Absolutely loved our brunch here! We ordered the Bananas Foster Pancakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast, and the Chimichurri Steak — and every single dish was incredible. The pancakes were fluffy and rich with that perfect caramelized banana flavor, the French toast was crispy outside and soft inside with a nostalgic CTC crunch, and the steak was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier — genuinely warm and attentive from start to finish. And the bottomless mimosas definitely sealed the deal. 🍊🥂 It’s rare to find a spot that nails both food and service like this. Definitely one of Staten Island’s best brunch spots — highly recommend!

Excellent food and staff. We sat outside which was perfect with the summer breeze. The inside looked nice and cozy as well. The staff was very helpful and considerate. We got the crab cake Benedict which was delicious, with possibly the best home fries I’ve had. On top of all of it, the cafe has a noble mission which we appreciate. We will be coming back if we are in the area.

Absolutely love this breakfast and brunch place. Not only because the foods are delicious also they have a mission-The mission is to provide developmentally disabled Staten Islanders with opportunities to develop skills after graduating from high-school. I’m really amazed by that.

First time trying out this place. It’s very quiet, nice people. I was not a fan of the French toast. For me it was very bland, my daughter enjoyed her waffle though. I love what they stand for though!!!

This is the first place we ate during this week long stay on Staten Island. It is very bright, cheerful and clean. We only saw street parking but easily found a spot across from the restaurant on a side street. We wanted breakfast but they stopped serving at 11. Lunch is served from 11 am-3pm when they close. The lunch menu looked great also. My daughter ordered a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken which was very fresh with crisp homemade croutons. I ordered the loaded tater tots and asked for fried eggs on top which they were happy to make even though breakfast was over. It was so delicious! I couldn’t eat all of the tots. The loaded tater tots are definitely sharing size! To get such a great lunch with tea and tip for only $25.00 is incredible! We were surprised by how fast our food arrived at our table. The staff were all so professional and attentive. They were also some of the sweetest people we have ever met! We were treated like Royalty. Our waiter, John, actually walked outside and thanked us and welcomed us to return. Please visit Harvest Cafe, you will leave a happier person and not just because of the great food and service!

I heard about this place through a posting on Instagram, so I put this place down as a must try the next time I drive to Staten Island. This is such a sweet breakfast place, and the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They have a decent menu of primarily specialty waffles and French Toast. I opted to go with the S'Mores Waffle, and it was absolutely amazballs and super filling. I also ordered the Mocha Latte, and that was great as well. The prices are very reasonable and the place is clean. Parking in the area was pretty easy to find as well. For those who are not familiar with the area, like myself, I wanted to let everyone know that they recently moved across the street from their original location, right next to Kettle Black. I will definitely come back here again the next time I happen to be driving down in this area. And maybe next time, I will pick up some of the pastries people have been raving about.

This is my must have breakfast spot when in NYC, yes I WILL cross the bridge for Beans n Leaves. Their breakfast and coffee do not disappoint with a decent menu selection. Specialty waffles, croissant french toast, omelets, and fresh baked goodies, any one you choose is yummy. Service is good and food is prepared to order quickly. Street parking is free on Sundays and there's usually a spot or two available. Establishment is wheelchair accessible however bathroom is not, and getting around some tables may be challenging.

Friendly staff, delish coffee and fraps. Topped with a delicious cinnabun waffle. There is a lot of sugar on the waffle so if that's not your style, ask for less syrup bc it's sweet. It was a nice pit stop between church and home. Will be back ☺️

Bean & Leaves has quickly become a favorite – this was my third visit, and they've been consistently excellent! The pastries are always a treat: fresh, beautifully crafted, and incredibly tasty. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and they keep the cafe impeccably clean. What I especially love is the atmosphere – it's so cozy and cute, a wonderful place to relax, chat with a friend, read, or just enjoy their offerings. Their menu items are fantastic too; the waffles with strawberries, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream were a delicious and generous indulgence. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, today’s experience has ruined my impression of beans and leaves. I had been there several times when it was on the initial location. Now having moved across the street, it seems the owners do not care, and it also seems it is run by kids who are more focused on hanging out and being social with one another as opposed to providing decent service. There were three counter workers and none of them were competent/knowledgeable in the facilities own menu. There was a severe lack of main ingredients to be able to make menu items. After having figured out what to order due to the lack of ingredients for the following items I tried ordering “hungry man waffle, hungry man grand slam, egg salad sandwhich” when the final order was brought to me I was unable to eat the food as intended due to poor construction of the dish. I always try to look at the positive in every situation but there was none here.

We shared a cran cake pasta and the seafood paella which were both fantastic. Drinks were good. Service may have been compromised because we were in a windowless room upstairs which creeped me out. I’d go back, but rather sit downstairs.

Beso is an absolute gem! Cozy atmosphere, incredible food, and top-notch service. The tapas and entrees were bursting with flavor—every dish we ordered was devoured. The lamb chops were a standout: perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. Drinks were strong, delicious, and expertly made. The waitstaff really made the experience special—friendly, patient, and always attentive without being overbearing. Can’t wait to come back!

We decided to celebrate some career milestones at this upscale restaurant. Although it exceeded our expectations, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delectable, and the drinks were equally impressive. The service was prompt, and they even took pictures to commemorate our achievements. New York City is known for its high prices, so be prepared for a bit of a splurge.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night and had a great experience. Portions were huge and reasonably priced, and there was a nice variety of drinks to choose from. It does get pretty crowded and loud around 8:00 p.m., so that’s something to keep in mind. We had the charcuterie board, Cuban steak, and breaded chicken—plenty of food with lots left over between the two of us. I’ll absolutely be returning!

We tried the steak and empanada. For its flavor and freshness, this is a restaurant we'll return to regularly. The olive oil and olives served before the meal were some of the most delicious snacks I've had in a year. The service, by the way, is 5 out of 5. You feel right at home. It's a pleasant atmosphere where you can chat without rushing.

We stopped in for Happy hour after visiting the outlets as we have several times in the past Sat at the bar that had a decent crowd Asked the bartender if Happy hour was only at the bar and was told Yes so we bellied up and ordered a fee glasses of wine Just Pinot Grigio nothing fancy but was surprised when the bill came and The wine was full price I asked the bartender to correct the bill and she informed me that the wine I ordered was not part of the “select” wines on the happy hour menu Should she not had informed us of this when we asked about the happy hour seating and ordered? I would have just ordered the bottle instead of glasses She did offer the managers phone number but even that I found ridiculous Bartender was a new young female This is where experience matters

I have to be honest with you I’ve been going there for years. The happy hour was very consistent. Today I went and I spoke to bartender about happy hour menu. I proceeded to sit at the bar for happy hour. I asked for the check,and I notice she charged me full price for the white wine. I asked her about it she told me that the wine I order was not on happy hour. I then told her we spoke about it. All she did was apologize. It was very unacceptable. I will not go back.

Decent food, nice piano music, but the atmosphere of a diner :( Visited Lorenzo's with my wife on 02/16/24 for a romantic dinner with live piano music. Unfortunately, the visit turned out to be a great disappointment :( It's very sad as we planned this for a while and the place indeed had all the potential to live to the expectations. But it didn't :( The food was decent; service was excellent and flawless; piano music was great, the guy played non-stop for 1.5h! However, there were two big tables which got occupied with large families shortly after we came. One was just next us with about 8 people and the other was one table away with about 15 people including children and even babies. Very soon it became so noisy we could hardly hear the piano. All these people didn't care about the music at all being fully occupied with their family gatherings. And then a baby started crying... We felt like sitting in a busy diner rather than an upscale romantic place :( The setting, the piano, the waiters in suits, the prices were not in line with what was going on. It was weird. The food was pretty good but falling short of 5 stars on all dishes except soup. Appetizers Bread basket with butter, olive oil, and ricotta - this one was on the house and it was excellent. Fresh, warm, perfect. Roasted Peppers with Fresh Mozzarella - this was a special of the day. The peppers tasted fine, but were most likely from a can, not freshly roasted. Mozzarella slices were quite tasteless with no dressing on top. We had to add salt on them the get some taste. Rooftop Kale Salad - this was fine, but could benefit from a bit more goat cheese and walnuts. It was mostly kale... Mushroom Soup - this was a special of the day. The soup was absolutely delicious! One of the best mushroom soups I ever had in a restaurant. This was the only flawless dish of the evening. Mains Slow Simmered Beef Short Rib - the portion was good size, with nice presentation, sauce, and garnishes. The meat however was quite dry, certainly not melting in the mouth as the rightly cooked short ribs should be. On one side the meat was actually burned! :( I could request a replacement, but really didn't want to go into this and wait while my wife was eating. The salt level was on a higher side - ok, but on a border line. Basil Pesto Crusted Salmon - it was pretty good, though on dry side, not as juicy and tender as you would expect in such a place. Dessert Warm Apple Crumb - the tart with ice-cream was ok, nothing special. The white stuff they added around would be better off a whipped cream, but instead it tasted like a super sweet liquid marshmallow. We cannot recommend this restaurant. They need to figure out their identity.

Took my wife here tonight because I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place. The scenery is beautiful, the live music was calming, the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, the service NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER! We had 5 different staff members come up to us and ask us what we would like to drink. We waited 40 minutes for our entrees, we were turned off to getting dessert because of how long it took to get our food.

Amazing meal. Best Italian food I ever had. Incredible fresh giant scallops and shrimp in the Pappardelle. Sauce with garlic and basil out of this world. Impecable service. Local patrons talk loud but are very cool and have interesting stories. Classic smoothing 80s and 70s music on the stereo to entertain. A great New York City expierience.

We come very often. We were married at the Hilton and we celebrate and return each year to enjoy a wonderful time and experience. The food is consistent and the service is exceptional.

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Lorenzo"s breakfast buffet. Freshly made eggs & omelets to order, with sausage, bacon, and potatoes that you can add to your plate. Nice choice of bread, bagels, and muffins which you can toast up. Buffet includes juice & hot beverage too. Fresh fruit & yogurt are also available. You can't go wrong with breakfast at Lorenzo's. Great way to start your day!

While we don't get here very often, when we do, it's always a delight. We were here most recently to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, and Lorenzo's did not disappoint. The food was wonderul, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top notch. Thank you to everyone for helping give our family yet another special memory at this Staten Island gem.

Lorenzo's lives up to its reputation as the best restaurant on Staten Island. The quality and presentation of the food is outstanding. Service is outstanding as well. Have tried numerous items on the menu and always have had the same enjoyment for a dinner.

Thankful for this place for us to hang out and eat around 10:30 pm. Food is not bad we’ll definitely be back again. So much variety selections of food.

I always loved this diner. Big portions great food. For my friend the fillet of sol had two huge portions and she said it was delicious. My other friend I think had the French dip, he also said it was delicious. They threw in vegetables, Cole slaw, pickles and mashed potatoes. My order I have a complaint. It was scallops. There was a tiny amount and they were tough. I never had any problems ordering from here. I would definitely order again, just not this particular dinner.

This is place phenomenal with delicious food. Very cozy atmosphere. I had yummy lobster ravioli. Brianna did the best Job as a waitress, she easily wins the best of the Year, don't let her slip away. I will be back to try other dishes as well.

We were there for breakfast. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the environment was clean.

Very disappointed at the meal this evening. We asked before ordering if the turkey burgers were fresh or frozen and were told they were fresh turkey meat. The burgers came out and were the flattest patties and clearly thawed from frozen and even tasted like freezer burn. There were plenty other items on the menu so clearly being honest the freshness would have given us the choice to pick something that would have been palatable and enjoyable. Shame on this discourteous way they treat the customer.

i work very close to this place so i go very frequently. usually ill get a drink since i’m just getting off work when i go. same drink, same way every time. house tequila double shot mix with cranberry/pineapple. every single time it is $12-13 with tax. tonight, my drink was $33. instead of taking care of a frequent, respectful, and good tipping customer, the owner just told me that the servers have been putting it in wrong all this time. as a bartender who also goes out frequently, $33 for a double shot mix is insane! also, if you look at the photo attached, you can see i was charged for two drinks, not a double (which as a bartender, i know that alone makes a significant difference in price no matter what place it is) and was charged for top shelf when i always get house. owner told me “all the liquor we have is considered house” el toro is a $18 bottle at the store. absolutely ridiculous. i normally don’t complain or try to cause conflict, but this was just insanely uncalled for. $22 more than what i normally pay for the same drink i always get here? crazy. naturally i paid the normal $12 and left. respectfully, train your servers properly and make sure they know the correct way to put these things in, over a year of going here consistently and never have been charged this way. i really do love the food and environment. (and the convenience since i work very close) so i’m definitely upset by this, not sure if i will be back. also, i rated 2stars for service as the only overnight server i’ve had that is actually attentive to their customers is Jamie. always a sweetheart when i have her. all that said, please take this into consideration if you go here for a drink.

Salmon Caesar salad was fresh and a generous portion. Blueberries in the pancakes were also fresh, not frozen. Wouldn't recommend the burger. Atmosphere was clean and beautiful, staff was very attentive.

We order here everyday for lunch - some days it's great most days atleast something is messed up.. This time there's a napkin or wipe IN MY SOUP how a business is sooo careless with their orders is beyond me. Just like Woodrow diner this one should close down when you just don’t care about your customers it shows

This Diner is a true delight with its classic vibe and hearty breakfasts. The staff’s warmth matches the hot, flavorful coffee. Service is OK in general but that’s after you find a seat. Try the corned beef hash with sunny side eggs or the generous meat lovers omelette. Despite the weekend rush, it’s worth the wait for a taste of local charm and satisfying plates. A true four-star morning treat!

Its a Sunday morning at a diner in New York. Diner is clean. Food is typical diner fare. Comes out hot and fresh. Service was good. Not on top of me but did not come by to check if I needed anything mid meal. Not a make or break. Price is a good value for your money. I will be back.

My absolute favorite diner in Staten Island. The gyros are always delicious and they have the most delicious curly fries. The staff is also so welcoming and provide great quick service. I love to come here every time I am visiting the island and always enjoy my meal. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Can I add an extra star!?! This was delicious and just easily one of the very best Gyro platters I have ever had in my life. Period. Hands down just so friggin good!!! We stopped here later in the evening and on our way out of town and now I want to go back just to get more!!

Always like grabbing a bite to eat with my friend at the Page Diner. The diner is clean, and the service is superb! Fresh and delicious food, no matter what you order. If you are not sure what you want, they will recommend something for you. I've never had a bad meal.

Great service by the staff... always attentive to our needs. Food had big servings... to big for us filipinos. The taste and quality of the food was great for us... the ambiance was clean... though parking was a bit small. There is also an alfresco option.

Small place. We can in around 5 with 3 ppl .1 old and big, 1 big n tall(me) and big mentally ill... 1 of my party had an allergic reaction so he needed to calm down before eating j the waiter was cool that after explaining. but the bad thing was after ordering we had to flag him down too many times. Fries could have cooked longer.. My chicken cordon bleu panini was missing the sauce very dry, barely cheesed. I ordered a drink and 2 apps mac n cheese bites and wings. Both great. But my ice tea was gone ...asked for another tea and a water.. Still waiting on the waiter. We even took 2 more things home. Philly cheese steak with a little skimpy buy good. I even decently tipped 15$ on 130$ with iffy service.

When you’re looking to fill up this is the place. Always a friendly atmosphere, and always greeted when you walk through the door. Most weekend mornings are busy so get there early. this is what i ordered today for lunch. This is usually my weekend breakfast spot when we want to treat ourselves. They have the craziest breakfast combinations and plates so big even i cant finish all the food and your coffee cup is never empty. Great pricing for the service, atmosphere and food Quality and quantity. If there was an option for a 6th star this place would get it.

Outside doesn’t look like much. Inside looks much better. Food is as good as a Diner can get. Are these the best breakfast potatoes ever???? Oh yeah, service is excellent, friendly, quick! As 5***** as a Diner can ever get.

My favorite bagel place in Staten Island and I’ve been everywhere - the bagels are fresh are made on premises, all the ingredients are always fresh and good quality too, the prices are good and the bagels are always loaded. Known for their bagels, but don’t sleep on the sandwiches—this place nails both! The Monte Cristo is my usual favorite, but the Reuben totally surprised me with how incredible it was. Plus, the owners are super friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Man that works the counter with white hat at 11am on 6-17-2025 was absolutely rude to me over a plastic bag. As a uber driver I didn’t expect him to act so rudely infront of customers and other employees. Owner should have a talk with him over respect to people in the community. Makes the business look horrible.

Our family recently visited IHOP in New Jersey for a weekend breakfast, and we walked away quite pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive — the service was easily a 5 out of 5. Everything came out quickly and with a smile, which made a big difference for a group with young kids in tow. We ordered two types of pancakes — strawberry banana and blueberry — and both were fresh, fluffy, and flavorful. The kids especially loved the burst of fruit in each bite. Alongside the pancakes, we had an egg white and veggie omelet, which was cooked well and satisfying without being too heavy. Beverages included coffee, tea, and a few kid-friendly juices. Overall, we’d give the food a solid 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was warm and family-oriented, also earning a 4 out of 5 from us. One thoughtful touch that stood out was IHOP providing coloring papers and crayons for the kids — such a small gesture, but it went a long way in keeping them engaged and happy while we waited for our meal. All in all, IHOP delivered a pleasant, family-friendly dining experience with good food, great service, and a welcoming environment. We’d definitely return for another breakfast outing.

Bad service, they couldn’t apply the coins from my ihop account for Gluten free pancake, although other branches apply it with now issues. The gluten free pancakes also has a strange taste. Something wrong. Do not visit this branch.

I when on a Monday around noon. When we got there no one was waiting to be seated. A guy told us to give him couple of minute. Them a lady super nice came and she was going to seat us but the guy initially started screaming at her and me and my partner just look at each other. She apologized told us to give them 5 minute. After 5 minutes the guy came and he took us to the table. After couple of minutes another guy came didn't even introduce himself just ask what you want to drink. We both reply coffee. He came with the coffee and left. On the table they had a plate with honey and creamers and papers(trash) I guest from the people who were previously on the table. My partner order the breakfast steak and I got the Steak omelette. The food overall was okay. The pancake weren't good it tasted old also they were cold. The omelette it was good I would prefer more meat but I'm not home to be complaining lol. Now the server God!!! He never came to ask if we needed anything if the food was okay nothing. I want it Strawberry syrup I had to get up and ask someone else that I needed syrup. Later on they brought a little cup with strawberry syrup. The plate where they put the cup of syrup was dirty so I just didn't even bother I just eat the omelette and try a little piece of pancake. The music was good and the volume was perfect. The restaurant was ok. All the table were dirty because I guess they don't have enough employee. I over heard one of the server telling the people on the table in front of us that they only had one person in the kitchen and that's why the food was taking longer to come out. First and probably the last time I visit this restaurant I do understand everywhere they need workers but in my opinion the server and the manager could be more friendly and stop yelling at his workers.

We put our name on the waiting list & started to see people getting tables before us that came in after us. So we asked what was going on, the lady told us our name wasnt on the list. When we literally pointed to our name written down she gave us a table. The table needed to be cleaned off. We waited for a waiter to come to even ask of we wanted drinks for about 20mins before we got up to leave. Ran into the manager on the way out & told her what happened, she apologized, gave us a booth & had a waiter come right over. The waiter was very nice. The manager also gave us free drinks but they were small kids cups with lids on them, as we looked around we saw everyone else had regular glasses. Our food took forever to come out, we almost walked out again but the waiter bought it just as we were about it. The food wasnt even hot. I will never go to this location again!

Osafa was our server and she was so patient! We were a bit of a pain, but she remained pleasant. She made sure our orders were correct and was attentive throughout our dinning experience. She was very personable and made us laugh. Really elevated our time here and we will be returning!! Thank you Osafa!

Atmosphere: This place is very spacious, as it should be. It is clean for the most part. Music is at its proper volume. The inner design and colors are very common, nothing different. Service: Service varies depending on who takes care of your order. A lady can be doing some paperwork and going to the back. She won't even address you, telling you that she would be with you in a moment. Other employees could help you right away if they're not in other parts of the restaurant. Food: Unfortunately, there are not many positive things to say about their food. I ordered the New Pesto Veggie Egg White. This omelette was just oily with a lack of flavors. The inside of the pancakes was still undercooked. You can clearly taste the undercooked dough in every bite. Of course, if you add a lot of sweetners, you won't feel it. My order was supposed to come with seasonal fresh fruit, as it states on the menu. It did not come with the seasonal fresh fruit. If you order for take-out, make sure to check your order before leaving. Price: Honestly, I believe their prices are high for what you get. The quality and flavors of the food do not compensate their prices.

We came here for a late date night. It was not part of our plans but turned out great! The service was excellent! Food excellent we had 2 for 20 burger and fries and a shot of vodka lol. Our server was great. Very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The atmosphere was chill and I was impressed with the cleanliness. Also worth noting they are one of the only restaurants serving food after 10pm on the south shore. Check them out! ❤️

I love the folks here- So much so that I often come with a small group.. Inviting friends is something of a regular thing with me.. I grew up in diners.. this is the best dinner lounge/with more than just restaurant-diner food. It's a culinary delight! Their Dinner specials change daily.. Steve and staff, Phil the nicest manager, everyone here is incredible. The mushroom soup is a great starter. Angie was our server tonight.. music is terrific always. Live music & dancing many summer weekends. Lively outdoor area as well with a bar area/lounge. The restaurant is best known for their steaks and chops. The mouth-watering aromas outside attest to this. Cooked to perfection and absolutely fresh, & never frozen. My steaks always melt in my mouth. The T-bone and shrimp special was my go-to as usual tonight.. The steak was huge just like the jumbo shrimp. You have never tasted anythingso delicious. Also- their eggplant parmigiana was so delicious and fresh served with a perfect situation and a beautifully light tomato sauce. And huge portions! Had a Tiramisu Latte, which was delicious. I drank some so fast so the picture doesn't do it the justice it deserves... also had chicken tacos, also very good!

Waitress was great! No issues with that. We were a party of 7. Half the food came out either over cooked or undercooked. The bus boy that brought our food out had no Idea what he was giving us. Several different types of steaks were ordered all with different cooking temps and he just had no clue. Only after about 5 min of standing there with our hot food plates did we all get our correct plates. The $32 NY steak I ordered was just a ridiculously thick hunk of fat. There was just nothing that could be done with that steak. And at this point I’ve lost my appetite. I ask The waitress to please just take it away. I’m not interested in a replacement. My daughter’s steak and eggs were just too well done. Her boyfriends steak was practically raw, asked for medium Rare. Her father’s cheeseburger came out practically raw in the middle. But they decided to just eat what they could. Come time For the bill and unfortunately my Inedible steak was not removed from the bill. I didn’t make a stink. Paid it in full, gave the waitress a very nice tip and left. I would never eat there again. For a $300 bill, half the food was cooked incorrectly. The piece of steak I was given clearly looked gross. Yet they served it to me anyway. No thank you!

Very welcoming, our waiter was fantastic! We came with our two children and they were given little muffins and fruit before we ordered. AMAZING. Very comforting for two hungry toddlers. Anyone traveling/going out with kids can imagine what a huge help that was! The kids menu was great, everyone left full. They were even given balloons on the way out. I rarely leave reviews but this was really special. 5/5, thanks so much!

I never really write reviews, but I felt like I had to after our experience here. The food was very good and came out super quick. Our waitress Erin was excellent. The young lady Emma was so welcoming and went out of her way to give us information about their Tuesday and Friday kids night and movie night, which was super helpful since we were looking for something fun to do with our grandkids for the summer. Wonderful atmosphere, the bus boy’s were even asking us if we needed anything and the gentleman who brought out our food was very friendly. We had a great experience. We'll definitely be coming back!

We've gone many times and have never left disappointed! It is not only clean, but the staff is very welcoming, and there is a wide variety of great-tasting food that pleases everyone in the family...even the picky kids (which is always a bonus!)

I totally recommend this place! The food was really good — like, really tasty. My boyfriend and I ordered a burger and the Cuban sandwich, and we were both completely full afterward. One thing that mattered to me was whether they serve real maple syrup with the Belgian waffles — and they do! Big win for me. As for the place itself, it's super clean and well-kept, kind of a classic diner vibe. It was just really nice to be there. Another plus — they let us take all the butter from the table to go, which was a small thing but still appreciated. The total for the two of us came out to $50, which I think is pretty reasonable.

Went here on Good Friday 2025 for breakfast. Chose this since it had high ratings and we were visiting Staten Island. It’s a regular diner. Nothing fancy but it works. Good menu selection. I liked the vegetable omelette. My husband was not thrilled about the eggs benedict with salmon and expected better taste. I expected better waffles somehow. Not great but decent food. Seems like many locals come here. Decent service. Their restaurant signage could use some repair. Since parking was limited, you can opt for street parking.

I've only been to Staten Island a couple of times, but Andrew's Diner always delivers that classic diner vibe. Both visits were super busy, yet we walked right in—no wait! The portions are huge, seriously, I can never finish everything. One time, I had waffles with turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. Those waffles were perfect: crispy outside, fluffy inside. They even had sugar-free syrup when I asked, which was great. Another time, I tried the pastrami omelette, and wow, it was massive! Easily enough for more than 1 person, especially with the side of home fries. Next time I'm in Staten Island, I'm definitely hitting up Andrew's Diner for breakfast.

Inspired by Australian café culture, it offers a cozy yet elevated experience—you’re warmly greeted and seated upon entry, which adds a nice, refined touch without being overly formal. My husband and I ordered a latte and an espresso to start, along with the Breakfast Bowl and the BL Big Brekkie. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced overall. However, I did find the poached eggs a bit inconsistent—some were perfectly jammy while others leaned toward overdone. The Breakfast Bowl had a vibrant mix of ingredients, but the lemon-based vinaigrette was a little too citrus-forward for my taste. If you’re sensitive to acidic flavors, I’d recommend asking for the dressing on the side or choosing an alternative. Despite that, the ambiance, service, and presentation made for a lovely experience. Their drink menu is aesthetically pleasing—with colorful matcha lattes, smoothies, and more that I’m already planning to try next time. Bluestone Lane is an incredibly nice cafe for breakfast or brunch. They offer dine in or take out. Comfortable seating with table service. Our waiter was friendly and provided excellent service. They have a nice offering of hot and cold beverages including protein drinks and fruit smoothies. I had the banana bread and my wife had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant 🥐. The peanut butter blueberry smoothie was fantastic as was the pumpkin latte. This is our new favorite breakfast place in Dumbo, and we will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for Brunch.✨I fell inlove with Bluestone when I visited the one they have near Central Park but I read this one was even better and completely lived for the hype and high expectations. Such a disrespectful service! We came here just for coffee and drinks, there were five of us, and the staff got upset and disrespectful because we didn’t order food! That was shocking and very disappointing, especially since it was our first time here. They also brought our orders one by one instead of serving them together, which made the experience even worse. The service was not nice or respectful at all. There are so many other cafés around, and it’s really strange for a place to treat customers this way. Definitely not coming back.

Bryson was incredibly nice and made my day! And honestly the food was amazing. I had their soft chili scramble w avocado and it was 10/10 adding bacon on it made it even better. Also try their seasonal pumpkin cloud cold brew (Bryson’s rec) and that was pretty bomb too. 1000000/10 for the service!! We went last night for my sister's birthday, and the food was atrocious. The lobster bisque tasted like baby food. The Ruben had a funny taste to it, the salad was gross. Mind you there were ten of us, and we each had a problem with our dinners. The food was not fresh at all. At this rate going to McDonald's would have been better. 400.00 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My son is new to SI attending Wagner College so we had a scheduled visit and decided to take him out to breakfast. 1 of the college security recommended this diner. We showed up and were escorted to our table. The server was great. He offered us coffee immediately and fruits while we decided on our meal. The server took our order and the meal was out quickly. I judged breakfast at a diner by the waffle and this waffle was nice and fluffy. Would definitely return when im on SI.

Table of 2 adults, 1 child. Ordered basic menu items, nothing special or fancy. 2 tables came in after we ordered, 1 party of 2 and 1 party of 3. We were served our drinks and that's it! BOTH of the other tables were served their food BEFORE us, with similar items ordered! THEN they had the NERVE to charge us $11 for a child's coke, a raspberry iced tea and a ginger ale!!! Will NEVER go there again!! Don't advise others to if you want your "brunch time" food before dinnertime!!🤬 It was NOT busy at ALL, either!!

The service was horrendous and the lettuce and tomato they put on the plate looked so wilted and gross. Food was dropped and that was it never saw waiter again the bus boy was better than the waiter. He should have been the one who got the tip. After this experience, I think the hylan diner is going to be my next stop as opposed to this place. When I paid the bill I mentioned it. She paid no attention to me whatsoever horrible customer service. For $50 bill should have been a little bit more attentive. At least guided me a water or a soda. Like really. I had to ask bus boy

I used to live on Staten Island and loved going to the Colonnade diner when I lived there. I recently drove from NJ to visit my parents, who still go to this lovely diner. I can't say enough good things about the friendly staff and delicious food. The diner is clean, and I love the 80s/90s music in the background. The diner is one of a kind and just as I remembered it. Robert was fantastic and very helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Had a wonderful breakfast! They open at 7 am and the place was still quiet. It was a pleasant time, the waitress is attentive and fast. Food is good, we ordered pancakes and thick french toast!

Very friendly restaurant with excellent food and service! George, the owner, is such a sweetheart—our son loves him! We always order the scrambled eggs with potatoes, peppers, onions, and white toast, plus a pancake for the kid. The coffee is great too! It’s a cozy neighborhood spot, so it does get busy on weekends, but the wait is never too long and always worth it. Highly recommend, and we’ll keep coming back!

It's a popular neighborhood diner that serves delicious food with excellent service and reasonable prices. I tried their chicken soup and rice with mushrooms and sausages, and they were flavorful and satisfying. The portion size was quite generous as well. I definitely plan on visiting the place again when I'm in the area.

Honestly I'm about to purposefully date myself if you remember the TV show Cheers this is Island coffee shop where everyone knows your name regulars come by all the time. And the prices especially for a weekend breakfast are phenomenal you won't find these prices anywhere anymore and that's where he is a very smart businessman. Kudos to George for keeping a community together always.

First time trying this place. Overall it was a good experience. The place is very clean. Staff could definitely be a tad more welcoming but it’s not a deal breaker. They were there and attentive. No smile, no small talk, no suggestions. I get they are a busy place but the slightest bit of friendliness goes a long way. Our drinks (lattes and orange juice) were great and we all got different omelets that were also very good. The potatoes were a favorite and the portions are big. We probably could’ve shared.

We got up late and wanted Brunch. I checked Google maps and Pegasus Brooklyn was rated high. Although it was away from our direction of travel we decided to give it a try. Boy was that the right choice! My wife ordered Sunny and Kale and I the Bananas Foster French Toast. Both were delicious. The service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and try Pegasus Brooklyn.

The diner/restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare primarily eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, salads, sandwiches, soups, burgers, wraps and beverages. I ordered the western omelet with hash browns and toast. The hash browns were salty and overcooked. The toast was hard and chewy. The pancakes were light and fluffy but small. The iced coffee needed more milk and was darker than others. Friendly and helpful staff.

Food was good, waffle and chicken was on point and fluffy. Kick axx egg Benedict with bacon was good, wish the ciabatta would hold up more, but the time I got it, it was too wet to hold its texture. Omelette was light and fresh, so customers can adjust the sodium level themselves, I like that. We had cold brew coffee, had mine black, and it was good, acidity and taste were balanced. Our server was friendly and attentive. Would recommend this place for brunch, price is good for the portion received. Wish it was closer to home, def will be a spot I would frequent. Our wait time to be seated on a Saturday around 11 am was 40 minutes.

Pegasus Brooklyn is truly a local gem. Every time I walk in, it feels like family — warm, welcoming, and homey in the best way. The breakfast here is absolutely premium, with dishes that make every visit feel like a special occasion. It’s a small, cozy spot, so I definitely recommend calling ahead, but it’s hands down my go-to place whenever I want to enjoy a top-notch breakfast with my family.

I was craving IHOP. hubby and I went there. It was packed. However, the service was still good for the number of people i saw inside. All the tables were full of people. My waitress Ashley was the best. She was very sweet and patient with our orders. I enjoyed my food. I love their dulce de leche pancakes😋😋, never disappoints. The breakfast always hits the spot, and I like their portions. I had the spinach & mushroom omelette. It was delicious. The only thing i didn't like was the strawberry lemonade. The taste has changed. There was no strawberry in the juice like it used to. Besides the juice, i was really satisfied.

We are very disappointed. We came for my son's graduation. First, the pancakes were not good, they were not fluffy, they were dry, they were small, and they tasted really bad, like pure flour... not even the children ate their pancakes... the food was very small, not even one person could eat that portion, it was enough for a child... the coffee was too light... and for the amount of food they served, it was too expensive... the service from the girl who served us was excellent and very kind. Her name is Raquel M. Thanks to her, we stayed to finish the unpleasant experience... indeed, we will not return.

I was forced to come here because of previous poor service and higher prices. This time a very warm welcoming lady named Anna greeted my family at the door, seated us, and served us till the end. The food was as expected, not amazing but good enough. But Anna was very friendly and attentive to everyone including the many other tables she was serving. Despite the resturant being packed with barley any seats left, she helped everyone with great service and a smile.

Our waitress, Laurie, was very sweet, kind, and tried her best to remedy the unfortunately poor food quality. The new breakfast burrito item felt lacking in the ingredients; the sausage and bacon were small bit sized and definitely didn't feel as advertised in terms of quantity. The hash brown was also extremely burnt, hard, and stale, which ruined the burrito and made an unappetizing side (which is evident in the video how hard and inedible it was). Laurie was kind enough to give me a new side, and her friendly service is what saved this unpleasant experience. Furthermore, the coffee was burnt due to being on the heater for too long, which further detracted from its enjoyability. Definitely don't get the burrito! I’ve been to this ihop a handful of times and while the food is usually good the service could be so much better. Today one server was absolutely atrocious. Me, my husband and my daughter went to go enjoy a meal out. The server who seated us was a very nice guy and said our server will be right with us. The restaurant was half empty so a server coming to take our order shouldn’t have been a problem. Me and my family were sitting for 15 minutes without a server coming over, no water, no drink order, nothing. I asked one of the girl servers who was very nice if she was able to send our server over. She approached a young gentleman and let him know, he passed us five more times. Did not come over to take our order. Me and my family just left. I told him “we left the menus and the silverware on the table” he responds with “no problem”. Not an I’m sorry for the wait, no response, nothing. He didn’t care one bit that they just lost a customer. Very upsetting especially when you go out for a meal nowadays.

The staff is wonderful. I am grateful for the service and for their welcoming attitude But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. My appeal to the owner: please, your establishment urgently needs renovation. Keep the retro concept if you wish, it has charm, but at least repair the ceiling, which is literally falling apart. Please also stop cutting corners on quality. I came specifically for waffles with syrup and was immediately disappointed when I saw the plastic single serve containers of high fructose corn syrup on my plate. This is not acceptable. When you start saving on such basic things, it shows a lack of respect for your guests. Objectively speaking, this place is in worse condition than many similar venues in the area. It’s hard to recommend it in its current state. And that’s a real shame, because it has great potential. But something needs to change and soon or this place risks fading away entirely.

Food is amazing and with decent portions. I would say this is a 10/10 restaurant in terms of food quality and quantity and the prices are spot on. Friendly staff and very helpful. Free parking at the rear of the diner makes things easy as well. I have tried the big boy breakfast in the morning and the cheese burger meal at night and being a 230lb male, I can take a lot of food. At both times I was more than full by the time I finished my plate. Highly recommended.

Went for a quick meal before my club meeting. Had a very good greek salad with grilled chicken. Service is good with attentive servers asking if you need anything. Atmosphere is that of a typical NY/NJ diner not unique but clean and inviting. I don't eat dessert (diabetic) but they variety cakes and pies is impressive!

This diner has been around, nostalgic. Has a juke box in the booth sitting and chairs and tables. Easy access for handicap. Food was hot on arrival, worth the wait. Pricing reasonable, plenty of parking. Very nice to enjoy a meal with a friend, or large family, or love one. Very respectful, and clean. Thanks

Not the same anymore. Says 24/7 that’s a lie. Food for some reason takes too long to make and always comes out cold. Today was my last day back. Haven’t been here in a while took a hiatus from the last time I was here to see if the improvement has happened sadly it hasn’t. Please discuss with the chef to notify the the waitresses in an orderly so the food hits the tables smoking hot where I can see the smoke coming off of my food. The food is always excellent! A comfort place for our family 10/10 breakfast is our favorite with the Greek omelette. For dinner the burgers are delicious!

THE ONLY reason I even gave 3 stars was because the amazing women that work here. The owner “z” decided in front of the whole diner to yell at a female waitress instead of taking her to the side to discuss the miscommunication. Everyone that heard him (which was loud enough for the whole place) was in absolute disgust. This will be the last time myself, my table and I’m sure everyone else that was in here eating at this diner ever again. No respect for women or their employees here. Your actions on how you treat your employees reflects on your business. DISGUSTING. Ruined our whole meal.

The restaurant offers an extensive selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and even oysters, all of which are made with high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared by a skilled chef. When you order the sushi combo, you might want to specify whether you would prefer more rolls or more sashimi. Tokyo Sushi also offers a range of other Japanese dishes, including ramen and udon. The udon is a great finish to the filling meal. I highly recommend Tokyo Sushi if you're in the area!

I have been coming here for 30+ years. Moved out of state and now in WNC. But every time I come back to Staten Island, This is the place to go. They take personal pride in preparing the best Sushi consistently for over 30 years. I love that this is a family business and can't say enough great things about the meals.

One of my most favorite restaurants on the island. I've been coming here for years, ever since I was in grade school up the block. The vegetable dressing is amazing, I could honestly drink it. And the bibimbop was my first ever experience in the dish and I've loved it since. The service is great and it's pretty spacious in there with good seating. A nice little gem in SI.

Great experience, never had a Korean barbeque before. Food was delicious. We had the ribs bbq and the steak bbq. We loved it! We also had sushi. Service was amazing. There was also music. A guy singing and playing the piano. Will definitely go back again

I had almost given up on finding good Turkish food in New York until I came across Riva. This place completely changed my mind. Cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality, and truly authentic flavors. We had the shepherd’s salad, mixed grill, and liver and let me just say, the liver was some of the best I’ve ever had. Every dish was full of flavor and prepared to perfection. The künefe tasted just like it does back in Turkey, which is hard to come by. As a Turkish person, I can finally say I’ve found my go-to spot. It’s a bit of a trek to Staten Island, but absolutely worth it. Don’t hesitate to visit! Amazing food and great vibes!

I had a fantastic experience with Tatiana at the European Wax Center! She was incredibly personable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire service. I really enjoyed the conversations we had - she was easy to talk to and made the experience way more enjoyable. Because of how great Tatiana was, I'm definitely going to request her as my wax lady moving forward. I have been coming to this location for years. I love how clean it is and how fast my service is. I never wait too long for my wax specialist to attend me. I walk in feeling comfortable and confident I’ll have a good service. I have sensitive skin and I never have a bad reaction from the wax. I recommend Nicolette, I’ve been seeing her recently and she’s great. She’s very sweet and attentive.

But today, Jackie, who was in the reception area didn't didnt treat us with respect, I asked her whats wrong and to smile then she ignored me and I felt like I didnt exist. Thankfully the manager Jas will take care of it.

What on Earth! Emma and I were starving so we jumped in the car for a Sunday brunch and went to Parlay in the middle of Boro Park of all places. Charming corner bistro, cafe seating, warm sunlight, crazy good coffees. We started with the Fried Oyster Mushroom Snack, a tempura treat with unbelievably good siracha aioli. Emma had an amazing sandwich extraordinaire - grilled cheese with siracha jam, avocado and a fried egg. I had the fried chicken sandwich with wasabi aioli and side salad - TO DIE FOR!! We were happy and stuffed but we had to try the Dominican guava cake with white icing to go… well, we are dying and going to cake heaven. I have a o applaud, but also don’t want this place overrun next I come… a line around the block ain’t no fun! Bravo! Best Foodie experience this visit to NY.

Though the food is a bit pricey, it tasted pretty good! We ordered mozzarella sticks and mushroom and onion omelettes with home fries, and we absolutely loved it. Mother keeps raving about the eggs benedict served here, and my brother loves and always orders curry with chicken from this place. The service was nice and friendly as always, and the atmosphere was cozy and wonderful.

Very cute, clean place to grab a coffee or a quick bite. The staff was very polite! We go the BLT with chicken (an add on) and the Thai fried rice. I enjoyed the food just I wouldn’t order the rice again, it was a bit salty for me but the sandwich was perfect!

Great find in Sunset Park and highly recommend for a quick bite or brunch. There is seating outside and limited seats inside. The music was great and at a comfortable level. The staff was attentive and service was wonderful. As an appetizer we ordered the mozzarella sticks and WOW!! They were huge and cheesy and delicious. The food was excellent and cannot wait to return to try other items on the menu!

Everytime I come here I go for the Coconut curry with Roti and it’s ALWAYS amazing …… I wish I could give 10 stars & It was my first time trying the chicken sandwich and when I tell you the meat itself was so nice and seasoned they blow my mind EVERYTIME 🙏🏾

My favorite place close to home. My go to’s are caramel lattes (ice/hot) daily! The home made dessert by Arlene are killer. The food is flavorful and reasonably priced along with a wide variety of offerings. I’m loving the new savory dishes that have been added to lunch and dinner. The staff is always friendly, knows your name and are very accommodating!

Love the food here (but it’s cash only!!) The place is a little small so it’s probably not ideal for a big group but ideal for a brunch or afternoon snack. Fried chicken sandwich is my favorite but the Benedict’s are good too! Would recommend to everyone!!

If you're looking for a pub that isn't overly crowded where you can enjoy drinks with a friend, this is the spot! The only food offering is (frozen) pizza, so you'll want to plan to eat before or after, but that shouldn't deter you. The staff here is very nice, and they've got a good selection of drinks behind the bar and beer on tap. Their prices are decent too, as opposed to those in Manhattan!

Dropped into the Irish haven on Monday 18th march,,, I felt right at home straight away, bar staff are really friendly and they can pull you a decent pint of cream... Got talking to the owner's, lovely lads, chatted to them for awhile, and had a good few pints, it made my day to meet some great people... Here for a full week and I intend to go back for a few pints...so if you're ever in Brooklyn, give this place a look in. James, Ballyfermot, Dublin 👍

Turned up to watch the all Ireland hurling final only to find game wasn't being shown. Landlady was absolutely fantastic, looked after us and helped find an alternative bar to see the game. Had my Ukrainian uncle with me who has never been to an Irish bar before and couldn't believe how they went the extra mile to help us out. Irish Haven is not just a dive bar... it was the perfect place for my brother’s surprise party! From the moment I started planning, Matt ( owner) went above and beyond to bring my vision to life... The entire staff was so accommodating, the day of, Emmett and Nadine were so helpful, and genuinely cared about making the night special. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the drinks were great, and every single guest had an amazing time. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate. Cozy bar with lovely bar tenders, great vibes, pool, darts, and live music. The night we went they had open bar for $20 for 2 hours which is goated for NYC. They even pour their Guinness correctly AND in the proper glass.

This place does get busy and gets packed pretty quickly on the weekends. It’s for that reason I went early. The service was really good for how busy they were. The food came out hot and was pretty good. I liked the vibes they gave off. I would avoid coming here late for brunch on a Sunday. Get here early.

Walking into this Restaurant i had a feeling of delight. It was decorated for Christmas and I Loved it. Finally Farmhouse was Really clean, a good Farm feel and you could see the kitchen. My visit was a cold Wednesday morning.

Love the farm to table sourcing. Our food was very, very yummy. Hot chicken Benny flavors went together beautifully. Just the right amount of heat. It was difficult to create a bite that encompassed the bacon egg chicken arugula and bread all in one bite though. The chipotle hollandaise sauce was so bright and flavorful. The arugula was too much. One of my two eggs was over cooked and not runny. The chicken and biscuits tasted delightful but not enough gravy. Definitely needed more gravy. If ordered again I would get it without the egg and bacon. The pretzel was soft and fluffy. Nice amount of salt. The dipping cheese was underwhelming flavor and not as hot as I would have preferred. We enjoyed both the brown and honey mustard much better. The restaurant was crowded, we were there during the Sunday lunch rush I'm sure. We also found it to be overly loud. We sat at a high top table and did not enjoy it at all. The chairs were narrow and uncomfortable. I found myself slipping forward. Service was prompt, kind and attentive - no compliants.

Great little punch spot nestled in tottenville super popular during the weekends, waited a bit for a table and got really fresh food and delectable pancakes with the mini chocolate chips and everything was very classic and superb. great place to catch up with some friends as well and super energetic and upbeat staff

I went on a Sunday after church with my family, waited 35 minutes for a table is reasonable due to being a full house. But I would not deal with a 45 minute wait for my child to get her wings while our food got cold, we wasn’t going to eat with out my child as we waited for her meal to come out because (Alexa) our waitress forgot to place her order. I had to get her attention to realize my daughter didn’t get her meal she asked what would it be a better solution she wasn’t apologetic. She would say sorry and then give me attitude about it! How is that being sorry? She didn’t bother asking if we needed anything if there was anything else she could do for her “mistakes”. She didn’t bother bring us waters or utensils. Thank you to Jamie the only one who wouldn’t argue with me while each other hosts and waiters gave me attitude instead of being understandable . To make it clear we spending more than 17.99 and plus on food! But Jamie was nice enough to take off the wings and drinks. After all we paid and we left with out eating our food.

Let me start off with I’ve been dying to go to Fina’s. Everytime I go to La Bella I ask my husband can we go today? We could never go because we are always in a rush. So today I went with a friend. We were seated less than 10 minutes, which was great. The coffee girl bought our coffees we ordered. We ordered our brealfast quickly because we were so hungry. We waited an hour And 15 minutes for two omelettes. I know that they were busy and that’s OK but I saw other people who came after us getting their food. I stopped one of the waitresses and I said excuse me, can you please see what the holdup for our food? She goes well you need to have a little patience because we’re really busy. I said no I understand that but I see that but other people that came later got their food and we didn’t. She went over to check and the waitress that served us forgot to put in our ticket so they had to put in the ticket again. A young lady came over to us and said I’m really sorry I apologize but don’t worry we’ll make good. Which they didn't even offer coffee on the house or something. I got the bill it came out to $54. I left 20% tip because I know people work hard but really the waitress should’ve gotten a 10% tip. She was NOT QUALIFIED to waitress. She needs extra training . My family runs a business so I am very experienced. We had to ask for silverware. We had to ask for sugar you bring coffee to the table no sugar no silverware no napkins we had to ask for everything. You bring food to a table with no silverware. I would think the first thing you do is when you sit, they should be silverware or bring it with your food and coffee. I was very disappointed. The only thing I could say is that the food is really good, but I would never go back. We had 2 lattes and 2 omelettes (one Irish and 1 meat lovers)

Great Lady that runs/owns the place. I think she's a sweetheart...however. Never has consistent hours. Like seriously. You go there on a tuesday morning at 9:45 am and gates down both locks. But god forbid theres a bit of consistency or honesty in hours. Its the only place within a quarter mile that accepts EBT. The owner could at least post honest hours.

⚠️ PLEASE BE ADVISED I GOT FOOD POISONING TWICE FROM THIS CART ⚠️ Food was good in the moment but I will never be returning to this cart. I tried to give it a second chance but this is the second time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this cart. Owner doesn’t take proper hygienic precautions and food is not stored the way it should be as well (example: chicken left out at room temp for hours on end which is a breeding ground for bacteria). I hope health department comes to do an investigation because i’m genuinely concerned.

I thought it would be good because of the high reviews but it was very bland. I wouldn’t buy it again but great portion size and very good service.

This bakery is always busy, been there several times and each time it is always crowded but everything I've tried is delicious and well cooked. HOWEVER, one day, we decided to dine in because they were not that crowded back in December2024, we asked one of the waiter where we can get help to order, he strangely looked at us and said: he doesn't know and he is working there. Because he went to help another table. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes, one of the waitresses who were passing by, we asked her, and she helped us to get a table and took our orders. But honestly, the waiter or whatever his position is, the way he looked at us, was very unprofessional, and he is being selective on which people to assist there. Since December, we have stuck to takeout. The bakery offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and cookies, including delicious cannoli and tiramisu. I love their latte. Tuna Hero, and grilled rib eye steak hero are my favs.

MUST TRY!! We took the subway to the ferry and a 40 minute bus to try this restaurant and we weren’t disappointed! I can’t say better things about this establishment. First and foremost you must try the Fried Chicken Parm Sandwich 10/10.There was 6 of us and we were sat immediately, in and out within an hour. The owner was our waiter and he was excellent! Loved the atmosphere! Affordable, great portions, delicious and the best way to spend our first time in Staten Island ❤️

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon in October for some treats while traveling. The bakery was recommended by a bartender in Raleigh, NC, who we met on a different trip and he was from Long Island. The parking lot was full when we arrived. We parked around the corner on the street. The line to order was backed out to the door but it moved pretty fast. There is a lot of baked goods here. Having never been here before we weren’t sure what to try so we got a few cookies, a couple mini cannolis and a slice of cake to go. I only got a picture of the cake but you can see the cookies in the pictures of the displays I posted. Everything was excellent. The cookies were my favorite. The carrot cake had a bit of orange flavor to it which was surprising but I really enjoyed it. Nothing was overly sweetened either which was nice. Staff were friendly and fast moving. Their bakery products are in high demand from what we saw and after tasting them we understand why. We don’t have many authentic bakeries at home so this was a wonderful treat for us.

I waited for my order about 30 min which I may accept because it was busy. I ordered coffee, 2 omelettes, 2 water, and home fries. The omelettes came after 30 min missing the home fries and made with the wrong cheese! Then the home fries came like this mushed and not appetitive at all. No salt or pepper. Water never came. I am very disappointed in the serves and food. I come here 2 a week for lunch or dinner, but I don’t think that will happen again

I had a heros sub with Prosciutto, spicy soppressata and mortadella with mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with a bit of wine vinegar. It was good, I liked it. You can taste the freshness in all the ingredients. But nothing special. I also had a tiramisu which was too soggy, and that ice tea with lemon ice drink which was overly sweet. Overall good for the price, but not worth the hype. Also, parking area is small, so it was a bit of a hassle to find parking for this place.

I got a chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers with balsamic on a hero, might be the best one I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, the prosciutto was delicious, the bread was amazing. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

Extremely disappointed. I went by others people reviews, only to find a sandwich with tiny pieces of sausage thrown in with feta cheese and ricotta cheese not melted so that the sausage and cheese rolled out. Extremely salty which I knew due to the sausage and cheese however they just threw it in the bread Their coffee was delicious as well as their freshly squeezed orange juice, but i wouldn't order again. Their home fries were basic with not much taste but pepper.

We came in last minute on Monday to get a cake for my sons 4th birthday. We didn’t see any strawberry cakes in the display. But my mother ended up speaking with the staff and turns out there was fresh cakes in the back. They were so sweet with the kids. Even asked my son his favorite color for his happy birthday on his cake. Which is rare for us. The cake tasted so perfect. Not too sweet. We ended up ordering some coffees. I loved the pumpkin coffee. They even gave a free cookie with the coffee for my son. It was such a sweet and friendly so attentive experience. Will be returning this weekend for another cake.

I tried the strawberry cake from Piece A Cake and it was absolutely amazing! 🍓 The flavor was fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just right. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their baking. The texture was super soft and moist, and the presentation looked beautiful too. Definitely one of the best cakes I’ve had on Staten Island. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great desserts and friendly service! 🎂👏

Hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I specifically asked for fresh food, and what did they do? The complete opposite. They sent me old, frozen, stale garbage that tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer since last year. On top of that, they overcharged me by $10, and when I called about it, the staff was flat-out rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem. The food made me sick—seriously sick with a stomach ache so bad I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. This place is a disgrace. They don’t care about customers, they don’t care about quality, and they certainly don’t care about honesty. Total scam and absolute trash. Stay far, far away unless you enjoy wasting money and ruining your day.

Very pretty to look at with LOTS to choose from, but our selections were just okay. The pastries were not as fresh as they looked, a little dry. The baguette was good, I would return there for the bread.

What an amazing place to grab a banquet and a coffee. While you are at it, please get a croissant and all those pastries. This is the spot but definitely come early or it will be very busy. We got here around 9 am on a Sunday but that is cutting it a little. This is the ideal French pastry spot in the neighborhood. You can find some pretty unique stuff here. The service is very quick and to the point. They can use some smile but it’s French style probably. The croissant has all the butter layers but can use some perfection.

I used to loveeee this place. The quality of food has declined over the past year, it doesn’t seem like they make the food fresh anymore. They’re always out of something these days and they don’t even call to ask if you would rather cancel or would you like a substitute. I ordered a savory crepe the other day and they just sent me an omelette that didn’t taste fresh with a tiny slice of a baguette. A few months ago, I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and the egg tasted old and dry. I was just hoping they had a bad day that time. Very sad, they used to be my favorite on lazy mornings when I would want to order in brunch.

Edit 2024: Came in during a short visit and things have changed a bit. No more indoor seating. It's been turned into more of a french product grocery store. But the baking is still there and as good as ever. This is actually a Frenchman holding the place so it's not just for show. I grew up eating this so I know a little bit about french cuisine and bakery. And boy, can he bake! So not only he wears the outfit but is rocking it. Food is good, pastries are good, sandwiches are to die for yet very simple and they have a very friendly staff. And you can order to go. Will be here a week and this is my go to place for breakfast and some deserts.

Very nice bakery with a huge variety of food. I tried their sandwiches before and they were very nice and you can easily get full with them. This time we had an omelette and crepe. Honestly I was full with omelette, but one crepe looks a little bit small as for a full meal, and both of those things cost similar (around $10). Baked goods are delicious too, but a little bit expensive. This is why I’m giving 4 stars.

This is an amazing French bakery that I started going super often to once I moved to park slope. They have so many choices of breakfast, pastries and other French products that along with Edith Piaf’s music in the background make me feel like I’m in France. Great quality of croissants and quiches

Today July 13, 2025 - A Misunderstanding That Deserved More Compassion While dining recently, I saw something that left me feeling a little disheartened. A young staff member (Andrew), was being scolded by a manager for not approaching my table quickly enough. But what she didn't notice was that I had just asked for a few more moments before ordering. The manager, visibly frustrated, pointed at the staff member and spoke sternly, right there in the kitchen entrance, but still visible to clients on the floor. It was uncomfortable to watch. The young man looked caught off guard, and honestly, I felt for him. From where I sat, he was simply respecting my request. I understand how stressful service can be and that managers have a lot on their plate, but I really wish there had been more patience in that moment. Everyone makes judgment calls, especially in hospitality, and sometimes those calls are actually the right ones—even if they don’t look that way at first. A little more kindness and communication can go a long way, especially for young team members who are still learning. They need support, not shame. What the manager should focus more on, is that the plates served resembles the advertisement on the menu. My husband order was supposed to be filled/stuffed with cheesecake filling, but it lacked the filling part. All it had was a sliver (line) of filling.

As usual, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I came with a fairly large group of about 10 people and we all received our food at the same time. It only took about 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. The food was delicious and the bill was pretty reasonable for such a large group.

I mean it's Perkins. Don't expect anything spectacular. Place was pretty empty, vaguely smelled like they use the same cleaning agents as a hospital. Waitress didn't take our order for like 10 minutes. Food wasn't terrible.

Absolutely delicious and perfect! We ordered a simple, elegant three-tier white cake for our wedding and it could not have been better. The top tier was raspberry with vanilla sponge, the middle was Nutella cannoli with chocolate sponge, and the bottom was vanilla sponge with lemon custard. Every layer was incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Our florist added fresh flowers, which made the cake look beautifully simple and timeless. The tasting experience with the bakery was just as wonderful, everything was fresh, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. We’re so grateful for how seamless and special they made this part of our wedding day.

Apparently grammar took the day off, right along with quality control. The cake itself was fine, but every time I looked at ‘Happy 33th Birthday,’ I was reminded I paid full price for something that flunked 3rd grade English. Sure, I should’ve checked before leaving, but silly me for expecting accuracy from a bakery whose entire job is to put words and numbers on cakes. Talk about embarrassing.

I can’t get over how beautiful this cake came out! Belli Baci did an amazing job. The girls behind counter were super sweet and even walked the cake out to my car because they had to put it in a really big box. Service was amazing and the cake was delicious. I will be ordering from them for every occasion now.

I never leave reviews (this is my first one), but my recent visit to Belli Baci was so disappointing that I felt the need to share my experience. We spent around $80 on a cake and assorted pastries, and unfortunately, the quality was far from what we expected. The cannoli filling tasted sour, almost as if the ricotta had gone bad, and it actually gave me a stomachache afterward. The cake we tried was dry, stale, or just lacked flavor, definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, barely engaging with customers and giving off the impression that they didn’t want to be there. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected much better in both quality and service. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bakery experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience here. There are several other bakeries in Staten Island that consistently deliver higher quality and better service. The staff was surprisingly rude during my visit, and the cake I purchased did not taste fresh — the strawberries in particular seemed overripe or going bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place when there are better options nearby that offer both better products and a more pleasant customer experience.

Website says closes 8pm. Traveled to this bakery to order a birthday cake at 7:00 pm and was told they are closed by the girl sweeping. I called she said their new hours are 7pm. I told her why we came there, she said sorry can't help. I asked when the owner was in and she said he is here. I asked to speak she said hold on and he never came on the phone. How cowardly can you be to disrespect a customer. I have shopped here for years.

We had our Thanksgiving Dinner 2024 at the Woodrow Diner. Their turkey dinner and trimmings were absolutely delicious! Our regular waiter Sammy, served us with absolute care as he always does! The rest of the staff was also absolutely wonderful!

Stopped in Saturday night for a late and quick dinner with my wife. My wife just had eggs and I had the Woodrow Panini. Food was fresh and delicious. The Service was excellent. The prices were extremely reasonable. My only complaint is the restaurant is very run down. All the upholstery is peeling and worn out.

I used to love this diner until a few years ago. I was there last week with a friend of mine, he ordered a turkey BLT , towards the last bite , he found two long hairs in it. He called the waitress over, and said I am not looking to get out of paying for the meal, and told her. They didn't even try to make it right, they never said were sorry or waved the bill. I will definitely NOT be going back. I hope the manager reads these reviews once in awhile, things MIGHT change.

Terrible customer service. I go to this location once every couple of weeks, and always regret it. They often don't have normal menu items in stock, and they don't say anything until I ask where my order is after waiting an unacceptably long period of time. They also frequently don't pair the drink and food items together at the pickup station, and when I try to get someone's attention to ask about my order, they either ignore you or act completely disinterested in helping. And it's not like I'm going during heavy-volume times of the day when it's chaotic. Not sure who the manager is here, but they need to do better.

I really like this diner. It’s nice and clean. I am going through long covid so my taste and smell has been completely altered since October 2021. I can tell that some things would taste really good if I wasn’t going through this, other than that, the service is excellent. Our waiter Alex was great, he was very personable and helpful. I can’t wait for my taste and smell to go back to normal so I can really rate the food. I do definitely recommend this dinner though

If I could give zero stars I would , I put it an order for delivery that came out to $68.00 , it took OVER an HOUR & 15 minutes to be delivered ,the food was COLD , one entire meal was INCORRECT , given no receipt. Completely unsatisfied and disgusted to say the least. Wouldn't recommend or order from this diner again. Absolutely unacceptable and a waste of money.

Classic all-American diner in a quiet Staten Island mini-mall. The photo menu was so large that I could hardly lift it. Did not feel like the Manhattan Greek diners but had lots of local charm. We enjoyed a vegetable omelette with home fries and English muffins, and a "healthy" egg and turkey bacon wrap, fruit salad. Good coffee, constant refills, chocolate chip covered large cookies in the bakery display, pages of sandwich options and hot entrees at dinner. Obviously gets locals and repeat diners. Well priced and large portions. A keeper....

Anytime I've gone here is always been good for you. Don't think I've ever had a bad meal. Services usually friendly and usually quick. Depending upon when you go of course Sunday mornings are a little rough. But they're still pretty quick.

Thankfully 🤦🏻‍♀️😃 Also, by the way, their brunch was super delicious!! We had the spanakopita appetizer which was super delicious. It came with salad and a tzatziki yogurt dip, which made it even more super delicious! I had an eggs Benedict Florentine with hashbrowns and my partner had a souvlaki plate. Everything was very fresh and the service was excellent! I can’t wait to try their waffles next time my partner says they’re outstanding ✨

I found many pieces of hair in my bagel. I don't normally write reviews, but this one I had to write. Please see pictures. I bought a dozen to take home and when I took one out to eat, I saw all these pieces of what appeared to be freshly cut hair baked into my bagel. Honestly, I have been going to Heartland Bagels for a long time and I don't think I will be going anymore. I am pretty shook by all this because I'm worried I might have eaten a little bit of the hair. Sigh...i don't know what else to say.

I went here for the first time, many years ago. I liked it. Now I’m living on Staten Island and feel the need to identify the best bagel for me. I’ve been here two weeks in a row, the service can’t be beat! The bagels are that perfect size, consistency, and flavor. They have that Dull hint of sweetness that a proper bagel should have. Not sugar, not so much that you actually think about it until you haven’t really had a proper bagel in a while—yes, even in NY! The staff is so friendly. It’s so busy in there, and they all make you feel like they’ve got all the time in the world to take care of you. The other day I got a black-and-white cookie. Big cheat for me! I think it might have been the best black-and-white cookie I’ve ever had.And this is not the place. I would’ve expected to have the best black-and-white cookie I’ve ever had. Can’t wait for my return.

I remember a Heartland bagels from 25-30 years ago. They had the best bagels in Staten Island and in New York City. The past year and a half the bagels unfortunately are not what they used to be for example an everything bagel has very little seasoning on it and the size of the bagel are tiny compared to what they used to be. I and I’m sure like others don’t mind paying more just don’t mess with the original recipe. And when you order egg over medium and you constantly get oh well done egg on a so called Everything bagel, I just feel cheated and I thought I would never say this but I don’t think I’m going to be ordering there anymore. Below are a few pictures of what I’m talking about, anyone that knows heartland bagels knows these are not everything bagels. And you can clearly see the egg is well done. Very disappointed! Went from the best to just OK sadly! Just my opinion and again, I wouldn’t mind paying if I was getting heartland bagels!! The staff is very friendly and very I don’t believe any of my comments reflected the staff but they’re excellent no problem with them. I’m basing my review on the food quality not the staff staff has five stars. I don’t want anyone ripping me apart here. Lol. If this happened once or twice with the food even bother writing the review, but this is happened is 20 or more occasions and now I just feel I have to say something.

Went in to get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and an everything toasted with butter. Got the order and it was just warm, not toasted. Bagels were ok but the service was lacking. There’s no reason why a small bagel shop in a strip mall that isn’t busy at 10:30 on a Sunday morning should take 10-15 minutes to serve a normal size order. After watching him serve and complete probably 5 or 6 people that came in after me, I had to ask him what happened and then he brought my order over. About 150 places better to go to on this side of the island alone.

Then life happened & I had to drop out but good thing I am back in school & definitely this place will be my go to place for my breakfast . Awesome customer service, always very clean. I recently visited Tim Hortons and used some app coupons $4.49 for 6 assorted donuts and $1.75 for any size hot or iced coffee. I grabbed a medium iced coffee and a box of donuts, and everything was fresh and delicious. The iced coffee hit the spot, and the donuts were soft and flavorful (especially the one with sprinkles!). I really liked that I could sit in the coffee shop, enjoy my treats, and relax. The app makes it super easy to save money, and the deals are worth it. Highly recommend using the Tim Hortons app it saves you cash and the food is on point!

Enjoyed my pit stop here for mini donuts and coffee. The mini donuts are better than DD in my opinion. Coffee is smooth. Do the survey and you can get a 10 piece mini donut for $1, great deal !! This location has a drive thru and small parking lot in the front as well. Also there is a sitting area to relax and enjoy your food. Free WiFi is decent as well. Good Tim Hortons !! 👍🏻

Usually when I go through the drive thru there seems to be a lot of confusion about my order. Today we went through the drive thru and when we got to the window they kept asking what we ordered. They charged us $17.05, then a lady came to the window and asked us to pay a different amount while handing us my iced chai. We told her we already paid, she said ok and went back. Then another employee came to the window and started handing us a bag for a different order and told us a different amount. Someone else came over and handed us our order, but forgot the timbits. They handed us the receipt and said we never ordered it. Then charged us for 10 timbits after we ordered 40, we told them we ordered 40, they charged us AGAIN and then gave us 40. It was a disaster and the chai latte tasted weird.

Take the sign off the bathroom door that says restroom out of order. If your employees are gonna go in and out of it. I had a child that had to use the restroom and was told no by some employee even after I spent $45 in this poorly ran location. Such a black eye this location gives to a great establishment like Tim Hortons. Someone get in there and gain some control over the bad disrespectful 17 year old employees. STAY AWAY!!!!! GO TO DUNKIN!!!! They're much more customer friendly.

Used to come here a lot will not come anymore.My wife and I stopped by today.For soup for lunch, her soup, which was chicken.Noodle had no noodles and no chicken.It was just broth and on top of that.My cheddar broccoli soup was filled with old hard cheese.I'm showing a picture to prove that.So another one questions me. Also, the employees behind the counter.The two guys, one has black hair.One has red hair have on a hat.But all their hair is sticking out with no hair on . In food service, you were supposed to have all your hair covered unless if it's out the back of your head.Like a ponytail which is okay. These two gentlemen had hair on the sides and or front of their head sticking out.Which is easy to fall into people's food. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.This was one of the most disgusting experiences.I've ever had. On top of that, we want to put our plates in the dump bin, where the plates go, and the guy who cleans up tells us, well, why don't you just throw it away. That's not my job.He gets paid to do that.If he doesn't like his job and he doesn't like cleaning, don't get an attitude with the customers.And don't have the job in the first place. What I can’t stand about Panera is not only how overpriced it is but that the workers never tell you when they’re out of something and instead either leave it out or substitute it with something else without even telling the customer. Got the green goddess cob salad and chicken chipotle avocado melt and there was no avocados in any of these items and they gave Italian dressing instead of green goddess. With the prices that we pay the most common decency would be to at least tell the customer you are out of something or ask them what they would like to substitute it for.. Salad also did not appear fresh. Lady serving food behind the counter seemed to just be rushing out food without even checking if the food was done correctly. She seemed like she didn’t care and just wanted to get orders out. I told her I was missing a coffee and she looked at me with an attitude until I told her that it was still sitting behind her on the counter..

Great place. Panera bread never fails to satisfy. Always very friendly & welcoming. Helpful when indecisive or figuring out what to eat. Food is always good and made right. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat hands down. They always send out deals via email. As long as you have your card, the deal comes up on their screen and you can choose to collect it during that order or for next time. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and hard to find available seats but hey who can claim them. Great location; great service; always clean; & great food.

Came here for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The first thing that caught my eye were the decorations; I loved the vibes here. Ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and Turkish tea. The sandwich had tons of egg and tomato which was delicious and the tea was great too! I was so hungry I forgot to take a photo of it. The lady at the front was very nice and helped direct me to the bus stop afterwards. Great place right by St. George, will definitely stop by next time I’m in Staten Island.

Great place to stop at after getting off of the ferry! The food was super tasty and you get a lot for the price. The service was also great and the food was ready pretty quick. Space is pretty tight inside, but it's cute and comfortable.

Really nice aesthetic Turkish cafe with the one of the most delicious baklava I ever tasted! I got a classic chicken gyro with Turkish bread and the quantity was huge (I couldn’t finish it)

Never again! The place didn't seem clean and the A/C wasn't working. It felt uncomfortably hot and humid. It also took forever for a waitress to stop at our table and a very long time for our food to be prepared. Every Staten Island diner is a much better choice.

I went to the Bagel Bistro diner & Grill today, despite the 90-degree heat outside, there was no air conditioning indoors, making the dining area uncomfortably warm. The service was slow, which was surprising given that the restaurant was mostly empty, it took a considerable amount of time for my order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. When my gyro wrap finally arrived the small amount of meat that was in the wrap was cold and the wrap itself was very thin and fell apart in my hands every time I tried to pick it up This was my first and definitely my last visit to the Bagel Bistro diner.

Went a bit downhill, over $7 for this charred “everything” bagel.. all the burnt topping fell off lmfao…. if you burn a bagel just make a new one? Never again.

Went to an event that was catered by this company. Everything was fresh and delicious, as well as conveniently and beautifully presented. Coffee was hot, and there was more than enough of everything, do nobody missed out. Definitely would recommend for a luncheon event!

Plenty of parking,i went there at 8:30 am. Seating was available, and a waiter was at hand to bring drinks. The waiter was courteous and attentive. The food came promptly, and it was good. Although, i did wish my wrap was hotter when i took my first bite. The bathroom was nice and clean. I will return and try some of their other menu items. Overall a good experience.

A wonderful time with family. They had good service, and no problem serving our group of 17. The amount of each item was very generous portions. Most meals probably enough for two. But if something you love, you'll have leftovers. The coffee is tasty too.

Today I ordered a Spanish Omelette with fries. The French fries were crunchy and had a beautiful golden color. The Spanish omelette we’re discussing! They were drenched in salsa both outside and inside the omelette. I asked the waitress, “why was it drenched in salsa? and she said, “that’s how they make it” and she suggested if I wanted to take it home ! Just bad costumer’s service ! I paid full price for it and she got a tip but they lost a costumer.

Waitress was condescending and belittled me. I asked for a IPA and i was met with a sarcastic tone. Rather than explain that the establishment only offered domestic beer, she shrugged and dismissed me as if i was talking in Spanish. When I attempted to defuse the situation by asking for just coffee, she became confrontational as if i had to just take what they had to offer. I am a paying customer and i pay for things i want.

I ordered a turkey platter, the waitress didn’t tell me there was stuffing underneath I have a gluten in tolerance. It looked like a sloppy mess when it came out and they made me pay the $25 for it and never even asked if I wanted anything else. Went way down hill.

Great spot for late night hunger. Open 24 hours and let me teel you, I work until 2-3 AM and I'm so happy to have a place to eat on my way home. It helps that the food is always cooked to perfection and the service is great. Can't rave enough about their burgers!

Mike's Hylan Blvd is one of my favorite diners. It is open 24 hrs.. so when you want a snack..meal or just coffee and cake.. go there. Great breakfasts.. lunches.. and dinners.. better than any fancy restaurant. The service is always the best.. The prices are about the same as everywhere. TRY IT.. along with all his other locations. All great eating places. You won't be disappointed.

The front desk denied me the use of a valid Valpak coupon of $5 of of $30. Unbelievable how cheap and stubborn this place can be. Shame on the owner. Will never return and I am reporting them to Valpak.

First off the food wasn’t that great. Definitely not a 4 star diner. Second the service is so poor, I had to wait for so long just to place my order. They never disappoint! We have ordered over the years catering from them for our office and they have always come through. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Even yesterday, we had to place a last minute catering order that was fairly large, and they were more than accommodating towards us and came through last minute. Colleen who answers the phones is such a sweetheart and pleasure to speak to. We will always support our local businesses and look forward to many orders from them.

I wanted to get a good bagel before I left New York City while visiting, this little place in Staten Island did not disappoint! Great bagels, great options, friendly staff, and I was on the go but if I was not there was a nice seating area outside. That would have been really nice to enjoy the morning.

I used to come often and they were great but, I don't know what happened to you guys. Clearly something changed, Ive read other reviews and yeah you guys really fell off. Not only the bagels were hard and stale the taste of them are trash now too.

Wandered in as I needed a spot to take a call while my car was being serviced near by. Cannot say enough nice things food was great coffee was great, but the staff was exceptional! If I could give them more stars, I would!

-Over priced for food that is either bland, dry, or not authentic. No bags or straws provided. Sandwiches are not made to order they are premade. - workers are pleasant and swift. Place is clean and opens at a very decent time in the morning.

So I want to preface this review with saying, I’ve only ever had salads from here and is all I can speak on. The salads are usually good, a little bit on the pricey side but I love the fact that the proceeds go directly to charity. Great concept. The issue with this cafe is unfortunately, the staff. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by someone in the food industry. A few days ago I came in to order a salad. As I approached the area to order, I was met by an employee who looked like they would rather be absolutely ANYWHERE on earth, but there. I usually can overlook that though, as everyone is human and they may have been having a bad day. Except for the fact that this same employee has the same demeanor and attitude every time I visit. I was asked what I would like to order, my salad is being made and then handed over to the register person whose facial expressions and demeanor, match that of her coworkers. My total came out to $16.84, as I am getting my wallet to pay, I glance at the bowl of salad. It is less than half full, understandably when you add dressing to a salad, it flattens out a bit. I simply asked for a little more lettuce to be added to the bowl, as it was LESS than half full (Not the usual, from other visits). I was then met with sarcastic attitude from the person who made my salad, basically stating that I just watched her measure out the lettuce and that she’s not going to add any more lettuce. I stated that I would not be taking the salad in that case, due to it being the amount of a side salad and almost $17, I didn’t see that as fair. I also do not believe it was an unreasonable request, if I had asked for double of every ingredient to be added to make it more full, I could understand being told no or that it would be extra money. I simply asked for a little more lettuce ti be added and I was told that wasn’t going to happen. Once I stated I wouldn’t be taking the salad, I was told this is a charity place and they cannot throw it away. The woman who made my salad then turned her back and dismissively told me “whatever, have a good day”. This customer service was absolutely egregious and what could have been a simple fix, turned into a books worth of a bad review. Please evaluate the employees here, customers shouldn’t have to come in and feel their energy shift due to the people who work there acting like you are bothering them for them to do their jobs.

First, I'll start off by saying that I fully support and love the concept that all proceeds go to charity. However, I want to be completely honest in my review. The café is clean and spotless walking in. The appearance and the array of baked goods looked fresh and tasty. I only ordered an iced mocha latte. It was probably the worst iced mocha I've ever ordered in my life. I couldn't finish it and had to throw it out unfortunately. The taste was off and the coffee was weak. At least the indoor and outdoor area is pleasing. Maybe I can update this review when I visit again.

Aside from the food and coffee not being good. I work in the building and I go in there for my lunch without any food with me to just relax and maybe order a drink. As soon as I walk in at 2:30pm, I’m looking for a seat to settle in, the worker that’s pushing chairs in asks me what I want. I tell her nothing, I just want to sit. She says you have to order something. So I tell her can I get a minute to settle in and think? She says no she needs to sweep and that I have to go order over at the counter. That was the rudest interaction I’ve had.

The service is terrible and the food doesn't even make up for it. Coffee is weak and everything is overpriced. I asked for a plastic fork and they wanted to charge me $1. Same with a hot sauce packet! The idea behind the place is noble, charity and whatnot but when I'm treated like garbage while spending my hard earned money on a stale tuna sandwich, it's a no for me. The location of the place also preys on poor students who have few options in the area to begin with! I have made it a point to not come here and discourage anyone to visit. Walk the 20 minutes and go to the deli around the corner or literally anywhere else.

their fries are really good, but i spotted a rat 2 times already directly outside. i was told by someone not to eat salads or wraps here bc it’s never fresh. also it’s way too expensive. i doubt it’s for charity . they charge 3 DOLLARS for a WATER BOTTLE.

I set my expectations low ONLY because I have never been here, what a mistake. I ordered a NYC standard and they delivered. My Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich was phenomenal. The Roll was as soft as a cloud, the Eggs were fluffy and the Bacon was cooked to a nice crunch. The Coffee I ordered was a perfect compliment to my sandwich and they even had almond milk which I used in place of milk or cream. I will gladly order here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stopped by Starbucks this morning to get my daily dose of caffeine and was not disappointed! The barista expertly crafted my iced coffee, getting the perfect balance of rich flavor and refreshing chill. The store was clean and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that made me want to linger over my drink. The staff were friendly and efficient, getting me in and out quickly even though there was a bit of a line. My only suggestion would be to offer more flavor options for iced coffee - but that's just a personal preference! Overall, another great experience at Starbucks.

Above average starbucks with large interior seating. Gets very busy however.

I just ordered this coffee from this store, and this is what they made. A venti-sized coffee that isn’t even full (picture 1). This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered this; look at the same coffee I ordered previously at another store in Manhattan (picture 2). I asked them to redo it, and they refused. This is ridiculous; I’m not spending my money on a drink that’s not even full."

Order took way too long to be ready. Even though I remember ordering my drink, they said that they couldn’t see it in the machine. Had to show them our receipt in order for them to make our drink.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order but, everyone continue to go about their day. One was on the phone while the other 2 seen me waiting at the cashier no one paid me no mind. Definitely racist. If this were a white person, I’m sure the service would’ve been extremely different. Need to train your employees and MANAGERS on proper customer service. This is very disappointing. I will also be contacting the HQ and reporting this very location. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I can't lie I always order from here I'm so annoyed right now. $7 for this ?
