drink orders and had them back in a flash. The food order went in without a hitch. Everyone agreed: the food was delicious! Great time.

In the area exploring Oceanside and was pulled in by the name of this place! The food was excellent. Can wholeheartedly recommend the PEI Mussels Jambalaya and Tri-Tip sandwich. The lovely lady serving us knows the menu very well and her pep was certainly appreciated. Great service!

Flavor: A- Service: B Tea: A Solo dining: A The Pig Burger is the Flying Pig’s most popular item for good reason. It’s a thin beef patty, a thin pork patty, bourbon bacon onion jam, and white cheddar on a delicious bun. I’d say it earns an A- for flavor with a great taste that could come on even stronger. The meat is regionally sourced, the burgers are clearly house made, and the cheese is perfectly melted. Who knew California could do a burger so well? The truffle fries and accompanying aioli are also delectable so treat yourself to that up charge. The inside feels a little fancy for a pub but dining outside seems more So-Cal anyway. Especially with an impatient driver yelling not-so-politically-correct things at pedestrians that snapped right back with their own insults. Dinner and a show!?! I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but being an Oceanside local I felt like we needed to try it at some point or another and I'm happy we did. The drinks were a little different for my taste but that doesn't mean they were bad by any means. The food was delicious. Especially the herb mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese. I like the crispiness of the fried chicken but wish it had a little more flavor to the batter. We Had No Reservations on a Saturday evening and were able to get seated right away which was nice. The server was fantastic and checked on a several times and made sure to fill up our Waters as it was definitely a warmer day. There's a real sense of community at this restaurant and I enjoy that. Overall it was a great experience.

It was not a “Perfect Breakfast Sandwich”(as described on the menu), but it was a good sandwich. The breakfast potatoes were very good. Coffee was good at self serve. Good Oceanside harbor location, fairly neat eating area. This is self seating, counter order, with meal served. Parking can be tight, it’s a fairly restricted area.

Perfect location! A nice place for brunch. Everything on the menu looked delicious, they had vegetarian/vegan options as well. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Had a lovely morning at Stratford at the Harbor. Loved my coffee and the quaint atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was so sweet and kind. They were smiling and friendly, despite being very busy. We really enjoyed everything. Can't wait to go back again soon!!

It's a small restaurant and can get loud with all the guests. You order at the counter and has a self serve coffee and soda station. The food was really good and I love how most of the dishes come with a freshly baked coffee cake.

I had been wanting to try this place for quite sometime. We finally caught them when they were open. Yay. We love fish and chips and thought let's try them here..... we had the ones next door which are amazing and a lot. We ordered and when the fish arrived I thought wow these look filling. We, filling is what these fish and chips lacked. To our dismay we had more breading than fish. Even the tempura wasn't all the way cook though because it was still wet on the fish. 😕. We will try this place again for breakfast, but won't eat the fish.

Drove up to Oceanside specifically for this breakfast and we were all happy that we did so. The flavors are great, the portions are large, and the prices are fair. Parking can be a bit tricky because they have a very small parking lot attached in front but only for about four or five cars. Otherwise it will be free street parking. We arrived around 10AM for Saturday brunch and had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated for a party of three. We felt the wait was worth it though. The food items arrived quickly after we ordered and our waitress was very polite. Inside is pretty large and they have indoor and outdoor seating options. For my first visit, I chose my favorite breakfast dish, which is Eggs Benedict and decided to order their Chorizo Benedict. It honestly had some great flavors and was almost spicy but in the perfect way. I really enjoyed it and ate every bit of it and would highly recommend it. I already want to come back and try some more dishes and would definitely consider this one of the better breakfast options in Oceanside.

Dons Country Kitchen has some of the best breakfast in town. The staff is super friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh and delicious. You really cannot go wrong starting your day here and it is definitely our go to spot.

I was told about this place 2 weeks ago and have been 3 times for breakfast. The place is great, the staff is excellent (ask for Krista). Recommend the pork chops or steak and eggs. I'm going to try an omelet next. :) I love the mimosa flights!!

Heard good things about this restaurant from friends and Yelp so we had to try it out. We traveled from Camarillo to Oceanside for a full day of soccer games. Immediately were we greeted by the staff and basically had our choice of tables since it was only 8:30am. Service was prompt and friendly. Blueberry pancakes and the ABC Omelette were fantastic and portions were plentiful. Delicious!! If you’re in the area or passing by, it’s worth the stop. You won’t be disappointed.

We thought we'd try this place for breakfast. We arrived around 8am on the weekend. It wasn't busy when we came in, but it started to fill in around 8:30am. Nice decor and nice atmosphere. Unsure if they just opened, but it seemed like they were short-handed. No one approached us, so we decided to seat ourselves. It looks like there were a few people waiting at the tables to be given menus also. I thought their breakfast special (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage), but thought it was a little steep $17.95 for just that. I thought I'd try something different and get the egg burrito. For $16.95, it was a pretty big burrito that I was able to share with someone. I would probably get something else next time because my burrito mainly had potatoes. It seemed like I only had 2 small sausages total that was chopped up into it. If it didn't have the sauce on top, I felt the burrito lacked flavor. Overall, it was OK for me. If we happen to go here again, I'll try something different.

The owner said her parents owned this place before and this place has been here for over 60 years.The people are very nice. We got there at 1:20pm (it closes at 2:00) and sat outside. I like sitting outside but the street noises here is too loud with the motorcycles and loud cars. I had the Nutella Crepes (2) with fruit. I told the owner they were good but cold ( likely because the fruit on top was cold) Also there was a white sweet sauce on them- which was not to my taste (or necessary). Mom liked the muscle man scramble and we liked the taste of the mimosas. I liked this place and would go back but probably sit inside. Lots of parking and interestingly there’s a religious Knick Knack store in the patio area.

We decided to try this after all the reviews I read but they had a different experience than we did my husband got the hamburger patty supposed to be medium it was well done the eggs were terrible and too well done and the potatoes were huge and too well done. I had a Chinese chicken salad and it was the most boring salad I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of salads. I got the dressing on the side cuz I was planning on taking it most of it home but I ended up just leaving it there

Both the service and the food were not great. It took a very long time just to order drinks. I ordered the crepe combo. Very disappointing. They were completely flavorless, and didn't even look like crepes. They looked more like pancakes cut up into pieces for a child to eat. When I mentioned this to my waitress she said that's how crepes are supposed to look, I suppose she thought I was that ignorant. Not happy and will not be back.

Had breakfast at Harbor House Café today and loved it! Friendly people, great atmosphere, and the blueberry pancake was awesome. We’ll definitely come back!

My wife loves this place. Diner style food, family owned and been there forever. They have a great specials of the day list on the chalk board when you enter. This Sunday morning, they were packed with customers Check out their menu, but it is the specials that rock. I had the surf and turf eggs Benedict. Had short rib meat and lobster pieces replacing the usual ham. Was excellent. Coffee is good and they do a good job keeping it topped up. Lots of children there too. From families to dining alone, they got you covered. As a side note, this place is next to the Marine base Camp Pendleton. There were lots of marines and their families eating there. Next to us were 3 very young marines. Watching them quietly eat together really touched us. So we anonymously paid their check before we left. We wanted them to know they had our respect.

Easily the most attentive manager I have ever seen. He personally introduces himself and makes sure the other staff know your name. I came in 15 minutes before closing time and was welcomed. The food is homemade and very fresh. There are a variety of seating options, including an enclosed patio. There is also a small souvenir shop. My only complaint is I found literally only one piece of pineapple in my pineapple coleslaw.

Food was great! The chocolate chip pancakes, the buttermilk pancakes, the Belgium waffle and the fresh fruit were perfect. Now for the country potatoes, they were great. They were actually potatoes cute and fried. NOT frozen gross potatoes. This gives then an extra ⭐️ We are here visiting from out of town, so we looked at previous reviews. You won't be disappointed here.

This is such a cozy weekend go-to for us. 🌞 They’ve got something for everyone, mimosa flights for me, a giant chocolate chip pancake for my kiddo, and lighter options when I’m trying to behave. The corned beef hash is a fave, and I usually stick to the Benedict because it never lets me down (the beef special I tried was a little chewy). It does get busy in the mornings, and you order at the counter with self-serve drinks, but that’s part of the charm. Swami’s is definitely staying in our regular rotation.

Vegan (hot food) options are few & not very appetizing. Smoothie bowl was large and fresh but they did include pollen even though I asked for it vegan. Have also tried the tofu stir fry and tofu fish tacos which were okay but I wouldn't seek this place out for food if adhering to a vegan diet. Love the easy of ordering at the counter and seating yourself.

This location is close to the pier and a good spot for a quick bite. However, the food had a cafeteria-like quality; it lacked flavour. The toast was cold, and the bacon was cold. I feel this is due to the system they have in place to pre-order before being seated. The service model was a bit different from other restaurants in the area. We had to wait in line as we entered and were then given a menu. Overall, our experience was okay. There was street parking available, but we didn’t use it and instead walked to the location.

The food is good, but not the best, the service is OK… No one came to pick up our food/dirty place until superduper later. We’re still waiting on pancakes. We ordered a long time ago. There’s usually a long line outside the restaurant, but that does not mean there’s a wait time! You’re supposed to take your order at the front and see yourself!

This cafe is a good breakfast and coffee spot, the latte art was very impressive too! The only complaint we had was the hashbrowns and eggs on the benedicts we ordered were pretty cold when we got them. The flavors were all really good though and they have a large selection on the menu!

First time trying the Broken Yolk Cafe and it was good, but didn’t quite live up to the hype in my head. I love breakfast and was hoping for a little more wow factor. The Huevos Rancheros were good, but not great. The custom omelette was similar. The fruit was fresh and juicy. The service was great! Plenty of room for dining, with outdoor seating options. Maybe a little better next time.

My granddaughter and I stopped by for breakfast, and we had such a lovely time! The staff was super friendly, and we were lucky to have Emma as our server. She's new, and John is showing her the ropes. I must say, Emma did an amazing job and was so accommodating! We really enjoyed our breakfast together 🥞🍳🥞🍳.

Food was delicious. Ranchers skillet and salmon avocado toast were both enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend the Bloody Mary flight. Wine-based vodka and wine-based tequila is one of the worst experiences my taste buds have experienced. Definitely skip that and stick to their delicious breakfasts.

It was extremely busy on the Sunday that we visited at approximately 12 noon. Staffing was down by 20%, but our server was very attentive and amicable despite running around like a chicken. Food and drink came out fairly soon and was quite good. We had the soup and sandwich combo. Sandwiches were really good. My soup, chicken vegetable, was too salty. However, the tomato basil soup was excellent. The spice donut holes with cream cheese frosting on the side made for a great shareable appetizer. We enjoyed our meal that very busy day.

Our party of three waited almost 40 minutes because the restaurant was relatively short staffed which I understand. The hostess quickly took our drink order. Unfortunately, about three tables seated after us had their orders taken. A table seated approximately 10 minutes after us requested that “John” be their server. John promptly went out and took their order and spent quite some time with them. After waiting 25 minutes, my son informed the hostess that we haven’t had our order taken and others after us had ordered. I saw the hostess tell a female server. Once a table seated after me received their food I became pretty upset since we since haven’t had our order taken. John the manager then tried to blame “then confusion” on the hostess since she took our drink order. I found that pretty unprofessional. I have no issues with the hostess since she was helpful and pleasant. John tried to give me a card for a free entree but I declined since I will not be visiting the Broken Yolk in Oceanside again.

Although I don’t usually have breakfast after church today, I was craving pancakes. I decided to try Start Fresh because I live in Oceanside and I drive by it all the time. I was seated very quickly and was quite surprised by the menu. Pretty big selection once I saw the menu, I decided against pancakes because I could go anywhere for those. I chose to get the Texas Style. This meal was biscuits topped with scrambled eggs and gravy your choice of sausage, links or bacon, I chose bacon. I also added Home style potatoes for two dollars. The food was decently priced and tasted really good. One gentleman was walking around greeting everyone after he greeted me. I let him know it was my first time and he sat down at my table and told me about the restaurant. He told me that everything is freshly made in the back and the owner only chooses quality ingredients and meats. You can definitely tell this because the biscuits taste homemade. There was one young man walking around picking up dishes off of the tables, and she was probably the one that was more attentive to me than anybody else. He made sure somebody took my order and when I was done with my meal, he made sure I was given my check Because other than him nobody else came to check up on me. I won’t knock them because of this because it was a pretty busy Sunday morning. I just think he needs to be commended on his great customer service and I made sure to tell the bosses best friend who set up my table this as I was leaving. I’d like to go back and try a salad and perhaps I will.

It was a nice brunch spot to go to on Father's Day. When I arrived, I waited at the podium for a while, the workers saw me and made eye contact, and didn't even say hello. An older Hispanic man made eye contact stood at the doorway and looked into the dining area for a minute, then finally asked if I had been helped. However after asking me, he handed off the responsibility to an older Caucasian man. I found this weird... But oh well. We waited a bit because we had a party of 9. Their systems are very old school. I don't believe anything was digital because right after me another party of 9 showed up. Their name was written down, but mine wasn't. The two older men were trying to set up a table of 9 but one was addressing my party to sit and the other was trying to seat the other party. Luckily I was seated first. The service for drinks was weird... Only 3 people in my party got something other than water and every time the waitress came back she kept asking who got what. We wanted to converse and share stories so to be interrupted multiple times for 3 drinks seemed a bit ridiculous. Other than that service was great! A young man was a waiter. He did a great job. Unfortunately at the end he seemed very busy so we couldn't personally hand him his cash tip. I hope he got it from the lady at the register. The food was good. Nothing incredible, but not bad. I got Iris Stuffed Hashbrowns and my husband got the Breakfast Burrito. The whole table shared the cinnamon roll. I won't list the other foods my party ate. I would have loved a cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon roll, but it was still good. Also the stuffed Hashbrowns had a lot of cheese and bacon. If you like those you'll love that dish. Towards the end of my dish it was too overpowering with bacon and cheese so I stopped eating it altogether. My hubby said his burrito was good. He liked the sausage and bacon in it. However the salsa on the side was bland to him. At the end I got a slice of Chocolate Banana Cream Pie to go. That was tasty. I liked it all. I did wish for more chocolate flavor, but not bad at all 👍🏻

We came here due to the good reviews..I had the breakfast sandwich. It was made very well. And the service was good as well. My wife had to have her meal remade because she found something foreign in her eggs. But they fixed it and made it right. So we did like that they treat customers good. We do recommend and would be back if we lived in the area.

PCH diner destination! Everything is scratch made, and I was told the owner sources all of the product they use. The food definitely tastes like some attention was given to it. My chicken was cooked and seasoned perfect, the waffles were great! Drove down to Oceanside thinking about the harbor for breakfast. It was too crowded, an event going on. Ended up cruising down PCH, found this place, turned around, walked in, and walked out happy. Will more than likely be back when I'm in the area again.

Cosy place with great food. It was busy but the service was phenomenal. We never had to wait to have our coffee topped up and the biscuits and home fries were made from scratch. Loved it.

The breakfast mug was pretty good! Thr food was almost perfect and the staff was amazing. The food options were unique INDEED. There were several fake plants on the shop and made you wonder how real oflr not the place was. I had the MEAL LOVERES omelette. Pretty good. My wife had something, , oh the biscuits and gravy. They were just OKAY. The biscuits were delicious, but the gravy was not great at all. The gravy was sweet, like "added 4 table spoons to the small bowl of gravy sweet". Threw us off and threw off a start for the ol Brekfast Mug. Really wish I could give them a 4.5... you just can't mess up your gravy like that for a breakfast/lunch place. I'll be back for sure. Had alot of stuff on the menu I want to try!! Good hotsauce and homemade sauce. Ok Bye

this place has an exquisite menu of fairly priced gourmet plates. I came in to sample a cold coffee. I got the chai brulee and it was delicious!! I only gave marks down for the atmosphere of tension there was there from staff member.. I do not fault the staff member for whatever higher up management is imposing on them and causing the stress of the employees encountered. everything else 5 stars!!! I appreciate the staff very much for doing the best they can. they deserve star treatment.

The food was a 7/10. The presentation of the coffee cups was poor with stains and it didn’t look very appetizing to drink. The food alone I’d say was not worth the prices. I’m not one to dislike food but I had an upset stomach after eating here. The service was not so great. I didn’t feel much welcomed especially by the gentleman he was very rude and I felt like he didn’t want me there.

Folks must have found out how good the food is here because when we were seated, we were the third party in the establishment...by the time we left, I don't think there was an empty table! The avocado toast with egg on top, ohhh so good!! More staff, if you can, and this rating would be a 10++!!

We were looking for a new breakfast place to try and this was close to my mom's home. The food was flavorful and very appealing to the eye. We used take out. My only wish is that the house potatoes and potatoes in the breakfast burrito were softer. We cooked them a little jobber and they were perfect. I will definitely visit again, because the flavor was on point!

This is a really nice bakery. I stopped by to get a few sweets for a birthday celebration and I was very impressed with the slices of cake. I got the key lime tower which was my favorite! It had the gram cracker bottom and tasted amazing. We also tried the berry dessert special, as well as the strawberry passion. All 3 were delicious. The girl serving me was fast and friendly, the dining area was clean, and the coffee was on point. Definitely a nice spot to visit when passing through.

We have loved Petite Madeline for a long, long time. So when we decided to get married, we knew there was only one option for the cake and desserts at the reception. We fed everyone a huge meal and then brought out the desserts. And they were gone in a short amount of time. Everyone we talked to said, “Oh, this is so good!” I was really surprised how fast the desserts and cake got eaten after how much food everyone already ate. But it is because Petite Madeline knows how to make people happy. They know how to make good food that is not dessert, too. We eat there frequently, and we always love it. Their Benedicts are so delicious. Their Greek bowl is incredible. Their waffles are tasty. Their coffee is perfect. Their tea is excellent. My only problems with Petite Madeline are that they don't have a location right next door to me and they aren't open 24 hours.

For our weekly coffee date, my wife and I enjoyed a moment at Petite Madeline Bakery. The service was quick. It felt good to receive a refill on coffee. The bakery shinned and was full of life and customers. The coffee was bold, and our tasty scone was a treat. This gem of a bakery adds to Oceanside's charm and delight. It’s such a cute and nice place to eat right off of coast highway in Oceanside. The food was delicious, staff were nice, and they had so much seating inside. The pastries they offered were so cute and delicious! I took my mom here for Mother’s Day breakfast….definitely recommend!

I came for the pancake breakfast with bacon and eggs. Everything was good except the bacon. It tasted different. Perhaps it wasn't pork. I didn't get any pastries but will next time. They looked really good. You order and pay at the counter. Grab your napkins, silverware, and water at the self serve station then grab a table. They will bring your order. I would come back to give the pastries a try.

I had breakfast at that restaurant the other day, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was really hungry that day, but the meal was so bad that I could barely eat any of it. I only managed to eat about a quarter of what was served, and I was still hungry afterward. First off, when I arrived, nobody even acknowledged me, even though I tried to get their attention multiple times. Once I finally placed my order, the meal arrived, and the bacon I got was terribly overcooked—just bland and unpleasant. Later, someone did come over to ask how everything was, and I mentioned the bacon was overdone. The chef even apologized and removed it from the bill, but that didn’t really change my overall impression. It still felt like the worst restaurant experience I’ve had.

The food portions are good here. These are not denny's eggs, I really enjoyed them. My buddy got the Mary's omelet. It looked stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. The bacon came out nice and hot. Everything looked fresh and hot, don't sleep on the biscuits & gravy. This would've been an easy 5 stars, but unfortunately, 2 out of 5 of us never got our English muffins or toast. They got slammed, so I understand it happens. I will say our coffee stayed topped off, which is always great service.

The first day I got a steak and eggs. Noticed there was a Keto plate and had that the 2nd day. Food was good. There was a sign to thank a veteran but they didn’t give veteran discount. It still didn’t deter me from coming back. It still had the best prices in town despite no discount. The food is very good and service was exceptional. Atmosphere was ok. My husband prefers atmosphere, I don’t. I’m perfectly happy with a hole in the wall as long as the food is good. You will not be disappointed going to this little family restaurant. I would definitely go back.

Stepping back decades when walking through the doors, you can immediately tell you're in for an adventure. Staff are super cool and personable. Food is amazing, generous portions of quality yumminess! Had the Carne Asada Plate, my Father the Pollo. Tried both corn and flour tortillas, out of rice today which (Rebecca?) immediately advised me of when I ordered, and we worked a substitute in the form of their home fries w cheese on em! The PLATTERS that showed up blew me away!!! The menu selection is massive. The staff super personable, funny, and watching the team all work together was great. The kitchen is back behind a high counter, where you can hear and see everything, really cool! Double front entry doors protect from cold gusts when guests enter and exit. Love the down home original environment. A mix of booths, tables, and a little outside seating. Lastly, hold up your hand, open it, their cinnamon rolls are bigger than that.

This cute, little vintage place is incredible!! We visited our son in Oceanside and he took us there for breakfast and the food was unbelievable! The french toast - incredible, the Omelet to die for! The service was wonderful, super sweet, welcoming, kind. I saw someone had ordered the Cinnamon Roll and I was so upset that we went there the last day we were in Oceanside cause I wanted to take one of these large Cinnamon Rolls home with me but couldn't. Can not wait for another trip to Oceanside and definitely many trips back to Mary's for breakfast, Cinnamon Roll and will try their lunch next time too. Thank You for giving us another spot in O-side to love! Try their homemade salsa too! DELISH!!!

As a person born and raised in oceanside I've always drove past this place going to the beach. I finally decided to try it out and it is by far one of the best breakfast spots I have been to in awhile. From the customer service to the food (great portion sizes) & prices I have no complaints. Most definitely suggest giving it a try 🙂.

I give the restaurant 4.5 stars at least more than 4 stars. I believe this is the best burger in this area. The burger has great meat, cheese, and onion ling and those match BBQ sauce. There are many car decorations in the restaurant. Its interior has American mood and you can enjoy that when you are waiting. Taste over 100 mile! Boo Boo!

Ive been coming here for over 8 years. It was great when Larry use to be the owner. Since, its changed a couple times. We came about 3 years ago and the service was horrible. We tried to give it another shot and the first 2 times in the past month were great. Today we went with my dad, mom, and Grandma. They took my mom and grandmas plate to another table that came after us. When I went to the front to inquire about the plate they apologized and said it would be right out. About 20 mins later after watching them bring other tables food out and only 2 of our plates, I went back up. They told me they couldn't interfere with what the kitchen had going on. Even though it was their error you'd think they would have tried to get our plate out first. I work in customer service in the food industry and if we make an error we have to make the moment right first. I almost just wanted to ask for a refund so I decided to stand at the register till it was ready. Won't be returning here again.

We came in tow with 3 adults and 5 kids under 12 yrs old!!! Lol food was delicious and arrived fast. Kids loved the eclectic atmosphere. The claw machine was a hit! Frannie was our cashier, she was super helpful and friendly in deciding what to order even as the line got longer. She was so patient and attentive. Thank you, we will be baccck!!!

BEST BURGERS EVER!! Juicy and flavorful!! I can here one day years ago and have been back multiple times every since!! One of the best burgers ever! Denny's Taco Egg Avocado Skillets had some hits and misses. The eggs and avocado were great, but the cream cheese wasn’t my favorite. The potatoes felt a bit off—they seemed precooked, and when served, they were cold. Thankfully, the skillet eventually warmed them up. The overall experience was decent, but there’s room for improvement, especially with serving temperatures and coffee quality

One thing I will say is that it's a great experience. The Tomahawk was definitely overpriced but still delicious. I say overpriced because I have eaten at all 5 star + restaurants in Ohau Hawaii and have had better Tomahawk's for a more reasonable price. The potatoes and keylime pie were awesome. Definitely will have to try the other steak options.

Great food. Waitress was nice and doing her best. She was slammed and the only one working. They need to hire more people.

After some seashell hunting we stopped at Denny's and ordered from their Value Menu. I had French toast, two eggs, two sausage links and I added a side of crispy hash browns. Everything was cooked perfect and hot. Our waitress was so nice and always available. I also ordered the same meal to go for my boyfriend and it was just as tasty and fresh as mine. Ordering from the Value Menu made it affordably priced and the restaurant was clean and well maintained, with great food and service.

Food was very good , however , the general manager, or the lady that was wearing the red suit was very rude. A server in training was brining our food to our table when the general manager openly criticized how the trainee was holding the tray of food, and made the trainee go back to the kitchen in front of us to receive a tray holder . Afterwards , the same manager that was criticizing the trainee , she used the same gloves that she had used previously to clean the bottom of booths by the floor , she used to prepare and serve food. This made us most uncomfortable and the situation was most unfortunate. We ate our food as quickly as possible and will not be returning for this horrible service towards its servers.

The lunch we ordered was good, and the price was reasonable. The person serving was genuinely nice! The only thing was that there was a lot of noise as we were made to sit next to the till area.

Located right off the freeway, and right by a gas station. Went here on Saturday about 830am, it was packed. There was a short wait. We got seated and it took about 5 minutes for someone to come take our drink request. We ordered coffee. Took about another 5 minutes to get our drinks, at which time we ordered our food. It took about 10 minutes for our food to get there. I got the French toast slam. It was good. The bacon here was disappointing. It was super thin and tasted fake. The server was not very friendly and you can tell she was busy, she was all about business. I looked around as we were waiting and other waitresses looked friendly but busy as well. All of our drinks ran out and we sat there for like 10-12 minutes before she came back to check on us. Keep in mind the only drinks we ordered were coffee and the cups were smaller than most cups. She could only take cash payment at the table, if you wanted to use card you had to pay at the counter. They do offer a military discount. There is a small wait area by the front counter. You have to wait to be seated. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad but not great.

The atmosphere is amazing. I love that they are extremely dog friendly. Our wait Saul was excellent! He took great care of us. We did patio seating since we brought our dog but dogs are allowed for indoor seating. Hubby ordered the monster bBoody Mary and I had the white peach belini. Both were a 10. The kids ordered the chocolate chip pancakes combo. Both had mix reactions. Both said the pancakes were a 9 but the sausage was different. My oldest sone rated it a 10 and my other son rates it a 7. Hubby got the lobster scrambled. The potato balls is so good and he said the scrambled was a 9. I got the basic pancake combo with bacon. The pancakes were super fluffy and the bacon was soo good. We will be back just to try other things on the menu. If you are in the area, please give it a try.

Stopped for brunch on a Monday, and we were able to sit in a patio. They didn’t mind us (just a party of two) occupying a larger table since it was Monday. We ordered our food and flights of mimosas. The food and drinks came out without waiting too long. We shared our food, eggs in purgatory and smoked salmon, and i enjoyed them very much. Both dishes were spicy, just how I like them! The workers were friendly and efficient. We found a street parking spot with ease as it was a weekday.

BELIEVE THE 5-STAR REVIEWS! OMG... Toasted Gastrobrunch is definitely on my regular restaurant rotation now. It's highly recommended by Yelpers far and wide, as a brunch enthusiast I can verify this is a phenomenal place. I heard great things about the A-B-C Hash (Shoutout to our friend Audrey the Yelp CM who recommended this dish) so I had to try it! I ordered it with a side of rosemary sourdough and oof, it was an other-worldly experience. The avocado was perfect, I typically don't eat avo but this place changed my mind. Everything from the potatoes, meat, and eggs was fresh and premium quality. We tried a flight of mimosas (pear, lavender, etc.) and they had a good amount of alcohol. The flight glasses were mini-size, so we got some extra soft drinks just in case. Service was a little wonky, we didn't have too many check-ins from our waitress. Our drinks didn't get refilled regularly, that was a little troubling. We just got a lazy vibe from some of the staff. Thankfully, this didn't ruin the experience, but we'd appreciate better service next time! I WILL give kudos to a gentleman from the staff who sent away a homeless dude who was about to start stuff. He tactfully handled the situation, and called security without causing a disruption for guests. The restaurant was trendy, but it never felt like it was trying too hard. It was a cool place, I enjoyed the outdoor patio ALOT! I definitely like the comfortable brunch atmosphere. Oh, and their kitchen is stunning, I love getting to see the chefs in action! Note: I checked on their Yelp page, they have a Yelp waitlist!! Be sure to secure your slot!

Great location for brunch! Lots of seating inside and many seats on the patio with fire pits in the middle of the tables. Service: Our party of 5 took a while to be seated since apparently there were a couple of servers that called out sick and staffing was short. Knowing this, we gave our server some grace and were patient in waiting. Unfortunately, whenever we did ask for something, it felt like we were bothering him. Regardless, food came out within 10-15 minutes. Food: -Coffee Cake Cakes ($14.5): perfect enough to share with the table. Comes with 3 large pancakes and it wasn’t too sweet -Spanish Churros ($12): also shared with the table. Churros were crispy and pretty good! -Lobster Toast ($20): some pictures didn’t do it justice but this is one big toast that was very filling! There were far more bacon bits than lobster though. -Short Rib Benny ($22): my husband enjoyed this dish. Comes with round truffle potatoes which were tasty. Overall: Very cute brunch place at a nice location. Next time, I’d wanna try out their mimosa flights!

OMG! Fabulous food and drink. Green Eggs and Denver Scramble for amazing as well as the company in post on both. Prickly pear sour and Mimosa White or even better than I had expected. Definitely a place to visit again!

This review is long overdue, but we couldn’t go without sharing how amazing our experience was at Toasted Gastrobrunch! A few months before our wedding in June, the original restaurant we planned to host our rehearsal dinner closed, and we spent days searching for a new venue. We reached out to so many places near our reception site, and thankfully, we messaged Toasted Gastrobrunch! Cassandra responded so promptly and was incredibly helpful from the start. They were able to accommodate our group of about 90–100 people, and honestly, it turned out to be the best surprise — a true silver lining! Cassandra, Cody, and the entire staff were amazing. They even created a custom menu for us that offered a mix of Italian and American food outside of their usual brunch menu, which our guests absolutely loved. We were also able to have the restaurant to ourselves, which made the evening feel extra special and intimate. Everything exceeded our expectations — the buffet was plentiful, the drinks were great, and the restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable for all our guests. After dinner, we ended up dancing the night away with even more friends and family who were in town for the wedding, and it was such a perfect way to kick off the weekend! The food was fresh and hot, the wait staff was pleasant, the one whom was assisting us and seated us was not the waiter. We would have preferred to give her the tip because she was so pleasant. Waitress was nice but spread thin, maybe more staff needed. Overall good experience, good staff, serious eat there again.

We arrived at 9:50am to this ihop and we were the only family besides one other in section, we sat for 15 mins before anyone even asked what we’d like to drink. Then after we FINALLY ordered, about 5 more tables were sat and they ALL received their food before we had gotten anything. It was exactly 10:52 when we decided to walk out (never got our food🤬) due to lack of service!! Made us even more angry when we could see the servers just laughing and chatting in the back section. Shame on that place for allowing customers to experience that. You have been warned.

100% horrible from the service to the food. Denny's is way better. Ihop is a ghetto waffle house. The lady with fake eyelashes was rude and kept coming back every 2 seconds not asking but demanded what we wanted to order. When we got the food, eyelashes were in my eggs and I showed my date the eyelashes in my food. Then my date looked at her food and saw the same thing in her food. We got up and left, told the people at the front counter we're not paying for the food as we didn't even eat it. I've always had and still do have respect for waitresses but not this one. We tried Ihop but Denny's is my go too. Just ask anyone at Denny's off the 76 or by the 78. I always tip my waitress a minimum 20% and I go often so they know me but also since I go often, I also know who is new as well and I tip the new employee 50% and I always tip cash so they don't have to worry about being taxed on the tip. I'm not trying to be mean to the waitress but she did that on her own as if it was her last day and she didn't care at all. I wonder if anyone has gotten sick after eating here because I would not be surprised.

It was okay. The waitress was in a hurry when she was taking our order. The pancakes were a little overcooked which I was fine with but the wife wasn't as thrilled. The rest of the experience was okay - the waitress did slow down a bit so she was more pleasant after that although she never did come take the credit card after she said she would. Overall I think they could improve in those ways.

IHOP is great because they serve breakfast anytime, that’s the reason I go there. This IHOP has great service, good food, clean bathrooms and enough parking space. The pancakes are fluffy, the jalapeño omelette is rich in flavor and our server left a carafe of coffee in our table so we can drink as much as we want.

I was looking for a great breakfast burrito and found this place. It’s all open air seating, but a great view of the Pacific Ocean. I got there California burrito and it was on point. They have two different sauces for the burrito and they were both great. I grabbed a cup of coffee and it was good, but not really hot. Still good, but the food, service and view made up for it. You have to stop by and check it out.

Awesome cafe. I started occasionally coming here a few weeks ago. I usually get the California Breakfast Burrito (basically a California Burrito with eggs). Yesterday, I also got a Banana/Strawberry/OJ smoothie. Both the burrito and smoothie are pretty good. They're a bit expensive, but willing to pay it. Also, they close at 2pm. I kinda wish they stayed open till 2:30/3 because there have been times I've been crusing by between 2 and 2:30 and want to stop by.

Had my daughter’s birthday catered by Buccaneer Cafe on their great patio! This location is absolutely awesome but the food is even better!!! Jennifer was so kind, thoughtful and totally easy to work with!!! Definitely recommend this place for either catering or going by to grab a bite!!!

Little café right in front of the beach. I tried the avocado toast and it was really tasty. Service was quick, and you can tell it’s popular because there’s always a line. The cashier was super helpful too.

The loco moco is great. Breakfast burrito pretty good but has a sweetness in one of the ingredients that threw me off. The English muffin breakfast sandwich is a size that should cost $2 max. Their menu has a handwritten note that their prices can change at any time from what menu shows, they charge 3% if you don’t pay cash. They use the common tactic of Serrano comments or questions when it’s too screen time. Some business took the “I appreciate you” era during Covid to heart and are taking as much as people will put up with paying. Soon napkins and utensils will have a surcharge. I consider all this a cost of eating with a beach view.

What a fantastic place. We were staying in Oceanside on vacation and every morning right at 7am when it opened there was a line, it’s well deserved. The food is soooo good, the staff friendly. There are picnic benches to sit and enjoy. It’s directly across the street from public beach access. We enjoyed grabbing coffee and a breakfast sandwich and watching the early morning surfers.

Really cool location by a park and a small beach. The breakfast burrito was exactly what you want it to be. Stuffed, grilled, with sauce options on the side. Lemonade was super fresh as well.

What a delightful place! When I arrived, Ariana greeted me with such warmth. She took my orders and was super friendly, answering all my questions since it was my first visit. I was pleased to learn they serve James coffee ☕, one of my favorites!

Stopped by this place because the plants looked so beautiful. I ordered a latte and an jalapeño cheddar bagel and it was good. It’s a great place to chat and chill, or read a book. Love the concept of good coffee in a plant shop, would definitely recommend.

Love the vibes at this place. Tons of plants around and plenty of fresh air. I ordered a plain latte. It wasn't really anything special, and I found it to be a bit pricey for what it is, as the hot selection only comes in 12oz for ~$6. Orders also took some time to come out, which wasn't an issue for me, but could be if I was in a rush. Overall would recommend checking this place out, since it is a unique atmosphere and offers a variety of interesting menu options.

I love the Mazapán Latte it's delicious HOT! the white mocha iced is unrealand overall atmosphere is vibrant. With many plants and small gifts!! This is my favorite local coffee spot.

We had a disappointing experience here. Our lattes tasted like nothing more than sweet, warm milk—I couldn’t get any hint of coffee at all. The turkey sandwich was bland, and the cashier was surprisingly rude. As we were about to order, she said, “Do you want it for here? Because we close at 4,” even though it was only 3 p.m.

Divine breakfast food! My friend suggested we try this popular restaurant down the street from her hotel while we were in town. There was a long line outside on a Thursday morning and it was moving pretty slow. They have a large menu selection and everything on it looks good. We were drooling standing in line to order and watching all the delicious looking dishes being delivered to the other customers at their tables. You order at the counter with the friendly staff and are given a number stand. Open seating and there is lots of it inside and outside. A popular item was their giant cinnamon buns and it was so good! Fluffy and not too sweet. I ordered the chilaquiles and it was good too though I wish the salsa was thicker. My tortilla chips were drowning and getting soggy. My friend who ordered the grilled cheese sandwich said it looked good but fell short. She claimed it was a bit too sweet. Another friend ordered the omelet and loved it. The pancake was fluffy and perfectly cooked.

Visited Cafe Topes for breakfast on a Friday morning, and it was a pleasant experience! The place wasn’t too crowded, which made for a relaxed vibe. I ordered the Crack’n Eggs, and they nailed it; eggs were perfectly over-easy, the potatoes were well-seasoned, and the crack was tender and cooked just right at medium. My wife got the Classic Benedict; one egg was spot-on, but the other was slightly off. The country ham was super thick and hearty, though we prefer thinner Canadian bacon. Still, it was good quality. The Bloody Mary was a miss for her, hard to pinpoint why, but maybe the wine-based vodka or lack of that rich, tomato-y kick we love. On the plus side, they handled my wife’s shellfish allergy with care, and she had no issues after the meal. Bathrooms were clean and nice, with two unisex options. The water setup was, let me say, different; the pipe looks like it comes from the roof, so jokingly, I felt like I was drinking roof water! It tasted fine, though, and seemed well-filtered. Overall, solid spot with great food we’d come back!

Stopped into Café Topes based off of the recommendation, and we were so happy that we stopped in. We started off with a dirty cinnamon bun and then moved on to lunch. Everything was very flavorful. We actually couldn’t even finish the three tacos. There was so much food.

Okay, so, this place was GOOD good. It was poppin', which is a great sign, but despite how busy it was, the service was super fast and totally on point. The food was positively sublime, with perfect runny eggs on my benedict and a side of fruit that was actually fruit you want to eat. The standard menu is already phenomenal, but the specials were also a fun surprise and sounded incredible. Basically, Cafe Topes knows what they are doing, and I am here for it. ❤️

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and eager to accommodate your needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Great breakfast spot, but get there early. If you do get there late and the line is growing, it is worth the wait. Quick service and friendly staff.

Order at the counter and find/wait for an open table. Dog friendly. Ordered the country fried steak, the 222, the chilaquiles, blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes, and the cinny roll. The food was amazing, I'll be back to try more.

One of the best meals I have had in a very long time! Every single dish was amazing and bursting with flavor. Eggplant dish was nwxt level! Very highly recommend this establishment!

We walked by shortly after they opened and they welcomed us graciously even without a reservation. It’s very clear though that it’s best to make a reservation for the future, as this is a very busy restaurant. The staff were very kind, and the food service was quick! Food was excellent and filling, and in my opinion, the prices were fair. Overall a great time. Just a note, I think I would try a different skewer in the future because while the tuna was good, I think it lacked a little flavor compared to the other dishes we ordered.

Food is delicious, here’s why: - flavor combination and balance is spot on and the dishes are great if your looking for dishes/flavors you won’t find at most other restaurants - great variety of dishes without having an overwhelming menu. I’d say there is something for everyone. There are lighter dishes like the roti and papaya salad and heavier and spicy ones like the eggplant (chefs kiss, fr). - portions are good, as in, not too small, but also not too large. We had just enough of a dish and had room to keep trying other dishes. - ok ok the dessert is perfection, please get it My favs so far have been the roti with both dipping sauces (one is spicy), the eggplant (spicy), the beef tartar, and the ayam penyet (fried chicken dish). The papaya salad was delicious and refreshing, however I was expecting sweet, orange papaya and I think this used green papaya, perhaps both? Good, bright lime flavor. Make reservations in advance, street parking should be easy to find. Bar is for walk-in’s, but it stays pretty busy here. Happy dining!

I really enjoyed this place! But the experience could have been a little better. First id like to tip my hat to the chef. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was a 10 out of 10. Exquisite. But, the service lacked a little. We didn't see her much. I wanted drink refills and didn't get them. It was our 19th year anniversary and my wife's birthday so I was hoping the experience could have been better. The dining area is rather small but that was OK. Parking was easy to find but could be limited due to the street location. I'll definitely come back and try the experience again. (Try the eggplant!)

We had a wonderful date night dinner, small delicious mouthwatering plates! The pumpkin-vanilla-coconut dessert blew my mind.. even though Im not a dessert person! Ambience and service was exactly perfection!

Food was good. I ate everything from pork belly skewer to chicken thigh skewer and the beef rendang along with the extra coconut rice. A server asked me after putting away my dishes if I liked it and I gave her a curt “yeah” and I am sure she took it as “not really” lol. I ate everything therefore I liked it! lol. I had no reservation so I had to wait 45mins to get in. It was worth it. They’re fully booked tonight and some showed up like me with no reservation. The Pineapple juice was good. My bill was $81.19 for myself. I ate alone. I made it an even $100.00 with the tip.

Highly recommend Dija Mara in Oceanside. The food was amazing and designed to share. Everything we ate was delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Great atmosphere, hospitality and service. We got the Grilled Roti (LOVED), Gado Gado, Beef Rendang, and Whole Fried Market Fish. We also tried the chef's special coconut and pumpkin (panna cotta like) fall desert! Will definitely be going back for this before it's gone. Grab some friends or your special someone and make a reservation asap. You will not be disappointed.

I'm so sad, since this place has so much potential! It mainly missed the ball in 2 ways: 1) The staff are so friendly, but service overall is slow and food is not even close to being worth what they charged. 2) They're connected to 2 WORLD CLASS resorts that provide an extraordinary experience. For this place to fall below expectations in such an epic way was extremely disappointing. The excellence of the people skills of the staff brought this review from a 1 star to 2. The biggest issue? We bought a $100 20oz ribeye. Coming from Vegas, that's a justified price for a delicious steak. That's why we ordered it. What we got was a steak that tasted like it was cooked the day before and then microwaved before serving to us. Even after the remake. I would rather take a $14 steak from Costco that my wife cooks herself. Also what was mind blowing was how slooooooow the service was. I understand if food takes a while to come out, but a wine and cocktail took 30 minutes. We stayed at Mission Pacific Beach Resort (which was amazing) and Chase gave us food credit, so we decided to use the credit on Piper... big miss-steak. We will definitely be back to the resort, but will be avoiding Piper!

We visited Piper for Mother’s Day brunch, and everything felt thoughtfully done ,from the ocean-view setup to the fresh, beautifully presented food. Highlights: oysters, shrimp, and an omelette station that really delivered. My cocktail was carefully crafted and absolutely hit the spot. I’m already planning to come back for the prime rib and white asparagus,they looked amazing. Great setting, great food, and perfect for a special occasion.

We stayed at the Mission Pacific Resort and breakfast was included with our FHR booking. Reservation was made through the desk at check in. Our 9am time a lot was easy to handle in a weeks day. The crowd was very light…weekends are much busier…a buffet is served on weekends. We were seated at a window table with a nice view of the outside street and terrace. The menu had lots of options that all sounded delicious. Beginning with a cappuccino that is the best I have had lately in my travels…thick, foamy and full of flavor. Selecting the Crab Eggs Benedict, my wife had the O’side breakfast. The food all came relatively quickly. The poached eggs on my Benedict were overcooked The rest of the breakfast was cooked just right and was filling and full of flavor.

Came here for a fast Dinner, they delivered. We had a retreat to attend, and had to eat fast and go. Our waiter was super understanding and got our food out. The goat cheese ravioli was to die for!! Excellent. Wish I had more time to explore more of the amazing foods they had. Definitely a place to visit!!

This was by far the best meal I’ve had in a restaurant in the last two years! The food was absolutely exceptional – truly high-end in both taste and presentation. Our server was not only professional and knowledgeable but also one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in a dining experience. Every detail, from start to finish, made the evening unforgettable. I enjoyed every single moment of it and can’t wait to return!

This restaurant was a great last meal for our honeymoon trip, the service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We ordered the goat cheese raviolo and a chocolate cheesecake for dessert. The drinks are also really good, just expect higher price points due to location!

I’m really sad to write this review because I had high expectations. We booked a reservation for seven people for a little Baby Sprinkle for one of our friends this past Sunday. When we arrived at our 10:30am reservation, they seemed like they didn’t know about the reservation. At that point they had to get the table set up, which took about 15 minutes. I had intentionally made a reservation for inside and they sat us outside where unfortunately there were bees/flies and the ambience wasn’t what we had planned on. Online it states that breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 11 AM and has a full menu. Unfortunately when we were sat we are informed that there is a much smaller menu on Saturday and Sunday because they offer brunch. We were not planning on getting brunch, so this was disappointing to find out. The server was nice, but once we ordered our food he never came back until we were done with all our food which lead to no one’s water being filled up until a much later time. Overall it was a nice place, and we went in with an expectation of having nicer service due to the pricing of things, and the overall quality of the restaurant, but unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed. Seems like there was a lack of communication in multiple areas of the business. I only write this review so that hopefully they can improve and better serve future groups of people.

Had breakfast here. That was so good. We had hash browns, omelette, scrambled eggs, gravy.. the food was so good and felt like home cooked. The service was great. They were super friendly and very accommodating. I enjoyed every bit of eating here. I will like to come again. It was a very nice experience.

I've gotten food here 5 different times in the last 2 weeks, and have ordered something different every time, and they've all been really good. The breakfast burrito and lumberjack are definitely my favorites. Club sandwich is pretty good too

it feels a lot like a midwestern diner, but it's clearly californian because the pies use canned filling. i've been here a few times, different days and times, and there's always something kind of off about the food -- too bland or too sour or just an unusual texture. it's not awful, in fact it's pretty charming. definitely tastes like something MY grandma would've cooked, but she wasn't a chef, so manage your expectations.

After reeding the mostly positive reviews, I thought I’d give this place a go. I was in the mood for a simple burger, I certainly got that. It was bland, when I mean bland, no salt no pepper no sauce of any kind. The fries were okay tho. I had to add so much Tabasco, salt and pepper to make it somewhat okay, but it never was. My water cup ran dry and was never replenished, now I could have called for service but shouldn’t have too. Although I’ve not experienced the whole menu, I firmly believe if you can’t get something as simple as a cheese burger correct, there is nothing you can. USA is home to the arguably the worlds best burgers, this place is so far off the apex it’s not funny. Customer service as okay, but, I did feel like I was inconveniencing the wait person by placing my order and asking for the bill. Sorry, wanted to like this place, but it’s just nothing to write home about. Just nothing remotely positive to say. I don’t know who’s writing these positive reviews, but this is honest.

This is my favorite breakfast restaurant in Oceanside. It’s never too busy, the service is excellent, and the food is always delicious. The chicken fried steak is homemade and is the best in town. Grandma’s truly has a family atmosphere and they accommodate large groups if needed, have plentiful outdoor seating, and have a counter if you are flying solo. Love this place, keep up the good work!

Stumbled upon Grandma’s Restaurant by chance, and boy am I glad I did! Our wait staff was so incredibly kind, and very enthusiastic about his job. He was a joy to talk to and took wonderful care of us. Then… THE FOOOOOOD. The onion rings are made as you order them, and come out piping hot. I ordered the Ortega chile burger, and it was everything I was craving. Super juicy, perfectly cooked, and so flavorful. My mom had the pancakes and couldn’t stop raving about them—which is high praise because she is really picky about pancakes. We would absolutely come back again, and highly recommend this place!

Grandma's restaurant never disappoints! whenever we're in the mood for wonderful home cooked meals without cooking it ourselves we come here. Today we got breakfast and it was divine nobody Cooks potatoes as perfect as Grandma's restaurant The Omelette was absolutely fantastic, The chicken fried chicken was over the top amazing the gravy was thick and absolutely yummy and the company was fantastic never change Grandma's restaurant!

If I could give the hotel a zero I would! Was there for a wedding. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Check in time is after 3 PM. Our hotel rooms were not ready. Had to wait an hour. We were told we would get connecting rooms by three different people and did not. They kept reassuring us because we had young children. It would not be an issue. We have 3 kids so it was super inconvenient. There were other guests that were already awaiting over an hour and a half for their rooms. So this was an issue for many many people. Manager, all she kept stating was, she was sorry and that they are shortstaffed and cleaners will be checking rooms within minutes. Within minutes, turned into an hour. We were late for our wedding rehearsal dinner that was being hosted by them. Guest services, room service was complete crap. Never ever again!

Marriott elite member here. Beds are comfy. Now with the bad. Sound insulation between rooms is terrible and I can hear 3rd floor guests walking around and guests in next door room having normal conversations. Light bleed under doors. Refrigerator in room makes weird noises. Uncomfortable cold ac in lobby and restaurant area. I would not stay at this property again due to these issues

Purchased a Day Pass as a reward for an employee. Beautiful property. I specifically called to inquire about the services (food & drink) was told there would be pool service. There was none. Kept being told the time was changing for the opening of pool restaurant. It never opened, then missed the main restaurant hours. After asking several different front desk employees, we were finally offered a couple menu options from the main restaurant. Definitely disappointing. I could of went to a mediocre facility paid less with the expectation of not having any pool side service.

I worked with Luciana to coordinate our 2-day business meeting offsite last month for our tech company. It was such a pleasure working with her and she made sure all was set and prepared logistically. We also enjoyed wonderful lunches outdoors at the restaurant onsite. Everything was very clean and staff was very accommodating to our needs even if last minute request. Our event ran very smooth from start to finish. I’d highly recommend business meetings here! They have so much meeting room space - it’s incredible :)

This place was amazing. The rooms were a little small, but you're not there for just the rooms, but it did count. The best things, we were 11 minutes from the beach and they had a pretty good breakfast. It is right next to the highway, and a lot of amenities. The parking situation wasn't the best, so we parked where we could.

Marriott & Westin Should Be Ashamed of This Location Normally, Marriott and Westin stand for quality—but this property has zero standards across service, staff, and overall experience. They slap on the “resort & spa” label just to justify inflated fees without delivering anything close to a resort experience. Ratings: Front Desk: 0/10 Staff: 0/10 Valet: 1/10 Room: 1/10 Grounds: 6/10 Restaurant: 2/10 Value: 2/10 Check-in was chaos: one overwhelmed front desk agent, long lines, and no greeting. After waiting nearly an hour, the staff member literally ran off and never returned. The next person gave us a key with no info, no map, and no dog form. We had to find our room ourselves. The room smelled like mildew, the AC was broken, and the front desk refused to move us—claiming no availability. After being ignored repeatedly and watching staff prioritize flight attendants over waiting guests, we finally spoke to someone who admitted there were plenty of rooms. Still, no dog bowls or form ever arrived. Two hours after arrival, we still weren’t settled. Dinner at the hotel restaurant took 90 minutes for two basic dishes, with no updates or apologies. The place was half empty but painfully slow and overpriced. Valet was a disaster: 20+ minute waits every time, phones that dropped calls, and no staff in sight. Guests were left to retrieve their own keys while cars sat untouched. Just self-park—valet is a joke. Bottom line: As a former Platinum Elite member, this was the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. This Westin doesn’t care about guests—only your money. Avoid at all costs.

I experienced a serious security breach at this hotel when I found a third room key inside my room, even though I was only issued two at check-in. Security later admitted a third key had been made, and it wasn’t used until two days later—while my “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door. Instead of giving me answers, Assistant Manager Anna, Operations Director Colton, and General Manager Leslie all disregarded my concerns and tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong. I have since sent multiple emails with no response. I hardly slept the last two nights worrying who else had access to my room. If you care about your safety, stay elsewhere. Worst hotel experience by far.

First time finding this hidden gem. Customer service was amazing, friendly and helpful staff. super clean, beautiful out door seating. I ordered catfish dinner, chicken tenders, chicken dinner(dark) and a slice of sweet potato pie... With tip was $85. Was well seasoned, flavorful, my kiddos loved the tenders and fish nuggets as well as the sides. Would go again. 4 out of 5 stars pricing was a factor.

Felix’s BBQ in Oceanside is a hidden gem! The meats were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. You can really taste the care they put into everything. The seasoning was spot on, and every bite had that rich, authentic BBQ taste. Great portions, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best BBQ spots I’ve tried in Southern California. Highly recommended!

So holy crap that catfish is good!!! I absolutely love southern food like this one. Cornmeal and fried to perfection. I enjoyed the other items, too. The baby backs were great. Hush puppies were the best I've had. Other sides really good...add a little honey on the cornbread muffins and hush puppies :) But oh my lawd that catfish!!! Every bit as authentic and delicious as I've had in Florida, Alabama, etc :) Wish I could make it to all you can eat catfish day 😁 Highly recommend. Friendly service with a southern charm.

The atmosphere was very chill and the classic r & b was jamming . I had the fried catfish lunch box and a mimosa with peach cobbler for dessert. My server Nikki was awesome.

When I'm craving fried chicken and I'm in North County, I always drop by Felix's BBQ. It's a simple fried chicken but has so much flavor and paired perfectly with their sweet potato fries and corn bread. They're my go-to lunch place when I was working in Ocean Ranch and I also had their BBQ ribs which was also good. The owners and staff are friendly and treats you like family.

We are finally home in California, and we chose Felix’s to celebrate — what a perfect decision! 🎉 I had happy tears the whole night. We met Mr. Robert, the flute player, and enjoyed hours of incredible live music with the band. The vibe, the atmosphere, and the energy were everything we hoped for and more. After five years of being out of state, this felt like the warmest welcome home. Sitting back, relaxing, soaking it all in — it was such a special, emotional moment for me. The food is every bit as amazing as I remembered, and the music made the night unforgettable. Felix’s truly has such a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great food, beautiful music, and a place that makes you feel right at home.

Banana Dang Coffee pleasantly represents a neighborhood coffee shop. This small shop offers a unique flavor of coffee, which energizes the taste buds. This cozy shops was busy during my visit. I appreciated Banana' sense of humor, especially the Ryan Gosling reference of wearing shirts. When you find yourself in Oceanside, please make a moment to enjoy time at Banana Dang Coffee.

My absolute favorite place in Oceanside. Owners and employees are always so welcoming and kind. I go multiple times a week to get work done and have always felt so welcomed. They have my favorite chai latte, which is phenomenal. Occasionally I will grab an avocado toast and it never disappoints.

Esteban is outstanding and attentive, even when the place is packed, thank you. Both of our meals were surprisingly gluten-free and really good. If you are looking for a great flavor go with the Ranchers Omelette. A slightly milder flavor is the Huevis Rancheros. Both are winners for us, simply pick your flavor strength.

I met my niece for an early lunch between appointments, helping seniors with their Medicare. She ordered an omelet scrambled. I chose their famous cheeseburger. In addition to the food tasting fantastic, the service could not have been better.

I had Chicken Fried Steak Breakfast, hand breaded and cooked perfectly, good eggs and nice thick slices of good sourdough. This is truly an old fashioned diner with great service, great decor, comfortable booths. Really glad I stopped!

It had been years since I went into Angelo's and I was surprised by how much I liked it. Their menu is expansive including Greek, American and Mexican dishes. Very nice if you are a family with different preferences. The burrito I got was very tasty and very large. Great size for the price. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Same here 20 years ago when I was in the Marine Corps. 20 years later it's still just as good as it ever was. Enormous breakfast burritos for only 10 bucks. 2/3 of that burrito in Tucson Arizona cost $15.

Used to go here after surfing in the 90s. The original owners grandson was working the place. I love this place because it's like a diner with such a huge menu with breakfast all day. And no servers, which I like. I had the pastrami sando and my wife and kid had gyros (it's Greek owned) and yummy smoothies. Also split the zucchini fries with ranch. So good!! They had tvs with news and sports. Some of the tables needed cleaning but the poor guys were short staffed. Love these old school joints!

Eeek! Don't use the restroom!! 🫣 Fries were amazing. Burger was meh. Sad because we were so excited to go here after our beach adventure. It's a great location but not sure how they're passing any health codes. 🤷

Was my first time visiting and I'm not going back. The only good menu item that I received was the side of Ranch dressing. The Ranch was for my double fried zucchinis. Ewwwww. After touching anything... Wash your hands thoroughly. Wear gloves. And then touch food that will be served.

Nice classic diner experience with a wide assortment of available sandwiches and burgers. They also serve breakfast and if that available I believe all day. I chose a fish sandwich. It was humongous, lots of lettuce and tomato. I probably should have taken some of the lettuce out and eating it al a salad. Fish was nice and flaky not overcooked. The whole thing was very delicious. Sandwich did break apart a little bit so be gentle with it. Fish Sandwich 2 pieces of deep-fried fresh codfish, tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. $10.50 I plan on returning to Oceanside in the next couple of years and this is a definite return to try out their breakfast or other sandwiches

Some good grub. Father said one of the best Chile Relleno he has had. I got a burrito combo. While looks plain had good flavor but must been smallest burrito I’ve ever had. More like an enchilada Will go again though. Offer senior discounts and daily specials.

I really have enjoyed this place in the past when I came, but when I came in around 12pm July 6 I was looking forward to the menudo and when I received it as I’m eating it there was still pork hair on the menudo so it wasn’t properly cleaned and Marietas is my go to for menudo because they do typically clean their meat properly and if you zoom in on the photo you can see the hair I pulled out and the piece on the side of the bowl is where it was and it still had hair. Then it got worse…I found a CATERPILLAR in my food! And to top it off the what I believe was the manager came to my table and insulted my intelligence by gaslighting me into trying to believe it was “grease from the meat” as he crumbled it right in my face…you can CLEARLY see it was a caterpillar. I’m more disappointed in his dishonesty and insult when I saw with my eyes the mouth and legs of the caterpillar.

The huevos rancheros was good. I think next time I will try the shrimp burrito though. The food was just a little salty but decent. The service was okay. Also, the price was just a little high but will not break the bank. The salsa was red and slightly chunky with medium heat but tasty and the corn chips were crispy. I will give this place another try.

Great little spot. It’s nice calm music with an amazing atmosphere. The people are friendly and welcoming.

The service is always impeccable. Just ask for what you want and it’s yours. If you want salsa habanero, no problem. Chips and salsa come automatically with carrots and onions. The food is very good if you order the Colorado or chili Verde no problem. Everything is very tasty. The margaritas however, are very expensive but absolutely delicious.

There is a little patio outside for nice days, the bar is little with 3 TVs but the eating area is large. Food is good. I love the carnitas and fajitas. Not a whole lot of parking but check on the side and back. There is a side door to go in.

Love this ideal local spot is home away from home. Margarine is great. Its on every table. Good food and phenomenal service.

Not a big fan. Smells great when you're outside, like good burgers. But inside is a different story. If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered one. The meat patty is so small and doesn't taste right. The seasoning is off and the meat just tastes like it's meat flavored. McDonald's has better burgers than this place and that's sad to say. Won't be back, that's for sure.

Angelos Oside 5 ✨️ for the experience!! First i went in later like 8:45pm... so I wasn't expecting anything too impressive... hungry yes. Angelos; convince of a drivethru, & option of a dinning room. This place was a place i would drive past my whole life, stopped in a couple times over the years... i used it more like a landmark... But this time.... I really appreciated that they literally everything under one roof!! Pancakes, burgers, burritos, shakes... the fries you guys... the fries hit the spot. Cheeseburgers all around at our table one Chicago Dog & an order of Fries enough to serve as a side for two people or all five of us (2 adults 3 kids). Chicago Dog gets a solid 3.5-4 as my husband recently went on a trip to Chicago & really had fresh memory to compare it to. Cheeseburger has a unique patty taste definitely some in house seasoning going on which I appreciate. Shredded Lettuce was a plus (sets it apart from one giant piece of wet lettuce hanging off most burgers in the area). Bun is lovely, I would dare to say a bit more salt or cheese please but I know that's probly just my opinion coming through. Star of the show was the ambiance (Oside from ceiling to the floor, you know the heart is pure oceanside) & the fries... thick fries you actually know came off a potato, they were 5 stars. As a lifelong Chicagoland kid, I have opinions. I’ve been in San Diego for 21 years and have rarely come to Oceanside. Same for Angelos, as we just discovered this tonight. A- for the dogs as the bun just couldn’t handle the heft of the ingredients but the flavors were excellent. The Gyro was massive! Again, great flavors, A+. Cheese fries were great. A+. Next time we’re here, we’ll stop by. And the beer list? Ridiculous.

Ordered the monster bacon Cheese burger combo. For the price definitely better then MCD. Nice and big, good amount of lettuce, 1000 island dressing added to the well balanced flavor. The steak fry were a nice touch. Over i enjoy the meal. I nice to see these mom and pop restaurants still around. They have a large selection to choose from. If are hungry for breakfast at dinner time they got you covered.

Food was good big portions only thing I complain about is if there to busy your order might not be right . I asked for all bacon no sausage but didn’t get that and asked for iced latte and they made a hot one . I feel bad in person complaining more than once so just kept the sausage but had them redo the latte . Other than that food was delicious portions are huge . Atmosphere was amazing very clean .

Burgers and zucchini are very good. The menu is huge. Food is great. The prices are fair too.

They still put onions on my burger even though I asked for no onions.. other than that everything was great! Good portion sizes, and the fried zucchinis were delish 🤤 highly recommend

The tender pork ribs are perfectly cooked, smothered in a flavorful green chili sauce that has just the right amount of spice. First time there, great atmosphere and service. Food was good. Nothing special. I will be back to try other food to get a real feel of food quality. They also have an area for bread, desserts and cakes.

I came here on a Friday for a early lunch the food was horrible I got chile verde breakfast the meat was so hard and chewy the weird thing was there was like one piece in there that wasn't overcooked showed how bad the rest was cooked to much. My fiance got the milanesa torta she said was just ok . We also got some Mexican bread to all bread the bread was just ok come cookies tasted old and weird I don't recommend this place to any one

I went to pick up a pound cake that I ordered on Friday on a Sunday. It was never made and they just threw one in a box and handed it to me. I said it is supposed to be frosted. They young man didn't know what to do. He goes behind the counter and throws some glaze on it. I said that isn't lemon frosting like I ordered. He sent out the manager who was an older gentleman and rude. He said if I frosting it i will have to charge you for a cake. That made no sense. So he went to the back slapped on a blob of white frosting and said here. At no point did they apologize for not having it made and the inconvenience. An apology would have gone a long way. But he was so rude is why I said I needed to do a review.

Friendly service. Clean, cooling, nice environment to dine in. Great food and pricing. Ordered 2 kinds of salads and a horchata. We bought baked goods in addition to dining in. Everything was superb. 👍🏻

This place was incredible! The service was toooooo great, the food even better, and the atmosphere.... the atmosphere was incredible too. Like better than the Earth's atmosphere. How can you get better than that. A trust hidden gem. I can't wait to go back and get some more food off of the menu. Great pan too. The service hit a new high for me. I felt like they were all family friends by the time we left. Mmmm Good, not bad.

The atmosphere is nice, they had a live pair performing. It was a tad bit loud but good ambience. The bakery and restaurant are separated so it’s easy to get your bakery items without having to walk through tables. The food was tasty and well portioned. The chilaquiles were not spicy at all, I wish they were a bit more spicy but it’s understandable.

I went into the restaurant as I had been driving for a while and needed to use the facilities. The bathroom was terrible. Wet floor. Toilet paper on the floor. Granted, this could have just happened, but it was still my first impression of the place. I placed my order and paid as the fellow helping me disappeared to help drive thru customers. As I had still not received my receipt, I didn't know what my order number was. Still, they were friendly, so I'll keep it at 4 stars.

Tried to get drive through. Lady on the speaker speaks English barely and also has a heavy lisp. Food came out all wrong. Then trying to go in explain what I had ordered with the same person who again didn’t understand basic English.

I went for the new taco 🌮 deals they have, and it turned out to be pretty good! The place itself could use a little TLC( not so fresh), and the staff wasn't really all that welcoming. My 1st experience with Del taco was in Anahiem, and they were on point! I guess I had my expectations too high.

My mom uses two canes, they were very sweet and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh. A grate place for a quick bite by the water.

Oceanside Harbor iconic mainstay. Close to the I-5, gas station, Camp Pendleton, and of course the O'side Harbor. Been eating there for 40 years. It's still just a Del Taco with a very narrow drive thru. But it's "home"

Love their menu but the tostadas of my crunchtadas seemed a bit stale. I did appreciate the generous amount of lettuce and cheese on my tostadas.

The freaking Blueberry Cobbler! Whoa smokies was that bomb. Had a soul warming dirty chai to go with the cobbler and it was a perfect start to my day off. I’m not one to gate keep but they’ve really got down the delicious munchies here. Please don’t buy up my blueberry cobbler! I also love the local artists featured in the store and the fact they even have performers. I’ll have to make my way back here to check them out. Left with an incredible handmade mug from a local artists and full belly of goodness.

Amazing spot with great options for both vegans and non-vegans! I had a vegan breakfast sandwich and a brownie - both were super tasty. The staff was really friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

I really wanted to love Jitters Coffee—it’s got a chill atmosphere, good vibes, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The comfortable décor and mellow playlist make it the perfect spot to hang out and sip a coffee…if you’ve got time to spare. I ordered their breakfast sandwich (menu price + tax = $20), opting for the “real” version with cheddar and sausage since the rest of the menu is vegan. After ordering, they came back to say they could do real cheddar but not real sausage—so I ended up with genuine cheddar and vegan sausage. Speaking of slow: despite the café being pretty empty, it took a whopping 25 minutes to get my one sandwich. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but if you’re in a hurry, this isn’t your place. That said, if you want to chill, don’t mind paying premium prices, and are into vegan-forward menus (or just love real cheddar), Jitters is a cool spot to unwind—just plan ahead.

Came here after seeing a coffee lovers IG advertisement. Another plus was hearing about the owners and the potential for meeting Jason. The atmosphere is cute and cosy, and the avocado toast is LOADED and delicious! The "latte" was super disappointing...not your typical craft latte. Tasted a lot more like drip coffee with a splash of milk. (Picture as presented :/ ) If you"re vegan you'll appreciate the flavors of their food. Never saw Jason! :( But in all seriousness, great avocados.

We love Vallie and the whole crew at Jitters. we are grateful for the plethora of vegan friendly options on the menu and they have the best Chai Latte and Chai Tea I have ever had!!! While enjoying another coffee date with my wife, we were quickly served a bold cup of coffee ☕ at Revolution Roasters, in Oceanside. The coffee shop is cashless, which is sort of unique. Revolution offers a variety of coffee drinks and pastries. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. There were plenty of people inside either talking or working on laptops 💻. The background music added to the ambience of the coffee shop. They are mindful of pets 🐕, and they encourage outdoor seating to accommodate pet owners. Parking is limited. Revolution is a delightful place for a coffee date.

I love it here! Been coming here for like the last 7-8 years since they’ve opened. Albeit I stopped when I moved away for few years but now I’m back in the area and so happy to see it’s still same lil coffee joint HOWEVER they got rid of the ALCHEMIST!!!! That was y’all’s best drink

I saw this spot down in Oceanside. I ordered the Hot Maple latte and Iced Butterscotch Latte both watered down. The Hot Maple Latte lacked in the taste department with the maple flavor. A slight a hint. Though the coffee wasn’t bad like bitter, it just didn’t have much impact on flavor. I loved the art foam design though. Neither did the Butterscotch Latte which tasted like a regular latte. Ambience was nice, staff was nice

The espresso here was super nice and had a distinct flavor profile that I really enjoyed. But I'm so mad because I came to this spot without trying anything to eat (I'm off sugar for a bit), and their bakery case was LEGIT. I took some longing, wistful pictures to share, at least. And in my (super professional) opinion, the offerings looked absolutely tip top. I'm definitely going to go back soon. For science.

Cozy cafe in Oceanside! Revolution Roasters has a great aesthetic and yummy snacks and coffee. Really enjoyed the lemon lime berry pop tart and the maple and vanilla lattes. Friendly staff and the lattes were prepared quickly. Indoor and outdoor seating that is dog friendly. Recommend!

Raspberry matcha is fantastic and not too sweet at all! The yuzu and peach pastry was fantastic too. Staff were very friendly and sweet with my kids.

Popped in for a mocha. Could be the best cup of coffee I've had this year. Fast and friendly service. 100% would go back!

Got a great breakfast sandwich there. Not a place for a family dinner. More of a place for locals to drop in and get a cup of coffee and hang out a bit. Seating is not very comfortable. Good place to get carry out food and take it to the coast which is nearby.

This is a nice little spot to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Hot on soft croissants. Your choice between sausage or bacon. You can even add avocado which is a must. The coffee is good. The dining area is a little small. Bar top seating that even serves draft beer. A few tables outside with a patio. Surf videos on the tvs. What's not to like?

There is one person who works at The Cup and is nice to customers: Camden. One other person works part-time for Oceanside Fire Department and treats customers with basic dignity. The other proprietors/employees of The Cup treat their customers with blatant disrespect, outright hostility, and in at least three cases racial bias that have caused people to stop patronizing their establishment. I used to visit here to grab a cup of coffee and work remotely over the past four years, and the loud conversations that these people have about their customer base is nauseating: They harbor absolutely no respect for the community at large and care only about their money. I am no longer a customer at The Cup--I live in the neighborhood and walk by once in a while--and the proprietors/employees actively approach to engage in harassment and abuse toward others in the public space. These people are threatening, intimidating, racist, sexist, and generally pretty sad and remorseful about poor life decisions, all of which reflects in the loud conversations they tend to air in the establishment when certain customers are around. The aforementioned matters of fact are based on their own words and actions from inside the establishment and not my own opinions. My personal opinion is that the drip coffee is thoroughly disgusting. Take your money elsewhere!

One of the best coffee shops I've been to in California. We came here 4 times in less than 3 days it was so good. The staff are super friendly and chill and the place has such good vibes. The coffee is excellent especially the iced latte and priced very reasonably. The food is also amazing and hits the spot, great for breakfast or lunch. They also had cheap beer which is a bonus.

Fast, Friendly and helpful service even during a Busy Sunday morning! Handmade breakfast to order and great coffee! Definitely worth making the stop here instead of any of the other places on the main strip. The clients were the super friendly open to conversation from an out of town visitor.

Discovered this place after getting my car repaired at Firestone. Walked down the road a bit and got to the Cup. Decent latte. Made very quickly. Has some baked goods on display and I’ll be back to try one of the sandwiches that has posted on the wall. Outside seating faces the street and train crossing. You can actually see the ocean from the outside seating which is really neat. Seems like this morning spot for locals around there. Will be back for sure

Great and fast service! We ordered the open face Nova on an everything bagel which was perfect for me and my partner. The owner was kind and gave our pup a little treat. There are outdoor and indoor tables so we were able to enjoy our bagel with our pup in the outside patio.

The grub hub guy took it to the wrong apartment but they made me another one and didn’t charge me. I got the 2 meat egg and cheese bagel with sprouts, onions and cream cheese and it was sooooooooo delicious. I got the strawberry banana smoothie with it. Totally cured my hangover.

From the moment I stepped into 101 Bagels and Subs, I knew I was in for a treat, and they absolutely delivered! This place is an experience tha leaves you planning your next visit before you've even finished your meal. I literally drive an hour to come to this place and walk to the beach 5min away to eat it. Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are genuinely friendly and efficient. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes every interaction a pleasure. Service is quick, even when they're busy, ensuring you get your delicious fix without a long wait. It's truly a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get. Five stars aren't enough this place is simply outstanding!

Great little hidden gem in downtown Oceanside. I had the ham sandwich and hubby had a roast beef bagel. Both were super yum but would’ve liked a tad bit more meat. I did appreciate the extra onions. Usually when I ask for extra onions anywhere else they don’t do it. So thank you for that. Shop was clean and tidy. We spent $27 total for the both of us and one drink.

Very poor quality. Not freshly prepared food. Clearly microwaved bacon and egg on soggy bagel. Looks nothing like they’re online pictures. Very dissapointed. Even iced coffee was 90% milk. Disgusting.

This place had good reviews, so my wife and I gave it a try. 110% worth the trip. The bagels are fresh; nice and soft on the inside and good texture on the outside. The everything bagel my wife got was really good. I got the nacho cheese after seeing reviews, and it was amazing. Tomatoes were fresh tasting, even though they weren't in season. The coffee was good as well. A++ in the food/beverage department. Service was good. We were greeted at the door, and the counter person was polite and welcoming. The prices were more than fair, IMO. The building is nothing special. There's a small seating area inside, as well as some tables outside. It's what you'd expect for a small cafe bagel joint. Everything was clean, which is what matters. Overall great food and service. I'll go back for sure.

I’ve visited this café twice, mostly drawn in by the high ratings and convenient location near my boyfriend’s PT. First visit: I tried the bacon, egg & cheese croissant sandwich on the staff’s recommendation. The croissant was very flaky—so much that it created quite a mess. While the ingredients balanced decently together, the sandwich was surprisingly bland without the bacon. It was filling, but at $10.50, I can’t say it felt worth the price. Second visit: I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito, which was listed as a popular item on Google. When I opened the container, I was greeted with a pool of grease—not the most appetizing sight. As I ate, I noticed the sausage wasn’t evenly distributed, leaving many bites without any. Like the croissant sandwich, the burrito itself lacked flavor and relied heavily on the salsa for taste. Personally, I expect a breakfast burrito to hold its own, with the salsa serving as an enhancement—not a crutch. $11 for a bland burrito full of grease? No thank you. Service: The staff was friendly, and service was quick on both visits, which I appreciated. I also tried the pumpkin shaken espresso during my first visit, and that was actually pretty good. The pastries in the case always look tempting, so maybe that’s what I’ll try next time. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with the food, especially given the café’s 4.5-star rating. Great service, but unfortunately, the flavors just didn’t live up to the hype.

This place is THE spot for a croissant . It’s right by the police station and Pitstop Diner (with plenty of parking, bless), and it’s become our go-to for weekend breakfast. The crepes are so good, and I’m obsessed with the matcha almond croissants. They also sell whole cakes that are seriously beautiful. It always smells amazing when you walk in, just super cozy and welcoming. We love it here.

Best place for croissants and best place for Strawberry matcha that I found in north county. I really like their banana bread latte too. In both drinks, the strawberry puree and the banana cream on top of the latte was delicious and tasted organic. The matcha tasted more premium too. They have a points system after earning 100 pts you get $5 off your order.

Everything is soooo delicious, fruit is fresh, drinks are good, we’ll definitely keep coming back 😊

We have been going since they opened, so hoping for an excellent experience. They did not fail. We’ve had THE best lunches, pastries and, the cakes!!! My husband gets me the double chocolate mousse cake for my BD every year. They are always kind, and it’s such an awesome offerings. So glad they are thriving and serving our community. 🙌❤️

I love this breakfast spot a great deal, I sometimes order in, but in order to see what pastries they have we go in person from time to time and they never disappoint. Today we had an absolutely amazing ham cheese and jalapeño croissant that I hope remains as a permanent menu item. It was SO delicious I wanted to take home two more. Their seasonal drinks are always such a hit too. I had an orange peach refresher that I'm still daydreaming about. The staff are always so lovely and a pleasure to talk to as well. 🫶🏽

The Braised Beef Skillet was served hot and steaming. It was delicious and really hit the spot. Ordered the included eggs poached and they were perfect. My server, Chrissy B. was prompt, efficient, and friendly. The 70s music 🎶 playing in the restaurant during my visit brightened my spirits as well. Highly recommend!

edit to review.. there is minimal to no access to charging for mobility scooter in a safe area near where we are seated, restaurant was unable to accommodate a closer spot for us at this time despite a large area of open tables and no customers near charging outlet. also restaurant is currently no longer accepting EBT payments , sign says temporary pause. if you love airplanes come and visit! the food is great value and big portions, no crowds and clean restrooms. the women's handicapped stall was broken and I don't know when they will fix it however. I got the brownie ice cream and a grand slam.. magically delicious the staff is very friendly and came to check on me often. the music is a nice radio station of 70s soft rock classics.. love songs etc.

Spacious and clean, we liked the roominess of the oversized booth. It gave lots of extra room while eating! Food was tasty and plentiful, and everything was reasonably priced. We enjoyed Sunday breakfast here with our family. Try the senior omelet or the stuffed French Toast! I totally recommend this Denny's!

This is a great spot. I love a good Denny's and thus surely hit the mark. The food was pretty good, and the service was better than some fancy restaurants I've been to. The manager was sweet, and the experience was a success.

My waitress Diana Z. Was excellent. Even though she was very busy she came to my table and all her tables frequently. I asked to speak to the manager, Randy and she came out quickly and was very gracious. I wanted her to know her employees were excellent. This was probably one of the best Denny's I have ever been to! Thank you!!

The food has always been amazing. My husband really liked the Biscuits and Gravy Bagel. However, we did think that it should’ve been oozying out with gravy 😅. And my first time back in a while, I downloaded the app and told them that I was new to everything, and the gal reminded the checker to make sure that the applied coupon from the app was upon my checkout. 🥹 the only other tid bit I would say is that the bathroom locks are kind of ghetto, the bathroom was dirty, and it didn’t have soap in there are two days in a row. (I went back and got the B&G Bagel the next day because they didn’t have it the day prior). ☺️

Update 4/7/24: taking them down star .. One of the 2 girls who work here are rude - not customer-friendly. When I called and asked if dogs were allowed , she said service animals only and neglected to say that they have a patio area where you can take your dog. When I asked for my free rewards coffee, she refused, saying that I had to do it online with the order. Additionally, she got my order wrong and had to remake my egg, ancient grains bagel, but there were no apologies. —— Always my favorite place to visit for a weekend breakfast. Amazing bagels. Specially, the ancient grain egg cheddar and bacon. Not the crowd here, so might be good to use the app and order ahead… You also get the free coffee with the rewards

Ordered 3 bagels and personal had to come to me twice to say they ran out when they were in the case when I ordered them. I’ve been going here for well 10 years in the last two times you can’t even get a bagel right. Im done

Online ordering is excellent. They change the menu and keep rewards on app appealing. Everything bagel extra toasty with salmon and capers purple onion is the best. Open face salmon cream cheese veggie. They also have a garden veggie cream cheese. The dark roast coffee will suffice.

Great service and food. This is getting g more difficult to find at Einstein's, but this one is solid. They lost the baby high chair, but the employee was looking for it with all of his might. I definitely appreciated it! I didn’t catch his name but he was leaving around 9:30am or so and I faught him on the way out. Kudos!

Worth the wait! Einstein Bros has more flavor in their Bagels than any other bagel shop Hands Down! Get your "Best Friend" a treat and pick up a Doggie Bagel! Absolutely love this place!

First time I been to this place the gentleman who took my order Was kind he offered me sauce for my sandwich i said yes to sauce ask for mac & cheese no drink When i got to san Diego to eat I got a butter knife Instead of a fork my sandwich is dry I got no sauce 😒 like I thought I would I definitely will not be going back I dont do dry sandwiches and I dont eat with a butter knife

Delicious food. The service is OUTSTANDING! We went through the drive through and did not notice that our chicken sandwich was missing. My daughter was very sad that her sandwich was left behind! I called the phone number on my order, not expecting much-maybe a credit on our next visit. But, no! The person on the phone delivered our sandwich to our home while we were still eating our dinner! My daughter was SO excited and SO thankful. We are all very impressed with their kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication to the customer!

Went to this Chick-fil-A to order the new Honey Pepper Pemento sandwich, which I've had a few times at different locations. This location threw it together so sloppy. My husband ordered the grilled version and his was just as bad. There was hardly any sauce and it was all on one side. The peppers on the back were scraps. Very disappointed this time. 😞

After recently closing for renovation, this Chick Fil-A location is open and better than ever! So, Chick Fil-A is Chick Fil-A. You have awesome chicken, fries, drinks, and milkshakes. This location has typical entrées, prices, and decor. This location offers inside and outside seating. As per usual, the service indoor and drive-thru service is excellent!

It's just an overall pleasant experience when dealing with Chick-fil-A staff, they are polite and well trained and for fast food, it doesn't disappoint.

Worst IHOP ever!! Waited 10min to get seated. Another 10min for a server even ask us for drinks. Waited another 30min for our order. Only to get my order wrong so had to wait another 20min for the correct order to come out. At that point I'm not even hungry and just ready to get out of there. We picked this IHOP since it is close to the play place my son likes but definitely not coming back to this place. Oh and their busboy is rude and loud when putting plates away. Seems to be in a hurry and just dropping plates loudly in his cart. Like I said worst IHOP ever.

Online I saw they had a gluten free menu which I was super excited for as it is rare to find gluten free breakfast places. When entering the restaurant I had asked if there is a separate gluten free menu, which the waiter then explained to me that it was on the main menu. I had upgraded my pancakes to gluten free, and informed the waiter of my ALLERGY. Not just a preference, an allergy, she acknowledged it. When getting my pancakes, I thought they were too good to be true to be gluten free and was praising them to my friend. Turns out they weren’t gluten free, and just the normal batter. After paying for my bill, I noticed there was no gluten free charge. I had asked the person cashing me out of that was missed, and he said I was served regular pancakes. Luckily I only get minor reactions to gluten, and currently my face is getting red and starting to swell up. If you have any allergy to gluten, even if it’s minor like me and you just need to avoid direct consumption of it, I would highly NOT recommend coming here.

Got an omelette and the breakfast sampler with the NY cheesecake pancakes and sides to give to our little girls. Orders were taken decently quick but after that Service was slow and bad. Waited a good while to get another cup to enjoy the coffee and got up myself to get syrup and ketchup since we couldn’t find our server. Food came and didn’t get the pancakes I ordered just the regular ones and they fixed that on the check. Sausages were bad and would avoid them. Overall, would go to another ihop or just stay at home and make your own food. Would be better than here.

We went for breakfast the server took our drinks but forgot to get us water. Then she took forever to come take our orders and it took even longer to get our food there was only 5 or 6 tables there it wasn’t busy at all. I will not come back to this ihop also the vanilla cream cold foam cold brew I ordered tasted nasty and the foam wasn’t even actual cold foam.

**BLUF:** This was the worst experience I've ever had at I-Hop! We waited over an hour for our order. When I inquired about the delay, the waiter explained that "to-go" orders took priority. This has been a recurring issue during multiple visits. Additionally, families with children around us also waited for over an hour for their food, and not a single manager came to check on anyone. The restaurant wasn't even crowded. In my opinion, the manager on duty should be fired. To top it off, a couple who arrived after us received their food before we did.

I love IHOP. Living in North County there are so many bougie restaurants to choose from. However, more effort is put into the decor and atmosphere than the actual food and the service. That is for certain, the service in North County is very poor, and good breakfast food is hard to find. That is why when you want a good breakfast and don't want to be disappointed 🙃, you should just go to IHOP.

this is definitely my favourite bagel place!! the bagels themselves are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Ive only gotten the egg, bacon, cheese and garlic herb cream cheese bagel but its amazing!! staff is very fast and polite. there are alot of options for your bagels and have a wide selection of drinks in their fridge. 10/10 please try this place! super yummy 🥯🩷

This place has the best bagels around! Chewy, fresh, and warm. The staff is friendly and smiling, even early at 6:30 in the morning. I pick up the dozen with 2 cream cheeses on the way to work and someone always comments how delicious these bagels are. The everything bagel and cinnamon raisin are two favorites. The cranberry and jalapeno are good too. Highly recommending.

The most amazing bagels! Got a pork roll sandwich with American cheese on an egg bagel and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagels have the perfect crunch/crust on the outside and are soft on the inside. Not too thick and easy on the jaw!! We live 45 min away but will be looking for excuses to come up and grab some bagels whenever we can.

Popped in here for a quick lunch around 12:30 (first time here). The line moved quick, staff was friendly, and my turkey, bacon, bacon was massive! Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and great value.

It’s good but whenever I go, i usually get charged $5-$6 for one bagel. However there are specific workers there that I notice that charge me up to $8 for a bagel which is absurd. They charge me $2 extra for adding cream cheese when it should already come with it in the original price

Omg! I dont go here often, but when i have i get a cheddar bagel with cream cheese. This time I got it with egg and sausage! It was 😋 delicious. I got full with half. I recommend coming here whenever you feel like a bagel! They have all kinds of bagels and flavored cream cheese too!

The kids behind the counter need to do better at getting sandwiches out while they’re still warm. My order of one lone toasted bagel was finished and then sat on the counter for 5 minutes before being wrapped. By the time I got it it was no longer warm. We go here often but we’ll just make our own bagels at home going forward.

The food was okay but pretty salty. The staff was friendly, but be aware of how they word things—there are a lot of add-ons that aren’t always made clear. For example, I ordered the brisket and mac & cheese skillet, and the waitress asked if I wanted my bacon in pieces or strips. I just said "pieces" without thinking much of it, but that ended up being a $3 charge. Then she asked, "Toast or garlic bread?" Naturally, I chose garlic bread, assuming it came with the meal—another $3 charge. There were a few other similar surprises with the meals we ordered for our family of four. So just keep an eye out for those extra charges. It is what it is.

This restaurant is congested at night because it serves good dinner. Not only breakfast, but also dinner, and lunch. I went to the Denny's in Japan but American Denny's is better than that. It has American mood and American foods, that's why I prefer American one. This time, I went there in the sunset time, It's not congested, serving fast, I sit big seat. Sunset Denny's is best the best Denny's. This is located convenient location, along to main street, and close to the walmart and the Vons. It has huge parking lot.

Ordered breakfast from this location. Ultimate omelette with sausage, bacon, fire roasted bell peppers and onions, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and cheddar cheese with side of hashbrowns and buttermilk pancakes. Probably not the best omelette I ever had but it hit the spot. Thanks Denny's Team. They work so early New Year's Eve and are open 24/7.

I've been coming to Denny's for as long as I can remember, and the service has always been phenomenal. Long-time servers like Zoraya always remember regulars and do their best to remember your preferences. The food is also great, though sometimes items I order regularly get removed from the menu or swapped out.

Zoraya is absolutely wonderful. She always ensures that I have a positive experience 🥰.

The food and service was excellent today! Our server Zoraya provided us with prompt, courteous service. We ordered two Original Slams and she let us know of a special that gave us great meals at a better price. We will definitely come back to the Oceanside Denny's at College and 76!

I never go out to eat anymore but was really craving breakfast today so I stopped in. The restaurant was incredibly busy yet Zorqua (Please forgive me if I got this wrong. She wrote it on the receipt for me but I got it wet.) went above and beyond to make sure I was seen and updated about any delays. She was the best server I have had in a long time. Thank you for making my solo jaunt a breeze.

Excellent service, excellent food. This is my second visit and both times were great. Not pictured is the side of sourdough bread (the give you wheat, white and rye options as well) and the side of ranch dressing with the mushrooms. They take card as well.

Pleasantly surprised! It's probably one of the best homestyle burgers. Very good portion. I had the Ortega Swiss burger with Sweet potato fries combo. The fries were crunchy and tasteful. The burger felt like the patty was handmade. Definitely going back to try the rest.

Paul's place is located in the devil burger triangle that close to the Mcdanal's and the Burger King. Unless that location, The Paul's place can be loved many people. There are variety of burgers, Burritos, sides, drinks, etc... including Kid's menu! Interiors of the restaurant are mood of oldy's. To be honest, not new but not unclean. The door of the men's restroom is little bit old. Taste and volume are both OK.

My wife and pulled into the drive through at 8:51pm. There were workers inside that seen us pull in yet no one even answered the intercom . We waited for a minute or 2 finally we pulled up to the window . By then it was 8:54. All we got from a worker who looked up was the cut off motion as if they were done. Didn't even have the curtesy to tell us that over the intercom when they knew we pulled in. If you want to close at 8:54pm then maybe they should change that on there hours of business . Not just decide to not serve Somone because you just don't feel like it. The food is mid there anyways . My wife hadn't been there in a long time and now it will be even longer before we ever go back .

Family restaurant with boost. Great variety on the menu. Great report on the Greek gyro green onion rings. Great zucchini.

I've been coming to Paul's for probably 10 years. My absolute FAVORITE burger in Oceanside. It's a cute diner with a crew of workers that always are smiling! I always get a 1/4 hamburger combo, extra thousand islands. The burger has great flavor, a nice full bun, and always a nice cut of tomato. The fries are also my favorite! Thick cut and great with just some salt!

Great home cooked meals , healthy and not dripping with grease , the Zucchini fries are awesome and everything is reasonably priced , makes me happy eating there , YUMMY! 😁

The crew is VERY polite, and they do their best. I've been asked to pull over in drive thru once, and I had to go inside to ask about my order. Turns out they forgot about it, so I just asked for a refund. Today I ordered the popcorn chicken with curly fries. It wasn't bad, but KFC does it better. I'd only order it again for the spicy chicken. I didn't eat the curly fries because they were stale. Which was a bummer, the curly fries are usually always good, but these had the taste and texture of fries that were left out and then reheated 🤢 I even separated them from the chicken they were so gross I still like Jack in the Box, but I definitely have to think about coming back to this one.

I’m writing to share a deeply upsetting experience I had at your establishment. I had parked my car and walked in to order food when I was met with unacceptable behavior from a staff member. The lady at the counter informed me that she could not serve me because I did not have a car — despite the fact that I had just parked. What made this encounter even more disturbing was the discriminatory tone and attitude she displayed. It felt racially motivated and left me feeling shocked and disrespected. I believe no one should be treated this way, and I hope this matter is taken seriously. I trust that the authorities will look into the incident and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

Hello manager, I walked into your establishment this evening, got the cashier’s attention, and said hello out of common courtesy, it had been a long day, and I was just trying to brighten someone’s mood. It went quiet for a moment, and I thought maybe it was a language barrier on my end. I ordered 2 tacos and a drink. Simple enough. The time was 7:45 PM. By 8:05 PM, I realized I was the only customer there, and I could clearly see about 10 tacos sitting in the warmer, probably waiting to be sold. That’s 20 minutes already. I gave it another 5 minutes, this time standing up. In my head, I thought maybe I was too short, and they just didn’t notice me. Still, common sense would suggest that someone might ask if I needed help but nope. Finally, I found some strength in the name of the Lord and walked up to the counter. One of the young ladies told the other, “You’ve got a customer.” I thought to myself, She’ll remember me I’m still the only one here. I politely said, “I ordered 2 tacos.” The cashier quoted me the price as she entered it into the register. I reached into my pocket and handed her the receipt. She looked at it probably checking the order number, date, and time then glanced at the screen. Without a word, she turned around, handed me the tacos and the receipt, and walked away. I said “Thank you,” but she didn’t say anything back. *** Here is one fact that stands, the same person that served me today is featured on a photo by one of the customers 5 months ago, therefore I don’t think I’m crazy***

Got the wrong salad dressing! They also always forget to give me taco sauce even when I ask if there is taco sauce in the bag. They give a dumb look and say yes there is. They jack in the box more inland on mission is better.

Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes and did not even get my cheeseburger made correct did not get any sauces on it. Or the onions.

Worst experience ive ever had at any drive thru in my entire life order for drive thru before getting there was in thr drive thru from 2:10 pm till 2:45 pm waiting for a jumbo jack an 2 tacos, jumbo jack meat looked like it belonged on a kids burger an was cold tacos where Luke warm at best. Orders should never take this long

TERRIBLE FOOD, made me sick, puking. Not fully cook tacos that were sitting on the rack, should've ask for them to be made fresh, but they probably still would've undercooked them. They microwaved the chicken sandwich too long, inedible. They have this huge soda machine but only a few flavors.

They place is terrible. Went through the drive sat for five minutes before the took my order. I’m not even kidding. Then greeted at the window by a rude lady. She gave me cold fries. Then got mad when I ask for fresh fries and hand me the fries with her hand over the cup, touching my fries… gross. Then they gave me a Mc furry not even blend?! Yall really need to do better.

The food is always subpar, it’s McDonald’s I expect nothing less but it’s cheap and good enough so I still go very very occasionally now. When I came to this specific location they got MOST of my stuff right, but I had to let them know they forgot my drink. I had ordered a gold sauce snack wrap/ranch snack wrap meal and they completely forgot my drink. That’s fine so I went back through again and told them and showed the receipt to the guy, but one of the ladies came over and asked him what’s wrong. I said “it’s all good” and she looks at me and asks “are you lying?” while laughing so I ask what she said because I didn’t hear her the first time and she says “are you lying?” so I say no obviously and try to show her the receipt and tell her it’s on there and she doesn’t even come over to the window. She went around the corner to where the guy was and proceeded to peek around the corner and laugh at me again. It was very rude and she looked like a manager or a shift leader so it was even more disrespectful. I also had to remind the guy that I had a SECOND McFlurry and I didn’t even realize until I got home that they forgot my vanilla cone. At that point I just stayed home because I didn’t want to criticized and called a liar again. This location is terrible, if you want to go to McDonald’s just go to the one on College, or literally any other one.

When we came up to the counter to order the girl that was working tonight was packing food and didn’t even acknowledge us at all. After 5 minutes or so she said she would be right with us but she never came back to help us. So ended ordering from the kiosk. When a family member of the cashier came to the counter she was really quick to help her and her son. I knew it was family when she started talking to her. I had a $ 60 dollar order. My fries with no salt were nasty and my 2 bacon Cajun ranch sandwich were made in a hurry it was just tossed in the little boxes. Never coming to this McDonald’s again!!!!

On Aug 14, 2025 around 5:30pm a lady before me was waiting for what I see the McDonald employees is taking too long for her to be served . This woman including me for which no employee is paying attention to the front counter just too long. I finally see that this was taking too long and spoke up loud cause no employee was close to us to hear someone talking normally that get their attention. The lady before me for some reason let me go before her and I ordered an item . Then the lady ordered her item. But what I saw is that she received her order right away and it was obvious that the person serving me along with her supervisor was intentionally taking their time with my order which is just a hot fudge sundae. They were retaliating against me cause I got their attention forcefully by raising my voice cause they were ignoring the front counter and not timely serving customers patiently waiting for service. I saw that they were purposely provoking me then I demand to be refunded but again the person serving purposely decided to really slow down my refund return . I demanded her to stop playing with me and return my money and she was definitely showing me fooling around with me ,..she pointed at the cam above us like I was the one causing the problem which I promptly show the cam the finger telling them they will not be pushing me around ,..intentionally taking their time refunding my money purposely causing me to angrily reply. This was a show that the employees namely the cashier and her supervisor purposely show the customer that they can purposely not do their job timely when nothing during this encounter is preventing them again providing timely service. They just ignore the front counter cause they want to and think they can't get away with this . I ask the cashier for her name so I could get in touch with the owner of the restaurant but she won't give me llcause she knows she is in the wrong.

It's okay. The drive thru sucks. I hate the 2 speaker box because it feels like I always get stuck behind the person who doesn't know what they want or they're ordering for like 5 or 6 people. And randomly yesterday when I was inside ordering, they shut/lock the doors after I ordered so no one else can go in. Don't know if they got super busy in the drive thru. Employees are nice.

Future generations are doomed. Employees struggle to read from a list and put the items in a bag. Management, or lack thereof, has zero social/customer service skills.

I have been coming to this McD’s for years, but the service and quality is going down fast. Often the OJ isn’t mixed properly, and I end up with slightly orange water. Today my frappe was unblended ice (see photo) but the prices keep going up and up. I’ve notice the lines are not as long as they used to be…I think most people are done with paying good money for really bad results.
