The 45 best breakfast and brunch in Yakima

I got the Big Kahuna melt. It tasted good but I had to eat it with a fork and knife because the bun was soggy. Robyn had the oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it.

We found the restaurant on google search and thought we would try it out. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with a side salad. The salad was fresh and very tasty. The Chicken Alfredo was not good. It had way too much shredded Parmesan and sauce on it. The noodles and chicken were swimming in the sauce. I also found it had a taste which I can’t really put my finger on but I just couldn’t eat it. A few bites and I was done. My husband ordered the Seafood Trio which was the special for the day. It came with cod, popcorn shrimp and clam strips with fries and a for a side he had the fried cabbage. He did enjoy that except the cod coating was a bit soggy. The server was quite pleasant.

Absolutely Dangerous – Avoid at All Costs Come here if you want to risk your life with what’s on your plate. I ordered the Omelet with Grilled Cheese Grits, and while eating the grits, I suddenly felt something sharp in my mouth. I pulled out a 1-inch long glass chip with sharp edges. If I had swallowed it, I could’ve ended up in the ER—or worse. I went back to the restaurant to report this serious safety hazard and request compensation. Shockingly, the manager refused to offer cash compensation, only credit coupon for their restaurant. Why would I ever return to a place that almost injured me? I told them clearly: I won’t be coming back, and I don’t want a coupon from a restaurant that can’t ensure basic food safety. End up with leaving my number to them, I want the owner’s explanation for this situation. This was not a minor issue—this was a life-threatening oversight. Sadly I don’t even know whether I already swallowed some glass chips before i found this one. The lack of accountability is just as disturbing as the glass in my food. Avoid this place at all costs.

A charming countryside restaurant that gets busy around lunchtime. The service is very friendly, and we received a warm welcome. The food is generally tasty; our filet mignon was tender and well-cooked, and the burger was delicious. The sides were just okay. Some of the potato chips were soft and not crispy, and the fried onion rings and cheese sticks were not homemade.

I had a big kahuna chicken melt. It was very good. The French fries were those awesome extra crispy kind. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Best Parmesan Crusted Halibut I have ever eaten! 💕 There is so much on the menu, it's hard to choose. They also serve breakfast all day. And the Bourbon Pecan Pie is just delicious too! 💖 Definitely stop here and get great food.

Amazing Clam Chowder on Fridays. I got strawberry lemonade, very yummy. Fries are yummy, and the crispy chicken wrap is also ok, but it’s better than anything I can make at home lol. The atmosphere is very cozy and home like to me, love the green and brown colors. The waitress was also very nice and talkative. Overall five stars! =]

AWESOME food and service. Driving through town saw the ratings and stopped. Chicken and a biscuit was delicious. They were very busy and had our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. Service was outstanding, best service I have seen in a very long time. Keep up the great work. I will be back for sure.

This was our second time here. Fast friendly accommodating service. I had the Strawberry Banana Waffle with ice cream and whipped cream and a side of crispy fried potato cubes. It was awesome! My wife ordered eggs, bacon, potato cubes and toast. She thought it was too much food. Somehow her plates were empty before mine were. We had the same great experience on our first visit too. The only thing that needs improving are the seats. The cushions need replacing. Not much cush left as you sink down low.

I'll start with, the food was great! We found this gem on the find me gluten-free app. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy, but we were able to get a table in under 10 minutes. It's a lovely little diner with friendly staff. They have several gluten-free options, including waffles and pancakes. I had a half of a waffle, an egg, four strips of bacon, and hash browns. The staff seemed knowledgeable and understanding. They even serve GF food on a colored plate so you know it is gluten-free. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Yakima.

The food was great. It was a busy place. It's clearly a very popular place and I can see why. The service was pretty good. They kept coming by to fill up my coffee, which I'm often frustrated by in restaurants that don't for breakfast. The place was a little bit on the dirty side, I know it's old. I know that's tough and a really busy restaurant. But it's definitely a place to go and grab a great breakfast.

Good waffle the guy with the tats was exelent server.friendly hard working. His co worker a polite just didnt seem to want to be there. Bacon seems local had exelent flavor. Not store bought

The Gluten-free and the buckwheat waffles were great. Mushroom bacon omelet was a hit as was the coffee.

We found this place on google and it sure didn’t disappoint… other than the fact that we are from Beaumont Texas and can’t come here more often!! Doc had the country fried steak, stuffed hash browns and cheesy eggs….. incredible!!! Tender meat, perfectly fried, crust was full of flavor, eggs were cheesy and fluffy…. It all just melted in your mouth! I had the crepes with peaches and they were really good. We bought a slice of carrot cake to go and when I say slice…. It is more like a slab of cake! It fills up a pie pan!! It could feed 4 people! Our waitress was fantastic! Very attentive, gave us great recommendations not just what to eat, but what to explore while in the area. I wish I remembered her name. Bangs… delightful personality, sweet smile! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

The food here was exceptional and the customer service was even better. Definitely recommend trying a side of their homemade gravy with anything. The pancakes were so delicious and fluffy. If you're in Yakima looking for a place to eat this is the one!

It is good but just short of wonderful. The room temperature in the morning is very cold. I was quickly uncomfortable. My guess is they pump up the AC to get on top of the afternoon heat in the glass room. It is unfortunate. The food was good but more "classic diner" than I was expecting. Prices and overall food service time were pretty standard. The waitress was polite.

I don’t know who decided frying waffles was a good idea but… whoever it was deserves ALL the awards. Second best breakfast of my life. Second only to an East Coast breakfast, in the middle of the biggest snowstorm seen in Boston in decades, I happened to be visiting for, with an old friend (just to contextual it). So, this breakfast was still epic, despite listening to my sassy child. I also got the stuffed hash browns to try. And take home. And definitely not share. With anyone. Ever. Amazing! And, friendliest staff ever, yet not overbearing. Overall, I would rate this place 10 out of 5 stars. In the famous words of the great Mr. T, “I pity the fool” who doesn’t try this place.

Our first time eating here. We were greeted by the friendly staff right away as we walked in. Our server was attentive to our table, checking back on us often. Our drinks and food was delicious with plenty to eat. We will be back for sure.

I came for breakfast with my wife and we liked the place. I had the special and I enjoyed my meal, they could definitely go easy on the white powder sugar but everything was great. The only thing was that there was only one waiter and she seemed swamped but kept all her tables happy. I also requested a wine but when she came back she told me they didn't have it available and gave me and my wife a complementary cookie.

This is such a lovely spot! I have been coming here for well over 10 years and it has become very special to me and my family. It is the perfect place for a chatty, leisurely meal. The staff is so kind and the food is always delicious.

Review of cafe only. Came here for lunch on our way out of town. Such a great decision. I had the chicken salad on croissant with a fruit cup, sat outside. the place is so cute. The server was amazing. I told her we were going on a hike, so she really carefully wrapped up our sandwiches and filled our water bottles. Top notch customer service. This place is a strong recommend.

I went Sunday for a family breakfast and the service and food was amazing. The ambiance is perfect. The servers are attentive. The chef is killing it back there and the place is just amazing. If you're in Yakima you have to try.

This place is very cute - homey. We went Sunday at 1030 - and weren’t finished until 1230. It took an hour for our food to arrive. The food is really nothing special - especially after an hour wait. They weren’t busy!

Just a little slice of heaven. From the excellent breakfast to the scrumptious sandwiches. I’ve always enjoyed having tea outside on the patio and enjoying the ambiance. This is a must stop anytime you go to Yakima.

While driving back from the Gorge we were looking for a spot for our bigger group to grab some brunch. We found Backwoods and they were super accommodating to our larger group of hungover concert goers. The menu is full of so many great choices breakfast/lunch. The coffee was amazing and the food hit the spot. Our server was super kind as well. Great cafe!

We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from vacation, and it was the perfect choice. I had been searching for a spot that served eggs benedict, and this place did not disappoint. The rest of my family loved their meals as well—everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. On top of that, the service was excellent! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic little breakfast place. Don’t be fooled by the parking lot or the outside. It’s like stepping through the door to Narnia. You’d never guess the inside was so cool. Really neat upstairs seating when they have the staff to run it. The food was fantastic. I had a side of biscuits and gravy, a little heavy on the pepper for me, but they were still great. The Peanut Butter French Toast was really good if you like trying new stuff. The bacon slices were nice and thick and tasted great. Black coffee was excellent. Dad had the pancake and side of eggs, said they were great as well and prices were not bad at all. Would definitely eat here again.

My wife and I needed breakfast on our drive home and saw the ratings for Backwoods on Google. Places that are only open until 2pm typically have a good breakfast and Backwoods did not disappoint. My wife had the French Toast which was fairly normal and good. I opted for one of their many “Skillet” breakfasts, settling on “The Logger” which was bacon, ham, and sausage, with melted cheese atop house potatoes, smothered in country gravy with 2 eggs any style on top (I got scrambled). Delicious isn’t a strong enough word to describe the flavor and texture of this magnificent blend of ingredients. The thick cut bacon is sliced fine enough to eat with a fork but large enough to discern it from the ham. Scrambled eggs were completely cooked- not runny or overcooked but just right. English muffin was also great with Smuckers Apple Butter- after all, it’s Yakima where apples are #1. I took pics of their lunch menus because I will be back in town for a golf tournament in a couple months and I want to study the options so I’ll be ready to order upon arrival. Cute decor, clean restrooms and sweet staff. If you’re local and not eating here, you’re missing out! If you’re passing through, it’s worth the stop.

so cute and yummy! I got a pulled pork omelette with hash browns, my friend had a full breakfast. They were both delicious! The service was super quick and everyone was so nice! Loved our visit :)

We found this place by chance as the restaurant we were headed to was on a wait list. I searched for breakfast restaurants, and this one came up. I'm so glad we decided to try it as the food was excellent. Fresh made, omelets are made from. Real whipped eggs, not egg batter. I had the cowgirl omelet, and the eggs were light and fluffy. The ingredients inside were not saturated in oil. it was a great breakfast and would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely adorable little diner! They do breakfast or lunch all day. The staff are very kind and attentive. Wonderful with my little kids. French toast and steak tips were both delicious! Everything else we've had here has been quite tasty as well.

Ricky and the staff did a great job, including his little brother Max! Food was really good. Generous portions. Pancakes were soft with a nice bite; al dente? Ricky recommended the steak tips with made with house made salsa Which I really enjoyed. I snuck a bite of my dad’s chicken fried steak and it was yummy too. I’d order both again. I’ll be back!

Me and my young friend Josiah ended up here for a Saturday morning breakfast because our typical place was unavailable. It ended up being a blessing in disguise! My omelet was absolutely fantastic please take a look at the picture I posted. It was full of all kinds of goodness ham, bacon, sausage, green peppers, grilled onion, and cheese just wonderful. Topped with A really lovely homemade salsa.

10/10 recommend. Had breakfast this morning with my boyfriend and my card wasn’t working & I had to run to an atm to grab cash and the staff was super understanding & polite about the whole situation assuring that everything was fine. Once arriving back with cash to pay for our meal the staff was very appreciative and we will definitely be returning. We have eaten there numerous times and will continue to bring our family to such a nice place. Great service, polite staff & yummy food!

Just returned from Sweet Bee's in Yakima. It is family owned and family operated. We've been going there for a few years. It's always been good but now, even better. The buttermilk pancakes are the best in the Yakima valley. Easy parking, super friendly service and a just-right menu. Haven't eaten from the lunch menu in awhile but the breaded onion rings are delicious and a meal in itself. There are several other options but for the most part it's American food done extremely well. Highly recommend.

Ive been going & ordering the same exact thing from the 1st moment I was recommended their - “Buffalo Chicken Salad.” :) Tbh, only a food lover would agree that great tasting food hits the soul. At least that’s what it feels like to me. This place has my heart because of the way I’m treated. The way I hear & see everyone else be treated. It feels like home. ♥️

I’m in town for a convention and decided to try out Mel’s Diner for breakfast. Turns out it was a very good decision! I liked their decor. It looked like a 1960’s diner. The only thing missing was the tabletop jukebox controls🙂. After being shown to my table and reviewing the menu I opted for the Taco Omelette. It was made perfectly and I enjoyed every bite. There was an abundance of diced jalapeños and made it a nice, spicy breakfast. The wait staff was friendly and appreciated my joke. I enjoyed my visit and meal at Mel’s Diner in Yakima, WA.

We just moved to Yakima and have been looking for a comfortable place to have a nice breakfast in an inviting atmosphere. For us, we found it at Mel's Diner! Friendly, smiling staff. Nostalgic 60s atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful. We can't wait to go back and try their lunch. Give Mel's a try. We don't think you'll be disappointed.

We have actually made short vacations to Yakima because we wanted to go to Mel's Diner. I get the Mel's Scramble pretty much every time, but I've had a few other things too. My wife really enjoyed the Chorizo Omelette too, but there's just something about that scramble... oh yeah, it's the corn tortillas chopped up and mixed in. Amazing. And the service is top notch, it's rare any more to find a place that keeps the coffee coming; most places don't refill the first cup till they have to bring your food. Mel's understands the business.on top of that, thay are extremely personable, including the owner Fred, who has more times than not been the one to greet us, seat us and bring our coffee.

We stayed in Yakima overnight passing through and the hotel clerk recommended this diner for a meal. It did not disappoint! The decor is awesome and the staff were so friendly and made our whole morning! The food was delicious. The best steak sandwich I have ever had!

Mel's is a cute little Dinner not far from the Convention Center. We had our Past Commanders breakfast here. The wait staff was fun. Very obliging with 15 individuals on separate tickets! Nice place! Ill go back!

This place rocks. they have all this old time car seats made from old cars the staff was awesome very nice friendly and the food wow so good and the food came so fast it was one of the best experiences here in Yakima Thank you guys we will forsure come back when we come.back thru

This is hands down my favorite bakery in Yakima! It has been for years and I have not realized I'd never done a review for it. I'm a fairly accomplished baker myself. And so I can tell you from personal experience and expertise that these guys are exceptional!!! I can make good bread but I buy theirs weekly. My favorite being the Palouse (sp?). Their desserts are to die for and if you happen on a day when they're making their fresh pretzel rolls do yourself a favor and buy a whole bag worth.

I adore this bakery! The staff are all so lovely, their pastries are always delicious, and it's just so comfy and inviting. Today I went with my dad and halfway through our drinks a fumble happened that resulted in his drink spilling all over the floor. The staff were extremely gracious and quick to help clean it up and even offered a replacement drink despite the spill being our fault. Thanks for all you do!

New to town. Very comfortable and delicious place. Large variety of pastries and food. Coffee is wonderful. Excellent baguette sandwich. This place is a must visit. 👍

I come to Yakima for the beer, but this is my favorite place in town. Anything with the croissant dough is fabulous. Coffee is delicious, well done and what ya need after long days crushing beers, wandering hop fields. Come early if you want selection. The secret’s out.

We came in for a late lunch and although almost everything was sold out already, because of their fame, we still had a magnificent sandwich, coffee and a cheesecake to die for. Ryan’s place has a very cool artistic vibe.

We were wine tasting in Yakima Valley & was informed of this place. We checked it out first thing on Saturday Morning (they aren’t open on Sundays). Had a little trouble finding but gave a call and was able to get confirmation that it was behind the Chase Bank on the corner across from Olive Garden. Walking in, they had a nice seating area (even for a larger group that appeared to be a commonplace). The display cases were filled of my options & coffee options aplenty. I didn’t see much chocolate options but that was okay with me. The lemon poppyseed cheesecake was an excellent choice - prefect consistency of the cheesecake & enough lemon to satisfy me. We chose a bunch of things to take back to our group. I would HIGHLY recommend you stop if you are in the area and it’s open. You won’t be disappointed (but if you are - Atleast you tried something new)

I love this bakery. Their ham & cheese croissant is my all time favorite. It’s just so good. Every time I go they have some new kind of sweet snacks. The pear cheesecake was 🔥🔥🔥. That cherry almond bear claw was so amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop in. When you visit the Palm Springs of Washington this is a must stop on your trip.

Menus were dirty/sticky… the salads we ordered were actually very good, but the open kitchen meant that we had to listen to the very loud cooks the entire time… we weren’t checked on after our meal was delivered until we were finished eating. It was NOT busy at all… too bad, it’s a very nice setting overlooking the golf course.

After reading the most current review I felt it was necessary to also mention our experience. We were also there that same night. Me and my partner showed up at 8:15 to cap off our round of golf with some drinks. As we are walking in to be seated we are told by our waiter who was Jessica that they close at 9, which is clearly posted in the front. We were told again once we were seated. We were also told if we knew what we wanted to order since the kitchen was going to close soon. We let her know we were just having drinks. We could hear her say that she didn’t want to pay the kitchen staff to sit there and do nothing. We finished our drink and she approached and asked if we wanted another drink, which we politely declined and asked for our bill. As we were finishing our drink, she opened the door to the outside deck and yelled out that they were closed so everyone (us and one other couple) had to leave. We come here pretty often as we are members and residents and we always have really great experiences with all the staff so it was unfortunate to be treated as poorly as we were. I would give a one star review for Jessica’s service, but because of the usual experience I felt it was fair to do 4.

Always a great place to go! Their Sunday brunch is well known, but their regular menu has their Apple Stuffes French Toast, aka the most amazing breakfast you will ever have! This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. Also, Peggy is the best waitress ever! She is one of my favorite parts about visiting Apple Tree Restaurant.

Only reason I'm mentioning 4 stars is because of the food but I'm rating 1 star because I'm not the only one who remembers the horrible service that Jessica left. I've enjoyed coming here in the past with a group of gals but the last two times we all went, Jessica was very distasteful. She was making us feel as though us being there, was a bother to her day. I'm unsure how places like these don't hire better people understand that customer service, along with polite attitudes make all the difference to our experiences. Here I thought I was the only one who reads reviews. You can always appreciate honesty in the community. Otherwise great food, lately just horrible hospitality.

Very very disappointed with the service my husband and I had. We came in around 8pm to enjoy a nice dinner and our server, Jessica was very rude and we felt very rushed out of this place. I understand having a bad day at work or wanting to get out of there on time but this was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us to have to deal with. Her attitude was ignorant and plain rude. Sad to see this business going down because of bad employees, we really did enjoy the Apple Tree.

Wow!! I am in complete disbelief with the owners/management of this place! I come on here to share a unhappy review I had with a server and I go to the reviews and it looks like many people have had a negative experience with the same server, Jessica as my family and I did. As you would think a pretty well known popular business would take care of an issue like this that is repetitive with the same employee but looks like they could care less. Jessica’s attitude and her lack of care with the customers is very unprofessional and quite frankly looks like your business is losing money and customers just from one bad server that makes everyone’s experience terrible and makes them not want to go back and spend their money. I am in shock with Apple Tree being okay having these kind of people on their team. Definitely disappointed.

If you have a group, I recommend a reservation which we had. Otherwise, you can get in without a priblem. The food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. It looks over the golf course and is a stunning view. It can tend to be a bit loud at times.

Bring your appetite! These burgers are huge and tasty! And the fries are delicious!

This is a little Hidden Gem! This takes me back to my childhood in Idaho we had a college in and out place and this is what it was like this food was so good. If I am ever backing you out, this is where I'm going to stop. Their milkshakes are so thick and so good. I also suggest the cheeseburger and this sweet potato fries.

I first went into Majors the day I arrived here from Alaska, lately 2025. I had been in Alaska for quite a while and hadn't eaten any fast food other than Arby's and McDonald's in my former hometown in Alaska. Majors has the best fries I've ever had and I'm not exaggerating. I go get at least fries once a week and I love them!

Still one of our favorite places. We go to the one off Lincoln. Is it perfect, no. Is it healthy, probably not. Does it have dipped fries that are killer, YES! The shakes & hard ice cream are also phenomenal. Usually the staff is HS age, sometimes they're grumpy, but most of them are awesome & super kind.

One of my favorite local places! The grilled chicken salad with the grilled onions is delish. And my children love the kids meals

This place is pretty good. I really liked my hawaiian chicken sandwich! The kids said the corn dog were decent but they really enjoyed the milkshakes. I didnt realize they had a drive thru so if you're looking to just grab and go, there is that option, just drive around to the back. I also noticed they have picnic tables in a grassy spot so people could eat outside. Also, customer service was really great! Very nice employees who were all very helpful. The only downside is that its a bit expensive. Regardless, I would return.

Used to love this place. We were a bit disappointed. The beer batter fries are still excellent. We'll try it another day. Maybe it was just an off day.

First time in for brunch and the food was very good. I ordered the California eggs Benedict and it was very good. It did take a while from when we were sat until a waitress greated us and took our drink order. Food was a bit pricey, but it did taste very good. Waitress was very friendly.

I’ll preface this review with the fact that it was quite busy on a weekend around lunchtime. The wait time was quick despite it being so busy, however it took some time before our server was able to greet us. Onto the food: The caramel macchiato was burnt, and was sent back, however the caffe mocha was better, though it did still leave a slightly acidic aftertaste. The presentation was nice on the food, and the taste was pretty decent. Out of the food we ordered, I would recommend the cinnamon roll French toast. Lastly, the food runners were a little reckless as they passed an extremely hot plate onto our friend’s bare hands. Our server was kind and understanding, and she did validate the experience. Overall, I would come back on a less busy time and update my review then.

Stopped in on Friday afternoon. First time visit, with my mother. Pretty busy. Atmosphere is very plain and basic. They did have a patio, and if I wasn’t with mom, this would’ve been where I’d prefer. We both ordered their Cuban sandwich. Presentation was great, unfortunately it was just ok. Pork didn’t have any flavor. They do make their own chips and these were pretty tasty. Service wasn’t great but not terrible either. Just no WOW!

I had the Super delicious prawn omelette and my wife had eggs Benedict. Very tasty, outdoor seating was nice and the coffee drinks were outstanding. Totally recommend this place.

I never leave reviews. I always wonder who has time for that and does anyone really read them. Well I hope someone reads this because if you have kids you ARE NOT WELCOME I brought my friend in from out of town. New visit here for both of us. She has a 2 yr old. No high chair . No booster. No kids menu. It seems like they don’t want kids in there. If you as a restaurant choose to not welcome families with kids then maybe make a note of that somewhere so we don’t come all the way down only to have to deal with a toddler climbing all over. I saw one lady bring in her whole stroller so her child had somewhere to sit. Good for her! It’s kinda sad. The service is good. Sweet girls. The food. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ok. Seems like a outdated, overpriced, wannabe breakfast place.

Me and the wife heard good things about this place so we decided to go there and have lunch. Walked thru the door and was greated and showed to a table. Waitress came quickly and took our order. She answered questions we had of a couple meals. It wasnt long and she brought our food. The food looked really good and after eating it, I have to say I was impressed with the food it tasted good. It was just about end of lunch time and still over half full of people when we got there. We were taken good care of, food was good, waitress's were attentive. We will go back there again.

This is officially my favorite Cafe in town! I had my baby shower here and not only was the food phenomenal, the staff is amazing too. If you're looking for somewhere to eat or have an event, I recommend them! The food is so flavorful, beautifully presented, and a good price too!

Nice little spot to get your sugar on. The menu is so extensive that even the staff had to message a manager to find out what they had and how it was made. It would be nice to have a more detailed menu in the drive through. Other than that, the staff were nice and welcoming and the drinks we ordered were on point and tasty, even if a little on the sweet side.

The folks who work here always make the most delicious coffee and food. Service is always on point. If I could give more stars I would! The staff is so friendly!

I went to order a latte at the C&S coffee shop on 40th. The barista young lady took her time taking my order. I waited several minutes. There was a car behind me swearing at me and she high-fived the customer at the windows as I drove away, I felt very disappointed in the service that I received there. Then service is normally exceptional except for today this barista young lady’s name is Jaris and she knew the customer behind me and who did not order, but just high-fived each other and then he drove away . This is not good service and all the years I’ve gone to this coffee shop. This is the first time I have received such poor service. The staff there is usually so awesome and kind, except for today.

Hadn't had a coffee in a few months and wasn't feeling well. Stopped by here and got a 16oz snickers coffee. Didn't catch the girls name but she was a little heavy set with bleach blonde hair working the morning shift. This girl charged me 13.90 for my drink and sent another brista to collect the payment. My thoughts were dam coffee has gone up. Didn't sit well with so I called the next day to see what my coffee would have cost and the young lady said around 6 dollars. I will never go to this place again. so if you want a good coffee at a reasonable price I would suggest Castle Coffee. Honest place with good coffee. Always get your receipt because someone here is dishonest

I got the sourdough bacon cheeseburger. The patty was tasteless and extremely greasy. Zero flavor. It's only worth $4 in my opinion. But the service, cleanliness, was really good.

This place served the worst breakfast food and service we have ever experienced. The kitchen, servers & all staff were completely off their game today. For breakfast, they forgot a poached egg only serving 2 when 3 were ordered. They forgot ALL orders of toast (got the sourdough late, white toast never came). Ordered extra crispy hash browns, which were served soft. And HOW do you have a cook in the kitchen making eggs when they don't know the difference between sunnyside up and over MEDIUM?? The eggs needed to be flipped and a whole 2 more minutes in the pan!! We were the 2nd customers in the door, it was not even busy. Sure, it was early, but wake up before you start work and cook the food the way it is ordered. You're lucky we paid you a dime for that garbage meal!! Never coming back... Like you care pfft

This was a mom and pop restaurant. Their food was tasty. Their portions were good. The food came out super fast. The biscuits appear to be homemade. All of the employees were encountered were super friendly.

Great local spot. I've only ever had their breakfast but it's always delicious. Their pot coffee is really good too, which doesn't always happen at places. When I do go out for breakfast this is the spot I like to stop at.

This is one of the worst restaurant to go to, I ordered grilled salmon, and they gave me baked salmon, when I talked to the server and told that my salmon is not grilled, she argued with me and told me that it’s grilled not baked, She then took my salmon and took it to kitchen to grill it, This is one of the worst service I’ve ever got in my life, Not worth paying the food I didn’t even eat, it’s not even good, the salmon has blood in it, very disgusting!!! I have been to Panera in numerous times before and had enjoyed it. I did not have a good experience this time. We got some food and one of the items was a $10 bowl of mac and cheese. It was not even halfway full. I brought it in and the staff were not so friendly and they said that's what it is. They showed me that it's two pouches instead of one which led me to realize that it's not even fresh. Makes me wonder about some of the rest of the food.

In the several years since this Panera bread opened, I had never stepped foot inside. Today I decided to try this place and eat Panera for the first time in my life, since I was tempted by the big sign about their spicy chicken sandwich that was being advertised. First, the sandwich was a big disappointment. It was pretty tasteless, when I was expecting the flavor of the spiciness. The soup was pretty good though. At the time that I went, the restaurant was nearly deserted, and even then it took me having to tell to get someone to take my order, as there was no employee in the front. I'd like to think that they were busy with online orders, but still. Anyway, the feel of the restaurant was definitely nicer than what I was expecting. The place looked clean, and the little wall lamps on each booth added a nice touch. I will probably not go back, given the blandness of the food, but that's just my humble opinion. Maybe other foods taste better, and I'm just giving my very own personal and subjective opinion based entirely on this one experience and only with the foods that I ate. This does look like a child -friendly place, and the small outdoor eating space looks pretty nice. Too bad it was cold and windy when I was here.

First time here. Got the Mediterranean veggie sandwich everything was great however I wasn't a fan of the bread. I went through the drive-thru and wish that they would switch their menu so it shows what is in each sandwich. I will try again though

We were traveling across the state and stopped here for lunch. We had the Italiano sandwich. It was so much better than at the Panera back home in Puyallup. The bread was toasted and crunchy. Also, they have ginger ale on tap here. I've never seen that anywhere. I wish I lived closer, the Panera in Puyallup is not anywhere near as good as this.

Picked up my order via the drive thru/online order. Ordered soup and a sandwich - the soup was hot and delicious but I ordered a bacon TURKEY bravo sandwich and was given Ham? How does this happen? LOL. The Ham just doesn’t hit like the Turkey does so yes I’m pretty upset.

10/25/2021 (5 Stars) I decided to try the new pepperoni & sausage flat bread pizza. I also got two free items/rewards today from being a loyalty member. The pizza arrived but was missing the sausage, the staff said to keep the mistake and they'd make me the correct one - even when I said this one was fine. To me, professionalism is not what you do when things go right, but how you handle a mistake. THEY DID MORE THEN ASKED!! This was my first time to try any flat bread pizza here - BOTH were wonderful and, of course, I had plenty for dinner tonight. Note: This the first mistake they have ever made on my order. I just wish I lived closer, so I could eat here more often!! I'll be back!!

Food was average, and very nice waitress. A little on the pricey side and we had a few flies that wouldn't leave us alone.

This place is perfect! It reminds me of what Anthony Bordain talks and writes about - simple, good food, prepared well by an awesome team of people who care. 2nd time here, first time dining. Very expensive for 'basic foodservice' quality food. A waffle breakfast with 2 slices of bacon, an egg, and an added side of hash browns w. cheese, was over $27. The waffle was completely unappealing, and was the one thing I was looking forward to. I didn't even stay to finish my soda, because all the 1-2person tables are lined up with the ventilation, rapidly cooling your food and making you uncomfortable. If the food settles, I can stomach what I paid but, I think I would've been happier with drive-thru for breakfast, sadly. At least I expect low-quality there.

We Orderd Chicken fried Steak, Meatlovers Omelet, and Jalapeno Popper Burger. The CFS was so thin and nothing but breading and the gravy had very little flavor. The Omelet was overcooked and dry, and the Burger was way overcooked and only had 1 piece of bacon on it. Not to mention it was $68.85. Very dissapointed! This used to be our favorite breakfast spot but we won't be returning.

We happened upon Waffles Cafe in search of breakfast while traveling in April 2019. First sign we chose the right place- all the Sheriff's Deputies were having breakfast together. We were seated quickly and our orders taken promptly, despite the restaurant being crowded. The food hit the spot - Honeywheat Waffle and 1 egg complete breakfast. Hit the spot.

My favorite place that offers an amazing selection of gluten free items!!! Went to today for my birthday breakfast and our server Shannon made it an amazing visit! She was great with our kids sang happy birthday to me and over all just amazing customer service! Everyone was so pleasant and kind! Barely had to wait for our delicious food. Can't wait to go back again!

Angel at Waffles Cafe was so attentive! He went above and beyond for us . We were well taken care of when we dined there . I was impressed with the whole staff . Trish was also awesome :)

Went here for a late breakfast at about 11 am. Wasn’t super busy, helped right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. It did take a little long to get our food but it was hot and really good. The portion size was good also.

My omelette eggs were uncooked and the spinach and mushrooms were so salty that I couldn’t eat it. The other place was supposed to be over hard eggs. They were not cooked all the way either. So disappointed.

This visit was one-time thing. I was on a business trip for a day. I came across this cafe in the morning because everything else was closed. Around 10:15am I dine in which was breakfast time which I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a side of french toast with coffee. The staff was aware of it, gave a discount on the bill, so that was good of them. The food was alright. Items that were ordered, were served cold when it should be hot. Their prices are ridiculous high on all of there items. Coffee is not even good. I would give them 2-3 star rating. Wouldn’t not even recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

Really cute place. They offer half sandwiches, so I had the Cranberry Turkey by itself. It was so good! Reminded me of the sandwiches I make the day after Thanksgiving. If I lived in town I would eat lunch there over the typical fast food places. Service was great.

***UPDATE*** We haven't been back to Ballesteri in about a year. Trying to not eat out as much. We took our son and his family out to brunch. We were very disappointed. The service was mediocre compared to our last visit as well as the food. We ordered BLT. It came with 1 small piece of lettuce which was the bottom of the leaf rather than the leafy green top. The poached eggs weren't drained well causing causing soggy muffins. We requsted no tomatoes on one of the sandwhiches. However, they were added. We also asked for additional fry sauce, which we never received. Because of the service and food, I sadly don't think we'll be back We went for breakfast and it was great! We had the Denver omlett, and the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. I practice a low-carb lifestyle, so I asked for poached eggs with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce. They were so gracious about modifying my request and making it just the way I wanted it. The coffee was fantastic as well. This restaurant is a win for breakfast.

Their home style potatoes are the best! Would go back again just for those. The other items we ordered were delicious too.

One of the best Burger King shops. Dropped by and bought Double Whopper, milk shake, and iced coffee every time when travelled in town. Great food and service. The people were nice and warm here - they processed orders quickly and delivered to your table!

Nice building and fast service only to not get your order right. We were traveling to Washington and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat so we stopped here. What a big mistake we made. It was just a simple order for two chicken sandwiches one add tomatoes and onions the other add tartar sauce and pickles with a order of onion rings and they got them all wrong and they weren't even hot so I guess that explains the fast service. I HAVEN'T EATEN AT BURGER KING IN YEARS AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY.

I like BK, even though im not supposed to. Its definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. My favorite is the #2 Texas Whopper. It has everything i like and need with 2 patties and jalapeños. As long as this burger is served there, I'll pop up at all the restaurants just to have it.

good diner in terrace heights. the food was OK — better than most diners, the service was good, there’s heaps of parking. cinnamon roll is $8 (seems a little high), but overall the breakfast ($54 before tip) was a nice experience.

Papa Baird’s Restaurant is the best. Excellent service. Exceptional food and their three generations owned. My favorites are Maple nut waffle with salted caramel ice cream 🍦, chicken fried steak, strawberry spinach salad and many more items. Wide variety of merchandise too.

The lady who served us was very friendly. I had the cranberry turkey on croissant and it was amazing! My husband had the ham and cheese sandwich. He said it was delicious and just the right size. The French fries were really good also. I would recommend to others.

I ordered pork chops and eggs - the pork chops were like chewing rubber. My wife ordered a bacon and cheese omlette which came as two strips of bacon with a little cheese sprinkled on top of the omlette - nothing inside.

Just had to share. Was in Yakima 9/1/25 early morning to check on a job of mine with a coworker . I’m from Kennewick. I was so happy to be seated quickly and my hostess Veronica was an absolute delight. We didn’t have much time, and she was very prompt in her service. Took our order quickly, made sure our cups were full the entire stay and was such a happy person. I will definitely come back as long as Veronica takes care of us. I have to wait for my food was 40 minutes long and the waiter did not come and check on us especially refilling our water not even once. Not to mention the hash browns were burned and my steak was Absolutely raw to the point it was hard to cut. The waiter did not apologize and instead she just went and apologized to the cook. Right now my stomach is not feeling to well. Also, they gave our appetizer last and with the food and the waiter said that it was ready but wasn’t sure to bring it but she never asked and it was literally an appetizer which meant to be brought first.

Bekah is the absolute best! I’ve been coming here for breakfast dates for a few months and she always knows us by name and is the sweetest person. Always on top of things even when it’s crazy busy. Truly appreciate how she handles everything and still finds time to care about those who come in.

Made an online order a few days ago. Per the website, food would be ready within 15-25 minutes. Went 30 minutes after placing order. Only 1 out of 3 items were ready. The server Kimberly asked the cook to make the second item. She failed to notice that I ordered 3 items and she attempted to give me the online order without the third item. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the 2 missing items to be made at separate times. She did not apologize for their mistake. Asked to speak to a manager. Never received a call. Would not recommend this place.

I ordered uber eats and the chicken sandwiches tasted off and my burger was given to me with moldy bread .... nope I will not be ordering jack in the box again how can you serve moldy bread. Was else is being served expired

The food was fine but the place didn’t seem clean. One employee(dark hair/and skin tone) was nice and came over to open the bathroom door for me right away. The other employee(a blonde lady fair skin tone) on the hand was rude, when my nephew went up to ask if they can unlock the bathroom her response was “can’t you see we’re busy” and “did you make a purchase”. She needs to learn better costumer service and if being asked to open the bathroom is too much for her then maybe they should keep them unlocked.

i asked for no tomato, it says no tomato on my receipt, why is there FOUR tomatos on my burger and one of them is rotten? cashier was rude as well.

We were rushed ordering, and the lady had a terrible attitude. We ordered a shake and didn't get charged for it, and it was a whole mess at the window. She wanted us to go all the way around to order again. I ordered the mini loaded tacos, and as you can see, it wasn't very loaded. It seems these places have given up their quality for the quantity. Yes, it is the holidays and I'm sure everyone is very busy this time of year. Just like we worked really hard to be able to go eat out. We just wanted to enjoy a quick little lunch, and that's the experience we had at this location.

This was the dirtiest jack in the box I have ever seen. The service was good, but they had a worker that may have been mad. She was moving the chairs in a very loud manner. We were going to eat inside and we decided to eat in our car that person was so loud.

I love Jack in the Box it is a delicacy to me and my broke friends. Service is always so kind and the food is yummy for the cheap price and it’s a good place to chill and hang out with friends!

Dutch Bros on Nobhill has been my go to coffee shop since it opened. I can't say enough for the excellent service from the past and the present staff there! I would like to give a shout out to Janeth B, Karyn, Allison, Chance, Dani, Mackenna, Hugo, Kira, Hailey, Hayley, Amya, Deliana and Darcee. There are more but these are the recent employees I have had the pleasure doing business with. They create my coffee just like I like it and always have a smile on their face when doing it!

This is the best coffee spot in town! The crew is the friendliest and they always get my order right! Most the times it's ready for me when I get to the window.

I legitimately will drive from Selah to this place because it has been such a great service place for my wife and I (teachers) for so long. **this is not a rip on the one in Selah, they’re great too** For years now this place has consistently had the most patient, caring, and knowledgeable people making and serving our drinks at the window. Even today our server amazed me with the degree of care and consideration in my order. Bravo team. We will always be here for you and recommend this particular Starbucks above all others.

Disappointed by Policy on Water for Customers and Pets I visited this Starbucks on a hot summer day, hoping to get some water for myself and my dog. When I asked for two large tap waters, the barista told me I had to make a purchase from the menu in order to receive them. I explained that I was willing to buy the cups, but was still told I needed to buy something else from the menu—otherwise, I couldn’t get the water. I was shocked and disappointed by this policy, especially considering how hot it was outside. I would expect a company like Starbucks to care about the well-being of its customers and their pets, especially when it comes to something as basic as water. It felt like the focus was more on making a sale than on customer care or simple human decency. I hope Starbucks reconsiders this approach, especially during the summer months. Denying water to people and animals unless they make a purchase seems unnecessary and out of touch with the values they claim to represent.

Service was friendly. I find that with your new machines the coffee is NOT as hot, DOESN'T taste as good, and it takes a lot longer for Barista to serve coffee. Not happy. I traveled by car from Palm Springs to Vancouver Canada and found this true at all of your locations I visited. All 7 of them.

I really appreciate the typical Starbucks friendliness. But I have to take my time to write a negative review which is very unusual for me. I went to the drive-thru to get one latte and I was busy on my phone dealing with an emergency. The girl puts out the reader for me to press for a tip and I told her no tip just press it yourself please. She got so upset that she stomped off and a very friendly man came over and had to redo my whole order for one latte. He had no problem to press the reader. I asked if I could speak to the manager about that girl's ridiculous attitude and a lady named Emma came over and said she was the current supervisor but not the store manager. I told her what happened and she said well the headset is so complicated and she's new that that probably was the problem. I said that was not the problem and if the headset is too complicated for her to remain polite then maybe this is not the job for her to be in customer service at Starbucks. I asked if she was going to speak to her about her attitude of just stomping off, and she basically made it seem like no she wasn't going to do anything. I asked if she could relate this to the store manager and she basically said no. I got to the parking lot and figured my only recourse was to do a negative Google review and I called and got Emma from the parking lot and told her I was going to do a negative Google review because I didn't feel like she was going to do anything about that girl's horrible attitude. I asked what the girl's first name was and she refused to give it to me. So ridiculous! So I told Emma that I was going to do a negative Google review on both of them and that's what I'm doing. Very disappointed with the young girls snotty attitude and then stomping off and then Emma not acting like she was going to do anything about it. I hope the store manager sees this review. It's the only way I could let them know that this girl needs some remedial training immediately.

I placed an order online early in the morning and arrived at the designated time for pickup. When I got there, the staff member was extremely rude. Instead of helping, she snapped at me, saying, "Next time, give me more time", and mentioned that "the app says when to pick up." Her tone was completely uncalled for. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn't a priority at this location. I won't be returning, and honestly, if this is how they treat paying customers, they shouldn't be in business. Maybe lay off the coffee during shifts it might help with the attitude.

Ordered a oatmilk shaken espresso, the oatmilk was either spoiled or the carton not shaken because the milk was clumped at the bottom. I asked the barista to please remake it, it looked exactly the same and she kept telling us to just stir it. I couldn't bring myself to drink it and just asked for a refund.

I originally began regularly visiting this location as a means to use up my overwhelming stockpile of free item coupon cards. I now regularly visit this location as my preferred McDonald's in this town. The employees here have been nothing buy helpful, respectful, and kind. I appreciate them more than words can express.

The newer technology via ordering machines stood out to me. These ordering machines made a much quicker experience and really sped things up. Everything was user-friendly with the machines.

Took out the self service drinks, water and ice. Napkins available at the counter. If you want water with your meal, a medium water out of the faucet is $0.39. Also, very limited service at the counter which also looks like they want you to clean your own tables.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I’m always very disappointed. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals on the app, when I arrived to the location they only had one car in the drive through window so it was pretty much dead. They gave me the drinks like how they normally do but for some reason the food took over 20 minutes for some cheeseburgers. Then about 4 or 5 more cars show up and they get them out no problem. Once those cars leave the lady poked her head out of the window and looked shocked to still see me there as if they had forgotten all about my order. Ordering on the app seems useless if I still gotta wait over 20 minutes for my food when I arrive. Will never come back to this location.

I guess they don't want people to dine in. The new seating after their recent remodel is hard and uncomfortable. The decor is industrial and uninviting. No more free refills either. The soda machine is gone altogether.

I would give this a 1 star but the cashier was nothing but nice to me. The person who took my order and the person who gave me my order had horrible service. She was practically ordering for me instead of letting me order and I heard her talk bad about me not moving my car when I was trying to fix my things. Food was good service was not. I would not go through the drive thru again. They shouldn’t speak about customers like that.

This McDonald’s has been the best I’ve been to so far extremely clean they had table Changing pads and books for toddlers with happy meals The workers are very friendly and patient

This place has to be the sloppiest spot of all and they don’t wear hair nets no gloves touching everything in the kitchen including pulling up their sleeves then proceeded to grab food before washing hands. Ate half my taco and lost my appetite after I seen this.

This location is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to. There are employees touching raw and then cooked foods with their bare hands… no gloves… no hair nets… they are sloppy, and don’t seem to care for customer service or the well being of anyone eating at their location. How this place passes code is truly questionable.

So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn't let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it's not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!

09/30/2005 11:45 a.m. I stopped at your drive thru and ordered a "cluck" sandwich meal. I ordered Coke which you didn't have. I ordered a medium and I received a large. I asked for ketchup and got 10 packets. And the Cluck wasn't even a sandwich. No bread, pickles or sauce. Just 6 pices of chicken tenders in a bag. One of the WORST drive thru experiences of my life. And no receipt was given. I won't EVER be back! Fouling up my order that badly doesn't deserve a second chance. Fire the staff and start over. You're a joke!

We went to grab some food for us as we were waiting at the hospital and most everything food wise was cold. To start, you couldn't hear the person on the drive-through speaker. It took forever, and when we got to the window, she was even hard to hear in person! Got our food and made sure it was all there. I got a salad. She put it in the bag and handed it to me on its side! It was all messed up with her doing that. I will never order it again! The dressing tasted like chemicals and spice. I got 2 very small tomatoes! Very little grilled chicken too...(southwest salad). When I asked her what was on it you could tell she had to read a description. Right after we got our order (btw it was cash only that night). We went directly back to the hospital less than 5 min away. Everyone was taking out their food... All the burgers and fries were cold! The fries only looked like they were just dipped in the hot oil so they weren't still frozen. Absolutely disgusted at this point. No one wanted to finish their meal and it was over $40 worth of food! I got a photo of the inside of one of the burgers I will add to this! I would have driven 15 min away to another Jack in the Box before and will never tell anyone to go to this one on 40th and Tieton in Yakima, WA!! Beyond disgusting!!

Came to get the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich this morning. I ordered online. I wanted the double smoked bacon because I hate getting soft uncooked bacon. I was really looking forward to eating this. I would have gone back but I was on my way to work and didn’t have time. Yes I still ate it because I was starving but this is definitely not even close to what it should look like.

Went to this location today and can honestly say it is the worst Starbucks. I ordered online ahead and my two drinks took over 20 min to make though the app said ready is 3-7 min. I ordered both with extra cold foam and neither had it. Annoying to pay so much and have it not made in a timely fashion or correctly. Will not be going to this Starbucks again.

Clean store, nice staff, had a pleasant experience on 08/05 the gal who helped me was Amber, and she was nice and friendly! Definitely customer service oriented.

This is the only stand-alone Starbucks that just never calculates my personal cup stars into the equation. I’ll not likely go back. Shame, because the location’s convenient.

I pickup door dash orders regularly here, it's a fair wait time and the customer service is good.

Took over 12 minutes for a small order, coffee was cold by the time we got it. It was quiet and the employees could care less about customer service. I had to go ask where the order was after I watched multiple people who ordered after me get their meals. The just kind of grunted at me, no apology or even real interaction. Have been here multiple times and never had this level of horrible customer service, disappointing.

Fries here are always cold. I used to come here frequently (just picked up my order like 5 mins before posting this) and started going to Burger King because the food here became so unbelievably mid. About the only thing worthwhile is the soda.

Came inside at about 12:15 on 7/17/25 I wanted to comment on the manager working at the time. She was busting her butt to keep the flow of things. There was a lot of communication coming from her to her crew. Very well done. She was speaking to her crew in a respectful but assertive voice under pressure (which is not easy to do). My food was fresh and the lobby was clean.

We enjoyed our time here. The kids were able to play on the play place they have there. Nice seating. We ordered on the app on our food was brought to our table. Overall very pleased.

Gavin was great help! I had a pretty big order and they forgot only 1 of my sandwich’s so i went back for it, and Gavin was super nice about it, got me my sandwich fast, he seems very hard working.

Restroom was filthy. Staff was nice but chaotic. They allowed a person with a complaint to cut the line mid-order, causing the ordering individual's order to get messed up. Orders were forgotten. Drive through was chaotic busy, even though there weren't that many cars. It was a lot happening in the small space near the front counter and the inside customers paid the price. I've been there other times and it's usually a 3 to 4 star rating for similar reasons. The place is relatively nice but they just become chaotic when they get even a little bit overwhelmed

Stopped in on a road trip. The taco bell is clean and renovated, but they've not only locked the bathrooms but don't give out the code to patrons, instead the nice lady at the counter had to walk over and unlock the bathroom for me. On one hand, the staff were perfectly polite. On the other, I'm not a fan of this policy and travelers should stop in other areas given an option. Food was OK except that the tomatoes were a bit mealy

I live right up the rd from this Taco Bell, it used to be pretty friendly. Now it seems like their customer service has taken a massive dive. The food is always cold and soggy. If its Sunday and before 8am where you gonna go in West Valley for some sit down coffee? If its not your own kitchen then your at a Starbucks. At the early hours, there is a quiet clientele mostly older folks with some background music. Sounds like morning. The staff wont let you down, say what you want about Starbucks but the staff has never let me down. The coffee is good, I have had bad coffee, they dont serve burnt cardboard sour sock tasting motor oil. If you think they serve bad coffee, you dont know. Its good. The place looks good too. Not too much light, everything is neat, and spaced appropriately. But as I started this review, the early open hours and being able to sit and sip is what really makes me appreciate this shop.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks simply because it's a chain and the drinks usually have a lot of sugar. With that said, this Starbucks had very nice features: - staff was very kind (I changed my mind after I ordered and they were kind enough to change my order, no sass!) - ample parking - large seating area, plus a room you can reserve - music wasn't overwhelming

I have been to this Starbucks several times over the last year, and it is one of the nicer Starbucks in town. One of the things that I like the most about this location is the ample amount of seating that it has available. There has never been a time, no matter how busy it is, that I have been unable to find seating. The seating is relatively comfortable, and the overall feeling of this location has always been on the quiet side. The drinks themselves taste the same as any other Starbucks, at least to my taste buds, and staff has always been polite enough.

They close at 7pm next to an Interstate I-90. There's nothing east of here for more than an hour drive thru the mountains. I was tired and planned my stop here before heading into the mountains. The employees were closing up and were friendly and told me to go to the Starbucks inside the Safeway but it was also closed. The gas station coffee next door was disgusting.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and recognized several elderly regulars. They have a meeting room in the back if you have a larger group (15-20 people I'd guess) for an occasion. Open atmosphere and exactly what I'd expect from a coffee house. Highly recommend.

Very clean and bright. Was greeted by name from staff at the register. They made an effort to remember my drink even though I have not been into this restaurant for several months. The interior is large and meticulously kept clean. There are several choices of seating at the bar at end of counter, high tables with stools to match, tables with chairs, bench with tables, a conference room with large table, and outdoor tables with sun umbrellas. A very enjoyable visit.

Lady working drive-through tonight must have been high . Came to the window to pay , she gave me the wrong change and said have a good day before giving me my food . She shut the window and made me wait .. finally opened it gave me part of my order ; closed the window right away … I waited for the rest of my food that I had to remind her of & she gave me it most attitude . Poor girl needs a new job .

They dont pick up the phone at all. They don't do anything right but know how to mess up food. Me and my dad ordered our food for nights dinner and tomorrow's breakfast for work and we are missing burritos, breakfast sandwiches, tiny tacos. Now we have nothing to eat for tomorrow morning. Never ordering anything from here again. And if I do it'll be face to face so I get my order completely correct. And they owner hasn't even tried to change it. All the bad reviews are months apart and shows none cares.

2nd time at a Jack in the box. Burgers are super good. What sucked was the mumbling person taking drive-thru orders. Fix the mic's, give lessons on speaking in them, have them stand at the drive thru order box as someone mumbles to them.

I've ordered online from this store twice because it's the default for me, both times I haven't received my food. The first time I was missing an entire $25 of chicken wings, the second time I was missing a whole box of Nashville chicken, fries and sauces, not to mention I got the wrong drink too. Tried calling the store multiple times and they never pick up, this is the kind of incompetence you see in a married couple that doesn't respect each other, I regret expecting better service with my second order. Thank god I can actually expect a full refund from Doordash because this place genuinely disappoints. I would rate 2 stars just for making me so angry I stop being hungry but y'all don't deserve it.

Always great service. And always great coffee. Never Tastes burnt. And it’s always done fast. Even when they are busy. And their sandwiches are always cool through. Unlike some others. The only down side is the homeless that like to hangout and ask for money or if you can buy them something. or taking up sitting when it’s busy. Bathroom is always clean as well. Best idea for this Starbucks was adding the code lock.

I hope this is seen by Charlie. I came to get my normal drink. I was the only one in line and there were two says. One of the baristas was doing paperwork right in front of me and the other one was back by the espresso machine. When the girl asked the other girl if she could bring me up, she said that she couldn’t because she was too busy cleaning. Send since she wasn’t listening and she was too busy cleaning I reminded her about what I specifically asked for in my drink and she rolled her eyes at me and said OK whatever. I know that this specific location has had a very hard time obtaining good employees but what I experienced today was incredibly below Starbucks standards, especially for an $11 drink. I only know this because I was a manager at Starbucks and I know what is expected of employee in that environment. No matter what you drop everything you’re doing to help the customer that’s standing in line. I would just like somebody to have a talk with these girls because the customer service there has just been going downhill and I rarely stop there unless I absolutely have to.

The barista who was there he was rude, not just with me also with the 2 guys who where in front of me they didn’t order because of the way the barista was talking to them. I always like going here I get good service. The coffee is not always the best but the service is fast the price is kind of expensive but I pay for the service and there's always comfortable seats It's relatively clean sometimes the places are crowded or the lines are long but when you need a coffee it's worth it and the truth is the lines actually move pretty fast.

Ordered a Chai creme frappuccino and my drink tasted only like coffee without a hint of Chai in it. I do not recommend this Starbucks at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Starbucks. These people need to be trained properly on making drinks the Starbucks way

The female taking our order made me wish we hadn't even stopped for ice cream cones on our way home from visiting the YMCA. Then when I bit into my ice cream cone, I got a mouth full of paper that they left inside of the cone and filled with ice cream. In my opinion, that was not only laziness and poor customer service, but really says a lot about the people who are being hired and trusted and paid to serve the public. I definitely will not be visiting there again! 🫤

Terrible experience. Placed my order in the drive thru at 6:35pm and was left waiting until 7:13pm. I ended up calling and the manager who answered had no idea what my order was and had me list my entire order back to her as it appears they removed it from their screen marking it as being handed out already. I paid extra for sauces that were not placed in my bag and the worker who brought out the food named Heidi ignored me when I tried to politely call her back to ask for the missing sauce. Can't give 0 stars or I would.

We spend over 35 Dollars. We got our food and went home. We live like , 2 blocks from there and the fries were old and brown tasted stale!! Our burgers had sauce everywhere, and we asked for no onions and pickles and we got onions and pickles. This by far was the worst order I got from this location. I had a mobile order for two McChickens at 3:22am. They took 33 minutes just to give me my order. It’s not that hard I used to work at this location while in High School and we used to be faster. I will stop coming to this location.

Service was super slow seems to be absolutely zero communication within the employees / staff went thru drive through at night ordered my food then got sent to the window in the front after amount of time was told my order was wasn’t ready / started so I went back around drive thru to get an update because nobody had came / helped after that and they said it still was being worked on and after my order was finished it was sat on the table by the pick up window employee walked away with out even asking me if it was my order sat there another 10 minutes before I got my order finally after I got it fries were cold and hard I just ended up tossing.

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Over priced and now they won't even help you at the counter. Fries are always cold , wait is always 10mins plug then they just get your order wrong. Best part is they raise there prices just to make this sign and be very rude when you ask for help. Waited over 25 minutes after paying for 2 happy meals and a large fry being only customers shouldn't take too long but I just stood there until I finally asked to cancel my order and manager who was same lady who took my payment earlier said it's circumstance whatever that meant she had one lady working and 5 doing nothing. She absolutely didn't care how long it took and gave a take it or leave it attitude since it didn't even appear my order was being worked on still I chose leave it and it's sad I work a block away but this managers attitude towards me saying the time was very long to wait my family and I will not be returning.

Dining in was a mistake. Very obvious that drive thru and delivery were the top priority. 10 minute wait for food and another 5 trying to get cone that was already purchased. Staff offered to get it in 2 sec after the 5 minutes of being ignored. Too bad they couldn't take 2 sec to get if before fulfilling the delivery guy's order early.

I know the management and the owners of the McDonald's here. Don't care about customer service or if customers are unhappy. I ordered sugar-free iced vanilla coffees with light ice. I got black iced coffee. No cream, no flavoring. Usually it is not enough cream or too much cream. This is ridiculous. Big waste of money. I can't even drink them cuz their coffee is so strong. I will definitely stop going to McDonald's the coffee's not that hard and they can't hardly ever get it right.

App allows you to place breakfast orders before 11am. But if you arrive to the McDonald's anytime after 11am to pickup your order (that should've been made) you'll be denied. They also can't even refund your card without you physically waiting in line to give it to them. Wasting even more of your time. I know it's not the workers fault. But still

They open at 5 AM. If you get there anywhere between five and five thirty, there'll be four or five cars in line, and you'll end up waiting twenty minutes in line. So if you're in a hurry, plan ahead. This has happened to me several times.

I've been going here for months bc it's the closest to my job, sometimes my orders are completely wrong. I got 2 bagel sausage Sammie and they were given on an English muffin. The butter beer i ordered is usually redbull but i was handed a coffee with flavoring in it.

On the Go Espresso is a very nice and friendly coffee spot! I would recommend ANYONE of these awesome and crazy red bull drinks! I stopped by here a few times but this time the drink was made SO good that I had to go back and take pictures of all the menus and share with all you wonderful people that read reviews!

I got the pumpkin pie latte and the pumpkin chai latte. They were absolutely delicious. Much better than other places that make pumpkin flavored lattes. Definitely give this place a try if you’re a pumpkin spice lover because they have several different pumpkin flavored lattes.

Went there this morning trying to give local instead of Starbucks a chance. Order a 16 oz hot coffee with 3 shots and a 32 oz white chocolate iced coffee. Drove off realized my cup was light open the lid my coffee was only a little over half full my wife was so jammed with ice the ice was higher then the coffee should of known to stick with Starbucks hoping one closer to home would be good the sad thing is the coffee was great just if I wanted a 8 oz hot I would of order it

Second time I’ve purchased drinks there and one drink has all the shots in it. The other drink is nothing but steamed milk. They have no phone number to contact or let them know and I’m not taking the time to drive 20 minutes waiting in line so I just thought I’d give a review if they make them right the coffee is good, but that they fell off more than they should

We absolutely love this place, the girls are great, they get our drinks perfect every time and the drinks stay consistent with the flavor. We always brought our old dog for a pup cup and always cared about her and to see her. But recently passed away and they genuinely cared. Thank you girls for everything. Your the best. Keep up the good work.

So went in about 10 min ago so 1021 by my receipt before this post. Order a dbl qtr w/ch meal. Sub slivered onions for diced. L Coke. Mcflurry. 2 chicken sand with extra mayo. L root beer. Some how amazingly the entirety of ordering different type of cut up onions is an exercise in futility it seems. But the large diet coke was a new one. Along with weird taste with the mcflurry, like a bitter chemical taste of cleaning chemicals. To be frank im amazed the mcchickens were actually on the ball. Time to call corporate it seems.

Placed an online order. When I got there my food was in the back so I asked for it. The person handed me my bag and started to walk away when I asked for my cups. They handed me two cups when I ordered 3, so I asked for the third one. They rolled their eyes and looked at my receipt, which was running out of ink so you couldn't read the numbers, then went to the computer to check. I got the third cup, looked in the bag and noticed I was missing a fry so I asked for it. Again, eye roll and looked at the receipt. I got my fries, said thank you and filled my cups. I should have checked the food before I left because I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger minus cheese, lactose intolerant, and I open my container when I get home and there is cheese on my burger. Guess I wasn't really hungry tonight.

I go often for family and children so I always order the same things a plain McDouble w no cheese they mess up everytime I ordered 2 16 pc nuggets and 3 5 dollar meals and only recieved the 1 16 peice when it would of been 32 plus 12 for each 5 dollar meal. So you guys shorted me 28 chicken nuggets that were for children. It’s a waste of money to come here and everytime I have to double check my order and they won’t even let me check my order in the drive three they tell me to pull forward and every single time they mess up. every single time they always forget to give us what we pay for so I won’t be returning due to being over charged and not receiving what I ordered. The quality of your food has gone down considerably. Your service I would rate a 1 star. My order is usually wrong even after I ask them to repeat my order. McDonald's is not what it used to be. Now I will only go to one of their competitors.

Couldnt understand their very own promotion. They couldn’t quite pull it together this morning. I pulled into the drive-through line at approximately 6:50, the train just started coming through, And the road was blocked. I took this as a sign because I had been contemplating getting McDonald’s anyway, but I thought that this is a sign from above. I was the only one in line at this time and I waited for two minutes, nobody came through the speaker. Another gentleman and a car pulled up and started ordering so I pulled back around And attempted this again, mind you have to be to work at seven. I finally got my order taken, the gentleman in front of me is waiting at the second window, (middle one.) Nobody’s helping him, so he pulls forward. I pull forward. The lady comes tells me my order (or what sounds like my order.) She spoke very fast, but hey, I was finally getting some service! Paid for my meal, took off because I was already running late to work now because of this lack of service, got to work ate my hashbrowns, delicious! Then got to my biscuit, egg cheese, bacon sandwich…… I was quite disgruntled and very disappointed to find that, No I did not get that. I got what I’m assuming this is probably the gentleman‘s meal that consisted of an English muffin egg cheese and Canadian bacon. Definitely not what I ordered nor was I looking forward to. I wasted my cheat on this. I understand it’s early. Nobody wants to be to work that early but, pull it together guys!

Ordered a quarter pounder meal add bacon and a double quarter pounder with chesse and they gave use the double but gave use a big mac we told the girl this wasn't our order and she made use keep it so fricking lame

I recently went through the drive thru, ordered a baked apple croissant. They were out, I found out after our coffee came. I didn't want a different food item. They said they would do a return, they couldn't figure out how to do the return to my app, so they gave me a "next one on us" card. This card is worth $4. The apple croissant is like $4.50. Now yes I know it's only 50 cents but still why is it that they mess up and I lose 50 cents because they mess up. It needs to be the full refund amount every time, no matter how long it takes them to figure it out. If not it's just stealing.

Mackenzie is Starbucks royalty 👸🏼 With my crazy and totally upside down day I was in no “mood” Not my day…to say the least BIG THANKS to Mackenzie and this afternoons Starbucks staff for their infectious positivity and pro-social team energy! I shared personal memories of my very own Starbucks employment history…almost two decades past now lol 😂 Very grateful for these Starbucks rockstars! A fantastic and charming troupe indeed ;) Certainly a rarity to find such a collectively uplifting, humorous, and joyful countenance amidst these hard working individuals! And of course I then subsequently and incidentally connected with these great folks and their positive energy! I even managed a light chuckle 🤭 lol I’ll be back, thanks again Mackenzie and crew! ❤️

Not a bad spot to get a coffee. Parking lot is cramped but inside is roomy and plenty of seating. Also was excited to see they have different colors in the Stanley thermos set.

I have only been to this location a few time and only the drivce thru, yet I feel like I need to leave a review. Not ebery Starbucks is consistent with how they make your coffee this location ALWAYS does a great job with my coffee Gotta try the Hot Caramel Machiatto and don't forget to add a little bit of whip cream to that (heaven) The customer service is great and the workers always have a smile on their face. Very pleasant when I visit this location. Thank You guys.

My first time there I ordered a hot quad shot latte with no flavor. It’s not very hot and it definitely tastes sweet and with some sort of flavor. Maybe it’s carryover from the drink before mine I’m not sure but I detest sweet coffee and I’m disappointed.

There is a million different coffee shops around town, with the same kind of coffee and drinks but this one hits differently and that's because I am always greeted with kindness and smiles from the ladies who work here 😊 their attitude and effort always makes my drink taste better and i feel my money is always well spent ❤️

Went there to get a fruit smoothie and they used regular syrup instead of actual fruit. Huge disappointment! Most people expect real fruit for a fruit smoothie, not sugar syrups. Never have a good experience when I come here, which is why I rarely go there. But always trying to give them another shot, and they still always disappoint. No more.

May 24, 2024 at 7:15pm. The blonde girl with the black hoodie made my drink. I asked for an iced caramel latte. It was the WORST iced drink I’ve EVER had. She left the door open and I could see how she made my drink. She didn’t rinse out her shot glasses or her mixing spoon. She let the shots die. She put a shot glass in the wrong spot and one of the shots of espresso went down the drain. She had already poured milk into the cup over the first shot. So to fix her mistake, she ran a shot directly into the cup. This resulted in an EXTREMELY BITTER tasting coffee. Not surprised one of their locations closed when they’re operating with this level of incompetence from the baristas. An absolute shame as this used to be one of the best spots in town. If I had one suggestion for the owner, it would be to invest in better baristas or at the very least, re-train the ones you have now.

Slow, enjoys chatting with the customer ahead even after service has been provided for an additional 5 or 10 minutes longer, leaving people backed up. Bring back the one on 1st these guys can't handle the extra people they are getting! Even when I do get what I want in terms of service, the ingredients are sometimes wrong or there is a bad taste. My drink doesn't come with coconut but it somehow gets in there.

The coffee is good, the baristas have nice to me so far, and there's never too many cars or a long waiting time, at least as far as my experience with this coffee place goes.

The portion size was worth the money. I got the Big Breakfast Burrito and it was a 10/10. I also got the Seasoned Curly Fries. The portions are huge. A lot of places have been skimping their customers with expensive meals and tiny portion sizes. Not at Smitty's. I was surprised and caught off guard by how big the portion size was. I opened my bag and saw a 2 lb burrito sitting there and I was extremely pleased. I couldn't finish it and ended up eating it for breakfast and dinner. Not only was the portion size huge, it was extremely delicious. I will be eating here whenever I order door dash moving forward. 10/10 Smitty’s offers delicious food with excellent portion sizes. Eating here is a great value for the money.

Believe the hype, the breakfast burrito is everything it's talked up to be and more. Cooks and staff at the store are all lovely people, always a joy to come in and chat with, food is great, location is supremely convenient right near the corner of Fruitvale and 40th. Wholeheartedly recommend, there simply isn't a better breakfast burrito in Yakima.

Burger was good taters where good worth the price for the burgers not so much for the tots but it's a yes for the burger

******Update**** 14.40 for 2 little bbq burritos and one of their breakfast burritos. 90% hashbrowns! Nope still NOT OUR SMITTYS !!!!! Never again!!!*****I have been coming here for over 20 years and was never ever disappointed until yesterday! Ordered 3 Paul's, 1 small Paul and a cord of curly fries and a cord of onion rings. The new owners changed to 1 patty on the Paul's they are a little thicker but tastes gross. My small Paul looked like a McDonald's happy meal burger and he charged us 8.99 for it! Not even the rectangle burger. Not even the same!!!

Great burgers and Mexican foods at reasonable price point, clean too. Nice to be able to get an excellent meal without spending too much and going all the way into town.

Ok I went back, after saying I wouldn't. I hoped they would respond to reviews about burritos being stuffed with mainly potatoes but they did not. Disappointed again! My bad... do better Smitty's!

Used to could dine in but not no more they made the countertop right there by the where the dining room was was at and so you just is just what you call takeout food now

When I can't make it to Starbucks I will definitely be going here! My husband and I enjoy getting the caramel mocha frappuccino type of drinks... delicious! My husband actually feels they're better than Starbucks! Edited to add they are now my favorite...way above Starbucks !!! AND they serve Gluten free treats / cookies by Light Delight in Selah . These are so YUMMY!!! I'm so happy to be able to get gluten free treats now with my coffee. Can't get that at Starbucks!! You guys should advertise you serve gluten free... you'd be able to reach so many more people !!

They make a bomb thick Big Train. Chocolate with or without shots. Started going there 2 months ago and now it's our favorite.

Double Shot is great! Both locations have great coffee and super friendly staff. Everything I have ordered there has been really consistent and the service is always excellent. Give them a try next time you are in Terrace Heights or Naches.

My fiance and I ordered for pick up. Once we got to the window the lady said the dragon fruit freeze machine was down, so I got strawberry. When she handed it to me it was leaking and dripping everywhere. It was pretty rude. We then got our food, and the crunch wrap was darker than normal and tasted burnt. The five layer beef burrito was half beef and half beans... Horrible.

Stopped by for a quick snack on way down portland to soap lake. Clean in and out and super friendly staff. Bathrooms are on codes. Overall positive experience.

This is a great Taco Bell. I’ve been here many times. I’ve never had my orders messed up. A lot of Taco Bell’s these days the inside service is super super slow because they prioritize the drive-through and this one does not do that. The service is very quick inside.

I mean, it’s Taco Bell! You get what you pay for. That being said, I love Taco Bell so I’m a little biased. But this particular restaurant is great — always quick service, friendly staff, and I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our orders wrong, even when ordering for 7 people 🤯 Not sure I’ve actually been inside before, but looking in from the drive thru it’s always clean and looks good in there.

nice and friendly employees, if you are an introvert you can order online for pick up for a quick stop and go, my personal fave is just a iced protein latte sweetened with caramel sauce (no syrup)

I gave 3 stars because I got my drink in a timely manner.BUT!!! I also want to remind my fellow service industry workers aka the girl at the drive thru this morning I think she said her name was Bree? That a simple thank you when you get a tip would be great considering that tipping is optional and I didn’t have to give anything. My drink was 7 bucks and some change and I handed her a twenty and said give me $9 back. Which means I’ve now tipped half my bill almost. I get ur busy but this is the last time I tip at this location if it’s not appreciated!

Used the drive through. Ordered a flat white, a extra large coffee and egg bites food. Got a a small and medium coffee, not a flat white nor an extra large coffee. How hard can it be? Starbucks won't be my first choice in the future and if I do I will go in the store. Nuts the the drive though where it is hard to get good customer service.

Ordered a brown sugar shaken iced espresso grande automatically comes with 3 shots around $5.95, but I wanted it hot, 3 of the servers said since it’s not shaken they had to charge for the 3rd shot so about $7.00….make this make sense please?

We visited this Starbucks location on the 4th of July. It was quite busy, especially the drive-thru, but the staff remained incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. We had a couple of hiccups—my older son purchased one of their reusable mugs and wanted to have hot cocoa in it, but the lid wouldn’t close properly. Blanca was so kind and told him he could exchange it for another one. Then, my 5-year-old accidentally knocked over his hot cocoa, spilling it everywhere. My husband helped clean it up, and without hesitation, the staff made him a new drink. Everyone was so understanding and helpful despite how busy they were. Special thanks to Blanca for her kindness and patience—it made a big difference. Thank you!

Me and my dad went through the Drive-thru and the service was great and the employees were so friendly. We'll go there for our next coffee.

This was probably the worse location I've ever seen. I wanted a cup of coffee with milk. Nothing special. They wanted to charge me $.70 extra for milk! Not extra milk, just milk! Never have I ever seen this in a Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the world even. The worker says she's been there 2 years so it's not even a training issue. How do they get reported to Corporate?

The two young girls are extremely rude!! Customer service was non existent. Were bothered and rolled their eyes because I “interrupted” their convo by stepping up to order a drink.

They have no sense of urgency so you can be waiting for 10 to 15 minutes before they finish your drink all the while the do random tasks. And the supervisor doesn't seem that prone to fixing this. The staff is very nice, but it would be nice if they didn't take that long when I am the only person in line.

Love my coffee, and it's so nice just to sit down at a table at Safeway, to relax, enjoy my wonderful French vanilla, watch everyone run like chickens, and have a great good laugh,too. Because when I'm finished I'll be right back with the flock.

The manager Crystal is horrible!!!! They are always out of everything and she makes them use half of the mic and wants to charge for every pump of flavor!!! I have complained to Safeway and they have done nothing. Starbucks has tried to help but, I just won't go there, neither should u

Got charged extra for carmel sauce and syrup when all I asked for was extra caramel. Every other Starbucks I have been to has not charged extra for caramel and I get my drink and there isn't extra of anything. They were too busy to fix my drink so needless to say I will never go back to this one

The Starbucks baristas at Safeway on mead are always friendly, fast, and accurate. Lately they've been adding little messages on the cups...sweet. And appreciated. That's my dessert after grocery shopping.

I really love the coffee; however, the workers are not friendly to me. I thought maybe this was standard until I read all the reviews mentioning how friendly the service was. This has not been my reality at all. I can’t help but to think that it’s related to me being a person of color. I really hope not, but I really don’t understand why my experience has been so different from all of the over reviews - and I go to this coffee shop quite frequently. I am barely greeted, if at all. My order is taken and that’s the extent of the interactions. If the drinks weren’t so great, I would find a different coffee shop. Would it hurt to say Good Morning or ask someone how their day is going?

Very friendly staff, all smiles and happy to take your order. I had me a grapefruit red bull, looked good and tasted just right. The young gal was bright and to the point, she served me well. The drive through set is pretty nice with parking available if you want to enjoy some of the weather, as it's getting on the colder side I opted for the drive thru. A great addition to this part of town, especially since it has been dominated by Starbucks for a while. Come try the Human Bean!

The little blonde manager was very sweet and in a wonderful mood. She definitely made one of the best drinks I’ve had in a LONG time. I’ll definitely be going back. Was a great experience and I’ll recommend this place to everyone I talk to!

I sent my daughter to get drinks and she mistakenly asked for a 32oz matcha with 6 shots and whipped cream. I called and asked if I could get an exchange and Steve said "oh I can't do an exchange. You spent about 14 bucks on the tea. I could do 50% off". I didn't mind the 50% off offer but why point out how much I spent? A 7/8$ mocha vs a 14$ matcha just makes my daughter feel even worse. I've never had a coffee stand not offer to do an exchange when someone isn't happy with a drink let alone not question a kid ordering a 32 oz Macha w/ 6 shots and whipped cream. Edit - the issue wasn’t the 50% offer, Steve, I had no problem with that offer. The issue became when owner continued to state how my daughter messed up and repeatedly told me how much the mistake cost me. There was no validation or positive feedback.

Convenient location, delicious options, kind and efficient staff, and each drink comes with a chocolate covered coffee bean! Prices seem slightly high to me but are comparable to other coffee shops. Sometimes I forget to use my QR code for points and they don't have a way of going back and adding it so it'd be helpful if the batista asked each time. One of my favorite spots in town

My partner and I used to come here all of the time, we loved it! Unfortunately, lately, the quality of the drinks has completely changed, and our orders have been wrong nearly every time we’ve come back. My sister asked for her drink to be half sweet, and it came back with more syrup than a regular drink would have… then we went back again, she asked for it half sweet, and again, the same result. Both my partner and I have ordered drinks that are nothing close to what we’ve asked for, and not to mention, the cups aren’t even full… I understand as a former Barista myself, but at the same time, if you cannot memorize an order, please write it down… we do love the drinks we get when they are correct, which is why we’ve come back a few more times, but this morning, when we got our drinks and mine had two inches of room at the top for a 24oz Red Bull, it just sort of made us realize how sad we are that this place just isn’t what it used to be…

same old same old. these stands are a dime a dozen in yak and this one is absolutely nothing special. annoyingly, they’re hard to access from the st as well as exit. if yakima was known for a two things (the palm springs of washington being the first one), having generic, run-of-the-mill, coffee stands with below average coffee and about 500 flavors would be the second. obviously they do not care about covid here so take that for what it is.

**update** I hate to knock scores down like this but I feel there are some issues here that need to be addressed. One: Met the owner who casually said yeah there’s no phone number you can call which as a business is a big red flag for me. He seemed more interested in updating the web app than getting a business phone number. Additionally today we have straight burnt pancakes that I refuse to serve my son and won’t eat myself and our tacos and burrito were dry. There seems to be an issue with consistency of standards which would explain the mixed reviews. We still love some of the items we get here and will maybe continue eating here, but I want to see more consistency in quality and a phone number before I restore my original 5* review. Also our portion of dirty papas was skimpy today which is our favorite thing. —end update— I had heard mixed reviews and food I had seen to go seemed small, but when I took my family in today it was a great experience with all the right surprises. Gil was our customer service today, and gold star for him. The food was terrific and toddler approved. The price was good for the food, and they have a great variety to choose from. Plus many specials and discounts daily for teachers/military/police/medical workers are included. That Effin brisket breakfast burrito was one of if not the best breakfast burrito I have had in a long time in Yakima. If I had to get nitpicky, I am sad that the teacher/vet/police/medical worker discounts can’t be applied along with the daily discount, but that there is an option is nice in the first place. Plus their shirts and hoodies are a bit pricey but I still want one of each. I will be back. Often. To quote the wife “They were Effin Egg-cellent”.

Our first visit to Effin Egg and it was Effin delicious! We ordered the old skool biscuit & brisket totchos and OH MY! The totchos were loaded, the meat was wonderfully seasoned. The briscuit was tender it fell apart. Don’t let that deter you from ordering though. As we were entering someone was exiting and I asked how the food was and they said DELICIOUS. And when we sat there was another couple and they also said what they had ordered was good too.

Edit: decided to give this place another shot because the owner commented on this post, but unfortunately I am in the position where I need to actually put a picture of this atrocity up here. It was even worse this time and I ordered, and was charged for, extra avocado on a sandwich which boasts avocado as a main ingredient. As you can see here, there is not a spec of avocado on it. There is a bit of mysterious green sauce, however. Not going here again. I'm going to have to downgrade my review because they've basically stopped putting avocado on the bagel that supposedly comes with avocado as a primary ingredient! I've complained about it twice now and now I guess they just don't answer their phone so this'll have to do.

Had a fantastic meal at Effin Egg the other day! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was great too. Big shoutout to the two employees working – super friendly and family-oriented service. Even chatted with the cook about gaming! Loved trying their homemade sauces, they were delish. Highly recommend this spot, and I'll be visiting again soon!

Second time eating here to "give it another try" and I'm sorry to say but this place is disappointing. Not sure why someone would make their biscuits with margin, but it doesn't taste good. I know that's just my opinion since I rather use real butter on all my stuff and not oil spread. Secondly, if a pregnant woman comes in and says to make sure the egg is cooked fully you should cook it fully. This is literally the second time I bit into one of their sandwiches with a cold runny egg. Might want to educate your staff on how to listen to people. Thirdly, when you make a breakfast sandwich no one wants to pick it up and the whole thing crumble and fall apart. It's a sandwich so you can hold it in your hand and eat it on the go, not have to get utensils to finish it. The staff seems as if they don't want to be there. If you have any sort of restaurant you need to make sure you hire friendly people or else you're just setting yourself up for failure. My overall opinion of the place is not satisfying by any means and a waste of money. I will be sticking with my mocha tree and Java heaven breakfast sandwiches since I always can rely on them to make a good breakfast sandwich.

I ordered the breakfast brisket tacos, and would absolutely go back for more. If you're looking for tasty food in Yakima and/or a fan of eggs, this might be the best in town!

We went to order from this establishment. We ordered a burrito, brisket tacos, and rainbow pancakes. The burrito was ok but would have been better if they gave you the salsa it claimed it came with. The tacos had "pico" and avocado sauce.... It literally had 1-2 pieces of tomato a couple onions and that was it the avocado sauce was a few drops. The rainbow pancakes said they had cream cheese topping and it had nothing but a few sprinkles. To top it off my man went to order while I stayed in the car with the kid and they did not give us a receipt or ask for our loyalty number. What makes this the worst experience is they have NO way to contact this establishment to make it right. No phone number no email I even tried downloading the app to see if it would have a contract us and it does not.. so would highly recommend if you go here to have breakfast or lunch. Triple check your order for accuracy before leaving this location. Wish I would have taken a photo of the tacos but only took one of the overpriced pancakes.
